[04:51.000 --> 05:02.000]  And tonight, for the first part of the show, we have a guest for you all, good friend of mine, Mr. Sean Siegel from Austin, Texas here.
[05:02.000 --> 05:15.000]  And Sean is a researcher and an activist concerning vaccines, and he is here to discuss getting the truth out to people that it is simply not true.
[05:15.000 --> 05:24.000]  It is a complete and utter lie that the law says that people have to vaccinate their kids or else they can't go to public school.
[05:24.000 --> 05:40.000]  That is just simply not true. I've read the law myself, Sean's got a blog, it's called Vaxtruth, that's V-A-X-T-R-U-T-H, vaxtruth.blogspot.com.

[05:59.000 --> 06:05.000]  Okay, thanks a lot, Deborah. Well, I've been researching vaccines for a couple of years.
[06:05.000 --> 06:09.000]  I'm going to give you just a brief history, a personal history.
[06:09.000 --> 06:19.000]  I'm a grandfather of four kids here in town, and a couple of years ago when the pandemic became a problem in 2009 to swine flu, I was led...
[06:19.000 --> 06:23.000]  Yeah, and that was such a massive disaster, wasn't it, Sean?
[06:23.000 --> 06:27.000]  Oh, yeah, I think probably two people died in the country.
[06:27.000 --> 06:31.000]  Right, right, it was just an absolute catastrophe. Okay, I'm sorry, go ahead.
[06:31.000 --> 06:42.000]  That's okay. Yeah, it led me to a book in researching just the pandemic flu. It led me to a book called Vaccine A by Gary Matsumoto,
[06:42.000 --> 06:48.000]  an award-winning CBS reporter and journalist. He did a study.
[06:48.000 --> 06:54.000]  It was a chronicle of the folks that researched Gulf War illness.
[06:54.000 --> 07:06.000]  And what happened was very briefly, an immunologist here in the States, her husband was a doctor and was treating Gulf War illness victims.
[07:06.000 --> 07:19.000]  And noticed that being an immunologist, that the constellation of symptoms that were called Gulf War illness were also autoimmune symptoms, autoimmune disorders.
[07:19.000 --> 07:27.000]  She started researching, and when she started seeing people from the States who had never deployed to the Gulf,
[07:27.000 --> 07:32.000]  coming down with Gulf War illness, she really started getting busy.
[07:32.000 --> 07:38.000]  Long story short, she developed along with a researcher, a microbiologist, I think at Tulane University,
[07:38.000 --> 07:42.000]  an assay to test for anti-squalene antibodies.
[07:42.000 --> 07:55.000]  Squalene is an essential oil that we each produce, and it turns out that it was put into the anthrax vaccines that were given to the Gulf War support troops.
[07:55.000 --> 08:07.000]  It also turns out that even though when you eat, you ingest squalene, like shark's liver, there's a couple of things that are commonly eaten that contain it.
[08:07.000 --> 08:13.000]  If you ingest it, it triggers the production of anti-squalene antibodies.
[08:13.000 --> 08:21.000]  These will then go on to start attacking the necessary and good squalene, leading to autoimmune disease.
[08:21.000 --> 08:23.000]  Well, it taught me two things.
[08:23.000 --> 08:30.000]  One was that injection is so much different than ingestion or inhalation.
[08:30.000 --> 08:40.000]  And the other thing was, after having read about the way the government reacted to the reports that went back to them from these researchers,
[08:40.000 --> 08:45.000]  that the government would just flat out lie about everything.
[08:45.000 --> 08:55.000]  So this started me on a path to trying to find out whether squalene was going to be included in the pandemic vaccine.
[08:55.000 --> 09:04.000]  And then one thing led to another, and I haven't been able to stop because of everything you find out on a minute-to-minute basis.
[09:04.000 --> 09:07.000]  So that's how I got started.
[09:07.000 --> 09:11.000]  Let's get down to the current project.
[09:11.000 --> 09:18.000]  There's a grandmother up in Evansville, Indiana, who is mother to a vaccine-damaged child.
[09:18.000 --> 09:22.000]  And she's also an incredible researcher.
[09:22.000 --> 09:31.000]  She finally just got really tired, as we all are, of seeing the propaganda out there, you so rightly call it,
[09:31.000 --> 09:37.000]  with all the signs saying no shots, no school, because it just isn't true.
[09:37.000 --> 09:48.000]  So she lit up billboards in the Evansville, Indiana area that say just that, no shots, no school, not true.
[09:48.000 --> 09:54.000]  And it links to what is now the mother website, thevaxtruth.org.
[09:54.000 --> 10:02.000]  And I'm kind of the satellite of that here that is dealing specifically with Texas laws and Texas exemptions.
[10:02.000 --> 10:10.000]  And that big old billboard that you see as you're driving down the upper level of 35 going north,
[10:10.000 --> 10:17.000]  on Saturday will have a message that says, no shots, no school, not true.
[10:17.000 --> 10:19.000]  You can opt out in Texas.
[10:19.000 --> 10:22.000]  And then it gives my blog spot as a reference.
[10:22.000 --> 10:28.000]  And we're also going to run it the following weekend, Sunday and Monday and Tuesday.
[10:28.000 --> 10:32.000]  So we're getting started a little bit late, but we're getting started.
[10:32.000 --> 10:42.000]  So next year, hopefully, we'll be out earlier, long before school starts to give more parents the opportunity to wake up to the fact
[10:42.000 --> 10:47.000]  that no, their kids really don't have to have vaccines to attend school.
[10:47.000 --> 10:55.000]  And then beyond that, it's a matter of giving out the information to explain why they may not want to have their kids vaccinated.
[10:55.000 --> 10:56.000]  Absolutely.

[11:34.000 --> 11:37.000]  I mean, this is Education Code.
[11:37.000 --> 11:41.000]  This is Title II, Section 38.001.
[11:41.000 --> 11:45.000]  It talks about the immunization so-called requirements and exceptions.
[11:45.000 --> 11:52.000]  And it says right here, paragraph C, subparagraph B,
[11:52.000 --> 11:58.000]  immunization is not required for a person's admission to any elementary or secondary school of the person applying for admission.
[11:58.000 --> 12:07.000]  One submits to the admitting official and affidavit by the applicant, or if a minor by the applicant's parent or guardian,
[12:07.000 --> 12:13.000]  stating that the applicant declines immunization for reasons of conscience, including a religious belief,
[12:13.000 --> 12:16.000]  or is to a member of the armed forces.
[12:16.000 --> 12:24.000]  And of course, the third reason is if you have a doctor's affidavit saying that basically immunization would cause damage to the health of the child.
[12:24.000 --> 12:33.000]  Now, Sean, you were telling me earlier today it used to be for the longest time that it was only on the books concerning the medical reason,
[12:33.000 --> 12:36.000]  and that an affidavit had to be signed by a physician.
[12:36.000 --> 12:47.000]  And so parents who did not want to basically put their child's life in danger by immunizing them would have to find a sympathetic physician.
[12:47.000 --> 12:56.000]  But you were telling me today about some women, some mothers who got fed up with this and worked very hard for several years to get these laws changed
[12:56.000 --> 13:02.000]  so that now, even if for religious reasons or reasons of conscience, people can opt out of this.
[13:02.000 --> 13:04.000]  Why don't you tell us about that?
[13:04.000 --> 13:06.000]  Yeah, very true.
[13:06.000 --> 13:16.000]  Yeah, one of my grandkids is exempted from vaccines, and it was after he was exempted that I found out that Don Richardson,
[13:16.000 --> 13:25.000]  who is the mama of a vaccine-damaged child here in Austin, was instrumental along with several other parents around the state of Texas
[13:25.000 --> 13:38.000]  in lobbying for the addition of religious and reasons of conscience exemptions to the law.
[13:38.000 --> 13:40.000]  Before that, it was indeed only medical.
[13:40.000 --> 13:47.000]  They're only medical in states, and right now there's only two states that have solely medical exemptions.
[13:47.000 --> 13:51.000]  It's West Virginia and Mississippi, and they're terrible.
[13:51.000 --> 13:53.000]  They're very difficult to get.
[13:53.000 --> 14:04.000]  And they're very difficult to get because doctors almost across the board, there are exceptions, will not even acknowledge the possibility that vaccines can damage.
[14:04.000 --> 14:10.000]  Or if they do, they won't see it in their own patients.
[14:10.000 --> 14:21.000]  There are so many severe symptoms of distress that are suffered post-vaccination that doctors will simply say, oh, that's normal, and it's not.
[14:21.000 --> 14:34.000]  And mothers and fathers who have an ounce of discernment left in them recognize that it's not, and they go on a research, and pretty much invariably they end up in our camp.
[14:34.000 --> 14:42.000]  And ultimately, once they research enough, they end up anti-vaccine completely, and there's lots of good reasons.
[14:42.000 --> 14:45.000]  But yes, it's been a grassroots effort here in Texas for sure.
[14:45.000 --> 14:55.000]  It was mothers of damaged kids that had to go down and fight for three years with the legislature to get this type of exemption introduced in past in Texas.
[14:55.000 --> 15:10.000]  Well, I think that, you know, for one thing, they're certainly to be commended in praise because if we can save one child's life over this or save one child from suffering autism or any of these other very damaging conditions or even dying,
[15:10.000 --> 15:25.000]  you know, it certainly is worth it. And I think that, you know, these legislators, after these women lobbying for so long, they started to smell the lawsuit coming, so to speak.
[15:25.000 --> 15:30.000]  In other words, I mean, they already had the medical exemption on the books.
[15:30.000 --> 15:40.000]  I mean, they had to because otherwise the legislation would be liable. The government would be liable for whatever damage could occur for forcing all these kids to be vaccinated.
[15:40.000 --> 15:44.000]  So they had to have at least the medical exemption, but they started to smell the law.
[15:44.000 --> 15:58.000]  I believe they started to smell the lawsuit coming over the religious and reasons of conscience exemption as well because, I mean, they would have a gigantic first amendment suit on their hands if they had to put that into statute.
[15:58.000 --> 16:06.000]  Right. That would be a very interesting conversation that I would have done. I've met her, but we've never had that particular conversation.
[16:06.000 --> 16:18.000]  I met her at some committee hearings and they were adding that new law, which they did pass successfully, to quote, mandate the meningitis vaccine for university.
[16:18.000 --> 16:30.000]  And I went down to testify against it and she and some other women were there. But that's one aspect of the introduction of those laws in Texas that I did not discuss with her.
[16:30.000 --> 16:33.000]  But yeah, it would be a very interesting conversation indeed.

[19:44.000 --> 20:00.000]  That's the mother website, so to speak. Before I turn it back over to Sean, I just wanted to summarize some of these statutes here, at least the Texas statutes.
[20:00.000 --> 20:16.000]  Public education, health and safety, this is an education code titled 2. That talks about the exemption regarding students that are going to primary and secondary schools, which is like elementary, junior high and high school.
[20:16.000 --> 20:31.000]  There's also concerning higher education. If it's a government funded university, then they can't make you take vaccinations there either. There's exemption form for that situation.
[20:31.000 --> 20:47.000]  The department has to provide the exemption form to you upon request. I also thought it was interesting that here in government code, there's a prohibition on punitive actions for failure to immunize.
[20:47.000 --> 21:02.000]  The Department of Health and Human Services is forbidden from taking any punitive action against any person responsible for child care, custody or welfare or for failure to ensure that the child receives an immunization.
[21:02.000 --> 21:20.000]  That is section 531.0335 in the government code. Anyway, I just wanted to mention some of those. Folks, you can get the links to all the Texas statutes regarding vaccinations and the exemption forms and what the exemptions are and this sort of thing.
[21:20.000 --> 21:30.000]  Basically, it's the same exemption every time, either medical exemption or reasons of conscience, including a religious belief. Sean, why don't you please continue for us?
[21:30.000 --> 21:43.000]  Sure. I thought I would discuss the next layer down this onion, if you will, beyond the exemption itself, which is why would you want the exemption? What is it about vaccines that we don't like?
[21:43.000 --> 21:58.000]  After all, we've all spent pretty much our whole lives listening to the propaganda, the provacs stance, the medical establishment, the pharmaceutical companies, the government, our public health authorities.
[21:58.000 --> 22:16.000]  So what about it exactly? Do we agree? And the biggest thing to me is the reality of vaccine damage itself. And if you cut right to the chase, it's simply a matter of fact that some children die.
[22:16.000 --> 22:34.000]  Some adults as well, but vaccines can cause death and they can cause it quickly. The younger the child, the more likely it is for that to happen. But right now, just for instance, I have written down here, I just went just a little while ago, this is current, and I looked under theirs.
[22:34.000 --> 22:56.000]  Now theirs is the vaccine adverse event reporting system the CDC has, in effect. And doctors and sometimes pharmaceutical companies, whoever realizes that there is a reaction to a vaccine that is apparently likely related to the vaccine, needs to report it.
[22:56.000 --> 23:21.000]  Well, right now, there are 3,500 deaths reported related to vaccines in bears. The next extremely important statistic is it's been a while, but the Journal of the American Medical Association, JAMA, once estimated that only 1% of actual adverse vaccine reactions ever get reported.
[23:21.000 --> 23:41.000]  And I can tell you from our experience, I'm very active on several Facebook pages. In the comments we've heard, no one ever says, yes, the doctor recognized this as a vaccine injury and reported it. It's quite the opposite. Doctors are very reluctant to acknowledge it, very reluctant to investigate it.
[23:41.000 --> 24:03.000]  And we'll almost fight tooth and nail to deny it. So indeed, 1% feels about right. Well, if 3,500 deaths are reported, and if that 1% is accurate, the map is too easy. You know, you end up instead of 3,500, let's say you got 35,000, let's call it over a quarter million.
[24:03.000 --> 24:11.000]  Now, that runs over the lifetime of the bear's database, but still, that's an incredible number of deaths.
[24:11.000 --> 24:16.000]  Yeah, we're talking 350,000 deaths.
[24:16.000 --> 24:24.000]  Yeah, probably over 30 years, and that may be high and may be low, but that's another frustrating factor. How do we know?
[24:24.000 --> 24:41.000]  Well, and Sean, the thing is, people, all you have to do is read. Go down to your local pharmacy and ask for the insert of these vaccines, of just any various vaccine, as many as you can, or just pick one at random, and they'll get it to you, even if you don't have a prescription.
[24:41.000 --> 25:01.000]  And read what the insert says. For one thing, it's going to be about, you know, 30 pages long. I don't even know how they fit in the little bottle in the package, but it's a little teeny tiny print, and it's very long, and it lists all the possible medical conditions that can happen, and yes, death is listed on there as well.
[25:01.000 --> 25:22.000]  I mean, is this really something that you want to put your child through, that you want to risk? And Sean, you mentioned something earlier to me on the phone today, that parents, every time you take your child to get a vaccination, you walk into that doctor's office with a child who is alive.
[25:22.000 --> 25:29.000]  You run the risk of walking out of there with a corpse, okay? That's where it's at.
[25:29.000 --> 25:31.000]  Think about it.
[25:31.000 --> 25:46.000]  It is where it's at, and yes, that particular reaction is rare. There's no doubt about it, but it happens, and there are too many examples of it. Too many horrible videos out there of kids over two weeks succumbed, you know?
[25:46.000 --> 26:01.000]  Sean, isn't it true that I remember a while back, several years ago, I mean, I can remember this when I was a child. This started up, and it was big news at the time, and nobody knew what caused it, and it's been going on for years. SIDS, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
[26:01.000 --> 26:06.000]  Has it been shown that SIDS is related and linked to vaccinations?
[26:06.000 --> 26:20.000]  No doubt about it. There is a wonderful researcher. Her name is Dr. Vera Scheidner. She and her cohort, it's been, I think, 15, 20 years already. They did what was called the CotWatch experiment.
[26:20.000 --> 26:43.000]  They developed a machine that read the volume of air intake on babies, and they found that there was a pattern that after a vaccination, that there was a two or three-day period immediately following, and then there was a respite for about a week, and there was another two or three-day period, and then another respite and two or three-day period.
[26:43.000 --> 27:02.000]  There was a cycle that was repetitive from child to child, during which they had bouts of severely limited breathing, where 95% of their airflow was eliminated. So these kids were walking a tightrope.
[27:02.000 --> 27:17.000]  And at that point, you put a child on his stomach, on his tummy, to go to sleep at night, and his breathing is down to 5% for various 15-minute periods. Well, what do you think is going to happen?

[28:26.000 --> 28:43.000]  I know. But let's go back for a moment to the, to the verres. There's another aspect of this that aggravates me, no end. Doctors have a favorite saying, correlation isn't causation.
[28:43.000 --> 28:57.000]  And when you start quoting statistics, parental anecdotes, and a parental anecdote, by the way, is really an eyewitness account, you know, of damage obviously blatantly following a vaccination.
[28:57.000 --> 29:07.000]  A healthy child who suddenly was not healthy and continued to be not healthy, worsened, and often ends up with a diagnosis of autism, for instance.
[29:07.000 --> 29:22.000]  Or other, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, childhood diabetes, all these, these types of chronic illnesses that used to be seen only in adults are now being seen more and more often in kids.
[29:22.000 --> 29:29.000]  What's doing this? Is it only vaccines? I wouldn't say that. I mean, our environment is incredibly toxic.
[29:29.000 --> 29:39.000]  But what triggers it? I mean, what triggers the toxic effect so drastically as these kids end up with learning disorders, et cetera?
[29:39.000 --> 29:46.000]  Well, just think about it, people. You pump up your kids intravenously with a bunch of deadly chemicals. What do you think is going to happen?

[32:53.000 --> 33:00.000]  I work for the largest healthcare employer, actually the largest private employer we have in the healthcare in the state of Wisconsin.
[33:00.000 --> 33:14.000]  And you can see what's happening. They just came out with a policy earlier this year that by December 31st, all employees to retain their employment have to have the influenza shot, including H1N1.
[33:14.000 --> 33:21.000]  And I happen to be lower leadership, but a part of leadership in this organization.
[33:21.000 --> 33:30.000]  And I've been on conference calls. And so a lot of people are scrambling because they have to allow the federal accommodation for religion.
[33:30.000 --> 33:41.000]  But during these conference calls, they said that they've done the research and there's no religion that really outlaws vaccines, and so they're going to deny all these waivers.
[33:41.000 --> 33:48.000]  Yeah. Hey, Mike. Yeah, it's an excellent question. I can't answer exactly what to do about it.
[33:48.000 --> 34:02.000]  As far as the religion aspect goes, it's horrendous. The New York state is the worst. They just passed an even more egregious law.
[34:02.000 --> 34:11.000]  There's a video with a man. It's virtual inquisition. He's questioning a woman who has put in for religious exemption.
[34:11.000 --> 34:18.000]  What right do the courts have to decide what your religion is? I don't know.
[34:18.000 --> 34:25.000]  And I know there have been previous court cases where in essence they said your religion is extremely personal, which obviously it is.
[34:25.000 --> 34:34.000]  And your religion can change on a moment-to-moment basis. No one has a right or a means to determine the sincerity of your beliefs.
[34:34.000 --> 34:41.000]  All that said, there's still the problem you just described. I would advise going two different places, Mike.
[34:41.000 --> 34:46.000]  They're both Facebook pages because that's pretty much what I'm familiar with at the moment.
[34:46.000 --> 34:56.000]  One of the pages is called Dr. Tenpenny. That's one word, T-E-N-Penny, on vaccines.
[34:56.000 --> 34:59.000]  You asked her for videos. Yep, she's awesome.
[34:59.000 --> 35:08.000]  Yeah, she is. And I'm a frequent participant on the page. I would go over there and ask the question.
[35:08.000 --> 35:21.000]  There's another very active page that's primarily parents. It's called Great Mothers Questioning Vaccines.

[35:26.000 --> 35:30.000]  And actually, I'll let some of the folks know that maybe they should expect you.
[35:30.000 --> 35:35.000]  They'll probably just let you in anyway. They're not distrusting people.
[35:35.000 --> 35:41.000]  And there are some lawyers on both sides that are available. There's a fellow named Alan Phillips.
[35:41.000 --> 35:48.000]  I believe he's in Indiana and New York has Patricia Finn.
[35:48.000 --> 35:55.000]  And they're the ones who probably would best be able to answer the questions you're asking. And they may not be able to.

[36:00.000 --> 36:10.000]  Oh, well, from what I've seen, you're on the right path. The fellow's very well-spoken and I've seen some of his work. It's great.
[36:10.000 --> 36:23.000]  He wrote a dynamite letter to one of the Evansville School Districts because they started this same tripe that we've been discussing on the show about forcing kids to get vaccines to go to school.
[36:23.000 --> 36:35.000]  And he basically said the same thing in his letter that we're all saying. What right do you have as a school district to assume the role of a medical authority in the first place?
[36:35.000 --> 36:37.000]  Absolutely.
[36:37.000 --> 36:43.000]  Yeah. So yeah, I wish I could be of more help. It really varies from state to state.
[36:43.000 --> 36:49.000]  Mike, have you read the laws concerning forced immunization in Wisconsin?
[36:49.000 --> 36:59.000]  Well, there isn't any specific law regarding forced immunization. The only thing that I've found is because it's a private employer, so they can create this policy.
[36:59.000 --> 37:06.000]  The only thing I've found is a safeguard is the Federal Civil Rights Act that allows for the religious accommodation.
[37:06.000 --> 37:15.000]  Now, it's interesting in the policy, this is how they wrote the policy. If you want the religious accommodation, you have to have a clergy member write you a note.
[37:15.000 --> 37:28.000]  It goes to a board and they're going to review your potential waiver and your medical history so if they find you've ever had vaccines in the past, they're going to find it inconsistent and they're going to deny you.
[37:28.000 --> 37:33.000]  Oh yeah, like you couldn't have just gotten a new religion all of a sudden or something.
[37:33.000 --> 37:34.000]  Correct.
[37:34.000 --> 37:42.000]  And like you have to have some state approved clergy member in order to approve just what exactly your religion is.
[37:42.000 --> 37:52.000]  Now, Mike, also this might go to whether or not Wisconsin is a right to work state. Is your employer, is your employer the government or a private entity?
[37:52.000 --> 37:57.000]  It's private, but Wisconsin is a right to hire a right to fire. I mean, you know.
[37:57.000 --> 37:59.000]  Right. It's like Texas.
[37:59.000 --> 38:14.000]  You still may have a property interest in your position. Even if they have a right to hire and fire, they don't necessarily have a right to hire and fire at their caprice.
[38:14.000 --> 38:16.000]  Right, indiscriminately.
[38:16.000 --> 38:40.000]  If they encourage you to invest your time and your energy and your knowledge into a career path with this company, they cannot just capriciously create a condition that would make it impossible for you to continue and not have liability.
[38:40.000 --> 39:01.000]  And Randy, wouldn't there be something like, I mean, it's either I'm a single family income, my wife stays at home, I either inject myself with a known deadly virus because influenza supposedly kills people, or I quit my job.
[39:01.000 --> 39:05.000]  First thing I would do is send him a tort letter.
[39:05.000 --> 39:10.000]  Yeah, I was threatened to sue him for real.
[39:10.000 --> 39:14.000]  Yeah, I mean, now how would you frame up that tort letter?
[39:14.000 --> 39:18.000]  It's hard to say. I'd have to do the research first.
[39:18.000 --> 39:19.000]  But I'm trying to understand.
[39:19.000 --> 39:22.000]  Always do your homework first.
[39:22.000 --> 39:24.000]  When does it do? When does all this do?
[39:24.000 --> 39:36.000]  Oh, this is the fun part. See, conference calls, and supposedly within the next week or two, the waiver forms will come out, but they're absolutely due by October 1st.
[39:36.000 --> 39:41.000]  If you don't get them in by October 1st, you won't be eligible at all for a waiver.
[39:41.000 --> 39:43.000]  You'll have to get the shot or you'll be fired.
[39:43.000 --> 39:48.000]  And they're not even out yet, so you can see how they're working this.
[39:48.000 --> 39:55.000]  But being the largest private employer in the state of Wisconsin, you know, we have Oshkosh Truck, we have all these other big companies in Wisconsin,
[39:55.000 --> 40:03.000]  obviously they're trying to set the stage to make it, you know, flow through the other industries.
[40:03.000 --> 40:07.000]  Yeah, they are indeed doing this nationwide.
[40:07.000 --> 40:19.000]  Do you have statistical evidence on the statistical number of injuries caused by, especially flu vaccines?
[40:19.000 --> 40:26.000]  Well, I can tell you one thing, and I think it's Dr. Tinpenny that has these statistics.
[40:26.000 --> 40:40.000]  There was a recent medical study done, an official bona fide government-funded medical study that was done where it was proven that over the history of the years,
[40:40.000 --> 40:49.000]  flu vaccinations only work less than 1% of the time.
[40:49.000 --> 40:55.000]  That is an official study, and Sean, you probably know about that and where people can find that research.
[40:55.000 --> 41:02.000]  I don't know about the particular study, but you could ask that question of Sherry Tinpenny on the Facebook page.
[41:02.000 --> 41:06.000]  Yeah, I'm sure she would know about that, but that was a very recent study.
[41:06.000 --> 41:13.000]  That's been within like the last six months that I remember that was like a huge, it was like vaccine date.
[41:13.000 --> 41:22.000]  Well, if you read the CSL, which is Merck's distributing alarm for the flu vaccine, you read their insert.
[41:22.000 --> 41:28.000]  It says right on the insert that there's no clinical studies showing that the vaccine prevents the flu.
[41:28.000 --> 41:40.000]  There's no clinical studies showing that it works, and furthermore, there is an official clinical study showing that it does not work except for less than 1% of the time.
[41:40.000 --> 41:46.000]  Now, folks, listen, that's not even laws of chance, okay?
[41:46.000 --> 41:48.000]  I mean, give me a break.
[41:48.000 --> 41:53.000]  I wasn't so interested in how well it works.
[41:53.000 --> 41:56.000]  I was more interested in the associated pathology.
[41:56.000 --> 42:14.000]  I know, but what I'm trying to say is, and I know that that wasn't a direct answer to your question, Randy, but the point is, if it doesn't work 99% of the time, then that would seem like a capricious decision on the part of the employer to require that of employees.
[42:14.000 --> 42:33.000]  Well, I had something else in mind. I'm thinking, if you do something that is known to have the like, the possibility of causing serious injury or death, and death occurs, that's murder.
[42:33.000 --> 42:41.000]  Well, it's a funny thing. You have to sign a waiver that you're voluntarily accepting this and that the company is not responsible.
[42:41.000 --> 42:44.000]  That they cannot do.
[42:44.000 --> 42:54.000]  They want you to either, they want you to take the vaccination and sign a waiver that you're doing it voluntarily. You've got to be kidding me.
[42:54.000 --> 42:59.000]  You might be a good reason to sign that waiver. Will they give you a copy of it?
[42:59.000 --> 43:02.000]  Yeah, I'm sure I'll get a copy of it.
[43:02.000 --> 43:17.000]  It would probably make some very good toilet paper because that's all the value we would have because, you know, you're signing it under coercion and it is unconscionable.

[43:19.000 --> 43:28.000]  Well, it was seen to me like that piece of paper would be the basis for a very good lawsuit against the company to prevent them from implementing this mandatory vaccination program.

[43:33.000 --> 43:39.000]  Yep. And they're asking you to voluntary resign if you don't want to take it so that you get your pay out of it.

[47:31.000 --> 47:49.000]  And when you take it, they want the employees to submit a waiver that they're not going to hold the company responsible and that you attest on an affidavit under penalty of perjury that you're taking the vaccine voluntarily.

[53:02.000 --> 53:06.000]  They will consistently say, oh, but correlation is in causation.
[53:06.000 --> 53:12.000]  Well, the reality is, at the very least, each of these adverse events are reported
[53:12.000 --> 53:15.000]  because of a temporal relationship to the vaccine.
[53:15.000 --> 53:18.000]  They happen soon after the vaccination.
[53:18.000 --> 53:22.000]  So there's certainly a logical reason for suspicion.
[53:22.000 --> 53:29.000]  Beyond that, many, if not most of them, have a history of a relation to that particular
[53:29.000 --> 53:36.000]  vaccine, and yet they have the audacity to simply, in essence, discount the possibility
[53:36.000 --> 53:39.000]  by saying, oh, but correlation is in causation.
[53:39.000 --> 53:45.000]  And when they do that, they are implying to the general public that they need not fear
[53:45.000 --> 53:47.000]  the vaccine.
[53:47.000 --> 53:54.000]  When, in reality, on an individual case-by-case basis, these doctors and public health authorities,
[53:54.000 --> 53:59.000]  I'll put that one in quotes, have no knowledge of the cases.
[53:59.000 --> 54:07.000]  They have no idea whether or not those particular reported events are really caused by or triggered
[54:07.000 --> 54:10.000]  by, call it what you will, the vaccinations.
[54:10.000 --> 54:18.000]  And therefore, they're usurping the right of the parent, the authority of the parent
[54:18.000 --> 54:27.000]  to inform consent because they are unduly influencing the parent as a medical authority
[54:27.000 --> 54:30.000]  by saying that, in essence, they know that there was no connection.
[54:30.000 --> 54:31.000]  Okay.
[54:31.000 --> 54:35.000]  Here's an interesting thing about fraud.
[54:35.000 --> 54:41.000]  And fraud is both criminal, it can be both criminal and civil.
[54:41.000 --> 54:52.000]  If you give someone disclosure, if you reveal information or facts on an issue to a person
[54:52.000 --> 55:01.000]  on an issue concerning potential liability, like a contract or some other situation, it
[55:01.000 --> 55:06.000]  creates a requirement to give full disclosure.
[55:06.000 --> 55:11.000]  Now, if they don't tell you anything, they invoke no duty.
[55:11.000 --> 55:20.000]  But if they give you disclosure of any kind, then they have a duty to give full disclosure.
[55:20.000 --> 55:25.000]  And if they give you disclosure that would cause you to make, tend to cause you to make
[55:25.000 --> 55:31.000]  a decision that could result in physical harm.
[55:31.000 --> 55:36.000]  And they had knowledge that it could, in fact, cause physical harm and didn't reveal that
[55:36.000 --> 55:41.000]  knowledge that is at best extreme negligence.
[55:41.000 --> 55:45.000]  And worse, it's intentional fraud.
[55:45.000 --> 55:48.000]  And that you can go through them criminally.
[55:48.000 --> 55:58.000]  Well, and I take it you are portraying their correlation is in causation comment as an
[55:58.000 --> 55:59.000]  advisory.
[55:59.000 --> 56:02.000]  As a partial disclosure.
[56:02.000 --> 56:04.000]  As a disclosure, correct.
[56:04.000 --> 56:12.000]  If there is clear and compelling evidence that there is actual causation, established
[56:12.000 --> 56:20.000]  causation, these guys make this use this nice fancy alliteration because it rings well in
[56:20.000 --> 56:21.000]  the mind.

[56:22.000 --> 56:25.000]  Yeah, it sounds so poetic and romantic, doesn't it?
[56:25.000 --> 56:29.000]  Well, you know, there's a distinct problem here.
[56:29.000 --> 56:34.000]  It works both ways, but the medical establishment only uses one edge of the sword.
[56:34.000 --> 56:41.000]  And that is technically speaking, academically speaking, there really is no way to prove causation.
[56:41.000 --> 56:45.000]  Nor is there a way to disprove causation.
[56:45.000 --> 56:51.000]  But how can you prove that a reaction that took place even the following day was a result
[56:51.000 --> 56:52.000]  of the vaccine?
[56:52.000 --> 56:55.000]  I mean, technically speaking, how can you really prove it?
[56:55.000 --> 56:56.000]  You can.
[56:56.000 --> 57:00.000]  You can get a preponderance of evidence, but you can't prove it.
[57:00.000 --> 57:02.000]  And that's what they rely on.
[57:02.000 --> 57:04.000]  That's the fact that there is no proof.
[57:04.000 --> 57:05.000]  There's no way really.
[57:05.000 --> 57:13.000]  Well, that is a nonsensical argument because in a civil matter, you don't need absolute
[57:13.000 --> 57:14.000]  conclusion.
[57:14.000 --> 57:15.000]  No, you don't.
[57:15.000 --> 57:20.000]  All you need is preponderance of evidence in a civil case, which means what preponderance
[57:20.000 --> 57:29.000]  of evidence means is that there is a 51% probability that what you're saying is true that the vaccine
[57:29.000 --> 57:31.000]  caused this problem.
[57:31.000 --> 57:33.000]  All you need is 51%.
[57:33.000 --> 57:41.000]  That's barely half just 1% over just to tip the scales of justice in your favor.
[57:41.000 --> 57:44.000]  For criminal case, you need 99%.
[57:44.000 --> 57:47.000]  But for a civil, you only need 51%.
[57:47.000 --> 57:48.000]  Right.
[57:48.000 --> 57:57.000]  If you have a licensed professional giving you partial disclosure, that licensed professional
[57:57.000 --> 58:05.000]  would expect to carry a higher level of credibility because of his license status.

[01:04:56.000 --> 01:05:01.000]  with a government-approved doctrine that specifically prohibits the vaccines
[01:05:01.000 --> 01:05:07.000]  or else it looks like trying to get this religious exemption based on the federal
[01:05:07.000 --> 01:05:09.000]  religious exemption might be a difficult thing.
[01:05:09.000 --> 01:05:13.000]  So it is a good thing that, at least in Texas, those language says,
[01:05:13.000 --> 01:05:16.000]  for reasons of conscience, okay?
[01:05:16.000 --> 01:05:20.000]  That means if you don't want to, if it's in bad conscience to you,
[01:05:20.000 --> 01:05:22.000]  then you don't have to do it.

[01:06:13.000 --> 01:06:17.000]  Let me go through this very quickly here.
[01:06:17.000 --> 01:06:22.000]  There are four main components on which I usually focus.
[01:06:22.000 --> 01:06:29.000]  The first one is that the diseases that they tell you you are protected against
[01:06:29.000 --> 01:06:36.000]  with vaccines are much less threatening than they tell you.
[01:06:36.000 --> 01:06:40.000]  If you go back and look at graphs through the 20th century,
[01:06:40.000 --> 01:06:46.000]  you find that almost all, not all, but almost all the diseases,
[01:06:46.000 --> 01:06:49.000]  they reached their peak incidences, and there were quite a few.
[01:06:49.000 --> 01:06:54.000]  I mean, lots of folks affected by them in the tens of thousands.
[01:06:54.000 --> 01:07:00.000]  Early in the century, 1913, 1915, they're abouts.
[01:07:00.000 --> 01:07:06.000]  And from there, the graph starts declining virtually at a 45-degree angle.
[01:07:06.000 --> 01:07:14.000]  And before you even see the vaccines, like by the 1935, 45, 50 era,
[01:07:14.000 --> 01:07:18.000]  95% of the incidents had been eliminated.
[01:07:18.000 --> 01:07:21.000]  The diseases were on their way out.
[01:07:21.000 --> 01:07:24.000]  Most people attribute this to improvements in sanitation,
[01:07:24.000 --> 01:07:27.000]  some medical improvements, maybe the antibiotics,
[01:07:27.000 --> 01:07:33.000]  that's a whole separate question, better sanitation, washing your hands.
[01:07:33.000 --> 01:07:36.000]  I mean, lots of little things that were improved over the course of the century,
[01:07:36.000 --> 01:07:38.000]  and that's why the diseases went down.
[01:07:38.000 --> 01:07:43.000]  When the CDC and public health authorities talk to you about the effectiveness
[01:07:43.000 --> 01:07:46.000]  of vaccines, they pull the old parlor trick.
[01:07:46.000 --> 01:07:50.000]  They show you a graph that starts a few years before the vaccine was introduced,
[01:07:50.000 --> 01:07:56.000]  and then they say, therefore, the vaccine gets all the credit for eliminating the disease,
[01:07:56.000 --> 01:08:02.000]  when in reality, the decline of the disease after the introduction of the vaccine
[01:08:02.000 --> 01:08:04.000]  was simply a continuing decline.
[01:08:04.000 --> 01:08:06.000]  It hadn't been going on all along.
[01:08:06.000 --> 01:08:08.000]  So they use smoking mirrors.
[01:08:08.000 --> 01:08:14.000]  And if you're aware of that, the first thing you do is kind of question
[01:08:14.000 --> 01:08:17.000]  why you trust these people in the first place.
[01:08:17.000 --> 01:08:19.000]  The next main focus is, and what I have here,
[01:08:19.000 --> 01:08:23.000]  the diseases against which they ostensibly protect are much less threatening.
[01:08:23.000 --> 01:08:27.000]  The effectiveness of the vaccines is overstated,
[01:08:27.000 --> 01:08:31.000]  and actually those same graphs speak to the effectiveness.
[01:08:31.000 --> 01:08:34.000]  They say that the vaccines caused the decline in the disease,
[01:08:34.000 --> 01:08:36.000]  but they pretty obviously didn't.
[01:08:36.000 --> 01:08:38.000]  And the last thing, of course, is the damage,
[01:08:38.000 --> 01:08:41.000]  and we've been discussing the damage.
[01:08:41.000 --> 01:08:44.000]  But I just want to say one more word about the immune system.
[01:08:44.000 --> 01:08:47.000]  First, the negative part of vaccines in regard to the immune system
[01:08:47.000 --> 01:08:53.000]  is that most of the, almost all, of the diseases against which we're vaccinated
[01:08:53.000 --> 01:08:58.000]  are, naturally speaking, inhaled or ingested.
[01:08:58.000 --> 01:09:05.000]  The bulk of the immune system defenses are in the gut and in the lungs.
[01:09:05.000 --> 01:09:12.000]  In the sinuses, they're in those two bodily organs, so to speak.
[01:09:12.000 --> 01:09:21.000]  When you inject, you're bypassing a poignant primary resource of your immune system.
[01:09:21.000 --> 01:09:24.000]  And you confound the immune system.
[01:09:24.000 --> 01:09:32.000]  It may well be that when you get a vaccine and subsequently do not get the disease,
[01:09:32.000 --> 01:09:37.000]  it's not because you don't have the disease, it's because you're not able
[01:09:37.000 --> 01:09:40.000]  to display the symptoms of the disease.
[01:09:40.000 --> 01:09:45.000]  It's not necessarily a good thing, because the way the immune system works is,
[01:09:45.000 --> 01:09:49.000]  you get a disease, the disease is actually a very beneficial thing.
[01:09:49.000 --> 01:09:54.000]  It's uncomfortable, it is indeed dis-ease,
[01:09:54.000 --> 01:09:59.000]  but it's the body working out whatever toxicity is causing the problem.
[01:09:59.000 --> 01:10:05.000]  And it goes through its stages, fever, sinuses, chest, head, all those things,
[01:10:05.000 --> 01:10:08.000]  and it's throwing off the toxicity.
[01:10:08.000 --> 01:10:12.000]  Well, you no longer have the ability to do that.
[01:10:12.000 --> 01:10:18.000]  And like I say, it could be that the vaccines are literally weakening all of our immune systems.
[01:10:18.000 --> 01:10:25.000]  The other thing is that the immune system itself, totally without the focus of vaccines,
[01:10:25.000 --> 01:10:29.000]  is quite an amazing system.
[01:10:29.000 --> 01:10:34.000]  And it feeds, it strengthens on the disease.
[01:10:34.000 --> 01:10:40.000]  There are many anecdotal stories, and like I say, anecdotes are eyewitness accounts,
[01:10:40.000 --> 01:10:47.000]  of people who were feeling poorly in the days or weeks,
[01:10:47.000 --> 01:10:51.000]  or even sometimes month, going into a serious illness.
[01:10:51.000 --> 01:10:56.000]  When it came out of a serious illness, lo and behold, their bodies had totally cleared,
[01:10:56.000 --> 01:11:01.000]  and they felt better than they felt in a long time, even before they felt they had the disease.
[01:11:01.000 --> 01:11:05.000]  It's the way the body has a clearing itself out.
[01:11:05.000 --> 01:11:09.000]  And every time the immune system is used, it strengthens it,
[01:11:09.000 --> 01:11:13.000]  and it makes it that much more robust for the next use.
[01:11:13.000 --> 01:11:15.000]  So it's a double whammy.
[01:11:15.000 --> 01:11:21.000]  The vaccines themselves are damaging at least to some people,
[01:11:21.000 --> 01:11:26.000]  and a lot of folks think that it's to all people, to one degree or another, the vaccines are damaging.
[01:11:26.000 --> 01:11:33.000]  And they're disallowing the natural normal use and functioning of your natural immune system,
[01:11:33.000 --> 01:11:38.000]  and therefore precluding any kind of strengthening of that system.
[01:11:38.000 --> 01:11:48.000]  There's so much to this. You simply cannot refute a lifetime of vaccine paradigm indoctrination
[01:11:48.000 --> 01:11:51.000]  in a few minutes or even this hour.
[01:11:51.000 --> 01:11:57.000]  You have to get into it and research and read some books, read Dr. Tenpenny's books or DVDs.
[01:11:57.000 --> 01:11:58.000]  There are many.

[01:36:32.000 --> 01:36:37.000]  and hours out in the sun was the only way that you could get legitimate sufficient amounts of Vitamin D.

[01:37:32.000 --> 01:37:38.000]  it's significantly, I'm sorry, 5,000, it's 35,000 per week they were recommending.
[01:37:38.000 --> 01:37:45.000]  5,000 IU per day, and it's significantly improved our health, so you may want to look into that.

[01:37:52.000 --> 01:37:59.000]  but what is your opinion between the antibiotics and the mix of vaccines as well?
[01:37:59.000 --> 01:38:08.000]  I have negative opinion. I would not use antibiotics unless it was a truly emergency situation,
[01:38:08.000 --> 01:38:17.000]  because the antibiotics will, for two reasons. Number one is the antibiotics will destroy the beneficial gut bacteria,
[01:38:17.000 --> 01:38:21.000]  and it's been more and more improving on a daily basis, virtually,

[01:38:26.000 --> 01:38:32.000]  and Dr. Wakefield found that measles, virus, and the gut, when they treated the bowel inflammation,
[01:38:32.000 --> 01:38:39.000]  kids' autism systems actually were alleviated, and there are many, many stories that point you.
[01:38:39.000 --> 01:38:50.000]  So, when you destroy all of the beneficial bacteria as well as the malignant bacteria, so to speak,

[01:50:19.000 --> 01:50:27.000]  Attorney General Abbott here in Texas released an attorney general opinion, an AG opinion, which is not law, by the way.
[01:50:27.000 --> 01:50:38.000]  It's just an AG opinion that says that private schools can lawfully require vaccinations for all their pupils
[01:50:38.000 --> 01:50:41.000]  and that these waivers do not apply to private schools.
[01:50:41.000 --> 01:50:46.000]  Now, in a sense, I can see why he said that and he's most likely correct.
[01:50:46.000 --> 01:50:50.000]  And the reason for that is they're private. They can make whatever rules they want.
[01:50:50.000 --> 01:50:57.000]  However, just like Mark in Wisconsin having a similar situation, now you've gotten, on the other hand,
[01:50:57.000 --> 01:51:04.000]  okay, on the other hand, now you're in a situation where these things, these vaccinations are deadly at worst.

[01:51:07.000 --> 01:51:16.000]  They're full of what can be qualified lawfully under EPA guidelines as hazardous waste, okay?
[01:51:16.000 --> 01:51:22.000]  So I think that even though the Attorney General Abbott released this opinion several years back,
[01:51:22.000 --> 01:51:28.000]  I do think that if that were challenged or tested in court, that it would not stand.
[01:51:28.000 --> 01:51:36.000]  But it's going to take parents either researching the law, learning jurisdictionary and doing it pro se,
[01:51:36.000 --> 01:51:43.000]  or being able to hire attorneys to sue some private schools over this issue to really test it out in court.
[01:51:43.000 --> 01:51:48.000]  But I think now that that would not stand, I don't think it would stand up in court.
