[00:00.000 --> 00:05.000] This news brief brought to you by the International Newsnet.
[00:05.000 --> 00:09.720] After weeks of denials, the Ethiopian government Friday admitted to rejoin the battle against
[00:09.720 --> 00:11.960] militants in neighboring Somalia.
[00:11.960 --> 00:17.480] The arrival of Ethiopian troops, who left in 2009 after a two-year campaign, butchressed
[00:17.480 --> 00:22.280] efforts by the African Union against Islamic militants in the region.
[00:22.280 --> 00:26.480] Ethiopia had initially denied high-witness reports its troops crossed the border in
[00:26.480 --> 00:27.480] November.
[00:27.480 --> 00:34.880] Dr. Edward Dower, head of radiology at Florida Medical Center, says naked body scanners can
[00:34.880 --> 00:41.040] cause cancer, particularly in those over 65 and in women who are genetically prone to breast
[00:41.040 --> 00:42.040] cancer.
[00:42.040 --> 00:48.560] Dr. Dower said even small doses of radiation emitted from the machines are toxic and represent
[00:48.560 --> 00:52.560] additional exposure that could lead to the onset of cancer.
[00:52.560 --> 00:57.520] The transportation safety administration insists the ionizing radiation from its body
[00:57.520 --> 01:00.960] scanners is minimal.
[01:00.960 --> 01:04.840] The Philippine government has ordered the shutdown of gold mining tunnels threatened
[01:04.840 --> 01:10.320] by landslides in Pantukan township, where a chunk of a mountain tumbled down on sleeping
[01:10.320 --> 01:14.720] residents before dawn Thursday, killing at these 27 people.
[01:14.720 --> 01:20.520] An estimated 1,000 mining tunnels honeycomb the hills and mountains in Pantukan causing
[01:20.520 --> 01:23.760] frequent accidents.
[01:23.760 --> 01:29.240] Jack Gerard, president of the American Petroleum Institute, Wednesday warned Barack Obama to
[01:29.240 --> 01:33.440] approve the Keystone XL OL Pipeline or ELSE.
[01:33.440 --> 01:39.200] Gerard said, quote, clearly the Keystone XL Pipeline is in the national interest.
[01:39.200 --> 01:44.080] A determination to decide anything less will have huge political consequences.
[01:44.080 --> 01:49.240] Provisions tied to a bill extending a payroll tax break for millions of Americans that was
[01:49.240 --> 01:54.440] passed in December will force Obama to decide whether it's in the national interest to allow
[01:54.440 --> 01:56.480] the pipeline to be open.
[01:56.480 --> 02:01.520] Critics say the XL, which would carry Tar Sam's crude from Canada to refineries on the Gulf
[02:01.520 --> 02:05.240] Coast, will have a devastating impact on the environment.
[02:05.240 --> 02:10.760] Gerard's speech marked the launch of the Petroleum Institute's latest campaign to publicize
[02:10.760 --> 02:14.480] the oil and gas industry's agenda.
[02:14.480 --> 02:19.400] Afghan President Hamid Karzai has made a bid to rest back control of the peace process
[02:19.400 --> 02:24.320] with the Taliban by demanding the U.S. hand over control of their detention facility at
[02:24.320 --> 02:26.640] Bagram within a month.
[02:26.640 --> 02:32.320] Karzai also said he wanted all Afghan citizens held by coalition troops passed into Afghan
[02:32.320 --> 02:33.400] hands.
[02:33.400 --> 02:37.720] This week the U.S. made clear it was prepared to release senior members of the Taliban
[02:37.720 --> 02:42.920] held at Guantanamo as part of a peace process that included the Taliban's announcement it
[02:42.920 --> 02:45.200] was opening an office in Qatar.
[02:45.200 --> 02:49.560] Senior officials in Karzai's administration have downplayed the peace process because
[02:49.560 --> 02:51.680] they were not initially involved.
[02:51.680 --> 02:55.600] The Taliban have said their counterpart in any peace talks would be the U.S. and its
[02:55.600 --> 03:00.360] western allies and have excluded Karzai's administration, which includes members of
[03:00.360 --> 03:17.800] his old enemy, the Northern Alliance.
[03:30.360 --> 03:47.960] All right, folks, welcome to the rule of law radio Friday night for our marathon.
[03:47.960 --> 03:54.160] It is January 6th, 2012, this is Eddie Craig with Randy Kelton, Debra Stevens.
[03:54.160 --> 03:55.160] Debra will be out tonight.
[03:55.160 --> 04:03.560] He is still working on his Oklahoma City movie and we are going to have a guest tonight
[04:03.560 --> 04:07.320] if we can manage to get him pulled up on the sky if I'm still trying to integrate Randy
[04:07.320 --> 04:10.440] and he into this conversation here.
[04:10.440 --> 04:14.840] So please bear with me in that regard, we'll see if we can't get everything connected
[04:14.840 --> 04:17.120] up and going.
[04:17.120 --> 04:24.640] Right now I want to go ahead and try one more time to get Randy back into the conversation.
[04:24.640 --> 04:30.520] So hang on, bear with me just a second, folks, and I'll see what I can do with this.
[04:30.520 --> 04:37.200] But in the meantime, I hope everyone had a happy New Year and everything.
[04:37.200 --> 04:40.200] That was a good Christmas.
[04:40.200 --> 04:45.080] I would hope that everybody got to be with friends and family and that everything went
[04:45.080 --> 04:47.520] well.
[04:47.520 --> 04:52.520] Tonight on this show, there are several things that we want to get into, most of which is
[04:52.520 --> 04:56.400] Randy's guest, I'm assuming, but I don't yet have the details into exactly what that
[04:56.400 --> 04:59.640] is going to be.
[04:59.640 --> 05:03.840] At the moment, it's not letting me add him back into the conversation on the fly here
[05:03.840 --> 05:06.940] so that in and of itself is going to be a problem.
[05:06.940 --> 05:11.160] So I have to get that going as we can.
[05:11.160 --> 05:16.080] Right now, I would also like to remind folks that this coming weekend, this Sunday, the
[05:16.080 --> 05:20.360] classes down at Brave New Books are resuming.
[05:20.360 --> 05:26.160] We did not have one on January 1, of course, and we did not have one on Christmas Day.
[05:26.160 --> 05:32.400] But the classes are beginning again this weekend from two to five, from five to six.
[05:32.400 --> 05:39.160] We have direct discussion over individual issues that are up and about.
[05:39.160 --> 05:48.320] So just be aware that classes will continue as normal right now.
[05:48.320 --> 05:53.440] And everything, bring your friends, bring your family, we need to get caught back up
[05:53.440 --> 05:54.440] on these classes.
[05:54.440 --> 06:01.280] I do have several suggestions as to what we want to start doing as far as holding mock
[06:01.280 --> 06:03.280] trials and getting things to that nature.
[06:03.280 --> 06:08.760] Folks, we need you to come down and to learn this and participate.
[06:08.760 --> 06:13.000] We cannot fight these people unless we know what we're doing.
[06:13.000 --> 06:20.400] And until we actively participate, then we don't know what we're doing.
[06:20.400 --> 06:27.720] And if we're going into court when nothing better to do than just lose, then what's the
[06:27.720 --> 06:28.920] point?
[06:28.920 --> 06:33.120] And right now, that is exactly what we're doing is we're going into court and we're
[06:33.120 --> 06:37.320] losing if we're not practiced up.
[06:37.320 --> 06:44.560] Now I'm saying that with tongue in cheek because those folks that are coming to class actually
[06:44.560 --> 06:49.920] are being successful.
[06:49.920 --> 06:53.200] We've got a total now of over 80 cases.
[06:53.200 --> 06:59.160] Out of those, we've only lost five or five tickets, rather.
[06:59.160 --> 07:02.720] These five tickets belong to two individuals.
[07:02.720 --> 07:08.360] So out of each case, these two individuals have had, we've lost a five out of a total
[07:08.360 --> 07:11.400] of 80 somewhere between all the people we've helped.
[07:11.400 --> 07:14.920] Randy, did you have any luck on getting your guest aboard?
[07:14.920 --> 07:18.200] Yeah, well, you have to call him.
[07:18.200 --> 07:19.200] He's ready.
[07:19.200 --> 07:20.200] Okay.
[07:20.200 --> 07:24.600] I've actually got to get him up in the contacts list here.
[07:24.600 --> 07:26.400] He's still not showing up in the contacts.
[07:26.400 --> 07:27.400] Okay.
[07:27.400 --> 07:28.400] He's accepted it.
[07:28.400 --> 07:31.920] It's Skype that's holding up.
[07:31.920 --> 07:44.720] This is Phil Free from, he's in Australia, and he has a different take on, an interesting
[07:44.720 --> 07:50.920] take on how to go after these guys and on what your purpose is in going to court.
[07:50.920 --> 07:52.240] I don't want to give it away.
[07:52.240 --> 07:58.960] I want to give him to tell it so we should have him up shortly.
[07:58.960 --> 08:05.120] In the meantime, there was one thing I started to address, and David told me I didn't finish
[08:05.120 --> 08:06.680] it last night.
[08:06.680 --> 08:11.760] It was about the contempt hearing.
[08:11.760 --> 08:14.320] I went to the contempt hearing.
[08:14.320 --> 08:23.320] He charged me with two contempts, had two charges of contempt, and because there were
[08:23.320 --> 08:30.800] two, I asked for a jury trial, but when we got into the hearing, the prosecutor asked
[08:30.800 --> 08:35.920] the judge to dismiss one of them.
[08:35.920 --> 08:37.720] This is a part I didn't tell.
[08:37.720 --> 08:45.040] The reason he asked the judge to dismiss one of them is so that they could deny me a jury
[08:45.040 --> 08:46.040] trial.
[08:46.040 --> 08:53.800] If there's only one contempt charge, they can have the hearing without a jury and there's
[08:53.800 --> 08:59.960] no appeal, or supposedly there's no appeal.
[08:59.960 --> 09:06.240] So I had two contempt charges, and when we come into court, I had filed a motion for
[09:06.240 --> 09:13.200] a jury trial and included the case law in my filing, and now they said, oops, we got
[09:13.200 --> 09:17.720] a problem, and they dropped one of them so they could deny me a jury trial.
[09:17.720 --> 09:23.240] That was something I wanted to address, and we have a couple of people that should be
[09:23.240 --> 09:30.480] calling in tonight to have some particular issues they want to address on the, on, uh,
[09:30.480 --> 09:33.480] uh, here we go.
[09:33.480 --> 09:35.480] Hello.
[09:35.480 --> 09:38.480] G'day, mate.
[09:38.480 --> 09:40.480] G'day.
[09:40.480 --> 09:51.480] Okay, this is fail-free from, uh, Australia, and, uh, I was telling everyone that you have
[09:51.480 --> 09:58.400] a, an interesting take on how to conduct yourself before the courts.
[09:58.400 --> 10:05.480] So I'm going to turn this over to you and have you give us some instruction on how we're
[10:05.480 --> 10:08.360] to conduct ourselves.
[10:08.360 --> 10:13.360] What our purpose is, and, and, okay, go ahead.
[10:13.360 --> 10:15.560] Well, hi, Andy.
[10:15.560 --> 10:16.560] Thanks for having me on.
[10:16.560 --> 10:23.600] Um, yeah, I guess a lot of people fall into, um, into the track where they try and play
[10:23.600 --> 10:26.640] a game and not know the rules.
[10:26.640 --> 10:32.400] First of all, if you ever have the misfortune of having to go to court, and my advice to
[10:32.400 --> 10:36.720] anyone would be trying to avoid that place at all costs, but if you find that you have
[10:36.720 --> 10:40.400] to go there, well, at least know what the purpose is and what you're going there for
[10:40.400 --> 10:42.640] in the first place.
[10:42.640 --> 10:49.560] So really if you look at the court rules, um, anyone that goes to court pretty much
[10:49.560 --> 10:54.200] goes there for one reason, that's to meet your accuser, question your accuser and test
[10:54.200 --> 10:59.280] the evidence under penalty of perjury and under oath.
[10:59.280 --> 11:05.280] The magistrate cannot act as, uh, the prosecution because he's involving himself in the matter.
[11:05.280 --> 11:07.920] So when you go to court, there's a few things that you do.
[11:07.920 --> 11:12.240] You've got an opening statement which says, I am here in such and such a matter relating
[11:12.240 --> 11:16.800] such and such, and that's whatever you're opening statement may be.
[11:16.800 --> 11:21.120] That's the magistrate addressing the court, who you are and what you're here for.
[11:21.120 --> 11:26.200] Anything after that statement should be, is, I'm ready to question the accuser, can you
[11:26.200 --> 11:30.640] please ask the accuser, you're duly sworn in so I can begin my examination.
[11:30.640 --> 11:31.640] That's it.
[11:31.640 --> 11:37.760] The magistrate has to sit there as an impartial adjudicator to oversee the matter and not
[11:37.760 --> 11:40.000] involve himself in the matter.
[11:40.000 --> 11:45.040] As soon as he does so, he, that is, um, rule for disqualification.
[11:45.040 --> 11:49.320] He must disqualify or accuse himself, um, and remove himself from the matter because
[11:49.320 --> 11:56.280] he can no longer act, um, or, or preside over the matter impartially.
[11:56.280 --> 12:02.640] That's step one.
[12:02.640 --> 12:05.160] Now we're just beating up with a chair in step two.
[12:05.160 --> 12:06.160] Yeah.
[12:06.160 --> 12:07.160] Okay.
[12:07.160 --> 12:08.160] Yeah.
[12:08.160 --> 12:09.160] Okay.
[12:09.160 --> 12:19.960] Uh, go to the, the issue of indentured servitude, uh, servitude for forced labor.
[12:19.960 --> 12:21.440] Forced labor, yes.
[12:21.440 --> 12:22.440] Yeah.
[12:22.440 --> 12:23.440] Okay.
[12:23.440 --> 12:30.400] So, there's a, um, Geneva Convention 1930, if you'd like to look it up, was a convention
[12:30.400 --> 12:32.080] on forced labor.
[12:32.080 --> 12:42.600] And the convention, um, pretty much says that the definition of forced labor, he says,
[12:42.600 --> 12:49.800] a convention defined the forced labor as all work or services which is exhausted from
[12:49.800 --> 12:54.840] any person under the means of any penalty or for which the said person has not offered
[12:54.840 --> 12:57.400] himself voluntarily.
[12:57.400 --> 13:04.760] So if you do not offer yourself voluntary to perform any tasks or any services, the only
[13:04.760 --> 13:10.360] way anyone can force you to do anything is by compulsion or by force, which in hence
[13:10.360 --> 13:15.480] means enslaving you or, um, forcing you to do something against your will, all of which
[13:15.480 --> 13:23.040] are criminal offenses, civilly, um, and internationally.
[13:23.040 --> 13:35.880] So if I am coerced into an adhesion contract in, in wherein I am brought under the apparent
[13:35.880 --> 13:45.960] authority of a particular jurisdiction, but I haven't done so intentionally or with full
[13:45.960 --> 13:53.960] knowledge, then anything I was required to do for them would come under forced labor.
[13:53.960 --> 13:56.400] Yes, that is correct.
[13:56.400 --> 14:04.360] But the first rule of law in that regard is know who you are and where jurisdiction presides.
[14:04.360 --> 14:09.120] If you consider yourself to be a citizen, if you consider yourself to be a person, if
[14:09.120 --> 14:14.320] you consider yourself to be any fictitious or false entity, um, the jurisdiction would
[14:14.320 --> 14:19.840] like to have you believed in that for means that yes, I agree that I am that entity and
[14:19.840 --> 14:23.720] therefore I have these obligations and responsibilities.
[14:23.720 --> 14:27.080] So first rule of law, know thyself, who are you?
[14:27.080 --> 14:32.080] Are you a person, are you a citizen, are you, um, a living soul?
[14:32.080 --> 14:36.400] Which if you're, if you're, if you're someone of faith, if you look in the Bible, I don't
[14:36.400 --> 14:43.000] believe the Bible has any reference to persons because persons, uh, and meanings of agents
[14:43.000 --> 14:47.480] in bankruptcies, corporations, fictitious entities, et cetera, et cetera.
[14:47.480 --> 14:50.320] So what kind of person are you referring to?
[14:50.320 --> 14:56.760] If we're all, if we're all, um, created by the creator and we're usually asked to swear
[14:56.760 --> 15:02.160] on the Bible, then am I not a living soul or at least if I'm of white descent, am I
[15:02.160 --> 15:04.160] not Caucasian?
[15:04.160 --> 15:09.480] Where does it say in law that any law has jurisdiction over living souls or Caucasians?
[15:09.480 --> 15:10.480] There is no such thing.
[15:10.480 --> 15:15.280] So first of all, if you want to argue that thing, know who you are.
[15:15.280 --> 15:27.160] Okay, um, I'm, I'm, I'm interesting in the difference between the Australian perspective
[15:27.160 --> 15:30.560] and the American perspective.
[15:30.560 --> 15:36.400] So far I don't hear a difference and I find that interesting in, in looking at Australian
[15:36.400 --> 15:45.520] law, uh, it's, it's clearer that American law is modeled after Australian law.
[15:45.520 --> 15:52.320] How do you avoid coming under jurisdiction in Australia?
[15:52.320 --> 15:56.680] Well, that's a very good question.
[15:56.680 --> 16:05.060] And, um, the hardest thing to do is overcome the corruption and taking corruption on head
[16:05.060 --> 16:09.600] on is very difficult because they don't like to expose themselves.
[16:09.600 --> 16:15.920] But exposure is, um, I believe the best way that you can fight it because that's one thing
[16:15.920 --> 16:17.600] that they can't avoid.
[16:17.600 --> 16:21.680] You go into a courtroom, they're close to doors behind you and, you know, they've got
[16:21.680 --> 16:25.720] your hook, line and sinker, they can do whatever they want.
[16:25.720 --> 16:34.920] But if you, I believe if you try to avoid, avoid that and expose the hypocrisy by, um,
[16:34.920 --> 16:40.000] I'll go into that a little bit, um, later in, in, in my notes here, in requirements,
[16:40.000 --> 16:45.680] if you question, you'll require and put proper questions in there and ask them to require
[16:45.680 --> 16:51.640] them to answer them, you'll be able to trap them into their own hypocrisy.
[16:51.640 --> 16:55.960] Okay, this is, we're about to go to break, go ahead, go ahead.
[16:55.960 --> 16:56.960] Yeah, we're about to go to break.
[16:56.960 --> 17:02.560] We'll be right back on the other side, folks.
[17:02.560 --> 17:11.400] It's the story of a lost city, lost opportunity, lost hope, a story of failed policies, failed
[17:11.400 --> 17:20.960] leadership, a story of smooth talking politicians, games of he said, she said, rhetoric and division.
[17:20.960 --> 17:30.080] The man has stood apart, stood strong and true, voting against every tax increase, every
[17:30.080 --> 17:38.400] unbalanced budget, every time, standing up to the Washington machine, guided by principle.
[17:38.400 --> 17:46.400] Ron Paul, the one who will stop the spending, save the dollar, create jobs, bring peace,
[17:46.400 --> 17:55.440] the one who will restore liberty, Ron Paul, the one who can beat Obama and restore America
[17:55.440 --> 17:56.440] now.
[17:56.440 --> 18:00.240] I'm Ron Paul and I approve this message.
[18:00.240 --> 18:05.560] Are you being harassed by debt collectors with phone calls, letters or even losses?
[18:05.560 --> 18:09.240] Stop debt collectors now with the Michael Meares proven method.
[18:09.240 --> 18:13.400] Michael Meares has won six cases in federal court against debt collectors and now you
[18:13.400 --> 18:14.400] can win two.
[18:14.400 --> 18:19.200] You'll get step-by-step instructions in plain English on how to win in court using federal
[18:19.200 --> 18:24.960] civil rights statute, what to do when contacted by phones, mail or court summons, how to answer
[18:24.960 --> 18:29.600] letters and phone calls, how to get debt collectors out of your credit reports, how to turn the
[18:29.600 --> 18:33.800] financial tables on them and make them pay you to go away.
[18:33.800 --> 18:38.920] The Michael Meares proven method is the solution for how to stop debt collectors.
[18:38.920 --> 18:41.040] Personal consultation is available as well.
[18:41.040 --> 18:46.600] For more information, please visit ruleoflawradio.com and click on the blue Michael Meares banner
[18:46.600 --> 18:49.480] or email Michael Meares at yahoo.com.
[18:49.480 --> 18:58.560] That's ruleoflawradio.com or email m-i-c-h-a-e-l-m-i-r-r-a-s at yahoo.com to learn how to stop debt
[18:58.560 --> 19:21.920] collectors now.
[19:21.920 --> 19:49.480] Okay, we're back, we're going to stop debt collectors in Craig and we're going to ring
[19:49.480 --> 20:03.040] the bell and we're talking about who you are and how you represent yourself before the
[20:03.040 --> 20:04.040] court.
[20:04.040 --> 20:13.000] Phil, I'd like you to talk about court procedure and how that works from the Australian perspective
[20:13.000 --> 20:22.080] because I've listened to this and I find it interesting that everybody will listen to
[20:22.080 --> 20:27.680] you talking about how things are in Australian law and find that they're almost identical
[20:27.680 --> 20:28.680] in US law.
[20:28.680 --> 20:29.680] Okay, great.
[20:29.680 --> 20:32.080] Phil, tell us about the court procedure.
[20:32.080 --> 20:33.080] Yeah, okay.
[20:33.080 --> 20:40.000] I find that the court procedure is very similar in all Commonwealth countries and incorporating
[20:40.000 --> 20:47.480] it in the US and identically, that's very true, but okay, well why do you go to court
[20:47.480 --> 20:51.560] first thing, cover that again, is to meet your accuser, question your accuser and test
[20:51.560 --> 20:52.560] the evidence.
[20:52.560 --> 21:00.960] By the person sworn in to give testimony under oath, penalty of perjury, supported by material
[21:00.960 --> 21:08.200] facts and evidence to resolve a dispute, that is, that's it, that is, anything else you're
[21:08.200 --> 21:10.440] asking to be screwed.
[21:10.440 --> 21:20.560] If you don't have tried by those requirements, you're not under oath, there are no immunities
[21:20.560 --> 21:21.560] there.
[21:21.560 --> 21:26.280] So once you know why you go to court, it is up to you to make a stand and to say, this
[21:26.280 --> 21:28.720] is what I'm here for, I'm not here for anything else.
[21:28.720 --> 21:33.360] If you'd like to check chat to me and not be under oath or whatever, I'm happy to go
[21:33.360 --> 21:36.560] out to coffee with you and do it, but I'm here for business.
[21:36.560 --> 21:39.480] If that's the requirements, I'm happy to stick to them, okay?
[21:39.480 --> 21:41.480] Now why don't you go to court for?
[21:41.480 --> 21:46.560] You don't go to court to argue with third parties with no first-hand personal knowledge,
[21:46.560 --> 21:53.040] with a vested personal financial interest who try to entrap you, e.g. judge, prosecutor,
[21:53.040 --> 21:59.800] lawyer, police, government, agents, they are only there because they are being paid, okay,
[21:59.800 --> 22:06.960] and prostituting themselves for payment to do you over, all right?
[22:06.960 --> 22:14.440] So think about this, everybody in that court is there and they're getting paid, except
[22:14.440 --> 22:15.440] who?
[22:15.440 --> 22:16.440] Yours truly.
[22:16.440 --> 22:23.640] So how come everyone's there getting paid to screw you, but you're not getting paid
[22:23.640 --> 22:27.880] and they're forcing and compelling your unpaid involuntary performance and servitude?
[22:27.880 --> 22:31.560] It doesn't really add up, does it?
[22:31.560 --> 22:36.800] And did you know that there's at least five ways to plead in court?
[22:36.800 --> 22:41.840] Most commonly, most by innocent or guilty, sure, we all know that one, but there are
[22:41.840 --> 22:44.760] actually pleas of guilty of the facts.
[22:44.760 --> 22:49.280] I reserve my plea or there's no case to answer.
[22:49.280 --> 22:56.040] So why would you plead innocent or guilty to anything before any facts are even established
[22:56.040 --> 22:57.040] in court?
[22:57.040 --> 22:59.400] Why don't you put the cart before the horse?
[22:59.400 --> 23:04.880] So I cannot plead to anything because nothing's being established yet, I reserve my plea or
[23:04.880 --> 23:09.680] so there's no case to answer, I don't have to plead, you know, it is the prosecution's
[23:09.680 --> 23:14.760] burden to provide every element of an offence.
[23:14.760 --> 23:23.440] If you wanted to, e.g., an affidavit is the highest form of truth in law, all right?
[23:23.440 --> 23:31.400] So it's a pretty powerful document you should have some key words in and break all presumptions
[23:31.400 --> 23:32.960] early up.
[23:32.960 --> 23:40.560] So in a leading statement in an affidavit, I would usually put something like, I such
[23:40.560 --> 23:48.120] and such of address such and such in the state or province of such and such, make oath as
[23:48.120 --> 23:53.160] follows in keeping with the maximum of law, an unrebutted affidavit stands as truth in
[23:53.160 --> 23:54.160] more.
[23:54.160 --> 24:01.760] I submit this, my affidavit, I rebut the complaint, affidavit and accusations of whoever, police,
[24:01.760 --> 24:05.080] prosecutor, whatever and validate that they are invalid.
[24:05.080 --> 24:11.680] I rebut any and all unsworn statements, submissions by third parties on hearsay with no first-hand
[24:11.680 --> 24:18.240] personal knowledge and regard them to be invalid, namely, police, prosecutor, the author does
[24:18.240 --> 24:22.840] not consent to the proceedings as there is a conflict of interest by parties involved,
[24:22.840 --> 24:28.040] namely, state appointed and paid magistrate or judge, state appointed and paid police,
[24:28.040 --> 24:33.600] state appointed and paid prosecution regarding a state matter in a state court, no independent
[24:33.600 --> 24:39.600] adjudication, no separation of powers as judge is acting as judge, jury and executioner,
[24:39.600 --> 24:45.760] no independent jury by the people, therefore a fair hearing, proceedings and outcome is
[24:45.760 --> 24:48.000] not possible.
[24:48.000 --> 24:54.600] Now they are the facts, who in their right mind would go into a court is like, with that
[24:54.600 --> 25:01.600] against you, it's like jumping into a pool of sharks, so it's really important that you
[25:01.600 --> 25:08.840] know what you're getting yourself into and who's who in the zoo, all right.
[25:08.840 --> 25:14.520] Legal burden of proof, prosecution, you know, in Australia you can look it up, section 13.1,
[25:14.520 --> 25:22.520] the prosecution bears a legal burden of providing every element of an offence relative to the
[25:22.520 --> 25:26.000] guilt of the person charged, what does that mean?
[25:26.000 --> 25:32.320] That means don't do their job for them, it is up to them to prove that you're guilty
[25:32.320 --> 25:39.000] of something, not for you to prove that you're actually innocent, okay.
[25:39.000 --> 25:46.720] And if you're being questioned or something by police, prosecution or whatever, your only
[25:46.720 --> 25:51.440] statement should be, sir, I cannot bear witness against myself, I can't talk to you, I can't
[25:51.440 --> 25:54.080] answer that question.
[25:54.080 --> 25:57.960] I'm happy to meet the accuser or anyone here with first hand personal knowledge and test
[25:57.960 --> 26:00.560] material facts and evidence under eye.
[26:00.560 --> 26:05.080] Can you please ask the relevant persons to take the A's and enter the witness box so
[26:05.080 --> 26:10.840] I can begin my examination and then most of the time they'll say oh that doesn't exist
[26:10.840 --> 26:14.080] because most state complaints are fictional.
[26:14.080 --> 26:21.520] There is no evidence of injury, harm, damages or loss, there is usually no accuser, no one
[26:21.520 --> 26:28.720] with first hand personal knowledge and no one who can actually prove that there is an
[26:28.720 --> 26:35.360] agreement, a contract, injury, harm, damages or loss or sustained by...
[26:35.360 --> 26:39.560] No matter, there's no one with any standing to bring that accusation.
[26:39.560 --> 26:43.320] Exactly, who's making the complaint here?
[26:43.320 --> 26:51.800] Oh the state, oh really, oh under the, if the state is a piece of paper, can you please
[26:51.800 --> 26:59.160] provide me factional evidence that any entity, fictional entity, is capable of conscious
[26:59.160 --> 27:05.800] thought and physical action, otherwise call the guys in the white suits to take this person
[27:05.800 --> 27:07.680] taken away.
[27:07.680 --> 27:16.600] Here in the states recently, last year, we had a trial here in Travis County, Texas of
[27:16.600 --> 27:23.360] a guy named Tom DeLay, you may not know who he is, but he was the Speaker of the House
[27:23.360 --> 27:31.880] of Representatives from Washington D.C., the third highest political official in the country
[27:31.880 --> 27:43.680] and he was taken out of office and prosecuted and no one ever accused him of a crime.
[27:43.680 --> 27:50.080] That was, I filed a writ of habeas corpus on his behalf, he was sentenced to three years
[27:50.080 --> 27:57.320] in federal penitentiary, but you can go to the court record and no one ever accused him
[27:57.320 --> 27:59.320] of a crime.
[27:59.320 --> 28:05.440] Yeah, this is happening here in Australia too and all I can say, it only takes good
[28:05.440 --> 28:08.560] people to sit and do nothing for able to conquer.
[28:08.560 --> 28:14.400] So if everyone just says, oh, geez, that's terrible, that's a tragedy, you know, I really
[28:14.400 --> 28:18.800] feel for that guy, but I actually just can sit on the fence and see what happens.
[28:18.800 --> 28:24.520] Yeah, good idea, until they come and do it to you and your neighbour and your mother,
[28:24.520 --> 28:27.240] your brother, your sisters and so on.
[28:27.240 --> 28:31.720] So if we're not going to, it's the oldest rule in the book, is divide and conquer.
[28:31.720 --> 28:35.600] If people aren't going to stand up for somebody else's civil rights and liberties, who's going
[28:35.600 --> 28:38.120] to stand up for yours?
[28:38.120 --> 28:46.000] When they came for the communists, I said nothing because I was not a communist.
[28:46.000 --> 28:49.120] And I think we've all heard that.
[28:49.120 --> 28:50.120] Yeah.
[28:50.120 --> 28:51.120] Yeah.
[28:51.120 --> 28:58.120] We won't get everybody to stand up, but we don't, fortunately we don't have to.
[28:58.120 --> 29:06.120] We get a few like you and a few others there in Australia and some of the folks we have
[29:06.120 --> 29:09.320] here on this radio station, we can change things.
[29:09.320 --> 29:17.400] And this is how we do it by understanding who we are, where we stand and how to conduct
[29:17.400 --> 29:18.400] ourselves.
[29:18.400 --> 29:20.840] Well, this is it.
[29:20.840 --> 29:27.600] And I call it the perception bubble because everything that the government does, well,
[29:27.600 --> 29:33.120] not just the government, really, I'm not against or for any entity.
[29:33.120 --> 29:36.120] I'm pro-freedom, that's it.
[29:36.120 --> 29:43.360] But if you want to know who you are, you've got to understand where you came from and
[29:43.360 --> 29:48.560] how your beliefs occurred and you get that break or find out.
[29:48.560 --> 29:49.560] Okay.
[29:49.560 --> 29:54.480] This is Randy Calhoun, Deborah Stevens, Eddie Craig, we'll have our radio, we'll be right
[29:54.480 --> 30:00.160] back on the other side.
[30:00.160 --> 30:05.520] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11th.
[30:05.520 --> 30:07.520] The government says that fire brought it down.
[30:07.520 --> 30:12.600] However, 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded it was a controlled demolition.
[30:12.600 --> 30:16.600] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives and thousands of my fellow
[30:16.600 --> 30:18.080] force responders have died.
[30:18.080 --> 30:21.920] I'm not a conspiracy theorist, I'm a structural engineer, I'm a New York City correction officer,
[30:21.920 --> 30:26.720] I'm an Air Force pilot, I'm a father who lost his son, we're Americans and we deserve the
[30:26.720 --> 30:27.720] truth.
[30:27.720 --> 30:32.400] Please remember Building 7.org today.
[30:32.400 --> 30:33.560] Home sweet home.
[30:33.560 --> 30:38.000] As Judy Garland used to say, there's no place like it, but there's one room in our homes
[30:38.000 --> 30:39.800] that's hands down the most dangerous.
[30:39.800 --> 30:45.160] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll tell you which one it is in a moment.
[30:45.160 --> 30:46.760] Privacy is under attack.
[30:46.760 --> 30:50.360] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[30:50.360 --> 30:55.120] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[30:55.120 --> 31:00.040] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[31:00.040 --> 31:02.880] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[31:02.880 --> 31:07.200] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search
[31:07.200 --> 31:10.720] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo and Bing.
[31:10.720 --> 31:14.200] Start over with StartPage.
[31:14.200 --> 31:16.600] What's the most dangerous room in your house?
[31:16.600 --> 31:21.120] While you may worry about kitchen hazards like hot stoves and sharp knives, the riskiest
[31:21.120 --> 31:24.600] room happens to be the smallest in your bathroom.
[31:24.600 --> 31:28.360] Bathroom injuries send nearly a quarter of a million Americans to the emergency room
[31:28.360 --> 31:32.200] every year and 14% wind up hospitalized.
[31:32.200 --> 31:35.160] The most hazardous activity is bathing and showering.
[31:35.160 --> 31:36.680] The most injured body part?
[31:36.680 --> 31:37.680] The head.
[31:37.680 --> 31:39.640] The most vulnerable age group?
[31:39.640 --> 31:44.080] Seniors over 85 who suffer more than half of their injuries near the toilet.
[31:44.080 --> 31:47.880] And ladies, be extra careful in that bathroom danger zone.
[31:47.880 --> 31:51.280] You are nearly twice as likely to be injured there as a man.
[31:51.280 --> 31:52.280] Ouch.
[31:52.280 --> 31:56.440] Here's Senator Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[32:22.280 --> 32:35.760] Well, I need a prosecutor to come and help me, prosecute them wicked leaders, you see.
[32:35.760 --> 32:40.760] They might have a liar, but then tell me, then I'll lie, and I tell six stories.
[32:40.760 --> 32:45.880] Me and a billy, me say what them tell me, 3% of Americans vote for Lucian.
[32:45.880 --> 32:47.880] So how do you get the president?
[32:47.880 --> 32:50.880] That's why me and my wife went for him.
[32:50.880 --> 32:54.880] Everybody listen carefully, listen to the words of the patients passing.
[32:54.880 --> 33:02.880] This is a risk for misdoubbing, for warrants, for good change.
[33:02.880 --> 33:12.880] This is a risk for misdoubbing, for warrants, for good change.
[33:12.880 --> 33:16.880] Well, we don't forget numbers for you, warrants for you.
[33:16.880 --> 33:18.880] I'll ditch any warrants for you.
[33:18.880 --> 33:23.880] Right above the citizens in the country, them getting so mad, and them getting angry.
[33:23.880 --> 33:25.880] We have some warrants we need.
[33:25.880 --> 33:28.880] Okay, this is ready to tell Stephen Steeve's dead grave.
[33:28.880 --> 33:30.880] Rules are radio, he's talking.
[33:30.880 --> 33:34.880] Come over, and then we shall breathe.
[33:34.880 --> 33:36.880] There we are.
[33:36.880 --> 33:42.880] Now, he may sound like he's talking upside down, but he can't help the piece on the other side of the plan.
[33:42.880 --> 33:52.880] Okay, we were, okay, I met Phil in Gold Coast, Australia.
[33:52.880 --> 34:01.880] And I told him then, and it still stuck, they ruined me.
[34:01.880 --> 34:06.880] Australia was such an incredible place.
[34:06.880 --> 34:10.880] Anyone who's ever watched Crocodile Dundee?
[34:10.880 --> 34:16.880] Crocodile Dundee, compared to these guys, was a sissy.
[34:16.880 --> 34:26.880] But the culture, the cultural attitude, Crocodile Dundee, Hulk,
[34:26.880 --> 34:31.880] literally demonstrated the Australian attitude.
[34:31.880 --> 34:39.880] And when I went there, I had a expectation and a hope of what I would find.
[34:39.880 --> 34:45.880] And frankly, the Australian character exceeded my expectations.
[34:45.880 --> 34:54.880] And where Phil lives is absolutely an incredible place.
[34:54.880 --> 35:04.880] The English who sent all of the exiles to Australia, they said there that they screwed up.
[35:04.880 --> 35:10.880] The English should have left them in England, and they should have went to Australia.
[35:10.880 --> 35:13.880] It is an incredible place.
[35:13.880 --> 35:19.880] Australians have a very interesting character.
[35:19.880 --> 35:26.880] People make a lot of the Americans, their rugged individualists.
[35:26.880 --> 35:32.880] Attitude, I don't see much difference in us in the Australians.
[35:32.880 --> 35:37.880] They're as individual as we are.
[35:37.880 --> 35:43.880] Okay, let's go back in, I've been interfering.
[35:43.880 --> 35:47.880] You're going to talk about word bastardisation.
[35:47.880 --> 35:51.880] Yeah, well, thanks for the plug though.
[35:51.880 --> 35:55.880] Just as probably as many people in Australia, a lot of people are waking up.
[35:55.880 --> 36:01.880] A lot of people still have that attitude, unfortunately, of what we call our should be right mate.
[36:01.880 --> 36:05.880] Which means that somebody else's problem or somebody else will fix it.
[36:05.880 --> 36:11.880] But very, very quickly, a lot of Australian people are starting to smell something fishy.
[36:11.880 --> 36:14.880] Something's not right.
[36:14.880 --> 36:19.880] And a lot of times when you'll find that even while you're listening, something will happen to you.
[36:19.880 --> 36:27.880] You'll get a letter or you get pulled over by someone or you'll get some demands made from God knows where it came from.
[36:27.880 --> 36:33.880] And in your gut stick down, you know, call it the Holy Spirit, gut instinct, whatever you want to call it.
[36:33.880 --> 36:38.880] But you'll feel that that's rotten. That is not right. Something's wrong.
[36:38.880 --> 36:41.880] But you can't quite put your finger on what it is.
[36:41.880 --> 36:43.880] And I was like that for years.
[36:43.880 --> 36:47.880] I was saying what happened to me is not right, it's wrong.
[36:47.880 --> 36:49.880] But I couldn't identify with it.
[36:49.880 --> 36:56.880] I didn't know what it was until I sat down and started researching.
[36:56.880 --> 36:59.880] Civil liberties, rights and freedoms.
[36:59.880 --> 37:03.880] And it's like explosions happen in front of me.
[37:03.880 --> 37:09.880] All of this information, everything starts to become clear to me.
[37:09.880 --> 37:11.880] And this is what people need to know.
[37:11.880 --> 37:17.880] If you feel that there's something wrong in your heart, in your guts, if you hear something wrong, find out what it is.
[37:17.880 --> 37:22.880] What I found out what it is, is mostly it boils down to two things.
[37:22.880 --> 37:26.880] And the foundation of it is slavery and debt bondage.
[37:26.880 --> 37:34.880] Which basically equates to compelled performance in voluntary servitude and forced payment or something.
[37:34.880 --> 37:39.880] If anyone's, if you work out what it is that you're feeling that's not quite right,
[37:39.880 --> 37:48.880] if you investigate what forced performance is and forced payment and compelled performance,
[37:48.880 --> 37:53.880] you'll go, hey, that's happening to me. And then you find out, hey, that's actually slavery.
[37:53.880 --> 37:56.880] Oh, that's actually criminal offence.
[37:56.880 --> 37:59.880] Oh, now I've got some tools to go after these guys with.
[37:59.880 --> 38:02.880] So find out that.
[38:02.880 --> 38:07.880] You'll do great justice to yourself and you'll save yourself a lot of stomach ulcers.
[38:07.880 --> 38:10.880] But we'll get back to word bastardisation.
[38:10.880 --> 38:18.880] Now, the English language is the biggest bastardised, corrupted language you could ever think of.
[38:18.880 --> 38:23.880] And even the American Indians, when they first said that white man talk with forked tongue,
[38:23.880 --> 38:28.880] couldn't be further from the, was absolutely correct.
[38:28.880 --> 38:30.880] Sorry, I trippin' over my words here.
[38:30.880 --> 38:32.880] But it's absolutely correct.
[38:32.880 --> 38:38.880] And while we're talking to each other in English, we're pretty much comprehending and understanding what we're saying.
[38:38.880 --> 38:44.880] But if you start talking that language in a court or in legalese language,
[38:44.880 --> 38:47.880] we're in a whole different paradigm and a whole different world here.
[38:47.880 --> 38:52.880] And look, a couple of examples, what we could see.
[38:52.880 --> 38:55.880] I said the word anarchy, anarchy to you.
[38:55.880 --> 38:59.880] If we had title anarchy, would that be a good thing, Randy?
[38:59.880 --> 39:02.880] I have no idea.
[39:02.880 --> 39:04.880] So yeah, I'm probably most...
[39:04.880 --> 39:05.880] I was making it to heartbeat.
[39:05.880 --> 39:09.880] Okay, you said title anarchy.
[39:09.880 --> 39:10.880] Total.
[39:10.880 --> 39:11.880] Total.
[39:11.880 --> 39:12.880] Total.
[39:12.880 --> 39:18.880] Yeah, because if people said, oh, if we didn't have any laws or if we didn't have any government, there'd be title anarchy.
[39:18.880 --> 39:19.880] No.
[39:19.880 --> 39:20.880] Correct?
[39:20.880 --> 39:28.880] We have in Texas, we had what the Comanche Indian.
[39:28.880 --> 39:38.880] The Comanche Indian was a very old, very well structured and very functional culture.
[39:38.880 --> 39:42.880] And they had no rules.
[39:42.880 --> 39:43.880] Yeah.
[39:43.880 --> 39:45.880] None.
[39:45.880 --> 39:51.880] Any, everyone followed who they chose to follow when they chose to follow them.
[39:51.880 --> 40:01.880] Everyone did what they wanted to do, whenever they wanted to do it, and the society worked extremely well.
[40:01.880 --> 40:06.880] So total anarchy, I am not afraid of that at all.
[40:06.880 --> 40:11.880] And because the Comanche found out very quickly, you know, you don't do whatever you want to.
[40:11.880 --> 40:13.880] It shows everybody else.
[40:13.880 --> 40:20.880] So if you go screw with this guy and he wants to beat the crap out of you and he can, you get the crap beat out of you.
[40:20.880 --> 40:28.880] So if you don't want to crap beat out of you, you need to treat this guy in a way that'll give him reason not to beat the crap out of you.
[40:28.880 --> 40:39.880] So it's not like there's not some very tightly structured law binding us that we will be at each other's throats.
[40:39.880 --> 40:42.880] That is not how humans work.
[40:42.880 --> 40:43.880] No.
[40:43.880 --> 40:50.880] Okay, total anarchy, total anarchy, I think would be a good thing.
[40:50.880 --> 40:54.880] Partial anarchy, that's a different situation.
[40:54.880 --> 40:55.880] Yeah.
[40:55.880 --> 40:56.880] Well, this is it.
[40:56.880 --> 41:01.880] I mean, a lot of people, if they hear that word, they say, oh, that's a bad thing.
[41:01.880 --> 41:03.880] But why is it always a bad thing?
[41:03.880 --> 41:05.880] How do you know what it even means?
[41:05.880 --> 41:06.880] Have you validated it?
[41:06.880 --> 41:07.880] Have you looked it up?
[41:07.880 --> 41:11.880] Have you got a law dictionary book or a dictionary even to see what that word means?
[41:11.880 --> 41:17.880] Most people have this perception, perception of what words mean, perception of occurrences.
[41:17.880 --> 41:19.880] It's all about this perception.
[41:19.880 --> 41:21.880] I heard that somewhere once.
[41:21.880 --> 41:24.880] Oh, I saw that somewhere once on TV.
[41:24.880 --> 41:25.880] Oh, that must be true.
[41:25.880 --> 41:28.880] Now that structures my belief now.
[41:28.880 --> 41:35.880] So if you come and screw with my belief, you're a bad guy because I know no better.
[41:35.880 --> 41:39.880] I haven't validated it or I haven't verified it in any ways.
[41:39.880 --> 41:41.880] But somehow along the line, I've become to believe it.
[41:41.880 --> 41:43.880] So it must be true.
[41:43.880 --> 41:47.880] Leave that old perception behind, people.
[41:47.880 --> 41:50.880] Leave it far behind.
[41:50.880 --> 41:56.880] If you want to start living free and know who you are and know what this whole perception that you're living in,
[41:56.880 --> 42:00.880] start doing a little bit of research and you might start finding some truth.
[42:00.880 --> 42:09.880] Anarchy is actually, it says absolute freedom of the individual and the absence of government.
[42:09.880 --> 42:11.880] We wouldn't want that, would we?
[42:11.880 --> 42:18.880] Saying that, we do know that there are some thugs out there that do need to be under control.
[42:18.880 --> 42:23.880] I'm not saying that, oh, we live in a society where people go and rape and pillage and steal from each other.
[42:23.880 --> 42:31.880] No, but we do need some sort of society that we can live freely without restrictions,
[42:31.880 --> 42:36.880] without interference in safety, peace, love and harmony.
[42:36.880 --> 42:40.880] And that can be achieved because that is where we come from.
[42:40.880 --> 42:46.880] As Randy just said, many societies all over the world and ancient societies live like that.
[42:46.880 --> 42:50.880] So why do we have to live in a slavery society today?
[42:50.880 --> 42:57.880] Now, there are many, many examples of word bastardisation like prostitute, for example.
[42:57.880 --> 43:01.880] If I said, oh, you know, he's prostituting himself, what does that mean?
[43:01.880 --> 43:09.880] Legally it means to put oneself or one's talent to an unworthy or corrupt use for personal or financial gain.
[43:09.880 --> 43:11.880] That's a prostitute.
[43:11.880 --> 43:15.880] I don't know, I know some judges and some police who do that.
[43:15.880 --> 43:23.880] And look, there are many, many things. So when you're talking and you think that you know the word meaning of the words,
[43:23.880 --> 43:26.880] think again and go and validate it for yourself.
[43:26.880 --> 43:31.880] You'll be very, very enlightened and surprised of how the English language has been bastardised
[43:31.880 --> 43:36.880] and has been misled and misused to make you believe something that it's actually not.
[43:36.880 --> 43:43.880] Exactly. And here we talk about how in court they do not speak English.
[43:43.880 --> 43:48.880] It sounds like English, but it's not English. It's legalese.
[43:48.880 --> 43:50.880] You don't know the difference.
[43:50.880 --> 43:52.880] You don't know what you're talking about.
[43:52.880 --> 43:54.880] This is Randy Kelly from Deadly State with Debbie Craig.
[43:54.880 --> 44:17.880] We'll go to the radio. Rob, we'll see you there. We'll be right back.
[44:24.880 --> 44:26.880] End quote.
[44:54.880 --> 44:58.880] For more information go to OKCFalminTruth.com
[45:24.880 --> 45:27.880] And now you can too.
[45:54.880 --> 46:00.880] And click on the banner or call toll free 866-LAW-EZ.
[46:24.880 --> 46:39.880] Okay, this is Randy Kelton.
[46:39.880 --> 46:42.880] This is Randy Kelton, Deadly State with Debbie Craig.
[46:42.880 --> 46:44.880] We'll go to the radio.
[46:44.880 --> 46:50.880] And we're talking to feel free from our stress.
[46:50.880 --> 46:58.880] And something I wanted to get to, one of the things you talk about, I found most in this.
[46:58.880 --> 47:11.880] In America we have a constitutional prohibition against something called peonage.
[47:11.880 --> 47:14.880] Peonage is for slave.
[47:14.880 --> 47:19.880] It's what you call debt bondage.
[47:19.880 --> 47:24.880] When you talked about this, you talked about it in terms of the court.
[47:24.880 --> 47:34.880] And I found it most interesting because you addressed it from a more of a contractual perspective.
[47:34.880 --> 47:43.880] Wherein when the courts perform their function, they do so from a statutory context.
[47:43.880 --> 47:50.880] I know that's not exactly addressed in statute.
[47:50.880 --> 47:55.880] A lot of the given heads, it goes to contract law.
[47:55.880 --> 48:12.880] And Phil is lucky to talk about slavery and debt bondage as it applies to requirements of courts or requirements that the courts make on you.
[48:12.880 --> 48:25.880] Well, first of all, if you want to know what a slave is, you're going to know what a slave isn't.
[48:25.880 --> 48:38.880] And I don't know why all of our troops in Australia and in America are going and fighting wars overseas for our so-called freedom.
[48:38.880 --> 48:44.880] When the very governments and states at home are enslaving the people here.
[48:44.880 --> 48:48.880] So what freedom are they fighting for? I have no idea.
[48:48.880 --> 48:55.880] But anyway, let's go back to the word bastardization thing and we'll get out the dictionary.
[48:55.880 --> 49:00.880] Bloc's fourth edition, legal definition of free. Here we go.
[49:00.880 --> 49:04.880] Free, not subject to the legal constraint of another.
[49:04.880 --> 49:12.880] Unconstrained, having the power to follow the dictates of his own will, not subject to the dominion of another,
[49:12.880 --> 49:20.880] not compelled to involuntary servitude, used in the sense as opposed to slave.
[49:20.880 --> 49:25.880] Now, if that's not clear, I don't know what is. Let's have a look at it.
[49:25.880 --> 49:28.880] Not subject to the legal constraint of another is free.
[49:28.880 --> 49:36.880] Now, how can you be constrained to the legal constraint of any jurisdiction, judges, police or other,
[49:36.880 --> 49:41.880] if it says that you're not the subject to legal constraint of another?
[49:41.880 --> 49:45.880] Having the power to follow the dictates of his own will.
[49:45.880 --> 49:49.880] Well, what does that mean? It basically means do whatever you want,
[49:49.880 --> 49:54.880] as long as you cause no harm, injuries, damages or loss to another living being.
[49:54.880 --> 50:00.880] So, do we have that? No. Okay, so, not subject to the dominion of another.
[50:00.880 --> 50:06.880] Do we have that? No. Everyone says, oh, you've got these obligations and you've got those responsibilities.
[50:06.880 --> 50:15.880] Well, if you're free, guess what? The only obligations and the only responsibilities that you have are the ones that you impose on yourself.
[50:15.880 --> 50:19.880] How can anyone say, this is your obligations and this is your responsibility,
[50:19.880 --> 50:25.880] say in breath, say, oh, yeah, you're free, we live in a free country. What planet did you come from?
[50:25.880 --> 50:30.880] So, not compelled to involuntary servitude.
[50:30.880 --> 50:36.880] Any time you get any demand or letter or anyone making any demand from you is,
[50:36.880 --> 50:42.880] I see it as nothing more than an offer. If they want to do business with you, that's great.
[50:42.880 --> 50:50.880] Here's my fee schedule, here's my cost recovery notice and here's my invoice for my services rendered and task-performed
[50:50.880 --> 50:55.880] for your benefit on your request. Now we have a contract, you owe me, right?
[50:55.880 --> 51:00.880] So, you've got to understand who you are and what freedom is and what slavery is.
[51:00.880 --> 51:07.880] People, this is the foundation of what is going on here.
[51:07.880 --> 51:14.880] You can argue to the cows come home, statutes and, oh, this act and that act and that law and that law,
[51:14.880 --> 51:21.880] but until you know what your freedom is and how to assert your freedom, your civil liberty, in your rights,
[51:21.880 --> 51:24.880] you don't know what you're doing. You don't know what you're talking about.
[51:24.880 --> 51:28.880] The whole Constitution and the whole, everything goes right out the door
[51:28.880 --> 51:35.880] because the most valuable thing in your life today is your health and your freedom
[51:35.880 --> 51:38.880] and if you don't know what that is, you should, okay?
[51:38.880 --> 51:42.880] And in voluntary servitude, how many examples of involuntary servitude,
[51:42.880 --> 51:47.880] peenage, debt bondage, forced payment, can you come up with?
[51:47.880 --> 51:55.880] Now, in Australia, in the very Taxation Act, in call it, I don't know in America what you call it,
[51:55.880 --> 52:05.880] but in the Taxation, the Taxpayers Charter, Section 06, it states that taxation is voluntary
[52:05.880 --> 52:09.880] and they require you to cooperate with the tax department.
[52:09.880 --> 52:14.880] Now, why is it voluntary? Everything must be voluntary if you're free.
[52:14.880 --> 52:20.880] Nothing can be compelled. If taxation or anything else is compelled,
[52:20.880 --> 52:30.880] it equates to involuntary performance, but this is how they mess with your perception
[52:30.880 --> 52:34.880] because they don't want you to argue your freedom.
[52:34.880 --> 52:38.880] They don't want you to argue their statute rubbish, right?
[52:38.880 --> 52:46.880] So when you realise that what an identify is the key word
[52:46.880 --> 52:50.880] of when you're being forced to do something against your will
[52:50.880 --> 52:54.880] or when a very good way of putting it is whoever is corresponding with you
[52:54.880 --> 52:58.880] or asking you to do anything, are they getting paid?
[52:58.880 --> 53:04.880] If they're getting paid to ask you or to force you to do anything,
[53:04.880 --> 53:06.880] there's only two things that can happen there.
[53:06.880 --> 53:12.880] One is that you accept their contract and they accept your fee schedule
[53:12.880 --> 53:16.880] for your services rendered to them, or two, they are compelling
[53:16.880 --> 53:20.880] and forcing your unpaved involuntary performance and servitude, which is slavery.
[53:20.880 --> 53:25.880] That's it. Either you're doing business and you're getting paid and rewarded for your time,
[53:25.880 --> 53:31.880] as are they, or you haven't volunteered your free services
[53:31.880 --> 53:35.880] and that you're required to get paid. That's it.
[53:35.880 --> 53:40.880] And if people start coming home and understand that, you'll crack a lot of walls.
[53:40.880 --> 53:44.880] So if I have an investigator come to me and say,
[53:44.880 --> 53:49.880] I am officer so-and-so and I would like to ask you some questions.
[53:49.880 --> 53:56.880] I get, I say, well, are you doing this on your own time
[53:56.880 --> 54:01.880] or are you being paid for your time doing this?
[54:01.880 --> 54:05.880] He's obviously going to say he's being paid because he's on the company payroll.
[54:05.880 --> 54:10.880] As well then, then I don't agree you involuntary servitude.
[54:10.880 --> 54:16.880] Am I somehow compelled by law to do what you ask?
[54:16.880 --> 54:22.880] And if I'm not, then I'm agreeable to a contract.
[54:22.880 --> 54:26.880] If you want my time, pay for it.
[54:26.880 --> 54:29.880] Is that essentially where you're going?
[54:29.880 --> 54:32.880] It's a two-faced coin.
[54:32.880 --> 54:35.880] You're either free or you're a slave.
[54:35.880 --> 54:37.880] It's as simple as that.
[54:37.880 --> 54:41.880] You know, you're either getting, this is actually free.
[54:41.880 --> 54:47.880] And the third is what, is a sucker punch, is how they get you.
[54:47.880 --> 54:50.880] You're either free to follow the dictates of your own free will,
[54:50.880 --> 54:53.880] to contract freely with whoever you want.
[54:53.880 --> 54:58.880] Two, you're being forced to do it against your free will.
[54:58.880 --> 55:02.880] Three, the perception is that you've volunteered.
[55:02.880 --> 55:06.880] And that's the perception that you need to break very quickly.
[55:06.880 --> 55:10.880] I do not volunteer my services.
[55:10.880 --> 55:12.880] I do not volunteer my labor.
[55:12.880 --> 55:14.880] I do not volunteer my time.
[55:14.880 --> 55:21.880] And I do not volunteer the materials that requires my corresponding with you.
[55:21.880 --> 55:26.880] Therefore, we are clear that I do not volunteer.
[55:26.880 --> 55:29.880] So therefore, we go back to the other two.
[55:29.880 --> 55:34.880] The only thing is, you're either compelling me to do it against my free will,
[55:34.880 --> 55:41.880] or you're accepting my terms of contract for business via my fee schedule and cost recovery notice.
[55:41.880 --> 55:42.880] That's it.
[55:42.880 --> 55:43.880] Thanks for coming.
[55:43.880 --> 55:47.880] Have a nice day.
[55:47.880 --> 55:58.880] So if a governmental official comes to me and wants information or interaction from me,
[55:58.880 --> 56:11.880] and I haven't agreed to the interaction, then either he has some statutory authority to compel
[56:11.880 --> 56:18.880] an authority to which I have agreed, or we're back to contract law.
[56:18.880 --> 56:19.880] Yeah.
[56:19.880 --> 56:23.880] And here's another document I'd like to carry around with me.
[56:23.880 --> 56:26.880] It's called an affidavit subpoena contract.
[56:26.880 --> 56:30.880] And when they start saying all of these verbal stuff,
[56:30.880 --> 56:32.880] oh, yeah, but under this law and that law,
[56:32.880 --> 56:36.880] oh, I've got jurisdiction and I can do this and I can do that.
[56:36.880 --> 56:37.880] I said, oh, really?
[56:37.880 --> 56:42.880] Then you've got no problem in signing an affidavit, which is the highest form of truth,
[56:42.880 --> 56:46.880] secured by your personal assets and income to say that.
[56:46.880 --> 56:49.880] And should you be found that you don't have jurisdiction,
[56:49.880 --> 56:54.880] your personal assets and income are surety for the damages that you caused me.
[56:54.880 --> 56:56.880] Do you not agree to that?
[56:56.880 --> 57:01.880] Is it not fair just an equitable that you provide the same amount of surety, insurance,
[57:01.880 --> 57:06.880] and assurance as that you demand or risk of mine?
[57:06.880 --> 57:10.880] Is that not fair just an equitable, sir?
[57:10.880 --> 57:14.880] So therefore, you can do up a simple document, a simple contract.
[57:14.880 --> 57:17.880] And you just research a few laws and just say this.
[57:17.880 --> 57:18.880] I like that.
[57:18.880 --> 57:24.880] For example, I of such and such being fully duly sworn under a penalty of perjury
[57:24.880 --> 57:31.880] with first-hand personal knowledge contained herein specified to the court as follows.
[57:31.880 --> 57:36.880] Swear that I, the undersigned, am not committing offenses and contraventions against the independent,
[57:36.880 --> 57:40.880] living free sovereign as whoever you want to be named by,
[57:40.880 --> 57:43.880] by my statements, decisions and actions.
[57:43.880 --> 57:48.880] I understand the legal jurisdiction and definitions of free, independent and sovereign.
[57:48.880 --> 57:53.880] I, the undersigned and the accuser, I'm not a third party intervener.
[57:53.880 --> 57:58.880] I have first-hand personal knowledge and evidence of personal injury, damages and loss.
[57:58.880 --> 58:05.880] I am not acting on hearsay. I am not creating a controversy to cause injury, damages and loss
[58:05.880 --> 58:07.880] by malice, bondage, fraud or other.
[58:07.880 --> 58:11.880] I will not profiteer from my statements, decisions and actions.
[58:11.880 --> 58:16.880] They are all true and correct and fully comply with all state and common work laws and acts.
[58:16.880 --> 58:18.880] So, etc, etc.
[58:18.880 --> 58:19.880] You can have a contract like that.
[58:19.880 --> 58:21.880] I'm happy to talk to you, sir.
[58:21.880 --> 58:27.880] Once you sign and accept personal liability and accountability for your statements, decisions and actions
[58:27.880 --> 58:32.880] and provide your personal assets and assurance, including your current and future assets and income
[58:32.880 --> 58:36.880] as security and surety for all your statements and decisions,
[58:36.880 --> 58:43.880] as is fair, just and equitable by law for any and all injuries, harm or damages that you may cause me.
[58:43.880 --> 58:45.880] Thanks a lot, sir.
[58:45.880 --> 58:49.880] Okay. I would very much like a copy of that document.
[58:49.880 --> 58:51.880] If you're, if you're over to it.
[58:51.880 --> 58:57.880] This is Randy Calke, Deputy Chief of the Crade Group on Radio. We'll open the phone lines when we come back in.
[58:57.880 --> 58:59.880] We'll be right back.

[59:58.880 --> 01:00:07.880] The U.K. may take military action against Iran if Iran blocks the Strait of Hormuz.
[01:00:07.880 --> 01:00:23.880] U.K. Defense Secretary Philip Hammond said Friday any attempt by Iran to block the waterway would be illegal and unsuccessful and the Royal Navy would join any action to keep it open, adding it's in all our interests the arteries of global trade are kept open.
[01:00:23.880 --> 01:00:28.880] 1-6 of the world's oil passes through the Strait.
[01:00:28.880 --> 01:00:40.880] Tensions in the Middle East escalated Friday as Iran announced new naval exercises echoing news Israel and the U.S. are planning to carry out their most extensive joint maneuvers ever in the region.
[01:00:40.880 --> 01:00:49.880] Facing threats from Israel and EU sanctions over its alleged nuclear weapons program, Iran is threatening to block the Strait of Hormuz.
[01:00:49.880 --> 01:00:55.880] At least two people were killed Friday in multiple explosions in Baghdad.
[01:00:55.880 --> 01:01:00.880] Four explosions apparently targeting Shia pilgrims rocked the city center.
[01:01:00.880 --> 01:01:08.880] The blasts come the day after a wave of bombings killed more than 70 people, further deepening the country's sectarian divide.
[01:01:08.880 --> 01:01:15.880] Rockets were fired against Baghdad's green zone as Iraq's military marked its anniversary with a parade.
[01:01:15.880 --> 01:01:24.880] Barack Obama Thursday unveiled a leaner U.S. defense strategy calling for more drones in a beefed-up presence in the Pacific.
[01:01:24.880 --> 01:01:30.880] View Grossscope, professor of international relations at California State University in Chico said, quote,
[01:01:30.880 --> 01:01:38.880] this slimmed-down plan continues the trend to rely increasingly on fighting wars with technology and precision strategic bombing.
[01:01:38.880 --> 01:01:46.880] While Obama said the military would remain vigilant in the Middle East, he said the U.S. would begin to focus more on the Asian Pacific region,
[01:01:46.880 --> 01:01:50.880] where there's growing rivalry with an increasingly assertive China.
[01:01:50.880 --> 01:01:58.880] Professor Alexander Huang of the Graduate Institute of International Affairs at Taiwan's Tom Kang University said, quote,
[01:01:58.880 --> 01:02:06.880] some sectors in Beijing may see this as the U.S. viewing China as an enemy, which will further complicate relations between the two.
[01:02:06.880 --> 01:02:12.880] Other observers believe the move will spark an arms race between the U.S. and China.
[01:02:12.880 --> 01:02:18.880] Dozens of people were reported killed Friday after a blast in the Syrian capital Damascus.
[01:02:18.880 --> 01:02:24.880] Syrian state TV said at least 25 people died and 46 were wounded in a suicide attack.
[01:02:24.880 --> 01:02:30.880] The explosion targeted the central district of Al-Maidan, a hub for anti-government protests.
[01:02:30.880 --> 01:02:34.880] Opposition activists said the bombing was a government plot.
[01:02:34.880 --> 01:02:39.880] The blast occurred two weeks after twin bombings killed 44 people in the city.
[01:02:39.880 --> 01:02:44.880] The December 23 bombings initiated a swirl of claims over who was responsible,
[01:02:44.880 --> 01:02:50.880] with the authorities saying they were likely the work of Al Qaeda and the opposition accusing the regime.
[01:02:50.880 --> 01:03:05.880] The latest attack came ahead of planned mass protests by pro-democracy activists.

[01:03:24.880 --> 01:03:35.880] It's all according to the will of the Almighty. I read his book and it says he cares not for anyone.
[01:03:35.880 --> 01:03:39.880] Okay, this is Grant Calton, David Keaton, Betty Craig with RuralLawRadio.
[01:03:39.880 --> 01:03:44.880] We're here with Bill Freed from Australia.
[01:03:44.880 --> 01:03:50.880] And when I was in Australia, I stayed in Bill's house for a couple of days.
[01:03:50.880 --> 01:03:56.880] And it was incredible. And he has a porch that wraps around the whole building.
[01:03:56.880 --> 01:04:02.880] His house sits on the side of a small mountain.
[01:04:02.880 --> 01:04:06.880] It's a very large hill and the ground drops away from it.
[01:04:06.880 --> 01:04:12.880] And there is an incredible panorama view from his porch.
[01:04:12.880 --> 01:04:19.880] I came out the first morning and I looked out and there were some wallabies out there in his yard.
[01:04:19.880 --> 01:04:23.880] The wallabies like a small kangaroo.
[01:04:23.880 --> 01:04:27.880] And he has these two huge black dogs.
[01:04:27.880 --> 01:04:31.880] And one of them is sitting out there looking at the wallabies.
[01:04:31.880 --> 01:04:34.880] He's about 30 or 40 feet from them.
[01:04:34.880 --> 01:04:37.880] And he's just sitting there staring at them.
[01:04:37.880 --> 01:04:41.880] And then once while they look up at him and they just go back to eating and nibbling,
[01:04:41.880 --> 01:04:46.880] I come out on the porch, they look up at me, they don't pay much attention and are concerned.
[01:04:46.880 --> 01:04:51.880] And I ask him later, why doesn't that dog chase those wallabies?
[01:04:51.880 --> 01:04:54.880] He says, I already figured out he can't catch them.
[01:04:54.880 --> 01:04:59.880] And then the next morning I come out there and I'm watching the dog and it's clear
[01:04:59.880 --> 01:05:04.880] the dog is looking at these wallabies and he's thinking,
[01:05:04.880 --> 01:05:11.880] if I could catch you, you little rodents, I'd rip you to shreds.
[01:05:11.880 --> 01:05:15.880] But he knew he couldn't catch them. It wasn't.
[01:05:15.880 --> 01:05:22.880] There was just something about the creatures in Australia.
[01:05:22.880 --> 01:05:28.880] They have a fear of man, but not like they do here in the United States.
[01:05:28.880 --> 01:05:35.880] And the other thing I found most remarkable was the Australians.
[01:05:35.880 --> 01:05:41.880] It seems as though the animals weren't quite so afraid of humans.
[01:05:41.880 --> 01:05:47.880] And the Australians seemed to have no interest in harming them.
[01:05:47.880 --> 01:05:54.880] In Gosford there were these parrots that you could put a piece of bread in your hand and hold out your hand.
[01:05:54.880 --> 01:05:57.880] They'd come land on your hand and eat the bread.
[01:05:57.880 --> 01:06:02.880] They were considered a pest because there were so many of them they were painting the neck.
[01:06:02.880 --> 01:06:09.880] But nobody seemed to want to do anything to harm them or interfere with them.
[01:06:09.880 --> 01:06:15.880] And I found that most endearing about the Australian culture.
[01:06:15.880 --> 01:06:22.880] Oh, with that said, when we went out we were talking about your cost recovery statement.
[01:06:22.880 --> 01:06:31.880] You also have a fee schedule and invoicing. I would like you to go to those.
[01:06:31.880 --> 01:06:43.880] Okay. Well, as we talked about, the only way that anyone can ask you to do performance, work, labour,
[01:06:43.880 --> 01:06:50.880] have a way you want to think about whatever word you're more comfortable with is that either you volunteer,
[01:06:50.880 --> 01:06:56.880] which means that you're a charity, you're just volunteering your time,
[01:06:56.880 --> 01:07:05.880] or you're being forced, or you accept their offer and you give your costs.
[01:07:05.880 --> 01:07:11.880] Like if someone wants, you know, but no accountant or solicitor works for free, right?
[01:07:11.880 --> 01:07:19.880] So if you're required to do any work at all, and this includes administrative work and provides stationery,
[01:07:19.880 --> 01:07:30.880] you have the right to be remunerated for, paid for your time, services and material supply.
[01:07:30.880 --> 01:07:36.880] So that's when your cost recovery notice comes in, because you already know that you're free,
[01:07:36.880 --> 01:07:40.880] that the only way that they can do this is by accepting your offer,
[01:07:40.880 --> 01:07:44.880] breaking the presumption that you're volunteering, because you don't,
[01:07:44.880 --> 01:07:49.880] very important that you remember that always break the presumption, I do not volunteer.
[01:07:49.880 --> 01:07:58.880] Right, put in writings, have it signed by a witness, whatever, presumption broken, did not volunteer.
[01:07:58.880 --> 01:08:02.880] The only way is accept my offer or you're forcing my performance.
[01:08:02.880 --> 01:08:09.880] Another good thing is when you're operating or you want to use a cost recovery notice is you use an agent,
[01:08:09.880 --> 01:08:11.880] because they're very good at this, they always use agents.
[01:08:11.880 --> 01:08:15.880] So use a friend or someone that you know, as your appointed agent,
[01:08:15.880 --> 01:08:22.880] it gives you like a bit of a buffer between you and them, because you're talking to somebody that you don't know,
[01:08:22.880 --> 01:08:25.880] so therefore they're talking to somebody that they don't know.
[01:08:25.880 --> 01:08:32.880] So always say use the mirror effect, the government or whoever you're dealing with, corporation, whatever,
[01:08:32.880 --> 01:08:34.880] have all this worked out.
[01:08:34.880 --> 01:08:40.880] Use the mirror effect, do what they do in reverse and do it back to them, works very, very well.
[01:08:40.880 --> 01:08:44.880] Now that we live in a hypocrisy or we live in a democracy,
[01:08:44.880 --> 01:08:50.880] I'll read out a cost recovery notice that we use,
[01:08:50.880 --> 01:08:53.880] and I said you can use appointed agents or whoever.
[01:08:53.880 --> 01:08:59.880] So it goes like this, heading is cost recovery notice, and then it says the principal authorises whoever
[01:08:59.880 --> 01:09:05.880] as their agent to recover all costs and outgoings in relation to all communication and undertakings,
[01:09:05.880 --> 01:09:11.880] by you or your agent and on behalf of our client.
[01:09:11.880 --> 01:09:14.880] Your obligations and responsibilities are,
[01:09:14.880 --> 01:09:20.880] by responding you agree that you can legitimately validate with material facts and evidence,
[01:09:20.880 --> 01:09:25.880] as to whether it is voluntary or compulsory for our client to pay the alleged debt,
[01:09:25.880 --> 01:09:29.880] fine, penalty, infringement, instalment or a la.
[01:09:29.880 --> 01:09:34.880] By responding you also agree that you can legitimately validate with material facts and evidence
[01:09:34.880 --> 01:09:39.880] that our client is not being coerced, forced to involuntary perform duties,
[01:09:39.880 --> 01:09:45.880] services for the commercial gain of another without prior consent and agreement.
[01:09:45.880 --> 01:09:54.880] You can furnish all original valid agreements, contracts with the wetting autographs of both parties to any such contract or agreement.
[01:09:54.880 --> 01:09:58.880] All communication is to be directed to the agent,
[01:09:58.880 --> 01:10:06.880] and any attempts to contact the principal directly after being duly notified and sworn with a cease and desist notice
[01:10:06.880 --> 01:10:12.880] will constitute your agreement to accept all costs incurred for operating or enforcing a lien
[01:10:12.880 --> 01:10:20.880] against our client's trust, name, account, property or other without a valid contract or appointment.
[01:10:20.880 --> 01:10:27.880] All correspondence is required to be identified and addressed to by a natural living person
[01:10:27.880 --> 01:10:32.880] with full private and commercial liability, ID requirements,
[01:10:32.880 --> 01:10:38.880] verified copy of state issued driver's licence passport or state issued ID card.
[01:10:38.880 --> 01:10:42.880] Important, know who you're corresponding with, not Mr Phantom.
[01:10:42.880 --> 01:10:48.880] Note, all liens of interest in personal property, whether registered or otherwise,
[01:10:48.880 --> 01:10:55.880] against our client require a contract to be in breach for any such action to be valid.
[01:10:55.880 --> 01:11:07.880] By way of further correspondence, you agree to pay to all costs for losses associated with qualifying your position in regards to the matter.
[01:11:07.880 --> 01:11:16.880] Then your agent has been authorised to recover costs and invoice you an associated corporation or company for all services rendered
[01:11:16.880 --> 01:11:23.880] and tasks performed related to your correspondence, demands, claims or requests.
[01:11:23.880 --> 01:11:27.880] Enclosed is our attached invoice and fee schedule.
[01:11:27.880 --> 01:11:29.880] And then we've got a warning notice on the bottom of it.
[01:11:29.880 --> 01:11:35.880] Warning, forcing or compelling a person's unpaid involuntary performance or servitude
[01:11:35.880 --> 01:11:42.880] or exercising ownership, direction or control over a person is a criminal offence that carries terms of imprisonment.
[01:11:42.880 --> 01:11:49.880] Coursing or forcing a person to enter or engage in debt bondage definition in voluntary forced payment
[01:11:49.880 --> 01:11:53.880] is a criminal offence that carries terms of imprisonment.
[01:11:53.880 --> 01:11:55.880] Conduct yourself accordingly.
[01:11:55.880 --> 01:11:57.880] Miranda warning.
[01:11:57.880 --> 01:11:59.880] Okay?
[01:11:59.880 --> 01:12:08.880] So now anything that they do after that is done intentionally with criminal intent because they have been notified.
[01:12:08.880 --> 01:12:18.880] So you've got a very, very strong case by presenting such documentation.
[01:12:18.880 --> 01:12:26.880] This sounds like you were having entirely too much fun with these guys.
[01:12:26.880 --> 01:12:28.880] Well, it can be a bit of fun.
[01:12:28.880 --> 01:12:35.880] Once you know your civil liberties, freedoms, rights and who you are, the next thing is knowing how to use them.
[01:12:35.880 --> 01:12:38.880] A lot of people are bookworms.
[01:12:38.880 --> 01:12:42.880] They'll research and research and learn a lot of stuff.
[01:12:42.880 --> 01:12:45.880] I say it's like having a shed full of tools that you don't use.
[01:12:45.880 --> 01:12:49.880] What's the point of having all this information if you're not going to use it?
[01:12:49.880 --> 01:12:55.880] It's like having a bass boat and not going fishing.
[01:12:55.880 --> 01:13:03.880] Well, these are tools that when I was there I found the most intriguing.
[01:13:03.880 --> 01:13:13.880] And when I got back and looked at what we were doing here, they were just as appropriate here as they were in Australia.
[01:13:13.880 --> 01:13:17.880] We do have our phone lines open.
[01:13:17.880 --> 01:13:26.880] If you have any questions or comments, we would prefer some on point for David, I'm sorry, for Phil at the moment.
[01:13:26.880 --> 01:13:34.880] And after the second hour, we'll start taking questions on any subject.
[01:13:34.880 --> 01:13:46.880] So if you have a question for Phil, you have a question about Australian law or about the issues that he's discussed, give us a call.
[01:13:46.880 --> 01:13:51.880] Our call in numbers 512-646-1984.
[01:13:51.880 --> 01:13:56.880] So give us a call, see if you can stump the chumps.
[01:13:56.880 --> 01:14:10.880] Phil, I'd like you to move ahead. Is there another topic you'd like to move to from here?
[01:14:10.880 --> 01:14:25.880] Well, yeah, there's so many topics, but I'll just touch on a part of what I call their version of your freedom today.
[01:14:25.880 --> 01:14:28.880] We can touch on that now.
[01:14:28.880 --> 01:14:34.880] I again want to say that I'm not against any court, any police officer, any authority.
[01:14:34.880 --> 01:14:40.880] I'm pro-freedom, I'm against slavery, bondage and other.
[01:14:40.880 --> 01:14:54.880] So it is also valuable that if any people that are in authority, it is essential that you realise that by enslaving your neighbours, you're enslaving yourselves.
[01:14:54.880 --> 01:15:07.880] So anybody in authority who thinks that, oh, I can do this because the law says this or because some statute or something says this, does that feel morally right with you inside?
[01:15:07.880 --> 01:15:09.880] So think about this.
[01:15:09.880 --> 01:15:21.880] If you now that you know how pretty sure people have got a pretty good idea of what slavery and what freedom is, do you feel comfortable by doing what you're doing to another living being, by making them do that?
[01:15:21.880 --> 01:15:27.880] And haven't many wars been fought over the thousands of years for people's freedoms?
[01:15:27.880 --> 01:15:34.880] This time people start to remember who they are and people from all walks of life stand up for each other, including themselves.
[01:15:34.880 --> 01:15:42.880] Because for me to fight and gain freedom for myself, I need to fight and gain freedom for my neighbour and everybody else.
[01:15:42.880 --> 01:15:44.880] Everybody has that attitude.
[01:15:44.880 --> 01:15:47.880] We all live in a beautiful world.
[01:15:47.880 --> 01:15:55.880] This sounds a lot like exactly the same issues that are being brought here in the States.
[01:15:55.880 --> 01:16:15.880] One thing I would like is can you kind of give us an idea of what are the primary issues that those of you in Australia who are what we call awake
[01:16:15.880 --> 01:16:23.880] and are aware of the tyranny and the approaching, not only the current tyranny, but the approaching tyranny.
[01:16:23.880 --> 01:16:33.880] What are the primary issues that the legal reform community in Australia is concerned with?
[01:16:33.880 --> 01:16:36.880] Yeah, well, big concern.
[01:16:36.880 --> 01:16:37.880] Okay, hold on.
[01:16:37.880 --> 01:16:38.880] I'm sorry.
[01:16:38.880 --> 01:16:39.880] I wasn't looking at the clock.
[01:16:39.880 --> 01:16:42.880] We are coming to our break.
[01:16:42.880 --> 01:16:45.880] Julius, I see you.
[01:16:45.880 --> 01:16:48.880] I assume you're on point, because I know Julius.
[01:16:48.880 --> 01:16:50.880] He would never be off point.
[01:16:50.880 --> 01:16:56.880] When we come back, we'll go back to Phil and then we'll go to Julius from Texas.
[01:16:56.880 --> 01:16:59.880] Randy, Kevin, Steve, we'll go to Craig.

[01:19:21.880 --> 01:19:30.880] I'm not gonna fool me with that same old trick again. I was blindsided but now I can see your face.
[01:19:30.880 --> 01:19:40.880] You put the fear in my pocket, took the money from my hand. Ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again.
[01:19:40.880 --> 01:19:56.880] Ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again.
[01:19:56.880 --> 01:20:11.880] Okay, we're back. We're in the fountain. Debra Smith made a break. We've got radio. Obviously, Debra's not here tonight. He's taking the night off. We're talking to Phil Fugri, a footballer in Australia.
[01:20:11.880 --> 01:20:32.880] And the last time I was there, we went to a restaurant down on the coast and had some nice seafood and watched the waves roll in. And then we drove up into the mountains into a rainforest 30 miles, 30 minutes from the coast.
[01:20:32.880 --> 01:20:45.880] And Phil's father lived up there. His house was on the side of a mountain. And you look out the window and you're looking at it. It's a huge valley.
[01:20:45.880 --> 01:21:00.880] And you can see white and black macaws flying around. And one of the most interesting things I heard about it is, his father used to complain because macaws and king parrots.
[01:21:00.880 --> 01:21:10.880] King parrots are the parrots that the pirates had there about two and a half, three feet tall, huge. They lived 250 years.
[01:21:10.880 --> 01:21:27.880] These were in the wild, would fly in the windows and he was complaining that these wild birds would fly in their windows. And they were so unafraid of people that they'd fly around in the house and he was complaining that they'd crap all over the house.
[01:21:27.880 --> 01:21:41.880] Now, I'm in a place where, you know, people here in the United States wouldn't even fathom such a thing, but he's complaining about these huge, incredibly beautiful birds crapin' all over the house.
[01:21:41.880 --> 01:21:59.880] But unlike in America, the idea of harming one of them never seemed to come to mind to anyone. And I was most impressed by that. And up we went to a rainforest up in the top of a mountain.
[01:21:59.880 --> 01:22:16.880] And it was absolutely the most incredible place. If anybody ever wants to go on an incredible vacation, contact me. I'll get you in touch with Phil.
[01:22:16.880 --> 01:22:36.880] And he will show you the most incredible continent on planet Earth, which includes pyramids in the outback places where you can go and pick up gold off the ground. It is absolutely an incredible place.
[01:22:36.880 --> 01:22:49.880] Okay, enough pumping up Australia. Okay, we're going to go to Julius in Texas. I know Julius is going to have a question dead on point.
[01:22:49.880 --> 01:23:01.880] And I know that because he knows that I have my mic taser turned on. And he asked the question off point. He'll wind up in the four flopping around like a fish.
[01:23:01.880 --> 01:23:15.880] How's it going, Julius? All right, Randy, how are you? It's great to hear your voice. And my God, what a great program this is. I'm so thrilled to hear Phil and the stories about Australia.
[01:23:15.880 --> 01:23:23.880] A good friend of mine had visited there. It was just a fantastic place. Really great. Thanks for being there, Phil.
[01:23:23.880 --> 01:23:52.880] And I will tell you, Julius, the thing I've most appreciated about Australia was not the seas. I stayed at a place that was in a bay and there were 10 and 12 footbreakers rolling in constantly with surfers everywhere.
[01:23:52.880 --> 01:24:03.880] These incredible birds have come and land on your hands. We walked up within three foot of a cuckaburra bird who was not the least bit afraid of us.
[01:24:03.880 --> 01:24:16.880] The train ride from Sydney up to Gosford was, you would have to see it to believe it. It was absolutely incredible.
[01:24:16.880 --> 01:24:34.880] The train snaked around along the edges of incredible ridges and the ground rose straight up to one side, straight down to the other and dropped out down into bays and estuaries.
[01:24:34.880 --> 01:24:49.880] It was absolutely incredible. But that was not what I found most incredible about Australia. What I found most incredible about Australia was the Australian character.
[01:24:49.880 --> 01:25:01.880] I absolutely fell in love with the Australian character. And Phil Free is an example of the Australian character.
[01:25:01.880 --> 01:25:06.880] Okay, you have a question for us or a comment? Yes, I do. Yes, I absolutely do.
[01:25:06.880 --> 01:25:19.880] Today, I went down to the court and I filed an affidavit. Of course, I've been going to Eddie Craig's due process of war class, classes, and I highly recommend that to anyone.
[01:25:19.880 --> 01:25:30.880] And I've been filing actually a couple of few affidavits and motions here and there. And I have plagiarized one of your affidavits.
[01:25:30.880 --> 01:25:35.880] What? What? Do you plagiarize one of my documents?
[01:25:35.880 --> 01:25:39.880] Oh, I have. I've been sent.
[01:25:39.880 --> 01:25:53.880] I know you're coming to a recipe as we speak, but you can't know where I am right now. Because see, I'm in a parking lot walking around and I'm not going to tell you where I am.
[01:25:53.880 --> 01:26:01.880] Okay, I am the expert plagiarist here. Thank you.
[01:26:01.880 --> 01:26:05.880] Okay, Phil, this is the kind of an inside joke.
[01:26:05.880 --> 01:26:08.880] Yeah. What's all about shipping information?
[01:26:08.880 --> 01:26:18.880] Yeah, yeah. Why write legal documents when somebody else has already written one better? Just plagiarize theirs.
[01:26:18.880 --> 01:26:28.880] This is fantastic, but I have a very funny story to tell you guys, but that's a long point. I couldn't even imagine a better show to speak about it.
[01:26:28.880 --> 01:26:31.880] Okay, here it is.
[01:26:31.880 --> 01:26:39.880] Today I filed my own affidavit and I called it affidavit of cheese.
[01:26:39.880 --> 01:26:47.880] Now, just so we're clear about it, cheese meaning, you know, like Boronian cheese sandwich food, right?
[01:26:47.880 --> 01:27:00.880] Affidavit of cheese. In the body of the affidavit, I said the cheese fell off your cracker if you think I'm going to sell for this kind of step or something to this effect.
[01:27:00.880 --> 01:27:06.880] And that's the body in caps in the affidavit somewhere in the middle.
[01:27:06.880 --> 01:27:19.880] But pretty much I'm using, here's the scenario. It's a municipal court case that came up. All the violations supposedly was impeding traffic.
[01:27:19.880 --> 01:27:22.880] Okay, wait, wait. Hold on just a second, please.
[01:27:22.880 --> 01:27:23.880] Go ahead.
[01:27:23.880 --> 01:27:30.880] Can you move the mic out from directly in front of your mouth or give it some distortion?
[01:27:30.880 --> 01:27:33.880] Okay. How is this ready?
[01:27:33.880 --> 01:27:35.880] Much, much better.
[01:27:35.880 --> 01:27:38.880] Okay, good. Now, let me repeat that.
[01:27:38.880 --> 01:27:42.880] Okay, first, the case is about impeding traffic somewhere.
[01:27:42.880 --> 01:27:58.880] It doesn't really matter what the issue is, but it became a court case which originally was not a case at all because I received an illegal citation, according to Eddie, thanks to his course.
[01:27:58.880 --> 01:28:05.880] The way they do these citations and everything is trickery to get you to pay a fine and such.
[01:28:05.880 --> 01:28:14.880] But anyway, I filed this affidavit today because I said to myself, what in the world do I have to follow their rules for?
[01:28:14.880 --> 01:28:17.880] Why would I have to even bother?
[01:28:17.880 --> 01:28:19.880] Who is they?
[01:28:19.880 --> 01:28:33.880] And also, they're making the fast accusations from me. They're claiming that I had not appeared before the court on the initial date of the citation, which I did upwards, downwards, backwards, left and right.
[01:28:33.880 --> 01:28:36.880] I filed a couple of affidavits to the effect.
[01:28:36.880 --> 01:28:42.880] No, I appeared, but there was no case there. There was no criminal complaint.
[01:28:42.880 --> 01:28:46.880] Of course, I learned from you guys, and especially Eddie's course.
[01:28:46.880 --> 01:28:52.880] There's no affidavit, there's no indictment, there's no information, there's no case.
[01:28:52.880 --> 01:28:56.880] I have a recording of the clerk telling me there was no case.
[01:28:56.880 --> 01:29:02.880] Yet, I still showed up just one day prior to my last day to appear, right?
[01:29:02.880 --> 01:29:09.880] And then, they just carded me off and said, well, what do you want to do?
[01:29:09.880 --> 01:29:17.880] Do you want to file this citation, or do you want to just leave it here? I said, no, no, no, let the officer's supposed to come in and file.
[01:29:17.880 --> 01:29:22.880] And he's supposed to swear a complaint. I'm not going to do his job for him, you see.
[01:29:22.880 --> 01:29:25.880] So if there's no cases, no case I go out.
[01:29:25.880 --> 01:29:36.880] Anyway, they sent me multiple letters, and finally, they sent me a letter where they said, you had not appeared before the court.
[01:29:36.880 --> 01:29:42.880] I brought out one. Don't worry about it. Now, I see the music is coming.
[01:29:42.880 --> 01:29:48.880] Okay, hold on. We're about to go to break. This is Randy Caughton, Deb Stephen, Daddy Craig, we're on radio.
[01:29:48.880 --> 01:29:58.880] The call lines are open, 512-646-1984. We'll be right back with Julius and Phil on your side.
[01:29:58.880 --> 01:30:05.880] A Noble Lie, Oklahoma City, 1995 will change forever the way you look at the true nature of terrorism.
[01:30:05.880 --> 01:30:09.880] Based on the damage pattern to the building, but the government sends impossible.
[01:30:09.880 --> 01:30:13.880] The grand jury did not want to hear anything I had to say.
[01:30:13.880 --> 01:30:16.880] The decision was made not to pursue any more of those individuals.
[01:30:16.880 --> 01:30:21.880] Some of these columns were ripped up, shredded, tossed around.
[01:30:21.880 --> 01:30:25.880] The people that did the things they did knew doggone well what they were doing.
[01:30:25.880 --> 01:30:29.880] Expose the cover up now at anoblelie.com.
[01:30:29.880 --> 01:30:38.880] The government has dreamed up a new way to erode your privacy in the name of fighting terrorism, tracking prepaid debit cards.
[01:30:38.880 --> 01:30:43.880] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll give you the details of this latest assault on liberty in just a moment.
[01:30:43.880 --> 01:30:49.880] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:30:49.880 --> 01:30:54.880] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:30:54.880 --> 01:30:59.880] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[01:30:59.880 --> 01:31:02.880] Privacy. It's worth hanging on to.
[01:31:02.880 --> 01:31:09.880] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[01:31:09.880 --> 01:31:13.880] Start over with StartPage.
[01:31:13.880 --> 01:31:19.880] Time and again, the government finds ways to make sure Big Brother is watching, always in the name of the war on terror.
[01:31:19.880 --> 01:31:23.880] The newest ideas legislation to track prepaid debit cards.
[01:31:23.880 --> 01:31:29.880] For years, people have used these cards anonymously just like cash, no fuss, and no financial footprints.
[01:31:29.880 --> 01:31:35.880] For low income people without a bank account, they provide important access to services like online purchases.
[01:31:35.880 --> 01:31:41.880] But now lawmakers want to burden prepaid cards with detailed record keeping and surcharges.
[01:31:41.880 --> 01:31:45.880] The real losers, of course, won't be terrorists who never follow the rules anyway.
[01:31:45.880 --> 01:31:49.880] As usual, it will be us and our freedoms that pay the price.
[01:31:49.880 --> 01:31:54.880] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:32:19.880 --> 01:32:23.880] Okay, this is Ranchel's devastation.
[01:32:23.880 --> 01:32:27.880] Daddy Craig, reading by radio.
[01:32:27.880 --> 01:32:31.880] And we're talking to these in Texas.
[01:32:31.880 --> 01:32:35.880] They're trying to buy the whole place.
[01:32:35.880 --> 01:32:39.880] They want to force the nation.
[01:32:39.880 --> 01:32:43.880] Okay, this is Ranchel's devastation.
[01:32:43.880 --> 01:32:46.880] Daddy Craig, reading by radio.
[01:32:46.880 --> 01:32:49.880] And we're talking to these in Texas.
[01:32:49.880 --> 01:32:52.880] Okay, Julius, you want to continue.
[01:32:52.880 --> 01:32:57.880] Yes, so I had received a third notice, which is a warning of warrant of arrest.
[01:32:57.880 --> 01:33:04.880] You failed to appear according to the citation, the date, appearance, all of before.
[01:33:04.880 --> 01:33:06.880] And it was, of course, a lie.
[01:33:06.880 --> 01:33:09.880] And I said, why am I bothering with this is nonsense.
[01:33:09.880 --> 01:33:16.880] So I just filed an affidavit of cheese today, which says the cheese fell off your cracker.
[01:33:16.880 --> 01:33:21.880] If you think you're going to get this swingless tactic by me in so many words,
[01:33:21.880 --> 01:33:23.880] I'm trying to make it a joke of it.
[01:33:23.880 --> 01:33:26.880] And I also said, you have a screw loose.
[01:33:26.880 --> 01:33:32.880] Somebody's got a screw loose in the courthouse if they think they're going to get this one over on me.
[01:33:32.880 --> 01:33:35.880] This is good.
[01:33:35.880 --> 01:33:39.880] I think I'm going to like the cheese and cracker defense.
[01:33:39.880 --> 01:33:42.880] Can I just interrupt and say something?
[01:33:42.880 --> 01:33:44.880] Yes, absolutely.
[01:33:44.880 --> 01:33:49.880] Julius, have you identified the plaintiff?
[01:33:49.880 --> 01:34:00.880] Well, you know, I had not, but I addressed and I actually wrote to the clerk of the court
[01:34:00.880 --> 01:34:07.880] who wrote me said nonsense, and I said, perhaps you'd like to be invited to this party too.
[01:34:07.880 --> 01:34:12.880] And I said, you know, by the way, you know, cheese, you know, this could be Swiss cheese
[01:34:12.880 --> 01:34:16.880] because your case has got a lot of hands in it, you know.
[01:34:16.880 --> 01:34:18.880] Well, that's all great.
[01:34:18.880 --> 01:34:24.880] You can have a lot of fun with it too, but you've got to be careful because these guys are masters at con art
[01:34:24.880 --> 01:34:27.880] and they love playing this game of musical chairs.
[01:34:27.880 --> 01:34:32.880] And what they usually will do is you'll get an incitement or infringement notice or citation,
[01:34:32.880 --> 01:34:36.880] whatever you want to call it, and then you'll start corresponding with somebody
[01:34:36.880 --> 01:34:38.880] and then you'll start asking them some tough questions.
[01:34:38.880 --> 01:34:41.880] And then this guy will say, oh, this is a hot potato.
[01:34:41.880 --> 01:34:43.880] I'm going to pass it over to Jan.
[01:34:43.880 --> 01:34:47.880] And then next minute you'll get a letter from Jan asking you to do this, do that or the other.
[01:34:47.880 --> 01:34:50.880] And then you'll write her a letter and they say, oh, geez, I can't respond to that.
[01:34:50.880 --> 01:34:52.880] Then I'll start dealing with Fred.
[01:34:52.880 --> 01:34:59.880] So you can go around in circles and start dealing with all these people that you've got no idea of.
[01:34:59.880 --> 01:35:01.880] Remember when you write a check?
[01:35:01.880 --> 01:35:05.880] When you write a check, usually a check has got not negotiable written across it.
[01:35:05.880 --> 01:35:09.880] Well, it's also important that when you're dealing with someone, you write on your correspondence,
[01:35:09.880 --> 01:35:12.880] not negotiable, which means that it's not negotiable.
[01:35:12.880 --> 01:35:16.880] It's only to be dealt with that person who's nominated at the time.
[01:35:16.880 --> 01:35:20.880] It can't be passed on to Jack, Jill, Fred, Frank or whoever.
[01:35:20.880 --> 01:35:24.880] It's important that you bond and you secure that party.
[01:35:24.880 --> 01:35:28.880] And therefore, they are the one that started the litigation or started the complaint,
[01:35:28.880 --> 01:35:30.880] so they're the one that has to finish it.
[01:35:30.880 --> 01:35:35.880] Otherwise, it's all third party, no first-hand personal knowledge.
[01:35:35.880 --> 01:35:40.880] And other things, when you're corresponding with these guys, they're getting paid, aren't they?
[01:35:40.880 --> 01:35:45.880] You can also give them an infringement notice of your own or a citation of your own.
[01:35:45.880 --> 01:35:48.880] Hey, you've compelled my unpaid and voluntary force performance and labour.
[01:35:48.880 --> 01:35:55.880] According to this law and that law, we use penalty units, which are equivalent in dollar value.
[01:35:55.880 --> 01:36:00.880] Here's my citation to you for the criminal offences that you have now caused me.
[01:36:00.880 --> 01:36:07.880] Hold on here, Phil. This is precisely where I wanted to go.
[01:36:07.880 --> 01:36:17.880] Infringement notice can, as opposed to criminal complaint here,
[01:36:17.880 --> 01:36:21.880] we talk about a can, and I've talked about this on the air before.
[01:36:21.880 --> 01:36:24.880] A can in Australia is a criminal appearance notice.
[01:36:24.880 --> 01:36:29.880] It's essentially a criminal complaint here, but infringement notice.
[01:36:29.880 --> 01:36:31.880] Will you explain that?
[01:36:31.880 --> 01:36:37.880] Because on the break, we were talking about that, and it appears that when they file an infringement notice,
[01:36:37.880 --> 01:36:41.880] you don't have due process. Will you explain that?
[01:36:41.880 --> 01:36:52.880] Well, yeah. A lot of times, the biggest presumption that most people and all your listeners need to break
[01:36:52.880 --> 01:36:59.880] is that the courts, police officers and government officials actually know what they are doing.
[01:36:59.880 --> 01:37:03.880] That they actually know the law, that they know due process, that they know.
[01:37:03.880 --> 01:37:10.880] In Australia, we've got seven million laws, acts and statutes, and nobody in this country, I don't care who the hell they are, does not know them.
[01:37:10.880 --> 01:37:18.880] So when you start realising that no police officer, no lawyer, no judge actually knows the law, nor procedure,
[01:37:18.880 --> 01:37:23.880] they might know bits and pieces of parts of it, or this and that, just because they're wearing a fancy costume
[01:37:23.880 --> 01:37:25.880] doesn't mean that they know what they're doing.
[01:37:25.880 --> 01:37:31.880] When you break that presumption, it's a big tool to have in your favour because now you can use that against them.
[01:37:31.880 --> 01:37:38.880] So over here, what we have is that this government here loves handing out infringement notices.
[01:37:38.880 --> 01:37:42.880] An infringement notice, I suppose, is what you would call a citation over there.
[01:37:42.880 --> 01:37:50.880] They say, oh, you went 60 kilometres, or in a 50 kilometre zone, or oh, you've done this and that,
[01:37:50.880 --> 01:37:53.880] and oh, that's against the law, we're going to find you.
[01:37:53.880 --> 01:37:57.880] So they send out all these infringement notices, you know?
[01:37:57.880 --> 01:38:04.880] But they forget that by doing so, they're actually requiring you to perform.
[01:38:04.880 --> 01:38:11.880] And their perception is that you volunteered, or that there's some sort of contract there,
[01:38:11.880 --> 01:38:15.880] that you've agreed to be raped and pillaged.
[01:38:15.880 --> 01:38:21.880] So presumption broken, here's my invoice, here's my cost recovery notice, here's my fee schedule,
[01:38:21.880 --> 01:38:26.880] and here's your citation and infringement for the crimes that you have now caused against me.
[01:38:26.880 --> 01:38:27.880] Thanks for coming.
[01:38:27.880 --> 01:38:32.880] Only time I say go to court, go to court as the plaintiff, never as a defendant.
[01:38:32.880 --> 01:38:36.880] Turn it around. Always go as a plaintiff.
[01:38:36.880 --> 01:38:38.880] And you can do that in every case if you know how.
[01:38:38.880 --> 01:38:43.880] No, I'm not, actually.
[01:38:43.880 --> 01:38:47.880] Okay, how do you become the plaintiff?
[01:38:47.880 --> 01:38:48.880] Police right now.
[01:38:48.880 --> 01:38:49.880] Hold on.
[01:38:49.880 --> 01:38:52.880] What am I doing right now?
[01:38:52.880 --> 01:38:53.880] I don't know.
[01:38:53.880 --> 01:38:58.880] I think I'm on, is this university area?
[01:38:58.880 --> 01:38:59.880] I'm not sure.
[01:38:59.880 --> 01:39:04.880] You know, I'm just in the parking lot and I'm just speaking on the phone.
[01:39:04.880 --> 01:39:06.880] You know, do you want me to leave?
[01:39:06.880 --> 01:39:08.880] Yeah, we need to find out.
[01:39:08.880 --> 01:39:10.880] Who is this person?
[01:39:10.880 --> 01:39:12.880] I don't know if he's a police officer.
[01:39:12.880 --> 01:39:16.880] Perhaps he'd like to talk to somebody on the rule of law radio?
[01:39:16.880 --> 01:39:17.880] No.
[01:39:17.880 --> 01:39:19.880] Yeah, tell him I want to talk to him.
[01:39:19.880 --> 01:39:20.880] Lanny Gilway.
[01:39:20.880 --> 01:39:23.880] It's Lanny Gilway, Randy.
[01:39:23.880 --> 01:39:25.880] Lanny Gilway?
[01:39:25.880 --> 01:39:27.880] Is he a police officer?
[01:39:27.880 --> 01:39:29.880] This is Randy Kelton.
[01:39:29.880 --> 01:39:30.880] Not interested.
[01:39:30.880 --> 01:39:31.880] You're not interested?
[01:39:31.880 --> 01:39:32.880] It's a rule of law.
[01:39:32.880 --> 01:39:37.880] You're a police officer and you're approaching him in the parking lot.
[01:39:37.880 --> 01:39:40.880] He's asking me for identification.
[01:39:40.880 --> 01:39:42.880] Do I have to give it to him?
[01:39:42.880 --> 01:39:46.880] Ask him what the nature of the problem of cause he has to believe.
[01:39:46.880 --> 01:39:48.880] Ask him what you're under arrest for.
[01:39:48.880 --> 01:39:49.880] Hold on.
[01:39:49.880 --> 01:39:50.880] Hold on, Randy.
[01:39:50.880 --> 01:39:52.880] What is the nature of the problem of cause?
[01:39:52.880 --> 01:39:55.880] This is property property.
[01:39:55.880 --> 01:39:58.880] University is closed right now.
[01:39:58.880 --> 01:40:02.880] And we're going to determine who you are and ask you to leave.
[01:40:02.880 --> 01:40:04.880] I'll ask you to leave.
[01:40:04.880 --> 01:40:08.880] Is there an ordinance requiring you to leave the property at a given time?
[01:40:08.880 --> 01:40:13.880] Is there an ordinance requiring me to leave the property at any given time?
[01:40:13.880 --> 01:40:15.880] This is private property.
[01:40:15.880 --> 01:40:17.880] He said this is private property.
[01:40:17.880 --> 01:40:19.880] So are there no trespassers?
[01:40:19.880 --> 01:40:23.880] Well, then who complained to the cop that it's private property and wants you removed?
[01:40:23.880 --> 01:40:24.880] That's right.
[01:40:24.880 --> 01:40:25.880] Okay.
[01:40:25.880 --> 01:40:26.880] Hold on a second.
[01:40:26.880 --> 01:40:28.880] What's he going to do, Randy?
[01:40:28.880 --> 01:40:31.880] Who complained to the cop that wants you removed?
[01:40:31.880 --> 01:40:32.880] He's enforcing his own will.
[01:40:32.880 --> 01:40:34.880] Not somebody's complaint.
[01:40:34.880 --> 01:40:35.880] Hold on.
[01:40:35.880 --> 01:40:39.880] Officer, who complained to you?
[01:40:39.880 --> 01:40:40.880] He said nobody complained.
[01:40:40.880 --> 01:40:43.880] They saw me out here walking around.
[01:40:43.880 --> 01:40:47.880] Then he doesn't have any reason to be moving you anywhere.
[01:40:47.880 --> 01:40:50.880] Then you don't have any business to be moving me anywhere.
[01:40:50.880 --> 01:40:54.880] He said yes, this is private property, he's claiming.
[01:40:54.880 --> 01:40:57.880] Unless he's a private cop, it's hard to...
[01:40:57.880 --> 01:40:58.880] Hold on.
[01:40:58.880 --> 01:40:59.880] Hold on.
[01:40:59.880 --> 01:41:03.880] Are there no trespassing signs posted?
[01:41:03.880 --> 01:41:06.880] Are there no trespassing signs posted, sir?
[01:41:06.880 --> 01:41:07.880] No.
[01:41:07.880 --> 01:41:09.880] No, he said.
[01:41:09.880 --> 01:41:17.880] Then I suggest that you hang up on us and call 911 and get some real policemen out there
[01:41:17.880 --> 01:41:20.880] and ask them to arrest these guys.
[01:41:20.880 --> 01:41:22.880] Okay, I'm going to do that right now, Randy.
[01:41:22.880 --> 01:41:23.880] Okay, hold on.
[01:41:23.880 --> 01:41:24.880] Are these guys wearing loaded pistols?
[01:41:24.880 --> 01:41:26.880] Ask them if their pistols are loaded.
[01:41:26.880 --> 01:41:28.880] Are your pistols loaded?
[01:41:28.880 --> 01:41:33.880] Do you have loaded guns?
[01:41:33.880 --> 01:41:35.880] I'm just asking you a question.
[01:41:35.880 --> 01:41:37.880] Do you have a loaded gun, sir?
[01:41:37.880 --> 01:41:39.880] Well, it's the ability to have a gun.
[01:41:39.880 --> 01:41:41.880] It's the ability to have a gun that's not loaded.
[01:41:41.880 --> 01:41:45.880] Do I take that as a yes, sir?
[01:41:45.880 --> 01:41:47.880] No.
[01:41:47.880 --> 01:41:52.880] Now he continues to ask me, do you have business on this property?
[01:41:52.880 --> 01:41:56.880] Ask him if he's prepared to pull his pistol on you.
[01:41:56.880 --> 01:42:01.880] Are you prepared to pull your pistol on me?
[01:42:01.880 --> 01:42:03.880] He says there's no reason for that.
[01:42:03.880 --> 01:42:05.880] What they got for that?
[01:42:05.880 --> 01:42:07.880] They're telling to get lost.
[01:42:07.880 --> 01:42:11.880] He doesn't have any reason for anything he's doing is the problem.
[01:42:11.880 --> 01:42:15.880] If he continues, then letting know that if you continue to harass me,
[01:42:15.880 --> 01:42:17.880] I'm perfectly willing to leave,
[01:42:17.880 --> 01:42:20.880] but if you continue to harass me, I'm going to press charges.
[01:42:20.880 --> 01:42:26.880] Okay, if he doesn't go away, ask him to call 911.
[01:42:26.880 --> 01:42:28.880] Tell him you're already on the phone.
[01:42:28.880 --> 01:42:31.880] Ask him if he will call 911.
[01:42:31.880 --> 01:42:37.880] You need a real police officer out here to arrest these guys for official oppression.
[01:42:37.880 --> 01:42:41.880] Now, can I get your badge numbers, too?
[01:42:41.880 --> 01:42:44.880] No, you want their photo ID.
[01:42:44.880 --> 01:42:48.880] You want a photo ID, driver's license, a badge that's not identified by the police.
[01:42:48.880 --> 01:42:51.880] Yeah, their police officer's license is what you want.
[01:42:51.880 --> 01:42:54.880] I see the St. Edward's University police.
[01:42:54.880 --> 01:42:56.880] That's who they are.
[01:42:56.880 --> 01:42:58.880] St. Edward's police.
[01:42:58.880 --> 01:43:00.880] Well, then they're not real cops.
[01:43:00.880 --> 01:43:02.880] Tell them to take a hike.
[01:43:02.880 --> 01:43:04.880] Actually, they are.
[01:43:04.880 --> 01:43:08.880] Okay, why don't you leave anyway?
[01:43:08.880 --> 01:43:13.880] Ask them if they're certified police officers or are they security guards?
[01:43:13.880 --> 01:43:18.880] No, you see that St. Edward's University police. That's all right.
[01:43:18.880 --> 01:43:22.880] Okay, are they certified police or are they security guards?
[01:43:22.880 --> 01:43:24.880] I don't know what they're all.
[01:43:24.880 --> 01:43:28.880] Are you guys security guards or are you guys actually police?
[01:43:28.880 --> 01:43:31.880] The police officers in the state of Texas,
[01:43:31.880 --> 01:43:35.880] are you police officers in the state of Texas?
[01:43:35.880 --> 01:43:38.880] Police officers in the state of Texas.
[01:43:38.880 --> 01:43:42.880] Okay, ask them to hold on.
[01:43:42.880 --> 01:43:44.880] We're about to go to break.
[01:43:44.880 --> 01:43:46.880] We want to pick them up on the other side.
[01:43:46.880 --> 01:43:48.880] Tell them we're going to make them famous.
[01:43:48.880 --> 01:43:50.880] This is Randy Kelk.

[01:43:52.880 --> 01:43:54.880] We'll be right back.
[01:43:54.880 --> 01:43:56.880] And don't go anywhere, Julius.
[01:43:56.880 --> 01:43:59.880] This is too much fun.

[01:45:28.880 --> 01:45:30.880] Do they have Harry Potter and Twilight?
[01:45:30.880 --> 01:45:34.880] No, but they do carry a large selection of survival and preparedness books
[01:45:34.880 --> 01:45:36.880] to protect your family in time of emergency.
[01:45:36.880 --> 01:45:38.880] Ugh, that sounds like that show in the Discovery Channel.
[01:45:38.880 --> 01:45:41.880] Yeah, there's even a wilderness survival expert that teaches classes
[01:45:41.880 --> 01:45:44.880] called Earthskill School that you can sign up for on the website
[01:45:44.880 --> 01:45:46.880] bravenewbookstore.com.
[01:45:46.880 --> 01:45:47.880] What are you doing?
[01:45:47.880 --> 01:45:50.880] I'm tweeting all my friends that they should go to bravenewbookstore.com
[01:45:50.880 --> 01:45:52.880] or down to the bookstore in person.
[01:45:52.880 --> 01:45:53.880] Where's it located?
[01:45:53.880 --> 01:45:54.880] 1904, Guadalupe Street.
[01:45:54.880 --> 01:45:55.880] There, it's set.
[01:45:55.880 --> 01:45:57.880] I even made a smiley face.
[01:45:57.880 --> 01:45:58.880] Great.
[01:45:58.880 --> 01:46:24.880] Okay, this is Randy Kelton.
[01:46:24.880 --> 01:46:34.880] We're back.
[01:46:34.880 --> 01:46:47.880] Have they beaten you into unconsciousness yet?
[01:46:47.880 --> 01:46:55.880] Do you have their names or do they have name tags on?
[01:46:55.880 --> 01:46:58.880] Yes, you don't have name tags on.
[01:46:58.880 --> 01:47:02.880] Okay, get ready.
[01:47:02.880 --> 01:47:05.880] I'm sorry, could you tell me what that says?
[01:47:05.880 --> 01:47:07.880] Take my hands out of my pocket.
[01:47:07.880 --> 01:47:09.880] He's telling me to take my hands out of my pocket,
[01:47:09.880 --> 01:47:11.880] so I'll take them out of my pocket.
[01:47:11.880 --> 01:47:14.880] Does he have his hand on his pistol?
[01:47:14.880 --> 01:47:18.880] Well, I don't know that that sounds really good.
[01:47:18.880 --> 01:47:20.880] Take my hands out of my pocket.
[01:47:20.880 --> 01:47:22.880] Really?
[01:47:22.880 --> 01:47:26.880] Does he have his hand near his pistol?
[01:47:26.880 --> 01:47:28.880] No.
[01:47:28.880 --> 01:47:33.880] He's got his hand crossed in front of his stomach.
[01:47:33.880 --> 01:47:36.880] Okay, so he's not approaching this pistol.
[01:47:36.880 --> 01:47:40.880] Okay, then it's reasonable to take hands out of your pockets.
[01:47:40.880 --> 01:47:48.880] Have you told them, have you asked them if there are no trespassing signs up?
[01:47:48.880 --> 01:47:53.880] A new officer entered the scene and told me, get off the phone.
[01:47:53.880 --> 01:47:55.880] Tell him to go scratch.
[01:47:55.880 --> 01:47:59.880] Tell him the only way to get off the phone is if you call 911.
[01:47:59.880 --> 01:48:03.880] Tell him that you're busy on the phone and ask them to call 911,
[01:48:03.880 --> 01:48:08.880] so you can get some real police officers out there to take your complaint against them
[01:48:08.880 --> 01:48:12.880] if you have any official questions.
[01:48:12.880 --> 01:48:17.880] Yeah, well, exercising ownership, direction and control over you.
[01:48:17.880 --> 01:48:19.880] Are you still mad?
[01:48:19.880 --> 01:48:21.880] I know your name.
[01:48:21.880 --> 01:48:23.880] Delgado.
[01:48:23.880 --> 01:48:25.880] Okay.
[01:48:25.880 --> 01:48:27.880] Delgado.
[01:48:27.880 --> 01:48:29.880] You're badge number three?
[01:48:29.880 --> 01:48:31.880] Really?
[01:48:31.880 --> 01:48:36.880] What you want is a state-issued driver's license ID or ID card that identifies him,
[01:48:36.880 --> 01:48:40.880] do he use with his current residential address?
[01:48:40.880 --> 01:48:43.880] No, no, you can't get a police officer's address.
[01:48:43.880 --> 01:48:45.880] Okay.
[01:48:45.880 --> 01:48:47.880] Yours?
[01:48:47.880 --> 01:48:53.880] I'm here because I just put for a stop, a place to just stop and just relax
[01:48:53.880 --> 01:48:55.880] and talk to my friends on the phone.
[01:48:55.880 --> 01:48:58.880] Go ahead and get in your vehicle and leave the property.
[01:48:58.880 --> 01:49:00.880] This is the private university.
[01:49:00.880 --> 01:49:03.880] The private university, dude.
[01:49:03.880 --> 01:49:06.880] This is St. Edward's University, right?
[01:49:06.880 --> 01:49:08.880] Okay.
[01:49:08.880 --> 01:49:12.880] I have no business on the property and leave.
[01:49:12.880 --> 01:49:14.880] Do I pay taxes?
[01:49:14.880 --> 01:49:18.880] Do any of my taxes go towards St. Edward's University?
[01:49:18.880 --> 01:49:19.880] They don't.
[01:49:19.880 --> 01:49:20.880] They don't?
[01:49:20.880 --> 01:49:23.880] It's a private university where my taxes don't go towards it.
[01:49:23.880 --> 01:49:25.880] It's very powerful.
[01:49:25.880 --> 01:49:27.880] Okay.
[01:49:27.880 --> 01:49:30.880] Okay, I suggested Julian.
[01:49:30.880 --> 01:49:32.880] Yes, go ahead, Randy.
[01:49:32.880 --> 01:49:35.880] Go ahead, hang up down 911.
[01:49:35.880 --> 01:49:41.880] Calvin, that you're in a public parking lot that has no trespassing signs
[01:49:41.880 --> 01:49:43.880] and no restrictions.
[01:49:43.880 --> 01:49:47.880] And you have two people with pistols coming out making threats against you
[01:49:47.880 --> 01:49:52.880] and ask a police officer to come out and take your complaint against them.
[01:49:52.880 --> 01:49:53.880] Okay.
[01:49:53.880 --> 01:49:55.880] Make sure they hear you doing that.
[01:49:55.880 --> 01:49:59.880] And then call us back and let us know what happens.
[01:49:59.880 --> 01:50:02.880] You're still conscious.
[01:50:02.880 --> 01:50:04.880] Thank you.
[01:50:04.880 --> 01:50:05.880] Okay.
[01:50:05.880 --> 01:50:06.880] We'll see you, fellas.
[01:50:06.880 --> 01:50:07.880] Thank you, Julius.
[01:50:07.880 --> 01:50:13.880] Call us back when you, when you, if you survive.
[01:50:13.880 --> 01:50:14.880] Okay.
[01:50:14.880 --> 01:50:17.880] That was interesting.
[01:50:17.880 --> 01:50:19.880] Yeah.
[01:50:19.880 --> 01:50:27.880] So if I get a call from the jail and somebody named Julius wants to make a,
[01:50:27.880 --> 01:50:35.880] wants me to accept the charges, I'll say Julius who?
[01:50:35.880 --> 01:50:37.880] Okay.
[01:50:37.880 --> 01:50:42.880] Then I have a, okay.
[01:50:42.880 --> 01:50:44.880] You want to make this interesting?
[01:50:44.880 --> 01:50:53.880] Let me get out my cell phone and I'll call and I'm calling for the police department myself.
[01:50:53.880 --> 01:50:54.880] How this goes.
[01:50:54.880 --> 01:50:56.880] It should be interesting.
[01:50:56.880 --> 01:51:01.880] David, can you lift me up?
[01:51:01.880 --> 01:51:04.880] David, you can't hear me.
[01:51:04.880 --> 01:51:05.880] Hello.
[01:51:05.880 --> 01:51:06.880] Hello.
[01:51:06.880 --> 01:51:10.880] I need the local number to the police.
[01:51:10.880 --> 01:51:18.880] I'll look up on the internet and we'll call the local police and tell them what was going on
[01:51:18.880 --> 01:51:22.880] and see if we can get them to go out there.
[01:51:22.880 --> 01:51:26.880] Okay.
[01:51:26.880 --> 01:51:35.880] Austin PD.
[01:51:35.880 --> 01:51:37.880] Austin police reports.
[01:51:37.880 --> 01:51:38.880] Austin police.
[01:51:38.880 --> 01:51:42.880] City of Austin police department.
[01:51:42.880 --> 01:51:43.880] Okay.
[01:51:43.880 --> 01:51:47.880] Let's call contact us.
[01:51:47.880 --> 01:52:03.880] Let me get back to Austin police department.
[01:52:03.880 --> 01:52:06.880] This is too much fun.
[01:52:06.880 --> 01:52:09.880] It's all about education, isn't it?
[01:52:09.880 --> 01:52:10.880] Yes, it is.
[01:52:10.880 --> 01:52:16.880] It's about standing up, taking those guys to the police.
[01:52:16.880 --> 01:52:22.880] This is why if you had an affidavit of truth or affidavit subpoena contract like we talked about,
[01:52:22.880 --> 01:52:29.880] you could have just pulled it out and said, hey, sir, can you please sign this with your full private and commercial liability,
[01:52:29.880 --> 01:52:36.880] accepting all liabilities, securing your assets and income maturity for your statements, decisions and actions,
[01:52:36.880 --> 01:52:40.880] and for any and all losses or contraventions that they cause against me.
[01:52:40.880 --> 01:52:51.880] If you failed to do that, why would you not sign a truth document that says that you're not committing offences unless you actually are?
[01:52:51.880 --> 01:52:52.880] Okay.
[01:52:52.880 --> 01:52:53.880] Austin.
[01:52:53.880 --> 01:52:55.880] City of Austin Police Department phone numbers.
[01:52:55.880 --> 01:53:03.880] Here we go.
[01:53:03.880 --> 01:53:05.880] Let's see.
[01:53:05.880 --> 01:53:07.880] Downtown area.
[01:53:07.880 --> 01:53:09.880] Here we go.
[01:53:09.880 --> 01:53:11.880] Controls.
[01:53:11.880 --> 01:53:12.880] Okay.
[01:53:12.880 --> 01:53:22.880] Let me call the Austin PD 512974.
[01:53:22.880 --> 01:53:33.880] Oops.
[01:53:33.880 --> 01:53:46.880] 5253.
[01:53:46.880 --> 01:53:49.880] This should get interesting.
[01:53:49.880 --> 01:53:58.880] Oh, I've got my Bluetooth serial.
[01:53:58.880 --> 01:54:05.880] If these documents that we just discussed and talked about are like your insurance policy.
[01:54:05.880 --> 01:54:09.880] What happened?
[01:54:09.880 --> 01:54:10.880] Something screwed up.
[01:54:10.880 --> 01:54:11.880] Okay.
[01:54:11.880 --> 01:54:12.880] Let's try this again.
[01:54:12.880 --> 01:54:13.880] I didn't have one.
[01:54:13.880 --> 01:54:18.880] I've got my Bluetooth hooked up, so.
[01:54:18.880 --> 01:54:23.880] Yes.
[01:54:23.880 --> 01:54:28.880] Okay.
[01:54:28.880 --> 01:54:32.880] Okay. Are we still on on the air?
[01:54:32.880 --> 01:54:33.880] Okay.
[01:54:33.880 --> 01:54:34.880] We're still on.
[01:54:34.880 --> 01:54:36.880] Okay.
[01:54:36.880 --> 01:54:40.880] We'll handle this.
[01:54:40.880 --> 01:54:42.880] I can't talk together where we're on there.
[01:54:42.880 --> 01:54:43.880] We'll talk to you when we get out there.
[01:54:43.880 --> 01:54:46.880] This is we're going to have fun with this.
[01:54:46.880 --> 01:54:47.880] Okay.
[01:54:47.880 --> 01:54:59.880] Back to David, I'm sure that Julius will call us if he's not beaten into unconscious.
[01:54:59.880 --> 01:55:00.880] Okay.
[01:55:00.880 --> 01:55:03.880] You have your opinion on this.
[01:55:03.880 --> 01:55:09.880] How would this be handled in Australia?
[01:55:09.880 --> 01:55:16.880] Well, it depends on who it's happening to.
[01:55:16.880 --> 01:55:23.880] You know, like, I mean, you know, we've got all sorts of people, I suppose, in our society,
[01:55:23.880 --> 01:55:24.880] and it's very interesting.
[01:55:24.880 --> 01:55:31.880] This would not happen to a diplomat or usually an elected official.
[01:55:31.880 --> 01:55:40.880] Though in our own right, we are all have the same immunities and privileges as they do,
[01:55:40.880 --> 01:55:47.880] because the law says it's all equitable and applied equally to everyone,
[01:55:47.880 --> 01:55:53.880] but yet it doesn't seem to be the case.
[01:55:53.880 --> 01:55:56.880] You know, and again, but this is what I say to all sorts of people,
[01:55:56.880 --> 01:56:01.880] when you're approached by a police officer or anyone like that, you know,
[01:56:01.880 --> 01:56:03.880] it's no good pouring oil on the fire.
[01:56:03.880 --> 01:56:07.880] It's try and, you know, don't look for conflict,
[01:56:07.880 --> 01:56:17.880] but at the same time assert your liberties, freedoms and rights in a polite way.
[01:56:17.880 --> 01:56:20.880] Don't get your arm twisted around your back and get the handcuffs on you.
[01:56:20.880 --> 01:56:25.880] Try and educate someone in your can and use your mouse, I suppose,
[01:56:25.880 --> 01:56:28.880] which is your instincts, you know, fish out the situation.
[01:56:28.880 --> 01:56:33.880] Am I dealing with a psychopathic, aggressive individual here?
[01:56:33.880 --> 01:56:42.880] Or, you know, just always look out for your own welfare at the same time?
[01:56:42.880 --> 01:56:44.880] That is a really good point.
[01:56:44.880 --> 01:56:53.880] And let me interject that in listening to him speaking to the officers,
[01:56:53.880 --> 01:57:01.880] it seemed relatively clear that these were not guys who were out there acting like a bunch of jackbooty thugs,
[01:57:01.880 --> 01:57:05.880] because we asked him to ask them questions, he asked them questions,
[01:57:05.880 --> 01:57:11.880] and they answered his questions, so that indicated that he was dealing with someone he could deal with.
[01:57:11.880 --> 01:57:16.880] Here we say the same thing you just said.
[01:57:16.880 --> 01:57:18.880] Don't start a fight out there.
[01:57:18.880 --> 01:57:21.880] And that's why I asked him to call Austin PD.
[01:57:21.880 --> 01:57:33.880] Because Austin PD, then the St. Edward's campus police now have the Austin Police Department to deal with,
[01:57:33.880 --> 01:57:38.880] and that will make them much, much more careful,
[01:57:38.880 --> 01:57:43.880] because it's not something that's contained within their department,
[01:57:43.880 --> 01:57:48.880] but now it's spread around someone else's department.
[01:57:48.880 --> 01:57:51.880] Oh, okay, okay, hold on, hold on everyone.
[01:57:51.880 --> 01:57:53.880] Deb wants to talk.
[01:57:53.880 --> 01:57:58.880] Phil, this is Deborah Stevens, our co-host.
[01:57:58.880 --> 01:58:01.880] Deb, I've got you up.
[01:58:01.880 --> 01:58:03.880] You had a comment you wanted to make.
[01:58:03.880 --> 01:58:05.880] Yes, I'm on the way home, guys.
[01:58:05.880 --> 01:58:10.880] I'm listening in the car, and I heard some of what was going on at St. Edward's,
[01:58:10.880 --> 01:58:20.880] and I just wanted to let you and the listeners know that whoever that caller was that was in the parking lot on St. Edward's,
[01:58:20.880 --> 01:58:24.880] if he was not a student, he did not have a right to be there.
[01:58:24.880 --> 01:58:28.880] St. Edward's University is a private university.
[01:58:28.880 --> 01:58:30.880] It's not a state university.
[01:58:30.880 --> 01:58:32.880] It's not public property.
[01:58:32.880 --> 01:58:41.880] And so that St. Edward's security guard had every right to tell that person to leave if he was not a student.
[01:58:41.880 --> 01:58:42.880] Hold on, wait a minute.
[01:58:42.880 --> 01:58:48.880] So folks need to be very careful when they pull into parking lots of universities.
[01:58:48.880 --> 01:58:50.880] You don't necessarily have a right to be there.
[01:58:50.880 --> 01:58:59.880] Okay, that's why I asked Julius to ask them if the parking lot was posted for the retrospectives.
