[00:00.000 --> 00:04.240] This news brief brought to you by the International Newsnet.
[00:04.240 --> 00:10.000] Thousands of anti-war activists from across Europe staged rallies Thursday in Lisbon,
[00:10.000 --> 00:13.600]  protesting a two-day NATO summit, which began Friday.
[00:13.600 --> 00:18.720] The protests came as Mark Sedwill, the top civilian NATO representative in Afghanistan,
[00:18.720 --> 00:23.920] said the occupation could run to 2015 and beyond.
[00:23.920 --> 00:32.080] The death toll from Haiti's cholera outbreak has topped 1,200 as anti-UN protests continue across the country.
[00:32.080 --> 00:37.440] Police in Port-au-Prince sprayed tear gas into tent camps following violent riots.
[00:37.440 --> 00:42.560] UN peacekeepers used live ammunition Thursday against protesters in Cap-Haitien.
[00:42.560 --> 00:46.240] Haitians are blaming UN peacekeepers for introducing cholera,
[00:46.240 --> 00:50.720] which has been absent from the island for decades.
[00:50.720 --> 00:58.800] The latest Quinnipiac University poll has found 50% of voters say the US should not be involved in Afghanistan.
[00:58.800 --> 01:02.880] Last month, the figure stood at 49%.
[01:02.880 --> 01:06.000] Attempts this week to settle a lawsuit against Massey Energy,
[01:06.000 --> 01:12.080] the mining company that poisoned hundreds of West Virginian wells with coal slurry, has failed.
[01:12.080 --> 01:13.840] The case will head to trial.
[01:13.840 --> 01:20.960] Over 700 people are suing Massey for pumping 1.4 billion gallons of toxic coal slurry into abandoned mines
[01:20.960 --> 01:24.960]  and three towns between 1978 and 1987,
[01:24.960 --> 01:30.560] leading to birth defects, developmental disabilities, and a range of ailments, including cancer.
[01:30.560 --> 01:35.280] Russell Prince of Raw, West Virginia, lost his four-year-old daughter to kidney cancer
[01:35.280 --> 01:40.320] after 11 months of chemotherapy and says everyone in his family is sick or disabled
[01:40.320 --> 01:43.200] because of the toxic metals and chemicals in his water.
[01:43.200 --> 01:48.400] The slurry Massey pumped underground was more than 10 times the amount of oil spilt
[01:48.400 --> 01:50.640] in the Gulf of Mexico earlier this year.
[01:50.640 --> 01:58.960] Last April, an explosion at a Massey-owned mine in Mount Cole, West Virginia, killed 29 miners.
[01:58.960 --> 02:05.520] Israel's Military Friday condemned publication of the names and photos of 200 Israeli soldiers
[02:05.520 --> 02:08.240] on a website that labeled them war criminals.
[02:08.240 --> 02:11.440] They included senior commanders and low-ranking soldiers,
[02:11.440 --> 02:16.800] whom the site claimed took part in the Gaza offensive that began in December 2008.
[02:16.800 --> 02:23.200] The information was put online this week by activists in Britain and hosted by a US-based web service,
[02:23.200 --> 02:27.040] which took it down Friday, citing, quote, breach of terms.
[02:27.040 --> 02:30.320] The website said the information came from an anonymous source
[02:30.320 --> 02:33.280] who was presumably serving in the Israeli military.
[02:33.280 --> 02:38.560] The website said, quote, the people listed held positions of command at the time of the attack,
[02:38.560 --> 02:42.960] adding, not only did they perform on behalf of a murderous state mechanism,
[02:42.960 --> 02:46.480] but actively encouraged other people to do the same.
[02:46.480 --> 03:16.240] About 1,400 people, mostly civilians, were killed in Israel's Gaza offensive.
[03:16.480 --> 03:28.320] The website said the information was put online this week by activists in Britain and hosted by a US-based web service,
[03:28.320 --> 03:33.200] which took it down Friday, citing, quote, breach of terms.
[03:33.200 --> 03:39.280] The website said the information came from an anonymous source who was potentially serving in the Israeli military,
[03:39.280 --> 03:48.960] which took it down Friday, citing, quote, breach of terms.
[03:48.960 --> 03:58.160] The website said the information was put online this week by activists in Britain and hosted by a US-based web service,
[03:58.160 --> 04:03.920] which took it down Friday, citing, quote, breach of terms.
[04:03.920 --> 04:15.360] All right, bad boys, bad boys, and bad girls, what are you going to do when we come for
[04:15.360 --> 04:21.640] you here on the rule of law, ruleoflawradio.com?
[04:21.640 --> 04:31.400] Tonight, we are going to be discussing the hottest topic, it seems, as of late, TSA.
[04:31.400 --> 04:33.240] Where is it all leading?
[04:33.240 --> 04:34.320] Where is it all going?
[04:34.320 --> 04:36.160]  What's going to happen next?
[04:36.160 --> 04:38.760]  What's happening now with a lot of activist groups?
[04:38.760 --> 04:44.520] We're going to be discussing these issues with our very special, esteemed guest, Ms.
[04:44.520 --> 04:46.000]  Sebel Edmonds.
[04:46.000 --> 04:50.120] Sebel, thank you so much for joining us tonight.
[04:50.120 --> 04:51.680] Thank you for inviting me, Deborah.
[04:51.680 --> 04:58.400] I'm going to read a short bio that I've composed from various sources, from her website and
[04:58.400 --> 04:59.400]  some other articles.
[04:59.400 --> 05:04.280] It will take a few moments just so that I can get the listeners familiar with who Ms.
[05:04.280 --> 05:08.840] Edmonds is and her credentials and some of her experience.
[05:08.840 --> 05:14.760] She is the founder and president of the National Security Whistleblowers Coalition, a nonprofit
[05:14.760 --> 05:19.720] organization dedicated to aiding national security whistleblowers.
[05:19.720 --> 05:26.920] After 9-11, Ms. Edmonds worked as a language specialist for the FBI Washington field office.
[05:26.920 --> 05:32.040] During her work with the Bureau, she discovered and reported serious acts of security breaches,
[05:32.040 --> 05:38.160] cover-ups and intentional blocking of intelligence that had national security implications.
[05:38.160 --> 05:42.920] She was fired from the FBI in March of 2002 after she raised concerns that one of the
[05:42.920 --> 05:49.320] translators in her section was a member of a Turkish organization that was under investigation
[05:49.320 --> 05:54.120] for bribing senior government officials and members of Congress.
[05:54.120 --> 06:00.640] A Department of Justice inspector general's report called Ms. Edmonds' allegations credible,
[06:00.640 --> 06:07.880] serious and warranting a thorough and careful review by the FBI.
[06:07.880 --> 06:12.520] The Congress of the United States has been gagged and prevented from any discussion of
[06:12.520 --> 06:18.640] her case through retroactive reclassification issued by the Department of Justice.
[06:18.640 --> 06:24.960] The ACLU has called Sebel Edmonds the most gagged person in the history of the United
[06:24.960 --> 06:26.640]  States of America.
[06:26.640 --> 06:32.520] A few months after her employment was terminated by the Bureau in 2002, Ms. Edmonds filed suit
[06:32.520 --> 06:37.320] under FOIA for full disclosure of what happened inside the Bureau and submitted a claim for
[06:37.320 --> 06:40.780] damages for the violation of her constitutional rights.
[06:40.780 --> 06:46.560] That fall, Attorney General John Ashcroft invoked the state secret's privilege to stop
[06:46.560 --> 06:49.520] her suit before the first deposition.
[06:49.520 --> 06:55.720] In 2004, she was sought to be deposed for a pending case on behalf of the families of
[06:55.720 --> 06:57.680]  the 9-11 victims.
[06:57.680 --> 07:02.840] Immediately, Ashcroft asserted the privilege again and almost all of the questions submitted
[07:02.840 --> 07:05.480] for the deposition were prohibited.
[07:05.480 --> 07:12.120] In July of 2004, Judge Reggie Walton in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia
[07:12.120 --> 07:17.640] dismissed Ms. Edmonds' lawsuit relying on the government state secret's privilege.
[07:17.640 --> 07:22.560] In January of 2005, the Justice Department's Office of the Inspector General released an
[07:22.560 --> 07:27.840] unclassified summary of its investigation into Ms. Edmonds' termination.
[07:27.840 --> 07:33.240] The report concluded that Ms. Edmonds was fired for reporting serious security breaches
[07:33.240 --> 07:38.520] and misconduct in the agency's translation program and that many of her allegations were
[07:38.520 --> 07:39.520]  supported.
[07:39.520 --> 07:44.960] The ACLU joined her cause in January of 2005 when their attorneys took on her case and
[07:44.960 --> 07:50.920] petitioned the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia to reinstate
[07:50.920 --> 07:53.600] her suit against the government.
[07:53.600 --> 07:58.440] In February of 2005, lawyers for the government said in a brief file with the court stating
[07:58.440 --> 08:04.720] that the suit could not continue without disclosing privileged and classified information and
[08:04.720 --> 08:09.560] would therefore cause significant damage to national security and the foreign policy of
[08:09.560 --> 08:11.360]  the United States.
[08:11.360 --> 08:17.440]  In April of 2005, a D.C. appeals court held a hearing on her appeal.
[08:17.440 --> 08:21.440] Reporters were ordered out of the court while her attorney made oral arguments, then Ms.
[08:21.440 --> 08:26.400] Edmonds and her attorney were also expelled from the court so that the Department of Justice
[08:26.400 --> 08:31.000] lawyers could address the judges in a secret ex parte hearing.
[08:31.000 --> 08:36.840] Two weeks later, the court rejected civil Edmonds' appeal without expanding on the
[08:36.840 --> 08:37.840]  district court's opinion.
[08:37.840 --> 08:43.520] In November of 2005, the U.S. Supreme Court rejected her appeal without any comment by
[08:43.520 --> 08:44.520]  the justices.
[08:44.520 --> 08:49.480] Ms. Edmonds was finally able to go public with her knowledge in a testimony under oath
[08:49.480 --> 08:55.520] in August of 2009 when she was deposed in a case before the Ohio Election Commission.
[08:55.520 --> 08:59.440] The Department of Justice was notified of the pending deposition, but they did not invoke
[08:59.440 --> 09:02.280]  the state secret's privileges again.
[09:02.280 --> 09:08.040] Highlights of her stunning testimony are discussed during her interview with Philip Giraldi in
[09:08.040 --> 09:11.880] November of the 2009 issue of the American Conservative.
[09:11.880 --> 09:16.720] Ms. Edmonds has founded the National Security Whistleblowers Coalition, an independent and
[09:16.720 --> 09:20.960] nonpartisan alliance of whistleblowers who have come forward to address our nation's
[09:20.960 --> 09:27.680] security weaknesses and to uncover government waste, fraud, abuse, and criminal conduct.
[09:27.680 --> 09:34.160] She has an MA in public policy and international commerce from George Mason University and
[09:34.160 --> 09:39.680] a BA in criminal justice and psychology from George Washington University and an AA degree
[09:39.680 --> 09:42.960]  in science from NVCC.
[09:42.960 --> 09:49.720] She writes for BoilingFrogsPost.com and hosts the Boiling Frogs radio show.
[09:49.720 --> 09:52.000] Ms. Edmonds, thank you and welcome to the show.
[09:52.000 --> 09:53.000] Ms. Edmonds Thank you, Deborah.
[09:53.000 --> 09:58.640] Ms. Edmonds Now, tonight what we would like to discuss is TSA.
[09:58.640 --> 10:00.280] What is going on with TSA?
[10:00.280 --> 10:01.520] Where is it all headed?
[10:01.520 --> 10:06.440] And you had an experience with TSA yourself last year in 2009.
[10:06.440 --> 10:11.360] Can you please explain what happened to you at the airport that day with your child?
[10:11.360 --> 10:13.080]  Ms. Edmonds Sure, Deborah.
[10:13.080 --> 10:19.920] I was traveling from Florida, from Naples, Florida to Washington, D.C.
[10:19.920 --> 10:24.360] And my daughter at the time, she was about six months old, and I was carrying her inside
[10:24.360 --> 10:28.600] a sling that was attached to me, the front carrying sling.
[10:28.600 --> 10:34.240] And I had gone through several airports traveling with my daughter inside a sling, and what
[10:34.240 --> 10:38.880] I did was I went through the security checks with her with no problem.
[10:38.880 --> 10:46.160] Now in this Fort Myers airport, I did the same thing, I removed my shoes, I put my bag
[10:46.160 --> 10:51.440] on the belt, and you know, it's really difficult traveling with little infants anyway.
[10:51.440 --> 10:58.120] So the whole shenanigans of removing your shoes while you are carrying your little infant
[10:58.120 --> 11:01.840] child already is a very stressful, awful experience.
[11:01.840 --> 11:08.400] So I went through the security checkpoints, the metal detector, and I didn't set up any
[11:08.400 --> 11:09.400]  heating, nothing.
[11:09.400 --> 11:16.800] And as soon as I got to the other side, the TSA agent, this woman said, ma'am, I said
[11:16.800 --> 11:17.800]  yes.
[11:17.800 --> 11:26.160] She said, go back and remove that sling, put it on the belt, and come through again.
[11:26.160 --> 11:33.000] So I stopped and I said, I didn't set up any alarms, and I have gone through these detectors
[11:33.000 --> 11:35.720]  in other airports, I mean, what's going on here?
[11:35.720 --> 11:41.760] At this point, she just screamed, and she said, ma'am, you're stopping the line here,
[11:41.760 --> 11:45.480] and we already have backups, please do not question my order.
[11:45.480 --> 11:50.400] You just go back there, walk, remove that sling, put the sling on the belt, and you
[11:50.400 --> 11:51.400]  walk through.
[11:51.400 --> 11:54.960]  I mean, she was screaming.
[11:54.960 --> 11:55.960]  So I did that.
[11:55.960 --> 12:02.800] I came back to the other side again, I walked through the detector, and here I'm trying
[12:02.800 --> 12:04.600]  to juggle my infant.
[12:04.600 --> 12:10.160] I'm trying to get her off of that sling, take the sling off, meanwhile trying to hold my
[12:10.160 --> 12:15.520] ticket and my ID, you know, in between my lips.
[12:15.520 --> 12:21.520] And the floor had all sorts of liquids, some, I don't know, soda spilled out, and I almost
[12:21.520 --> 12:24.240] broke my neck, you know, I almost fell there.
[12:24.240 --> 12:29.800] As soon as I went through the detector again, I just stopped, and I asked this woman, I
[12:29.800 --> 12:35.760] said, I did not set up the alarm, I have gone through other detectors with this sling.
[12:35.760 --> 12:41.200] There is no rule that I'm aware of that says that you have to remove the sling.
[12:41.200 --> 12:45.120] I want to know, and I didn't set up the alarm, why did you do this?
[12:45.120 --> 12:49.760] And I want to look at your rules, and based on what rules did you make me go through this
[12:49.760 --> 12:55.360] horrendous experience, which actually endangered my child, because, I mean, you are trying
[12:55.360 --> 12:59.840] to do all these things, and you're trying to, you know, to hold your 18-pound child,
[12:59.840 --> 13:04.360] and she said, please proceed, I'm not going to answer this question.
[13:04.360 --> 13:10.280] I said, no, I'm sorry, you have to answer these questions, you just put us through this.
[13:10.280 --> 13:16.120] You endangered my child, and I want to know why I was subjected to this kind of a treatment.
[13:16.120 --> 13:22.520] And at this point, she took out her radio, and she said, we have a major problem here,
[13:22.520 --> 13:30.880] and she dispatched the supervisors, and two supervisors came within a couple of minutes,
[13:30.880 --> 13:36.920] and this lady, she just right in front of me, and she said, what seems to be the problem?
[13:36.920 --> 13:44.080] I said, I'm asking, and I was trying to remain calm, I said, I'm asking to look at your guidelines,
[13:44.080 --> 13:50.360] I want to know based on what you did, what you just did, and I have the right to know
[13:50.360 --> 13:53.960] that because you have guidelines, right, this is the federal government,
[13:53.960 --> 13:56.520] and you're supposed to be going by guidelines.
[13:56.520 --> 14:03.200] And at this point, she said, the supervisor said, we don't have to answer these questions,
[14:03.200 --> 14:06.280]  and our guidelines, they're all classified.
[14:06.280 --> 14:14.000] I said, hmm, you have to sign outside saying you have to remove your shoes, you cannot drink,
[14:14.000 --> 14:17.520] you know, bottle, water, et cetera, et cetera, those are guidelines,
[14:17.520 --> 14:22.640] you're telling me you have a separate guideline that is classified that refers to slings,
[14:22.640 --> 14:27.600] so any reference to slings and carrying babies is classified?
[14:27.600 --> 14:34.600] At this point, she, her face was all red, and she said, it doesn't have to be in guidelines,
[14:34.600 --> 14:41.480] we have discretion, we are the TSA, and these issues are just completely left to our discretion.
[14:41.480 --> 14:48.600] I said, I want to see the rule that says you have this type of limitless discretion,
[14:48.600 --> 14:54.480] and she said, I am not going to let you see any rules, you have no right to see our rules.
[14:54.480 --> 15:00.160] I said, you just told me that there is this rule saying that you have complete discretion.
[15:00.160 --> 15:05.280] I want to know as a citizen who is subject to these rules, what are these rules
[15:05.280 --> 15:09.680] and what this discretion means, I said, can you just make me bend over
[15:09.680 --> 15:12.800] and give me a cavity search in front of all the people,
[15:12.800 --> 15:16.760] does your discretion cover that kind of a practice?
[15:16.760 --> 15:25.000] So at this point, this woman dispatched the airport police and said, ma'am, I need your ID,
[15:25.000 --> 15:29.200] I said, point four, she said, you are not going to board your flight
[15:29.200 --> 15:37.120] because we consider you a danger to the, you have flight risk, I have not raised my voice,
[15:37.120 --> 15:40.640] I am asking this question, I said, excuse me, she said, you heard me,
[15:40.640 --> 15:48.680] so the airport police came and then the supervisor, the TSA supervisor also dispatched
[15:48.680 --> 15:54.520] because my ticket was from U.S. Airlines, she dispatched a representative from the U.S. Airlines,
[15:54.520 --> 15:59.920] the U.S. Airlines representative came and the TSA agent and the supervisor,
[15:59.920 --> 16:09.560] they basically said she is danger and we consider her dangerous and she cannot board
[16:09.560 --> 16:15.920] this particular flight until we question her further and the U.S.A. agent said, okay,
[16:15.920 --> 16:21.600] I will try to put you on the next flight, I said, I don't understand.
[16:21.600 --> 16:28.040] And so to make the long story short, they asked the airport police to arrest me
[16:28.040 --> 16:38.240] and the airport police asked me to follow him and he later told me as soon as we walked back,
[16:38.240 --> 16:42.280] he said, I am sorry, ma'am, you know, the TSA people, they are like fascists,
[16:42.280 --> 16:48.640] we have no intention of arresting you, we just give it up, just give it up and comply.
[16:48.640 --> 16:53.320] Okay, we are going to go to break, so even the police who are apologizing for TSA,
[16:53.320 --> 16:54.680]  they don't like it either.

[19:01.320 --> 19:21.240] The Michael Mears Proven Method is the solution for how to stop debt collectors in plain English on how to win in court using federal civil rights statutes.
[19:31.320 --> 19:41.240] All right, we are back.
[19:41.240 --> 19:46.000] We want justice in this world that is spinning out of control.
[19:46.000 --> 19:50.760] We are here with Ms. Sabelle Edmonds.
[19:50.760 --> 19:56.840] She's recounting her experience last year at the airports with TSA and what they put
[19:56.840 --> 19:57.840]  her through.
[19:57.840 --> 20:01.160]  So, please continue, Sabelle.
[20:01.160 --> 20:07.280] All this police officer, this airport police, he was a very nice guy, and he said, you know,
[20:07.280 --> 20:09.400] ma'am, these people are out of control.
[20:09.400 --> 20:10.400]  That's exactly what he said.
[20:10.400 --> 20:14.240] He said, these people are out of control and they don't listen to us.
[20:14.240 --> 20:19.840] Now that they're wearing badges and they're carrying guns, it's like no one can stop them.
[20:19.840 --> 20:22.200] Just, you know, just be patient.
[20:22.200 --> 20:23.200]  Just go through it.
[20:23.200 --> 20:25.280]  And I said, I was so traumatized.
[20:25.280 --> 20:30.040]  I said, well, that's exactly why they're doing it.
[20:30.040 --> 20:32.000] Because people are putting up with it.
[20:32.000 --> 20:38.360] I mean, while I was going through this experience with the TSA agents and the supervisors and
[20:38.360 --> 20:43.360] the airport police, these other passengers who were going through the detectors, it was
[20:43.360 --> 20:44.360] really interesting to watch their reactions.
[20:44.360 --> 20:47.360] Most of them, they didn't even want to make eye contact.
[20:47.360 --> 20:51.320] They were like, okay, this is not something I want to even look at because it makes me
[20:51.320 --> 20:56.080] feel uncomfortable because what they did to this lady with this infant is really awful.
[20:56.080 --> 21:01.520] And a few people, they kind of whispered, they were like, oh, you know, these people are
[21:01.520 --> 21:05.080] awful or what they are doing is absolutely inexcusable.
[21:05.080 --> 21:10.280] And it's like whispering voices as if they're afraid if they're hurt, they're going to get
[21:10.280 --> 21:11.280]  arrested.
[21:11.280 --> 21:17.880] I mean, these are the characteristics we see in police states, you know, isn't it?
[21:17.880 --> 21:18.880]  Absolutely.
[21:18.880 --> 21:19.880]  Absolutely.
[21:19.880 --> 21:21.880]  So I didn't fly back.
[21:21.880 --> 21:27.640] We drove 20 hours back and I couldn't fly for months after that.
[21:27.640 --> 21:33.720] But I went through similar experiences, not here in this country.
[21:33.720 --> 21:39.440] After the revolution in Iran, we were getting out of the country, you know, my parents,
[21:39.440 --> 21:41.120]  they were from Turkey.
[21:41.120 --> 21:48.520] And as we went through the airport security procedures in Tehran, the capital city in
[21:48.520 --> 21:53.920] Iran, they had, you know, women and girls going through a separate security check, you
[21:53.920 --> 22:01.000] know, where they had female agents and men went through a different security check.
[22:01.000 --> 22:07.920] And they were looking for more than bombs, they were looking for like gold and currency
[22:07.920 --> 22:12.600] that were being taken out of the country because a lot of people were trying to get out of
[22:12.600 --> 22:13.600]  the country.
[22:13.600 --> 22:19.360] And the government had put this limit that you cannot take more than $3,000 per person
[22:19.360 --> 22:20.360]  or limits like that.
[22:20.360 --> 22:27.360] So as we went through the security check, my mother, she was menstruating at the time.
[22:27.360 --> 22:33.800] And the lady who patted her, gave her a pat down, she asked her to come to this little
[22:33.800 --> 22:34.800]  curtain area.
[22:34.800 --> 22:41.360] And my sister and I, I was 12, my sister was 8, you know, we followed her, we had to follow
[22:41.360 --> 22:49.600] my mom, and they actually made my mother strip, take her clothes off, they took, and there
[22:49.600 --> 22:54.640] were two female agents, they took my mother's bloody sanitary pads, and I'm so very sorry
[22:54.640 --> 22:59.280] if the imagery is kind of gross, but people need to hear this.
[22:59.280 --> 23:04.400] And they actually shredded it, you know, into pieces to make sure that she was not hiding,
[23:04.400 --> 23:07.120] you know, currency or gold in it.
[23:07.120 --> 23:13.760] And we were terrified as kids, and disgusted, and embarrassed, and humiliated.
[23:13.760 --> 23:19.640] Well, a lot of people after I posted these articles, they were saying, my God, you're
[23:19.640 --> 23:21.440] turning into third world countries.
[23:21.440 --> 23:27.480] Actually, I tell them, no, it's much worse, much worse, because in those countries, they
[23:27.480 --> 23:30.080] don't have the constitution, and people know it.
[23:30.080 --> 23:32.960] They don't pretend they are democracy, you know.
[23:32.960 --> 23:39.160] So at least they have a chance of revolution and changing their regime, because they are
[23:39.160 --> 23:46.040] not under this pretense of we have this great constitution, and democracy, and liberty.
[23:46.040 --> 23:52.800] They know that they are under these suffocating regimes, and the only way to get out of these
[23:52.800 --> 23:59.360] conditions for them is to basically rise up and stand up against the regimes, and, and,
[23:59.360 --> 24:05.680] and revolt, and throw the regimes, and change the regimes, if the superpowers allow them.
[24:05.680 --> 24:10.640] Because they have, they have tried in the past, and, and, and, and unfortunately, there,
[24:10.640 --> 24:17.680] there were outside forces not allowing those people's revolutions to take their courses,
[24:17.680 --> 24:20.320] unlike what we had here 300 years ago.
[24:20.320 --> 24:21.320]  But that's not the point.
[24:21.320 --> 24:23.880] The point is, they have a chance to change.
[24:23.880 --> 24:26.280] People know that they have dictators.
[24:26.280 --> 24:29.840] People know that they are living under these police states.
[24:29.840 --> 24:34.120] It's much worse here, because a lot of people are still in denial.
[24:34.120 --> 24:39.800] They still want to believe, because it's much easier to live that way, to say, this is a
[24:39.800 --> 24:44.480] great country, we have our constitutions, we have these great founding fathers, we have
[24:44.480 --> 24:52.000] the court system, we have separations of power, you know, separation of powers, and, and therefore,
[24:52.000 --> 24:58.480] the chance, our chances to change this current system is much less than those other countries
[24:58.480 --> 24:59.480]  in some ways.
[24:59.480 --> 25:02.160] But yes, we're in actually worse position, you know?
[25:02.160 --> 25:08.840] I mean, I try to tell people, it's not about eating those hot dogs on 4th of July, and
[25:08.840 --> 25:11.160] throw up the fireworks, you know?
[25:11.160 --> 25:16.200] You're supposed to be celebrating, we are supposed to be celebrating our rights, our
[25:16.200 --> 25:20.840] freedom, you know, that's what we were supposed to have, that was supposed to be what made
[25:20.840 --> 25:28.160] this place a special, not, it's the symbolic hot dogs and the fireworks, and look at the
[25:28.160 --> 25:31.320] constitution that has been butchered into pieces.
[25:31.320 --> 25:37.360] I mean, frankly, under the guidelines today, you know, we have a no-fly list of one and
[25:37.360 --> 25:43.080] a half million people plus, and they're saying that list is secret, they're not even releasing
[25:43.080 --> 25:45.520] it, and there has been all this lawsuit.
[25:45.520 --> 25:53.680] Today, people like Thomas Jefferson would be on that no-fly list, for, by throwing fiery
[25:53.680 --> 25:59.400] speeches, maybe they're indirectly aiding, you know, the enemy, the terrorist, they would
[25:59.400 --> 26:05.480] have so many of these discretion and definitions to put those people that because they're the
[26:05.480 --> 26:08.480] founding fathers of this nation, terrorists.
[26:08.480 --> 26:09.480]  Absolutely.
[26:09.480 --> 26:11.800]  Go ahead, Randy.
[26:11.800 --> 26:19.920] When I do seminars, I ask people, would you recognize a police state if you were in one?
[26:19.920 --> 26:21.920]  We live in Texas.
[26:21.920 --> 26:34.960] The average conviction rate in Texas for all crimes from traffic to capital murder is 99.6.
[26:34.960 --> 26:37.480]  It rounds up to 100.
[26:37.480 --> 26:43.020] The United States contains approximately 3% of the world's population.
[26:43.020 --> 26:49.000] We house approximately 50% of the world's population of inmates.
[26:49.000 --> 26:52.080] Would you recognize a police state if you were in one?
[26:52.080 --> 26:57.080] Yes, absolutely, and the other issue I was going to bring up, Sebel, when you were discussing
[26:57.080 --> 27:03.560] about TSA and that even the police are appalled that they're wearing badges and carrying guns
[27:03.560 --> 27:06.820] now and these sorts of things and saying they just do whatever they want, they can get away
[27:06.820 --> 27:07.820]  with anything.
[27:07.820 --> 27:12.560] It is a serious problem because TSA is not a law enforcement entity.
[27:12.560 --> 27:15.120]  They are a civil regulatory agency.
[27:15.120 --> 27:20.520] They have no law enforcement power whatsoever and not only that, they have no jurisdiction
[27:20.520 --> 27:25.440] to even be in municipal airports at all because it's not federal property.
[27:25.440 --> 27:32.880] The TSA are federal agents and municipal airports are owned and run by the cities, by the local
[27:32.880 --> 27:33.880]  municipalities.
[27:33.880 --> 27:37.240] The cities should be kicking TSA out of the airports altogether.
[27:37.240 --> 27:46.040] Well, with money, and I call it true bribery, the federal government has really made the
[27:46.040 --> 27:48.240] state and the local governments irrelevant.
[27:48.240 --> 27:49.520] We know all about it.
[27:49.520 --> 27:55.520] I mean, when was the last time we heard about states really opposing some of these police
[27:55.520 --> 27:56.520]  practices?
[27:56.520 --> 27:59.040] Was that Randy or any who made that comment?
[27:59.040 --> 28:00.040]  That was Randy.
[28:00.040 --> 28:05.040] I mean, he brought up a very, very important point.
[28:05.040 --> 28:10.840] A lot of times when I mention in my pieces, police state, people, they get kind of, they're
[28:10.840 --> 28:12.840]  like, well, that's too much.
[28:12.840 --> 28:19.640] We may be heading towards the police state as if there is this one definition and with
[28:19.640 --> 28:27.600] some very not abstract, not subjective, very scientific borders defined within it that
[28:27.600 --> 28:33.440] once we get into that state, everybody can agree and say, hello, we are currently a police
[28:33.440 --> 28:34.440]  state.
[28:34.440 --> 28:39.720] I ask them the question, what makes you think that we are not already there?
[28:39.720 --> 28:42.440] Because you keep saying we are headed towards the police state.
[28:42.440 --> 28:43.440]  Come on.
[28:43.440 --> 28:46.960] Currently, all your phone calls are monitored.
[28:46.960 --> 28:52.520] All your emails and faxes and communications, all of them are monitored.
[28:52.520 --> 28:57.160] For travel, they are saying it's a privilege and you have to go through this.
[28:57.160 --> 29:02.560] Right now, the FBI, through national security letters, without having to show any justification
[29:02.560 --> 29:08.200] to court, can come and raid your houses and homes, which they have been doing with those
[29:08.200 --> 29:14.280] people who've been protesting wars or other issues, these rights that are guaranteed under
[29:14.280 --> 29:15.280]  our constitution.
[29:15.280 --> 29:21.400] They've been raiding homes using these national security letters, bypassing the courts.
[29:21.400 --> 29:27.440] So what makes you say that we are not currently a police state?
[29:27.440 --> 29:28.440] What are you waiting for?
[29:28.440 --> 29:33.920] They have this image that in order for us to be police state, the elections should be
[29:33.920 --> 29:38.240] taken out so we are not voting and there are these military people in the streets.
[29:38.240 --> 29:39.240]  But you know what?
[29:39.240 --> 29:40.240]  We are there.
[29:40.240 --> 29:42.240]  It's every definition of a police state.
[29:42.240 --> 29:43.240]  We are one.
[29:43.240 --> 29:46.040] Well, yes, there's already military on the streets.
[29:46.040 --> 29:52.680] They're assisting the local police at these so-called sobriety checkpoints, so it definitely
[29:52.680 --> 29:53.680]  is already here.
[29:53.680 --> 30:00.680] Hang on the line, Ms. Edmonds, we will be right back on the other side.
[30:00.680 --> 30:03.960] Christ fed their multitude with only one loaf of bread.
[30:03.960 --> 30:06.360]  Poor people, there's something for you.
[30:06.360 --> 30:09.520]  Austin's Own Caribbean, One Love Kitchen.
[30:09.520 --> 30:14.600] The banks of Colorado River at 3109 East 1st Street is where you find One Love Kitchen.
[30:14.600 --> 30:20.120] Jerk chicken, vegetarian restaurant, Monday through Wednesday, lunch and dinner, $5.
[30:20.120 --> 30:24.840] Friday and Saturday, we got late night with Empress Town Crew, still a $5 place.
[30:24.840 --> 30:29.680] Jerk chicken and vegetarian place to beat One Love Kitchen, Austin, Texas.
[30:29.680 --> 30:32.320] Think you have the right to fly?
[30:32.320 --> 30:33.320]  Think again.
[30:33.320 --> 30:36.600] U.S. citizens must now get government permission to board a plane.
[30:36.600 --> 30:40.520] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be back in a moment with more on the government's
[30:40.520 --> 30:44.440] new Mother May I program, or is that Big Brother May I?
[30:44.440 --> 30:49.760] Your search engine is watching you, recording all your searches and creating a massive database
[30:49.760 --> 30:51.480]  of your personal information.
[30:51.480 --> 30:52.720]  That's creepy.
[30:52.720 --> 30:54.840] But it doesn't have to be that way.
[30:54.840 --> 30:57.960]  Startpage.com is the world's most private search engine.
[30:57.960 --> 31:02.080] Startpage doesn't store your IP address, make a record of your searches or use tracking
[31:02.080 --> 31:04.360]  cookies and they're third party certified.
[31:04.360 --> 31:08.600] If you don't like Big Brother spying on you, start over with Startpage.
[31:08.600 --> 31:11.440] Great search results and total privacy.
[31:11.440 --> 31:14.760]  Startpage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[31:14.760 --> 31:19.160] We used to have the right to fly until someone said otherwise, but a little known change
[31:19.160 --> 31:21.840] in the law means we must now ask permission.
[31:21.840 --> 31:26.080] The government's new secure flight program requires passengers to register their names,
[31:26.080 --> 31:31.200] gender and date of birth 72 hours before boarding a plane and only those approved by the government
[31:31.200 --> 31:32.200]  can take off.
[31:32.200 --> 31:36.600] Requiring a permit to travel is a big switch from simply keeping known terrorists on the
[31:36.600 --> 31:37.600]  ground.
[31:37.600 --> 31:42.600] A subtle change is a big one, instead of innocent until proven guilty, now it's guilty until
[31:42.600 --> 31:43.600]  proven innocent.
[31:43.600 --> 31:48.400] How long before activists and whistleblowers or simply outspoken government critics find
[31:48.400 --> 31:51.640] themselves on no fly lists, praying for Big Brother clearance?
[31:51.640 --> 32:08.600] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[32:08.600 --> 32:21.280]  See you later on X-ray.
[32:21.280 --> 32:51.200] Okay, folks, we are back.
[32:51.200 --> 33:01.520] With Ms. Sebel Edmonds, and as we were discussing on the break, one applies for employment for
[33:01.520 --> 33:06.120] TSA, to be employed with TSA, one applies with Lockheed Martin.
[33:06.120 --> 33:13.360] So it is definitely the military industrial complex, total fascism situation.
[33:13.360 --> 33:19.500] So all right, Sebel, you were also going to describe, we're just kind of setting the stage
[33:19.500 --> 33:24.560] here for what these Neanderthals are capable of.
[33:24.560 --> 33:29.800] Please describe what happened with you concerning your home computer when you were going through
[33:29.800 --> 33:35.360] this situation with the FBI before you were terminated.
[33:35.360 --> 33:42.520] You apparently were given permission by a superior to write a memo on your home computer,
[33:42.520 --> 33:45.920] and then later they turned around and used that against you to seize your computer and
[33:45.920 --> 33:51.880] then accused you of breaking every security rule in the book at the FBI.
[33:51.880 --> 33:53.760] Can you please elaborate on that?
[33:53.760 --> 33:54.760]  Sure.
[33:54.760 --> 33:59.520] Deborah, this took place while I was still working for the FBI and I had not blown the
[33:59.520 --> 34:00.520]  whistle.
[34:00.520 --> 34:07.680] I was reporting these issues internally within the FBI, and they had the so-called channels
[34:07.680 --> 34:14.920] within the FBI to report issues, problems, wrongdoing, et cetera.
[34:14.920 --> 34:19.880] And I was asked to prepare a memo, and actually I was specifically asked to prepare the memo
[34:19.880 --> 34:22.720] on my home computer, which I did.
[34:22.720 --> 34:28.880] And later, while I was still at the FBI, again, internally addressing these issues, they asked
[34:28.880 --> 34:34.760] me whether or not I had taken these issues outside the FBI, and specifically they wanted
[34:34.760 --> 34:39.400] to know whether I had gone to Congress or not, and at that point I had not.
[34:39.400 --> 34:45.160] And even if I had, I had the right, because there are specific committees, like the judiciary
[34:45.160 --> 34:49.760] committee, that you can go and you can, you know, report issues.
[34:49.760 --> 34:54.920] And they didn't want to take my word for it, and they said they believed that I had communicated
[34:54.920 --> 35:02.760] via email through internet with congressional staff issues that FBI considers highly sensitive
[35:02.760 --> 35:03.760]  and classified.
[35:03.760 --> 35:11.760] So the agents swarmed my house with no warrant, and they took my home computer, and this was
[35:11.760 --> 35:17.520] a computer that I was sharing with my husband, and he had his business data in that computer.
[35:17.520 --> 35:24.320] And they took our computer, and again, with no, no warrant, nothing.
[35:24.320 --> 35:29.600] Basically, and the accusation was not that I had leaked something, it was that I had
[35:29.600 --> 35:34.280] communicated to the United States Congress something that I have the right to do as a
[35:34.280 --> 35:35.280]  citizen.
[35:35.280 --> 35:41.200] And a few weeks later, they forced me to take a polygraph exam for three hours, and initially
[35:41.200 --> 35:45.640] they said they were going to provide me with the result as soon as the polygraph session
[35:45.640 --> 35:47.640] was over, and they didn't do that.
[35:47.640 --> 35:48.640]  They actually lied.
[35:48.640 --> 35:52.320] They said it was inconclusive and they couldn't provide me with the results.
[35:52.320 --> 35:57.600] But before these incidents, before I went through this experience, these experiences
[35:57.600 --> 36:02.800] later with courts, and then the Congress for years, years, I mean, this was more than eight
[36:02.800 --> 36:12.200] years ago, I was one of the American citizens, the majority in this country today, who believed
[36:12.200 --> 36:18.640] that if I paid my taxes, and I just went and voted every two years or so, things were just
[36:18.640 --> 36:19.640]  good.
[36:19.640 --> 36:23.080] You know, you just take care of the staff, after all, they have the system in place,
[36:23.080 --> 36:29.560] they have the so-called checks and balances in place, et cetera, and I just thought, you
[36:29.560 --> 36:36.200] know, that was my role, that those limited voting and paying my tax, not speeding.
[36:36.200 --> 36:41.880] And today I see that again, unfortunately, with most people, they think these issues,
[36:41.880 --> 36:48.040] these cases, these awful police practices, you know, that they don't have anything to
[36:48.040 --> 36:50.800] do with the majority, that it doesn't touch them.
[36:50.800 --> 36:58.440] They think these issues only touch some suspects, or troublemakers, or whistleblowers, or terrorists,
[36:58.440 --> 37:02.720] and that, you know, it is not something for them to worry about.
[37:02.720 --> 37:09.560] And that's one of the good things about this TSA, anti-TSA movement, because people are
[37:09.560 --> 37:15.160] getting to a little bit, tiny bit, realize that this is something that affects them.
[37:15.160 --> 37:21.120] It is their children genitalia that are being touched, the genital areas of their wives
[37:21.120 --> 37:27.080] and their toddlers, that is the humiliation that they face.
[37:27.080 --> 37:31.880] And so on one hand, it's really good, it's positive.
[37:31.880 --> 37:39.680] Now I don't know where it's going to go, because I know that right now, because it seems to
[37:39.680 --> 37:44.800] be fashionable, suddenly fashionable, we hear some of these Congressional, the representatives
[37:44.800 --> 37:49.840] and senators, they're coming out and they're trying to use the issues to say, oh yeah,
[37:49.840 --> 37:55.040] this is terrible, but I want to see where it's headed, because are they going to throw
[37:55.040 --> 38:02.240] some bones in front of us and say, okay, children under 12, they have to show ID, they won't
[38:02.240 --> 38:08.440] be touched, you know, in their genital areas, and if you go and submit, you know, to this
[38:08.440 --> 38:14.240] particular x-ray machine, you know, something that is very insignificant that people may
[38:14.240 --> 38:21.320] take as some kind of a victory and go along with it and put up with it, or another likely
[38:21.320 --> 38:26.640] scenario, which I see a little bit of side of that, is that we are going to have some
[38:26.640 --> 38:31.320] sort of an incident, whether here, or it's going to be in Germany, or it's going to be
[38:31.320 --> 38:36.120] somewhere in Spain, and somebody is going to say, oh, here is the person who did this,
[38:36.120 --> 38:40.920] and maybe we have some casualties that they're going to say, see, you know, those people
[38:40.920 --> 38:46.000] who were protesting this and speaking, you know, up against these issues, they were helping
[38:46.000 --> 38:47.000]  these terrorists.
[38:47.000 --> 38:49.040] Is this what you want to happen to your kids?
[38:49.040 --> 38:54.040] You want to lose your wife or husband, you know, because some terrorist smuggled this
[38:54.040 --> 38:59.560] on the plane, and unfortunately, that tactic has been working with our people.
[38:59.560 --> 39:02.160]  A typical false flag op.
[39:02.160 --> 39:03.160]  Absolutely.
[39:03.160 --> 39:04.160]  Randy?
[39:04.160 --> 39:13.600] Yeah, that was what I was going to say, is we call those false flags, but in my experience
[39:13.600 --> 39:20.200] being here on the radio and talking to people, four years ago, there was a lot of talk about
[39:20.200 --> 39:23.960] people who were asleep and people who were awake.
[39:23.960 --> 39:27.480] We never hear that anymore.
[39:27.480 --> 39:30.080] This sleeping giant is beginning to wake up.
[39:30.080 --> 39:36.760] Oh, yes, absolutely, when they start putting their grubby hands on people's children, that
[39:36.760 --> 39:41.560] gets their attention, even if they can tolerate it for themselves.
[39:41.560 --> 39:49.200] I mean, this is outrageous, and if you'll note, you know, they always set up some phony
[39:49.200 --> 39:55.880] fake false flag op in order to get people to accept either removing some aspect of their
[39:55.880 --> 40:02.160] clothing or get people to accept being touched in that area of their body, like say for example,
[40:02.160 --> 40:07.680] there was the match bomber where the guy had some kind of a fuse in his shoe or something
[40:07.680 --> 40:11.000] and he was trying to light a match to light something in his shoe.
[40:11.000 --> 40:14.560] Well then, after that, now everybody has to take their shoes off, and then you have the
[40:14.560 --> 40:20.320] underwear bomber last Christmas, and that turned out to be a total false flag event.
[40:20.320 --> 40:28.360] That guy was escorted into the airport with no ID, no passport, no nothing by a government
[40:28.360 --> 40:32.520] agent is the one who got him through, and so now here come the naked body scanners and
[40:32.520 --> 40:34.920] the pat downs, and so what's next?
[40:34.920 --> 40:40.760] I mean, where I see this headed is all these neanderthals have to do is set up a false
[40:40.760 --> 40:47.960] flag op where somebody sticks a fake bomb up some orifice in their genitalia area, and
[40:47.960 --> 40:53.200] then now all of a sudden everybody has to get cavity searches and even stronger x-ray
[40:53.200 --> 40:55.960] machines that penetrate deep into your flesh.
[40:55.960 --> 40:58.600] I mean, Cybele, where do you see all this headed?
[40:58.600 --> 41:01.360] How far do you think TSA is going to take it?
[41:01.360 --> 41:06.160] Do you see them treating people the way your mother was treated?
[41:06.160 --> 41:07.160]  Oh, absolutely.
[41:07.160 --> 41:08.160]  That's exactly what they want.
[41:08.160 --> 41:17.440] I mean, right now, first of all, people think these... People know actually that we conduct
[41:17.440 --> 41:23.160] psychological warfare operations in various countries during the war with some target
[41:23.160 --> 41:24.160]  companies.
[41:24.160 --> 41:31.400] I don't know why they consider it so far-fetched that same kind of psychological warfare is
[41:31.400 --> 41:36.320] not happening here in our own country, and that is one of the things that I just... I'm
[41:36.320 --> 41:41.840] a pulp because they know and they would say, yes, we are having these psychological warfares
[41:41.840 --> 41:46.320] that we conduct here and there and there, but then you say, how about the psychological
[41:46.320 --> 41:48.840] warfare that they conduct here at home?
[41:48.840 --> 41:49.840]  Oh, no.
[41:49.840 --> 41:50.840]  I mean, they wouldn't do it here.
[41:50.840 --> 41:53.840] I mean, there are different countries, but they wouldn't do it here.
[41:53.840 --> 41:54.840]  That's exactly what they are doing.
[41:54.840 --> 41:55.840] First of all, what happens to the mentality?
[41:55.840 --> 41:56.840]  Think about it.
[41:56.840 --> 41:57.840]  September 11th, it's been almost 10 years.
[41:57.840 --> 41:58.840]  It's been a decade.
[41:58.840 --> 42:07.840] There are children who were born after September 11th who are 10, 11 years old today.
[42:07.840 --> 42:15.600] These kids have grown up knowing that we are in some code, orange alert code.
[42:15.600 --> 42:21.880] They have not ever gone to an airport without being there, without their dignities taken
[42:21.880 --> 42:22.880]  away.
[42:22.880 --> 42:24.160] This is the fact of life.
[42:24.160 --> 42:30.520] They've never seen any other types of government or practices, but this is the generation that
[42:30.520 --> 42:36.560] the government loves to see, and they want to continue this, and as nation, what does
[42:36.560 --> 42:38.560] it make us feel like?
[42:38.560 --> 42:44.200] Suspects, and that's the best word to say it because you know your phones are being
[42:44.200 --> 42:45.200]  tapped.
[42:45.200 --> 42:46.200]  Everybody knows.
[42:46.200 --> 42:50.760] Hey, it came out, New York Times published it after two, three years of delay.
[42:50.760 --> 42:51.760] Everybody has already accepted it.
[42:51.760 --> 42:54.760] Yes, our phones are tapped, but you know what?
[42:54.760 --> 42:56.800]  I mean, I hear that from people.
[42:56.800 --> 42:57.800]  I don't have anything to hide.
[42:57.800 --> 43:01.680]  I don't have a problem with the government listening to me.
[43:01.680 --> 43:02.680]  That is the reasoning.
[43:02.680 --> 43:08.920] That's the logic, that they are justifying the fact that they are being eavesdropped
[43:08.920 --> 43:09.920]  on.
[43:09.920 --> 43:10.920] Well, the same thing with traveling.
[43:10.920 --> 43:13.920] We are all being treated as suspects when we travel.
[43:13.920 --> 43:20.000] When we are communicating with each other, we are being treated as suspects, every single
[43:20.000 --> 43:22.000]  American is considered suspect.
[43:22.000 --> 43:25.520] There is such a thing as suspect psychology.
[43:25.520 --> 43:33.680] What happens to those people who are suspects for a long period of time, they start perceiving
[43:33.680 --> 43:41.120] themselves as suspects, and that's the psychological warfare we have been under for the past 10
[43:41.120 --> 43:42.120]  years.
[43:42.120 --> 43:43.120]  Absolutely.
[43:43.120 --> 43:44.800] We are going to break.
[43:44.800 --> 43:47.240] We will pick this up on the other side.
[43:47.240 --> 43:52.840] Folks, we are speaking with a very esteemed guest, Ms. Sabelle Edmonds.
[43:52.840 --> 43:55.120] We will be right back after this break.
[43:55.120 --> 43:57.920] This is the rule of law.
[43:57.920 --> 44:08.040] More energy, stronger immune power, improved sense of well-being.
[44:08.040 --> 44:11.240] How many supplements have you heard boast of these benefits?
[44:11.240 --> 44:17.520] The team behind Centrition believes that supplements should over-deliver on their promises, and
[44:17.520 --> 44:20.880]  Centrition does just that.
[44:20.880 --> 44:25.200] Centrition utilizes the ancient healing wisdom of Chinese medicine.
[44:25.200 --> 44:30.040] In conjunction with the science of modern nutrition, adaptogenic herbs serve as the
[44:30.040 --> 44:36.200] healing component, and organic hemp protein in greens and superfoods act as a balanced
[44:36.200 --> 44:37.800]  nutrient base.
[44:37.800 --> 44:42.040] Plus, Centrition tastes great in just water.
[44:42.040 --> 44:47.520] This powder supplement is everything you'd want in a product, and it's all natural.
[44:47.520 --> 44:56.280]  Visit Centrition.com to order yours, or call 1-866-497-7436.
[44:56.280 --> 45:06.840] After you use Centrition, you'll believe in supplements again.
[45:06.840 --> 45:14.920] Aerial spray, chemtrails, the modified atmosphere, heavy metals and pesticides, carcinogens
[45:14.920 --> 45:18.840] and chemical fibers all falling from the sky.
[45:18.840 --> 45:21.840] You have a choice to keep your body clean.
[45:21.840 --> 45:31.600]  Detoxify with micro-plant powder from hempusa.org, or call 908-691-2608.
[45:31.600 --> 45:36.200] It's odorless and tasteless and used in any liquid or food.
[45:36.200 --> 45:40.120] Protect your family now with micro-plant powder.
[45:40.120 --> 45:46.840] Cleaning out heavy metals, parasites and toxins, order it now for daily intake, and stock it
[45:46.840 --> 45:49.080]  now for long-term storage.
[45:49.080 --> 46:08.560]  Visit hempusa.org, or call 908-691-2608 today.
[46:08.560 --> 46:32.520] Always, I must be careful what I'm wishing for When I'm hungry, I like to know just what
[46:32.520 --> 46:37.680]  I'm fishing for I ain't asking for much, I ain't trying
[46:37.680 --> 46:44.440] to be no glutton I'm just here making my living pushing buttons
[46:44.440 --> 46:51.040] I give my message out to anyone if you shout and diss me
[46:51.040 --> 46:54.040] All right, folks, we are back.
[46:54.040 --> 47:02.280] All right, Sevelle, you are discussing this suspect psychology, the suspect mentality.
[47:02.280 --> 47:03.280]  Please continue.
[47:03.280 --> 47:10.000]  And that's what we've had for 10 years, and it's been working, it's been very successful.
[47:10.000 --> 47:14.400] So there is no reason for the government to stop.
[47:14.400 --> 47:19.400] I know we are having some of these movements, as I said, you know, something is going to
[47:19.400 --> 47:25.640] happen or some false flag operation is going to be conducted, but in general, we have gotten
[47:25.640 --> 47:28.200] used to being perceived as suspects.
[47:28.200 --> 47:35.040] I mean, something that was really appalling to me about seven years ago during my whole
[47:35.040 --> 47:41.920] ordeal with the FBI and the gag orders, I started these petitions.
[47:41.920 --> 47:47.200] The petition basically asked the Congress to have public hearing on this case, bring
[47:47.200 --> 47:48.200]  in the witnesses.
[47:48.200 --> 47:52.880] There were several FBI agents who wanted to testify, and people who signed this petition
[47:52.880 --> 47:57.440] basically said, we petition you, Congress, to hold public hearings on Sevelle Edmonds
[47:57.440 --> 47:58.440]  case.
[47:58.440 --> 47:59.440]  That's it, right?
[47:59.440 --> 48:07.960] You'd be amazed to know, this is 2003, 2004, how many emails and letters I got.
[48:07.960 --> 48:13.040] People saying, I would love to sign on to this, and I would love to support it, but
[48:13.040 --> 48:18.280] I have, you know, I have a job with a company that is a contractor to the government, or
[48:18.280 --> 48:23.920] I'm working for the government, or I have family, and if I were to sign your petition
[48:23.920 --> 48:28.600] asking Congress to have public hearings, I would be blacklisted.
[48:28.600 --> 48:37.080] You know how un-American this is, the fact that people are centering themselves.
[48:37.080 --> 48:43.960] They are afraid to sign a petition because they think they're going to be blacklisted.
[48:43.960 --> 48:52.200] Well, that is the, that is the, that is the paradigm known as the panopsicon.
[48:52.200 --> 48:55.080] One of the hosts on my network, Kay Beach, she talks about this.
[48:55.080 --> 49:03.200] The panopsicon was an architectural design for a prison in the late 1800s where it led
[49:03.200 --> 49:07.760] the prisoners to believe that they were under surveillance all the time, and maybe they
[49:07.760 --> 49:12.840] weren't necessarily under surveillance all the time, but they were led to, but because
[49:12.840 --> 49:17.520] of the design of the building, it appeared to the prisoners that they were under constant
[49:17.520 --> 49:24.280] surveillance, and so the prisoners basically controlled and monitored their own behavior.
[49:24.280 --> 49:28.720] They policed themselves, so to speak, under the assumption that they were under constant
[49:28.720 --> 49:29.720]  surveillance.
[49:29.720 --> 49:31.080]  So, yeah, it's the same thing.
[49:31.080 --> 49:34.600] People are starting to fall into this panopsicon mentality now.
[49:34.600 --> 49:35.600]  Absolutely.
[49:35.600 --> 49:41.400] I mean, Deborah, it was not that long ago, during the entire Cold War era, the Hollywood-made
[49:41.400 --> 49:47.800] movies about the Soviets, the KGB, and that's what they depicted.
[49:47.800 --> 49:51.840] I mean, Americans were going, they were going to these, you know, movies and watching them
[49:51.840 --> 49:53.880] think, oh my God, how awful.
[49:53.880 --> 49:59.120] They're under these, you know, fascistic, communistic governments, and, you know, in
[49:59.120 --> 50:05.960] East Germany, and they're in Russia, and they are being monitored, they are being wiretapped
[50:05.960 --> 50:07.440] all the time, and they are being searched.
[50:07.440 --> 50:09.640] They are not allowed to leave the country.
[50:09.640 --> 50:11.880] They have to have special permission for it.
[50:11.880 --> 50:16.600] I mean, this is what our governments point, that this is what we are fighting.
[50:16.600 --> 50:18.400] We are fighting against that, the commies.
[50:18.400 --> 50:19.400] They want to take over the world.
[50:19.400 --> 50:21.400] They want to take away our freedom.
[50:21.400 --> 50:28.200] Now, we are living under those conditions, and actually, even worse.
[50:28.200 --> 50:30.200]  Absolutely.
[50:30.200 --> 50:36.480] And another place where I see this all headed, well, just to use the example of John Tyner.
[50:36.480 --> 50:41.920] Everyone is familiar with John Tyner, what's happened over this past week, since last weekend.
[50:41.920 --> 50:43.400] He opted out of both.
[50:43.400 --> 50:46.640] He said, no, I'm not going to go to the naked body scanner.
[50:46.640 --> 50:52.120] No, you're not going to touch me, and so they escorted him out of the airport.
[50:52.120 --> 50:53.480] They said, we can't get on the plane.
[50:53.480 --> 50:59.800] He got his money back, and then as he was leaving the airport, some TSA sug in a sports
[50:59.800 --> 51:07.240] coat, in dress slacks, unmarked, no badge, said, well, no, you have to go back, because
[51:07.240 --> 51:12.080] it's illegal to leave the screening area until the screening is completed.
[51:12.080 --> 51:14.560] Once you enter the screening area, you can't leave.
[51:14.560 --> 51:19.080] And so after an interchange, basically, he's like, look, am I being detained or not?
[51:19.080 --> 51:22.200] And they're like, well, no, you're free to go, but you can't leave.
[51:22.200 --> 51:23.520] It's like, okay, well, which one is it?
[51:23.520 --> 51:28.080] It's like this double think, and so he's like, look, are you going to have the police arrest
[51:28.080 --> 51:29.960]  me if I try to leave?
[51:29.960 --> 51:34.200] And he said, no, the supervisor said, no, we're just trying to help you, because you
[51:34.200 --> 51:40.040] could be liable for a fine and a lawsuit if you don't complete the screening.
[51:40.040 --> 51:42.760] And so John was like, you bring that suit.
[51:42.760 --> 51:43.880]  I'm out of here.
[51:43.880 --> 51:48.880] And so it used to be, and I have a friend, a close friend of mine, Phil, who, this happened
[51:48.880 --> 51:51.840] to him in the Houston airport, he said he's not doing either one.
[51:51.840 --> 51:55.280] So they kicked him and his partner out of the airport.
[51:55.280 --> 51:57.840] They didn't threaten any fine at that point in time.
[51:57.840 --> 52:03.200] So now it's gone from, you can't, if you opt out of both, then you have to leave the airport.
[52:03.200 --> 52:07.280] It went from that to, well, now if you try to opt out of both, they're going to try to
[52:07.280 --> 52:08.880]  file a lawsuit against you.
[52:08.880 --> 52:12.720] The next step is it's going to be a crime, and they're going to arrest you if you try
[52:12.720 --> 52:13.720] to opt out of both.
[52:13.720 --> 52:14.720]  That's what I see.
[52:14.720 --> 52:16.720] They want to make an example out of you.
[52:16.720 --> 52:22.520] So as long as they get, you know, I wish we could multiply this gentleman by tens of thousands.
[52:22.520 --> 52:28.080] That's when we would start solving problems in our country today, but that's not happening.
[52:28.080 --> 52:33.640]  As long as we have one, five, 10, 20, 50, 100, that's exactly what they're going to
[52:33.640 --> 52:34.640]  do.
[52:34.640 --> 52:39.640] They won't be able to do this if we have tens of thousands of people doing it.
[52:39.640 --> 52:40.640]  And that's the difference.
[52:40.640 --> 52:42.640]  And that's what they're doing.
[52:42.640 --> 52:47.040] See, because now they see that, okay, people are like, okay, I'm going to opt out.
[52:47.040 --> 52:48.040]  I'm going to do that.
[52:48.040 --> 52:49.760]  I'm willing to burn a ticket.
[52:49.760 --> 52:54.760] But once they start escalating the consequences, you're going to start thinning out the crowd,
[52:54.760 --> 52:59.680] oh, God, I don't want to get into that kind of trouble and the fines, just like anything,
[52:59.680 --> 53:05.880] you know, with fines attached to, or the fear of prosecutions, then people are not going
[53:05.880 --> 53:06.880]  to do it.
[53:06.880 --> 53:07.880]  You're not going to have even...
[53:07.880 --> 53:09.880] People are going to be afraid to opt out.
[53:09.880 --> 53:12.880] It's one thing to opt out and say, I would lose that flight.
[53:12.880 --> 53:16.640] It's another thing to say, I'm willing to get arrested.
[53:16.640 --> 53:19.920] I'm willing to get fined and then go fight it in court.
[53:19.920 --> 53:20.920]  You know what?
[53:20.920 --> 53:21.920] Go out and fight it in court.
[53:21.920 --> 53:22.920] You have to go out and hire an attorney.
[53:22.920 --> 53:26.360] To hire an attorney, you have to dish out $300 per hour.
[53:26.360 --> 53:27.360] How many people can do that?
[53:27.360 --> 53:28.360] You know what the deterrence that is?
[53:28.360 --> 53:29.360]  That's it.
[53:29.360 --> 53:30.360]  They will succeed.
[53:30.360 --> 53:35.200] Either that or you have to learn how to do it pro se, which is what this show is all
[53:35.200 --> 53:36.200]  about.
[53:36.200 --> 53:37.200] We teach people how to be pro se litigants.
[53:37.200 --> 53:38.200]  And that's very important.
[53:38.200 --> 53:39.200] I wish we had that for our whistleblowers.
[53:39.200 --> 53:47.840] I mean, there are so many people who wanted to do the right thing, come and report wrongdoing.
[53:47.840 --> 53:52.000] But they're like, okay, it's one thing to be fired from my job.
[53:52.000 --> 53:53.000]  Okay?
[53:53.000 --> 53:58.720] It's another thing is I don't have the means to go and fight it in court.
[53:58.720 --> 54:06.400]  In my case, I accumulated about $225,000, $226,000 in legal fees.
[54:06.400 --> 54:07.400]  Oh, Lord.
[54:07.400 --> 54:12.200] And then, I mean, the ACLU took the case, but that was the stage of the Palace Court
[54:12.200 --> 54:13.200]  in 2005.
[54:13.200 --> 54:18.080] I had the FOIA, Freedom of Information Act lawsuit because they did not release these
[54:18.080 --> 54:19.080]  documents.
[54:19.080 --> 54:20.080]  They're like, we're not going to release it.
[54:20.080 --> 54:22.280] Even the FOIA system goes to us.
[54:22.280 --> 54:23.280]  You know?
[54:23.280 --> 54:29.560] We can drag it and we can just have you accumulate these legal bills and we can spend millions
[54:29.560 --> 54:32.640] of dollars of taxpayers' money in fighting it.
[54:32.640 --> 54:33.640]  You can't.
[54:33.640 --> 54:36.640] So the court system really doesn't work.
[54:36.640 --> 54:40.600] The court system works if you're going, let's say, after some private company and you bring
[54:40.600 --> 54:41.600]  some...
[54:41.600 --> 54:43.600] You know, there are attorneys who take it, you know, they will take it pro bono.
[54:43.600 --> 54:47.240] But they are going after the federal government, especially with national security.
[54:47.240 --> 54:48.240]  What's the point?
[54:48.240 --> 54:53.680] You don't have access to jury, and they don't have to do judge shopping, and they don't
[54:53.680 --> 54:57.480] have to drag it, so it doesn't apply both ways.
[54:57.480 --> 54:58.480]  It's a one-way street.
[54:58.480 --> 55:03.480] So the legal action venue doesn't work with the federal government.
[55:03.480 --> 55:05.800] Just take a look at the Supreme Court, Deborah.
[55:05.800 --> 55:10.560] In the past nine, ten years, have you had any ruling against the federal government
[55:10.560 --> 55:16.400] on these national security excuse exercises and abuses and violations?
[55:16.400 --> 55:19.520] They have sided with the federal government in every case.
[55:19.520 --> 55:24.080] A lot of the decisions have been split, but as the court keeps getting stacked against
[55:24.080 --> 55:31.760] us, those split decisions are going to weigh less and less and more and more against us.
[55:31.760 --> 55:32.760] You don't have the three branches either.
[55:32.760 --> 55:33.760]  I mean, you're looking at...
[55:33.760 --> 55:34.760]  Look at the Congress.
[55:34.760 --> 55:35.760]  I mean, come on.
[55:35.760 --> 55:40.760] We were under the Republican majority, and we've been now, you know, for three years,
[55:40.760 --> 55:47.440] we were under the Democrats' majority, and now it's split, but have you seen any difference
[55:47.440 --> 55:48.440]  whatsoever?
[55:48.440 --> 55:53.160] Well, that's why the answer really lies at the state and the local level, and I have
[55:53.160 --> 55:54.160]  to give...
[55:54.160 --> 55:55.160]  Absolutely.
[55:55.160 --> 56:00.240] I have to give big kudos to the San Mateo County District Attorney in California who
[56:00.240 --> 56:08.280] has publicly vowed on mainstream media, practically sworn that if he gets even the tiniest little
[56:08.280 --> 56:11.720] complaint from a member of the public saying that they were touched inappropriately by
[56:11.720 --> 56:15.720] a TSA agent, that he is going to prosecute them in state court.
[56:15.720 --> 56:18.320] The states are going to have to start going after the feds.
[56:18.320 --> 56:21.480] We need more prosecutors like the San Mateo District Attorney.
[56:21.480 --> 56:22.480]  Absolutely.
[56:22.480 --> 56:24.360] And the state legislators, absolutely.
[56:24.360 --> 56:29.960] And I say that we need more municipal prosecutors on our side too, because as I was mentioning
[56:29.960 --> 56:34.800] earlier, TSA has no business in the airports at all.
[56:34.800 --> 56:38.040] Those airports are owned by the municipality.
[56:38.040 --> 56:41.040] Only city police have authority there.
[56:41.040 --> 56:44.200] Only the municipality have jurisdiction in the county and the state.
[56:44.200 --> 56:49.400] That should be part of the opt-out movement, because I think once they start doing that,
[56:49.400 --> 56:53.320] you should blow up your cell phone and dial the local police.
[56:53.320 --> 56:54.320]  Absolutely.
[56:54.320 --> 56:55.320]  Call 911 on these TSA agents.
[56:55.320 --> 56:59.320] Yeah, and have them come and say, okay, you guys settle it.
[56:59.320 --> 57:00.320]  Yes.
[57:00.320 --> 57:01.320]  Yes.
[57:01.320 --> 57:02.320]  Absolutely.
[57:02.320 --> 57:03.320] In fact, that's what my friend did.
[57:03.320 --> 57:04.320] He had them call the police.
[57:04.320 --> 57:05.320]  That's right.
[57:05.320 --> 57:06.320] Or he called the police.
[57:06.320 --> 57:12.560] He said, if you think that you have some kind of probable cause against me, then call the
[57:12.560 --> 57:19.480] federal marshals or call the sheriff or call the municipal police and let's have a discussion
[57:19.480 --> 57:20.480]  on this.
[57:20.480 --> 57:21.480]  Let's go see a magistrate.
[57:21.480 --> 57:23.480] And they just ended up kicking them out of the airport.
[57:23.480 --> 57:26.480] That's why we need more of your friends.
[57:26.480 --> 57:30.400] We need to have tens of thousands of people who are willing to do this.
[57:30.400 --> 57:34.600] Well, speaking of having tens of thousands of people willing to do this, there are a
[57:34.600 --> 57:41.040] couple of opt-out days that are scheduled coming up this Wednesday, the 24th before
[57:41.040 --> 57:42.040]  Thanksgiving.
[57:42.040 --> 57:48.720] If you go to optoutday.com, they're encouraging everyone to opt out of the body scanners,
[57:48.720 --> 57:54.040] but to go ahead and submit to the pat-downs now, but to do it in public in front of everyone
[57:54.040 --> 57:56.640] so that everyone can see what our government's doing to us.
[57:56.640 --> 58:06.280] Now, on May 7th, 2011, the TSA opt-out project is scheduling to have folks opt out of both.
[58:06.280 --> 58:07.280]  So who wants to?
[58:07.280 --> 58:08.280]  I have signed up.
[58:08.280 --> 58:11.280] I was one of the first to sign up there with the website.
[58:11.280 --> 58:13.280]  And I'm going to be there on May 7th.
[58:13.280 --> 58:18.000] And I'm going to go ahead and show my support on November 24th, national, Reagan National
[58:18.000 --> 58:19.000]  Airport.
[58:19.000 --> 58:20.000]  Absolutely.
[58:20.000 --> 58:23.400] Ms. Edmonds, can you stay with us a little while longer?
[58:23.400 --> 58:24.400]  Sure.
[58:24.400 --> 58:25.400]  Okay.
[58:25.400 --> 58:32.280] All right, folks, if you have a question for Sebel Edmonds, you can call in 512-646-1984.
[58:32.280 --> 58:38.120] We're going to talk a little bit more about these opt-outs and airport t-shirts and things
[58:38.120 --> 58:44.800] like this that folks can wear to show solidarity and support and objection.
[58:44.800 --> 58:53.680] And we're going to talk about more remedies and the yo-yo reaction, the subject that Ms.
[58:53.680 --> 58:55.960] Edmonds wrote about in her blog and what that means.
[58:55.960 --> 59:00.320] We'll be right back on the other side.
[59:00.320 --> 59:05.760] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, yet countless readers are frustrated
[59:05.760 --> 59:08.560] because they struggle to understand it.
[59:08.560 --> 59:13.940] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, but in the process can compromise
[59:13.940 --> 59:17.200] the profound meaning of the Scripture.
[59:17.200 --> 59:19.040]  Enter the recovery version.
[59:19.040 --> 59:24.880] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate, but the real story is the more
[59:24.880 --> 59:28.640]  than 9,000 explanatory footnotes.
[59:28.640 --> 59:33.640] Difficult and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way, providing an entrance
[59:33.640 --> 59:38.320] into the riches of the Word beyond which you've ever experienced before.
[59:38.320 --> 59:43.480] Bibles for America would like to give you a free recovery version simply for the asking.
[59:43.480 --> 59:53.920] This comprehensive yet compact study Bible is yours just by calling us toll free at 1-888-551-0102
[59:53.920 --> 59:58.000]  or by ordering online at freestudybible.com.
[59:58.000 --> 01:00:04.240]  That's freestudybible.com.
[01:00:04.240 --> 01:00:08.600] The Defense Department announced Friday that for the first time the U.S. will deploy tanks
[01:00:08.600 --> 01:00:13.760] to Afghanistan, which the Pentagon had previously avoided, for fear it would remind Afghans
[01:00:13.760 --> 01:00:18.520]  of the Soviet Union's brutal occupation of the 1980s.
[01:00:18.520 --> 01:00:23.840] Thirty-three women have shut themselves in a Chilean mine protesting a decision by the
[01:00:23.840 --> 01:00:28.680] government to scrap a work program assisting earthquake and tsunami victims.
[01:00:28.680 --> 01:00:33.600] Eight thousand people were put out of work November 4th, and two regions hit hardest
[01:00:33.600 --> 01:00:36.040]  in the 8.8 February earthquake.
[01:00:36.040 --> 01:00:41.320] So massive it altered the Earth's orbit by three inches and shortened the day by one
[01:00:41.320 --> 01:00:44.960]  millionth of a second.
[01:00:44.960 --> 01:00:49.840] Iran says fuel for its nuclear reactor that produces radioactive isotopes will run out
[01:00:49.840 --> 01:00:56.240] next September, leaving it unable to diagnose and treat some 850,000 cancer patients.
[01:00:56.240 --> 01:01:00.320] A deal for the West to provide fuel for the reactor has been deadlocked.
[01:01:00.320 --> 01:01:05.040] Negotiators from Iran and the U.S. and its allies are expected to meet soon in their
[01:01:05.040 --> 01:01:12.400] first direct talks in over a year, but U.S. officials are pessimistic a deal can be reached.
[01:01:12.400 --> 01:01:17.880] A coalition of non-governmental organizations has written to NATO leaders meeting in Lisbon
[01:01:17.880 --> 01:01:21.960] calling on them to stop using local militias to fight the Taliban.
[01:01:21.960 --> 01:01:26.840] The NGOs say the militias are currently doing more harm than good and risk triggering a
[01:01:26.840 --> 01:01:28.200]  new civil war.
[01:01:28.200 --> 01:01:33.720] Ashley Jackson of the aid group Oxfam said, quote, there's a grave risk of widespread
[01:01:33.720 --> 01:01:39.160] abuses by the national security forces, which can range from theft and extortion to torture
[01:01:39.160 --> 01:01:41.800] and indiscriminate killing of civilians.
[01:01:41.800 --> 01:01:46.680] The letter noted Afghan soldiers and police were poorly trained and command systems were
[01:01:46.680 --> 01:01:47.680]  weak.
[01:01:47.680 --> 01:01:52.320] It said there were no effective mechanisms for registering community complaints and that
[01:01:52.320 --> 01:01:57.560] civilian deaths caused by Afghan forces were not adequately investigated or tracked.
[01:01:57.560 --> 01:02:01.240] 2010 has been the worst year so far for civilian deaths.
[01:02:01.240 --> 01:02:08.200] Even the previously stable North has reported a 136 percent rise in civilian fatalities.
[01:02:08.200 --> 01:02:14.280] A new study has warned genetically modified salmon, which the U.S. Food and Drug Administration
[01:02:14.280 --> 01:02:19.560] is about to approve for human consumption, poses serious risks to society.
[01:02:19.560 --> 01:02:24.560] If approved, the quick growing salmon would be the first frankenfood animal approved for
[01:02:24.560 --> 01:02:26.580]  consumption by the U.S. public.
[01:02:26.580 --> 01:02:31.400] The study by U.S. and Norwegian researchers published in the journal Science contends,
[01:02:31.400 --> 01:02:36.320] quote, not enough is known about the wider impacts on society of bringing such foods
[01:02:36.320 --> 01:02:41.880] on the market, including a potentially major shift in dietary habits, buying practices
[01:02:41.880 --> 01:02:43.960]  and environmental hazards.
[01:02:43.960 --> 01:02:49.440] Critics say if the FDA greenlights the salmon, it could open the door to other GMO animals
[01:02:49.440 --> 01:02:52.440] ranging from tilapia to pigs and cows.
[01:02:52.440 --> 01:03:01.880] For more details on these stories, visit www.inmworldreport.net.
[01:03:01.880 --> 01:03:08.880] You are listening to the Rule of Law Radio Network at ruleoflawradio.com, live free speech
[01:03:08.880 --> 01:03:13.880] talk radio at its best.
[01:03:13.880 --> 01:03:34.880] It's all according to the will of the Almighty, I read his book and it says he cares not for
[01:03:34.880 --> 01:03:35.880]  the unsightly.
[01:03:35.880 --> 01:03:36.880] These warmongers come by that term rightly.
[01:03:36.880 --> 01:03:43.880] I won't pay for the war with my body, ain't gonna pay for the car with my money.
[01:03:43.880 --> 01:03:56.880] I won't pay for the fun with my body, cause their plans wicked and their logic shoddy,
[01:03:56.880 --> 01:03:59.880] ain't gonna pay for the oil with my body.
[01:03:59.880 --> 01:04:07.880] I won't pay for the boys with my money, ain't gonna pay for the kids with my body.
[01:04:07.880 --> 01:04:15.880] Their whole agenda smells funny, I wanna fight in a war of my own.
[01:04:15.880 --> 01:04:21.880] Alright folks, we are back with Ms. Sabelle Edmonds, she's agreed to give us a little
[01:04:21.880 --> 01:04:28.880] bit more time here, and when we went to break, we were talking about these opt out days.
[01:04:28.880 --> 01:04:36.880] Now the website that you can go to, of course Sabelle's website is boilingfrogspost.com,
[01:04:36.880 --> 01:04:42.880] that's her blog, and it's a very good blog, I highly suggest you read it, a lot of helpful
[01:04:42.880 --> 01:04:43.880]  information.
[01:04:43.880 --> 01:04:50.240] Now the opt out websites, there is optoutday.com, that's information on the opt out day coming
[01:04:50.240 --> 01:04:56.480] this Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, and then the TSA Opt Out Project, their website
[01:04:56.480 --> 01:05:10.580]  is thestatevsu.com, thestatevsu.com, but it's t-h-e-s-t-a-t-e-v-s-y-o-u.com, and that talks
[01:05:10.580 --> 01:05:16.720] about the opt out day that is scheduled for May 7th, 2011, where people are encouraged
[01:05:16.720 --> 01:05:24.480] to opt out of both, and go ahead and put it on the line to risk being fined or sued or
[01:05:24.480 --> 01:05:30.480] whatever, and you know honestly, I think this whole thing about TSA threatening to sue John
[01:05:30.480 --> 01:05:36.120] Tyner, I think it's a lot of hot air, they might do it, but I think that they're just
[01:05:36.120 --> 01:05:42.680] making a big show in the media more than anything, just to save face and to try to scare people
[01:05:42.680 --> 01:05:46.800] that look, you better not try to opt out of both, or this is what's going to happen to
[01:05:46.800 --> 01:05:52.320] you, we'll see if he really gets sued or not, if it's worth their time, you know, and Ms.
[01:05:52.320 --> 01:05:59.240] Edmonds, you wanted to talk about the organization, you're saying that at this point in time,
[01:05:59.240 --> 01:06:05.080] the outrage is there, but there's not enough organization yet in order to make a real powerful
[01:06:05.080 --> 01:06:06.680] difference, can you speak to that?
[01:06:06.680 --> 01:06:11.840] Absolutely, because we do see it, you know, we do see there are thousands, tens of thousands
[01:06:11.840 --> 01:06:16.440] of blogs, people are writing about it, people are talking about it, you know, we've had
[01:06:16.440 --> 01:06:22.040] some excellent, you know, guests on our show, and they talk about it, and they analyze everything,
[01:06:22.040 --> 01:06:27.840] we have the analysts, we have the people coming with all the theories, we have the people
[01:06:27.840 --> 01:06:34.520] are coming with all the passionate expressions, but it's basically it, as far as, you know,
[01:06:34.520 --> 01:06:39.760] action goes, we don't have it, we don't have organizers, good organizers, we don't have
[01:06:39.760 --> 01:06:44.840] organizations, and I'm not talking about the, you know, institutionalized organizations
[01:06:44.840 --> 01:06:48.280] that have been around for a hundred years, it takes a different kind of organization,
[01:06:48.280 --> 01:06:55.560] the organizations should go along with what we have today, you know, brand new, still
[01:06:55.560 --> 01:07:02.160] dedicated to their objectives and ideals rather than these long, you know, been around organizations
[01:07:02.160 --> 01:07:05.520] that have been kind of corrupted in their own ways with their own bureaucracy and the
[01:07:05.520 --> 01:07:09.600] fundraising process that they have gone through, I'm not saying they don't do any good work,
[01:07:09.600 --> 01:07:14.320] they do, but you know what I'm talking about, and we don't have those, we don't have, you
[01:07:14.320 --> 01:07:18.920] know, because for any type of, because this would be some kind of a revolution, people
[01:07:18.920 --> 01:07:27.280] should not consider revolution only as something violent or, you know, radical kind of a revolution,
[01:07:27.280 --> 01:07:32.640] they are all sorts of, all types of revolutions, but for revolutions you need all kinds, you
[01:07:32.640 --> 01:07:36.440] need the writers, you need the talkers, you need the analysts, you need the organizers,
[01:07:36.440 --> 01:07:43.520] you need the leaders, you know, you need to have the dedicated people who take this and
[01:07:43.520 --> 01:07:52.560] make these objectives their, basically their lives, otherwise it just will remain as talks
[01:07:52.560 --> 01:07:58.160] and so far that's what we have seen for the past nine, ten years, we have the talkers,
[01:07:58.160 --> 01:08:05.600] we have the writers, we have the passion there, we now are getting to see, you know, a good,
[01:08:05.600 --> 01:08:10.560] solid group of outraged Americans, and I call them the true Americans, I'm not talking about
[01:08:10.560 --> 01:08:16.000] the cosmetic Americans, because, you know, they want to be American, they want their
[01:08:16.000 --> 01:08:20.960] constitution, they know what being American is supposed to be, you know, you get these
[01:08:20.960 --> 01:08:24.640] people and you organize, you do something, and we don't have that yet, and that's really,
[01:08:24.640 --> 01:08:29.720] really unfortunate, I keep telling you, you know, how many professors do we need to come
[01:08:29.720 --> 01:08:37.120] and with this really flowery language, yes, here it is, and let me tell you, this hegemony,
[01:08:37.120 --> 01:08:43.440] this thing started since World War II, I mean, I respect, I respect all that, okay, but I'm
[01:08:43.440 --> 01:08:49.520] tired of it, and I think a lot of people are tired of it, we need people's movement, organized
[01:08:49.520 --> 01:08:55.760] movement, and for that, we need tangible, however small, it doesn't have to be in grand
[01:08:55.760 --> 01:09:01.280] scale to start with, and that's what we are lacking, and another thing I'm afraid of is
[01:09:01.280 --> 01:09:07.840] being hijacked, because then you have a good cause, and then you have enough backing from
[01:09:07.840 --> 01:09:14.240] people who are motivated, and they're outraged by the topic, then you get these vultures
[01:09:14.240 --> 01:09:18.160] coming and hijacking it, you know, absolutely, look what's happening with the tea party,
[01:09:18.880 --> 01:09:25.840] well, there's a tea party, the real huge one was Obama's election, I mean, you got this brand,
[01:09:25.840 --> 01:09:32.000] you got this product that was marketed, and he came and he gave all the words that these
[01:09:32.000 --> 01:09:36.080] bloodless, severe people, these activists had been talking about, you want this change,
[01:09:36.080 --> 01:09:40.480] I'll give you this change, you want that change, I'm about to change that, and people, they
[01:09:40.480 --> 01:09:45.200] said, here are words, he talks, good, and you know, he's different looking, let's go ahead
[01:09:45.200 --> 01:09:50.960] and cast our vote for this man, they didn't look at his track record, what has Obama done
[01:09:50.960 --> 01:09:58.240] ever in his life, really, they can look at it, because we had four, five years of congressional
[01:09:58.240 --> 01:10:02.480] activities, I started with my own case, but then with my organization's national security,
[01:10:02.480 --> 01:10:07.840] whistleblower's coalition, we spent so much time in Congress, we dealt with these offices,
[01:10:07.840 --> 01:10:13.360] look at Obama's track record, where he was on NSAID, where he was on torture, come on.
[01:10:13.360 --> 01:10:18.320] Well, look at his case, I know the answer to what he's done, and what he's done good,
[01:10:18.320 --> 01:10:21.120]  he's increased gun sales 5,000%.
[01:10:21.120 --> 01:10:28.320] You know, Dan Alford, he considers himself a Democrat, a liberal, and he's been a good
[01:10:28.320 --> 01:10:35.600] friend, he said it beautifully, and I'm glad that he, as a Democrat, who voted for Obama,
[01:10:35.600 --> 01:10:43.680] and he didn't vote for either Obama or McCain, he said, look, I voted for him, I believe I was
[01:10:43.680 --> 01:10:52.000] a con, and that makes Obama a con artist, that's what he is, he is your pretty brilliant snake
[01:10:52.000 --> 01:10:57.920] oil salesman, that's all he is, and now, you know, you still get these people, instead
[01:10:57.920 --> 01:11:03.120] of admitting to it, like Dan Alford, they are still making excuses, oh, these people
[01:11:03.120 --> 01:11:08.560] are making him do that, these generals are making him do what's going on with Afghanistan,
[01:11:08.560 --> 01:11:12.800] these Justice Department people are making him do all this awful stuff, it's never this
[01:11:12.800 --> 01:11:17.680] man who's the president, and what did you, you know, who did you elect, you know, you
[01:11:17.680 --> 01:11:22.320] didn't elect some teenager, you elected the president, and you say, this guy, they're
[01:11:22.320 --> 01:11:27.520] making him do all this stuff, I mean, we already know about shadow government, and the fact
[01:11:27.520 --> 01:11:31.360] that what you elect, what you see, is not the real government, come on, we already know
[01:11:31.360 --> 01:11:37.200] that, I'm not going to say, as a president, he really has power, but at least, don't give
[01:11:37.200 --> 01:11:42.640] him that benefit of doubt, and that excuse of people are making him do that, and make
[01:11:42.640 --> 01:11:47.760] those people to be his subordinates, these generals, or his own people that, the people
[01:11:47.760 --> 01:11:53.280] that he selected and put in positions, talk about the real doers, talk about the real
[01:11:53.280 --> 01:11:57.200] government of this country, you know, the ones that we never get to elect, because they're
[01:11:57.200 --> 01:12:02.800] there, they have the power, you know, talk about the military industrial complex, but
[01:12:02.800 --> 01:12:08.000] don't go and pretend that, oh, yeah, it basically boils down to some generals and some Justice
[01:12:08.000 --> 01:12:13.040] Department bureaucrats, it never was, it isn't, and it will never be the case, and it's up
[01:12:13.040 --> 01:12:17.840] to us to really change that, and just come out of that denial, but organized movement
[01:12:17.840 --> 01:12:21.840] is what we need, we need leaders, we need doers, I said, I'm going to be at Reagan
[01:12:21.840 --> 01:12:27.040] National Airport, I'm going to wear the T-shirt, it's going to say, you know, stop the degradation
[01:12:27.040 --> 01:12:31.280] of our nation, my two-year-old is going to wear that, I'm going to go and I'm going to
[01:12:31.280 --> 01:12:35.280] try to support those people who are going to opt out, I'm going to be on an opt-out program,
[01:12:35.280 --> 01:12:39.280] I have my tickets for May 7th, but I'm going to be there, because if you have enough people
[01:12:39.280 --> 01:12:44.480] who are showing their support and solidarity, that's going to make it that much more effective,
[01:12:44.480 --> 01:12:49.360] don't leave these people alone, don't let them be two or three or four, just show up,
[01:12:49.360 --> 01:12:52.400] just for one hour, even for 30 minutes.
[01:12:52.400 --> 01:12:57.600] Absolutely, and these T-shirts are really, really nice looking, they're black, and they
[01:12:57.600 --> 01:13:05.600] have like the bald eagle being searched by a TSA agent, Sibel, can you tell folks where
[01:13:05.600 --> 01:13:07.200] they can get some of these T-shirts?
[01:13:07.200 --> 01:13:14.160] Sure, if they go to my website, it is posted there, it's under Zazzle, and Paul Jamiol,
[01:13:14.160 --> 01:13:20.720] he is the award-winning editorial cartoonist, he was as always great, he designed it, the
[01:13:20.720 --> 01:13:28.880] TSA and UCDM, and it is really powerful, powerful image, and it doesn't get into like some details,
[01:13:28.880 --> 01:13:36.160] it just gives you a very, I mean it's a really hard-hitting one sentence, stop the degradation
[01:13:36.160 --> 01:13:41.200] of our nation, and in a way it's good, because it doesn't say only TSA, it says stop, this is
[01:13:41.200 --> 01:13:47.200] our degradation, as a nation we have been so, you know, graded, stop it, and don't ask
[01:13:47.200 --> 01:13:53.360] the Congress to stop it, only it starts with you, you wear this, you opt out, you come
[01:13:53.360 --> 01:13:57.680] and support, don't say, you know, a lot of people say like, I wish people would do this,
[01:13:57.680 --> 01:14:02.160] I wish people would do that, I say, why don't you start saying, I'm going to do this much
[01:14:02.160 --> 01:14:08.880] of it myself, it's always they who should do it, just make it us, we, I, and instead
[01:14:08.880 --> 01:14:13.200] of saying they gotta do that, people should get up and write, okay, you get up and write,
[01:14:13.200 --> 01:14:17.840] I'll be with you, you want to do that in the airport, I'm there, I'll be there, and if
[01:14:17.840 --> 01:14:22.720] everybody would say that, the irate minority club, that's what I call my readership,
[01:14:22.720 --> 01:14:29.120] the people that I have been working with, all we need is the irate, motivated irate minority,
[01:14:29.120 --> 01:14:33.840] really, that's what it takes, that's what it takes, it's been the case everywhere, not only
[01:14:33.840 --> 01:14:40.720] in this country, but everywhere, and be one of the members of the irate minority club,
[01:14:40.720 --> 01:14:45.680] because think about your kids, I get to see some friends who have now children, they're
[01:14:45.680 --> 01:14:49.360] like, yeah, you know, it's one thing to do it when you're young and a student and you
[01:14:49.360 --> 01:14:54.560] don't have this response to go, these now have three kids, having children, having a
[01:14:54.560 --> 01:15:01.680] child gives me even more of a reason, I don't want my daughter to go through this in the
[01:15:01.680 --> 01:15:06.880] airport and be touched and fondled, you know, they're making Department of Homeland Security
[01:15:06.880 --> 01:15:11.440] related courses mandatory now in some high schools, I don't want my daughter to be
[01:15:11.440 --> 01:15:16.320] indoctrinated like that and go through, and as part of those courses in high schools,
[01:15:16.320 --> 01:15:21.680] they are teaching them how to be snitch, how to spy on their neighbors, I don't want that
[01:15:21.680 --> 01:15:28.400] for my daughter, I really don't, and because of that, I have more reason as a mother to go
[01:15:28.400 --> 01:15:33.520] and participate and do a little bit, I'm not saying go and change the world in one day,
[01:15:33.520 --> 01:15:38.880] a little bit, just a little bit of difference, that's how you start getting results,
[01:15:38.880 --> 01:15:44.320] everybody doing their own little share. Everybody doing a little bit and one of my
[01:15:44.320 --> 01:15:51.840] favorite songs of all time was written by Bob Marley and the lyrics go, if you are a big tree,
[01:15:51.840 --> 01:16:00.640] I am a small ax or we are a small ax, so, you know, this military industrial complex system
[01:16:00.640 --> 01:16:09.200] of totalitarian control, this technocracy, you know, the technology of suppression and total
[01:16:09.200 --> 01:16:16.320] control, it's a big tree, but, you know, we are a small ax and we just keep chipping away
[01:16:16.320 --> 01:16:24.320] and I think eventually we can win and Ron Paul has even introduced legislation in the house
[01:16:24.320 --> 01:16:34.400] concerning this, it's called the American Traveler Dignity Act, H.R. 6416 and basically he's just
[01:16:34.400 --> 01:16:39.600] saying, we as Americans should not have to be subjected to these kinds of searches,
[01:16:39.600 --> 01:16:46.080] which is sexual assault, these radiation machines and the legislation just establishes that the
[01:16:46.080 --> 01:16:51.840] TSA agents are not immune from any U.S. law regarding physical contact with other persons
[01:16:51.840 --> 01:16:57.360] or pornography or anything else, it's wonderful. Sebel, stay right there, we'll be right back.

[01:18:00.160 --> 01:18:05.920] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the internet isn't so easy
[01:18:05.920 --> 01:18:10.160] and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with. Oh well, I guess you haven't
[01:18:10.160 --> 01:18:15.760] heard of Brave New Books then. Brave New Books? Yes, Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs
[01:18:15.760 --> 01:18:20.960] you're looking for by authors like Alex Jones, Ron Paul, and G. Edward Griffin. They even stock
[01:18:20.960 --> 01:18:26.960] inner food, Berkey products, and Calvin Soaps. There's no way a place like that exists. Go check
[01:18:26.960 --> 01:18:33.440] it out for yourself. It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street just south of UT. By UT,
[01:18:33.440 --> 01:18:38.240] there's never anywhere to park down there. Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking
[01:18:38.240 --> 01:18:45.520] for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking facility just behind the bookstore. It does exist,
[01:18:45.520 --> 01:18:52.000] but when are they open? Monday through Saturday, 11 AM to 9 PM and 1 to 6 PM on Sundays. So give
[01:18:52.000 --> 01:19:16.800] them a call at 512-480-2503 or check out their events page at BraveNewBookstore.com.
[01:19:22.400 --> 01:19:24.800] with that same old trick again
[01:19:24.800 --> 01:19:35.920] I was blindsided, but now I can see your plans. You put the fear in my pocket, took the money from my hands.
[01:19:35.920 --> 01:19:40.640] Ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again.
[01:19:40.640 --> 01:19:56.240] All right, folks, we are back. Sabelle is going to give us one more segment here. This will be
[01:19:56.240 --> 01:20:01.360] your final segment. We do have a caller, Ramon from Texas. Ramon, what is your question or comment
[01:20:01.360 --> 01:20:07.920] for Sabelle Edmonds? Yes, I totally, first of all, I love what you guys do. I don't like what you
[01:20:07.920 --> 01:20:14.960] talk about. I hate to have to peer this stuff, but Sabelle, one of the things that I've been
[01:20:14.960 --> 01:20:23.360] thinking about for months now is that if we organize, they have the opt-out organization
[01:20:23.360 --> 01:20:30.320] going. That whole concept is now in everybody's minds, but everyone around the nation can
[01:20:30.320 --> 01:20:35.520] participate at whatever locality they live at. They don't have to everybody be in one place at
[01:20:35.520 --> 01:20:42.400] one time. By standing on the side of the road, going into the airports, we can have a massive,
[01:20:42.400 --> 01:20:49.200] massive turnout, massive demonstration, and hold up these huge signs, the bigger the better,
[01:20:49.920 --> 01:20:55.120] because people are driving by real fast. You can hold up a sign that TSA is
[01:20:56.480 --> 01:21:02.720] fondling your baby. You can have a picture of a child saying, mommy, mommy, that man is taking
[01:21:02.720 --> 01:21:07.920] pictures of my privates and touching me, that type of thing. I think that's a fantastic idea.
[01:21:09.680 --> 01:21:16.000] It doesn't have to stop in the US. This is a worldwide problem. As long as people keep
[01:21:16.000 --> 01:21:23.040] talking about it and spreading it worldwide, then it can have a worldwide impact, a massive impact.
[01:21:23.040 --> 01:21:29.440] Here's the second part of it. Thanksgiving is a good time to be out everywhere, but
[01:21:29.440 --> 01:21:37.040] Christmas is coming up, and it's the most troubled day of the year, so it can be repeated over and
[01:21:37.040 --> 01:21:41.040] over. It doesn't have to just be a one-time event. It doesn't have to have a new one.
[01:21:41.040 --> 01:21:46.640]  And that's the most important thing. That's exactly what I'm hoping for. That's why I wrote
[01:21:46.640 --> 01:21:52.800] the piece on being the yo-yo, because people, they get excited. They think, okay, they go,
[01:21:52.800 --> 01:21:56.480] they do it, and then it's finished, and then they run to the next topic. And believe me,
[01:21:56.480 --> 01:22:00.720] and believe me, we are not running out of topics. Every day we have a new scandal.
[01:22:01.440 --> 01:22:07.280] People were doing it, then NSA is dropping, broke this story. And then, boom, in a few months,
[01:22:07.280 --> 01:22:12.560] they stop. And look, when was the last time you read or heard anyone talking about NSA's
[01:22:12.560 --> 01:22:18.080] illegals is dropping? And I'm hoping, and I'm telling people that, really, this shouldn't be
[01:22:18.080 --> 01:22:23.360]  the case here. It's not only about November 24th. It's the 25th. It's the 26th. We don't have to
[01:22:23.360 --> 01:22:28.400] have to take it. As you said, that's exactly what I'm doing. I'm going to be flying and off out
[01:22:28.400 --> 01:22:33.680] on May 7th, but I'm going to Reagan National Airport because I'm wearing this t-shirt which
[01:22:33.680 --> 01:22:40.960] says, stop the degradation of our nation, with this incredibly powerful tune that shows TSA
[01:22:40.960 --> 01:22:45.840] basically raping our nation. And I'm going to have my daughter wear it, and I'm going to go,
[01:22:45.840 --> 01:22:49.760] and this is going to be one way. But I agree with you. Standing in front of the airport,
[01:22:49.760 --> 01:22:55.120] and anybody who wants to do it around Reagan National Airport, you know, because of my
[01:22:55.120 --> 01:23:00.240] background being the troublemaker, FBI whistleblower, maybe it will get more attention.
[01:23:00.240 --> 01:23:04.480] I would love to meet you. I would love to organize it with you. Through my website,
[01:23:04.480 --> 01:23:08.560] you can contact me. If you're in the area, if you can drive to this area,
[01:23:08.560 --> 01:23:14.320] come and join me on November 24th. And believe me, like most of, you know, most of you,
[01:23:14.320 --> 01:23:20.240] I have a child, I have a house, I'm going to be massaging turkey, and I do bake my own sweet
[01:23:20.240 --> 01:23:24.800] potato pie. So you stop like, oh man, it's Thanksgiving and I have so much to do. I have
[01:23:24.800 --> 01:23:31.920] so much to do too. I'm going to reserve a couple of hours. This is the least I can do. So please,
[01:23:31.920 --> 01:23:38.320] take half an hour, 45 minutes, whatever you can. Come and join me. Let's do it. Let's try it. Let's
[01:23:38.320 --> 01:23:46.240] make this a first step. Absolutely. And folks, if you're not in the area where Reagan National
[01:23:46.240 --> 01:23:52.240] Airport is, do the same thing in your own hometown. If there's nothing going on,
[01:23:52.240 --> 01:23:58.400] organize it yourself. Get on your blog, get on your website, you know, get on the forum,
[01:23:58.400 --> 01:24:03.840] get on your email list. And folks, we need to organize this all over the nation. For those of
[01:24:03.840 --> 01:24:09.200] us who are not going to be flying, we should be out there supporting the people who are going to
[01:24:09.200 --> 01:24:14.400] opt out and encouraging new people who know nothing about this to opt out. So I think it's
[01:24:14.400 --> 01:24:20.560] fantastic. Great idea, Ramon. Thank you. And the thing is, is I have six grandkids. I have three
[01:24:20.560 --> 01:24:26.720] grown adult children. And, you know, I've been listening to the alternative radio, whatever you
[01:24:26.720 --> 01:24:32.960] want to call it, for years. And I've not really called in, but I'll be out there with my son
[01:24:32.960 --> 01:24:39.360] here in Austin. So I love it. Fantastic. See, that's what it takes. It starts with us, even
[01:24:39.360 --> 01:24:44.720] though if it's for let's say limited to Deborah, you know, Randy, Eddie, you and your grandchildren,
[01:24:44.720 --> 01:24:52.160] maybe pick them with you, show them what it is to be an active citizen and participate in your
[01:24:52.160 --> 01:24:58.960] government and what they're doing. And make sure you wear one of Sebel's t-shirts. Yeah,
[01:24:58.960 --> 01:25:04.960] absolutely. If I'd like to get ahold of one, I'll go on your website, Sebel.
[01:25:06.160 --> 01:25:10.720] Boiling Frogs Post. All right. Y'all take care. Thank you, Ramon.
[01:25:11.760 --> 01:25:17.360] Sorry, didn't mean to interrupt you there. Yeah, boilingfrogspost.com. All right. So Sebel,
[01:25:17.360 --> 01:25:20.640] we only have a few minutes left. It looks like we have another caller. As soon as the caller
[01:25:20.640 --> 01:25:26.080] screen, then we'll bring that caller up. Just if you could please talk about this yo-yo reaction
[01:25:26.080 --> 01:25:32.000] that you mentioned a minute ago. It was in your blog about how people have short attention spans,
[01:25:32.000 --> 01:25:36.240] short-lived, they get angry about something, and then they may start to do something, but then
[01:25:36.960 --> 01:25:42.480] it just doesn't really pan out. Yeah, it may be part of this psychological warfare.
[01:25:42.480 --> 01:25:48.080] When you bombard people with so many of these really scandalous, awful violations at once,
[01:25:48.080 --> 01:25:59.120] coming from all sides, then you actually, if you make the intensity thinner, I mean, I tell people
[01:25:59.120 --> 01:26:05.600] to think of it that way because, you know, as I said, it's a huge thing. I still, I keep bringing
[01:26:05.600 --> 01:26:13.920] it up, this NSA's illegal eavesdropping, and for most today, it is a fact of life.
[01:26:13.920 --> 01:26:20.080] When was the last time you even, you know, gave it a thought? You gave it a thought and said,
[01:26:20.080 --> 01:26:25.360] oh, you know what? They're listening to me. Same thing with this, you know, with,
[01:26:26.320 --> 01:26:34.480] it starts with this, you know, outrage and the talking and the writing and the passion,
[01:26:34.480 --> 01:26:38.800] and the mainstream media, they always, instead of being the frontrunners, they all always come,
[01:26:38.800 --> 01:26:42.880] you know, they sit on the, you know, they're like, oh, we don't want to touch this, but then
[01:26:42.880 --> 01:26:48.480] they're forced into touching it because really it has a momentum. So they get into this game,
[01:26:48.480 --> 01:26:53.520] they start putting something in there, you have a few congressional people get up there and pose
[01:26:53.520 --> 01:26:58.160] with the issue, you know, they wear it as this is, this is my issue, I agree with you, you see,
[01:26:58.160 --> 01:27:03.840] this is what I'm going to do, and then next we're going to have another scandal. It is inevitable.
[01:27:03.840 --> 01:27:07.840] Within the next couple of weeks, we're going to get hit with something else. Don't forget about
[01:27:07.840 --> 01:27:16.960] this. You know, don't move from one scandal to another and make it limited to, you know,
[01:27:16.960 --> 01:27:24.640] your passionate expression of thoughts in your blog or the comments you're posting and talking
[01:27:24.640 --> 01:27:29.120] about it for a few days and then say, okay, now it's the next issue, now it's the next issue.
[01:27:29.120 --> 01:27:34.080] I mean, as a nation, we're really exhausted with all these issues that we take up and then we
[01:27:34.080 --> 01:27:42.320] basically dispose of. And these issues and these violations, they're incrementally but speedily,
[01:27:42.320 --> 01:27:45.360] they're increasing. Absolutely. And you know what,
[01:27:45.360 --> 01:27:50.320] Cybele, I think that this is part of the whole plan to bombard us with so many issues to keep
[01:27:50.320 --> 01:27:55.280] us distracted so that we don't give our time and energy to the ones that really matter.
[01:27:56.400 --> 01:28:01.600] I mean, think about it, Deborah. I mean, people, they got excited and they came and they rallied
[01:28:01.600 --> 01:28:05.600] with this comedian, John Stewart. Right. I know it's ridiculous.
[01:28:05.600 --> 01:28:11.280] You know, if that can motivate people, it's something really that shallow. I'm not saying
[01:28:11.280 --> 01:28:18.240] bad necessarily, but shallow. You get, you know, three, 400,000 people doing it. And if it's just
[01:28:18.240 --> 01:28:23.120] the one party, which is basically we have one party, it's monopoly, it's not even duopoly,
[01:28:23.120 --> 01:28:28.960] you know, it's one party, then imagine how much more motivation we should have for these issues
[01:28:28.960 --> 01:28:34.240] that really affect us on a daily basis, all of us, with no exception.
[01:28:34.240 --> 01:28:40.160] Absolutely. All right, Cybele, we do have another caller on the line. Roy from Texas. Roy,
[01:28:40.160 --> 01:28:42.640] what is your question or comment for Cybele Edmonds?
[01:28:42.640 --> 01:28:45.600] Yeah, I understand that they make children go through these scanners.
[01:28:46.720 --> 01:28:48.160]  Yes. That's the illegal
[01:28:48.160 --> 01:28:52.080] view of child pornography. Why don't we file a criminal complaint?
[01:28:52.880 --> 01:28:57.280] Absolutely. And this is exactly what we've been talking about. Call the police,
[01:28:57.280 --> 01:29:03.600] because I would, and I'm going to. If they do that to my child, because sometimes I have to fly,
[01:29:03.600 --> 01:29:08.080] then I'm going to places overseas, okay? Domestically, I'd be trying to just, you know,
[01:29:08.080 --> 01:29:13.840] not fly and drive. They do it to my daughter. I'm going to pull out my cell phone, and I'm going
[01:29:13.840 --> 01:29:19.920] to dial 911. And I'm not going to leave the area until the police arrives, because I would do it
[01:29:19.920 --> 01:29:25.200] elsewhere. If somebody was trying to do this in a coffee house for my child, or if I'm out there in
[01:29:25.200 --> 01:29:30.640] the park, I would do the same thing. I would try to, you know, beat up the guy, but here in the
[01:29:30.640 --> 01:29:34.960] airport, I'm going to call the 911. I'm not going to let the person touch my child, and I'm going
[01:29:34.960 --> 01:29:39.280] to call the police. And so should you. Okay, listen, we're about to go to break. Roy,
[01:29:39.280 --> 01:29:42.160] do you have anything else for Cybele? No, that was it.
[01:29:42.160 --> 01:29:47.440] Okay, great. Thank you, Roy. Go to boilingfrogspost.com. And folks,
[01:29:47.440 --> 01:29:51.440] there was already a lawsuit filed in the state of Colorado over this concerning the child
[01:29:51.440 --> 01:29:55.840] pornography, and the lawsuit was won. The scanners were removed from the courthouse. Cybele, thank
[01:29:55.840 --> 01:30:22.240] you so much for joining us tonight. My pleasure.
[01:30:26.160 --> 01:30:29.680] Who was this person? Please go to okcbombingtruth.com.
[01:30:32.560 --> 01:30:37.440] Bill Gates is infamous for the bugs in his Microsoft products. Now he's associated with a
[01:30:37.440 --> 01:30:42.320] different kind of bug, genetically modified mosquitoes with killer properties. I'm Dr.
[01:30:42.320 --> 01:30:45.680] Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be back with a buzz on this story in just a moment.

[01:31:15.360 --> 01:31:19.920] Genetically modified food is bad enough, but now we may have to contend with genetically

[01:31:25.600 --> 01:31:31.040] dengue fever and other tropical diseases using genetically modified mosquitoes. The insects
[01:31:31.040 --> 01:31:36.080] would contain an inserted bacterium or genetic alteration to make them sterile or unable to
[01:31:36.080 --> 01:31:40.800] transmit disease. Critics worry these mosquitoes could multiply and escape control of their
[01:31:40.800 --> 01:31:46.480] handlers, much like killer bees. But the UN calls these concerns alarmist. Given the mosquitoes
[01:31:46.480 --> 01:31:51.360] transmit germs directly to the human bloodstream, do we really want clouds of frankenbugs full
[01:31:51.360 --> 01:31:55.920] of genetically modified bacteria on the loose? I'm Dr. Katherine Albrecht. More news and
[01:31:55.920 --> 01:32:17.280]  information at KatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:32:26.880 --> 01:32:29.840] The wicked come with temptation
[01:32:32.400 --> 01:32:34.800] They're trying to buy the whole place
[01:32:37.840 --> 01:32:40.560] They want to force the nation
[01:32:43.280 --> 01:32:47.280]  Because they're falling from grace
[01:32:48.720 --> 01:32:51.760]  I will not drink that cup
[01:32:51.760 --> 01:32:56.480]  I just can't act that way
[01:32:59.600 --> 01:33:02.720] They got this problem they're dreaming of
[01:33:04.400 --> 01:33:07.440]  And I won't be the slave come what may
[01:33:07.440 --> 01:33:37.360] Cause I'm so used to campfire because you can't man, you got to save yourself from the almighty man, you don't try to escape from the mind man, the love without the heart and peace, the grief man, you don't try to mess with the loving body, you don't have the man in the world to come and be with, you can't help that man against the evil, he's a creative man and he do his thing for you, but one time still I find myself failing, because I'm mad love and God angry,
[01:33:37.600 --> 01:34:04.960] Man, you know you got to stop me, that this man you need to be proud of, you know you love almighty, so get behind that man Satan, you know me not to love myself before anyone, but he said just to tell them by his own power, remind them to themselves that for most part,
[01:34:04.960 --> 01:34:31.040] The wicked come with confusion, they try to keep us in fear, they try to sell us illusions, I can't live like that here, I can't not drink from that chalice,
[01:34:31.040 --> 01:34:45.200] Ain't gonna fall for that babe, Though wicked come with such malice,
[01:34:45.200 --> 01:35:00.080] Alright folks, we are back, rule of law, ruleoflawradio.com, sorry for the extended break, we were chatting
[01:35:00.080 --> 01:35:08.560] with Cybele on the break there before she went back to dealing with her normal life
[01:35:08.560 --> 01:35:12.940] here on a Friday evening, we're very blessed and fortunate and happy, she gave us an hour
[01:35:12.940 --> 01:35:17.920] and a half of her time and folks I'll tell you it's not easy to get Cybele Edmonds on
[01:35:17.920 --> 01:35:26.260] your program, someone of her stature and credibility and she told me, well just now and also she
[01:35:26.260 --> 01:35:31.800] had mentioned on an email, she hasn't granted hardly any interviews in the last several
[01:35:31.800 --> 01:35:38.020] years, she's only done about two interviews in the last like three years so really blessed
[01:35:38.020 --> 01:35:42.520] and fortunate here that we got Cybele Edmonds on the program, looks like the beginning of
[01:35:42.520 --> 01:35:48.720] a beautiful relationship, looks like the rule of law team will be able to help out the whistle,
[01:35:48.720 --> 01:35:54.920] her whistleblower's coalition, help these patriots be able to deal with lawsuits on
[01:35:54.920 --> 01:36:01.960] their own without having to be railroaded by attorneys, right Randy?
[01:36:01.960 --> 01:36:09.520] Yes and if we can get them empowered then they can really begin to change things and
[01:36:09.520 --> 01:36:17.480] I think we can do it, we've got the litigation engine coming up with this foreclosure issue
[01:36:17.480 --> 01:36:23.360] that I'm working on, I've got a pretty good sized set of paralegals so we've got a lot
[01:36:23.360 --> 01:36:30.760] of support building, we can begin to make a real difference but the best thing we got
[01:36:30.760 --> 01:36:39.360] and the best thing for her on the show is we got people like her, we got people out
[01:36:39.360 --> 01:36:45.000] here who are not just standing around talking and complaining, we got people out here who
[01:36:45.000 --> 01:36:51.840] are really doing things so I just want everybody to know I appreciate you guys, you make me
[01:36:51.840 --> 01:36:55.640]  look good.
[01:36:55.640 --> 01:37:02.960] Alright okay so folks if you'd like to call in about other topics or the current topics
[01:37:02.960 --> 01:37:07.180] that we've been discussing that's fine or if you have questions on traffic or other
[01:37:07.180 --> 01:37:15.040] related legal issues feel free to call in 512-646-1984, we've got another two and a
[01:37:15.040 --> 01:37:22.840] half hours of our Friday evening info marathon here on ruleoflawradio.com and Eddie you have
[01:37:22.840 --> 01:37:28.720] some issues concerning this case with Mike.
[01:37:28.720 --> 01:37:36.200] Yeah it seems like the Austin Police Department is just dead set on getting themselves thrown
[01:37:36.200 --> 01:37:37.880]  into a RICO suit.
[01:37:37.880 --> 01:37:42.360] Tell us what is happening, this is the Mike Handel case correct?
[01:37:42.360 --> 01:37:45.360] Yes the one with the TSA water bottle.
[01:37:45.360 --> 01:37:51.480] The TSA water bottle, TSA again, okay that's how it all started and I remember at one point
[01:37:51.480 --> 01:38:00.200] he got a call from an officer of the crisis management team or something, crisis intervention
[01:38:00.200 --> 01:38:08.200] unit to investigate him to see if he was crazy or a harm or a danger to himself or others
[01:38:08.200 --> 01:38:13.160] because he was filing motions and affidavits in his defense.
[01:38:13.160 --> 01:38:19.360] Okay so now they've escalated this situation, what's going on Eddie?
[01:38:19.360 --> 01:38:27.000] Well it would appear that what they did was a sergeant from that unit called today and
[01:38:27.000 --> 01:38:33.200] basically told Mike that well we've been asked to check on you some more because you have
[01:38:33.200 --> 01:38:42.320] filed so many complaints and so many other things in your court case in municipal court
[01:38:42.320 --> 01:38:47.280] and at first the officer tells him that this was initiated by someone in the municipal
[01:38:47.280 --> 01:38:48.280]  court.
[01:38:48.280 --> 01:38:54.000] Then he changes his mind and says it was initiated by someone in the chief's office and Michael
[01:38:54.000 --> 01:38:55.640] hangs right in there with him.
[01:38:55.640 --> 01:38:58.280] He is on him like a terrier.
[01:38:58.280 --> 01:39:02.240] He will not let him get away with not answering the question, well which chief, was it Chief
[01:39:02.240 --> 01:39:03.240]  Acevedo?
[01:39:03.240 --> 01:39:04.240]  No.
[01:39:04.240 --> 01:39:08.640] Well you said it's the chief's office and the cops like yeah well we have several chiefs
[01:39:08.640 --> 01:39:16.760] and I mean he is basically just open mouth insert foot on a constant basis here.
[01:39:16.760 --> 01:39:23.600] We do have a recording of it, Michael recorded him and it seems like today as well he got
[01:39:23.600 --> 01:39:27.640] another phone call which I have not got to go through and listen to yet.
[01:39:27.640 --> 01:39:31.760] So he got one yesterday and he got another one today.
[01:39:31.760 --> 01:39:36.640] These people are doing their best to intimidate him because he is fighting so hard in municipal
[01:39:36.640 --> 01:39:40.120] court against the corruptness that's going on there.
[01:39:40.120 --> 01:39:49.480] This is just amazing and all because the water bottle incident with TSA, Lord help us.
[01:39:49.480 --> 01:39:53.320] Alright well Eddie do you want me to play the clip?
[01:39:53.320 --> 01:39:56.960] This clip is 17 minutes long by the way, do you want me to play the whole thing?
[01:39:56.960 --> 01:39:58.640] We will have to break it up as this is going to go.
[01:39:58.640 --> 01:40:02.880] I have chopped it down as short as it can go and us still listen but I would really
[01:40:02.880 --> 01:40:08.040] like to play it because I want the people of Austin that are listening to see exactly
[01:40:08.040 --> 01:40:11.640] how these public servants think they are allowed to operate.
[01:40:11.640 --> 01:40:14.660] They are allowed to act as if they are not answerable to the public.
[01:40:14.660 --> 01:40:19.560] They can just call and demand information from us and we are expected to cooperate while
[01:40:19.560 --> 01:40:21.300] they just him and Hall.
[01:40:21.300 --> 01:40:26.320] The one thing you are going to get out of this is that these people completely fail
[01:40:26.320 --> 01:40:32.320] to understand that as public servants they are liable and responsible to us and that
[01:40:32.320 --> 01:40:39.440] when we ask a question we deserve and expect an answer.
[01:40:39.440 --> 01:40:44.400] Okay alright well apparently Mike Handel is on the line right now.
[01:40:44.400 --> 01:40:48.560] Mike thanks for calling in so tell us what happened.
[01:40:48.560 --> 01:40:52.960] Well I just want to thank you guys so much for all the help.
[01:40:52.960 --> 01:40:58.720] I really appreciate everything you do and I do not say it enough but I want you to know
[01:40:58.720 --> 01:41:04.240] that I think about you guys fondly very often and I want to really thank you for all the
[01:41:04.240 --> 01:41:07.240] help that you have provided.
[01:41:07.240 --> 01:41:17.200] Let's see, I have been going up the chain of command getting recordings and soon some
[01:41:17.200 --> 01:41:21.960] of them have been transcribed, some others will be transcribed very shortly and I am
[01:41:21.960 --> 01:41:25.920] working my way back to the source and I am getting close.
[01:41:25.920 --> 01:41:32.600] There is some good news, well or at least news, it is not yet to be determined how good
[01:41:32.600 --> 01:41:33.600]  it is.
[01:41:33.600 --> 01:41:41.720] The Attorney General is starting to look into it so the open records request office is now
[01:41:41.720 --> 01:41:47.480] pretty much putting pressure on the City of Austin to actually provide information.
[01:41:47.480 --> 01:41:54.280] But as I go up the chain of command it is a little scary because I started off as a
[01:41:54.280 --> 01:42:01.600] crisis intervention team and then supervisor for crisis intervention team and then his
[01:42:01.600 --> 01:42:09.640] supervisor is violent crime so it has yet to be explained to me why merely filing an
[01:42:09.640 --> 01:42:21.480] affidavit and filing subpoenas and motions are somehow qualify in that category but had
[01:42:21.480 --> 01:42:30.280] numerous confirming statements from different officers that initial request for all this
[01:42:30.280 --> 01:42:38.600] information both lead to upper command chain APD and also City Hall and ultimately originated
[01:42:38.600 --> 01:42:46.680] at Austin Municipal Court and I have more specific information than that but don't necessarily
[01:42:46.680 --> 01:42:55.940] want to over publicize it too early so there is also another entity that is requesting
[01:42:55.940 --> 01:43:02.000] information from me so I spent a lot of time today I probably end up having 200, 300 pages
[01:43:02.000 --> 01:43:09.880] of information provided to them evidence and motions and other things so that is also kind
[01:43:09.880 --> 01:43:19.720] of encouraging so I don't know on a daily basis it is constantly changing it is really
[01:43:19.720 --> 01:43:26.200] kind of amazing is there anything else I can provide?
[01:43:26.200 --> 01:43:31.080] Yeah whenever you get through suing the pants off of them and get filthy rich you can support
[01:43:31.080 --> 01:43:32.080]  the network.
[01:43:32.080 --> 01:43:37.600] Well that is definitely you know if I need to go that way then you guys are going to
[01:43:37.600 --> 01:43:40.360] definitely be treated very well for all the help.
[01:43:40.360 --> 01:43:42.720] Well that is nice you know.
[01:43:42.720 --> 01:43:45.760] Alright listen we are going to break Mike do you want to stay on the line do you have
[01:43:45.760 --> 01:43:46.760]  other comments to make?
[01:43:46.760 --> 01:43:48.760] Sure whatever you guys want me to do.
[01:43:48.760 --> 01:43:53.160] Okay alright we will be right back folks this is the rule of law Randy Kelton Eddie Craig

[01:50:01.440 --> 01:50:11.440] who asked you to investigate?
[01:50:11.440 --> 01:50:21.440] What do you mean you don't get into that?
[01:50:21.440 --> 01:50:31.440] I sent my officer out there, Officer Williamson, to come out and talk to you, and he did, and we were satisfied.
[01:50:31.440 --> 01:50:37.440]  No, he's one of my officers.
[01:50:37.440 --> 01:50:43.440]  It came from the Chief's office.
[01:50:43.440 --> 01:50:49.440] It came from the office of our administration.
[01:50:49.440 --> 01:50:55.440] It matters to me, sir.
[01:50:55.440 --> 01:51:01.440] It came from your Chief? Who did it come from?
[01:51:01.440 --> 01:51:07.440] What does the Chief's office do for you?
[01:51:07.440 --> 01:51:15.440] There are five or six Chiefs in the police department.
[01:51:15.440 --> 01:51:21.440] All the representatives run the department.
[01:51:21.440 --> 01:51:29.440] So you took a message, you have no idea who it was, could it have been someone in the public that just told you to do it then?
[01:51:29.440 --> 01:51:35.440] So what do you need?
[01:51:35.440 --> 01:51:43.440] I asked one of my officers to do it.
[01:51:43.440 --> 01:51:47.440] Do you have any paperwork with that?
[01:51:47.440 --> 01:51:51.440]  What, you have a subpoena?
[01:51:51.440 --> 01:51:59.440] Do you have a subpoena, sir? Is that what you said?
[01:51:59.440 --> 01:52:09.440] I'm not making any accusations, I'm just asking, you know, where did this request come from?
[01:52:09.440 --> 01:52:13.440]  You haven't, because you haven't answered, sir.
[01:52:13.440 --> 01:52:15.440] Where it came from does not matter.
[01:52:15.440 --> 01:52:19.440]  It matters to me, and that's what's important.
[01:52:19.440 --> 01:52:23.440] Did you have a complaint on my officer or something the other day?
[01:52:23.440 --> 01:52:31.440] Could you please tell me where the request came from?
[01:52:31.440 --> 01:52:37.440] It came from the Chief's office. Do you have a specific Chief?
[01:52:37.440 --> 01:52:39.440]  No.
[01:52:39.440 --> 01:52:41.440]  You don't know?
[01:52:41.440 --> 01:52:43.440] Was this Art Acevedo? Was he the one?
[01:52:43.440 --> 01:52:45.440]  No.
[01:52:45.440 --> 01:52:49.440] Was it Edward Robinson or Eddie Robinson?
[01:52:49.440 --> 01:52:51.440]  I don't know an Eddie Robinson.
[01:52:51.440 --> 01:52:53.440] Well, which Chief made the request?
[01:52:53.440 --> 01:52:55.440] Did you have an issue with my officer the other day?
[01:52:55.440 --> 01:52:59.440] I have an issue with you because you're not answering my question.
[01:52:59.440 --> 01:53:01.440]  I don't think I need to give you any information.
[01:53:01.440 --> 01:53:03.440] You just have to do it because you're a public servant.
[01:53:03.440 --> 01:53:05.440] Is there anything else I can help you with?
[01:53:05.440 --> 01:53:07.440] You haven't helped me with this yet.
[01:53:07.440 --> 01:53:10.440]  No, Eddie, we're on a DSR conversation.
[01:53:10.440 --> 01:53:14.440] No, it's not because I really would like you to provide that information, sir.
[01:53:14.440 --> 01:53:17.440]  Okay.
[01:53:17.440 --> 01:53:20.440]  Who requested this?
[01:53:20.440 --> 01:53:22.440] I'm not going to answer that question. I've already told you.
[01:53:22.440 --> 01:53:25.440]  No, you haven't answered. That's why I'm asking.
[01:53:25.440 --> 01:53:28.440] So who asked you to investigate?
[01:53:28.440 --> 01:53:30.440]  Investigate what?
[01:53:30.440 --> 01:53:31.440]  What?
[01:53:31.440 --> 01:53:32.440]  Investigate what?
[01:53:32.440 --> 01:53:34.440]  Investigate me.
[01:53:34.440 --> 01:53:37.440] I was asked to go after it and see if you were okay
[01:53:37.440 --> 01:53:44.440] because apparently you were filing hundreds of subpoenas in the municipal court area.
[01:53:44.440 --> 01:53:48.440] Hundreds of subpoenas now? Who told you that?
[01:53:48.440 --> 01:53:50.440]  I'm not going to say.
[01:53:50.440 --> 01:53:53.440] So you said hundreds of subpoenas in the Austin municipal court?
[01:53:53.440 --> 01:53:55.440] I was asked to see if everything was okay with you.
[01:53:55.440 --> 01:53:57.440]  That's what we do, sir.
[01:53:57.440 --> 01:53:59.440] So everything seemed to be fine.
[01:53:59.440 --> 01:54:02.440] It's not illegal to file that subpoena.
[01:54:02.440 --> 01:54:05.440]  It's very unusual for that many.
[01:54:05.440 --> 01:54:08.440]  Well, I don't believe I've filed hundreds of subpoenas.
[01:54:08.440 --> 01:54:12.440] I don't know how many you filed. I was told you were filing lots.
[01:54:12.440 --> 01:54:13.440]  Lots of subpoenas?
[01:54:13.440 --> 01:54:14.440]  Yes.
[01:54:14.440 --> 01:54:16.440]  Really? How many is a lot?
[01:54:16.440 --> 01:54:18.440]  I don't know. How many is a lot?
[01:54:18.440 --> 01:54:19.440]  I'm asking you. It's your definition.
[01:54:19.440 --> 01:54:20.440]  I'm asking you how many is a lot.
[01:54:20.440 --> 01:54:22.440]  It's your definition.
[01:54:22.440 --> 01:54:23.440]  Okay.
[01:54:23.440 --> 01:54:24.440]  How many is a lot?
[01:54:24.440 --> 01:54:25.440]  I don't know.
[01:54:25.440 --> 01:54:28.440] You don't know? You don't know your own definition of your own word?
[01:54:28.440 --> 01:54:30.440] Okay. What do you mean, sir?
[01:54:30.440 --> 01:54:33.440] Sir, I really don't like to go round and round in this.
[01:54:33.440 --> 01:54:38.440] If you please tell me who asked you to investigate, then I go talk to that person.
[01:54:38.440 --> 01:54:39.440]  Okay.
[01:54:39.440 --> 01:54:42.440]  Otherwise, you're shielding that person.
[01:54:42.440 --> 01:54:44.440]  Do you understand that?
[01:54:44.440 --> 01:54:50.440] You open yourself up to problems if you continue to shield that person.
[01:54:50.440 --> 01:54:51.440]  So please tell me...
[01:54:51.440 --> 01:54:55.440] Do you need any psychiatric care? Do you need some mental health care or a unit?
[01:54:55.440 --> 01:55:03.440] Sir, I need you to provide that information of who asked you to contact me.
[01:55:03.440 --> 01:55:07.440] Now please tell me who began this process.
[01:55:07.440 --> 01:55:09.440] All right. Do I have to answer that question?
[01:55:09.440 --> 01:55:12.440] So you want to shield that person? Is that it?
[01:55:12.440 --> 01:55:14.440]  I'm not shielding anybody, sir.
[01:55:14.440 --> 01:55:16.440]  Well, you won't produce that information.
[01:55:16.440 --> 01:55:18.440] You sound like you're very angry about something.
[01:55:18.440 --> 01:55:20.440]  No, I'm not, sir. I really just...
[01:55:20.440 --> 01:55:23.440] Do you have any kind of mental illness or something?
[01:55:23.440 --> 01:55:31.440] Well, do you have a mental disability or you're unable to answer a question?
[01:55:31.440 --> 01:55:33.440] Okay. All right. Our conversation is done.
[01:55:33.440 --> 01:55:37.440]  Thank you very much, sir. Bye-bye.
[01:55:37.440 --> 01:55:43.440] Hello. Is this Mike Turner?
[01:55:43.440 --> 01:55:44.440]  Yes, speaking.
[01:55:44.440 --> 01:55:47.440] Hi. This is Mike Handel again. You just hung up on me?
[01:55:47.440 --> 01:55:53.440] Sir, we're not completely in for it. If I can shoot you anyway...
[01:55:53.440 --> 01:55:54.440] Then badger back and forth.
[01:55:54.440 --> 01:55:58.440]  Well, I don't want to badger. I'm just simply asking a question.
[01:55:58.440 --> 01:55:59.440]  And I gave you my answer.
[01:55:59.440 --> 01:56:00.440]  What is your answer?
[01:56:00.440 --> 01:56:02.440] I'm not going to answer that question.
[01:56:02.440 --> 01:56:05.440] So you're going to shield the chief's office. Is that correct?
[01:56:05.440 --> 01:56:06.440]  I'm not shielding anybody, sir.
[01:56:06.440 --> 01:56:08.440] Are you going to shield the chief's office?
[01:56:08.440 --> 01:56:11.440]  I'm not shielding anybody. It just doesn't matter.
[01:56:11.440 --> 01:56:18.440] It matters to me. I don't care if it doesn't matter to you. It does matter to me.
[01:56:18.440 --> 01:56:21.440] Well, we came out there to discuss with you.
[01:56:21.440 --> 01:56:26.440] And we were satisfied that you were not in any danger under any crisis.
[01:56:26.440 --> 01:56:28.440] So we looked at the situation.
[01:56:28.440 --> 01:56:34.440] That I was not in any danger? Is that what you determined?
[01:56:34.440 --> 01:56:40.440] Is that your determination that I'm not in any danger so that you didn't talk to me then?
[01:56:40.440 --> 01:56:42.440] How did you make that determination?
[01:56:42.440 --> 01:56:45.440] Did Officer Williamson talk to you?
[01:56:45.440 --> 01:56:47.440]  I have spoken with Officer Williamson.
[01:56:47.440 --> 01:56:49.440]  All right.
[01:56:49.440 --> 01:56:53.440] So how did you make that determination at that day?
[01:56:53.440 --> 01:56:55.440]  By talking to you.
[01:56:55.440 --> 01:56:56.440]  What?
[01:56:56.440 --> 01:57:00.440] By talking to you or talking to people around you.
[01:57:00.440 --> 01:57:01.440]  Looking at the circumstances.
[01:57:01.440 --> 01:57:03.440] He hadn't spoken to me that day.
[01:57:03.440 --> 01:57:04.440]  Huh?
[01:57:04.440 --> 01:57:06.440] He hadn't spoken to me that day.
[01:57:06.440 --> 01:57:08.440] Did he not? He just completely spoke to you.
[01:57:08.440 --> 01:57:09.440]  What?
[01:57:09.440 --> 01:57:10.440]  Did he?
[01:57:10.440 --> 01:57:11.440] Did he speak to you or not speak to you?
[01:57:11.440 --> 01:57:12.440]  Not that day.
[01:57:12.440 --> 01:57:17.440] Okay. Did he speak to you at all? Has he ever spoke to you?
[01:57:17.440 --> 01:57:18.440]  Yes.
[01:57:18.440 --> 01:57:22.440] Okay. Then I guess he didn't even do anything to speak to you.
[01:57:22.440 --> 01:57:30.440] So in no conversation that I've had with Officer Williamson, did he ever even ask any questions of that nature?
[01:57:30.440 --> 01:57:31.440]  What nature?
[01:57:31.440 --> 01:57:34.440] The nature that if I was in danger.
[01:57:34.440 --> 01:57:35.440]  Are you in danger?
[01:57:35.440 --> 01:57:37.440]  Well, I may be.
[01:57:37.440 --> 01:57:40.440] Okay. Explain to me how you're in danger.
[01:57:40.440 --> 01:57:48.440] Sir, I'm simply stating that in no time has anyone ever asked that question until now.
[01:57:48.440 --> 01:57:49.440]  Okay.
[01:57:49.440 --> 01:57:50.440]  What happened?
[01:57:50.440 --> 01:57:59.440] And all I get from you is denial of who wanted to begin this investigation.
[01:57:59.440 --> 01:58:02.440] That's not really an investigation. We came out just to talk to you.
[01:58:02.440 --> 01:58:04.440]  That's an investigation.
[01:58:04.440 --> 01:58:07.440] Whatever you want to call it, who initiated that process?
[01:58:07.440 --> 01:58:09.440] Who above you asked you to perform that task?
[01:58:09.440 --> 01:58:11.440]  I initiated it.
[01:58:11.440 --> 01:58:12.440]  You initiated it now?
[01:58:12.440 --> 01:58:13.440]  Yes.
[01:58:13.440 --> 01:58:15.440]  So the Chief's Office, who?
[01:58:15.440 --> 01:58:17.440] So you randomly go through...
[01:58:17.440 --> 01:58:18.440]  Once again.
[01:58:18.440 --> 01:58:21.440] All right, folks. We're going to break.
[01:58:21.440 --> 01:58:25.440] This is something else. Mike is all over this guy.
