[00:00.000 --> 00:04.840] This news brief brought to you by the International Newsnet.
[00:04.840 --> 00:08.800] Former Sudanese intelligence officer General Mohammed Al-Dabi, head of the Arab League
[00:08.800 --> 00:14.520] monitors in Syria, Thursday dismissed as false comments of one observer who quit and discussed
[00:14.520 --> 00:16.880] slamming the mission as a farce.
[00:16.880 --> 00:21.680] And while Malik left the monitoring team this week, saying the regime of Bashar al-Assad
[00:21.680 --> 00:26.560] is still carrying out killings, detention and torture of those involved in the 10-month
[00:26.560 --> 00:29.960] old uprising.
[00:29.960 --> 00:34.520] State authorities said Thursday environmental activists threw paint and foul-smelling acid
[00:34.520 --> 00:39.080] at whaling ships in the Antarctic Ocean in a bid to halt the annual hunt.
[00:39.080 --> 00:43.240] The latest attack came after Japan released three Australian activists from a different
[00:43.240 --> 00:46.240] anti-whaling group who had boarded another vessel.
[00:46.240 --> 00:51.440] Japan has diverted $30 million of tsunami relief funds towards security for this year's
[00:51.440 --> 00:53.960] hunt.
[00:53.960 --> 00:58.840] A Mississippi judge has blocked the release of 21 inmates granted reprieves by outgoing
[00:58.840 --> 01:00.480] Governor Haley Barber.
[01:00.480 --> 01:05.280] Barber gave clemency to more than 200 prisoners, including convicted murderers.
[01:05.280 --> 01:09.480] But Mississippi's Attorney General challenged the pardons, saying they may have violated
[01:09.480 --> 01:11.280] the state constitution.
[01:11.280 --> 01:15.440] Barber says my decision was based upon the recommendation of the parole board in more
[01:15.440 --> 01:19.040] than 90% of the cases.
[01:19.040 --> 01:24.040] The US intelligence community says in a secret new assessment, the Afghanistan war is mired
[01:24.040 --> 01:29.240] in stalemate and warned security gains from an increase in US troops have been undercut
[01:29.240 --> 01:34.120] by corruption, incompetent governance, and Taliban fighters operating from neighboring
[01:34.120 --> 01:35.120] Pakistan.
[01:35.120 --> 01:39.800] These sobering judgments in the classified national intelligence estimate were at odds
[01:39.800 --> 01:44.680] with recent optimistic statements by Pentagon officials and have deepened divisions between
[01:44.680 --> 01:47.840] intelligence agencies and military commanders.
[01:47.840 --> 01:53.040] The document known as an NIE challenges the Pentagon's claim to have achieved lasting
[01:53.040 --> 01:57.120] security gains in Taliban strongholds in southern Afghanistan.
[01:57.120 --> 02:01.840] The NIE asserts the Afghan government may not be able to survive as the US pulls out
[02:01.840 --> 02:06.720] its troops and reduces civilian assistance.
[02:06.720 --> 02:11.920] Barack Obama is sending five military officers to South Sudan amid recent outbreaks of violence
[02:11.920 --> 02:14.520] in the newly independent African nation.
[02:14.520 --> 02:18.680] The White House said the officers will join the UN mission in the capital, Juba, and focus
[02:18.680 --> 02:21.200] on strategic planning and operations.
[02:21.200 --> 02:25.200] They are not expected to engage in combat operations but will be armed for personal
[02:25.200 --> 02:26.200] protection.
[02:26.200 --> 02:31.600] Obama issued a memo Tuesday declaring US officers could not be prosecuted by the international
[02:31.600 --> 02:37.920] criminal court during their deployment because South Sudan was not a party to the ICC.
[02:37.920 --> 02:42.840] Since independence in July, South Sudan has been beset by internal conflict, aid groups
[02:42.840 --> 02:48.320] estimate 60,000 people have been affected by outbreaks of violence, and the UN says tens
[02:48.320 --> 02:53.320] of thousands have fled their homes and are in urgent need of high nutritional food, clean
[02:53.320 --> 03:19.320] water, health care, and shelter.
[04:23.320 --> 04:53.280] All right, bad boys, bad boys, what are you going to do when we come for you?
[04:53.280 --> 05:05.280] Here on the rule of law on the brand new Logos Radio Network, today is January 12th, 2012,
[05:05.280 --> 05:10.240] and tonight the bad boys that we are going to be going after tonight that we're going
[05:10.240 --> 05:16.000] to be discussing tonight is, of course, the bad boys that pulled off the Oklahoma City
[05:16.000 --> 05:18.080] bombing.
[05:18.080 --> 05:21.320] Tonight we have very special guests with us, very good friends of mine, so my best friends
[05:21.320 --> 05:27.240] in the whole world, which is Chris Emery, James Lane, and Holland Vanden Neunehoff,
[05:27.240 --> 05:30.880] the producers of a noble lie.
[05:30.880 --> 05:37.120] And many of the listeners know that for the last several months, actually longer than that,
[05:37.120 --> 05:45.400] about a year and a half now, I have been semi-present on the show, somewhat absent, a considerable
[05:45.400 --> 05:51.080] amount of the time, because I have been helping these guys work on the movie.
[05:51.080 --> 05:57.520] I have the honor and the blessing, very humbled, that they decided to take me on to the team
[05:57.520 --> 06:00.480] to be part of the project, to be their sound editor.
[06:00.480 --> 06:07.560] And so I was working on mastering the audio for the movie, A Noble Lie, and I'm very
[06:07.560 --> 06:09.680] happy about that.
[06:09.680 --> 06:16.200] So we are going to have them as guests tonight to discuss the movie, and folks, I certainly
[06:16.200 --> 06:22.920] hope that you all will order the movie, you can order it at ANobleLie.com, or you can
[06:22.920 --> 06:27.880] order it at Infowars.com if you want to support Infowars.
[06:27.880 --> 06:31.640] There's multiple places you can order the movie from, and of course, when you purchase
[06:31.640 --> 06:35.480] A Noble Lie, you are supporting this network.
[06:35.480 --> 06:41.600] So I certainly hope that everyone out there will get the movie, because it is just a,
[06:41.600 --> 06:49.680] I mean, it's incredible the amount of information, and I was very fortunate and privy to listen
[06:49.680 --> 06:53.560] to all the interviews and their entirety, because I was the audio engineer.
[06:53.560 --> 06:58.880] And of course, all of that information couldn't go into the movie, but it was very enlightening
[06:58.880 --> 07:01.840] to get to hear all those interviews and get to hear all this information.
[07:01.840 --> 07:07.400] So we're going to be discussing some information that is both in the movie and was not necessarily
[07:07.400 --> 07:15.720] in the movie, but we are going to be releasing in April by the anniversary edition, which
[07:15.720 --> 07:19.160] will have extended interviews from some of the interviews that didn't make it into the
[07:19.160 --> 07:23.040] movie, and longer interviews of some of the information that didn't make it into the movie.
[07:23.040 --> 07:27.080] So Chris, James Holland, welcome to the show.
[07:27.080 --> 07:28.080] Thanks for having us on, Deb.
[07:28.080 --> 07:29.080] Indeed.
[07:29.080 --> 07:30.080] Thank you.
[07:30.080 --> 07:31.080] This is great.
[07:31.080 --> 07:32.080] What did you have?
[07:32.080 --> 07:36.800] And callers, we will be taking calls later on in the evening if you have questions
[07:36.800 --> 07:42.280] for James or Chris or Holland, questions about the Oklahoma City bombing or about the movie.
[07:42.280 --> 07:46.160] So folks, if you want to call in while we have our guests, please keep the calls on
[07:46.160 --> 07:49.360] topic about the Oklahoma City bombing or calls for our guests.
[07:49.360 --> 07:52.840] We're not going to be taking generic calls about traffic tickets and such tonight.
[07:52.840 --> 07:54.360] We have guests tonight.
[07:54.360 --> 07:58.560] So James, Chris, Holland, y'all have been doing a considerable number of interviews
[07:58.560 --> 08:03.920] lately, and y'all have basically presentation that you have prepared.
[08:03.920 --> 08:06.360] So I'm just going to wind y'all up and let y'all go.
[08:06.360 --> 08:11.680] So tell the listeners about the movie and about how y'all got involved with the research
[08:11.680 --> 08:15.040] of into the Oklahoma City bombing and how all this came together.
[08:15.040 --> 08:18.280] Well, Deb, I just want to start out by saying thank you for all of your hard work.
[08:18.280 --> 08:23.640] I know that the listeners out there had to be patient with us being on hiatus and taking
[08:23.640 --> 08:25.560] an effect on your show too.
[08:25.560 --> 08:29.600] There was an enormous amount of time and effort that went into this on everyone's part, and
[08:29.600 --> 08:31.440] you did a wonderful job on mastering that audio.
[08:31.440 --> 08:33.440] I just want to thank you for your time and effort on that.
[08:33.440 --> 08:34.640] Oh, thank you, James.
[08:34.640 --> 08:35.640] I appreciate that.
[08:35.640 --> 08:41.560] I was very happy to do it, and I was just happy to do it, happy to be a part of the
[08:41.560 --> 08:42.560] project.
[08:42.560 --> 08:43.560] I'm glad I was able to contribute.
[08:43.560 --> 08:48.440] Well, it was everyone who got on board and jumped on board this, who is a team, is a
[08:48.440 --> 08:49.440] real team effort.
[08:49.440 --> 08:53.360] If it wasn't for anyone member of the team, the project would not have been completed.
[08:53.360 --> 08:57.000] But the main reason we got into it was that we're from Oklahoma.
[08:57.000 --> 09:01.640] This happened in our town, in our state, and being witness and being friends with people
[09:01.640 --> 09:06.360] who were involved in the true seeking efforts, I knew, we knew that the people, the American
[09:06.360 --> 09:10.920] people and the people in Oklahoma and around the world needed to know the truth, and although
[09:10.920 --> 09:14.120] many people who really don't pay attention to the issue, especially your Oklahoma, have
[09:14.120 --> 09:17.760] heard rumors and have seen a couple things about the bombing that didn't quite make
[09:17.760 --> 09:23.320] sense, no one has yet seen a complete package of the verifiable, provable evidence that
[09:23.320 --> 09:27.120] there was indeed a government cover-up and that there were other people involved and
[09:27.120 --> 09:31.120] that they were government informants, and that there was some kind of operation going
[09:31.120 --> 09:33.680] on at the time, and that there was prior knowledge.
[09:33.680 --> 09:38.000] All of this we demonstrate with eyewitnesses, documentation, the government's own documents.
[09:38.000 --> 09:42.000] In fact, half our interview witnesses are government employees, so no one can accuse
[09:42.000 --> 09:43.400] us of being anti-government.
[09:43.400 --> 09:49.280] We're trying to support these people in their quest for the truth.
[09:49.280 --> 09:52.200] And Deb, I want to thank you.
[09:52.200 --> 09:57.720] We had a great screening, actually, it was a packed full house at the Ron Paul headquarters
[09:57.720 --> 10:04.200] in Norman, Oklahoma, this past Saturday, almost over twice what we expected to show for the
[10:04.200 --> 10:08.560] short amount of time we had to promote it, and I was very pleased you helped us, actually,
[10:08.560 --> 10:15.800] if I could see this, work on the soundtrack for that remaster, it was absolutely superb.
[10:15.800 --> 10:19.200] And we've got so many compliments just on the audio quality alone, let alone, of course,
[10:19.200 --> 10:20.200] the camera.
[10:20.200 --> 10:23.320] So I can bet, you know, we'll turn the tables here, let me ask you a question.
[10:23.320 --> 10:28.120] When you saw the movie, you knew what the audio track on this was, so it was kind of
[10:28.120 --> 10:33.320] a revelation for you to see how it was all put together, knowing what the interview sounded
[10:33.320 --> 10:36.440] like, but you didn't actually get to see the video footage till the final cut came out.
[10:36.440 --> 10:37.440] What was your thought?
[10:37.440 --> 10:44.800] Well, yeah, I had obviously listened to the audio, and I haven't even heard the, I mean,
[10:44.800 --> 10:51.440] I haven't seen the movie yet with my remastered audio, but yeah, I had mastered the interviews
[10:51.440 --> 10:59.280] on one pass, and then y'all put that together and sent me the movie, and I was kind of surprised.
[10:59.280 --> 11:04.360] I mean, I was really pleased with the information that went into the movie, and there were some
[11:04.360 --> 11:10.240] things that I wish had been in there that were left out, but I realized that, you know,
[11:10.240 --> 11:14.800] I watched, you know, I don't know how many hours of interview, I mean, I don't know how
[11:14.800 --> 11:16.000] many hours you guys shot.
[11:16.000 --> 11:22.160] I mean, it was dozens of hours, over 100 hours of interview, surely, and of course,
[11:22.160 --> 11:26.200] all of that can't go into the movie, but I thought that y'all did an excellent job of,
[11:26.200 --> 11:30.560] I really, what I really liked is I liked the progression of the storyline.
[11:30.560 --> 11:35.680] It's like first you have, you know, some of the victims' family members talking, and
[11:35.680 --> 11:42.080] then you bring in other victims, and then it's like you get to see these people's stories,
[11:42.080 --> 11:46.800] and some of the truth starts to get revealed, and then about halfway into the movie, it's
[11:46.800 --> 11:51.600] like, here come the heroes to save the day, you know, it's like you bring in Charles Key
[11:51.600 --> 11:55.400] and, you know, Dale Phillips and some of these other ones that, you know, form the Oklahoma
[11:55.400 --> 12:00.360] City, I mean, the Oklahoma Bombing Investigation Committee, and so I like seeing that progression
[12:00.360 --> 12:03.200] of these people opening up their hearts and what they went through, and then here come
[12:03.200 --> 12:07.600] the heroes, and then more of the truth gets revealed, and then by the end of the movie,
[12:07.600 --> 12:12.480] it's just like, wow, and then you're just so inspired, especially, you know, by some
[12:12.480 --> 12:17.480] of the things that Alex Jones said and some others, it was very inspirational.
[12:17.480 --> 12:21.240] Well, you know, there was many nights that we sat there and had to go through the outline
[12:21.240 --> 12:26.200] and make difficult choices as to what content would be put into the movie, and, you know,
[12:26.200 --> 12:29.840] if we didn't, it would have been a 10-hour movie, you know, there was so much information,
[12:29.840 --> 12:34.560] there was so many holes in the official story, so what we had to do was just try to boil
[12:34.560 --> 12:41.120] it down to the most provable essence, you know, the documented evidence, the eyewitness
[12:41.120 --> 12:46.360] testimony that was the most provable, and the effort was to not preach to the choir,
[12:46.360 --> 12:50.000] you know, I mean, there's plenty of movies out there that preach to the choir, and they're
[12:50.000 --> 12:54.080] great, I love them, I watch them, I think that they have a huge effect, but, you know,
[12:54.080 --> 13:00.080] the goal here was to really reach out and give people a tool to wake up folks that are
[13:00.080 --> 13:06.040] maybe unaware of, you know, the methodology of false flag attacks, that type of thing,
[13:06.040 --> 13:09.440] and so it had to be presented in such a way that would be palatable to someone that isn't
[13:09.440 --> 13:13.920] familiar with this type of information, and so we tried to, you know, at the beginning
[13:13.920 --> 13:18.760] we get that emotional hook, you know, we show the victims, the victims' family members,
[13:18.760 --> 13:22.160] people that these were real human beings that were affected by this, get that emotional
[13:22.160 --> 13:26.120] tie to them, and, you know, we learned that through the efforts of Manny Bedeo, you know,
[13:26.120 --> 13:31.360] get the NYC can, I mean, once you get that emotional credibility, now the person is ready
[13:31.360 --> 13:35.360] to go further into the information, they're ready to progress through it, and that was
[13:35.360 --> 13:38.800] what you see with the structure of the movie, get the emotional credibility, now we bring
[13:38.800 --> 13:43.440] you into the evidence, you know, and then we start tearing apart the official story.
[13:43.440 --> 13:46.320] We also wanted to include, you know, what is the official story?
[13:46.320 --> 13:49.880] There's so many various sources out there, you've got the FEMA reports you've got, you
[13:49.880 --> 13:54.200] know, the various reports that the other institutions put out, there's no one comprehensive
[13:54.200 --> 14:00.120] official story, and so a lot of the viewers didn't know about it, they weren't alive
[14:00.120 --> 14:04.720] at that time, there's, you know, almost 17 years on, a lot of people have forgot about
[14:04.720 --> 14:09.240] it, so we really kind of had to refresh that in people's minds and establish what is the
[14:09.240 --> 14:12.240] official story before we deconstructed it.
[14:12.240 --> 14:18.560] One thing that we ran into, actually we considered early on, even before we started taping, was,
[14:18.560 --> 14:23.520] you know, you hear the official mantra from the dignitaries in New York about 9-11 or
[14:23.520 --> 14:29.840] even the leaders here and the managers, supervisors at the Memorial Museum from the Oklahoma City
[14:29.840 --> 14:34.920] bombing, and they said, well, you know, how dare you, you know, sully the image of what's
[14:34.920 --> 14:40.400] going on or question the story because you're offending the victim's family members, well,
[14:40.400 --> 14:43.600] this movie completely turns that whole concept on its head.
[14:43.600 --> 14:47.480] We weren't offending these people, we're actually defending the fact that, yes, they
[14:47.480 --> 14:52.800] had relevant questions to ask, and you know, one thing we, and all of the interviews we
[14:52.800 --> 14:57.800] done leading up to and after the release of the movie, we asked the listeners, and I
[14:57.800 --> 15:01.640] remember mentioning this on Alex and on Joyce Riley's show, he says, please put this in
[15:01.640 --> 15:02.640] the context.
[15:02.640 --> 15:06.120] For those of you that are missing this all, Van is thinking more about your crackpots,
[15:06.120 --> 15:11.440] which we're not, we're accomplished filmmakers, and to say, what would happen if your children
[15:11.440 --> 15:14.920] were killed and it was a disaster like this or even a car accident and you were lied to
[15:14.920 --> 15:18.680] to the body, you knew that the law enforcement officers in charge of the investigation were
[15:18.680 --> 15:20.000] just bald-faced lying to you.
[15:20.000 --> 15:24.720] We'll multiply that times 168 victims, and then another thousand injured, some of them
[15:24.720 --> 15:29.240] very seriously, coming close to passing away, and that's what we had to deal with here.
[15:29.240 --> 15:33.160] It was an enormous project, but I think we, you know, I'm proud to say, I think we pulled
[15:33.160 --> 15:36.600] it out very well, and the anniversary cut is even going to expound on that.
[15:36.600 --> 15:40.400] And when they talk about disrespecting the victims, we were not disrespecting the victims,
[15:40.400 --> 15:44.640] the people who were in this movie or interviewed, they support the film.
[15:44.640 --> 15:47.720] The people who disrespected the victims were, was the federal government.
[15:47.720 --> 15:51.720] The FBI was telling the parents in the daycare center that they did not see the bomb squad
[15:51.720 --> 15:53.320] parked outside the building that day.
[15:53.320 --> 15:56.600] That it was another day their kids died, that they saw the bomb squad there.
[15:56.600 --> 16:00.320] The FBI was telling the lone witness to Tim McVay getting out of the, out of the, out
[16:00.320 --> 16:04.600] of the writer truck who was interviewed at trial, telling her that there was another
[16:04.600 --> 16:07.960] day that she saw the writer truck, that her mom and her children were killed and she lost
[16:07.960 --> 16:08.960] her leg.
[16:08.960 --> 16:11.080] I mean, they lied from day one.
[16:11.080 --> 16:15.680] We showcased Luke Franey, the ATF agent, who concocted a story about being a hero the
[16:15.680 --> 16:18.760] morning of the bombing, when in fact he wasn't even in the building.
[16:18.760 --> 16:23.240] We have the tape of him that no one's ever seen of him after the, right after the bombing
[16:23.240 --> 16:24.520] outside the building.
[16:24.520 --> 16:26.440] He is not covered in sheet rock dust.
[16:26.440 --> 16:27.640] He is not hurt.
[16:27.640 --> 16:31.720] His hands are not injured, but yet a day later he shows up with a bandage on his hand and
[16:31.720 --> 16:36.080] he's telling victims, family members, that he was injured and yes, he was inside the
[16:36.080 --> 16:37.080] building.
[16:37.080 --> 16:38.080] That man is a liar.
[16:38.080 --> 16:39.080] Yes.
[16:39.080 --> 16:45.040] So they tell someone who lost her leg in the bombing that, oh, you didn't really lose
[16:45.040 --> 16:46.960] your leg in the bombing that day.
[16:46.960 --> 16:51.480] You lost your leg on a different day and you lost your family members.
[16:51.480 --> 16:52.480] That didn't happen in the bombing.
[16:52.480 --> 16:53.480] That happened on a different day.
[16:53.480 --> 16:55.480] I mean, what an insult.
[16:55.480 --> 17:00.480] We'll be right back, folks.
[17:00.480 --> 17:11.640] In the 80s, they did it to Reagan, a debt ceiling compromise, Democrats promising spending
[17:11.640 --> 17:15.160] cuts, delivering only tax sites.
[17:15.160 --> 17:21.360] The 90s brought more compromises, more broken promises and more new taxes.
[17:21.360 --> 17:27.080] This August, the next chapter will be written, a defining moment.
[17:27.080 --> 17:32.680] 14 trillion in debt, visits to an employee, the dollar in decline.
[17:32.680 --> 17:38.480] We know where they stand, but will our party's leaders repeat the mistakes of the past?
[17:38.480 --> 17:41.480] Will they choose compromise or conviction?
[17:41.480 --> 17:45.160] One candidate has always been true.
[17:45.160 --> 17:50.720] Ron Paul, cut spending, balance the budget, no deals.
[17:50.720 --> 17:56.960] Standing up to the Washington Machine, guided by principle, restore America now.
[17:56.960 --> 18:00.520] I'm Ron Paul and I approve this message.
[18:00.520 --> 18:05.840] Are you being harassed by debt collectors with phone calls, letters or even lawsuits?
[18:05.840 --> 18:09.520] Stop debt collectors now with the Michael Meares proven method.
[18:09.520 --> 18:13.680] Michael Meares has won six cases in federal court against debt collectors and now you
[18:13.680 --> 18:14.680] can win two.
[18:14.680 --> 18:19.480] You'll get step-by-step instructions in plain English on how to win in court using federal
[18:19.480 --> 18:25.280] civil rights statutes, what to do when contacted by phones, mail or court summons, how to answer
[18:25.280 --> 18:29.880] letters and phone calls, how to get debt collectors out of your credit reports, how to turn the
[18:29.880 --> 18:34.080] financial tables on them and make them pay you to go away.
[18:34.080 --> 18:39.200] The Michael Meares proven method is the solution for how to stop debt collectors.
[18:39.200 --> 18:41.360] Federal consultation is available as well.
[18:41.360 --> 18:46.880] For more information, please visit ruleoflawradio.com and click on the blue Michael Meares banner
[18:46.880 --> 18:49.880] or email Michael Meares at yahoo.com.
[18:49.880 --> 18:59.440] That's ruleoflawradio.com or email m-i-c-h-a-e-l-m-i-r-r-a-s at yahoo.com to learn how to stop debt collectors
[18:59.440 --> 19:12.200] next.
[19:12.200 --> 19:22.800] Alright, we asked the questions and they do not have the answers.
[19:22.800 --> 19:27.560] Tyranny, they're gonna tear you, they're gonna tear me, they tear up the whole country if
[19:27.560 --> 19:31.440] we let them, but we are not going to let them do it.
[19:31.440 --> 19:37.960] And folks, I feel so honored and humbled and blessed and privileged to be able to have
[19:37.960 --> 19:44.800] been a part of this movie, to be a part of the team, and it was just heart-wrenching and
[19:44.800 --> 19:50.200] I found myself in tears and I found myself laughing, I found myself inspired the whole
[19:50.200 --> 19:55.320] time I was working on the film and going over all these interviews and I'm very excited
[19:55.320 --> 20:00.000] that they are going to be releasing extended interviews and interviews that didn't even
[20:00.000 --> 20:05.080] make it to the movie because I'd like everyone out there to experience some of what I got
[20:05.080 --> 20:10.160] to experience when I was going over all of these interviews, so I'm very happy to be
[20:10.160 --> 20:11.160] part of that.
[20:11.160 --> 20:15.760] And I mean, just to even say, for example, people like Dale Phillips, this didn't make
[20:15.760 --> 20:21.320] it into the movie but it was very touching and inspiring to me, he was talking about
[20:21.320 --> 20:27.080] the meetings of the investigation committee, the bombing investigation committee that Charles
[20:27.080 --> 20:29.880] Key had formed and Dale Phillips was an integral part of that.
[20:29.880 --> 20:36.120] He was also on the team, he was a member of the committee and he was saying how the meetings
[20:36.120 --> 20:44.120] were very serious and how they, when they would get together, every meeting, how they
[20:44.120 --> 20:49.960] started off was in prayer and they would pray to the Lord for guidance and for protection
[20:49.960 --> 20:54.840] and for help and they would tell the Lord they love him and that they are doing this
[20:54.840 --> 21:02.160] for him and for his people and they would ask and pray for help in the investigation
[21:02.160 --> 21:08.120] and for protection and Dale was mentioning, Jesus said, I am the way, the truth and the
[21:08.120 --> 21:16.520] life, God is the truth and so when we pursue the truth, we are pursuing God himself and
[21:16.520 --> 21:21.080] so we know we are doing the right thing here and we know that God has his protective hand
[21:21.080 --> 21:24.880] over us and so that was just one of the things that was very inspiring and encouraging to
[21:24.880 --> 21:29.760] me about the movie and we do have a caller on the line, we've got Frank from New York
[21:29.760 --> 21:34.720] who has a question on point on Topicure and we are going to go to Frank before we continue
[21:34.720 --> 21:35.720] the discussion.
[21:35.720 --> 21:36.720] Frank, thank you for calling in.
[21:36.720 --> 21:42.040] What is your question to Chris and James and Holland about the movie or about the Oklahoma
[21:42.040 --> 21:43.040] City bombing?
[21:43.040 --> 21:48.600] I would like to thank them for their efforts and I'd also like to ask them how difficult
[21:48.600 --> 21:52.160] was it to get any death threats or anything like that.
[21:52.160 --> 21:54.160] That's a good question.
[21:54.160 --> 21:58.240] You know, that's a question we actually get a lot and I'm surprised.
[21:58.240 --> 22:01.760] We haven't got a nasty email, a phone call or anything.
[22:01.760 --> 22:08.160] I really attribute that to the amount of time that has passed while we say that the truth
[22:08.160 --> 22:12.440] is still important 17 years on because a lot of the people that were involved are still
[22:12.440 --> 22:13.440] in positions of power today.
[22:13.440 --> 22:16.400] I mean, look at what Eric Holder has been doing, the falsifies that he's been perpetrating
[22:16.400 --> 22:18.440] me most recently.
[22:18.440 --> 22:21.840] But I think most of the people that were involved, the players that were trying to cover it up
[22:21.840 --> 22:25.880] back at the time that most of the intimidation and threats were occurring, it was within
[22:25.880 --> 22:27.880] the first decade.
[22:27.880 --> 22:32.800] I think most of those people have moved on and they're just not concerned about it now.
[22:32.800 --> 22:39.360] But yeah, I mean, there were hurdles that weren't necessarily obstacles put in our way
[22:39.360 --> 22:40.360] by institutions.
[22:40.360 --> 22:46.680] I mean, just the hurdles of trying to make a feature-length documentary on the budget
[22:46.680 --> 22:47.680] that we had.
[22:47.680 --> 22:52.640] And it just seemed like every time that we came up against something, the world just
[22:52.640 --> 22:53.840] kind of opened up to us.
[22:53.840 --> 22:56.800] I mean, we literally lost count of how many times we would need something.
[22:56.800 --> 22:58.480] I mean, what was that deal with the memory?
[22:58.480 --> 23:00.720] We blew a piece of memory out of it.
[23:00.720 --> 23:01.720] Hello?
[23:01.720 --> 23:02.720] Guys, you...
[23:02.720 --> 23:03.720] Okay.
[23:03.720 --> 23:06.080] I think they dropped off the office Skype.
[23:06.080 --> 23:10.200] Yeah, you were saying you blew up the office Skype.
[23:10.200 --> 23:14.280] You blew up a piece of memory in the computer and then you got a donate.
[23:14.280 --> 23:18.200] Somebody won a lottery ticket or something for $100, so a scratch ticket or something.
[23:18.200 --> 23:19.200] You were able to buy the RAM.
[23:19.200 --> 23:20.200] Yeah.
[23:20.200 --> 23:21.200] Right.
[23:21.200 --> 23:22.760] Yeah, and stuff like that was happening all the time, you know.
[23:22.760 --> 23:27.440] And so, yeah, those were most of the obstacles that we overcame were just, you know, logistical
[23:27.440 --> 23:28.440] type things.
[23:28.440 --> 23:32.080] Frankly, I think the reason we haven't received any over-terrassment is that we were kind
[23:32.080 --> 23:33.080] of under the radar.
[23:33.080 --> 23:34.360] No one really thought we'd get the movie done.
[23:34.360 --> 23:36.600] No one thought it would be as good as it is.
[23:36.600 --> 23:41.800] No one thought anyone would care, but it's very timely this movie because of what's going
[23:41.800 --> 23:42.800] on in the headlines.
[23:42.800 --> 23:43.800] You have Eric Holder in the headlines.
[23:43.800 --> 23:46.400] He was in charge of the Jesse 22 cover-up.
[23:46.400 --> 23:51.080] Operation Fast and Furious has been revealed to kill thousands of people, and that was
[23:51.080 --> 23:53.520] an ongoing operation just a year ago.
[23:53.520 --> 23:58.480] So it's not too hard to gather from that that 16 years ago, a similar operation, an undercover
[23:58.480 --> 23:59.480] operation.
[23:59.480 --> 24:03.240] In this case, it named Pat...
[24:03.240 --> 24:06.600] In this case, named, I know what they were going to say, Pat Kahn.
[24:06.600 --> 24:07.600] Go ahead.
[24:07.600 --> 24:08.600] You dropped off there.
[24:08.600 --> 24:12.960] But so I think we're, the main point is I think we're under the radar and no one expected
[24:12.960 --> 24:16.680] us to be able to produce the information we did in such a quality manner and with the
[24:16.680 --> 24:18.240] quality of production.
[24:18.240 --> 24:21.720] And so, and now it's really too late to stop it, so we'll see.
[24:21.720 --> 24:25.360] And explain Pat Kahn, Patriot Conspiracy.
[24:25.360 --> 24:26.360] It's a...
[24:26.360 --> 24:27.360] Go ahead.
[24:27.360 --> 24:33.440] I believe we are the first film and the first major outlet to deal with Pat Kahn, which stands
[24:33.440 --> 24:38.320] for Patriot Conspiracy is an FBI undercover operation in the early 90s whose goal was
[24:38.320 --> 24:43.600] to infiltrate every supposed anti-government group in the country and reap intelligence
[24:43.600 --> 24:45.600] and lead to mass arrests.
[24:45.600 --> 24:46.600] This didn't happen.
[24:46.600 --> 24:48.440] Pat Kahn fell apart.
[24:48.440 --> 24:54.040] It appears that Operation Oklahoma City may have been spawned by Pat Kahn.
[24:54.040 --> 24:57.880] And we know for a fact, due to the government's own documents, that Tim McVeigh was surrounded
[24:57.880 --> 25:00.760] by government informants four to six by their own admission.
[25:00.760 --> 25:02.320] They knew McVeigh was going to bomb the building.
[25:02.320 --> 25:04.000] They knew he was going to use a writer truck.
[25:04.000 --> 25:05.000] They knew when.
[25:05.000 --> 25:06.560] For some reason they don't stop it.
[25:06.560 --> 25:11.760] So you have a lot of people invested in the cover up, even if they're not privy to the
[25:11.760 --> 25:14.200] deep dark secret of what really happened in Oklahoma City.
[25:14.200 --> 25:17.760] They know that it was their truck, it was their operation, it was their informants and it's
[25:17.760 --> 25:19.880] their career if they don't cover it up.
[25:19.880 --> 25:20.880] All right.
[25:20.880 --> 25:21.880] Do you have any other questions?
[25:21.880 --> 25:22.880] I'm sorry.
[25:22.880 --> 25:23.880] Go ahead, Chris.
[25:23.880 --> 25:30.360] How do you keep your morale up when you find out these things that are horrible and they're
[25:30.360 --> 25:32.640] very demoralizing?
[25:32.640 --> 25:40.040] Because I'm at Occupy New Colts and they're always trying to trip away at our resolve.
[25:40.040 --> 25:43.840] When you think of a big thing like that, what do you use?
[25:43.840 --> 25:49.360] What kind of technologies do you use or health things do you use to keep yourself focused?
[25:49.360 --> 25:53.840] Well, specifically health-wise, I mean, we did spend a lot of time eating greens.
[25:53.840 --> 25:58.400] It's probably the healthiest I've eaten in a long time.
[25:58.400 --> 26:03.360] But I think whenever you sit down and you listen to these people pouring out their hearts,
[26:03.360 --> 26:07.400] crying in front of you, just talking about the people that they love more than anybody
[26:07.400 --> 26:12.120] in the world being ripped from them over and over and over again hearing these stories,
[26:12.120 --> 26:15.520] going through the editing, seeing it played over and over again.
[26:15.520 --> 26:16.520] It does.
[26:16.520 --> 26:19.280] It takes its toll on you and at some point you have to steal yourself.
[26:19.280 --> 26:27.240] You just have to harden yourself to what you're hearing so you can just get through the work
[26:27.240 --> 26:28.640] and get it done.
[26:28.640 --> 26:32.600] I was in New York City for the 10th anniversary of 9-11.
[26:32.600 --> 26:38.760] I was lucky enough to actually get a ribbon and get to go down to the memorial that day.
[26:38.760 --> 26:44.400] My friend took me up to the family room and I walk in there and it's just floor to ceiling,
[26:44.400 --> 26:49.520] letters, pictures, teddy bears, you see the little kids toys on the ground and there's
[26:49.520 --> 26:54.400] just this air of sorrow that just hangs in that room and it was overwhelming.
[26:54.400 --> 26:57.400] I think everything that I had been holding back that whole time just kind of hit me all
[26:57.400 --> 26:58.400] at once.
[26:58.400 --> 26:59.400] I had to walk out of the room.
[26:59.400 --> 27:02.720] But what it reminded me of is what we're fighting for.
[27:02.720 --> 27:03.720] These were the...
[27:03.720 --> 27:04.720] You dropped off.
[27:04.720 --> 27:09.040] Yeah, they're having some issues with Skype.
[27:09.040 --> 27:10.040] Go ahead.
[27:10.040 --> 27:11.040] You dropped off that.
[27:11.040 --> 27:12.040] What you're fighting for is...
[27:12.040 --> 27:13.040] Can you hear me now?
[27:13.040 --> 27:14.040] Yes.
[27:14.040 --> 27:15.040] Okay.
[27:15.040 --> 27:19.960] It reminded me what we're fighting for and those people had their lives ripped from them
[27:19.960 --> 27:25.280] that day for political end and it's not just them, it's people all over the world, innocent
[27:25.280 --> 27:29.440] people in foreign countries that are victims of the bloody wars of aggression.
[27:29.440 --> 27:33.480] That's what we're fighting for and so that just gave me the resolve to keep going.
[27:33.480 --> 27:38.680] Yeah, and I was going to mention my experience too as far as the emotional impact.
[27:38.680 --> 27:47.120] It was very extreme and what I found myself having to do in order to deal with it is that
[27:47.120 --> 27:52.880] I would just have to listen to the interviews at least twice all the way through, sometimes
[27:52.880 --> 27:58.520] three times without even really doing much to the audio just to absorb it and take it
[27:58.520 --> 28:03.600] in for the content and let myself feel the feelings and sometimes I have to hit pause
[28:03.600 --> 28:09.560] and cry or hit pause and start cursing out of anger or whatever and just kind of let
[28:09.560 --> 28:15.480] myself feel these things and go through it and then by the third or fourth time it's
[28:15.480 --> 28:20.720] like, well, okay, I kind of had it go through me, kind of pass through me and so I was able
[28:20.720 --> 28:26.840] to work on the audio without it having affecting me so much.
[28:26.840 --> 28:32.240] One thing, Frank, I'd like to advise you is that at one time I was talking to someone
[28:32.240 --> 28:36.800] who was advising me on the filmmaking process and we were doing a lot of the research and
[28:36.800 --> 28:42.440] realizing how deep the cover-up was and how much trauma had been inflicted and I was kind
[28:42.440 --> 28:46.600] of feeling sorry for myself and this man said, well, where there's great evil, there's also
[28:46.600 --> 28:53.760] great good and so that gave me hope that there is hope and that, like James said before,
[28:53.760 --> 28:56.640] we were on a mission to get this done, to tell the story, to reclaim the story of Oklahoma
[28:56.640 --> 29:00.440] City for the American people and not let the government use it to push a political agenda
[29:00.440 --> 29:04.320] and being friends with these victims and the victims' family members and the people who
[29:04.320 --> 29:12.400] were harassed and the people who were on the mission, we had it stepped in many times to
[29:12.400 --> 29:13.400] help us out.
[29:13.400 --> 29:17.120] I mean, it almost became expected that the help would step in to get the job done and
[29:17.120 --> 29:19.240] it continues to this day.
[29:19.240 --> 29:24.160] One of the first things that I did, I remember when I started working on this back in 2003,
[29:24.160 --> 29:29.880] one of my first interviews was with a retired DEA agent, was a female agent and her husband
[29:29.880 --> 29:33.440] gave me the background story of what she went through and she had a nervous breakdown the
[29:33.440 --> 29:36.840] week after the bombing because she was on...
[29:36.840 --> 29:39.840] Okay, we're about to go to break.
[29:39.840 --> 29:43.040] Frank, did you have any other questions for our guests?
[29:43.040 --> 29:44.600] No, that was perfect.
[29:44.600 --> 29:47.760] I'll call in Friday with another issue.
[29:47.760 --> 29:48.760] Okay, all right.
[29:48.760 --> 29:49.760] Thank you, Frank.
[29:49.760 --> 29:50.760] Thank you, Bob.
[29:50.760 --> 29:53.800] All right, we'll be right back, folks, and we're going to continue with Chris talking
[29:53.800 --> 29:55.920] about the retired DEA agent.
[29:55.920 --> 29:58.880] This is the rule of law.
[29:58.880 --> 30:05.640] A noble lie, Oklahoma City, 1995 will change forever the way you look at the true nature
[30:05.640 --> 30:06.640] of terrorism.
[30:06.640 --> 30:10.520] Based on the damage pattern to the building, what the government said is impossible.
[30:10.520 --> 30:14.240] The grand jury did not want to hear anything I had to say.
[30:14.240 --> 30:17.480] The decisions made not to pursue any more of those individuals.
[30:17.480 --> 30:22.720] Some of these columns were ripped up, shredded, tossed around.
[30:22.720 --> 30:26.480] The people that did the things they did knew doggone well what they were doing.
[30:26.480 --> 30:29.720] Let's expose the cover up now at enobelie.com.
[30:29.720 --> 30:32.720] That too is untight.
[30:32.720 --> 30:37.400] For you dog lovers out there with pet allergies, I have some bad news.
[30:37.400 --> 30:39.560] Allergy-free dog breeds may not exist.
[30:39.560 --> 30:46.080] I'm Dr. Kauffman Albrecht and I'll be back with the myth of the hypoallergenic dog next.
[30:46.080 --> 30:47.680] Privacy is under attack.
[30:47.680 --> 30:50.960] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[30:50.960 --> 30:56.040] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[30:56.040 --> 31:00.880] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[31:00.880 --> 31:03.800] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[31:03.800 --> 31:08.120] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search
[31:08.120 --> 31:11.640] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[31:11.640 --> 31:15.040] Start over with StartPage.
[31:15.040 --> 31:19.680] Dog lovers with allergies have trouble living with man's best friend, but getting a so-called
[31:19.680 --> 31:23.120] hypoallergenic breed may not be the solution.
[31:23.120 --> 31:26.440] Turns out there may be no such thing as an allergy-free dog.
[31:26.440 --> 31:31.880] A new study has found the quantities of dog allergens in homes with supposedly hypoallergenic
[31:31.880 --> 31:36.400] breeds are no different from those in homes with regular dogs.
[31:36.400 --> 31:41.400] Researchers collected dust samples from 173 homes and compared the allergens found from
[31:41.400 --> 31:44.720] pure breed, mixed breed, and hypoallergenic dogs.
[31:44.720 --> 31:48.640] No matter how they compared them, they found no differences in allergen levels.
[31:48.640 --> 31:55.640] So your best bet may be to try a non-shedding breed and put up with the sniffles.
[32:18.640 --> 32:25.640] So please, Mr. McLaughlin, teach us how to breed dogs, how to breed dogs, how to breed
[32:48.640 --> 32:55.640] dogs, how to breed dogs, how to breed dogs, how to breed dogs.
[33:18.640 --> 33:24.760] My wife was D.H. in the morning of the bombing, she's on the 7th floor, and her story, I remember
[33:24.760 --> 33:29.120] walking into the house, introduced myself, I didn't have a recording device, just took
[33:29.120 --> 33:35.520] some short notes, crib notes, and five minutes into the conversation she was crying and she
[33:35.520 --> 33:36.520] really opened up.
[33:36.520 --> 33:40.400] She says, you're the first person I've been able to talk to and, well, at that time was
[33:40.400 --> 33:43.280] eight years on, that didn't think I was a crackpot.
[33:43.280 --> 33:46.240] And I said, ma'am, I have no reason to think you're a crackpot.
[33:46.240 --> 33:50.880] And it really struck me afterwards, and we sat there for half an hour, she probably cried
[33:50.880 --> 33:55.760] about 20 minutes, and it really struck me, this is my God, these people had all of this
[33:55.760 --> 34:00.240] just pinned up in them, and they, by either peer pressure or fear that they were going
[34:00.240 --> 34:05.480] to have their pension messed with, or just a variety of reasons, they would be ostracized.
[34:05.480 --> 34:10.680] And that's what we, and in one degree or another, all of us on the crew, even some of the folks
[34:10.680 --> 34:14.520] that were helping on a production end, limited end, were getting this type of reaction from
[34:14.520 --> 34:19.000] a lot of people, but I learned to answer Price's question, I learned how to strike a balance,
[34:19.000 --> 34:21.720] and that's with anything, especially when you're under a lot of stress.
[34:21.720 --> 34:24.840] We had to step away from this stuff, sometimes a week or two.
[34:24.840 --> 34:26.840] I would drive to the mountains to get away from it.
[34:26.840 --> 34:30.280] It was so overwhelming because people say, wow, you're just making a big thing of it.
[34:30.280 --> 34:33.360] And I said, no, again, you put it in context.
[34:33.360 --> 34:39.160] This is an event in U.S. history that we were lied to about, that you're finding information
[34:39.160 --> 34:41.920] and evidence that supports a completely different narrative.
[34:41.920 --> 34:44.720] There's nothing to support the official story.
[34:44.720 --> 34:48.720] You take whatever you learn in grade school history class, or high school history class,
[34:48.720 --> 34:52.720] throw it out the window and start all over again, and that's what we had to do as adults.
[34:52.720 --> 34:57.200] And we think of this as, through an adult size and not a child size, so we're not naive.
[34:57.200 --> 35:02.600] And to go ahead and redirect and have a completely different perspective of what was going on.
[35:02.600 --> 35:07.360] So anyway, to answer Price's question, strike a balance, make sure you're dying, you're
[35:07.360 --> 35:11.160] exercising in order, and then that way you could come to this project every day, hopefully
[35:11.160 --> 35:12.680] with a fresh mind and a fresh heart.
[35:12.680 --> 35:16.440] Yeah, and keep your spare time, carve out a place for yourself to where you can get
[35:16.440 --> 35:19.240] away and clear your mind of these types of things.
[35:19.240 --> 35:22.920] And for me, it was just getting in touch with the outrage.
[35:22.920 --> 35:29.040] I mean, it was just, I'm just so infuriated by the whole thing, everything that's going
[35:29.040 --> 35:32.000] on, but particularly this case.
[35:32.000 --> 35:38.560] And I just, I was resolved to do whatever I had to be done to get the story out come
[35:38.560 --> 35:43.120] what may, you know, and I think that's, once you cross over and you're no longer worried
[35:43.120 --> 35:48.240] about, you know, the repercussions on yourself, once you reconcile that you're going to do
[35:48.240 --> 35:52.440] whatever it takes to get it done, there's a piece that comes with that, I think.
[35:52.440 --> 35:54.600] Can I make a comment here?
[35:54.600 --> 35:57.920] Yeah, go ahead, Randy.
[35:57.920 --> 36:00.440] Frank was asking how they could do this.
[36:00.440 --> 36:04.920] Well, these aren't ordinary human beings.
[36:04.920 --> 36:10.400] I've been blessed by being able to do this radio program.
[36:10.400 --> 36:20.160] And one of the greatest blessings I got was to meet other people who were as focused as
[36:20.160 --> 36:29.880] I was, for 20 years, almost 30 years, I was absolutely out of my mind.
[36:29.880 --> 36:31.880] And I got to come here.
[36:31.880 --> 36:32.880] You were?
[36:32.880 --> 36:33.880] Oh yeah.
[36:33.880 --> 36:34.880] Yes.
[36:34.880 --> 36:35.880] Just kidding, Randy.
[36:35.880 --> 36:38.880] The last few, were, were, you noticed that was past it.
[36:38.880 --> 36:39.880] I'm just pointing at it.
[36:39.880 --> 36:40.880] Well, I'd have voted on one.
[36:40.880 --> 36:47.960] But it was, because it takes someone, it takes a special kind of person to do this.
[36:47.960 --> 36:53.320] And all three of these guys are special human beings and they would not be able to do this.
[36:53.320 --> 36:55.320] Well, I appreciate those kind words.
[36:55.320 --> 36:56.320] Thank you.
[36:56.320 --> 36:57.320] Thank you, Randy.
[36:57.320 --> 36:58.320] Likewise.
[36:58.320 --> 37:03.800] Well, you did a, the last interview you did on the show, it took me three days to get
[37:03.800 --> 37:05.200] myself back together.
[37:05.200 --> 37:12.640] I was so infuriated by the end of the show, I could hardly speak, I was so angry.
[37:12.640 --> 37:19.160] So how you guys keep that anger in check, it, it amazes me.
[37:19.160 --> 37:21.280] Well, it's not easy.
[37:21.280 --> 37:23.440] We have our own venting process.
[37:23.440 --> 37:27.680] So, but it was a mission that had to be accomplished.
[37:27.680 --> 37:33.680] One thing that really gave importance to this work was how blatant a manipulation of
[37:33.680 --> 37:38.840] truth this story was, how everything that, everything that the official story says is
[37:38.840 --> 37:44.240] a lie from top to bottom, how they're able to manipulate the media and, and the public
[37:44.240 --> 37:49.360] mind to accept this totally fictitious story of what happened, which it is, the official
[37:49.360 --> 37:51.200] story is total fiction.
[37:51.200 --> 37:56.160] It's a script, literally a script that was passed out to the media outlets where they
[37:56.160 --> 37:59.720] were reading from it when they were talking about the size of the bomb and what was the
[37:59.720 --> 38:00.720] target.
[38:00.720 --> 38:05.680] And it was obviously it was a script and how they're able to make this a reality.
[38:05.680 --> 38:08.600] Well, the points of this movie is that we're changing that reality.
[38:08.600 --> 38:11.840] We're going to become part of the Oklahoma City story and like,
[38:11.840 --> 38:17.200] Let's sit down.
[38:17.200 --> 38:20.200] Back up a little bit, Holland.
[38:20.200 --> 38:24.240] You were saying you're part, part of the, they, they were part of the story.
[38:24.240 --> 38:25.240] Yeah.
[38:25.240 --> 38:29.320] We're just reclaiming the story for everyone who was involved and for the American people
[38:29.320 --> 38:32.880] who were also the victims because after this, now the American people were the victims.
[38:32.880 --> 38:35.160] They passed the anti-terrorist and effective death penalty act.
[38:35.160 --> 38:36.840] They demonized dissent.
[38:36.840 --> 38:40.840] They said that if you're talking about the Federal Reserve and, and talking about, uh,
[38:40.840 --> 38:45.560] encroaching federal powers and, and then talking about the loss of our individual rights, that
[38:45.560 --> 38:50.800] you're a McVeigh and that you're a baby killer, that was the actual agenda pushed across.
[38:50.800 --> 38:52.880] That's how they, that's how they use the story.
[38:52.880 --> 38:57.560] And that demonstrates how what this government is capable of when we interview Jesse Trinity,
[38:57.560 --> 39:00.280] who his brother was murdered in federal custody.
[39:00.280 --> 39:03.960] They actually injected him with caffeine and beat him on the soles of his feet and then
[39:03.960 --> 39:06.680] strangled him with a zip tie around his neck.
[39:06.680 --> 39:08.960] That was a, that was a federal agent.
[39:08.960 --> 39:12.400] The man across the way, the cell, the man in the, in the cell across the way was later
[39:12.400 --> 39:17.000] found hanging from his cell, Richard Lee Guthrie, who they thought Kitty Trinity was.
[39:17.000 --> 39:18.800] They killed Kitty Trinity by accident.
[39:18.800 --> 39:22.840] Richard Lee Guthrie, right before he was going to talk, he's found swinging in his cell.
[39:22.840 --> 39:23.840] Other witnesses were killed.
[39:23.840 --> 39:28.080] There's even a man who was in, who was assisting with the rescue efforts, who was later found
[39:28.080 --> 39:29.080] dead.
[39:29.080 --> 39:31.360] And they said he was one of the victims of the bombing, even though he'd been seen walking
[39:31.360 --> 39:33.720] around unhurt.
[39:33.720 --> 39:37.920] So this is a serious story, it needs to be told, and the, the depths to which they sank
[39:37.920 --> 39:42.600] to cover it up, to murder Terrence Yickey, the first police officer on the scene, a hero.
[39:42.600 --> 39:51.960] He saved eight, I heard him, I got him in the top of the head and they willed it to suicide.
[39:51.960 --> 39:57.160] These things, it motivated us because they cannot get away with this in our state, in
[39:57.160 --> 39:58.160] my community.
[39:58.160 --> 39:59.440] I will not let them get away with this.
[39:59.440 --> 40:04.160] I mean, it's a sense of duty, you know, and, and, and I guess what gets me is I'm, I still
[40:04.160 --> 40:06.920] to this day can't comprehend how more people are not outraged.
[40:06.920 --> 40:11.680] I mean, what violations will the American people not tolerate?
[40:11.680 --> 40:15.280] What will they not just roll over and, and, and accept?
[40:15.280 --> 40:18.640] You know, I mean, when we see that, that at this time, you know, at the time of Oklahoma
[40:18.640 --> 40:22.600] City bombing, there was a major patriot movement going on in this country.
[40:22.600 --> 40:26.920] The globalization agenda was stalled, you know, the, the expansion of the police state powers
[40:26.920 --> 40:30.440] legislation was, was completely opposed.
[40:30.440 --> 40:33.680] Then after the Oklahoma City bombing, everybody's just begging to have their freedoms taken
[40:33.680 --> 40:34.680] away.
[40:34.680 --> 40:38.280] You know, anybody that spoke out about, you know, the Constitution, the loss of rights,
[40:38.280 --> 40:42.360] the expansion of police state powers, is now demonized, you, you're not even allowed to
[40:42.360 --> 40:51.560] talk about it, it's just completely silent here, then 9-11 come in and do the same thing,
[40:51.560 --> 40:52.560] same memo.
[40:52.560 --> 40:53.920] Patriot Act follows right behind it.
[40:53.920 --> 40:57.560] Now we're actually at another point where we've got the renewed Patriot movement in
[40:57.560 --> 40:58.560] this country.
[40:58.560 --> 40:59.560] We're gaining steam.
[40:59.560 --> 41:02.840] People are waking up because they've really turned the heat up on us now, you know, they're
[41:02.840 --> 41:08.360] moving the agenda forward at, at, at, at lightning pace, you know, and we're overdue.
[41:08.360 --> 41:12.520] We're overdue for another false flag attack because this is their fallback resource.
[41:12.520 --> 41:15.640] This is something I wanted to address.
[41:15.640 --> 41:24.160] It's taken you guys a long time to get this movie produced, and I can't help but think
[41:24.160 --> 41:28.160] that that was how it should have been.
[41:28.160 --> 41:30.280] That's exactly what I think, Randy.
[41:30.280 --> 41:31.280] Yes.
[41:31.280 --> 41:32.280] The timing is impeccable.
[41:32.280 --> 41:33.280] Exactly.
[41:33.280 --> 41:43.440] In doing this show, I've watched the cognitive dissonance begin to melt.
[41:43.440 --> 41:48.920] Last year, just the end of the year before last, we were talking about how this sleeping
[41:48.920 --> 41:51.160] giant was waking up.
[41:51.160 --> 41:55.760] You guys probably remember people talking about those who were sleeping, those who were
[41:55.760 --> 41:56.760] awake.
[41:56.760 --> 41:59.640] I haven't heard that in a couple of years.
[41:59.640 --> 42:07.000] If you're not awake now, you're in a coma, the problem is, is what you're asking everybody
[42:07.000 --> 42:09.280] to accept is so horrible.
[42:09.280 --> 42:10.280] Yes.
[42:10.280 --> 42:13.880] And that's why I do not like the term sheeple and things like that because, I mean, I was
[42:13.880 --> 42:15.560] asleep at one time too.
[42:15.560 --> 42:18.760] Everybody was, you know, politically unaware at some point in their life, you know, and
[42:18.760 --> 42:24.560] I don't blame people for not wanting to face the, the horrific nature of reality, which
[42:24.560 --> 42:29.040] is that the, the institutions that they see as their protectors are actually their destroyers.
[42:29.040 --> 42:34.520] You know, it's our job to, to bring them along to make it a palatable transition.
[42:34.520 --> 42:37.960] You know, that's our responsibility to help them make that transition.
[42:37.960 --> 42:47.800] I think that if the world changes in 2012, as it's predicted to do, I suspect you three
[42:47.800 --> 42:50.120] will be a major factor.
[42:50.120 --> 42:53.640] Well, that could be good or bad.
[42:53.640 --> 42:55.720] I think it will be very good.
[42:55.720 --> 42:58.880] Well, it was also, I'm sorry, Clay.
[42:58.880 --> 43:02.720] You will force people to face their cognitive dissonance.
[43:02.720 --> 43:08.840] Well, and the thing is that I've noticed lately about a lot of people is that they're ready
[43:08.840 --> 43:10.240] to be informed.
[43:10.240 --> 43:13.840] I think there's a difference between being asleep and being uninformed.
[43:13.840 --> 43:20.440] I mean, say for example, there's, there's some, some people that go to my church that
[43:20.440 --> 43:22.400] I was telling about this movie.
[43:22.400 --> 43:24.800] And so they went and looked it up and looked up the information.
[43:24.800 --> 43:29.720] They never heard anything about it before and they're, and that led them to 9-11 because
[43:29.720 --> 43:33.640] there was some related information on some blogs that they were seeing.
[43:33.640 --> 43:36.160] And they came back and told me, oh yeah, I read about that.
[43:36.160 --> 43:37.160] And you know what?
[43:37.160 --> 43:40.920] And then I found out about 9-11 and, and you know, these articles that I read that said
[43:40.920 --> 43:45.000] that there's no way those buildings could have collapsed from those planes.
[43:45.000 --> 43:48.840] And they just, they just kind of were shaking their head, nodding up and down saying, yeah,
[43:48.840 --> 43:51.200] like that makes sense, you know.
[43:51.200 --> 43:56.680] And so they just totally accepted the information and didn't, you know, challenge it as a conspiracy
[43:56.680 --> 43:57.680] theory or anything.
[43:57.680 --> 43:58.680] They were ready to hear it.
[43:58.680 --> 43:59.680] We'll be right back.
[43:59.680 --> 44:06.160] The Oakland City bombing, top 10 reasons to question the official story.
[44:06.160 --> 44:09.880] Reason number two, why was the ATF AWOL?
[44:09.880 --> 44:14.520] Paramedic Tiffany Bible, who's on the scene within five minutes, has stated in an affidavit
[44:14.520 --> 44:18.720] that agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms told her that they were not in
[44:18.720 --> 44:19.720] the opposite way.
[44:19.720 --> 44:24.680] P&T Catherine Mallant also overheard one agent say to another, close, is that why we got
[44:24.680 --> 44:27.080] the page to not come in today, end quote.
[44:27.080 --> 44:32.240] Bruce Shaw, as interviewed on KSLRTV, was also told by ATF agents that they had been
[44:32.240 --> 44:34.640] paid to not come into work.
[44:34.640 --> 44:39.200] The ATF initially denied these claims and now variously claim that one of their agents
[44:39.200 --> 44:42.680] was in a free falling elevator, which has been disproven, or that they'd been in an
[44:42.680 --> 44:46.320] all night stakeout, or that they'd been in a golf tournament.
[44:46.320 --> 44:51.040] As they try to sort out their lies, all we want to know is, did the ATF receive a warning,
[44:51.040 --> 44:56.480] and if so, why did they not pass it on to others in the mobile?
[44:56.480 --> 44:58.480] For more information, go to www.okcfoundmentruth.com.

[46:23.760 --> 46:29.000] Okay, folks, we are back, the rule of law, www.lulavlawradio.com is the website for this
[46:29.000 --> 46:32.720] show, but we are now on the Logos radio network.
[46:32.720 --> 46:34.800] We have expanded.
[46:34.800 --> 46:40.760] We are here with James Lane, Holland Van der Neurenhoff, and Chris Emery, James, and
[46:40.760 --> 46:45.440] Holland, our host of the Freemind Report, which is another show on this network, the
[46:45.440 --> 46:50.160] Logos radio network, there on Wednesday nights at 8 p.m.
[46:50.160 --> 46:53.040] And Chris, you have some comments that you wanted me.
[46:53.040 --> 46:58.520] Just to carry on with Randy's trend of thought about the timing of the movie.
[46:58.520 --> 47:02.840] First of all, I think we've got to give credit where credit is due, and especially in a big
[47:02.840 --> 47:08.360] project like this, obviously Alex Jones and the Info Wars Network down in Austin, and
[47:08.360 --> 47:13.320] a lot of his colleagues that are mutual friends of ours, and obviously we couldn't have done
[47:13.320 --> 47:14.720] it without them.
[47:14.720 --> 47:19.800] Just the network of support, it was absolutely outstanding, and it was, in a way, it's kind
[47:19.800 --> 47:20.800] of surreal.
[47:20.800 --> 47:24.640] I've walked the streets in Austin, having lived there for 10 years, I've run into some
[47:24.640 --> 47:27.840] common friends, but complete strangers have come up to me and asked me about the movie,
[47:27.840 --> 47:30.200] and I'm very humbled.
[47:30.200 --> 47:34.560] I really am, and that's the only way I can describe it, and we really appreciate every
[47:34.560 --> 47:40.960] single, you know, that's the way to go, encouragement when we're down, just wondering what direction
[47:40.960 --> 47:42.840] we're going to move in on this.
[47:42.840 --> 47:46.760] The timing and the angels that literally dropped out of the sky here in Oklahoma City in Austin
[47:46.760 --> 47:48.280] has been incredible.
[47:48.280 --> 47:52.160] So I think we needed to make a mention of that, and I want to thank everybody over the
[47:52.160 --> 47:55.960] air for all of the help they have given us, and they continue to give us.
[47:55.960 --> 48:01.600] The response, Holland, you can second me on this, has been unbelievable, 17 years on,
[48:01.600 --> 48:05.520] and the interest in this case was way beyond what we expected.
[48:05.520 --> 48:09.320] We were proud of the project, we have to be, with the amount of time and effort, and having
[48:09.320 --> 48:14.320] you on board to help us, but we had no idea that we would get the response we did in the
[48:14.320 --> 48:15.320] short amount of time.
[48:15.320 --> 48:16.320] Go ahead.
[48:16.320 --> 48:20.880] Exactly, and James was elaborating off there about the timing of the movie, and I have
[48:20.880 --> 48:22.560] to comment on that.
[48:22.560 --> 48:26.480] Like he said, we had struggled about halfway through the project, it was facing some real
[48:26.480 --> 48:31.360] obstacles, we knew we couldn't stop, because we had already recorded all the interviews,
[48:31.360 --> 48:35.560] we could not let these people down, but we had some major obstacles to overcome, and
[48:35.560 --> 48:39.600] something just opened up and allowed us to finish the project.
[48:39.600 --> 48:45.200] And because of that delay, it's released now in December of 2011, now we're now 33 days
[48:45.200 --> 48:49.840] in the release, we can barely keep it in stock, and the timing is impeccable.
[48:49.840 --> 48:55.120] We see the ATF in the front lines again, they're now starting to talk about these undercover
[48:55.120 --> 48:58.600] sting operations in relation to Fast and Furious.
[48:58.600 --> 49:02.200] That relates directly to what happened in Oklahoma City, Eric Holder was directly in
[49:02.200 --> 49:07.640] charge of the cover-up of the murder of Kenny Trintedoo back in 1997, 1998, he is now Attorney
[49:07.640 --> 49:11.880] General of the United States, and likely will have to resign before the election because
[49:11.880 --> 49:16.760] of Fast and Furious, and where that road may lead to Pactcon, Patriot conspiracy which likely
[49:16.760 --> 49:18.600] spawned the Oklahoma City bombing.
[49:18.600 --> 49:22.400] So the timing is impeccable, and the fact that that political establishment right now
[49:22.400 --> 49:27.440] would benefit from a false flag attack, we see the war drums being built for invasion
[49:27.440 --> 49:32.000] of Iran, an attack on Iran that is undeniable that they're building that up, what can justify
[49:32.000 --> 49:33.000] that?
[49:33.000 --> 49:37.160] Ultimately it will be a false flag attack, we need to take that tool out of their toolbox
[49:37.160 --> 49:42.360] and expose it for what it is, and people see this movie, see the methodology of state terror,
[49:42.360 --> 49:46.800] see how they execute these things to kill in some people to fulfill a deeper political
[49:46.800 --> 49:52.840] agenda, the next time they do it, the people will see it for what it is and refuse to cooperate
[49:52.840 --> 49:56.840] with whatever political agenda they're pushing down our thoughts afterwards, which is likely
[49:56.840 --> 50:00.040] war and more restriction on our individual rights.
[50:00.040 --> 50:04.240] Exposing false flag terror actually saves lives, I mean look at Kurt Haskell, you know,
[50:04.240 --> 50:07.960] in his first radio interview after the underwear bomber, he said he knew that there was a cover
[50:07.960 --> 50:11.520] up with 9-11, and he was determined not to allow that to happen in the underwear bomber
[50:11.520 --> 50:12.520] case.
[50:12.520 --> 50:16.640] His story stayed consistent to this day, the FBI changed their story numerous times,
[50:16.640 --> 50:20.600] and then finally months later after the official story is solidified in the public mind, they
[50:20.600 --> 50:24.680] run an editorial on some back page of a newspaper saying, yeah well, I guess there really was
[50:24.680 --> 50:32.200] some agents involved, you know, the FBI finally has to admit the truth, but it's done in silence.
[50:32.200 --> 50:35.760] 15 false flag terror saves lives, plain and simple.
[50:35.760 --> 50:41.000] One thing that we were able to see, it really got a unique perspective, was the law enforcement
[50:41.000 --> 50:48.040] personnel that came forward, civilian and uniformed police officers, a county sheriff
[50:48.040 --> 50:52.280] deputy who was a medic on the squad, some of the testimony he gave.
[50:52.280 --> 50:57.880] We may be releasing that, I don't know what the timing is, Holland, yeah we had mutual
[50:57.880 --> 51:02.560] friends and connections on that, but you asked us to elaborate on some of the facts, and
[51:02.560 --> 51:06.600] James suggested to start with Terry Ake, of course retired police, well he was active
[51:06.600 --> 51:11.960] on the force, I was about ready to talk about Don Browning, anyway Terry was seven and a
[51:11.960 --> 51:18.160] half year veteran of the police department, he was on the dare squad, he was more public
[51:18.160 --> 51:23.120] relations, did a little bit of traffic work, but he was issuing a traffic ticket the morning
[51:23.120 --> 51:28.120] of the bombing, first Oklahoma City police officer on the case, and he pulled out eight
[51:28.120 --> 51:34.800] people, the first one being Tom Hall, employee of the GSA, and then there were seven others,
[51:34.800 --> 51:38.840] but he injured his back, and he knew that day that there was something wrong with the
[51:38.840 --> 51:43.120] story, because he saw some of the unexplored ordinance, we just weren't able to get that
[51:43.120 --> 51:47.600] in the documentation to present, but there was another information about him, why he
[51:47.600 --> 51:53.880] was harassed, and why obviously he was brutally murdered, because he refused to tell the lie,
[51:53.880 --> 51:56.880] he did not want to pander the official narrative.
[51:56.880 --> 52:01.320] And the fact is that this case is still open, it's still an unsolved mass murder, and we
[52:01.320 --> 52:04.280] are still pursuing the investigation, there are some things we could not put in the movie,
[52:04.280 --> 52:07.800] because simply the story is not complete yet, it's not fully investigated.
[52:07.800 --> 52:11.840] Well in regards to Terry and Shaky though, I mean we've got new legislation here in
[52:11.840 --> 52:17.200] the state that just to effect this year, that says that if your family member was, their
[52:17.200 --> 52:20.720] death was declared a suicide, you can now reopen that investigation.
[52:20.720 --> 52:26.760] So we're hoping that we get some momentum with this film to reinvestigate the so-called
[52:26.760 --> 52:32.800] suicide of Terry Gakey, I mean the man had cuts all up and down his arms, they said there
[52:32.800 --> 52:36.280] was so much blood in the car, you could have dipped it out with a ladle, and he bled out
[52:36.280 --> 52:39.920] in the car and then we're supposed to believe that he walks a mile, over a mile away into
[52:39.920 --> 52:43.920] a middle of a field, he's got grass in all the wounds in his arms, so I guess he drug
[52:43.920 --> 52:49.520] himself out there, he's got marks on his wrist, marks on his neck, and then he shoots
[52:49.520 --> 52:53.280] himself with a small caliber weapon at a downward angle from the top of the skull, coming out
[52:53.280 --> 52:59.520] of his jaw at a further distance as to not to leave powder residue, and they can't find
[52:59.520 --> 53:04.440] the weapon for hours, you've got all of these trained investigators out there looking for
[53:04.440 --> 53:09.760] it, and then the FBI lands, because it's actually on federal land where he supposedly
[53:09.760 --> 53:14.400] killed himself, and then all of a sudden, oh here's the weapon, no autopsies done, even
[53:14.400 --> 53:19.200] in a local cop, he dies in a motorcycle accident around here, he gets an autopsy, he says there
[53:19.200 --> 53:22.560] was no autopsy, he says well he was on drugs, his blood alcohol content showed that there
[53:22.560 --> 53:26.080] was no drugs or alcohol in his system, and his death is declared a suicide, his family
[53:26.080 --> 53:30.160] said he had everything to live for, he was getting promotions, he was on his third interview
[53:30.160 --> 53:34.200] with the FBI, he had just reconciled with his wife, it was one of the best times in
[53:34.200 --> 53:39.720] his life, and his family said he never expressed any suicidal thoughts whatsoever to them, and
[53:39.720 --> 53:43.120] then, and when they tell this to the police, they say you guys are paranoid, you're watching
[53:43.120 --> 53:46.760] too much TV, you need to go home and forget about it, you know, well we're not going
[53:46.760 --> 53:50.520] to forget about it, Terence Yakey was a real hero that day, and we're going to keep looking
[53:50.520 --> 53:52.960] into that part of the case.
[53:52.960 --> 54:00.200] And the significance of Terence Yakey is that he was one of the first people on the scene,
[54:00.200 --> 54:04.200] the first person on the scene, I didn't realize he was the first, he was the first person
[54:04.200 --> 54:10.680] on the scene to start rescuing victims of the bombing, and that in and of itself is
[54:10.680 --> 54:17.160] highly significant because if this was an alleged ANFO bomb, and I love the title of
[54:17.160 --> 54:22.920] that segment of the movie called Miss ANFO, there was no way that Terence Yakey would
[54:22.920 --> 54:27.040] have been able to get there and start pulling out victims, because there would have been
[54:27.040 --> 54:33.720] a cloud of ammonium nitrate gas that literally would have sent people into the hospital with
[54:33.720 --> 54:38.480] their seared, singed lungs for at least the first hour, okay?
[54:38.480 --> 54:43.440] So there was no ANFO, give me a break, I mean there are so many holes in the story, we're
[54:43.440 --> 54:47.480] going to be talking about these holes in the story all throughout the show, but the point
[54:47.480 --> 54:55.480] being that Terence Yakey witnessed some things that he did not reveal to his family or anyone
[54:55.480 --> 55:01.480] else who was in the process of writing a police report, he had files, he ended up starting
[55:01.480 --> 55:07.840] an ad hoc investigation of his own, this was discovered later by Detective Craig Roberts
[55:07.840 --> 55:14.080] who was from the Tulsa Police Department, and he, I think maybe one of the biggest mistakes
[55:14.080 --> 55:19.480] that Terence Yakey made was that he kept his mouth shut about it because then what
[55:19.480 --> 55:25.840] ended up happening, it's very clear to me, he was murdered by the FBI, and those files,
[55:25.840 --> 55:30.680] his files have never been found to this day, that he was working on, he tried to file reports
[55:30.680 --> 55:36.680] with the police department, the Oklahoma State Police Department would not accept his reports,
[55:36.680 --> 55:41.080] his supervisor kept telling him to change reports, on and on and on.
[55:41.080 --> 55:46.200] Oh yeah, well Terence Yakey was an exceptional police officer, he was the honor graduate
[55:46.200 --> 55:51.240] from his police academy, he was promoted above his peers, and he was known for his meticulous
[55:51.240 --> 55:55.560] report writing, his first report when he turned it in was ordered to be cut down to barely
[55:55.560 --> 56:01.720] a page and a half and little more than logistics, and he disputed that, he did not like having
[56:01.720 --> 56:04.840] to cut down a report, and that's almost unheard of, he never asked a police officer to cut
[56:04.840 --> 56:08.360] down a report, he usually had a hard time getting them to write down anything at all,
[56:08.360 --> 56:12.520] and he pursued the story, one of the things that Terence Yakey was talking about was the
[56:12.520 --> 56:16.160] fact that when he pulled up that there were federal agents standing outside the building
[56:16.160 --> 56:21.520] in suits watching what was happening, they weren't supposed to be there, he was there
[56:21.520 --> 56:27.160] within minutes, they were not supposed to be there staying there watching what was happening,
[56:27.160 --> 56:30.440] and that's one of the things he was talking about, and the files he talked about, he was
[56:30.440 --> 56:34.400] in the process of transferring some of those files to a storage location, when his car
[56:34.400 --> 56:39.280] was discovered by a sheriff deputy, he reported that there were boxes of files in the back
[56:39.280 --> 56:44.520] seat, when that car was processed for evidence, those files were gone, so I think Terence
[56:44.520 --> 56:48.800] Yakey he tried to protect his family, we ultimately don't know exactly what happened, but he probably
[56:48.800 --> 56:53.160] tried to protect his family, he had some information that could not get out, he was three days
[56:53.160 --> 56:58.480] away from giving a speech at the Medal of Valor ceremony, he was already leaving the
[56:58.480 --> 57:02.320] Oklahoma City Police Department, he had enough, he had enough for the harassment and the lying,
[57:02.320 --> 57:07.520] he was going to leave, he was transferring to Dallas, and he was going to give a speech
[57:07.520 --> 57:11.840] about that Medal of Valor ceremony, and I believe in my heart of hearts that he could
[57:11.840 --> 57:16.360] not be allowed to give that speech, he would have had an audience, me would have had to
[57:16.360 --> 57:20.600] listen, he had more authority, he was the first officer on the scene, and he knew that
[57:20.600 --> 57:21.600] they were lying about it.
[57:21.600 --> 57:26.640] Yes, and I didn't mean to denigrate Terence Yakey in any way, he kept his mouth shut because
[57:26.640 --> 57:33.160] he was trying to protect his family, and unfortunately it looks like it may have undid
[57:33.160 --> 57:40.400] him, and that's another reason folks, and to take the advice of Janet Napolitano, when
[57:40.400 --> 57:44.520] you see something, say something, and that's exactly what we're doing right now in this
[57:44.520 --> 57:48.200] movie, and you know what, it's actually the safest place you can be, is in the broad
[57:48.200 --> 57:54.120] spotlight, when you're telling the truth like this, because, and Terence, and Jesse
[57:54.120 --> 57:58.800] Trinadou says the same thing, you know, as soon as he gets anything from FOIA or from
[57:58.800 --> 58:02.440] Discovery or anything in his cases, the first thing he does is post it on YouTube and post
[58:02.440 --> 58:03.440] it on the internet.
[58:03.440 --> 58:05.840] He also says he starts the car with one leg out the door.
[58:05.840 --> 58:06.840] Yes, that's right.
[58:06.840 --> 58:12.240] That's the thing, if you've got information, come out with it big, you know, the caller
[58:12.240 --> 58:16.080] was asking if we had any harassment, I think that's probably another reason why we haven't,
[58:16.080 --> 58:19.400] because when we decided that we were going to make this film, you know, we went to interview
[58:19.400 --> 58:23.680] Alex Jones, and we came out about the movie on his show before, you know, it was our very
[58:23.680 --> 58:24.680] first interview.
[58:24.680 --> 58:25.680] Right.
[58:25.680 --> 58:28.400] So, yeah, I mean, we came out big, and so, you know, anything that would have happened,
[58:28.400 --> 58:30.880] I mean, it would have been very obvious within the activist community.
[58:30.880 --> 58:35.040] Yes, and Terence Jackey, when he was killed, he was on the way to the storage unit with
[58:35.040 --> 58:40.880] the files, and he was going to meet a friend for dinner, and he told his friend that as
[58:40.880 --> 58:44.760] soon as I shake these feds that are tailing me, I'll meet you at dinner, I'm on the way
[58:44.760 --> 58:50.560] to the storage unit to put the files in storage, and then he never showed up for dinner with
[58:50.560 --> 58:51.560] his friend.
[58:51.560 --> 58:52.560] So, that's what happened.
[58:52.560 --> 58:54.200] All right, we are at the top of the hour.
[58:54.200 --> 59:00.320] Folks, if you have calls, if you have questions, please call in 512-646-1984.
[59:00.320 --> 59:05.760] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, yet countless readers are frustrated
[59:05.760 --> 59:08.560] because they struggle to understand it.
[59:08.560 --> 59:13.960] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, but in the process can compromise
[59:13.960 --> 59:17.200] the profound meaning of the Scripture.
[59:17.200 --> 59:19.040] Enter the recovery version.
[59:19.040 --> 59:24.920] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate, but the real story is the more
[59:24.920 --> 59:28.640] than 9,000 explanatory footnotes.
[59:28.640 --> 59:33.600] Difficult and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way, providing an entrance
[59:33.600 --> 59:38.320] into the riches of the Word beyond which you've ever experienced before.
[59:38.320 --> 59:43.480] People from America would like to give you a free recovery version simply for the asking.

[59:59.960 --> 01:00:05.160] This news brief brought to you by the International Newsnet.
[01:00:05.160 --> 01:00:11.600] A video posted online Wednesday shows four U.S. Marines urinating on corpses in Afghanistan.
[01:00:11.600 --> 01:00:15.880] The identities of the three victims are not known, only that they're clad in civilian
[01:00:15.880 --> 01:00:16.880] clothes.
[01:00:16.880 --> 01:00:20.440] One man who seems to be the youngest is wearing a blood-soaked shirt.
[01:00:20.440 --> 01:00:25.360] Dispoiling of the dead is illegal under the Geneva Conventions as well as under U.S. military
[01:00:25.360 --> 01:00:26.360] law.
[01:00:26.360 --> 01:00:31.520] The U.S. military's highest appeals court Wednesday rejected a petition by WikiLeaks
[01:00:31.520 --> 01:00:36.880] and founder Julian Assange to give their lawyers access to the Army's legal proceedings against
[01:00:36.880 --> 01:00:38.600] Private Bradley Manning.
[01:00:38.600 --> 01:00:42.840] The intelligence analyst accused of leaking thousands of military reports and diplomatic
[01:00:42.840 --> 01:00:43.840] cables.
[01:00:43.840 --> 01:00:48.160] WikiLeaks and Assange argue they deserved a permanent seat at the recent hearing in Manning's
[01:00:48.160 --> 01:00:55.120] case because of an ongoing criminal investigation targeting Assange and WikiLeaks.
[01:00:55.120 --> 01:01:00.680] The Electronic Frontier Foundation Wednesday filed suit against the Federal Aviation Administration
[01:01:00.680 --> 01:01:03.880] seeking information on drone flights in the U.S.
[01:01:03.880 --> 01:01:08.520] The U.S. military has been using drones in foreign wars for over 15 years.
[01:01:08.520 --> 01:01:13.240] Drones are now being used domestically by state and local police for routine law enforcement
[01:01:13.240 --> 01:01:16.800] from catching drug dealers to finding missing persons.
[01:01:16.800 --> 01:01:22.280] Some law enforcement officials have proposed using drones to record traffic violations.
[01:01:22.280 --> 01:01:28.960] A lawsuit filed Monday by the Center for Constitutional Rights demands the Obama Administration tone
[01:01:28.960 --> 01:01:33.880] over videotapes documenting the torture of Muhammad al-Katani at Guantanamo.
[01:01:33.880 --> 01:01:38.480] The tapes constitute evidence of war crimes and crimes against humanity and could serve
[01:01:38.480 --> 01:01:43.240] as the basis for criminal indictments of top U.S. military and civilian officials.
[01:01:43.240 --> 01:01:48.400] The lawsuit charges the Pentagon, the Justice Department, the FBI and the CIA saying their
[01:01:48.400 --> 01:01:51.480] failures at tone over the tapes cannot be justified.
[01:01:51.480 --> 01:01:57.480] CCR legal director Bahair Azmi said the story of Muhammad al-Katani summarizes everything
[01:01:57.480 --> 01:02:02.480] that is abhorrent about Guantanamo, adding the American people are entitled to know how
[01:02:02.480 --> 01:02:07.000] the government has betrayed fundamental American values and the rule of law.
[01:02:07.000 --> 01:02:12.160] Saudi citizen Al-Katani was tortured at Guantanamo under authorization by former Defense Secretary
[01:02:12.160 --> 01:02:13.560] Donald Rumsfeld.
[01:02:13.560 --> 01:02:20.160] He was accused of attempting to participate in the 9-11 attacks but never charged.
[01:02:20.160 --> 01:02:24.800] Republican presidential contender Ron Paul fought back Wednesday after Fox TV host Gretchen
[01:02:24.800 --> 01:02:28.600] Carlson asked, do you believe some people call you kooky?
[01:02:28.600 --> 01:02:33.280] Paul responded, they use those terms because they can't defend themselves intellectually.
[01:02:33.280 --> 01:02:37.360] Paul said, if they say my foreign policy is kooky, maybe they ought to look at what is
[01:02:37.360 --> 01:02:42.000] happening, adding, invading a country like Iraq which never did a thing to us, killing
[01:02:42.000 --> 01:02:46.200] a lot of people and turning it over to the Shiites who are allies with the Iranians,
[01:02:46.200 --> 01:02:48.080] I call that kooky.
[01:02:48.080 --> 01:02:52.880] Paul went on, fighting undeclared wars, that is kooky and that is why the American people
[01:02:52.880 --> 01:02:59.880] are sick and tired of what we have.
[01:03:22.880 --> 01:03:51.880] All right, chant for justice, chant for all wars to see and obviously this is one of the
[01:03:51.880 --> 01:03:57.880] reasons why they are holding these false flag operations is to take away all of our freedoms
[01:03:57.880 --> 01:04:01.160] and to convince us that we need to go to war because of the boogeyman.
[01:04:01.160 --> 01:04:06.520] Okay, we are going to continue on and folks, if you want to purchase this film, you will
[01:04:06.520 --> 01:04:12.280] support Logos Radio Network, you will support Freemind Films, you will support the Radio
[01:04:12.280 --> 01:04:15.840] Show rule of law radio and also Freemind Report.
[01:04:15.840 --> 01:04:23.680] You can purchase the film at anobleye.com, that is the name of the film, A Noble Lie
[01:04:23.680 --> 01:04:28.320] and we are going to be discussing also what that means in just a moment.
[01:04:28.320 --> 01:04:31.960] In the meantime, right now though, while we have got the momentum of discussing Terence
[01:04:31.960 --> 01:04:35.640] Yakey, James, you wanted to continue discussing about Terence Yakey.
[01:04:35.640 --> 01:04:41.200] Yeah, and you had mentioned earlier about the nitric gas cloud, that is the hallmark
[01:04:41.200 --> 01:04:47.240] of an ammonium nitrate and fuel oil bomb, as they call Ampho.
[01:04:47.240 --> 01:04:55.040] So 41 years ago, last August at Sterling Hall, we have Chris uncovered this information,
[01:04:55.040 --> 01:05:00.000] where the first 26 people that were there on the scene were actually hospitalized from
[01:05:00.000 --> 01:05:01.480] the inhalation of the gas.
[01:05:01.480 --> 01:05:06.280] You look at Northern Ireland, every situation where Ampho has been used, there has been
[01:05:06.280 --> 01:05:13.160] people hospitalized from this gas cloud, that did not happen with the Oklahoma City case.
[01:05:13.160 --> 01:05:15.040] You know, we did not out.
[01:05:15.040 --> 01:05:16.880] You know, got the hotline going.
[01:05:16.880 --> 01:05:22.040] They did not happen with the Oklahoma City case, it caused the question whether Ampho
[01:05:22.040 --> 01:05:23.040] was used at all.
[01:05:23.040 --> 01:05:26.720] Terence Yakey pulled out eight people immediately after the bombing.
[01:05:26.720 --> 01:05:28.400] There was no problem with gas.
[01:05:28.400 --> 01:05:31.520] We talked to Jane Graham, VZ1, everybody said they had no problem with breathing, they
[01:05:31.520 --> 01:05:35.640] said there was a little bit of smell from the cars burning, but they said they had no
[01:05:35.640 --> 01:05:37.200] problem with respiration.
[01:05:37.200 --> 01:05:42.160] So again, it's causing the question whether Ampho was used at all, and it takes us right
[01:05:42.160 --> 01:05:45.920] into the additional ordinance that were inside the building.
[01:05:45.920 --> 01:05:50.560] Yes, there was demonstrated other bombs inside the building.
[01:05:50.560 --> 01:05:54.320] We interviewed General Benton K. Parton, former Head of Air Force Weapons Development.
[01:05:54.320 --> 01:05:59.840] He spent his career exploding things and doing bomb damage analysis for the military to test
[01:05:59.840 --> 01:06:00.960] our weapons.
[01:06:00.960 --> 01:06:06.000] And he analyzed the evidence at Oklahoma City, and he concluded in the famous Parton reports
[01:06:06.000 --> 01:06:11.360] that there were explosives placed on members inside the building that the truck bomb was
[01:06:11.360 --> 01:06:12.920] not the sole cause of destruction.
[01:06:12.920 --> 01:06:14.720] The truck bomb indeed was powerful.
[01:06:14.720 --> 01:06:15.720] It destroyed the truck.
[01:06:15.720 --> 01:06:19.560] It left a small crater about half the size of the official story says in front of the
[01:06:19.560 --> 01:06:20.560] building.
[01:06:20.560 --> 01:06:25.640] But as demonstrated in the other truck bomb attacks in similar sizes, similar circumstances,
[01:06:25.640 --> 01:06:31.560] and with the known facts of Ampho and exterior truck bombs, there would have been no interior
[01:06:31.560 --> 01:06:32.960] support damage.
[01:06:32.960 --> 01:06:34.200] It would have damaged the facade.
[01:06:34.200 --> 01:06:36.320] It would have blown in the windows.
[01:06:36.320 --> 01:06:41.320] It definitely would have killed several people.
[01:06:41.320 --> 01:06:45.760] You would not have had the catastrophic collapse of floors that pancaked upon people.
[01:06:45.760 --> 01:06:50.560] Some of those bombs were placed directly in the area where the daycare center was.
[01:06:50.560 --> 01:06:56.040] Those kids, as General Benson K. Parton said emotionally to Chris himself, those kids didn't
[01:06:56.040 --> 01:06:57.280] have a chance.
[01:06:57.280 --> 01:07:01.080] We backed that up with another study, an engineering study that was performed by the U.S. government
[01:07:01.080 --> 01:07:02.480] at Eglin Air Force Base.
[01:07:02.480 --> 01:07:05.280] They actually simulated the Murrard truck bomb.
[01:07:05.280 --> 01:07:09.280] They actually had a test structure, had an exterior bomb, first of all, they discovered
[01:07:09.280 --> 01:07:10.280] several things.
[01:07:10.280 --> 01:07:14.680] According to the official story, the main truck bomb was about a dozen 55-gallon barrels
[01:07:14.680 --> 01:07:16.080] filled with Ampho.
[01:07:16.080 --> 01:07:20.080] Well, they concocted the bomb according to the official story.
[01:07:20.080 --> 01:07:24.360] What they found was that each barrel acted as an individual explosion and it largely
[01:07:24.360 --> 01:07:28.120] canceled the force of the blast out and whatever was remaining shot straight up and it did
[01:07:28.120 --> 01:07:30.160] almost nothing to the test structure.
[01:07:30.160 --> 01:07:34.000] So they actually had to construct a single more powerful bomb and explode it outside
[01:07:34.000 --> 01:07:35.000] the building.
[01:07:35.000 --> 01:07:37.600] Of course, what they found was just near facade damage.
[01:07:37.600 --> 01:07:42.840] They then exploded bombs inside the test structure to test the hypothesis of interior explosions.
[01:07:42.840 --> 01:07:47.760] Their final report by the Eglin test study, the Eglin Air Force Base, the right armament
[01:07:47.760 --> 01:07:52.920] laboratory was that there were explosions, explosives placed inside the building.
[01:07:52.920 --> 01:07:57.680] Okay, guys, this does not take a rocket scientist.
[01:07:57.680 --> 01:08:04.800] If you look at the photos, these guys are claiming that an above ground, uncontained
[01:08:04.800 --> 01:08:11.600] air burst is what this amphobomb was alleged to be.
[01:08:11.600 --> 01:08:16.720] Blew off the face of that building, but if you look at the newsreels, the panels on the
[01:08:16.720 --> 01:08:19.600] back of the building are still intact.
[01:08:19.600 --> 01:08:22.280] Now those are panels I could have kicked off with my foot.
[01:08:22.280 --> 01:08:29.560] Yeah, well, and not only that, there were columns that were perfectly intact with the
[01:08:29.560 --> 01:08:36.480] sheet rock on them closer to where the ledger truck bomb was and then columns that were
[01:08:36.480 --> 01:08:39.600] further, much further away were completely destroyed.
[01:08:39.600 --> 01:08:45.040] Now, I'm sorry, but that's, you know, as Hoppy Honopurg says, there is a relationship
[01:08:45.040 --> 01:08:50.400] between distance and blast pressure, so there's no way that that could have happened.
[01:08:50.400 --> 01:08:54.680] Think all of these old videos we see of the atomic bomb.
[01:08:54.680 --> 01:08:57.880] That was an above ground, uncontained air burst.
[01:08:57.880 --> 01:09:04.520] It was incredible magnitude, but you see that the blast was lateral.
[01:09:04.520 --> 01:09:11.920] It expanded equally in all directions, and you can see the blast moving past the buildings
[01:09:11.920 --> 01:09:17.560] and the velocity of the air causes the buildings to explode outward.
[01:09:17.560 --> 01:09:21.400] These things still had the panels on the back of the building because the whole front was
[01:09:21.400 --> 01:09:22.400] gone.
[01:09:22.400 --> 01:09:24.920] This would not take a rocket size to figure this one out.
[01:09:24.920 --> 01:09:28.600] Well, as Hoppy said, you've got to be some kind of imbecile to look at that and think
[01:09:28.600 --> 01:09:31.080] that it was the truck bomb that did it.
[01:09:31.080 --> 01:09:35.160] And when you look at the biggest bite in the building, that part that goes all the way
[01:09:35.160 --> 01:09:39.240] to the back of the building, that is offset almost completely from where the crater is
[01:09:39.240 --> 01:09:40.880] when you look at an overhead shot.
[01:09:40.880 --> 01:09:45.160] Now when you couple this with the eyewitness testimony, the people that were actually there
[01:09:45.160 --> 01:09:47.480] in the building, who are you going to believe?
[01:09:47.480 --> 01:09:49.760] These people experienced it.
[01:09:49.760 --> 01:09:50.760] And V.C.
[01:09:50.760 --> 01:09:54.200] Lawton said that the building was coming down, he got hit in the head with debris, got knocked
[01:09:54.200 --> 01:09:57.040] on his desk, and then the glass came blowing in.
[01:09:57.040 --> 01:10:01.480] You got Jane Graham, she was at a Windows 95 training course that morning, and the instructor
[01:10:01.480 --> 01:10:03.880] had time to say, it's an earthquake.
[01:10:03.880 --> 01:10:07.120] Now I don't know if you've been in a car accident or anything like that, but the time
[01:10:07.120 --> 01:10:12.080] for you to take in the information, you know, make a thought and then take action, you know,
[01:10:12.080 --> 01:10:13.800] that's going to take you about 8 to 10 seconds.
[01:10:13.800 --> 01:10:18.240] Well, that's exactly the amount of time that occurred between the two explosions.
[01:10:18.240 --> 01:10:21.720] For Jane Graham, she said she thought, she was like, it doesn't feel like an earthquake.
[01:10:21.720 --> 01:10:24.400] Then the glass comes blowing in.
[01:10:24.400 --> 01:10:27.680] Another gentleman, it was saying that he thought it was an earthquake.
[01:10:27.680 --> 01:10:29.720] Dr. Jack Oban, customs department.
[01:10:29.720 --> 01:10:30.720] He thought it was an earthquake.
[01:10:30.720 --> 01:10:31.720] He climbed under his desk.
[01:10:31.720 --> 01:10:32.720] Then the glass blows in.
[01:10:32.720 --> 01:10:36.320] According to the FEMA report, that blast wave was moving at 1,300 feet per second.
[01:10:36.320 --> 01:10:39.080] Now you want to tell me how that was moving at 1,300 feet per second.
[01:10:39.080 --> 01:10:41.640] These people had time to get under their desk before the glass blew in.
[01:10:41.640 --> 01:10:45.320] And that's backed up by three seismographs in the state of Oklahoma, which demonstrated
[01:10:45.320 --> 01:10:49.840] that there were two energetic events, unassociated with the air blast order debris falling on
[01:10:49.840 --> 01:10:50.840] the ground.
[01:10:50.840 --> 01:10:52.840] Two energetic events, 8 to 10 seconds apart.
[01:10:52.840 --> 01:10:58.720] In fact, it was the official position of the seismograph at OU, that there were two events,
[01:10:58.720 --> 01:11:01.320] not one truck bomb, two events that caused energy.
[01:11:01.320 --> 01:11:10.360] Well, and not only that, I was listening to Chris's interview and General Parton's interview
[01:11:10.360 --> 01:11:14.720] and talking about the experiment that the Army had done on this.
[01:11:14.720 --> 01:11:21.440] And first, what they did was they made multiple anfo bombs in these boxes or in these barrels
[01:11:21.440 --> 01:11:23.360] and put them inside of a truck.
[01:11:23.360 --> 01:11:29.960] And what ended up happening is that they canceled each other out, them exploding the
[01:11:29.960 --> 01:11:35.720] lateral direction, you know, it's going to pressure in all directions, spherically.
[01:11:35.720 --> 01:11:41.920] But since they were sitting next to each other inside the truck, basically the lateral pressure,
[01:11:41.920 --> 01:11:48.880] they canceled each other out, and most of the explosive force went upward, not laterally.
[01:11:48.880 --> 01:11:54.600] So then they made another bomb that was just one big bomb inside the truck, which was contrary
[01:11:54.600 --> 01:11:57.120] to the official FBI story anyway.
[01:11:57.120 --> 01:12:01.760] And as Chris was saying, the results were as far as the distance between where the truck
[01:12:01.760 --> 01:12:07.240] was supposed to be and the front of the building was approximately the force of 10 handheld
[01:12:07.240 --> 01:12:08.240] hairdryers.
[01:12:08.240 --> 01:12:09.240] Exactly.
[01:12:09.240 --> 01:12:13.600] When you actually compare the graph with the blast away, when it hit those columns,
[01:12:13.600 --> 01:12:17.320] it would have been 10 times less powerful than what is necessary to actually break concrete.
[01:12:17.320 --> 01:12:19.120] It's simply scientifically impossible.
[01:12:19.120 --> 01:12:23.040] We had the pleasure of having Sam Cohen on the phone in a phone conversation.
[01:12:23.040 --> 01:12:25.320] That was an interesting conversation.
[01:12:25.320 --> 01:12:26.320] Halfway through production.
[01:12:26.320 --> 01:12:29.120] And Chris had already established contact and talked to Sam Cohen before.
[01:12:29.120 --> 01:12:30.920] Charles known him early on.
[01:12:30.920 --> 01:12:33.360] Sam Cohen is the inventor of the neutron bomb.
[01:12:33.360 --> 01:12:38.200] He's been involved in explosive and nuclear science since the end of World War II for
[01:12:38.200 --> 01:12:39.800] the military industrial complex.
[01:12:39.800 --> 01:12:44.920] And he looked at the damage at the murder building, and he issued his statements not
[01:12:44.920 --> 01:12:48.840] long after on behalf of the Oklahoma Bombing Investigation Committee that there was no
[01:12:48.840 --> 01:12:54.320] way that a truck full of diesel fuel and fertilizer could do that damage to the building.
[01:12:54.320 --> 01:12:55.320] It's against the laws of nature.
[01:12:55.320 --> 01:13:00.080] I think it's another sense of timing that I mean, it was actually a great honor for
[01:13:00.080 --> 01:13:02.560] me to be able to talk to Sam Cohen on the phone.
[01:13:02.560 --> 01:13:05.320] And he passed away just a couple of months ago.
[01:13:05.320 --> 01:13:07.720] And that's one of the reasons we included his quote in the story was to honor him and
[01:13:07.720 --> 01:13:13.440] his bravery in standing up to the powers that be and letting him know what happened.
[01:13:13.440 --> 01:13:19.880] One of the things that amazes me is when I talk to people about this, I ask them, do
[01:13:19.880 --> 01:13:27.320] you remember the news that morning that there in the newsreels are all over the place.
[01:13:27.320 --> 01:13:28.320] They're bringing people out.
[01:13:28.320 --> 01:13:31.160] And then all of a sudden they say, stop, stop, stop, stop.
[01:13:31.160 --> 01:13:33.000] They're bringing everybody out.
[01:13:33.000 --> 01:13:34.840] They found another bomb.
[01:13:34.840 --> 01:13:37.600] Do you think these guys didn't know what a bomb was?
[01:13:37.600 --> 01:13:42.560] And then they show these guys running out carrying something and then everybody goes
[01:13:42.560 --> 01:13:46.880] back in and a 20-some odd minutes later, ah, stop, stop, stop.
[01:13:46.880 --> 01:13:48.600] They found another bomb.
[01:13:48.600 --> 01:13:52.200] How are those guys at those bombs?
[01:13:52.200 --> 01:13:54.320] And why didn't anybody talk about those?
[01:13:54.320 --> 01:13:57.560] I had the opportunity to have dinner with Devin Skillian.
[01:13:57.560 --> 01:14:00.600] He was the Channel 4 PM anchor.
[01:14:00.600 --> 01:14:02.440] But he was in bed that morning when the bomb had happened.
[01:14:02.440 --> 01:14:06.240] He was called into the studio and they got the A team from both the AM and the PM shift
[01:14:06.240 --> 01:14:07.560] there.
[01:14:07.560 --> 01:14:12.960] And he's on one of the quintessential videos that they have on YouTube of saying, yes,
[01:14:12.960 --> 01:14:15.560] third bomb has been found at dinner with him.
[01:14:15.560 --> 01:14:19.280] He's in, actually, Detroit now with NBC Channel 4 up there.
[01:14:19.280 --> 01:14:21.280] And he says, Devin, what was going on that morning?
[01:14:21.280 --> 01:14:23.200] And he says, really, nobody knew.
[01:14:23.200 --> 01:14:26.280] They were just pretty much reading the script as they put in front of them.
[01:14:26.280 --> 01:14:31.080] And I says, well, you look back at the YouTube videos and say, yes, I do once in a while because
[01:14:31.080 --> 01:14:33.280] he had to move away like two weeks after the bombing.
[01:14:33.280 --> 01:14:36.960] He had, he was already under contract to move to Detroit about 30 days before the bombing
[01:14:36.960 --> 01:14:37.960] happened.
[01:14:37.960 --> 01:14:41.440] It wasn't like he took advantage of the situation and just, you know, farmed himself out.
[01:14:41.440 --> 01:14:43.320] He was on his way.
[01:14:43.320 --> 01:14:48.400] And he says, the script that was set in front of us, Chris, changed from, he got to the
[01:14:48.400 --> 01:14:55.000] studio about, oh, a little after 10 o'clock and rushed through traffic, got there.
[01:14:55.000 --> 01:15:00.400] And he said, within four hours, even he knew as an anchor, not being a bomb expert, not
[01:15:00.400 --> 01:15:04.760] being a law enforcement, that there was something really sinister going on.
[01:15:04.760 --> 01:15:06.320] But he had to keep his mouth shut.
[01:15:06.320 --> 01:15:09.160] He was, you know, had to watch his P's and Q's.
[01:15:09.160 --> 01:15:12.360] And he said to Chris, you're one of the first people I really ever told about this.
[01:15:12.360 --> 01:15:16.040] He talked about his wife and his priest, you know, pastor and so forth.
[01:15:16.040 --> 01:15:19.600] He says, I never really told anybody, but I've been in Detroit here for, you know, going
[01:15:19.600 --> 01:15:21.440] on 12 years after the bombing.
[01:15:21.440 --> 01:15:25.880] And he said that they were just script readers and they knew something was wrong.
[01:15:25.880 --> 01:15:28.280] Well, speaking of script readers, I just wanted to interject this.
[01:15:28.280 --> 01:15:30.280] I was waiting for a moment.
[01:15:30.280 --> 01:15:34.560] This didn't make it into the movie, but it was something that I considered just monumental
[01:15:34.560 --> 01:15:41.240] that Detective Craig Roberts said, having to do with the media and what was going on
[01:15:41.240 --> 01:15:47.400] during the investigation that he was involved with, he was working with the FBI for a period
[01:15:47.400 --> 01:15:52.080] of time until he decided to dump them because they had lied to him.
[01:15:52.080 --> 01:15:54.600] And we can talk some more about that later if we have time.
[01:15:54.600 --> 01:15:59.000] But at any rate, he was finding out this certain information.
[01:15:59.000 --> 01:16:03.160] And he's listening on the news as to what the news is saying about it.
[01:16:03.160 --> 01:16:08.440] And he's like, this is totally contrary to what we're finding in the investigation because
[01:16:08.440 --> 01:16:10.720] they were hyping up the right wing and the militia.
[01:16:10.720 --> 01:16:15.520] And it's the Christians and it's the people with guns and, you know, it's those Christian
[01:16:15.520 --> 01:16:19.320] right wing militia people and hype, hype, hype, hate, hate, hate groups, hate, hate,
[01:16:19.320 --> 01:16:20.320] hate and all this stuff.
[01:16:20.320 --> 01:16:22.240] He's like, that's not what we're finding at all.
[01:16:22.240 --> 01:16:26.520] And so he called one of his media contacts and says, where are you guys getting this
[01:16:26.520 --> 01:16:27.520] stuff?
[01:16:27.520 --> 01:16:30.080] That's not what this investigation is showing.
[01:16:30.080 --> 01:16:32.320] And you know what his media contact told him?
[01:16:32.320 --> 01:16:36.880] This is what the Southern Poverty Law Center is telling us to say.
[01:16:36.880 --> 01:16:41.400] And so there you have it, folks, the Southern Poverty Law Center running what the media
[01:16:41.400 --> 01:16:42.960] is telling us.
[01:16:42.960 --> 01:16:48.880] And now we've even got Sheriff Richard Mack, who is suing the Southern Poverty Law Center
[01:16:48.880 --> 01:16:50.120] because they've defamed him.
[01:16:50.120 --> 01:16:52.960] So, you know, Annie Defamation League, give me a break.
[01:16:52.960 --> 01:16:57.760] All right, we are going to be right back after this short break on NovelLie.com.

[01:19:43.200 --> 01:19:44.200] Emory.
[01:19:44.200 --> 01:19:50.640] We are discussing Valcoma City Bombing, their investigation over the last several years,
[01:19:50.640 --> 01:19:56.480] and the movie A Noble Lie, which I was honored and privileged to be able to work on.
[01:19:56.480 --> 01:20:02.120] You can get that at ANobleLie.com, and when you get that, you will be supporting this
[01:20:02.120 --> 01:20:03.120] network.
[01:20:03.120 --> 01:20:05.640] So, folks, please go to ANobleLie.com.
[01:20:05.640 --> 01:20:11.160] All right, when we left off on the break, we are discussing the mainstream media, which
[01:20:11.160 --> 01:20:17.880] I don't even like to call the mainstream media anymore, the dinosaur media, the prostitutes,
[01:20:17.880 --> 01:20:25.520] as Gerald Salince calls it, and as Detective Craig Roberts discovered, they're just reporting
[01:20:25.520 --> 01:20:29.360] what the southern poverty law center is telling them to say, has nothing to do with the truth
[01:20:29.360 --> 01:20:30.360] at all.
[01:20:30.360 --> 01:20:35.360] It has everything to do with their agenda, and so, guys, why don't you elaborate some
[01:20:35.360 --> 01:20:39.200] more on the media aspect of what happened in the aftermath?
[01:20:39.200 --> 01:20:42.840] Well, something that's also singular about the Oklahoma City Bombing is that at least
[01:20:42.840 --> 01:20:44.760] one media outlet did try to stick to the truth.
[01:20:44.760 --> 01:20:50.640] The local TV station here in Oklahoma City, KFRTV Channel 4, was actually pursuing the
[01:20:50.640 --> 01:20:51.920] story no matter where it went.
[01:20:51.920 --> 01:20:53.680] They were talking about John Doe Number 2.
[01:20:53.680 --> 01:20:58.120] They were interviewing witnesses to accomplices to McVeigh that the federal government denied
[01:20:58.120 --> 01:20:59.120] existed.
[01:20:59.120 --> 01:21:00.640] They were talking about the second bomb.
[01:21:00.640 --> 01:21:03.080] They were talking about the ATF not being in their office.
[01:21:03.080 --> 01:21:06.680] They were doing valuable work, work that we referenced and have used to this day that
[01:21:06.680 --> 01:21:08.520] helps set the historical record straight.
[01:21:08.520 --> 01:21:11.800] Well, what happened with Channel 4 is, about a year after the bombing, they were purchased
[01:21:11.800 --> 01:21:13.940] by the New York Times Broadcasting Company.
[01:21:13.940 --> 01:21:15.440] The programming director was fired.
[01:21:15.440 --> 01:21:20.440] The lead investigator and journalist on the case, J. N. Davis, was let go, and all reporting
[01:21:20.440 --> 01:21:23.960] the contradicts of the government vanished, it just stopped, and they started towing the
[01:21:23.960 --> 01:21:24.960] official line.
[01:21:24.960 --> 01:21:31.160] So, you can see, demonstrate that they will actually, the lengths they will go to to cover
[01:21:31.160 --> 01:21:34.640] up the story, even buying up media outlets, and which for some reason the New York Times
[01:21:34.640 --> 01:21:37.720] was complicit in, and covering up the story.
[01:21:37.720 --> 01:21:40.680] So people say, well, we have a free speech, we have media, they will tell us what goes
[01:21:40.680 --> 01:21:41.680] on.
[01:21:41.680 --> 01:21:44.600] Well, we demonstrate that when the media is not agreeing with the official story, they
[01:21:44.600 --> 01:21:48.040] will suit to any level to bring it into control.
[01:21:48.040 --> 01:21:51.680] And that demonstration was happening today, even with greater control in media, and if
[01:21:51.680 --> 01:21:58.160] something happens today, how people say, well, how come it's not being reported on CNN, that
[01:21:58.160 --> 01:22:00.000] there were bombs inside the Twin Towers?
[01:22:00.000 --> 01:22:03.560] Well, they've already proven that they will do anything to control the media, and it is
[01:22:03.560 --> 01:22:07.040] not a free market with the media.
[01:22:07.040 --> 01:22:10.000] They will not go against the official story.
[01:22:10.000 --> 01:22:15.240] ABC 2020, they actually did a segment on prior knowledge interviewing witnesses here in
[01:22:15.240 --> 01:22:19.720] Oklahoma City, and in response to that, the viewer response was so great that they prepared
[01:22:19.720 --> 01:22:24.440] a whole hour show on the anomalous evidence about Oklahoma City.
[01:22:24.440 --> 01:22:26.800] The show was actually shot, produced, and made.
[01:22:26.800 --> 01:22:31.440] The producer, Roger Charles, was sitting at home waiting for it to come on, and a read
[01:22:31.440 --> 01:22:33.080] run came on, or something else.
[01:22:33.080 --> 01:22:34.600] And he called up, and he said, hey, what's going on?
[01:22:34.600 --> 01:22:35.600] Where's my show?
[01:22:35.600 --> 01:22:39.000] They said, well, the DOJ, the Department of Justice, they're basically saying we won't
[01:22:39.000 --> 01:22:43.400] have access anymore if we run this story, and so we cut it.
[01:22:43.400 --> 01:22:46.520] So that demonstrates that the media is controlled.
[01:22:46.520 --> 01:22:51.880] Yeah, and not only that, Harman Taylor, whom we've had on as a guest several times on this
[01:22:51.880 --> 01:22:57.560] show, he did a documentary, or he participated in making a documentary, that is, at a cable
[01:22:57.560 --> 01:23:02.320] access station regarding the Terre Haute litigation when he sued, on behalf of Jane
[01:23:02.320 --> 01:23:08.400] Graham, to have a stay of execution of Timothy McVeigh so that they could depose him and
[01:23:08.400 --> 01:23:14.640] get him scanned medically for evidence, and what ended up happening is it aired the documentary
[01:23:14.640 --> 01:23:20.560] about the Terre Haute litigation aired one time early on a Sunday morning, and then the
[01:23:20.560 --> 01:23:27.240] very next day on a Monday, the FBI showed up at the cable access television studio station
[01:23:27.240 --> 01:23:33.000] and basically intimidated and harassed the producer into handing over all the copies
[01:23:33.000 --> 01:23:37.680] and the original of the documentary, and it never aired again, and the tapes are gone,
[01:23:37.680 --> 01:23:41.720] and folks, this is what happens when people don't know their rights, because if that would
[01:23:41.720 --> 01:23:46.680] have happened to me, I would have told the FBI agent, you get the bleep bleep off of
[01:23:46.680 --> 01:23:51.160] my property and don't ever come here again without a warrant, period, I'm not giving
[01:23:51.160 --> 01:23:52.160] you anything.
[01:23:52.160 --> 01:23:55.200] Well, we have some good news for you, Dale.
[01:23:55.200 --> 01:24:01.800] We went ahead and re-tape that entire, Harman, so we certainly would welcome the FBI to
[01:24:01.800 --> 01:24:04.600] come and try to take it from our archives, but they're going to have a heck of a time
[01:24:04.600 --> 01:24:10.280] doing that, so, yeah, it was amazing when Harman pretty much had laid it all out, and
[01:24:10.280 --> 01:24:13.280] he says, you guys want to verbatim, and he says, by gosh, like, you know, we're here,
[01:24:13.280 --> 01:24:17.360] we're going to re-tape, and I think we walked out of there, what, almost two hours later.
[01:24:17.360 --> 01:24:18.360] It was amazing.
[01:24:18.360 --> 01:24:23.840] We will be releasing Harman Taylor's interview in full in the near future.
[01:24:23.840 --> 01:24:26.520] Once again, it was one of those very, very painful cuts we had to make.
[01:24:26.520 --> 01:24:29.880] We waited until the day that we had to make the decision to finally do it.
[01:24:29.880 --> 01:24:33.040] There were many gyms we had to cut out that we will be including in and releasing later
[01:24:33.040 --> 01:24:39.200] on, and some of them go even deeper into the story and get closer to the cause, so this
[01:24:39.200 --> 01:24:44.080] investigation does continue, and anyone out there, and that's the thing is that people,
[01:24:44.080 --> 01:24:48.720] the reason we know the things, we know many of the things we do is that people came forward
[01:24:48.720 --> 01:24:50.280] with their evidence and their information.
[01:24:50.280 --> 01:24:55.080] If you know something about this or anything else, you need to come forward and be a human
[01:24:55.080 --> 01:25:00.120] being about it, and not let evil get away with covering up what is happening, we need
[01:25:00.120 --> 01:25:03.640] to expose the truth, we need to stand up to them, let them know that we're not going
[01:25:03.640 --> 01:25:07.320] to take it anymore, and please have the courage to step forward, tell people what you know,
[01:25:07.320 --> 01:25:08.320] and get the story out.
[01:25:08.320 --> 01:25:12.800] We had a gentleman at the screening on Saturday, I'm not going to name names or who he was,
[01:25:12.800 --> 01:25:17.920] but he approached Holland and he said, look, this is what we found out, just another incredible
[01:25:17.920 --> 01:25:23.280] gold nugget of information, so that's just part of the unexpected response we're getting
[01:25:23.280 --> 01:25:28.120] in a positive way on this movie.
[01:25:28.120 --> 01:25:33.440] So at that screening, there was someone there who had known Terrence Yakey, he had been
[01:25:33.440 --> 01:25:38.640] a child when Terrence was the dare officer giving speeches and teaching the kids, and
[01:25:38.640 --> 01:25:43.720] it affected him, because he was able to see Terri for the first time and actually understand
[01:25:43.720 --> 01:25:47.800] what had happened to his hero, they came in the next day and told him that Terri had killed
[01:25:47.800 --> 01:25:54.520] himself, and this was a guy they had looked up to, he was great with kids.
[01:25:54.520 --> 01:25:58.920] As we continue to put out information about the Oklahoma City bombing, emails are coming
[01:25:58.920 --> 01:26:03.360] in to contact at Freemind Films, we're getting new leads, we're getting new information that
[01:26:03.360 --> 01:26:09.200] we'll be tracking down, and on April 19th of this year, it will be the 17th anniversary
[01:26:09.200 --> 01:26:13.480] of the Oklahoma City bombing, we're changing Oklahoma and Freemind Report will be working
[01:26:13.480 --> 01:26:21.080] together to hand out copies of the movie there on location to people that attend the ceremony
[01:26:21.080 --> 01:26:25.800] to get the truth out to them, so anybody that is, and within any distance that wants to
[01:26:25.800 --> 01:26:29.680] come out that day, we would surely be happy to put you to work, we'll get you a stack
[01:26:29.680 --> 01:26:35.200] of DVDs, some flyers, and you don't have to do anything other than just hand them out
[01:26:35.200 --> 01:26:40.520] to people, that's getting active, that's actually affecting change in a real way.
[01:26:40.520 --> 01:26:45.320] Those one-on-one conversations, getting the information in people's hands, that's what
[01:26:45.320 --> 01:26:49.640] makes the difference, so we encourage you guys to, if you want to do a screening in
[01:26:49.640 --> 01:26:53.640] your area, again, you can email us, contact at Freemind Films, we'll make sure to get
[01:26:53.640 --> 01:26:58.880] you some posters that you can print out, some flyers that can get people to let them know
[01:26:58.880 --> 01:27:02.560] about your screening, and then you can also coordinate with us if you want one of us on
[01:27:02.560 --> 01:27:07.640] site to answer questions for Q&A afterwards, we'll be happy to coordinate that with you,
[01:27:07.640 --> 01:27:11.160] and this is how people out there can get involved, and this is how we're going to take away the
[01:27:11.160 --> 01:27:15.160] False Flight Terror Tool from the Global Toolbox.
[01:27:15.160 --> 01:27:19.080] We're in negotiations with the manager of a venue in Austin right now to do a screening
[01:27:19.080 --> 01:27:23.200] and look at possibly coordinating that with a trip to San Antonio on the same weekend.
[01:27:23.200 --> 01:27:27.160] Yeah, we'll be coming to Austin also for a show again, Brave New Books, Harlem there
[01:27:27.160 --> 01:27:30.640] has always been a supporter of our efforts, and the movie, I've done several presentations
[01:27:30.640 --> 01:27:35.920] there along with our fellow writer and producer, Dr. Wendy Painting, and so I'm looking forward
[01:27:35.920 --> 01:27:39.720] to that, actually, showing the Brave New Books audience the project we've been talking about
[01:27:39.720 --> 01:27:40.720] for so long.
[01:27:40.720 --> 01:27:44.320] That's awesome, I'm glad you guys are going to have a showing here.
[01:27:44.320 --> 01:27:51.200] Well, we got a great response from Austin, I know that Brave New Books keeps selling
[01:27:51.200 --> 01:27:54.960] out, it seems like every soon as they get another batch in, they're making another order,
[01:27:54.960 --> 01:27:58.600] so we appreciate all the listeners down there in Austin that have been supporting the film.
[01:27:58.600 --> 01:27:59.600] Thank you.
[01:27:59.600 --> 01:28:03.240] That's how we're going to go forward in our next product, we're going to have another
[01:28:03.240 --> 01:28:09.560] documentary coming out hopefully in October is our goal, and supporting us in that, it
[01:28:09.560 --> 01:28:13.880] keeps us financially independent, and we don't have to go outside for investors, and that
[01:28:13.880 --> 01:28:17.360] way nobody has influence over the content of these films, they're truly independently
[01:28:17.360 --> 01:28:18.360] produced.
[01:28:18.360 --> 01:28:19.360] Self-financed.
[01:28:19.360 --> 01:28:24.280] Self-financed, independently produced, the content is in line with this movement and
[01:28:24.280 --> 01:28:27.040] the message that we're trying to get out to the public, and we're trying to do these
[01:28:27.040 --> 01:28:31.480] in a way that is an expose style documentary, you know, not jumping in the camera.
[01:28:31.480 --> 01:28:36.680] On the government, you know, it's, you know, much more, I think, a palatable approach to
[01:28:36.680 --> 01:28:38.680] the initiative.
[01:28:38.680 --> 01:28:44.840] Well, and especially when the subjects of the interviews are just so credible, I mean,
[01:28:44.840 --> 01:28:50.840] you've got a general, an Army general with decades of experience, I mean, you've got
[01:28:50.840 --> 01:28:55.840] victims of the bombing, survivors of the bombing, I mean, it just goes on and on, I mean, how
[01:28:55.840 --> 01:28:57.760] much more credibility do you need?
[01:28:57.760 --> 01:29:01.920] I mean, that's the thing, we use the moral authority of the victims and cells of the
[01:29:01.920 --> 01:29:05.320] police officers, the first responders involved, I mean, we don't have much of a weakness that
[01:29:05.320 --> 01:29:08.960] they're ranting about the government, we have the actual investigators, the actual people
[01:29:08.960 --> 01:29:13.640] who are part of the story, and all we wanted to do was to tell their story once and for
[01:29:13.640 --> 01:29:14.640] all.
[01:29:14.640 --> 01:29:17.760] Our director of photography, Devin Winner, he is a professional, he shoots for every
[01:29:17.760 --> 01:29:19.600] major show that comes through Oklahoma.
[01:29:19.600 --> 01:29:24.680] He has shot some of our interviews, two or three times, they tell the same story every
[01:29:24.680 --> 01:29:29.120] time he's heard the story from them, to the BBC, to the History Channel, to the National
[01:29:29.120 --> 01:29:34.200] Geographic, but when they publish their documentary about the Oklahoma City bombing, it excludes
[01:29:34.200 --> 01:29:38.560] all mention of this anomalous evidence of what these people are saying that's contrary
[01:29:38.560 --> 01:29:39.560] to the official story.
[01:29:39.560 --> 01:29:43.360] This is going to be the last time, it's going to be encapsulated in one format, these people
[01:29:43.360 --> 01:29:46.040] that we interviewed, this is the last interview they're going to do.
[01:29:46.040 --> 01:29:49.840] All right, folks, we're heading into break, we've got two more segments with our very
[01:29:49.840 --> 01:29:53.280] special guests from Freemind Films and Freemind Report.
[01:29:53.280 --> 01:30:00.000] If you'd like to call in 512-646-1984, go to anobleye.com.
[01:30:00.000 --> 01:30:05.400] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11th.
[01:30:05.400 --> 01:30:07.360] The government says that fire brought it down.
[01:30:07.360 --> 01:30:12.440] However, 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded it was a controlled demolition.
[01:30:12.440 --> 01:30:16.440] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives, and thousands of my fellow
[01:30:16.440 --> 01:30:17.920] force responders have died.
[01:30:17.920 --> 01:30:21.720] I'm not a conspiracy theorist, I'm a structural engineer, I'm a New York City correction officer,
[01:30:21.720 --> 01:30:26.560] I'm an Air Force pilot, I'm a father who lost his son, we're Americans and we deserve the
[01:30:26.560 --> 01:30:27.560] truth.
[01:30:27.560 --> 01:30:32.560] Rememberbuilding7.org today.
[01:30:32.560 --> 01:30:38.640] Investigators use spyware to remotely eavesdrop on the cell phone conversations of their targets.
[01:30:38.640 --> 01:30:42.240] It sounds like a sci-fi thriller, but it actually happened in Israel.
[01:30:42.240 --> 01:30:46.320] I'm Dr. Catherine Albright and I'll have the details in a moment.
[01:30:46.320 --> 01:30:47.880] Privacy is under attack.
[01:30:47.880 --> 01:30:51.480] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:30:51.480 --> 01:30:56.280] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:30:56.280 --> 01:31:01.160] You'll protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[01:31:01.160 --> 01:31:04.040] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[01:31:04.040 --> 01:31:08.360] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search
[01:31:08.360 --> 01:31:11.840] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo and Bing.
[01:31:11.840 --> 01:31:14.680] Start over with StartPage.
[01:31:14.680 --> 01:31:17.600] Here's a story that puts the spook in spooky.
[01:31:17.600 --> 01:31:22.440] For months, 22 private eyes eavesdropped on dozens of Israeli citizens by installing
[01:31:22.440 --> 01:31:24.920] spyware on the target cell phones.
[01:31:24.920 --> 01:31:29.720] The spyware let the PIs dial into the target's phones whenever a call was in progress and
[01:31:29.720 --> 01:31:31.160] listened to the conversation.
[01:31:31.160 --> 01:31:36.240] It also let them record GPS coordinates and text messages and then transmit the whole
[01:31:36.240 --> 01:31:39.040] shebang to their own Google mail accounts.
[01:31:39.040 --> 01:31:43.360] These creeps were finally arrested and charged with invasion of privacy among other crimes.
[01:31:43.360 --> 01:31:47.160] But it's no stretch to imagine the same thing happening here.
[01:31:47.160 --> 01:31:50.480] All it takes is a snoop, a cell phone and a little spyware.
[01:31:50.480 --> 01:31:57.480] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:32:20.480 --> 01:32:42.840] Okay folks, we are back, this is the rule of law.
[01:32:42.840 --> 01:32:47.840] We are here with a very special guest, the filmmakers of A Noble Lie.
[01:32:47.840 --> 01:32:51.720] You can get the film at ANobleLie.com.
[01:32:51.720 --> 01:32:52.720] And we've got two more segments.
[01:32:52.720 --> 01:32:57.800] So if you have a question for our guest, you can call in 512-646-1984.
[01:32:57.800 --> 01:33:01.360] If you have generic legal questions, please save it for tomorrow night.
[01:33:01.360 --> 01:33:05.600] Okay, we've got a few more topics we'd like to cover before the end of the show.
[01:33:05.600 --> 01:33:10.720] One of them concerns the anomalies surrounding Tim McVeigh.
[01:33:10.720 --> 01:33:16.840] And when I was going over the interviews, specifically Dr. Wendy Painting, who has basically
[01:33:16.840 --> 01:33:22.880] as a foremost researcher on the Timothy McVeigh case, she read through his entire, the attorney's
[01:33:22.880 --> 01:33:24.600] defense files.
[01:33:24.600 --> 01:33:29.840] And some of this didn't make it into the movie because it was just so much information.
[01:33:29.840 --> 01:33:34.520] But I was flabbergasted by what I was hearing.
[01:33:34.520 --> 01:33:41.800] Timothy McVeigh was going to the dentist twice a week, okay, and having all kinds of
[01:33:41.800 --> 01:33:48.040] cosmetic surgery paid for by the Army and dental surgery and all of this stuff.
[01:33:48.040 --> 01:33:53.640] I mean, this kind of medical care is unprecedented, it's unheard of in the military, all right.
[01:33:53.640 --> 01:33:58.280] So something definitely was going on and I'm not exactly sure what it was.
[01:33:58.280 --> 01:33:59.400] I have my suspicions.
[01:33:59.400 --> 01:34:05.800] I think he had Gulf War Syndrome and that he was such an asset to Army Intelligence
[01:34:05.800 --> 01:34:07.880] that they had to take care of their asset.
[01:34:07.880 --> 01:34:09.840] That's what I think is going on.
[01:34:09.840 --> 01:34:13.880] But I don't know exactly what the deal was, but there are so many anomalies surrounding
[01:34:13.880 --> 01:34:14.880] Timothy McVeigh.
[01:34:14.880 --> 01:34:20.720] I remember Janie Coverdale say she attended the execution and she's not convinced that
[01:34:20.720 --> 01:34:24.200] he was killed and she witnessed the so-called execution, all right.
[01:34:24.200 --> 01:34:27.800] So anyway, Holland, break it down.
[01:34:27.800 --> 01:34:30.240] Break down some of these anomalies surrounding Timothy McVeigh.
[01:34:30.240 --> 01:34:34.040] Well, what's important to remember about Timothy McVeigh is that he was a U.S. Army soldier.
[01:34:34.040 --> 01:34:35.960] He served in the First Gulf War.
[01:34:35.960 --> 01:34:38.640] He was in the frontline unit in Bradley.
[01:34:38.640 --> 01:34:42.680] He tried out for special forces and supposedly dropped out just a couple of days into the
[01:34:42.680 --> 01:34:47.040] testing because he had some blisters on his feet, although that period of testing, as
[01:34:47.040 --> 01:34:48.600] far as we know, was just still paperwork.
[01:34:48.600 --> 01:34:50.320] There's no actual physical testing involved.
[01:34:50.320 --> 01:34:53.960] Anyways, he goes back to his unit and soon thereafter leaves the Army.
[01:34:53.960 --> 01:34:58.360] He completely changed his personality from the super soldier, super motivated guy.
[01:34:58.360 --> 01:35:02.080] He was before he went to special forces training and afterwards seems just not to care about
[01:35:02.080 --> 01:35:05.720] the Army and quickly leaves as soon as his contract is done.
[01:35:05.720 --> 01:35:11.320] But his family was telling the FBI, why are you saying that he was not in the Army?
[01:35:11.320 --> 01:35:14.960] We were told that he was operating still under covert status.
[01:35:14.960 --> 01:35:19.800] He had told his family that he was approached during special operations selection to take
[01:35:19.800 --> 01:35:25.480] part in covert operations, to take part in silencing security risks, in fact to run drugs
[01:35:25.480 --> 01:35:27.600] also to fund these operations.
[01:35:27.600 --> 01:35:30.640] So it appears that he was still operating under the employee of the U.S. government.
[01:35:30.640 --> 01:35:35.880] In fact, Tim McVeigh told his first set of lawyers that he had been recruited to infiltrate
[01:35:35.880 --> 01:35:39.560] neo-Nazi activities while he was in the Army.
[01:35:39.560 --> 01:35:43.840] And then Wendy Painting, our writer and co-producer of the film, actually dug into the defense
[01:35:43.840 --> 01:35:49.680] archives that are stored at UT and finds that McVeigh was having hundreds of appointments
[01:35:49.680 --> 01:35:54.320] while he was in the Army, medical and dental, although he never complains of any health problems
[01:35:54.320 --> 01:35:55.320] himself.
[01:35:55.320 --> 01:35:59.440] To his lawyers or anyone else, he's having appointments constantly and this is totally
[01:35:59.440 --> 01:36:02.120] at odds with anyone's experience in the combat arms of the military.
[01:36:02.120 --> 01:36:06.560] You simply do not get that level of medical care unless you are a seriously sick man.
[01:36:06.560 --> 01:36:11.240] I have interviewed platoon members of McVeigh, someone who was in the tank with him in the
[01:36:11.240 --> 01:36:12.240] Gulf War.
[01:36:12.240 --> 01:36:13.480] And they said he was not sick.
[01:36:13.480 --> 01:36:15.000] He never missed training time.
[01:36:15.000 --> 01:36:16.440] So what do these appointments mean?
[01:36:16.440 --> 01:36:17.440] We do not know yet.
[01:36:17.440 --> 01:36:22.160] What we do know is that after McVeigh was captured, he was treated by Dr. Jolien West, one of
[01:36:22.160 --> 01:36:24.920] the premier microtrial experts in the history of this country.
[01:36:24.920 --> 01:36:26.880] He was with MK Ultra from its founding.
[01:36:26.880 --> 01:36:34.400] In fact, he was the court-appointed psychiatric person to Sir Hanserhan Jack Ruby and he consulted
[01:36:34.400 --> 01:36:36.760] on the Waco Siege.
[01:36:36.760 --> 01:36:39.840] And he was also operating under MK Ultra contract.
[01:36:39.840 --> 01:36:46.160] Later we find out that McVeigh is actually, his treatment is later shifted to a protege
[01:36:46.160 --> 01:36:49.560] of Dr. Jolien West, someone named Dr. John Smith.
[01:36:49.560 --> 01:36:54.840] Dr. John Smith, we later find out is chief of psychiatry at Guantanamo Bay, a known
[01:36:54.840 --> 01:36:56.840] mind control laboratory.
[01:36:56.840 --> 01:37:02.320] So does this mean that McVeigh was subjected to some sort of mind control conditioning?
[01:37:02.320 --> 01:37:03.320] We don't know.
[01:37:03.320 --> 01:37:05.520] What we do know is that he kept his mouth shut.
[01:37:05.520 --> 01:37:10.480] I have talked to defense investigators who spent many days at the same table with McVeigh
[01:37:10.480 --> 01:37:11.480] talking him.
[01:37:11.480 --> 01:37:15.640] And McVeigh told them he could not talk about the people he was working with he had given
[01:37:15.640 --> 01:37:16.640] his word.
[01:37:16.640 --> 01:37:17.640] Why did he stay quiet?
[01:37:17.640 --> 01:37:21.560] Perhaps the intervention of these known psychological mind control experts accounts
[01:37:21.560 --> 01:37:22.560] for that.
[01:37:22.560 --> 01:37:26.080] There still needs to be done in that realm, of course, but that is just some of the very
[01:37:26.080 --> 01:37:30.160] strange anomalies surrounding Tim McVeigh and his involvement in this bombing.
[01:37:30.160 --> 01:37:35.000] I have talked to someone who spent, who was his roommate in the barracks for years and
[01:37:35.000 --> 01:37:38.960] he said Tim McVeigh was incapable of independent action.
[01:37:38.960 --> 01:37:42.320] He could never come up with a scheme like this and pull it off on his own.
[01:37:42.320 --> 01:37:47.280] He said his quote was that if he told McVeigh to shine a rock, he would sit there and do
[01:37:47.280 --> 01:37:51.040] it until it's shine, but he was incapable of independent action.
[01:37:51.040 --> 01:37:53.160] Obviously, he was following orders.
[01:37:53.160 --> 01:37:59.440] Yeah, well, I just got to say this is just pretty outrageous, this level of healthcare
[01:37:59.440 --> 01:38:01.920] and especially with the cosmetic surgery.
[01:38:01.920 --> 01:38:06.200] And I couldn't remember if it was definitive in the interviews or if it was just suspicion
[01:38:06.200 --> 01:38:11.840] that he was having distinguishing markings and possibly even tattoos being removed like
[01:38:11.840 --> 01:38:12.840] moles and things like that.
[01:38:12.840 --> 01:38:16.680] Well, yes, he did have, he had moles removed while he was in the infantry branch of the
[01:38:16.680 --> 01:38:17.680] army.
[01:38:17.680 --> 01:38:20.560] I mean, I was in the infantry branch of the United States Marine Corps and I'm sure
[01:38:20.560 --> 01:38:21.560] it's not too different.
[01:38:21.560 --> 01:38:25.520] You don't get cosmetic surgery if you're in the military, they don't remove moles.
[01:38:25.520 --> 01:38:26.520] Elective cosmetic surgery.
[01:38:26.520 --> 01:38:31.560] I mean, it's not unheard of, but it's very rare and if there was anything that follows
[01:38:31.560 --> 01:38:35.280] any of these other types of operations and there were other look-alikes, any distinguishing
[01:38:35.280 --> 01:38:36.880] marks would have to be removed.
[01:38:36.880 --> 01:38:41.560] So that is another branch of investigation I think that needs to be followed up on.
[01:38:41.560 --> 01:38:47.760] And Tim McVeigh told Larry Nichols, the only convicted perpetrator, the accomplice, that
[01:38:47.760 --> 01:38:52.000] he was working for Larry Potts of the FBI in undercover operations.
[01:38:52.000 --> 01:38:56.280] He was mad at Larry Potts for switching targets at the last minute.
[01:38:56.280 --> 01:38:59.000] And that had to do with the Ruby Ridge situation.
[01:38:59.000 --> 01:39:02.120] Yes, and Larry Potts was hip-deep in Pat Kahn.
[01:39:02.120 --> 01:39:03.120] He was involved in Waco.
[01:39:03.120 --> 01:39:04.920] He was in charge of the Ruby Ridge operation.
[01:39:04.920 --> 01:39:07.560] He gave the orders to shoot Vicki Weaver.
[01:39:07.560 --> 01:39:10.160] So this man is a known murderer.
[01:39:10.160 --> 01:39:12.960] So he may very well have been in charge of this operation.
[01:39:12.960 --> 01:39:13.960] Who knows?
[01:39:13.960 --> 01:39:19.480] Well, one of the other things about another anomaly concerning Timothy McVeigh, and this
[01:39:19.480 --> 01:39:25.400] was gone over last night on your show, and folks, I strongly encourage you to download
[01:39:25.400 --> 01:39:30.640] the archive of Free Mind Report from last night because you guys interviewed Mr. Bill
[01:39:30.640 --> 01:39:38.840] Bean, who's a filmmaker, and he was on a tour of Army Base in, I believe, North Dakota,
[01:39:38.840 --> 01:39:48.320] where he filmed Timothy McVeigh on the Army Base a year and a half after Timothy McVeigh
[01:39:48.320 --> 01:39:51.200] supposedly was not in the Army anymore.
[01:39:51.200 --> 01:39:53.680] Now, that's some pretty serious information.
[01:39:53.680 --> 01:39:57.440] Yeah, we just released the interview that we had shot for the documentary that had to
[01:39:57.440 --> 01:39:58.440] be cut.
[01:39:58.440 --> 01:39:59.920] We just released that on Free Mind Report.
[01:39:59.920 --> 01:40:01.400] You can go to freemindeport.com.
[01:40:01.400 --> 01:40:04.120] It's the lead article, and you can see the YouTube video there.
[01:40:04.120 --> 01:40:09.000] Make sure and watch that and post it on YouTube, on Facebook and send it to your friends and
[01:40:09.000 --> 01:40:10.000] family.
[01:40:10.000 --> 01:40:13.440] Alex did a great job of interviewing Bill yesterday from our studio here in Oklahoma
[01:40:13.440 --> 01:40:19.520] City, and he posted that on InfoWars this morning, a beautiful job, the narrative, excellent
[01:40:19.520 --> 01:40:22.000] interview, and I watched it with Bill last night.
[01:40:22.000 --> 01:40:24.040] I got a subscription to Prison Planet.
[01:40:24.040 --> 01:40:29.840] We had the widescreen monitor at the house, and I said, Bill, you've got your new coming
[01:40:29.840 --> 01:40:30.840] here.
[01:40:30.840 --> 01:40:32.560] How many years have you had to keep this under wraps?
[01:40:32.560 --> 01:40:36.560] And we were just thoroughly impressed with what Alex and his crew did, so we appreciate
[01:40:36.560 --> 01:40:37.560] them doing that.
[01:40:37.560 --> 01:40:42.080] So, combined with our extended interview on Free Mind and that, there's no doubting
[01:40:42.080 --> 01:40:44.440] the veracity of his story.
[01:40:44.440 --> 01:40:49.000] The Bill Bean video has attracted a fair amount of controversy because some people insist
[01:40:49.000 --> 01:40:51.240] that the man in the videotape is not McVeigh.
[01:40:51.240 --> 01:40:53.160] Obviously, there's a very similar appearance.
[01:40:53.160 --> 01:40:56.000] In my personal opinion, it is very close.
[01:40:56.000 --> 01:41:01.080] But depending the side, Bill Bean took that footage and that tape to the University of
[01:41:01.080 --> 01:41:02.560] Utah, the Audio-Visual Department.
[01:41:02.560 --> 01:41:08.240] They conducted a series of tests, human and scientific, examining the frequencies of
[01:41:08.240 --> 01:41:13.760] the voice, and then doing a blind Pepsi challenge with witnesses comparing two tapes, the McVeigh
[01:41:13.760 --> 01:41:19.080] and the Bean tape, and listening to it and rating it, and these were trained observers,
[01:41:19.080 --> 01:41:20.080] and they, and it was blind.
[01:41:20.080 --> 01:41:22.000] They didn't know who they were listening to.
[01:41:22.000 --> 01:41:27.240] And at the conclusion of their report, Professor Blom said that he would testify in court that
[01:41:27.240 --> 01:41:32.560] the man in the Bill Bean tape based upon his scientific proof was Tim McVeigh.
[01:41:32.560 --> 01:41:37.160] You got people that are, you know, facial experts that say, yes, it is a match.
[01:41:37.160 --> 01:41:42.280] You got people that looked at his, the structure of his teeth that said, yes, that is a match.
[01:41:42.280 --> 01:41:44.560] So, you know, there are some detractors out there.
[01:41:44.560 --> 01:41:48.520] You know, this is a controversial subject, but I think that anybody out there that says
[01:41:48.520 --> 01:41:51.360] that they know for sure it's not him, you can't say that.
[01:41:51.360 --> 01:41:52.880] Can you say for sure it is him?
[01:41:52.880 --> 01:41:54.040] They can't say that either.
[01:41:54.040 --> 01:41:57.720] But what we can say is it strikes an extreme resemblance.
[01:41:57.720 --> 01:42:01.000] We've got credible experts that say that it is him.
[01:42:01.000 --> 01:42:05.280] And I think that, you know, it stands on its own.
[01:42:05.280 --> 01:42:09.600] I'd also like to add that Dr. Winnie Painting, a writer and producer, has compiled the most
[01:42:09.600 --> 01:42:14.120] extensive timeline of the known movements and activities of Tim McVeigh ever compiled
[01:42:14.120 --> 01:42:15.120] in.
[01:42:15.120 --> 01:42:16.120] That is an incredible piece of work.
[01:42:16.120 --> 01:42:20.920] And from the evidence in the FBI 302s, it appears that there may have been doubles at
[01:42:20.920 --> 01:42:23.040] work in this operation.
[01:42:23.040 --> 01:42:26.720] And if that man in that tape is not McVeigh, it's probably one of his doubles, because
[01:42:26.720 --> 01:42:31.440] for some reason the federal government decided to make Bill Bean's life a living hell for
[01:42:31.440 --> 01:42:32.680] a decade after that.
[01:42:32.680 --> 01:42:38.360] He was subjected to untold harassment, cutting the brake lines on the car, of his mother's
[01:42:38.360 --> 01:42:42.360] car, you know, hang up phone calls, slashing his tires, all kinds of things, following
[01:42:42.360 --> 01:42:45.280] him around the country, physical and personal threats.
[01:42:45.280 --> 01:42:50.360] Obviously, someone in a very great position of power did not want that tape coming out.
[01:42:50.360 --> 01:42:53.640] And as Chris was saying earlier, we really do think Alex Jones and the whole InfoWars
[01:42:53.640 --> 01:42:57.960] crew on getting Bill on the show, helping him get this information out there.
[01:42:57.960 --> 01:43:00.640] And they've been such a great help to us on promoting the movie.
[01:43:00.640 --> 01:43:04.280] You know, I encourage listeners to go to the InfoWars store, buy the DVD there.
[01:43:04.280 --> 01:43:05.920] They've had us on there several times.
[01:43:05.920 --> 01:43:10.200] A lot of the people we've interviewed in the movie have been guests on his show recently.
[01:43:10.200 --> 01:43:13.640] And just a big thank you to those guys for all their efforts in promoting the film.
[01:43:13.640 --> 01:43:14.640] Absolutely.
[01:43:14.640 --> 01:43:18.240] And one thing I wanted to comment about this Army base, I'm sorry, I forgot the name, but
[01:43:18.240 --> 01:43:24.520] this Army base was a special Army base where soldiers are trained in demolitions.
[01:43:24.520 --> 01:43:27.920] There was an engineering school there, yes, and we actually, in the being tape, they actually
[01:43:27.920 --> 01:43:31.280] have the explosives demolitions course going on with the literature there.
[01:43:31.280 --> 01:43:37.040] So, and that's helpful because McVay himself had no known explosive training while he was
[01:43:37.040 --> 01:43:38.040] in the military.
[01:43:38.040 --> 01:43:41.040] He would not have been able to construct any kind of bomb without some sort of supervision
[01:43:41.040 --> 01:43:42.040] and training.
[01:43:42.040 --> 01:43:45.200] So, that may have been one reason he was there, but we really don't know.
[01:43:45.200 --> 01:43:49.960] And folks, you can see the footage that Bill Bean took on this YouTube video.
[01:43:49.960 --> 01:43:54.560] Please go to anobleye.com to see the interview with Bill Bean and Bill Bean's footage.
[01:43:54.560 --> 01:43:56.560] We'll be right back for a final segment.
[01:43:56.560 --> 01:43:58.560] This is the rule of law.
[01:43:58.560 --> 01:44:01.080] Hey, did you hear?
[01:44:01.080 --> 01:44:03.480] Ron Paul has announced he's running for president in 2012.
[01:44:03.480 --> 01:44:04.480] Who's Ron Paul?
[01:44:04.480 --> 01:44:05.480] Really?
[01:44:05.480 --> 01:44:07.160] Okay, put down the cell phone for one minute.
[01:44:07.160 --> 01:44:10.160] Your friends really don't care about your Twitter updates on what you had for breakfast.
[01:44:10.160 --> 01:44:13.560] Oh, but I love to make those little smiley faces with punctuation marks.
[01:44:13.560 --> 01:44:14.560] Of course you do.
[01:44:14.560 --> 01:44:15.560] Now, listen closely.
[01:44:15.560 --> 01:44:18.680] You need to go down to Brave New Books and learn as much as you can about Ron Paul and
[01:44:18.680 --> 01:44:20.440] his message before it's too late.
[01:44:20.440 --> 01:44:23.160] They have all of his books and many of the books he talks about.
[01:44:23.160 --> 01:44:26.800] They also have t-shirts, bumper stickers, and yard signs so that you can show your support
[01:44:26.800 --> 01:44:27.800] for him during the campaign.
[01:44:27.800 --> 01:44:28.800] Brave New Books?
[01:44:28.800 --> 01:44:30.800] Did they have Harry Potter and Twilight?
[01:44:30.800 --> 01:44:35.040] No, but they do carry a large selection of survival and preparedness books to protect
[01:44:35.040 --> 01:44:36.520] your family in time of emergency.
[01:44:36.520 --> 01:44:39.280] Oh, that sounds like that show in the Discovery Channel.
[01:44:39.280 --> 01:44:43.160] Yeah, there's even a wilderness survival expert that teaches classes called Earth Skills
[01:44:43.160 --> 01:44:46.240] School that you can sign up for on the website bravenewbookstore.com.
[01:44:46.240 --> 01:44:47.240] What are you doing?
[01:44:47.240 --> 01:44:51.680] I'm tweeting all my friends that they should go to bravenewbookstore.com or down to the
[01:44:51.680 --> 01:44:52.680] bookstore in person.
[01:44:52.680 --> 01:44:53.680] Where's it located?
[01:44:53.680 --> 01:44:54.680] 1904 Guadalupe Street.
[01:44:54.680 --> 01:44:55.680] There, it's sent.
[01:44:55.680 --> 01:44:58.680] I even made a smiley face.
[01:44:58.680 --> 01:44:59.680] Great.

[01:46:07.720 --> 01:46:25.740] All rights reserved.
[01:46:25.740 --> 01:46:41.740] All right, somebody's gonna police the police, man.
[01:46:41.740 --> 01:46:46.060] Somebody's gonna bully the bully, and that would be us here on the rule of law.
[01:46:46.060 --> 01:46:51.960] And we're here with the free mind film producers, James Lane, Hollen van den Nuenhof, Chris
[01:46:51.960 --> 01:46:54.460] Emery, not necessarily in that order.
[01:46:54.460 --> 01:46:59.020] And I was very humbled and honored, and I still feel that way to have been selected
[01:46:59.020 --> 01:47:03.300] and chosen to be their sound editor for the movie.
[01:47:03.300 --> 01:47:06.740] That's my official title on the sound editor.
[01:47:06.740 --> 01:47:09.740] So I got to participate in making the film.
[01:47:09.740 --> 01:47:10.740] There you go.
[01:47:10.740 --> 01:47:11.740] You did a great job.
[01:47:11.740 --> 01:47:12.740] All right.
[01:47:12.740 --> 01:47:13.740] Well, thanks.
[01:47:13.740 --> 01:47:14.740] Everyone did a great job.
[01:47:14.740 --> 01:47:15.740] Like Hollen said, he's a team.
[01:47:15.740 --> 01:47:17.060] All right, we've got our final segment here.
[01:47:17.060 --> 01:47:20.860] One thing I wanted to go over, if we have time, was the Inspector General's report concerning
[01:47:20.860 --> 01:47:22.740] the FBI investigation.
[01:47:22.740 --> 01:47:27.540] That was covered in the movie, but if we don't get to that, folks, you'll just have to see
[01:47:27.540 --> 01:47:28.540] the movie.
[01:47:28.540 --> 01:47:30.020] We've got two callers on the board right now.
[01:47:30.020 --> 01:47:31.180] We've got Tony from Illinois.
[01:47:31.180 --> 01:47:32.980] Tony, thank you for calling in.
[01:47:32.980 --> 01:47:35.260] What is your question for free mind films producers?
[01:47:35.260 --> 01:47:37.300] A couple of questions.
[01:47:37.300 --> 01:47:46.740] First, after all your research, in your opinion, who was John Doe number two?
[01:47:46.740 --> 01:47:50.940] Well, based upon the known movements of the accomplices of Tim McVeigh, there were several
[01:47:50.940 --> 01:47:52.980] John Doe's.
[01:47:52.980 --> 01:47:54.580] There were people involved in parking the truck.
[01:47:54.580 --> 01:47:56.580] There were people involved in security around the perimeter.
[01:47:56.580 --> 01:47:58.140] There were people involved in his lookout positions.
[01:47:58.140 --> 01:48:00.260] There were people scouting.
[01:48:00.260 --> 01:48:01.860] There was not just one John Doe number two.
[01:48:01.860 --> 01:48:02.860] There were several.
[01:48:02.860 --> 01:48:04.460] We have identified one in the movie.
[01:48:04.460 --> 01:48:06.120] His name was Michael Brescia.
[01:48:06.120 --> 01:48:10.860] He matched the known sketch, one of the sketches of one of the John Doe's to a tee.
[01:48:10.860 --> 01:48:12.860] He was involved with the Erring and Republican Army.
[01:48:12.860 --> 01:48:16.980] He lived with Andy Strasbrough as someone who was witnessed by Jane Graham planting
[01:48:16.980 --> 01:48:21.300] bomb material in the basement of the building a couple days before.
[01:48:21.300 --> 01:48:24.220] Michael Brescia is one of the John Doe's.
[01:48:24.220 --> 01:48:29.500] He is now living in Canada and unmolested by any law enforcement agency.
[01:48:29.500 --> 01:48:32.940] There were other people involved, Hussain Al Hussaini.
[01:48:32.940 --> 01:48:37.500] There was an Arab component to this operation that we could not cover for a variety of reasons,
[01:48:37.500 --> 01:48:42.660] but one of the John Doe's was Al Hussain Hussaini and as confirmed by Oprah, a dozen
[01:48:42.660 --> 01:48:44.780] witnesses who said that was the man they saw with McVeigh.
[01:48:44.780 --> 01:48:48.540] I want to speak real quickly about the Arab connection too.
[01:48:48.540 --> 01:48:52.060] We didn't exclude that just because we don't believe that it's credible.
[01:48:52.060 --> 01:48:55.740] I mean, obviously there was an Arab connection within this operation.
[01:48:55.740 --> 01:49:01.100] The reason that I chose not to do that is because you've got former CIA director Woolsey
[01:49:01.100 --> 01:49:04.580] going around saying that, yes, Al Qaeda was involved and it seems like they want to take
[01:49:04.580 --> 01:49:11.540] control of this story a second time and steer that towards support for these bloody wars
[01:49:11.540 --> 01:49:12.700] of aggression.
[01:49:12.700 --> 01:49:15.540] I figure that most people that are going to delve into this are going to find the Arab
[01:49:15.540 --> 01:49:19.540] connection on their own and hopefully by that point they understand that Al Qaeda is actually
[01:49:19.540 --> 01:49:20.540] ran by CIA.
[01:49:20.540 --> 01:49:27.420] I was actually surprised at the long, defined that there is an Oklahoma connection to 9-11
[01:49:27.420 --> 01:49:28.420] as well.
[01:49:28.420 --> 01:49:34.900] Yes, that could be a whole other show, but in short, there was a definite connection
[01:49:34.900 --> 01:49:35.900] to 9-11.
[01:49:35.900 --> 01:49:39.380] Someone had been on his personal pilot, trained in Oklahoma, several of the hijackers trained
[01:49:39.380 --> 01:49:43.860] in Oklahoma at the same flight training school.
[01:49:43.860 --> 01:49:47.820] They were traveling through and from Oklahoma, getting speeding tickets here.
[01:49:47.820 --> 01:49:54.340] One of the CIA officers in charge of monitoring the Mohammed Atta in Germany later transferred
[01:49:54.340 --> 01:49:58.860] to Oklahoma and was working at the University of Oklahoma, a CIA officer in residence.
[01:49:58.860 --> 01:50:01.900] He was here at the same time that Mohammed Atta was having meetings with hijackers in
[01:50:01.900 --> 01:50:02.900] Oklahoma City.
[01:50:02.900 --> 01:50:07.340] Yes, it appears that there was an Oklahoma connection, that whatever terror cell, logistical
[01:50:07.340 --> 01:50:11.900] cell that was in place in Oklahoma City was reactivated again as support for the 9-11
[01:50:11.900 --> 01:50:12.900] operation.
[01:50:12.900 --> 01:50:17.380] Holland, didn't Timothy McVeyer stay in the same hotel with one of the supposedly 9-11
[01:50:17.380 --> 01:50:18.380] conspirators?
[01:50:18.380 --> 01:50:21.460] Yes, it's the same motel in the outskirts of Oklahoma City.
[01:50:21.460 --> 01:50:25.620] The Sands Motel, it's a cash only place, a lot of long-term residents.
[01:50:25.620 --> 01:50:27.820] Tim McVey was staying at that motel.
[01:50:27.820 --> 01:50:32.260] He was seen there with Hussein Ahusseini and a rider truck and a convoy of vehicles that
[01:50:32.260 --> 01:50:34.540] left early that morning of April 19.
[01:50:34.540 --> 01:50:39.340] A couple years later, you have some of the 9-11 hijackers staying in that motel, meeting
[01:50:39.340 --> 01:50:43.260] with each other at the same time that the CIA case officer in charge of them in Germany
[01:50:43.260 --> 01:50:45.140] is in Oklahoma City also.
[01:50:45.140 --> 01:50:49.500] That motel, because of its relative isolation and the fact that there's no paper trail
[01:50:49.500 --> 01:50:52.260] if you wish it to be, is a popular resort.
[01:50:52.260 --> 01:50:56.420] They actually used the same place, so it was obviously the same logistical cell involved.
[01:50:56.420 --> 01:50:57.420] Amazing.
[01:50:57.420 --> 01:51:00.700] Okay, Tony, do you have any other questions?
[01:51:00.700 --> 01:51:11.060] One, have you guys been able to secure any major, or schedule any major interviews on
[01:51:11.060 --> 01:51:14.820] really big shows like Coast to Coast or anything like that?
[01:51:14.820 --> 01:51:20.900] Yes, we have a tentative arrangement to be on Coast to Coast, I believe next Saturday.
[01:51:20.900 --> 01:51:24.180] Has Ventura ever done anything on Oklahoma City?
[01:51:24.180 --> 01:51:30.220] No, in fact, we encourage her to get a hold of him, send him emails and have him do a story
[01:51:30.220 --> 01:51:31.660] on Oklahoma City bombing.
[01:51:31.660 --> 01:51:36.340] We'd be happy to spy him with whatever details and footage he needs.
[01:51:36.340 --> 01:51:38.580] Aren't you guys also going to be on Russia today?
[01:51:38.580 --> 01:51:43.420] We've got a couple leads on that, nothing solid just yet.
[01:51:43.420 --> 01:51:48.420] We've also been in communication with Newsweek and various other media outlets, but those,
[01:51:48.420 --> 01:51:51.940] I think everybody's, they're getting through their screeners, it was after the holidays
[01:51:51.940 --> 01:51:56.460] and now they're looking at the DVD now, and so I believe that those will be coming out
[01:51:56.460 --> 01:51:57.940] over the next month or so.
[01:51:57.940 --> 01:52:01.220] All right, thank you for your call, Tony.
[01:52:01.220 --> 01:52:05.300] The hidden blessing on this thing is the timing, I don't think we can really fully appreciate
[01:52:05.300 --> 01:52:11.260] on the lead up to the anniversary what publicity we'll get and hopefully it'll be in a good
[01:52:11.260 --> 01:52:12.260] way.
[01:52:12.260 --> 01:52:14.700] So we're just pretty much just scratching the surface right now.
[01:52:14.700 --> 01:52:19.420] Yes, and y'all keep selling out every time you order a run at the duplicator and you
[01:52:19.420 --> 01:52:22.860] haven't even kicked into high-gear promo mode yet, this is fantastic.
[01:52:22.860 --> 01:52:26.580] Okay, we've got one more caller on the board, LG from Texas.
[01:52:26.580 --> 01:52:29.660] LG, what is your question on the Oklahoma City bombing?
[01:52:29.660 --> 01:52:30.660] Hello, River.
[01:52:30.660 --> 01:52:35.660] First off, I want to thank you, Randy and Eddie, for what you do.
[01:52:35.660 --> 01:52:39.180] I'm truly humbled by the work that you guys put in.
[01:52:39.180 --> 01:52:42.860] And the two fellows that are, that have made the movie, I have not seen, I just heard about
[01:52:42.860 --> 01:52:46.060] it recently, but I will look into that and sound like some good work.
[01:52:46.060 --> 01:52:49.420] Okay, what is your question specifically about the Oklahoma City bombing?
[01:52:49.420 --> 01:52:52.180] Because we're only taking calls for our guests right now.
[01:52:52.180 --> 01:52:56.380] Okay, well, it's not about the Oklahoma City bombing.
[01:52:56.380 --> 01:52:58.100] Do you have questions for our guests?
[01:52:58.100 --> 01:52:59.100] No, I just...
[01:52:59.100 --> 01:53:00.100] Okay, all right.
[01:53:00.100 --> 01:53:01.700] Then can you please call back tomorrow night?
[01:53:01.700 --> 01:53:05.500] My call screener should have told you, and I believe he did, that we're only taking calls
[01:53:05.500 --> 01:53:07.300] on topic for our guests right now.
[01:53:07.300 --> 01:53:08.860] So just call back in tomorrow night.
[01:53:08.860 --> 01:53:09.860] Thank you, LG.
[01:53:09.860 --> 01:53:14.100] All right, we've got about five minutes left in the program.
[01:53:14.100 --> 01:53:19.500] And callers, if you do have a question on topic for our guests, 512-646-1984, I've said
[01:53:19.500 --> 01:53:24.420] that many times during the show tonight already, but perhaps LG wasn't listening or he may
[01:53:24.420 --> 01:53:25.660] have just tuned in.
[01:53:25.660 --> 01:53:27.580] Okay, we've got five minutes left.
[01:53:27.580 --> 01:53:33.700] Chris, I would like you to go over the Inspector General's report that basically blasted the
[01:53:33.700 --> 01:53:36.260] FBI's handling of the case.
[01:53:36.260 --> 01:53:41.380] All right, I'll just do a couple of minutes here and then James can do a follow-up.
[01:53:41.380 --> 01:53:46.420] Dr. Frederick Brighthurst was specifically asked, actually he was a very qualified scientist,
[01:53:46.420 --> 01:53:53.300] one of the best at the FBI lab in Washington, D.C., and we found out several years after
[01:53:53.300 --> 01:53:58.180] the bombing that he was specifically asked not to come to Oklahoma City to help investigate
[01:53:58.180 --> 01:53:59.180] the case.
[01:53:59.180 --> 01:54:05.100] They sent one of his, as he later referred to, his flunkies, a doctor, actually David
[01:54:05.100 --> 01:54:11.260] Williams, they called him the Super Dave, who had personal issues in addition to basically
[01:54:11.260 --> 01:54:16.620] subpar quality work in the FBI lab in Washington, D.C., they had to deal with on a regular basis.
[01:54:16.620 --> 01:54:22.860] And it was Dr. Williams' work, and this is quoted in the movie as he was presenting
[01:54:22.860 --> 01:54:26.460] it as fact in the report, but it was just seed of the pants estimates.
[01:54:26.460 --> 01:54:30.140] So here we have the worst case of terrorism in the history of the U.S. at the time, and
[01:54:30.140 --> 01:54:34.300] this guy is basically just making things up as he's going along, and I'm being very
[01:54:34.300 --> 01:54:35.940] tactful about that.
[01:54:35.940 --> 01:54:42.220] There's the final, actually there's one paragraph, and I have the actual copy of the report that
[01:54:42.220 --> 01:54:50.180] Dr. Brighthurst sent to us on a DVD, and it is from the U.S. Department of Justice.gov
[01:54:50.180 --> 01:54:51.780] website.
[01:54:51.780 --> 01:54:54.540] And interesting thing about this report, it was 33 pages.
[01:54:54.540 --> 01:55:01.980] It was put out in March of 1997, migrating with a trial until May of that year, so Judge
[01:55:01.980 --> 01:55:03.380] May put it under seal.
[01:55:03.380 --> 01:55:07.300] He wouldn't let the prosecution, he wouldn't let the defense counsel, nor the jury members
[01:55:07.300 --> 01:55:09.060] see this report.
[01:55:09.060 --> 01:55:13.580] If they would have seen this, it would have changed the basically landscape of the entire
[01:55:13.580 --> 01:55:16.580] case, and the outcome would have been drastically different.
[01:55:16.580 --> 01:55:20.660] There would have been more people hauled in the court and indicted, but this was a case
[01:55:20.660 --> 01:55:21.940] of selective prosecution.
[01:55:21.940 --> 01:55:26.580] So anyway, let me just read a few key sentences, and then I'll let the other guys elaborate.
[01:55:26.580 --> 01:55:33.100] And this is regarding David Williams, the conclusion, part five, page 32 of 33.
[01:55:33.100 --> 01:55:35.700] Williams' report contained several serious flaws.
[01:55:35.700 --> 01:55:41.260] His opinion as to the velocity over distance, VOD of the main charge, was unjustifiable.
[01:55:41.260 --> 01:55:44.180] His statement of the VOD of ANFO was incomplete.
[01:55:44.180 --> 01:55:48.700] His categorical identification of the main charge of ANFO was inappropriate.
[01:55:48.700 --> 01:55:53.060] His estimate of the weight of the main charge was too specific and based in part on improper
[01:55:53.060 --> 01:55:54.060] grounds.
[01:55:54.060 --> 01:55:58.820] His conclusion as to the containers for the main charge was unjustifiably categorical.
[01:55:58.820 --> 01:56:02.780] His categorical identification of the initiator for the booster was improper.
[01:56:02.780 --> 01:56:07.220] His conclusions concerning a non-electric detonator, the fuse, and the time delay were
[01:56:07.220 --> 01:56:09.740] scientifically insupportable.
[01:56:09.740 --> 01:56:10.740] Shall I continue?
[01:56:10.740 --> 01:56:14.820] I mean, this is pretty much not only to get kicked, he got pummeled in completely just
[01:56:14.820 --> 01:56:17.260] a bloody pulp by the end of this report.
[01:56:17.260 --> 01:56:22.100] Well, Whitehurst actually put his entire career on the line to get this out, you know, and
[01:56:22.100 --> 01:56:26.580] I mean, he's in the movie, you know, we've got a news clip of him where he's saying,
[01:56:26.580 --> 01:56:32.340] you know, this forensics department is supposedly, you know, this world-class forensics department
[01:56:32.340 --> 01:56:37.820] and they're making seed of the past estimates to keep them in line with the official story.
[01:56:37.820 --> 01:56:41.460] Whitehurst says at the end of that interview, he says these people knew doggone well what
[01:56:41.460 --> 01:56:42.460] they were doing.
[01:56:42.460 --> 01:56:47.780] You know, now as a whistleblower, you know, he faced all kinds of repercussions for being
[01:56:47.780 --> 01:56:49.700] able to, for standing up for the truth.
[01:56:49.700 --> 01:56:56.420] And so he's a very brave man, I think really shows not just how sloppy the FBI was, how
[01:56:56.420 --> 01:57:00.380] willfully, you know, they were lying.
[01:57:00.380 --> 01:57:07.180] Yeah, and guess what, Dr. Whitehurst's report did not make it into the trial of Timothy
[01:57:07.180 --> 01:57:08.180] today.
[01:57:08.180 --> 01:57:09.180] No, it was under seal.
[01:57:09.180 --> 01:57:13.140] In other sentences, these errors were all tilted in such a way as to incriminate the
[01:57:13.140 --> 01:57:14.140] defendants.
[01:57:14.140 --> 01:57:18.100] We are troubled that the opinions in Williams' report may have been tailored to conform to
[01:57:18.100 --> 01:57:20.540] the evidence associated with the defendants.
[01:57:20.540 --> 01:57:25.020] We conclude that Williams failed to present an objective, unbiased, competent report.
[01:57:25.020 --> 01:57:26.020] Boom.
[01:57:26.020 --> 01:57:30.860] And the federal judge sealed, the federal judge seals the inspector general's report.
[01:57:30.860 --> 01:57:31.860] Yes.
[01:57:31.860 --> 01:57:32.860] Unbelievable.
[01:57:32.860 --> 01:57:34.380] Never once you're trial.
[01:57:34.380 --> 01:57:35.380] Unbelievable.
[01:57:35.380 --> 01:57:36.940] All right, we have about a minute and a half left.
[01:57:36.940 --> 01:57:39.220] It looks like we've got John Bush on the line.
[01:57:39.220 --> 01:57:41.620] John Bush, you have a question or a comment here for the Oklahoma crew?
[01:57:41.620 --> 01:57:43.140] Yeah, I'll make it quick.
[01:57:43.140 --> 01:57:45.740] Just saw the documentary about four days ago.
[01:57:45.740 --> 01:57:46.740] Really, really liked it.
[01:57:46.740 --> 01:57:48.660] I appreciate how it told the human side of everything.
[01:57:48.660 --> 01:57:51.940] And I especially like the stories of Terrence Yeekey and Trinadu.
[01:57:51.940 --> 01:57:52.940] That was very powerful.
[01:57:52.940 --> 01:57:54.940] You know, two thumbs up.
[01:57:54.940 --> 01:57:55.940] Love the film.
[01:57:55.940 --> 01:57:56.940] Thanks John.
[01:57:56.940 --> 01:57:57.940] Real fast at the bookstore.
[01:57:57.940 --> 01:58:02.140] My only question was, you know, I was looking forward the whole time for the hard hitting
[01:58:02.140 --> 01:58:03.140] stuff from Wendy Bird.
[01:58:03.140 --> 01:58:07.260] It didn't seem to go over a lot of the MK Ultra connection there with McBae.
[01:58:07.260 --> 01:58:08.260] What was that all about?
[01:58:08.260 --> 01:58:11.620] Well, once again, time constraints and the fact that the purpose of the movie was to
[01:58:11.620 --> 01:58:14.140] demonstrate that the official story is it was a lie.
[01:58:14.140 --> 01:58:15.140] And we had to cut out a lot.
[01:58:15.140 --> 01:58:18.820] And we actually will be covering most of that material in our followup project when we start
[01:58:18.820 --> 01:58:19.820] next month.
[01:58:19.820 --> 01:58:20.820] Cool.
[01:58:20.820 --> 01:58:21.820] Yeah.
[01:58:21.820 --> 01:58:25.020] And John, also on the anniversary edition release of this film, there's going to be extended
[01:58:25.020 --> 01:58:26.020] interviews.
[01:58:26.020 --> 01:58:29.980] And so I would suspect they're likely going to be putting some of that information there
[01:58:29.980 --> 01:58:30.980] as well.
[01:58:30.980 --> 01:58:31.980] Oh yeah.
[01:58:31.980 --> 01:58:32.980] Thank you, John.
[01:58:32.980 --> 01:58:33.980] Yeah.
[01:58:33.980 --> 01:58:34.980] Y'all keep it up.
[01:58:34.980 --> 01:58:35.980] The movie was great.
[01:58:35.980 --> 01:58:36.980] We're spreading it like wildfire down here.
[01:58:36.980 --> 01:58:37.980] All right.
[01:58:37.980 --> 01:58:38.980] Thank you, John.
[01:58:38.980 --> 01:58:39.980] Thank you, John.
[01:58:39.980 --> 01:58:40.980] All right.
[01:58:40.980 --> 01:58:41.980] We've got 20 seconds left.
[01:58:41.980 --> 01:58:42.980] Please go to a noble lie.com to get the film.
[01:58:42.980 --> 01:58:45.980] Folks, guys, any closing comments?

[01:58:52.300 --> 01:58:53.300] on this.
[01:58:53.300 --> 01:58:54.300] All right.
[01:58:54.300 --> 01:58:55.300] Thank y'all.
