[00:00.000 --> 00:04.400] This news brief brought to you by the International News Net.
[00:04.400 --> 00:08.000] Mass rallies were held in Sana'a, the Yemeni capital, Friday,
[00:08.000 --> 00:11.200] for and against President Ali Abdullah Saleh.
[00:11.200 --> 00:17.300] Yemen's state TV showed large crowds of Saleh supporters outside the presidential palace.
[00:17.300 --> 00:21.200] Opposition leaders said their side's turnout was the largest yet,
[00:21.200 --> 00:28.800] with hundreds of thousands of people in Change Square demanding Saleh end his 32-year rule.
[00:28.800 --> 00:34.000] Ohio Governor John Kasich Thursday signed a bill that curbs collective bargaining rights
[00:34.000 --> 00:38.400] and bans strikes affecting about 360,000 public workers,
[00:38.400 --> 00:43.400] making Ohio the most populous state to pass anti-union legislation this year.
[00:43.400 --> 00:46.800] Despite massive protests in Wisconsin earlier this year,
[00:46.800 --> 00:50.200] Ohio has twice as many public sector union members.
[00:50.200 --> 00:53.800] Several other states are considering anti-union legislation,
[00:53.800 --> 00:59.000] and the issue is sure to be a factor in the 2012 elections.
[00:59.000 --> 01:04.400] At least eight people were killed at a UN center in the northern Afghan city of Mazar-e-Sharif
[01:04.400 --> 01:08.300] when protests against the burning of the Quran termed violent.
[01:08.300 --> 01:14.600] Demonstrators stormed the UN office, opening fire on guards and setting fires inside the compound
[01:14.600 --> 01:21.000] after reports an evangelical pastor burned a copy of the Muslim holy book in Florida last month.
[01:21.000 --> 01:25.000] Two of those killed were beheaded by protesters.
[01:25.000 --> 01:30.800] Thousands of Egyptians gathered in Cairo's Tahrir Square Friday demanding an end to corruption
[01:30.800 --> 01:35.400] and the dismantling of former dictator Hasni Mubarak's National Democratic Party.
[01:35.400 --> 01:39.600] Egyptians are once again witnessing the repression they had hoped was gone
[01:39.600 --> 01:41.900] with the overthrow of Mubarak in February.
[01:41.900 --> 01:44.700] A popular blogger was arrested in his home this week
[01:44.700 --> 01:49.200] after publishing scathing criticisms of Egypt's interim government.
[01:49.200 --> 01:52.700] Several detainees have alleged they were tortured by the military,
[01:52.700 --> 01:55.600] which assumed power following Mubarak's ouster.
[01:55.600 --> 01:59.400] The National Democratic Party, widely criticized for corruption
[01:59.400 --> 02:05.200] and use of intimidation to maintain control for more than 30 years, is quietly regrouping.
[02:05.200 --> 02:09.400] Analysts believe remnants of the party, which claims about two million members,
[02:09.400 --> 02:14.500] could be a strong competitor in September parliamentary elections.
[02:14.500 --> 02:19.400] Dira Abu Sisi, a Gaza engineer who disappeared in Ukraine in February
[02:19.400 --> 02:24.900] and resurfaced in an Israeli prison, spoke to reporters for the first time Thursday,
[02:24.900 --> 02:27.000] saying he was kidnapped by Israel.
[02:27.000 --> 02:32.800] Details of the case are gagged by court order, but Israeli leaders claim Sisi is a member of Hamas.
[02:32.800 --> 02:38.000] Maksim Butkovic, spokesman for the UN High Commissioner for Refugees in the Ukraine, said,
[02:38.000 --> 02:43.400] what happened to Abu Sisi looks like a violent abduction and not a legal extradition.
[02:43.400 --> 02:49.300] Abu Sisi's Ukrainian wife is certain Israeli Spice Service Mossad carried out the abduction
[02:49.300 --> 03:16.600] in order to sabotage a key electric power plant in the Gaza Strip where he worked as a senior manager.
[03:19.300 --> 03:22.700] Bad Boys by The Godfather
[03:22.700 --> 03:31.900] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do?
[03:31.900 --> 03:38.700] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do?
[03:38.700 --> 03:48.000] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do?
[03:48.000 --> 03:52.800] Bad boys, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when they come for you?
[03:52.800 --> 03:58.400] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when they come for you?
[03:58.400 --> 04:03.920] When you were eight and you had bad traits You'd go to school and learn the golden rules
[04:03.920 --> 04:09.280] So why are you acting like a bloody fool? If you get hot then you must get cool
[04:09.280 --> 04:14.720] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when they come for you?
[04:14.720 --> 04:20.320] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when they come for you?
[04:20.320 --> 04:23.200] You chuck it on that one, you chuck it on this one
[04:23.200 --> 04:25.920] You chuck it on your mother and you chuck it on your father
[04:25.920 --> 04:28.640] You chuck it on your brother and you chuck it on your sister
[04:28.640 --> 04:31.680] You chuck it on that one and you chuck it on me
[04:31.680 --> 04:35.440] Alright bad boys, bad boys, what are you going to do when we come for you
[04:36.160 --> 04:40.160] here on the rule of law, ruleoflawradio.com
[04:40.160 --> 04:47.920] Today is April 1st, 2011 and I don't know, I don't know any April Fool's jokes
[04:48.800 --> 04:55.120] but tonight we have a very special guest as promised back by popular demand
[04:55.120 --> 05:01.680] our very good friend Mr. Harman Taylor and tonight we're going to continue the discussion
[05:01.680 --> 05:10.960] the debunking as it were of all the hype and as Harman calls it the hand-wringing surrounding
[05:10.960 --> 05:15.520] the Bernard Von Nothaus case and Harman says why all the hand-wringing?
[05:16.080 --> 05:21.280] He should have seen it coming and he's got a lot to say about this
[05:21.280 --> 05:27.680] and so just to recap what we went over last week we read parts of the indictment
[05:27.680 --> 05:32.320] I read the charges against him and what he was indicted for
[05:32.320 --> 05:38.240] we read sections of Title 18 concerning counterfeiting and these sorts of things
[05:38.240 --> 05:45.760] and minting coins that have similitude to U.S. minted coins
[05:45.760 --> 05:50.480] and I went over like there was like 12 or 15 different aspects of how they were similar
[05:50.480 --> 05:55.360] and the main problem he used the word dollar
[05:55.360 --> 06:01.760] and we discussed this with Bill Veith last week and according to the coinage and minting act
[06:01.760 --> 06:08.160] I believe it was 1789 the definition of the word dollar is 371.25 grains of silver
[06:08.160 --> 06:12.000] now since then the Federal Reserve Act has been passed and now they use the word dollar
[06:12.000 --> 06:16.800] on Federal Reserve notes which aren't even really notes so to speak because they don't have
[06:17.600 --> 06:22.960] the requirements to meet the definition of the word notes but they call them notes
[06:22.960 --> 06:28.240] they're really coupons at any rate we've got Harmon Taylor on tonight we're going to continue
[06:28.240 --> 06:33.920] discussing this case from a slightly different perspective but it all boils down to the same thing
[06:33.920 --> 06:39.360] he used the word dollar and we're also going to talk about choice of law so Harmon thank you
[06:39.360 --> 06:45.200] and welcome to the show thank you pleasure to be here very happy to have you back all right so
[06:45.200 --> 06:51.200] Harmon let's discuss first let's go into the definition of the word dollar and then
[06:51.200 --> 06:58.240] you wanted to talk about choice of law yes dollar is the key term here and didn't want to spend
[06:59.200 --> 07:06.000] do a complete repeat of last week's show but it was excellent the general consensus taught
[07:06.640 --> 07:19.120] is 100 correct there's no question that we can mint silver mint gold copper if we want we could
[07:19.120 --> 07:31.280] mint lead and if on those bars or coins what's identified is the material and its weight in other
[07:31.280 --> 07:40.240] words what is it is it 0.999 silver 0.999 lead something that tells us what it is and what its
[07:40.240 --> 07:48.160] weight is then the marketplace will take care of everything else the concept here of dollar
[07:48.160 --> 07:56.560] to you to liken it to a common discussion topic on this program in transportation the popular term
[07:56.560 --> 08:07.360] is driver driver and the transportation code is a very specific term it's a legal term it's got
[08:07.360 --> 08:13.360] a legal definition it's not like saying xerox xerox used to have a particular thing and then
[08:13.360 --> 08:21.200] everybody duplicated that so to speak and so xerox became a generic term well the generic term now is
[08:21.200 --> 08:26.080] photocopy because xerox isn't the only one in the business so the competitors said let's use a
[08:26.080 --> 08:34.320] different term we can't use driver in our popular discussions in our generic discussions because
[08:34.320 --> 08:42.960] why because it teaches us the wrong thing it teaches us to use a term generically that doesn't
[08:42.960 --> 08:53.200] mean in court what it means outside of court dollar has the same problem it's not a generic term
[08:53.840 --> 09:00.560] it's not a term that just associates freely it's a very specific term it's a term that ties a
[09:00.560 --> 09:11.440] transaction to a choice of law and for this reason the association of the term dollar with a weight
[09:11.440 --> 09:17.840] in silver and it didn't have to be an accurate rate weight it doesn't have to be something that
[09:17.840 --> 09:23.200] in a different choice of law would be correct it could be way out of whack with every definition
[09:23.200 --> 09:30.480] of every definition of a unit of account found anywhere in america all that has to happen
[09:31.120 --> 09:38.400] and that's what happened here all that has to happen is by practice associate a weight
[09:39.280 --> 09:45.760] in fine silver fine gold anything with the term dollar and now we've got an instant problem with
[09:45.760 --> 09:54.720] the current system so what are we saying we're saying that to accomplish what von nauthaus
[09:54.720 --> 10:01.840] intended to accomplish is a noble goal absolutely headed in the correct direction it's it's down
[10:01.840 --> 10:09.120] the right path to accomplish that right now the practical thing is don't use the term dollar
[10:09.120 --> 10:15.840] don't use the symbol don't use the word don't use it in context don't use it generically
[10:16.400 --> 10:24.720] the term dollar ties itself to the place where federal reserve notes circulate and the concept
[10:25.600 --> 10:30.640] that associates this directly into the law is a thing called choice of law
[10:30.640 --> 10:41.840] choice of law i don't think von nauthaus understood that there are two in play right now in america
[10:41.840 --> 10:49.040] there have been two since they stopped minting silver and let's talk about how serious this is
[10:49.040 --> 10:54.320] it may be a weird term talk about choice of law what is that well it's kind of theoretical it's
[10:54.320 --> 11:01.120] kind of abstract but it's the choice of law concept associated with silver that kennedy liked
[11:02.320 --> 11:07.600] that got him killed there's a lot of stuff out there about the kennedy assassination
[11:07.600 --> 11:14.560] there's one book on the market that talks about who did it and why and that's colonel robert's book
[11:15.440 --> 11:23.680] killzone sniper's view of daily plaza and he nails the motive and it's the one book on the
[11:23.680 --> 11:30.480] market i've read that comes anywhere near it and of course he nails it kennedy was not cowtelling
[11:30.480 --> 11:37.840] to the international plan he was saying no we're not taking this country off of the system of
[11:37.840 --> 11:44.800] honest weights and measures we're not going to the to the funny money system and the response
[11:44.800 --> 11:52.880] from the powers that be was oh yes we are and so they murdered him it this is how important this
[11:52.880 --> 11:59.040] is that's how serious these guys are on the top they'll they'll kill presidents they i don't know
[11:59.040 --> 12:03.120] exactly what the connection was with nixon it was too close to kennedy for there to be another
[12:03.120 --> 12:13.040] murder so they assassinated him by reputation but the point is the term dollar has everything to do
[12:13.040 --> 12:19.040] with the current choice of law the current choice of law i'll refer to as being in a place called
[12:19.040 --> 12:28.400] this state we find that term throughout a lot of the state codes and it's in all state codes in
[12:28.400 --> 12:35.120] all states the point there about suggesting it was something less than that is it doesn't show
[12:35.120 --> 12:41.360] up on every page maybe it does i haven't checked it out quite to that detail the point being the
[12:41.360 --> 12:47.520] choice of law where this funny money circulates is associated with a place called this state
[12:47.520 --> 12:53.440] in all the state codes and the federal codes united states codes they refer to it as united
[12:53.440 --> 12:58.560] states and there being people say yeah there's multiple definitions for united states and that's
[12:58.560 --> 13:09.440] correct and in the area of money what we're talking about is one place and that place is
[13:09.440 --> 13:17.680] called united states it has one capital there are no other division lines it's a very different
[13:17.680 --> 13:22.960] model from what we're taught let's talk about this state because this state in united states
[13:22.960 --> 13:28.160] if we can understand these two things and they're referring to the same thing and another way i
[13:28.160 --> 13:34.320] describe it is the hover zone if we can understand how these concepts that are kind of abstract and
[13:34.320 --> 13:39.280] takes a while and it's sometimes easier to understand reading it than hearing hearing somebody
[13:39.280 --> 13:45.760] yap about it but to understand that the hover zone the federal zone united states this state
[13:45.760 --> 13:51.680] when we're talking about choice of law are all the same thing then we understand how the funny
[13:51.680 --> 13:58.720] money system came to be and we understand why it matters key here in the von nothaus case which
[13:58.720 --> 14:04.640] we're going to refer to and and come back to and tie these concepts together with
[14:06.640 --> 14:17.040] is the fact that he went into this state he went into this state with a currency that
[14:17.600 --> 14:24.160] associated and tried to associate it absolutely did associate the term dollar with a weight in
[14:24.160 --> 14:32.800] silver he associated those coined the liberty dollar quote-unquote liberty dollar associated
[14:32.800 --> 14:37.680] the term dollar with a weight in silver what does that mean that means that dollar now has a definition
[14:38.400 --> 14:46.800] in terms of silver okay that is an act of war it's that way in a figurative sense with the
[14:46.800 --> 14:51.040] people that set up the the current regime we're dealing with under choice of law
[14:51.040 --> 14:56.080] the current regime we're dealing with under choice of law and it's it's a practical thing
[14:56.080 --> 15:01.280] that legitimate money we get with scriptural money which is where the concept they were dealing
[15:01.280 --> 15:06.080] with all its weights and measures comes from a gold and silver coin that's written into the
[15:06.080 --> 15:13.600] language referred to as constitution is a scriptural concept and it's okay to look at it this way it's
[15:13.600 --> 15:18.880] god versus man or man versus god probably the better way to look at it the international
[15:18.880 --> 15:25.200] bankers realize that they cannot accomplish the world control they want if they use honest
[15:25.200 --> 15:31.200] weights and measures actually have to to give value for value if you have a legitimate money
[15:31.200 --> 15:36.880] and then create money out of thin air and charge interest for it we get the debtor creditor problem
[15:36.880 --> 15:44.480] which this country's is breaking under the weight of and we've also got the the problem of the choice
[15:44.480 --> 15:52.640] of law that goes with it what's what's the difference okay the the evaluation standard
[15:52.640 --> 15:59.040] is fundamentally where all of this is heading the evaluation standard under the the common law which
[15:59.040 --> 16:05.200] is where we find legitimate money says for example the contract circumstance there's got to be a
[16:05.200 --> 16:11.840] meeting of the minds there's got to be a lawful consideration these are concepts that have been
[16:11.840 --> 16:18.320] kicked around by a lot of groups for a long time and they understood that part of it just fine
[16:19.360 --> 16:27.520] the thing that hasn't really made the the generic understanding yet is that those standards do not
[16:27.520 --> 16:34.320] apply in the place called this state why not in this state is where funny money works
[16:34.320 --> 16:42.320] folks a break coming up there's a cliffhanger yeah we got a break coming up okay folks stay
[16:42.320 --> 16:48.240] tuned we've got a very special guest good friend harman taylor mr harman taylor breaking it down

[18:58.080 --> 19:19.680] to stop debt collectors now
[19:19.680 --> 19:29.520] okay folks we are back we have a very special guest and good friend mr harman taylor
[19:30.320 --> 19:33.920] and he's talking about money systems and choice of law okay harman please continue
[19:34.640 --> 19:44.240] so with the with the distinction here between the uh choice of law we've got the common law
[19:44.240 --> 19:48.240] which is where a lot of people start to say well we got to get back the common laws they started
[19:48.240 --> 19:54.000] applying it well it's it's good as far as it goes but it doesn't have anything to do with this state
[19:55.200 --> 20:03.840] if we had a system that was based on the common law if we were going with the law of the land
[20:04.560 --> 20:12.080] as providing the rules for how this system is set up it would be illegal to run a funny money scam
[20:12.080 --> 20:18.640] and it's not just illegal it's fraud and i'm gonna i'm gonna mention here it's even worse than fraud
[20:18.640 --> 20:25.440] it's okay talk about it as fraud it is sufficient it's not just fraud it's treason it is an act of
[20:25.440 --> 20:32.880] war against a legitimate system for that reason you can't run a funny money scam under a law of the
[20:32.880 --> 20:40.800] land choice of law you just can't do it so to run the funny money the choice of law had to be changed
[20:40.800 --> 20:47.200] to run the funny my system we're dealing with right now and i mean that's how i refer to it all the
[20:47.200 --> 20:54.800] time it's a fed the fed reserve thing what is that that's paper units it's not even really
[20:55.760 --> 21:02.560] really dead it's a thing called credit and it's a credit that's loaned into existence
[21:02.560 --> 21:10.240] that's loaned into existence so that's where the paper comes from is borrowed into existence so
[21:10.240 --> 21:16.240] it's instantly impossible to pay off the debt why because all that's created at the time of
[21:16.240 --> 21:22.480] the printing is the principal amount the interest is never printed to pay the interest something
[21:22.480 --> 21:28.640] else has to be traded and that's where we get into the de facto confiscation of all the other
[21:28.640 --> 21:34.880] property because how can you pay the debt you can't it was never created in paper something else has
[21:34.880 --> 21:40.720] to be traded for that so that's the generic system we're dealing with and that system
[21:41.760 --> 21:50.400] is illegal on its face it's fraud on its face under a law of the land system okay we have
[21:50.400 --> 21:56.880] funny money and no one's going to jail therefore we're not under the law of the land we are not
[21:56.880 --> 22:03.680] dealing with a law of the land system this is a paradigm shift that is wicked in nature
[22:05.120 --> 22:09.680] we have been taught to think basically two-dimensionally if you picture a piece
[22:09.680 --> 22:15.600] of paper on a table then that's how we have been taught to think and we need to think
[22:15.600 --> 22:21.040] three-dimensionally we need to get out the rubik's cube and think three-dimensionally
[22:21.040 --> 22:26.160] when we do that we can picture the top of the cube being separate from the bottom of the cube
[22:26.160 --> 22:30.960] however it's positioned on the table doesn't matter it's got a top flat side and it's got a
[22:30.960 --> 22:40.560] bottom flat side they're separated by the length of the side that forms the cube on the top is one
[22:40.560 --> 22:50.720] layer one level one plane as it were and on the bottom is another one and if we can keep that
[22:50.720 --> 22:55.760] picture in mind what's on the top is this state and what's on the bottom is the law of the land
[22:57.760 --> 23:07.840] we've got two things going on we have voluntarily opted into the upper plane here the hover zone
[23:07.840 --> 23:16.480] the hover zone and it's in the hover zone in the federal zone in this state in united states and
[23:16.480 --> 23:21.920] when we're talking about the choice of law issue where the thing might circulates it doesn't
[23:21.920 --> 23:28.880] circulate on the land it can't it's illegal for it to circulate on the land therefore a different
[23:28.880 --> 23:35.600] place had to be created and it was and the people that did it's master just masters at it is very
[23:35.600 --> 23:43.120] masterful is brilliant it's insidiously evil but it's brilliant they created a separate place it's
[23:43.120 --> 23:50.240] totally abstract it's not any different from the concept of a corporation a corporation you can't
[23:50.240 --> 23:56.640] identify with the human senses but it's right there fully recognized in the eyes of the law
[23:56.640 --> 24:06.000] so we have the concept of corporation which is purely abstract we have the concept of this state
[24:06.000 --> 24:14.640] which is purely abstract and very very very real in the eyes of the law funny money circulates in
[24:15.280 --> 24:20.960] this state funny money circulates in this state doesn't circulate anywhere else
[24:20.960 --> 24:29.840] okay all of the the thing that we're dealing with in the von naut house case is the effort
[24:30.320 --> 24:37.440] to take the concept of dollar found on the bottom plane of the rubik's cube and making it apply in
[24:37.440 --> 24:45.440] the top plane we're trying to take a choice of law that everyone thinks should apply and doesn't
[24:45.440 --> 24:54.720] and make it apply in this state there are two systems going on as it were two different areas
[24:54.720 --> 25:02.160] of law at issue we can think about it on a on a two-dimensional scale fairly easily i think
[25:02.800 --> 25:08.160] looking at for example great britain and germany just pick the two places we know instantly because
[25:08.160 --> 25:14.960] they're two places or two bodies politic and they're two bodies political and they're two
[25:14.960 --> 25:20.000] political they got separate flags they got separate governments we know that each has its own set of
[25:20.000 --> 25:28.720] rules each provides its own rules of decision to things that happen in each place okay someone in
[25:28.720 --> 25:33.600] france could say we want this agreement to be governed by the law of great britain nothing
[25:33.600 --> 25:40.560] wrong with that they could say in france we want this other agreement governed by decided by if
[25:40.560 --> 25:47.360] a dispute decided by the laws of germany we can do that choice of law is a voluntary part no one
[25:47.360 --> 25:52.800] can be compelled to pick this or that choice of law and the choice of law is written into the deal
[25:53.440 --> 25:59.040] whatever the agreement is it comes with its own choice of law now there's a case that dates back
[25:59.040 --> 26:07.280] pretty far i said check the date it's 1824 1827 it's one or the other augden v saunders s-a-u-n-d-e-r-s
[26:07.280 --> 26:15.040] augden o-g-d-e-n augden v saunders that's a pretty long opinion but what we learn from that opinion
[26:15.040 --> 26:26.320] among other things is that the law is written into the deal okay where where we have the
[26:27.760 --> 26:33.360] choice of law of law land then we're going to have coins that reflect that choice of law we're going
[26:33.360 --> 26:38.320] to have a currency that reflects that choice of law and for that we're going to have gold silver
[26:38.320 --> 26:47.920] coin okay that choice of law ended that that part of life ended when silver was taken back out
[26:47.920 --> 26:55.440] circulation when with or without gold i mean it's nice to have gold in circulation that got sucked
[26:55.440 --> 27:02.080] out what early to mid 30s there's an fdr project go into all the safety deposit boxes and take out
[27:02.080 --> 27:09.760] all the gold okay it was smart on the side of the internationalists to do it piecemeal
[27:10.560 --> 27:14.320] the first they took out the gold they waited a generation and then they took out silver
[27:15.360 --> 27:21.680] okay the silver didn't go out till they killed kennedy silver was going to stay in circulation
[27:21.680 --> 27:28.400] for as long as kennedy was around so to stop that to get their plan on schedule or
[27:28.400 --> 27:32.960] or somewhere close to schedule i don't know how long he delayed it but some
[27:34.560 --> 27:38.960] they got him out of office and put someone in office that would play ball
[27:40.880 --> 27:46.480] so that happened the sir the silver stopped being minted for general circulation
[27:47.440 --> 27:55.840] and about 68 there was no more at which time we started to see this thing at the state level
[27:55.840 --> 28:02.400] coming in called uniform commercial code uniform commercial code because it has so many parts to
[28:02.400 --> 28:08.560] it i say so many is about nine different major areas that it covers hides the fact because it
[28:08.560 --> 28:16.000] covers that number of areas it hides its fundamental purpose in our current system we've got two levels
[28:16.000 --> 28:20.240] of commerce we've got commerce at the state level we got commerce at the national level have two
[28:20.240 --> 28:27.280] different bodies of law to address that the state law and the national law okay to change out the
[28:27.280 --> 28:34.000] entire system you can't just change out the one or the other you got to change both at the national
[28:34.000 --> 28:38.800] level they change things by defining the dollar in a way that didn't define the dollar at all we
[28:38.800 --> 28:49.200] can look at title 31 start about section 5101 5101 5102 5103 gets into how dollar is defined
[28:49.200 --> 28:56.160] it is not defined at all on the one hand it's called a hundred cents dollar is a hundred cents
[28:57.040 --> 29:02.080] so we look for the term cent to find out what that means it says it's one one hundredth of a dollar
[29:02.960 --> 29:06.960] so we've got a dog or a cat chasing its tail here it's not a definition
[29:08.800 --> 29:13.600] that's at the national level they gutted the term dollar at the national level which is only part
[29:13.600 --> 29:19.760] of what they had to accomplish they had to gut dollar at the state level too and they did they
[29:19.760 --> 29:26.240] brought in the ucc which defines money it defines money just fine it includes federal reserve notes
[29:26.240 --> 29:32.320] okay there's no definition of a dollar there anymore there's no definition of a dollar
[29:33.760 --> 29:39.600] that another break come up yeah we got another break so another cliffhanger here and and this
[29:39.600 --> 29:45.760] this reminds me of not very long ago when ron paul was grilling bernanke in a committee hearing
[29:46.400 --> 29:50.720] where he was asking bernanke what the definition of the word dollar is and pretty much bernanke was
[29:52.480 --> 29:57.120] floundering so we'll be right back folks we're going to continue on with harman taylor in just
[29:57.120 --> 30:05.760] a moment i lost my son my nephew my uncle my son on september 11 2001 most people don't know that
[30:05.760 --> 30:11.680] a third tower fell on september 11 world trade center seven a 47 story skyscraper was not hit
[30:11.680 --> 30:17.600] by a plane although the official explanation is that fire brought down building seven over 1200
[30:17.600 --> 30:21.760] architects and engineers have looked into the evidence and believe there is more to the story
[30:21.760 --> 30:28.320] bring justice to my son my uncle my nephew my son go to building watch dot org why it fell why it
[30:28.320 --> 30:34.480] matters and what you can do a unicef director once said if you really want to change the world you
[30:34.480 --> 30:39.200] must begin with children i'm dr kathryn albrecht and i'll be back to explain how the mexican
[30:39.200 --> 30:45.520] government has taken that advice to heart with a creepy new national id mandate your search engine
[30:45.520 --> 30:51.040] is watching you recording all your searches and creating a massive database of your personal
[30:51.040 --> 30:56.720] information that's creepy but it doesn't have to be that way startpage.com is the world's most
[30:56.720 --> 31:01.440] private search engine startpage doesn't store your ip address make a record of your searches
[31:01.440 --> 31:06.480] or use tracking cookies and they're third party certified if you don't like big brother spying
[31:06.480 --> 31:12.640] on you start over with startpage great search results and total privacy startpage.com the
[31:12.640 --> 31:18.080] world's most private search engine mexico's violence is a convenient excuse for requiring
[31:18.080 --> 31:22.880] kids to get national biometric id cards the government claims it's registering children
[31:22.880 --> 31:27.520] first because they're more vulnerable to crimes like kidnapping the common sense says a national
[31:27.520 --> 31:32.640] id card won't shield kids from violence it seems to me kids have been singled out for these invasive
[31:32.640 --> 31:36.960] cards because they're young they can't vote they're unlikely to protest and there are easy
[31:36.960 --> 31:41.440] pickings in the public school system that's where the first wave of identity documents will be
[31:41.440 --> 31:46.480] processed government officials know that once kids comply going after adults will be easier
[31:46.480 --> 31:52.160] since the precedent will be set and when those kids grow up biometric id will be a fate accompli
[31:52.160 --> 31:56.960] i'm dr katherine albrecht more news and information at katherinealbrecht.com
[31:56.960 --> 32:17.840] yeah i got a warrant and i'm gonna solve them to the government them prosecute them okay
[32:27.520 --> 32:29.840] protecting
[32:48.400 --> 32:55.360] okay folks we are back okay when we were going to break we were talking about
[32:55.360 --> 33:03.360] the definition of the of the word dollar and i was reminded of how not very long ago this
[33:03.360 --> 33:09.280] was earlier this month actually when ron paul was grilling bernanke on what the definition
[33:09.280 --> 33:17.520] of the word dollar is and bernanke didn't really have a definition and but rather he responded
[33:17.520 --> 33:23.040] and and harman says this was an appropriate response because there is no definition bernanke
[33:23.040 --> 33:29.040] responded this is a quote my definition of the dollar is what it can buy consumers don't want
[33:29.040 --> 33:34.720] to buy gold they want to buy food gasoline and clothes and all the other things that are in the
[33:34.720 --> 33:40.320] consumer basket it is the buying power of the dollar in terms of those goods and services that
[33:40.320 --> 33:46.240] is what is important and that's what i call price stability in quote i will note that he throws
[33:46.240 --> 33:51.280] this reference to gold in there and i thought that was interesting but basically he didn't answer
[33:51.280 --> 33:56.640] ron paul's question really there he doesn't have a definition for the word dollar and and uh harman
[33:56.640 --> 34:00.240] is saying that's because there isn't one so harman you were saying that bernanke answered
[34:00.240 --> 34:07.440] appropriately can you please expound yes he the answer is perfect what is he saying he's saying
[34:07.440 --> 34:11.760] dollar doesn't have anything to do with gold and notice he didn't mention silver in that clip at
[34:11.760 --> 34:17.520] all right i don't keep up i don't keep up with him they they play a mind game to keep those not
[34:17.520 --> 34:25.440] able or that's the wrong term to use not everyone is called to engage this debate not everyone is
[34:25.440 --> 34:32.480] called to learn these concepts and so those that go do something else to make a contribution to
[34:32.480 --> 34:37.920] everything it's going to take to get a get this nation through this difficulty are going to go
[34:37.920 --> 34:43.520] do their thing and thank god that they're doing stuff that we can't do we do this and they do
[34:43.520 --> 34:48.080] this and they do that and that's fine but he didn't mention silver at all he said it doesn't
[34:48.080 --> 34:55.120] have anything to do with gold and he's 100 correct and then look look at what he says a dollar is
[34:55.120 --> 35:04.320] whatever you can get for it it goes to confidence the value of a dollar is determined on every
[35:04.320 --> 35:10.800] transaction the value of a dollar is determined on every transaction we don't know what a dollar is
[35:10.800 --> 35:16.640] until we engage in transaction now we know what a dollar is worth yeah and bill we actually call
[35:16.640 --> 35:22.640] that purchasing power and that value is actually an intrinsic worth of something but okay yes and
[35:22.640 --> 35:30.880] what's what's intrinsic work of um fibrous cotton that's got ink ink spilled on it you know it
[35:30.880 --> 35:37.440] happens it happens to look real nice it's really fancy paper it's got the what the mylar strip in
[35:37.440 --> 35:44.960] it now but yeah what's intrinsic worth of paper uh i i have a very difficult time going with
[35:44.960 --> 35:51.200] the intrinsic worth but that answer that he gives if we will understand what the man is telling us
[35:51.200 --> 35:56.960] is the perfect answer what he's saying is there's no definition if there were a definition he had a
[35:56.960 --> 36:03.360] cracked open a book you said please turn to me to turn with me to page so and so section such and
[36:03.360 --> 36:09.120] such out of title whatever the title is and he didn't quote the coin and mintage act because
[36:09.920 --> 36:15.840] that was an act that was um enacted when we were still under law of the land and we're not under
[36:15.840 --> 36:21.200] law of the land anymore per well basically that was proven through your terra haute litigation
[36:22.160 --> 36:26.880] correct they're not under the law of the land since they suck silver out but if you can
[36:26.880 --> 36:34.400] this may be unfair repeat again music to my ears repeat again what you just were talking about at
[36:34.400 --> 36:42.480] least in concept about what bernanke is saying here uh that basically he's saying it has to do
[36:42.480 --> 36:46.960] there is no definition of the word dollar but it has to do with the purchasing power and confidence
[36:46.960 --> 36:54.560] and what can it buy right this is this is the whole thing and i'm going to throw another thing
[36:54.560 --> 36:58.240] i'll throw another thing in here we're probably not going to get to it this hour we may get it to
[36:58.240 --> 37:11.120] next hour but buy where bui buy purchase acquire by transaction where an answer that is this state
[37:12.000 --> 37:19.360] the dollar as we have it right now is not the dollar we had in 1789 it's not the dollar we had
[37:19.360 --> 37:25.840] in 1933 when they started taking the gold out of circulation it's not the dollar we had in 1965
[37:26.640 --> 37:32.400] it's the dollar we've had since they've changed the definition at the state level that started
[37:32.400 --> 37:42.080] in 1968 and there's that opinion out of the trial court in minnesota that talks about the
[37:42.080 --> 37:48.640] worthlessness of the federal reserve paper and then there's the story that goes on that that
[37:48.640 --> 37:54.240] the judge that wrote that ended up in some kind of fatal situation a few months later i'm thinking
[37:54.240 --> 38:00.720] six i don't have all those details firmly in mind but i expect a lot of people on the show will
[38:00.720 --> 38:08.800] understand generically what i'm referring to in that state minnesota court talking about the money
[38:08.800 --> 38:18.880] issue and he's he's correct if we go with the law of the land presumption about where that judge
[38:18.880 --> 38:26.160] found himself at that time at the time he's writing that opinion he was no longer under the law of
[38:26.160 --> 38:35.040] land he was he was under the new choice of law he was under he was in a totally different place
[38:35.040 --> 38:43.280] it is as if he went to bed in great britain and woke up on the deck of a land barge in the middle
[38:43.280 --> 38:52.000] of the rhine river in germany this is how remarkable is how dramatic it's how galactically
[38:52.000 --> 39:03.520] different commerce is between these two choices of law and at 1159 on the time that this happened
[39:03.520 --> 39:11.680] happened we went to bed under a law of the land system and we woke up if we woke up at 1201
[39:12.240 --> 39:18.480] we woke up in a totally different world uh it's it's the land of oz problem we're not in kansas
[39:18.480 --> 39:24.240] anymore and if we can picture this i've got all kinds of analogies for it i'm going to talk about
[39:24.240 --> 39:30.320] the hover zone right now got the hover zone we got the two-story building we got the east side of
[39:30.320 --> 39:35.360] the street and the west side of the street we got the bottom and the top of the rubik's cube
[39:36.640 --> 39:43.040] i'm trying to find different ways to put into concrete terms some concepts in the law that are
[39:43.040 --> 39:48.560] abstract and they're designed to be abstract and the whole area of the law we can go back a long
[39:48.560 --> 39:56.000] time when the common language was not latin but the law was the concept about laws to keep the
[39:56.000 --> 40:04.400] governing concepts out of the general understanding it's been that way it's still that way the concept
[40:04.400 --> 40:12.720] of the law are so foreign right now that it's been my experience of the vast majority of jurists trial
[40:12.720 --> 40:20.320] and appellate the vast vast vast majority of licensed attorneys out there they're not stupid
[40:20.320 --> 40:27.600] people they're not there's some some of the most intelligent people going and and have been
[40:27.600 --> 40:36.720] generations of this but this difference that we're talking about here is so foreign to our normal
[40:36.720 --> 40:43.600] way of life and everything we've been taught that it's a very wicked paradigm shift it's very wicked
[40:43.600 --> 40:50.480] it's not that complicated in concept it just isn't it's not complicated it's we've got so many
[40:50.480 --> 40:58.240] emotional ties to the ideas on which we've been raised that divorcing ourselves from what we've
[40:58.240 --> 41:06.640] been raised on is extremely difficult it is literally a death of self experience why because
[41:06.640 --> 41:14.640] we have to allow certain ideas about ourselves and our worldview to die we have to be that distant
[41:14.640 --> 41:21.040] from the concepts on which we've been raised it's very difficult to do most will not do it that's
[41:21.040 --> 41:27.360] okay they don't have to just a few of us have to go through that very wicked paradigm shift to get
[41:27.360 --> 41:32.720] to the other side of the bridge and look at things from over there we get through the paradigm shift
[41:32.720 --> 41:37.200] and now we're looking at things from the top of the mountain and we see a lot farther from the
[41:37.200 --> 41:45.920] top of the mountain than we can down at the bottom the the concept of dollar from the 1789 point of
[41:45.920 --> 41:55.760] view presumes a choice of law the law is in place and then we get the money the money is the best
[41:55.760 --> 42:01.840] evidence what circulates as currency is the best evidence of the foundational choice of law of that
[42:01.840 --> 42:09.360] system let's apply that right now to get this concept in mind we have funny money here therefore
[42:09.360 --> 42:15.760] we know instantly once we kick this idea around and settle on it may not happen tonight it's okay
[42:15.760 --> 42:22.000] it's a multiple exposure lesson here may not make sense first time around so we struggle through it
[42:22.000 --> 42:25.840] the first time and we go show you know what is this guy talking about on the radio just shaking
[42:25.840 --> 42:31.040] their head i don't understand thing okay first time might not second time you might not tenth time
[42:31.040 --> 42:35.200] you might not but you know somewhere down the line here to know say you know i've been around
[42:35.200 --> 42:41.360] this enough it's it's not so foreign to the mind anymore and okay let's go over it again okay
[42:42.560 --> 42:49.920] the the concept of dollar that we talk about in 1789 presumes a law of the land system
[42:50.720 --> 42:57.040] okay so we circulated gold silver coin great britain used to circulate this thing called
[42:57.040 --> 43:02.640] sterling pound sterling is their unit of account well what do they have right now funny money
[43:04.240 --> 43:10.720] they've got funny money same way we do they don't anymore have a a currency based on point nine
[43:10.720 --> 43:17.040] nine nine five silver than we do germany what do they have funny money france what do they have
[43:17.040 --> 43:23.840] funny money italy pick a pick a civilized nation anywhere in the world russia what do they have
[43:23.840 --> 43:32.240] funny money every nation where we find funny money has been conquered by the international
[43:32.240 --> 43:40.640] banking cartel the flag they raise the flag raised by the cartel over the nation cliffhanger
[43:41.760 --> 43:43.760] i'm going to guess it's the funny money flag
[43:46.080 --> 43:52.400] that's exactly right okay all right folks we're going to break right now we're not taking calls
[43:52.400 --> 43:56.400] at this point in time we'll take calls later on with our very special guest harman taylor talking

[46:24.000 --> 46:33.120] always i must be careful what i'm wishing for when i'm hungry i'd like to know just what i'm
[46:33.120 --> 46:43.040] fishing for i ain't asking for much i ain't trying to be no glutton i'm just here making my living
[46:43.040 --> 46:54.480] pushing buttons i get my message out to anyone in shouting distance i'm both for bravery and against
[46:54.480 --> 47:03.840] slavery showing resistance first i'm crawling then i'm walking then i start strutting i'm just so glad
[47:03.840 --> 47:25.200] to make my living pushing buttons we sat down to play monopoly we all wanted to win the games
[47:25.200 --> 47:36.080] all right folks worth of our dime
[47:39.120 --> 47:45.040] worth of our dime got beat down to almost nothing we sat down to play monopoly and we wanted to win
[47:45.040 --> 47:51.520] the game but we gave some guy an endless money supply we must not have been thinking with brains
[47:51.520 --> 47:57.440] after some time the worth of my dime got beat down to damn near nothing we'd be doing all right
[47:58.400 --> 48:02.560] but now we're going to be doing all right because now we're making our living pushing buttons that's
[48:02.560 --> 48:08.720] my very own husband right there jerry stevens with some awesome lyrics of his two-time
[48:10.560 --> 48:14.880] winner of the curvil folk festival songwriting award he's also won many other songwriting
[48:14.880 --> 48:21.840] contests at any rate little lesson for you there concerning the funny money system so harman you
[48:21.840 --> 48:28.240] were saying uh we were talking about the international banking cartel and all these
[48:29.040 --> 48:33.920] countries that they conquer uh with these false well i'm going to add this part in with these
[48:33.920 --> 48:41.040] false flag events and and and and how the the cia and these other intelligence agencies go in
[48:41.040 --> 48:48.240] and cause uh disruption and overthrow uh democrat democratically elected governments like what
[48:48.240 --> 48:54.560] happened with mozadeq in iran in the 50s and and they oust uh democratically elected leaders of
[48:54.560 --> 49:01.040] the people and and institute puppet dictators instead and it's always funded by the international
[49:01.040 --> 49:06.320] banking cartel and when they conquer these nations when they get their puppet dictators in there
[49:06.320 --> 49:12.080] whatever pup form of puppet government they set up the flag that they raise is the funny money
[49:12.080 --> 49:19.040] flag i think so if you would continue please expound yeah that's uh that's the concept to
[49:19.040 --> 49:29.520] understand the the money is the evidence of the law that is in play in that body politic
[49:29.520 --> 49:36.480] so to we talk about all the secret government shadow government all this other stuff is
[49:36.480 --> 49:43.040] compromised there's there's one party in the nation and all the legislation is going one
[49:43.040 --> 49:48.880] direction it doesn't matter which party is control of this house or that house or the white house and
[49:48.880 --> 49:55.760] there's a reason for that there's a reason for that and the reason for that is it's not secret
[49:55.760 --> 50:01.600] it's not secret it's right there it's in everybody's back pocket or their their pocketbook
[50:01.600 --> 50:07.920] it's right there it's the money we're supposed if we were under a legitimate choice of law
[50:07.920 --> 50:15.360] if we had a legitimate system here what does legitimate mean that's such a term loaded with
[50:15.360 --> 50:23.760] with baggage and i'm going to stand by my baggage real tightly here legitimate brings with it a a
[50:23.760 --> 50:33.600] judgment of a morality it brings with it a judgment a preference on morality the morality
[50:33.600 --> 50:41.120] being something akin to what we get out of scripture god teaches us using on a system
[50:41.120 --> 50:48.400] awaits and measures when we get away from that we're getting away from god this is not good
[50:48.400 --> 50:58.800] the the concept here is the in the in the funny money system the concept is we're not under a
[50:58.800 --> 51:08.080] scriptural standard we're under a standard set by man and the men that pick that system may not all
[51:08.080 --> 51:17.200] be men the people that pick that system have gone to an awful lot of trouble to change out the law
[51:17.200 --> 51:24.480] and when they have succeeded at that they raise their flag and that flag is a funny money
[51:24.480 --> 51:30.480] so when we see funny money we know that that is a system that is a body politic conquered
[51:30.480 --> 51:36.720] by the international banking regime and it's everywhere and we change this funny money to
[51:36.720 --> 51:42.320] that funny money and think that something's going on there's people that do the hedge account
[51:42.320 --> 51:48.320] the hedge account activity playing this currency off against that currency and you can make a
[51:48.320 --> 51:56.640] living doing if you follow that market enough the thing we've got to understand is if we're going
[51:56.640 --> 52:07.280] to get loose from the policies destroying this nation we've got to stop playing their funny money
[52:07.280 --> 52:15.120] game this is very easy to talk about and very difficult to implement very easy to talk about
[52:15.120 --> 52:22.720] it's once we get in mind what the problem is you say oh well that's easy we understand the problem
[52:22.720 --> 52:30.800] we understand the solution understanding the solution and implementing the solution are two
[52:30.800 --> 52:38.080] very different things but we don't know what the we don't know what the solution is we
[52:38.080 --> 52:44.640] we're not really in a position to do anything until we've identified the problem correctly
[52:45.440 --> 52:53.600] and as we understand what the problem is the solution speaks for itself what has not been
[52:53.600 --> 53:00.960] taught popularly is the connection between what circulates as currency and what the choice of
[53:00.960 --> 53:09.920] law is that operates the system so where we have for example the effort that's widespread
[53:09.920 --> 53:13.840] nationwide oh we're going to do common law got to do common law this and here's the standard for
[53:13.840 --> 53:20.240] this near standard for that it's a great effort we it's a it's an introduction to where we're
[53:20.240 --> 53:25.520] going to start which is not where most people think we're going to start they think common law
[53:25.520 --> 53:31.840] is full of good stuff and it's not it's kind of brutal we've softened in several areas we've
[53:31.840 --> 53:38.560] softened the common law in this state we have so they're going to they're going to be some
[53:38.560 --> 53:44.000] transitions when when this happens but the thing is where we're talking about common law this common
[53:44.000 --> 53:50.640] law that common law evaluation standard where's the disclosure where's the meeting of the minds
[53:50.640 --> 53:56.560] and this it doesn't have anything to do with where we are right now that is a what should be
[53:57.920 --> 54:03.200] point of view we have to hang on to what should be we should never lose sight of what should be
[54:04.000 --> 54:11.440] we've got to get beyond what should be into what is in order to solve the current problem if we
[54:11.440 --> 54:18.480] keep throwing what should be at a problem that's based on what is then we're talking to totally
[54:18.480 --> 54:23.600] different languages and nothing constructive is going to be done when we know what is and we
[54:23.600 --> 54:30.480] start talking about what is it's a wicked paradigm shift it is one of the most horrific sites for the
[54:30.480 --> 54:40.640] mind to see and yet when we survive that hideous shock of the reality and we get we get past it
[54:40.640 --> 54:46.320] in time we survive the shock we survive the aftershock and we get to the point of saying
[54:46.320 --> 54:52.880] okay i'm still here they're still there so the sun's still going to come up tomorrow the next
[54:52.880 --> 54:59.840] thing to do is fine now we know what the problem is and we've survived the paradigm shift shock
[55:01.280 --> 55:08.400] what do we need to do a thing that would really help to do is to understand this concept of dollar
[55:08.400 --> 55:15.360] dollar right now as it's used in all of the codes and all the laws everywhere is associated with
[55:15.360 --> 55:20.720] this state there's no court out there that exists outside of this state how do we know
[55:20.720 --> 55:28.080] because they all take funny money for the fees if it were a system that was based on the law of land
[55:28.080 --> 55:35.840] if any judicial system in you know local county state national if any judicial system out there
[55:35.840 --> 55:42.800] were founded on were grounded on were created from a law of the land system we wouldn't be paying
[55:43.440 --> 55:48.240] court fees filing fees any of the costs with funny money they wouldn't take it
[55:50.080 --> 55:55.920] they wouldn't take it we know because they do the funny money that every single one of those forums
[55:55.920 --> 56:01.440] is in this state what then is their presumption about everything that everything is decided in
[56:01.440 --> 56:09.440] this state this is where we find the term dollar dollar exists in this state
[56:10.800 --> 56:22.400] and this then is is where we meet up with our our liberty dollar group and its designer and how
[56:22.400 --> 56:30.160] close they came to doing something this nation absolutely has to do they came extremely close
[56:30.160 --> 56:37.760] they came extremely close and on the tragic side i'll just mention because now seems like a good
[56:37.760 --> 56:47.120] time to mention it i know for absolute positive certainty that the people in charge of that system
[56:47.120 --> 56:54.560] had access to the correct idea there may have been more than the the sources that i know about
[56:54.560 --> 57:04.080] communicating in person with the people in charge of the liberty dollar plan they had the information
[57:04.080 --> 57:11.040] what am i saying i'm saying specifically they knew they had the information from very credible
[57:11.040 --> 57:16.000] sources and no it's not me i didn't know that i never talked with them so i'm not suggesting
[57:16.000 --> 57:23.680] this came from me there there are people that were very interested in this at the time very
[57:23.680 --> 57:33.440] supportive of it suggesting correctly you don't want to use the term dollar you want to avoid the
[57:33.440 --> 57:39.040] term dollar look here's these silver rounds where do you find the term dollar in there anywhere
[57:39.040 --> 57:47.200] not in there silver rounds circulate just fine what's printed on them well any number of different
[57:47.200 --> 57:58.640] in boston they got pictures and and uh caricatures and seasonal sorts of things and sayings and
[58:00.160 --> 58:06.960] profiles of various personalities they don't need to turn dollar what does it say
[58:06.960 --> 58:13.440] point nine nine nine fine silver one troy ounce yeah and there's also other so-called alternative
[58:13.440 --> 58:20.880] currencies like ithaca bucks berkshire berkshares pittsborough plentees and such but they aren't
[58:20.880 --> 58:26.080] getting in trouble because they're not using the word dollar and their coins look nothing like us
[58:26.080 --> 58:31.760] currency now i've heard some folks saying on the radio on various different shows that well it's
[58:31.760 --> 58:37.680] not counterfeiting as long as you don't call it money and we debunked that notion last week when
[58:37.680 --> 58:44.400] we read what the definition of counterfeiting is you use the word dollar and your coin has a
[58:44.400 --> 58:50.880] similar attribute as us minted currency so i'm sorry folks i mean i have to agree on what
[58:50.880 --> 58:54.640] happened as far as the indictment the jury verdict but we're going to get into this some
[58:54.640 --> 59:01.760] more on the other side this is the rule of law we'll be right back the bible remains the most
[59:01.760 --> 59:07.200] popular book in the world yet countless readers are frustrated because they struggle to understand
[59:07.200 --> 59:14.000] it some new translations try to help by simplifying the text but in the process can compromise the
[59:14.000 --> 59:20.720] profound meaning of the scripture enter the recovery version first this new translation
[59:20.720 --> 59:27.280] is extremely faithful and accurate but the real story is the more than 9 000 explanatory footnotes
[59:27.920 --> 59:33.760] difficult and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way providing an entrance into the
[59:33.760 --> 59:39.120] riches of the word beyond which you've ever experienced before bibles for america would
[59:39.120 --> 59:44.880] like to give you a free recovery version simply for the asking this comprehensive yet compact

[01:00:06.640 --> 01:00:12.240] in the capital damascus when security forces fired on anti-government protesters demonstrators

[01:00:16.720 --> 01:00:22.320] succession after friday prayers came two days after syrian president nashar al-assad
[01:00:22.320 --> 01:00:29.280] labeled protesters a foreign conspiracy the crisis at japan's fukushima nuclear power
[01:00:29.280 --> 01:00:35.440] plant has turned attention toward nuclear power's potential risk in the u.s a new report by the union
[01:00:35.440 --> 01:00:42.160] of concerned scientists reveals 14 near-miss problems at 13 power plants in 2010 the report
[01:00:42.160 --> 01:00:47.440] said one of the most serious occurred on the 31st anniversary of the three mile island accident
[01:00:47.440 --> 01:00:55.680] under conditions remarkably similar to what caused the 1979 partial meltdown militants killed three
[01:00:55.680 --> 01:01:01.280] guards friday at a terminal in northwestern pakistan used by trucks carrying supplies for
[01:01:01.280 --> 01:01:06.880] nato troops in afghanistan elsewhere in the northwest a child was killed in an explosion
[01:01:06.880 --> 01:01:11.040] set off by a suicide bomber fleeing from residents who opened fire at him
[01:01:11.040 --> 01:01:16.240] u.s defense secretary robert gates told the house armed service committee thursday
[01:01:16.240 --> 01:01:22.960] there'd be no u.s boots on the ground in libya gates assertion contradicted news that cia teams
[01:01:22.960 --> 01:01:28.800] had been in libya for three weeks gates wouldn't talk about cia activities in libya except to say
[01:01:28.800 --> 01:01:34.160] there was a difference between spies and uniformed military cia and british intelligence officers
[01:01:34.160 --> 01:01:39.440] have been acting as spotters to identify targets for airstrikes and cruise missiles
[01:01:39.440 --> 01:01:43.600] but have also been gathering intelligence on the nature of the libyan rebel leadership
[01:01:43.600 --> 01:01:49.520] meanwhile representative denis kucinich denounced the u.s military role in libya saying quote
[01:01:49.520 --> 01:01:54.960] we are in a constitutional crisis because our chief executive has assumed for himself powers
[01:01:54.960 --> 01:02:01.440] to wage war which are neither expressly denied nor implicit in the constitution nor permitted
[01:02:01.440 --> 01:02:08.720] under the war powers act the so-called fukushima 50 a group of 300 tech companies
[01:02:08.720 --> 01:02:14.640] 300 technicians soldiers and firemen working in shifts of 50 have repeatedly been exposed
[01:02:14.640 --> 01:02:20.240] to dangerously high radioactive levels as they attempt to avert a nuclear disaster the mother
[01:02:20.240 --> 01:02:25.040] of one of them says they have accepted that death is a strong possibility french president
[01:02:25.040 --> 01:02:30.480] nicolas sarkozy said thursday he would call a meeting of the g20s nuclear power watchdogs

[01:02:36.160 --> 01:02:41.600] international safety norms meanwhile fukushima plant workers continued their struggle to regain
[01:02:41.600 --> 01:02:48.000] control over cooling systems at four damaged reactors the international atomic energy agency
[01:02:48.000 --> 01:02:53.920] said radioactivity safety limits had been exceeded 25 miles away and urged the government
[01:02:53.920 --> 01:03:10.480] to re-examine its exclusion zone from the current 12 miles you are listening to the rule of law

[01:04:12.800 --> 01:04:25.960] Okay, folks, we're back here on the rule of law, ruleoflawradio.com.
[01:04:25.960 --> 01:04:28.520] We're not taking your calls yet.
[01:04:28.520 --> 01:04:32.640] We will take your calls in a little while, maybe later this hour or the next hour.
[01:04:32.640 --> 01:04:38.560] We're right now with a very special guest, Harmon Taylor, back by popular demand.
[01:04:38.560 --> 01:04:43.160] And we are continuing the debunking of the hype surrounding the Bernard Von Nothouse
[01:04:43.160 --> 01:04:44.160] case.
[01:04:44.160 --> 01:04:50.720] And as Harmon stated in one of his emails that he sends to his email list, why all the
[01:04:50.720 --> 01:04:52.200] hand ringing?
[01:04:52.200 --> 01:04:53.740] Why all the tears?
[01:04:53.740 --> 01:04:55.800] They knew this was coming.
[01:04:55.800 --> 01:05:01.160] And as you were saying right before we went to break, Harmon, you know for a fact, and
[01:05:01.160 --> 01:05:05.320] you didn't want to mention names, it's fine, but you know for a fact that someone of very
[01:05:05.320 --> 01:05:13.360] credible integrity and reputation told at least one person who knew what they were talking
[01:05:13.360 --> 01:05:19.560] about told Bernard et al from the beginning before they implemented the plan not to use
[01:05:19.560 --> 01:05:22.240] the word dollar or else they were going to get in trouble.
[01:05:22.240 --> 01:05:27.720] And I'm glad that you mentioned this because Randy and I and many people have been wondering,
[01:05:27.720 --> 01:05:29.280] didn't they see this coming?
[01:05:29.280 --> 01:05:30.880] Didn't anyone warn them?
[01:05:30.880 --> 01:05:31.880] Didn't they know?
[01:05:31.880 --> 01:05:33.560] Couldn't they look it up and see for themselves?
[01:05:33.560 --> 01:05:38.400] Well, the answer is they were warned plenty ahead of time before they ever minted the
[01:05:38.400 --> 01:05:40.320] first Liberty dollar.
[01:05:40.320 --> 01:05:47.760] And so I just wanted you to expound on that and you know again concerning why what happened
[01:05:47.760 --> 01:05:53.080] to him happened to him, I've heard people at least attempting to analyze the situation
[01:05:53.080 --> 01:05:56.760] on other talk radio shows and saying, well, it's not counterfeiting as long as you don't
[01:05:56.760 --> 01:05:57.760] call it money.
[01:05:57.760 --> 01:06:00.120] Well, that's not what Title 18 says.
[01:06:00.120 --> 01:06:01.800] And we went over that last week.
[01:06:01.800 --> 01:06:06.000] You have to look at what the law actually says and what the evidence is and you know
[01:06:06.000 --> 01:06:11.560] look at the facts and look at the reality as Harmon likes to say and not just go off
[01:06:11.560 --> 01:06:17.960] on emotional tirades and legal theory, legal myth as I call it.
[01:06:17.960 --> 01:06:22.640] So Harmon, if you could please expound on what you were saying before about how you
[01:06:22.640 --> 01:06:25.880] know for a fact that these people were warned ahead of time.
[01:06:25.880 --> 01:06:30.400] Yeah, just not a whole lot to add to it.
[01:06:30.400 --> 01:06:36.840] The concept is I know for an absolute positive certain stand before God certainty that he
[01:06:36.840 --> 01:06:44.480] got extremely credible information before the design of these coins was finished.
[01:06:44.480 --> 01:06:48.680] And the concept was you really don't want to use the term dollar.
[01:06:48.680 --> 01:06:56.120] That concept was specifically shared with him in the design stage.
[01:06:56.120 --> 01:06:59.040] And why does it continue?
[01:06:59.040 --> 01:07:05.480] Okay, we can ask why do people with income tax issues continue to argue the Fifth Amendment?
[01:07:05.480 --> 01:07:10.920] Why do people with income tax issues continue to argue the Sixteenth Amendment, etc., etc.?
[01:07:10.920 --> 01:07:17.280] And the answer is I'm not real sure I know, but there seems to be a commitment to what
[01:07:17.280 --> 01:07:19.720] should be.
[01:07:19.720 --> 01:07:25.900] And it's been my experience that people saturate.
[01:07:25.900 --> 01:07:32.880] We get to an understanding that we know something's wrong, and we hear so much of many different
[01:07:32.880 --> 01:07:38.500] theories about what's wrong that we really don't want to know anything else.
[01:07:38.500 --> 01:07:46.040] We adopt a comfort level on what bits and pieces of it we feel comfortable holding on
[01:07:46.040 --> 01:07:49.320] to and then just shove peanut butter in our ears.
[01:07:49.320 --> 01:07:50.320] We don't want to hear anymore.
[01:07:50.320 --> 01:07:57.240] And it doesn't matter how wrong our position is, the reality is we're in such saturation
[01:07:57.240 --> 01:08:03.080] on the difference of what we've always been taught should be the case.
[01:08:03.080 --> 01:08:10.080] And we're finding out in reality is nothing like that, that we just don't want to hear
[01:08:10.080 --> 01:08:11.960] anything else.
[01:08:11.960 --> 01:08:21.160] So we get confident in our perspective, and self-included, I have been in circumstances
[01:08:21.160 --> 01:08:27.120] where I've been extremely confident, and there's still another piece missing.
[01:08:27.120 --> 01:08:35.720] And it's expensive when you're on the deck, as it were, facing criminal charges trying
[01:08:35.720 --> 01:08:38.000] to do the right thing.
[01:08:38.000 --> 01:08:45.400] It's very difficult in that sort of circumstance to want to know, yeah, and I was told I had
[01:08:45.400 --> 01:08:48.240] a time not to do it, and I did it anyway.
[01:08:48.240 --> 01:08:53.720] I thought I was right, and here's why, and it's understandable.
[01:08:53.720 --> 01:08:56.060] The money issue is designed to be complicated.
[01:08:56.060 --> 01:09:00.360] If it were easy to understand, it would have been understood a long time ago, and all the
[01:09:00.360 --> 01:09:04.480] complications we've got with the current money system would exist today.
[01:09:04.480 --> 01:09:09.000] It is not an easy problem for one to get one's mind around.
[01:09:09.000 --> 01:09:12.520] It's one of the values of getting on the radio and talking about it.
[01:09:12.520 --> 01:09:21.280] The concepts aren't that difficult, they're really not that difficult, but it is a minefield
[01:09:21.280 --> 01:09:26.920] to get from where we are to where we need to be to get our mind around what we're talking
[01:09:26.920 --> 01:09:30.660] about and dealing with in the funny money system.
[01:09:30.660 --> 01:09:34.960] So he had the right information.
[01:09:34.960 --> 01:09:45.040] He decided to reject that and continue with the word dollar, and therein lies the problem.
[01:09:45.040 --> 01:09:52.040] Exactly, and that leads me to the next question I wanted to ask you, Harmon, and going back
[01:09:52.040 --> 01:09:57.200] to the quote from Bernanke when Ron Paul was grilling him, which he loves to do, I love
[01:09:57.200 --> 01:10:00.960] it when that happens, and Ron Paul constantly grills Bernanke in these committee meetings.
[01:10:00.960 --> 01:10:01.960] It's just great.
[01:10:01.960 --> 01:10:06.600] I love it every time they post YouTube of it, but at any rate, so Ron Paul is on one
[01:10:06.600 --> 01:10:12.720] of his grilling episodes of Bernanke and asking him what's the definition of the word dollar,
[01:10:12.720 --> 01:10:18.400] and Harmon, you said that Bernanke rightly responded that basically there is no definition
[01:10:18.400 --> 01:10:22.680] and basically Bernanke just said it's the purchasing power.
[01:10:22.680 --> 01:10:26.240] The definition of the dollar is whatever its purchasing power is.
[01:10:26.240 --> 01:10:32.440] And so because you're saying that is a correct statement of Bernanke because there is no
[01:10:32.440 --> 01:10:34.880] definition of the word dollar in this state.
[01:10:34.880 --> 01:10:39.760] Now going back to the choice of law issue, you were saying that basically what happened
[01:10:39.760 --> 01:10:48.160] with Von Nodhouse is that he was in this state regarding this Liberty Dollar situation.
[01:10:48.160 --> 01:10:53.160] So if there's no definition of the word dollar in this state, then why did he get in so much
[01:10:53.160 --> 01:10:54.160] trouble?
[01:10:54.160 --> 01:11:03.840] The banking system, the international banking cartel, cannot operate under a legitimate
[01:11:03.840 --> 01:11:04.840] system.
[01:11:04.840 --> 01:11:11.720] They've created an illegitimate system and in so doing gave themselves power.
[01:11:11.720 --> 01:11:12.720] What are we talking about?
[01:11:12.720 --> 01:11:15.840] Let's talk about this a different way.
[01:11:15.840 --> 01:11:28.760] The Liberty Dollar coin does when used in this state is bring to the marketplace a definition
[01:11:28.760 --> 01:11:33.120] of the term dollar in terms of silver.
[01:11:33.120 --> 01:11:41.140] Dollar is a weight, pound, ounce, gram, ton.
[01:11:41.140 --> 01:11:47.560] We associate those units with a concept of weight.
[01:11:47.560 --> 01:11:52.760] Dollar is a unit of weight.
[01:11:52.760 --> 01:12:01.240] Dollar defined under the law of the land is 370 some odd grains of fine silver.
[01:12:01.240 --> 01:12:03.880] It is a weight.
[01:12:03.880 --> 01:12:09.560] It's not just a label to use in a transaction.
[01:12:09.560 --> 01:12:13.440] It's not just a concept to associate with a unit of account.
[01:12:13.440 --> 01:12:15.200] It is a weight.
[01:12:15.200 --> 01:12:18.560] It's a very specific weight.
[01:12:18.560 --> 01:12:26.040] So in this state, there is no such thing as a weight associated with dollar.
[01:12:26.040 --> 01:12:28.520] And they'll fight you for it when you go there.
[01:12:28.520 --> 01:12:29.520] They'll fight you for it.
[01:12:29.520 --> 01:12:34.240] They've been fighting us since, well, about when did they sue Kennedy?
[01:12:34.240 --> 01:12:36.240] Back up a few years ahead of that.
[01:12:36.240 --> 01:12:40.120] They've been setting up this for a long time.
[01:12:40.120 --> 01:12:42.680] And it's very serious to them.
[01:12:42.680 --> 01:12:45.600] They're going to protect it with everything.
[01:12:45.600 --> 01:12:54.160] And what we have with the use of the term dollar, put a face value on a coin in terms
[01:12:54.160 --> 01:12:59.400] of dollars, we've just defined dollar in terms of weight.
[01:12:59.400 --> 01:13:02.000] It doesn't have to be a competent weight.
[01:13:02.000 --> 01:13:04.240] It's just any weight.
[01:13:04.240 --> 01:13:11.480] With the term dollar on a token that we would otherwise call a penny, we have the association
[01:13:11.480 --> 01:13:16.360] of the term dollar with a weight of something.
[01:13:16.360 --> 01:13:19.240] That's the problem.
[01:13:19.240 --> 01:13:23.160] That's what sunk the Liberty Dollar effort on that side of it.
[01:13:23.160 --> 01:13:24.800] There's a few other issues there.
[01:13:24.800 --> 01:13:30.960] But what we're talking about here is the easiest understanding, the easiest thing to fix, the
[01:13:30.960 --> 01:13:34.360] easiest way to avoid this.
[01:13:34.360 --> 01:13:40.800] And so the Liberty Dollar as a coin isn't a problem because it's a coin.
[01:13:40.800 --> 01:13:45.080] It's not a problem because it's minted somewhere other than the U.S. mint.
[01:13:45.080 --> 01:13:47.040] That doesn't matter.
[01:13:47.040 --> 01:13:54.960] It could put Ron Paul's likeness on any coin of any size they want to mint.
[01:13:54.960 --> 01:14:03.640] The problem is doing that with the term and symbol for dollar.
[01:14:03.640 --> 01:14:06.720] Where that goes into this state, this state's going to fight it.
[01:14:06.720 --> 01:14:10.360] And this state fought it and won.
[01:14:10.360 --> 01:14:13.920] And it's tragic all the way around because it's such a great idea.
[01:14:13.920 --> 01:14:16.080] It's what we have to do.
[01:14:16.080 --> 01:14:20.560] We have to get used to the idea of using honest weights and measures.
[01:14:20.560 --> 01:14:23.800] And the effort that went on there is brilliant for that.
[01:14:23.800 --> 01:14:26.040] That's exactly what has to happen.
[01:14:26.040 --> 01:14:34.280] So it makes it a little more tragic that at the time we need that circulating the most,
[01:14:34.280 --> 01:14:38.800] it's not going terribly fast.
[01:14:38.800 --> 01:14:41.240] And it just could have been prevented.
[01:14:41.240 --> 01:14:44.440] The problem here, the criminal side of this could have been prevented.
[01:14:44.440 --> 01:14:50.080] Now on the private side that got information, and then they were told, I'm sure at least
[01:14:50.080 --> 01:14:53.320] twice from governmental authorities.
[01:14:53.320 --> 01:14:57.920] The governmental side, the feds, didn't show up and clobber them in the nose.
[01:14:57.920 --> 01:15:00.040] That's not what happened.
[01:15:00.040 --> 01:15:01.480] They showed up with a letter.
[01:15:01.480 --> 01:15:10.160] They showed up basically with the diplomatic consular ambassadorial approach to it saying,
[01:15:10.160 --> 01:15:13.520] wouldn't you like to rethink your position?
[01:15:13.520 --> 01:15:17.120] It's extremely diplomatic.
[01:15:17.120 --> 01:15:22.880] And there's an article that talks about the number of warnings that were issued there.
[01:15:22.880 --> 01:15:26.200] I'm remembering at least two.
[01:15:26.200 --> 01:15:28.320] And none of that made any difference.
[01:15:28.320 --> 01:15:37.320] And so when during those entreaties, the response came back, no, we're not going to change anything.
[01:15:37.320 --> 01:15:39.440] And I don't think there were any ugly words exchanged.
[01:15:39.440 --> 01:15:41.840] It was just, don't you want to stop?
[01:15:41.840 --> 01:15:43.920] And well, really, no, we don't.
[01:15:43.920 --> 01:15:50.800] Then, OK, sorry, but we're going to have to charge you criminally and make you stop this.
[01:15:50.800 --> 01:15:54.720] And the whole issue about choice of money is correct.
[01:15:54.720 --> 01:15:56.680] But we don't have to use a Federal Reserve.
[01:15:56.680 --> 01:16:00.520] No, there's nothing out there that compels us to do that.
[01:16:00.520 --> 01:16:01.920] It's out there.
[01:16:01.920 --> 01:16:07.320] It's provided by the banks because that's what keeps the banking system people in their
[01:16:07.320 --> 01:16:09.840] position of control.
[01:16:09.840 --> 01:16:14.080] So they take out the other because they've got access to it and the ability to do it.
[01:16:14.080 --> 01:16:16.200] Motive and opportunity, as it were.
[01:16:16.200 --> 01:16:19.120] They've got the motive and opportunity to circulate funny money.
[01:16:19.120 --> 01:16:21.120] And so that's what they do.
[01:16:21.120 --> 01:16:23.640] We don't have to use it.
[01:16:23.640 --> 01:16:28.520] We're finding out right now, worse and worse, more and more, what the consequences of that
[01:16:28.520 --> 01:16:29.520] are.
[01:16:29.520 --> 01:16:33.640] People all over the world are at that same stage.
[01:16:33.640 --> 01:16:40.000] Iceland decided, no, we don't need that anymore, but here's the music.
[01:16:40.000 --> 01:16:41.000] Indeed.
[01:16:41.000 --> 01:16:42.000] Here's the music.
[01:16:42.000 --> 01:16:43.000] We're going on break.
[01:16:43.000 --> 01:16:45.720] All right, folks, we'll be back on the other side with Harman Taylor.
[01:16:45.720 --> 01:16:49.440] We're discussing the Bernard Von Nothouse case and the definition of the word dollar
[01:16:49.440 --> 01:16:52.760] and choice of law and concepts such as this state.
[01:16:52.760 --> 01:17:00.880] We will be right back.

[01:18:00.520 --> 01:18:04.680] My name is Randall Kelton and I co-host on Rule of Law Radio.
[01:18:04.680 --> 01:18:09.480] We specialize in showing people how to strike back against corrupt public officials.
[01:18:09.480 --> 01:18:13.880] With the mortgage crisis worsening, we set our sights on finding a remedy for people
[01:18:13.880 --> 01:18:16.040] who have been cheated by their lenders.
[01:18:16.040 --> 01:18:20.240] If you have a mortgage or have paid yours off, you have probably been cheated out of
[01:18:20.240 --> 01:18:22.580] thousands, but there is a remedy.
[01:18:22.580 --> 01:18:31.840] Go to remediesinrealestate.com or call me at 512-430-4140 and find out how to use the
[01:18:31.840 --> 01:18:37.440] consumer protection laws to recover what the lenders have stolen through fraud and deception.
[01:18:37.440 --> 01:18:42.240] We will prepare for you a qualified written request that will expose the fraud and put
[01:18:42.240 --> 01:18:44.120] the lenders on the dime.
[01:18:44.120 --> 01:18:48.200] Lender fraud is bankrupting this country and it's time to fight back.
[01:18:48.200 --> 01:18:57.860] Go to remediesinrealestate.com or call 512-430-4140 and get the information you need to stop the
[01:18:57.860 --> 01:19:04.860] money changers in their tracks.
[01:19:57.860 --> 01:20:16.640] Okay, folks, we are back.
[01:20:16.640 --> 01:20:20.720] At this point, we're going to open the phone lines for y'all out there.
[01:20:20.720 --> 01:20:25.560] If you have a question for Harmon Taylor on topic or if you have a specific question for
[01:20:25.560 --> 01:20:29.480] Harmon concerning other issues he discussed the last time he was on the show, I believe
[01:20:29.480 --> 01:20:35.280] that was last, in February, I think the date was February 18th, and we're talking about
[01:20:35.280 --> 01:20:41.320] the fact that there is no specific definition of the word dollar in this state.
[01:20:41.320 --> 01:20:46.040] According to Title 18 and the definitions of counterfeiting, you can't use the word
[01:20:46.040 --> 01:20:47.040] dollar.
[01:20:47.040 --> 01:20:53.880] You can't have your coin with any attributes that have semblance to U.S. money coins, such
[01:20:53.880 --> 01:20:54.880] and such.
[01:20:54.880 --> 01:21:00.560] So these are the outward, in-your-face reasons why what happened to Bernard is what happened
[01:21:00.560 --> 01:21:07.520] to him, and we're discussing some of the more underlying reasons, which is that there is
[01:21:07.520 --> 01:21:12.960] no definition of the word dollar at this point in this state, so why did he get in so much
[01:21:12.960 --> 01:21:19.640] trouble ultimately is because Bernard was trying to tie in the definition.
[01:21:19.640 --> 01:21:24.600] He was trying to establish a definition of the word dollar in this state in this funny
[01:21:24.600 --> 01:21:34.400] money system by associating a specific weight with the word dollar, and it did say on his
[01:21:34.400 --> 01:21:41.320] coins.999 fine silver and such like that, so he did have a specific weight.
[01:21:41.320 --> 01:21:47.040] It was a unit of measurement, and it specified the quality and the quantity, et cetera, and
[01:21:47.040 --> 01:21:50.880] he was associating that with the word dollar, and the bad guys just aren't going to let
[01:21:50.880 --> 01:21:55.480] people do that in this state because it's a funny money system.
[01:21:55.480 --> 01:21:57.920] Is that basically what's going on, Harmon?
[01:21:57.920 --> 01:21:58.920] That's it.
[01:21:58.920 --> 01:21:59.920] Very good.
[01:21:59.920 --> 01:22:05.640] That's it in a nutshell, and when we understand that, we say, well, how come he kept using
[01:22:05.640 --> 01:22:13.280] the word dollar, and okay, how come the obvious isn't obvious?
[01:22:13.280 --> 01:22:14.520] There's a reason for all this.
[01:22:14.520 --> 01:22:22.040] We can go to a divine intervention perspective if necessary, but the sight and the blindness
[01:22:22.040 --> 01:22:30.280] for these issues is a lot more blindness than sight, and to cure that, we do radio programs
[01:22:30.280 --> 01:22:32.800] to talk about it.
[01:22:32.800 --> 01:22:39.120] Absolutely, and so this goes to choice of law.
[01:22:39.120 --> 01:22:44.600] If people want to choose the law of the land, they can't put the word dollar on their coins.
[01:22:44.600 --> 01:22:48.760] It just has to say the weight of the silver.
[01:22:48.760 --> 01:22:57.160] Right now, just as an observation, it makes a whole lot of sense for those who understand
[01:22:57.160 --> 01:23:02.800] the difference and want to transact outside of this state to avoid the term dollar as
[01:23:02.800 --> 01:23:05.520] if it were the plague.
[01:23:05.520 --> 01:23:08.520] Just don't use it.
[01:23:08.520 --> 01:23:09.840] It's easy.
[01:23:09.840 --> 01:23:11.600] The silver rounds don't use it.
[01:23:11.600 --> 01:23:18.280] You've got one troy ounce fine silver,.999 fine silver, and that works.
[01:23:18.280 --> 01:23:23.920] Now, it might be nice to have some fraction of a troy ounce fine silver.
[01:23:23.920 --> 01:23:25.320] It might be nice to do that.
[01:23:25.320 --> 01:23:32.920] We get into the pieces of eight concept where a coin used to be broken up into eight pieces,
[01:23:32.920 --> 01:23:38.520] and the eights circulated just as if the holes circulated.
[01:23:38.520 --> 01:23:44.560] Everyone understood what each piece meant, and it's just fine.
[01:23:44.560 --> 01:23:47.360] It works just great that way.
[01:23:47.360 --> 01:23:54.600] The thing that we're dealing with right now, we've been so conditioned with the term dollar
[01:23:54.600 --> 01:24:01.240] that if we cannot divorce our minds from that and just think in terms and talk in terms
[01:24:01.240 --> 01:24:07.120] and trade in terms of troy ounces fine silver, for example, we can talk about bushel of wheat.
[01:24:07.120 --> 01:24:08.640] We can talk about head of cattle.
[01:24:08.640 --> 01:24:17.800] We can talk about anything but dollar, basically, and if we will get in mind and just start,
[01:24:17.800 --> 01:24:24.240] not everyone's going to go there, obviously, but certain markets can handle it right now,
[01:24:24.240 --> 01:24:32.120] and where we can go into the trade, go into the transaction without the concept of dollar
[01:24:32.120 --> 01:24:42.600] being breathed, then we've got the basis for taking the hit that the system, the legitimate
[01:24:42.600 --> 01:24:51.680] money system took with the Von Nothaus case and using it in full force in the face of
[01:24:51.680 --> 01:24:57.960] an extremely fast running away, extremely quickly retreating Federal Reserve system.
[01:24:57.960 --> 01:25:01.880] They're running like mad.
[01:25:01.880 --> 01:25:03.760] We have the Von Nothaus case.
[01:25:03.760 --> 01:25:04.920] It wasn't too long ago.
[01:25:04.920 --> 01:25:08.920] We had the Kerry case, K-A-H-R-E in Nevada.
[01:25:08.920 --> 01:25:13.240] The man was paying his people in gold and silver coin.
[01:25:13.240 --> 01:25:16.840] He clobbered on the tax side.
[01:25:16.840 --> 01:25:24.440] You're seeing the use of legitimate weights and measures cropping up all over the place.
[01:25:24.440 --> 01:25:34.360] The Feds are going after the folks, and if we will learn the fundamentals and the transactions,
[01:25:34.360 --> 01:25:36.120] the tax thing is a mess to go through.
[01:25:36.120 --> 01:25:43.880] I'm not even going to begin to try to do that here, but just to get some basics on the money,
[01:25:43.880 --> 01:25:45.720] dollar is associated with this state.
[01:25:45.720 --> 01:25:49.040] Let's talk about the Hover Zone real quick, just to give another analogy.
[01:25:49.040 --> 01:25:50.680] I talked about the Rubik's Cube.
[01:25:50.680 --> 01:25:51.680] Here's the Hover Zone.
[01:25:51.680 --> 01:26:01.640] Picture a land mass that covers the following areas, 48 contiguous states, D.C., Alaska,
[01:26:01.640 --> 01:26:09.440] Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and
[01:26:09.440 --> 01:26:12.760] all the rest of the territories and protectorates.
[01:26:12.760 --> 01:26:17.880] Picture that land mass, if it helps, just pretend it's all contiguous, run it all together
[01:26:17.880 --> 01:26:25.480] in your mind, that's fine, and then above that land mass, picture a clear acrylic layer
[01:26:25.480 --> 01:26:29.040] hovering above the land at 25 feet.
[01:26:29.040 --> 01:26:32.520] There's absolutely nothing magic about 25 feet.
[01:26:32.520 --> 01:26:37.160] Most people, if they're looking at something 25 feet off the ground, they're looking up.
[01:26:37.160 --> 01:26:43.320] The value in this analogy is this, the law of the land applies, accrues, the law of the
[01:26:43.320 --> 01:26:47.920] land applies to the matters that accrue relative to the land.
[01:26:47.920 --> 01:26:51.680] The law of the sea applies everywhere else.
[01:26:51.680 --> 01:26:52.680] Where's everywhere else?
[01:26:52.680 --> 01:26:55.520] The water and the air.
[01:26:55.520 --> 01:26:59.320] If we understand that maritime law applies to the matters that happen in the air, then
[01:26:59.320 --> 01:27:07.360] we're looking up in the air at this clear acrylic layer, then we're seeing this state.
[01:27:07.360 --> 01:27:10.800] When we understand that that's this state and it's in the hover zone and it's in the
[01:27:10.800 --> 01:27:16.840] air, we know immediately, we know intuitively what choice of law goes with it at this fundamental
[01:27:16.840 --> 01:27:21.200] level.
[01:27:21.200 --> 01:27:23.280] We know immediately what the choice of law is.
[01:27:23.280 --> 01:27:30.440] It's maritime law, it's the law of the sea.
[01:27:30.440 --> 01:27:37.320] What we have in this analogy, the hover zone analogy, it's why I use it, is it takes fundamental
[01:27:37.320 --> 01:27:38.960] choice of law.
[01:27:38.960 --> 01:27:43.600] The hover zone, if we picture all the land mass I talked about, we picture that all congregated
[01:27:43.600 --> 01:27:44.600] together.
[01:27:44.600 --> 01:27:50.240] We move Hawaii halfway across the Pacific, so it's joined up against California and just
[01:27:50.240 --> 01:27:54.640] jamming all these islands where they go on the side.
[01:27:54.640 --> 01:27:59.080] Then picture in the hover zone, picture that clear acrylic layer with a picket fence, it
[01:27:59.080 --> 01:28:04.200] doesn't have to be much, it can be a three-foot picket fence, just normal yard, white picket
[01:28:04.200 --> 01:28:08.720] fence around the edge of that clear acrylic layer.
[01:28:08.720 --> 01:28:14.400] Nothing in this state can jump over that fence and come down to the land.
[01:28:14.400 --> 01:28:18.960] Nothing can cross that fence, they can't get out of this state and jump down to the land.
[01:28:18.960 --> 01:28:26.680] Okay, so if we're dealing with dollars, then it's as if we're talking standing in Great
[01:28:26.680 --> 01:28:32.880] Britain and Germany has been lifted up by a bunch of helicopters and moved over to sit
[01:28:32.880 --> 01:28:37.360] in a hovering position above Great Britain.
[01:28:37.360 --> 01:28:38.360] That's what we're talking about.
[01:28:38.360 --> 01:28:43.440] If we think of this in a 3D model, the bottom of the Rubik's Cube is Great Britain with
[01:28:43.440 --> 01:28:50.440] the pound sterling, the traditional British currency, and the top layer is post-World
[01:28:50.440 --> 01:28:57.120] War I Germany under the Weimar Republic where the paper money was going nuts.
[01:28:57.120 --> 01:29:04.200] Outrageous inflation, outrageous deterioration of the value of the paper.
[01:29:04.200 --> 01:29:05.200] That's what we're dealing with.
[01:29:05.200 --> 01:29:07.600] These are the two choices.
[01:29:07.600 --> 01:29:14.280] So if we cut Germany out, we just get this big jigsaw and we cut Germany out and we pick
[01:29:14.280 --> 01:29:19.720] it up with a bunch of helicopters and we move it across a channel and it's hovering over
[01:29:19.720 --> 01:29:20.720] Great Britain.
[01:29:20.720 --> 01:29:25.040] These are the two choices of law that we're dealing with right now.
[01:29:25.040 --> 01:29:31.040] Dollar is defined in the Germany that's hovering up there and it's not defined on the land
[01:29:31.040 --> 01:29:33.040] where Great Britain is.
[01:29:33.040 --> 01:29:37.800] All right, just hold that thought, Harmon.
[01:29:37.800 --> 01:29:42.040] All right, folks, I hope you're getting all this out there, acrylic layers and Rubik's
[01:29:42.040 --> 01:29:43.040] Cubes.
[01:29:43.040 --> 01:29:49.160] Actually, I love the analogies because it helps us see the concepts.
[01:29:49.160 --> 01:29:51.240] We'll be right back with a very special guest, Harmon Taylor.
[01:29:51.240 --> 01:29:56.920] Folks, if you have a question for Harmon on topic, we will take calls for bar grievances
[01:29:56.920 --> 01:29:59.160] and traffic tickets and stuff like that later.
[01:29:59.160 --> 01:30:02.880] Are you tired of depending on the supermarket for your family's food?
[01:30:02.880 --> 01:30:06.040] Would you like to grow fresh produce in the convenience of your own backyard?
[01:30:06.040 --> 01:30:09.520] As well as offering professional lawn care services, Austin Clean and Clear will customize
[01:30:09.520 --> 01:30:12.560] an independence garden for your family's needs and budget.

[01:30:29.840 --> 01:30:35.200] Should U.S. Postal Service mail trucks become government spy mobiles?
[01:30:35.200 --> 01:30:38.800] What high-ranking attorney with the Postal Regulatory Commission thinks it's a great
[01:30:38.800 --> 01:30:39.800] idea?
[01:30:39.800 --> 01:30:43.760] I'm Dr. Catherine Albert, and I'll be back with the Orwellian Postal Proposal in just
[01:30:43.760 --> 01:30:44.760] a moment.
[01:30:44.760 --> 01:30:50.100] Your search engine is watching you, recording all your searches and creating a massive database
[01:30:50.100 --> 01:30:51.840] of your personal information.
[01:30:51.840 --> 01:30:53.080] That's creepy.
[01:30:53.080 --> 01:30:55.160] But it doesn't have to be that way.
[01:30:55.160 --> 01:30:58.280] Startpage.com is the world's most private search engine.
[01:30:58.280 --> 01:31:02.520] Startpage doesn't store your IP address, make a record of your searches or use tracking
[01:31:02.520 --> 01:31:04.680] cookies, and they're third-party certified.
[01:31:04.680 --> 01:31:09.160] If you don't like big brother spying on you, start over with Startpage.
[01:31:09.160 --> 01:31:12.040] Great search results and total privacy.
[01:31:12.040 --> 01:31:15.000] Startpage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[01:31:15.000 --> 01:31:19.640] The U.S. Postal Service is in financial trouble, but a senior postal official thinks he has
[01:31:19.640 --> 01:31:22.840] the answer, selling postal surveillance services.
[01:31:22.840 --> 01:31:26.760] Postal Council Michael Ravnitsky believes equipping mail delivery trucks with high-tech
[01:31:26.760 --> 01:31:29.180] snooping equipment could be quite profitable.
[01:31:29.180 --> 01:31:34.120] He wants onboard cameras to take Google-esque snapshots of the four million miles of city
[01:31:34.120 --> 01:31:37.720] streets and rural roads that postal workers drive every day.
[01:31:37.720 --> 01:31:42.440] He also wants invasive sensors to map private communication signals, scan the environment
[01:31:42.440 --> 01:31:46.560] for biohazards, and monitor citizens' home-based activities.
[01:31:46.560 --> 01:31:50.400] The Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution protects us from this kind of unreasonable
[01:31:50.400 --> 01:31:51.720] search and seizure.
[01:31:51.720 --> 01:31:54.040] Join me in opposing this invasive scheme.
[01:31:54.040 --> 01:31:55.840] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht.
[01:31:55.840 --> 01:32:22.240] More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:32:25.840 --> 01:32:36.800] The wicked come with temptations They're trying to buy the whole place
[01:32:36.800 --> 01:32:47.800] They want to poison the nation Because they've fallen from grace
[01:32:47.800 --> 01:32:58.640] I will not think to back up I just can't act out of way
[01:32:58.640 --> 01:33:05.640] They got this problem they're dreaming of It won't be the same kind of day
[01:33:05.640 --> 01:33:06.640] Okay, folks.
[01:33:06.640 --> 01:33:07.640] We are back.
[01:33:07.640 --> 01:33:10.440] We're with our very special guest, Harmon Taylor.
[01:33:10.440 --> 01:33:14.440] We are taking your phone calls on topic, please.
[01:33:14.440 --> 01:33:20.400] Harmon does know quite a bit about the transportation code, and we did discuss that last time Harmon
[01:33:20.400 --> 01:33:24.960] was on the show, and I'm sure Harmon will be willing to take questions on that as well.
[01:33:24.960 --> 01:33:30.960] But for now, let's keep the questions to the topic at hand.
[01:33:30.960 --> 01:33:34.920] All right, so I'm hearing a little bit of background noise.
[01:33:34.920 --> 01:33:39.400] I don't know, Randy, if you're at the mic or something, but anyway, we've got a lot
[01:33:39.400 --> 01:33:40.400] of people on the line here.
[01:33:40.400 --> 01:33:41.400] So everyone...
[01:33:41.400 --> 01:33:42.400] Okay.
[01:33:42.400 --> 01:33:48.240] All right, so at any rate, Harmon, please continue, you're talking about the hover zone.
[01:33:48.240 --> 01:33:56.280] The analogies are the mechanism by which we try to turn the abstract into something that
[01:33:56.280 --> 01:33:58.160] we can work with.
[01:33:58.160 --> 01:34:04.240] So that's my favorite one, the hover zone, because it gets us into the fundamental choice
[01:34:04.240 --> 01:34:08.400] of law, and where we understand the difference between the law of the land and the law of
[01:34:08.400 --> 01:34:17.400] the sea, and we start with that as our foundation, then we start to build the pieces that make
[01:34:17.400 --> 01:34:19.920] these distinctions make sense.
[01:34:19.920 --> 01:34:25.440] I wanted to get into another analogy, and if we've got calls that come in that take
[01:34:25.440 --> 01:34:31.320] us away from that, that'll be okay, but I wanted to apply the understanding from the
[01:34:31.320 --> 01:34:37.240] Von Nothaus case, and it is still unappealed, so I'm deliberately not addressing several
[01:34:37.240 --> 01:34:38.240] issues.
[01:34:38.240 --> 01:34:40.480] I've read that entire record.
[01:34:40.480 --> 01:34:49.000] I don't know what they're planning on doing, and the concept here, as may be obvious, isn't
[01:34:49.000 --> 01:34:52.120] necessarily supportive of the defense.
[01:34:52.120 --> 01:35:00.920] So I don't want to go there, because I'm pro-defense, especially when it comes to the issue of money.
[01:35:00.920 --> 01:35:05.080] So there's several things I won't talk about, but the things we talked about are the real
[01:35:05.080 --> 01:35:10.000] obvious one, and it's the one we've got to learn, we've got to understand it.
[01:35:10.000 --> 01:35:16.480] Now I wanted to put the Von Nothaus case in a totally different context in order to illustrate
[01:35:16.480 --> 01:35:24.520] the point learned in the Liberty Dollar case, and the context that I expect may reach a
[01:35:24.520 --> 01:35:32.680] lot of people intuitively is a Second Amendment analogy, a Second Amendment analogy that applies
[01:35:32.680 --> 01:35:35.760] the learning from the Von Nothaus case.
[01:35:35.760 --> 01:35:41.560] If we understand dollar, and if we understand choice of law that goes with that, the difference
[01:35:41.560 --> 01:35:49.400] between the land and the hover zone, the difference between the first floor and the second floor,
[01:35:49.400 --> 01:35:54.040] the difference between the east side of the street and the west side of the street, with
[01:35:54.040 --> 01:36:01.040] two totally different systems going on, then we're in a position to apply the concept in
[01:36:01.040 --> 01:36:02.880] a lot of areas.
[01:36:02.880 --> 01:36:07.600] We're going to apply the concept here in the Second Amendment area, and I'm not pretending
[01:36:07.600 --> 01:36:11.680] to say that everything we're going to talk about here covers everything that we want
[01:36:11.680 --> 01:36:14.760] to do, but it's a place to start.
[01:36:14.760 --> 01:36:17.760] The point here is to illustrate the difference in choice of law.
[01:36:17.760 --> 01:36:20.320] So let's take this scenario.
[01:36:20.320 --> 01:36:28.800] We've got a manufacturer of this or that type of firearm in Montana, and we've got a buyer
[01:36:28.800 --> 01:36:32.360] of that kind of firearm in Texas.
[01:36:32.360 --> 01:36:35.000] Got this scenario?
[01:36:35.000 --> 01:36:40.360] Where we pack it in such a way as not to get the carrier in trouble, because we don't have
[01:36:40.360 --> 01:36:44.320] any problem with the post office, we don't have any problem with UPS, we don't have any
[01:36:44.320 --> 01:36:49.320] problem with FedEx or DHL or any of the carriers, we don't have a problem with them.
[01:36:49.320 --> 01:36:51.720] We don't want to get them in trouble, that's not the objective.
[01:36:51.720 --> 01:36:58.480] So we pack it correctly according to the regs that they have to have, that's fine.
[01:36:58.480 --> 01:37:06.720] Now, where do we apply the dollar concept in getting a manufactured item from Montana,
[01:37:06.720 --> 01:37:11.440] a manufactured weapon from Montana to Texas?
[01:37:11.440 --> 01:37:15.880] And the answer is, guess what?
[01:37:15.880 --> 01:37:17.600] Anybody want to pipe in on an answer here?
[01:37:17.600 --> 01:37:19.920] What's the obvious answer in the context?
[01:37:19.920 --> 01:37:24.920] Well, I would say first off, not to purchase it with Federal Reserve notes or dollars.
[01:37:24.920 --> 01:37:25.920] There we go.
[01:37:25.920 --> 01:37:31.800] And then maybe second, not use the U.S. Postal Service to have it shipped.
[01:37:31.800 --> 01:37:32.800] That might help.
[01:37:32.800 --> 01:37:33.800] It might.
[01:37:33.800 --> 01:37:38.040] There are rules and regs for that and we need to check to find out what they are.
[01:37:38.040 --> 01:37:43.600] I think if it's totally disassembled, then any of the carriers can take it.
[01:37:43.600 --> 01:37:45.960] They can't take an assembled weapon.
[01:37:45.960 --> 01:37:50.720] I'm satisfied on a brief review, they can take an unassembled weapon.
[01:37:50.720 --> 01:37:54.560] The people that know the answer to that question for sure, the people who are in that line
[01:37:54.560 --> 01:38:00.920] of work and for the rest of us, it's kind of an academic study, but it's an academic
[01:38:00.920 --> 01:38:05.040] study that I expect will bring the point home and the answer is correct.
[01:38:05.040 --> 01:38:15.040] The point we're making here is this, if we buy and sell without the term dollar, then
[01:38:15.040 --> 01:38:16.040] guess what?
[01:38:16.040 --> 01:38:18.840] We're not in this state.
[01:38:18.840 --> 01:38:21.320] That's not 100% correct.
[01:38:21.320 --> 01:38:22.320] It's the threshold.
[01:38:22.320 --> 01:38:25.120] There are some other indicia of choice of law.
[01:38:25.120 --> 01:38:29.000] The other indicia of choice of law are a whole lot easier to understand when you read it
[01:38:29.000 --> 01:38:32.520] rather than trying to blab on the radio about it.
[01:38:32.520 --> 01:38:38.360] We're doing okay on this state, but everything else is as abstract as that and it's a lot
[01:38:38.360 --> 01:38:41.160] easier to see than to talk about.
[01:38:41.160 --> 01:38:46.600] But to illustrate the problem with the term dollar, it is a real basic example.
[01:38:46.600 --> 01:38:52.280] Buying a weapon that's manufactured in Montana and getting it sent to Texas, how does that
[01:38:52.280 --> 01:38:53.280] happen?
[01:38:53.280 --> 01:38:59.080] If we're in this state, we're going to have a lot of federal regulations over it.
[01:38:59.080 --> 01:39:02.840] Where does ATF regulate?
[01:39:02.840 --> 01:39:03.840] Where do they regulate?
[01:39:03.840 --> 01:39:04.840] In this state.
[01:39:04.840 --> 01:39:05.840] Correct.
[01:39:05.840 --> 01:39:07.460] In the harbor zone?
[01:39:07.460 --> 01:39:08.460] In the federal zone.
[01:39:08.460 --> 01:39:10.920] In the federal zone.
[01:39:10.920 --> 01:39:15.000] In the United States, where does the ATF regulate?
[01:39:15.000 --> 01:39:16.000] In this state.
[01:39:16.000 --> 01:39:17.000] Okay.
[01:39:17.000 --> 01:39:20.940] How does a transaction occur in this state?
[01:39:20.940 --> 01:39:25.520] Most popular mechanism is to use dollars.
[01:39:25.520 --> 01:39:28.920] The most popular mechanism is to use dollars.
[01:39:28.920 --> 01:39:33.840] Where does the ATF-related license apply?
[01:39:33.840 --> 01:39:35.040] Where does any license apply?
[01:39:35.040 --> 01:39:38.580] It doesn't have to be gun manufacturing.
[01:39:38.580 --> 01:39:39.660] What about law?
[01:39:39.660 --> 01:39:40.720] What about accounting?
[01:39:40.720 --> 01:39:41.800] What about hairdressing?
[01:39:41.800 --> 01:39:42.960] What about electrical work?
[01:39:42.960 --> 01:39:43.960] What about plumbing?
[01:39:43.960 --> 01:39:46.980] License, license, license, license, license.
[01:39:46.980 --> 01:39:49.280] Where does the license apply?
[01:39:49.280 --> 01:39:53.080] In the harbor zone.
[01:39:53.080 --> 01:39:55.960] What is licensed commercial activity where?
[01:39:55.960 --> 01:39:59.240] In this state.
[01:39:59.240 --> 01:40:00.240] In this state.
[01:40:00.240 --> 01:40:02.000] What's the medium of exchange in this state?
[01:40:02.000 --> 01:40:05.200] Federal Reserve Note, sometimes known as a dollar.
[01:40:05.200 --> 01:40:11.760] It depends upon what number is printed on it as to how many dollars we're talking about.
[01:40:11.760 --> 01:40:16.440] But the concept here is, I hope it's a clear analogy.
[01:40:16.440 --> 01:40:21.120] It seems very clear to me, a lot of this seems very clear to me.
[01:40:21.120 --> 01:40:28.640] The analogy then is, if we want to transact something that the feds don't like, then we
[01:40:28.640 --> 01:40:33.840] say, fine, we won't transact where you regulate.
[01:40:33.840 --> 01:40:36.480] We're just going to leave you alone.
[01:40:36.480 --> 01:40:43.200] We don't want to bother you, go back to sleep, we're not in this state anymore, not in this
[01:40:43.200 --> 01:40:44.200] transaction.
[01:40:44.200 --> 01:40:47.200] Dollars alone don't do it.
[01:40:47.200 --> 01:40:50.440] Don't misunderstand this.
[01:40:50.440 --> 01:40:54.240] To avoid dollar by itself is not sufficient.
[01:40:54.240 --> 01:41:00.680] But if we understand the analogy about two different places, the land and the harbor
[01:41:00.680 --> 01:41:06.280] zone, the bottom of the Rubik's Cube and the top of the Rubik's Cube, the east side of
[01:41:06.280 --> 01:41:10.520] the street and the west side of the street, the first floor of a two-story building and
[01:41:10.520 --> 01:41:12.760] the second floor of a two-story building.
[01:41:12.760 --> 01:41:16.680] If we understand that they're two different money systems and with each comes a set of
[01:41:16.680 --> 01:41:23.760] rules, then we understand what we're dealing with on a federal level.
[01:41:23.760 --> 01:41:25.360] We can understand it.
[01:41:25.360 --> 01:41:32.480] We can begin to start to contemplate, oh, well, you know what, I don't feel like using
[01:41:32.480 --> 01:41:34.800] my license today.
[01:41:34.800 --> 01:41:38.840] That comes up all the time in the transportation code, and I go to that because it's a common
[01:41:38.840 --> 01:41:42.760] area of discussion with this audience.
[01:41:42.760 --> 01:41:48.200] So if we understand that we don't have to use the license when we're behind the wheel,
[01:41:48.200 --> 01:41:52.960] we don't have to say, we have a license, OK, we're fine, have a license, great, sometimes
[01:41:52.960 --> 01:41:55.600] I may want to use it.
[01:41:55.600 --> 01:41:56.600] It's Sunday.
[01:41:56.600 --> 01:41:58.040] I'm not using it.
[01:41:58.040 --> 01:42:03.880] I have my self-imposed blue laws, blue sky laws.
[01:42:03.880 --> 01:42:05.880] I'm not doing any work on Sunday.
[01:42:05.880 --> 01:42:06.880] OK?
[01:42:06.880 --> 01:42:08.800] I'm not using my license.
[01:42:08.800 --> 01:42:09.800] I'm traveling.
[01:42:09.800 --> 01:42:10.800] Where am I traveling?
[01:42:10.800 --> 01:42:13.680] I'm traveling to the Sunday morning meeting.
[01:42:13.680 --> 01:42:14.680] OK?
[01:42:14.680 --> 01:42:19.920] I'm traveling to lunch with my family, traveling to the normal family place for the meal during
[01:42:19.920 --> 01:42:20.920] the day.
[01:42:20.920 --> 01:42:22.720] We get 45 people together on Sundays.
[01:42:22.720 --> 01:42:23.720] I'm traveling there.
[01:42:23.720 --> 01:42:24.720] I'm not driving.
[01:42:24.720 --> 01:42:25.720] I'm traveling.
[01:42:25.720 --> 01:42:26.720] OK?
[01:42:26.720 --> 01:42:28.760] I've got a license from Monday through Saturday.
[01:42:28.760 --> 01:42:29.760] Sure do.
[01:42:29.760 --> 01:42:30.760] OK?
[01:42:30.760 --> 01:42:32.800] I'm not using it today.
[01:42:32.800 --> 01:42:35.680] I'm not engaging in commerce in this state.
[01:42:35.680 --> 01:42:36.680] Thank you.
[01:42:36.680 --> 01:42:38.080] Have a nice day.
[01:42:38.080 --> 01:42:39.080] OK.
[01:42:39.080 --> 01:42:45.760] So where the buyer and the seller in the weapons area understand the difference and study into
[01:42:45.760 --> 01:42:53.200] some more, then they can very competently defend themselves when the feds show up and
[01:42:53.200 --> 01:42:57.040] say we're going to regulate this transaction and we see a violation.
[01:42:57.040 --> 01:42:58.040] OK?
[01:42:58.040 --> 01:43:00.080] We can be real nice to them.
[01:43:00.080 --> 01:43:05.600] We can be real nice to them and we can say, well, we're going to have a choice of law
[01:43:05.600 --> 01:43:09.200] discussion about this, and if you want to, that's fine.
[01:43:09.200 --> 01:43:10.800] You take your paperwork to court.
[01:43:10.800 --> 01:43:11.800] We'll show up.
[01:43:11.800 --> 01:43:12.800] We'll be there with bells on.
[01:43:12.800 --> 01:43:13.800] We sure will.
[01:43:13.800 --> 01:43:16.240] And we're going to talk to the judge about choice of law.
[01:43:16.240 --> 01:43:20.440] We're going to say, Judge, they think they can regulate this transaction and we just
[01:43:20.440 --> 01:43:21.440] don't see it yet.
[01:43:21.440 --> 01:43:23.400] Now, you can set us straight.
[01:43:23.400 --> 01:43:27.120] You sure can, and we're going to listen to you on this point.
[01:43:27.120 --> 01:43:29.440] And if we disagree here, that's fine.
[01:43:29.440 --> 01:43:30.440] We've got the appellate court.
[01:43:30.440 --> 01:43:33.240] We'll go talk to them about it.
[01:43:33.240 --> 01:43:36.360] But this transaction ain't in dollars.
[01:43:36.360 --> 01:43:39.360] We don't see the connection.
[01:43:39.360 --> 01:43:40.360] Absolutely.
[01:43:40.360 --> 01:43:41.360] All right.

[01:46:40.080 --> 01:46:45.520] got Michael from Maryland, Michael what is your question or comment for Harman Taylor
[01:46:45.520 --> 01:46:46.520] tonight?
[01:46:46.520 --> 01:46:48.520] Good evening Deborah, good evening Harman.
[01:46:48.520 --> 01:46:51.520] Good evening, thanks for the call.
[01:46:51.520 --> 01:47:00.560] I'm sorry, as I understand it, Harman, I'm sorry, Bernard from Knothouse's primary objective
[01:47:00.560 --> 01:47:06.240] was bringing down the Federal Reserve or at least to complicate life for them.
[01:47:06.240 --> 01:47:12.160] And speaking of the banking system, there's three things that I understand that they do
[01:47:12.160 --> 01:47:17.600] that make our lives a misery, two of which we actually can control if we know what to
[01:47:17.600 --> 01:47:22.680] do and how to do it, one of them which we cannot control without actually a groundswell
[01:47:22.680 --> 01:47:29.760] of political pressure is fraction reserve banking, that one's a big tough ticket, I
[01:47:29.760 --> 01:47:32.160] hope you would both agree.
[01:47:32.160 --> 01:47:35.640] The second is something called velocity of money, and I won't get into that too much
[01:47:35.640 --> 01:47:40.520] except to say that the more that they move the money in and out, our money, in and out
[01:47:40.520 --> 01:47:46.160] of their system, it benefits them, it doesn't typically benefit us, it typically benefits
[01:47:46.160 --> 01:47:48.520] them a lot.
[01:47:48.520 --> 01:47:57.280] And the third thing that they do is they promote and encourage in various ways and forms the
[01:47:57.280 --> 01:48:02.120] investment or putting aside of substantial chunks of money into what they call qualified
[01:48:02.120 --> 01:48:04.360] savings plans.
[01:48:04.360 --> 01:48:11.560] Bottom line, you get punished, whacked really hard for trying to touch your money that gets
[01:48:11.560 --> 01:48:17.400] locked away for long periods of time with the incentive, the carrot of, you might say,
[01:48:17.400 --> 01:48:23.520] or the benefit of being tax preferred in some way or another, but yet they don't tell you
[01:48:23.520 --> 01:48:28.160] the reality, which is that you don't have any control over the tax rate that's going
[01:48:28.160 --> 01:48:34.200] to be in effect when you finally do get access to the money without penalty.
[01:48:34.200 --> 01:48:40.520] So I submit to you that I think we have a much better chance of making headway with
[01:48:40.520 --> 01:48:45.440] the Federal Reserve and bringing substantial pressure on them as more and more of us begin
[01:48:45.440 --> 01:48:48.200] to bank for ourselves.
[01:48:48.200 --> 01:48:52.480] I've been studying for the last two or three months now this concept of self-banking, which
[01:48:52.480 --> 01:48:56.200] is commonly referred out there as infinite banking.
[01:48:56.200 --> 01:49:00.040] It was so named by the gentleman who popularized it.
[01:49:00.040 --> 01:49:04.800] Bottom line is if you take a whole life policy, you can actually get cash value that you can
[01:49:04.800 --> 01:49:10.440] borrow against in a taxed advantage manner, and in fact, it can essentially be tax free.
[01:49:10.440 --> 01:49:15.320] And in so doing, you can recapture all the principal and interest on your car loans and
[01:49:15.320 --> 01:49:21.920] all these other things, and essentially, you end up doing grave, grave damage to the banking
[01:49:21.920 --> 01:49:24.800] industry as a whole, as well as Wall Street.
[01:49:24.800 --> 01:49:28.240] And I just thought I'd throw that out there in case neither of you have heard of it.
[01:49:28.240 --> 01:49:34.120] And I really think that it's a great fit, frankly, Debra, to solicit and to go out there
[01:49:34.120 --> 01:49:38.240] and pound the payments, so to speak, for sponsors for your show.
[01:49:38.240 --> 01:49:40.200] I mean, it's a grand fit.
[01:49:40.200 --> 01:49:45.320] I have studied that some, Michael, not at great length, but I've had the concept presented
[01:49:45.320 --> 01:49:54.280] to me, and basically, it sounded to me like you have to put in an amount of cash first,
[01:49:54.280 --> 01:49:59.840] and that's the whole problem, because there isn't, for most people, they're living on
[01:49:59.840 --> 01:50:03.280] debt as it is, as Michael Badnerich said last night.
[01:50:03.280 --> 01:50:08.080] People are using credit cards to buy groceries, and so to set up a system like what you're
[01:50:08.080 --> 01:50:12.120] talking about, you actually have to have a certain amount of Federal Reserve notes or
[01:50:12.120 --> 01:50:17.240] silver or gold that you would sell in exchange for some Federal Reserve notes to set up a
[01:50:17.240 --> 01:50:18.240] system like that.
[01:50:18.240 --> 01:50:19.240] That's my understanding.
[01:50:19.240 --> 01:50:23.160] And so it's something that people would have to work towards in order to be able to take
[01:50:23.160 --> 01:50:28.680] an insurance policy out on that and then borrow from themselves, so to speak, and most people
[01:50:28.680 --> 01:50:33.280] don't have the capital or the Federal Reserve notes in order to set themselves up like that.
[01:50:33.280 --> 01:50:38.960] That's the only problem with the system, and I wanted to put the ball in Harmon's court
[01:50:38.960 --> 01:50:39.960] on this.
[01:50:39.960 --> 01:50:45.000] It sounds to me, just in the tone of the previous discussion, the current discussion is that
[01:50:45.000 --> 01:50:50.200] by doing something like that, you're not really getting out of this state, because you're
[01:50:50.200 --> 01:50:51.800] still dealing with Federal Reserve notes.
[01:50:51.800 --> 01:50:53.800] Harmon, you want to comment?
[01:50:53.800 --> 01:51:04.800] Several, the mere mention of tax suggests the full inundation by the individual into
[01:51:04.800 --> 01:51:06.840] this state.
[01:51:06.840 --> 01:51:09.120] So it's OK to be there.
[01:51:09.120 --> 01:51:14.560] What we're talking about here on the dollar in distinguishing the two choices of law and
[01:51:14.560 --> 01:51:18.560] the two forms of money isn't something that everyone's going to be interested in jumping
[01:51:18.560 --> 01:51:19.560] up and doing.
[01:51:19.560 --> 01:51:30.280] But if we're dealing with tax stuff on the income tax level, sorry about that, if we're
[01:51:30.280 --> 01:51:35.600] dealing with the tax stuff, then we're inundated in this state.
[01:51:35.600 --> 01:51:40.760] So it's just a different perspective in game for that.
[01:51:40.760 --> 01:51:45.760] I also wanted to respond to the mention about whole life.
[01:51:45.760 --> 01:51:49.760] I grew up at the time when A.L. Williams was real big.
[01:51:49.760 --> 01:51:54.440] And I will never forget the experience and learning I got about the insurance industry
[01:51:54.440 --> 01:51:58.680] through the experience of studying those materials.
[01:51:58.680 --> 01:52:05.880] And so in general, I cringe at the concept of whole life just instantly.
[01:52:05.880 --> 01:52:12.040] The game that goes on there financially makes that probably one of the worst conceivable
[01:52:12.040 --> 01:52:19.920] investments ever come up with, and it's a pro-insurance company, anti-American investment
[01:52:19.920 --> 01:52:22.440] activity.
[01:52:22.440 --> 01:52:28.920] So if there's a different mechanism there that goes with term insurance, where you get
[01:52:28.920 --> 01:52:34.480] the term and you invest the difference, then at least that would be a little bit more sensible
[01:52:34.480 --> 01:52:36.560] for the American consumer.
[01:52:36.560 --> 01:52:41.440] There's nothing wrong with the concept of self-banking.
[01:52:41.440 --> 01:52:42.920] Nothing at all wrong with that.
[01:52:42.920 --> 01:52:50.520] I would never use this personal, I would never use a whole life policy to finance anything.
[01:52:50.520 --> 01:52:54.720] And that's just a soapbox there on that concept.
[01:52:54.720 --> 01:52:58.800] But yeah, you're right, the Fed's a problem.
[01:52:58.800 --> 01:53:05.640] And the answer, it's real simple to talk about, the answer to the Fed is to stop using their
[01:53:05.640 --> 01:53:06.640] money.
[01:53:06.640 --> 01:53:12.440] The answer to the Fed is to stop using the Federal Reserve notes.
[01:53:12.440 --> 01:53:21.000] With that comes their choice of law, and their choice of law, what keeps them in power.
[01:53:21.000 --> 01:53:22.400] That's my generic thought on it.
[01:53:22.400 --> 01:53:24.320] And that's kind of what I figured you would say.
[01:53:24.320 --> 01:53:30.280] Like I said, if you set yourself up in this way, you're still not getting yourself out
[01:53:30.280 --> 01:53:33.880] of this state, so to speak.
[01:53:33.880 --> 01:53:40.880] And I'll tell you, if I had any number of thousands of Federal Reserve notes, instead
[01:53:40.880 --> 01:53:48.280] of setting myself up for independent banking, I probably would go exchange that for some
[01:53:48.280 --> 01:53:53.240] physical silver and or gold at this point.
[01:53:53.240 --> 01:53:54.800] You're not restricted from buying silver.
[01:53:54.800 --> 01:53:58.360] You can buy silver with the gains you make, because you're recapturing principal and interest
[01:53:58.360 --> 01:53:59.360] on a car loan.
[01:53:59.360 --> 01:54:00.760] It's coming right back to your policy.
[01:54:00.760 --> 01:54:01.760] You're not giving it to the bank.
[01:54:01.760 --> 01:54:04.800] You're keeping it to yourself and earning guaranteed interest.
[01:54:04.800 --> 01:54:05.800] Let's get real.
[01:54:05.800 --> 01:54:08.800] I mean, how can you do that?
[01:54:08.800 --> 01:54:12.560] Well, of course, the interest is the banking game.
[01:54:12.560 --> 01:54:16.560] So I mean, what you're talking about, I'm sure, is attractive to a lot of people.
[01:54:16.560 --> 01:54:22.120] To go in the area of interest is to stay in this state.
[01:54:22.120 --> 01:54:26.200] Interest under the scriptural system, the law of the land system, has a different name.
[01:54:26.200 --> 01:54:27.200] It's called usury.
[01:54:27.200 --> 01:54:28.200] Usury.
[01:54:28.200 --> 01:54:35.640] Well, yeah, you know, when I was a young man, I had a choice to be a finance professional
[01:54:35.640 --> 01:54:36.640] or not.
[01:54:36.640 --> 01:54:40.200] And I chose Nazi for that very reason, because I'd just become a Christian.
[01:54:40.200 --> 01:54:43.080] And I decided that I didn't want to have anything to do with usury.
[01:54:43.080 --> 01:54:49.360] And I've just come to understand, in effect, usury is excessive interest.
[01:54:49.360 --> 01:54:50.520] That's my understanding of it.
[01:54:50.520 --> 01:54:54.320] But maybe there's a stronger biblical definition that I've just missed.
[01:54:54.320 --> 01:54:58.480] But as I understand it, biblically, the most appropriate definition would be excessive
[01:54:58.480 --> 01:54:59.640] interest, not just interest.
[01:54:59.640 --> 01:55:03.360] Because if you look at the parable that Jesus said to the man with the talents, he brought
[01:55:03.360 --> 01:55:04.360] him back the one talent.
[01:55:04.360 --> 01:55:09.760] He said, why didn't you take my talent and give it to the money changers, and I should
[01:55:09.760 --> 01:55:12.560] have my own with interest or with more?
[01:55:12.560 --> 01:55:20.760] So to me, I don't come away with the understanding that interest is, by definition, usury, but
[01:55:20.760 --> 01:55:23.880] rather that usury is excessive interest, where you're gouging people.
[01:55:23.880 --> 01:55:26.320] And of course, we know the banksters are doing that.
[01:55:26.320 --> 01:55:31.720] Well, we can talk about a script, or, yeah, that's a great analogy.
[01:55:31.720 --> 01:55:38.840] The concept about interest from days of old is that thou shalt not charge thy brother
[01:55:38.840 --> 01:55:40.720] interest.
[01:55:40.720 --> 01:55:43.320] Interest is what's charged to foreigners.
[01:55:43.320 --> 01:55:48.000] So where the money changers would lend to foreigners, yeah, there would be increase
[01:55:48.000 --> 01:55:49.000] there.
[01:55:49.000 --> 01:55:53.400] But at any rate, at any rate, more than I appreciate your call, yeah, I think we're
[01:55:53.400 --> 01:55:58.520] all on the same page about the problem with the Fed.
[01:55:58.520 --> 01:56:04.720] And it's simply a matter of understanding where they function, which is in this state.
[01:56:04.720 --> 01:56:08.400] And where we understand they function in this state and where we understand that dollar
[01:56:08.400 --> 01:56:15.000] exists in this state, then we've got a different understanding about some solutions.
[01:56:15.000 --> 01:56:16.640] You've got a solution.
[01:56:16.640 --> 01:56:18.920] It's largely in this state based.
[01:56:18.920 --> 01:56:25.040] It doesn't necessarily mean it's totally unworkable.
[01:56:25.040 --> 01:56:31.120] It's a little different from what we're talking about here on understanding choice of law.
[01:56:31.120 --> 01:56:38.360] But yeah, there'll be all kinds of things that have to occur in this state transitionally
[01:56:38.360 --> 01:56:43.800] between where we are now and where we'd like to be, which is totally out of this state.
[01:56:43.800 --> 01:56:46.120] We were totally out of this state before 1965.
[01:56:46.120 --> 01:56:49.320] Nice to be back there.
[01:56:49.320 --> 01:56:51.200] I have a question.
[01:56:51.200 --> 01:57:01.480] Are you saying that if we engage in barter, in personal trade, one person to another,
[01:57:01.480 --> 01:57:05.360] that keeps us out of this state?
[01:57:05.360 --> 01:57:07.360] Typically.
[01:57:07.360 --> 01:57:08.360] It depends.
[01:57:08.360 --> 01:57:20.360] If we're bartering over a unit of the measure called dollar, then I'd say we've got an issue.
[01:57:20.360 --> 01:57:23.400] There's several other things that go into choice of law.
[01:57:23.400 --> 01:57:29.800] But presume all of those away, presume all of those satisfied, if what remains is a barter
[01:57:29.800 --> 01:57:42.120] exchange or activity for hard assets one way or another, then yeah, it should be the case
[01:57:42.120 --> 01:57:44.960] that the transaction would happen outside of this state.
[01:57:44.960 --> 01:57:50.840] Now while I say that, we've got this income tax context.
[01:57:50.840 --> 01:57:55.200] And so what we just talked about there isn't going to do any good for taxpayer.
[01:57:55.200 --> 01:58:10.240] Right, but if I decide not to accept in trade legal tender, am I stepping on the legal tender
[01:58:10.240 --> 01:58:18.600] laws because this is not exactly accepting Federal Reserve notes for debt or legal tender
[01:58:18.600 --> 01:58:20.360] for debt.
[01:58:20.360 --> 01:58:25.880] If I'm doing trade, then this is not a debt situation.
[01:58:25.880 --> 01:58:31.760] Am I in a position to where, for instance, in the business I'm doing, I say I don't want
[01:58:31.760 --> 01:58:32.760] your money.
[01:58:32.760 --> 01:58:37.880] I only want gold or silver.
[01:58:37.880 --> 01:58:44.680] Does that put me outside this state?
[01:58:44.680 --> 01:58:49.440] As a place to start, as a presumption, yes.
[01:58:49.440 --> 01:58:52.840] Okay listen, we're going to have to finish up on the other side, we're at the top of
[01:58:52.840 --> 01:58:53.840] the hour break.
[01:58:53.840 --> 01:58:56.520] Harmon, hold that thought, we'll finish answering that question on the other side.
[01:58:56.520 --> 01:59:00.080] Ray, John, Roger, we see you, we'll be right back.
[01:59:00.080 --> 01:59:05.520] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, yet countless readers are frustrated
[01:59:05.520 --> 01:59:08.320] because they struggle to understand it.
[01:59:08.320 --> 01:59:13.720] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, but in the process can compromise
[01:59:13.720 --> 01:59:16.960] the profound meaning of the scripture.
[01:59:16.960 --> 01:59:19.360] Enter the recovery version.
[01:59:19.360 --> 01:59:24.200] Perhaps this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate, but the real story
[01:59:24.200 --> 01:59:28.400] is the more than 9,000 explanatory footnotes.
[01:59:28.400 --> 01:59:33.400] Difficult and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way, providing an entrance
[01:59:33.400 --> 01:59:38.120] into the riches of the word beyond which you've ever experienced before.
