[05:44.460 --> 05:49.280]  Phil and I are going to be discussing our testimony of what we have witnessed over this
[05:49.280 --> 05:53.280]  past summer and what Phil has witnessed even longer because he spent more time out at the
[05:53.280 --> 05:59.240]  lakes than me, he's a pilot, and he knows quite a bit about weather patterns and meteorology
[05:59.240 --> 06:00.240]  himself.
[06:00.240 --> 06:02.120]  He's going to be discussing that coming up.
[06:02.120 --> 06:06.440]  But before we go to our guest, I just wanted to lay a little bit of groundwork for our
[06:06.440 --> 06:12.200]  listeners that we're not just going off on a tenfold hat theory here.
[06:12.200 --> 06:16.440]  I just wanted to give, I'll be interjecting some information throughout the course of
[06:16.440 --> 06:21.160]  the evening, but just to start off with, I wanted to let the listeners know that I have
[06:21.160 --> 06:26.080]  pulled some quotes out from a certain symposium.
[06:26.080 --> 06:27.800]  This was a case study.
[06:27.800 --> 06:34.520]  It was called Case Orange, Contrail Science, Its Impact on Climate and Weather Manipulation
[06:34.520 --> 06:38.760]  Programs Conducted by the United States and Its Allies.
[06:38.760 --> 06:41.360]  This actually was a symposium held last year.
[06:41.360 --> 06:47.760]  It was an international symposium held in Ghent, Belgium between May 28th and May 30th
[06:47.760 --> 06:55.000]  of 2010, where scientists asserted that, quote, manipulation of climate through modification
[06:55.000 --> 07:00.240]  of serious clouds is neither a hoax nor a conspiracy theory.
[07:00.240 --> 07:09.120]  It is fully operational with a solid 60-year history, though hostile environmental modification
[07:09.120 --> 07:14.680]  was banned by UN convention in 1978, its, quote, friendly use today is being hailed
[07:14.680 --> 07:21.400]  as the new savior to climate change and to food, water and shortages.
[07:21.400 --> 07:25.200]  And here's a quote by the World Meteorological Organization.
[07:25.200 --> 07:29.800]  It says, quote, in recent years there has been a decline in the support for weather modification
[07:29.800 --> 07:36.200]  research and a tendency to move directly into operational projects.
[07:36.200 --> 07:42.680]  The primary presenter at this Case Orange symposium was Dr. Vermeeran of the Delft
[07:42.680 --> 07:49.640]  University of Technology who presented a 300-page scientific report entitled Case Orange, Contrails
[07:49.640 --> 07:55.040]  Science, Its Impact on Climate and Weather Manipulation Programs.
[07:55.040 --> 07:59.560]  The report spent quite a bit of time on HAARP, which is the High Frequency Act of Rural
[07:59.560 --> 08:05.680]  Research Program, a military endeavor focused on manipulation of the ionosphere, magnetosphere
[08:05.680 --> 08:11.800]  and the atmosphere and on other exotic weapons systems that manipulate the environment and
[08:11.800 --> 08:14.000]  also on chemtrails.
[08:14.000 --> 08:20.520]  A quote from Dr. Vermeeran says, we know that chemtrails exist because we do spraying
[08:20.520 --> 08:25.360]  for crops, for example, and we know that they have been spraying for military purposes.
[08:25.360 --> 08:27.680]  Chemtrails is nothing new.
[08:27.680 --> 08:33.280]  It cites, Dr. Vermeeran cites publicly available material that shows geoengineering has been
[08:33.280 --> 08:37.360]  ongoing for at least 60 years.
[08:37.360 --> 08:41.800]  It's been used as a weapon of war in Hamburg by the U.K. during World War II.
[08:41.800 --> 08:46.880]  It was also used in the Vietnam conflict by the U.S. Controversy over its use revealed
[08:46.880 --> 08:54.360]  by investigative reporter Jack Anderson spurred Senate hearings over the issue in 1972.
[08:54.360 --> 09:01.320]  The environmental modification weaponry program was finally banned by treaty in 1978, however,
[09:01.320 --> 09:07.720]  the widespread reporting of so-called global warming, increasing population and degradation
[09:07.720 --> 09:14.800]  of water supply's renewed interest in in-mod is now becoming more widespread-ly supported.
[09:14.800 --> 09:18.640]  I would like to read here from a 1975 patent.
[09:18.640 --> 09:22.200]  This is how long this has been going on, just that we have been able to dig up in the recent
[09:22.200 --> 09:23.200]  weeks.
[09:23.200 --> 09:29.000]  Building a case for old technology by finding a new market, Case Orange discusses several
[09:29.000 --> 09:30.520]  U.S. patents.
[09:30.520 --> 09:36.880]  For example, there's a 1975 patent, quote, powder contrail generation for the invention
[09:36.880 --> 09:43.920]  of a quote, specific contrail generation apparatus for producing a powder contrail having maximum
[09:43.920 --> 09:47.160]  radiation scattering ability for a given weight of material.
[09:47.160 --> 09:54.440]  The seeding material consists of 85% metallic particles and 15% colloidal silica and silica
[09:54.440 --> 10:00.440]  gel in order to produce a stable contrail that has a residence period of up to from one to
[10:00.440 --> 10:01.440]  two weeks.
[10:01.440 --> 10:02.440]  Wow.
[10:02.440 --> 10:03.440]  Okay.
[10:03.440 --> 10:04.440]  This is in 1975.
[10:04.440 --> 10:05.440]  All right.
[10:05.440 --> 10:13.520]  In 2009, researchers published a modification of cirrus clouds to reduce global warming
[10:13.520 --> 10:18.600]  proposing two methods of delivery for the same proportion of metallics to silica and the
[10:18.600 --> 10:22.280]  same staying power of one to two weeks.
[10:22.280 --> 10:26.720]  And I'm almost done with the introduction here, but bear with me, Case Orange study also
[10:26.720 --> 10:34.320]  reveals a 1991 patent held by Hughes Aircraft Company that contains 18 claims to reduce
[10:34.320 --> 10:41.120]  global warming through stratospheric seeding with aluminum oxide, thorium oxide, and refractory
[10:41.120 --> 10:42.760]  wellsbock material.
[10:42.760 --> 10:44.720]  I don't know what the wellsbock material is.
[10:44.720 --> 10:47.440]  Maybe our guests can explain later.
[10:47.440 --> 10:53.680]  It says the report notes that the proposed scenario by the IPCC, which is the Intergovernmental
[10:53.680 --> 11:00.520]  Panel on Climate Change in 2001, is identical to the claims in the Hughes Aircraft 1991
[11:00.520 --> 11:01.520]  patent.
[11:01.520 --> 11:06.360]  Hughes was acquired by Raytheon, a private defense contractor in 1997, the same company
[11:06.360 --> 11:10.400]  that acquired E-Systems and the Harp contract.
[11:10.400 --> 11:14.920]  Case Orange presents evidence that Raytheon stands to control all weather, which the authors
[11:14.920 --> 11:19.080]  find repugnant given as a private corporation.
[11:19.080 --> 11:22.360]  Authors recommend suing private corporations instead of the federal government.
[11:22.360 --> 11:26.480]  There's more, but I am going, there's more government declassified documents that I'll
[11:26.480 --> 11:28.760]  mention more in just a few minutes.
[11:28.760 --> 11:34.440]  But just to lay a groundwork here, maybe I'll just go over one more while in this first
[11:34.440 --> 11:35.440]  segment.
[11:35.440 --> 11:40.440]  If you folks will bear with me here, Case Orange ties a 1996 report by top military
[11:40.440 --> 11:42.120]  personnel in the U.S.
[11:42.120 --> 11:48.600]  The report was titled Weather as a Force Multiplier, Owning the Weather in 2025, ties the report
[11:48.600 --> 11:54.040]  to evidentiary details like governmental spraying schedules, chemical orders, correct nomenclature
[11:54.040 --> 11:59.160]  used in airline operating manuals, and calls for geoengineering by economists to support
[11:59.160 --> 12:04.200]  its notion of heavy, quote, heavy involvement of government at the top level in climate
[12:04.200 --> 12:05.960]  control projects.
[12:05.960 --> 12:11.400]  Owning the Weather in 2025 provides a specific timeline for the use of N-Mod technologies
[12:11.400 --> 12:17.040]  in cooperation with the Weather Modification Association, a business government group promoting
[12:17.040 --> 12:20.000]  the beneficial uses of environmental modification.
[12:20.000 --> 12:22.840]  Here's their timeline, just the beginning of it.
[12:22.840 --> 12:29.040]  The year 2000, to introduce ionic mirrors with a sharp increase from 2008, during out
[12:29.040 --> 12:34.800]  the entire course from 2000 to 2025, used chemicals for atmospheric seating by civilian
[12:34.800 --> 12:41.680]  as well as military aviation, 2004, create smart clouds through nanotechnology with exponential
[12:41.680 --> 12:50.760]  increase after 2010, and into the year 2005, introduce black carbon dust.
[12:50.760 --> 12:52.640]  Whatever that means.
[12:52.640 --> 12:55.000]  And here's the quote by Dr. Vermeeran.
[12:55.000 --> 12:58.640]  Our investigation team comes to the conclusion that climate control programs controlled
[12:58.640 --> 13:03.000]  by the military but approved by governments are silently implemented in order to avoid
[13:03.000 --> 13:05.920]  the, quote, worst case scenarios they do not want.
[13:05.920 --> 13:10.440]  The two basic instruments are temperature control through generation of artificial clouds
[13:10.440 --> 13:15.240]  and manipulation of the ionosphere through ionosphere heaters.
[13:15.240 --> 13:19.600]  Both remain basically military combat systems with the option to go into the offensive if
[13:19.600 --> 13:20.920]  deemed necessary.
[13:20.920 --> 13:25.920]  However, since several ionosphere heaters are installed on various places around the
[13:25.920 --> 13:30.520]  globe, one can assume that there is a wide cooperation between governments in order to
[13:30.520 --> 13:33.360]  reach climate targets by 2025.
[13:33.360 --> 13:38.920]  This is a quote from Dr. Vermeeran from studying this government report.
[13:38.920 --> 13:46.240]  And here is what Case Orange says about this military report that was released in 1996.
[13:46.240 --> 13:51.320]  They say Dr. Vermeeran and the Case Orange group says, current demographic, economic,
[13:51.320 --> 13:55.200]  and environmental trends will create global stresses that provide the impetus necessary
[13:55.200 --> 14:00.640]  for many countries or groups to turn weather modification ability into capability.
[14:00.640 --> 14:05.600]  In the United States, weather modification will likely become part of our national security
[14:05.600 --> 14:10.120]  policy with both domestic and international applications.
[14:10.120 --> 14:15.520]  Our government will pursue such a policy depending on its interest at various levels.
[14:15.520 --> 14:18.200]  And now here's the law behind it, folks.
[14:18.200 --> 14:19.680]  Here's the kicker.
[14:19.680 --> 14:22.960]  Here's the law that also rises this madness.
[14:22.960 --> 14:32.760]  Public law of the United States, Law 95-79, that's Title VIII, Section 808, July 30th
[14:32.760 --> 14:44.680]  of 1977, codified as 50, that's 50, USC, 1520, under Chapter 32, Chemical and Biological
[14:44.680 --> 14:53.560]  Warfare Program, Public Law 95-79 was repealed in 1997 by Public Law 10585.
[14:53.560 --> 15:00.040]  In its place, 15 USC, 1520A provides restrictions such as informed consent.
[15:00.040 --> 15:08.080]  However, the 50 USC, 1512 allows for open air testing of chemicals and biologicals
[15:08.080 --> 15:15.000]  on the United States American public and allows for a presidential override of notices and
[15:15.000 --> 15:20.440]  of public health considerations for national security reasons.
[15:20.440 --> 15:22.120]  So there you go, folks.
[15:22.120 --> 15:28.320]  They had the law was passed in 1977 allowing the government to do whatever they want as
[15:28.320 --> 15:34.240]  far as spraying the American public, the entire continent of North America, and then it was
[15:34.240 --> 15:35.240]  repealed.
[15:35.240 --> 15:41.360]  In its place, it was replaced by an identical law that said, well, you have to inform the
[15:41.360 --> 15:45.400]  people and get their consent unless it's in the name of national security.
[15:45.400 --> 15:46.400]  So there you go, folks.
[15:46.400 --> 15:48.520]  This is a 60-year-long history.
[15:48.520 --> 15:50.280]  We've seen it with our own eyes.
[15:50.280 --> 15:53.360]  I'll just give my brief testimony and then we'll go to Phil.
[15:53.360 --> 15:56.560]  And then Scott Stevens is going to break it all down for you.

[16:35.880 --> 16:37.720]  them down, knock them down, knock them down.

[16:38.720 --> 16:43.040]  There is no doubt in my mind they're causing the drought on purpose.

[25:11.440 --> 25:17.440]  and knew it was different than the con trails, and I am in the watershed
[25:17.440 --> 25:22.440]  for the Highland Lakes, the central Texas chain of lakes, where I live.
[25:22.440 --> 25:27.440]  So I see this going on constantly, and then I do charters out on Lake Travis,
[25:27.440 --> 25:33.440]  and I'm out there all the time. I see the clouds forming, you know, healthy systems coming in,
[25:33.440 --> 25:37.440]  and that would normally develop and turn into beautiful thunderstorms.
[25:37.440 --> 25:41.440]  While we're in the worst history ever recorded in the state of Texas,
[25:41.440 --> 25:48.440]  and, you know, people are suffering horrible losses right now as a result of this,
[25:48.440 --> 25:52.440]  and yet the chemtrail spraying has just been worse than ever.
[25:52.440 --> 25:54.440]  Almost escalated.
[25:54.440 --> 25:57.440]  It has certainly escalated.
[25:57.440 --> 26:03.440]  Phil, tell us your description of what actually happens to these clouds
[26:03.440 --> 26:08.440]  when you see them start to form, and, folks, I have never seen this happen in my life
[26:08.440 --> 26:12.440]  of living in Texas, and I think they're called nimbo-cumulus clouds.
[26:12.440 --> 26:15.440]  I'm not sure what they're all the names, but the clouds that normally form,
[26:15.440 --> 26:20.440]  like 50,000 feet and plus, and then you'll see them flatten out,
[26:20.440 --> 26:22.440]  and it looks like an anvil.
[26:22.440 --> 26:24.440]  I used to see those all the time, all my life.
[26:24.440 --> 26:27.440]  I haven't seen one of those clouds for about 10 years,
[26:27.440 --> 26:31.440]  and to me, it's just not normal when you watch a thunderhead build,
[26:31.440 --> 26:35.440]  and then all of a sudden it goes, pew, and just falls apart.
[26:35.440 --> 26:37.440]  So describe what you've seen, Phil.
[26:37.440 --> 26:39.440]  Yeah, we'll be out at the lake.
[26:39.440 --> 26:44.440]  I check the weather and even go to the satellite and Doppler before I go out there,
[26:44.440 --> 26:46.440]  because I want to know if there's any approaching fronts.
[26:46.440 --> 26:50.440]  If I have a boatload of people out there, and they're in the water swimming
[26:50.440 --> 26:54.440]  or we're out sailing, I want to know if a gust front's coming through
[26:54.440 --> 26:57.440]  that may pretty 60 mile an hour winds or something,
[26:57.440 --> 27:01.440]  and we want to be tied up back at the marina before that happens.
[27:01.440 --> 27:04.440]  So it's very important that I pay attention to the weather,
[27:04.440 --> 27:11.440]  and as we are out there, I've seen a typical healthy convergence,
[27:11.440 --> 27:15.440]  nothing too extreme, but you know, the winds a loft are from the north.
[27:15.440 --> 27:16.440]  They're cool.
[27:16.440 --> 27:19.440]  Perhaps a cool front had even come through the day before,
[27:19.440 --> 27:22.440]  and you have lots of residual moisture if it dumped a little rain,
[27:22.440 --> 27:25.440]  and so you start to see the clouds build.
[27:25.440 --> 27:30.440]  And I began observing, as Deborah has observed,
[27:30.440 --> 27:33.440]  being out there with her husband, Jerry,
[27:33.440 --> 27:38.440]  and they would begin spraying a day before,
[27:38.440 --> 27:42.440]  almost always the day before, sometimes a night and day before,
[27:42.440 --> 27:51.440]  and you'd see the sky go from this deep, beautiful crystal blue to a milky white,
[27:51.440 --> 27:54.440]  and then the clouds would start to form,
[27:54.440 --> 27:58.440]  and they would just reach a certain altitude, it seemed like,
[27:58.440 --> 27:59.440]  and they would just shut down.
[27:59.440 --> 28:04.440]  And I mean, these are clouds that the tops are crisp and beautiful,
[28:04.440 --> 28:07.440]  the bottoms are concave, they're getting darker all the time.
[28:07.440 --> 28:10.440]  This is what we would look for when we were flying,
[28:10.440 --> 28:15.440]  because if we didn't catch the next lift,
[28:15.440 --> 28:18.440]  we were going to land in the desert and be out there for four hours
[28:18.440 --> 28:20.440]  before somebody could pick us up, so believe me,
[28:20.440 --> 28:23.440]  we were looking at the clouds all the time.
[28:23.440 --> 28:31.440]  And now what we were noticing is that the frontal system would approach,
[28:31.440 --> 28:35.440]  and then they would hit, it's like hitting a brick wall almost,
[28:35.440 --> 28:39.440]  they would just begin to dissipate without ever forming,
[28:39.440 --> 28:45.440]  and every once in a while you'd see one that was strong enough to bust through whatever they're spraying,
[28:45.440 --> 28:51.440]  and it seemed like someone somewhere strategically looking for these things on the radar,
[28:51.440 --> 28:55.440]  and then you'd see a plane come over and knock out that cloud,
[28:55.440 --> 28:59.440]  and it's just shocking to see this over and over again,
[28:59.440 --> 29:03.440]  Deborah's observed it at least three or four times this summer,
[29:03.440 --> 29:07.440]  and she talked to her because she doesn't see it so much where she is,
[29:07.440 --> 29:11.440]  but I'm in the base, well, the watershed,
[29:11.440 --> 29:17.440]  and I believe that this drought is an on-purpose drought.

[33:59.440 --> 34:02.440]  and it honestly wasn't until the late 90s
[34:02.440 --> 34:06.440]  because I've always been an alternative media kind of guy.
[34:06.440 --> 34:11.440]  Even in the media and on the news, I knew how much news everybody was not getting
[34:11.440 --> 34:17.440]  when the top amount, when you're just stretching a producer's neck
[34:17.440 --> 34:19.440]  to give you two minutes to do a story,
[34:19.440 --> 34:21.440]  and he'd much rather give you a minute 40
[34:21.440 --> 34:24.440]  because he can use that 20 seconds somewhere else.
[34:24.440 --> 34:27.440]  I know that they can't deliver the news
[34:27.440 --> 34:29.440]  on both sides of a particular story,
[34:29.440 --> 34:31.440]  so everything is biased to one side
[34:31.440 --> 34:34.440]  whoever is doing that writing of the news.
[34:34.440 --> 34:37.440]  So I've always loved the alternative media,
[34:37.440 --> 34:39.440]  and once the internet really got rolled in
[34:39.440 --> 34:42.440]  and we kind of left AOL and kind of ventured out on the web,
[34:42.440 --> 34:46.440]  I began to come across a term that I thought was a bit odd,
[34:46.440 --> 34:48.440]  and that was the term of ChemTrail.
[34:48.440 --> 34:50.440]  This was probably 98-99,
[34:50.440 --> 34:55.440]  and at that point in time there was not a lot of sources for ChemTrail information.
[34:55.440 --> 34:58.440]  Clippard-Connacom was, at least in my opinion,
[34:58.440 --> 35:01.440]  and in my experience, towards the front of the pack
[35:01.440 --> 35:04.440]  in having photography of the trails
[35:04.440 --> 35:08.440]  and beginning to do some of the science behind the trails, if you will.
[35:08.440 --> 35:13.440]  But it still didn't explain why the heck they were out there,
[35:13.440 --> 35:16.440]  and I was not going to jump on behind some of the conspiracies
[35:16.440 --> 35:18.440]  that I was reading about online,
[35:18.440 --> 35:21.440]  primarily that they were poisoning everybody.
[35:21.440 --> 35:23.440]  I mean, there's far simpler ways to poison people
[35:23.440 --> 35:25.440]  and to extract money out of them.
[35:25.440 --> 35:27.440]  You do that with saccharine or Splenda
[35:27.440 --> 35:29.440]  or with fluoride in the water.
[35:29.440 --> 35:31.440]  There's plenty of ways to slow dose
[35:31.440 --> 35:34.440]  and develop a sickly population
[35:34.440 --> 35:38.440]  rather than having to have very expensive aircraft
[35:38.440 --> 35:41.440]  and hundreds if not thousands of them airborne
[35:41.440 --> 35:45.440]  to deal with payloads and management and flight,
[35:45.440 --> 35:49.440]  all of that chaos or that organized chaos.
[35:49.440 --> 35:51.440]  So I just couldn't get behind some of those earlier theories.
[35:51.440 --> 35:53.440]  I needed a motive,
[35:53.440 --> 35:57.440]  and it was right about 2000, the year 2000,
[35:57.440 --> 36:00.440]  I came across Lieutenant Colonel Bearden's work.

[36:05.440 --> 36:10.440]  And Tom Bearden was a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army,
[36:10.440 --> 36:12.440]  and he was an Army Intelligence.
[36:12.440 --> 36:16.440]  And I was at his site because I was interested in free energy devices,
[36:16.440 --> 36:19.440]  in magnetic motors, energy from the vacuum,
[36:19.440 --> 36:22.440]  those kind of things that would solve a lot of the wars
[36:22.440 --> 36:24.440]  that we've been fighting, these resource wars
[36:24.440 --> 36:26.440]  that we've been fighting for the last couple of decades,
[36:26.440 --> 36:28.440]  if not millennia.
[36:28.440 --> 36:30.440]  There were other resources.
[36:30.440 --> 36:34.440]  In any case, on his site, there was a sidebar.
[36:34.440 --> 36:36.440]  And in this particular sidebar,
[36:36.440 --> 36:39.440]  there was titled Soviet Weather Engineering,
[36:39.440 --> 36:41.440]  and that caught my attention.
[36:41.440 --> 36:42.440]  So I kind of read through it,
[36:42.440 --> 36:44.440]  and to be honest with you, the physics, the over-unity physics,
[36:44.440 --> 36:46.440]  that was over my head.
[36:46.440 --> 36:50.440]  I did not enjoy that part of my schooling background.
[36:50.440 --> 36:52.440]  I was a little more right-brained
[36:52.440 --> 36:55.440]  than I probably should have been to do well in those schools
[36:55.440 --> 36:57.440]  and those classes.
[36:57.440 --> 36:59.440]  There's a red page, and there's a back story,
[36:59.440 --> 37:01.440]  and he's got photographs and pictures,
[37:01.440 --> 37:03.440]  and some of his inside intelligence
[37:03.440 --> 37:06.440]  that after 20 years he was relatively comfortable in sharing.
[37:06.440 --> 37:10.440]  And it essentially stated that the Russians,
[37:10.440 --> 37:12.440]  and in particular Joseph Stalin,
[37:12.440 --> 37:16.440]  was a bit freaked out over the American Cold War activities.
[37:16.440 --> 37:20.440]  In that, after Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945,
[37:20.440 --> 37:22.440]  we began building bombs.
[37:22.440 --> 37:25.440]  We began building big bombs and bigger bombs,
[37:25.440 --> 37:28.440]  and we had no problem carting these radioactive bombs
[37:28.440 --> 37:31.440]  out into the Pacific or out into the Nevada desert
[37:31.440 --> 37:33.440]  and blowing things up,
[37:33.440 --> 37:35.440]  and releasing all that radiation to the atmosphere
[37:35.440 --> 37:38.440]  just to see how big of an explosion we could create,
[37:38.440 --> 37:41.440]  and that freaked out the Soviets.
[37:41.440 --> 37:48.440]  So Stalin got his chiefs, his military police,
[37:48.440 --> 37:50.440]  people out there, and said,
[37:50.440 --> 37:52.440]  get me something the Americans don't have.
[37:52.440 --> 37:55.440]  Get me something they're not looking at.
[37:55.440 --> 37:59.440]  And the result was about 10,000 PhDs
[37:59.440 --> 38:03.440]  working on a program that came to be termed energetics.
[38:03.440 --> 38:06.440]  And it was the work of Nikola Tesla
[38:06.440 --> 38:10.440]  that the FBI went in and raided the day after he died,
[38:10.440 --> 38:13.440]  but yet the family still had a lot of materials.
[38:13.440 --> 38:16.440]  And Tesla's family took those materials to the governments
[38:16.440 --> 38:18.440]  and to other interested or what they thought
[38:18.440 --> 38:20.440]  would be interested parties,
[38:20.440 --> 38:22.440]  trying to share it or to sell it,
[38:22.440 --> 38:26.440]  and the American government would have nothing to do with them.
[38:26.440 --> 38:29.440]  So what happened is this knowledge, this information
[38:29.440 --> 38:31.440]  ended up overseas,
[38:31.440 --> 38:35.440]  and it became a very important part of the energetics program,
[38:35.440 --> 38:38.440]  which occurred according to Lieutenant Colonel Bearden,
[38:38.440 --> 38:44.440]  began in 1963, just weeks after the Cuban Missile Crisis
[38:44.440 --> 38:46.440]  and that blockade.
[38:46.440 --> 38:49.440]  The Russians were able to use their antennas
[38:49.440 --> 38:53.440]  that literally their time distortion antenna
[38:53.440 --> 38:58.440]  to pull energy or to pull heat out of an interference zone
[38:58.440 --> 38:59.440]  is what it's called.
[38:59.440 --> 39:02.440]  If you have, say, two waves that cross,
[39:02.440 --> 39:04.440]  you're going to have an interference zone
[39:04.440 --> 39:06.440]  where those waves will begin to interact.
[39:06.440 --> 39:09.440]  And when these waves or these scalar waves
[39:09.440 --> 39:12.440]  are primarily time driven, time domain driven,
[39:12.440 --> 39:16.440]  they have access to what astronomers still call dark matter.
[39:16.440 --> 39:19.440]  Well, those of us that are more on the fringe end of science,
[39:19.440 --> 39:21.440]  we know what that dark matter is.
[39:21.440 --> 39:23.440]  That is the etheric field.
[39:23.440 --> 39:26.440]  That is the field of potentiality.
[39:26.440 --> 39:29.440]  And for astronomers, that is 96% of all the reality,
[39:29.440 --> 39:31.440]  of all the forces they can measure.
[39:31.440 --> 39:33.440]  And we can visibly see with telescopes
[39:33.440 --> 39:36.440]  all the way from the ultraviolet into the infrared spectrum,
[39:36.440 --> 39:40.440]  but 4% of the matter that's in this universe,
[39:40.440 --> 39:42.440]  the rest of it is the ether,
[39:42.440 --> 39:45.440]  the dark matter that astronomers like to call it.
[39:45.440 --> 39:48.440]  Well, Nikola Tesla knew all this.
[39:48.440 --> 39:50.440]  This is why J.P. Morgan bought up his patents
[39:50.440 --> 39:56.440]  and essentially locked down and locked Tesla out of
[39:56.440 --> 39:58.440]  how power developed in this country.
[39:58.440 --> 40:01.440]  Because Tesla did not want us getting a power bill
[40:01.440 --> 40:03.440]  at the end of every month.
[40:03.440 --> 40:06.440]  He had set up wireless transmitters out in Colorado Springs
[40:06.440 --> 40:09.440]  so people in the area could have free electricity.
[40:09.440 --> 40:11.440]  And that's what the matter was all about.
[40:11.440 --> 40:12.440]  It's like this stuff is free.
[40:12.440 --> 40:15.440]  The universe is full of this unlimited,
[40:15.440 --> 40:17.440]  this unlimited potential energy.
[40:17.440 --> 40:20.440]  And we should have access to it very cheaply, very inexpensively.
[40:20.440 --> 40:23.440]  And we wouldn't have the whole carbon debate
[40:23.440 --> 40:28.440]  if Tesla had seen his inventions make it to the marketplace.
[40:28.440 --> 40:32.440]  But in any case, so the Russians developed this energetics program.
[40:32.440 --> 40:36.440]  And the first thing they sunk with it was the USS,
[40:36.440 --> 40:39.440]  was an American sub, the USS Thresher.
[40:39.440 --> 40:45.440]  And that particular sub had a surface ship with it.
[40:45.440 --> 40:51.440]  And all of this surface ship's electronics were fried, just fried.
[40:51.440 --> 40:54.440]  And if I'm remembering the story correctly,
[40:54.440 --> 40:57.440]  there were even soldiers on or sailors on this ship
[40:57.440 --> 40:59.440]  that ended up with burns.
[40:59.440 --> 41:02.440]  So there was some kind of energetic burst
[41:02.440 --> 41:06.440]  that dutted this surface ship and then the Thresher sunk
[41:06.440 --> 41:09.440]  in the eastern Atlantic way to the bottom of the ocean.
[41:09.440 --> 41:12.440]  And that was the beginning of these directed energy weapons
[41:12.440 --> 41:14.440]  used in a warfare state.
[41:14.440 --> 41:18.440]  Colonel Bearden goes on to say that as these technologies were developed,
[41:18.440 --> 41:22.440]  that weather modification or weather operations began over North America
[41:22.440 --> 41:25.440]  on Bicentennial weekend, July 4, 1976.
[41:25.440 --> 41:28.440]  So again, it worked back 40 years.
[41:28.440 --> 41:33.440]  So at that point in time, I was 10 years old.
[41:33.440 --> 41:35.440]  And I was already interested in the stars.
[41:35.440 --> 41:37.440]  I was already interested in the skies.
[41:37.440 --> 41:39.440]  I was fascinated by airplanes.
[41:39.440 --> 41:42.440]  At 10 years old, I was going into the Air Force
[41:42.440 --> 41:45.440]  and I was going to be an astronaut.
[41:45.440 --> 41:49.440]  I was going into space because that's where it was happening.
[41:49.440 --> 41:52.440]  But then I kind of got interested in more amateur astronomy
[41:52.440 --> 41:55.440]  and weather and TV came along.
[41:55.440 --> 41:58.440]  And so I didn't end up going down that route.
[41:58.440 --> 42:02.440]  So the weather part came about
[42:02.440 --> 42:05.440]  because I ended up doing the Boy Scout Marriott Badge
[42:05.440 --> 42:07.440]  when I was 13 years old.
[42:07.440 --> 42:09.440]  And I thought I was kind of looking through the Boy Scout book.
[42:09.440 --> 42:12.440]  I thought, this is a Marriott Badge I might enjoy.
[42:12.440 --> 42:14.440]  But one of the requirements of that Marriott Badge

[42:19.440 --> 42:23.440]  or meteorologists forecast and compare them to what really happened.
[42:23.440 --> 42:25.440]  And you have to do that for 30 days.
[42:25.440 --> 42:29.440]  Well, by the end of that 30 days, and that was, I believe, July 1978,
[42:29.440 --> 42:32.440]  I was hooked into weather.
[42:32.440 --> 42:36.440]  And I had an excuse to stay up late to watch the evening news,
[42:36.440 --> 42:39.440]  to watch the weather, and I had gotten Mom and Dad
[42:39.440 --> 42:42.440]  and we bought some instruments and I built anemometers
[42:42.440 --> 42:44.440]  and did all these things for that Marriott Badge.
[42:44.440 --> 42:47.440]  And that embedded me into weather for the rest of my life.
[42:47.440 --> 42:50.440]  And I eventually ended up becoming really good friends
[42:50.440 --> 42:52.440]  with a local meteorologist in Eastern Idaho.
[42:52.440 --> 42:55.440]  And we became fast friends and he tutored and mentored me
[42:55.440 --> 42:58.440]  all the way through junior and high school.
[42:58.440 --> 43:03.440]  And that was a gift because by the time I got to college,
[43:03.440 --> 43:05.440]  there wasn't a lot to be taught.
[43:05.440 --> 43:08.440]  There simply was not a lot to teach me.
[43:08.440 --> 43:12.440]  And so we would have forecast contests, national forecast contests,
[43:12.440 --> 43:15.440]  and as a freshman, I ended up in second place.
[43:15.440 --> 43:18.440]  I think there were like 25 universities that participated in that
[43:18.440 --> 43:20.440]  for those first two years I was there.
[43:20.440 --> 43:22.440]  And forecasting is easy when you understand
[43:22.440 --> 43:25.440]  and you have this intuitive side as to how things are playing
[43:25.440 --> 43:27.440]  and how the atmosphere is behaving.
[43:27.440 --> 43:29.440]  Forecasting is not difficult.
[43:29.440 --> 43:31.440]  That's what I've always believed too.
[43:31.440 --> 43:34.440]  Well, we'll get back more on the other side.

[47:15.440 --> 47:19.440]  meteorologist, and we're talking about chemtrails and weather modification,
[47:19.440 --> 47:21.440]  and Phil was mentioning just before I went to break
[47:21.440 --> 47:24.440]  that it's really not that difficult to predict weather
[47:24.440 --> 47:29.440]  and he was mentioning about his experience as a pilot controlling hand gliders.
[47:29.440 --> 47:31.440]  And Scott, you were going to comment on that,
[47:31.440 --> 47:36.440]  and I wanted to get your take on how has it changed for you
[47:36.440 --> 47:39.440]  as a meteorologist to predict the weather concerning this
[47:39.440 --> 47:43.440]  and what has been your experience while you were still working
[47:43.440 --> 47:46.440]  for these new stations in light of the chemtrails
[47:46.440 --> 47:49.440]  and describe the anomalies?
[47:49.440 --> 47:54.440]  Oh, the anomaly is forecasting a snowstorm,
[47:54.440 --> 47:57.440]  whether it's a big one or a little one,
[47:57.440 --> 47:59.440]  and you put that forecast out there.
[47:59.440 --> 48:03.440]  Your audience trusts you because they have choices
[48:03.440 --> 48:05.440]  when they want to watch the evening news.
[48:05.440 --> 48:07.440]  They have choices. They don't have to watch you.
[48:07.440 --> 48:10.440]  They watch you for a reason. It's because you're good to them
[48:10.440 --> 48:14.440]  and they enjoy the time that three or four minutes they get to spend with you.
[48:14.440 --> 48:18.440]  And to a news station, to my station, my little Idaho station,
[48:18.440 --> 48:20.440]  I was worth a million to a year in revenue.
[48:20.440 --> 48:26.440]  We were number one for nine consecutive years because of weather.
[48:26.440 --> 48:30.440]  And what I don't like doing is anticipating a winter storm,
[48:30.440 --> 48:34.440]  especially in the high deserts like southern Idaho or Colorado.
[48:34.440 --> 48:36.440]  We don't get that many storms.
[48:36.440 --> 48:40.440]  And say maybe once or twice a week, tops.
[48:40.440 --> 48:45.440]  And when you've got a forecast out there for say four inches in the valleys,
[48:45.440 --> 48:47.440]  eight to twelve in the mountains, and it's a brief storm.
[48:47.440 --> 48:50.440]  It's only in place because it's racing on through in the polar jet stream
[48:50.440 --> 48:54.440]  for about eight to ten hours, maybe twelve hours tops.
[48:54.440 --> 48:57.440]  But you're expecting to wake up the next morning
[48:57.440 --> 48:59.440]  and have some snow on the ground.
[48:59.440 --> 49:03.440]  And when it's not there, you've got to figure out why it's not there.
[49:03.440 --> 49:07.440]  And then at five o'clock, you've got to get on the camera in front of the people
[49:07.440 --> 49:09.440]  and explain why it's not there.
[49:09.440 --> 49:10.440]  Oh boy.
[49:10.440 --> 49:13.440]  And then you're waiting for the next round of snow.
[49:13.440 --> 49:18.440]  And so what was happening in 98 and 99 is the national incentive,
[49:18.440 --> 49:20.440]  National Centers for Environmental Prediction.
[49:20.440 --> 49:23.440]  They do a lot of the forecasting for the northern hemisphere
[49:23.440 --> 49:25.440]  and for the states in particular.
[49:25.440 --> 49:27.440]  They were having a rough winter.
[49:27.440 --> 49:31.440]  They were having a very difficult time capturing the strength
[49:31.440 --> 49:35.440]  and the location and all this weather criteria
[49:35.440 --> 49:38.440]  about storms coming in from the Pacific.
[49:38.440 --> 49:42.440]  And they kept saying once we get it inland, we'll get better sampling data
[49:42.440 --> 49:46.440]  and then we'll know the models will grasp it and we'll get a good forecast.
[49:46.440 --> 49:51.440]  Well, that still didn't matter because the storm wasn't doing what the storm was supposed to do.
[49:51.440 --> 49:55.440]  And it didn't matter if you were in Idaho or Colorado or Washington state,
[49:55.440 --> 49:58.440]  the storm wasn't doing what it was supposed to do.
[49:58.440 --> 50:03.440]  And so that led to a lot of hand ringing and hair pulling back in DC.
[50:03.440 --> 50:06.440]  And so that was kind of the first clue that there was something amiss for me.
[50:06.440 --> 50:09.440]  And it was about that time that I began to read about chemtrails
[50:09.440 --> 50:11.440]  that I was talking about in the earlier segment.
[50:11.440 --> 50:16.440]  And so I figured with my knowledge, my background and my photography
[50:16.440 --> 50:18.440]  that I could figure this beast out.
[50:18.440 --> 50:23.440]  So then 9-11 happened and you dive even farther into the conspiracy side
[50:23.440 --> 50:25.440]  because nothing about that day smelled right.
[50:25.440 --> 50:27.440]  It stunk from the beginning.
[50:27.440 --> 50:29.440]  And so I was deeper into the alternative media
[50:29.440 --> 50:33.440]  and then I found other chemtrail sites.
[50:33.440 --> 50:37.440]  Barry and Blues was one of them. Chemtrail Central was another one.
[50:37.440 --> 50:39.440]  But I didn't like it.
[50:39.440 --> 50:41.440]  They did not have a grasp on meteorology.
[50:41.440 --> 50:43.440]  They didn't know cloud types.
[50:43.440 --> 50:47.440]  There's this amorphous term of chemcloud, which I could see.
[50:47.440 --> 50:51.440]  But if you don't know weather, then you're really not in a position
[50:51.440 --> 50:55.440]  to be talking about the mechanical and the thermodynamic processes
[50:55.440 --> 50:57.440]  of weather in these clouds.
[50:57.440 --> 51:03.440]  And I kept reading Colonel Beard and I actually had some email conversations
[51:03.440 --> 51:07.440]  with his webmaster and then some phone conversations with the Colonel himself.
[51:07.440 --> 51:10.440]  And this was 2003, 2004 and 2005.
[51:10.440 --> 51:13.440]  And so I at least had his ear.
[51:13.440 --> 51:18.440]  But something happened on June of 2004.
[51:18.440 --> 51:21.440]  I'd begun archiving satellite imagery.
[51:21.440 --> 51:24.440]  The satellite imagery that we watch on TV is crap.
[51:24.440 --> 51:26.440]  It's worthless. It's worthless.
[51:26.440 --> 51:28.440]  It is so smooth.
[51:28.440 --> 51:32.440]  There's so many layers of data that are just extracted.
[51:32.440 --> 51:35.440]  Either in the satellite imagery you're cloudy or you're not cloudy.
[51:35.440 --> 51:41.440]  There's no infrared imagery, which is usually what they use for satellite imagery
[51:41.440 --> 51:43.440]  to determine how cold are the cloud tops.
[51:43.440 --> 51:46.440]  Where's the coldest, the strongest part of the particular storm.
[51:46.440 --> 51:48.440]  All of that data is just now stripped out.
[51:48.440 --> 51:52.440]  It's all cartoony and largely worthless.
[51:52.440 --> 51:56.440]  So I was frustrated by what other weathermen were doing across the country.
[51:56.440 --> 51:59.440]  And I kept my audience to the science.
[51:59.440 --> 52:01.440]  Let's do the science. Let's look at the data.
[52:01.440 --> 52:09.440]  And I began archiving data because as a station we're spending almost two grand a month
[52:09.440 --> 52:11.440]  and I wasn't happy with the information.
[52:11.440 --> 52:12.440]  It wasn't good enough.
[52:12.440 --> 52:14.440]  So I ended up using something called WeatherTap.
[52:14.440 --> 52:19.440]  And you can go to it now. It's $7.95 a month and you can subscribe to high resolution data.
[52:19.440 --> 52:23.440]  It's a great source for weather information, WeatherTap.com.
[52:23.440 --> 52:28.440]  And I would begin archiving the high resolution visible imagery.
[52:28.440 --> 52:33.440]  And I got looking for resonances because I thought if I'm seeing patterns and grids
[52:33.440 --> 52:38.440]  and radial forms in the clouds from standing on the ground looking up,
[52:38.440 --> 52:40.440]  what does it look like from space?
[52:40.440 --> 52:42.440]  What does it look like to the weather satellites?
[52:42.440 --> 52:45.440]  What does that visible imagery look like?
[52:45.440 --> 52:49.440]  And so I started getting into that.
[52:49.440 --> 52:57.440]  And on June 4th, actually it was June 6th, 2004, there was a weak cold front up in Montana.
[52:57.440 --> 53:02.440]  And I was already to the point with the weather modification that they could impact big events.
[53:02.440 --> 53:06.440]  They could impact hurricanes. They could impact earthquakes.
[53:06.440 --> 53:09.440]  They could do these things. They had that technology.
[53:09.440 --> 53:12.440]  But in this particular satellite imagery, there was a weak cold front
[53:12.440 --> 53:15.440]  and this cold front was literally hashed up.
[53:15.440 --> 53:19.440]  It looked like a sliced loaf of wonderbread.
[53:19.440 --> 53:23.440]  Though with the puffy tops, but there was these regular divided lines through it.
[53:23.440 --> 53:26.440]  I mean, it was freakishly precise.
[53:26.440 --> 53:31.440]  And then over Billings, Montana, which is in a valley with mountains on either side,
[53:31.440 --> 53:34.440]  there was a square cloud that was maybe 10 miles by 10 miles.
[53:34.440 --> 53:36.440]  And it was a square cloud.
[53:36.440 --> 53:39.440]  And the shadow below was a square shadow.
[53:39.440 --> 53:44.440]  Because it was like 6 or 7 in the evening when the picture was shot.
[53:44.440 --> 53:48.440]  And what was most fascinating is that about 100 miles to the west,
[53:48.440 --> 53:54.440]  in these scalloped cold front clouds, there was a segment that was missing.
[53:54.440 --> 53:57.440]  There was a square that was cut out of these clouds.
[53:57.440 --> 54:04.440]  And that square was on a precise horizontal line with that square cloud that was sitting over Billings.
[54:04.440 --> 54:10.440]  And I thought, that cloud does not belong there. It belongs back over with the rest of the cold front.
[54:10.440 --> 54:18.440]  And so my conclusion was that they had control of all of the weather.
[54:18.440 --> 54:23.440]  If they were mucking around and it established resonances over Montana
[54:23.440 --> 54:29.440]  with this weak late spring cool front, then what were they doing with hurricanes?
[54:29.440 --> 54:33.440]  What were they doing with big winter storms, with El Nino events?
[54:33.440 --> 54:36.440]  What were they doing with the drought in Australia?
[54:36.440 --> 54:39.440]  You know, my stomach sank.
[54:39.440 --> 54:44.440]  And I realized the magnitude of what we were dealing with.
[54:44.440 --> 54:47.440]  And that there was no natural weather left.
[54:47.440 --> 54:55.440]  And that my attempts to forecast the weather for my audience were foolish.
[54:55.440 --> 55:01.440]  Because I wasn't forecasting the natural thermodynamic processes of this planet.
[55:01.440 --> 55:12.440]  What I was trying to do was anticipate what this cabal, this military industrial complex cabal was trying to do with the weather.
[55:12.440 --> 55:16.440]  And what I didn't know was how good are they at what they're doing.
[55:16.440 --> 55:21.440]  And that was the next step. How do I ascertain how good they are?
[55:21.440 --> 55:27.440]  And then from what the weather is doing and has done over the past weeks and months, what is the agenda?
[55:27.440 --> 55:33.440]  What are they trying to accomplish with this weapon, with this tool, with this ability?
[55:33.440 --> 55:37.440]  And what I eventually realized is that they are very good.
[55:37.440 --> 55:39.440]  They are very, very good.
[55:39.440 --> 55:44.440]  And that precision requires the chemtrails.
[55:44.440 --> 55:46.440]  They need to have marks in the sky.
[55:46.440 --> 55:51.440]  They need to have those sub-micron powders up there.
[55:51.440 --> 55:59.440]  In space, they can literally see how the dynamics of the motion of the fluidity of the atmosphere is moving.
[55:59.440 --> 56:05.440]  And because a lot of what they do is accomplished with very low-frequency resonances.
[56:05.440 --> 56:10.440]  That we have places where these resonances literally create whirlpools.
[56:10.440 --> 56:15.440]  And these whirlpools in the atmosphere can result in massive thunderstorms.
[56:15.440 --> 56:18.440]  Or they can result in massive downward movement.
[56:18.440 --> 56:22.440]  And this downward movement is subsidence. This downward movement is warming.
[56:22.440 --> 56:30.440]  This downward movement can be on the scale of a few hundred meters, or it can be on the scale of hundreds of kilometers.
[56:30.440 --> 56:37.440]  And when you have a drought like Texas had, there's one of these downward spirals, these anodes.
[56:37.440 --> 56:44.440]  And that helps keep the heat in place. It helps keep the thunderstorms from bubbling.
[56:44.440 --> 56:52.440]  It helps keep the drought established. But you need chemtrails so you can keep track of the movement of the air.
[56:52.440 --> 57:00.440]  So you can keep that subsidence from getting too out of whack, otherwise you're going to have Dallas at 135 instead of 110.
[57:00.440 --> 57:02.440]  These kind of things can get away from them.
[57:02.440 --> 57:10.440]  And so you've got to have these planes, and there are hundreds, if not a thousand to fifteen hundred, across this country.
[57:10.440 --> 57:16.440]  And many days, a good chunk of them, a good percentage of them are airborne.
[57:16.440 --> 57:25.440]  And what I'm noticing is that they're moving from the bigger commercial, 737, 757, 747, 767, and some of the air buses,
[57:25.440 --> 57:29.440]  they're moving to Gulf Streams. They're moving to Cessnas.
[57:29.440 --> 57:36.440]  They're moving to these smaller business jets because they can buy ten of them for the cost,
[57:36.440 --> 57:43.440]  that it costs for them to acquire or refurbish newer commercial, big planes.
[57:43.440 --> 57:53.440]  And because the chemtrail powders are so good, you know, a 20,000 pound payload can easily be lost to the airborne by a Gulf Stream.
[57:53.440 --> 58:02.440]  That Gulf Stream can have a 9,000 mile range, so it only has to land once a day, or maybe once in 15, 16 hours.
[58:02.440 --> 58:06.440]  So it's evolving as we move into this next century.
[58:06.440 --> 58:15.440]  It's amazing, and Scott, you were saying that they are manipulating the weather over 10,000 times a day, just in North America?
[58:15.440 --> 58:20.440]  It's endless. It's endless. I don't know. I don't know that we could count how many times it's being done.

[01:04:49.440 --> 01:04:51.440]  Because these are certainly not taken from the ground.
[01:04:51.440 --> 01:04:57.440]  But at any rate, you talk about, I think this was a quote from your website concerning how they break up the clouds.
[01:04:57.440 --> 01:05:01.440]  It says, a flood of negative ions deposited into this hole.
[01:05:01.440 --> 01:05:05.440]  And that's referring to a hole in the cloud. You'll see a cloud and then there's a hole in it.
[01:05:05.440 --> 01:05:10.440]  You can see clear blue sky in the hole looking up into the sky.
[01:05:10.440 --> 01:05:17.440]  It says, a flood of negative ions deposited into this hole acts on the clouds by releasing static bonds that are holding the clouds together.
[01:05:17.440 --> 01:05:29.440]  The hydrogen and oxygen bonds holding water molecules together are broken and with the resulting relative release of moisture falls and crystallizes out of the clouds.
[01:05:29.440 --> 01:05:35.440]  And then there's another picture of some thunderheads that are building and you see these holes that are punched out of the bottoms of the clouds.
[01:05:35.440 --> 01:05:37.440]  They look like lateral holes.
[01:05:37.440 --> 01:05:45.440]  And it says here, the caption on that photograph says, holes punched out of the base of these developing thunderheads.
[01:05:45.440 --> 01:05:53.440]  These holes disrupt the storms, updraft and greatly reduce the opportunity for the storm to generate rainfall.
[01:05:53.440 --> 01:06:03.440]  And so I was wondering if you could talk about, and here is another one that talks about trails of ionizable barium salts greatly enhancing the electrical conductivity of moisture in the atmosphere.

[01:06:08.440 --> 01:06:15.440]  And you're talking about laying the chemtrails and their boundaries for the scalar heating, which they've already admitted they're doing.

[01:06:17.440 --> 01:06:28.440]  So please talk about how do these chemtrails actually work as far as the weather manipulation and how these negative ions that they're laying down are breaking up the clouds.

[01:06:30.440 --> 01:06:39.440]  Well, I believe we've got at least three technologies, possibly four that are working as tools for weather modification.
[01:06:39.440 --> 01:06:45.440]  The first one is the one that Colonel Bearden adheres to and that is the scalar wave technology.
[01:06:45.440 --> 01:06:54.440]  That needs two antennae and these two antennae will say point at a particular place in space time.
[01:06:54.440 --> 01:07:00.440]  And remember, we can aim over, you know, the Americans could aim at his own over Moscow.
[01:07:00.440 --> 01:07:03.440]  And we don't even have to have antennas with an eyesight of Moscow.
[01:07:03.440 --> 01:07:06.440]  We just have to know the latitude and longitude.
[01:07:06.440 --> 01:07:14.440]  We can pipe it in and the beam can literally surge through the planet and manifest on the other side and create a space-time distortion.

[01:07:20.440 --> 01:07:25.440]  We've got all kinds of anomalies that really can be nothing but space-time anomalies.

[01:07:40.440 --> 01:07:47.440]  But let's rewind to your summer stories where you were watching thunderstorms come into the lakes.

[01:07:49.440 --> 01:07:53.440]  Your short 15, 20 inches of rain over the last 12 months, you need some rain.
[01:07:53.440 --> 01:07:55.440]  The thunderheads begin to develop.
[01:07:55.440 --> 01:07:56.440]  It's plenty hot.
[01:07:56.440 --> 01:07:57.440]  It's plenty humid.
[01:07:57.440 --> 01:08:00.440]  You've got, you know, veering with heights.
[01:08:00.440 --> 01:08:04.440]  So you've got a nice southeast breeze at the surface, a southwest or west wind up above.
[01:08:04.440 --> 01:08:08.440]  That should give the thunderstorms some nice twists so we can get a spiral going.
[01:08:08.440 --> 01:08:15.440]  And once we get the spiral going, that creates an electrical current because it literally is a dynamo standing on end or on an angle.
[01:08:15.440 --> 01:08:17.440]  These thunderheads are dynamos.
[01:08:17.440 --> 01:08:19.440]  They're electrical constructs.
[01:08:19.440 --> 01:08:21.440]  It's not thermodynamic.
[01:08:21.440 --> 01:08:22.440]  They're electrical.
[01:08:22.440 --> 01:08:25.440]  And as they begin to twist, they attract the water.
[01:08:25.440 --> 01:08:26.440]  They attract the moisture.
[01:08:26.440 --> 01:08:29.440]  The more they twist, the taller they get, the bigger the charge.
[01:08:29.440 --> 01:08:33.440]  At some point, boom, you've got lightning and then the thunder follows.

[01:08:35.440 --> 01:08:40.440]  If you rewind about 50 years, Wilhelm Reich was huge into organ energy.
[01:08:40.440 --> 01:08:44.440]  And I think that's another very key part of weather modification.
[01:08:44.440 --> 01:08:51.440]  And especially future weather modification because at some point, guys, we're going to take this away from the military.

[01:09:35.440 --> 01:09:41.440]  It's a fleet of planes interested in that area where the atmosphere is about to literally orgasm.

[01:09:44.440 --> 01:09:49.440]  And as you read, we have the release of the bonds of the water molecule.
[01:09:49.440 --> 01:09:53.440]  And literally the cloud will look like it's just been vibrated.

[01:09:55.440 --> 01:10:01.440]  And I've asked a couple of other weathermen, meteorologists, what's going on with that cloud?

[01:10:04.440 --> 01:10:10.440]  I've been watching this long enough that that storm out there that's all hairy with two buddies on either side of it
[01:10:10.440 --> 01:10:13.440]  that still have the cauliflower, the cumulonimbus tops.
[01:10:13.440 --> 01:10:15.440]  Like, what's the deal with that one in the middle there?
[01:10:15.440 --> 01:10:16.440]  Why is that one different?
[01:10:16.440 --> 01:10:23.440]  And they say it's iced out, that instead of liquid, it's all crystallized and it's all ice.
[01:10:23.440 --> 01:10:25.440]  Well, that doesn't really make sense.
[01:10:25.440 --> 01:10:27.440]  It just didn't make sense to me.
[01:10:27.440 --> 01:10:29.440]  I sat with it and I didn't argue.
[01:10:29.440 --> 01:10:31.440]  And I listed, I'm like, OK, OK.
[01:10:31.440 --> 01:10:34.440]  And I just needed to watch.
[01:10:34.440 --> 01:10:42.440]  But what was odd is that it would be on top of these storms where you would see the cantral planes literally kiss.
[01:10:42.440 --> 01:10:46.440]  They don't go through them, they don't go around them, they go over the top and they'll leave their trail.
[01:10:46.440 --> 01:10:48.440]  They'll leave their mark.
[01:10:48.440 --> 01:10:52.440]  And these trails, dependent on the chemical mixture, they will fluoresce.
[01:10:52.440 --> 01:10:57.440]  They will fluoresce with a particular quantity or a point where they relative humidity is saying,
[01:10:57.440 --> 01:11:00.440]  I'm going to pick a random number here above 70%.
[01:11:00.440 --> 01:11:07.440]  Some of these trails will fluoresce when the ionization is at a particular threshold in the atmosphere.
[01:11:07.440 --> 01:11:17.440]  Some of these trails will fluoresce when the organ or the chi or the life force energy of the atmosphere has reached a particular threshold.
[01:11:17.440 --> 01:11:22.440]  And so there's numerous reasons why you would want to have these chemtrails present,
[01:11:22.440 --> 01:11:31.440]  why you would want to have these hundreds of planes out there observing this real-time lab, this real-time fluid ocean of weather.
[01:11:31.440 --> 01:11:38.440]  They need to know because after they began mucking with the weather in the 60s, they got addicted.
[01:11:38.440 --> 01:11:46.440]  They have this power trip that they're on and they just want to get better and better and better.
[01:11:46.440 --> 01:11:52.440]  And right now our government has no problem not questioning the military industrial complex.
[01:11:52.440 --> 01:12:01.440]  We have had Democratic or Republican parties in the house and they can't say no to the military.
[01:12:01.440 --> 01:12:06.440]  They can't say no to intelligence operations. They can't say no.
[01:12:06.440 --> 01:12:10.440]  And so these things are allowed to get out of hand.
[01:12:10.440 --> 01:12:15.440]  And when Congress says, oh, you know, maybe we should ask them oversight.
[01:12:15.440 --> 01:12:18.440]  Maybe this is something that's important to our constituents.
[01:12:18.440 --> 01:12:24.440]  You know, then they get stonewalled by the military. They get stonewalled by the corporations.
[01:12:24.440 --> 01:12:28.440]  And Congress simply doesn't have the balls to ask the questions.
[01:12:28.440 --> 01:12:35.440]  Well, no, they don't. In fact, I've received several emails from listeners tonight that are quite enthralled with this discussion.
[01:12:35.440 --> 01:12:44.440]  And one listener sent me an article concerning all of the congressmen, senators, and House of Representatives that have an interest in Raytheon
[01:12:44.440 --> 01:12:48.440]  and who have received substantial campaign contributions from Raytheon.
[01:12:48.440 --> 01:12:50.440]  So there you go right there.
[01:12:50.440 --> 01:12:53.440]  So Scott, okay, so they lay down these trails.
[01:12:53.440 --> 01:12:58.440]  Now you've said, okay, you've called it, you've called them markers.

[01:13:00.440 --> 01:13:06.440]  Because I didn't know in 2004, I was telling you about the satellite picture that just laid me flat.

[01:13:27.440 --> 01:13:31.440]  I bought two computers. I bought some time-lapse camera. I bought some networking gear.

[01:13:34.440 --> 01:13:37.440]  I put them west and east and south and northwest.
[01:13:37.440 --> 01:13:40.440]  And then I got some time-lapse software.
[01:13:40.440 --> 01:13:42.440]  And I started collecting movies.
[01:13:42.440 --> 01:13:46.440]  Every day I'd come home from work and render the movies and just have a look-see.
[01:13:46.440 --> 01:13:48.440]  And I did it not for the chemtrails.
[01:13:48.440 --> 01:13:51.440]  I did it because I wanted to see what the clouds were doing.
[01:13:51.440 --> 01:13:57.440]  I wanted to see if I could get another level of insight
[01:13:57.440 --> 01:14:04.440]  so I could still deliver a forecast to my audience that I was okay to have my name associated with.

[01:14:08.440 --> 01:14:14.440]  And what happened was, I think I had that live by January of 2005.
[01:14:14.440 --> 01:14:19.440]  And in April of 2005, one of my cameras was facing to the southwest.
[01:14:19.440 --> 01:14:21.440]  And it was a relatively, it was a clear April day.
[01:14:21.440 --> 01:14:24.440]  It was one of those beautiful early spring days.
[01:14:24.440 --> 01:14:29.440]  And over the course of about eight minutes, I caught seven aircraft.
[01:14:29.440 --> 01:14:34.440]  And there was a place, there was a point in the sky that they were investigating.
[01:14:34.440 --> 01:14:39.440]  They literally boxed it off and then ran diagonals through a parallelogram.
[01:14:39.440 --> 01:14:43.440]  And the second to last plane left a marking trail.
[01:14:43.440 --> 01:14:46.440]  It wasn't big, maybe a couple of miles long and that might be generous.
[01:14:46.440 --> 01:14:49.440]  It may have been only like a mile and a half, maybe to two miles in length.
[01:14:49.440 --> 01:14:51.440]  But it was persistent.
[01:14:51.440 --> 01:14:56.440]  And then very shortly, not more than about 30 frames later or about a minute, minute 20,
[01:14:56.440 --> 01:15:02.440]  another plane came along and literally bisected this fluorescing trail
[01:15:02.440 --> 01:15:04.440]  or the segment of a trail.
[01:15:04.440 --> 01:15:06.440]  And it was a perfect bisection.
[01:15:06.440 --> 01:15:10.440]  And he also left a trail that was just as long.
[01:15:10.440 --> 01:15:14.440]  So I thought, okay, they're in this thing for geometry.
[01:15:14.440 --> 01:15:16.440]  There's some geometric shape.
[01:15:16.440 --> 01:15:20.440]  There's something in the atmosphere that they're trying to identify or isolate.
[01:15:20.440 --> 01:15:28.440]  And so that gave me the clue to begin looking at exactly where these chemtrail flights are being flown.
[01:15:28.440 --> 01:15:34.440]  And what I came to understand is that they were exceedingly interested in cirrus clouds,
[01:15:34.440 --> 01:15:39.440]  the very first clouds that show up ahead of the storm.
[01:15:39.440 --> 01:15:43.440]  It's almost as if you would get these, you know, that's the warm aspect.
[01:15:43.440 --> 01:15:49.440]  That's the warm advection, the warm air coming in as a cirrus shield begins to develop ahead of a cold front.
[01:15:49.440 --> 01:15:51.440]  Or an extra tropical cycle.
[01:15:51.440 --> 01:15:58.440]  But what I caught them doing was almost by half a day to a day ahead of time,
[01:15:58.440 --> 01:16:03.440]  wanting to literally thread these cirrus clouds out a couple of hundred miles,
[01:16:03.440 --> 01:16:08.440]  at least 100 to 250 miles ahead of where they would be naturally.
[01:16:08.440 --> 01:16:14.440]  So you'd get these little bursts and these are not natural cirrus clouds.
[01:16:14.440 --> 01:16:21.440]  They literally have like two little eyes and then these two eyes or these two holes are rotating, they're spinning.
[01:16:21.440 --> 01:16:28.440]  But they're pulling in energy and as the energy collects or condenses at these two points, it becomes clouds
[01:16:28.440 --> 01:16:32.440]  and then the cirrus cloud would begin to scoot out or be shot out from that.
[01:16:32.440 --> 01:16:36.440]  What was odd is these clouds would then bend at 90 degrees.
[01:16:36.440 --> 01:16:40.440]  Also something that clouds should not do in a fluid.

[01:20:12.440 --> 01:20:19.440]  Yeah, I've noticed a number of times that the contrails will intersect and form various patterns
[01:20:19.440 --> 01:20:26.440]  and there'll be maybe 20 of them parallel and then one going diagonally across or at a right angle
[01:20:26.440 --> 01:20:32.440]  as if to connect all of them as if there's some circuitry going on somehow.
[01:20:32.440 --> 01:20:38.440]  And I've always wondered, is this somehow they can transmit a chemical reaction across this

[01:21:35.440 --> 01:21:42.440]  Wilhelm Reich was right. There's an organ. There's a life force energy that is at play here.

[01:28:45.440 --> 01:28:54.440]  And you'd see on the Doppler radar, a straight line would come from the north very quickly to the south and they'd quit doing the 24-hour radar.

[01:28:57.440 --> 01:29:04.440]  But you could see it and they would knock that wave apart consistently over the last couple of months.

[01:34:22.440 --> 01:34:27.440]  where there were no clouds, although this was a picture of the cloud formation,
[01:34:27.440 --> 01:34:29.440]  and I was trying to get a picture of the jet stream.
[01:34:29.440 --> 01:34:36.440]  Well, when you followed the loop through there, all the clouds to the southwest around the San Diego area
[01:34:36.440 --> 01:34:45.440]  disappeared within that loop, and yet all the other clouds east and northwest of it stayed the same.
[01:34:45.440 --> 01:34:51.440]  Well, I was able to get a picture of the thumbprint, and I did send that to you and Scott as well,
[01:34:51.440 --> 01:34:58.440]  but in the meantime, what formed after this jagged little, it looked like a lightning rod,
[01:34:58.440 --> 01:35:06.440]  linked to the whole United States, a front formed, and this stayed for two or three days.
[01:35:06.440 --> 01:35:14.440]  It went all across the midsection of the United States that fit the same pattern of what that swath had been created.

[01:35:34.440 --> 01:35:41.440]  and that was a gift because we're so dry, so, so, so dry that that water was very welcome,
[01:35:41.440 --> 01:35:47.440]  and it was nice to see that particular storm march very slowly off the Colorado and the Mexico Front Range
[01:35:47.440 --> 01:35:52.440]  and then rain into West Texas, rain into Oklahoma, rain into southern Kansas.
[01:35:52.440 --> 01:35:56.440]  The sad thing is, is the crops in those areas are done.
[01:35:56.440 --> 01:35:58.440]  They're already done. They've already failed.
[01:35:58.440 --> 01:36:02.440]  And so, you know, the rain's coming at a point where all that helps is pasture land,
[01:36:02.440 --> 01:36:07.440]  and the farmers are grateful for that, but nevertheless, the growing season is done,
[01:36:07.440 --> 01:36:16.440]  and it's a bit too late to help, but they're all engineered events to some degree.

[01:38:39.440 --> 01:38:42.440]  or partially engineered or what was going on?
[01:38:42.440 --> 01:38:46.440]  But I can tell you that from my experience growing up here in Texas
[01:38:46.440 --> 01:38:50.440]  and just looking at the standard weather patterns my entire life,

[01:38:54.440 --> 01:39:01.440]  because normally the fronts spin off, the cold air masses spin off from the pole, from the north pole,
[01:39:01.440 --> 01:39:06.440]  and then the cold mass moves down from the north pole down into the south.
[01:39:06.440 --> 01:39:12.440]  And you see this crescent like a smiley face, like the front would look like a smiley face as it's moving down.

[01:48:33.440 --> 01:48:43.440]  And, you know, where do these bugs come from? We've got a disease out there, more gallons. You know, where does this freaky nanodisease come from?
[01:48:43.440 --> 01:48:56.440]  So what we need to do is get back to basics. We need to get back to a state when this planet was healthy. And this planet was healthy in a garden of Eden some 12,000 and 26,000 years ago.
[01:48:56.440 --> 01:49:09.440]  And there's something called monoatomics, elements that are now locked up in the oceans that have been rinsed and rained and snowed off of the lands, collected in lakes and rivers, and eventually dumped into the seas.

[01:50:30.440 --> 01:50:39.440]  But what it does is it reconnects you at the atomic level back to that perfect picture of you that resides in the subtle energy realms.
[01:50:39.440 --> 01:50:49.440]  And as that reconnection is made, subtle energy and information comes from that realm into this realm, and you begin to get better.
[01:50:49.440 --> 01:50:57.440]  And so this is one way to overcome the environmental pollution that we all have to live and breathe each and every day,
[01:50:57.440 --> 01:51:02.440]  because as adult human beings we have somewhere between 70 and 100 trillion cells.
[01:51:02.440 --> 01:51:13.440]  And each and every one of us woke up this morning with our bodies required to replace 300 billion of them, and it all begins in the stem cells.
[01:51:13.440 --> 01:51:20.440]  And these M state elements, these mono atomic elements behave like stem cells from the mineral kingdom.
[01:51:20.440 --> 01:51:25.440]  They help our bodies restore themselves to well-being.
[01:51:25.440 --> 01:51:30.440]  And it happens, it can happen very quickly, very quickly.
[01:51:30.440 --> 01:51:43.440]  And so there's ancient medicines, ancient tools that we have available now to overcome, or at least to dig ourselves out of this hole that we need or that we find ourselves in.

[01:54:40.440 --> 01:54:54.440]  But yet this summer, working outside, in spite of taking extra efforts to, you know, because of the excess, the brutal heat we've had here in Austin area,

[01:57:08.440 --> 01:57:15.440]  Well, and I don't know that we can even, we can avoid it. There are energies coming. There are cycles that are closing.

[01:57:19.440 --> 01:57:29.440]  There's some very, very interesting data that points to an October 28th date for an end of this ninth wave, not December 21, 2012.
[01:57:29.440 --> 01:57:38.440]  And it would be just like the powers to be to begin to trump up, you know, December 21, 2012 as what happened in the late 70s and 80s.
