[00:00.000 --> 00:04.320] This news brief brought to you by the International News Net.
[00:04.320 --> 00:08.760] Eighty-four thousand websites were shut down this week wrongfully accused of having links
[00:08.760 --> 00:10.520] to child pornography.
[00:10.520 --> 00:14.000] The joint operation between the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of
[00:14.000 --> 00:20.160] Justice, known as Operation Protect Our Children, seized domains and replaced them with banners
[00:20.160 --> 00:23.000] warning against the distribution of child pornography.
[00:23.000 --> 00:25.160] Homeland Security has since apologized.
[00:25.160 --> 00:31.440] Congress Thursday gave itself three more months to consider changes to the Patriot Act that
[00:31.440 --> 00:35.000] have drawn fire from defenders of privacy rights.
[00:35.000 --> 00:40.800] At issue are powers to set roving wiretaps and to ask a special federal court for access
[00:40.800 --> 00:47.880] to, quote, any tangible thing and to conduct surveillance on non-American lone wolf suspects.
[00:47.880 --> 00:52.480] These provisions were never made permanent because of concerns they gave the government
[00:52.480 --> 00:55.680] too much power to spy on people.
[00:55.680 --> 01:02.520] U.S. District Judge John Bates is giving terrorism detainees at Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan
[01:02.520 --> 01:07.040] another shot at winning the right to challenge their imprisonment in federal court.
[01:07.040 --> 01:12.960] Bates ruled two years ago Bagram detainees should have access to U.S. courts like Guantanamo
[01:12.960 --> 01:14.080] prisoners.
[01:14.080 --> 01:19.000] Bates ruled Tuesday he would let detainees make their arguments in a new court filing
[01:19.000 --> 01:23.560] that said he doubted it would change their standing.
[01:23.560 --> 01:28.840] Germany's former Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer has accused former CIA Chief George
[01:28.840 --> 01:31.880] Tennant of lying about Curveball.
[01:31.880 --> 01:37.480] Curveball was an Iraqi defector whose fabrications about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq
[01:37.480 --> 01:42.200] to German intelligence became a justification for the U.S. invasion.
[01:42.200 --> 01:47.600] Tennant said Wednesday he discovered too damn late Curveball might be a fabricator, a claim
[01:47.600 --> 01:50.080] Fischer says was implausible.
[01:50.080 --> 01:55.400] Fischer said Germany was put in a very difficult position when the CIA asked whether they could
[01:55.400 --> 02:00.280] have Curveball or at least use his evidence to justify war in Iraq.
[02:00.280 --> 02:05.240] German intelligence had realized Curveball was not a watertight source and passed on
[02:05.240 --> 02:09.840] his testimony to the CIA with warnings attached.
[02:09.840 --> 02:14.640] CIA Director Leon Panetta when asked Wednesday what the government would do if Osama Bin
[02:14.640 --> 02:20.240] Laden, the FBI's most wanted terrorist, were captured said the administration would probably
[02:20.240 --> 02:21.800] send him to Guantanamo.
[02:21.800 --> 02:27.160] However, Professor David Ray Griffin, author of Osama Bin Laden Dead or Alive, says Bin
[02:27.160 --> 02:34.760] Laden died of kidney failure or a lynx complaint on December 13, 2001 while living in Afghanistan's
[02:34.760 --> 02:38.760] Tora Bora mountains close to the border with Waziristan.
[02:38.760 --> 02:43.640] Griffin insists the many Bin Laden tapes made since that date have been concocted by the
[02:43.640 --> 02:47.640] West to make the world believe Bin Laden is alive.
[02:47.640 --> 02:48.640] The purpose?
[02:48.640 --> 03:14.000] To maintain support for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
[03:19.640 --> 03:32.000] Bad boys, whatcha gonna do?
[03:32.000 --> 03:46.740] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do?
[03:46.740 --> 03:54.640] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do?
[03:54.640 --> 03:59.920] When you were eight and you had bad traits You'd go to school and learn the golden rules
[03:59.920 --> 04:02.760] So why are you acting like a bloody fool?
[04:02.760 --> 04:07.880] If you get caught then you might get cooed Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do?
[04:07.880 --> 04:10.880] Whatcha gonna do when they come for you?
[04:10.880 --> 04:13.880] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do?
[04:13.880 --> 04:16.680] Whatcha gonna do when they come for you?
[04:16.680 --> 04:20.960] You chuck it on that one, you chuck it on this one You chuck it on your mother and you
[04:20.960 --> 04:23.840] chuck it on your father You chuck it on your brother and you chuck it
[04:23.840 --> 04:26.840] on your sister You chuck it on that one and you chuck it
[04:26.840 --> 04:27.840] on me
[04:27.840 --> 04:32.840] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do Whatcha gonna do when they come for you?
[04:32.840 --> 04:35.840] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do?
[04:35.840 --> 04:38.440] Whatcha gonna do when they come for you?
[04:38.440 --> 04:41.380] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do?
[04:41.380 --> 04:43.880] Whatcha gonna do when they come for you?
[04:43.880 --> 04:45.480] Bad boys, bad boys
[04:45.480 --> 05:13.000] bad boys, bad boys, what you gonna do when they come for you?
[05:13.000 --> 05:35.160] Bad boys, bad boys, what are you going to do when we come for you here on the Rule of
[05:35.160 --> 05:36.760] Law, ruleoflawradio.com.
[05:36.760 --> 05:46.200] It is Thursday, February 17, 2011, and folks out there, if you haven't been listening
[05:46.200 --> 05:51.000] to the previous show, Tom Keiley's INN World Report, you're going to have to go back and
[05:51.000 --> 05:52.280] listen to the archive.
[05:52.280 --> 05:53.840] It's such a good show.
[05:53.840 --> 06:00.960] We are continuing INN World Report radio into the first half hour of Rule of Law radio tonight
[06:00.960 --> 06:06.760] because Tom Keiley is hosting a debate between Richard Gage of Architects and Engineers for
[06:06.760 --> 06:13.840] 9-11 Truth and Chris Moore, and of course, most of the listeners out here know who Richard
[06:13.840 --> 06:19.160] Gage is, Architects and Engineers for 9-11 Truth, and Chris Moore is an advocate for
[06:19.160 --> 06:20.160] natural collapse.
[06:20.160 --> 06:26.640] He's a journalist from Colorado, and we have been taking callers' questions as they call
[06:26.640 --> 06:32.760] in, and I've been writing them down to submit them for Tom to ask the questions.
[06:32.760 --> 06:38.400] And so callers, if you have a question that you would like to ask, please call in and
[06:38.400 --> 06:43.040] submit your question, and then Tom will ask the question, but we're not going to take
[06:43.040 --> 06:46.840] live calls on the air for this particular segment.
[06:46.840 --> 06:51.280] So we've got a half an hour with Tom Keiley hosting the debate between Richard Gage and
[06:51.280 --> 06:52.280] Chris Moore.
[06:52.280 --> 06:54.160] Okay, Tom, take it away.
[06:54.160 --> 07:00.320] All right, thank you both, gentlemen, for having such a wonderful civil presentation
[07:00.320 --> 07:01.320] of the information.
[07:01.320 --> 07:06.840] I think it's sorely needed, and thank you so much for allowing yourselves to continue
[07:06.840 --> 07:07.840] with us here.
[07:07.840 --> 07:09.120] That would be great, too, for another 30 minutes.
[07:09.120 --> 07:13.120] We've got some, I think, rather interesting questions from our audience while you were
[07:13.120 --> 07:21.040] talking in the last segments, and let's go first to Adam from Colorado who asks the following
[07:21.040 --> 07:22.040] question.
[07:22.040 --> 07:29.200] If the fuel is what allegedly caused the fires that allegedly made the two towers collapse,
[07:29.200 --> 07:35.400] then what caused the fires that allegedly made WTC 7 collapse, at least for part of
[07:35.400 --> 07:37.360] the time, at freefall acceleration?
[07:37.360 --> 07:42.720] That's an interesting question because it was said that the heat of the jet fuel is
[07:42.720 --> 07:45.960] what caused the structural damage in the two towers.
[07:45.960 --> 07:49.000] Obviously, you didn't have that heat from that jet fuel.
[07:49.000 --> 07:53.920] It was yet a fire, but from, obviously, a totally different source.
[07:53.920 --> 07:56.360] Who wants to take that one first, Richard or Chris?
[07:56.360 --> 07:58.280] I'll take 10 seconds here first.
[07:58.280 --> 08:04.560] NIST says that it's normal office fires that caused the collapse of Building 7 with this
[08:04.560 --> 08:09.720] new phenomenon because of these long-span beams that we talked about, thermal expansion.
[08:09.720 --> 08:12.320] That's the official reason.
[08:12.320 --> 08:17.680] What started the fires, of course, well, what's alleged to have started the fires is the beams
[08:17.680 --> 08:24.120] that were ejected out of the World Trade Center so far and so fast.
[08:24.120 --> 08:29.160] Many of them were trailing smoke, by the way, the ends of them being red-hot as described
[08:29.160 --> 08:33.960] by the first responders, but you can see the smoke trailing off.
[08:33.960 --> 08:40.000] How the fires got 350 feet out of the World Trade Center into the Building 7, presumably
[08:40.000 --> 08:46.440] by the smoking ends of these red-hot beams, which shouldn't have been that hot.
[08:46.440 --> 08:50.720] Of course, there were other buildings in the area that were that far away.
[08:50.720 --> 08:53.760] Anyway, Chris, what say you?
[08:53.760 --> 08:54.760] Interesting question.
[08:54.760 --> 08:58.640] Jet fuel, it must be very hot, therefore capable of damaging the steel.
[08:58.640 --> 09:01.880] No jet fuel in Building 7, yet fire also to blame.
[09:01.880 --> 09:02.880] Right.
[09:02.880 --> 09:05.360] Fire to blame for very different reasons.
[09:05.360 --> 09:10.200] It's such a different collapse, you have to start all over again with it.
[09:10.200 --> 09:16.640] First of all, yes, you had the ejection of hot debris from the floors that were on fire
[09:16.640 --> 09:19.640] that went out.
[09:19.640 --> 09:23.160] Firefighters reported 20-story gashes.
[09:23.160 --> 09:29.120] Once those fires started on many different floors because various pieces of debris hit
[09:29.120 --> 09:34.040] different floors and started a fire here, a fire there, a fire there, and then they
[09:34.040 --> 09:35.040] kept growing.
[09:35.040 --> 09:38.880] Some of them, of course, burned themselves out, as Richard pointed out, but it just kept
[09:38.880 --> 09:41.720] going on and on and on for seven hours.
[09:41.720 --> 09:45.320] There were two things that the firefighters were unable to deal with.
[09:45.320 --> 09:51.920] They had no water, and there were structural deformations that were happening that the
[09:51.920 --> 09:55.000] firefighting captain noticed at 2 o'clock p.m.
[09:55.000 --> 09:59.640] He was saying, oh my God, this is showing the kind of structural deformation that indicates
[09:59.640 --> 10:03.480] to me that things are really kind of about to fall apart here.
[10:03.480 --> 10:07.480] He called everybody away because the firefighters were in so much danger.
[10:07.480 --> 10:12.600] They didn't want to see hundreds more firefighters die, so then the firefighters pulled back
[10:12.600 --> 10:14.840] and they were watching this fire.
[10:14.840 --> 10:18.520] Over and over again, various firefighters who could see the view were saying, oh my
[10:18.520 --> 10:20.800] God, look at that over there in the southwest corner.
[10:20.800 --> 10:21.800] Look at this.
[10:21.800 --> 10:26.200] There are many, many eyewitness reports of firefighters talking about the structural
[10:26.200 --> 10:30.160] deformations, but they're very familiar with those professional firefighters.
[10:30.160 --> 10:34.320] That fire that took seven hours without any water and without any firefighting equipment
[10:34.320 --> 10:35.320] at all.
[10:35.320 --> 10:40.120] Then finally, when it did collapse, the firefighters knew it was about to, and they raced in because
[10:40.120 --> 10:43.080] they wanted to help their brothers and wanted to see if there was anybody in there that
[10:43.080 --> 10:48.080] they could still rescue from the horrible collapse that happened earlier that day.
[10:48.080 --> 10:54.440] Presumably, Chris, whatever deformation that firefighters or those firefighters were familiar
[10:54.440 --> 11:00.760] with, they had never seen the kind of deformation that resulted in the collapse of a building
[11:00.760 --> 11:02.480] like that, however, correct?
[11:02.480 --> 11:05.520] They were seeing something perhaps for the first time?
[11:05.520 --> 11:06.520] No.
[11:06.520 --> 11:07.520] Not really.
[11:07.520 --> 11:11.440] In New York City, I'm not aware of any other buildings collapsing, steel-framed buildings
[11:11.440 --> 11:13.440] collapsing from fire.
[11:13.440 --> 11:18.520] While they may be familiar with deformation and fires, I doubt if any of them has ever
[11:18.520 --> 11:23.920] seen the kind that resulted in a collapse.
[11:23.920 --> 11:27.360] First of all, I want people to understand that when you're a firefighter and you're
[11:27.360 --> 11:31.080] looking at a structure of a building, you're not sitting there thinking, no steel-framed
[11:31.080 --> 11:32.760] structure has ever collapsed due to fire.
[11:32.760 --> 11:35.240] You're looking at the deformation itself.
[11:35.240 --> 11:36.240] That's what they were doing.
[11:36.240 --> 11:37.240] That's exactly what they were doing.
[11:37.240 --> 11:43.280] They were seeing structural deformation of this gradual deformation of the building and
[11:43.280 --> 11:45.480] different parts of it.
[11:45.480 --> 11:48.120] They reported that.
[11:48.120 --> 11:54.040] The fire chief said, I think, what's his name, Captain Negro, I'm not sure how, I might have
[11:54.040 --> 11:58.440] the name completely wrong, but anyway, he ordered the evacuation of people based on
[11:58.440 --> 12:02.240] just looking at the structure and saying, oh my God, this thing's about to go.
[12:02.240 --> 12:05.800] Let me respond, at least.
[12:05.800 --> 12:13.600] This is all irrelevant because whatever cover story was going on here, they were told to
[12:13.600 --> 12:17.680] pull out of the building because they knew the building was going to collapse.
[12:17.680 --> 12:23.320] There are mysterious construction workers saying, caught on CNN television, did you
[12:23.320 --> 12:24.320] hear that?
[12:24.320 --> 12:28.960] After an explosion from behind him as he's walking away from Building 7, that building's
[12:28.960 --> 12:30.440] about to come down.
[12:30.440 --> 12:31.440] Keep your eye on that building.
[12:31.440 --> 12:33.440] It's going to blow up.
[12:33.440 --> 12:37.640] The police officer says then, flame and debris coming down.
[12:37.640 --> 12:39.980] How do they know the building is going to blow up?
[12:39.980 --> 12:45.240] How did the BBC know that the building was going to collapse 20 minutes before it did?
[12:45.240 --> 12:49.720] They actually announced the collapse and the reason for the collapse due to structural
[12:49.720 --> 12:53.680] weakening from the fires.
[12:53.680 --> 12:57.240] They apologize for this grievous error citing the confusing events of the day.
[12:57.240 --> 12:58.560] Does this make them psychic?
[12:58.560 --> 12:59.560] No.
[12:59.560 --> 13:03.960] CNN announced the collapse of the building at 1107.
[13:03.960 --> 13:10.840] Also, they say a fireman described a 50-story building that went down at 1045 in the morning.
[13:10.840 --> 13:15.920] Had the building gone down at 1045, we all wouldn't have seen it because it would have
[13:15.920 --> 13:19.360] been completely obscured by the incredible dust clouds from the World Trade Center North
[13:19.360 --> 13:20.360] Towers.
[13:20.360 --> 13:21.800] Perhaps it was supposed to go down.
[13:21.800 --> 13:24.080] Can I come in a little bit here?
[13:24.080 --> 13:27.120] This whole BBC thing, are they psychic?
[13:27.120 --> 13:30.480] That announcer that was sitting up there knew that right behind her, her colleagues were
[13:30.480 --> 13:31.480] watching TV.
[13:31.480 --> 13:32.480] They were watching BBC.
[13:32.480 --> 13:33.480] They were watching ABC.
[13:33.480 --> 13:37.200] Now, I was watching ABC television that afternoon.
[13:37.200 --> 13:38.320] On there, they got it right.
[13:38.320 --> 13:44.680] They said that there's been a very grave sounding voice with huge fires on the video, I mean
[13:44.680 --> 13:46.800] live on television, on ABC television.
[13:46.800 --> 13:49.800] They were saying, this building, it's been announced that this building will be coming
[13:49.800 --> 13:50.800] down soon.
[13:50.800 --> 13:56.680] At the same time, the BBC was erroneously reporting that it had already come down because
[13:56.680 --> 14:01.080] people were taking notes, scribbling notes off of televisions, watching the BBC, watching
[14:01.080 --> 14:04.240] CNN, watching various other stations.
[14:04.240 --> 14:08.160] She herself, the announcer, was saying the information is very, very sketchy.
[14:08.160 --> 14:14.080] She was trying to say, this may not be accurate, but we're going to give you something here.
[14:14.080 --> 14:18.320] That's what happens in these kinds of absolutely catastrophic, historic situations.
[14:18.320 --> 14:21.840] I think it's extremely unfair to accuse them of being psychic.
[14:21.840 --> 14:28.160] Why on earth would BBC ever be let in on some kind of conspiracy like this?
[14:28.160 --> 14:29.320] It makes no sense at all.
[14:29.320 --> 14:30.320] Why wouldn't they just...
[14:30.320 --> 14:33.280] How did they announce the first collapse...
[14:33.280 --> 14:35.080] ... control demolition in advance?
[14:35.080 --> 14:40.760] How would they have announced the first collapse in history due solely to office fires?
[14:40.760 --> 14:42.280] It's never happened before.
[14:42.280 --> 14:43.280] I think it's pretty good.
[14:43.280 --> 14:50.120] In addition, there was a countdown heard by at least one first responder, Kevin McBadden.
[14:50.120 --> 14:55.520] They would move them back to six blocks or so away, and he's here on this Red Cross radio
[14:55.520 --> 15:02.240] three, two, one, and then he heard the explosions like he wanted to grab on to something.
[15:02.240 --> 15:05.280] He said he knew that was an explosion.
[15:05.280 --> 15:09.800] Do fires bring buildings down to countdown?
[15:09.800 --> 15:12.160] Do you have that actual audio tape of that?
[15:12.160 --> 15:18.400] Yeah, it's in our DVD, 9-11 Blueprint for Truth, the Architecture of Destruction on
[15:18.400 --> 15:19.400] our website, ae911truth.org.
[15:19.400 --> 15:20.400] Okay.
[15:20.400 --> 15:21.400] I don't...
[15:21.400 --> 15:29.600] Well, gentlemen, you know what, I'd love to get on to another question here.
[15:29.600 --> 15:31.520] Fran in Texas has two questions.
[15:31.520 --> 15:32.960] Let's go to the first one.
[15:32.960 --> 15:39.840] How do you both respond to the issue of eyewitnesses inside WTC7 that witnessed damage, specifically
[15:39.840 --> 15:43.280] Michael Hess and Barry Jennings?
[15:43.280 --> 15:48.720] Were there any eyewitness reports by the first responders or anyone else that spoke of having
[15:48.720 --> 15:49.720] foreknowledge?
[15:49.720 --> 15:51.880] I think we just sort of talked about that.
[15:51.880 --> 15:56.800] Perhaps she's talking about Barry Jennings and Michael Hess having been in there hours
[15:56.800 --> 16:00.880] before it came down, the kind of damage that they described.
[16:00.880 --> 16:01.880] Yeah.
[16:01.880 --> 16:03.880] You want me to start, Chris?
[16:03.880 --> 16:04.880] Yeah.
[16:04.880 --> 16:05.880] Go ahead.
[16:05.880 --> 16:06.880] I had to take that one.
[16:06.880 --> 16:11.640] Barry Jennings worked on the 23rd floor in the Office of Emergency Management.
[16:11.640 --> 16:14.680] He was the assistant deputy of something.
[16:14.680 --> 16:20.800] He went back, along with Michael Hess, the attorney for Mayor Giuliani, into the building
[16:20.800 --> 16:25.440] after the planes impacted the south towers, but before they came down.
[16:25.440 --> 16:29.160] Barry Jennings is very clear on this testimony because he saw the tower standing there while
[16:29.160 --> 16:33.760] he was inside the building.
[16:33.760 --> 16:37.680] After he heard explosions, which blew him back into the eighth floor, he's quoted as
[16:37.680 --> 16:38.680] saying.
[16:38.680 --> 16:46.000] Lots of explosions inside Building 7 before it came down and before the towers came down.
[16:46.000 --> 16:52.680] Very clear explosions, and he also talks about walking over dead bodies, which are not acknowledged
[16:52.680 --> 16:56.080] in the official story, by the way.
[16:56.080 --> 17:01.560] These are additional examples of witnesses of explosions that were heard in and around
[17:01.560 --> 17:08.080] Building 7 before and during the collapse of the building.
[17:08.080 --> 17:09.920] Chris?
[17:09.920 --> 17:15.080] I haven't researched that, so that's all new to me, so I should probably just let it sit.
[17:15.080 --> 17:16.080] Okay.
[17:16.080 --> 17:17.080] Yeah.
[17:17.080 --> 17:20.640] I think you can see video of Barry Jennings saying as much, and he was in the building.
[17:20.640 --> 17:25.840] We have a question from Russ in Texas, and it's kind of related to another question.
[17:25.840 --> 17:31.800] I'd like to sort of put the two of them together, and it deals with if there was actually a
[17:31.800 --> 17:39.040] conspiracy to demolish these buildings, could it be possible that things were done that
[17:39.040 --> 17:40.040] we're unaware of?
[17:40.040 --> 17:44.040] It's sort of like we're weighing this with just empirical evidence, but there may be
[17:44.040 --> 17:46.320] things involved that we were unaware of.
[17:46.320 --> 17:54.480] For instance, he asks, is it possible that perhaps new types of munitions may have been
[17:54.480 --> 17:59.440] used, things that have been in research that we don't know anything about, and therefore
[17:59.440 --> 18:04.240] we don't have any explanation for what we saw right in front of our eyes?
[18:04.240 --> 18:05.240] Number one.
[18:05.240 --> 18:11.200] Number two, is it possible if there was a conspiracy, for instance, the fires in Building
[18:11.200 --> 18:17.760] 7, they could have been deliberately set to sort of cover the fact that the building was
[18:17.760 --> 18:18.920] going to come down.
[18:18.920 --> 18:23.560] If there was such a conspiracy, are those possible explanations that are not being dealt
[18:23.560 --> 18:28.520] with by either the debunkers or even the people putting forth the control demolition?
[18:28.520 --> 18:30.720] Chris, would you like to take that first?
[18:30.720 --> 18:33.000] Yeah, maybe I'll start with that.
[18:33.000 --> 18:41.160] Obviously, I would say that the best path to discovery at this point, if Richard and
[18:41.160 --> 18:47.040] his friends claim that there is evidence of nanothermites or thermates or something like
[18:47.040 --> 18:52.480] that, is to follow that line, because if that evidence exists, then let's get proof of that.
[18:52.480 --> 18:58.200] Let's go that direction, rather than imagine that there's some completely new thing.
[18:58.200 --> 19:02.200] We've seen many different theories that are out there, space beams and other things that
[19:02.200 --> 19:07.160] I've found in my research that we haven't talked about, but I think we can talk about
[19:07.160 --> 19:13.120] the fact that there is a claim that is on the table now by people like architects and
[19:13.120 --> 19:18.720] engineers from 9-11 Truth and Kevin Ryan and Stephen Jones and others, that there is a
[19:18.720 --> 19:21.800] known substance that they believe caused it.
[19:21.800 --> 19:26.520] If I were you guys, I'd go for that, because that's where the evidence appears to take
[19:26.520 --> 19:27.520] you.
[19:27.520 --> 19:31.000] Can you quickly give me the second question again?
[19:31.000 --> 19:34.040] You don't have to read it.
[19:34.040 --> 19:35.040] Yeah.
[19:35.040 --> 19:36.040] Well, follow up to this first one.
[19:36.040 --> 19:38.280] This is a simple yes or no question.
[19:38.280 --> 19:43.520] Do you believe that there exists fantastic munitions or maybe near-fantastic munitions
[19:43.520 --> 19:47.160] that we're unaware of yet, that we've paid for and have been developed, but we're just
[19:47.160 --> 19:48.160] not aware of?
[19:48.160 --> 19:49.160] I think I kind of talked about that one.
[19:49.160 --> 19:50.160] Okay, very good.
[19:50.160 --> 19:51.160] That was a simple yes or no question.
[19:51.160 --> 19:52.240] Very simple yes or no.
[19:52.240 --> 19:57.280] The second question is, if there was a conspiracy, could it be that that could explain the presence
[19:57.280 --> 20:03.760] of some of these fires that traveled from the towers over into Building 7?
[20:03.760 --> 20:07.200] Could it be possible that the conspirators set some fires?
[20:07.200 --> 20:12.640] Well, if you believe that conspirators set the fires, then of course anything is possible.
[20:12.640 --> 20:17.120] One of the things that I believe is impossible is that there has never, ever been a controlled
[20:17.120 --> 20:23.760] demolition that has taken place in the presence of a massive fire, that the geometry of shape
[20:23.760 --> 20:30.840] charges would make that impossible, the fact that the explosives themselves would either
[20:30.840 --> 20:34.760] explode or they would chemically degrade in the high temperatures of the fires that exist
[20:34.760 --> 20:35.760] there.
[20:35.760 --> 20:40.600] There are so many reasons why it's, by definition, not even a controlled demolition anymore as
[20:40.600 --> 20:42.720] soon as you have these major fires.
[20:42.720 --> 20:47.560] I don't believe there's any controlled demolition firm in the country that would say this is
[20:47.560 --> 20:51.520] a controlled demolition at all because they don't have control over the variables with
[20:51.520 --> 20:57.000] all that horrible devastation happening with fires that's never happened before.
[20:57.000 --> 20:59.000] Let me respond to that question.
[20:59.000 --> 21:04.800] Richard, that is a real big mystery, isn't it, because I don't know why we use controlled
[21:04.800 --> 21:05.800] demolitions.
[21:05.800 --> 21:09.440] We could just set a fire and the thing would come down perfectly, but go ahead, Richard,
[21:09.440 --> 21:10.440] your response?
[21:10.440 --> 21:17.880] We're talking about very high-tech materials, first of all, that do not ignite until there
[21:17.880 --> 21:25.680] are ignition temperatures of, I think, a couple of thousand degrees with nanothermite, but
[21:25.680 --> 21:28.640] we also have fires that are not that intense.
[21:28.640 --> 21:31.680] They only lasted for about four hours, actually.
[21:31.680 --> 21:39.360] They start about noon and they go to about 430, in the case of the 12th floor, and there's
[21:39.360 --> 21:44.800] eight to ten fires and they're fairly small and they're fairly scattered, according to
[21:44.800 --> 21:47.400] any of the photos that are available.
[21:47.400 --> 21:53.080] We do have an expert, Danny Giewenko, the top European controlled demolition expert.
[21:53.080 --> 21:58.400] He says very clearly, it's a team of experts that did this, controlled demolition without
[21:58.400 --> 21:59.400] a doubt.
[21:59.400 --> 22:02.280] It's professional work.
[22:02.280 --> 22:09.040] There are indeed not only European controlled demolition experts, but explosive demolition
[22:09.040 --> 22:14.880] technicians in the United States, including Tom Sullivan, on our website, on record, is
[22:14.880 --> 22:17.080] saying this is exactly what we do.
[22:17.080 --> 22:23.640] This is a picture-perfect job, bringing down an explosive controlled demolition, a building
[22:23.640 --> 22:25.440] by that means.
[22:25.440 --> 22:31.200] Relative to the alternative theories, I agree with Chris that the best evidence that we
[22:31.200 --> 22:37.440] have, all of it, points to explosive demolition.
[22:37.440 --> 22:43.880] The nanothermite chips, the iron microspheres, and the molten metal, and the behavior of
[22:43.880 --> 22:49.240] the building, all are supporting the hypothesis of controlled demolition, and none of them,
[22:49.240 --> 22:54.480] none of them, support the hypothesis of destruction by fire.
[22:54.480 --> 22:58.560] NIST should have looked at the hypothesis of controlled demolition the very first, and
[22:58.560 --> 23:03.240] yet they excluded it and said that their goal was to prove how this building came down by
[23:03.240 --> 23:04.400] fire.
[23:04.400 --> 23:05.400] That's not science.
[23:05.400 --> 23:07.600] That's not the scientific method.
[23:07.600 --> 23:13.640] Okay, then, I'm going to introduce at this point my producer and one of the founders
[23:13.640 --> 23:15.760] of Rule of Law Radio Network, Deborah Stevens.
[23:15.760 --> 23:18.680] She has been taking care of the board.
[23:18.680 --> 23:22.120] I want to thank her very much tonight for doing all the great sound work, and Deborah
[23:22.120 --> 23:25.040] also has a question for our two guests.
[23:25.040 --> 23:27.040] Deborah, would you like to pose your question, please?
[23:27.040 --> 23:29.040] Yes, thank you for the opportunity.
[23:29.040 --> 23:35.360] This has to do with concerning the laws of projectile motion and the fact that there
[23:35.360 --> 23:44.880] was like a hundred ton chunk of steel girders that was blown 600 feet away that landed and
[23:44.880 --> 23:51.800] crushed the winter gardens, and there had to have been a force in the X direction to
[23:51.800 --> 23:53.040] make that happen.
[23:53.040 --> 23:59.920] I mean, their analogy is like say you have a gun and you shoot a gun and it's perfectly
[23:59.920 --> 24:04.200] horizontal and you drop a bullet at the same time, which bullet's going to hit the ground
[24:04.200 --> 24:05.200] first?
[24:05.200 --> 24:09.200] Well, the answer is they're going to hit at the same time because the X force is independent
[24:09.200 --> 24:10.200] of the Y force.
[24:10.200 --> 24:17.680] So obviously, there had to be a force in the X direction to blow this 100 ton chunk of
[24:17.680 --> 24:18.680] steel girders.
[24:18.680 --> 24:23.120] And Chris, you mentioned earlier in the show something about you thought because of the
[24:23.120 --> 24:30.560] air pressure blowing out, and I would like to get both of y'all's take on just how much
[24:30.560 --> 24:36.680] air pressure would it take because even like when you're talking hurricane force and tornado
[24:36.680 --> 24:43.720] force level of winds, I still have never seen a chunk of steel like that, that heavy getting
[24:43.720 --> 24:44.720] blown that far away.
[24:44.720 --> 24:50.600] And in fact, even the World Trade Center was designed to withstand hurricane force and
[24:50.600 --> 24:52.280] tornado force winds.
[24:52.280 --> 24:54.000] So can y'all please explain that?
[24:54.000 --> 24:55.240] We're getting near the end of the segment.
[24:55.240 --> 25:00.280] So yes, the winter garden across the West Side Highway from the World Trade Center towers.
[25:00.280 --> 25:03.280] Gentlemen, who would like to try to take that on first?
[25:03.280 --> 25:09.720] What kind of force could push such heavy metal that far, almost in a horizontal direction?
[25:09.720 --> 25:13.240] I can be very short on this and I'll go ahead and answer.
[25:13.240 --> 25:17.840] By the time that building had been reaching full speed and it was going down at 12 stories
[25:17.840 --> 25:24.000] per second, we still haven't accounted for a half million cubic feet of air per floor
[25:24.000 --> 25:27.240] 12 times per second being ejected out.
[25:27.240 --> 25:29.760] The estimates are 482 mile an hour winds.
[25:29.760 --> 25:34.840] This is more than twice the speed of a tornado, 100,000 pounds per square inch.
[25:34.840 --> 25:38.880] And hurricanes and tornadoes can take up cars and move them around.
[25:38.880 --> 25:42.000] This is much, much more force than those.
[25:42.000 --> 25:44.760] And that explains it to me.
[25:44.760 --> 25:47.640] Perhaps it's too simple calculation.
[25:47.640 --> 25:51.280] Somebody can do what kind of force would it take to push that much steel that far.
[25:51.280 --> 25:52.280] But go ahead, Richard.
[25:52.280 --> 25:55.800] 100,000 pounds per square inch.
[25:55.800 --> 26:08.080] What we see is these perimeter wall units being ejected like 20, 30 stories down below
[26:08.080 --> 26:15.640] the so-called cascading, pancaking building, which we don't even see.
[26:15.640 --> 26:24.640] So well down below are these ejections that occur at 200 feet per second.
[26:24.640 --> 26:33.080] And this, you might say kind of magically that these are due to this incredible pocket
[26:33.080 --> 26:34.880] of air being compressed.
[26:34.880 --> 26:38.820] But if that were the case, you'd see uniform windows blowing out.
[26:38.820 --> 26:49.840] You wouldn't see these pinpoint accurate geometrically arranged violent ejections that occur down
[26:49.840 --> 26:50.840] below.
[26:50.840 --> 26:53.680] So that would be my answer to that.
[26:53.680 --> 26:58.840] Well gentlemen, we have about three minutes left here in this segment.
[26:58.840 --> 27:02.840] I want to allow you each maybe one minute for a final concluding remark.
[27:02.840 --> 27:05.240] I don't want to go into another question because it's going to take us over.
[27:05.240 --> 27:06.240] Go ahead.
[27:06.240 --> 27:09.800] You start this time first, Richard.
[27:09.800 --> 27:20.520] Well I think it's extremely important that every American take this information seriously
[27:20.520 --> 27:21.920] and get to the bottom of it.
[27:21.920 --> 27:28.160] If you conclude that the architects and engineers, 1,400 of them, are not telling the truth,
[27:28.160 --> 27:32.840] are lying and are conspiracy theorists or are seriously deluded, then dismiss it.
[27:32.840 --> 27:34.280] You have nothing to worry about.
[27:34.280 --> 27:41.320] I'm directing my attention to the 90% out there who have been convinced by this evidence
[27:41.320 --> 27:44.240] that there's something very important here to look at.
[27:44.240 --> 27:51.320] I'm asking you to take the evidence, the DVD, the website, and our credibility of 25,000
[27:51.320 --> 27:57.040] years of professional technical experience and use it to your advantage in convincing
[27:57.040 --> 28:02.440] everybody around you, every architect engineer you can find, the media and government elected
[28:02.440 --> 28:08.960] officials of every kind, because we have to wake up this sleeping country.
[28:08.960 --> 28:09.960] America is asleep.
[28:09.960 --> 28:13.280] We've been scammed, the largest scam of the century.
[28:13.280 --> 28:16.680] We have to wake our fellow Americans.
[28:16.680 --> 28:19.960] Chris, you've got the final word here.
[28:19.960 --> 28:20.960] One minute please.
[28:20.960 --> 28:21.960] Okay.
[28:21.960 --> 28:24.000] Richard, I want to thank you for putting this out.
[28:24.000 --> 28:25.480] I also want to thank you.
[28:25.480 --> 28:28.920] When I first watched your video, it was the most convincing and the most compelling presentation
[28:28.920 --> 28:33.600] I ever saw, and that's why I decided to take you on, because when I really did the research
[28:33.600 --> 28:38.480] behind the accusations you made about NIST and things like that, the science just didn't
[28:38.480 --> 28:39.480] hold up for me.
[28:39.480 --> 28:44.320] I think it's really important for people to realize that you are showing them what to
[28:44.320 --> 28:48.040] look for, and then they see it, and it's a good rhetorical device, and I'm doing the
[28:48.040 --> 28:49.040] same thing.
[28:49.040 --> 28:54.440] It's not like that's bad, but remember, this is not really a scientific process when somebody
[28:54.440 --> 28:59.000] shows you an edited video and then says, now look for this, and then there it is.
[28:59.000 --> 29:01.600] Oh my gosh, that's not scientific method.
[29:01.600 --> 29:04.320] That is introducing you to an idea.
[29:04.320 --> 29:08.800] You have to take that and really dig deep and find out if what he's saying is really
[29:08.800 --> 29:09.800] true.
[29:09.800 --> 29:14.080] When I dug deep, I kept finding myself coming up to dead ends, and the natural collapse
[29:14.080 --> 29:19.720] theory overall in the balance makes more sense for me, and that's why on the one hand, I'm
[29:19.720 --> 29:22.880] really glad that Richard is out there doing what he's doing, but on the other hand, I
[29:22.880 --> 29:27.800] want people to realize that there's another way to look at this, and that I don't want
[29:27.800 --> 29:33.040] them to just see what they believe they're going to see.
[29:33.040 --> 29:34.040] Very good.
[29:34.040 --> 29:35.040] That's the last word.
[29:35.040 --> 29:36.040] We're all in agreement.
[29:36.040 --> 29:41.760] Chris, Richard, we'd all like to see more of a scientific approach to this problem from
[29:41.760 --> 29:42.760] both sides.
[29:42.760 --> 29:44.520] I think that would be the best thing to do.
[29:44.520 --> 29:45.760] Gentlemen, thank you very much.
[29:45.760 --> 29:48.280] Richard Gage from Architects and Engineers for 9-11 Truth.
[29:48.280 --> 29:52.400] Chris Moore, both of you gentlemen are welcome back on the program at any time.
[29:52.400 --> 29:54.560] I'll speak with you individually.
[29:54.560 --> 29:58.080] We're going to turn the show back over now to Randy Endeavour for Rule of Law Radio.
[29:58.080 --> 29:59.080] Thank you very much.
[29:59.080 --> 30:00.080] We'll be back on...
[30:00.080 --> 30:04.360] The Rule of Law Radio Network is proud to present a due process of law seminar hosted
[30:04.360 --> 30:06.240] by our own Eddie Craig.
[30:06.240 --> 30:10.600] Eddie is a former Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Deputy, and for the past 21 years he has studied
[30:10.600 --> 30:15.080] the due process of law and now offers his knowledge to you at a law seminar every Saturday
[30:15.080 --> 30:20.080] from three o'clock to six o'clock at Brave New Books, located at 1904 Guadalupe Street
[30:20.080 --> 30:21.360] in Austin, Texas.
[30:21.360 --> 30:25.920] Your mission is $20, so please make plans to come and sit with Eddie and learn for yourself
[30:25.920 --> 30:30.400] what the true intent of law really is.
[30:30.400 --> 30:31.680] Have you had your hug today?
[30:31.680 --> 30:36.040] If not, you're missing out on some of the best medicine relationships have to offer.
[30:36.040 --> 30:37.040] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht.
[30:37.040 --> 30:41.320] I'll be back in just a moment to tell you why you should get your daily dose of hug
[30:41.320 --> 30:43.000] power.
[30:43.000 --> 30:48.360] Your search engine is watching you, recording all your searches and creating a massive database
[30:48.360 --> 30:50.160] of your personal information.
[30:50.160 --> 30:51.320] That's creepy.
[30:51.320 --> 30:53.400] But it doesn't have to be that way.
[30:53.400 --> 30:56.520] Startpage.com is the world's most private search engine.
[30:56.520 --> 31:00.640] Startpage doesn't store your IP address, make a record of your searches or use tracking
[31:00.640 --> 31:02.920] cookies and they're third party certified.
[31:02.920 --> 31:07.400] If you don't like big brother spying on you, start over with Startpage.
[31:07.400 --> 31:10.240] Great search results and total privacy.
[31:10.240 --> 31:13.280] Startpage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[31:13.280 --> 31:16.640] A hug a day could keep the heart doctor away.
[31:16.640 --> 31:20.400] Researchers at the University of North Carolina say a simple embrace has benefits that go
[31:20.400 --> 31:22.960] way beyond that warm and fuzzy feeling.
[31:22.960 --> 31:27.640] They measured the levels of the stress hormone cortisol and the bonding hormone oxytocin,
[31:27.640 --> 31:31.640] both before and after volunteer couples held hands, talked and hugged.
[31:31.640 --> 31:37.800] Following the 22nd hug, oxytocin increased and cortisol decreased in both men and women.
[31:37.800 --> 31:42.080] As a result, their blood pressure also went down, lowering their risk of cardiovascular
[31:42.080 --> 31:43.080] disease.
[31:43.080 --> 31:47.440] So, wrap your arms around the one you love, it'll do your heart and theirs a world of
[31:47.440 --> 31:48.440] good.
[31:48.440 --> 31:51.440] This is Dr. Catherine Albrecht sending you a virtual hug from Radioland.
[31:51.440 --> 32:20.720] More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[32:22.440 --> 32:44.440] When you're gonna stop abuse, your power.
[32:44.440 --> 33:06.440] The beat and the beat and the cheat and the cheat and the light every hour.
[33:06.440 --> 33:12.440] So Mr. Officer, please stop abusing your power.
[33:12.440 --> 33:17.440] Pull me over and tell me to be silent, sir.
[33:17.440 --> 33:23.440] I need to speak to my lawyer, Mr. Officer.
[33:23.440 --> 33:28.440] I feel like you're the judge finding me guilty, sir.
[33:28.440 --> 33:34.440] So when you're gonna stop abuse, your power.
[33:34.440 --> 33:36.440] When you're gonna stop abuse, your power.
[33:36.440 --> 33:43.440] Okay, folks, we are back, we'll be taking your calls on any topic you would like to
[33:43.440 --> 33:44.440] discuss.
[33:44.440 --> 33:53.440] But first, we're going to have a post-debate discussion of the issues that were discussed.
[33:53.440 --> 34:00.440] And Randy, you have a comment about the answer to my question that I asked from Chris.
[34:00.440 --> 34:04.440] I wanted to comment on this air crap.
[34:04.440 --> 34:07.440] That is the biggest bunch of nonsense I've ever heard.
[34:07.440 --> 34:08.440] Can you believe this?
[34:08.440 --> 34:09.440] We have a very large building.
[34:09.440 --> 34:14.440] They're talking about this building, each floor taking up an acre.
[34:14.440 --> 34:20.440] And each floor is approximately 12 feet from one floor to the next.
[34:20.440 --> 34:22.440] I mean, it would have blown out the windows.
[34:22.440 --> 34:23.440] This is ridiculous.
[34:23.440 --> 34:24.440] Exactly.
[34:24.440 --> 34:25.440] This is ridiculous.
[34:25.440 --> 34:31.440] When the building began to collapse, all of the windows would explode.
[34:31.440 --> 34:35.440] And air would exhaust in all directions.
[34:35.440 --> 34:38.440] This kind of goes back to the J.P. Murrow building.
[34:38.440 --> 34:46.440] An uncontained above-ground air burst blew off the front of this building.
[34:46.440 --> 34:49.440] And if you look at the photos, the air expands in all directions.
[34:49.440 --> 34:52.440] It doesn't push the panels off the back.
[34:52.440 --> 34:58.440] Well, now they're saying that this building will collapse and all of the air will focus
[34:58.440 --> 35:07.440] into one tiny little spot and push against this beam and blow it 200 yards away from the building.
[35:07.440 --> 35:10.440] Oh yeah, and then none of the windows get blown out.
[35:10.440 --> 35:13.440] Like Richard Gage said, oh yeah, how would it be so focused?
[35:13.440 --> 35:16.440] I mean, that is just complete and utter nonsense.
[35:16.440 --> 35:23.440] If that has any credence to it, clap your hands and see if the air keeps your hands from banging together.
[35:23.440 --> 35:27.440] And did you hear the guys answer about tornadoes move cars?
[35:27.440 --> 35:33.440] Listen, a car weighs nothing in comparison to a 100-ton chunk of steel.
[35:33.440 --> 35:42.440] And not only that, but if you look at pictures of other buildings in the area, you'll see steel girders like arrows.
[35:42.440 --> 35:48.440] Like somebody shot like a bow and arrow sticking straight out of the side of buildings.
[35:48.440 --> 35:53.440] You know, have you ever seen like after a hurricane or a tornado or something,
[35:53.440 --> 35:59.440] you'll see like a piece of straw that has been driven into the trunk of a tree?
[35:59.440 --> 36:00.440] You know what I'm saying?
[36:00.440 --> 36:02.440] That's what it looked like.
[36:02.440 --> 36:09.440] Okay, these giant steel girders, beams that were driven into the sides of other buildings
[36:09.440 --> 36:11.440] and they were like completely horizontal.
[36:11.440 --> 36:17.440] You're going to tell me that air pressure from the building collapsing caused that?
[36:17.440 --> 36:18.440] I'm sorry.
[36:18.440 --> 36:20.440] I don't think so.
[36:20.440 --> 36:21.440] That is utter nonsense.
[36:21.440 --> 36:23.440] That was across the West Side Highway,
[36:23.440 --> 36:27.440] which at that point is a three or four lane in each direction highway
[36:27.440 --> 36:30.440] on the other side of the World Trade Center into the American Express Building.
[36:30.440 --> 36:31.440] That's what you're talking about.
[36:31.440 --> 36:33.440] There were chunks sticking out of that.
[36:33.440 --> 36:35.440] Yeah, this is Tom Kiley's post.
[36:35.440 --> 36:40.440] Tom is going to stay on the line with us to participate in the post-debate discussion.
[36:40.440 --> 36:41.440] Go ahead, Tom.
[36:41.440 --> 36:48.440] When I was at night, when we were at ground zero, Deborah and I a few years ago,
[36:48.440 --> 36:51.440] I was struck by another fellow there.
[36:51.440 --> 36:57.440] I don't know who he was, but we had some debunkers that were arguing with us
[36:57.440 --> 36:59.440] and he said, look around you.
[36:59.440 --> 37:00.440] Look at the bank building here.
[37:00.440 --> 37:02.440] Look at the post office over here.
[37:02.440 --> 37:03.440] Look at all these buildings.
[37:03.440 --> 37:05.440] They're all intact.
[37:05.440 --> 37:08.440] If there was that much air pressure,
[37:08.440 --> 37:13.440] it would have pretty well blown every piece of glass out of every one of those buildings.
[37:13.440 --> 37:15.440] It's totally preposterous.
[37:15.440 --> 37:21.440] I can't even believe that anybody would even dare to suggest such a thing on live talk radio
[37:21.440 --> 37:23.440] where there's tens of thousands of people listening.
[37:23.440 --> 37:24.440] Well, let's look at something else.
[37:24.440 --> 37:27.440] If you'll recall, there was a gentleman across the bay in New Jersey
[37:27.440 --> 37:30.440] that was taking videos from the pier that day,
[37:30.440 --> 37:36.440] and part of the video that he had was focused on the World Trade Centers before they collapsed.
[37:36.440 --> 37:43.440] In that video, you clearly see a large plume of atomized dust
[37:43.440 --> 37:49.440] coming from the base of the building before the collapse begins.
[37:49.440 --> 37:56.440] How did they account for air pressure delivering that cloud of dust before a collapse begins?
[37:56.440 --> 37:57.440] Good point, Eddie.
[37:57.440 --> 38:00.440] There's nothing forcing the air from 80, 90 floors above.
[38:00.440 --> 38:04.440] Air down, the collapse hadn't started.
[38:04.440 --> 38:07.440] What caused that plume of dust from the basement?
[38:07.440 --> 38:15.440] How did the air pressure blow the maintenance guys up against the ceiling five stories below ground?
[38:15.440 --> 38:21.440] Yeah, and how did it manage to blow up the fuel container down there in the basement as well
[38:21.440 --> 38:24.440] that fueled the furnace for the building?
[38:24.440 --> 38:29.440] And how did it almost blow out the wall holding back the East River?
[38:29.440 --> 38:31.440] There's other things.
[38:31.440 --> 38:34.440] I think, Chris, the gentleman who was in favor of the national...
[38:34.440 --> 38:37.440] I think he's got a lot more work to do.
[38:37.440 --> 38:39.440] First of all, salute him for taking it up,
[38:39.440 --> 38:44.440] because I think we'd rather have somebody from the government to try to explain these things.
[38:44.440 --> 38:46.440] So hats off to him for trying.
[38:46.440 --> 38:47.440] But he's got some work to do.
[38:47.440 --> 38:50.440] For instance, when they discussed the pyroclastic flow,
[38:50.440 --> 38:54.440] which, by the way, yours truly was caught in three blocks south.
[38:54.440 --> 38:57.440] I couldn't make it in in time before Mount St. Helens came over me.
[38:57.440 --> 38:59.440] Fortunately, it wasn't hot.
[38:59.440 --> 39:02.440] However, there was lots.
[39:02.440 --> 39:08.440] You can see tons of pictures of burned out hulks of vehicles on the street
[39:08.440 --> 39:10.440] around the World Trade Center towers.
[39:10.440 --> 39:12.440] Now, you can't have it both ways.
[39:12.440 --> 39:14.440] You can't say there was no pyroclastic flow.
[39:14.440 --> 39:16.440] It would have been really hot if all of this was happening.
[39:16.440 --> 39:19.440] And yet, how do you account for these cars?
[39:19.440 --> 39:23.440] By the way, some of which you will see a burned out hulk of a car
[39:23.440 --> 39:26.440] and another car that was relatively untouched
[39:26.440 --> 39:28.440] and then another burned out hulk of a car behind that.
[39:28.440 --> 39:32.440] So this is just making it all more mysterious and making people suspect
[39:32.440 --> 39:36.440] that there were weaponry involved that we don't know about yet.
[39:36.440 --> 39:43.440] My concern is that they pick a particular piece of information
[39:43.440 --> 39:47.440] and isolate it out from all of the other information
[39:47.440 --> 39:50.440] and all of the other things going on around it
[39:50.440 --> 39:53.440] and focus on this and say this could happen.
[39:53.440 --> 40:00.440] And they say, well, wait a minute, it might happen under certain very specific particular circumstances.
[40:00.440 --> 40:03.440] But there were all of these other things going on at the same time
[40:03.440 --> 40:07.440] that makes the pieces not fit.
[40:07.440 --> 40:11.440] And that's the most difficult thing, this thing about the air.
[40:11.440 --> 40:16.440] That is absolutely ludicrous.
[40:16.440 --> 40:18.440] I mean, I was amazed.
[40:18.440 --> 40:21.440] I have to take my hat off to Chris.
[40:21.440 --> 40:23.440] He was great.
[40:23.440 --> 40:28.440] He did bring up some very good issues and very good points.
[40:28.440 --> 40:35.440] But when he got to some hard places, they pull out this ludicrous nonsense.
[40:35.440 --> 40:36.440] That's because...
[40:36.440 --> 40:41.440] And to Richard's credit, he never pulled out any ludicrous nonsense anywhere.
[40:41.440 --> 40:43.440] Of course not.
[40:43.440 --> 40:48.440] I mean, like I said, the whole thing about the air is just absolutely preposterous
[40:48.440 --> 40:59.440] because those buildings were specifically designed to withstand hurricane force and tornado force winds.
[40:59.440 --> 41:03.440] It's just, like I said, I can't believe that somebody would go on live radio
[41:03.440 --> 41:05.440] and say such a thing with a straight face.
[41:05.440 --> 41:10.440] By the way, another one of the arguments against the air pressure bit is that you can see,
[41:10.440 --> 41:13.440] and there are videos of this as well on the web,
[41:13.440 --> 41:15.440] where on the corners of the building, if you may remember,
[41:15.440 --> 41:20.440] the corners were at a little bit of a 45-degree cut, okay, and there was no windows there.
[41:20.440 --> 41:24.440] There was steel beams behind them, and there was aluminum cladding.
[41:24.440 --> 41:31.440] Well, sometimes you can see aluminum cladding from the corners being ejected out just like you would from windows.
[41:31.440 --> 41:33.440] But how can that happen when there's steel behind it?
[41:33.440 --> 41:38.440] There's no, like, open air behind it on those corners.
[41:38.440 --> 41:45.440] One other issue, even if air blew those girders out,
[41:45.440 --> 41:54.440] how did they heat up the ends of them so that they were smoking and set buildings on fire?
[41:54.440 --> 41:58.440] Not to mention, how did it cause them to separate to go flying in the first place?
[41:58.440 --> 42:03.440] Well, now, if I burn my finger, the first thing I'm going to do is blow on it to cool it off.
[42:03.440 --> 42:05.440] That's funny.
[42:05.440 --> 42:08.440] Guys, did you hear my point I was trying to make?
[42:08.440 --> 42:11.440] You know, I think there's a bit of a double standard, okay?
[42:11.440 --> 42:18.440] In other words, for those who want to even put forth the concept of a controlled demolition,
[42:18.440 --> 42:20.440] they limit themselves, okay?
[42:20.440 --> 42:22.440] So I'll give you a perfect example.
[42:22.440 --> 42:26.440] Building 7, the fires in Building 7 were this, the fires in Building 7 were that,
[42:26.440 --> 42:30.440] the fires in Building 7 were big, they made lots of smoke and so forth.
[42:30.440 --> 42:35.440] Well, okay, if you subscribe to the fact that this was all contrived,
[42:35.440 --> 42:41.440] isn't it possible that somebody had smoke pots in that building or set fires in that building
[42:41.440 --> 42:44.440] or made it look like there were big fires in that building?
[42:44.440 --> 42:45.440] This is supposition.
[42:45.440 --> 42:48.440] Nobody was in there with a thermometer and says,
[42:48.440 --> 42:52.440] okay, we understand how the building came down because there were these specific fires
[42:52.440 --> 42:56.440] and these specific areas that reached these specific temperatures.
[42:56.440 --> 43:02.440] They're all working backwards and saying we can't, the government is, we cannot allow for controlled demolition.
[43:02.440 --> 43:03.440] Therefore, it must have been fires.
[43:03.440 --> 43:09.440] Therefore, there must have been these fires that must have reached these temperatures in these areas.
[43:09.440 --> 43:13.440] Well, Tom, you make it sound like working backwards is an odd thing for our government to be doing.
[43:13.440 --> 43:15.440] That's total speechless logic.
[43:15.440 --> 43:21.440] Yeah, if you want to talk about what air pressure can and can't do, let's use a very simple example.
[43:21.440 --> 43:25.440] Take like a straw that you would normally shoot a paper one through.
[43:25.440 --> 43:32.440] You know what kind of force a paper one has when you can fully focus the stream of air pressure down the straw.
[43:32.440 --> 43:35.440] What happens to that straw if it gets a hole in it or a split?
[43:35.440 --> 43:38.440] Does it exert the same pressure and can it move it as far?
[43:38.440 --> 43:40.440] No, it can't.
[43:40.440 --> 43:41.440] Through that, through that.
[43:41.440 --> 43:45.440] Tom, why don't you stay on the line with us so we can continue this post-debate discussion.
[43:45.440 --> 43:48.440] Sure, that would be great if you guys would like to have me do so.
[43:48.440 --> 43:49.440] Of course, absolutely.
[43:49.440 --> 43:51.440] All right, folks, we'll be right back.
[43:51.440 --> 43:56.440] We're going to continue the post-debate discussion with Tom Kiley from INN World Report Radio.
[43:56.440 --> 44:00.440] We'll be right back.
[44:00.440 --> 44:07.440] More energy, stronger immune power, improved sense of well-being.
[44:07.440 --> 44:11.440] How many supplements have you heard boast of these benefits?
[44:11.440 --> 44:20.440] The team behind Centrition believes that supplements should over-deliver on their promises, and Centrition does just that.
[44:20.440 --> 44:24.440] Centrition utilizes the ancient healing wisdom of Chinese medicine.
[44:24.440 --> 44:30.440] In conjunction with the science of modern nutrition, adaptogenic herbs serve as the healing component,

[46:13.440 --> 46:18.440] If you did not have any problems, where are you going to look for one?
[46:18.440 --> 46:24.440] If you could not wait any battle, what would your purpose as be done?
[46:24.440 --> 46:30.440] Such a scoundrel and a soldier, a warrior of love, scuffle and they keep the peace.
[46:30.440 --> 46:36.440] All they're taking is a misunderstanding, if somebody calls the police,
[46:36.440 --> 46:51.440] they're watching the sparks fly.
[46:51.440 --> 46:55.440] All right, watching the sparks fly, indeed, indeed.
[46:55.440 --> 46:59.440] We've got some callers on the board, and I know some of you all have legal questions,
[46:59.440 --> 47:08.440] so maybe I will just sit tight because we're continuing our post-debate discussion right now.
[47:08.440 --> 47:18.440] And one of the points that I wanted to raise to debunk this natural gravity collapse nonsense,
[47:18.440 --> 47:21.440] just literal nonsense is what it is,
[47:21.440 --> 47:29.440] is concerning the fact that all the concrete was pulverized into powder, okay?
[47:29.440 --> 47:34.440] If it was a natural collapse, all right, and you've seen,
[47:34.440 --> 47:41.440] many of you out there have seen pictures of like these pancake collapseings and stuff like that,
[47:41.440 --> 47:44.440] and you'll see chunks of concrete.
[47:44.440 --> 47:45.440] I mean, think about it.
[47:45.440 --> 47:48.440] You have a big chunk of concrete, it falls down.
[47:48.440 --> 47:54.440] It's not going to pulverize completely into powder, people.
[47:54.440 --> 47:57.440] I mean, it's going to kind of like break up into chunks,
[47:57.440 --> 48:04.440] and yeah, there may be some powder dust there from where it splits apart and stuff like that,
[48:04.440 --> 48:13.440] but for all the concrete in the building to be completely pulverized into powder, I don't think so.
[48:13.440 --> 48:19.440] Well, let's also not overlook the fact that all of the steel beam girders were exactly the proper length
[48:19.440 --> 48:23.440] after the collapse to be fit on trucks, to be hauled away.
[48:23.440 --> 48:27.440] That's not going to happen in a natural collapse either.
[48:27.440 --> 48:29.440] Right.
[48:29.440 --> 48:34.440] You know, looking at this on the other hand, I'll say, for one thing,
[48:34.440 --> 48:44.440] three buildings with asymmetrical damage, falling in relative freefall acceleration in a symmetrical footprint,
[48:44.440 --> 48:48.440] exactly as if they had been demolished deliberately.
[48:48.440 --> 48:51.440] Now, so don't we, you guys are the legal experts.
[48:51.440 --> 48:57.440] Sounds like we've got a class action suit against the demolition business for overcharging us all these years
[48:57.440 --> 49:03.440] when all they had to do was crack the top 80% of a building at one or two floors
[49:03.440 --> 49:06.440] or light a fire and the whole thing will come down perfectly.
[49:06.440 --> 49:09.440] Or would they say, no, you couldn't do that in a million years?
[49:09.440 --> 49:10.440] Well, speaking of-
[49:10.440 --> 49:14.440] Oh, I would guarantee you they'd say you couldn't do it in a million years.
[49:14.440 --> 49:16.440] Well, speaking of legal issues-
[49:16.440 --> 49:18.440] I would like to see-
[49:18.440 --> 49:19.440] Go ahead.
[49:19.440 --> 49:25.440] I was just going to say, speaking of legal issues, NIST is in violation of law right now
[49:25.440 --> 49:34.440] because I've read the statute regarding what they're required to do when they review a situation like that
[49:34.440 --> 49:36.440] where there's been a building collapse.
[49:36.440 --> 49:46.440] And after they determine the cause, they are required to release a public statement stating the reason
[49:46.440 --> 49:55.440] stating recommendations to the industry, to the architectural industry and engineering industry
[49:55.440 --> 49:58.440] so that nothing like this ever happens again.
[49:58.440 --> 50:02.440] Because if the architects and engineers that are designing and building our buildings,
[50:02.440 --> 50:11.440] if there's some flaw in what they're doing, they need to know because it's a matter of public safety.
[50:11.440 --> 50:16.440] And that's why it's in the statute that NIST is required to make recommendations
[50:16.440 --> 50:23.440] on what changes need to be made in the field of architects and engineers
[50:23.440 --> 50:26.440] so that this sort of thing doesn't happen anymore.
[50:26.440 --> 50:31.440] I'm referring specifically to Building 7, and they have not done that.
[50:31.440 --> 50:36.440] They have not released any document making recommendations of how to avoid this thing.
[50:36.440 --> 50:43.440] To my knowledge, Debra, there were some minor recommendations made like widening the stairwells and so forth
[50:43.440 --> 50:46.440] by one branch of the government. Maybe it was even NIST.
[50:46.440 --> 50:51.440] And then another branch of the government, which is in charge of regulating rental buildings,
[50:51.440 --> 50:53.440] was lobbied and they lobbied against it.
[50:53.440 --> 50:56.440] And these minor recommendations even haven't been made.
[50:56.440 --> 50:59.440] Isn't this dog bites man news?
[50:59.440 --> 51:04.440] Hey, everything we thought we knew about engineering and construction
[51:04.440 --> 51:08.440] based on a couple of thousand years, go back to the Greeks, okay,
[51:08.440 --> 51:12.440] with Archimedes, with construction is wrong.
[51:12.440 --> 51:15.440] What we thought we knew is totally wrong.
[51:15.440 --> 51:18.440] Oh my goodness, no building is safe from an office fire.
[51:18.440 --> 51:20.440] We've got to get back to the drawing board real fast.
[51:20.440 --> 51:22.440] None of that happened.
[51:22.440 --> 51:27.440] But if we widen the stairwells, that'll solve the problem? Yeah, right.
[51:27.440 --> 51:33.440] You've got to understand, Tom, they're using the new math.
[51:33.440 --> 51:35.440] Randy, you were going to say something right before.
[51:35.440 --> 51:39.440] Us old guys don't understand the new math.
[51:39.440 --> 51:42.440] We still deal with the world we live in.
[51:42.440 --> 51:45.440] I see. They're using new math.
[51:45.440 --> 51:49.440] Well, I say that one of the minor changes they've implemented to protect us from this in the future
[51:49.440 --> 51:55.440] is to be sure that you're not renting the building to Silverstein and he's got an insurance policy.
[51:55.440 --> 51:59.440] Where he's going to collect double, right?
[51:59.440 --> 52:10.440] Interesting that the only buildings that were completely destroyed that day were released by Silverstein.
[52:10.440 --> 52:19.440] Well, I could tell you, friends, that I think what's most significant about this is the stonewalling
[52:19.440 --> 52:26.440] and nobody's been held to account for this, nobody in the military.
[52:26.440 --> 52:30.440] You know, I've heard people using the term now the U.S. Air Force
[52:30.440 --> 52:34.440] because they didn't do anything to protect us that day and on and on and on.
[52:34.440 --> 52:40.440] Nobody's been fired, nobody's been reprimanded, nobody's been demoted, nobody's been put in front of a firing squad.
[52:40.440 --> 52:43.440] As far as I know, some people have been promoted.
[52:43.440 --> 52:48.440] Now, as far as I know, a dictator is unaccountable, right?
[52:48.440 --> 52:52.440] And it seems to me like we've got a great deal of unaccountability going on here.
[52:52.440 --> 52:54.440] What's the difference?
[52:54.440 --> 52:59.440] Hey, guys, we've got a caller that has some input.
[52:59.440 --> 53:01.440] Should we take this caller?
[53:01.440 --> 53:04.440] You want to talk to Dennis in Michigan?
[53:04.440 --> 53:05.440] Yes.
[53:05.440 --> 53:07.440] Okay, Dennis from Michigan, you're on topic.
[53:07.440 --> 53:12.440] What do you have to say about all this?
[53:12.440 --> 53:16.440] This is a crazy conversation.
[53:16.440 --> 53:28.440] I just want to toss in Dr. Judy Wood, who has made a lot of input into the alternative media.
[53:28.440 --> 53:37.440] And she's really, I think, is way out there, you know, kind of like these super weapons and all this kind of stuff.
[53:37.440 --> 53:39.440] Yeah, I'm not in agreement with her theories at all.
[53:39.440 --> 53:44.440] And really, when it comes to discussions about 9-11, I like to stick to facts.
[53:44.440 --> 53:50.440] What we have already proved and what we know for sure exists.
[53:50.440 --> 53:57.440] All this talk about space beams and holographs, this is just ridiculous talk.
[53:57.440 --> 54:02.440] We can't entertain it at all because all that does is discredit the 9-11 truth movement.
[54:02.440 --> 54:07.440] I will say one thing that the woman brings up, and that is she's asking a valid question.
[54:07.440 --> 54:13.440] How did these vehicles get so charred around these buildings?
[54:13.440 --> 54:18.440] You know, if there was no pyroclastic, what kind of energy came out of these buildings
[54:18.440 --> 54:23.440] and bent up and twisted and burned and blackened all these vehicles?
[54:23.440 --> 54:29.440] Some of which, according to her, you could see one that was blackened, one right next to it that wasn't,
[54:29.440 --> 54:33.440] and one that was in relatively normal condition, and then one behind it again.
[54:33.440 --> 54:35.440] Some of them were flipped over, some of them were standing there.
[54:35.440 --> 54:40.440] What caused that? I think that's a valid question, whether she asks it or anybody else.
[54:40.440 --> 54:44.440] What caused that kind of destruction? What was the source of that energy?
[54:44.440 --> 54:49.440] So Dennis, what else do you have to say about this conversation?
[54:49.440 --> 54:58.440] Well, I spent about 10 or 15 minutes with her on RBN a couple summers ago,
[54:58.440 --> 55:03.440] basically putting forth the Richard Gage, you know, the nanothermite thing,
[55:03.440 --> 55:08.440] and she just kept refuting it over and over again.
[55:08.440 --> 55:13.440] And I was like, that's the best theory that there is.
[55:13.440 --> 55:14.440] Absolutely.
[55:14.440 --> 55:19.440] You know, the space beam crap, that's nice. You know, maybe that's true.
[55:19.440 --> 55:23.440] Maybe we don't know about some weapon that's out there,
[55:23.440 --> 55:32.440] just like people in 1945 didn't know about atomic bombs, and then all of a sudden, oh, wow, there's atomic bombs.
[55:32.440 --> 55:33.440] All right, well, thanks.
[55:33.440 --> 55:38.440] It also may have been a collection of weaponry, some of which we know about and some of which we don't.
[55:38.440 --> 55:43.440] I mean, some of which could have just been there for effect. Who knows? You know, who really knows?
[55:43.440 --> 55:50.440] I tried to ask Chris, you can't, nobody can look me in the eye and say, oh, yes, I know every single piece of technology
[55:50.440 --> 55:56.440] that the billions and billions and billions of dollars that have come out of our tax pocket has paid for over the decades.
[55:56.440 --> 56:02.440] Yeah, all the black budgets and stuff. And what about the three trillion missing from the Pentagon budget?
[56:02.440 --> 56:05.440] Where did that go? What was that all spent on?
[56:05.440 --> 56:06.440] All right.
[56:06.440 --> 56:09.440] All right, well, thank you for your call, Dennis. We appreciate it.
[56:09.440 --> 56:10.440] Thanks a lot, guys.
[56:10.440 --> 56:23.440] The problem is, if we have aliens from some other planet, they still live in the same universe and dimension that we do.
[56:23.440 --> 56:33.440] Now, maybe there's a bunch of other dimensions, but in this one, there is a pretty consistent science.
[56:33.440 --> 56:39.440] Physics pretty well works the same no matter where it's at.
[56:39.440 --> 56:46.440] And the physics is pretty clear here. We don't need space beams to explain what happens.
[56:46.440 --> 56:48.440] Right.
[56:48.440 --> 56:51.440] No, we just need space cadets.
[56:51.440 --> 56:57.440] Well, gentlemen and Deborah, I'm going to let you guys go back to your show if you like.
[56:57.440 --> 57:05.440] But we're getting into the realm of intelligent life in the universe. And it's kind of like the basis of my show.
[57:05.440 --> 57:10.440] It's one of my mottos. I ask the question, is there intelligent life in the universe?
[57:10.440 --> 57:17.440] In fact, is there intelligent life on Earth for that matter? And what would we do if we ever encountered it?
[57:17.440 --> 57:21.440] We would try to elect a president if we ever found it.
[57:21.440 --> 57:29.440] Well, I'd like to think that I'm talking to some people that are intelligent life forms right now.
[57:29.440 --> 57:31.440] Tom, thank you so much.
[57:31.440 --> 57:34.440] Well, I'm only president. You're sergeant for any of that in government, I promise you.
[57:34.440 --> 57:35.440] Yeah.
[57:35.440 --> 57:42.440] President company excluded, of course. Anyway, thank you all very much for, hey, both of you, Randy and Deborah,
[57:42.440 --> 57:49.440] thank you so much for providing this incredible resource, for picking up the mantle when the old network went down
[57:49.440 --> 57:50.440] and you guys picked it up. And thank you.
[57:50.440 --> 57:55.440] So I can't tell you how thrilled I was the day that I think it was Chris Emory on your behalf reached out to me
[57:55.440 --> 57:58.440] and said, hey, Tom, would you like to continue on the new network?
[57:58.440 --> 58:03.440] I've just been having a ball, and we hope to just keep getting more and more programming like this for you guys.
[58:03.440 --> 58:08.440] Well, I think that this is really a great format that we get to overlap our shows sometimes, Tom.
[58:08.440 --> 58:11.440] I really appreciate that. We've done that before.
[58:11.440 --> 58:16.440] I think we should probably do that a little more often with, you know, this kind of overlapping format.
[58:16.440 --> 58:17.440] I like it.
[58:17.440 --> 58:19.440] That'd be fun. Well, thank you all.
[58:19.440 --> 58:24.440] And we'll be back on Tuesday night with another great show, Tom, Kylie in New York, signing off, guys.
[58:24.440 --> 58:27.440] All righty. And when we get back on the other side of the top of the hour break,
[58:27.440 --> 58:31.440] we'll start taking your calls on any issues you would like to discuss.
[58:31.440 --> 58:33.440] We'll be right back.
[58:33.440 --> 58:59.440] The call-in number is 512-646-1984.
[58:59.440 --> 59:03.440] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world,
[59:03.440 --> 59:07.440] yet countless readers are frustrated because they struggle to understand it.
[59:07.440 --> 59:11.440] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text,
[59:11.440 --> 59:16.440] but in the process can compromise the profound meaning of the Scripture.
[59:16.440 --> 59:18.440] Enter the recovery version.
[59:18.440 --> 59:22.440] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate,
[59:22.440 --> 59:27.440] but the real story is the more than 9,000 explanatory footnotes.
[59:27.440 --> 59:31.440] Difficult and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way,
[59:31.440 --> 59:37.440] providing an entrance into the riches of the Word beyond which you've ever experienced before.
[59:37.440 --> 59:42.440] Bibles for America would like to give you a free recovery version simply for the asking.
[59:42.440 --> 59:53.440] This comprehensive yet compact study Bible is yours just by calling us toll free at 1-888-551-0102
[59:53.440 --> 59:57.440] or by ordering online at freestudybible.com.

[01:00:04.440 --> 01:00:07.440] U.S. foreign policy critic Ray McGovern was manhandled Tuesday
[01:00:07.440 --> 01:00:11.440] while protesting a speech by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
[01:00:11.440 --> 01:00:16.440] A former CIA agent stood silently in an auditorium aisle and turned his back on Clinton.
[01:00:16.440 --> 01:00:21.440] As the 71-year-old was grabbed by security agents and dragged away, McGovern shouted,
[01:00:21.440 --> 01:00:29.440] So this is America?
[01:00:29.440 --> 01:00:34.440] So this is America? This is America? Who are you?
[01:00:34.440 --> 01:00:40.440] At least 13 people were killed in Iraq Thursday when a car bomb exploded in the town of Muqtadiyah.
[01:00:40.440 --> 01:00:42.440] 33 people were wounded.
[01:00:42.440 --> 01:00:47.440] The blast set fire to about 30 cars at a car showroom 50 miles northeast of Baghdad.
[01:00:47.440 --> 01:00:54.440] Ethnically and religiously mixed Diyala province has seen some of the worst fighting of the war.
[01:00:54.440 --> 01:00:59.440] Belgium has been without an elected government for 249 days after elections last June
[01:00:59.440 --> 01:01:01.440] failed to produce an outright winner.
[01:01:01.440 --> 01:01:06.440] Thursday Belgium surpassed Iraq as the country to have gone the longest in recent times
[01:01:06.440 --> 01:01:08.440] without a functioning government.
[01:01:08.440 --> 01:01:12.440] Politicians from the Flemish-speaking north and French-speaking south
[01:01:12.440 --> 01:01:17.440] were continuing to argue over a coalition government deal.
[01:01:17.440 --> 01:01:22.440] Free software champion Ibn Moghlan has unveiled a plan to populate the Internet
[01:01:22.440 --> 01:01:27.440] with tiny low-cost boxes designed to preserve individuals' privacy.
[01:01:27.440 --> 01:01:32.440] Moghlan says the Freedom Box would be deployed in homes and offices to process email,
[01:01:32.440 --> 01:01:37.440] voice-over IP communications and the sharing of pictures, among other things.
[01:01:37.440 --> 01:01:42.440] Moghlan expects the device, when mass-produced, would sell for only $29.
[01:01:42.440 --> 01:01:47.440] The decentralized Freedom Box would work in stark contrast to current Internet providers
[01:01:47.440 --> 01:01:53.440] which offer the same services in exchange for users' most trusted secrets.
[01:01:53.440 --> 01:01:59.440] The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recently increased the value of a lost life to $9.1 million
[01:01:59.440 --> 01:02:05.440] and the Food and Drug Administration declared a life was worth $7.9 million last year.
[01:02:05.440 --> 01:02:11.440] Government agencies have established these values in an effort to keep profit-driven industries in check.
[01:02:11.440 --> 01:02:16.440] In 2005, the Bush Administration rejected a Transportation Department plan
[01:02:16.440 --> 01:02:20.440] to make car companies double the roof strength of new vehicles,
[01:02:20.440 --> 01:02:25.440] which the Transportation Department estimated would prevent 135 accidental deaths a year.
[01:02:25.440 --> 01:02:31.440] Officials figured the cost of the roofs would exceed the value of lives saved by almost $800 million.
[01:02:31.440 --> 01:02:37.440] Vowing to administration pressure, transportation then proposed a smaller increase in roof strength
[01:02:37.440 --> 01:02:39.440] that would save 44 lives a year.
[01:02:39.440 --> 01:03:02.440] Critics noted the U.S. military pays the families of those who die in Iraq and Afghanistan just $2,500.
[01:03:09.440 --> 01:03:30.440] Video at its best.
[01:03:30.440 --> 01:03:36.440] All right, we are back for Hour 2, February 17.
[01:03:36.440 --> 01:03:39.440] We're having a hot time on the old show tonight.
[01:03:39.440 --> 01:03:44.440] That's what Tom Kiley always says and just excellent discussion.
[01:03:44.440 --> 01:03:49.440] I feel so privileged to have been able to donate some of the time of our show
[01:03:49.440 --> 01:03:53.440] for those guys to continue their debate and then the post-debate discussion.
[01:03:53.440 --> 01:03:55.440] We're going to go to your calls now.
[01:03:55.440 --> 01:03:57.440] You can bring up whatever topic you like.
[01:03:57.440 --> 01:04:02.440] I understand Adam from Colorado is still wanting to talk about the World Trade Center thing,
[01:04:02.440 --> 01:04:05.440] so we're going to go to him first and then we'll take the rest of your calls.
[01:04:05.440 --> 01:04:06.440] Adam, thank you for calling in.
[01:04:06.440 --> 01:04:11.440] So what is your take on all this?
[01:04:11.440 --> 01:04:17.440] Well, I definitely know 100% that the government planned and orchestrated 9-11,
[01:04:17.440 --> 01:04:27.440] and it was basically a made-for-TV reality movie that was meant to meet political goals and, well,
[01:04:27.440 --> 01:04:32.440] corrupt goals that made a lot of people a lot of money.
[01:04:32.440 --> 01:04:35.440] Yeah, there's no doubt in my mind that they did it,
[01:04:35.440 --> 01:04:39.440] and I think that everybody knows subconsciously that they were lied to,
[01:04:39.440 --> 01:04:45.440] but they cling to an idealistic view they have of America and of government.
[01:04:45.440 --> 01:04:48.440] You know, they just think, you know, we're good.
[01:04:48.440 --> 01:04:49.440] Everybody else is evil.
[01:04:49.440 --> 01:04:54.440] We're incapable of doing something like 9-11.
[01:04:54.440 --> 01:04:58.440] Well, you know, in other countries, it's mainstream media.
[01:04:58.440 --> 01:05:02.440] It's common knowledge around the world that the U.S.
[01:05:02.440 --> 01:05:04.440] government pulled off 9-11, okay?
[01:05:04.440 --> 01:05:09.440] That is common knowledge even in mainstream media all over the world,
[01:05:09.440 --> 01:05:15.440] and the rest of the world is looking at Americans and saying,
[01:05:15.440 --> 01:05:20.440] you guys are so naive and stupid that you can't see this.
[01:05:20.440 --> 01:05:24.440] And concerning the government's participation in it,
[01:05:24.440 --> 01:05:28.440] we were discussing something on the break right now concerning just now
[01:05:28.440 --> 01:05:31.440] concerning the nanothermite.
[01:05:31.440 --> 01:05:37.440] That was the residue from the nanothermite, the molten metal.
[01:05:37.440 --> 01:05:43.440] Okay, Stephen Jones did an analysis of what all elements were in those samples,
[01:05:43.440 --> 01:05:48.440] and there was a high presence of an element called barium,
[01:05:48.440 --> 01:05:50.440] and barium is highly toxic.
[01:05:50.440 --> 01:05:56.440] It's deadly, it's very dangerous, and it is normally not put
[01:05:56.440 --> 01:05:59.440] in commercial-grade thermite.
[01:05:59.440 --> 01:06:04.440] In fact, the only thermite, nanothermite that has barium in it
[01:06:04.440 --> 01:06:06.440] is military-grade thermite,
[01:06:06.440 --> 01:06:10.440] and the reason for that is because they use it in weaponry, in war,
[01:06:10.440 --> 01:06:14.440] because it, you know, kills the enemy.
[01:06:14.440 --> 01:06:20.440] And so the fact of the matter that there was a high presence of barium
[01:06:20.440 --> 01:06:26.440] in the nanothermite to me is proof positive that the military was involved.
[01:06:26.440 --> 01:06:27.440] It had to be.
[01:06:27.440 --> 01:06:29.440] You can't just go buy thermite.
[01:06:29.440 --> 01:06:31.440] You can get thermite off of eBay,
[01:06:31.440 --> 01:06:34.440] but you can't get thermite off of eBay that has barium in it.
[01:06:34.440 --> 01:06:36.440] You've got to have connections to the military,
[01:06:36.440 --> 01:06:38.440] or the military has to be directly involved.
[01:06:38.440 --> 01:06:41.440] Marvin Bush, George Bush's brother, was the head of security
[01:06:41.440 --> 01:06:43.440] at the World Trade Center.
[01:06:43.440 --> 01:06:49.440] Securecom, they're the ones who, well, they were hired, I believe,
[01:06:49.440 --> 01:06:53.440] that they were supposed to do some sort of construction project
[01:06:53.440 --> 01:06:57.440] every six levels or so.
[01:06:57.440 --> 01:06:59.440] Alex Jones was talking about it,
[01:06:59.440 --> 01:07:04.440] but basically they're the ones that went in there and placed the explosives.
[01:07:04.440 --> 01:07:07.440] You guys were talking about the technology behind 9-11.
[01:07:07.440 --> 01:07:10.440] I just figured I would put in my two cents about that.
[01:07:10.440 --> 01:07:15.440] Well, yeah, and also considering how the thermite got in there
[01:07:15.440 --> 01:07:20.440] and Stephen Jones analyzing paint chips,
[01:07:20.440 --> 01:07:26.440] a very viable theory that's going on right now is that the nanothermite
[01:07:26.440 --> 01:07:29.440] was mixed in with the paint.
[01:07:29.440 --> 01:07:32.440] And so you just have these guys.
[01:07:32.440 --> 01:07:35.440] What Stephen Jones' paper says basically is it was painted onto the-
[01:07:35.440 --> 01:07:40.440] Yeah, yeah, and so it's not like you got Wile E. Coyote
[01:07:40.440 --> 01:07:43.440] trying to sneak in with this bomb or something.
[01:07:43.440 --> 01:07:49.440] I mean, you just have the maintenance crew go in and paint it on,
[01:07:49.440 --> 01:07:52.440] and who knows, even the guys that actually painted it on,
[01:07:52.440 --> 01:07:54.440] they may not have even realized what they were doing.
[01:07:54.440 --> 01:07:58.440] Somebody else could have switched out the nanothermite paint
[01:07:58.440 --> 01:08:00.440] with regular paint.
[01:08:00.440 --> 01:08:02.440] You see what I'm saying?
[01:08:02.440 --> 01:08:04.440] The majority of the government is absolutely clueless.
[01:08:04.440 --> 01:08:11.440] The FBI was completely manipulated by the National Security Agency.
[01:08:11.440 --> 01:08:12.440] I heard from a friend-
[01:08:12.440 --> 01:08:14.440] The Federal Bureau of Idiots?
[01:08:14.440 --> 01:08:15.440] What's that?
[01:08:15.440 --> 01:08:17.440] The Federal Bureau of Idiots.
[01:08:17.440 --> 01:08:22.440] I went in and talked to them, and yeah, they were not willing to hear me out.
[01:08:22.440 --> 01:08:26.440] But basically the NSA is the one that put out all the information.
[01:08:26.440 --> 01:08:31.440] Oh, you know, we got this terrorist attack and the planes.
[01:08:31.440 --> 01:08:35.440] And so they were the ones that basically manipulated everybody else.
[01:08:35.440 --> 01:08:40.440] I just want to talk about my theory basically about how they did it.
[01:08:40.440 --> 01:08:45.440] So I think that those planes, they weren't scheduled to take off that day.
[01:08:45.440 --> 01:08:50.440] I think that the airlines must have been bought off or threatened or both.
[01:08:50.440 --> 01:08:54.440] The planes that hit the World Trade Center were drone planes.
[01:08:54.440 --> 01:08:55.440] They're silver.
[01:08:55.440 --> 01:08:56.440] They didn't have windows.
[01:08:56.440 --> 01:08:59.440] They didn't look like airliners.
[01:08:59.440 --> 01:09:01.440] And obviously nothing hit the Pentagon.
[01:09:01.440 --> 01:09:05.440] They started a false site to tell me about the Pentagon.
[01:09:05.440 --> 01:09:08.440] Oh, is it a missile or is it a plane?
[01:09:08.440 --> 01:09:09.440] Well, it's neither.
[01:09:09.440 --> 01:09:10.440] It was bombs.
[01:09:10.440 --> 01:09:14.440] And actually if you go back and look at the original footage of 9-11,
[01:09:14.440 --> 01:09:18.440] a lot of the initial reports report bombs.
[01:09:18.440 --> 01:09:22.440] And so I recommend people to go back and review the footage.
[01:09:22.440 --> 01:09:26.440] There's a TV archive of all the 9-11 footage.
[01:09:26.440 --> 01:09:29.440] Just do a search for 9-11 TV archives.
[01:09:29.440 --> 01:09:31.440] You can watch the entire day.
[01:09:31.440 --> 01:09:34.440] I think you can watch the next two days after that.
[01:09:34.440 --> 01:09:40.440] Anyway, so Pentagon and Flight 93, those were just made up.
[01:09:40.440 --> 01:09:41.440] They were invisible.
[01:09:41.440 --> 01:09:42.440] They weren't real planes.
[01:09:42.440 --> 01:09:43.440] They were just special effects.
[01:09:43.440 --> 01:09:46.440] The whole thing was basically a movie.
[01:09:46.440 --> 01:09:49.440] There was a script and there were special effects.
[01:09:49.440 --> 01:09:53.440] And it was basically a made-for-TV reality movie.
[01:09:53.440 --> 01:10:00.440] And the way that the media was manipulated is the CIA controls the key people in the media.
[01:10:00.440 --> 01:10:05.440] And so there's a trickle-down effect where they control the top.
[01:10:05.440 --> 01:10:09.440] And so of course the top controls everybody below them.
[01:10:09.440 --> 01:10:15.440] And so they were able to completely manipulate the media and get them to tell their story,
[01:10:15.440 --> 01:10:21.440] use keywords like collapse, when obviously what we saw on TV was not a collapse.
[01:10:21.440 --> 01:10:22.440] It was a special effect.
[01:10:22.440 --> 01:10:24.440] It was building being blown up.
[01:10:24.440 --> 01:10:29.440] And 9-11 is just a disgrace to the whole world.
[01:10:29.440 --> 01:10:31.440] Yeah, good points, Adam.
[01:10:31.440 --> 01:10:34.440] And I'm not so sure I agree about the Pentagon.
[01:10:34.440 --> 01:10:44.440] I think it was some kind of a bunker buster because of the way that there was a perfectly round 16-foot diameter hole
[01:10:44.440 --> 01:10:48.440] that penetrated like three levels deep of concrete.
[01:10:48.440 --> 01:10:51.440] And there were eyewitnesses there that said they smelled cordite.
[01:10:51.440 --> 01:10:54.440] And so that is certainly evidence of a bunker buster.
[01:10:54.440 --> 01:11:01.440] That hole in that concrete wall, that was a signature hole.
[01:11:01.440 --> 01:11:04.440] That's only one thing we know.
[01:11:04.440 --> 01:11:07.440] Randy was in the Air Force and he was in weaponry.
[01:11:07.440 --> 01:11:11.440] And he says it was a bunker buster.
[01:11:11.440 --> 01:11:12.440] That was a shaped charge.
[01:11:12.440 --> 01:11:13.440] Yeah.
[01:11:13.440 --> 01:11:17.440] I agree with Randy on that because he's had experience with no one's had a bunker buster.
[01:11:17.440 --> 01:11:22.440] And I guess it's irrelevant because, you know, obviously the point is the government is responsible.
[01:11:22.440 --> 01:11:30.440] And so I guess one last thing I'd like to mention is I think it's futile to try and convince the government
[01:11:30.440 --> 01:11:33.440] to convict itself of committing the worst crime in history.
[01:11:33.440 --> 01:11:37.440] And I think we have to consider other means.
[01:11:37.440 --> 01:11:44.440] Well, listen, Adam, the whole reason that I even got into doing this radio show
[01:11:44.440 --> 01:11:50.440] and starting to look at legal issues was because of 9-11.
[01:11:50.440 --> 01:11:56.440] And the beginning of my mission was to figure out how to drag some of these perps in front of a grand jury.
[01:11:56.440 --> 01:12:01.440] And that is something that I still believe can happen.
[01:12:01.440 --> 01:12:06.440] America is unwilling to try at the White House for crimes against humanity.
[01:12:06.440 --> 01:12:12.440] America is unwilling to see George W. Bush hang where Saddam Hussein did, as he should.
[01:12:12.440 --> 01:12:14.440] Wait a minute.
[01:12:14.440 --> 01:12:15.440] I don't know about that.
[01:12:15.440 --> 01:12:16.440] I don't know about that.
[01:12:16.440 --> 01:12:22.440] If that's what you think, why are you even looking into legal reform?
[01:12:22.440 --> 01:12:25.440] I don't think that's true.
[01:12:25.440 --> 01:12:30.440] I think America is willing to do what needs to be done.
[01:12:30.440 --> 01:12:33.440] They just don't have the information.
[01:12:33.440 --> 01:12:34.440] Are you kidding me?
[01:12:34.440 --> 01:12:39.440] There's over 1,400 architects and engineers in Richard Gage's group.
[01:12:39.440 --> 01:12:41.440] People are waking up more and more.
[01:12:41.440 --> 01:12:43.440] Nobody is doing anything.
[01:12:43.440 --> 01:12:46.440] Oh, yeah, people are doing a lot.
[01:12:46.440 --> 01:12:47.440] People are doing a lot.
[01:12:47.440 --> 01:12:50.440] You expect instant gratification.
[01:12:50.440 --> 01:12:54.440] You expect someone to snap their fingers and all of a sudden that happens.
[01:12:54.440 --> 01:12:56.440] Guys, this is a lot of work.
[01:12:56.440 --> 01:12:57.440] You've got to be kidding me.
[01:12:57.440 --> 01:12:58.440] There's a lot that's been achieved.
[01:12:58.440 --> 01:13:02.440] What are we doing with all the evidence?
[01:13:02.440 --> 01:13:05.440] I guess we're trying to convince people.
[01:13:05.440 --> 01:13:08.440] There's just a lot of infighting.
[01:13:08.440 --> 01:13:09.440] What else do you suggest?
[01:13:09.440 --> 01:13:18.440] Do you suggest we just say, oh, gee whiz, this is hard, and nobody's going to do anything?
[01:13:18.440 --> 01:13:20.440] So what was the point?
[01:13:20.440 --> 01:13:24.440] No, I think we can't get the government to convict itself of committing the worst crime.
[01:13:24.440 --> 01:13:27.440] That's why I said we have to go straight to the grand jury,
[01:13:27.440 --> 01:13:31.440] because the grand jury is actually the fourth branch of government,
[01:13:31.440 --> 01:13:33.440] and they're not part of the court system.
[01:13:33.440 --> 01:13:35.440] They're not part of the executive branch,
[01:13:35.440 --> 01:13:40.440] and all we need to do is get into a grand jury to present the evidence,
[01:13:40.440 --> 01:13:45.440] and I think it will be fine.
[01:13:45.440 --> 01:13:46.440] Do what?
[01:13:46.440 --> 01:13:48.440] What needs to be done?
[01:13:48.440 --> 01:13:49.440] Okay, how are we going to achieve that?
[01:13:49.440 --> 01:13:54.440] Okay, I've got a plan, and I'm working the plan.
[01:13:54.440 --> 01:13:56.440] Right now I'm working with foreclosure issues,
[01:13:56.440 --> 01:14:01.440] because in a foreclosure issue a person doesn't have his liberty at risk.
[01:14:01.440 --> 01:14:06.440] So getting a person to file criminal charges against a judge in a foreclosure issue
[01:14:06.440 --> 01:14:10.440] is a whole lot simpler than doing it in a criminal issue.
[01:14:10.440 --> 01:14:13.440] I can't fix this myself.
[01:14:13.440 --> 01:14:14.440] Deborah can't fix it.
[01:14:14.440 --> 01:14:16.440] Richard Gage can't fix it.
[01:14:16.440 --> 01:14:18.440] But you can.
[01:14:18.440 --> 01:14:25.440] You can, and the rest of these people out here, once we bring the information to them.
[01:14:25.440 --> 01:14:34.440] And with this show we are getting people all over the country that are beginning to go to grand juries
[01:14:34.440 --> 01:14:39.440] and file criminal complaints and take these public officials on.
[01:14:39.440 --> 01:14:48.440] And with the way things are going in this country, I see a tipping point coming.
[01:14:48.440 --> 01:14:51.440] I think we're already there.
[01:14:51.440 --> 01:14:58.440] Yeah, provided we're not all speaking Chinese by the time we get it implemented.
[01:14:58.440 --> 01:15:01.440] I don't see the Chinese wanting to take this country over.
[01:15:01.440 --> 01:15:04.440] It's too big of a mess.
[01:15:04.440 --> 01:15:09.440] I think they want our land and our resources, but that's a whole other discussion.
[01:15:09.440 --> 01:15:12.440] That's a whole other discussion.
[01:15:12.440 --> 01:15:16.440] I see, you know, when we started this show there was a lot of talk about people who were asleep
[01:15:16.440 --> 01:15:18.440] and people who were awake.
[01:15:18.440 --> 01:15:20.440] We don't hear that anymore.
[01:15:20.440 --> 01:15:23.440] I had my ex wake up with her because of this.
[01:15:23.440 --> 01:15:25.440] She was intentionally asleep.
[01:15:25.440 --> 01:15:33.440] She intentionally avoided any evidence counter to the government official's story.
[01:15:33.440 --> 01:15:39.440] She just thought I was so crazy for all the research I did into it.
[01:15:39.440 --> 01:15:46.440] And I quote her on her definition of an extremist is somebody who sees things from one point of view.
[01:15:46.440 --> 01:15:48.440] And that's exactly what she was.
[01:15:48.440 --> 01:15:50.440] But there's all kinds of people.
[01:15:50.440 --> 01:15:52.440] There are tons of people like this.
[01:15:52.440 --> 01:15:55.440] I have so many friends, and they're very intelligent people.
[01:15:55.440 --> 01:15:58.440] And they intentionally avoid this.
[01:15:58.440 --> 01:16:00.440] Of course they do.
[01:16:00.440 --> 01:16:03.440] That's called cognitive dissonance.
[01:16:03.440 --> 01:16:11.440] You're asking someone to give up their cherished beliefs they've held all their life
[01:16:11.440 --> 01:16:16.440] and admit that they are absolutely insecure.
[01:16:16.440 --> 01:16:19.440] That is hard to get someone to do.
[01:16:19.440 --> 01:16:21.440] And you know what, we don't need to convince everybody.
[01:16:21.440 --> 01:16:28.440] It's like there's people out there, there are people out there that are already waking up on their own
[01:16:28.440 --> 01:16:32.440] and they are ready to be free, and those are the people we need to reach
[01:16:32.440 --> 01:16:34.440] because those are the people that are going to do something.
[01:16:34.440 --> 01:16:37.440] And in fact there was an attorney, I'm trying to get him as a guest on the show,
[01:16:37.440 --> 01:16:43.440] he sued NIST to get literally tens of thousands of documents released
[01:16:43.440 --> 01:16:48.440] and all kinds of video concerning Building 7, and that is huge.
[01:16:48.440 --> 01:16:52.440] So I totally disagree that there's nobody out there doing anything.
[01:16:52.440 --> 01:16:53.440] We are doing a lot.
[01:16:53.440 --> 01:16:54.440] Thank you for the call, Adam.
[01:16:54.440 --> 01:17:01.440] When we get back we're going to take more of your calls.

[01:18:09.440 --> 01:18:12.440] For mortgage crisis worsening, we set our sights on finding a remedy
[01:18:12.440 --> 01:18:15.440] for people who have been cheated by their lenders.
[01:18:15.440 --> 01:18:20.440] If you have a mortgage or have paid yours off, you have probably been cheated out of thousands.
[01:18:20.440 --> 01:18:22.440] But there is a remedy.
[01:18:22.440 --> 01:18:29.440] Go to remediesinrealestate.com or call me at 512-430-4140
[01:18:29.440 --> 01:18:32.440] and find out how to use the consumer protection laws
[01:18:32.440 --> 01:18:36.440] to recover what the lenders have stolen through fraud and deception.
[01:18:36.440 --> 01:18:41.440] We will prepare for you a qualified written request that will expose the fraud
[01:18:41.440 --> 01:18:43.440] and put the lenders on the dime.
[01:18:43.440 --> 01:18:47.440] Lender fraud is bankrupting this country and it's time to fight back.
[01:18:47.440 --> 01:18:54.440] Go to remediesinrealestate.com or call 512-430-4140
[01:18:54.440 --> 01:18:59.440] and get the information you need to stop the money changers in their tracks.
[01:18:59.440 --> 01:19:09.440] ain't gonna blame me
[01:19:09.440 --> 01:19:16.440] don't fool me
[01:19:16.440 --> 01:19:20.440] well
[01:19:20.440 --> 01:19:25.440] ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again
[01:19:25.440 --> 01:19:30.440] I was blindsided but now I can see your plan
[01:19:30.440 --> 01:19:33.440] you put the fear in my pocket
[01:19:33.440 --> 01:19:35.440] took the money from my hand
[01:19:35.440 --> 01:19:44.440] ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again
[01:19:44.440 --> 01:19:50.440] ain't gonna fool me
[01:19:50.440 --> 01:19:52.440] Okay folks, we are back.
[01:19:52.440 --> 01:19:54.440] We're taking your calls.
[01:19:54.440 --> 01:19:57.440] We've had some callers that have been holding on for a very long time.
[01:19:57.440 --> 01:20:02.440] We appreciate your patience.
[01:20:02.440 --> 01:20:06.440] We are going now to Chuck in Colorado, I believe.
[01:20:06.440 --> 01:20:08.440] Chuck, thanks for calling in.
[01:20:08.440 --> 01:20:11.440] What is on your mind tonight?
[01:20:11.440 --> 01:20:16.440] Chuck, are you there?
[01:20:16.440 --> 01:20:18.440] Okay, I guess Chuck's not there.
[01:20:18.440 --> 01:20:19.440] I think I put him to sleep.
[01:20:19.440 --> 01:20:20.440] Okay, all right.
[01:20:20.440 --> 01:20:23.440] We're going to go to Jay in California.
[01:20:23.440 --> 01:20:24.440] Jay, thanks for calling in.
[01:20:24.440 --> 01:20:29.440] What's on your mind tonight?
[01:20:29.440 --> 01:20:31.440] Is Jay there?
[01:20:31.440 --> 01:20:37.440] I think I put everybody to sleep.
[01:20:37.440 --> 01:20:41.440] Remind me to invite you to the next Insomniacs meeting, Randy.
[01:20:41.440 --> 01:20:42.440] Frank, thanks for calling in.
[01:20:42.440 --> 01:20:44.440] What's on your mind tonight?
[01:20:44.440 --> 01:20:45.440] Yeah, hi.
[01:20:45.440 --> 01:20:51.440] I had a couple of questions about land patents.
[01:20:51.440 --> 01:20:52.440] Can you hear me?
[01:20:52.440 --> 01:20:53.440] Go ahead.
[01:20:53.440 --> 01:20:54.440] Okay.
[01:20:54.440 --> 01:20:56.440] My wife has been researching today,
[01:20:56.440 --> 01:21:02.440] and she's traced the land patent for our property all the way back to its original.
[01:21:02.440 --> 01:21:09.440] And we had the questions about they say we need to file a declaration,
[01:21:09.440 --> 01:21:14.440] and we were wondering what needs to be in that.
[01:21:14.440 --> 01:21:16.440] We file it in the probate court.
[01:21:16.440 --> 01:21:23.440] We're not sure exactly how you file it and where probate court is.
[01:21:23.440 --> 01:21:25.440] What state are you in?
[01:21:25.440 --> 01:21:26.440] Texas.
[01:21:26.440 --> 01:21:27.440] Here in Austin.
[01:21:27.440 --> 01:21:28.440] Okay.
[01:21:28.440 --> 01:21:35.440] You go down to the land office, and they've got people there that, from what I understand,
[01:21:35.440 --> 01:21:38.440] they're extremely friendly, extremely helpful.
[01:21:38.440 --> 01:21:45.440] Yeah, we've already done all the research for the patent, and we have it.
[01:21:45.440 --> 01:21:52.440] One thing you might be conscious of when you bring forward the land patent
[01:21:52.440 --> 01:22:00.440] and take yourself off the tax rolls, you will no longer have a right to local services.
[01:22:00.440 --> 01:22:04.440] If your house catches on fire, the fire department that's supported
[01:22:04.440 --> 01:22:08.440] by the taxes you're not paying won't be allowed to put you on fire.
[01:22:08.440 --> 01:22:11.440] You have to privately contract with those entities.
[01:22:11.440 --> 01:22:17.440] You make a private contract with the fire department, the ambulance service,
[01:22:17.440 --> 01:22:18.440] and stuff like that.
[01:22:18.440 --> 01:22:19.440] You can do that.
[01:22:19.440 --> 01:22:23.440] I know that that is the routine.
[01:22:23.440 --> 01:22:28.440] You need to be aware of some of the ramifications of the land patent.
[01:22:28.440 --> 01:22:31.440] Yeah, we're aware of that.
[01:22:31.440 --> 01:22:33.440] Or install your own high-pressure water pump system for yourself.
[01:22:33.440 --> 01:22:38.440] Well, what will happen is that if you get removed from the tax roll,
[01:22:38.440 --> 01:22:41.440] and it's not so much about the land patent, it's about being removed from the tax roll.
[01:22:41.440 --> 01:22:44.440] If you get your property removed from the tax roll,
[01:22:44.440 --> 01:22:51.440] and you're not paying taxes for those services, and your house catches on fire,
[01:22:51.440 --> 01:22:56.440] likely the fire department will put it out because if they let it rage,
[01:22:56.440 --> 01:22:58.440] it can catch other houses on fire next to it.
[01:22:58.440 --> 01:23:02.440] But what they'll do is they'll send you a bill for $60,000 or something.
[01:23:02.440 --> 01:23:06.440] So it's kind of like when you make that private contract with them,
[01:23:06.440 --> 01:23:09.440] it's basically kind of almost like an insurance policy.
[01:23:09.440 --> 01:23:13.440] But yeah, you have to establish a private contract with those entities,
[01:23:13.440 --> 01:23:16.440] and that is what people have done.
[01:23:16.440 --> 01:23:18.440] Yeah, that makes sense.
[01:23:18.440 --> 01:23:24.440] But as far as the declaration goes, do you know what needs to be in that
[01:23:24.440 --> 01:23:29.440] as far as what we need to?
[01:23:29.440 --> 01:23:30.440] No, I don't.
[01:23:30.440 --> 01:23:38.440] I haven't. I've been meaning to do that just for the heck of it, a property I own north of Fort Worth.
[01:23:38.440 --> 01:23:44.440] But I haven't got it done yet, so I'm not precisely sure of all the fine details.
[01:23:44.440 --> 01:23:49.440] But if you go down to the land office in Austin, they'll walk you through all of that.
[01:23:49.440 --> 01:23:51.440] Okay. And as far as filing...
[01:23:51.440 --> 01:23:55.440] You can come back as our expert and explain all that to us.
[01:23:55.440 --> 01:23:58.440] And Frank, you may also want to call into the Agenda 21 talk show
[01:23:58.440 --> 01:24:03.440] that's on Tuesday nights at 8, because they just did a whole show on land patents.
[01:24:03.440 --> 01:24:06.440] That's where we got inspired to do this.
[01:24:06.440 --> 01:24:11.440] And there was some gentleman that called into the show named Pat.
[01:24:11.440 --> 01:24:16.440] He didn't give a last name, but he said he's done it several times and was willing to help us.
[01:24:16.440 --> 01:24:20.440] But there was really no contact information.
[01:24:20.440 --> 01:24:22.440] I was kind of hoping he had left it for you.
[01:24:22.440 --> 01:24:33.440] If you will send me an email and ask me to tell us about Pat, I will forward your email to Pat.
[01:24:33.440 --> 01:24:41.440] Okay. I actually already did that, and I sent one to the Agenda 21 guys, too, because I was wondering if they had done it.
[01:24:41.440 --> 01:24:47.440] But as far as filing it in probate court, do you just go down there and file it with the clerk of the court?
[01:24:47.440 --> 01:24:49.440] Is that how that works?
[01:24:49.440 --> 01:24:53.440] No, I think it's filed in the land patent, in the land office.
[01:24:53.440 --> 01:24:55.440] Oh, you actually file it in the land office?
[01:24:55.440 --> 01:24:59.440] I forget exactly what it's called, but those people down there show you exactly how to do it.
[01:24:59.440 --> 01:25:00.440] Okay.
[01:25:00.440 --> 01:25:02.440] And apparently it's relatively simple.
[01:25:02.440 --> 01:25:06.440] One of the guys that was doing it was saying that you had to actually file it in probate court
[01:25:06.440 --> 01:25:12.440] and give people like 60 days to, if they had an actual claim against it,
[01:25:12.440 --> 01:25:19.440] then you had to give them a certain amount of days to, you know, once it was filed in probate court,
[01:25:19.440 --> 01:25:22.440] they had to give them a certain number of days.
[01:25:22.440 --> 01:25:30.440] I think it was 60 days for people to come forward, you know, to say if they had a claim on the land.
[01:25:30.440 --> 01:25:35.440] That sounds reasonable, that people come forward who may have a claim against the property,
[01:25:35.440 --> 01:25:46.440] because as I understand it, the title that you have to the property is actually a lien for the government.
[01:25:46.440 --> 01:25:52.440] Originally, the government owned the land and they sold it to individuals.
[01:25:52.440 --> 01:26:03.440] And as a lien against the property, they took a title with the stipulation that once the debt was paid,
[01:26:03.440 --> 01:26:07.440] then the title would be replaced with the land patent.
[01:26:07.440 --> 01:26:10.440] But nobody got rid of the titles.
[01:26:10.440 --> 01:26:11.440] Yeah.
[01:26:11.440 --> 01:26:15.440] So the state is making a claim against the property.
[01:26:15.440 --> 01:26:23.440] And when you bring the land patent forward, you just show that the property has been paid off to the state
[01:26:23.440 --> 01:26:26.440] and the state no longer has the claim against it.
[01:26:26.440 --> 01:26:27.440] Right.
[01:26:27.440 --> 01:26:35.440] So, you know, my wife spent all day today down at the county going through the old records and, you know,
[01:26:35.440 --> 01:26:41.440] finally found the abstract and then she's going to go to the land office tomorrow.
[01:26:41.440 --> 01:26:42.440] Good.
[01:26:42.440 --> 01:26:44.440] Well, call us back and let us know how it goes.
[01:26:44.440 --> 01:26:46.440] Let us know, yes.
[01:26:46.440 --> 01:26:47.440] Okay.
[01:26:47.440 --> 01:26:48.440] All right, great.
[01:26:48.440 --> 01:26:49.440] Thanks, Frank.
[01:26:49.440 --> 01:26:50.440] Thank you.
[01:26:50.440 --> 01:26:54.440] Okay, we're going to go now to Dominic in Texas.
[01:26:54.440 --> 01:26:55.440] Dominic, thanks for calling in.
[01:26:55.440 --> 01:26:57.440] What's on your mind tonight?
[01:26:57.440 --> 01:26:58.440] How's everybody doing tonight?
[01:26:58.440 --> 01:27:00.440] Pretty good.
[01:27:00.440 --> 01:27:06.440] I just had one little comment regarding the towers debate that was going on this evening.
[01:27:06.440 --> 01:27:07.440] Yeah.
[01:27:07.440 --> 01:27:15.440] The main problem that we have is that our public officials have been lying to us from every direction.
[01:27:15.440 --> 01:27:18.440] I know it's hard to believe, but that's our main problem.
[01:27:18.440 --> 01:27:20.440] Oh, come on.
[01:27:20.440 --> 01:27:22.440] You're pulling my leg.
[01:27:22.440 --> 01:27:30.440] But that's our main problem and as long as we don't take care of that, we're never going to get anywhere.
[01:27:30.440 --> 01:27:31.440] I agree.
[01:27:31.440 --> 01:27:36.440] It's my position that the government will lie to you and the truth will do better.
[01:27:36.440 --> 01:27:38.440] Yeah.
[01:27:38.440 --> 01:27:53.440] People are so used to lying, people get in government and they develop this notion that they know better what's good for you and I than we do.
[01:27:53.440 --> 01:28:01.440] And the thing that also is they have all of us or the majority of us worried about Republican and Democrat
[01:28:01.440 --> 01:28:07.440] and because one of the two parties is in office, it doesn't matter what happens, they can do no wrong.
[01:28:07.440 --> 01:28:08.440] Yeah.
[01:28:08.440 --> 01:28:13.440] They love to push that false left-right paradigm.
[01:28:13.440 --> 01:28:14.440] Yeah.
[01:28:14.440 --> 01:28:19.440] Well, I look at it as demeret and republican, so it's just pretty much the same thing to me.
[01:28:19.440 --> 01:28:23.440] It is the same thing, two sides of the same coin.
[01:28:23.440 --> 01:28:24.440] Exactly.
[01:28:24.440 --> 01:28:33.440] Something else, this traffic ticket that I've been dealing with, I went today for pretrial and got the lovely Ms.
[01:28:33.440 --> 01:28:42.440] Bettman, the judge, because they were going to hear a motion for my dismissal because of the verified criminal complaint was never in the file,
[01:28:42.440 --> 01:28:45.440] was never given to me in the requisite time.
[01:28:45.440 --> 01:28:54.440] So get ready for another shocker.
[01:28:54.440 --> 01:28:59.440] Don't tell me she didn't deny your motion.
[01:28:59.440 --> 01:29:02.440] Dominic?
[01:29:02.440 --> 01:29:04.440] I think we lost them.
[01:29:04.440 --> 01:29:12.440] I think they were listening and they cut his phone off before he could give us the scoop.
[01:29:12.440 --> 01:29:13.440] All right, Dominic.
[01:29:13.440 --> 01:29:14.440] That sounds about right.
[01:29:14.440 --> 01:29:15.440] Well, call back in.
[01:29:15.440 --> 01:29:22.440] Call back in, please, and if you're out there listening, tell us the rest of the story.
[01:29:22.440 --> 01:29:23.440] Definitely want to hear that.
[01:29:23.440 --> 01:29:28.440] All right, we're just about to go to breaks, folks, and when we get back on the other side,
[01:29:28.440 --> 01:29:34.440] we're going to go to Wendell in Texas, and then we've got Chuck and I believe Jay.
[01:29:34.440 --> 01:29:40.440] So just hang in there, folks, and we will be right back on the other side of this break.
[01:29:40.440 --> 01:29:59.440] This is the rule of law, ruleoflawradio.com.
[01:29:59.440 --> 01:30:00.440] I lost my son.
[01:30:00.440 --> 01:30:01.440] My nephew.
[01:30:01.440 --> 01:30:02.440] My uncle.
[01:30:02.440 --> 01:30:03.440] My son.
[01:30:03.440 --> 01:30:04.440] On September 11, 2001.
[01:30:04.440 --> 01:30:07.440] Most people don't know that a third tower fell on September 11.
[01:30:07.440 --> 01:30:11.440] World Trade Center 7, a 47-story skyscraper, was not hit by a plane.
[01:30:11.440 --> 01:30:15.440] Although the official explanation is that fire brought down Building 7,
[01:30:15.440 --> 01:30:19.440] over 1,200 architects and engineers have looked into the evidence
[01:30:19.440 --> 01:30:21.440] and believe there is more to the story.
[01:30:21.440 --> 01:30:22.440] Bring justice to my son.
[01:30:22.440 --> 01:30:23.440] My uncle.
[01:30:23.440 --> 01:30:24.440] My nephew.
[01:30:24.440 --> 01:30:25.440] My son.
[01:30:25.440 --> 01:30:26.440] Go to buildingwhat.org.
[01:30:26.440 --> 01:30:32.440] Why it fell, why it matters, and what you can do.
[01:30:32.440 --> 01:30:35.440] Do you like people looking over your shoulder while you surf the net?
[01:30:35.440 --> 01:30:39.440] Probably not, but that could be happening if you're not using a proxy.
[01:30:39.440 --> 01:30:40.440] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht,
[01:30:40.440 --> 01:30:45.440] and I'll be back with an easy, privacy-friendly proxy tip in just a moment.
[01:30:45.440 --> 01:30:47.440] Privacy is under attack.
[01:30:47.440 --> 01:30:51.440] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:30:51.440 --> 01:30:56.440] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish, too.
[01:30:56.440 --> 01:31:01.440] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself.
[01:31:01.440 --> 01:31:03.440] Privacy, it's worth hanging onto.
[01:31:03.440 --> 01:31:07.440] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com,
[01:31:07.440 --> 01:31:11.440] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[01:31:11.440 --> 01:31:14.440] Start over with StartPage.
[01:31:14.440 --> 01:31:17.440] A proxy is a privacy tool that lets you view webpages
[01:31:17.440 --> 01:31:20.440] through the identity of a third-party computer.
[01:31:20.440 --> 01:31:23.440] You never make connection with the webpages you visit directly,
[01:31:23.440 --> 01:31:27.440] so they can't see your personal information, like your IP address or your location.
[01:31:27.440 --> 01:31:30.440] They also can't put cookies or malware on your computer.
[01:31:30.440 --> 01:31:35.440] There are many proxies on the Internet, but one of the easiest to use is at StartPage.com,
[01:31:35.440 --> 01:31:37.440] the world's most private search engine.
[01:31:37.440 --> 01:31:41.440] Your search results are automatically delivered with a free proxy option.
[01:31:41.440 --> 01:31:45.440] Just click the word proxy under a search result to view that website anonymously.
[01:31:45.440 --> 01:31:49.440] That way, the websites you visit will only see StartPage, not you.
[01:31:49.440 --> 01:31:52.440] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, wishing you safe Internet searching.
[01:31:52.440 --> 01:32:00.440] More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:32:22.440 --> 01:32:24.440] Thank you very much.
[01:32:52.440 --> 01:32:59.440] All right, folks, we are back.
[01:32:59.440 --> 01:33:03.440] RuleOfLawRadio.com, we're taking your calls.
[01:33:03.440 --> 01:33:08.440] We've got Wendell in Texas.
[01:33:08.440 --> 01:33:11.440] Wendell, what's on your mind tonight?
[01:33:11.440 --> 01:33:12.440] Hey, Deborah.
[01:33:12.440 --> 01:33:15.440] I just want to thank you all so much for the program you have.
[01:33:15.440 --> 01:33:20.440] It's so important that with the vastness of things that we all are finding out
[01:33:20.440 --> 01:33:28.440] that we understand that it takes a small little fire to ignite the vast minds of the rest of us.
[01:33:28.440 --> 01:33:31.440] And we've got a long way to go.
[01:33:31.440 --> 01:33:35.440] I think the people in power have had a long time to collectively get to where they're at.
[01:33:35.440 --> 01:33:40.440] It's going to take us some time to fight our battles one at a time
[01:33:40.440 --> 01:33:44.440] and come together at some point.
[01:33:44.440 --> 01:33:51.440] I think the main thing is that we have a chance to discuss and bring our minds together
[01:33:51.440 --> 01:33:55.440] in order to achieve a better understanding.
[01:33:55.440 --> 01:34:01.440] Unfortunately, things are so intense that if people let the weight of it all come down on them
[01:34:01.440 --> 01:34:05.440] too hard, too fast, they can lose their minds in the process.
[01:34:05.440 --> 01:34:09.440] So I think you all's program is so important because it starts on a local level
[01:34:09.440 --> 01:34:15.440] and it puts your local chieftains of sorts on call
[01:34:15.440 --> 01:34:20.440] that they are not going to be able to walk away from dealing with you properly
[01:34:20.440 --> 01:34:22.440] like the government seems to.
[01:34:22.440 --> 01:34:24.440] And I just want to say thanks again.
[01:34:24.440 --> 01:34:29.440] It's so important you all stay with it, and I hope everybody out there understands that
[01:34:29.440 --> 01:34:31.440] and helps support you all the best they can.
[01:34:31.440 --> 01:34:34.440] Well, thank you, Wendell. We appreciate that.
[01:34:34.440 --> 01:34:35.440] All right, that's all I got.
[01:34:35.440 --> 01:34:36.440] All right.
[01:34:36.440 --> 01:34:37.440] I'll see you.
[01:34:37.440 --> 01:34:38.440] Okay, thank you.
[01:34:38.440 --> 01:34:42.440] All right, and Dominic has called back in, and then we'll go to Chuck
[01:34:42.440 --> 01:34:45.440] because Chuck dropped off the line and then he called back in,
[01:34:45.440 --> 01:34:47.440] but we were in the middle of a call with Dominic.
[01:34:47.440 --> 01:34:50.440] So Dominic, please continue, and then we're going to go to you, Chuck.
[01:34:50.440 --> 01:34:51.440] All right.
[01:34:51.440 --> 01:34:55.440] I don't know what happened, but if air can move that hundreds of tons of concrete,
[01:34:55.440 --> 01:34:58.440] I guess anything can happen.
[01:34:58.440 --> 01:34:59.440] All right.
[01:34:59.440 --> 01:35:03.440] You were just about to tell us something about them.
[01:35:03.440 --> 01:35:04.440] Yeah, Judge Stetman.
[01:35:04.440 --> 01:35:12.440] Yeah, she rolled out a hand, you know, she just didn't accept the motion to dismiss.
[01:35:12.440 --> 01:35:15.440] And I was telling her, okay, well, yeah, that's right.
[01:35:15.440 --> 01:35:17.440] I mean, it's only 30 days late.
[01:35:17.440 --> 01:35:20.440] And she said, oh, I'm not going to argue with you, Mr. Molinari.
[01:35:20.440 --> 01:35:21.440] That's my motion.
[01:35:21.440 --> 01:35:23.440] That's my ruling.
[01:35:23.440 --> 01:35:25.440] And she just got up and walked out of the room.
[01:35:25.440 --> 01:35:26.440] It was so funny.
[01:35:26.440 --> 01:35:28.440] I got it on video.
[01:35:28.440 --> 01:35:30.440] But she was so fortunate.
[01:35:30.440 --> 01:35:31.440] I don't think she...
[01:35:31.440 --> 01:35:33.440] That should get a judicial conduct complaint.
[01:35:33.440 --> 01:35:41.440] Randy, is this a situation where someone would file a motion for more definite statement
[01:35:41.440 --> 01:35:42.440] or something from the judge?
[01:35:42.440 --> 01:35:44.440] No, a motion for disqualification.
[01:35:44.440 --> 01:35:46.440] Findings of fact and conclusion.
[01:35:46.440 --> 01:35:47.440] Is that what it is?
[01:35:47.440 --> 01:35:48.440] Exactly.
[01:35:48.440 --> 01:35:53.440] Findings of fact and conclusions at law and motion for reconsideration
[01:35:53.440 --> 01:35:56.440] and a judicial conduct complaint.
[01:35:56.440 --> 01:35:59.440] She's probably also an attorney of bar grievance.
[01:35:59.440 --> 01:36:00.440] Yes, bar grievance.
[01:36:00.440 --> 01:36:05.440] She is a bar card carrying attorney and she is actually a member of a law firm here in Austin.
[01:36:05.440 --> 01:36:07.440] Yeah, because she is the same time judge.
[01:36:07.440 --> 01:36:12.440] I'm already sending a judicial conduct complaint on.
[01:36:12.440 --> 01:36:13.440] Only one?
[01:36:13.440 --> 01:36:14.440] Yeah, only one.
[01:36:14.440 --> 01:36:17.440] I was trying to be nice at the beginning.
[01:36:17.440 --> 01:36:18.440] But it's a second judge.
[01:36:18.440 --> 01:36:26.440] So everyone that I've gotten before, I wind up filing a judicial conduct complaint on.
[01:36:26.440 --> 01:36:29.440] Do a bar grievance as well.
[01:36:29.440 --> 01:36:30.440] Okay.
[01:36:30.440 --> 01:36:31.440] That will really sting them.
[01:36:31.440 --> 01:36:38.440] She can only be that judge because she carries a bar card.
[01:36:38.440 --> 01:36:39.440] All right.
[01:36:39.440 --> 01:36:40.440] That part's very true.
[01:36:40.440 --> 01:36:45.440] Municipal Court of Record judges must be licensed bar card carrying attorneys.
[01:36:45.440 --> 01:36:46.440] Excellent.
[01:36:46.440 --> 01:36:47.440] All right.
[01:36:47.440 --> 01:36:51.440] I just wanted to let you all keep you all in the loop of what's going on.
[01:36:51.440 --> 01:36:53.440] I know you all have other callers.
[01:36:53.440 --> 01:36:54.440] You all have a great evening.
[01:36:54.440 --> 01:36:55.440] All right.
[01:36:55.440 --> 01:36:56.440] Thanks.
[01:36:56.440 --> 01:36:57.440] Thanks, Dominic.
[01:36:57.440 --> 01:36:58.440] Bye-bye.
[01:36:58.440 --> 01:37:00.440] We are going now to Chuck.
[01:37:00.440 --> 01:37:02.440] Chuck, we tried to take your call a little while ago,
[01:37:02.440 --> 01:37:04.440] but you dropped off the line just as we were going to.
[01:37:04.440 --> 01:37:05.440] So what's on your mind?
[01:37:05.440 --> 01:37:07.440] It's a pleasure to be here.
[01:37:07.440 --> 01:37:13.440] I spoke with an associate of mine and suggested that I get on the show here in Colorado
[01:37:13.440 --> 01:37:20.440] and speak to a gentleman here, Randy, to see what his opinion is on what's going on here in Oklahoma.
[01:37:20.440 --> 01:37:22.440] It's also Oklahoma.
[01:37:22.440 --> 01:37:28.440] And I submitted a writ of habeas corpus to inquire into the unlawful, what I alleged to be,
[01:37:28.440 --> 01:37:33.440] which is unlawful detention of my 83-year-old mother's liberties.
[01:37:33.440 --> 01:37:38.440] And she was kind of a victim of a smash and grab by the DHS.
[01:37:38.440 --> 01:37:47.440] And they're trying to move forward with selling off her property, ex parte hearings, declaring themselves guardians,
[01:37:47.440 --> 01:37:53.440] little secret hearings doing that, moving to get her, well, I've actually already got her bank funds
[01:37:53.440 --> 01:37:57.440] and her Social Security, closed her bank account two weeks after they kidnapped her,
[01:37:57.440 --> 01:37:59.440] and moving for her property.
[01:37:59.440 --> 01:38:06.440] But I filed a writ of habeas corpus to stop this thing and inquire into the detention.
[01:38:06.440 --> 01:38:14.440] I know they don't have any sworn affidavits to have put their hands on her, come in there and grab her.
[01:38:14.440 --> 01:38:26.440] She refused to issue the habeas corpus, even though the petition does allege that somebody's liberties are unlawfully detained.
[01:38:26.440 --> 01:38:29.440] And that's putting the judge in her ministerial position.
[01:38:29.440 --> 01:38:30.440] She still refused.
[01:38:30.440 --> 01:38:31.440] She's just not going to do it.
[01:38:31.440 --> 01:38:35.440] We had a hearing the next day, but I noticed the defendants weren't there.
[01:38:35.440 --> 01:38:41.440] They didn't produce the body of my mother there, the corpus, and the respondents weren't there,
[01:38:41.440 --> 01:38:43.440] but their counsel was there.
[01:38:43.440 --> 01:38:53.440] And they tried to turn this habeas corpus hearing into a find out how to get this woman's property hearing.
[01:38:53.440 --> 01:38:59.440] And I objected and told them that I couldn't discuss the merits because there's been no return to the writ.
[01:38:59.440 --> 01:39:01.440] The respondents weren't there.
[01:39:01.440 --> 01:39:09.440] And they just went ahead and moved forward anyway and denied the writ habeas corpus.
[01:39:09.440 --> 01:39:16.440] And so I ended up putting a recipe a couple weeks later trying to force these people to issue this writ.
[01:39:16.440 --> 01:39:20.440] Of course, that fell on deaf ears, and they didn't even bother to respond to that.
[01:39:20.440 --> 01:39:23.440] And I recipe the clerk, same thing.
[01:39:23.440 --> 01:39:32.440] So I took it to the Supreme Court, and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court wanted to treat it as a functional equivalent of an appeal
[01:39:32.440 --> 01:39:43.440] and wanted me to explain why it's been over 60 days since I've sent this in to the court after that denial.
[01:39:43.440 --> 01:39:48.440] I wrote the court back and said that it's not the functional equivalent of an appeal because we never had the hearing.
[01:39:48.440 --> 01:39:51.440] I never had a hearing to appeal from.
[01:39:51.440 --> 01:39:58.440] And I was trying to invoke this court's jurisdiction into having this habeas corpus hearing.
[01:39:58.440 --> 01:40:03.440] And after I responded that way along with the mandamus, it's in limbo.
[01:40:03.440 --> 01:40:06.440] They're just deciding they're just not even going to respond.
[01:40:06.440 --> 01:40:10.440] What do you think of that?
[01:40:10.440 --> 01:40:11.440] Wait a minute.
[01:40:11.440 --> 01:40:16.440] You're saying that the Supreme Court refuses to respond to your mandamus?
[01:40:16.440 --> 01:40:26.440] Yes, the Supreme Court, it was about the 1st of January when I submitted the actual writ habeas corpus petition with the orders and everything.
[01:40:26.440 --> 01:40:37.440] And it's been about two days after that, he sent an order to me stating for me to explain why it should not be dismissed untimely
[01:40:37.440 --> 01:40:43.440] because 60 days have gone and passed, and they're going to treat it as the functional equivalent of an appeal.
[01:40:43.440 --> 01:40:45.440] And oh, I just saw a record.
[01:40:45.440 --> 01:40:53.440] But then I wrote him back, responded, and verified what he said, but I said I disagree.
[01:40:53.440 --> 01:40:59.440] I cannot be treated as the functional equivalent of an appeal because I never had a hearing to appeal from.
[01:40:59.440 --> 01:41:03.440] I'm submitting this to have the hearing I should have had in the 1st place.
[01:41:03.440 --> 01:41:06.440] I don't know what hearing that was we had, but it wasn't a habeas hearing.
[01:41:06.440 --> 01:41:08.440] It was never issued.
[01:41:08.440 --> 01:41:12.440] There was never an inquiry into the unlawful detention.
[01:41:12.440 --> 01:41:14.440] And so that wasn't my habeas hearing.
[01:41:14.440 --> 01:41:17.440] I don't know what that was, but it definitely was not that.
[01:41:17.440 --> 01:41:19.440] And I actually pinned the judge down.
[01:41:19.440 --> 01:41:21.440] I asked him the three basic questions.
[01:41:21.440 --> 01:41:27.440] Does the petition allege, clearly allege that somebody's liberties are unlawfully detained?
[01:41:27.440 --> 01:41:40.440] That being said, does that place a lower court judge in a ministerial position to issue the writ to inquire into this alleged illegal detention?
[01:41:40.440 --> 01:41:50.440] And if so, aren't the respondents, the people who are in custody, who has my mother in custody,
[01:41:50.440 --> 01:41:51.440] supposed to show up?
[01:41:51.440 --> 01:41:53.440] They're all defendants and they're all required to answer.
[01:41:53.440 --> 01:41:55.440] Is that true?
[01:41:55.440 --> 01:42:00.440] And that's pretty much the gist, with some case law backing, is the gist of my response.
[01:42:00.440 --> 01:42:04.440] Sent that in, and a week later I just didn't get any response at all from it.
[01:42:04.440 --> 01:42:07.440] So I sent a mandamus in, no response.
[01:42:07.440 --> 01:42:10.440] And that was about almost a month ago now.
[01:42:10.440 --> 01:42:14.440] Go to the grand jury.
[01:42:14.440 --> 01:42:15.440] Okay.
[01:42:15.440 --> 01:42:25.440] If you can show that the original judge had a ministerial duty and he failed to perform that ministerial duty,
[01:42:25.440 --> 01:42:29.440] he failed to perform a duty he was required to perform,
[01:42:29.440 --> 01:42:40.440] and in the process denied your mother and full and free access to enjoyment for a right to be free from unlawful detention.
[01:42:40.440 --> 01:42:49.440] Instead of appealing to these jerk judges, appeal to a grand jury for an indictment against the judge.
[01:42:49.440 --> 01:42:50.440] Okay.
[01:42:50.440 --> 01:42:56.440] There's a whole routine that we promote for doing that.
[01:42:56.440 --> 01:42:58.440] Understand that.
[01:42:58.440 --> 01:43:06.440] When you go down and try to file criminal charges with the grand jury, everybody's going to stand in your way.
[01:43:06.440 --> 01:43:09.440] And they're going to try to stop you.
[01:43:09.440 --> 01:43:12.440] At least you hope they do.
[01:43:12.440 --> 01:43:15.440] You're not going to win your issue based on law.
[01:43:15.440 --> 01:43:17.440] You're going to win it based on politics.
[01:43:17.440 --> 01:43:19.440] Now, we're about to go to break.
[01:43:19.440 --> 01:43:23.440] When we come back from on the other side, I'm going to go quickly because we're running out of time.
[01:43:23.440 --> 01:43:28.440] But I'll explain how to use the process to generate politics.
[01:43:28.440 --> 01:43:30.440] Now, I'll do it real quickly.
[01:43:30.440 --> 01:43:32.440] It's a rather involved subject.
[01:43:32.440 --> 01:43:35.440] So you might want to call in tomorrow night and we'll go into it.
[01:43:35.440 --> 01:43:40.440] Right, because we have three other callers on the line, too, and only one segment left.
[01:43:40.440 --> 01:43:42.440] I'll just do it really quickly.
[01:43:42.440 --> 01:43:45.440] And then call back tomorrow night and we'll go through the details.
[01:43:45.440 --> 01:43:46.440] You'll like this.
[01:43:46.440 --> 01:43:50.440] This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Eddie Craig, Rule of Law Radio.

[01:46:00.440 --> 01:46:22.440] Hello? Oh, man, you're in jail. You got something? Oh, man, I'm broke, man.
[01:46:22.440 --> 01:46:47.440] Okay. Okay. This is Randy Kelton, W-TV's Eddie Kripke, Rule of Law Radio.
[01:46:47.440 --> 01:46:51.440] I'm going to move quickly because we have three more callers in just 15 minutes.
[01:46:51.440 --> 01:46:56.440] But here's the quick one, quick way. You file a complaint with the prosecuting attorney,
[01:46:56.440 --> 01:46:59.440] and he's going to refuse to act.
[01:46:59.440 --> 01:47:05.440] So you accuse the prosecuting attorney not of exercising prosecutorial discretion,
[01:47:05.440 --> 01:47:11.440] which he has been granted a certain amount of, but exercising caprice in deciding who he wants to prosecute
[01:47:11.440 --> 01:47:16.440] and who he doesn't, and you file a complaint against the prosecuting attorney
[01:47:16.440 --> 01:47:22.440] for shielding from prosecution and obstruction of justice. You file it with the highest level judge you can,
[01:47:22.440 --> 01:47:26.440] and you do it by the mail, registered mail.
[01:47:26.440 --> 01:47:29.440] And the judge will get it, and he'll say, oh, this is a bunch of crap.
[01:47:29.440 --> 01:47:35.440] You need to give this to a justice of the peas or some other nonsense. At least you hope he does.
[01:47:35.440 --> 01:47:40.440] And then you prepare a complaint against the judge for failing to perform his duty as a magistrate
[01:47:40.440 --> 01:47:46.440] because the judge wears two hats. He wears a judicial hat and a magistrate's hat,
[01:47:46.440 --> 01:47:48.440] and they forget they wear the magistrate's hat.
[01:47:48.440 --> 01:47:58.440] So you charge the judge criminally for shielding the prosecuting attorney from prosecution
[01:47:58.440 --> 01:48:03.440] and secreting criminal complaints from the grand jury, and you send those to the grand jury.
[01:48:03.440 --> 01:48:07.440] And the prosecuting attorney will intercept them.
[01:48:07.440 --> 01:48:14.440] And when he reads the complaints, he's going to say, that rotten scoundrel set me up.
[01:48:14.440 --> 01:48:16.440] We're going to say, yes, we did.
[01:48:16.440 --> 01:48:25.440] And now you're trying to get the district judge arrested for not taking charges against the prosecuting attorney.
[01:48:25.440 --> 01:48:29.440] What do you think the judge is going to say to that attorney?
[01:48:29.440 --> 01:48:33.440] You better make this go away.
[01:48:33.440 --> 01:48:37.440] If we're going to get anything done, that's how we're going to get it done.
[01:48:37.440 --> 01:48:44.440] I'm sorry to be so quick, but if you'll call back tomorrow night, we'll go through this in more detail,
[01:48:44.440 --> 01:48:49.440] and you will find we have a very powerful remedy.
[01:48:49.440 --> 01:48:50.440] Okay.
[01:48:50.440 --> 01:48:51.440] Thank you.
[01:48:51.440 --> 01:48:52.440] I appreciate that.
[01:48:52.440 --> 01:48:54.440] And I'm sorry to make you wait this long.
[01:48:54.440 --> 01:48:59.440] We had an unexpected overrun from Tom Kyne's previous show.
[01:48:59.440 --> 01:49:00.440] That's fine.
[01:49:00.440 --> 01:49:03.440] We've got a four-hour show tomorrow, so we'll have a lot more time.
[01:49:03.440 --> 01:49:05.440] All right. Bye-bye.
[01:49:05.440 --> 01:49:06.440] Thank you, Chuck.
[01:49:06.440 --> 01:49:07.440] Okay.
[01:49:07.440 --> 01:49:11.440] Now we're going to go to Mark in Texas.
[01:49:11.440 --> 01:49:14.440] Mark, quickly.
[01:49:14.440 --> 01:49:16.440] There you go.
[01:49:16.440 --> 01:49:17.440] Okay, Mark.
[01:49:17.440 --> 01:49:18.440] You got me?
[01:49:18.440 --> 01:49:19.440] What is on your mind tonight?
[01:49:19.440 --> 01:49:20.440] Okay.
[01:49:20.440 --> 01:49:26.440] I just have a couple questions on the certificate of title for the vehicle.
[01:49:26.440 --> 01:49:40.440] That certificate of title, number one, does that give the state the authority to have the owner pay
[01:49:40.440 --> 01:49:44.440] the registration, the annual registration fee on that?
[01:49:44.440 --> 01:49:48.440] And number two is, is there a way to actually rescind that by sending it back,
[01:49:48.440 --> 01:49:56.440] having it, I guess, signing an affidavit or whatever, sending that in to probably the clerk's office
[01:49:56.440 --> 01:50:03.440] or whatever, and actually rescinding that certificate of title and then creating some sort of a,
[01:50:03.440 --> 01:50:07.440] that would be comparable to the manufacturer's certificate of origin?
[01:50:07.440 --> 01:50:08.440] Okay.
[01:50:08.440 --> 01:50:10.440] Objection, compound question.
[01:50:10.440 --> 01:50:11.440] Okay.
[01:50:11.440 --> 01:50:18.440] First thing is, as far as the owner, they have the title. They are the owner.
[01:50:18.440 --> 01:50:21.440] They're renting you the car.
[01:50:21.440 --> 01:50:26.440] So yeah, you've got to pay their fees so you can show you own it, more or less.
[01:50:26.440 --> 01:50:33.440] There is no way in law, at least not in any that I've found so far, that allows you to rescind it
[01:50:33.440 --> 01:50:40.440] and get back the actual title, mainly because it was destroyed the moment the certificate of title
[01:50:40.440 --> 01:50:42.440] was issued.
[01:50:42.440 --> 01:50:43.440] Now, wait a minute.
[01:50:43.440 --> 01:50:49.440] The manufacturer's certificate of origin is not like a promissory note that you sign
[01:50:49.440 --> 01:50:51.440] because that's got your personal signature on it.
[01:50:51.440 --> 01:50:55.440] That certificate of origin is easy enough to reproduce.
[01:50:55.440 --> 01:50:58.440] If you get the manufacturer to do it, that's true.
[01:50:58.440 --> 01:51:03.440] Well, this is something for a civil litigation.
[01:51:03.440 --> 01:51:15.440] If the state is holding, you went to this car dealer and you agreed to purchase this automobile,
[01:51:15.440 --> 01:51:22.440] and you paid them for the automobile, but they gave ownership to someone else,
[01:51:22.440 --> 01:51:24.440] the state of Texas.
[01:51:24.440 --> 01:51:25.440] Right.
[01:51:25.440 --> 01:51:33.440] So you need to sue whoever you purchased the automobile for, for a bill of sale,
[01:51:33.440 --> 01:51:35.440] a certificate of origin.
[01:51:35.440 --> 01:51:37.440] Well, but here's the problem, if I may.
[01:51:37.440 --> 01:51:43.440] The problem here is, one, you signed a power of attorney allowing them to do that.
[01:51:43.440 --> 01:51:49.440] Number two is because the car was registered as a commercial vehicle,
[01:51:49.440 --> 01:51:53.440] the law is written to give the state rights to regulate that.
[01:51:53.440 --> 01:52:00.440] Now, the problem here is the certificate of title was meant to prevent the trade
[01:52:00.440 --> 01:52:06.440] in stolen automobiles or automobiles that are still encumbered by a lien.
[01:52:06.440 --> 01:52:09.440] That's what it was invented for.
[01:52:09.440 --> 01:52:14.440] The real issue here comes down to whether or not the lien has been paid,
[01:52:14.440 --> 01:52:19.440] and if so, where's the original instrument instead of a certificate of title
[01:52:19.440 --> 01:52:21.440] showing the lienholders that no longer exist?
[01:52:21.440 --> 01:52:25.440] Yeah, that's the suit that should be filed.
[01:52:25.440 --> 01:52:27.440] And you don't know anything about the state of Texas.
[01:52:27.440 --> 01:52:33.440] You bought your vehicle from a dealer or from whoever,
[01:52:33.440 --> 01:52:39.440] and they're the one that's supposed to provide you with a certificate of ownership.
[01:52:39.440 --> 01:52:47.440] But they gave that to somebody else, and they're going to say what they required us to.
[01:52:47.440 --> 01:52:50.440] Well, I haven't seen a law requiring them to do that.
[01:52:50.440 --> 01:52:56.440] I'd like to see that law and challenge it for its constitutionality if it does exist.
[01:52:56.440 --> 01:53:02.440] Right, so now the horse is out and the barn gate's closed.
[01:53:02.440 --> 01:53:08.440] Yeah, but somebody else has got the reins to your horse.
[01:53:08.440 --> 01:53:09.440] Exactly.
[01:53:09.440 --> 01:53:11.440] There is remedy to get it back.
[01:53:11.440 --> 01:53:16.440] Somebody will have to take up this issue.
[01:53:16.440 --> 01:53:23.440] We've heard this argued quite a bit, and it's not my issue, so I haven't addressed it.
[01:53:23.440 --> 01:53:26.440] I know Aladasius has addressed it.
[01:53:26.440 --> 01:53:32.440] Did we enter into a contract then as far as accepting the certificate of title?
[01:53:32.440 --> 01:53:34.440] Did we actually enter a contract?
[01:53:34.440 --> 01:53:38.440] And if so, if we did, are we able to rescind that contract?
[01:53:38.440 --> 01:53:46.440] Absolutely, you maintain that you entered into the contract without full disclosure.
[01:53:46.440 --> 01:53:54.440] Yeah, the issue on the contract is the only contract you're given any knowledge of is the one with the bank regarding the loan.
[01:53:54.440 --> 01:54:04.440] But the car dealer has been mandated by the state to take from you by stealth that which is rightfully yours
[01:54:04.440 --> 01:54:12.440] and apply it in a way that makes it appear that it's being used for a state-regulatable activity when it's not.
[01:54:12.440 --> 01:54:16.440] So your argument is with the dealer.
[01:54:16.440 --> 01:54:24.440] If the dealer says that he was directed by the state to do that, you tell the dealer, your problem, not my problem.
[01:54:24.440 --> 01:54:28.440] If you want to cross-complain against the state, knock yourself out.
[01:54:28.440 --> 01:54:36.440] All right, my last question would be if I would have gotten and if I would have requested the manufacturer's certificate of origin,
[01:54:36.440 --> 01:54:43.440] would I then have had to have had it registered with the state?
[01:54:43.440 --> 01:54:49.440] Not unless you're using it for commercial purposes, no.
[01:54:49.440 --> 01:54:52.440] Okay, so then...
[01:54:52.440 --> 01:55:00.440] Understand when you go down that road, you're starting a pretty big fight.
[01:55:00.440 --> 01:55:05.440] All these police out there think you have to have it registered whether you do or not.
[01:55:05.440 --> 01:55:08.440] Exactly.
[01:55:08.440 --> 01:55:14.440] So in the real world we live in, be ready for a big fight when you do that.
[01:55:14.440 --> 01:55:18.440] And carry a toothbrush, you're going to need it.
[01:55:18.440 --> 01:55:26.440] Actually, don't bother because they'll take it away from you anyhow.
[01:55:26.440 --> 01:55:28.440] Yeah.
[01:55:28.440 --> 01:55:30.440] Okay, we really need to move on.
[01:55:30.440 --> 01:55:34.440] We've got two more callers and three minutes.
[01:55:34.440 --> 01:55:36.440] All right, thanks, Randy, and I appreciate it.
[01:55:36.440 --> 01:55:38.440] You are welcome.
[01:55:38.440 --> 01:55:42.440] Okay, we're going to go to Jay in California.
[01:55:42.440 --> 01:55:44.440] Jay, what's on your mind tonight?
[01:55:44.440 --> 01:55:51.440] Yes, good evening, I called and I had a hearing that I was supposed to be at in New Jersey
[01:55:51.440 --> 01:55:54.440] from California for guardianship for my mother.
[01:55:54.440 --> 01:55:59.440] But before I left for the hearing on Tuesday night for the airport,
[01:55:59.440 --> 01:56:01.440] I received a fax from the judge.
[01:56:01.440 --> 01:56:08.440] I'm a service-connected disabled veteran and I have a service dog for an invisible injury.
[01:56:08.440 --> 01:56:10.440] I have PTSD and depression.
[01:56:10.440 --> 01:56:15.440] And the problem here is that I've been filing for guardianship with my mother
[01:56:15.440 --> 01:56:18.440] because my brother stole mail.
[01:56:18.440 --> 01:56:23.440] But when the judge wrote to me, he told me to leave my dog at home.
[01:56:23.440 --> 01:56:28.440] Now, I was previously in the state of New Jersey in 2007 and my dogs were injured
[01:56:28.440 --> 01:56:30.440] because I left them home.
[01:56:30.440 --> 01:56:34.440] And so now, because of that, I don't leave my service dog.
[01:56:34.440 --> 01:56:36.440] But now the judge won't allow me into court.
[01:56:36.440 --> 01:56:41.440] And because I wasn't there, he dismissed my case with prejudice.
[01:56:41.440 --> 01:56:43.440] Whoa.
[01:56:43.440 --> 01:56:50.440] Okay, you need to file a motion for reconsideration, perhaps a show cause hearing.
[01:56:50.440 --> 01:56:52.440] Ask for a show cause hearing.
[01:56:52.440 --> 01:56:56.440] Do you need those dogs?
[01:56:56.440 --> 01:57:04.440] I mean, are they like a C&I dog where you need the dog with you?
[01:57:04.440 --> 01:57:06.440] Yes.
[01:57:06.440 --> 01:57:14.440] They help ward off the panic attacks and keep me oriented.
[01:57:14.440 --> 01:57:15.440] Okay.
[01:57:15.440 --> 01:57:20.440] We really need to get you with Ken and Americans with Disabilities Act
[01:57:20.440 --> 01:57:23.440] and file a complaint against the judge.
[01:57:23.440 --> 01:57:24.440] Yep.
[01:57:24.440 --> 01:57:25.440] Go after the judge.
[01:57:25.440 --> 01:57:29.440] Go get him by his legal throat.
[01:57:29.440 --> 01:57:30.440] Okay.
[01:57:30.440 --> 01:57:31.440] That'll get our attention.
[01:57:31.440 --> 01:57:34.440] Do you need a complaint against the judge?
[01:57:34.440 --> 01:57:35.440] Yes.
[01:57:35.440 --> 01:57:38.440] When you call in tomorrow night, we meant to have more time tonight,
[01:57:38.440 --> 01:57:40.440] but we kind of got ran out of time.
[01:57:40.440 --> 01:57:41.440] Absolutely.
[01:57:41.440 --> 01:57:43.440] I sent you documentation on the case, but it comes back.
[01:57:43.440 --> 01:57:44.440] I've got it.
[01:57:44.440 --> 01:57:46.440] The mail is even.
[01:57:46.440 --> 01:57:47.440] Yes.
[01:57:47.440 --> 01:57:50.440] I haven't had time to go through it, but I certainly have it.
[01:57:50.440 --> 01:57:51.440] Okay.
[01:57:51.440 --> 01:57:52.440] All right.
[01:57:52.440 --> 01:57:53.440] Okay.
[01:57:53.440 --> 01:57:54.440] I'll call tomorrow night.
[01:57:54.440 --> 01:57:55.440] Thank you.
[01:57:55.440 --> 01:57:57.440] Thank you.
[01:57:57.440 --> 01:58:02.440] Now we're going to go to Gary from Georgia, and I know he will talk forever,
[01:58:02.440 --> 01:58:06.440] but you only got about 40 seconds.
[01:58:06.440 --> 01:58:08.440] Gary, talk to us.
[01:58:08.440 --> 01:58:09.440] Yes, sir.
[01:58:09.440 --> 01:58:11.440] I can get it out in 20 seconds.
[01:58:11.440 --> 01:58:15.440] You made a statement about a judge that says,
[01:58:15.440 --> 01:58:20.440] in Rule 52, Federal Lawyer State Rule 7 procedure says,
[01:58:20.440 --> 01:58:24.440] a judge must show findings of fact and conclusions of law.
[01:58:24.440 --> 01:58:28.440] So therefore, it's totally opinions, totally conclusions,
[01:58:28.440 --> 01:58:33.440] and he cannot, so therefore, he's testified.
[01:58:33.440 --> 01:58:42.440] And he cannot be a witness under Rule 605 of the Federal Rules of Evidence.
[01:58:42.440 --> 01:58:43.440] I'll wait, Gary.
[01:58:43.440 --> 01:58:44.440] I'm sorry.
[01:58:44.440 --> 01:58:45.440] We're out of time.
[01:58:45.440 --> 01:58:46.440] I understand, sir.
[01:58:46.440 --> 01:58:47.440] But anyway, you might want to talk more.
[01:58:47.440 --> 01:58:48.440] I'm sorry.
[01:58:48.440 --> 01:58:51.440] This is Randy Kelton, David Stevens, Eddie Craig, Rule of Law Radio.
[01:58:51.440 --> 01:58:54.440] We'll be back tomorrow night on our four-hour marathon.
[01:58:54.440 --> 01:58:55.440] Call us back in then.
[01:58:55.440 --> 01:58:56.440] We'll have more time.
[01:58:56.440 --> 01:59:23.440] Good night and thank you for listening.
[01:59:26.440 --> 01:59:51.440] Thank you for listening.
[01:59:51.440 --> 01:59:59.440] Thank you.
