[05:05.000 --> 05:10.000]  So folks who are not familiar with the topic of chemtrails, which surely you are by now,

[05:14.000 --> 05:22.000]  But just to give a brief recap concerning that chemtrails are real and that they are used for weather modification,
[05:22.000 --> 05:29.000]  folks, there was an international symposium held in Gent, Belgium.
[05:29.000 --> 05:38.000]  This was last year, May 20th through 30th, in 2010, called a Review of Case Orange.
[05:38.000 --> 05:44.000]  They called it Contrails Science and its impact on climate and weather manipulation programs
[05:44.000 --> 05:47.000]  conducted by the United States and its allies.
[05:47.000 --> 05:53.000]  These scientists asserted that the manipulation of climate through modification of cirrus clouds
[05:53.000 --> 05:56.000]  is neither a hoax nor a conspiracy theory.
[05:56.000 --> 05:57.000]  That's a quote.
[05:57.000 --> 06:05.000]  It is, quote, fully operational with a 60-year history through, quote, hostile environmental,
[06:05.000 --> 06:11.000]  I'm sorry, though hostile environmental modification was banned by UN Convention in 1978,
[06:11.000 --> 06:17.000]  its, quote, friendly use today is being hailed as the new savior to climate change,
[06:17.000 --> 06:21.000]  which is a total fraud, and to water and food shortages.
[06:21.000 --> 06:26.000]  Military forces stand poised to capitalize on controlling the world's weather,
[06:26.000 --> 06:32.000]  namely their defense contractors such as Raytheon, and we went over that last week.
[06:32.000 --> 06:39.000]  And here's a quote by the World Meteorological Organization in 2007.
[06:39.000 --> 06:45.000]  They released a press release that says, in recent years, there has been a decline in the support
[06:45.000 --> 06:53.000]  for weather modification research and a tendency to move directly into operational projects.
[06:53.000 --> 06:55.000]  Okay, so there you have it.
[06:55.000 --> 07:00.000]  They're using HARP, the High Frequency Active Rural Research Program.
[07:00.000 --> 07:06.000]  They're using these chemtrails which contain barium and aluminum and sulfates
[07:06.000 --> 07:11.000]  and other very nasty chemicals that are damaging to our health.
[07:11.000 --> 07:18.000]  And it says here, weather manipulation, case orange sites publicly available material
[07:18.000 --> 07:23.000]  that shows geoengineering has been ongoing for, quote, at least 60 years.
[07:23.000 --> 07:29.000]  It was used as a weapon of war in Hamburg by the UK during World War II.
[07:29.000 --> 07:33.000]  It was also used in the Vietnam conflict in the US.
[07:33.000 --> 07:41.000]  Senate hearings were held over the issue in 1972 led by investigative reporter Jack Anderson.
[07:41.000 --> 07:50.000]  And so now, because of the fraud of global warming, the environmental geoengineering weather modification
[07:50.000 --> 07:57.000]  is back on the scene, and I'm sure it was always on the scene, just a little bit under the radar, so to speak.
[07:57.000 --> 08:00.000]  And so we went over some issues last week.
[08:00.000 --> 08:03.000]  There's a patent, 1975 patent.
[08:03.000 --> 08:07.000]  I'm going to just read this briefly, a specific contrail generation apparatus
[08:07.000 --> 08:14.000]  for producing a powder contrail having maximum radiation scattering ability for a given weight of material.
[08:14.000 --> 08:22.000]  The seeding material consists of 85% metallic particles and 15% colloidal silica and silica gel
[08:22.000 --> 08:31.000]  in order to produce a stable contrail that has a residence period of one to two weeks.
[08:31.000 --> 08:35.000]  And this patent was slightly modified in 1991.
[08:35.000 --> 08:40.000]  It's being used, it was modified again in 2001.
[08:40.000 --> 08:42.000]  Folks, it just goes on and on.
[08:42.000 --> 08:48.000]  You can look up pictures where you can actually see the sprayers on the planes.
[08:48.000 --> 08:53.000]  I posted that link to Phil a few weeks ago.
[08:53.000 --> 08:55.000]  Phil, you remember seeing the sprayers on the planes?
[08:55.000 --> 08:56.000]  Yes, I did.
[08:56.000 --> 08:57.000]  I mean, it's amazing.
[08:57.000 --> 08:59.000]  They admit it's the aerosol research program.
[08:59.000 --> 09:01.000]  It's arp.gov.

[09:05.000 --> 09:13.000]  So, I mean, we've got 1996 military reports, weather as a force multiplier, owning the weather in 2025.
[09:13.000 --> 09:19.000]  I went over their timeline last week where they have specific years, what they're going to do,
[09:19.000 --> 09:24.000]  and which years in order to, quote, own the weather by 2025.
[09:24.000 --> 09:27.000]  So, folks, this is very real what they're doing.
[09:27.000 --> 09:30.000]  And Phil and I gave our testimonies last week.
[09:30.000 --> 09:32.000]  We broke it down, what we saw.
[09:32.000 --> 09:35.000]  Basically, he's been watching it for three years.
[09:35.000 --> 09:38.000]  I've been watching it all summer when I go out to the lake.
[09:38.000 --> 09:42.000]  You can't really see it here in Austin because they're not really doing it here in Austin.
[09:42.000 --> 09:46.000]  They're doing it out over the lake and over the hill country where the weather systems form.
[09:46.000 --> 09:50.000]  But as these weather systems move in from the west and the northwest,
[09:50.000 --> 09:55.000]  they'll come in and they'll lay the groundwork chemtrails ahead of the storm,
[09:55.000 --> 09:59.000]  I guess to kind of set the stage to fizzle it out.
[09:59.000 --> 10:08.000]  And then once the storm rolls in, if some of the thunderheads manage to pop through their haze of chemtrails,
[10:08.000 --> 10:13.000]  then they send out the planes immediately to do strategic spraying to knock them down.
[10:13.000 --> 10:15.000]  We've watched it consistently.
[10:15.000 --> 10:17.000]  Phil's been watching it for three years.
[10:17.000 --> 10:21.000]  And you'll see a very healthy thunderstorm that, you know, it's very defined.
[10:21.000 --> 10:24.000]  It looks like cauliflower at the top, very rich.
[10:24.000 --> 10:25.000]  It's growing quickly.
[10:25.000 --> 10:28.000]  You see the concave on the underneath side of the cloud, the dark.
[10:28.000 --> 10:30.000]  And then all of a sudden, here come the planes.
[10:30.000 --> 10:32.000]  And then it just goes, pew!
[10:32.000 --> 10:37.000]  It just literally, it just falls apart and it loses all its definition.
[10:37.000 --> 10:41.000]  And Phil and I have been wondering for a long time, well, just how is this happening?
[10:41.000 --> 10:43.000]  Is it creating a physical barrier?
[10:43.000 --> 10:45.000]  We suspected it was electromagnetic.
[10:45.000 --> 10:50.000]  And that is what was confirmed by Mr. Scott Stevens last week.

[12:22.000 --> 12:28.000]  But first, a couple of things we didn't get to last week I'd like you to comment on concerning the debunkers.
[12:28.000 --> 12:32.000]  The so-called debunkers that say, oh, you guys are full of it.
[12:32.000 --> 12:34.000]  There's no such thing.
[12:34.000 --> 12:43.000]  It's normal for contrails to spread out and form this milky haze, even though I just read the patent from 1975 that talks about this exactly what they do.
[12:43.000 --> 12:49.000]  And for the spring of metallic particles anyway, they say contrails spreading out is normal.
[12:49.000 --> 12:52.000]  Sometimes they disappear, but sometimes it's normal.
[12:52.000 --> 12:54.000]  And I want you to comment on that.
[12:54.000 --> 12:59.000]  Here is my big debunk to the debunkers, something that Phil pointed out to me.
[12:59.000 --> 13:07.000]  When you look at these chemtrails, see the debunkers say, well, it's atmospheric conditions.
[13:07.000 --> 13:08.000]  Yeah, that's right.
[13:08.000 --> 13:09.000]  That's what it is.
[13:09.000 --> 13:16.000]  That's the atmospheric conditions where sometimes the contrails were spread out and make it look like what you guys think are chemtrails.
[13:16.000 --> 13:18.000]  Well, here's the big debunk for that.
[13:18.000 --> 13:29.000]  This is where I blow the whistle on them because when they start to run out of the stuff that they're spraying, you see what Phil and I call the sputtering.
[13:29.000 --> 13:38.000]  And it's like, if you've ever had a Sharpie and you're like drawing a line on the page and it runs out of ink and it becomes kind of intermittent,
[13:38.000 --> 13:42.000]  it'll kind of fade in and out, in and out, and in and out as it's running out of ink.
[13:42.000 --> 13:44.000]  It does it with a ballpoint pen too.
[13:44.000 --> 13:46.000]  That's what I call the sputtering.
[13:46.000 --> 13:52.000]  Well, you see them sputter as they're running out of the stuff that they're spraying, but guess what?
[13:52.000 --> 13:55.000]  The plane doesn't fall out of the sky.
[13:55.000 --> 14:06.000]  It's not running out of fuel and it's not changes in atmospheric condition because it's right over my head and it's the same atmospheric conditions and they're not changing altitude either.
[14:06.000 --> 14:08.000]  So take that debunkers.
[14:08.000 --> 14:16.000]  And it's also interesting, Deborah, that you'll see two planes at the same altitude, and one is spraying this chemtrail from horizon to horizon,
[14:16.000 --> 14:22.000]  and the other one has a little bitty contrail behind it, you know, a quarter to a half mile, that quickly dissipates.
[14:22.000 --> 14:23.000]  And they're at the same altitude.
[14:23.000 --> 14:24.000]  That's right.
[14:24.000 --> 14:26.000]  Okay, so explain that one debunkers.
[14:26.000 --> 14:28.000]  It can't be atmospheric conditions.
[14:28.000 --> 14:33.000]  And you'll also see two chemtrailing planes where one of them will sputter and one of them won't.
[14:33.000 --> 14:35.000]  So how about those cookies?
[14:35.000 --> 14:45.000]  You can literally see when they switch tanks at some point because they'll go for, you know, a third of the sky and then all of a sudden the other one comes online.
[14:45.000 --> 14:46.000]  Exactly.
[14:46.000 --> 14:50.000]  So as you can tell, Scott, we're pretty worked up about this topic.
[14:50.000 --> 14:56.000]  So can you please comment on do normal contrails ever spread out or not?
[14:56.000 --> 14:58.000]  And what is your comment on the sputtering?
[14:58.000 --> 14:59.000]  Okay, let us have the deal.
[14:59.000 --> 15:01.000]  Yeah, yes, they do.
[15:01.000 --> 15:06.000]  There are a few instances where I think we see normal contrails anymore.
[15:06.000 --> 15:09.000]  These jet airlines engines are very good.
[15:09.000 --> 15:10.000]  They're very efficient.
[15:10.000 --> 15:14.000]  These airlines are, you know, are always on the verge of bankruptcy.
[15:14.000 --> 15:20.000]  So, you know, an extra gallon of kerosene that they need to put into these planes is expensive.
[15:20.000 --> 15:22.000]  You know, they burn a lot of fuel.
[15:22.000 --> 15:30.000]  And so GP Whitney and Rolls Royce and GE, you know, they've gotten these engines down to where they're very efficient and very, very clean.
[15:30.000 --> 15:32.000]  Now, the chemtrails are another story.
[15:32.000 --> 15:39.000]  And I honestly think it has been years since we, you and me, have seen a regular contrail.
[15:39.000 --> 15:40.000]  Years.
[15:40.000 --> 15:42.000]  There's the small trails out there.
[15:42.000 --> 15:46.000]  And I'm of the firm opinion that those are chemtrails as well.
[15:46.000 --> 15:49.000]  That there are just very few.
[15:49.000 --> 15:58.000]  Because they have mechanical and electrical and etheric control over this atmosphere, they know where the clouds are going to condense.
[15:58.000 --> 16:03.000]  They know when there's high level moisture capable of condensing out trails.
[16:03.000 --> 16:05.000]  They know where those levels are.
[16:05.000 --> 16:14.000]  And once they begin to enhance that cirrus shield, you know, the regular contrails may in fact exist.
[16:14.000 --> 16:19.000]  So typically that needs an atmosphere where the humidity is 70% or greater.
[16:19.000 --> 16:25.000]  We're still finding cirrus clouds in an atmospheric condition which is too dry for them to exist.
[16:25.000 --> 16:34.000]  So we've learned that there's some electrical charge, some etheric charge that is in place, that is active, that is continued to draw in moisture.
[16:34.000 --> 16:43.000]  So 99.9% of the trails you see out there today and tomorrow and yesterday are chemtrails and not contrails.
[16:43.000 --> 16:45.000]  Amazing.

[19:43.000 --> 19:51.000]  Well, how I figured out that we were actually dealing with something called chem trails was I needed a motive.
[19:51.000 --> 19:56.000]  I needed to understand why those planes were flying exactly where they were flying
[19:56.000 --> 20:05.000]  and why those trails were persisting in atmospheric conditions that were not conducive to trails lasting more than seconds or even a period at all.
[20:05.000 --> 20:09.000]  Today here in Southern Colorado, severe blue skies.
[20:09.000 --> 20:14.000]  The humidity through the entire column of the atmosphere was less than 30%.
[20:14.000 --> 20:17.000]  There was no layer whether the humidity was higher than that.
[20:17.000 --> 20:20.000]  And yet we had these little short trails all day long.
[20:20.000 --> 20:23.000]  We had little business jets, small trails.
[20:23.000 --> 20:28.000]  Not key tiny trails, but two or three inches behind your hand when held at arms length.
[20:28.000 --> 20:33.000]  And then we had this slew of low-flying commercial jets.
[20:33.000 --> 20:36.000]  I don't know where the airport is that they were going, but they were sure low.
[20:36.000 --> 20:40.000]  Some of them were trailing and some of them were not.
[20:40.000 --> 20:47.000]  So as I've looked at this for nine years now,
[20:47.000 --> 20:50.000]  I don't believe there's any contrails left.
[20:50.000 --> 20:52.000]  I really don't.
[20:52.000 --> 20:55.000]  What about normal passenger airplanes?
[20:55.000 --> 20:56.000]  What about them?

[21:28.000 --> 21:31.000]  what kind of particles and what chemicals you're going to need ahead of time.

[24:41.000 --> 24:47.000]  How do these planes not have transponders on that are pinging the FAA towers?

[24:50.000 --> 24:53.000]  It's some underground base that's manning all of this.

[25:57.000 --> 26:03.000]  And because it's a quantum event, each person who looks through these devices to see the future gets a different vision.

[28:29.000 --> 28:32.000]  And then the knock-on effects of that would be a ridge in the Atlantic
[28:32.000 --> 28:34.000]  and we're, again, back into storminess in Europe.
[28:34.000 --> 28:37.000]  A ridge over western portions of Asia.
[28:37.000 --> 28:40.000]  Then eastern Asia would be stormy and wet.
[28:40.000 --> 28:45.000]  If they want to drought all of these places,
[28:45.000 --> 28:48.000]  it takes more than residence technology.
[28:48.000 --> 28:49.000]  It takes heart.
[28:49.000 --> 28:51.000]  It takes them killing the thunderstorms.
[28:51.000 --> 28:53.000]  They're literally flipping the polarization,
[28:53.000 --> 28:55.000]  flipping the ionization of these storms
[28:55.000 --> 28:58.000]  like you saw over the lakes region all summer long.
[28:58.000 --> 29:01.000]  They did it here in Colorado all summer long.
[29:01.000 --> 29:05.000]  There were probably two dozen storms going back the last 12 months
[29:05.000 --> 29:08.000]  that could have delivered this high alpine valley,
[29:08.000 --> 29:10.000]  12, 14, 15 inches worth of water.
[29:10.000 --> 29:13.000]  When the normal for a year is 12, 13, 14, 15 inches of water
[29:13.000 --> 29:16.000]  and we ended up with less than five.
[29:16.000 --> 29:19.000]  But you can see the technology at work in the skies.

[29:36.000 --> 29:38.000]  and bring out a loft again.

[32:53.000 --> 32:56.000]  You were saying last week that to turn the clouds horizontal
[32:56.000 --> 32:58.000]  and make 90-degree angles and such.
[32:58.000 --> 33:00.000]  So get into all this with us.

[33:02.000 --> 33:06.000]  and this is primarily because I've had years of time-lapse photography.
[33:06.000 --> 33:08.000]  I set up time-lapse cameras in the end of 2005.
[33:08.000 --> 33:12.000]  And so, you know, I'm five years into at least one camera a day,
[33:12.000 --> 33:14.000]  you know, chugging away at the sky.
[33:14.000 --> 33:20.000]  And I could focus it in on a medium or more distant thunder head.
[33:20.000 --> 33:23.000]  And you'd watch the planes,
[33:23.000 --> 33:26.000]  literally crisscross and kiss the tops of the thunder heads.
[33:26.000 --> 33:30.000]  And then there's always a segment of the trail that persists.
[33:30.000 --> 33:32.000]  You can watch it deform.
[33:32.000 --> 33:34.000]  And that segment of a trail then, you know,
[33:34.000 --> 33:38.000]  either flies with the anvil head that they're literally stripping off
[33:38.000 --> 33:43.000]  or it separates and moves independent from the thunder head,
[33:43.000 --> 33:44.000]  which is kind of curious.
[33:44.000 --> 33:46.000]  You'd think that they would all fly with the wind,
[33:46.000 --> 33:48.000]  but that doesn't seem to be the case.
[33:48.000 --> 33:51.000]  And so that led me to look for other instances,
[33:51.000 --> 33:54.000]  and then there ended up being many, many, many.
[33:54.000 --> 33:59.000]  But these resonances will capture the different particle-sized chemtrails,
[33:59.000 --> 34:03.000]  whether it's a.3 microns or.7 microns or 1.2 microns.
[34:03.000 --> 34:05.000]  You know, whatever size they want to have up there,
[34:05.000 --> 34:08.000]  it can have a float for the longest duration amount of time as possible
[34:08.000 --> 34:10.000]  because it's good to snows, you know,
[34:10.000 --> 34:14.000]  it's expensive to fly planes and carry things aloft and disperse them.
[34:14.000 --> 34:17.000]  So they need to be aloft.
[34:17.000 --> 34:21.000]  There were a couple of times when zoomed in on these thunderstorms
[34:21.000 --> 34:24.000]  and grabbing a frame every two to five seconds,
[34:24.000 --> 34:28.000]  that you could see the rain shaft begin to come down, begin to come down,
[34:28.000 --> 34:30.000]  and it looks like it's going to be a downburst
[34:30.000 --> 34:34.000]  where you'll have a ball-shaped, like a half a sphere, you know, coming down,
[34:34.000 --> 34:39.000]  and then literally it stops and is lifted back up into the cloud.
[34:39.000 --> 34:42.000]  And I was thinking, my goodness, these drops should be,
[34:42.000 --> 34:44.000]  I'm free of the cloud, I'm headed to the ground, here I come.
[34:44.000 --> 34:46.000]  You know, here comes the cool downdraft
[34:46.000 --> 34:51.000]  and the outflow and the cool air and all of that business and the sprinkles.
[34:51.000 --> 34:53.000]  But that's not the case.
[34:53.000 --> 34:56.000]  I've seen more times that I cared account.
[34:56.000 --> 34:59.000]  These rain shafts literally lifted back up
[34:59.000 --> 35:02.000]  and then the thunderstorm vibrated or resonated,
[35:02.000 --> 35:04.000]  almost bisected and halved vertically,
[35:04.000 --> 35:09.000]  and then the top is sheared and it becomes just this hairy mess.
[35:09.000 --> 35:12.000]  And then there's some sprinkles that do make it to the ground eventually,
[35:12.000 --> 35:14.000]  but the concentrated rain,
[35:14.000 --> 35:17.000]  the continuous shower, just, it doesn't happen.
[35:17.000 --> 35:19.000]  It just does not happen.
[35:19.000 --> 35:21.000]  And that's frustrating as a weatherman
[35:21.000 --> 35:24.000]  who is trying to get some rain to his viewers,
[35:24.000 --> 35:28.000]  especially if you've, you know, gone out there and, you know,
[35:28.000 --> 35:30.000]  30%, 40% chance of afternoon storms,
[35:30.000 --> 35:33.000]  you're looking at them on radar, they're coming into town,
[35:33.000 --> 35:35.000]  and they're coming into town, and they're coming into town,
[35:35.000 --> 35:38.000]  and then all that rolls overhead is some wind, a few spritz,
[35:38.000 --> 35:41.000]  and then all of the definition, all the definition,
[35:41.000 --> 35:43.000]  the texture at the bottom of the clouds,
[35:43.000 --> 35:46.000]  the cauliflower, look at the top, that has all been resonated out.
[35:46.000 --> 35:48.000]  It's just gone. It's gone.
[35:48.000 --> 35:50.000]  The internals have been killed.
[35:50.000 --> 35:54.000]  And then you're just, you wonder, can it regenerate?
[35:54.000 --> 35:56.000]  Can it, you know, 30 miles down the way?
[35:56.000 --> 35:59.000]  Can the thing re-gather? Can it collect itself?
[35:59.000 --> 36:01.000]  Can the updraft come together?
[36:01.000 --> 36:03.000]  Can the condensation get going?
[36:03.000 --> 36:06.000]  And sometimes it does, but more times than not,
[36:06.000 --> 36:09.000]  if the agenda is drought, you know, it doesn't happen.
[36:09.000 --> 36:11.000]  It just doesn't happen.
[36:11.000 --> 36:14.000]  There are electrical aspects to these storms,
[36:14.000 --> 36:18.000]  and whether that electricity is there,
[36:18.000 --> 36:23.000]  whether that electricity is a function of the organ energy
[36:23.000 --> 36:26.000]  and it curls, there's a carillion waves,
[36:26.000 --> 36:29.000]  there's literally this spiral that wants to happen
[36:29.000 --> 36:31.000]  in the natural ether.
[36:31.000 --> 36:35.000]  And I believe, it's my opinion, that as that spiral,
[36:35.000 --> 36:37.000]  as you do time-lapse of cumulus clouds
[36:37.000 --> 36:40.000]  or of thunderheads, everything spirals.
[36:40.000 --> 36:42.000]  Little clouds spiral.
[36:42.000 --> 36:45.000]  Everything's a spiral with little curls and hooks
[36:45.000 --> 36:48.000]  on the end of these things, but it's the spiraling
[36:48.000 --> 36:50.000]  that creates the electrical current.
[36:50.000 --> 36:55.000]  And their ability to keep this chemtrail powder suspended
[36:55.000 --> 36:59.000]  in the atmosphere over a large part of the planet,
[36:59.000 --> 37:04.000]  you know, allows them to input a change in ionization,
[37:04.000 --> 37:06.000]  then that cascades through the atmosphere.
[37:06.000 --> 37:09.000]  So the thunderheads, you know, marching into an area
[37:09.000 --> 37:11.000]  that the chemtrails have outlined,
[37:11.000 --> 37:16.000]  and once it enters that zone, they fall apart.

[37:18.000 --> 37:20.000]  The energy is drawn out of them,
[37:20.000 --> 37:22.000]  and so the moisture is condensed.

[37:24.000 --> 37:28.000]  We get a few sprinkles, but the spiral has been killed.

[37:31.000 --> 37:34.000]  where all the energy comes into the center as a spiral.

[51:11.000 --> 51:16.000]  And once they watch you, then they can play with you.
[51:16.000 --> 51:20.000]  And they see a forecast and it's nothing for them
[51:20.000 --> 51:22.000]  to spin up a storm and rain it out
[51:22.000 --> 51:26.000]  or play with your numbers, play with your verification,

[51:28.000 --> 51:32.000]  They kind of can go cat and mouse.
[51:32.000 --> 51:35.000]  I had a correspondence from a gentleman
[51:35.000 --> 51:38.000]  who worked at an Air Force base here in Colorado
[51:38.000 --> 51:41.000]  and he was civilian, contracted,
[51:41.000 --> 51:48.000]  and his job was to babysit low and mid-orbited platforms
[51:48.000 --> 51:50.000]  by a company.
[51:50.000 --> 51:52.000]  And that was his job.
[51:52.000 --> 51:54.000]  They had these space-based platforms
[51:54.000 --> 51:56.000]  and there was one and there wasn't two

[54:02.000 --> 54:04.000]  certainly half an hour before it can fully develop,
[54:04.000 --> 54:06.000]  planes flying directly over,
[54:06.000 --> 54:08.000]  skimming the top of it with a chem trail.

[54:12.000 --> 54:14.000]  and you've got your cape.
[54:14.000 --> 54:16.000]  You're overcoming your cap.

[01:05:42.000 --> 01:05:50.000]  And now more and more professors, scientists, researchers, even former believers in global warming
[01:05:50.000 --> 01:05:57.000]  are coming out. I'm looking at an article right here dated April 14, 2011.
[01:05:57.000 --> 01:06:03.000]  Science professor and former global warming believer who is now a denier,
[01:06:03.000 --> 01:06:12.000]  publishes a groundbreaking paper to prove that carbon dioxide actually cools and not warms our atmosphere.
[01:06:12.000 --> 01:06:17.000]  This was published by Professor Nasif Naal where he says,
[01:06:17.000 --> 01:06:22.000]  he says, I started out wanting to debunk those deniers of science
[01:06:22.000 --> 01:06:27.000]  and he originally had believed that human emissions of CO2 were warming the atmosphere
[01:06:27.000 --> 01:06:36.000]  until he found an incorrect assumption within the greenhouse effect hypothesis.
[01:06:36.000 --> 01:06:39.000]  He says, that's when I saw it was junk science.
[01:06:39.000 --> 01:06:43.000]  He says, invited to attend a televised debate on the Indonesian tsunami
[01:06:43.000 --> 01:06:46.000]  that addressed whether global warming was a factor in the catastrophe,
[01:06:46.000 --> 01:06:52.000]  now check the validity of calculations relating to the combined reactions of certain atmospheric gases
[01:06:52.000 --> 01:06:56.000]  to solar radiation in the so-called greenhouse effect.
[01:06:56.000 --> 01:07:01.000]  Quote, that was when I saw it was junk science.
[01:07:01.000 --> 01:07:09.000]  And his new paper, determination of the total emissivity of a mixture of gases containing 5% water vapor
[01:07:09.000 --> 01:07:16.000]  and 0.039% carbon dioxide at overlapping absorption bonds.
[01:07:16.000 --> 01:07:22.000]  The biologist turned climate researcher proves that in nature CO2 and water vapor
[01:07:22.000 --> 01:07:29.000]  mix together to decrease infrared radiation emissions, absorptions in the air.
[01:07:29.000 --> 01:07:35.000]  This is the opposite of what convention climatology has been saying for years.
[01:07:35.000 --> 01:07:40.000]  So what he found was that these junk scientists, cooking up this junk science,
[01:07:40.000 --> 01:07:47.000]  were not taking into consideration the mixture of the CO2 with the water vapor in the air.
[01:07:47.000 --> 01:07:55.000]  And also NASA just released, this was I think last week, no, sorry, end of July, July 27th,
[01:07:55.000 --> 01:08:05.000]  NASA satellite data from the years 2000 to 2011 showing that the Earth's atmosphere is allowing far more heat
[01:08:05.000 --> 01:08:12.000]  to be released into space than alarmist computer models have predicted reports a new study
[01:08:12.000 --> 01:08:16.000]  in the peer-reviewed science journal, remote sensing.
[01:08:16.000 --> 01:08:24.000]  So now we've got NASA data blows a gaping hole in global warming alarmism that was published in Forbes.com.
[01:08:24.000 --> 01:08:26.000]  That was Wednesday, July 27th.
[01:08:26.000 --> 01:08:33.000]  We've got this scientist now who was a believer who's now coming out and saying,
[01:08:33.000 --> 01:08:36.000]  no, this is all total bunk.
[01:08:36.000 --> 01:08:44.000]  We've got another scientist, Dr. David Evans, who consulted full-time for the Australian Greenhouse Office,
[01:08:44.000 --> 01:08:48.000]  now the Department of Climate Change.
[01:08:48.000 --> 01:08:55.000]  He says, okay, part-time, he was part-time 2008 to 2010 modeling Australians carbon in plants,
[01:08:55.000 --> 01:08:58.000]  debris, mulch, soils, et cetera.
[01:08:58.000 --> 01:09:02.000]  He's a mathematician and engineer with six university degrees.
[01:09:02.000 --> 01:09:07.000]  And now he's come out and written a paper called Sorry, But You've Been Hat.
[01:09:07.000 --> 01:09:15.000]  And he cites some of the same data that Professor Nall does basically talking about how they've cooked the books,
[01:09:15.000 --> 01:09:19.000]  they've cooked up the data. I mean, we had Climate Gate a few months back,
[01:09:19.000 --> 01:09:27.000]  and they would do things like they would have their monitoring systems right next to the compressor of an air conditioner,
[01:09:27.000 --> 01:09:32.000]  which, you know, is 150 degrees, 180 degrees or whatever.
[01:09:32.000 --> 01:09:34.000]  I mean, just ridiculous stuff.
[01:09:34.000 --> 01:09:35.000]  They've totally cooked up.
[01:09:35.000 --> 01:09:37.000]  It's complete junk science.
[01:09:37.000 --> 01:09:39.000]  Carbon dioxide actually cools the planet.
[01:09:39.000 --> 01:09:43.000]  Nothing we could do could ever cause any climate change anyway.
[01:09:43.000 --> 01:09:49.000]  It's all a big excuse to try to tax us into oblivion, literally to tax the air we breathe,
[01:09:49.000 --> 01:09:54.000]  and now they're using this big lie as an excuse to spray the skies.

[01:10:42.000 --> 01:10:49.000]  For our kids, for our grandkids, for the next seven generations, and that's not a consideration in today's society.

[01:10:56.000 --> 01:11:12.000]  And so, you know, I looked at the global warming movement as a hopeful movement that we can get off of coal, we can get off of oil, we can get off petrochemicals, and we can get into clean and renewable energies.
[01:11:12.000 --> 01:11:17.000]  And I'd be all behind free energy too, because that should be on the menu as well.
[01:11:17.000 --> 01:11:20.000]  But it wasn't a priority. It was more about restricting carbon.
[01:11:20.000 --> 01:11:26.000]  Well, until people have an alternative to carbon, that's going to be a tough sell.
[01:11:26.000 --> 01:11:29.000]  It's going to be a really tough sell.
[01:11:29.000 --> 01:11:44.000]  And as I started my TV and my weather interest and education back in the 80s, and something happened in 1988, there began a modernization process.
[01:11:44.000 --> 01:11:48.000]  At least that's what the National Weather Service called it, a modernization process.
[01:11:48.000 --> 01:11:50.000]  They updated the radars.
[01:11:50.000 --> 01:11:55.000]  They updated what are continuing, still are today, updating the computer models.
[01:11:55.000 --> 01:12:00.000]  They then went to the surface observing system, or surface airways.
[01:12:00.000 --> 01:12:07.000]  And those surface airways, those SA reports, as the pilots know, were the conditions at an airport.
[01:12:07.000 --> 01:12:10.000]  You'd got wind, temperature, dew point, altimeter.
[01:12:10.000 --> 01:12:17.000]  And then an observer would actually go out and take a look at the sky and tell me where are the clouds?
[01:12:17.000 --> 01:12:23.000]  Are they at 4,000 feet? Are they broken? Are they scattered? Are they overcast? What's the ground visibility?
[01:12:23.000 --> 01:12:30.000]  What happened was that they developed a system called ASOS, Automated Surface Observing System.
[01:12:30.000 --> 01:12:38.000]  And this was gradually rolled out or begun to be rolled out in the late 80s, and then it continued through the 90s across the continent.
[01:12:38.000 --> 01:12:43.000]  The goal was to get more information. That was at least the stated goal.
[01:12:43.000 --> 01:12:50.000]  What we ended up finding out is that it was a concerted effort to take the observer out of weather observing.
[01:12:50.000 --> 01:12:53.000]  You take the human element out of it.
[01:12:53.000 --> 01:13:01.000]  And so instead of the observer going out at 10 minutes to the top of the hour and assessing the weather at a particular location,
[01:13:01.000 --> 01:13:08.000]  we get a computer that opens its little eye through a glass, like a fisheye lens, and then says,
[01:13:08.000 --> 01:13:13.000]  oh, I don't see any clouds below 12,000 feet, so we're going to call it clear.
[01:13:13.000 --> 01:13:16.000]  And that's what then goes out on the ASOS report.
[01:13:16.000 --> 01:13:26.000]  And so as a weatherman, I want to know where the high clouds are because that directly impacts my forecast for the afternoon high
[01:13:26.000 --> 01:13:29.000]  or, more importantly, for that nighttime low.
[01:13:29.000 --> 01:13:34.000]  If the storm is coming in and we're going to get progressively cloudier, then we're going to trap more heat.
[01:13:34.000 --> 01:13:40.000]  And I need to know where those bloody clouds are, how thick they are, but that information was stripped away.
[01:13:40.000 --> 01:13:44.000]  So they've removed the human element from observing the weather.
[01:13:44.000 --> 01:13:47.000]  And that was a concerted effort that began in the late 80s.
[01:13:47.000 --> 01:13:49.000]  So that's been some time ago now.
[01:13:49.000 --> 01:13:56.000]  What has also happened, and there's an interesting blog that has shown up, and it's called What's Up With That?
[01:13:56.000 --> 01:13:58.000]  W-A-T-T-S Up With That.
[01:13:58.000 --> 01:14:03.000]  Anthony Watts, and he's a meteorologist, and he's also very, very anti-global warming.
[01:14:03.000 --> 01:14:05.000]  And he's got some great material.
[01:14:05.000 --> 01:14:11.000]  And it's an active blog, so you can go there and it can keep you entertained for months at a time.
[01:14:11.000 --> 01:14:22.000]  But another one of Anthony's projects was for people to go out and survey their nearest weather-observing site.
[01:14:22.000 --> 01:14:28.000]  And here in the San Luis Valley, that'd be off towards the Northwest at Selatch or down towards Alamosa.
[01:14:28.000 --> 01:14:30.000]  There's not much else going on here.
[01:14:30.000 --> 01:14:35.000]  But people would do this for the, literally the thousands of sites around the planet.
[01:14:35.000 --> 01:14:41.000]  And as you said in the introduction to the segment, these sites are near pavement.
[01:14:41.000 --> 01:14:43.000]  They're near runways.
[01:14:43.000 --> 01:14:48.000]  They're on roofs that are black.
[01:14:48.000 --> 01:14:53.000]  They're near exhaust events for air conditioning units.
[01:14:53.000 --> 01:14:55.000]  They're not set up to code.
[01:14:55.000 --> 01:15:05.000]  And they're not set up to code so much so that I think it's about 40% of them are at at least a 2.5 degree Celsius error.
[01:15:05.000 --> 01:15:07.000]  That's huge.

[01:22:05.000 --> 01:22:12.000]  and then you contaminate it by putting the data, the site, in an incorrect location.
[01:22:12.000 --> 01:22:19.000]  So one of the others is going to feed temperatures that are much warmer than what they should be reporting into the system.
[01:22:19.000 --> 01:22:23.000]  And then Asheville, North Carolina is where the National Climate Data Center is
[01:22:23.000 --> 01:22:32.000]  and they have to process quality clean things and smooth the data. They have their own algorithms to tweak temperatures.

[01:22:43.000 --> 01:22:50.000]  But when they started to rejigger the automated surface observing system,

[01:24:30.000 --> 01:24:42.000]  Because climate changes. Any geologist that goes back and looks at the history of the strata and the sediment of this planet will find periods of upheaval.
[01:24:42.000 --> 01:24:47.000]  They will find periods where the climate varies, and it doesn't have to vary by much.
[01:24:47.000 --> 01:24:53.000]  Two, three degrees over thousands of years is an immense change, and it does immense things with the water budget.
[01:24:53.000 --> 01:25:02.000]  It does immense things with sea level changes, with the building of the ice caps. This planet's climate changes.
[01:25:02.000 --> 01:25:12.000]  And we have to build our cities. We have to build our infrastructures so we can be flexible when the planet decides that it's time to change.

[01:35:01.000 --> 01:35:03.000]  because, you know, the wind comes off.
[01:35:03.000 --> 01:35:05.000]  But I haven't seen those since I was a kid.
[01:35:05.000 --> 01:35:06.000]  I was very young.
[01:35:06.000 --> 01:35:11.000]  When I was a child growing up in the 70s in West Texas
[01:35:11.000 --> 01:35:15.000]  and I cannot tell you, and it's hard to describe,
[01:35:15.000 --> 01:35:22.000]  you have not, no one has witnessed a thunderstorm
[01:35:22.000 --> 01:35:25.000]  until you've experienced one in West Texas.

[01:35:26.000 --> 01:35:29.000]  I feared tornadoes growing up.
[01:35:29.000 --> 01:35:33.000]  And the reason, and I remember listening on the news
[01:35:33.000 --> 01:35:37.000]  that the weathermen would say these accumulous clouds
[01:35:37.000 --> 01:35:40.000]  would go 60,000 feet and up.
[01:35:40.000 --> 01:35:42.000]  60,000 feet and up.
[01:35:42.000 --> 01:35:44.000]  Rebellion, what part of West Texas did you grow up?
[01:35:44.000 --> 01:35:48.000]  That's the threshold in which I would look for storms.
[01:35:48.000 --> 01:35:52.000]  I would watch the news to see how high the storms,
[01:35:52.000 --> 01:35:55.000]  how high the clouds were so that I could know
[01:35:55.000 --> 01:35:58.000]  the intensity of the storm because every day
[01:35:58.000 --> 01:36:00.000]  there was a threat of tornadoes.
[01:36:00.000 --> 01:36:03.000]  And you've never experienced a storm until you've been
[01:36:03.000 --> 01:36:04.000]  in West Texas.
[01:36:04.000 --> 01:36:08.000]  And I can't tell you.
[01:36:08.000 --> 01:36:12.000]  You've got to be, often Central Texas has nothing.
[01:36:12.000 --> 01:36:17.000]  The worst storm here cannot compare to a mild storm
[01:36:17.000 --> 01:36:18.000]  in West Texas.
[01:36:18.000 --> 01:36:21.000]  So Ramon, have you seen any change since the 70s?
[01:36:21.000 --> 01:36:25.000]  Do those storms not build as aggressively anymore?
[01:36:25.000 --> 01:36:27.000]  Or have you seen a change at all?
[01:36:27.000 --> 01:36:30.000]  Well, thank you for asking, but that's just it.
[01:36:30.000 --> 01:36:33.000]  That is part of the question that I would have to add
[01:36:33.000 --> 01:36:38.000]  to the rhetoric is that now that I live in Central Texas,
[01:36:38.000 --> 01:36:39.000]  yeah, I look for that.
[01:36:39.000 --> 01:36:42.000]  And I don't see these clouds getting up very high.
[01:36:42.000 --> 01:36:43.000]  And that's concerning.
[01:36:43.000 --> 01:36:47.000]  The other thing that I would ask, or ask as a rhetorical question
[01:36:47.000 --> 01:36:51.000]  to the audience as well, let's start observing.
[01:36:51.000 --> 01:36:56.000]  Let's start being aware of how high do these clouds get up.
[01:36:56.000 --> 01:36:58.000]  Get up in the atmosphere.
[01:36:58.000 --> 01:36:59.000]  Because it's really critical.
[01:36:59.000 --> 01:37:01.000]  It's critical to know.
[01:37:01.000 --> 01:37:05.000]  And if they're being cut off, something's not right.
[01:37:05.000 --> 01:37:07.000]  Because they should go up very high.
[01:37:07.000 --> 01:37:10.000]  And it needs to go up higher because it's all a balance.
[01:37:10.000 --> 01:37:18.000]  The Earth's gravity and magnetic fields and electronics,
[01:37:18.000 --> 01:37:20.000]  there's a whole balance that has to take place
[01:37:20.000 --> 01:37:22.000]  whenever thunderstorms occur.
[01:37:22.000 --> 01:37:28.000]  And part of that has to be the clouds have to carry enough
[01:37:28.000 --> 01:37:29.000]  of a charge.
[01:37:29.000 --> 01:37:32.000]  And in order for them to do so, they have to go up high enough
[01:37:32.000 --> 01:37:38.000]  into the atmosphere to carry, to be able to be a capacitor
[01:37:38.000 --> 01:37:43.000]  or to have enough of a charge to create a balance with the Earth
[01:37:43.000 --> 01:37:44.000]  and so forth.
[01:37:44.000 --> 01:37:46.000]  And I don't want to go too deep into the science,
[01:37:46.000 --> 01:37:48.000]  but the bottom line is the higher the cloud,
[01:37:48.000 --> 01:37:50.000]  there's a purpose why it goes high.
[01:37:50.000 --> 01:37:52.000]  And there's a reasoning why it goes high.
[01:37:52.000 --> 01:37:55.000]  And if it continuously does not go high enough,
[01:37:55.000 --> 01:37:59.000]  something is circumventing that and it's not natural.
[01:37:59.000 --> 01:38:00.000]  Aim into that.

[01:38:13.000 --> 01:38:15.000]  Those are great thunderstorms.
[01:38:15.000 --> 01:38:17.000]  And there is something about West Texas.
[01:38:17.000 --> 01:38:19.000]  And I've done storm chasing in West Texas.
[01:38:19.000 --> 01:38:21.000]  And it's intense.
[01:38:21.000 --> 01:38:24.000]  It's intense because those storms blow up.
[01:38:24.000 --> 01:38:25.000]  They move very quickly.
[01:38:25.000 --> 01:38:27.000]  There's a lot of fences out there,
[01:38:27.000 --> 01:38:30.000]  so it makes it difficult to kind of get your gear in the right place
[01:38:30.000 --> 01:38:31.000]  and stay on the road.
[01:38:31.000 --> 01:38:34.000]  When we were storm chasing, we were getting magnetometers
[01:38:34.000 --> 01:38:36.000]  under the storm.
[01:38:36.000 --> 01:38:39.000]  We needed to lay out a string of at least three magnetometers
[01:38:39.000 --> 01:38:43.000]  and to have the core of the storm go over them.
[01:38:43.000 --> 01:38:46.000]  If they could hit the center sensor, that would be fantastic.
[01:38:46.000 --> 01:38:48.000]  But we literally had to capture.
[01:38:48.000 --> 01:38:51.000]  We weren't doing it for photography, although that was a side effect.
[01:38:51.000 --> 01:38:54.000]  But we were actually doing it to get direct measurements.
[01:38:54.000 --> 01:38:58.000]  Nobody had done field measurements of VM fields and thunderstorms.
[01:38:58.000 --> 01:39:02.000]  There had been one paper published in, I believe, it was like 1962 and 1963,
[01:39:02.000 --> 01:39:07.000]  and nothing since everything else was thermodynamic.
[01:39:07.000 --> 01:39:12.000]  There was very little research done on the electrical properties of these storms.
[01:39:12.000 --> 01:39:18.000]  For example, in how we spend research money in meteorology,
[01:39:18.000 --> 01:39:22.000]  in 1977, $20 million was spent on cloud physics,
[01:39:22.000 --> 01:39:27.000]  understanding how clouds formed, what brings them together, cloud physics.
[01:39:27.000 --> 01:39:33.000]  In 2004, that money, not 20 million, but just 500,000.
[01:39:33.000 --> 01:39:38.000]  So it was like the faucet of funds from the National Science Foundation
[01:39:38.000 --> 01:39:43.000]  and how they divvy up their money was dictated by keeping secrets.
[01:39:43.000 --> 01:39:48.000]  We don't want to spend money on places where we want scientists exploring
[01:39:48.000 --> 01:39:51.000]  and trying to understand because we have secrets in there.
[01:39:51.000 --> 01:39:55.000]  We don't want them to stumble across accidentally or even intentionally
[01:39:55.000 --> 01:39:58.000]  because then we have to begin to cover it up.
[01:39:58.000 --> 01:40:00.000]  So it comes back to where's the money?
[01:40:00.000 --> 01:40:02.000]  And there's not a lot of money.
[01:40:02.000 --> 01:40:06.000]  There's not a lot of money in meteorology and that kind of research.
[01:40:06.000 --> 01:40:11.000]  We have the opinion that we know all there is to need to know.
[01:40:11.000 --> 01:40:14.000]  And that keeps the scientists arrogant.
[01:40:14.000 --> 01:40:17.000]  It keeps them very centered in the belief system,
[01:40:17.000 --> 01:40:21.000]  and it keeps them compartmentalized so that somebody is doing cloud physics
[01:40:21.000 --> 01:40:23.000]  while somebody else is doing ultraviolet.
[01:40:23.000 --> 01:40:25.000]  Somebody else is doing, you know, a thunderhead,
[01:40:25.000 --> 01:40:32.000]  but we just can't get them all into the same room and have a discussion.
[01:40:32.000 --> 01:40:36.000]  So it's a bit frustrating.
[01:40:36.000 --> 01:40:38.000]  And the weather has changed.
[01:40:38.000 --> 01:40:39.000]  It has changed.
[01:40:39.000 --> 01:40:41.000]  These storms are not going up vertically.
[01:40:41.000 --> 01:40:43.000]  They're going off slanted.
[01:40:43.000 --> 01:40:46.000]  So 60,000 feet is what, 12 miles?
[01:40:46.000 --> 01:40:50.000]  But if you laid that 60,000 feet over at a 45-degree angle,
[01:40:50.000 --> 01:40:55.000]  that 12 miles could actually be extended off another 2 or 3 miles.
[01:40:55.000 --> 01:40:58.000]  And then the cloud top doesn't top 50,000 feet.
[01:40:58.000 --> 01:41:00.000]  But you still have this main rotor.
[01:41:00.000 --> 01:41:05.000]  You still have the churning over this much longer axis.
[01:41:05.000 --> 01:41:08.000]  So if they're not going up vertically,
[01:41:08.000 --> 01:41:11.000]  maybe they're being tipped over to the side,
[01:41:11.000 --> 01:41:14.000]  and it's being done with more of an angle.
[01:41:14.000 --> 01:41:17.000]  And that's just been one of my observations when it comes to thunderstorms.
[01:41:17.000 --> 01:41:21.000]  And somehow that is keeping the rain from falling, for sure.
[01:41:21.000 --> 01:41:25.000]  And I can see that because then the spiraling is not a vertical spiraling.
[01:41:25.000 --> 01:41:27.000]  It's all slanted off on the side,
[01:41:27.000 --> 01:41:30.000]  and so you don't have the condensation.
[01:41:30.000 --> 01:41:36.000]  And that slanting should line up with the change of the delta in winds,
[01:41:36.000 --> 01:41:38.000]  the change in wind speed of the surface,
[01:41:38.000 --> 01:41:41.000]  versus say the wind speeds at, you know, 30,000 feet.
[01:41:41.000 --> 01:41:43.000]  And that math doesn't fit.
[01:41:43.000 --> 01:41:44.000]  It doesn't jive.
[01:41:44.000 --> 01:41:46.000]  So there's something else there.
[01:41:46.000 --> 01:41:47.000]  All right.
