[00:00.000 --> 00:04.760] This news brief brought to you by the International Newsnet.
[00:04.760 --> 00:10.560] Israel Wednesday approved the construction of 695 new housing units in the West Bank.
[00:10.560 --> 00:16.400] The Israeli group Peace Now said 93 already exists in an outpost set up without government
[00:16.400 --> 00:21.640] authorization and were retroactively, quote, legalized by Israeli authorities.
[00:21.640 --> 00:26.080] UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East peace process, Robert Sarri, said, today's
[00:26.080 --> 00:31.760] announcement by Israel is deplorable and moves us further away from the goal of a two-state
[00:31.760 --> 00:32.760]  solution.
[00:32.760 --> 00:38.680] Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said Wednesday Israel will not bow to US and
[00:38.680 --> 00:44.280] Russian pressure in deciding whether to attack Iran, saying it is not their business.
[00:44.280 --> 00:49.080] Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov said any possible military scenario against
[00:49.080 --> 00:54.400] Iran will be catastrophic for the region and for the whole system of international relations.
[00:54.400 --> 01:01.160] U.S. military chief General Martin Dempsey says an Israeli attack would not be prudent.
[01:01.160 --> 01:06.080] The American Society of Microbiology says factory farms are breeding superbugs through
[01:06.080 --> 01:08.120]  their use of antibiotics.
[01:08.120 --> 01:16.120] Genome researchers concluded that a particularly nasty strain of Staphylococcus aureus CC398
[01:16.120 --> 01:21.240] began as a fairly harmless human bacterium but evolved after colonizing the systems
[01:21.240 --> 01:25.720] of pigs, chickens and other livestock.
[01:25.720 --> 01:31.040] The price of Brent crude, the world's most traded category of oil, dipped slightly Wednesday
[01:31.040 --> 01:34.200]  after reaching a nine-month high earlier in the week.
[01:34.200 --> 01:39.320] Overall, U.S. gas prices have continued to surge despite declining demand.
[01:39.320 --> 01:47.440] Oil rose Tuesday past $106 a barrel and gas averaged $3.57 a gallon due to rampant speculation
[01:47.440 --> 01:50.200] and fears of supply disruptions.
[01:50.200 --> 01:54.960] That rising prices at U.S. pumps demand has actually dropped to where the U.S. has become
[01:54.960 --> 01:56.280]  a net exporter.
[01:56.280 --> 02:00.880] MacLatchy's Kevin Hall says the ostensible reason for the price increase is fear of
[02:00.880 --> 02:06.320] a military confrontation with Iran but notes the deeper cause is that speculators are piling
[02:06.320 --> 02:11.480] into the market, talking the Iranian fear factor into ever higher prices.
[02:11.480 --> 02:16.320] Hall explains Wall Street firms and other big financial players dominate the trading
[02:16.320 --> 02:18.920]  of oil.
[02:18.920 --> 02:24.000] The deaths in Homs Wednesday of U.K. Sunday Times reporter Marie Colvin and French photo
[02:24.000 --> 02:30.480] journalist Remy Ochlik have sparked claims the Syrian regime is targeting journalists.
[02:30.480 --> 02:34.680] French journalist Jean-Pierre Perrin, who was with Colvin, said the house being used
[02:34.680 --> 02:39.320] as a press center had been evacuated after being previously targeted.
[02:39.320 --> 02:43.600] Perrin said evidence of this was the fact that its satellite antenna had been hit many
[02:43.600 --> 02:45.520]  times by snipers.
[02:45.520 --> 02:50.480] Perrin told the U.K. telegraph, a few days ago we were advised to leave the city urgently
[02:50.480 --> 02:54.520] and were told if the Syrian army find you, they will kill you.
[02:54.520 --> 03:00.120] A prominent citizen journalist Remy al-Sayed was killed the day before, as were several
[03:00.120 --> 03:05.200] medical volunteers attempting to reach the press center, plus two other citizen journalists
[03:05.200 --> 03:09.440] who were found shot with their hands tied after trying to reach the injured and dead
[03:09.440 --> 03:16.440]  reporters.
[03:39.440 --> 04:04.440] Remy Ochlik, who was with Colvin, said the house being used as a press center had been
[04:04.440 --> 04:07.440] evacuated after being previously targeted.
[04:07.440 --> 04:14.440] A prominent citizen journalist Remy Ochlik, who was with Colvin, said the house being used
[04:14.440 --> 04:18.440] as a press center had been evacuated after being previously targeted.
[04:18.440 --> 04:27.440] A prominent citizen journalist Remy Ochlik, who was with Colvin, said the house being
[04:27.440 --> 04:31.440] evacuated after being previously targeted.
[04:31.440 --> 04:40.440] A prominent citizen journalist Remy Ochlik, who was with Colvin, said the house being
[04:40.440 --> 04:42.440] evacuated after being previously targeted.
[04:42.440 --> 05:02.440] A prominent citizen journalist Remy Ochlik, who was with Colvin, said the house being
[05:02.440 --> 05:04.440] evacuated after being previously targeted.
[05:04.440 --> 05:19.440] Remy Ochlik, who was with Colvin, said the house being evacuated after being previously
[05:19.440 --> 05:20.440]  targeted.
[05:20.440 --> 05:25.440] A prominent citizen journalist Remy Ochlik, who was with Colvin, said the house being
[05:25.440 --> 05:27.440] evacuated after being previously targeted.
[05:27.440 --> 05:34.440] Today is Sunday, so I'm going to go over a bit of the topic of voting fraud.
[05:34.440 --> 05:40.440] Our guest tonight is Mark Adams, who hasn't been on the show for a while.
[05:40.440 --> 05:42.440] Thanks for joining us tonight.
[05:42.440 --> 05:44.440]  Okay, it's my pleasure.
[05:44.440 --> 05:48.440] Mark, why don't you give us the scoop on what's going on out there?
[05:48.440 --> 05:56.440] Well, sort of like Judge Apolitana said the week before they fired him at Fox News, it
[05:56.440 --> 05:59.440] appears that elections are just for show now.
[05:59.440 --> 06:02.440]  Oh yes, obviously, absolutely.
[06:02.440 --> 06:07.440] Yeah, and you can't say that in the mainstream media without getting fired.
[06:07.440 --> 06:09.440]  Apparently not.
[06:09.440 --> 06:12.440]  I mean, he's been pushing the envelope for quite a while.
[06:12.440 --> 06:17.440] I mean, there have been many shows where I'm like, I can't believe that they're letting him say this on the air.
[06:17.440 --> 06:19.440]  I mean, he's had Alex.
[06:19.440 --> 06:25.440] I know, well, when I heard that segment, now he did not say that elections were rigged.
[06:25.440 --> 06:32.440] He just basically said it appears to be that elections are no more than an illusion in America now.
[06:32.440 --> 06:41.440] And so he came awfully close to saying they're rigged and I thought, oh my gosh, I know the judge is really popular
[06:41.440 --> 06:50.440] and has five or six best-selling books, but still he is upsetting some people up high with that little segment.
[06:50.440 --> 06:57.440] And sure enough, very next week they canceled his show.
[06:57.440 --> 06:59.440]  Absolutely outrageous.
[06:59.440 --> 07:03.440] So tell us about what's coming up tonight.
[07:03.440 --> 07:06.440] You're going to have some guests on also.
[07:06.440 --> 07:11.440] Yeah, well, we're going to have Jim Condit join us later.
[07:11.440 --> 07:15.440] And Jim Condit put together an effort.
[07:15.440 --> 07:21.440] He's been involved in voting fraud, voter fraud, election fraud.
[07:21.440 --> 07:26.440] In other words, efforts to rig elections.
[07:26.440 --> 07:31.440] He's been involved in exposing those for about 30 years.
[07:31.440 --> 07:41.440] He actually worked with the Collier Brothers who wrote the first book about the use of computers to rig elections in America.
[07:41.440 --> 07:44.440] And so he's been doing it for a long time.
[07:44.440 --> 07:53.440] He put together an effort this year called Watch the Vote 2012.com.
[07:53.440 --> 07:56.440]  It's Watch the Vote 2012.com.
[07:56.440 --> 08:16.440] And Jim's effort is what led to the exposure of the error at the home office in the Iowa GP and recording the vote cast in the various precincts throughout Iowa
[08:16.440 --> 08:25.440] and the caucuses and led to the change from Romney being announced as the winner to Santorum being announced as the winner.
[08:25.440 --> 08:28.440] And Jim did a great job with that.
[08:28.440 --> 08:38.440] I mean, Jim's been doing this for a long time and they actually had observers at about 10% of the precincts in Iowa.
[08:38.440 --> 08:51.440] And they were just lucky that they had people at a couple precincts which ended up having the total change there between the precinct and the final count at the home office.
[08:51.440 --> 08:55.440] And, you know, they paid attention and caught that and got it rectified.
[08:55.440 --> 08:58.440]  But there's still a few precincts outstanding in Iowa.
[08:58.440 --> 09:02.440] I mean, when Jim comes on, we can certainly talk more about that.
[09:02.440 --> 09:09.440] Also, John Russell is scheduled to join us in about half an hour.
[09:09.440 --> 09:20.440] And John Russell, contrary to the popular myth amongst the election reform community, is actually the first person I represented him in 2006.
[09:20.440 --> 09:32.440] He's the first person who used my method of getting affidavits from voters to show how they voted in order to prove that the official vote counts were wrong.
[09:32.440 --> 09:37.440] And he did that actually before we filed any of the contest in 2006.
[09:37.440 --> 09:48.440] In 2006, I represented John Russell, Clint Curtis, Frank Gonzalez, and a couple Florida voters in contesting four congressional elections.
[09:48.440 --> 09:56.440] The governor's race for the state of Florida, I represented an independent candidate for governor contesting the governor's election.
[09:56.440 --> 10:06.440] And we also contested an amendment where the people of Florida supposedly voted to restrict their right to amend Florida's constitution.
[10:06.440 --> 10:11.440] Because we all know people want to give up their rights to control the government, right?
[10:11.440 --> 10:12.440]  Oh, sure.
[10:12.440 --> 10:20.440] Yeah, I've been hoping to bring something up that would allow me to get rid of all of these pesky rights that I have to mess with.
[10:20.440 --> 10:30.440] Right. Those pesky rights, the pesky responsibilities, hey, how about if they just tax you like 101% and let the banks take your home?
[10:30.440 --> 10:35.440] Sure, that's a much better idea instead of taking care of ourselves.
[10:35.440 --> 10:43.440] Let's just let them take everything away from us and then just dole it back out to us as they see fit. Wouldn't it be a lot easier that way?
[10:43.440 --> 10:51.440] That would be. I mean, it'd be like the beauty of, you know, Communist China or Communist Russia or Communist Cambodia,
[10:51.440 --> 10:59.440] where as long as you just go along and are happy eating your bowl of rice and your fish head every day and working 12 to 14 hours,
[10:59.440 --> 11:07.440] then, you know, you can love if you call that living.
[11:07.440 --> 11:11.440] So tell us some more about what's going on out there, Mark, with the...
[11:11.440 --> 11:18.440] Okay, well, let me give you a little more background about me because I haven't been on your show in, I don't know, about a year.
[11:18.440 --> 11:26.440] I mean, I was pretty regular there for a couple of years and then one thing led to another and I've been keeping a low profile.
[11:26.440 --> 11:34.440] They've been looking for me, but I pulled my tenfold hat off.
[11:34.440 --> 11:37.440]  No, I'm just kidding. I still have it on.
[11:37.440 --> 11:48.440] Anyway, you know, in 2006 I represented the Reform Party candidate for Governor of Florida ensuing the media to get him in the debate
[11:48.440 --> 11:54.440] and we won the first two injunctions, getting a third party candidate into televised debates.
[11:54.440 --> 12:02.440] And one of the issues there in those court cases were the exit poll numbers.
[12:02.440 --> 12:07.440] Not the exit poll numbers, but the poll numbers. This was before the election.
[12:07.440 --> 12:16.440] And in both of the hearings where we won injunctions, the news media wouldn't present any evidence.
[12:16.440 --> 12:21.440] They wouldn't present any affidavit saying their poll numbers were accurate.
[12:21.440 --> 12:25.440] They wouldn't produce any witness to testify that their poll numbers were accurate.
[12:25.440 --> 12:37.440] And in the first case, the judge actually asked the lead attorney for the Florida Press Association if he believed the poll numbers reported by the press.
[12:37.440 --> 12:47.440] And he said, if you give me your word as an attorney, that you believe these numbers that are reported by the press, then I'll consider them.
[12:47.440 --> 12:55.440] And he wouldn't give his word as an attorney that he believed the numbers because he knew they were a big fat lie.
[12:55.440 --> 13:06.440] And our evidence where we had an independent polling company who actually did a poll was signed an affidavit saying these are each response.
[13:06.440 --> 13:09.440] Here's the total of the responses. Here's what they show.
[13:09.440 --> 13:17.440] They show two to three to four times the results that the media is reporting to the public.
[13:17.440 --> 13:23.440] And not only did they fill an affidavit, but they also showed up for the hearing in case anybody wanted to take any testimony from.
[13:23.440 --> 13:42.440] But anyway, so the news media we found back in 2006 is willing to lie to the public in order to minimize third-party candidates' chance to shake up the Democratic-Republican power structure.
[13:42.440 --> 13:57.440] And once again, they claim that these media claims that they're informing the public, but in reality they are misleading the public.
[13:57.440 --> 14:08.440] And so that's something that's important because in a little while I'm going to give you some information about how badly the news media is misleading the public right now.
[14:08.440 --> 14:15.440] But anyway, in 2008, I was on your show several times and we talked about things going on.
[14:15.440 --> 14:21.440] I'm sure you guys remember how the results in New Hampshire were extremely funny.
[14:21.440 --> 14:32.440] And if people don't know, New Hampshire is one of the states which has a constitutional provision which requires both to be counted in public.
[14:32.440 --> 14:42.440] And so in New Hampshire, they still actually follow the law in about 85% of the precincts.
[14:42.440 --> 14:47.440] Well, in about 50% of the precincts, they follow the law.
[14:47.440 --> 15:00.440] And 85% of the precincts, they count it as a secret because like rulers throughout history, the rulers, the people in charge in New Hampshire, want to stay in power by any means necessary.
[15:00.440 --> 15:22.440] And so anyway, in 2008, in New Hampshire, we had a situation where the hand counted precincts showed Ron Paul receiving 9.3% of the vote while the machine or the secret vote counting computer precincts were saying he got 7.3% of the vote.
[15:22.440 --> 15:31.440] And you think, oh, that's not that big of a difference, you know, 2%. But when you look at the ratio, it's nearly a 30% difference.
[15:31.440 --> 15:44.440] You've got nearly 30% higher vote results when the votes were counted cast on paper and counted in public, as required by New Hampshire's Constitution.
[15:44.440 --> 15:48.440] And a couple of those Peskele U.S. Supreme Court decisions.
[15:48.440 --> 15:54.440] But anyway, so in 2008, people saw that and they got excited.
[15:54.440 --> 16:14.440] And as a result, we ended up putting together Project Vote Count, which Project Vote Count, what we did with Project Vote Count was, you know, first trying to expose the fact that county votes and secret is inherently dangerous and unconstitutional.
[16:14.440 --> 16:22.440] And we also used it to conduct exit polls in three states.
[16:22.440 --> 16:36.440] In Florida, we conducted exit polls in 10 counties at over 30 precincts, collected over 10,000 affidavits, had an average participation from voters of about 65%.
[16:36.440 --> 16:45.440] We're about to go to Breitmark, so let's pick this up on the other side.
[16:45.440 --> 16:55.440] All right, folks, this is the Rule of Law. RuleofLawRadio.com is the website for our show. We're streaming from the Logos Radio Network. LogosRadioNetworks.com will be right back.
[16:55.440 --> 17:10.440] America is in trouble. Washington is a disgrace. Government has become too big. It's overtaxing, overspending. We need to change direction. We really need to change.
[17:10.440 --> 17:18.440] We can't afford to make the same mistakes we've made in the past. Mitt Romney's reputation is a flip-flopper. He went the other way when he got paid to go the other way.
[17:18.440 --> 17:27.440] There is need for economic stimulus. It's about serial hypocrisy. This election is about trust. There's been one true consistent candidate, and that's Dr. Ron Paul.
[17:27.440 --> 17:35.440] Ron Paul has been so consistent from the very beginning. He seems like a more honest candidate. He tells the truth about what he believes, whether you like it or not.
[17:35.440 --> 17:44.440] He's never once voted for a tax increase, never once voted for an unbalanced budget. Ron Paul's plan is bold, cuts his five departments. It's what we need.
[17:44.440 --> 17:53.440] If he says he's going to cut a trillion dollars in the first year, I believe it. If you don't like how things are going, if you're tired of politicians, see something different.
[17:53.440 --> 18:01.440] Ron Paul. Ron Paul. Ron Paul. Ron Paul is the one we've been looking for. I'm Ron Paul, and I approve this message.
[18:01.440 --> 18:10.440] Are you being harassed by debt collectors with phone calls, letters or even lawsuits? Stop debt collectors now with the Michael Miras Proven Method.
[18:10.440 --> 18:15.280] You've won six cases in federal court against debt collectors, and now you can win two.
[18:15.280 --> 18:19.840] You'll get step-by-step instructions in plain English on how to win in court using federal
[18:19.840 --> 18:25.280] civil rights statutes, what to do when contacted by phones, mail, or court summons, how to
[18:25.280 --> 18:29.760] answer letters and phone calls, how to get debt collectors out of your credit reports,
[18:29.760 --> 18:34.400] how to turn the financial tables on them and make them pay you to go away.
[18:34.400 --> 18:39.520] The Michael Merris Proven Method is the solution for how to stop debt collectors.
[18:39.520 --> 18:41.680] Federal consultation is available as well.
[18:41.680 --> 18:47.200] For more information, please visit ruleoflawradio.com and click on the blue Michael Merris banner
[18:47.200 --> 18:50.200]  or email Michael Merris at yahoo.com.
[18:50.200 --> 18:59.760]  That's ruleoflawradio.com or email m-i-c-h-a-e-l-m-i-r-r-a-s at yahoo.com to learn how to stop debt collectors
[18:59.760 --> 19:12.760]  now.
[19:12.760 --> 19:21.760] Look what we got, we asked for Christian, wonder what I didn't know had their answer.
[19:21.760 --> 19:39.520] All right folks, we are back, this is the rule of law, Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig, I'm
[19:39.520 --> 19:47.280] Deborah Stevens, we've got Mark Adams here with us and Mark, you are talking about project
[19:47.280 --> 19:50.280] vote count and you are going over some stats.
[19:50.280 --> 20:00.040] Right, so in 2008 we did exit polls across, actually we did exit polls in Florida, Texas
[20:00.040 --> 20:08.880] and Ohio and in Florida we did exit polls in 10 counties at over 30 precincts, clicked
[20:08.880 --> 20:18.640] at over 10,000 votes and basically what we found was that people were very willing to
[20:18.640 --> 20:25.920] sign affidavits testifying as to how they voted because they have realized, I mean there's
[20:25.920 --> 20:32.080] a pretty widespread realization that things aren't going right in our country and a lot
[20:32.080 --> 20:41.360] of people think that might be due to the secret vote counting and obviously fascist rulers
[20:41.360 --> 20:51.960] throughout history and totalitarian states throughout history have enjoyed staying in
[20:51.960 --> 20:57.640] power while pretending to conduct elections, for instance Fallon said those who cast the
[20:57.640 --> 21:08.520] vote decide nothing, those who count the votes decide everything, so anyway we found that
[21:08.520 --> 21:16.280] people were very interested in getting involved to sign affidavits showing us how they voted
[21:16.280 --> 21:26.880] and furthermore in 2008 I was contacted by a campaign manager for Ryan Paul, the state
[21:26.880 --> 21:42.600] chair for South Carolina and anyway, sorry I'm being interrupted, but okay.
[21:42.600 --> 21:47.960] Okay, you were contacted by Ryan Paul, did you work with their campaign?
[21:47.960 --> 21:54.280] Yeah, his campaign chair in South Carolina and she saw the results from New Hampshire
[21:54.280 --> 21:58.000] and asked if there was anything I could do and apparently looked on the internet and
[21:58.000 --> 22:07.800] found me because I had contested so many elections in 2006 and so I took a look at South Carolina
[22:07.800 --> 22:13.760] and found that South Carolina's constitution right there in Article 2, Section 1, the very
[22:13.760 --> 22:24.600] first sentence says the vote shall not be counted in secret, so I said woohoo, you know, we hit
[22:24.600 --> 22:32.080] the proverbial nail on the head here and ought to be able to do something with it and
[22:32.080 --> 22:37.320] Jim Conda got involved, we raised a lot of attention about that, then we did project
[22:37.320 --> 22:46.400] vote count, exit polls in Florida, we contacted every single presidential candidate, tried
[22:46.400 --> 22:53.240] to get them to take action and the only people that got back to me were Ryan Paul's campaign
[22:53.240 --> 23:00.640] team and Dennis Kucinich's campaign team and Kucinich, his team said well, you know,
[23:00.640 --> 23:07.760] they're actually have already bowled out now and we've committed to spending money on the
[23:07.760 --> 23:15.680] New Hampshire recount so, you know, we can't really take any legal action right now and
[23:15.680 --> 23:23.880] Ryan Paul's campaign team, they told us that they didn't want to, you know, they had discussed
[23:23.880 --> 23:32.080] it before or right after the team got formed, Kent Snyder, Lou Moore, Bruce Fein and Ryan
[23:32.080 --> 23:37.400] Paul had discussed it before the campaign really got going and decided they weren't
[23:37.400 --> 23:43.560] going to talk about any conspiracy theories about elections being rigged and I explained
[23:43.560 --> 23:44.560]  to...
[23:44.560 --> 23:45.760]  Those pesky conspiracy theories.
[23:45.760 --> 23:49.840] I know those pesky conspiracy theories, all those facts and stuff that we're just supposed
[23:49.840 --> 23:50.840]  to ignore.
[23:50.840 --> 23:51.840]  Sorry, go ahead.
[23:51.840 --> 24:01.480] You know, we talked to Jesse Benton too and anyway, I pointed out to Kent and Lou that,
[24:01.480 --> 24:06.040] you know, constitutional provisions like the ones in South Carolina and Virginia that say
[24:06.040 --> 24:12.960] the vote shall not be counted in secret aren't conspiracy theories, they're clear constitutional
[24:12.960 --> 24:20.200] prohibitions against county votes in secret and since Ryan Paul is about the only person
[24:20.200 --> 24:27.040] in office anywhere who actually believes that the government should follow the Constitution,
[24:27.040 --> 24:28.640] you might want to bring that to attention.
[24:28.640 --> 24:33.400] So they promised they would and naturally I never heard back from them and then Amanda
[24:33.400 --> 24:37.640] was frozen out as campaign manager in South Carolina.
[24:37.640 --> 24:47.920] So a little bit fishy action there by the campaign team but since then I've found that
[24:47.920 --> 24:54.480] there's seven states which have constitutions with provisions which either require the votes
[24:54.480 --> 25:00.160] to be counted in public or prohibit votes from being counted in secret.
[25:00.160 --> 25:02.760]  So I mean that's something that...
[25:02.760 --> 25:05.320] In which states are those?
[25:05.320 --> 25:13.520] Well, that's the constitutions of Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine and Louisiana
[25:13.520 --> 25:19.040] require the votes to be counted in public while the constitutions of Virginia and South Carolina
[25:19.040 --> 25:21.320] prohibit county votes in secret.
[25:21.320 --> 25:26.720] And so what we're talking about here is five of the original colonies have constitutions
[25:26.720 --> 25:31.360] which specifically require public vote counts.
[25:31.360 --> 25:32.360]  And so...
[25:32.360 --> 25:39.120] I thought that was interesting that it was five of the originals they understood the
[25:39.120 --> 25:40.120]  problem.
[25:40.120 --> 25:47.080] Right, they understood the problem, I mean they had lived under tyranny and obviously
[25:47.080 --> 25:54.280] in Britain they had a parliamentary elections at the time of the revolution.
[25:54.280 --> 26:00.960] So they understood a little bit about elections too and they understood that games have been
[26:00.960 --> 26:06.800] played with the vote count and wanted to make sure votes were counted in public.
[26:06.800 --> 26:07.800]  Absolutely.
[26:07.800 --> 26:11.920] And there was Joseph Stalin that said, it's not who casts the votes that matters, it's
[26:11.920 --> 26:15.640] who counts the vote that matters.
[26:15.640 --> 26:18.360] And that is absolutely true.
[26:18.360 --> 26:26.480] And if, of course, the counting is done in public, well then it matters about the votes
[26:26.480 --> 26:27.880]  that are cast.
[26:27.880 --> 26:32.240] But if you're going to count them in secret, it doesn't matter at all.
[26:32.240 --> 26:36.640] Yeah, you're just going to take the word of whoever did the secret vote count.
[26:36.640 --> 26:37.640]  Exactly.
[26:37.640 --> 26:45.840] People don't understand, I mean right now, you know, I've asked thousands of people
[26:45.840 --> 26:52.880] how the votes are counted, less than one percent can tell me that they're counted in secret
[26:52.880 --> 26:53.880]  on computers.
[26:53.880 --> 27:00.880] Well in Texas, none of us know, we can't know because it's in the election code itself
[27:00.880 --> 27:08.800] that the proprietary software that is used to count these votes shall remain private
[27:08.800 --> 27:10.720] and it's not going to be released.
[27:10.720 --> 27:15.080] So we can't look at the code, it's not open source, we don't know anything about it.
[27:15.080 --> 27:19.320] And even if we could look at their code, that still doesn't matter because they could just
[27:19.320 --> 27:24.440] do whatever they want when it comes actually time to count the votes.
[27:24.440 --> 27:31.360] And Mark, you had told me, and I love to talk about this situation, in Virginia they even
[27:31.360 --> 27:38.720] have the gall to set the secret vote counting machine up on the floor in the middle of everyone
[27:38.720 --> 27:44.280] in public and say, see, we're counting it in public, give me a break.
[27:44.280 --> 27:45.280]  Right.
[27:45.280 --> 27:47.720] Tell us about that, tell us about that little incident.
[27:47.720 --> 27:54.760] Well if people want to, if they want to Google Virginia's elections are unconstitutional
[27:54.760 --> 28:00.960] and daily censored, they'll see my article on daily censored.
[28:00.960 --> 28:08.640] I originally wrote the article in 2008 on op-ed news and Virginia, like South Carolina,
[28:08.640 --> 28:13.200] conveniently changed their link to their constitution.
[28:13.200 --> 28:17.240] So the op-ed news articles are still good, I mean some of the links are dead.
[28:17.240 --> 28:20.920] The links to the constitutions are dead.
[28:20.920 --> 28:28.160] But I updated them on daily censored and so if you look up Virginia elections are unconstitutional,
[28:28.160 --> 28:33.320] you'll see a link to my video of my discussion with a couple attorneys from the Virginia
[28:33.320 --> 28:39.480] Board of Elections which pretend not to understand the question when I asked them how the votes
[28:39.480 --> 28:40.480]  are counted.
[28:40.480 --> 28:44.840] And the amazing thing is, I talked to two different ones, back to back.
[28:44.840 --> 28:50.880] I start with the one, I go through the whole deal with her and then she says, well let
[28:50.880 --> 28:59.000] me transfer you to somebody else to talk to and I go through it with another one.
[28:59.000 --> 29:03.920] And they both pretend like, I'm sure you've been there Debra and asked these questions,
[29:03.920 --> 29:11.320] but when you ask a public official how the votes are counted, it's really funny because
[29:11.320 --> 29:15.600] I think they all understand the votes are counted in secret.
[29:15.600 --> 29:22.280] When you ask a general citizen person on the street, they just look at you with a deer
[29:22.280 --> 29:24.960] in the headlights look like, what?
[29:24.960 --> 29:25.960]  What you talking about?
[29:25.960 --> 29:28.360]  I never thought about that.
[29:28.360 --> 29:38.280] And if you ask a public official, they always go into pretending to not understand what
[29:38.280 --> 29:39.280]  you're asking them.
[29:39.280 --> 29:42.360] I mean, it's a really basic question, how are the votes counted?
[29:42.360 --> 29:49.440] I mean, most people go, I don't know, but when the officials go, I don't really understand
[29:49.440 --> 29:50.440]  what you're asking.
[29:50.440 --> 29:51.440]  Yeah, right.
[29:51.440 --> 29:52.440]  Yeah, they do.
[29:52.440 --> 29:54.960]  They understand very well.
[29:54.960 --> 29:57.160] Okay, Mark, we'll be right back, folks.
[29:57.160 --> 30:00.560] This is Lobo 3 and that was shut down.
[30:00.560 --> 30:05.880] A Noble Lie, Oklahoma City, 1995 will change forever the way you look at the true nature
[30:05.880 --> 30:06.880]  of terrorism.
[30:06.880 --> 30:10.800] Based on the damage patting to the building, what the government says is impossible.
[30:10.800 --> 30:14.520] The grand jury did not want to hear anything I had to say.
[30:14.520 --> 30:18.320] The decision was made not to pursue any more of those individuals.
[30:18.320 --> 30:23.040] Some of these columns were ripped up, shredded, tossed around.
[30:23.040 --> 30:26.720] The people that did the things they did knew doggone well what they were doing.
[30:26.720 --> 30:30.200] Expose the cover up now at anoblelie.com.
[30:30.200 --> 30:38.200] Weed, Goncha, Mary Jane, marijuana has inspired dozens of nicknames and even more legislation,
[30:38.200 --> 30:42.600] but Massachusetts takes the prize when it comes to dopey laws for wacky-to-backy.
[30:42.600 --> 30:47.400] I've got your Catherine Albrecht and I'll tell you more in just a moment.
[30:47.400 --> 30:49.000]  Privacy is under attack.
[30:49.000 --> 30:52.600] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[30:52.600 --> 30:57.360] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[30:57.360 --> 31:02.320] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[31:02.320 --> 31:05.120]  Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[31:05.120 --> 31:09.440] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search
[31:09.440 --> 31:12.960] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[31:12.960 --> 31:16.560]  Start over with StartPage.
[31:16.560 --> 31:20.800] Casual marijuana users were overwhelming Massachusetts courts and jails.
[31:20.800 --> 31:24.640] Even first-timers caught with a joint faced up to six months in jail.
[31:24.640 --> 31:29.920] So state legislators passed a law making possession of less than an ounce of pot a civil offense.
[31:29.920 --> 31:32.920] For adults, that's about the level of a parking violation.
[31:32.920 --> 31:37.520] An officer can write you a $100 ticket, but that's when the crazy part kicks in.
[31:37.520 --> 31:41.760] Lawmakers wrote a clause saying there's no penalty for offenders who choose not to pay.
[31:41.760 --> 31:44.720] So potheads just tear up the tickets and smoke on.
[31:44.720 --> 31:49.040] But before you light up, be forewarned, some municipalities aren't happy with the state's
[31:49.040 --> 31:50.040]  smoke screen.
[31:50.040 --> 31:55.040] Counts like Rocklands and Natick have since instituted serious penalties and fines.
[31:55.040 --> 32:21.040] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[32:25.040 --> 32:51.040] So please, Mr. Macklin, each officer has to abuse their power.
[32:51.040 --> 33:17.040] You will be over until you be silent, sir.
[33:17.040 --> 33:27.040] I need to speak to my lawyer, Mr. Officer.
[33:27.040 --> 33:43.040] I feel like you and the judge finding me guilty, sir.
[33:43.040 --> 34:09.040] I feel like you and the judge finding me guilty, sir.
[34:09.040 --> 34:35.040] I feel like you and the judge finding me guilty, sir.
[34:35.040 --> 35:04.040] I feel like you and the judge finding me guilty, sir.
[35:04.040 --> 35:30.040] I feel like you and the judge finding me guilty, sir.
[35:30.040 --> 35:59.040] I feel like you and the judge finding me guilty, sir.
[35:59.040 --> 36:28.040] I feel like you and the judge finding me guilty, sir.
[36:28.040 --> 36:57.040] I feel like you and the judge finding me guilty, sir.
[36:57.040 --> 36:59.040] John, thank you for joining us tonight.
[36:59.040 --> 37:01.040] Oh, thank you very much.
[37:01.040 --> 37:04.040] I appreciate the opportunity to get on here with Mark.
[37:04.040 --> 37:14.040] We've been working on this issue and related issues that are all intertwined in this for quite a few years.
[37:14.040 --> 37:22.040] I think Mark even was working on this before my election that we contested in 2006,
[37:22.040 --> 37:31.040] when we found by going back to the voters with very well-constructed affidavits that Mark put together,
[37:31.040 --> 37:42.040] that there was a 14% flip of votes from me to Ginny Brown Wait, my Republican opponent in that race,
[37:42.040 --> 37:49.040] where I was a Democratic nominee in a race for Congressional District 5 here in Florida.
[37:49.040 --> 38:02.040] We went back to the voters and we really were well received by the voters with over 90% participation
[38:02.040 --> 38:09.040] in our affidavit survey, which allowed people to say,
[38:09.040 --> 38:22.040] oh, my God, or I don't know, or whatnot, and came up with this very real outside the standard deviation kind of number here
[38:22.040 --> 38:26.040] that allowed me to say, okay, let's go for this.
[38:26.040 --> 38:35.040] We were one of four election contests in 2006 that you really heard very little about.
[38:35.040 --> 38:42.040] We had a big hearing up in Tallahassee and we certainly cost our opponent a lot of money
[38:42.040 --> 38:57.040] and Mark did a yeoman's job here working to put forward the premise that the votes were not counted accurately by any stretch.
[38:57.040 --> 39:07.040] That's really damaging to whatever you want to call the kind of government that we have right now.
[39:07.040 --> 39:19.040] Now, I'm very happy as a no-party affiliation candidate for Congress and whatever district I end up in in 2012
[39:19.040 --> 39:30.040] to make this a key issue in the campaign that's being reinforced in the Republican presidential primary
[39:30.040 --> 39:38.040] through numerous fiascos that have come to light all throughout the campaign thus far
[39:38.040 --> 39:50.040] and the caucuses and voting and lost votes and misreporting of votes that are just emblematic
[39:50.040 --> 39:57.040] of the problem that Mark has been fighting for years and that I've been working against, too,
[39:57.040 --> 40:09.040] after all, no issue that anyone wants to promote to better our society or our economy or any policy issue
[40:09.040 --> 40:20.040] that you might think of that's of any importance is ever going to have its day in the court of political opinion
[40:20.040 --> 40:29.040] unless the votes are counted fairly, accurately, and truly transparently.
[40:29.040 --> 40:39.040] So that's kind of my lead-in and I'm a guy who wants to help make a difference.
[40:39.040 --> 40:50.040] And so, as is Mark, and I think Mark has made a difference and I think what I've done has helped somewhat
[40:50.040 --> 40:58.040] with no help from the mainstream media so we rely on these sorts of venues to get the message out
[40:58.040 --> 41:08.040] and I think it's beginning to ring more clear this year that the corporations are running our political system
[41:08.040 --> 41:13.040] as a detriment of ordinary people across this nation.
[41:13.040 --> 41:21.040] Definitely. And before you came on, I mentioned the fact that contrary to the myth about the 2006 election contest,
[41:21.040 --> 41:28.040] it was you that acted on my advice right away, got a team together, went out, canvassed the voters,
[41:28.040 --> 41:34.040] and produced affidavits showing that the election results had been manipulated.
[41:34.040 --> 41:42.040] And of course the story is that Clint did it first, but you're the actor one that took action first.
[41:42.040 --> 41:47.040]  Yeah, I took action purely. I said, okay, let's go.
[41:47.040 --> 41:55.040] And we found a manageable precinct that actually would be, if you looked at the demographic,
[41:55.040 --> 42:04.040] contrary to my, I guess, political, political stances in general.
[42:04.040 --> 42:16.040] And we went out there and found that what was a significant victory in that precinct for my opponent turned out to be a tie.
[42:16.040 --> 42:20.040] And it was beyond any standard deviation.
[42:20.040 --> 42:27.040] And so it wasn't a couple percent. It was over 14 percent of the votes cast for that.
[42:27.040 --> 42:31.040] Right, and that's the only reason we went to court, that we actually took this to court.
[42:31.040 --> 42:38.040] If he only had a couple of votes, I wouldn't have said, okay, let's file the lawsuit.
[42:38.040 --> 42:48.040] But that was the basis for all the contests that I handled in 2006 was John and some of his volunteers getting out there,
[42:48.040 --> 42:59.040] taking my advice to find a manageable representative precinct and go canvass the voters and ask them to file an affidavit.
[42:59.040 --> 43:09.040] And so he did that and took action. Clint did that too eventually, but it was a couple months after we filed the contest before Clint.
[43:09.040 --> 43:15.040] Clint actually helped us collect these affidavits. I mean, remember he came over here.
[43:15.040 --> 43:26.040] So before we was doing anything in his end, he was helping collect affidavits, you know, get signed affidavits from people in my district.
[43:26.040 --> 43:32.040] Now, one point that I think is very important. Now, we had meager resources.
[43:32.040 --> 43:43.040]  Christine Jennings, a more well-known contest in Florida.
[43:43.040 --> 43:53.040] Well, that wasn't Sarasota. And the reason it was more well-known is because there was a locally programmed hack in Sarasota County.
[43:53.040 --> 43:58.040] All right. Listen, we're about to cut to break. We're going to have to talk about this tomorrow on the other side. We'll be right back, folks.
[43:58.040 --> 43:59.040]  Okay.
[44:02.040 --> 44:06.040] The Oakland City bombing. Top 10 reasons to question the official story.
[44:06.040 --> 44:20.040] Reason number two, why was the ATF AWOL? Paramedic Tiffany Bible, who was on the scene within five minutes, has stated in an affidavit that agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms told her that they were not in their office that morning.
[44:20.040 --> 44:27.040] EMT Catherine Mallant also overheard one agent say to another, close, is that why we got the page to not come in today?
[44:27.040 --> 44:46.040] The ATF initially denied these claims, and now variously claim that one of their agents was in a free-falling elevator, which has been disproven, or that they'd been in an all-night stick out, or that they'd been at a golf tournament.
[44:46.040 --> 44:56.040] As they try to sort out their lies, all we want to know is, did the ATF receive a warning? And if so, why did they not pass it on to others in the murals?

[46:22.040 --> 46:46.040] Okay, watching the sparks fly here on the Logos Radio Network, this is the rule of law show.
[46:46.040 --> 46:52.040] I'm Deborah Stevens here with Raina Kelsen and Eddie Craig. We've got Mark Adams and John Russell.
[46:52.040 --> 46:58.040] Mark, as we were cutting the break, you were talking about Sarasota County.
[46:58.040 --> 47:13.040] Right, we were talking about Sarasota in 2006, and the fact that in that situation, it appears that there was a local hack in addition to the program by ESNS FLIP,
[47:13.040 --> 47:32.040] which from John and Clint's districts in 2006, it appeared in both of them that apparently they were flipping about 14% or 15% of the votes cast for John and Clint over to their Republican opponent.
[47:32.040 --> 47:43.040] And so in Christine Jennings' district, she was up against a car dealer, Bermuda Cannon, who had a pretty bad reputation in the community.
[47:43.040 --> 47:57.040] I mean, it had been sued like a hundred times. Not a great reputation, and as a result, apparently they thought that he might need a little help.
[47:57.040 --> 48:12.040] So they got involved in tweaking the programming in Sarasota County, and in Sarasota County, 18,000 people didn't have any votes recorded in the congressional race.
[48:12.040 --> 48:25.040] And several thousand of those people noticed that the vote for Christine Jennings wasn't being recorded, and some noticed when they pushed Christine Jennings that it would flip to Bermuda Cannon.
[48:25.040 --> 48:34.040] And so when you have thousands of people noticing something funky is going on, people have to pay attention.
[48:34.040 --> 48:55.040] So in 2006, the Florida Democratic Party, Move On, ACLU, PFAS, Common Cause, all these organizations got involved in the Sarasota Contest, but they didn't get involved in our contest.
[48:55.040 --> 49:07.040] Even though we let them all know, then we already had evidence in the form of affidavits for voters. And as John probably remembers, you know, I had discussions.
[49:07.040 --> 49:19.040] We had discussions with Christine Jennings' legal team, and, you know, I asked them a couple of questions like, hey, why don't you guys go out and get affidavits for voters showing how they vote?
[49:19.040 --> 49:32.040] And they had the resources well superior to go out and do what we did on a large scale.
[49:32.040 --> 49:39.040] They had people and money to do this, and they chose to bail.
[49:39.040 --> 49:54.040] I just want to make this little point that I heard later on that an aide, I ran into an aide who used to drive Christine Jennings, the candidate that we're talking about around and, you know, very close to her.
[49:54.040 --> 50:13.040] And we started talking about these election contests, and he tells me that Nancy Pelosi told Christine Jennings, the candidate, that, you know, just lay off because we're going to support you the next time around.
[50:13.040 --> 50:37.040] And so that was the backing off. So there's this tremendous requirement, really between both parties, I'm sure, but this is our experience with the Democratic Party, to preserve the notion that the election system is solid, trustworthy,
[50:37.040 --> 50:48.040] maintained as sacrosanct and beyond besmirch. And when in fact, nothing could be further from the case.
[50:48.040 --> 51:02.040] Right. Well, on those lines, do you recall our meeting with Karen Thurman, the chair of the Florida Democratic Party, where we were saying, hey, you guys are supporting the Christine Jennings contest, why don't you support our contest?
[51:02.040 --> 51:07.040] Do you recall why she told us that we shouldn't talk about it?
[51:07.040 --> 51:12.040] Yeah, yeah. And I had another conversation with her, and it's available on YouTube.
[51:12.040 --> 51:14.040]  Yeah, that's a good one, too.
[51:14.040 --> 51:26.040] Yeah, it's called Karen Thurman, Show Me the Money. Karen Thurman, Show Me the Money. And it's quite, it's most entertaining, probably in the last two minutes.
[51:26.040 --> 51:31.040] It's about a nine minute video, kind of a data line NBC thing.
[51:31.040 --> 51:47.040] That video, if you guys are interested, in that video, Karen Thurman, while she was the chair of the Florida Democratic Party, was actually working, taking lobbying money from the former chair of the Florida Republican Party.
[51:47.040 --> 51:52.040] Right, who is now the, he's way up there in the National Republican Party or something.
[51:52.040 --> 52:04.040] Well, a little bit of that, you know, the rank and file Democrats and Republicans are supposed to distrust and dislike each other, but the leaders, hey, they work together.
[52:04.040 --> 52:05.040]  Right.
[52:05.040 --> 52:27.040] But see, the more important thing here is, you recall when we got to meet with Karen Thurman at the Democratic Executive Committee event in February, when we were in the heat of our contest and trying to get everybody to help fund them and spread the word about them.
[52:27.040 --> 52:31.040] And I'm sure you recall our discussion with her.
[52:31.040 --> 52:52.040] Yeah, and, you know, she, the most important thing to her is, you know, it doesn't matter that votes might not be counted accurately and certainly unfavorably towards Democratic candidates per se, but that we don't want to discourage people from voting, irrespective of whether their vote is counted or not.
[52:52.040 --> 53:07.040] And number two, that we don't want to discourage, you know, the fundraising efforts for the Democratic Party and, you know, people who benefit from such fundraising, such as Karen Thurman.
[53:07.040 --> 53:15.040] In other words, the illusion of elections and the money that comes from elections are more important than actually throwing the paper.
[53:15.040 --> 53:17.040] Having fair and trustworthy elections.
[53:17.040 --> 53:18.040]  Right.
[53:18.040 --> 53:22.040]  It's just a, you know, it's just like a PR stunt.
[53:22.040 --> 53:23.040]  What do we need?
[53:23.040 --> 53:24.040]  A PR stunt.
[53:24.040 --> 53:25.040] What do we need election?
[53:25.040 --> 53:47.040] One of the things that, I mean, Cliff's original idea in 2006 of how to prove elections fraud came from him looking at his precincts and noticing and precincts in his district that in many of those precincts, he got less votes than the number of Democrats who voted.
[53:47.040 --> 53:48.040]  And election.
[53:48.040 --> 53:51.040] So, in other words, yeah, that's pretty crazy.
[53:51.040 --> 54:05.040] We're supposed to believe all the Republicans and all the independence and some of the Democrats voted to send Tom Feeney, the father of secret vote counting and help America vote back to Congress.
[54:05.040 --> 54:08.040] I think there's a point that needs to be made as well.
[54:08.040 --> 54:17.040] In Alan Grayson's election, didn't you do some analysis of the performance?
[54:17.040 --> 54:34.040] Yeah, it was quite ludicrous that Democrats that voted weren't performing as Democrats and were instead voting for the opponent.
[54:34.040 --> 54:36.040]  It doesn't make any sense.
[54:36.040 --> 54:46.040] In Grayson's defeat, see Grayson was elected because Project Vote Count was doing exit polls in Orange County in 2008 during the election.
[54:46.040 --> 54:56.040] And in Orange County, Clint Curtis's district was part of Orange County and Alan Grayson's district was the other part.
[54:56.040 --> 55:11.040] And so Grayson, when he challenged the Republican incumbent who had been amazingly being re-elected in a district that was gerrymandered slightly in favor of a Democrat for a long time.
[55:11.040 --> 55:18.040] And Tom Feeney in 2008, they both lost because we were doing exit polls in Orange County, Florida.
[55:18.040 --> 55:20.040] And so they didn't turn the cheat on.
[55:20.040 --> 55:28.040] And then in 2010, Grayson, like so many people, can't believe that elections would be rigged in America.
[55:28.040 --> 55:31.040]  I mean, after all, it's not on TV, right?
[55:31.040 --> 55:34.040]  Right.
[55:34.040 --> 55:40.040] So he didn't want to get involved in doing any exit polls.
[55:40.040 --> 55:51.040] And in 2010, what John's point now is just like Clint Curtis found in 2006, and we saw this pattern in all the other congressional election contests.
[55:51.040 --> 56:04.040] If you actually looked at the precinct by precinct results and the number of Democrats who voted in their precinct and precinct after precinct,
[56:04.040 --> 56:20.040] Democratic candidates for Congress lost to Republican incumbents when Democrats were winning across the one back control, both the House and the Senate in the 2006 elections.
[56:20.040 --> 56:23.040] But in Florida, nothing changed.
[56:23.040 --> 56:37.040] In Florida, we were supposed to believe that all the Republicans, all the independents, and in many precincts, some of the Democrats voted for the Republican incumbent.
[56:37.040 --> 56:49.040] I think there's also another point here that's kind of curious that is statistically outside the realm of probability.
[56:49.040 --> 57:09.040] In 2008, all of the Democratic candidates throughout Central Florida, I think there was in the neighborhood of like 6, 5 or 6, they all lost exactly 60-40.
[57:09.040 --> 57:11.040]  That's their favorite number when they're rigging it.
[57:11.040 --> 57:14.040]  60-40 is the favorite number.
[57:14.040 --> 57:23.040] But, you know, the vote counting is but one aspect of the problems with our election system.
[57:23.040 --> 57:31.040] Number one, obviously we have this outrageous fundraising and this notion that money is speech.
[57:31.040 --> 57:54.040] Mark Adams and I both have been involved with move to amend this Citizens United decision, which even it looks like the powers that they are beginning to see, it's just so outrageous that they know that more and more people are beginning to understand that,
[57:54.040 --> 58:04.040] hey, this thing isn't working. One man, one vote ain't working. It's whoever can throw $10 million at somebody or whatnot.
[58:04.040 --> 58:10.040] That's the thing is really all those big corporations, all those rich guys, they're suckers too.
[58:10.040 --> 58:15.040] Because all they've got to do is buy E.S. and S. and Dible and then they run the shop.

[58:49.040 --> 58:55.040] Thank you so much for the opportunity to spread the word and help Mark spread some truth here.
[58:55.040 --> 58:58.040] All right, folks, when we get back, we're going to be talking with Jim Condit.
[58:58.040 --> 59:01.040] We'll be right back, folks, at the top of the hour news.

[01:00:01.040 --> 01:00:05.040] This news brief brought to you by the International Newsnet.
[01:00:05.040 --> 01:00:12.040] Tens of thousands of Russians Thursday heard Prime Minister Vladimir Putin evoke their historic 1812 victory over Napoleon.
[01:00:12.040 --> 01:00:20.040] The rally was intended to show Putin had real support and to counter opposition protests ahead of presidential elections next week.
[01:00:20.040 --> 01:00:26.040] However, many who packed the stadium said they'd been paid or coerced by their bosses to attend.
[01:00:26.040 --> 01:00:38.040] New York Supreme Court Justice Philip Rumsey ruled Tuesday towns in the state have the authority to ban fracking the environmentally corrosive method of natural gas drilling.
[01:00:38.040 --> 01:00:44.040] The ruling upheld the town of Dryden's recent ban, saying it falls within the authority of local governments.
[01:00:44.040 --> 01:00:54.040] Anne Schultz's exploration, which owns leases on 22,000 acres and has invested $5.1 million in drilling operations, argued against the ban.
[01:00:54.040 --> 01:01:03.040] The attorney for a man shot and wounded by an Oakland police officer last weekend said Wednesday the victim was a cousin of Oscar Grant,
[01:01:03.040 --> 01:01:10.040] whose shooting death by a Bay Area transit officer sparked mass demonstrations in 2010.
[01:01:10.040 --> 01:01:14.040] The police officer shot Tony Jones in the back as he fled from a police car.
[01:01:14.040 --> 01:01:20.040] Grant was shot in the back by a transit officer while lying face down.
[01:01:20.040 --> 01:01:29.040] White House press secretary Jay Carney Wednesday was revealed as a hypocrite as he evaded a reporter's question about the administration's double standards.
[01:01:29.040 --> 01:01:35.040] Carney spoke sympathetically about Western journalists who've died covering the civil war in Syria.
[01:01:35.040 --> 01:01:46.040] ABC News Jake Tapper then asked Carney why if the administration supported journalists reporting abuses abroad they have sued whistleblowers for violating the Espionage Act.
[01:01:46.040 --> 01:01:57.040] These include Thomas Drake, a former senior executive at the National Security Agency, charged with leaking information about the NSA surveillance program Trailblazer.
[01:01:57.040 --> 01:02:07.040] Dasheel Bennett writes in The Atlantic Wire, when revolutionaries occupying Egyptian squares are praised and supported while college kids in California get pepper sprayed,
[01:02:07.040 --> 01:02:14.040] it certainly feels like a double standard that benefits the U.S. government at the expense of everyone else.
[01:02:14.040 --> 01:02:25.040] 19 students and alumni at the University of California Davis were campus police pepper sprayed peaceful demonstrators last year filed a complaint Tuesday in U.S. District Court.
[01:02:25.040 --> 01:02:36.040] The lawsuit states the university violated demonstrators constitutional rights and seeks campus policies to prevent similar responses to nonviolent protests as well as damages.
[01:02:36.040 --> 01:02:42.040] Chancellor Linda Catehi set up an investigative task force that was asked to share its findings within 30 days.
[01:02:42.040 --> 01:02:49.040] On Thursday the task force, which still had not concluded its probe, said it would announce its results by mid-March.
[01:02:49.040 --> 01:02:58.040] One of a half a dozen investigations into the pepper spraying, including a criminal investigation by the county sheriff's department, has come to a resolution.
[01:02:58.040 --> 01:03:20.040] The lawsuit is the latest fallout from the November 18 incident at an Occupy camp, widely viewed online videos generated national outrage and calls for Chancellor Catehi to resign.

[01:03:50.040 --> 01:04:02.040] We're streaming on Logos Radio Network. Tonight is Thursday, February 23, 2012. We're here with a very special guest, Mark Adams.
[01:04:02.040 --> 01:04:11.040] John Russell is going to stay on the line with us for commentary, and we also have our next guest right now, Mr. Jim Condit.
[01:04:11.040 --> 01:04:14.040] So, Mark, why don't you introduce our next guest?
[01:04:14.040 --> 01:04:24.040] Definitely. It's my pleasure. Jim Condit Jr. has been involved in the effort to try and get fair elections in America for about three decades.
[01:04:24.040 --> 01:04:36.040] He worked with the Collier Brothers, who wrote the first book about the use of computers, counting votes in secret, to rig elections.
[01:04:36.040 --> 01:04:52.040] He was very involved in 2008 in trying to work to raise awareness about election theft and the problems with using computers to count votes in secret.
[01:04:52.040 --> 01:05:07.040] This year, he put together WatchTheVote2012.com to detect and deter election theft, and Jim's effort led to the discovery about the precinct vote counts in Iowa,
[01:05:07.040 --> 01:05:16.040] which had been added up correctly when the information was transmitted to the state GOP headquarters.
[01:05:16.040 --> 01:05:22.040] And that led to the change in the official winner from Romney to Santorum in Iowa.
[01:05:22.040 --> 01:05:31.040] So, we want to hear about that, but I'd love to hear a little bit more about you working with the Collier Brothers, Jim.
[01:05:31.040 --> 01:05:45.040] Yes. The Collier, we had a court order mark in 1985 from Judge Nehouse. We had filed suit against the Hamilton County Board of Election, and we had a court order that we were allowed to go through the whole process.
[01:05:45.040 --> 01:05:51.040] So, at that time, my mother-in-law stood out a paper in front of me that had what the Collier Brothers were doing in Miami and elsewhere.
[01:05:51.040 --> 01:06:04.040] We called them in as our experts, and they went through with the court order, but they were unveiling that nobody in the whole building of our Hamilton County Board of Elections could read the program
[01:06:04.040 --> 01:06:09.040] or knew anything about what was happening, except that they were given a program or running all these ballots.
[01:06:09.040 --> 01:06:24.040] So, the judge was called down in his tennis shoes and basically made a ruling that we weren't allowed to use video cameras to record what was happening, even though he had said in the court order he wanted us to gather evidence and come back to his courtroom.
[01:06:24.040 --> 01:06:39.040] You've got to love it when they say, oh, well, you can look at this stuff, but you can't make any video tapes on it.
[01:06:39.040 --> 01:06:44.040] Right, right. In fact, I've got to get it up on YouTube. I've got somebody who's going to teach me how to do this, but at one point, Ken Collier is the camera's rolling.
[01:06:44.040 --> 01:06:54.040] Ken Collier is confronting the judge in his tennis shoes there. The head of the Democrat and Republican Party are standing there locally, breathing down the judge's neck.
[01:06:54.040 --> 01:07:02.040] And he says, judge, I don't want to say you don't understand your own court order, but your court order says that we should observe and bring back evidence to your courtroom.
[01:07:02.040 --> 01:07:09.040] And the judge says, well, I said you could observe, but not video tape. And Collier says, well, do you mind if the camera observes?
[01:07:09.040 --> 01:07:16.040] And the judge says, no. So it got threatening enough that they were threatening to arrest the colliers, even though we had the court order.
[01:07:16.040 --> 01:07:28.040] And they left rather than be arrested. And my dad and a guy named Bob Strunk went through the evidence that there was outside lines attached to the computer and everything.
[01:07:28.040 --> 01:07:42.040] And so that is up on Lynn Landis' website, LandisReport.com. But yeah, I worked with the colliers for 12 years. Ken tragically died of cancer in 1993, I believe. Jim died of cancer in 1998.
[01:07:42.040 --> 01:07:46.040] And I worked with both of them from 1985 until each of their deaths.
[01:07:46.040 --> 01:07:58.040] Even though they were kind of left-wing sex drugs and rock and roll 60s type guys, they were the promoters for the Doors Concert in Florida where Jim Morrison got arrested.
[01:07:58.040 --> 01:08:02.040] And I'm just this geeky Catholic kid who was coming out of a real conservative background.
[01:08:02.040 --> 01:08:09.040] But we always were in total harmony on if we're going to have elections, let's have an honest vote count.
[01:08:09.040 --> 01:08:12.040] And so we always worked in total harmony on the election issue.
[01:08:12.040 --> 01:08:19.040] Right, right. Anyone who cares about control over their government wants to have an honest vote count.
[01:08:19.040 --> 01:08:27.040] Exactly, exactly. And we're Chapter 12. The colliers' book, of course, is Vote Scam, The Stealing of America.
[01:08:27.040 --> 01:08:30.040] And I don't think anybody will ever come up with a better title than that.
[01:08:30.040 --> 01:08:36.040] And we are, our Cincinnati experience with them and them with us is Chapter 12 in that book just for the record.
[01:08:36.040 --> 01:08:39.040] All right, that's Vote Scam, The Stealing of America.
[01:08:39.040 --> 01:08:43.040] James and Kenneth Coyer. James and Kenneth Coyer, yeah.
[01:08:43.040 --> 01:08:51.040] And so you've been involved for a while. Why don't you talk about your experience with Watch the Vote 2012.com this year.
[01:08:51.040 --> 01:09:06.040] Right, right. Yeah, I got dragged into this in 1979 when we saw the computers go down and all the people, all the corrupt incumbents got put in in nine spots winners in our city council race in 1979.
[01:09:06.040 --> 01:09:09.040] And so I've been involved since then, believe it or not.
[01:09:09.040 --> 01:09:14.040] And what, but I just might mention one of the things that should be a relevance to people.
[01:09:14.040 --> 01:09:24.040] And that is, I know that both parties at the top are, in my judgment, they were so corrupt that you can always argue who deserves to be more corrupt in any given situation.
[01:09:24.040 --> 01:09:35.040] But Harry Reid, who's one of the big hitmen, in my opinion, for the bad guys, he was losing, and he was losing to Sharon Engel out there in 2010.
[01:09:35.040 --> 01:09:42.040] About 10 o'clock, the computers broke down in Reno and Las Vegas, the two biggest cities in Nevada.
[01:09:42.040 --> 01:09:46.040] When it come back up, then the incumbent, Harry Reid, was winning.
[01:09:46.040 --> 01:09:51.040] And so you can't prove anything went wrong. Yeah, but that's because the whole count is secret.
[01:09:51.040 --> 01:09:54.040] That's why we don't want secret counts. We want transparent counts.
[01:09:54.040 --> 01:09:57.040] And that brings us, let's say, to Iowa this year.
[01:09:57.040 --> 01:10:05.040] In Iowa, you did have a transparent count. They had a caucus. They had 1774 gatherings of local people.
[01:10:05.040 --> 01:10:08.040] And anybody could walk in and watch what was happening.
[01:10:08.040 --> 01:10:11.040] So at least there was a potential for total transparency.
[01:10:11.040 --> 01:10:24.040] Now, the state Iowa GOP, who has a long history of rigging and warping these elections, they insisted that they're going to have a computer at the top at the state headquarters.
[01:10:24.040 --> 01:10:31.040] And by the way, Mark, they still will not release what computer company they were using.
[01:10:31.040 --> 01:10:37.040] People are trying to find out, including the reporter for Christopher Berlin and local people, and they just say,
[01:10:37.040 --> 01:10:42.040] we're not going to release now or ever which computer company we're using to count the vote.
[01:10:42.040 --> 01:10:43.040] Of course, the big question...
[01:10:43.040 --> 01:10:44.040]  National security, Jim.
[01:10:44.040 --> 01:10:46.040]  National security.
[01:10:46.040 --> 01:10:54.040] The big question is, why did they need a computer at all? For instance, we had a Google doc up, which is common technology.
[01:10:54.040 --> 01:11:02.040] The people we had on the ground, which was about 10%, 170 of the precinct, they called into us and we simply double-checked it with them,
[01:11:02.040 --> 01:11:07.040] uploaded it on the Internet, double-checked that, and then the Google doc added it up for you automatically.
[01:11:07.040 --> 01:11:12.040] So the idea that they needed a computer was just to throw confusion into the situation.
[01:11:12.040 --> 01:11:17.040] When they have to warp a result, then they always want to pretend to be super confused.
[01:11:17.040 --> 01:11:23.040] And what happened there was, there's a lot of things wrong with Iowa that we're still investigating.
[01:11:23.040 --> 01:11:24.040]  We still can't get it.
[01:11:24.040 --> 01:11:25.040]  We can't get it.
[01:11:25.040 --> 01:11:27.040] We don't have time to get into here.
[01:11:27.040 --> 01:11:32.040] But they admitted, you know, January 3, 2012 was the caucus, right?
[01:11:32.040 --> 01:11:41.040] So that night, they breathlessly ran out and announced that the Rhino party big guy favored guy Romney was the winner.
[01:11:41.040 --> 01:11:51.040] They wanted to get that out there, even though they later admitted 14 days later that they published 130 caucuses with false results on January 3.
[01:11:51.040 --> 01:12:01.040] That means that 7%, they admit that 7% of the local gatherings that night and their press released the press that they published false or wrong results.
[01:12:01.040 --> 01:12:02.040]  Okay?
[01:12:02.040 --> 01:12:04.040]  So we were hoping to find 15 or 20.
[01:12:04.040 --> 01:12:06.040]  They admitted to 130.
[01:12:06.040 --> 01:12:15.040] Now, what happened there was, and I'm going to tell you my opinion, although we didn't have enough observers to prove this, that things were much worse than this.
[01:12:15.040 --> 01:12:19.040] But they claimed that Romney won by 8 votes on January 3.
[01:12:19.040 --> 01:12:27.040] Well, just to show the power of one American citizen who's willing to stand up, there was a guy who was providentially named Edward Tru.
[01:12:27.040 --> 01:12:31.040] TRUE in Appanoos County at a library there.
[01:12:31.040 --> 01:12:33.040] I think it was the Williams Caucus.
[01:12:33.040 --> 01:12:35.040] I think that was the name of it.
[01:12:35.040 --> 01:12:45.040] The next day when he went home, he got up in the afternoon and checked and saw, gee, they gave Romney 22 votes and my priest thinking he only had two.
[01:12:45.040 --> 01:12:51.040] So he went on to CNN's blog and started begging for help from somebody, from CNN, from somebody.
[01:12:51.040 --> 01:12:55.040] Well, somebody saw that there and said, you've got to get in touch with Washington Post 2012.
[01:12:55.040 --> 01:12:57.040]  They're trying to monitor this thing.
[01:12:57.040 --> 01:13:00.040] So one of our guys was simultaneously alerted.
[01:13:00.040 --> 01:13:05.040] He got together within an hour, so I was on the phone with Edward Tru and my dad is an attorney.
[01:13:05.040 --> 01:13:10.040] We helped him get his testimony down into an affidavit and published it on the website.
[01:13:10.040 --> 01:13:24.040] Well, this immediately threw the other side into the Iowa State GOP into disarray, because these affidavits really do spook him, because now they got somebody sworn testimony.
[01:13:24.040 --> 01:13:26.040] Are they going to try to counteract it with a lie?
[01:13:26.040 --> 01:13:32.040] Well, they tried to discredit Edward for about 12 hours, and we were starting to get more affidavits together.
[01:13:32.040 --> 01:13:38.040] We knew somebody who had the tally sheet who said they really didn't want to release it, because they were afraid the GOP would retaliate against them.
[01:13:38.040 --> 01:13:40.040]  Now, this is a GOP official.
[01:13:40.040 --> 01:13:47.040] So when they're telling you they're afraid their own hierarchy is to retaliate against them for release of the tally sheet, you know how bad things are.
[01:13:47.040 --> 01:13:54.040] Oh, yeah, I mean, that's a real insider view into how corrupt the leadership is.
[01:13:54.040 --> 01:14:01.040] Exactly, but this person was courageous enough that they said, we will release it if they won't back up what Edward said, because all of the solid.
[01:14:01.040 --> 01:14:07.040] The county chairman, Lao Briniger, told Edward his testimony was right, but then he started to fudge.
[01:14:07.040 --> 01:14:09.040] He must have been getting pressure from...
[01:14:09.040 --> 01:14:12.040] Well, anyway, 12 hours later they caved in and they admitted it was right.
[01:14:12.040 --> 01:14:18.040] Well, that means all else being equal, that means that now Santorum was the winner by 12 votes.
[01:14:18.040 --> 01:14:26.040] So what it ended up to be was that they had to change the winner.
[01:14:26.040 --> 01:14:39.040] You heard by many of you heard that they changed the winner on January 17th from Romney to Santorum, which was a tremendous back down for any state democratic or GOP headquarters to have to do.
[01:14:39.040 --> 01:14:51.040] But it showed the power of A, one guy, Edward Tru, who was a 28-year-old guy who was a handyman, fixed up people's houses, electricity and plumbing and all types of stuff.
[01:14:51.040 --> 01:14:54.040] And he stood up and testified to what he saw.
[01:14:54.040 --> 01:15:03.040] And then honest groups like Watch the Vote or Black Box Voting or many of the other groups that are involved in honest radio shows like this, coming to his aid.
[01:15:03.040 --> 01:15:13.040] And between the two of them, they had to change the whole thing and the chairman of the Iowa GOP, Matt Straughn, resigned within a few days.
[01:15:13.040 --> 01:15:15.040]  So this is just...
[01:15:15.040 --> 01:15:16.040]  Well, I guess what I wanted...
[01:15:16.040 --> 01:15:20.040] There's many things we could go into, but there's several points.
[01:15:20.040 --> 01:15:32.040] One which we talked this afternoon, you pointed out, it's important for people to realize the reason that Edward Tru could do this and we could help him at Watch the Vote 2012 is that it was a transparent process.
[01:15:32.040 --> 01:15:39.040] At least he could see what's going on and we could see what's going on through all the people who were present.
[01:15:39.040 --> 01:15:41.040]  That's an important thing.
[01:15:41.040 --> 01:15:49.040] So, for instance, let's jump ahead to New Hampshire where they broke their own state law, as you Mark Adams proved with Nancy Tobi, I think.
[01:15:49.040 --> 01:15:55.040] They broke their own state law and counted 80% of the votes of the ballots by a secret computer count.
[01:15:55.040 --> 01:15:59.040] And they're violating three Supreme Court decisions that are still standing.
[01:15:59.040 --> 01:16:11.040] Now let's go to the more absurd case of South Carolina, which the whole state ran the election with no paper ballots and no paper trail.
[01:16:11.040 --> 01:16:21.040] It was run by the biggest company, one of the biggest four, ESNS, election system and software, with the full permission of the South Carolina Secretary of State and all the county board of elections,
[01:16:21.040 --> 01:16:23.040] no ballots, no paper trail.
[01:16:23.040 --> 01:16:31.040] People just go up and punch a screen. I mean, it can't get any more absurd than this because if the computers break down, there's no way to check it.
[01:16:31.040 --> 01:16:34.040] And why do they ever have to tell us if they break down?
[01:16:34.040 --> 01:16:36.040]  We're operating in a position of blank paper.
[01:16:36.040 --> 01:16:40.040] So contrast Iowa to at least have a chance to see something.
[01:16:40.040 --> 01:16:48.040] With South Carolina, which is the most absurd where there's not even any paper ballots, but of course even Florida, Ohio, et cetera, where there is a paper ballot,
[01:16:48.040 --> 01:16:56.040] they snatch the ballots from the people as soon as they vote, you put it in like an ATM safe type of mission thing, and we never see the ballots again.
[01:16:56.040 --> 01:17:00.040] All right, listen, we gotta cut you right. We'll be right back.

[01:19:13.040 --> 01:19:17.040] Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig, I'm Debra Stevens.
[01:19:17.040 --> 01:19:22.040] We are here with Mark Adams. Jim Condit and John Russell is on the line.
[01:19:22.040 --> 01:19:28.040] He's got some commentary that he wants to give us here in a little bit.
[01:19:28.040 --> 01:19:33.040] But first, we're going to go back to Jim. You're talking about South Carolina and the ES and S machines.
[01:19:33.040 --> 01:19:39.040] I had a quick comment myself. You were saying that, well, if the machines break down, there's no way to trace it.
[01:19:39.040 --> 01:19:46.040] Well, as we've all discussed already, the whole problem is that even if the machines don't break down, there's no way to trace it.
[01:19:46.040 --> 01:19:47.040]  That's the whole...
[01:19:47.040 --> 01:19:48.040]  Exactly, exactly.
[01:19:48.040 --> 01:19:58.040] And I want to tell everybody that Mark Adams discovered this thing in 2008 that South Carolina was blatantly breaking their own stay law.
[01:19:58.040 --> 01:20:06.040] And there's a YouTube buff about that called South Carolina Super Tuesday and Ron Paul, which is like a 10-minute crash course on this whole subject,
[01:20:06.040 --> 01:20:09.040] starting out with Mark Adams. You can see a picture of him there.
[01:20:09.040 --> 01:20:12.040] So that's still up on YouTube, South Carolina Super Tuesday and Ron Paul.
[01:20:12.040 --> 01:20:19.040] So South Carolina is like the worst because everyone can see no paper. But Mark, New Hampshire was...
[01:20:19.040 --> 01:20:24.040] I mean, comment on some of these other states. They're just as bad.
[01:20:24.040 --> 01:20:30.040] Right, right. Well, just going back to the list again for anybody that's just joining us now.
[01:20:30.040 --> 01:20:40.040] There are seven state constitutions. The constitutions of Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, and Louisiana require the votes to be counted in public.
[01:20:40.040 --> 01:20:45.040] And the constitutions of Virginia and South Carolina prohibit counting votes in secret.
[01:20:45.040 --> 01:20:55.040] And what we've seen so far this year, since we were just talking about South Carolina, blatantly violating its constitution by counting all the votes in secret.
[01:20:55.040 --> 01:21:07.040] In South Carolina, Ron Paul got 12.98%. Let's call it 13% of the votes, according to the secret unconstitutional vote count there in South Carolina.
[01:21:07.040 --> 01:21:27.040] However, in the caucus state where the votes are counted in public and observers have caught errors, still Ron Paul has an average of 23% of the vote in the five caucus states of Iowa, Nevada, Colorado, Minnesota, and Maine.
[01:21:27.040 --> 01:21:34.040] Yet in South Carolina, he only got 13%. And in Florida, he only got 7% of the secret vote count.
[01:21:34.040 --> 01:21:41.040] Now, that's just unbelievable. I mean, first of all, Florida is a melting pot state.
[01:21:41.040 --> 01:21:47.040] So the Florida results should be relatively similar to the results from other states.
[01:21:47.040 --> 01:22:01.040] And in 2008, we caught, in the exit polls, the exit polls we did where we got affidavits from voters, the results from that show that about a third of the votes cast for Ron Paul in 2008 weren't counted for him.
[01:22:01.040 --> 01:22:14.040] And earlier in the show, we talked about the fact that affidavits from voters showed that at least 14% of the votes cast for John Russell and Clint Curtis in 2006 in Florida weren't counted for them.
[01:22:14.040 --> 01:22:36.040] And so this is a serious problem. And when you have a consistent, approximately 23% count in public counts for Ron Paul, but then a consistent count around 10% when you're talking about secret vote counting states for Ron Paul, you've got to realize something's going way wrong.
[01:22:36.040 --> 01:22:45.040] Mark, I think that there is many, many more Senatigans going on against Ron Paul than we've, even in the caucuses, there's all kinds of little tricks they're pulling.
[01:22:45.040 --> 01:22:54.040] I got to tell you this, though, and this may shock people, and it may not. The reason we didn't have 1,700 or 1,400 people in the aisle.
[01:22:54.040 --> 01:23:08.040] So we can really assert what the vote was that each wanted to throw it right up on the Internet to checkmate the crooks at the Iowa GOP, and the Democrats are just as bad at the state and national level, but we're talking about GOP primaries and caucuses here.
[01:23:08.040 --> 01:23:19.040] The reason we didn't have that is because what I'm going to characterize is the conscious saboteurs in the Ron Paul campaign, namely Drew Ivers, who was the head paid Ron Paul person in Iowa.
[01:23:19.040 --> 01:23:28.040] Demetria Casario and another fellow named, I believe his name was Matt Collins. It's escaping me at the moment. It's Matt something.
[01:23:28.040 --> 01:23:38.040] They went on a jihad against us and put out to all the Ron Paul people, do not cooperate with Watch the Motor or anybody else, do not report what you see to anybody with the campaign.
[01:23:38.040 --> 01:23:53.040] And of course, the campaign, nothing to campaign release no results. That may shock people, but I've been to do this in 2008, 2012. The Ron Paul campaign is the most heavily infiltrated campaign in my lifetime.
[01:23:53.040 --> 01:24:01.040] And the Koch brothers, which you may have heard of, which are kind of like the right wing of George Soros, they, I believe, planted their people around Ron Paul.
[01:24:01.040 --> 01:24:10.040] And they act as if their entire job is to manage the Ron Paul support in the Ron Paul campaign. So it comes in as a kind of a kindly also ran.
[01:24:10.040 --> 01:24:17.040] And Ron Paul is like an old nice guy eccentric, but he's not presidential material. But they are the reasons that we didn't have a service.
[01:24:17.040 --> 01:24:27.040] All the Ron Paul people were going to help and they were very eager to help. We got 2,000 people on our Facebook page in a short time until they went out and really put the hammer down.
[01:24:27.040 --> 01:24:31.040] We do not want anybody helping anybody except the campaign.
[01:24:31.040 --> 01:24:39.040] Well, you know, we experienced the same thing in 2008 and we experienced the same thing this year, 2012 in Florida.
[01:24:39.040 --> 01:24:54.040] Same story you're telling. The campaign and the campaign for liberty, which of course doesn't explain how liberty is supposed to be secured, put the word out, don't get involved in those election fraud conspiracy theories.
[01:24:54.040 --> 01:25:02.040] There's no need to watch the vote count. There's no need to make the poll. You should stand at your precinct though and hold the sign.
[01:25:02.040 --> 01:25:04.040]  Exactly.
[01:25:04.040 --> 01:25:13.040] Exactly. And that's their highest level of political activity you're thinking. I have to say that if people want to see Ron Paul himself telling us to watch the vote,
[01:25:13.040 --> 01:25:21.040] we have a three and a half minute video up that got 40, that and another one together got 40,000 views in 12 days at the end of December and January.
[01:25:21.040 --> 01:25:27.040] And it's called Ron Paul says, watch the vote. So this is why that is why people were rallying to the cause.
[01:25:27.040 --> 01:25:31.040] We got over two volunteers at Facebook and our Facebook page in a short time.
[01:25:31.040 --> 01:25:38.040] But then they actually issued a fraudulent letter over Ron Paul's name that they were emailing around.
[01:25:38.040 --> 01:25:48.040] And in that, believe it or not, they said, please, and this is five days, December 28, five days before the Iowa Congress, please, no more volunteers into Iowa.
[01:25:48.040 --> 01:25:52.040] We don't want any more volunteers. Stay home. We don't need anybody to watch the vote.
[01:25:52.040 --> 01:26:00.040] This is, and I will put that letter up on our website, but there were several versions of it, but it is a first in presidential campaign history to say,
[01:26:00.040 --> 01:26:04.040] no, it's a caucus state. We don't need any more volunteers to help us get the vote out.
[01:26:04.040 --> 01:26:13.040] And actually Doug Weed, who's a top Ron Paul spokesman who does a great job, I think, he was on MSNBC December 27 saying,
[01:26:13.040 --> 01:26:19.040] please, we need as many volunteers into Iowa from out of state as we can get because we want to canvas the state for Ron Paul.
[01:26:19.040 --> 01:26:27.040] Yet somebody in that campaign was so desperate to not have average citizens watching the vote that they actually told no one else to come into the state.
[01:26:27.040 --> 01:26:32.040] This is incredible stuff. It's never happened before in American presidential history.
[01:26:32.040 --> 01:26:42.040] Right. And just like we were talking about a minute ago, I mean, the results from the caucuses and the primaries where the votes are counted in secret are on the Internet.
[01:26:42.040 --> 01:26:52.040] I mean, they've been reported on all the TV shows, and yet no one in the news media, no one in the election reform wink-wink community,
[01:26:52.040 --> 01:27:01.040] and no one in the campaign has noticed the fact that there's a massive discrepancy between the votes received for Ron Paul,
[01:27:01.040 --> 01:27:06.040] between secret vote county states and open public vote county states.
[01:27:06.040 --> 01:27:14.040] Yeah. And of course, this has implications for everybody because every time a candidate, whether it's congressional, city council or presidential,
[01:27:14.040 --> 01:27:21.040] comes up who is threatening to move things back to a true pro-liberty stance for the country and the people,
[01:27:21.040 --> 01:27:30.040] you get this type of interference in the election system and manipulation not by some illegal alien who doesn't have a driver's license.
[01:27:30.040 --> 01:27:33.040] That's what the news media would like to think is the biggest problem.
[01:27:33.040 --> 01:27:41.040] I'm talking about the companies who are contracted with at the county and state level by the Republican and Democratic parties to count the votes.
[01:27:41.040 --> 01:27:46.040] They that control the secret computer programs, they're the ones I'm worried about as the primary culprits.
[01:27:46.040 --> 01:27:48.040]  Can I just interject here?
[01:27:48.040 --> 01:27:55.040] People can know about the vote flip there, and it all happens, and when you have a conspiracy of three people,
[01:27:55.040 --> 01:28:04.040] it's a lot harder to find out what happened than when you have a situation where thousands of people have to keep their mouths shut about numbers being counted.
[01:28:04.040 --> 01:28:08.040] Hey, Mark. Mark, John had a comment. He wanted to jump in. I didn't know if you heard him.
[01:28:08.040 --> 01:28:12.040] Yeah, tell us about the Iowa and Obama 2008 campaign.
[01:28:12.040 --> 01:28:24.040] Well, two things. Yeah, absolutely. This is a bipartisan effort at making sure that the appointed people are there for us to consider and vote.
[01:28:24.040 --> 01:28:27.040] We are not supposed to choose our candidates.
[01:28:27.040 --> 01:28:36.040] Number one, as a witness with Obama, Edwards would have won Iowa, were it not for the bust in people,
[01:28:36.040 --> 01:28:46.040] for the Obama team, Dollar Caucuses in Iowa in 2008, and they gave them all iPods or something like that.
[01:28:46.040 --> 01:28:48.040]  I think it was iPods.
[01:28:48.040 --> 01:28:56.040] That's what we had happening with the Democratic side in 2008, basic ballot stuffing.
[01:28:56.040 --> 01:29:04.040] Then on the other side of it, I went to a meeting with our supervisor of elections at a Democratic club,
[01:29:04.040 --> 01:29:09.040] and I asked him about a couple of these things here.
[01:29:09.040 --> 01:29:23.040] In 2006, we were watching returns come in on my election in 2006 on election night on the computer,
[01:29:23.040 --> 01:29:34.040] and a portion of the district was in Marion County, which is out of a huge district of over half a million voters.
[01:29:34.040 --> 01:29:38.040]  There's maybe 15,000 voters that would be in District 5.
[01:29:38.040 --> 01:29:47.040] Well, six of us were looking at the computer, and for Marion County, all of a sudden, the numbers flash in.
[01:29:47.040 --> 01:29:51.040]  John Russell, like 256,000 votes.
[01:29:51.040 --> 01:29:55.040] Ginny Brown, like 125,000 or something like this.
[01:29:55.040 --> 01:30:00.040] Okay, listen, John, we got to finish up on the other side. We'll be right back.
[01:30:00.040 --> 01:30:06.040] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11th.
[01:30:06.040 --> 01:30:08.040] The government says that fire brought it down.
[01:30:08.040 --> 01:30:13.040] However, 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded it was a controlled demolition.
[01:30:13.040 --> 01:30:16.040] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives,
[01:30:16.040 --> 01:30:18.040] and thousands of my fellow force respond specifically.
[01:30:18.040 --> 01:30:20.040]  I'm not a conspiracy theorist.
[01:30:20.040 --> 01:30:21.040]  I'm a structural engineer.
[01:30:21.040 --> 01:30:22.040]  I'm a New York City correction officer.
[01:30:22.040 --> 01:30:23.040]  I'm an Air Force pilot.
[01:30:23.040 --> 01:30:25.040]  I'm a father who lost his son.
[01:30:25.040 --> 01:30:27.040] We're Americans, and we deserve the truth.
[01:30:27.040 --> 01:30:31.040]  Go to RememberBuilding7.org today.
[01:30:31.040 --> 01:30:38.040] Salt Lake City is known for its devout warm-in community that prepares for the end times.
[01:30:38.040 --> 01:30:43.040] So why is it the test bed for a payment technology that some are linking to the mark of the beast?
[01:30:43.040 --> 01:30:46.040] I'm Dr. Catherine Albright, and I'll tell you more in just a moment.
[01:30:46.040 --> 01:30:48.040]  Privacy is under attack.
[01:30:48.040 --> 01:30:52.040] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:30:52.040 --> 01:30:57.040] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish, too.
[01:30:57.040 --> 01:31:02.040] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself.
[01:31:02.040 --> 01:31:05.040]  Privacy, it's worth hanging onto.
[01:31:05.040 --> 01:31:08.040] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com,
[01:31:08.040 --> 01:31:12.040] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[01:31:12.040 --> 01:31:16.040]  Start over with StartPage.
[01:31:16.040 --> 01:31:20.040] Salt Lake City wants to be the place you can leave your wallet at home,
[01:31:20.040 --> 01:31:26.040] so they've teamed up with Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile on a new payment system called ISIS.
[01:31:26.040 --> 01:31:31.040] Named after the Egyptian goddess of magic, let's consumers make payments with their cell phones.
[01:31:31.040 --> 01:31:34.040] Just wave your phone, and the purchase is complete.
[01:31:34.040 --> 01:31:38.040] The city's transit systems are already on board, and local merchants are expected to follow.
[01:31:38.040 --> 01:31:45.040] Developers hope ISIS will usher in a cashless society, which worries Christians and freedom advocates alike.
[01:31:45.040 --> 01:31:49.040] Once we get a number to buy and sell, all of our purchases will be tracked.
[01:31:49.040 --> 01:31:54.040] Worse yet, technology could exclude us from buying necessities like food.
[01:31:54.040 --> 01:31:59.040] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:32:24.040 --> 01:32:41.040] Okay, folks, we are back. This is the rule of law on the Logos Radio Network.
[01:32:41.040 --> 01:32:51.040] LogosRadioNetwork.com is the site to go, the place to be, to hear us, and other great shows.
[01:32:51.040 --> 01:32:55.040] So, all right, I'm sorry, John, didn't mean to cut you off, but we were going to break there.
[01:32:55.040 --> 01:32:59.040] Yeah, I'll just finish my point here, a couple points.
[01:32:59.040 --> 01:33:09.040] Number one, this obviously showing numbers, very disparate, ridiculous numbers,
[01:33:09.040 --> 01:33:15.040] for one county that only has 15,000 voters total in the district,
[01:33:15.040 --> 01:33:21.040] and it's showing 256,000 votes for me and 120 something for my opponent.
[01:33:21.040 --> 01:33:29.040] Now, when I mentioned this and other issues that we've been talking about to Brian Corley,
[01:33:29.040 --> 01:33:34.040] who's the supervisor of elections at this meeting,
[01:33:34.040 --> 01:33:40.040] he again went about answering the question about why should, that I presented,
[01:33:40.040 --> 01:33:45.040] why should we trust the votes, and before I went into some of these details
[01:33:45.040 --> 01:33:50.040] that demonstrate that the votes are not counted fairly,
[01:33:50.040 --> 01:33:54.040] he said, well, it went round and round a circuitous discussion,
[01:33:54.040 --> 01:33:58.040] and then he says, well, you just have to trust us.
[01:33:58.040 --> 01:34:03.040] Well, trust but verify is what Ronald Reagan said,
[01:34:03.040 --> 01:34:09.040] and I think the trust thing has long since gone out the window.
[01:34:09.040 --> 01:34:15.040] So I believe that the computers need to be eliminated.
[01:34:15.040 --> 01:34:18.040]  I don't care if we're in the 22nd century.
[01:34:18.040 --> 01:34:24.040] We need to have people, whoever wants to watch, watching, observing,
[01:34:24.040 --> 01:34:30.040] and taking note and preventing, not voter fraud.
[01:34:30.040 --> 01:34:35.040] The voter fraud, he went into a big, big harangue on voter fraud, and I refuted that.
[01:34:35.040 --> 01:34:41.040] That's the biggest red herring going election fraud and fiasco,
[01:34:41.040 --> 01:34:44.040] such as the ones, the likes of which we're talking about,
[01:34:44.040 --> 01:34:49.040] are what's ruining this country, and there's plenty of money behind this fraud
[01:34:49.040 --> 01:34:54.040] to ensure that the people, that the powers that we want in office are in office,
[01:34:54.040 --> 01:35:00.040] and people like myself and others who want to tell the truth and so on
[01:35:00.040 --> 01:35:05.040] are as far away from being elected as can possibly be happening.
[01:35:05.040 --> 01:35:08.040] Yes, and I just want to add in something here, too.
[01:35:08.040 --> 01:35:11.040] Doing away with the computers is not enough,
[01:35:11.040 --> 01:35:17.040] because just because you have paper ballots, they need to be counted at the precincts where...
[01:35:17.040 --> 01:35:19.040]  By hand. By hand.
[01:35:19.040 --> 01:35:24.040] Well, yes, but they need to be counted at the precincts where they are cast,
[01:35:24.040 --> 01:35:31.040] because what happens is that they, and this happened here in Austin,
[01:35:31.040 --> 01:35:36.040] what they will do is they will take the boxes and they'll bring them somewhere else,
[01:35:36.040 --> 01:35:39.040] and then who knows what happens in the meantime,
[01:35:39.040 --> 01:35:43.040] that is called a loss of the chain of custody is broken,
[01:35:43.040 --> 01:35:49.040] and what also needs to happen is they're not only counted by hand,
[01:35:49.040 --> 01:35:54.040] you have people watching the casting, watching the counting, watching as they come out of the box,
[01:35:54.040 --> 01:35:57.040] you have to have people that are watching the counters
[01:35:57.040 --> 01:36:00.040] and make sure they put the right tick mark in the right column
[01:36:00.040 --> 01:36:06.040] to make sure that the people who are tallying it aren't, you know, tallying for the wrong candidate.
[01:36:06.040 --> 01:36:08.040] This all has to be on videotape, too,
[01:36:08.040 --> 01:36:16.040] and also you have to have the precincts posting the results on the precinct door
[01:36:16.040 --> 01:36:20.040] so that somebody, anybody can drive around to all the precincts
[01:36:20.040 --> 01:36:25.040] and see what their individual results are and add them up yourself
[01:36:25.040 --> 01:36:27.040] and see what the county is reporting.
[01:36:27.040 --> 01:36:32.040] And actually have them announced publicly at the precinct when the count is completed.
[01:36:32.040 --> 01:36:33.040]  That's right.
[01:36:33.040 --> 01:36:36.040] So we have records of all those right there.
[01:36:36.040 --> 01:36:43.040] And the posting and the results need to stay posted on the door of whatever venue where they're counting it.
[01:36:43.040 --> 01:36:48.040] That needs to stay there for at least three days so that people, you know, it's not like it's taken down immediately.
[01:36:48.040 --> 01:36:51.040] So we need to preserve the kinds of things that we have to do.
[01:36:51.040 --> 01:36:57.040] It's called preserving the chain of custody along with getting rid of the machines.
[01:36:57.040 --> 01:37:00.040] Also, can I make one last point here?
[01:37:00.040 --> 01:37:05.040] There needs to be a chain of custody on the blank ballots to begin with,
[01:37:05.040 --> 01:37:08.040] just like we do with narcotics in the hospital.
[01:37:08.040 --> 01:37:13.040] Because they can print these things to the cows coming, there's no telly,
[01:37:13.040 --> 01:37:19.040] and they can have a whole set of their ballots and just switching the ballots out.
[01:37:19.040 --> 01:37:22.040] Again, the counting at the precinct is key.
[01:37:22.040 --> 01:37:25.040] No transport, nothing of the like.
[01:37:25.040 --> 01:37:26.040]  They're counted then and there.
[01:37:26.040 --> 01:37:28.040]  That's it, game over.
[01:37:28.040 --> 01:37:30.040] I said, and this is Jim in Cincinnati.
[01:37:30.040 --> 01:37:32.040] What you two said is so great.
[01:37:32.040 --> 01:37:38.040] I hope everybody listening realizes what John and Debbie said is so on target
[01:37:38.040 --> 01:37:41.040] that I would like to have a recording of this hour just for that,
[01:37:41.040 --> 01:37:45.040] because what they said is exactly what needs to be done.
[01:37:45.040 --> 01:37:48.040] We could pay, we have up on votefund.org.
[01:37:48.040 --> 01:37:55.040] We could pay 12 people at every precinct at the primary and November election for the next 60 years,
[01:37:55.040 --> 01:38:00.040]  $100 a night for the next 60 years for $48 billion,
[01:38:00.040 --> 01:38:03.040] which is what we spent the first 12 months in Iraq,
[01:38:03.040 --> 01:38:10.040] and it also is $15 billion less than they're allocating to these 30,000 drones
[01:38:10.040 --> 01:38:14.040] that Congress has just, I don't know if you've all heard, they passed the bill.
[01:38:14.040 --> 01:38:19.040] If Obama signs it and he will, they're going to build 30,000 drones
[01:38:19.040 --> 01:38:24.040] to start surveilling all over the United States, these unmanned drones.
[01:38:24.040 --> 01:38:26.040] So as long as we don't have honest elections,
[01:38:26.040 --> 01:38:32.040] as long as we don't have honest patriots as a proper sense and constitutional thing in office,
[01:38:32.040 --> 01:38:37.040] we're going to be facing one horrible piece of legislation after another, like we've seen.
[01:38:37.040 --> 01:38:39.040] The Defense Office of the Mission Act.
[01:38:39.040 --> 01:38:46.040] One point here, Jim, I will have on my website, slightly modified,
[01:38:46.040 --> 01:38:51.040] we've had this sort of thing on my website for my election.
[01:38:51.040 --> 01:38:56.040] Remember, Mark, we did the election reform document that we sent to Kucinich,
[01:38:56.040 --> 01:39:05.040] and he told us that that's the reason he voted against the Senator from New Jersey's amendment a few years ago.
[01:39:05.040 --> 01:39:13.040] So all this that we're talking about, this will be, this is my policy as a congressional candidate on the voting.
[01:39:13.040 --> 01:39:16.040] I've thought about this long and hard for quite a while now.
[01:39:16.040 --> 01:39:20.040] Jim, you can get archives, all of our radio shows are archives.
[01:39:20.040 --> 01:39:24.040] Yeah, I'm going to put the archive on my website.
[01:39:24.040 --> 01:39:30.040] Yeah, that will be available at LogosRadioNetwork.com later this evening.
[01:39:30.040 --> 01:39:33.040] Yeah, and let me just throw something else in there,
[01:39:33.040 --> 01:39:38.040] because once again, going back to the results that are out there right now,
[01:39:38.040 --> 01:39:44.040] anyone in the news media can see that where the votes are counted in public in the caucus states,
[01:39:44.040 --> 01:39:52.040] Ron Paul's average in 23% while where the votes are counted in secret in the primary states is the average in 10%.
[01:39:52.040 --> 01:39:58.040] Obviously, there's a big, you know, what's going on with this picture question that should be being asked
[01:39:58.040 --> 01:40:05.040] in the news media, by the election reform community, and by Ron Paul's campaign, yet they say nothing about it.
[01:40:05.040 --> 01:40:14.040] In fact, on top of that, John Simon, who's with Election Defense Alliance, caught the news media's exit poll
[01:40:14.040 --> 01:40:19.040] being posted the day before the election in South Carolina.
[01:40:19.040 --> 01:40:23.040] Once again, you can't do an exit poll the day before the election.
[01:40:23.040 --> 01:40:29.040] An exit poll by definition is done on election day, not the day before.
[01:40:29.040 --> 01:40:30.040]  Right.
[01:40:30.040 --> 01:40:33.040] And he's got a screenshot of that that I'll put up on the net.
[01:40:33.040 --> 01:40:39.040] They post the results to the exit poll the day before the election.
[01:40:39.040 --> 01:40:44.040] The day before the election. And I caught them doing the same thing in Florida the day before the election.
[01:40:44.040 --> 01:40:53.040] This is the National News Media Consortium exit poll, and they're posting information for the exit poll before the election.
[01:40:53.040 --> 01:40:55.040] Boy, they really are that stupid.
[01:40:55.040 --> 01:41:01.040] Well, we want to make sure some kid make sure he doesn't want to forget to put it up so he puts it up a day ahead of time.
[01:41:01.040 --> 01:41:05.040] Well, they manufacture it, obviously, before the election.
[01:41:05.040 --> 01:41:13.040] And, you know, someone just being, you know, overly thoughtful and posting the stuff the day before the election.
[01:41:13.040 --> 01:41:14.040]  Exactly.
[01:41:14.040 --> 01:41:17.040] Well, they learned this from building 7.
[01:41:17.040 --> 01:41:19.040] Now, you know, that person disappeared.
[01:41:19.040 --> 01:41:23.040] I heard they were last seen swimming in the East River.
[01:41:23.040 --> 01:41:28.040] You know, as Jim and Cincinnati get, I didn't hear of these other two screenshots stories.
[01:41:28.040 --> 01:41:32.040] And I'll bet there's hundreds of others if any of you are watching around the country.
[01:41:32.040 --> 01:41:36.040] But I was running again, a quick screen shot story we didn't expect.
[01:41:36.040 --> 01:41:40.040] I was running against John Boehner and a Democrat and a Libertarian.
[01:41:40.040 --> 01:41:43.040]  I was on the Constitution Party in 2010.
[01:41:43.040 --> 01:41:47.040] And to my shock and everybody else's shock, I was coming in second.
[01:41:47.040 --> 01:41:53.040] Now, according to the final tally, and this is the final tally with 100% of the precincts reporting,
[01:41:53.040 --> 01:41:55.040]  Boehner had like 140,000 votes.
[01:41:55.040 --> 01:41:57.040] He's the Speaker of the House, of course.
[01:41:57.040 --> 01:41:58.040]  140,000 votes.
[01:41:58.040 --> 01:42:01.040]  I had 36,000 coming in second place.
[01:42:01.040 --> 01:42:03.040]  The Democrat had 29,000.
[01:42:03.040 --> 01:42:05.040]  The Libertarian had 4,000.
[01:42:05.040 --> 01:42:10.040] Well, these were all the same on all the local and national websites, Mark,
[01:42:10.040 --> 01:42:16.040] because, of course, they're all getting them from a national election poll,
[01:42:16.040 --> 01:42:19.040] which is the successor to voter news service out in New York City.
[01:42:19.040 --> 01:42:22.040] They all changed the numbers at exactly the same time.
[01:42:22.040 --> 01:42:24.040] Well, somebody must have said, hey, wait a minute.
[01:42:24.040 --> 01:42:28.040] We can't have a third-party candidate coming in second in the Boehner race.
[01:42:28.040 --> 01:42:32.040] So 20 minutes after 100% were posted, the final count was over.
[01:42:32.040 --> 01:42:36.040] 20 minutes later, I had lost 33,000 votes and was in last place.
[01:42:36.040 --> 01:42:43.040] The Democrat gained 33,000 votes and now has 62,000 votes, and it stayed there to this day.
[01:42:43.040 --> 01:42:48.040] The Cincinnati Inquirer, though, the next day, published being second place with 36,000 votes.
[01:42:48.040 --> 01:42:56.040] It didn't hurt to have the name Constitution after my name that year because it was a protest year,
[01:42:56.040 --> 01:42:59.040] and most people knew Boehner was going to win, so I probably got a lot of protest votes.
[01:42:59.040 --> 01:43:01.040]  I had radio commercials on.
[01:43:01.040 --> 01:43:06.040] So my point is, though, these are absurd things when you actually see them happen,
[01:43:06.040 --> 01:43:11.040] but we got the screenshots up there on votespod.org if anybody wants to see them.
[01:43:11.040 --> 01:43:12.040]  Excellent.
[01:43:12.040 --> 01:43:13.040]  That is amazing.
[01:43:13.040 --> 01:43:14.040]  That is amazing.
[01:43:14.040 --> 01:43:19.040] That is something that, until you just mentioned that, Jim, I had not heard about it,
[01:43:19.040 --> 01:43:22.040] and you would think that would be all over the election reform community,
[01:43:22.040 --> 01:43:27.040] but once again, the vast majority of the election reform community we found in 2006
[01:43:27.040 --> 01:43:29.040] are actually working for the controlled opposition.
[01:43:29.040 --> 01:43:30.040]  Right.
[01:43:30.040 --> 01:43:32.040] We are working for the alphabet age and third employer.
[01:43:32.040 --> 01:43:33.040]  Right.
[01:43:33.040 --> 01:43:34.040]  Yeah.
[01:43:34.040 --> 01:43:35.040]  An accident.
[01:43:35.040 --> 01:43:36.040]  Do I hear music?
[01:43:36.040 --> 01:43:38.040]  Yes, you do.
[01:43:38.040 --> 01:43:39.040]  I finally heard it.
[01:43:39.040 --> 01:43:40.040]  Okay.
[01:43:40.040 --> 01:43:45.040] All right, folks, we got one more segment here with our very special guest,
[01:43:45.040 --> 01:43:48.040] John Russell, Jim Condit, and Mark Adams.
[01:43:48.040 --> 01:43:52.040] I'd like to open the phones, if possible, for this final segment
[01:43:52.040 --> 01:43:57.040] if callers have questions for our guests, 512-646-1984.
[01:43:57.040 --> 01:43:58.040]  We'll be right back.
[01:43:58.040 --> 01:44:01.040]  Hey, did you hear?
[01:44:01.040 --> 01:44:04.040] Ron Paul has announced he's running for president in 2012.
[01:44:04.040 --> 01:44:05.040]  It is Ron Paul.
[01:44:05.040 --> 01:44:06.040]  Really?
[01:44:06.040 --> 01:44:08.040] Okay, put down the cell phone for one minute.
[01:44:08.040 --> 01:44:11.040] Your friends really don't care about your Twitter updates on what you had for breakfast.
[01:44:11.040 --> 01:44:14.040] Oh, but I love to make those little smiley faces with punctuation marks.
[01:44:14.040 --> 01:44:15.040]  Of course you do.
[01:44:15.040 --> 01:44:16.040]  Now, listen closely.
[01:44:16.040 --> 01:44:20.040] You need to go down to Brave New Books and learn as much as you can about Ron Paul and his message
[01:44:20.040 --> 01:44:21.040]  before it's too late.
[01:44:21.040 --> 01:44:23.040] They have all of his books and many of the books he talks about.
[01:44:23.040 --> 01:44:26.040] They also have t-shirts, bumper stickers, and yard signs
[01:44:26.040 --> 01:44:29.040] so that you can show your support for him during the campaign.
[01:44:29.040 --> 01:44:30.040]  Brave New Books?
[01:44:30.040 --> 01:44:32.040] Did they have Harry Potter and Twilight?
[01:44:32.040 --> 01:44:35.040] No, but they do carry a large selection of survival and preparedness books
[01:44:35.040 --> 01:44:37.040] to protect your family in time of emergency.
[01:44:37.040 --> 01:44:40.040] Ugh, that sounds like that show on the Discovery Channel.
[01:44:40.040 --> 01:44:44.040] Yeah, there's even a wilderness survival expert that teaches classes called Earthskill School
[01:44:44.040 --> 01:44:47.040] that you can sign up for on the website bravenewbookstore.com.
[01:44:47.040 --> 01:44:48.040]  What are you doing?
[01:44:48.040 --> 01:44:51.040] I'm tweeting all my friends that they should go to bravenewbookstore.com
[01:44:51.040 --> 01:44:53.040] or down to the bookstore in person.
[01:44:53.040 --> 01:44:54.040]  Where's that located?
[01:44:54.040 --> 01:44:56.040]  1904 Guadalupe Street.
[01:44:56.040 --> 01:44:57.040]  There, it's sent.
[01:44:57.040 --> 01:44:58.040]  I even made a smiley face.
[01:44:58.040 --> 01:44:59.040]  Great.
[01:45:01.040 --> 01:45:04.040] Are you the plaintiff or defendant in a lawsuit?
[01:45:04.040 --> 01:45:07.040] Win your case without an attorney with Jurisdictionary,

[01:46:01.040 --> 01:46:27.040] Some things in this world I'll never understand
[01:46:27.040 --> 01:46:31.040]  Some things I realize fully
[01:46:31.040 --> 01:46:36.040]  Somebody's on a police, a policeman
[01:46:36.040 --> 01:46:40.040]  Somebody's on a police, a bully
[01:46:40.040 --> 01:46:45.040] There's always room at the top of the head
[01:46:45.040 --> 01:46:49.040] I hear through the grapevine and it's lonely left to
[01:46:49.040 --> 01:46:53.040] They're wishing it was more than I positioned to feel
[01:46:53.040 --> 01:46:58.040] They know that if they don't do it, somebody will
[01:46:58.040 --> 01:47:01.040] All right, folks, we are back.
[01:47:01.040 --> 01:47:06.040] This is the rule of law streaming on the Logos Radio Network.
[01:47:06.040 --> 01:47:09.040]  LogosRadioNetwork.com.
[01:47:09.040 --> 01:47:12.040] I'll give out that caller number one more time.
[01:47:12.040 --> 01:47:14.040] Again, folks, we've got one segment left
[01:47:14.040 --> 01:47:16.040]  if you'd like to ask your guest a question.
[01:47:16.040 --> 01:47:21.040]  512-646-1984 and Mark.
[01:47:21.040 --> 01:47:24.040] So apparently we've got some states that have
[01:47:24.040 --> 01:47:27.040]  constitutions that govern elections,
[01:47:27.040 --> 01:47:29.040] but then the bad guys are trying to say,
[01:47:29.040 --> 01:47:30.040]  well, that doesn't matter.
[01:47:30.040 --> 01:47:34.040] So what is your take on all that?
[01:47:34.040 --> 01:47:36.040]  Well, it's laughable, but, you know,
[01:47:36.040 --> 01:47:38.040]  they'll do just about anything.
[01:47:38.040 --> 01:47:40.040]  So, yeah, I've heard this, too,
[01:47:40.040 --> 01:47:42.040] going around the election reform community
[01:47:42.040 --> 01:47:47.040] about states not having to follow their constitution
[01:47:47.040 --> 01:47:49.040]  when they conduct elections.
[01:47:49.040 --> 01:47:53.040] And apparently the way the story goes is
[01:47:53.040 --> 01:47:57.040] since there's been no court cases saying
[01:47:57.040 --> 01:47:59.040] they have to follow their constitution
[01:47:59.040 --> 01:48:02.040] when they conduct elections, then they don't really have to.
[01:48:02.040 --> 01:48:05.040] And, you know, that's just totally absurd
[01:48:05.040 --> 01:48:08.040] because there's thousands of court cases that say
[01:48:08.040 --> 01:48:12.040] that the government has to follow its state constitution
[01:48:12.040 --> 01:48:14.040]  or its federal constitution.
[01:48:14.040 --> 01:48:17.040] This is one of the problems with letting an arm
[01:48:17.040 --> 01:48:19.040] of government interpret the instrument
[01:48:19.040 --> 01:48:21.040]  that controls its actions.
[01:48:21.040 --> 01:48:24.040] And folks, actually we do have a caller now, Mark.
[01:48:24.040 --> 01:48:26.040] We've got Karen Renick from Vote Rescue
[01:48:26.040 --> 01:48:28.040] if you want to go to her.
[01:48:28.040 --> 01:48:32.040] Yeah, great, but I'm just saying that there's this clear
[01:48:32.040 --> 01:48:37.040] disinformation campaign and the courts do say
[01:48:37.040 --> 01:48:41.040] follow your constitution over and over and over and over
[01:48:41.040 --> 01:48:45.040] and so it would be absurd to assume
[01:48:45.040 --> 01:48:48.040] that the state could ignore its constitution
[01:48:48.040 --> 01:48:50.040]  when it conducts elections.
[01:48:50.040 --> 01:48:53.040] Mark, are you accusing those people of lying?
[01:48:53.040 --> 01:48:55.040]  Yes, I am.
[01:48:55.040 --> 01:48:56.040]  They must be lawyers.
[01:48:56.040 --> 01:48:57.040]  Karen?
[01:48:57.040 --> 01:48:58.040]  They must be lawyers.
[01:48:58.040 --> 01:48:59.040]  Karen is not lying.
[01:48:59.040 --> 01:49:01.040] No, Karen is not that way.
[01:49:01.040 --> 01:49:04.040] No, Karen, thank you for calling in.
[01:49:04.040 --> 01:49:06.040] We've got Karen Renick, one of my very good friends here
[01:49:06.040 --> 01:49:08.040]  from Vote Rescue.
[01:49:08.040 --> 01:49:10.040]  What's on your mind tonight, Karen?
[01:49:10.040 --> 01:49:13.040] Well, I just thought, first of all, I want to say
[01:49:13.040 --> 01:49:16.040]  that tonight's show has been excellent.
[01:49:16.040 --> 01:49:19.040] Everybody that's been on tonight has just done
[01:49:19.040 --> 01:49:23.040] a terrific job of exposing what's going on with our elections.
[01:49:23.040 --> 01:49:26.040]  I just thought I'd give it a little Texas twist
[01:49:26.040 --> 01:49:31.040] and lament that Texas, before the Help America Vote Act
[01:49:31.040 --> 01:49:36.040] came in in 2002, we had 94 counties that hand counted
[01:49:36.040 --> 01:49:38.040]  their paper ballots.
[01:49:38.040 --> 01:49:41.040] But when the Help America Vote Act came in
[01:49:41.040 --> 01:49:43.040] and people interpreted as demean
[01:49:43.040 --> 01:49:46.040] that we had to go to all these voting machines,
[01:49:46.040 --> 01:49:50.040]  basically, we did a survey that rescued a survey
[01:49:50.040 --> 01:49:54.040] of these 94 counties and we came out with
[01:49:54.040 --> 01:49:58.040] barely five that are still, you know,
[01:49:58.040 --> 01:50:01.040] doing hand counting of the paper ballots.
[01:50:01.040 --> 01:50:04.040] I'm sure they're being threatened by the Department of Justice
[01:50:04.040 --> 01:50:07.040] if they don't comply with the Help America Vote Act.
[01:50:07.040 --> 01:50:10.040] Well, they feel very insecure
[01:50:10.040 --> 01:50:13.040] and they just feel like, you know,
[01:50:13.040 --> 01:50:15.040] why are we out here doing this?
[01:50:15.040 --> 01:50:18.040] Everybody else has machines, and there were a lot of counties
[01:50:18.040 --> 01:50:20.040] that didn't want to buy the machines,
[01:50:20.040 --> 01:50:22.040] but they felt like, you know, there was what,
[01:50:22.040 --> 01:50:25.040]  $3.9 billion that was thrown out
[01:50:25.040 --> 01:50:27.040] with the Help America Vote Act,
[01:50:27.040 --> 01:50:29.040] so counties would purchase these machines
[01:50:29.040 --> 01:50:31.040] and they thought, oh, my God, I've got all this money
[01:50:31.040 --> 01:50:33.040] coming down the pipe now, we've got to use it now
[01:50:33.040 --> 01:50:36.040] because God forbid we might be told in the future
[01:50:36.040 --> 01:50:39.040] we have to have machines, so let's get them now.
[01:50:39.040 --> 01:50:42.040]  It was a con job.
[01:50:42.040 --> 01:50:45.040]  I mean, it was just brilliant.
[01:50:45.040 --> 01:50:48.040] It was vote scam, the feeling of America
[01:50:48.040 --> 01:50:52.040] by the transfer of public money to private hands
[01:50:52.040 --> 01:50:55.040] or what amounts to garbage.
[01:50:55.040 --> 01:50:57.040]  Right, I mean, see, that's a good point
[01:50:57.040 --> 01:51:02.040] because really, that money that was in the Help America Vote Act,
[01:51:02.040 --> 01:51:06.040] the Help America elections be rigged,
[01:51:06.040 --> 01:51:10.040] it didn't go to the county, it went to the vendors,
[01:51:10.040 --> 01:51:15.040] which at the time, 2002, there was about four corporations
[01:51:15.040 --> 01:51:19.040] that made and programmed all the voting machines in America,
[01:51:19.040 --> 01:51:21.040]  and now it's down to two.
[01:51:21.040 --> 01:51:24.040] Yeah, but they wrote the legislation too, of course,
[01:51:24.040 --> 01:51:26.040]  these corporations.
[01:51:26.040 --> 01:51:29.040] Well, Karen, on the Help America Vote Act,
[01:51:29.040 --> 01:51:33.040] I mean, were the counties required to use that money
[01:51:33.040 --> 01:51:36.040] to purchase machines or could they have taken the money
[01:51:36.040 --> 01:51:40.040] and done something like hired people to count paper ballots
[01:51:40.040 --> 01:51:45.040] or video cameras to film the counting and things like this?
[01:51:45.040 --> 01:51:47.040] I mean, was there an option on how to spend the money
[01:51:47.040 --> 01:51:50.040] or it's like here's money for the machines, take it or leave it?
[01:51:50.040 --> 01:51:52.040] I think it was pretty much earmarked for machines,
[01:51:52.040 --> 01:51:54.040]  but here's how it's misinterpreted.
[01:51:54.040 --> 01:51:58.040] Basically, Help America Vote Act basically said
[01:51:58.040 --> 01:52:02.040] we want to be sure that every voter can vote independently
[01:52:02.040 --> 01:52:07.040] and privately, and so they use the disabled
[01:52:07.040 --> 01:52:12.040] or the voter that needed assistance in voting
[01:52:12.040 --> 01:52:15.040] to sort of push this through.
[01:52:15.040 --> 01:52:20.040] And basically, all the law required was that there was one device.
[01:52:20.040 --> 01:52:22.040] It didn't even say it had to be a machine,
[01:52:22.040 --> 01:52:28.040] but some way that a disabled voter coming into a polling place
[01:52:28.040 --> 01:52:30.040] could vote independently and privately.
[01:52:30.040 --> 01:52:35.040] Well, a lot of little counties got swarmed by these...
[01:52:35.040 --> 01:52:37.040] I mean, I'm talking Texas and a lot of other states too,
[01:52:37.040 --> 01:52:40.040] where the counties decide what they're going to use.
[01:52:40.040 --> 01:52:44.040] They just got swarmed by these vendors who said basically,
[01:52:44.040 --> 01:52:49.040] oh, the law says you've got to now switch to all machines.
[01:52:49.040 --> 01:52:52.040] And it was just the...
[01:52:52.040 --> 01:52:54.040]  They were playing on people's ignorance.
[01:52:54.040 --> 01:52:56.040] And then on top of that,
[01:52:56.040 --> 01:52:58.040] the Department of Justice did come in later
[01:52:58.040 --> 01:53:02.040] threatening people with suing them if they didn't switch to the machines.
[01:53:02.040 --> 01:53:06.040] And also remember that the RNC, the Republican National Committee
[01:53:06.040 --> 01:53:08.040] and the Democratic National Committee
[01:53:08.040 --> 01:53:11.040] was urging all of these counties and secretaries of state
[01:53:11.040 --> 01:53:14.040] to adopt these machines as well.
[01:53:14.040 --> 01:53:17.040] Oh, there was tremendous pressure.
[01:53:17.040 --> 01:53:19.040]  Oh, tremendous pressure.
[01:53:19.040 --> 01:53:22.040] Because the best way to stay in power while maintaining the illusion
[01:53:22.040 --> 01:53:24.040] that you let the people control the government
[01:53:24.040 --> 01:53:26.040] is by counting the votes in secret.
[01:53:26.040 --> 01:53:28.040]  That's right.
[01:53:28.040 --> 01:53:30.040] And I keep hearing every four years,
[01:53:30.040 --> 01:53:32.040] oh, this is going to be the last election.
[01:53:32.040 --> 01:53:34.040] Bush is going to cancel elections. Obama is going to cancel.
[01:53:34.040 --> 01:53:37.040] They don't understand the powers that B want to say,
[01:53:37.040 --> 01:53:39.040]  hey, wait a minute, we didn't ask for this.
[01:53:39.040 --> 01:53:42.040] You voted this in, even though it was their own secret computer.
[01:53:42.040 --> 01:53:45.040] So they want to have these illusions of these elections
[01:53:45.040 --> 01:53:50.040] where the voter gives credence to their selection process.
[01:53:50.040 --> 01:53:55.040] And also you have to realize that the people that are in power already
[01:53:55.040 --> 01:54:00.040] have a great motivation to have this secret counting
[01:54:00.040 --> 01:54:02.040]  because they know they're corrupt
[01:54:02.040 --> 01:54:04.040] and they know that the people don't like what they're doing
[01:54:04.040 --> 01:54:06.040] and want to vote them out.
[01:54:06.040 --> 01:54:08.040] So they have all that more incentive
[01:54:08.040 --> 01:54:11.040] to try to push this sort of thing down everyone's throat.
[01:54:11.040 --> 01:54:13.040] I think we need to talk about the media a little bit
[01:54:13.040 --> 01:54:18.040] and the media's role in the public.
[01:54:18.040 --> 01:54:20.040]  Well, not just the cover-up,
[01:54:20.040 --> 01:54:25.040] but persuading the people, the voters,
[01:54:25.040 --> 01:54:30.040] to buy into the next great panacea candidate
[01:54:30.040 --> 01:54:33.040] to put up because you're sick of this other guy.
[01:54:33.040 --> 01:54:35.040]  Right, right. Go ahead.
[01:54:35.040 --> 01:54:37.040]  Okay, that's huge.
[01:54:37.040 --> 01:54:41.040] Going back to what we've talked about with the media tonight,
[01:54:41.040 --> 01:54:44.040] I mean, we started out the show by pointing out
[01:54:44.040 --> 01:54:48.040]  that Judge Andrew Napolitano,
[01:54:48.040 --> 01:54:51.040]  with multiple best-selling books,
[01:54:51.040 --> 01:54:54.040]  a constitutional scholar,
[01:54:54.040 --> 01:54:56.040]  a highly rated show,
[01:54:56.040 --> 01:54:59.040]  asked what if elections don't matter.
[01:54:59.040 --> 01:55:03.040] He didn't even talk about the fact that votes are counted in secret.
[01:55:03.040 --> 01:55:07.040] But he basically did point out that it was a rigged game.
[01:55:07.040 --> 01:55:09.040] It was mainly for an illusion.
[01:55:09.040 --> 01:55:11.040] He was fired the next week.
[01:55:11.040 --> 01:55:12.040]  Yeah, okay.
[01:55:12.040 --> 01:55:15.040] And then also in the last couple months,
[01:55:15.040 --> 01:55:21.040] when Simon caught the News Media Consortium exit poll
[01:55:21.040 --> 01:55:26.040] being posted the day before the South Carolina-Alina election,
[01:55:26.040 --> 01:55:30.040] I caught the News Media Consortium exit poll
[01:55:30.040 --> 01:55:34.040] being posted the day before the Florida election.
[01:55:34.040 --> 01:55:35.040]  Okay.
[01:55:35.040 --> 01:55:40.040] And then they're ignoring the obviously major discrepancy
[01:55:40.040 --> 01:55:45.040] in the results between the states with open caucus,
[01:55:45.040 --> 01:55:49.040] transparent vote counting, and secret vote counting primaries.
[01:55:49.040 --> 01:55:56.040] And so the News Media Cartel is complicit in this theft,
[01:55:56.040 --> 01:56:00.040] this scam of American democracy.
[01:56:00.040 --> 01:56:05.040] And whenever you bring up anything about their elections,
[01:56:05.040 --> 01:56:08.040] you know, could very well be rigged and are rigged,
[01:56:08.040 --> 01:56:11.040] they just write you off as the conspiracy theorist.
[01:56:11.040 --> 01:56:13.040]  Yeah, you're a nut.
[01:56:13.040 --> 01:56:20.040] Anybody who questions is automatically characterized in the News Media
[01:56:20.040 --> 01:56:26.040]  has some kind of a half-baked, you know, nutcase.
[01:56:26.040 --> 01:56:28.040] I'd like to interject something also here.
[01:56:28.040 --> 01:56:33.040] And that's in using democracy to reference anything about America.
[01:56:33.040 --> 01:56:37.040] That's like referring to the system we're discussing as fair and honest.
[01:56:37.040 --> 01:56:41.040] Democracy's got nothing to do with what we are and what we do,
[01:56:41.040 --> 01:56:46.040] and we need to keep that in mind because we're keeping that viewpoint alive
[01:56:46.040 --> 01:56:49.040] in the American public's eye every time we use it.
[01:56:49.040 --> 01:56:53.040] And that's one of the ways they're misleading people right down the path.
[01:56:53.040 --> 01:56:57.040] Right. Eddie, I always refer to it as a banana republic.
[01:56:57.040 --> 01:57:00.040] Just about every time I talk about the country,
[01:57:00.040 --> 01:57:03.040]  I refer to it as a banana republic.
[01:57:03.040 --> 01:57:09.040] I'm talking about republics. Our system was designed so that it was a government
[01:57:09.040 --> 01:57:13.040] owned by and for the people, and elections are only one part of that system.
[01:57:13.040 --> 01:57:17.040] And like you all talk about on rule of law all the time,
[01:57:17.040 --> 01:57:23.040] the most important right is the right to invoke the criminal power of the law
[01:57:23.040 --> 01:57:26.040] by going to citizens on a grand jury and saying,
[01:57:26.040 --> 01:57:30.040] this crime was committed and I want some redress.
[01:57:30.040 --> 01:57:34.040] And that is the most important right that's been stolen from us
[01:57:34.040 --> 01:57:39.040] because by stealing the right for us to invoke criminal penalties on people
[01:57:39.040 --> 01:57:43.040] who violate the law, which as we mentioned earlier in the show,
[01:57:43.040 --> 01:57:47.040] there's a U.S. Supreme Court case that says manipulating the vote count
[01:57:47.040 --> 01:57:51.040] is a felony violation of rights under color of law.
[01:57:51.040 --> 01:57:54.040] These people are getting away with this because they've barred the door.
[01:57:54.040 --> 01:57:58.040] They've stolen our right to present evidence to grand juries,
[01:57:58.040 --> 01:58:00.040] citizens serving on those grand juries and saying,
[01:58:00.040 --> 01:58:02.040] we want an investigation. We want an indictment.
[01:58:02.040 --> 01:58:06.040] We want to prosecute these criminals.
[01:58:06.040 --> 01:58:10.040] Absolutely. We need to be filing criminal charges against them,
[01:58:10.040 --> 01:58:14.040] going to our grand juries. We need to be suing them.
[01:58:14.040 --> 01:58:17.040] Everything we can think of, we've got to come after them with everything we've got.
[01:58:17.040 --> 01:58:21.040] Well gentlemen, we're at the end of the show right now.
[01:58:21.040 --> 01:58:26.040] We've got about 30 seconds left. Does anyone have any closing thoughts?
[01:58:26.040 --> 01:58:29.040]  Yeah, I've got a closing thought from John F. Kennedy.
[01:58:29.040 --> 01:58:32.040] He says, those who make peaceful revolution impossible,
[01:58:32.040 --> 01:58:37.040] that's democratic elections, make violent revolution inevitable.
[01:58:37.040 --> 01:58:40.040] And that's why he finds drones to watch us 24-7.
[01:58:40.040 --> 01:58:42.040] And of course that's what they want.
[01:58:42.040 --> 01:58:47.040] They're trying to incite and antagonize us to fire the first shot, so to speak,
[01:58:47.040 --> 01:58:51.040] so they can even have that much more of a reason to clamp down on us.
[01:58:51.040 --> 01:58:58.040] Our occupy is so important, and it's so important that we work to keep occupy.
[01:58:58.040 --> 01:59:01.040]  Absolutely. Good night, everyone.
