[07:36.680 --> 07:47.680]  And I looked at the magnets and clearly they fit right into the holes on this plastic disk.

[07:52.680 --> 08:00.680]  He took a magnet and put it into one of the holes at the point where this metal disk that
[08:00.680 --> 08:06.680]  surrounded the flywheel was the furthest away from the flywheel.

[08:08.680 --> 08:16.680]  And it turned both flywheels and rotated around to the spot where it was closest and it stopped.

[08:18.680 --> 08:24.680]  And now we understand that magnets, if you take two magnets and turn the poles together
[08:24.680 --> 08:29.680]  like south pole to south pole, especially these rare earth magnets, anybody's ever messed
[08:29.680 --> 08:32.680]  with a rare earth magnet, they're extremely powerful.
[08:32.680 --> 08:38.680]  If you take those two magnets and try to push them together, they will resist you.
[08:38.680 --> 08:47.680]  You can expend energy trying to push them together and they will continue to resist you.
[08:47.680 --> 08:55.680]  They will resist your input of energy with no input of energy to the magnets.
[08:55.680 --> 09:00.680]  That violates the laws of conservation of energy.
[09:00.680 --> 09:11.680]  When he put the magnet inside this square in the disk, one side of the magnet was closer
[09:11.680 --> 09:17.680]  to the metal disk than the other side because the metal disk gradually got closer.
[09:17.680 --> 09:24.680]  So that when he turned it loose, the side closer to the disk would pull in that direction
[09:24.680 --> 09:26.680]  and pull it around.
[09:26.680 --> 09:35.680]  He said when you filled all 12 holes in each disk with magnets, you could not hold it back.
[09:35.680 --> 09:40.680]  When the first magnet got to the closest point, it wanted to stop.
[09:40.680 --> 09:44.680]  But it had a lever more pulling against it and it would keep going.
[09:44.680 --> 09:51.680]  What he was doing with it is trying to increase the efficiency of the gate,

[11:54.680 --> 11:58.680]  or legal things that you're involved with now with the bank,
[11:58.680 --> 12:04.680]  that they're unilaterally forcing you to go to arbitration,
[12:04.680 --> 12:08.680]  and they're saying in bold letters on this notice, which I have not agreed to,
[12:08.680 --> 12:10.680]  now how do they get away with this,
[12:10.680 --> 12:14.680]  that you agree that you and the bank are waiving their right to a jury trial
[12:14.680 --> 12:18.680]  or trial before a judge in a public court?
[12:18.680 --> 12:21.680]  Now, how in the heck are they getting away with this?
[12:21.680 --> 12:25.680]  They're not getting away with it. They're just doing it.
[12:25.680 --> 12:28.680]  This is amazing. I couldn't believe this when I got this notice.

[24:52.680 --> 25:00.680]  And then he has to wonder, well, what if this turkey goes to the grand jury and tells them what I did?
[25:00.680 --> 25:04.680]  What is the grand jury likely to think about?

[25:13.680 --> 25:18.680]  Once they know that we can go to a grand jury with no interference.

[33:55.680 --> 33:59.680]  They show all those sections of the law of the commission.
[33:59.680 --> 34:02.680]  Then the company turned around and appealed it.
[34:02.680 --> 34:10.680]  Within that time, they said I was qualified to get an employment, which now the amount that I received was 6,000.
[34:10.680 --> 34:22.680]  Then after eight months, they finally called us for a hearing on the phone, and the tribunal turned around and favored the company.
[34:22.680 --> 34:29.680]  Now they're requesting for me to pay back the amount that I received during that period.
[34:29.680 --> 34:35.680]  My question is, isn't it a double standard for them or someone to say,
[34:35.680 --> 34:42.680]  I asked them, why is it that you were in my favor, you said I can receive unemployment.
[34:42.680 --> 34:47.680]  You made a judgment. They turned around and appealed it, and you let me get this money.
[34:47.680 --> 34:50.680]  You let me receive this money through the unemployment.
[34:50.680 --> 34:57.680]  Then you turn around and you get another court, and they go in their favor now.
[34:57.680 --> 35:01.680]  Welcome to the world of government bureaucracy.
[35:01.680 --> 35:07.680]  My lawyer filed a motion for a re-hearing, and I get a letter today that they want me to pay the amount of 6,000.
[35:07.680 --> 35:12.680]  If not, they'll take me to court.
[35:12.680 --> 35:20.680]  I asked them, why is it that you do a double standard here? You're here to help me, but now you're asking me to collect.
[35:20.680 --> 35:25.680]  Wrong answer. They are not here to help you.
[35:25.680 --> 35:33.680]  Remember, government can't help anybody do anything where they don't steal it from somebody else first.
[35:33.680 --> 35:40.680]  Government has nothing to give. They have to take it from somewhere.
[35:40.680 --> 35:45.680]  So what is my next step?
[35:45.680 --> 35:53.680]  On the worst side, the company will get a judgment against you.
[35:53.680 --> 36:00.680]  Then once they get the judgment against you, then they'll try to collect the judgment against you.
[36:00.680 --> 36:08.680]  When they try to collect the judgment against you, you'll get the Michael Muir's method and kick their behinds,
[36:08.680 --> 36:19.680]  and get them to pay you to go away and leave them alone, or you'll get to take them to the federal court and sue them and maybe get some more money.
[36:19.680 --> 36:24.680]  So I get through Michael Muir's hand or get the information from him?
[36:24.680 --> 36:31.680]  Don't worry about them so much. All they can do is get a judgment against you.
[36:31.680 --> 36:47.680]  Then they'll have to try to collect the judgment, and the people they will get to collect the judgment just simply cannot bring themselves to abide by the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.
[36:47.680 --> 37:00.680]  Then you, by getting the Michael Muir's method, it'll give you the tools to use the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act against them and the Fair Debt Reporting Act.
[37:00.680 --> 37:03.680]  So I wouldn't worry about that too much.
[37:03.680 --> 37:13.680]  Okay, so my lawyer has followed motion, and I'm still waiting for re-hearing, so I'd wait for them to say ignored it for some reason. I don't know.
[37:13.680 --> 37:32.680]  I've been worried about it too much. All they can get is a judgment against you, and then they have to try to collect it, and if you know how to fight them, you can make it cost them a whole lot more trying to collect it than just letting it go away.
[37:32.680 --> 37:50.680]  Okay, so here's one of the things the operator told me. She said, sir, he said, I said, how can you do a reversal on me? And she said, well, sir, you were not guilty until the second time, but yet the first time they started giving me the money, the unemployment.

[37:52.680 --> 38:08.680]  Well, the problem with the commission is you have two against one. There's one of the commissioners that's actually not compromised. The other two, I'd have to bring Ken on.
[38:08.680 --> 38:18.680]  Ken Magnuson's done a lot of work with these guys, and they always rule against you on the appeal side.
[38:18.680 --> 38:34.680]  One is for the governor. You've got one guy that's for the individual, one that's for the company, and one appointed by the governor, and the governor always rules for the company, the governor's guy.
[38:34.680 --> 38:37.680]  It's not fair.
[38:37.680 --> 38:49.680]  So because their letter, I have received the letter saying they're not going to collect the money, but they want to file in Travis County court. Is that just the scare tactic or?
[38:49.680 --> 38:59.680]  No, they'll probably file a suit so they can get a judgment. And then they'll try to collect the judgment. Good luck on that.
[38:59.680 --> 39:09.680]  And if you know the McNish method, then you can use their collection practices against them. Okay, we need to move along. The car boards are really filling up.

[40:44.680 --> 40:52.680]  And they didn't really have a rebuttal because I was in there helping them replace some of those electrical right there.

[40:57.680 --> 41:16.680]  One other good report is right before the first of the year, Eddie, I'd called and talked to you briefly on what I could send to start stopping this ridiculous process of having my property tax when I felt I clearly owned it.

[41:20.680 --> 41:29.680]  But you mentioned, let's ask for these signed appraisal. And I started going through the code that they have to operate by.

[42:39.680 --> 42:41.680]  Amen to that, and they're not going to.
[42:41.680 --> 42:45.680]  So there's no way it ever existed to begin with?
[42:45.680 --> 42:52.680]  To just keep the process, to keep on them.

[01:20:05.680 --> 01:20:14.680]  Well, if you're a semi-driver or a taxi driver or something of that nature, then you have a manifest or logbook you're supposed to be keeping.
[01:20:14.680 --> 01:20:23.680]  Okay? Especially as a truck driver. Every time you've got a load on or off that trailer, every time you've stopped and picked up something or dropped it off,
[01:20:23.680 --> 01:20:30.680]  there's a logbook entry that says what you are and what you aren't. All he's got to do is look at that logbook.
[01:20:30.680 --> 01:20:35.680]  That logbook of telling whether or not you're actually on the clock.
[01:20:35.680 --> 01:20:46.680]  Well, that would only apply, however, if it was a vehicle that was at some time used in commerce.
[01:20:46.680 --> 01:20:57.680]  If you're a wheat farmer and you own your own trucks and you use your trucks to haul your product to market,

[01:21:01.680 --> 01:21:15.680]  But then I guess he would have... there is a provision in the DOT to file with the DOT as a private operator.
[01:21:15.680 --> 01:21:24.680]  So in that case, he would probably have a DOT number where he was shown as a private operator, not in commerce.
[01:21:24.680 --> 01:21:36.680]  Otherwise, it would look like commerce, and this is all going to go to the reasonable person of ordinary prudent standard.
[01:21:36.680 --> 01:21:43.680]  If a reasonable person of ordinary prudence, being knowledgeable of the law in these matters,
[01:21:43.680 --> 01:21:50.680]  looked at your vehicle and the product on your vehicle,
[01:21:50.680 --> 01:21:58.680]  and the reasonable person would be led to believe that you were in commerce, he has probable cause, the prima facie.
[01:21:58.680 --> 01:22:08.680]  And then it's up to you to show, well, you know, this looks like I'm in commerce, but actually this is not being hauled for pay,
[01:22:08.680 --> 01:22:15.680]  but it's just being delivered by the manufacturer to its destination, to its point of sale.
[01:22:15.680 --> 01:22:24.680]  Like David here said that he had a... he rented a... what was the truck?
[01:22:24.680 --> 01:22:26.680]  Federal Express.
[01:22:26.680 --> 01:22:29.680]  A Federal Express truck.
[01:22:29.680 --> 01:22:33.680]  It moved his personal goods from one place to another, and he blew past a waste station.
[01:22:33.680 --> 01:22:39.680]  And they chased him down, pulled him over, and he opened the door, and he said, this is my stuff, my own stuff.
[01:22:39.680 --> 01:22:44.680]  I'm moving it myself, and the policeman said, have a nice day.
[01:22:44.680 --> 01:22:59.680]  Because I'm sure when he looked at David's stuff, it was clear that he was not moving new or high quality product.
[01:22:59.680 --> 01:23:07.680]  When he looked in there, if it looked like a junkyard, he said, well, this guy's not moving for pay.
[01:23:07.680 --> 01:23:22.680]  David's sitting across the room from me, so I get to insulted. But it is, in the end, going to go to the reasonable person of ordinary prudent standard.
[01:23:22.680 --> 01:23:33.680]  So, if it looks like it's in commerce, it's up to the man or the woman to prove that they are not in commerce?
[01:23:33.680 --> 01:23:38.680]  Realistically, yes.
[01:23:38.680 --> 01:23:49.680]  You know, if you've got a flatbed here, and it has a flat piece of heavy equipment on it.
[01:23:49.680 --> 01:24:06.680]  The reasonable DPS officer who is in the business of regulating commerce on the highways, we looked at, and have reason to believe that you were transporting that for hire.
[01:24:06.680 --> 01:24:14.680]  But when he pulls you over, if you say, well, I own a construction company, or I work for a construction company.
[01:24:14.680 --> 01:24:25.680]  This piece of equipment belongs to the construction company. This hauling it belongs to the construction company, and we move from one job to another.
[01:24:25.680 --> 01:24:36.680]  Then that overcomes the original reasonable person of ordinary prudent standard.
[01:24:36.680 --> 01:24:48.680]  Because the court will say, is there a way he could have been operating this vehicle that was in compliance with law, or in this case, not in commerce?
[01:24:48.680 --> 01:24:58.680]  And yeah, if that was his own, if this was a construction company, their hauling their own equipment, absolutely he's not in commerce.
[01:24:58.680 --> 01:25:02.680]  So that would overcome the initial prima facie.
[01:25:02.680 --> 01:25:10.680]  Look, that's what you're going to have to offer the officer. Now, we're assuming a perfect world here.
[01:25:10.680 --> 01:25:17.680]  We're assuming a situation where the officer actually follows law. It's not just writing tickets to get tickets.
[01:25:17.680 --> 01:25:23.680]  In that case, he would have probable cause.
[01:25:23.680 --> 01:25:27.680]  You provide prima facie evidence to overcome his probable cause.
[01:25:27.680 --> 01:25:40.680]  Now, he's going to have to be able to show that this is not your equipment that you are hauling it for hire.
[01:25:40.680 --> 01:25:50.680]  Jay, I'm not sure you seem to be going somewhere, and I'm not sure where you're going.
[01:25:50.680 --> 01:26:05.680]  It's somewhere between that idealism of not having to prove you're innocent by letting that police officer look at what you have,
[01:26:05.680 --> 01:26:22.680]  by simply stating that I'm traveling, and the ability of the police officer to be able to even charge anyone in that ideal...
[01:26:22.680 --> 01:26:38.680]  In an ideal world, he would go to the reasonable person of ordinary prudent standard, not biased by influences that did not go to probable cause.
[01:26:38.680 --> 01:26:46.680]  If you have an honest police officer who doesn't have a secondary agenda and doesn't have a court in need,
[01:26:46.680 --> 01:26:53.680]  then there's a good chance it'll go just like David's did to the reasonable person's standard.
[01:26:53.680 --> 01:26:59.680]  The guy sees a Federal Express truck, blasts past the way station, and he said,
[01:26:59.680 --> 01:27:20.680]  Wow, Federal Express trucks are normally operated in commerce. I have reason to believe that this guy is operating in commerce and pulls him over to overcome the reasonable presumption.
[01:27:20.680 --> 01:27:37.680]  Then he opens it up, but it doesn't have a bunch of packages you normally see with Federal Express, but it has a bunch of personal goods, bicycles, lawn chairs, couches, chairs.
[01:27:37.680 --> 01:27:51.680]  That really looks like somebody's moving their own stuff, and that will go to the reasonable person of ordinary prudent standard. In this case, the officer said,
[01:27:51.680 --> 01:27:59.680]  You're not in commerce and you can go. Everything's going to go to the reasonable person of ordinary prudent standard.
[01:27:59.680 --> 01:28:13.680]  And that standard doesn't go to what would you do? If you're a juror, they don't ask you to consider what you would do.
[01:28:13.680 --> 01:28:25.680]  You must consider what you would do or what you would think. You must consider what would a reasonable person of ordinary prudence would think.
[01:28:25.680 --> 01:28:39.680]  So that's really important. The policeman obviously has a prosecutorial bias, and they have to keep that in mind that when it gets to the court,
[01:28:39.680 --> 01:28:52.680]  the presumption will not be weighed necessarily or ideally be weighed in your favor, but it will all be weighed by the reasonable person of ordinary prudence.
[01:28:52.680 --> 01:28:55.680]  That's always going to be the ultimate standard.
[01:28:55.680 --> 01:29:08.680]  Okay. I also had a term that I heard on Joyce Riley's The Power Hour a couple of weeks ago. I thought it was pretty appropriate to what you guys deal with on this show.
[01:29:08.680 --> 01:29:23.680]  The term came from a man who has a website, pensionstunaga.com. I think it has to do with the pensions of the people at work for the state.
[01:29:23.680 --> 01:29:38.680]  And he was talking about how, you know, there's this upper tier that's probably been here for years.
[01:29:38.680 --> 01:29:56.680]  It goes to the way people in power think they own their position. I have a really good quote I'll address when we come back on the other side.

[01:33:13.680 --> 01:33:25.680]  And for all you Catholics out there, I'm not making comment about Catholics. This is the comment about the nature of power and the nature of human beings.
[01:33:25.680 --> 01:33:48.680]  He said, the giver of the law most owes the law allegiance. He of all beings should behave as though the law compels him. But it is the universal failing of mankind that what we are given to administer, we promptly presume we own.
[01:33:48.680 --> 01:34:05.680]  This is the nature of the human animal. Our founders, when they put this country together, put together a constitution, and our subsequent legislators who wrote our codes, understood this.
[01:34:05.680 --> 01:34:20.680]  This is not a judgment. This is not good or evil. It is the way human beings are. And we have law in place to protect against those problems.
[01:34:20.680 --> 01:34:38.680]  All the checks and balances are there. You and I just haven't used them. So we shouldn't complain when public officials in positions of power increase their power because we let them.
[01:34:38.680 --> 01:34:59.680]  That is the only way they increase their power. If we stand up and draw a line, it doesn't happen. On my website, I have a dissertation there I call the Frog Fart and Conspiracy, which explains the frogs on my site.
[01:34:59.680 --> 01:35:12.680]  Samuel Clemens once said you could take frog, throw him in a pot of hot water, he would jump out. Take that same frog, put him in a pot of cold water, gradually raise the heat.
[01:35:12.680 --> 01:35:30.680]  He would sit there till he falls to death. And that is precisely what's happened to all of us is through a series of seemingly minor adjustments toward administrative convenience and adjudicative expediency.
[01:35:30.680 --> 01:35:50.680]  We have allowed the system to corrupt itself to a point beyond recognition. We cannot stand here and blame public officials for doing what public officials have done for the last 6000 years.
[01:35:50.680 --> 01:36:09.680]  I was just reading a book by Sitchin. It's The Earth Chronicles. He went back to the Sumerian text and interpreted the Sumerian text.
[01:36:09.680 --> 01:36:29.680]  And there, one of the oldest known documents in existence, speak of a king reasserting the law, rewriting the law, taking it back to what it was prior.
[01:36:29.680 --> 01:36:41.680]  Because in the last couple of generations, those in power had so corrupted the law as to increase their power to the detriment of the people.
[01:36:41.680 --> 01:36:54.680]  And he reasserted the law to restrict those in power from oppressing the people. Does that sound familiar, guys?
[01:36:54.680 --> 01:37:12.680]  This is not some new phenomena. It didn't just come about yesterday. And I don't think there has ever been a time in history when we as the individual had as much power as we do now.
[01:37:12.680 --> 01:37:28.680]  Well, here are all this talk about the massive conspiracies. Well, they've always been there, except now there actually have to be treated as conspiracies. They used to be out in the open.
[01:37:28.680 --> 01:37:43.680]  The nobles starved the peasants. It was easy to tell the nobles from the peasants because the nobles were strong, robust, and healthy because they didn't have to eat.
[01:37:43.680 --> 01:38:00.680]  In our history, the those in power oppressed those in not power. It's gotten better steadily with education and communications better than it's ever been. It may seem worse because we hear so much bad news, but that's because we've got more news.
[01:38:00.680 --> 01:38:21.680]  We actually hear about it now. So I'm encouraged. Things are getting better. But the concept of the public officials and aristocracy, that's only by capitulation. That's only because we've left them.
[01:38:21.680 --> 01:38:37.680]  So we definitely shouldn't blame the public officials. You know, the old adage when you point one finger forward, you got four fingers pointing back toward you. So, Clint, this is all your fault.
[01:38:37.680 --> 01:38:55.680]  Okay, but I hope it, you know, things are getting better. You and I as individuals are getting far more powerful than we've ever been. 30 years ago, Eddie and I wouldn't be able to reach you this way.
[01:38:55.680 --> 01:39:07.680]  We wouldn't be able to get the word out this way. And all through history, the people when government got out of control, the people rose up and straightened them out.
[01:39:07.680 --> 01:39:32.680]  And then they got like, got laxatives called and went back to their lives and government screwed things up again and come back straightened it out. But the predictions say that this is the one. Master Thomas said there'll be 50 years of relative turmoil, a final conflagration, and the world was settled into a thousand years of peace.
[01:39:32.680 --> 01:39:47.680]  And there is other predictions about the Aquarian age. I think we're on the cusp. 2012 may be the time we've been doing. I've been doing this show for about five years.
[01:39:47.680 --> 01:40:02.680]  And I've seen things change dramatically. When I started, it's all this talk about people and those who are asleep and those who are awake, you never hear those terms anymore.
[01:40:02.680 --> 01:40:24.680]  If you're not asleep now, you're in a coma. The world is changing right in front of us. And I suggest to everybody listening. 20 years from now, we're going to look back on these times and say, look at the incredible changes that occurred.
[01:40:24.680 --> 01:40:37.680]  And if we're not paying attention, we'll live through the time and never even notice it. So pay attention. These are incredible times we live in.
[01:40:37.680 --> 01:40:54.680]  And it's my opinion that we're going to fix something that's been a problem for the human race since its inception. And we may be at the point of fixing it.

[01:41:27.680 --> 01:41:49.680]  And I think it's one thing to own. I do think they're getting better in a technological sense, getting more power to the individual. But I think we've long since we've been, things have been getting worse since the creation of this country.
[01:41:49.680 --> 01:42:00.680]  And it's just one thing for someone to say that they have this peculiarity complex and that they think that they own what they're giving them because they're in that position to give them.
[01:42:00.680 --> 01:42:22.680]  But there's a quote in Scripture. Isaiah says, A vote of those who enact evil statutes and to those who continually record unjust decision so as to deprive the needy of justice and to rob my people of their rights.
[01:42:22.680 --> 01:42:32.680]  And it's one thing for someone to have a peculiarity complex that these people are actually creating injustice right in the face.
[01:42:32.680 --> 01:42:43.680]  And that's part for me to even, I could be wrong. I could be younger than you are. I could be looking through the wrong kind of perspective here.
[01:42:43.680 --> 01:42:51.680]  But it just seems to be a little bit more than just the psychological...
[01:42:51.680 --> 01:43:05.680]  It's easy to pass judgment. And it would be easy to say that these people are just evil and they're succumbing to their base of nature.
[01:43:05.680 --> 01:43:18.680]  But when you talk to the people who are involved, for the most part, it is in our nature to herd, humans herd.
[01:43:18.680 --> 01:43:32.680]  It's in our nature to protect the sanctity of the group. That's why you can get kids to go into battle and risk their lives because we have an instinct for personal survival.
[01:43:32.680 --> 01:43:37.680]  But the instinct for the survival of the group is even greater.
[01:43:37.680 --> 01:43:47.680]  And while that may be in some context a good thing, it leads to these kinds of injustices, justices, just in our nature.
[01:43:47.680 --> 01:43:52.680]  And it's not good. I don't think it's going to be evil. But hang in, I'll be right back on the other side.

[01:48:16.680 --> 01:48:29.680]  And when I hear these talking about these major conspiracies, it is not in the nature of the human animal to destroy the herd.

[01:48:31.680 --> 01:48:45.680]  The problem with it is, like during the dark ages, they were so sure that their idea of what was best for the herd was right.

[01:48:50.680 --> 01:48:52.680]  They don't do that anymore.
[01:48:52.680 --> 01:48:55.680]  We've evolved as a creature beyond that.

[01:54:00.680 --> 01:54:11.680]  And the law clearly states in section 543, 4006 and AMB, that if the officer doesn't put the time and date,
[01:54:11.680 --> 01:54:18.680]  then he is guilty of misconduct in office and subject to removal from the officer's position.
[01:54:18.680 --> 01:54:26.680]  I learned a long time ago to answer tickets in the mail and say, this is my appearance.
[01:54:26.680 --> 01:54:33.680]  Because you can do that with a guilty plea, then demanding equal protection,
[01:54:33.680 --> 01:54:39.680]  you should be able to do it with no plea or not guilty and not with no plea.
[01:54:39.680 --> 01:54:44.680]  All right. My question is, and this kind of a combination with the UN, Randy,
[01:54:44.680 --> 01:54:53.680]  if the officer's violated that law and you appear, then you should, in the appearance letter,
[01:54:53.680 --> 01:55:02.680]  make a demand for dismissal, and at the same time, attach criminal complaints against the officer for misconduct in office,
[01:55:02.680 --> 01:55:07.680]  and send them certified letter return receipt requested to the same judge,
[01:55:07.680 --> 01:55:13.680]  and when the judge receives it, then you have proof that he's received both of them,
[01:55:13.680 --> 01:55:18.680]  and at the same time, you put an affidavit of inability to pay in there for future use.
[01:55:18.680 --> 01:55:21.680]  I'm not going to that right now. But what do you think about that?
[01:55:21.680 --> 01:55:26.680]  I know that that's a different tax than you take.
[01:55:26.680 --> 01:55:31.680]  Well, actually, it's not. Going after the cop is just fine.
[01:55:31.680 --> 01:55:38.680]  As far as the affidavit of inability to pay, that would, to me, appear to be a waiver of jurisdiction saying,
[01:55:38.680 --> 01:55:45.680]  I'm willing to pay, but, so you're allowing them to assume impersonal jurisdiction when, in fact,
[01:55:45.680 --> 01:55:50.680]  they have never given proper notice to get jurisdiction.
[01:55:50.680 --> 01:55:56.680]  That's a severe problem. We're doing most of their work for them, and we need to stop.

[01:55:58.680 --> 01:56:04.680]  They cannot just create a notice on the citation and say, this is your notice.
[01:56:04.680 --> 01:56:13.680]  That's not proper. It's not a sworn complaint. It does not inform you as the laws of Texas require what you're charged with.
[01:56:13.680 --> 01:56:19.680]  It's not a sworn document. It's not a charging instrument by any stretch of the imagination.
[01:56:19.680 --> 01:56:27.680]  In Texas, you have the right, not the privilege, but the right to challenge the charging instrument,
[01:56:27.680 --> 01:56:33.680]  both the complaint it's based on and the instrument itself in the form of an indictment or information.
[01:56:33.680 --> 01:56:40.680]  You've never served you with any of this, never. You've never been properly noticed.
[01:56:40.680 --> 01:56:46.680]  Because of that, the court has never gained impersonal jurisdiction.
[01:56:46.680 --> 01:56:54.680]  Without a charging instrument, the court has never gained subject matter jurisdiction.
[01:56:54.680 --> 01:57:01.680]  And I'm not for waiving any form of jurisdiction to the court, any at all.
[01:57:01.680 --> 01:57:08.680]  I like that. That's good. That's good. I was a step back myself then in that affidavit.
[01:57:08.680 --> 01:57:18.680]  Yeah. It is almost always a guaranteed slam dunk proper notice has not occurred.
[01:57:18.680 --> 01:57:26.680]  It absolutely has not occurred. Here in Austin, they pull this BS thing of the prosecutor telling the court,

[01:57:31.680 --> 01:57:39.680]  It does not comply with law at all. The statute says there are three ways to make service.

[01:57:46.680 --> 01:57:52.680]  Throwing it in the court record does none of those things.
[01:57:52.680 --> 01:57:57.680]  That's good. So right off the bat, notice has never been done.
