[00:00.000 --> 00:04.800] This news brief brought to you by the International News Net.
[00:04.800 --> 00:09.900] The Wall Street Journal said Thursday the Obama administration has created a new policy
[00:09.900 --> 00:14.900] that allows investigators to waive Miranda rights for domestic terror suspects, even
[00:14.900 --> 00:17.100] when there is no, quote, immediate threat.
[00:17.100 --> 00:22.740] The rule was revealed by an FBI memorandum that said in exceptional cases, investigators
[00:22.740 --> 00:27.660] can hold suspects without informing them of their rights.
[00:27.660 --> 00:33.400] Ivory Coast President-elect Alessandre Ouattara asked the UN this week to provide legitimate
[00:33.400 --> 00:38.480] force to protect civilians, however, Ivory Coast is unlikely to be heard.
[00:38.480 --> 00:44.520] More than 400 people have died and 400,000 have fled since President Laurent Gbagbo refused
[00:44.520 --> 00:48.400] to step down after losing the November 28 election.
[00:48.400 --> 00:55.320] At that time, all 15 nations in West Africa's economic union swore to stage a military intervention
[00:55.320 --> 00:58.880] to dislodge Gbagbo from power.
[00:58.880 --> 01:03.960] Amnesty International said Wednesday female protesters in Cairo's Tahrir Square were
[01:03.960 --> 01:07.600] rounded up by the Egyptian military and tortured recently.
[01:07.600 --> 01:12.640] Eighteen women said they were subjected to a virginity test while soldiers looked on
[01:12.640 --> 01:13.640]  and took pictures.
[01:13.640 --> 01:19.240] The women were first detained at a military prison, then inside the Cairo Museum.
[01:19.240 --> 01:25.440] One woman who failed the test was signaled out for the most intense abuse.
[01:25.440 --> 01:30.920] Main Governor Paul LePage has ordered the removal of a 36-foot mural depicting the state's
[01:30.920 --> 01:34.400] labor history from the lobby of its Department of Labor.
[01:34.400 --> 01:39.960] Worker advocates described the move as mean-spirited provocation during the administration's standoff
[01:39.960 --> 01:40.960]  with unions.
[01:40.960 --> 01:46.160] In recent weeks, labor groups have gathered at the State House protesting LePage's budget,
[01:46.160 --> 01:50.920] which proposes cuts in retirement benefits for unionized state workers and teachers.
[01:50.920 --> 01:57.280] LePage also said the state will pursue right-to-work legislation designed to destroy unions by
[01:57.280 --> 01:59.040]  bleeding their finances.
[01:59.040 --> 02:05.560] LePage spokesman Dan Demerit said the administration felt the murals showed one-sided decor, not
[02:05.560 --> 02:10.160]  in keeping with the department's pro-business goals.
[02:10.160 --> 02:14.540] Six Libyan villages were reported shot and wounded Wednesday by U.S. soldiers coming
[02:14.540 --> 02:19.280]  to rescue U.S. pilots whose plane crash-landed during a bombing mission.
[02:19.280 --> 02:24.840] A U.S. helicopter strafed the ground as it landed outside Benghazi beside the downed
[02:24.840 --> 02:25.840]  F-15 Eagle.
[02:25.840 --> 02:31.480] A small group of locals who had come to greet the pilot were reportedly hit by U.S. gunfire.
[02:31.480 --> 02:35.880] Among them was a young boy who may have had to have a leg amputated.
[02:35.880 --> 02:41.880] A total of 159 Tomahawk missiles have been fired by the U.S. and the U.K. since the mission
[02:41.880 --> 02:47.440] began last Saturday, despite the imposition of the no-fly zone, forces loyal to Muammar
[02:47.440 --> 02:50.440] Gaddafi continue to battle eastwards Thursday.
[02:50.440 --> 02:55.440] For more details on these stories, visit www.inmworldrecord.net.
[02:55.440 --> 03:08.440] You are listening to the Rule of Law Radio Network at ruleoflawradio.com, live free speech
[03:08.440 --> 03:15.440] talk radio at its best.
[03:38.440 --> 03:45.440] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do, whatcha gonna do when they come for you, bad boys,
[03:45.440 --> 03:50.440] bad boys, whatcha gonna do, whatcha gonna do when they come for you.
[03:50.440 --> 03:59.440] When you were eight and you had bad dreams, you'd go to school and learn the golden rule,
[03:59.440 --> 04:04.440] so why are you acting like a bloody fool?
[04:04.440 --> 04:09.440] All right, bad boys, bad boys, if you get hot, you must get cool.
[04:09.440 --> 04:15.440] We're here to cool you off right here on Rule of Law Radio, ruleoflawradio.com.
[04:15.440 --> 04:17.440] My name is Deborah Stevens.
[04:17.440 --> 04:21.440] I am here with my very esteemed co-host and guest tonight.
[04:21.440 --> 04:26.440] We've got Randy Kelton and Eddie Craig, and tonight our guest is Steven Rogers.
[04:26.440 --> 04:30.440] Before we go to our guest, I just wanted to make the announcement that I'm sure everyone
[04:30.440 --> 04:38.440] is waiting to hear the report from the committee hearing, the Committee of Criminal Jurisprudence
[04:38.440 --> 04:44.440] up at the Capitol, which was on Tuesday night, and I will be making a full report on that probably
[04:44.440 --> 04:45.440]  next week.
[04:45.440 --> 04:50.440] I'm gonna play some clips of some testimonies, and the committee meeting did go very well
[04:50.440 --> 04:55.440] regarding the hearing on the House Bill 1937, so I'll be talking about that a little bit later
[04:55.440 --> 04:57.440] in the show, just a brief overview.
[04:57.440 --> 05:00.440] I'll give that later, and then a full report next week.
[05:00.440 --> 05:05.440] And right now, we are going to take a little bit of a break from discussing legal issues
[05:05.440 --> 05:15.440] and law and get to some health issues because of the recent Japan disaster, total catastrophe,
[05:15.440 --> 05:17.440]  especially as of late.
[05:17.440 --> 05:20.440] It's looking like they're having complete meltdowns over there, and the media is not
[05:20.440 --> 05:21.440]  reporting it.
[05:21.440 --> 05:24.440]  There's just a very small amount of information that's leaking out.
[05:24.440 --> 05:28.440] If you really want to know what's going on, you need to be checking on Infowars.com,
[05:28.440 --> 05:35.440] PrisonPlanet.com, and some other sites that are giving people real information,
[05:35.440 --> 05:37.440]  absolute real information.
[05:37.440 --> 05:44.440] So what's been occurring to me lately, and Stephen's gonna expound on this, is that basically
[05:44.440 --> 05:51.440] here in the US, we're not going to need to take the emergency levels of potassium iodide
[05:51.440 --> 05:58.440] and potassium iodate unless you live right near a nuclear reactor and it happens to melt
[05:58.440 --> 06:00.440]  down or have a serious problem.
[06:00.440 --> 06:04.440] We're not gonna need to take the emergency levels of potassium iodide or iodate for what
[06:04.440 --> 06:05.440]  happened in Japan.
[06:05.440 --> 06:06.440]  That's my understanding.
[06:06.440 --> 06:13.440] However, it is spewing exorbitant amounts of dangerous radioactive particles into the
[06:13.440 --> 06:18.440] atmosphere, and this is something that we should be aware of that we need to protect
[06:18.440 --> 06:21.440] ourselves from on an ongoing basis.
[06:21.440 --> 06:27.440] What I would like to start off by reading a little bit here from a post that was made
[06:27.440 --> 06:33.440] by Washington's blog on March 18th, where the author cited the Journal of Clinical
[06:33.440 --> 06:39.440] Biochemical Nutrition, which posted an article in 2007 saying, and this is from the Journal
[06:39.440 --> 06:45.440] of Clinical Biochemical Nutrition saying, the results obtained from in vitro and in
[06:45.440 --> 06:52.440] vivo studies indicate that several botanicals such as, and then there's a list, protect
[06:52.440 --> 06:59.440] against radiation-induced lethality, lipid peroxidation, and DNA damage.
[06:59.440 --> 07:05.440] Many inexpensive foods have protective properties against radiation, including garlic, foods
[07:05.440 --> 07:14.440] rich in beta-carotene, ginger, curcumin, miso, vitamin D3, American ginseng, rhodiola, holy
[07:14.440 --> 07:24.440] basil, spirulina, ginkgo bilboa, tomato extract, reishi mushrooms, cordyceps mushroom, magnesium
[07:24.440 --> 07:30.440] pimaline, sesamol, which is an extract from sesame seeds, melatonin applied to the skin,
[07:30.440 --> 07:39.440] thiol, which is from a family of antioxidants such as glutathione and thioproline, beta-glucan,
[07:39.440 --> 07:46.440] which is a yeast derivative, and other herbs such as aloe and nigella sativa and some others.
[07:46.440 --> 07:49.440] Now, I want to finish reading the end of the article.
[07:49.440 --> 07:52.440] And this is a very important note here, a disclaimer.
[07:52.440 --> 07:57.440] Just because herbs are, quote, natural does not mean they can be swallowed in large doses
[07:57.440 --> 07:58.440]  without side effects.
[07:58.440 --> 08:01.440] Herbs can have powerful effects just like medicine.
[08:01.440 --> 08:02.440] I'm going to break from the article.
[08:02.440 --> 08:04.440]  They are medicine, okay?
[08:04.440 --> 08:10.440] And as such, you should treat them with respect and study proper dosage and potential side
[08:10.440 --> 08:11.440]  effects before taking them.
[08:11.440 --> 08:17.440] Disclaimer, I am not a doctor or health professional, and this should not be taken as medical advice.
[08:17.440 --> 08:22.440] Nothing contained herein is intended to diagnose or treat any condition.
[08:22.440 --> 08:27.440] You should consult your doctor before making any decisions about whether or not to take
[08:27.440 --> 08:31.440] any of the foods, herbs, supplements, or substances mentioned therein.
[08:31.440 --> 08:33.440] Okay, that's the end of the article.
[08:33.440 --> 08:38.440] Everything I just read you just now was a direct quote from this article, except my
[08:38.440 --> 08:42.440] one interjection saying that herbs are medicine.
[08:42.440 --> 08:47.440] And in fact, in the East, folks consider food as medicine.
[08:47.440 --> 08:53.440] Now, as I was studying this article, I took out my can of chintrician, and I compared
[08:53.440 --> 08:59.440] the list of ingredients in chintrician to the list in this article.
[08:59.440 --> 09:07.440] And I happened to notice that many of the ingredients in chintrician are on this list,
[09:07.440 --> 09:08.440]  and I was very pleased.
[09:08.440 --> 09:14.440] And so I wanted to get Stephen Rogers to come on and discuss chintrician in general and
[09:14.440 --> 09:20.440] basically what we can do to protect ourselves against radiation and the ingredients in his
[09:20.440 --> 09:21.440]  product.
[09:21.440 --> 09:23.440] Stephen, thank you, and welcome to the show.
[09:23.440 --> 09:25.440] Well, thanks for having me on, guys.
[09:25.440 --> 09:30.440] It's a pleasure to be on The Rule of Law and a pleasure to be on tonight to talk about
[09:30.440 --> 09:32.440] some of the things that can help some of the people out there.
[09:32.440 --> 09:37.440] They're probably scared to death with all the confusing information going on out there.
[09:37.440 --> 09:39.440]  Absolutely.
[09:39.440 --> 09:40.440]  You're right.
[09:40.440 --> 09:47.440] We do have a lot of stuff in chintrician that will help radiate or chelate a lot of toxins
[09:47.440 --> 09:54.440] out of the body, namely heavy metals and radioactive stuff that we're talking about tonight.
[09:54.440 --> 09:59.440] I also want to second that article that this in no way is medically advised to treat, diagnose,
[09:59.440 --> 10:00.440]  or prevent anything.
[10:00.440 --> 10:02.440] You need to speak with your primary care physician.
[10:02.440 --> 10:04.440] Do your due diligence, folks.
[10:04.440 --> 10:09.440] I'm just going to give you some educational material here that you can chew on a little
[10:09.440 --> 10:10.440]  bit.
[10:10.440 --> 10:15.440] The thing that we need to be thinking about with, and we need to be thinking about this
[10:15.440 --> 10:21.440] every day, folks, if you've got a pen really handy here, I want all of your listeners to
[10:21.440 --> 10:22.440]  write this down.
[10:22.440 --> 10:25.440] You can write this down too, Deborah and Randy.
[10:25.440 --> 10:32.440] If you go to YouTube, the title is Nuclear Detonation Timeline, 1945 to 1998.
[10:32.440 --> 10:33.440]  Now, it's funny.
[10:33.440 --> 10:38.440] We're all freaking out about these reactors melting down or possibly melting down.
[10:38.440 --> 10:43.440] As far as I know, it's just they're releasing radioactive steam right now, which is still
[10:43.440 --> 10:46.440] going to be problematic, especially for the people in Japan.
[10:46.440 --> 10:51.440] It eventually could be problematic here because they said that could go on for up to a month
[10:51.440 --> 10:52.440]  and even years.
[10:52.440 --> 10:56.440] If that does, that eventually is going to get here to some extent.
[10:56.440 --> 11:00.440] The thing we really need to be thinking about is how many times they've detonated or tested
[11:00.440 --> 11:04.440] nuclear devices around the world in the last 50 years.
[11:04.440 --> 11:09.440] You don't have to be a rocket scientist to do this, but you can look at the timeline when
[11:09.440 --> 11:13.440] they started to do that and look at the different types of cancers that have come on the scene
[11:13.440 --> 11:20.440] since the late 40s and how cancer is prevalent in just about every culture on the planet
[11:20.440 --> 11:22.440] now with cultures that didn't have it before.
[11:22.440 --> 11:30.440] The only thing that I can find that from that time that came on the scene and that sharp
[11:30.440 --> 11:33.440] increase in the incidence of cancers, of course, nuclear testing.
[11:33.440 --> 11:35.440]  We've tested thousands.
[11:35.440 --> 11:36.440]  What does that mean?
[11:36.440 --> 11:42.440] That means there's a heck of a lot of radioactive material that's sitting all over this planet.
[11:42.440 --> 11:46.440] Now, people say, well, that's been 50 years and they're not testing as much now.
[11:46.440 --> 11:52.440] Well, what people don't understand is they're all freaking out over radioactive iodide,
[11:52.440 --> 11:53.440]  and that's bad.
[11:53.440 --> 12:02.440] I mean, that's tough on the thyroid if it gets in it, but there's a whole lot more to
[12:02.440 --> 12:03.440]  radiation poisoning.
[12:03.440 --> 12:09.440] There's a whole lot more or many more radioactive isotopes out there than just that one, and
[12:09.440 --> 12:12.440] some of those have a half-life of billions of years.
[12:12.440 --> 12:19.440] I mean, this stuff is on this planet way beyond us, our children, our grandchildren, so we
[12:19.440 --> 12:22.440] need to be thinking about what we can do every day.
[12:22.440 --> 12:28.440] Low-cost, high-nutrient dense foods are our best bet for chelating this stuff out of our
[12:28.440 --> 12:30.440] bodies each and every day.
[12:30.440 --> 12:32.440]  I'm going to give you a list of things.
[12:32.440 --> 12:36.440] Many of them you've probably already heard and some of them you haven't heard, and if
[12:36.440 --> 12:41.440] you have a chance, I'll give you a few seconds here to get a pen and a piece of paper so
[12:41.440 --> 12:43.440] you can write them down.
[12:43.440 --> 12:48.440] The one thing that we all have in our refrigerator that we can use right now that can help to
[12:48.440 --> 12:55.440] cleanse our system out and help cleanse the kidneys out, especially with uranium, is sodium
[12:55.440 --> 12:56.440]  bicarbonate.
[12:56.440 --> 12:59.440] Now, sodium bicarbonate is a nice word for baking soda.
[12:59.440 --> 13:03.440] Now, you want to make sure that you have the baking soda that doesn't have the excess
[13:03.440 --> 13:07.440] aluminum in it, so you can get organic or all-natural baking soda.
[13:07.440 --> 13:15.440] And, again, something that you can do every other day, every week, the iodine, potassium
[13:15.440 --> 13:17.440]  iodine tablets are great.
[13:17.440 --> 13:24.440] They're great if you have acute contamination, and it's imminent that that's going to happen,
[13:24.440 --> 13:30.440] and you want to take it within 24 hours, and from what I can tell right now, we're not
[13:30.440 --> 13:31.440]  facing that.
[13:31.440 --> 13:34.440] But it is possible one of these reactors could melt down.
[13:34.440 --> 13:37.440] We would be facing that, and then you want to be able to take it.
[13:37.440 --> 13:40.440] It'll last for 24 hours, and then you're going to have to take another dose.
[13:40.440 --> 13:45.440] Now, I have a problem with potassium iodine because people tend to overdo it.
[13:45.440 --> 13:46.440]  They freak out.
[13:46.440 --> 13:49.440] So there's other things that I'm going to give you in a list that you can take every
[13:49.440 --> 13:54.440] day that are natural plant sources that will give you the same effect.
[13:54.440 --> 13:55.440]  Now, glutathione.
[13:55.440 --> 13:58.440] Glutathione is big on the scene right now as an antioxidant.
[13:58.440 --> 14:02.440] It's naturally occurring in every cell, and there's a lot of different supplements out
[14:02.440 --> 14:07.440] there, none of which I sell, that you can buy, and glutathione is really good for chelating
[14:07.440 --> 14:12.440] to some of this stuff, which is building up your overall immune system, because it's not
[14:12.440 --> 14:13.440]  radiation that kills us.
[14:13.440 --> 14:16.440] It's the after effects of what radiation does to our body.
[14:16.440 --> 14:24.440] A very good friend of mine wrote a very extensive book on the negative effects of nuclear power
[14:24.440 --> 14:30.440] and nuclear poisoning to the general global community, and one of the things he points
[14:30.440 --> 14:34.440] out is if a nuclear bomb was detonated, most of us would live.
[14:34.440 --> 14:37.440] It's the aftermath of the nuclear poisoning that gets us.
[14:37.440 --> 14:40.440]  It's not the initial blast.
[14:40.440 --> 14:46.440] What glutathione does is it helps the body to strengthen the overall immune system, and
[14:46.440 --> 14:51.440] you can look at people with cancer patients or people with autoimmune deficiencies and
[14:51.440 --> 14:55.440] stuff like this, and the glutathione that's naturally occurring in their body is almost
[14:55.440 --> 14:56.440]  non-existent in their body.
[14:56.440 --> 15:05.440] Now, here's some foods that glutathione occurs naturally in, avocados, watermelon, walnuts,
[15:05.440 --> 15:08.440]  asparagus, and broccoli.
[15:08.440 --> 15:12.440] Now, another great thing, and I take a spoonful of it every day.
[15:12.440 --> 15:16.440] I don't like the taste of it, but I take a spoonful of it because I find it's the easiest
[15:16.440 --> 15:20.440] thing to get in and the quickest, red miso paste.
[15:20.440 --> 15:24.440] This is fermented soy, organic.
[15:24.440 --> 15:29.440] You want to get red miso paste with the fermented soy, organic.
[15:29.440 --> 15:33.440] I don't put it in the soup because the soup tends to be too hot, and it'll kill the active
[15:33.440 --> 15:39.440] enzyme that chelates to the heavy metals or to the radioactive isotopes.
[15:39.440 --> 15:43.440] Now, this gained a lot of fame, and you might already know this, and some of your listeners
[15:43.440 --> 15:51.440] might already know this, that the story goes, one of the initial blasts in Nagasaki, there
[15:51.440 --> 15:54.440] were two hospitals equal distance from the blast.
[15:54.440 --> 15:59.440] I don't have much truth to the equal distance part, but the story goes that one of the head
[15:59.440 --> 16:04.440] doctors in one of the hospitals had a wherewithal to start feeding people red miso paste or
[16:04.440 --> 16:08.440] miso soup along with nori sheets or seaweed.
[16:08.440 --> 16:10.440]  The other hospital didn't do that.
[16:10.440 --> 16:13.440] Almost everyone died in the hospital that didn't do it.
[16:13.440 --> 16:16.440] In the hospital that did do it, almost everyone lived.
[16:16.440 --> 16:20.440] What we know now, along with red miso paste and that active enzyme that chelates to radioactive
[16:20.440 --> 16:25.440] isotopes, we also know that nori or seaweed does the same thing.
[16:25.440 --> 16:26.440]  Why?
[16:26.440 --> 16:33.440] Nori and all the different seaweed are full of the trace minerals that we need for daily
[16:33.440 --> 16:40.440] activities and functions of the body, but they also move radioactive materials from
[16:40.440 --> 16:41.440]  the body.
[16:41.440 --> 16:42.440]  Yes, absolutely.
[16:42.440 --> 16:46.440] I just wanted to make a quick comment about the miso, even though it is a soy product,
[16:46.440 --> 16:53.440] fermented soy products such as miso and soy sauce, the fermentation process removes the
[16:53.440 --> 16:56.440] phytoestrogens, so you don't have to worry about that.
[16:56.440 --> 16:58.440] Make sure you get organic and non-GMO.
[16:58.440 --> 17:00.440]  We'll be right back.
[17:00.440 --> 17:05.440] Capital Coin and Bullion is your local source for rare coins, precious metals, and coin
[17:05.440 --> 17:07.440] supplies in the Austin metro area.

[18:00.440 --> 18:05.440] Are you being harassed by debt collectors with phone calls, letters, or even losses?
[18:05.440 --> 18:09.440] Stop debt collectors now with the Michael Mears Proven Method.
[18:09.440 --> 18:13.440] Michael Mears has won six cases in federal court against debt collectors, and now you
[18:13.440 --> 18:14.440]  can win too.
[18:14.440 --> 18:19.440] You'll get step-by-step instructions in flaying English on how to win in court using federal
[18:19.440 --> 18:24.440] civil rights statutes, what to do when contacted by phones, mail, or court summons, how to
[18:24.440 --> 18:28.440] answer letters and phone calls, how to get debt collectors out of your credit report,
[18:28.440 --> 18:33.440] how to turn the financial tables on them and make them pay you to go away.
[18:33.440 --> 18:38.440] The Michael Mears Proven Method is the solution for how to stop debt collectors.
[18:38.440 --> 18:40.440] Personal consultation is available as well.
[18:40.440 --> 18:46.440] For more information, please visit ruleoflawradio.com and click on the blue Michael Mears banner
[18:46.440 --> 18:49.440]  or email michaelmears at yahoo.com.
[18:49.440 --> 18:58.440]  That's ruleoflawradio.com or email m-i-c-h-a-e-l-m-i-r-r-a-f at yahoo.com to learn how to stop debt
[18:58.440 --> 19:03.440]  collectors now.
[19:28.440 --> 19:35.440] Okay, they don't have the answers, but hopefully we do here at ruleoflawradio.com.
[19:35.440 --> 19:40.440] All right, we're with our very special guest, Stephen Rogers, who is the creator of the
[19:40.440 --> 19:42.440]  Centrition product, excellent product.
[19:42.440 --> 19:48.440] I take it every day, and if I can, sometimes I run out and I have to order more real quick.
[19:48.440 --> 19:54.440] But anyway, I finally got on a monthly regular ordering schedule with Stephen, and I highly
[19:54.440 --> 20:01.440] recommend folks getting on the monthly, some type of regular monthly ordering special with
[20:01.440 --> 20:06.440] Stephen, because what has happened with me is that, you know, I'll order a big bunch
[20:06.440 --> 20:10.440] of it from Stephen, and then I run out before I get a chance to order more, and then I go
[20:10.440 --> 20:14.440] down to Brave New Books and they don't have any, you know, people's pharmacy, and they're
[20:14.440 --> 20:16.440] out, and then I have to wait.
[20:16.440 --> 20:21.440] So folks, just get on the regular ordering special with Stephen, and Stephen is going
[20:21.440 --> 20:25.440] to give us some specials in just a moment for the listeners, but I wanted to finish
[20:25.440 --> 20:29.440] up, before I hand the conversation back to Stephen, I wanted to finish up talking about
[20:29.440 --> 20:35.440] soy for a moment, because everybody's down on soy right now, and for good reason, because
[20:35.440 --> 20:41.440] of the phytoestrogens and the risk of cancer, especially for women and low testosterone
[20:41.440 --> 20:42.440]  count.
[20:42.440 --> 20:46.440] I mean, it's been, there are legitimate medical studies that show that three servings of soy
[20:46.440 --> 20:49.440] per week will cut a man's sperm count in half.
[20:49.440 --> 20:51.440] That is legitimate medical studies.
[20:51.440 --> 20:53.440] That was just recently released.
[20:53.440 --> 20:56.440] However, I want to clarify here regarding those studies.
[20:56.440 --> 21:00.440] We're talking about soy that has not been fermented.
[21:00.440 --> 21:06.440] See, traditionally, soy was never used, was never used for consumption by humans.
[21:06.440 --> 21:12.440] It's always been animal fodder, unless, unless it's a fermented soy product.
[21:12.440 --> 21:19.440] Tofu, traditionally, is a fermented product, but now it's become popular, and people try
[21:19.440 --> 21:24.440] to make it cheap, and they don't ferment it, and so now there's all the phytoestrogens
[21:24.440 --> 21:25.440]  in the tofu.
[21:25.440 --> 21:28.440] If you're going to eat tofu, folks, make sure it's the real thing and that it's fermented.
[21:28.440 --> 21:30.440]  Soy sauce is fermented.
[21:30.440 --> 21:32.440]  Miso is fermented.
[21:32.440 --> 21:37.440] The fermentation process removes the phytoestrogens, so it's okay to eat the soy products that
[21:37.440 --> 21:45.440] are fermented properly and make sure it's non-GMO and organic, and then it's okay to
[21:45.440 --> 21:47.440] take in soy in that manner.
[21:47.440 --> 21:51.440] So I wanted to clarify that so that everybody doesn't go, oh, no, I can't eat miso with
[21:51.440 --> 21:52.440]  soy.
[21:52.440 --> 21:55.440] Okay, but again, you know, everything in moderation.
[21:55.440 --> 21:59.440] We had some miso soup the other night, and I hadn't had any for a long time, and it made
[21:59.440 --> 22:04.440] me kind of feel, I don't know, I wouldn't say weird, but it was having an effect, that's
[22:04.440 --> 22:05.440]  for sure.
[22:05.440 --> 22:07.440]  I don't know what effect it was.
[22:07.440 --> 22:10.440] Hopefully it was good, but we did have some miso soup, and I know it was doing something
[22:10.440 --> 22:14.440] to me, hopefully detoxing, and I also wanted to make another comment about the radioactive
[22:14.440 --> 22:15.440]  particles.
[22:15.440 --> 22:22.440] Now, folks who didn't hear, Alice Jones' interview with Chris Busby from Liverpool
[22:22.440 --> 22:23.440]  University.
[22:23.440 --> 22:27.440] He has the Department of Human Anatomy and Cell Biology.
[22:27.440 --> 22:32.440] He also advises the government on radiation problems and radiation therapy.
[22:32.440 --> 22:38.440] This was an excellent interview with Chris Busby, Professor Chris Busby on Alice Jones'
[22:38.440 --> 22:39.440]  show.
[22:39.440 --> 22:40.440] This was sometime last week.
[22:40.440 --> 22:41.440]  I forgot the day.
[22:41.440 --> 22:42.440] You can look it up on Infowars.
[22:42.440 --> 22:47.440] He was saying that the deal with radiation and Geiger counters and stuff is that the
[22:47.440 --> 22:50.440] Geiger counters mainly measure background radiation.
[22:50.440 --> 22:56.440] Now, when it comes to the problems that people are having with these cancers from radioactive
[22:56.440 --> 22:58.440]  particles, that's not background radiation, folks.
[22:58.440 --> 23:05.440] These are radioactive particles that you take into your system, either by breathing or consuming
[23:05.440 --> 23:08.440] them once they get into foods and stuff like that.
[23:08.440 --> 23:12.440] A lot of times, Geiger counters will not pick up these radioactive particles unless one
[23:12.440 --> 23:17.440] of them actually happens to land on the Geiger counter, especially if it's a particle that
[23:17.440 --> 23:23.440] only emits alpha, that's an alpha emitter, which can be stopped by a piece of paper.
[23:23.440 --> 23:26.440]  There's different types of radioactive particles.
[23:26.440 --> 23:31.440] Some emit alpha radiation, some emit beta, some emit gamma.
[23:31.440 --> 23:35.440] Generally, the Geiger counters only pick up the gamma radiation, but some Geiger counters
[23:35.440 --> 23:39.440] do pick up all of the different particles, but still that just measures the background
[23:39.440 --> 23:42.440] radiation levels, not actual particles.
[23:42.440 --> 23:48.440] If you consume these particles in some manner or if you breathe them in, once you get them
[23:48.440 --> 23:53.440] into your system, that's when the damage starts to get done.
[23:53.440 --> 24:00.440] That's why all of us need to be, I believe, on some kind of constant detox and chelation
[24:00.440 --> 24:05.440] therapy to a certain degree to flush these particles out of our system so that we don't
[24:05.440 --> 24:07.440]  come down with cancers.
[24:07.440 --> 24:12.440] I just wanted to mention that and then I'm going to turn the floor back over to Stephen
[24:12.440 --> 24:13.440]  now.
[24:13.440 --> 24:17.440] Stephen, maybe you can comment on some of the things I said and also mention what your
[24:17.440 --> 24:19.440] special is for our listeners.
[24:19.440 --> 24:20.440]  Yes, exactly.
[24:20.440 --> 24:24.440] I'm glad you said that about the particles and how they sit in the cells because that's
[24:24.440 --> 24:27.440] what I'm really concerned with and I want people to understand.
[24:27.440 --> 24:31.440] You can pick these up anywhere and you can get one particle that's in one cell.
[24:31.440 --> 24:33.440]  I want you to imagine an x-ray machine.
[24:33.440 --> 24:37.440] When you go to get an x-ray, what does the doctor or physician or the radiologist usually
[24:37.440 --> 24:39.440]  do when they're taking the x-ray?
[24:39.440 --> 24:44.440] They hide behind a wall and conceal them and put them in a place of safety away from that
[24:44.440 --> 24:45.440]  radiation.
[24:45.440 --> 24:50.440]  Now, you're getting that x-ray and that's a small amount of radiation, but it's still
[24:50.440 --> 24:52.440] radiating through you and towards you.
[24:52.440 --> 24:56.440] Now, there's all kinds of ways that we can get radioactive material, not just through
[24:56.440 --> 24:59.440]  x-ray machines, but it does happen.
[24:59.440 --> 25:04.440] When it does, it sits in the cell like an x-ray machine going off 24-7.
[25:04.440 --> 25:08.440] Now, we know that x-ray machines are dangerous if we get too many of them.
[25:08.440 --> 25:11.440] Now, imagine if it's going off 24-7 in your cell.
[25:11.440 --> 25:16.440] That's what happens when one of these particles gets stuck in your cell, but you can do things
[25:16.440 --> 25:19.440] each and every day to get them out, to chelate them out.
[25:19.440 --> 25:24.440] Some of the other things that you can do, almost all the seaweeds are really high in
[25:24.440 --> 25:28.440] natural occurring trace minerals, which will bond and chelate through a lot of these radioactive
[25:28.440 --> 25:30.440]  isotopes and remove them.
[25:30.440 --> 25:35.440] There are also the seaweeds high in chlorophyll, which also helps to detoxify and neutralize
[25:35.440 --> 25:36.440]  pollutants.
[25:36.440 --> 25:40.440] Some of the algae, spirulina and chlorella, these are really good.
[25:40.440 --> 25:41.440]  You can use these.
[25:41.440 --> 25:44.440] They do pretty much the same thing.
[25:44.440 --> 25:47.440] High doses of vitamin C, cilantro, milk thistle.
[25:47.440 --> 25:52.440] These are great ways of purging the liver, which the liver is constantly filtering out
[25:52.440 --> 25:53.440]  the blood.
[25:53.440 --> 25:55.440] You need to keep that clean, too.
[25:55.440 --> 25:57.440]  Some sulfur compounds.
[25:57.440 --> 25:58.440]  How about clay?
[25:58.440 --> 26:02.440] Bentonite clay is a really good internal and external detox.
[26:02.440 --> 26:08.440] It will flush the bowel out, and the bowel, as you know, if you have sludge in the bowel,
[26:08.440 --> 26:14.440] you can create a perfect host for not only heavy metal toxins, but also nice little critters
[26:14.440 --> 26:15.440]  to flourish in.
[26:15.440 --> 26:20.440] It's good to take some bentonite clay, and if you've been exposed externally to radioactive
[26:20.440 --> 26:24.440] material, to do a body scrub with bentonite clay.
[26:24.440 --> 26:25.440]  Zeolite.
[26:25.440 --> 26:31.440] Zeolite is a combination of, I believe, lava and ocean water that is used over thousands
[26:31.440 --> 26:34.440] of years to create the type of humus.
[26:34.440 --> 26:41.440] You can take that in, it's a great source of different types of acid, humic acid and
[26:41.440 --> 26:44.440] fulvic acid, which are loaded with trace minerals.
[26:44.440 --> 26:49.440] Speaking of fulvic acid and humic acid, these are ionic minerals, which have an O3 charge
[26:49.440 --> 26:50.440]  instead of an O2.
[26:50.440 --> 26:56.440] The O3 charge will break off and bond with toxins and neutralize them.
[26:56.440 --> 27:02.440] It's good to take these naturally occurring ionic minerals in the form of zeolite, fulvic
[27:02.440 --> 27:04.440]  acid and humic acid.
[27:04.440 --> 27:08.440] Now, you don't have to go out and get all of these because I have a great product that
[27:08.440 --> 27:10.440] has a lot of this stuff already in it.
[27:10.440 --> 27:15.440] In fact, shalagi, which is a form of fulvic and humic acid, is an adaptogen that I use
[27:15.440 --> 27:16.440]  in my product.
[27:16.440 --> 27:19.440]  It's already in there along with 38 other ingredients.
[27:19.440 --> 27:25.440] Some of the other ones, rhodiola, holy basil, ashwagandha and ginseng that you mentioned
[27:25.440 --> 27:31.440] and reishi mushroom are also in my product, and they're really great for radiation poisoning.
[27:31.440 --> 27:36.440]  Plant-based vitamin C. If you're going to get vitamin C, make sure you're getting plant-based
[27:36.440 --> 27:39.440] vitamin C so that you get a lot of that chlorophyll in there.
[27:39.440 --> 27:41.440] I have some vegetables out there that are really good.
[27:41.440 --> 27:49.440] Broccoli, turnip, kale, collard, brussel sprouts, all of which are in our product, GenChristian.
[27:49.440 --> 27:54.440] You can save a lot of money out there just by going out and getting some red miso paste
[27:54.440 --> 27:56.440] and getting some nori sheet.
[27:56.440 --> 28:00.440] That's what they wrap sushi in and have a nori sheet every day with a spoon full of
[28:00.440 --> 28:03.440]  miso paste and a stupid centrician.
[28:03.440 --> 28:07.440] I believe if you do all the other things I'm going to outline here in just a few minutes
[28:07.440 --> 28:10.440] that's in our special, you should be fine.
[28:10.440 --> 28:14.440] There's a whole lot of things out there we can take that are going to get at some of
[28:14.440 --> 28:16.440]  this stuff that's in our body.
[28:16.440 --> 28:20.440] I'm just talking about toxins in general, but the biggest thing that we have to think
[28:20.440 --> 28:26.440] about when we're getting toxins out of the body is removing the place where toxins sit.
[28:26.440 --> 28:31.440] Toxins usually sit in fat and sludge.
[28:31.440 --> 28:38.440] Sludge being in the bowel or in the blood and fat being mostly the organ fat that surrounds
[28:38.440 --> 28:39.440]  the organs.
[28:39.440 --> 28:44.440] If you're fat or overweight out there, you're creating a perfect host for these toxins to
[28:44.440 --> 28:48.440] sit, not just heavy metals but other toxins also.
[28:48.440 --> 28:55.440] You want to get out and move and get some of this adipose tissue or that's a nice word
[28:55.440 --> 28:56.440]  for fat.
[28:56.440 --> 29:01.440] You want to get it out of your system so you don't create a perfect host for this stuff
[29:01.440 --> 29:02.440]  to sit.
[29:02.440 --> 29:07.440] As you wanted to talk about our special here, what I'm offering tonight for your listeners
[29:07.440 --> 29:13.440] is a centrician special that's going to address the three major areas that we need to detox.
[29:13.440 --> 29:15.440] We don't think about this all the time.
[29:15.440 --> 29:20.440] Usually when we think about detoxing we think about purgative herbs or some kind of diet
[29:20.440 --> 29:21.440]  regimen.
[29:21.440 --> 29:26.440] The easiest way that we can detox our body starting right now is just breathing deep.
[29:26.440 --> 29:30.440] In fact, expiration is expelling toxins all of the time.
[29:30.440 --> 29:31.440] We just take it for granted.
[29:31.440 --> 29:34.440] Most people are using about 30% of their lung capacity.
[29:34.440 --> 29:37.440] Could you imagine if they were using 100% of their lung capacity?
[29:37.440 --> 29:41.440] They're removing a lot of toxins out of the body.
[29:41.440 --> 29:42.440]  Absolutely.
[29:42.440 --> 29:43.440]  All right.
[29:43.440 --> 29:44.440]  Hold that thought, Stephen.
[29:44.440 --> 29:46.440] Just hold it on that note.
[29:46.440 --> 29:48.440] We'll be right back on the other side of this break, folks.
[29:48.440 --> 29:50.440] We are going to open up the caller lines.
[29:50.440 --> 29:55.440] Folks, if you have a question for Stephen Rogers, please call in 512-646-1984.
[29:55.440 --> 29:59.440] We're going to talk more about detoxing on the other side.
[29:59.440 --> 30:00.440]  I lost my son.
[30:00.440 --> 30:01.440]  My nephew.
[30:01.440 --> 30:02.440]  My uncle.
[30:02.440 --> 30:03.440]  My son.
[30:03.440 --> 30:04.440]  On September 11, 2001.
[30:04.440 --> 30:07.440] Most people don't know that a third tower fell on September 11.
[30:07.440 --> 30:11.440]  World Trade Center 7, a 47-story skyscraper, was not hit by a plane.
[30:11.440 --> 30:15.440] Although the official explanation is that fire broke down Building 7.
[30:15.440 --> 30:19.440] Over 1,200 architects and engineers have looked into the evidence
[30:19.440 --> 30:21.440] and believe there is more to the story.
[30:21.440 --> 30:22.440] Bring justice to my son.
[30:22.440 --> 30:23.440]  My uncle.
[30:23.440 --> 30:24.440]  My nephew.
[30:24.440 --> 30:25.440]  My son.
[30:25.440 --> 30:26.440]  Go to buildingwatch.org.
[30:26.440 --> 30:30.440] Why it fell, why it matters, and what you can do.
[30:30.440 --> 30:33.440]  There's a spooky new search engine on the Internet,
[30:33.440 --> 30:36.440] and you've probably already been caught in its web.
[30:36.440 --> 30:40.440] You'd be amazed what it knows and how it gets its information.
[30:40.440 --> 30:43.440] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll tell you more in just a moment.
[30:43.440 --> 30:47.440] Your search engine is watching you, recording all your searches
[30:47.440 --> 30:51.440] and creating a massive database of your personal information.
[30:51.440 --> 30:52.440]  That's creepy.
[30:52.440 --> 30:54.440] But it doesn't have to be that way.
[30:54.440 --> 30:57.440]  Startpage.com is the world's most private search engine.
[30:57.440 --> 30:59.440]  Startpage doesn't store your IP address,
[30:59.440 --> 31:02.440] make a record of your searches or use tracking cookies,
[31:02.440 --> 31:03.440]  and they're third-party certified.
[31:03.440 --> 31:06.440] If you don't like Big Brother spying on you,
[31:06.440 --> 31:08.440]  start over with Startpage.
[31:08.440 --> 31:10.440] Great search results and total privacy.
[31:10.440 --> 31:14.440]  Startpage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[31:14.440 --> 31:18.440]  Spokeo.com boasts that it's not your grandma's white pages.
[31:18.440 --> 31:19.440]  How true.
[31:19.440 --> 31:22.440] Spokeo is a creepy Web site that specializes in digging up
[31:22.440 --> 31:25.440] personal information about people and their families.
[31:25.440 --> 31:28.440] It goes beyond public source information like tax records
[31:28.440 --> 31:31.440] and delves into the deep Internet to dig up gems
[31:31.440 --> 31:34.440] like the names of your children, your age, your home value,
[31:34.440 --> 31:36.440] your income, hobbies, and even photographs.
[31:36.440 --> 31:39.440] Then it posts all this information on its Web site,
[31:39.440 --> 31:41.440] making it available to every Tom, Dick, and Harry
[31:41.440 --> 31:43.440] without your knowledge or consent.
[31:43.440 --> 31:47.440] I highly recommend searching for your own name at Spokeo.com
[31:47.440 --> 31:50.440] and following the procedure for removing your listing.
[31:50.440 --> 31:52.440]  I'm Dr. Katherine Albrecht.
[31:52.440 --> 31:55.440]  More news and information at KatherineAlbrecht.com.
[31:55.440 --> 32:23.440]  MUSIC
[32:23.440 --> 32:28.440]  OK, folks.
[32:28.440 --> 32:32.440] We are back with Stephen Rogers, a centrician,
[32:32.440 --> 32:35.440] and he is about to tell us more about this special
[32:35.440 --> 32:37.440]  that he's about to offer.
[32:37.440 --> 32:39.440] Now, folks, I wanted to just make one more clarification
[32:39.440 --> 32:44.440] concerning these radioactive particles that are in the atmosphere.
[32:44.440 --> 32:47.440] Potassium iodide, you know, especially if you have to take it
[32:47.440 --> 32:51.440] in an emergency manner, like if a nuclear reactor, you know,
[32:51.440 --> 32:53.440] explodes right near you or something,
[32:53.440 --> 32:55.440] that only protects you against radioactive iodine.
[32:55.440 --> 32:58.440] It doesn't protect you against cesium and uranium
[32:58.440 --> 33:01.440] and plutonium and all these other things.
[33:01.440 --> 33:05.440] And, Chris, a lot of people are under the false impression
[33:05.440 --> 33:10.440] that the uranium particles are not going to reach this continent,
[33:10.440 --> 33:11.440] and that is just simply not true.
[33:11.440 --> 33:15.440] If you go back and listen to Chris Busby's interview
[33:15.440 --> 33:20.440] on Alex Jones and also some of the articles on Alex's Web site
[33:20.440 --> 33:25.440] where he's interviewed Chris, Chris Busby has taken,
[33:25.440 --> 33:28.440] I think it's Busby, not Busby, he has taken air samples
[33:28.440 --> 33:32.440] from over Great Britain and in other parts of the world
[33:32.440 --> 33:36.440] where they have measured substantial increases in uranium,
[33:36.440 --> 33:40.440] radioactive uranium, since our troops and the other troops
[33:40.440 --> 33:43.440] have started using depleted uranium in the ammo in the Iraq War
[33:43.440 --> 33:46.440] and other wars and also after Chernobyl.
[33:46.440 --> 33:50.440] So don't think that, oh, just because it's a super, super, duper heavy metal
[33:50.440 --> 33:55.440] that it's not going to reach here because the entire Northern Hemisphere
[33:55.440 --> 34:00.440] is already full of uranium particles from Chernobyl
[34:00.440 --> 34:03.440] and all these other nuclear blasts and depleted uranium and everything.
[34:03.440 --> 34:10.440] So we should have already been on chelation therapy for a long time.
[34:10.440 --> 34:14.440] Now, fortunately for Jerry and I, when we started researching this recently,
[34:14.440 --> 34:18.440] we happened to find out that we're just already eating
[34:18.440 --> 34:21.440] most of these foods anyway just because we like them.
[34:21.440 --> 34:22.440]  So that's fortunate for us.
[34:22.440 --> 34:25.440] But Stephen, please continue and comment on that.
[34:25.440 --> 34:28.440] Yeah, I mean, we need to be thinking about this every day.
[34:28.440 --> 34:30.440]  If anything, this is a wake-up call.
[34:30.440 --> 34:32.440]  I mean, I hope it doesn't get any worse.
[34:32.440 --> 34:37.440] But everyone needs to wake up and realize that this stuff is around us all the time.
[34:37.440 --> 34:40.440] And I'm glad you pointed that out about the truth and the use of depleted uranium.
[34:40.440 --> 34:43.440] I mean, this stuff is being drugged home back to the state.
[34:43.440 --> 34:47.440] It's not like, I mean, they use it over there and we don't experience it here.
[34:47.440 --> 34:50.440] You know, this is a very small planet we live on now,
[34:50.440 --> 34:54.440] especially when we get around the way we do spreading this stuff all over.
[34:54.440 --> 34:56.440] So let's get back to this special on what can people do.
[34:56.440 --> 35:01.440] There are three things that you can do right now that are the keys to detoxing your body.
[35:01.440 --> 35:05.440] The first one is breathing, the most important one,
[35:05.440 --> 35:08.440] and that's breathing deep and learning how to breathe properly.
[35:08.440 --> 35:15.440] And what's special tonight, I'm giving you a free CD of how to activate deep abdominal breathing
[35:15.440 --> 35:21.440] or baby's breathing where you're using the lower part of your body to engage the entire lungs,
[35:21.440 --> 35:22.440]  not just 30%.
[35:22.440 --> 35:27.440] So you expel the toxins out constantly, every expiration you expel them out.
[35:27.440 --> 35:29.440] The second thing is movement.
[35:29.440 --> 35:30.440]  Why is movement important?
[35:30.440 --> 35:34.440] Well, I talked about fat and fat storage and how the toxins sit in fat.
[35:34.440 --> 35:37.440] And movement, of course, is going to help us remove some fat.
[35:37.440 --> 35:40.440] But most importantly, mindful movement, the right kind of movement,
[35:40.440 --> 35:43.440] will activate the acupuncture meridians.
[35:43.440 --> 35:49.440] The acupuncture meridians are just a nice name for a bio-energetic blueprint on your body.
[35:49.440 --> 35:53.440] And that blueprint is the basic blueprint on how all of your organs function.
[35:53.440 --> 35:56.440] And if that thing is activated in an optimum way,
[35:56.440 --> 35:58.440] then all your organs will function in an optimal manner,
[35:58.440 --> 36:01.440] and they will detox when they're supposed to.
[36:01.440 --> 36:07.440] So I'm also giving away a DVD of our shen kinetics movement to help them activate the bioenergetics
[36:07.440 --> 36:09.440] in their body and lose weight.
[36:09.440 --> 36:11.440] The last one is eating, of course.
[36:11.440 --> 36:16.440] We should be eating a meal, not a meal, a diet every day that does two things.
[36:16.440 --> 36:23.440] It nourishes our body and detoxes our body because we ingest, we digest, and we eliminate.
[36:23.440 --> 36:25.440] So when we think of nutrition a lot of the times,
[36:25.440 --> 36:28.440] we're just thinking about ingestion and digestion.
[36:28.440 --> 36:33.440] But there's elimination also. If that diet is not helping us to eliminate properly,
[36:33.440 --> 36:37.440] then we're holding onto toxins, and the bowel is porous.
[36:37.440 --> 36:39.440]  A lot of people don't realize this.
[36:39.440 --> 36:45.440] But if you're not removing waste, namely fecal matter, in a timely fashion,
[36:45.440 --> 36:49.440] as much as you eat, then that sits in your bowel,
[36:49.440 --> 36:54.440] and it will leak back through the pores in the bowel back into the bloodstream.
[36:54.440 --> 36:57.440] So we need to be getting that stuff out real quick.
[36:57.440 --> 37:02.440] And I'm also going to be putting in there a seminar that I teach an hour and a half
[37:02.440 --> 37:06.440] that goes through our entire holistic nutrition protocol.
[37:06.440 --> 37:12.440] And all three of those DVD, CD packs, we're giving away for free
[37:12.440 --> 37:14.440] for those of you who buy two months of shen tritian,
[37:14.440 --> 37:18.440] and we're also going to give you 10% off on the two months of shen tritian.
[37:18.440 --> 37:21.440] So instead of paying the full price of $100,
[37:21.440 --> 37:24.440] you will pay $90 for two months supply of shen tritian
[37:24.440 --> 37:29.440] and get that entire CD, DVD set, which is $150 value.
[37:29.440 --> 37:34.440] You can go to the link that's on rule of law radio.
[37:34.440 --> 37:36.440] You'll see the banner there, and click on that.
[37:36.440 --> 37:40.440]  It'll take you to getshen.com.
[37:40.440 --> 37:44.440] And at the top, you'll see a big rule of law special
[37:44.440 --> 37:48.440] with two months supply of shen tritian, the DVD, CD set right there.
[37:48.440 --> 37:50.440]  Just click on it.
[37:50.440 --> 37:52.440] Now, we are only putting up 25 of these.
[37:52.440 --> 37:55.440] That's it, because that's all I have is the CDs and DVDs
[37:55.440 --> 37:57.440]  that I have duplicated right now.
[37:57.440 --> 37:59.440] So it's first come, first serve on them.
[37:59.440 --> 38:03.440] All right, folks, you heard it, 25 specials.
[38:03.440 --> 38:05.440] So it's first come, first serve here.
[38:05.440 --> 38:09.440] Go to ruleoflawradio.com and scroll down just a little bit on the page,
[38:09.440 --> 38:12.440] and you'll see the column of banners,
[38:12.440 --> 38:17.440] and you'll see the Stevens banner is the second one on the list
[38:17.440 --> 38:20.440] where it says less stress, more energy,
[38:20.440 --> 38:22.440]  and click on that,
[38:22.440 --> 38:25.440] and then you'll be able to get the rule of law radio special,
[38:25.440 --> 38:28.440] two months' worth of shen tritian for 10% off.
[38:28.440 --> 38:31.440] That's a great deal, plus the CD and the DVD.
[38:31.440 --> 38:33.440]  Excellent, excellent special.
[38:33.440 --> 38:34.440] Thank you very much, Stephen.
[38:34.440 --> 38:35.440]  That's awesome.
[38:35.440 --> 38:37.440] I'm sure our listeners will appreciate it.
[38:37.440 --> 38:40.440]  Yes, you're very, very welcome.
[38:40.440 --> 38:44.440] So now, Randy told us something interesting on the break.
[38:44.440 --> 38:47.440] I'm not sure what Stephen's comment is going to be about this.
[38:47.440 --> 38:49.440]  I raised a hairy eyebrow, but we'll see.
[38:49.440 --> 38:55.440] Randy has an interesting chelator that he employs himself.
[38:55.440 --> 38:57.440]  I'm not sure if I'm going to try it,
[38:57.440 --> 39:02.440] but Randy, can you tell us what your chelation therapy is, please?
[39:02.440 --> 39:05.440] This is going to be funny, folks.
[39:05.440 --> 39:06.440]  Zeolite.
[39:06.440 --> 39:07.440]  Zeolite?
[39:07.440 --> 39:11.440] Zeolite, commonly known as kaolin clay.
[39:11.440 --> 39:14.440] Kaolin, can you spell that for us, Randy?
[39:14.440 --> 39:15.440]  K-O-L-E-A-N.
[39:15.440 --> 39:18.440]  K-O-L-E-N, kaolin clay.
[39:18.440 --> 39:19.440]  Okay.
[39:19.440 --> 39:22.440] Well, I did not know it was called kaolin clay when we spoke off air,
[39:22.440 --> 39:26.440] but zeolite I did speak about, and I do use zeolite.
[39:26.440 --> 39:29.440] I've used it in practice, and I also use it for myself.
[39:29.440 --> 39:32.440] It's one of the best chelators out there.
[39:32.440 --> 39:38.440] It's a natural fusion between many, many years of lava outflow and ocean water,
[39:38.440 --> 39:40.440] from what I understand, and I could be corrected on this,
[39:40.440 --> 39:42.440] so jump in at any time.
[39:42.440 --> 39:54.440] Yes, sir. Supposedly, it's a mineral layer that is the result of fossilized plankton
[39:54.440 --> 39:58.440] that collected in an ancient seabed.
[39:58.440 --> 39:59.440]  Okay.
[39:59.440 --> 40:03.440] So it was originally an organic form of calcium and other minerals,
[40:03.440 --> 40:06.440] and it collected into a clay bed.
[40:06.440 --> 40:12.440] The way I use it is I put a cupful in a gallon of water and just let it sit.
[40:12.440 --> 40:14.440] It will clean the water.
[40:14.440 --> 40:18.440] It will filter the chlorine out of it,
[40:18.440 --> 40:23.440] and it dissolves the clay until it saturates the solution,
[40:23.440 --> 40:27.440] until all of it that the water can hold will dissolve into it.
[40:27.440 --> 40:29.440] I make tea or coffee with it.
[40:29.440 --> 40:31.440]  You can't tell it's there,
[40:31.440 --> 40:37.440] except it leaves a little bit of a sediment on the bottom of the coffee pot when you empty it.
[40:37.440 --> 40:42.440] There's only one downside that I can see of using too much zeolite,
[40:42.440 --> 40:47.440] very high in aluminum, for whatever reason.
[40:47.440 --> 40:51.440] Aluminum is naturally occurring around the Earth, of course,
[40:51.440 --> 40:54.440] and small amounts of it aren't going to hurt us when we need it.
[40:54.440 --> 40:56.440]  Now, wait a minute. There's a caveat to that.
[40:56.440 --> 41:03.440] I have Ken Magnuson. He's my civil guy, but he's also an industrial chemist.
[41:03.440 --> 41:04.440]  Okay.
[41:04.440 --> 41:09.440]  And it's aluminum sulfate. That's not aluminum.
[41:09.440 --> 41:11.440]  It has aluminum.
[41:11.440 --> 41:14.440] I know what you're talking about. Yes, you are correct about that,
[41:14.440 --> 41:17.440] but there is also aluminum in it.
[41:17.440 --> 41:20.440]  I know what you're talking about, aluminum sulfate,
[41:20.440 --> 41:22.440] but yes, there is aluminum also in it.
[41:22.440 --> 41:30.440] I'm not saying that all zeolites like this, but it's common knowledge in alternative medicine
[41:30.440 --> 41:33.440] to be careful to use too much zeolite because of that.
[41:33.440 --> 41:37.440] Yeah, and the thing with any kind of aluminum or aluminum sulfate,
[41:37.440 --> 41:41.440] you do want to be careful because it has been medically proven.
[41:41.440 --> 41:46.440] People that have Alzheimer's or had Alzheimer's and are deceased,
[41:46.440 --> 41:49.440] they've done autopsies on them and dissected their brains,
[41:49.440 --> 41:53.440] and every single autopsy that has ever been done,
[41:53.440 --> 41:57.440] specific types of autopsies on the brains of people who had Alzheimer's,
[41:57.440 --> 42:04.440] they had a lot of aluminum that basically had just clung to the nodes,
[42:04.440 --> 42:09.440] the lower nodes of their brain, sort of like if you don't take care of your battery in your car
[42:09.440 --> 42:15.440] and you see all the gunk that accumulates on the terminals,
[42:15.440 --> 42:18.440] that's basically what happens with people with Alzheimer's, the aluminum.
[42:18.440 --> 42:24.440] It's like it just coagulates on the nodes of your brain, so you've got to be careful with it.
[42:24.440 --> 42:30.440] If any of you have ever heard of the book Back to Eden by Jester O'Claus?
[42:30.440 --> 42:32.440]  I haven't heard of it. I've never read it.
[42:32.440 --> 42:38.440] In the beginning, he speaks about when he was growing up,
[42:38.440 --> 42:46.440] it was right at the time when pewter became a very popular type of cookware,
[42:46.440 --> 42:51.440] and it almost killed his whole family before they figured out what it was.
[42:51.440 --> 42:54.440] Pewter has aluminum in it, and they almost all died of aluminum poisoning.
[42:54.440 --> 42:56.440] Yeah, that's why you don't want to cook out of aluminum pans.
[42:56.440 --> 43:01.440] Now, the reason I'm saying that I'm not so sure if I'm going to do the kale and clay here
[43:01.440 --> 43:06.440] is because listen to what Randy's favorite source of kale and clay is.
[43:06.440 --> 43:07.440]  Tell us, Randy.
[43:07.440 --> 43:09.440]  I've got it right here.
[43:09.440 --> 43:18.440] The ingredients is 100% natural zeolite, and you can find it at your local grocery
[43:18.440 --> 43:22.440] in the form of traditional kitty litter.
[43:22.440 --> 43:26.440] Cat litter. Okay, so can we all get this straight here?
[43:26.440 --> 43:31.440] Randy crushes up cat litter and drinks it. This is Randy Kelton.
[43:31.440 --> 43:34.440]  But it's not used cat litter.
[43:34.440 --> 43:37.440] This is ingenious. I'm actually going to go check it out.
[43:37.440 --> 43:40.440]  It's possibly very inexpensive.
[43:40.440 --> 43:42.440] Randy's saying you have to get the cheapest cat litter
[43:42.440 --> 43:46.440] because the more expensive stuff has the perfumes and other agents in it.
[43:46.440 --> 43:50.440] Okay, so our very own Randy Kelton drinks cat litter.
[43:50.440 --> 43:53.440] Thank you very much. I don't know if I'm going to try it, but we'll see.
[43:53.440 --> 43:56.440] We'll be right back with our very special guest, Stephen Rogers.
[43:56.440 --> 43:59.440]  Kitty litter cure.
[43:59.440 --> 44:05.440] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the Internet isn't so easy,
[44:05.440 --> 44:08.440] and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with.
[44:08.440 --> 44:11.440] Oh, well, I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books, then.
[44:11.440 --> 44:12.440]  Brave New Books?
[44:12.440 --> 44:16.440] Yes. Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for
[44:16.440 --> 44:19.440] by authors like Alex Jones, Ron Paul, and G. Edward Griffin.
[44:19.440 --> 44:23.440] They even stock inner food, Berkey products, and Calvin Soaps.
[44:23.440 --> 44:26.440]  There's no way a place like that exists.
[44:26.440 --> 44:31.440] Go check it out for yourself. It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street, just south of UT.
[44:31.440 --> 44:35.440] Oh, by UT? There's never anywhere to park down there.
[44:35.440 --> 44:41.440] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking facility
[44:41.440 --> 44:43.440]  just behind the bookstore.
[44:43.440 --> 44:46.440] It does exist, but when are they open?
[44:46.440 --> 44:51.440] Monday through Saturday, 11 AM to 9 PM, and 1 to 6 PM on Sundays.
[44:51.440 --> 44:58.440] So give them a call at 512-480-2503, or check out their events page at bravenewbookstore.com.

[46:23.440 --> 46:33.440] Okay, folks, we are back here on Rule of Law Radio.
[46:33.440 --> 46:39.440] Randy's got his cup of cat litter tea in his hand.
[46:39.440 --> 46:44.440] That's actually kind of true because I make tea and coffee with it.
[46:44.440 --> 46:45.440]  Okay, so Randy.
[46:45.440 --> 46:47.440] I'm going to pull the hairs out.
[46:47.440 --> 46:58.440] So, Randy, you've got the chemical name for this kaolin clay, which is spelled K-A-O-L-I-N actually.
[46:58.440 --> 47:02.440] And so what is the chemical name, Randy, for your cat litter tea?
[47:02.440 --> 47:04.440]  Aluminosilicate.
[47:04.440 --> 47:05.440]  Aluminosilicate.
[47:05.440 --> 47:08.440] But let me qualify that.
[47:08.440 --> 47:13.440] Aluminosilicate has nothing to do with aluminum.
[47:13.440 --> 47:17.440] Just because it says aluminum doesn't mean it has anything to do with aluminum.
[47:17.440 --> 47:19.440]  It's a whole different chemical.
[47:19.440 --> 47:27.440] Right, but like Stephen was saying, there is a lot of naturally occurring aluminum in zeolite a lot of the time.
[47:27.440 --> 47:29.440] You know, I'm going to look into that.
[47:29.440 --> 47:30.440]  Thank you very much.
[47:30.440 --> 47:33.440] You said aluminosilicate and kaolin clay.
[47:33.440 --> 47:34.440]  I got it down.
[47:34.440 --> 47:41.440] The thing about that is it may just be a misconception because aluminum really doesn't occur naturally.
[47:41.440 --> 47:43.440]  It occurs as bauxite.
[47:43.440 --> 47:50.440] And it's a really complex process to create aluminum from bauxite.
[47:50.440 --> 47:57.440] So it may just be because people see aluminosilicate, they assume aluminum is in there.
[47:57.440 --> 47:59.440] Yeah, you could be right.
[47:59.440 --> 48:02.440]  I'm going to check into that.
[48:02.440 --> 48:08.440] You know, one of the other things that I wanted to go over here that people need to really think about when they're talking about
[48:08.440 --> 48:15.440] detoxing and removing any kind of toxins from the body, and we're talking about radioactive isotopes in particular,
[48:15.440 --> 48:25.440] is that your body has a process, an elimination process that it's already going through from moment to moment that's detoxing.
[48:25.440 --> 48:26.440]  That's what it is.
[48:26.440 --> 48:30.440] That's what the elimination process is, is removing toxins from the body.
[48:30.440 --> 48:32.440]  So it's doing it every moment.
[48:32.440 --> 48:35.440] And it will do it for everything, for every toxin.
[48:35.440 --> 48:39.440] We just have to create the right conditions in our body for that to happen.
[48:39.440 --> 48:43.440] You know, I'm not one of these guys out here that says you should be taking all kinds of supplements.
[48:43.440 --> 48:45.440]  I have one supplement.
[48:45.440 --> 48:52.440] And I believe that we should get all of our macro and micronutrients from a holistic nutrition diet plan.
[48:52.440 --> 48:59.440] And that's what I offer in my free CD here tonight that people are going to get when they go get the two bottles of Shentrition.
[48:59.440 --> 49:04.440] The supplement that I take, Shentrition, are all the things, are 39 ingredients sourced from all over the globe,
[49:04.440 --> 49:10.440] things that I couldn't get from my daily diet that are really, gee, are life force enhancers.
[49:10.440 --> 49:16.440] But I look to get all of my macronutrients, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and micronutrients,
[49:16.440 --> 49:21.440] that is vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and biochemicals, from just my regular diet.
[49:21.440 --> 49:24.440]  Plus I do, I have a holistic approach in the way I live.
[49:24.440 --> 49:29.440]  You know, I make sure that I meditate and I breathe and I integrate,
[49:29.440 --> 49:37.440] use integrative mindful movement every day in a daily practice to help my body and its overall functioning to be better.
[49:37.440 --> 49:42.440] And one of those functions, again, and I'm redundant, I know, is elimination.
[49:42.440 --> 49:49.440] So a lot of times we think that I need to go detox this month or I need to buy a detox when I go into Whole Foods or the health food store.
[49:49.440 --> 49:50.440]  No, you don't.
[49:50.440 --> 49:55.440] If you're just living a balanced, holistic lifestyle, your body's already doing that.
[49:55.440 --> 49:59.440] What you want to do is just help your body, don't hurt your body.
[49:59.440 --> 50:01.440] So stop eating the refined foods.
[50:01.440 --> 50:03.440] Get out of the stressful situations.
[50:03.440 --> 50:13.440] Start taking up things like yoga or Pilates or mindful movement or just getting out and walking and breathing deep is one of the best things that you can do.
[50:13.440 --> 50:15.440] And that will get the toxins out of your body.
[50:15.440 --> 50:21.440] But simply detoxing once a month or going out here and taking these supplements, as I said,
[50:21.440 --> 50:27.440] for the next two weeks until the steam stops over in Japan will not be enough.
[50:27.440 --> 50:34.440] You need to be thinking about what you can do every day to help your body in this natural process called elimination.
[50:34.440 --> 50:35.440]  Yes, absolutely.
[50:35.440 --> 50:39.440] And I wanted to comment on the Pilates because I'm a certified Pilates instructor.
[50:39.440 --> 50:47.440] That was my vocation for many years before I basically just went full-time into radio.
[50:47.440 --> 50:54.440] Pilates is a combination of many different techniques, including yoga and the Feldenkrais technique.
[50:54.440 --> 51:03.440] And Joseph Pilates, he invented the technique of the overall breathing, the core strengthening,
[51:03.440 --> 51:08.440] integration of the core with the use of other muscles in the limbs and such like that.
[51:08.440 --> 51:12.440] And he was a German national living in Britain at the time.
[51:12.440 --> 51:15.440]  This was in the early 1900s.
[51:15.440 --> 51:17.440] And he was born in the late 1800s.
[51:17.440 --> 51:21.440] Well, during World War I, he was incarcerated.
[51:21.440 --> 51:27.440] They rounded up all of the German nationals in England and put him in a prison camp.
[51:27.440 --> 51:34.440] Well, the way that he invented his Pilates reformer is what it's called,
[51:34.440 --> 51:40.440] is that he took the beds, the prison beds, and took them apart and made exercise equipment out of them
[51:40.440 --> 51:43.440] with the springs and the frames and everything.
[51:43.440 --> 51:49.440] And he had the whole prison camp doing his Pilates method of exercise and the breathing techniques
[51:49.440 --> 51:53.440] and everything, all the inmates, all the guards, everyone.
[51:53.440 --> 52:01.440] And when the great flu pandemic hit in 1919, no one in the prison camp died of the flu.
[52:01.440 --> 52:04.440] Some people got it, but no one died.
[52:04.440 --> 52:08.440] And everyone else in all the other prison camps and the whole surrounding region died.
[52:08.440 --> 52:13.440] So it does significantly boost your immune system and your overall health
[52:13.440 --> 52:17.440] to do these kinds of breathing techniques and integrating exercise
[52:17.440 --> 52:21.440] and core work in with your health and nutrition program.
[52:21.440 --> 52:22.440]  Absolutely.
[52:22.440 --> 52:27.440] Our primary fuel source is not food and it's not water, it's oxygen.
[52:27.440 --> 52:28.440]  And we're deprived.
[52:28.440 --> 52:29.440]  We're oxygen deprived.
[52:29.440 --> 52:33.440] Our environment, you live in a city, you're oxygen deprived just because of all the tailpipes,
[52:33.440 --> 52:36.440] all the other industrial pollutants that are out there.
[52:36.440 --> 52:40.440] The fact that we're not using the full capacity of our lungs is depriving us.
[52:40.440 --> 52:45.440] And like I said, most people are at best using 40% of their lung capacity.
[52:45.440 --> 52:49.440] It means 60% of their lung capacity is not being used.
[52:49.440 --> 52:51.440] So they have to make up for that energy drain somewhere.
[52:51.440 --> 52:53.440] Where are they going to make up that energy drain?
[52:53.440 --> 52:55.440]  They're going to eat more calories.
[52:55.440 --> 53:02.440] They're going to drink sugary drinks or caffeine or nicotine or God knows what else.
[53:02.440 --> 53:06.440] So one of the first things that we do when we detox people and get them off some of these things,
[53:06.440 --> 53:11.440] whether it's recreational drugs or nicotine and caffeine and stuff like this,
[53:11.440 --> 53:13.440] is we just teach them how to breathe deep.
[53:13.440 --> 53:16.440] And they find out that they don't need as much of this stuff,
[53:16.440 --> 53:19.440] the stimulants that they needed before because they have more energy
[53:19.440 --> 53:23.440] from their primary fuel source, oxygen.
[53:23.440 --> 53:24.440]  Incredible.
[53:24.440 --> 53:26.440]  That's awesome.
[53:26.440 --> 53:28.440] Well, Stephen, we've got about five minutes left.
[53:28.440 --> 53:33.440] Why don't you plug your product again one more time,
[53:33.440 --> 53:35.440] how people can get the special, what the special is,
[53:35.440 --> 53:37.440] and I'll tell folks how to get it again.
[53:37.440 --> 53:45.440] And then maybe we can just wrap up with some of these herbs that are specifically noted for chelation.
[53:45.440 --> 53:46.440]  Okay.
[53:46.440 --> 53:48.440] Well, they can get chintrition.
[53:48.440 --> 53:49.440]  That is our supplement.
[53:49.440 --> 53:53.440]  Chintrition is a combination of superfood, 10-speed protein,
[53:53.440 --> 53:56.440] and the widest array of adaptogenic herbs you'll find anywhere.
[53:56.440 --> 53:59.440] Adaptogen is the key word, and that is adapt.
[53:59.440 --> 54:01.440] They help us to adapt to all kinds of stress,
[54:01.440 --> 54:05.440] whether it's mental, emotional, physical, or environmental stress.
[54:05.440 --> 54:10.440] That you can get two bottles at a 10% discount, normally 50 each.
[54:10.440 --> 54:11.440]  They're 45 each.
[54:11.440 --> 54:18.440] And when you buy that special, you'll also get my DVD CD packs that include our Shenkinetics.
[54:18.440 --> 54:22.440] That's the Mindful Movement series with my beautiful wife leading it.
[54:22.440 --> 54:27.440] We also have Shenrobics, which is our deep abdominal breathing series.
[54:27.440 --> 54:32.440] And there is a holistic nutritional seminar, and they're also thrown in that package.
[54:32.440 --> 54:37.440] They can get it by going to your site, Rule of Law Radio, and finding the banner,
[54:37.440 --> 54:43.440] clicking on the banner, which will take you to my site, G-E-T-S-H-E-N, GetShen.com.
[54:43.440 --> 54:48.440] At the top, it's Rule of Law Special, and you will find it all right there.
[54:48.440 --> 54:50.440]  That's simply awesome.
[54:50.440 --> 54:55.440] And folks, while the getting is good, because as you were telling me on the phone yesterday,
[54:55.440 --> 55:00.440] Stephen, the Codex Alimentarius is coming to a health food store near you
[55:00.440 --> 55:02.440] and to our very own Stephen Rogers.
[55:02.440 --> 55:06.440] So why don't you just mention a little bit about that while we have a few minutes left?
[55:06.440 --> 55:13.440] Well, yeah, actually, the legislation that the organization, Codex Alimentarius,
[55:13.440 --> 55:17.440] which is Food Code, put through that everyone was fighting for so long,
[55:17.440 --> 55:20.440]  that's already been put through.
[55:20.440 --> 55:24.440] Obama, our freedom-loving president, actually signed an executive order.
[55:24.440 --> 55:30.440] He slipped that in last June for the oil bill, and we'll be seeing that soon enough.
[55:30.440 --> 55:34.440] But what has actually been signed into law in the European Union is called,
[55:34.440 --> 55:36.440]  nicknamed, the herb law.
[55:36.440 --> 55:42.440] Any multi-herbal formula or herbs that are not grown in the European Union are being outlawed.
[55:42.440 --> 55:47.440] And guess what? Coming here also, because we're trying to, well, not we, me,
[55:47.440 --> 55:52.440] but our government is endeavoring to harmonize all of our laws with those of the UN
[55:52.440 --> 55:54.440]  and the European Union.
[55:54.440 --> 55:58.440] So soon, I would imagine we can start seeing some of that legislation
[55:58.440 --> 56:00.440] starting to be pushed through here.
[56:00.440 --> 56:03.440] That means multi-herbal formulas will be on attack,
[56:03.440 --> 56:07.440] and also herbs that are not sourced in the European Union,
[56:07.440 --> 56:13.440] which will just about slam most of classical Chinese medicine and Ayurveda in this country.
[56:13.440 --> 56:19.440] Yes, because these adaptinogenic herbs are grown naturally.
[56:19.440 --> 56:23.440] They're just naturally occurring in extreme environments,
[56:23.440 --> 56:27.440] which many of these extreme environments are not located in the United States.
[56:27.440 --> 56:30.440] Yeah, we have a very temperate, that's why we can grow so much food here.
[56:30.440 --> 56:32.440]  It's very temperate.
[56:32.440 --> 56:35.440] So most of these herbs are grown, like you said, in extreme environments,
[56:35.440 --> 56:37.440]  so they're sourced around the world.
[56:37.440 --> 56:40.440] And a lot of people would say to me, just like they did two years ago
[56:40.440 --> 56:42.440] when I said that executive order was coming through,
[56:42.440 --> 56:44.440] oh, this won't happen in the United States.
[56:44.440 --> 56:49.440] I have plenty of clients that buy chintrition in the UK and also in Australia.
[56:49.440 --> 56:52.440] And the ones in the UK made first, they can't get it anymore.
[56:52.440 --> 56:55.440] And I told them two years ago, you better stock up.
[56:55.440 --> 56:56.440]  You better stock up.
[56:56.440 --> 56:58.440] And they said, oh, well, you know, it's not going to happen.
[56:58.440 --> 56:59.440]  I think this is just talk.
[56:59.440 --> 57:00.440]  Well, it's happened.
[57:00.440 --> 57:02.440]  I mean, it's done.
[57:02.440 --> 57:05.440] Stephen, what is the shelf life for chintrition?
[57:05.440 --> 57:09.440] Like if people really wanted to bulk up and store it up,
[57:09.440 --> 57:12.440] how many years will it store if you don't open the can?
[57:12.440 --> 57:15.440] Well, by law, I'm only allowed to say two years,
[57:15.440 --> 57:17.440] and they keep it on the light and the cool.
[57:17.440 --> 57:19.440]  But it's dried, you know.
[57:19.440 --> 57:21.440]  I'll just say wheat.
[57:21.440 --> 57:22.440]  We've measured some wheat.
[57:22.440 --> 57:23.440]  A friend of mine has wheat.
[57:23.440 --> 57:25.440]  He's had it stored for over 12 years.
[57:25.440 --> 57:28.440] He lost 1% of the protein content over 12 years.
[57:28.440 --> 57:31.440] He kept it in a constant temperature cool out of the light.
[57:31.440 --> 57:32.440]  And it's dried.
[57:32.440 --> 57:35.440] So if wheat will keep, I'm sure this will keep.
[57:35.440 --> 57:39.440] But two years, you know for sure it's going to keep just fine.
[57:39.440 --> 57:40.440]  That's wonderful.
[57:40.440 --> 57:41.440]  All right, folks.
[57:41.440 --> 57:44.440] I do encourage you to take advantage of Stephen Rogers' special
[57:44.440 --> 57:47.440] and take advantage and stock up on your chintrition.
[57:47.440 --> 57:49.440] I know people are stocking up on their ammo.
[57:49.440 --> 57:51.440] They're stocking up on gold and silver.
[57:51.440 --> 57:54.440]  They're stocking up on storable food.
[57:54.440 --> 57:57.440] What better storable food is there than chintrition?
[57:57.440 --> 57:58.440]  I just can't imagine.

[58:13.440 --> 58:15.440]  Stephen, any closing thoughts?
[58:15.440 --> 58:17.440]  Just prepare yourself, everyone.
[58:17.440 --> 58:21.440] You know, I don't like to be the doom and gloom guy, but prepare yourself.
[58:21.440 --> 58:22.440]  Absolutely.

[01:00:00.440 --> 01:00:04.440] This news brief brought to you by the International News Net.
[01:00:04.440 --> 01:00:08.440] Countries worldwide shunned Japanese food imports Thursday
[01:00:08.440 --> 01:00:12.440] as radioactive steam leaked from the Fukushima nuclear plant.
[01:00:12.440 --> 01:00:17.440] Russia, Austria and Singapore have halted food imports from nearby farms.
[01:00:17.440 --> 01:00:23.440] Japan's Health Ministry has detected radioactive cesium at 164 times the safe limit
[01:00:23.440 --> 01:00:28.440] in the vegetable Kukitachina and at elevated levels in another 10 vegetables,
[01:00:28.440 --> 01:00:31.440]  including cabbage and turnips.
[01:00:31.440 --> 01:00:36.440] Rockets from Gaza Strip shelled the Israeli city of Ashdod Thursday
[01:00:36.440 --> 01:00:42.440] shortly after Israeli aircraft pounded targets in Gaza, promoting fears of a new war.
[01:00:42.440 --> 01:00:46.440] Ben White of the website Manda Weiss writes,
[01:00:46.440 --> 01:00:52.440] It appears Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is seeking to stir up a cycle of violence in Gaza
[01:00:52.440 --> 01:00:55.440] as a response to being pushed into a corner internationally
[01:00:55.440 --> 01:00:59.440] and facing numerous domestic political challenges.
[01:00:59.440 --> 01:01:05.440] Experts fear Portugal will be forced to apply for a bailout worth up to $100 billion
[01:01:05.440 --> 01:01:11.440] from the International Monetary Fund following the government's rejection of austerity measures Wednesday.
[01:01:11.440 --> 01:01:15.440] Prime Minister José Socrates resigned Wednesday after proposing spending cuts
[01:01:15.440 --> 01:01:20.440] in a desperate attempt to cut Portugal's deficit and retain market confidence.
[01:01:20.440 --> 01:01:24.440] Critics say Portugal's working class didn't cause the economic crisis
[01:01:24.440 --> 01:01:28.440] and shouldn't have to bear the burden of cuts.
[01:01:28.440 --> 01:01:34.440] A U.S. soldier, Specialist Jeremy Moorlach, was sentenced to 24 years in prison Wednesday
[01:01:34.440 --> 01:01:39.440] after pleading guilty to killing three unarmed civilians in Afghanistan last year.
[01:01:39.440 --> 01:01:45.440] Moorlach had pleaded guilty to murder and other charges under a plea deal reached with the prosecution.
[01:01:45.440 --> 01:01:49.440]  He's now required to testify against his four co-defendants,
[01:01:49.440 --> 01:01:53.440] who are accused of dismembering the victims and collecting body parts as souvenirs.
[01:01:53.440 --> 01:01:57.440] Moorlach told the judge he had helped kill three Afghan civilians.
[01:01:57.440 --> 01:02:01.440] When asked by the judge whether he had fired his weapon to scare them,
[01:02:01.440 --> 01:02:05.440] Moorlach replied, quote, the plan was to kill people.
[01:02:05.440 --> 01:02:10.440] U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates says there's no timeline for the end of the five-day-old
[01:02:10.440 --> 01:02:15.440] U.S.-led assault on Libya as international opposition to the invasion continues to grow.
[01:02:15.440 --> 01:02:19.440] Gates says no one was in a position to predict what would happen in Libya.
[01:02:19.440 --> 01:02:24.440] He also rejected criticism of the airstrikes, which have resulted in civilian casualties.
[01:02:24.440 --> 01:02:28.440] However, he predicted air attacks would be scaled back within days.
[01:02:28.440 --> 01:02:31.440] Gates added, this matter is going to have to be settled by Libyans.
[01:02:31.440 --> 01:02:37.440] It's their country. Medical personnel say at least 90 people have died in Misrata.
[01:02:37.440 --> 01:02:42.440] Meanwhile, in a hospital in Benghazi, bodies were piling up in the morgue.
[01:02:42.440 --> 01:02:47.440] Russia, China, and India and other countries have opposed the military campaign in Libya.
[01:02:47.440 --> 01:02:52.440] Germany has pulled out of NATO operations, and Italy says it will review the use of its bases
[01:02:52.440 --> 01:02:57.440] for attacks on Libyan forces unless NATO leads the operations.
[01:03:22.440 --> 01:03:31.440] They want to track down Babylon, and burn down the whole nation.
[01:03:31.440 --> 01:03:34.440] But they don't operate the land wrap.
[01:03:34.440 --> 01:03:37.440]  I'm a self-republican and demonstrationist.
[01:03:37.440 --> 01:03:39.440]  Tell them I'm a libertarian.
[01:03:39.440 --> 01:03:42.440] They say we're by truth, but that's who we come from.
[01:03:42.440 --> 01:03:50.440] Child of justice, child of truth, child of war.
[01:03:50.440 --> 01:04:06.440] Let me tell them, child of justice, child of truth, child of war.
[01:04:06.440 --> 01:04:01.380] Tell them as I say, king of the навantist, child of the
[01:04:01.380 --> 01:04:13.640] loose, child of the stickers, child of wisdom,
[01:04:13.640 --> 01:04:30.600]  Okay, folks, we are back, ruleoflawradio.com.
[01:04:30.600 --> 01:04:35.000] Don't forget to get your Shintrichian special, your rule of law radio Shintrichian special,
[01:04:35.000 --> 01:04:39.160] go to ruleoflawradio.com, click on the banner that says more energy, less stress, he's only
[01:04:39.160 --> 01:04:45.400] got 25 of these specials, so first come, first serve for the rule of law radio Shintrichian
[01:04:45.400 --> 01:04:46.400]  special.
[01:04:46.400 --> 01:04:47.400]  I highly recommend it.
[01:04:47.400 --> 01:04:54.280] Now, I wanted to give a brief recap of the criminal jurisprudence committee hearing on
[01:04:54.280 --> 01:04:57.560] Tuesday night, and yes, it was Tuesday night.
[01:04:57.560 --> 01:05:05.120] The committee hearing started at approximately 11 a.m. and it went until after 2 a.m.
[01:05:05.120 --> 01:05:09.200] Okay, these guys are troopers and I got to give them some credit, I got to give them
[01:05:09.200 --> 01:05:14.320] props because at this particular, now I thought it was the entire legislature, but it turns
[01:05:14.320 --> 01:05:21.160] out that it's just this, it's not every committee hearing, but for sure this committee, they
[01:05:21.160 --> 01:05:29.520] do not put a time limit on how long the public, members of the public can speak and they also
[01:05:29.520 --> 01:05:33.760] do not limit the number of speakers on a particular bill.
[01:05:33.760 --> 01:05:38.000] So they'll just go to 6 o'clock in the morning if they have to, they'll go all night until
[01:05:38.000 --> 01:05:40.880] they have to go back into session if they have to.
[01:05:40.880 --> 01:05:46.400] Now fortunately the whole thing is over by 2 a.m., but at any rate, I'll tell you what,
[01:05:46.400 --> 01:05:48.800]  for one thing, I'm going to make a comment.
[01:05:48.800 --> 01:05:55.480] We got down there, we'll see, it was a gangbusters day because Tuesday was also a day where they
[01:05:55.480 --> 01:06:00.160] had the big hearing at city council to get the floor out of the water, so we were kind
[01:06:00.160 --> 01:06:06.240] of like back and forth between city council and the capital all day long making sure that
[01:06:06.240 --> 01:06:11.600] we were going to be able to get in on the action at both locations for both of these
[01:06:11.600 --> 01:06:12.600]  serious topics.
[01:06:12.600 --> 01:06:19.520] Well, at any rate, I'll tell you what folks, if I had the time and folks out there who
[01:06:19.520 --> 01:06:24.080] do have the time, just go sit at some of these committee meetings, especially the criminal
[01:06:24.080 --> 01:06:30.400] jurisprudence because if I had the time, I would sit there all day long and I would put
[01:06:30.400 --> 01:06:35.680] in, I would get up at the podium and speak and submit affidavits against just about every
[01:06:35.680 --> 01:06:37.720] single bill that they are introducing.
[01:06:37.720 --> 01:06:40.400]  I mean folks, you wouldn't believe what I witnessed.
[01:06:40.400 --> 01:06:43.720] This is how they take away our rights and to hear the discussion about it.
[01:06:43.720 --> 01:06:48.640] Now, I got to give the committee props though because most of these bills that were being
[01:06:48.640 --> 01:06:53.640] introduced that even the members of the committee are like, we're not going to pass this.
[01:06:53.640 --> 01:06:55.760]  This is totally unconstitutional.
[01:06:55.760 --> 01:06:57.040] What are you guys trying to do?
[01:06:57.040 --> 01:07:01.200] So I have to admit that it can be a good process.
[01:07:01.200 --> 01:07:02.560] It depends on who's on the committee.
[01:07:02.560 --> 01:07:06.640] Now, it looks like we've got some pretty good members of the committee this go round.
[01:07:06.640 --> 01:07:12.800] But at any rate, concerning the House Bill 1937, we didn't get her, that was last.
[01:07:12.800 --> 01:07:17.480] They put us last and the reason is because that was the bill where the most number of
[01:07:17.480 --> 01:07:21.520] people wanted to speak and so they didn't want to take up everyone else's time who
[01:07:21.520 --> 01:07:26.600] was down there to discuss bills where, you know, it would only take half an hour or so.
[01:07:26.600 --> 01:07:31.960] And most of the committee members have already signed on to be co-signers of the bill, to
[01:07:31.960 --> 01:07:33.840]  be co-authors of the bill.
[01:07:33.840 --> 01:07:35.640] And so we had a very friendly audience.
[01:07:35.640 --> 01:07:37.520]  It was a very good time.
[01:07:37.520 --> 01:07:39.080]  There were excellent speakers.
[01:07:39.080 --> 01:07:43.480] Attorneys got up and spoke.
[01:07:43.480 --> 01:07:44.480]  It was really good.
[01:07:44.480 --> 01:07:46.440]  There's no preemption issues.
[01:07:46.440 --> 01:07:51.720] It's not a nullification bill because there is no federal statute that requires these
[01:07:51.720 --> 01:07:55.920] TSA agents to sexually molest people in order to get on the plane.
[01:07:55.920 --> 01:07:58.040]  It's not even a regulation.
[01:07:58.040 --> 01:07:59.880]  It's not even a rule.
[01:07:59.880 --> 01:08:04.280]  It's a policy and it's not even a written policy apparently.
[01:08:04.280 --> 01:08:09.080]  It's a spoken policy and so therefore, preemption doesn't apply.
[01:08:09.080 --> 01:08:11.280] It's not nullification, on and on and on.
[01:08:11.280 --> 01:08:14.920] So there was a lot of good discussion and input by attorneys who came up there to speak
[01:08:14.920 --> 01:08:20.480] and I'm going to break this down in a more thorough way next week.
[01:08:20.480 --> 01:08:25.400] I'm going to be playing some clips of some of the better testimonies from that committee
[01:08:25.400 --> 01:08:26.400]  hearing.
[01:08:26.400 --> 01:08:32.000] But I say all in all, it is looking very good and like I said the other night, the real
[01:08:32.000 --> 01:08:38.200] reason to get down there to testify or at least submit affidavits is because even though
[01:08:38.200 --> 01:08:42.800] it's going to be a done deal that the bill will pass out of committee, they needed our
[01:08:42.800 --> 01:08:49.760] testimonies and our affidavits so that they could show strength on the House floor when
[01:08:49.760 --> 01:08:53.400] they bring the bill to the floor for debate so that it will pass the House.
[01:08:53.400 --> 01:08:59.880] So I'll be further breaking that down next week and playing some clips from that hearing.
[01:08:59.880 --> 01:09:01.880]  I downloaded the video.
[01:09:01.880 --> 01:09:09.720] Now tomorrow night, we have a very special guest, Dr. Bill Vieth, who is a clinical
[01:09:09.720 --> 01:09:15.440] psychologist, two PhDs in psychology, he's spoken about the issue of people being committed
[01:09:15.440 --> 01:09:18.920] in the court system and the hazards and dangers of that.
[01:09:18.920 --> 01:09:25.960] He's also a currency expert and we are going to be debunking and breaking down the Bernard
[01:09:25.960 --> 01:09:32.200] Vaughan Knothouse case tomorrow night and I'm going to leave it as a cliffhanger for you
[01:09:32.200 --> 01:09:33.200]  guys.
[01:09:33.200 --> 01:09:38.320] I'm not going to spill the beans now but I can tell you this.
[01:09:38.320 --> 01:09:44.600] My analysis and Bill Vieth's analysis, which we agree upon, is probably not going to be
[01:09:44.600 --> 01:09:51.160] the prevailing popular opinion which is being discussed right now in the Patriot community
[01:09:51.160 --> 01:09:54.440] concerning what has happened with Bernard Vaughan Knothouse.
[01:09:54.440 --> 01:09:57.200] You may be surprised at what we have to say about it and I'm just going to leave it at
[01:09:57.200 --> 01:09:59.920] that but it is going to be a good analysis.
[01:09:59.920 --> 01:10:04.120] I've pulled down most of the pleadings and the other documents from PACER.
[01:10:04.120 --> 01:10:06.840] I've pulled down the indictment, the superseding indictment.
[01:10:06.840 --> 01:10:09.480] I've broken down all the charges, read the statute.
[01:10:09.480 --> 01:10:18.400] I've read the conviction, the verdict letter, everything and so this is going to be a factual
[01:10:18.400 --> 01:10:24.880] analysis, not a bunch of emotional hype and fluff and let's go get them and this sort
[01:10:24.880 --> 01:10:25.880]  of thing.
[01:10:25.880 --> 01:10:30.080] We're going to discuss points and matters of law concerning this case and what actually
[01:10:30.080 --> 01:10:31.080]  happened here.
[01:10:31.080 --> 01:10:35.560] So make sure you tune in tomorrow night for the Bernard Vaughan Knothouse Liberty Dollar
[01:10:35.560 --> 01:10:39.240] Analysis with Rule of Law Radio and Dr. Bill Veith.
[01:10:39.240 --> 01:10:45.320] All right, at this point in time, I believe Eddie wanted to discuss his experience at
[01:10:45.320 --> 01:10:47.320]  the Capitol yesterday.
[01:10:47.320 --> 01:10:55.080] Yeah, I went down and I visited with a state rep, Representative James White and what I
[01:10:55.080 --> 01:11:01.120] attempted to do was to have a meeting with him regarding the problems that we have with
[01:11:01.120 --> 01:11:06.200] the issues of the Code of Criminal Procedure where the judges just flat ignore what the
[01:11:06.200 --> 01:11:13.560] law requires them to do, how it requires them to conduct a case, to provide due process,
[01:11:13.560 --> 01:11:16.520] so on and so forth.
[01:11:16.520 --> 01:11:23.000] None of these seem to penetrate very well, I guess would be the way to describe it.
[01:11:23.000 --> 01:11:29.560] I didn't get to talk to him long enough to try to gauge accurately whether he's good,
[01:11:29.560 --> 01:11:34.000] bad or indifferent to what's brought before him.
[01:11:34.000 --> 01:11:38.120] Hopefully I'll be able to get more meetings with him and develop a rapport so that we
[01:11:38.120 --> 01:11:42.840] can get into more details and get into more length about these things.
[01:11:42.840 --> 01:11:53.760] But that being said, he did offer to set me up with a hearing with the Judicial Committee,
[01:11:53.760 --> 01:11:59.360] which is the committee that presides over the changes that are to be made to the Code
[01:11:59.360 --> 01:12:02.640] of Criminal Procedure and so on and so forth.
[01:12:02.640 --> 01:12:13.600] Now what I would like our listeners to do, Representative White's phone number is 512-463-0490.
[01:12:13.600 --> 01:12:21.480] If you would please call his office, let them know that this hearing needs to take place
[01:12:21.480 --> 01:12:29.720]  and it needs to be a substantial hearing, not a 20-minute hearing, not a 45-minute hearing,
[01:12:29.720 --> 01:12:35.360] but a substantial hearing over the issues that we've got with what the courts are and
[01:12:35.360 --> 01:12:42.840] are not doing that violates law and the rights of everybody that goes into a court.
[01:12:42.840 --> 01:12:49.760] With any luck, it'll be able to be set at a time and place where Ken Magnuson and Randy
[01:12:49.760 --> 01:12:55.320] can both participate, if no one else is able to, along with me.
[01:12:55.320 --> 01:12:58.480]  If necessary, I'll go it alone, I don't care.
[01:12:58.480 --> 01:13:04.120] But as soon as I know where and when the hearing will take place, I will make sure and announce
[01:13:04.120 --> 01:13:11.480] that on the show so that anybody that wants to come and hear it, speak about it if they
[01:13:11.480 --> 01:13:16.480] have questions or anything like that from the folks that are there to watch, however
[01:13:16.480 --> 01:13:19.540]  that works down there.
[01:13:19.540 --> 01:13:24.440] But we need to get this information before the Judicial Committee, we need to get some
[01:13:24.440 --> 01:13:31.160] of these issues resolved, or we need to start having something else occur and they're not
[01:13:31.160 --> 01:13:37.880] going to like that solution because of them testing the tensile strength of twine and
[01:13:37.880 --> 01:13:38.880]  rope.
[01:13:38.880 --> 01:13:43.320] Now Eddie, can you please repeat the name and the number of that rep?
[01:13:43.320 --> 01:13:53.640] It is Representative James White, his office phone is 512-463-0490, and please just call
[01:13:53.640 --> 01:14:01.000] and let them know that you demand that they make sure that this Judicial Committee hearing
[01:14:01.000 --> 01:14:08.480] on the Code of Criminal Procedure takes place with me at a minimum so that we can get these
[01:14:08.480 --> 01:14:12.960]  issues out.
[01:14:12.960 --> 01:14:13.960]  That's it.
[01:14:13.960 --> 01:14:14.960]  Excellent.
[01:14:14.960 --> 01:14:21.720] And hopefully this will be formulated into a bill that this representative will sponsor
[01:14:21.720 --> 01:14:25.480] or someone else on the committee.
[01:14:25.480 --> 01:14:29.240] Probably it will be somebody from the Judicial Committee that will sponsor it if there is
[01:14:29.240 --> 01:14:30.240]  one.
[01:14:30.240 --> 01:14:36.320] My own particular state rep, Rep Wayne Christian from Nacogdoches County, is on the Judicial
[01:14:36.320 --> 01:14:43.640] Committee and he's used this as a screen door on a submarine.
[01:14:43.640 --> 01:14:47.440]  I don't look for anything out of him whatsoever.
[01:14:47.440 --> 01:14:53.640] I've brought some of these same issues up to him several times and it's never, he'll
[01:14:53.640 --> 01:14:57.320] talk a good game, but talk is all he's about.
[01:14:57.320 --> 01:15:01.240] He'll go with whoever tells him to go this way or the other because that's the way the
[01:15:01.240 --> 01:15:02.600]  group wants it.
[01:15:02.600 --> 01:15:11.960]  And when I say group, I don't mean his constituents.
[01:15:11.960 --> 01:15:17.560] So do you have this meeting scheduled yet, Eddie, with the committee?
[01:15:17.560 --> 01:15:18.560]  No.
[01:15:18.560 --> 01:15:22.720] He said that it would probably take about a week to get it arranged, but one of his
[01:15:22.720 --> 01:15:27.720] good friends, one of the ladies that serves on that committee is good friends with Representative
[01:15:27.720 --> 01:15:34.640] White, he was going to turn over all of my information to her and some of the information
[01:15:34.640 --> 01:15:41.280] that I gave him were some of the legal documents that I have used in cases regarding some of
[01:15:41.280 --> 01:15:46.840] these issues, for instance, especially issues such as the city attorney acting as an attorney
[01:15:46.840 --> 01:15:52.520] for the state, the lack of an indictment or information.
[01:15:52.520 --> 01:15:58.840] I mean, just the lack of due process through no examining trial, no valid complaint, no
[01:15:58.840 --> 01:16:04.160] nothing and these courts just running roughshod over everyone and ignoring the laws if it
[01:16:04.160 --> 01:16:05.160]  doesn't matter.
[01:16:05.160 --> 01:16:07.080] What about the lack of gray matter?
[01:16:07.080 --> 01:16:10.440] Can we do anything about that?
[01:16:10.440 --> 01:16:16.160] Well, we'd have to come up with a different way of getting these people in office.
[01:16:16.160 --> 01:16:21.920] As long as they're using attorneys, lack of gray matter is going to remain prevalent simply
[01:16:21.920 --> 01:16:28.480] because the attorneys refuse to partake of actually reading the law.
[01:16:28.480 --> 01:16:33.840] They would much rather go through and just live on the system because it's what it expects
[01:16:33.840 --> 01:16:36.600] of them and it makes life easy for them.
[01:16:36.600 --> 01:16:37.600]  Indeed.
[01:16:37.600 --> 01:16:44.040] Okay, folks, so you heard it, call Representative White and urge him to get this hearing set
[01:16:44.040 --> 01:16:47.440] up and give that phone number out one more time, Eddie.
[01:16:47.440 --> 01:16:52.120]  512-463-0490, Representative James White.
[01:16:52.120 --> 01:16:54.200] All right, and folks, why don't you call in?
[01:16:54.200 --> 01:17:00.600] We got an open phone board, 512-646-1984.

[01:18:00.200 --> 01:18:04.400] My name is Randall Kelton and I co-host on Rule of Law Radio.
[01:18:04.400 --> 01:18:09.200] We specialize in showing people how to strike back against corrupt public officials.
[01:18:09.200 --> 01:18:13.600] With the mortgage crisis worsening, we set our sights on finding a remedy for people
[01:18:13.600 --> 01:18:15.760] who have been cheated by their lenders.
[01:18:15.760 --> 01:18:19.960] If you have a mortgage or have paid yours off, you have probably been cheated out of
[01:18:19.960 --> 01:18:22.300]  thousands, but there is a remedy.
[01:18:22.300 --> 01:18:31.560] Go to remediesinrealestate.com or call me at 512-430-4140 and find out how to use the
[01:18:31.560 --> 01:18:37.160] consumer protection laws to recover what the lenders have stolen through fraud and deception.
[01:18:37.160 --> 01:18:41.960] We will prepare for you a qualified written request that will expose the fraud and put
[01:18:41.960 --> 01:18:43.840] the lenders on the dime.
[01:18:43.840 --> 01:18:47.920] Lender fraud is bankrupting this country and it's time to fight back.
[01:18:47.920 --> 01:18:57.580] Go to remediesinrealestate.com or call 512-430-4140 and get the information you need to stop the
[01:18:57.580 --> 01:19:25.600] money changers in their tracks.
[01:19:25.600 --> 01:19:33.360] I was blindsided but now I can see your plans You put the fear in my pocket
[01:19:33.360 --> 01:19:44.360] You took the money from my hands Ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again
[01:19:44.360 --> 01:20:10.080] Ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again
[01:20:10.080 --> 01:20:18.360] Okay folks, we are back, Rule of Law Radio, ruleoflawradio.com, Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig,
[01:20:18.360 --> 01:20:24.040] Deborah Stevens, and folks, we have empty phone lines here, it's never happened before
[01:20:24.040 --> 01:20:26.240] on Rule of Law Radio, what's going on?
[01:20:26.240 --> 01:20:30.080]  Folks call in 512-646-1984.
[01:20:30.080 --> 01:20:37.040] In the meantime, Randy is going to discuss some developments and decisions that have
[01:20:37.040 --> 01:20:44.080] been made regarding information on his bargrievance.com website, so Randy, why don't you break it
[01:20:44.080 --> 01:20:45.080]  down for us?
[01:20:45.080 --> 01:20:52.960] Yes, I'm talking to a couple of programmers to help me bring the site up, I have the sites
[01:20:52.960 --> 01:21:01.360] actually working but within a week or so, I expect to have all 50 states up, both bargrievance.net
[01:21:01.360 --> 01:21:12.000] and judicialconduct.com, and we're setting the system up so that you fill out the bargrievance
[01:21:12.000 --> 01:21:22.880] form online, it will download a copy to you, and then we will set in a check box for you
[01:21:22.880 --> 01:21:31.000] to select whether you want your name associated with the grievance.
[01:21:31.000 --> 01:21:33.960] And that's for display purposes on the site, you mean?
[01:21:33.960 --> 01:21:38.480] And all this would be entered, people can enter all this information in on a secured
[01:21:38.480 --> 01:21:42.480] socket layer connection, and then they check a box whether or not they want their name
[01:21:42.480 --> 01:21:49.480] and address appearing on the website with the bargrievance story or not.
[01:21:49.480 --> 01:21:55.520] Yes, and then what the system will do is download a copy to you so you can sign it and send
[01:21:55.520 --> 01:22:04.720] it, then it will store one on the web page, now it won't have a link to it, it will just
[01:22:04.720 --> 01:22:12.120] drop it on the web page, but it will take the name of the person complained against
[01:22:12.120 --> 01:22:16.000] and use that as the name of the file.
[01:22:16.000 --> 01:22:19.200]  It's in the URL name you're talking about?
[01:22:19.200 --> 01:22:20.200]  Yes.
[01:22:20.200 --> 01:22:23.920] So that if someone does a search in a search engine on that attorney, it will come up in
[01:22:23.920 --> 01:22:24.920]  the search engine?
[01:22:24.920 --> 01:22:25.920]  Yes.
[01:22:25.920 --> 01:22:32.040] If you do a search on my name or your name, you're not going to get a million hits, you're
[01:22:32.040 --> 01:22:39.000] going to get a fairly discrete number of hits, especially these attorneys who, you know,
[01:22:39.000 --> 01:22:45.480] Deborah and I and Eddie are essentially on the web a lot, but these attorneys are not.
[01:22:45.480 --> 01:22:50.560] So if somebody does a search on this attorney's name, they're going to get a hit right on
[01:22:50.560 --> 01:22:51.560]  that document.
[01:22:51.560 --> 01:22:55.720] Now, I do want to comment here concerning entering in your personal information because
[01:22:55.720 --> 01:23:00.640] this was a topic of conversation one night when you weren't here, Randi, and Randi is
[01:23:00.640 --> 01:23:05.680] going to set it up, folks, so that you will enter your personal information and the story
[01:23:05.680 --> 01:23:11.640] of the bar grievance on a secured socket layer connection so that that won't be transmitted
[01:23:11.640 --> 01:23:16.640] unencrypted over the internet and then you check the box of whether or not you want your
[01:23:16.640 --> 01:23:20.680] personal information displayed on the bar grievances on the website, but to make it
[01:23:20.680 --> 01:23:25.880] clear, Randi and I discussed this, you are going to have to at least give Randi your
[01:23:25.880 --> 01:23:31.640] personal information associated with this bar grievance and the reason why is because
[01:23:31.640 --> 01:23:38.160] if he displays your bar grievance with no personal information, he's got to be able
[01:23:38.160 --> 01:23:43.960] to source that of who actually wrote that because if he ever gets sued for slander or
[01:23:43.960 --> 01:23:48.120] libel or something like that by one of these attorneys, he's got to be able to come up
[01:23:48.120 --> 01:23:52.880] with a source that, hey, I didn't just write this out of the blue and so that's just to
[01:23:52.880 --> 01:23:57.440] protect Randi in a case of a lawsuit, but you don't have to have that displayed on the
[01:23:57.440 --> 01:23:58.440]  bar grievance website.
[01:23:58.440 --> 01:24:06.760] And it's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when these attorneys are not going to be
[01:24:06.760 --> 01:24:07.760]  happy campers.
[01:24:07.760 --> 01:24:10.720] No, they are not, they are absolutely not.
[01:24:10.720 --> 01:24:14.600] When we start airing their dirty laundry, they're going to get real ugly about it.
[01:24:14.600 --> 01:24:21.760] The state of Texas, I think it was last September, September before last, bar grievances became
[01:24:21.760 --> 01:24:24.240]  public in Texas.
[01:24:24.240 --> 01:24:30.280] So now when you file a bar grievance, what the state bar is doing is saying, oh, that's
[01:24:30.280 --> 01:24:36.920] not a bar grievance, that's a request for mediation so that they don't have to publicize
[01:24:36.920 --> 01:24:37.920]  it.
[01:24:37.920 --> 01:24:46.440] And the state of California, Colorado, if you go to their site, the state bar site will
[01:24:46.440 --> 01:24:52.880] direct you to a phone number to call them and discuss your bar grievance problem with
[01:24:52.880 --> 01:24:53.880]  them.
[01:24:53.880 --> 01:24:58.520] Well, if you read the rules, that's not what the rules say.
[01:24:58.520 --> 01:25:03.920] The rules say you're supposed to send them to a judge who is set up for the specific
[01:25:03.920 --> 01:25:06.240] purpose of taking these complaints.
[01:25:06.240 --> 01:25:11.640] So the state bar is lying to everyone.
[01:25:11.640 --> 01:25:19.440] And when I set up the site, I have the instructions from the Colorado state bar on there, but
[01:25:19.440 --> 01:25:29.120] I put a few little notations in there to correct some unfortunate misconceptions.
[01:25:29.120 --> 01:25:35.680] And we'll be doing this for all of the states as we get these built.
[01:25:35.680 --> 01:25:44.800] We'll look at how the bar is directing people to process the complaints, and then we'll
[01:25:44.800 --> 01:25:51.240] look at the rules and see how the rules say they're supposed to direct complaints to make
[01:25:51.240 --> 01:25:57.320] sure we get these things in accordance with the rules without regard to what the bar says.
[01:25:57.320 --> 01:26:06.320] And as to Texas, I will be going to the bar and demanding copies of every document that
[01:26:06.320 --> 01:26:13.560] purports to raise a complaint issue against an attorney.
[01:26:13.560 --> 01:26:20.560] And if I get a half an ounce of Crapola from these guys, we get to go to the grand jury.
[01:26:20.560 --> 01:26:29.440] Plus the way I'm looking at it, the state bar of Texas is deliberately misconstruing
[01:26:29.440 --> 01:26:36.880] complaints so as to avoid the open records act, the requirements of the open records
[01:26:36.880 --> 01:26:37.880]  act.
[01:26:37.880 --> 01:26:48.680] And that is official oppression, wherein they're denying me access to those records.
[01:26:48.680 --> 01:26:56.960] We'll see if we can't get that part fixed, and I'm relatively certain we can.
[01:26:56.960 --> 01:27:03.760] Someone low level in the state bar has been ordered to do these things, and when I drag
[01:27:03.760 --> 01:27:09.640] that person before the local grand jury, that person's going to scream bloody murder and
[01:27:09.640 --> 01:27:12.400] feed us the one who told him to do it.
[01:27:12.400 --> 01:27:17.920] And then we charge them both with conspiracy to commit, and I think they will decide to
[01:27:17.920 --> 01:27:24.080] change their rules and regulation or their procedures.
[01:27:24.080 --> 01:27:33.600] But as to the complaint itself, most of these grievances have a place for either driver's
[01:27:33.600 --> 01:27:35.680]  license or social security.
[01:27:35.680 --> 01:27:39.960] Well, we're going to use their forms just the way they are, but we're going to take
[01:27:39.960 --> 01:27:47.240] out the form fields for that kind of information.
[01:27:47.240 --> 01:27:53.960] You'll need an address for us, but that won't be posted on the website where anybody can
[01:27:53.960 --> 01:27:55.520]  see it.
[01:27:55.520 --> 01:28:02.160] As to social security number and driver's license, the line will be there, but there
[01:28:02.160 --> 01:28:07.400] will be no way to enter it into the form on the website.
[01:28:07.400 --> 01:28:08.920]  We don't want that information.
[01:28:08.920 --> 01:28:10.520]  I don't want it on my site.
[01:28:10.520 --> 01:28:11.520]  I don't want to see it.
[01:28:11.520 --> 01:28:13.760]  I don't want to know what it is.
[01:28:13.760 --> 01:28:17.760] Once you download it, you can fill that part in by hand.
[01:28:17.760 --> 01:28:21.800] That way, it makes sure that that information does not get out even by mistake.
[01:28:21.800 --> 01:28:27.600] Yeah, but people are going to at least need to enter in their address and phone number.
[01:28:27.600 --> 01:28:34.920] I will need a way to point the attorney directly at the person who filed the grievance so that
[01:28:34.920 --> 01:28:37.800] they don't come back to me and accuse me of making this stuff up.
[01:28:37.800 --> 01:28:41.880] Yeah, because otherwise, if Randy doesn't have a way to source what he's posting on
[01:28:41.880 --> 01:28:48.440] the website, then they can just easily construe and accuse Randy of just making stuff up and
[01:28:48.440 --> 01:28:50.400]  posting it about attorneys.
[01:28:50.400 --> 01:28:55.720] That's why Randy has to have your personal information in case he gets chased down by
[01:28:55.720 --> 01:29:00.360] some of these attorneys, but he doesn't have to post it on the website, but he's got to
[01:29:00.360 --> 01:29:01.960]  have it.
[01:29:01.960 --> 01:29:04.280]  That's the way we're going to set it up.
[01:29:04.280 --> 01:29:06.200]  I think it's a pretty good compromise.
[01:29:06.200 --> 01:29:13.600] I fully expect at least one of these attorneys to come after me.
[01:29:13.600 --> 01:29:22.120] That should be interesting because when he comes after me, I'll be coming after him.
[01:29:22.120 --> 01:29:26.880]  I don't think he's going to be a match for a pro se.
[01:29:26.880 --> 01:29:30.920] They give seminars to each other now to teach each other how to beat pro se.
[01:29:30.920 --> 01:29:32.920]  That's how much effect we're having.
[01:29:32.920 --> 01:29:34.800] Yeah, let me talk about that.
[01:29:34.800 --> 01:29:38.960] We've got three callers on the line and Gary from Texas, my call screener, is telling me
[01:29:38.960 --> 01:29:43.720] waited for an hour and a half and his call wasn't able to be taken, so maybe we should
[01:29:43.720 --> 01:29:45.560] go to some of these calls when we get back on the other side.
[01:29:45.560 --> 01:29:50.040] We've got Linda from Floyd Free Austin who wants to give a report on the city council
[01:29:50.040 --> 01:29:54.040] hearing the other day, and so I definitely want to hear more about that.
[01:29:54.040 --> 01:29:55.360]  Folks, we'll be right back.
[01:29:55.360 --> 01:29:57.520] This is the rule of law, ruleoflawradio.com.

[01:30:27.680 --> 01:30:34.120] You might not know it yet, but your home has probably been zillowed.
[01:30:34.120 --> 01:30:37.840] If you're not sure what that means, you should stay tuned and find out.
[01:30:37.840 --> 01:30:41.880] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll tell you more about this privacy nightmare in just
[01:30:41.880 --> 01:30:43.040]  a moment.
[01:30:43.040 --> 01:30:48.360] Your search engine is watching you, recording all your searches and creating a massive database
[01:30:48.360 --> 01:30:50.040]  of your personal information.
[01:30:50.040 --> 01:30:51.320]  That's creepy.
[01:30:51.320 --> 01:30:53.440] But it doesn't have to be that way.
[01:30:53.440 --> 01:30:56.560]  Startpage.com is the world's most private search engine.
[01:30:56.560 --> 01:31:00.680] Startpage doesn't store your IP address, make a record of your searches or use tracking
[01:31:00.680 --> 01:31:02.960]  cookies, and they're third-party certified.
[01:31:02.960 --> 01:31:07.440] If you don't like Big Brother spying on you, start over with Startpage.
[01:31:07.440 --> 01:31:10.320] Great search results and total privacy.
[01:31:10.320 --> 01:31:13.360]  Startpage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[01:31:13.360 --> 01:31:16.800] Would you like the world to know how many bedrooms are in your house, along with its
[01:31:16.800 --> 01:31:19.200] square footage and estimated value?
[01:31:19.200 --> 01:31:22.440] Probably not, but zillow.com has put it all up on the Internet.
[01:31:22.440 --> 01:31:26.960] The free service lets anyone get details about the inside of your home, plus pictures of
[01:31:26.960 --> 01:31:29.560] the outside, courtesy of Google Street View.
[01:31:29.560 --> 01:31:33.880] If you're upset about strangers counting your closets and using your home's value to estimate
[01:31:33.880 --> 01:31:35.880]  your income, you're out of luck.
[01:31:35.880 --> 01:31:40.240] Even if you ask Zillow nicely to remove your property from their database, they won't.
[01:31:40.240 --> 01:31:44.600] Their official policy is to add homes as they're identified, but never to remove one.
[01:31:44.600 --> 01:31:48.440] Now, there's a company I hope goes out of business and winds up homeless.
[01:31:48.440 --> 01:31:50.800]  I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht.
[01:31:50.800 --> 01:31:53.440]  More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:31:53.440 --> 01:32:22.640] Okay, folks, we are back.
[01:32:22.640 --> 01:32:24.040]  We're taking your calls now.
[01:32:24.040 --> 01:32:29.440] Gary, I don't know what happened to you last week, but we did take all the calls that were
[01:32:29.440 --> 01:32:31.160] on the board before the end of the show.
[01:32:31.160 --> 01:32:33.800] Maybe you had hung up and called back a few times.
[01:32:33.800 --> 01:32:35.440] Gary, just sit tight for a second.
[01:32:35.440 --> 01:32:38.560] We want to get a report from Linda Green from Flooride Free Austin.
[01:32:38.560 --> 01:32:40.280] Linda, thank you for calling in.
[01:32:40.280 --> 01:32:42.040]  So, what's the word?
[01:32:42.040 --> 01:32:49.760] Well, we had an amazing meeting with Randy Shade, Laura Morrison, and Mike Martinez the
[01:32:49.760 --> 01:32:50.760]  other day.
[01:32:50.760 --> 01:32:55.400] They were there probably to look good, but we took full advantage of that.
[01:32:55.400 --> 01:32:58.800] And I just want to speak to all your listeners out there.
[01:32:58.800 --> 01:33:06.280] There may be 10,000 people in Austin that listen to Alex Jones, Rule of Law.
[01:33:06.280 --> 01:33:13.240] And I so much appreciated that you showed up and was in that room Tuesday to just be
[01:33:13.240 --> 01:33:14.320]  there with us.
[01:33:14.320 --> 01:33:20.680] Your presence made a big difference because we filled city council chambers on Tuesday.
[01:33:20.680 --> 01:33:26.500] And then as soon as that event was over, I raced up to the Capitol because you guys were
[01:33:26.500 --> 01:33:31.360] doing something with another bill that needed people to show up.
[01:33:31.360 --> 01:33:34.200]  And it makes a huge difference.
[01:33:34.200 --> 01:33:38.800] We have a wonderful team of people working to fight this fluorosalicylic acid that's
[01:33:38.800 --> 01:33:41.280] being added to our water.
[01:33:41.280 --> 01:33:49.220] And even though the head of the Health and Human Services Department here in Austin totally
[01:33:49.220 --> 01:33:59.160] lied about the natural fluoride in our water, we're going to keep going at it.
[01:33:59.160 --> 01:34:01.900] And every person can make a huge difference.
[01:34:01.900 --> 01:34:08.200] If you want to be an armchair activist and just send some email to city council, fine.
[01:34:08.200 --> 01:34:16.600] If you want to show up at the State Capitol and sit there with some other friend that
[01:34:16.600 --> 01:34:22.960] wants you to be there to testify for some bill until 2 o'clock in the morning, do that.
[01:34:22.960 --> 01:34:29.440] And all of us all together, Brave New Books, Alex, Texans for Accountable Government, everybody
[01:34:29.440 --> 01:34:37.320] let go of your differences and just be there for one another for a common goal.
[01:34:37.320 --> 01:34:41.120] Yeah, and it was very good.
[01:34:41.120 --> 01:34:46.080] We had activists from all over the state and all of the city that showed up there.
[01:34:46.080 --> 01:34:50.560] And folks were texting each other and twittering and everything to keep each other posted so
[01:34:50.560 --> 01:34:54.240] that the whole community wouldn't have to sit there for 12 hours.
[01:34:54.240 --> 01:34:55.760]  That was extremely helpful.
[01:34:55.760 --> 01:35:00.440] So I want to give a special thanks to Heather Fazio for helping me out with that because
[01:35:00.440 --> 01:35:03.400] I had to run radio shows that night as well.
[01:35:03.400 --> 01:35:07.200] And it's difficult to get people to help me run the board and stuff like that.
[01:35:07.200 --> 01:35:08.200] So that was extremely helpful.
[01:35:08.200 --> 01:35:11.040] And Linda, you gave a great testimony up at the Capitol.
[01:35:11.040 --> 01:35:15.040] And when I break down and go over in detail what happened that night, I'm going to play
[01:35:15.040 --> 01:35:17.240] some of your testimony as well.
[01:35:17.240 --> 01:35:18.240]  Thank you.
[01:35:18.240 --> 01:35:23.120] And just to get a little update, people can go to YouTube.
[01:35:23.120 --> 01:35:30.400] And if you go to YouTube, you can go to Fluoride Free Austin, you can go to Austin Citizens,
[01:35:30.400 --> 01:35:36.440] you can go to Fluoride Fraud, educate yourself in a fun way with some videos, and then go
[01:35:36.440 --> 01:35:43.960] to fluoridefreeaustin.com and help us bring an end to this toxic fluoride waste in our
[01:35:43.960 --> 01:35:44.960]  water.
[01:35:44.960 --> 01:35:50.960] Let us be the first major city to accomplish this, and there will be a domino effect.
[01:35:50.960 --> 01:35:58.400] Right now, Alaska is having an incredible Juneau and Fairbanks getting fluoride out
[01:35:58.400 --> 01:36:02.620] of their water so we can all stand on the shoulders of everybody else.
[01:36:02.620 --> 01:36:07.040] And I thank you so much, rule of law, for being there for all of us in so many different
[01:36:07.040 --> 01:36:08.040]  ways.
[01:36:08.040 --> 01:36:10.320] Well, thank you, Linda, for all your work that you've done.
[01:36:10.320 --> 01:36:14.720] And yeah, they better take the fluoride out of the water or else we are going to sue them
[01:36:14.720 --> 01:36:20.760] because now there have been studies done and we discussed this on the show the other night
[01:36:20.760 --> 01:36:28.720] that when there are medical studies that have been published showing that something is harmful,
[01:36:28.720 --> 01:36:32.880] the city is going to have to do something about it, otherwise they can get sued by the
[01:36:32.880 --> 01:36:34.000]  public at large.
[01:36:34.000 --> 01:36:37.680] We don't have to have specific individuals standing.
[01:36:37.680 --> 01:36:42.400] We don't have to show individual specific harm or some health condition that can be
[01:36:42.400 --> 01:36:47.080] traced back specifically to the fluorosilicic acid that's been put in the tap water.
[01:36:47.080 --> 01:36:52.160] We don't have to prove up that level of standing in this situation because there's already
[01:36:52.160 --> 01:36:58.400] published medical research that shows that this is absolutely harmful to people's health.
[01:36:58.400 --> 01:37:02.320] So if they know what's good for them, they'll take it out as soon as possible or else they
[01:37:02.320 --> 01:37:05.960] will get sued and I'll cook up a lawsuit myself if I have to.
[01:37:05.960 --> 01:37:08.400] So thank you very much for all your work, Linda.
[01:37:08.400 --> 01:37:09.400]  Thank you.
[01:37:09.400 --> 01:37:14.240] Everybody needs to know, all we need is four city councils to do the right thing so that
[01:37:14.240 --> 01:37:17.080] we don't have to bring about a class action lawsuit.
[01:37:17.080 --> 01:37:20.440] So put the pressure on your city council.
[01:37:20.440 --> 01:37:26.360] Go look up city council, Austin City Council and you can send your city council members
[01:37:26.360 --> 01:37:29.400] an email and tell them what you think about this fluoride waste.
[01:37:29.400 --> 01:37:31.000] Go down there and talk to them.
[01:37:31.000 --> 01:37:32.000]  Call them.
[01:37:32.000 --> 01:37:33.000]  Send them faxes.
[01:37:33.000 --> 01:37:35.840] That's a little more effective than emails, but yeah, do what you can.
[01:37:35.840 --> 01:37:36.840]  All right.
[01:37:36.840 --> 01:37:37.840]  Thank you, Linda.
[01:37:37.840 --> 01:37:38.840]  Thank you.
[01:37:38.840 --> 01:37:42.880] This is fluoride free Austin and that website is fluoride and spell it with a U like the
[01:37:42.880 --> 01:37:49.080]  flu, F-L-U-O-R-I-D-E-F-R-E-E Austin dot com.
[01:37:49.080 --> 01:37:50.080]  Okay.
[01:37:50.080 --> 01:37:51.560] We are going now to Gary in Texas.
[01:37:51.560 --> 01:37:53.000] Gary, thank you for calling in.
[01:37:53.000 --> 01:37:54.600] What is your question tonight?
[01:37:54.600 --> 01:37:55.600]  Yes.
[01:37:55.600 --> 01:38:02.040] My question to all the panel to give me a little help on understanding our 14th amendment,
[01:38:02.040 --> 01:38:04.680]  the word a bridge of a privilege.
[01:38:04.680 --> 01:38:10.440] In other words, the 14th says that no state may make or enforce any law which abridges
[01:38:10.440 --> 01:38:14.120] the right to power or immunity of any person.
[01:38:14.120 --> 01:38:21.120] I'm wondering how does the state legislature, if they pass a law, which if they say that
[01:38:21.120 --> 01:38:27.400] my driving is a privilege, then if they pass a state law that says that they want to be
[01:38:27.400 --> 01:38:38.120] over and do a checkpoint, are they not violating my, they're not a bridge, my privilege, the
[01:38:38.120 --> 01:38:39.880]  bridge that's made in the 14th amendment.
[01:38:39.880 --> 01:38:42.680]  That's my question.
[01:38:42.680 --> 01:38:43.680]  That's not a privilege.
[01:38:43.680 --> 01:38:48.080]  A privilege is something that's granted.
[01:38:48.080 --> 01:38:49.080]  That's the right.
[01:38:49.080 --> 01:38:51.680]  That's the right you already had.
[01:38:51.680 --> 01:38:52.680]  Right.
[01:38:52.680 --> 01:38:53.680]  That's the right.
[01:38:53.680 --> 01:38:54.680]  Yeah.
[01:38:54.680 --> 01:38:59.600]  That's the right to abridge it, and that's a question that I've had that frankly I don't
[01:38:59.600 --> 01:39:00.600]  know how to answer.
[01:39:00.600 --> 01:39:06.680] Well, driving is a privilege because it involves commerce, but traveling is a right that they
[01:39:06.680 --> 01:39:07.680]  can't abridge.
[01:39:07.680 --> 01:39:08.680]  Right, Randy?
[01:39:08.680 --> 01:39:09.680]  Isn't that correct?
[01:39:09.680 --> 01:39:10.680]  Yes.
[01:39:10.680 --> 01:39:11.680]  Okay.
[01:39:11.680 --> 01:39:15.920] Well, even if it was just my privilege, and let's say I give up the right, which I'm not
[01:39:15.920 --> 01:39:16.920]  going to do.
[01:39:16.920 --> 01:39:21.320] I have a right to do it, to travel, but let's say that I agree and say, okay, I'm operating
[01:39:21.320 --> 01:39:28.200] under the privilege, is not setting up a checkpoint, is that an abridgment of my privilege?
[01:39:28.200 --> 01:39:29.200]  Okay.
[01:39:29.200 --> 01:39:37.160] Now, a privilege that is granted, the case law is clear that when the legislature grants
[01:39:37.160 --> 01:39:43.200] the privilege, it can restrict or withdraw the privilege as it chooses.
[01:39:43.200 --> 01:39:54.000] Well, would that law not be unconstitutional since Article 6 says that no law can exist,
[01:39:54.000 --> 01:39:56.320] which is not in pursuance of the Constitution?
[01:39:56.320 --> 01:40:01.520] In other words, if I have a privilege under the federal constitution, the state can't
[01:40:01.520 --> 01:40:03.520]  abridge it, can it?
[01:40:03.520 --> 01:40:04.520]  Okay.
[01:40:04.520 --> 01:40:11.840] Well, as I understand, the right to drive is not a privilege under the federal constitution,
[01:40:11.840 --> 01:40:15.880]  so we can't invoke that.
[01:40:15.880 --> 01:40:21.740] Any law that would restrict a right, that we can invoke, but there was a question I
[01:40:21.740 --> 01:40:23.320]  had about that.
[01:40:23.320 --> 01:40:31.580] When we elect our public officials, they swear to an oath to uphold and protect the Constitution.
[01:40:31.580 --> 01:40:39.240] So if a legislator passes a law that's in violation of the Constitution, that's an act
[01:40:39.240 --> 01:40:42.160] in violation of their oath.
[01:40:42.160 --> 01:40:43.920] Yeah, well, they do that every day.
[01:40:43.920 --> 01:40:49.520] And if that legislation has the effect of denying me the full free access to or enjoyment
[01:40:49.520 --> 01:40:55.840] of a right, I would consider that an act of official oppression on the part of our legislators.
[01:40:55.840 --> 01:41:01.100] Yeah, and Randy, I think what Gary is referring to specifically, and I need to look up which
[01:41:01.100 --> 01:41:09.200] House bill this is, it's actually in the House and the Senate... Okay, actually, yes, I've
[01:41:09.200 --> 01:41:15.960] got it right here, HB 439, and I'm not sure what the Senate bill is.
[01:41:15.960 --> 01:41:24.480] Senate Bill 531, okay, these are very dangerous bills that are in our legislature right now.
[01:41:24.480 --> 01:41:28.040] Neither one has been heard in committee hearing yet.
[01:41:28.040 --> 01:41:30.960] I'm on the alert list, so I will let folks know.
[01:41:30.960 --> 01:41:38.280] But what this has to do with is these DWI checkpoints, sobriety checkpoints, they call
[01:41:38.280 --> 01:41:45.680] them, and actually, Texas is only one of 15 states in the union now that do not have sobriety
[01:41:45.680 --> 01:41:46.680]  checkpoints.
[01:41:46.680 --> 01:41:51.280] Now, it's concerning that they want to be able to pull setup checkpoints and check to
[01:41:51.280 --> 01:41:56.880] make sure every car that passes down that road, whoever is behind the wheel, is not
[01:41:56.880 --> 01:41:57.880]  intoxicated.
[01:41:57.880 --> 01:42:01.640] Now, again, this goes to privileges versus rights.
[01:42:01.640 --> 01:42:06.360] Driving is a privilege because driving implies being in commerce on the roadways.
[01:42:06.360 --> 01:42:07.800]  Travel isn't right.
[01:42:07.800 --> 01:42:16.280] Now, these sobriety checkpoints, to me, that is an abridgment of a right to travel, and
[01:42:16.280 --> 01:42:21.640] it's also an abridging or abridgment of the privilege to drive, either way you look at
[01:42:21.640 --> 01:42:22.640]  it.
[01:42:22.640 --> 01:42:27.280] Now, the state may be able to set up these checkpoints for drivers.
[01:42:27.280 --> 01:42:31.960] They may be able to abridge the privilege of driving with the checkpoints, but how can
[01:42:31.960 --> 01:42:35.720] they abridge my right to travel without probable cause?
[01:42:35.720 --> 01:42:39.680] That's where they're going to run into a problem, and folks, we got to be really on top of these
[01:42:39.680 --> 01:42:43.880] bills and make sure we get down to the Capitol and testifying committee when these bills
[01:42:43.880 --> 01:42:47.880] get heard, because they tried to push it through last session, and it didn't work out.
[01:42:47.880 --> 01:42:52.000] Actually, I think it passed the House, but it never made it to the Senate.
[01:42:52.000 --> 01:42:54.680] This time, there's bills in both the House and the Senate, and it's getting dangerous,
[01:42:54.680 --> 01:42:58.760] so we need to try to stop it in the legislature first, if we can.
[01:42:58.760 --> 01:42:59.760]  Go ahead.
[01:42:59.760 --> 01:43:02.360] If I can interject here on this for a second.
[01:43:02.360 --> 01:43:10.200] Okay, the right to travel in and of itself is not directly a right, the way it's stated.
[01:43:10.200 --> 01:43:16.280] What it is, is an amalgam of several rights being exercised.
[01:43:16.280 --> 01:43:22.160] It is your right to liberty, it is your right to free movement between the states and any
[01:43:22.160 --> 01:43:29.200] place within that state, it is a right to the use of property that you own.
[01:43:29.200 --> 01:43:35.520] Those three rights, at an absolute minimum, are invoked in the right to travel, and as
[01:43:35.520 --> 01:43:41.080] such, they're not abrogating or derogating one right, but several.
[01:43:41.080 --> 01:43:42.560]  Agreed.
[01:43:42.560 --> 01:43:45.560] But we have to watch it.
[01:43:45.560 --> 01:43:46.560]  Yep.
[01:43:46.560 --> 01:43:48.480] All right, folks, we'll be right back after this break.

[01:46:27.200 --> 01:46:52.240] Okay, folks, we are back. We're taking your calls. Eddie, did you have any other comments
[01:46:52.240 --> 01:46:55.200] on this? It looks like Gary dropped off the line.
[01:46:55.200 --> 01:46:59.840] No, I didn't have anything in addition to it. That was just a comment I wanted to make
[01:46:59.840 --> 01:47:05.000] about the exercise of multiple rights in regard to the right to travel, and these people just
[01:47:05.000 --> 01:47:09.440] seem to completely miss the obvious in relation to that.
[01:47:09.440 --> 01:47:13.960] Yeah, and Randy, you were telling me something. We were discussing these sobriety checkpoints,
[01:47:13.960 --> 01:47:20.160] and it came out in the committee hearing on Tuesday, because I sat there and listened
[01:47:20.160 --> 01:47:26.360] to hearings on many of these bills, one of them regarding this interlock thing where
[01:47:26.360 --> 01:47:32.440] there would be this piece of technology called an interlock, which is basically a breathalyzer,
[01:47:32.440 --> 01:47:36.680] and it records data, and you have to blow into it before you get behind the wheel if
[01:47:36.680 --> 01:47:41.840] you're on probation for a DUI or something, and the mounting cameras on the dashboard
[01:47:41.840 --> 01:47:46.440] is all part of it to make sure that somebody else doesn't blow into it, and then the person
[01:47:46.440 --> 01:47:51.600] on probation actually gets behind the wheel, all these things, and the reason that they're
[01:47:51.600 --> 01:47:56.840] starting to get hardcore about wanting to push these bills through on these issues is
[01:47:56.840 --> 01:48:02.200] because it's all coming from some of the reps up in the North Texas region, because the
[01:48:02.200 --> 01:48:09.200] Dallas, Arlington, Fort Worth area has the highest statistics of fatalities, injuries,
[01:48:09.200 --> 01:48:15.760] and accidents related to DUI than anywhere else in the country, and that's why they want
[01:48:15.760 --> 01:48:19.560] to do all this interlock stuff and put all these sobriety checkpoints, and Randy, you
[01:48:19.560 --> 01:48:23.600] said you have a good solution for this problem, and what is it?
[01:48:23.600 --> 01:48:24.600]  Yes.
[01:48:24.600 --> 01:48:28.200] Stop dealing these guys out of the crime.
[01:48:28.200 --> 01:48:29.200]  Absolutely.
[01:48:29.200 --> 01:48:37.040] I was once in court and had a guy that the police used to testify against me, and I said,
[01:48:37.040 --> 01:48:40.600] Mr. Starr, I have your criminal history here.
[01:48:40.600 --> 01:48:42.920]  You have been a bad boy.
[01:48:42.920 --> 01:48:44.080] Were you drinking that night?
[01:48:44.080 --> 01:48:45.080]  Oh, no, no, no.
[01:48:45.080 --> 01:48:46.080]  I wasn't drinking.
[01:48:46.080 --> 01:48:47.080]  Oh, you weren't drinking.
[01:48:47.080 --> 01:48:50.560] Have you ever been cited for a DUI?
[01:48:50.560 --> 01:48:52.360]  Well, a time or two.
[01:48:52.360 --> 01:48:54.360]  I said a time or two.
[01:48:54.360 --> 01:48:56.960] Well, yeah, two or three maybe.
[01:48:56.960 --> 01:48:58.480]  I said four or five maybe.
[01:48:58.480 --> 01:49:00.720] Well, maybe six or seven maybe.
[01:49:00.720 --> 01:49:05.080] Well, yeah, ten, Mr. Starr.
[01:49:05.080 --> 01:49:13.760] This guy had received ten DUIs, and he's still out there.
[01:49:13.760 --> 01:49:16.320]  No wonder we're having this problem.
[01:49:16.320 --> 01:49:22.160] That point was brought up in the committee hearing, and so this is an issue of all the
[01:49:22.160 --> 01:49:27.800] deferred adjudication and stuff, and the multiple first-time offenses.
[01:49:27.800 --> 01:49:29.980] How can you have multiple first-time offenses?
[01:49:29.980 --> 01:49:34.080] This was discussed in the committee hearing on Tuesday evening regarding this interlock
[01:49:34.080 --> 01:49:38.880] bill, and so at any rate, Randy, I'm going to keep you posted when these bills come up
[01:49:38.880 --> 01:49:42.800] for committee hearing regarding the sobriety checkpoints, and I want you to go up and testify
[01:49:42.800 --> 01:49:45.400] to the committee, so we've got to make this a point.
[01:49:45.400 --> 01:49:53.960] We had a jury in Weatherford, Texas send the right message, guy's first DUI.
[01:49:53.960 --> 01:49:57.680]  They gave him 99 years.
[01:49:57.680 --> 01:50:03.960] Now they knew when they gave him that, that he would be overturned, but two years before
[01:50:03.960 --> 01:50:11.560] a drunk driver crossed the center medium on I-30, hit a carload of teenagers coming back
[01:50:11.560 --> 01:50:18.240] from a basketball game, killed them all, and this guy wasn't even injured.
[01:50:18.240 --> 01:50:24.120] And after that, this guy got a first DUI, he was in an accident, they gave him 99 years.
[01:50:24.120 --> 01:50:27.120] Well, they knew it would be overturned, but they made their point.
[01:50:27.120 --> 01:50:34.120] If you're in Parker County, you better not be drinking and driving.
[01:50:34.120 --> 01:50:35.960]  They'll wind your clocks.
[01:50:35.960 --> 01:50:36.960]  Not a good thing.
[01:50:36.960 --> 01:50:41.720] This is how we fix it, not dealing it down to some lesser offense so that you can put
[01:50:41.720 --> 01:50:47.040] them on probation for the next two years, and then when they get another offense, then
[01:50:47.040 --> 01:50:50.320] they have mandatory jail time.
[01:50:50.320 --> 01:50:57.200] That's why we have the highest incarceration rate of any country in the entire world.
[01:50:57.200 --> 01:51:04.440] Yes, absolutely, and definitely the answer is not to abridge our right to travel or our
[01:51:04.440 --> 01:51:10.240] privilege to drive either of the public at large by setting up these sobriety checkpoints
[01:51:10.240 --> 01:51:12.320] is a total violation of Fourth Amendment.
[01:51:12.320 --> 01:51:14.080] I'm not going to put up with it.
[01:51:14.080 --> 01:51:18.320] All right, so definitely, folks, this is a very important issue.
[01:51:18.320 --> 01:51:23.440] We have got to get up to the legislature and stop this thing dead in its tracks, in committee,
[01:51:23.440 --> 01:51:24.680] and they will hear us out.
[01:51:24.680 --> 01:51:26.160]  I know for sure they will.
[01:51:26.160 --> 01:51:28.320] Okay, we're going to continue on with your calls now.
[01:51:28.320 --> 01:51:30.000]  We've got Brian in Minnesota holding.
[01:51:30.000 --> 01:51:31.840] Brian, thank you for calling.
[01:51:31.840 --> 01:51:34.640] What is your question tonight?
[01:51:34.640 --> 01:51:37.040]  Well, I guess more of a comment.
[01:51:37.040 --> 01:51:40.280] Well, a couple of things, of course, as usual.
[01:51:40.280 --> 01:51:45.240] I have to say, first of all, Randy, you were right.
[01:51:45.240 --> 01:51:50.880] It feels really good to drive through a town where you have filed criminal charges against
[01:51:50.880 --> 01:51:54.560]  the police officers.
[01:51:54.560 --> 01:52:00.760] I wanted to ask something about that kind of... The one thing... The lawyer got really
[01:52:00.760 --> 01:52:04.480] pissed off that I was talking to his clients because I was kind of going through the Kelton
[01:52:04.480 --> 01:52:10.400] method with serving the criminal complaints, and he got all... He sent me a letter being
[01:52:10.400 --> 01:52:16.840] all angry, saying, don't talk to my clients, and I wonder if that's going to affect my
[01:52:16.840 --> 01:52:20.400]  case at all.
[01:52:20.400 --> 01:52:25.680] Okay, what attorney sent you that?
[01:52:25.680 --> 01:52:30.880]  Was he a prosecutor or a defense attorney?
[01:52:30.880 --> 01:52:33.480]  No, a defense attorney.
[01:52:33.480 --> 01:52:36.720] Did you file a bar grievance against him?
[01:52:36.720 --> 01:52:41.280] I already filed one against him for sending me intimidating letters saying he was going
[01:52:41.280 --> 01:52:42.280]  to file sanctions.
[01:52:42.280 --> 01:52:44.480] This is your attorney, your defense attorney?
[01:52:44.480 --> 01:52:45.480]  No, no.
[01:52:45.480 --> 01:52:46.480]  Oh, okay.
[01:52:46.480 --> 01:52:50.680] This is for the... He's representing the officer and the municipality, I'm sorry.
[01:52:50.680 --> 01:52:51.680]  Oh, okay.
[01:52:51.680 --> 01:52:56.440] If he's opposing counsel, you should charge him with obstruction of justice tampering
[01:52:56.440 --> 01:52:57.440]  with the witness.
[01:52:57.440 --> 01:52:59.000]  Well, that's what I want.
[01:52:59.000 --> 01:53:03.440] I was talking to their police chief, and I was like, this has nothing to do with the
[01:53:03.440 --> 01:53:04.440]  civil case.
[01:53:04.440 --> 01:53:07.560] I'm just filing... I want you to do an internal investigation.
[01:53:07.560 --> 01:53:10.320] I'm bringing you these criminal charges, and it was great.
[01:53:10.320 --> 01:53:12.560] I'll have to tell you, it was absolutely great.
[01:53:12.560 --> 01:53:16.680] He was shaking, and oh, it was fun.
[01:53:16.680 --> 01:53:21.240] I had a good time, and whether it has bearing on the case now, I don't even care.
[01:53:21.240 --> 01:53:24.680] It's totally worth it, just to see that, and...
[01:53:24.680 --> 01:53:28.400]  Okay, I have a question.
[01:53:28.400 --> 01:53:29.400]  Yeah.
[01:53:29.400 --> 01:53:33.120] While he was talking to you, was he shifting from one foot to the other?
[01:53:33.120 --> 01:53:35.600] Yeah, is that the chicken dance?
[01:53:35.600 --> 01:53:36.600]  That's the chicken dance.
[01:53:36.600 --> 01:53:44.440] Now that you mention it, there had to be a little bit of that going on.
[01:53:44.440 --> 01:53:45.440]  That's always good to see.
[01:53:45.440 --> 01:53:51.120] Okay, so this is my first chicken dance.
[01:53:51.120 --> 01:53:57.240]  You'll find that you develop a taste for it.
[01:53:57.240 --> 01:54:00.000] Just like your kitty litter tea, right, Randy?
[01:54:00.000 --> 01:54:01.440]  Oh, yeah.
[01:54:01.440 --> 01:54:02.440]  That too.
[01:54:02.440 --> 01:54:03.440]  Yeah, right.
[01:54:03.440 --> 01:54:07.200] Now you make me thirsty.
[01:54:07.200 --> 01:54:11.040] I was telling him, this has nothing to do with the civil case, because he started bringing
[01:54:11.040 --> 01:54:12.040]  that up.
[01:54:12.040 --> 01:54:13.040]  I said, no, no, no.
[01:54:13.040 --> 01:54:14.040] This has nothing to do with that.
[01:54:14.040 --> 01:54:18.280] These are criminal charges, and I just want you to investigate this, because the district
[01:54:18.280 --> 01:54:21.440] attorney is the one who sent me there to go file those charges.
[01:54:21.440 --> 01:54:26.240] She said, well, you need to talk to internal investigations, and so I went to talk at the
[01:54:26.240 --> 01:54:31.400] police department, so I went and talked to him.
[01:54:31.400 --> 01:54:37.040] If they send me to the police, the only time I go to the police is if I want to go after
[01:54:37.040 --> 01:54:39.000]  them as well.
[01:54:39.000 --> 01:54:45.400] When I do go to the police, then they will want me to talk to internal affairs, and I
[01:54:45.400 --> 01:54:46.400]  object to that.
[01:54:46.400 --> 01:54:51.600] I say, wait a minute, guys, this is not a professional complaint.
[01:54:51.600 --> 01:54:59.040] His uniform was clean, all the buttons were on it, he didn't use any foul or profane language.
[01:54:59.040 --> 01:55:03.560]  I don't have a professional complaint against him.
[01:55:03.560 --> 01:55:05.840]  I have a criminal complaint against him.
[01:55:05.840 --> 01:55:15.040] I want him arrested, and then I get internal affairs to refuse to take the complaint, and
[01:55:15.040 --> 01:55:20.000] then I file against the internal affairs.
[01:55:20.000 --> 01:55:21.000]  Raise the stakes.
[01:55:21.000 --> 01:55:25.520] Now, is internal affairs required to take it, Randy?
[01:55:25.520 --> 01:55:32.720] They're police officers, and what I ask them to do is verify my criminal affidavit, and
[01:55:32.720 --> 01:55:37.960] they refuse, so I accuse them of obstructing justice in order to shield one of their buddies
[01:55:37.960 --> 01:55:38.960]  from prosecution.
[01:55:38.960 --> 01:55:48.240] That's what I want to do next, is take this to the sheriff with the internal affairs there,
[01:55:48.240 --> 01:55:52.440] and I'm happy I did this, even though I got this letter from the other side.
[01:55:52.440 --> 01:55:58.120] I'm happy I did this because that chief of police, it's going to feel really good to
[01:55:58.120 --> 01:56:00.840] bring criminal complaints against him next.
[01:56:00.840 --> 01:56:06.720] Bring criminal complaints if this was an attorney for the other side making threats against
[01:56:06.720 --> 01:56:13.360] you because you're notifying people of criminal acts on his part?
[01:56:13.360 --> 01:56:17.200]  That's tampering with a witness, and that's obstruction of justice.
[01:56:17.200 --> 01:56:19.200]  That's what I was thinking.
[01:56:19.200 --> 01:56:21.680] So should I file against this attorney?
[01:56:21.680 --> 01:56:22.680]  Absolutely.
[01:56:22.680 --> 01:56:26.080]  It's the tar baby syndrome.
[01:56:26.080 --> 01:56:28.300] Anybody who touches it sticks to it.
[01:56:28.300 --> 01:56:31.560] You want to mouth off at me, Bubba?
[01:56:31.560 --> 01:56:32.560]  Grab hold.
[01:56:32.560 --> 01:56:33.560] You get to stick to the tar baby.
[01:56:33.560 --> 01:56:35.240]  I'll come after you next.
[01:56:35.240 --> 01:56:40.800] Well, and then I'm driving the other day through the town where I was like, oh, this is great.
[01:56:40.800 --> 01:56:45.720] They're not going to pull me over, and I got to thinking to myself, oh, wait a minute.
[01:56:45.720 --> 01:56:51.720] I was thinking about his answer that they sent me back, their answer to my criminal
[01:56:51.720 --> 01:56:52.720]  complaints.
[01:56:52.720 --> 01:56:59.760] Their answer, it came to me that it wasn't even specific to my complaints.
[01:56:59.760 --> 01:57:04.400] My complaints were really specific, and he just kind of went all the way around it and
[01:57:04.400 --> 01:57:10.760] was like, we deny everything, and he didn't answer line for line, like I had put it line
[01:57:10.760 --> 01:57:13.600] for line, and I've heard you say that before.
[01:57:13.600 --> 01:57:18.520] I've made a complaint with specificity, so they need to make an answer with specificity,
[01:57:18.520 --> 01:57:19.520]  right?
[01:57:19.520 --> 01:57:20.520]  Yeah.
[01:57:20.520 --> 01:57:22.880]  You made a complaint with specificity.
[01:57:22.880 --> 01:57:28.520] He must answer it with particularity.
[01:57:28.520 --> 01:57:35.240] So these guys here are going to protect their buddies, and we know they're going to do that,
[01:57:35.240 --> 01:57:41.520] and we hope they do that, but it's very seldom I get an attorney who's stupid enough to threaten
[01:57:41.520 --> 01:57:44.280]  me.
[01:57:44.280 --> 01:57:50.960] That's really, really dumb because the attorney threatens me, then I go to the highest judge
[01:57:50.960 --> 01:57:53.800] that I can find and ask the judge to arrest the attorney.
[01:57:53.800 --> 01:57:55.840]  Well, they're buddies.
[01:57:55.840 --> 01:58:01.880] He's not going to want to arrest his buddy, but if you do it right, he'll recognize what
[01:58:01.880 --> 01:58:02.880]  you're doing.
[01:58:02.880 --> 01:58:05.680]  He's setting them up.
[01:58:05.680 --> 01:58:09.560] This guy didn't do something I wanted him to do, so now I want you to arrest him.
[01:58:09.560 --> 01:58:13.560] So if you don't do what I want you to do, you're next.
[01:58:13.560 --> 01:58:14.560]  Nice.
[01:58:14.560 --> 01:58:17.320] All right, listen, we're at the end of the show.
[01:58:17.320 --> 01:58:20.400] Bob from Illinois, I'm sorry we didn't get a chance to take your call.
[01:58:20.400 --> 01:58:22.280] Brian, I hope we answered all your questions.
[01:58:22.280 --> 01:58:24.320] Bob, thank you very much.
[01:58:24.320 --> 01:58:25.320]  All right.
[01:58:25.320 --> 01:58:28.720] We're going to call back, I'm sorry, Bob, call back in tomorrow night probably after
[01:58:28.720 --> 01:58:33.480] about 10, because we're going to break down the Bernard Van Nodhouse case tomorrow night
[01:58:33.480 --> 01:58:39.160] with Dr. Bill Veith, currency expert and clinical psychologist, so make sure folks you tune
[01:58:39.160 --> 01:58:40.160]  in for that.
[01:58:40.160 --> 01:58:41.160]  It's going to be good.
[01:58:41.160 --> 01:58:42.160]  All right.
[01:58:42.160 --> 01:58:44.760] I'm Deborah Stevens here with Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig.
[01:58:44.760 --> 01:58:48.320] This is the Rule of Law radio show, ruleoflawradio.com.
[01:58:48.320 --> 01:58:55.320] God bless and have a good night.
