[00:00.000 --> 00:04.680] This news brief brought to you by the International News Net.
[00:04.680 --> 00:08.840] Militants in Iraq have used cheap, off-the-shelf software
[00:08.840 --> 00:13.520] to intercept live video feeds from U.S. predator drones.
[00:13.520 --> 00:18.760] Senior defense and intelligence officials said Iran-backed insurgents took advantage
[00:18.760 --> 00:22.960] of an unprotected communications link in some of the drone systems.
[00:22.960 --> 00:27.840] Shiite fighters in Iraq used a $26 software program
[00:27.840 --> 00:31.600] like SkyGrabber to capture the feeds.
[00:31.600 --> 00:36.800] Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair says the global economic crisis
[00:36.800 --> 00:42.680] already looms as the most serious one in decades, if not in centuries.
[00:42.680 --> 00:46.880] Blair made it clear that while unrest was currently only happening in Europe,
[00:46.880 --> 00:50.200] he was worried that this could happen in the U.S.
[00:50.200 --> 00:55.480] NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen arrived in Moscow Wednesday,
[00:55.480 --> 01:00.640] asking Russia to support NATO with arms and military training in Afghanistan.
[01:00.640 --> 01:05.640] Observers say Russian arms are reliable, better and easier to use
[01:05.640 --> 01:08.120] under extreme conditions in Afghanistan.
[01:08.120 --> 01:12.440] This news brief brought to you by the International News Net.
[01:12.440 --> 01:16.320] A House of Representatives oversight subcommittee said Wednesday,
[01:16.320 --> 01:20.000] it is investigating allegations that private security companies
[01:20.000 --> 01:23.560] hired to protect U.S. military convoys in Afghanistan
[01:23.560 --> 01:28.240] are paying off warlords and the Taliban to ensure safe passage.
[01:28.240 --> 01:31.160] Committee Chairman Representative John Tierney said,
[01:31.160 --> 01:36.280] if shown to be true, it would mean the United States is unintentionally engaged
[01:36.280 --> 01:40.760] in a vast protection racket and indirectly funding the very insurgents
[01:40.760 --> 01:42.120] we are trying to fight.
[01:42.120 --> 01:45.560] Tierney's investigators have focused on eight trucking companies
[01:45.560 --> 01:50.920] that share a $2.2 billion Pentagon contract to carry goods and material
[01:50.920 --> 01:54.200] from main supply points inside Afghanistan
[01:54.200 --> 01:57.720] to more than 100 forward operating bases in the country.
[01:57.720 --> 02:03.320] Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke has been named Time Magazine's
[02:03.320 --> 02:04.840] Person of the Year.
[02:04.840 --> 02:08.800] The website Infowars says Bernanke is being hailed as a savior
[02:08.800 --> 02:12.000] after overseeing the worsening of the financial crisis,
[02:12.000 --> 02:15.160] the looting of the American economy by foreign banks
[02:15.160 --> 02:17.080] and the destruction of the dollar.
[02:17.080 --> 02:21.320] Infowars says the magazine states Bernanke launched a campaign
[02:21.320 --> 02:25.560] to demystify the Fed, yet Bernanke consistently lobbied
[02:25.560 --> 02:29.480] to protect the Fed's independence while refusing to answer questions
[02:29.480 --> 02:31.200] about its decision making.
[02:31.200 --> 02:35.840] Infowars says Bernanke has overseen the handing over of trillions of dollars
[02:35.840 --> 02:40.000] to foreign banks and has defied lawsuits in order to keep secret
[02:40.000 --> 02:42.040] the money's destination.
[02:42.040 --> 02:46.280] Infowars says the award should really have gone to Congressman Ron Paul
[02:46.280 --> 02:49.960] who has consistently exposed how the Fed delivered the financial crisis
[02:49.960 --> 02:53.440] to America and the world via excessive spending,
[02:53.440 --> 02:56.240] debt expansion and monetary inflation.
[02:56.240 --> 03:20.640] You are listening to the Rule of Law Radio Network at RuleOfLawRadio.com,
[03:20.640 --> 03:48.640] and you are listening to the Rule of Law Radio Network at RuleOfLawRadio.com.
[03:48.640 --> 04:15.640] Thank you very much for listening to the Rule of Law Radio Network at RuleOfLawRadio.
[04:15.640 --> 04:34.040] All right, bad boys, what are you going to do when we come for you?
[04:34.040 --> 04:40.480] Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig, Mike Maris, Debra Stevens,
[04:40.480 --> 04:45.840] the whole crew here at RuleOfLawRadio, RuleOfLawRadio.com.
[04:45.840 --> 04:47.760] We have a few announcements.
[04:47.760 --> 04:49.320] We're going to have Mike Maris on tonight.
[04:49.320 --> 04:53.640] He is actually on with us right now to give a report and an update
[04:53.640 --> 04:59.000] since last Friday when he was a guest, but we have a few announcements to make.
[04:59.000 --> 05:03.480] The seminar materials are ready for download, yay, finally.
[05:03.480 --> 05:05.040] The audio is finished.
[05:05.040 --> 05:07.480] I finished mastering and editing the audio finally.
[05:07.480 --> 05:08.640] It was a huge job.
[05:08.640 --> 05:11.040] It took me weeks and weeks, but we got it.
[05:11.040 --> 05:12.960] I got it finished finally.
[05:12.960 --> 05:14.520] It's uploaded to the server.
[05:14.520 --> 05:16.880] Everything's set in place.
[05:16.880 --> 05:20.400] All the materials from the seminar have been uploaded to the server.
[05:20.400 --> 05:22.280] I've got the special download page.
[05:22.280 --> 05:25.120] I've got the PayPal button, the whole nine yards.
[05:25.120 --> 05:31.600] So now you too can participate in the RuleOfLawRadio traffic seminar put on by Eddie Craig
[05:31.600 --> 05:38.080] and Randy Kelton and myself for the low, low price of 250 bucks.
[05:38.080 --> 05:42.680] Now the video will be coming in a few weeks, but I had to finish editing all the audio
[05:42.680 --> 05:43.680] first.
[05:43.680 --> 05:47.360] I had to do all the audio editing before I could even give the stuff to my video editor
[05:47.360 --> 05:53.000] because the video edits have to be matched to the audio edit.
[05:53.000 --> 06:00.280] So that will be coming in a few weeks, but you can get the audio now and all the materials
[06:00.280 --> 06:05.120] and a bunch of new documents that have been written since the seminar.
[06:05.120 --> 06:11.280] Now folks who did attend the seminar, you will be getting an email from me shortly,
[06:11.280 --> 06:19.040] probably later tonight with a username and password to access the download page so that
[06:19.040 --> 06:25.720] you can download the audio and download the updated, Eddie's updated book, his 250 page
[06:25.720 --> 06:32.920] book on the transportation code plus other documents and research tools as well, bouviers,
[06:32.920 --> 06:34.160] blacks.
[06:34.160 --> 06:35.760] There's a bunch of case law in there.
[06:35.760 --> 06:43.400] I mean a literal smorgasbord of information that you will get as part of the seminar package.
[06:43.400 --> 06:48.320] I actually can't directly sell some of these things, but we're just including them as freebies
[06:48.320 --> 06:52.440] for download when you buy the seminar package.
[06:52.440 --> 06:57.760] And of course the participants in the seminar will get the video for free as well once that
[06:57.760 --> 06:58.940] is finished.
[06:58.940 --> 07:02.120] So we got it in time for the Christmas holidays.
[07:02.120 --> 07:07.320] So folks out there if you haven't gotten presents for your friends yet, family members, this
[07:07.320 --> 07:14.360] will be a great gift and a great way to support rule of law radio, support the network, support
[07:14.360 --> 07:18.640] this show, keep us on the air, help us pay for the infrastructure to do this and help
[07:18.640 --> 07:20.640] us expand.
[07:20.640 --> 07:27.560] And before we go to Mike Maris, we've got an update concerning the low power FM situation
[07:27.560 --> 07:28.560] nationwide.
[07:28.560 --> 07:38.120] There was a House bill that was passed today, and this is in DC, the Local Community Radio
[07:38.120 --> 07:45.880] Act was passed that would potentially open up hundreds of new power, new low power FMs
[07:45.880 --> 07:52.200] by requiring the FCC to do away with its third adjacent minimum separation requirement for
[07:52.200 --> 07:55.080] most FMs.
[07:55.080 --> 08:01.740] Right now there has to be more than three clicks away from any FM in order to put another
[08:01.740 --> 08:04.340] station which is ridiculous.
[08:04.340 --> 08:06.080] There's no interference.
[08:06.080 --> 08:08.800] There's been studies done that show there's no interference.
[08:08.800 --> 08:16.960] A 2003 MITRE study on low power FM said, we definitely know there will be no interference
[08:16.960 --> 08:22.040] caused by reducing the required separation between new low power broadcasts and existing
[08:22.040 --> 08:23.040] full power.
[08:23.040 --> 08:31.440] Okay, so it's taken six years for that MITRE study to actually make any impact as far
[08:31.440 --> 08:33.880] as legislation is concerned.
[08:33.880 --> 08:37.740] Now we have a concern about this bill.
[08:37.740 --> 08:43.120] Some people may say, yay, it sounds great on its face, but actually it's like, ooh,
[08:43.120 --> 08:50.720] this could be really, really bad because there are no restrictions preventing mainstream
[08:50.720 --> 08:58.960] media corporations, the five conglomerates, the five oligarchs of that control and run
[08:58.960 --> 09:06.560] all media in this country except for ours and GCN and a few other networks like ours
[09:06.560 --> 09:14.000] and people who run low power FMs, micro radio broadcasts and such.
[09:14.000 --> 09:20.000] Except for that, five media oligarchs own and run all media in the country including
[09:20.000 --> 09:24.920] all local TV stations, local newspapers, local radio stations, everything.
[09:24.920 --> 09:30.760] And there's nothing in this bill to prevent those oligarchs from scarfing up in a big
[09:30.760 --> 09:38.760] hurry potentially all the new licenses that could be created under this new house bill.
[09:38.760 --> 09:45.620] So what we need to do is we need folks out there who are interested in this and who have
[09:45.620 --> 09:51.200] a little bit of time, please contact your senators and your house reps because this
[09:51.200 --> 09:55.480] bill will go back to the house obviously after the senate because there's going to be different
[09:55.480 --> 10:00.080] versions and differences have to be worked out between the house bill and the senate
[10:00.080 --> 10:01.080] bill.
[10:01.080 --> 10:09.200] You need to lobby your legislators, senators and house members to modify this legislation
[10:09.200 --> 10:21.000] to only allow local individuals who have never had a FCC license before to be allowed to
[10:21.000 --> 10:22.960] apply for these licenses.
[10:22.960 --> 10:28.240] If an entity, any corporate entity or any other entity, individual, whatever, already
[10:28.240 --> 10:35.840] owns multiple licenses or any other license at all, then that can't be allowed because
[10:35.840 --> 10:42.800] what's going to happen is it will seal up the airwaves and lock it down permanently
[10:42.800 --> 10:47.480] preventing people like us from ever being able to access any airwaves at all.
[10:47.480 --> 10:55.160] The only reason that the low power micros have been able to get by without being shut
[10:55.160 --> 11:00.300] down is because the low power micros across the country are not causing any interference.
[11:00.300 --> 11:07.680] But if they start, if the big media oligarchs start scarfing up all the new licenses that
[11:07.680 --> 11:12.400] would be created under this house bill, there's not, there's definitely not going to be any
[11:12.400 --> 11:16.520] room on the spectrum at all for people like us.
[11:16.520 --> 11:24.840] So you need to lobby your legislators at the federal level to put in restrictions, serious
[11:24.840 --> 11:32.280] restrictions on this bill to prevent the media oligarchs from scarfing up these licenses.
[11:32.280 --> 11:39.360] So that's the update on the low power FM situation at the national level.
[11:39.360 --> 11:45.320] And now we are ready to go to our guest who will be on with us for a little while, Mike
[11:45.320 --> 11:53.240] Miras, with an update concerning what's been going on since he's been on as a guest this
[11:53.240 --> 11:57.640] past Friday, Michael, thank you for joining us tonight.
[11:57.640 --> 11:58.640] Thank you, Deb.
[11:58.640 --> 12:06.440] I'm glad to be here as usual and Randy and Greg and everybody else.
[12:06.440 --> 12:12.680] This is just something I got today, I don't know if you remember last Friday night I had
[12:12.680 --> 12:18.000] a call in from a gentleman that I knew by the name of Mark from Rhode Island.
[12:18.000 --> 12:21.440] And I've worked with Mark for a couple of years.
[12:21.440 --> 12:25.920] We've gotten to know each other very well and he's been in the federal courts, it's
[12:25.920 --> 12:30.340] either his third or fourth case, I forget which.
[12:30.340 --> 12:38.480] This one was one of the tougher ones and the attorney is up against his very, very arrogant
[12:38.480 --> 12:45.760] snide remarks hanging up on Mark when he calls to talk to him and this kind of stuff.
[12:45.760 --> 12:56.000] And Mark today got an email from his legal assistant who's also an attorney and I'd
[12:56.000 --> 12:57.000] just like to read it.
[12:57.000 --> 13:02.760] It's only a couple of paragraphs but I think you'll get a kick out of it.
[13:02.760 --> 13:10.640] This was a case, a little background, a case over credit card and major bank, I won't mention
[13:10.640 --> 13:14.440] Mark's last name, I won't mention the name of the bank because I don't want to compromise
[13:14.440 --> 13:16.720] anybody's situation at this point.
[13:16.720 --> 13:21.440] But let me read the email, Mark forwarded it to me and this is signed by the attorney
[13:21.440 --> 13:22.440] and what have you.
[13:22.440 --> 13:27.120] This is up in Rhode Island, federal court up in Rhode Island in Providence.
[13:27.120 --> 13:36.120] Big black letters bold at the top of the email page, it says for settlement purposes only
[13:36.120 --> 13:44.040] offer to compromise not admissible under rule 408 of the federal rules of evidence and then
[13:44.040 --> 13:50.000] it starts, dear Mr. Mark, I won't give you his last name so I'll just say Mark, dear
[13:50.000 --> 13:57.880] Mr. Mark, this letter is an offer to compromise under rule 408 of the federal rules of evidence
[13:57.880 --> 13:58.880] 2009.
[13:58.880 --> 14:07.280] As such, neither this letter nor any of the information contained herein may be admitted
[14:07.280 --> 14:09.840] into evidence.
[14:09.840 --> 14:18.400] New paragraph, I am authorized to offer you $2,500 on behalf of Blank Card Services North
[14:18.400 --> 14:23.520] America to completely resolve this dispute.
[14:23.520 --> 14:29.160] A complete resolution of this dispute means that you agree to dismiss the present lawsuit
[14:29.160 --> 14:35.760] and release all claims that you asserted or might have asserted in the lawsuit relating
[14:35.760 --> 14:42.720] to the disputed Fair Credit Reporting Act violations identified in your complaint.
[14:42.720 --> 14:52.880] A complete resolution of this litigation will avoid additional expenditures and time and
[14:52.880 --> 14:54.360] resources for all parties.
[14:54.360 --> 14:56.560] I'll read that one more time.
[14:56.560 --> 15:03.720] A complete resolution of this litigation will avoid additional expenditures of time and
[15:03.720 --> 15:05.760] resources for all parties.
[15:05.760 --> 15:07.600] They mean for themselves.
[15:07.600 --> 15:09.160] Where have you heard that before?
[15:09.160 --> 15:14.160] Like I said, they mean for themselves.
[15:14.160 --> 15:22.920] New paragraph, and this is going to just about end it, in addition to the payment of $2,500,
[15:22.920 --> 15:29.560] Blank Card Services will release the credit card debt and judgments.
[15:29.560 --> 15:36.600] Please note that Blank Card will file a motion in the Rhode Island Superior Court to overturn
[15:36.600 --> 15:43.240] the order you obtained that vacated Blank Card's valid judgments in the event this offer
[15:43.240 --> 15:46.840] to compromise is rejected by you.
[15:46.840 --> 15:52.760] This offer expires at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, December 22, 2009.
[15:52.760 --> 16:01.400] Please contact me by then if you accept this offer, sincerely signed by the attorney.
[16:01.400 --> 16:06.040] This is one of the things Mark talked about, overturning the judgments in the lower court
[16:06.040 --> 16:12.440] because they were obtained, if you remember, by the National Arbitration Forum, the NAF,
[16:12.440 --> 16:16.720] that got shut down for fraud.
[16:16.720 --> 16:25.040] The big thing is that Mark got those judgments vacated with prejudice, which means you can't
[16:25.040 --> 16:26.040] bring it again.
[16:26.040 --> 16:29.680] So how the heck are they going to get it turned over?
[16:29.680 --> 16:34.120] The judge ruled, I'm dismissing this thing with prejudice.
[16:34.120 --> 16:39.920] Yeah, so that's like an empty threat in that letter, isn't it?
[16:39.920 --> 16:40.920] It sure is.
[16:40.920 --> 16:41.920] In that email.
[16:41.920 --> 16:42.920] Okay, listen, we're going to break.
[16:42.920 --> 16:44.720] I want to talk about this more on the other side.
[16:44.720 --> 16:52.120] We've got Mike Amiris with us, callers on the line, 512-646-1984, and Randy's going
[16:52.120 --> 17:00.480] to talk about some due process tonight too, we'll be right back.
[17:00.480 --> 17:03.960] You feel tired when talking about important topics like money and politics?
[17:03.960 --> 17:04.960] Sorry!
[17:04.960 --> 17:07.800] Are you confused by words like the Constitution or the Federal Reserve?
[17:07.800 --> 17:08.800] What?
[17:08.800 --> 17:12.680] If so, you may be diagnosed with the deadliest disease known today, stupidity.
[17:12.680 --> 17:18.160] Hi, my name is Steve Holt, and like millions of other Americans, I was diagnosed with stupidity
[17:18.160 --> 17:19.360] at an early age.
[17:19.360 --> 17:23.360] I had no idea that the number one cause of the disease is found in almost every home
[17:23.360 --> 17:25.440] in America, the television.
[17:25.440 --> 17:30.480] Unfortunately, that puts most Americans at risk of catching stupidity, but there is hope.
[17:30.480 --> 17:34.240] The staff at Brave New Books have helped me and thousands of other Foxaholics suffering
[17:34.240 --> 17:39.160] from sports-zombieism recover, and because of Brave New Books, I now enjoy reading and
[17:39.160 --> 17:44.040] watching educational documentaries without feeling tired or uninterested, so if you or
[17:44.040 --> 17:51.280] anybody you know suffers from stupidity, then you need to call 512-480-2503 or visit them
[17:51.280 --> 17:54.880] at 1904Guadalupe or bravenewbookstore.com.
[17:54.880 --> 17:58.280] Side effects from using Brave New Books products may include discernment and enlarged vocabulary
[17:58.280 --> 18:16.440] and an overall increase in mental functioning.
[18:16.440 --> 18:20.120] Okay we are back with Michael Maris.
[18:20.120 --> 18:25.880] Okay Michael, so the judge dismissed this with prejudice, so they can't bring it back anyway,
[18:25.880 --> 18:29.600] and you were saying there is a big difference between filing a motion and actually having
[18:29.600 --> 18:30.600] it done.
[18:30.600 --> 18:31.600] Yeah, getting it done.
[18:31.600 --> 18:39.360] They are going to file a motion to try to get it reinstated, but the judge has got the
[18:39.360 --> 18:40.360] filing.
[18:40.360 --> 18:46.040] There is a 42-page filing from the Attorney General of the State of Minnesota on these
[18:46.040 --> 18:52.080] guys, why they shut them down, and I doubt like heck the judge is going to overturn that
[18:52.080 --> 18:53.600] and look the other way.
[18:53.600 --> 19:00.240] So I think there are chances of getting this reopened is slim to none.
[19:00.240 --> 19:06.800] The other side of this whole thing is Mark, during this litigation process they pulled
[19:06.800 --> 19:10.800] his credit report, and there is case law in the federal case, there is probably about
[19:10.800 --> 19:17.120] 20 cases about doing that, and it is impermissible to pull somebody's credit report when you
[19:17.120 --> 19:22.520] are in litigation, and these guys pulled his credit report twice.
[19:22.520 --> 19:25.800] And of course, how does he have proof of that?
[19:25.800 --> 19:32.440] He also, during the discovery process, asked them to produce documents, and he told them
[19:32.440 --> 19:38.120] to produce the credit reports you pulled, and they gave them to him, plus he can pull
[19:38.120 --> 19:43.600] his own credit reports from the service he has, and he can see the inquiries on the report.
[19:43.600 --> 19:55.000] So anyhow, the point is, it falls under Title 18, impermissible purpose, but it is punishable,
[19:55.000 --> 20:00.480] it is actually construed as a felony, punishable by fine or imprisonment, or both, up to two
[20:00.480 --> 20:02.760] years imprisonment.
[20:02.760 --> 20:06.800] So what he was going to do, and he is going to go back and answer them this, and tell
[20:06.800 --> 20:10.120] them, you know, he is going to ask them for more money, okay, there is no question about
[20:10.120 --> 20:14.280] that, because now it becomes the proverbial use card thing, you know, well, yeah, you
[20:14.280 --> 20:20.760] are offering me $2500, but, you know, I really want $5000, anyhow, he is going to go back
[20:20.760 --> 20:26.000] in and send that to them and say, oh, by the way, if you don't want to settle, you know,
[20:26.000 --> 20:30.120] we can move ahead on this case, but keep in mind, I am going to file another case against
[20:30.120 --> 20:37.320] you, and I am coming after you, Mr. So-and-so, and the young lady that sent this email, who
[20:37.320 --> 20:43.840] is a counselor at law, and the woman that pulled the credit report at the defendants,
[20:43.840 --> 20:48.760] the card services company, okay, the bank that actually pulled the report, he is going
[20:48.760 --> 20:54.160] to file a complaint in federal court against them for impermissibly pulling his credit
[20:54.160 --> 20:55.160] report.
[20:55.160 --> 21:00.560] So, you tell me what you want to do, that is your choice you have got, right?
[21:00.560 --> 21:03.360] That can result in criminal allegations as well.
[21:03.360 --> 21:09.000] Absolutely, under Title 18, very clear, invasion of privacy is part of it, okay?
[21:09.000 --> 21:10.000] Amazing.
[21:10.000 --> 21:14.360] And so, he is going to go back, I follow him, you know, be nice, don't get nasty, don't
[21:14.360 --> 21:18.560] get mouthy, you know, tell him here is what you think, and let them go back.
[21:18.560 --> 21:23.600] By law, they have got to go back to their client and present this to their client, you
[21:23.600 --> 21:27.360] know, and their client may come back with a little higher figure, he will come down
[21:27.360 --> 21:32.600] a little bit and it will settle, but this just happened today, he got emailed this morning
[21:32.600 --> 21:37.200] and he forwarded it to me, we talked earlier today about it and, you know, how we should
[21:37.200 --> 21:41.240] proceed with an answer to it and I kind of coached him on that and he is going to go
[21:41.240 --> 21:44.700] back to him and hit him and I said, you know, at this point you can walk away from this
[21:44.700 --> 21:50.240] whole thing and he is free and clear, he has got it and they are going to pay him $2,500
[21:50.240 --> 21:53.240] to do that, okay?
[21:53.240 --> 21:58.000] And you know, but he is so PO'd over the whole situation and you know, this lawyer,
[21:58.000 --> 22:04.520] this was the lawyer that he was talking to and the lawyer told him, Mr. Mark, you should
[22:04.520 --> 22:10.560] stay in a chiropractor and I will be the lawyer and hung up on him, okay?
[22:10.560 --> 22:19.360] So, Mark is, yeah, so Mark is pretty PO'd, but you know, I go back to my little response,
[22:19.360 --> 22:22.360] not bad for Beach Brum Pro-Salut again.
[22:22.360 --> 22:28.520] You look who is kicking who's butt in court, now who should go back to doing what?
[22:28.520 --> 22:31.080] Yeah, exactly, exactly.
[22:31.080 --> 22:34.080] The attorney could always become a chiropractor.
[22:34.080 --> 22:41.920] There you go, there you go, you know, exactly, exactly and you know, Mark was actually expecting
[22:41.920 --> 22:46.240] to go to trial on this case and so he was kind of in shock today when he got it.
[22:46.240 --> 22:50.840] I said, well, I said, it doesn't surprise me, they make a lot of threats and they are
[22:50.840 --> 22:54.920] going to do this and do that and finally somebody gets a white bull bought and so you know,
[22:54.920 --> 22:56.960] we are throwing good money after bad.
[22:56.960 --> 23:01.720] We go to trial, it's going to cost us $20,000, you know, I mean, come on.
[23:01.720 --> 23:07.960] So that's, he got his latest offer and that's the latest update, that was as of Friday.
[23:07.960 --> 23:15.760] So if none of you have any further questions, did you want me to talk about the disc?
[23:15.760 --> 23:24.080] Sure, absolutely and that product is available for purchase through ruleoflawradio.com on
[23:24.080 --> 23:25.080] the home page.
[23:25.080 --> 23:30.200] If you scroll down a little ways, you will see the blue banner talking about Michael,
[23:30.200 --> 23:32.880] the proven Michael Mears method.
[23:32.880 --> 23:33.880] So please go ahead.
[23:33.880 --> 23:39.040] There was just one little comment I would like to make that something that you pointed
[23:39.040 --> 23:40.080] to.
[23:40.080 --> 23:49.760] One thing I find is that the closer the other party gets to giving in, the louder and more
[23:49.760 --> 23:51.760] pompous they get.
[23:51.760 --> 23:52.760] Exactly.
[23:52.760 --> 23:53.760] Exactly.
[23:53.760 --> 23:59.520] See, they were going to, in this case, more could have judgments in the lower court and
[23:59.520 --> 24:04.080] they were going to pull them and actually they presented it to the federal court but
[24:04.080 --> 24:13.200] the dummies presented three-year-old documents that weren't certified or notarized and Mark,
[24:13.200 --> 24:18.720] like three days before they presented those documents, Mark had gone to the local superior
[24:18.720 --> 24:24.280] court, talked to the judge, showed the judge the documents and the judge kicked the case
[24:24.280 --> 24:26.120] right out.
[24:26.120 --> 24:30.400] So they were presenting documents that were three years old, you could almost go after
[24:30.400 --> 24:35.240] them for fraud on that because you're presenting documents that don't exist and he responded
[24:35.240 --> 24:40.000] back and he says, you know, I went down to the local superior court down there or district
[24:40.000 --> 24:43.600] court, whatever you want to call them, they're different in each state and I checked the
[24:43.600 --> 24:45.840] records and I couldn't find any case on the records.
[24:45.840 --> 24:47.840] What the heck are you talking about?
[24:47.840 --> 24:52.480] Yeah, got it vacated, got it kicked out, okay?
[24:52.480 --> 24:58.600] So and we knew they were going to use that as a defense, that's the only defense they
[24:58.600 --> 25:04.120] had and the point is in these cases it's not about money, I keep going over that, it's
[25:04.120 --> 25:08.200] about your civil rights being violated and that's what this is all about, that's your
[25:08.200 --> 25:15.160] only defense and when they realize they can't bring that in after a while, the lights come
[25:15.160 --> 25:22.480] on, the proverbial beer and the headlight type stuff and it's oh yeah, we have no defense,
[25:22.480 --> 25:26.280] yeah, now you better talk about what you did wrong and the things you didn't do when I
[25:26.280 --> 25:32.440] challenged you because that's why we're in this courtroom and it just works, it just
[25:32.440 --> 25:40.040] works but these guys were being belligerent enough, Mark and I counseled over this well
[25:40.040 --> 25:45.760] over a month ago and came up with that idea just to go down to the local court and present
[25:45.760 --> 25:52.440] them with these forging papers from the attorney general of the state of Minnesota where NAF
[25:52.440 --> 25:56.960] was, had gone after them for and shut them down for and he just showed the whole case
[25:56.960 --> 26:01.800] and everything to the judge and the judge says I'm kicking this out, that's, you know,
[26:01.800 --> 26:08.400] that judgment was fraudulently obtained so that's the point but talk about the disk,
[26:08.400 --> 26:15.680] we've had some folks come in since Friday night, I think six folks have purchased the
[26:15.680 --> 26:22.360] download, it's really not a disk folks, when you pay for this thing, we get notified and
[26:22.360 --> 26:27.440] notified by PayPal and then we just send you an email to your email address and it's attached
[26:27.440 --> 26:34.960] to a PDF document so it's like almost instantaneous and you'll have the disk on how to beat debt
[26:34.960 --> 26:40.560] collectors, I don't like to say beat, the disk is actually entitled, the documents are
[26:40.560 --> 26:47.440] titled how to stop debt collectors and I get emails from folks and, you know, it's been
[26:47.440 --> 26:52.800] paid and I send them back a little email and here's the information, it's in PDF, almost
[26:52.800 --> 26:57.800] immediate so there's hardly any time to wait and you'll get it very, very quickly.
[26:57.800 --> 27:05.440] Yes, this is wonderful news, six have been sold just since last Friday and folks we really
[27:05.440 --> 27:12.080] appreciate it because not only are you helping yourself, not only are you kicking these banksters
[27:12.080 --> 27:17.240] square in the pants but you're also supporting rule of law radio networks so this is wonderful
[27:17.240 --> 27:18.240] news.
[27:18.240 --> 27:23.680] Exactly and I've even gotten a couple of emails where this one gentleman contacted me, he
[27:23.680 --> 27:27.520] says, man, I'm going to get your information, he said, my wife is buying it for me for Christmas,
[27:27.520 --> 27:32.040] I just want to let you know so there are even some sitting in the background, they're waiting
[27:32.040 --> 27:36.200] to be downloaded as soon as they clear PayPal.
[27:36.200 --> 27:41.080] That's wonderful news, that's wonderful news, this stuff really does work folks, it really
[27:41.080 --> 27:42.080] does.
[27:42.080 --> 27:47.400] Well, it does and I've done it long enough now and I work with so many people doing it,
[27:47.400 --> 27:48.640] you've got to be attentive.
[27:48.640 --> 27:53.960] One of the things, I did receive an email from a party today that asked me to print
[27:53.960 --> 27:59.160] out all my cases from PACER, they said, well, we're not a member of PACER and I kind of
[27:59.160 --> 28:04.280] responded and I'm always trying to be polite but when I get an email like that that says
[28:04.280 --> 28:11.000] to me, you're not a member of PACER, it sends up a little flag for me that says, you know,
[28:11.000 --> 28:17.680] one of the things you have to learn when you do this stuff is you've got to research things
[28:17.680 --> 28:23.720] and the research is critical to winning in these cases, you know, know thy enemy as I
[28:23.720 --> 28:26.280] always say, know thy enemy.
[28:26.280 --> 28:31.720] You don't have to pay anything to be a member of PACER, now PACER is the government site
[28:31.720 --> 28:36.600] where they keep all these records, when you take somebody into federal court, it's a public
[28:36.600 --> 28:40.640] document, anybody can see the case.
[28:40.640 --> 28:47.200] So I recommend that people go in and, you know, query my last name and see my cases,
[28:47.200 --> 28:55.720] they're in there and to join PACER, there's no monies up front, you've got to have a debit
[28:55.720 --> 29:00.720] card, a credit card and even the money order will work with them, you send them a money
[29:00.720 --> 29:07.080] order for $10 or $20 and you get a credit but how they do it is they don't charge your
[29:07.080 --> 29:12.360] money order or your credit card or anything like that until you run up over $10 worth
[29:12.360 --> 29:14.360] of printouts.
[29:14.360 --> 29:22.040] Printouts are 8 cents a page, so you could do 100 pages and that's, what, $8, okay?
[29:22.040 --> 29:28.640] So you know, my cases, you could essentially print out the basic case to see what the complaint
[29:28.640 --> 29:34.040] looks like and, you know, it might be 5 or 6 or 7 pages, and...
[29:34.040 --> 29:40.160] All right, hold on, hold that thought, Mike, because we're going to break.
[29:40.160 --> 30:00.480] And callers, if you'd like to call in 512-646-1984, we'll be right back with Michael Maris.

[31:21.840 --> 31:41.480] Okay, when you're going to stop abuse your power, well, we're making them stop.
[31:41.480 --> 31:42.800] Mike Mears is making them stop.
[31:42.800 --> 31:44.920] Okay, so please continue, Mike.
[31:44.920 --> 31:47.640] You were discussing about PACER and...
[31:47.640 --> 31:52.600] It's important to get in there and join up, if you're going to do this stuff and you're
[31:52.600 --> 31:56.200] planning on taking these guys into federal court, if it goes that far, it doesn't always
[31:56.200 --> 31:57.200] go that far.
[31:57.200 --> 32:01.800] Generally, 50-50 on most of these, sometimes they just stop what they're doing and they
[32:01.800 --> 32:07.080] want to settle with you right away upon notice of pending lawsuit that should set them prior
[32:07.080 --> 32:08.080] to going into court.
[32:08.080 --> 32:11.280] Give them a chance to fix the problem before you go in.
[32:11.280 --> 32:16.080] But if you go into that federal court, you're going to need to access PACER and the reason,
[32:16.080 --> 32:18.800] there's a couple of reasons, one is research purposes.
[32:18.800 --> 32:20.400] Again, know thy enemy.
[32:20.400 --> 32:26.480] If you're up against ABC Bank, you go into PACER and query ABC Bank and see how many
[32:26.480 --> 32:28.600] times they've been sued.
[32:28.600 --> 32:32.600] And you can look at all the cases there and see why they've been sued, and I'm pretty
[32:32.600 --> 32:38.760] sure you'll find a case based on the same reason you're taking them in for.
[32:38.760 --> 32:44.260] They've been through this before, okay, but what this does is just builds your confidence.
[32:44.260 --> 32:46.440] You know what the heck is going on.
[32:46.440 --> 32:52.160] The other part is, is once you do get into the federal court, you can generally obtain
[32:52.160 --> 32:59.340] permission from the presiding judge to upload documents to PACER, okay?
[32:59.340 --> 33:06.680] But the lawyers already have it, so when they file a response to a motion or a pleading
[33:06.680 --> 33:12.880] or anything like that, the lawyers can upload it immediately from their office and it gives
[33:12.880 --> 33:15.360] you the opportunity to see all this stuff.
[33:15.360 --> 33:19.120] You don't have to wait for the mail, you don't know exactly what's going on.
[33:19.120 --> 33:24.720] Yeah, and plus you want your side of the story being out on PACER too, not just their stuff.
[33:24.720 --> 33:31.600] Exactly, but this is all part of the strategy and the knowledge and the learning base, okay?
[33:31.600 --> 33:35.560] You would be shocked, you know, if you go in and look at some of these banks and credit
[33:35.560 --> 33:41.880] card companies and you query some of these debt collectors, Wolprof and Averson, go and
[33:41.880 --> 33:43.920] put them in there and see how many times.
[33:43.920 --> 33:48.600] I remember I did that once and I think I got over five or six hundred lawsuits against
[33:48.600 --> 33:49.600] these guys.
[33:49.600 --> 33:53.360] You know, it would take me months to read all the lawsuits.
[33:53.360 --> 33:58.160] So what that does for me in my mind, it reinforces what I'm doing.
[33:58.160 --> 34:00.320] I'm doing the right thing.
[34:00.320 --> 34:02.720] These guys, I'm not the first one to get these guys.
[34:02.720 --> 34:06.400] These guys have done this stuff before.
[34:06.400 --> 34:13.440] So it just builds your confidence to get the job done and it's very simple.
[34:13.440 --> 34:18.360] If you have multiple cases that have to go into federal court, it's almost every case
[34:18.360 --> 34:24.280] is a little different, but they'll come back with the same answers, the same arguments
[34:24.280 --> 34:27.960] and then sometimes they'll settle very, very quickly and then sometimes they'll put up
[34:27.960 --> 34:28.960] a big fight.
[34:28.960 --> 34:34.160] You'll go on for months and months going through discovery and depositions and all that stuff.
[34:34.160 --> 34:40.280] The bottom line is, I'll read that line again from the email from the lawyer that says the
[34:40.280 --> 34:47.000] complete resolution of this litigation will avoid additional expenditures of time and
[34:47.000 --> 34:50.840] resources for all parties.
[34:50.840 --> 34:51.840] There you go.
[34:51.840 --> 34:55.200] Isn't that sort of saying, uncle?
[34:55.200 --> 34:56.200] Yeah.
[34:56.200 --> 34:57.200] Yeah.
[34:57.200 --> 35:04.120] And checking pager this way, when I do this kind of research, I get to use my most high
[35:04.120 --> 35:08.800] lead focused skill, plagiarism.
[35:08.800 --> 35:09.800] Yeah.
[35:09.800 --> 35:15.240] I pull their documents down, put my name on it, make a couple of changes, zip.
[35:15.240 --> 35:16.240] Yeah.
[35:16.240 --> 35:19.400] If it ain't broke and it works, don't try and fix it.
[35:19.400 --> 35:20.400] Absolutely.
[35:20.400 --> 35:21.800] You need to be able to do that kind of research.
[35:21.800 --> 35:26.900] Now Mike is going to get me the case numbers of all the cases that he's won in federal
[35:26.900 --> 35:32.960] court and I will post those case numbers and the title of the cases on the information
[35:32.960 --> 35:38.840] page of where you can order his product, but people, if you're on pacer, you don't even
[35:38.840 --> 35:39.840] need that.
[35:39.840 --> 35:40.840] Yeah.
[35:40.840 --> 35:41.840] Yeah.
[35:41.840 --> 35:47.280] Well, the point is, is on these cases, you'll see they were dismissed with prejudice by
[35:47.280 --> 35:48.280] the plaintiff.
[35:48.280 --> 35:49.280] Well, I was the plaintiff.
[35:49.280 --> 35:50.280] Okay.
[35:50.280 --> 35:54.160] The only reason I dismissed the case is because we reached a settlement agreement and that's
[35:54.160 --> 35:59.600] exactly what I'm reading to you here from this email that I got from Mark today.
[35:59.600 --> 36:04.240] They're saying you've got to dismiss the case, well, yeah, I'll dismiss the case, you know,
[36:04.240 --> 36:08.680] they're paying him to go away, so you tell me if I want or not.
[36:08.680 --> 36:15.040] Now will Mark's, will you be able to release the information on Mark's case once he's finished
[36:15.040 --> 36:16.040] with it?
[36:16.040 --> 36:17.040] Oh, of course.
[36:17.040 --> 36:18.040] It's a public record.
[36:18.040 --> 36:19.040] It's a public record.
[36:19.040 --> 36:20.040] It's not a problem.
[36:20.040 --> 36:21.040] It's not a problem.
[36:21.040 --> 36:22.040] Yeah.
[36:22.040 --> 36:26.840] I mean, I've got several other people that I've worked with that have had cases in there
[36:26.840 --> 36:31.280] as well, you know, and, you know, we can reference those cases too.
[36:31.280 --> 36:35.400] So this is not the first person I've ever worked with that's been in the federal courts
[36:35.400 --> 36:38.960] over this stuff, although Mark is very, very aggressive.
[36:38.960 --> 36:39.960] That's wonderful.
[36:39.960 --> 36:41.880] Well, Mike, would you like to take some calls?
[36:41.880 --> 36:43.520] We have a couple calls on the line.
[36:43.520 --> 36:44.520] Sure.
[36:44.520 --> 36:45.520] If somebody wants to talk to me anytime.
[36:45.520 --> 36:46.520] Okay.
[36:46.520 --> 36:47.520] Here we go.
[36:47.520 --> 36:48.520] We're going to go to Russell in Texas.
[36:48.520 --> 36:49.520] Russell, thanks for calling in.
[36:49.520 --> 36:50.520] You have a question for Mike Mears?
[36:50.520 --> 36:56.720] I just wanted to correct something he stated a while ago because I'm sure he forgot, but
[36:56.720 --> 37:01.400] if you have a 100-page document on PACER, you only have to pay for the first 30 pages.
[37:01.400 --> 37:03.680] Oh, there you go.
[37:03.680 --> 37:05.680] The maximum they charge is $2.30.
[37:05.680 --> 37:06.680] Oh, there you go.
[37:06.680 --> 37:07.680] For one document, Russell?
[37:07.680 --> 37:13.240] For one, you know, if it's over 30 pages, that's all you pay for.
[37:13.240 --> 37:17.200] If it's a 100-page document, you still get the document.
[37:17.200 --> 37:20.840] You don't have to pay for the first 30 pages.
[37:20.840 --> 37:21.840] That's excellent.
[37:21.840 --> 37:25.640] Well, I appreciate you clearing that up, sir.
[37:25.640 --> 37:33.240] Well, I just, you know, I knew it was a slip, and you probably forgot, but no, you're right,
[37:33.240 --> 37:40.840] and Deborah, I've got the cases of his, unless he's had something new since October, from
[37:40.840 --> 37:43.360] a PACER printout I could send to you.
[37:43.360 --> 37:44.360] Great.
[37:44.360 --> 37:45.360] So there you go.
[37:45.360 --> 37:48.560] It's already been corroborated by third party.
[37:48.560 --> 37:49.560] Mike is for real.
[37:49.560 --> 37:51.040] His cases are on PACER.
[37:51.040 --> 37:52.040] People have already found them.
[37:52.040 --> 37:55.560] It's pretty hard to make up stuff about this, let me tell you.
[37:55.560 --> 37:58.640] If you haven't been through it, it's pretty difficult to make it up.
[37:58.640 --> 38:01.840] Somebody would have to have a lot of Cajuntas, if you know what I mean, to come on the radio
[38:01.840 --> 38:06.880] show where we're on 20 AM and FMs across the country and say that they've won six federal
[38:06.880 --> 38:10.720] court cases and that it's available on PACER when it's really all a lie.
[38:10.720 --> 38:15.600] I mean, I just can't imagine somebody doing something like that.
[38:15.600 --> 38:19.440] If Babyface Mortland confirms it, it's confirmed.
[38:19.440 --> 38:20.440] Absolutely.
[38:20.440 --> 38:25.480] Also, PACER only, you only pay PACER every three months.
[38:25.480 --> 38:26.480] Correct.
[38:26.480 --> 38:27.480] Correct.
[38:27.480 --> 38:29.480] They'll send you a bill every three months for whatever you've done.
[38:29.480 --> 38:30.480] That's right.
[38:30.480 --> 38:31.480] That's right.
[38:31.480 --> 38:36.480] They only charge you, unless you go over $10, is what they do.
[38:36.480 --> 38:41.480] I think the bill has to be over $10 for them to charge your card and all that stuff.
[38:41.480 --> 38:42.480] Right.
[38:42.480 --> 38:43.480] Yep.
[38:43.480 --> 38:44.480] Yep.
[38:44.480 --> 38:45.480] Yep.
[38:45.480 --> 38:46.480] Yep.
[38:46.480 --> 38:47.480] And then the nice thing is it resets.
[38:47.480 --> 38:48.480] That's the part I like.
[38:48.480 --> 38:51.480] I'm curious about Mark's case, because it's already in court.
[38:51.480 --> 38:54.480] It's public, so you should be able to give that up.
[38:54.480 --> 38:56.480] I don't have the number.
[38:56.480 --> 38:57.480] Let me see.
[38:57.480 --> 38:58.480] I don't think it was in here.
[38:58.480 --> 39:07.480] They didn't reference it, but let me see.
[39:07.480 --> 39:10.480] Are you not wanting to compromise Mike's current negotiation?
[39:10.480 --> 39:11.480] Is that why?
[39:11.480 --> 39:12.480] Yeah.
[39:12.480 --> 39:13.480] You know, Mark's.
[39:13.480 --> 39:14.480] Mark's is right.
[39:14.480 --> 39:15.480] Yeah.
[39:15.480 --> 39:20.480] I'm a little concerned about talking too much.
[39:20.480 --> 39:24.480] You know, I don't know who's listening and who could pick up on this, and oh, I know
[39:24.480 --> 39:27.480] who this is, and I'm going to go back and tell the lawyer.
[39:27.480 --> 39:31.480] You know, I don't want him to be jeopardized at this point.
[39:31.480 --> 39:32.480] Right.
[39:32.480 --> 39:36.480] But that email is just nothing but a lawyer double-talk.
[39:36.480 --> 39:37.480] Exactly.
[39:37.480 --> 39:38.480] Exactly.
[39:38.480 --> 39:42.480] It's scary getting to settle, and then that's it.
[39:42.480 --> 39:43.480] Exactly.
[39:43.480 --> 39:50.480] And Mark is in a situation where, you know, he is so PO'd over this whole thing because
[39:50.480 --> 39:54.480] this guy that he's up against acts like, you know, he's been up against other attorneys
[39:54.480 --> 40:00.480] who were gentlemen, you know, and this guy is just totally opposite, and he's just, you
[40:00.480 --> 40:07.480] know, just nasty remarks and snide and so on and so forth, and it's just annoyed the
[40:07.480 --> 40:13.480] guy to Mark, and he wants to file the back-debt Mark grievance against him as well for pulling
[40:13.480 --> 40:19.480] the credit reports without permissible purpose, and so he's pretty PO'd, you know.
[40:19.480 --> 40:20.480] Oh, yeah.
[40:20.480 --> 40:22.480] He needs a nail in the back.
[40:22.480 --> 40:24.480] And for good reason too.
[40:24.480 --> 40:25.480] Exactly.
[40:25.480 --> 40:30.480] So, you know, and of course I can't advise somebody to do, I can't tell you to, you
[40:30.480 --> 40:36.480] know, I can't put a gun to your head and make you go ahead and do things, you know, you
[40:36.480 --> 40:42.480] need to do this, you need to do that, and I'll help you as much as I can, but, you know,
[40:42.480 --> 40:46.480] he's got an offer to settle here right now, and I says, you have to weigh that, Mark.
[40:46.480 --> 40:50.480] I says, against what's at stake, and, you know, if you want to continue, and he says,
[40:50.480 --> 40:53.480] well, he says, I put a lot of time into this thing, and he says, and I want to get paid
[40:53.480 --> 40:54.480] for some of my time.
[40:54.480 --> 40:56.480] I says, well, I understand that.
[40:56.480 --> 41:00.480] I bet you if he threatens that attorney with some bar grievances and stuff, I bet he gets
[41:00.480 --> 41:01.480] more money.
[41:01.480 --> 41:03.480] Yeah, I bet you you're right.
[41:03.480 --> 41:06.480] People got to realize what power those bar grievances are.
[41:06.480 --> 41:11.480] Even if they've lost a case, they can still use that bar grievance to pay that attorney
[41:11.480 --> 41:13.480] or that law firm back.
[41:13.480 --> 41:17.480] It might take a year or so, but it'll definitely get them.
[41:17.480 --> 41:22.480] Yeah, and up there where he's at in Providence, they don't have a, the Bar Association doesn't
[41:22.480 --> 41:23.480] accept the complaint.
[41:23.480 --> 41:28.480] It goes to the Supreme Court or something in the state that actually accepts the, you
[41:28.480 --> 41:31.480] know, the bar, the grievance.
[41:31.480 --> 41:33.480] That's even more powerful up there.
[41:33.480 --> 41:42.480] Wasn't Rhode Island the state that took the attorney's monopoly away?
[41:42.480 --> 41:46.480] What do you call that, sunshine law or whatever?
[41:46.480 --> 41:47.480] My event.
[41:47.480 --> 41:49.480] I remember something vaguely about that.
[41:49.480 --> 41:55.480] Where you don't really have to be a bar card to represent anybody in court or whatever.
[41:55.480 --> 41:57.480] Yeah, that could have been.
[41:57.480 --> 41:58.480] That could have been.
[41:58.480 --> 41:59.480] That's Rhode Island.
[41:59.480 --> 42:01.480] It's a tough, tough area.
[42:01.480 --> 42:06.480] The Northeast is generally pretty tough on the laws, and I think they look down on the
[42:06.480 --> 42:10.480] proceeds a little bit more there than they do in some of the other district courts that
[42:10.480 --> 42:12.480] I've dealt with and been in.
[42:12.480 --> 42:17.480] But on the other hand, I don't know anybody that I know that I've helped with with this
[42:17.480 --> 42:19.480] stuff who has lost a case.
[42:19.480 --> 42:20.480] They've never been kicked out of court.
[42:20.480 --> 42:23.480] They've never been told not to come back.
[42:23.480 --> 42:25.480] You know, just, you know.
[42:25.480 --> 42:29.480] They've never been told they're a vexatious litigant or anything like that.
[42:29.480 --> 42:30.480] Right.
[42:30.480 --> 42:31.480] Exactly.
[42:31.480 --> 42:33.480] Privilege in the federal.
[42:33.480 --> 42:34.480] Exactly.
[42:34.480 --> 42:38.480] You know, I've never had anybody come back and say to me, man, they kicked me out of
[42:38.480 --> 42:39.480] the court.
[42:39.480 --> 42:40.480] Don't ever come back.
[42:40.480 --> 42:41.480] Never had that happen.
[42:41.480 --> 42:42.480] That's wonderful.
[42:42.480 --> 42:43.480] That's a good thing.
[42:43.480 --> 42:46.480] Well, most of the time because of that is you're being able to settle this thing before it
[42:46.480 --> 42:48.480] actually even goes to trial.
[42:48.480 --> 42:49.480] Exactly.
[42:49.480 --> 42:50.480] Exactly.
[42:50.480 --> 42:54.480] What you've got to settle between the parties, the judge can't interfere with anything.
[42:54.480 --> 42:55.480] That's right.
[42:55.480 --> 43:00.480] And however, I do know a guy I'm working with, you know, he pulls some pretty neat stuff.
[43:00.480 --> 43:08.480] I'm working with a guy out in Las Vegas who does the foreclosure thing, and this one fellow
[43:08.480 --> 43:15.480] that works with him has had 67, 62 or 67, don't hold me to the number of foreclosures
[43:15.480 --> 43:21.480] reversed and the people got their houses back in federal court, but he makes, he takes the
[43:21.480 --> 43:28.480] settlement agreement into the judge and makes the judge ratify the settlement agreement
[43:28.480 --> 43:34.480] and then it becomes part of the case and because it's a confidentiality agreement, they black
[43:34.480 --> 43:35.480] the case out.
[43:35.480 --> 43:36.480] Yeah.
[43:36.480 --> 43:37.480] Wow.
[43:37.480 --> 43:38.480] Okay.
[43:38.480 --> 43:39.480] Well, listen, we're going to break.
[43:39.480 --> 43:41.480] Russell, do you have any more for us?
[43:41.480 --> 43:42.480] No, that's it.
[43:42.480 --> 43:43.480] Okay.
[43:43.480 --> 43:44.480] Well, stay on the line.
[43:44.480 --> 43:45.480] I want to ask you something on the break.
[43:45.480 --> 43:46.480] All right.
[43:46.480 --> 43:49.480] And when we come back, we're going to go to Dominic in Texas.
[43:49.480 --> 43:52.480] Callers, if you'd like to call him, 512-646-1984.

[45:49.480 --> 45:50.480] We're taking our calls.
[45:50.480 --> 45:54.480] We're here with our very special surprise last minute guest, Michael Maris.
[45:54.480 --> 45:58.480] He just called a few minutes before the show to tell me all this good news.
[45:58.480 --> 45:59.480] And I said, well, why don't you come on?
[45:59.480 --> 46:00.480] And he said, sure.
[46:00.480 --> 46:03.480] I was like, great, awesome.
[46:03.480 --> 46:05.480] Things are going our way.
[46:05.480 --> 46:08.480] Okay, so we're going now to Dominic in Texas.
[46:08.480 --> 46:13.480] And callers, if you'd like to call in and ask Michael Maris a question, 512-646-1984.
[46:13.480 --> 46:15.480] Here we go with Dominic.
[46:15.480 --> 46:16.480] Thanks for calling in, Dominic.
[46:16.480 --> 46:19.480] What is your question or comment for our guest?
[46:19.480 --> 46:21.480] How are you all doing tonight, first of all?
[46:21.480 --> 46:22.480] Pretty good.
[46:22.480 --> 46:26.480] I'm doing excellent, very good, especially because I finished the audio for the seminar.
[46:26.480 --> 46:31.480] So believe me, I am doing real good right now and a whole bunch of people buy it.
[46:31.480 --> 46:33.480] But at least I'm done with it.
[46:33.480 --> 46:34.480] So I'm very happy about that.
[46:34.480 --> 46:36.480] So go ahead.
[46:36.480 --> 46:39.480] Yes, I have one question for Mr. Maris.
[46:39.480 --> 46:47.480] I obtained the course and I haven't been able to see anything on there about, like,
[46:47.480 --> 46:53.480] if the debt collector leaves the voicemail on your answering machine.
[46:53.480 --> 47:00.480] This is from a debt collector that gives a little mini Miranda?
[47:00.480 --> 47:01.480] Right.
[47:01.480 --> 47:03.480] Are you supposed to do it?
[47:03.480 --> 47:10.480] No, actually, here's the thing, okay, on the message machine.
[47:10.480 --> 47:12.480] The answer is no, they're not supposed to do it.
[47:12.480 --> 47:16.480] However, here is the caveat.
[47:16.480 --> 47:18.480] It must have public access.
[47:18.480 --> 47:25.480] In other words, someone other than yourself, your immediate family who could hear that
[47:25.480 --> 47:28.480] would make them liable at that point.
[47:28.480 --> 47:34.480] So if this is in your home and they call and left the message, it's kind of like a moot point,
[47:34.480 --> 47:39.480] okay, because there's no one else that has access to it.
[47:39.480 --> 47:45.480] Now, you could certainly bring that into the case and say, and my answer is quite simple,
[47:45.480 --> 47:47.480] let's let the judge and jury decide.
[47:47.480 --> 47:51.480] Well, yeah, what if you have roommates or something or what if you don't want your kids to hear it?
[47:51.480 --> 47:52.480] Exactly.
[47:52.480 --> 47:55.480] I mean, just because it's in your home doesn't mean that it's private.
[47:55.480 --> 47:58.480] Exactly, and that is the point.
[47:58.480 --> 48:03.480] See, that's sharing the information, and if you look in the law,
[48:03.480 --> 48:08.480] you'll see about sharing the information with third parties, okay?
[48:08.480 --> 48:13.480] Yes, and if anyone out there, if there's a single juror who has a daughter,
[48:13.480 --> 48:16.480] they'll understand about the phone not being private.
[48:16.480 --> 48:19.480] Exactly, exactly.
[48:19.480 --> 48:23.480] And so it's not a, oh, it's not going to work.
[48:23.480 --> 48:28.480] It'll work, and let me tell you something else, okay, about this stuff.
[48:28.480 --> 48:35.480] Your logs, your logs are critical, your ledgers, your notes, okay?
[48:35.480 --> 48:40.480] That's the whole purpose of getting the recordings and the information.
[48:40.480 --> 48:43.480] You can write this stuff down verbatim.
[48:43.480 --> 48:48.480] They're not going to allow you to bring the recording into court, okay?
[48:48.480 --> 48:50.480] I can tell you that right now.
[48:50.480 --> 48:55.480] The judge will stop it because there's issues about recordings, okay?
[48:55.480 --> 48:57.480] And I guess unless you're in the FBI or something,
[48:57.480 --> 48:59.480] they don't believe what they hear.
[48:59.480 --> 49:04.480] So the purpose of getting this stuff recorded off of your answering machine
[49:04.480 --> 49:08.480] and even when you're talking to these guys, have a recording machine there,
[49:08.480 --> 49:14.480] is so that you can create a log, a journal, a ledger, whatever you want to call it.
[49:14.480 --> 49:19.480] And that written document, because you wrote it and it's verbatim,
[49:19.480 --> 49:25.480] the purpose of having the recording, you can put everything down 100% accurate,
[49:25.480 --> 49:32.480] is that you can submit that as evidence to the court, and it's in writing.
[49:32.480 --> 49:37.480] Okay, yeah, the reason I was asking about that is because some collection agency
[49:37.480 --> 49:41.480] was calling my wife and they were like, well, if this is,
[49:41.480 --> 49:44.480] like if they didn't even know if this was really her phone number,
[49:44.480 --> 49:50.480] it's not this person hanging up, but if it is, there's an attempt to collect the dead
[49:50.480 --> 49:52.480] and they went through the whole thing.
[49:52.480 --> 49:55.480] And I know that they're not supposed to do it on a postcard
[49:55.480 --> 49:58.480] because it's open to the public.
[49:58.480 --> 49:59.480] Right.
[49:59.480 --> 50:01.480] That's why I was asking about the recording.
[50:01.480 --> 50:04.480] And you're absolutely right, and Debbie brought up a very good point.
[50:04.480 --> 50:07.480] If you've got kids or somebody in the family that could hear that
[50:07.480 --> 50:10.480] that shouldn't be hearing it, then it's an issue.
[50:10.480 --> 50:13.480] If it's just you and your wife in the house and you know about this,
[50:13.480 --> 50:17.480] you know, you could put it in the complaint, okay?
[50:17.480 --> 50:21.480] And my response to these guys, well, they'll say to you, well, you can't,
[50:21.480 --> 50:22.480] you know, nobody heard this.
[50:22.480 --> 50:26.480] Well, why don't we let the judge and jury decide is my answer.
[50:26.480 --> 50:28.480] Well, they're not supposed to be doing it anyway.
[50:28.480 --> 50:33.480] It's not the point as to whether or not somebody that heard it
[50:33.480 --> 50:35.480] wasn't supposed to be hearing it.
[50:35.480 --> 50:37.480] That's neither here nor there.
[50:37.480 --> 50:42.480] The point is they're not supposed to do it, period.
[50:42.480 --> 50:47.480] I agree with you, and I've had them do it where they, you know,
[50:47.480 --> 50:51.480] they identify themselves and they don't say anything else
[50:51.480 --> 50:56.480] other than please return our phone call, okay?
[50:56.480 --> 50:59.480] But they don't go into this an attempt to collect the debt
[50:59.480 --> 51:01.480] or anything like that.
[51:01.480 --> 51:04.480] If they get an answering machine, they'll say,
[51:04.480 --> 51:06.480] this is ADC Collections Company.
[51:06.480 --> 51:07.480] We're trying to contact you.
[51:07.480 --> 51:08.480] Please call us back.
[51:08.480 --> 51:10.480] Well, what does that mean?
[51:10.480 --> 51:13.480] You know, I mean, somebody hears that, who knows what that means,
[51:13.480 --> 51:14.480] all right?
[51:14.480 --> 51:17.480] But when they come on there and they start running off the Miranda
[51:17.480 --> 51:19.480] warning, the mini Miranda warning,
[51:19.480 --> 51:23.480] and if they start talking about the debt on the recording,
[51:23.480 --> 51:24.480] that's a real problem.
[51:24.480 --> 51:28.480] And it becomes a public matter issue if you've got people in the
[51:28.480 --> 51:32.480] house that you wouldn't want hearing that, roommates, et cetera,
[51:32.480 --> 51:33.480] you would have a cause of action.
[51:33.480 --> 51:35.480] There's no question about it.
[51:35.480 --> 51:38.480] But, you know, the one thing you want to get them on,
[51:38.480 --> 51:41.480] you got that disc, you saw the 18 questions.
[51:41.480 --> 51:42.480] Did you like them?
[51:42.480 --> 51:43.480] Yes, sir.
[51:43.480 --> 51:44.480] Yeah.
[51:44.480 --> 51:45.480] Okay.
[51:45.480 --> 51:46.480] I haven't gotten the disc yet.
[51:46.480 --> 51:47.480] I just got the e-mail on it.
[51:47.480 --> 51:49.480] Well, that's what it is.
[51:49.480 --> 51:51.480] That's how you get it.
[51:51.480 --> 51:56.480] You'll get it in the PDF document, and everything is there.
[51:56.480 --> 51:59.480] It just makes it quicker and saves postage,
[51:59.480 --> 52:01.480] and everybody gets it pretty quick.
[52:01.480 --> 52:04.480] But the point is, those 18 questions,
[52:04.480 --> 52:09.480] and I think you see the logic behind it, okay?
[52:09.480 --> 52:11.480] Just peel them off, you know?
[52:11.480 --> 52:14.480] Then hang up.
[52:14.480 --> 52:17.480] Yeah, because that's the first time that they did that,
[52:17.480 --> 52:20.480] that message on the machine.
[52:20.480 --> 52:23.480] I call right back just to see if they would call back and do the
[52:23.480 --> 52:25.480] same thing, and they did it again.
[52:25.480 --> 52:26.480] So I'm like, okay.
[52:26.480 --> 52:27.480] Yeah.
[52:27.480 --> 52:28.480] Yeah.
[52:28.480 --> 52:29.480] Oh, good.
[52:29.480 --> 52:32.480] Bait them into doing it more so you can rack up more $1,000 fines
[52:32.480 --> 52:33.480] against them.
[52:33.480 --> 52:34.480] Yeah.
[52:34.480 --> 52:37.480] I think there was a Mark out of Wisconsin on the Friday night show.
[52:37.480 --> 52:38.480] Yes.
[52:38.480 --> 52:42.480] He says he's got them on like $5,000 already.
[52:42.480 --> 52:45.480] Actually, Mark from Wisconsin is on the caller board right now.
[52:45.480 --> 52:46.480] Oh, is he?
[52:46.480 --> 52:47.480] Okay.
[52:47.480 --> 52:48.480] Yes.
[52:48.480 --> 52:49.480] Do you have anything else for us, Dominic?
[52:49.480 --> 52:50.480] Well, that's it.
[52:50.480 --> 52:51.480] That was my question.
[52:51.480 --> 52:52.480] Well, you all have a great evening.
[52:52.480 --> 52:53.480] Thank you very much.
[52:53.480 --> 52:54.480] Okay.
[52:54.480 --> 52:55.480] Thanks, Dominic.
[52:55.480 --> 52:57.480] And I'll be e-mailing you access to the download page later tonight.
[52:57.480 --> 52:58.480] Thank you, ma'am.
[52:58.480 --> 52:59.480] All right.
[52:59.480 --> 53:00.480] Thanks, Dominic.
[53:00.480 --> 53:03.480] And we've got Mark from Wisconsin who we just spoke of.
[53:03.480 --> 53:04.480] Mark, thanks for calling in.
[53:04.480 --> 53:08.480] What's your question or comment for Mike?
[53:08.480 --> 53:09.480] Michael.
[53:09.480 --> 53:10.480] Yes, sir.
[53:10.480 --> 53:14.480] When are you going to get your own show on Rule of Law Radio?
[53:14.480 --> 53:15.480] No.
[53:15.480 --> 53:18.480] Well, they've talked to me about doing a show.
[53:18.480 --> 53:20.480] I think we're still working on it.
[53:20.480 --> 53:22.480] That's Debbie's department.
[53:22.480 --> 53:26.480] We've talked about it, and maybe we'll do a weekly two-hour show.
[53:26.480 --> 53:29.480] We're kind of in the discussion phase of it right now.
[53:29.480 --> 53:32.480] We're working out what would be the best time for Mike,
[53:32.480 --> 53:35.480] for his schedule and for Rule of Law Radio's schedule.
[53:35.480 --> 53:37.480] So, yes, that's in the works, believe me.
[53:37.480 --> 53:39.480] We're working on that right now.
[53:39.480 --> 53:42.480] Talk about a symbiotic relationship.
[53:42.480 --> 53:47.480] I mean, the listeners profit, Michael profits, Rule of Law profits,
[53:47.480 --> 53:48.480] everybody wins.
[53:48.480 --> 53:49.480] It's a win-win-win.
[53:49.480 --> 53:52.480] The only people that lose are the banksters.
[53:52.480 --> 53:53.480] Yes.
[53:53.480 --> 53:54.480] Well, that's...
[53:54.480 --> 53:55.480] Oh, no, no, no, no, no.
[53:55.480 --> 53:57.480] They get character building.
[53:57.480 --> 53:59.480] Let me get my packages out here.
[53:59.480 --> 54:05.480] Wait a minute.
[54:05.480 --> 54:07.480] Hey, Michael.
[54:07.480 --> 54:08.480] Yes, sir.
[54:08.480 --> 54:13.480] We've got a statute in Wisconsin where it says if a bill is out of the SOL
[54:13.480 --> 54:17.480] or a statute of limitations, you have neither right nor remedy.
[54:17.480 --> 54:20.480] Would that be a violation under the FDCPA?
[54:20.480 --> 54:22.480] Can you go into the state law for that?
[54:22.480 --> 54:26.480] Yeah, actually, well, they're attempting to collect the debt
[54:26.480 --> 54:31.480] that doesn't exist, and if you look under DCPA, they talk about that, okay,
[54:31.480 --> 54:33.480] erroneous and inaccurate information.
[54:33.480 --> 54:36.480] If they're in your credit report, you'll kill them.
[54:36.480 --> 54:39.480] You'll kill them if it's outside the SOL.
[54:39.480 --> 54:44.480] I had a case like that all back around 2007.
[54:44.480 --> 54:46.480] This debt collector called me from California
[54:46.480 --> 54:48.480] and claimed I owed this ton of money,
[54:48.480 --> 54:51.480] and the state I was living in had a three-year statute.
[54:51.480 --> 54:53.480] They claimed it was a revolving account,
[54:53.480 --> 54:57.480] and there was a three-year statute on revolving accounts or credit cards.
[54:57.480 --> 55:00.480] And as soon as I prepared to notice the pending lawsuit,
[55:00.480 --> 55:04.480] their corporate attorney was on the phone to me so fast wanting to settle,
[55:04.480 --> 55:07.480] it wasn't funny because he knew I had it by the short ears.
[55:07.480 --> 55:10.480] Outside the statute of limit, oh, yeah.
[55:10.480 --> 55:11.480] Oh, boy.
[55:11.480 --> 55:14.480] Yeah, this is an erroneous debt anyway.
[55:14.480 --> 55:18.480] My wife got charged for death space at a real estate office,
[55:18.480 --> 55:21.480] and she wasn't even there during that time.
[55:21.480 --> 55:25.480] So the hunter is becoming the hunted, and he's a local attorney, too,
[55:25.480 --> 55:27.480] and I actually started to feel sorry for him.
[55:27.480 --> 55:29.480] I go, wait a minute, Mark.
[55:29.480 --> 55:31.480] This guy's an attorney.
[55:31.480 --> 55:34.480] Yeah.
[55:34.480 --> 55:37.480] They're supposed to know the law, aren't they?
[55:37.480 --> 55:38.480] Yep.
[55:38.480 --> 55:39.480] Yeah.
[55:39.480 --> 55:41.480] It makes you wonder, doesn't it?
[55:41.480 --> 55:42.480] Yeah.
[55:42.480 --> 55:46.480] Well, see, they got a lot of people in the lower courts that way, man.
[55:46.480 --> 55:49.480] I'm telling you, I've heard nightmare stories.
[55:49.480 --> 55:52.480] People come in, and, you know, these debt collectors,
[55:52.480 --> 55:54.480] the debt is outside the statute of limitation.
[55:54.480 --> 55:56.480] People don't know anything about this.
[55:56.480 --> 56:00.480] They drag him into court, and unless you bring it up to the judge,
[56:00.480 --> 56:02.480] the judge is impartial.
[56:02.480 --> 56:03.480] He's not going to say it.
[56:03.480 --> 56:05.480] He or she isn't going to say anything.
[56:05.480 --> 56:07.480] And here's the lawyer saying with the affidavit of debt,
[56:07.480 --> 56:10.480] you owe this money, and the people are standing,
[56:10.480 --> 56:13.480] and once you agree to it, you're dead.
[56:13.480 --> 56:14.480] You're done.
[56:14.480 --> 56:18.480] But if you can bring up the point of law that it's outside the statute of
[56:18.480 --> 56:22.480] limitations, Your Honor, they're dead.
[56:22.480 --> 56:25.480] If the court systems were functioning the way they were supposed to be,
[56:25.480 --> 56:28.480] the judge would realize that he has no subject matter jurisdiction
[56:28.480 --> 56:31.480] as soon as he looks at the date on that bill.
[56:31.480 --> 56:32.480] Exactly.
[56:32.480 --> 56:33.480] Exactly.
[56:33.480 --> 56:36.480] I guess it is up to us to be vigilant.
[56:36.480 --> 56:39.480] Well, you know, it's the old story.
[56:39.480 --> 56:40.480] It's the old buddy system.
[56:40.480 --> 56:43.480] You know what I'm talking about.
[56:43.480 --> 56:44.480] Yeah, the good boys.
[56:44.480 --> 56:45.480] In that local court.
[56:45.480 --> 56:50.480] Yeah, what we need to do is teach the judges how to be diligent.
[56:50.480 --> 56:51.480] Right.
[56:51.480 --> 56:53.480] In this credit card case where they didn't sign,
[56:53.480 --> 56:57.480] they didn't verify the document, we sued the judge.
[56:57.480 --> 56:58.480] Yep.
[56:58.480 --> 57:01.480] I bet that's not going to happen again.
[57:01.480 --> 57:04.480] We just kind of got to get their attention sometime.
[57:04.480 --> 57:06.480] Teaching a lesson, yeah.
[57:06.480 --> 57:11.480] If the judge takes a case that's outside statute of limitations,
[57:11.480 --> 57:18.480] you file a cross-complaint against the judge, good chance your case will go away really fast.
[57:18.480 --> 57:19.480] Yep.
[57:19.480 --> 57:20.480] Well, listen.
[57:20.480 --> 57:22.480] Hey, Ricky, one last question.
[57:22.480 --> 57:28.480] When are you guys going to do a show on void judgment?
[57:28.480 --> 57:30.480] Oh, we need to get Mike Merritt.
[57:30.480 --> 57:33.480] I mean, Jeff said we're going for that.
[57:33.480 --> 57:36.480] Right.
[57:36.480 --> 57:43.480] He's got a website called void judgment.
[57:43.480 --> 57:44.480] All right, Mark.
[57:44.480 --> 57:46.480] All right, Mark, thanks.
[57:46.480 --> 57:47.480] Thank you.
[57:47.480 --> 57:48.480] Thank you.
[57:48.480 --> 57:49.480] Take care, man.
[57:49.480 --> 57:50.480] You too.
[57:50.480 --> 57:51.480] All right.
[57:51.480 --> 57:52.480] Yep.
[57:52.480 --> 57:53.480] That was Mark from Wisconsin.
[57:53.480 --> 57:57.480] We've got Mike from Florida waiting in the wings,
[57:57.480 --> 58:01.480] but we are coming up on our top of our break.
[58:01.480 --> 58:05.480] Mike, do you want to – Mike Merritt, do you want to stay with us for a little while more?
[58:05.480 --> 58:06.480] Sure.
[58:06.480 --> 58:07.480] A few more minutes, no problem.
[58:07.480 --> 58:08.480] Okay, awesome.
[58:08.480 --> 58:10.480] Mike's going to stay with us on the other side.
[58:10.480 --> 58:11.480] Wonderful.
[58:11.480 --> 58:14.480] Callers, if you have a question for Mike Merritt, call in now.
[58:14.480 --> 58:17.480] He said he'd stay with us a few more minutes, maybe one more segment.
[58:17.480 --> 58:23.480] I know this was an impromptu guest ship interview here,
[58:23.480 --> 58:26.480] so he probably has other things he needs to do this evening.
[58:26.480 --> 58:31.480] So, callers, if you want to talk to Mike Merritt, 512-646-1984.
[58:31.480 --> 58:59.480] We'll be right back.
[58:59.480 --> 59:04.480] This is Deborah Stevens from Rule of Law Radio with an update on the Austin micro-FM.
[59:04.480 --> 59:08.480] The outpouring of support for 90.1 has been tremendous.
[59:08.480 --> 59:12.480] In only two days, Brave New Books has collected over 100 letters
[59:12.480 --> 59:15.480] and enough donations to cover court costs so far.
[59:15.480 --> 59:19.480] A lawsuit and petition for restraining order has been filed to stop the FCC
[59:19.480 --> 59:22.480] from taking any further action until this is sorted out in court.
[59:22.480 --> 59:25.480] 90.1 will stay on the air for the long haul.
[59:25.480 --> 59:29.480] Even if the court orders the operators to shut down,
[59:29.480 --> 59:32.480] we are prepared to appeal all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.
[59:32.480 --> 59:37.480] Now is the time to kick our Serving the Public Interest letter campaign
[59:37.480 --> 59:42.480] into high gear to go viral so we can build as strong a case as possible.
[59:42.480 --> 59:45.480] We need your donations to cover future court costs,
[59:45.480 --> 59:48.480] travel expenses and possible fines as well.
[59:48.480 --> 59:52.480] Please go to ruleoflawradio.com to download the letter and donate
[59:52.480 --> 59:56.480] and start my Brave New Book at 1904 Guadalupe, Suite B.
[59:56.480 --> 01:00:00.480] Thank you, Austin, and please continue your support.
[01:00:00.480 --> 01:00:04.480] This news brief was brought to you by the International News Net.
[01:00:04.480 --> 01:00:09.480] The LA Times reported Thursday Blue Shield of California has notified policyholders
[01:00:09.480 --> 01:00:13.480] their coverage would be dropped if they missed a single payment.
[01:00:13.480 --> 01:00:17.480] Blue Shield said in a letter to customers they can reapply for insurance
[01:00:17.480 --> 01:00:21.480] but with potentially higher premiums and stricter conditions.
[01:00:21.480 --> 01:00:26.480] Last year, Blue Shield and Anthem Blue Cross were fined $13 million
[01:00:26.480 --> 01:00:32.480] after canceling the policies of 2,000 Californians after they became ill.
[01:00:32.480 --> 01:00:38.480] German Defense Minister Karl Theodor Zugutenberg is under mounting pressure
[01:00:38.480 --> 01:00:44.480] to resign over accusations he lied over a German ordered airstrike in Afghanistan
[01:00:44.480 --> 01:00:49.480] that killed 142 civilians last September.
[01:00:49.480 --> 01:00:53.480] Iran Wednesday test-fired an upgraded version of a solid-state
[01:00:53.480 --> 01:00:58.480] medium-range ballistic missile. The U.S. called it a provocative act.
[01:00:58.480 --> 01:01:03.480] Iran Defense Minister General Ahmad Vahidi said the missile test
[01:01:03.480 --> 01:01:07.480] would act as a strong deterrent against possible foreign attack.
[01:01:07.480 --> 01:01:11.480] This news brief was brought to you by the International News Net.
[01:01:11.480 --> 01:01:16.480] Pakistan's top court struck down a controversial amnesty deal Tuesday
[01:01:16.480 --> 01:01:21.480] that has protected President Zardari and his allies from corruption charges.
[01:01:21.480 --> 01:01:25.480] The Supreme Court's ruling prompted calls for Zardari to step down
[01:01:25.480 --> 01:01:31.480] and face criminal charges that were shelved two years ago as part of the amnesty.
[01:01:31.480 --> 01:01:35.480] Legal experts said the judgment could also open the way for a challenge
[01:01:35.480 --> 01:01:38.480] to the legitimacy of Zardari's election.
[01:01:38.480 --> 01:01:42.480] The Supreme Court declared as unconstitutional the amnesty decree
[01:01:42.480 --> 01:01:46.480] that pardoned thousands of politicians and bureaucrats who face corruption
[01:01:46.480 --> 01:01:50.480] and criminal cases. The court ordered the restoration of all cases
[01:01:50.480 --> 01:01:54.480] against Zardari, including a money laundering case in a Swiss court.
[01:01:54.480 --> 01:01:58.480] Although Zardari retains immunity from prosecution while in office,
[01:01:58.480 --> 01:02:02.480] many of his associates could now face immediate arrest.
[01:02:02.480 --> 01:02:07.480] The alleged scale of Zardari's activities shocked even seasoned observers.
[01:02:07.480 --> 01:02:15.480] He has been accused of accumulating assets worth $1.5 billion through illegal means.
[01:02:15.480 --> 01:02:21.480] Police in Copenhagen arrested 260 demonstrators outside the climate summit Wednesday
[01:02:21.480 --> 01:02:26.480] as leaders of developing nations let rip at wealthy counterparts,
[01:02:26.480 --> 01:02:31.480] exposing the huge obstacles facing a deal to tame global warming.
[01:02:31.480 --> 01:02:37.480] On Friday, 120 world leaders hoped to conclude a post-2012 strategy
[01:02:37.480 --> 01:02:42.480] by setting down the outlines of an accord on curbing carbon emissions
[01:02:42.480 --> 01:02:46.480] and craft a mechanism to provide billions of dollars for poorer countries
[01:02:46.480 --> 01:02:51.480] affected by climate change. Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez
[01:02:51.480 --> 01:02:54.480] railed against the imperial dictatorship of the West
[01:02:54.480 --> 01:03:01.480] and said poorer nations would not take their orders from the rich.
[01:03:54.480 --> 01:04:17.480] OK, we are back, hour two, chanting down Babylon, chanting down the banksters.
[01:04:17.480 --> 01:04:21.480] We're doing something about it. All right, the call bridge is going nuts over here.
[01:04:21.480 --> 01:04:29.480] And, folks, we do ask you to stay on topic or else Randy will hit you with his Mike taser.
[01:04:29.480 --> 01:04:32.480] OK, we got Mike from Florida who is up next.
[01:04:32.480 --> 01:04:36.480] Mike, thanks for calling in. What is your question or comment for our guest?
[01:04:36.480 --> 01:04:39.480] Well, when I called in, I wanted to talk some due process with Randy.
[01:04:39.480 --> 01:04:41.480] I can wait and let somebody else go ahead.
[01:04:41.480 --> 01:04:45.480] Yeah, why don't you – why don't you – yeah, Mike, why don't you hang on
[01:04:45.480 --> 01:04:48.480] and then we'll get back to you, OK?
[01:04:48.480 --> 01:04:50.480] I block your taser.
[01:04:50.480 --> 01:04:53.480] OK, all right, here we go. We're going to go to Arnold in Texas.
[01:04:53.480 --> 01:04:55.480] OK, Arnold, thanks for calling in.
[01:04:55.480 --> 01:04:58.480] What is your question or comment for our guest?
[01:04:58.480 --> 01:05:01.480] We want to talk about due process, though.
[01:05:01.480 --> 01:05:04.480] Y'all want to talk about due process, too?
[01:05:04.480 --> 01:05:07.480] OK, I had just said we were taking calls from Mike.
[01:05:07.480 --> 01:05:10.480] OK, Melody in Florida.
[01:05:10.480 --> 01:05:14.480] OK, Melody, thanks. What is your question or comment for our guest?
[01:05:14.480 --> 01:05:19.480] Hello, very quick. I'm very new to this station, very new to trying to learn law.
[01:05:19.480 --> 01:05:24.480] And I just wanted him to repeat quickly.
[01:05:24.480 --> 01:05:29.480] He spoke about a gentleman in Las Vegas with foreclosures that he went to the judge prior,
[01:05:29.480 --> 01:05:32.480] I believe, and ratified something.
[01:05:32.480 --> 01:05:41.480] And then you also spoke about a place to search for suits against the company.
[01:05:41.480 --> 01:05:46.480] And I tried bringing that up, but I was wondering, is it a website and what's that address?
[01:05:46.480 --> 01:05:50.480] Yes, very good. And thanks for calling in.
[01:05:50.480 --> 01:05:55.480] Gentlemen, I work with foreclosures and what have you.
[01:05:55.480 --> 01:05:59.480] I don't get into foreclosures per se, but I had something happen with my mortgage
[01:05:59.480 --> 01:06:03.480] where fraudulent signatures were put on the HUD documents.
[01:06:03.480 --> 01:06:05.480] So I'm following that through bottom line.
[01:06:05.480 --> 01:06:09.480] I anticipate to get my house for nothing because of the fraud that was committed
[01:06:09.480 --> 01:06:13.480] on a federal government document, false signatures applied.
[01:06:13.480 --> 01:06:15.480] Wow, oh my goodness.
[01:06:15.480 --> 01:06:19.480] And anyhow, that's another story for another night.
[01:06:19.480 --> 01:06:21.480] But I hooked up with my buddy.
[01:06:21.480 --> 01:06:23.480] He contacted me.
[01:06:23.480 --> 01:06:26.480] He said, I'll teach you everything about foreclosure if you teach me everything
[01:06:26.480 --> 01:06:30.480] about fair credit debt collection so we become quick friends.
[01:06:30.480 --> 01:06:36.480] But what had happened was he has a gentleman he works with who I've met also,
[01:06:36.480 --> 01:06:38.480] and they work together.
[01:06:38.480 --> 01:06:44.480] And this gentleman, it was either 62 or 67 foreclosures in federal court.
[01:06:44.480 --> 01:06:48.480] They took them in under TILA and RESPA violations.
[01:06:48.480 --> 01:06:50.480] They won the cases.
[01:06:50.480 --> 01:06:54.480] They got the people's houses returned to them for nothing.
[01:06:54.480 --> 01:06:58.480] However, when you do these things in federal court,
[01:06:58.480 --> 01:07:02.480] you generally have what they call a settlement agreement.
[01:07:02.480 --> 01:07:07.480] And sometimes in that settlement agreement, the party you're going after,
[01:07:07.480 --> 01:07:12.480] i.e. the bank, the creditor, the lender, whatever you want to call them,
[01:07:12.480 --> 01:07:16.480] will say, yes, we'll do a settlement agreement which basically says,
[01:07:16.480 --> 01:07:18.480] hey, we're never going to come after you again for this.
[01:07:18.480 --> 01:07:21.480] We're not going to report it in your credit report.
[01:07:21.480 --> 01:07:25.480] We're not going to sell it to a debt collector or a debt collector attorney.
[01:07:25.480 --> 01:07:29.480] In other words, this thing is retired, okay?
[01:07:29.480 --> 01:07:32.480] And oh, by the way, you must not talk about this.
[01:07:32.480 --> 01:07:37.480] You must not go on TV or the Internet or the newspapers.
[01:07:37.480 --> 01:07:40.480] That's called a confidentiality agreement.
[01:07:40.480 --> 01:07:44.480] Well, what they were doing is they were taking that settlement agreement
[01:07:44.480 --> 01:07:50.480] after they won the case and having the judge ratify it or sign it.
[01:07:50.480 --> 01:07:56.480] And when they do that, it would automatically become part of the case paperwork
[01:07:56.480 --> 01:08:05.480] which would appear on PACER, capital P, capital A, capital C, capital E, capital R.
[01:08:05.480 --> 01:08:08.480] This is the government website.
[01:08:08.480 --> 01:08:12.480] It is a website where you can see all these federal cases.
[01:08:12.480 --> 01:08:14.480] And what they've done is the case is there.
[01:08:14.480 --> 01:08:16.480] You can see the case number and everything.
[01:08:16.480 --> 01:08:20.480] But they've blacked out how they got there because they don't, see,
[01:08:20.480 --> 01:08:26.480] they do this stuff because they don't want the public to know how fallible they are.
[01:08:26.480 --> 01:08:30.480] Mike, is there a way to work out these settlement agreements
[01:08:30.480 --> 01:08:36.480] without having the judge ratify it so the case won't be blacked out on PACER?
[01:08:36.480 --> 01:08:38.480] Yes, the judge doesn't have to ratify it.
[01:08:38.480 --> 01:08:43.480] All my cases all have written settlement agreements with them, okay,
[01:08:43.480 --> 01:08:44.480] and none of them are blacked out.
[01:08:44.480 --> 01:08:49.480] But I have the settlement agreement as a separate document in my possession, okay,
[01:08:49.480 --> 01:08:56.480] and that's the proverbial contract, okay, that says they're never going to do this again, all right.
[01:08:56.480 --> 01:09:00.480] But what they're doing is they're going to the judge and making him ratify it
[01:09:00.480 --> 01:09:04.480] so they can cover up everything so you can't see what the people got, see.
[01:09:04.480 --> 01:09:07.480] And there's a way for people to protest that, right?
[01:09:07.480 --> 01:09:08.480] I'm sure there is.
[01:09:08.480 --> 01:09:09.480] I'm sure there is.
[01:09:09.480 --> 01:09:14.480] But you know, Deb, when you're sitting and you're sitting on a couple hundred thousand dollars,
[01:09:14.480 --> 01:09:18.480] getting your house for nothing, you're in a state of numbness.
[01:09:18.480 --> 01:09:19.480] You're in a state of shock.
[01:09:19.480 --> 01:09:21.480] I can't believe this is all going to happen.
[01:09:21.480 --> 01:09:22.480] I'm going to get my house back.
[01:09:22.480 --> 01:09:24.480] I'm not going to have to make payment.
[01:09:24.480 --> 01:09:27.480] You know, you're kind of vulnerable at that time.
[01:09:27.480 --> 01:09:31.480] You don't think about down the road, okay?
[01:09:31.480 --> 01:09:32.480] Right.
[01:09:32.480 --> 01:09:34.480] You've got to put yourself in that position.
[01:09:34.480 --> 01:09:37.480] Somebody just handed you two or three hundred thousand dollars in house,
[01:09:37.480 --> 01:09:41.480] and it's like, oh, my God, you know, I'm going to get my house for nothing.
[01:09:41.480 --> 01:09:43.480] It's, you know, yeah, I'll sign anything.
[01:09:43.480 --> 01:09:44.480] You're going to give me a house.
[01:09:44.480 --> 01:09:45.480] You don't have to ever bother me.
[01:09:45.480 --> 01:09:47.480] You know, I'll do whatever it takes.
[01:09:47.480 --> 01:09:52.480] So you've got to kind of sympathize with the folks who are doing this.
[01:09:52.480 --> 01:09:56.480] They won, but the banksters, as you call them,
[01:09:56.480 --> 01:10:02.480] don't want this information to get out that they can be beat.
[01:10:02.480 --> 01:10:03.480] Okay.
[01:10:03.480 --> 01:10:04.480] Thank you.
[01:10:04.480 --> 01:10:06.480] And that's Pacer.gov?
[01:10:06.480 --> 01:10:07.480] Pacer.gov.
[01:10:07.480 --> 01:10:13.480] If you go to Google and just put in capital P, capital A, capital C, capital E,
[01:10:13.480 --> 01:10:16.480] capital R, it'll come right up.
[01:10:16.480 --> 01:10:17.480] It'll come right up.
[01:10:17.480 --> 01:10:19.480] You'll see it immediately.
[01:10:19.480 --> 01:10:20.480] All right.
[01:10:20.480 --> 01:10:21.480] Thank you very much.
[01:10:21.480 --> 01:10:22.480] Sure thing.
[01:10:22.480 --> 01:10:25.480] Thanks for calling in.
[01:10:25.480 --> 01:10:26.480] Okay.
[01:10:26.480 --> 01:10:27.480] We don't have any other callers on the call board.
[01:10:27.480 --> 01:10:31.480] There was a Kim from California, but that person has dropped off the line.
[01:10:31.480 --> 01:10:34.480] Mike, do you have anything else you want to lay out there?
[01:10:34.480 --> 01:10:40.480] No, I'm going to butt out because it's Randy's show.
[01:10:40.480 --> 01:10:44.480] Well, you're welcome to stay on the line here in case we get more callers.
[01:10:44.480 --> 01:10:46.480] We can go to Mike from Florida and Arnold from Texas.
[01:10:46.480 --> 01:10:49.480] You may be able to answer some of their questions as well.
[01:10:49.480 --> 01:10:50.480] Okay.
[01:10:50.480 --> 01:10:52.480] I'll stay on in the background for a while.
[01:10:52.480 --> 01:10:53.480] Okay.
[01:10:52.480 --> 01:10:53.480] All right.
[01:10:53.480 --> 01:11:00.480] Callers, if you have any questions for Mike Amiris, please call in, 512-646-1984.
[01:11:00.480 --> 01:11:03.480] And a Kim from California, please call back in.
[01:11:03.480 --> 01:11:04.480] All right.
[01:11:04.480 --> 01:11:06.480] We're going to go to Mike from Florida right now.
[01:11:06.480 --> 01:11:07.480] Okay, Mike, go ahead.
[01:11:07.480 --> 01:11:09.480] What is your question?
[01:11:09.480 --> 01:11:11.480] Yeah, this is for Randy.
[01:11:11.480 --> 01:11:13.480] I was talking to a young man last night.
[01:11:13.480 --> 01:11:15.480] He's in the Austin area apparently.
[01:11:15.480 --> 01:11:19.480] And the police came to his house, knocked on his door.
[01:11:19.480 --> 01:11:21.480] He thought it was a solicitor.
[01:11:21.480 --> 01:11:23.480] They persisted knocking.
[01:11:23.480 --> 01:11:25.480] So he went to see what it was about time he got the door.
[01:11:25.480 --> 01:11:30.480] They opened the door and walked in and essentially took him out of the house
[01:11:30.480 --> 01:11:35.480] and asked him to identify himself and didn't tell him why they were coming in
[01:11:35.480 --> 01:11:37.480] and no search warrant apparently.
[01:11:37.480 --> 01:11:39.480] I sent you an email with an attachment.
[01:11:39.480 --> 01:11:42.480] It was a short synopsis of what the young man wrote.
[01:11:42.480 --> 01:11:45.480] And the more I listened to him and the more and what I read,
[01:11:45.480 --> 01:11:49.480] I figured this is right up your alley and you might be able to help him out.
[01:11:49.480 --> 01:11:54.480] This is one reason you always want to keep your front door locked, people.
[01:11:54.480 --> 01:11:57.480] My front door is always locked.
[01:11:57.480 --> 01:12:00.480] Nobody's ever just going to walk in my house like that.
[01:12:00.480 --> 01:12:06.480] Okay, the problem the police have, no warrant, loaded pistol.
[01:12:06.480 --> 01:12:11.480] You come into my house with a loaded pistol and no warrant,
[01:12:11.480 --> 01:12:14.480] I consider that the home invasion.
[01:12:14.480 --> 01:12:18.480] And I would charge home invasion.
[01:12:18.480 --> 01:12:24.480] Now, if they have probable cause to enter, for instance,
[01:12:24.480 --> 01:12:31.480] they're chasing a felon and somebody said he went right through that door,
[01:12:31.480 --> 01:12:33.480] they got probable cause to enter.
[01:12:33.480 --> 01:12:36.480] But it's going to take something pretty serious.
[01:12:36.480 --> 01:12:40.480] They will have to be in pursuit of an escaping felon.
[01:12:40.480 --> 01:12:44.480] I'm trying to think of what other reason they could pass the door
[01:12:44.480 --> 01:12:49.480] because I'm not getting one or a warrant in their hand.
[01:12:49.480 --> 01:12:50.480] Okay.
[01:12:50.480 --> 01:12:51.480] Can you hear me?
[01:12:51.480 --> 01:12:53.480] Yes.
[01:12:53.480 --> 01:12:57.480] Okay, here's what they told him at the jail when they hauled him out the jail,
[01:12:57.480 --> 01:13:02.480] that they had gotten a hang up 911 call from his location.
[01:13:02.480 --> 01:13:05.480] And I said, well, that should be fairly easy to check.
[01:13:05.480 --> 01:13:08.480] They record all that stuff, correct?
[01:13:08.480 --> 01:13:12.480] Yes, but that don't cut it.
[01:13:12.480 --> 01:13:13.480] Well, I know that.
[01:13:13.480 --> 01:13:17.480] Yeah, so the hang up 911 call is not.
[01:13:17.480 --> 01:13:22.480] Well, going out there and knocking on the door to try to see if everything is okay,
[01:13:22.480 --> 01:13:23.480] that's not illegal.
[01:13:23.480 --> 01:13:28.480] But just breaking in the house, I mean, that's breaking and entering right there.
[01:13:28.480 --> 01:13:31.480] You don't just walk into somebody's house whether the door is locked or not.
[01:13:31.480 --> 01:13:41.480] Well, okay, in their defense, if they truly believe they got a 911 call from this residence,
[01:13:41.480 --> 01:13:43.480] say they get a call.
[01:13:43.480 --> 01:13:45.480] They should have called back.
[01:13:45.480 --> 01:13:51.480] Yeah, but generally 911, they take real serious,
[01:13:51.480 --> 01:13:56.480] and they're afraid someone tried to call and was interrupted.
[01:13:56.480 --> 01:14:01.480] If they call back and the bad guy interrupted them, he's going to answer.
[01:14:01.480 --> 01:14:03.480] It won't help.
[01:14:03.480 --> 01:14:04.480] So they come to check out.
[01:14:04.480 --> 01:14:06.480] They get no answer.
[01:14:06.480 --> 01:14:07.480] They come in.
[01:14:07.480 --> 01:14:12.480] I can see where, but hauling him off to jail, that's not a good thing.
[01:14:12.480 --> 01:14:14.480] He's in jail for 30 hours.
[01:14:14.480 --> 01:14:17.480] What did they arrest him for?
[01:14:17.480 --> 01:14:19.480] That's what I hadn't figured out.
[01:14:19.480 --> 01:14:22.480] Yeah, well, bogus 911 call.
[01:14:22.480 --> 01:14:26.480] Now we want to see, how long ago was this?
[01:14:26.480 --> 01:14:29.480] He got the 14th, what's the day?
[01:14:29.480 --> 01:14:33.480] Okay, he needs to get in a motion to preserve evidence.
[01:14:33.480 --> 01:14:37.480] Matter of fact, Eddie Craig was asking me to write him one of those.
[01:14:37.480 --> 01:14:40.480] I will put one together.
[01:14:40.480 --> 01:14:45.480] Have this guy, give him my email, have him contact me.
[01:14:45.480 --> 01:14:48.480] I can help him, but I can't help him through you.
[01:14:48.480 --> 01:14:49.480] Right, I understand that.
[01:14:49.480 --> 01:14:53.480] Yeah, he'll have to come to me.
[01:14:53.480 --> 01:14:55.480] A lot of times people won't let you help them.
[01:14:55.480 --> 01:15:02.480] They're so afraid of the system that they just won't let anybody help them.
[01:15:02.480 --> 01:15:04.480] Randy, he's the next caller.
[01:15:04.480 --> 01:15:05.480] Oh, okay.
[01:15:05.480 --> 01:15:06.480] Wonderful.
[01:15:06.480 --> 01:15:07.480] Okay, well, we'll bring him up then.
[01:15:07.480 --> 01:15:08.480] Thanks, Mike.
[01:15:08.480 --> 01:15:09.480] Okay.
[01:15:09.480 --> 01:15:12.480] Okay, we're going to go now to Arnold in Texas.
[01:15:12.480 --> 01:15:16.480] Okay, Arnold, are you the individual that we're speaking of?
[01:15:16.480 --> 01:15:17.480] Yes.
[01:15:17.480 --> 01:15:19.480] Wonderful, okay.
[01:15:19.480 --> 01:15:20.480] Okay, this is what happened.
[01:15:20.480 --> 01:15:25.480] They took, they actually, he came in and tackled me and handcuffed me inside my house,
[01:15:25.480 --> 01:15:27.480] and then they took me out.
[01:15:27.480 --> 01:15:29.480] Nine other agents came in with their guns.
[01:15:29.480 --> 01:15:32.480] Was your front door unlocked?
[01:15:32.480 --> 01:15:34.480] Yes.
[01:15:34.480 --> 01:15:37.480] It doesn't matter, it was closed.
[01:15:37.480 --> 01:15:40.480] It was closed, yeah, the door was closed.
[01:15:40.480 --> 01:15:43.480] You still always want to keep your front door locked, people.
[01:15:43.480 --> 01:15:44.480] Yeah, where was my daughter?
[01:15:44.480 --> 01:15:48.480] She left early, and I didn't know she left, and she left it open.
[01:15:48.480 --> 01:15:50.480] But anyhow, so I was the only one in the house.
[01:15:50.480 --> 01:15:54.480] What did they arrest you for?
[01:15:54.480 --> 01:16:02.480] When I was at the jail, it took about maybe 10 hours before a nice clerk told me why I was arrested for.
[01:16:02.480 --> 01:16:08.480] And they said no ID and interference with public duty.
[01:16:08.480 --> 01:16:12.480] You were interfering with public duty by sitting in your house.
[01:16:12.480 --> 01:16:14.480] Now, wait a minute.
[01:16:14.480 --> 01:16:18.480] He busted up their knuckles with his face.
[01:16:18.480 --> 01:16:24.480] No, I didn't get hit in the face, but he did tackle me pretty hard.
[01:16:24.480 --> 01:16:28.480] And I did suffer a small bruise on my hip.
[01:16:28.480 --> 01:16:30.480] Okay, this is good.
[01:16:30.480 --> 01:16:33.480] I thought it was a pimple, but when I looked at it, that ain't no pimple.
[01:16:33.480 --> 01:16:37.480] Okay, wait, Arnold, hold on the line because we're going to break, okay?
[01:16:37.480 --> 01:16:38.480] Okay.
[01:16:38.480 --> 01:16:40.480] Okay, we'll finish your story on the other side.
[01:16:40.480 --> 01:16:46.480] And callers, if you'd like to call in, talk to Mike Meares or us, 512-646-1984.
[01:16:46.480 --> 01:17:00.480] We'll be right back.
[01:17:00.480 --> 01:17:04.480] Do you feel tired when talking about important topics like money and politics?
[01:17:04.480 --> 01:17:07.480] Are you confused by words like the Constitution or the Federal Reserve?
[01:17:07.480 --> 01:17:08.480] What?
[01:17:08.480 --> 01:17:12.480] If so, you may be diagnosed with the deadliest disease known today, stupidity.
[01:17:12.480 --> 01:17:18.480] Hi, my name is Steve Holt, and like millions of other Americans, I was diagnosed with stupidity at an early age.
[01:17:18.480 --> 01:17:24.480] I had no idea that the number one cause of the disease is found in almost every home in America, the television.
[01:17:24.480 --> 01:17:29.480] Unfortunately, that puts most Americans at risk of catching stupidity, but there is hope.
[01:17:29.480 --> 01:17:35.480] The staff at Brave New Books have helped me and thousands of other Foxaholics suffering from sports zombieism recover.
[01:17:35.480 --> 01:17:40.480] And because of Brave New Books, I now enjoy reading and watching educational documentaries
[01:17:40.480 --> 01:17:42.480] without feeling tired or uninterested.
[01:17:42.480 --> 01:17:49.480] So if you or anybody you know suffers from stupidity, then you need to call 512-480-2503
[01:17:49.480 --> 01:17:54.480] or visit them at 1904Guadalupe or bravenewbookstore.com.
[01:17:54.480 --> 01:17:57.480] Side effects from using Brave New Books products may include discernment and enlarged vocabulary
[01:17:57.480 --> 01:18:00.480] and an overall increase in mental functioning.
[01:18:00.480 --> 01:18:10.480] Music
[01:18:30.480 --> 01:18:35.480] You put the fear in my pocket, took the money from my hand
[01:18:35.480 --> 01:18:40.480] Ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again
[01:18:40.480 --> 01:19:00.480] Ain't gonna fool me
[01:19:00.480 --> 01:19:18.480] Ain't gonna drive me with that same old sucker punch
[01:19:18.480 --> 01:19:22.480] Okay, not gonna get us with that same old sucker punch again
[01:19:22.480 --> 01:19:32.480] Okay, we are now speaking with Arnold from Texas who was tackled in his own home accused of a false 911 call
[01:19:32.480 --> 01:19:34.480] Now, here's what I don't understand Arnold
[01:19:34.480 --> 01:19:38.480] If they came to your house thinking there was a 911 call
[01:19:38.480 --> 01:19:41.480] Why did they just walk in and take you down?
[01:19:41.480 --> 01:19:45.480] I mean, you could have been the one under attack calling 911
[01:19:45.480 --> 01:19:47.480] How did they know to take you down?
[01:19:47.480 --> 01:19:48.480] Why did they...
[01:19:48.480 --> 01:19:50.480] You know, do you see what I'm saying?
[01:19:50.480 --> 01:19:52.480] Something else had to have been going on here
[01:19:52.480 --> 01:19:56.480] Okay, as I was approaching, because I usually ignore the solicitor
[01:19:56.480 --> 01:19:59.480] So he just kept banging on the door
[01:19:59.480 --> 01:20:05.480] So as I walked over there, as I approached the door, the foyer
[01:20:05.480 --> 01:20:08.480] He opened the door and walked in
[01:20:08.480 --> 01:20:10.480] I said, hey, wait a minute
[01:20:10.480 --> 01:20:13.480] I didn't give you consent to come in the house
[01:20:13.480 --> 01:20:16.480] Nor do you have a warrant to get out of my house
[01:20:16.480 --> 01:20:22.480] So he reversed but still had one foot in and said, come over here
[01:20:22.480 --> 01:20:27.480] And I said, no, I'm not going to let this private property get out of my house
[01:20:27.480 --> 01:20:29.480] And then that's when he charged me
[01:20:29.480 --> 01:20:32.480] Good for you
[01:20:32.480 --> 01:20:35.480] He has himself a problem
[01:20:35.480 --> 01:20:36.480] Were you...
[01:20:36.480 --> 01:20:38.480] Do you have anything in your hands?
[01:20:38.480 --> 01:20:40.480] No
[01:20:40.480 --> 01:20:43.480] Are you making any threatening gestures?
[01:20:43.480 --> 01:20:44.480] No
[01:20:44.480 --> 01:20:45.480] He's got a problem
[01:20:45.480 --> 01:20:47.480] I'm a peaceful man, I really...
[01:20:47.480 --> 01:20:54.480] Okay, now, they charged you with failure to ID and interfering with public...
[01:20:54.480 --> 01:20:55.480] Duty
[01:20:55.480 --> 01:20:57.480] Oh, wonderful
[01:20:57.480 --> 01:21:06.480] Okay, what they will do, they always charge the person they arrest
[01:21:06.480 --> 01:21:14.480] No matter why they arrest him, they file charges against him to keep themselves from getting sued
[01:21:14.480 --> 01:21:17.480] That's why they do it, that's what they did to me
[01:21:17.480 --> 01:21:19.480] Do you have an attorney?
[01:21:19.480 --> 01:21:20.480] No
[01:21:20.480 --> 01:21:21.480] Good
[01:21:21.480 --> 01:21:24.480] Have you been called in for a pretrial hearing?
[01:21:24.480 --> 01:21:25.480] No
[01:21:25.480 --> 01:21:27.480] Good
[01:21:27.480 --> 01:21:30.480] Okay, good, good
[01:21:30.480 --> 01:21:37.480] Did you see a magistrate before you left?
[01:21:37.480 --> 01:21:41.480] The jail
[01:21:41.480 --> 01:21:43.480] Are you there?
[01:21:43.480 --> 01:21:46.480] Arnold?
[01:21:46.480 --> 01:21:49.480] Arnold?
[01:21:49.480 --> 01:21:51.480] It looks like we lost Arnold
[01:21:51.480 --> 01:21:56.480] Okay, I'll kind of walk through the routine
[01:21:56.480 --> 01:22:03.480] These guys committed more due process violations than they can count
[01:22:03.480 --> 01:22:06.480] Because they're going to run out of fingers
[01:22:06.480 --> 01:22:10.480] Well, I guess they could take their shoes off
[01:22:10.480 --> 01:22:14.480] Criminal trespass, he ordered him to leave, the guy didn't
[01:22:14.480 --> 01:22:19.480] Criminal trespass whilst displaying a deadly weapon
[01:22:19.480 --> 01:22:22.480] Assault, simple assault by touching
[01:22:22.480 --> 01:22:26.480] Well, this wasn't a simple assault, they knocked him down and injured him
[01:22:26.480 --> 01:22:29.480] That would be aggravated assault
[01:22:29.480 --> 01:22:32.480] Except that
[01:22:32.480 --> 01:22:42.480] The perpetrator was a public official acting under color of official authority, color meaning pretense
[01:22:42.480 --> 01:22:47.480] Whilst displaying a deadly weapon and caused bodily injury
[01:22:47.480 --> 01:22:53.480] Wasn't grievous, all you need to do for this one is to commit simple assault
[01:22:53.480 --> 01:23:01.480] Which is either offensive touching, touching in a way that a reasonable person would find offensive
[01:23:01.480 --> 01:23:05.480] Or threatening imminent bodily harm
[01:23:05.480 --> 01:23:08.480] Well, they did both
[01:23:08.480 --> 01:23:14.480] Whilst displaying a deadly weapon, that's a first degree felony in Texas
[01:23:14.480 --> 01:23:18.480] 2204B2A
[01:23:18.480 --> 01:23:21.480] And we do have Arnold back, I'm going to bring him back alive, go ahead Randy
[01:23:21.480 --> 01:23:24.480] Okay, Arnold
[01:23:24.480 --> 01:23:26.480] Few questions
[01:23:26.480 --> 01:23:29.480] When you were taken to jail
[01:23:29.480 --> 01:23:34.480] When you were taken before a magistrate before you were released
[01:23:34.480 --> 01:23:36.480] Before I was released, yes
[01:23:36.480 --> 01:23:39.480] Arnold, are you on a speaker phone or something?
[01:23:39.480 --> 01:23:43.480] Yeah, that's the only phone, I was on the internet before and that was so clear
[01:23:43.480 --> 01:23:50.480] Do you have a handset that you can talk into, like a regular handset that you can put up to your face, to your head?
[01:23:50.480 --> 01:23:52.480] Yeah
[01:23:52.480 --> 01:23:56.480] Because we can't understand you very well, we ask people not to use it
[01:23:56.480 --> 01:24:00.480] Go to the other room
[01:24:00.480 --> 01:24:02.480] Okay
[01:24:02.480 --> 01:24:04.480] Police do this all the time
[01:24:04.480 --> 01:24:07.480] Generally by filing charges against people
[01:24:07.480 --> 01:24:11.480] They scare the crap out of them and get them to take a deal no matter what
[01:24:11.480 --> 01:24:17.480] In Texas, the average conviction rate is 99.6
[01:24:17.480 --> 01:24:19.480] Rounds up to 100
[01:24:19.480 --> 01:24:23.480] Everybody takes the deal because they scare everybody
[01:24:23.480 --> 01:24:26.480] So I'm working on a procedure to handle that
[01:24:26.480 --> 01:24:29.480] We do a little scaring of our own
[01:24:29.480 --> 01:24:35.480] And the first place to do start the scaring is the first hearing they're going to call you to
[01:24:35.480 --> 01:24:41.480] And in Austin, they'll call you to a hearing to find out if you have an attorney
[01:24:41.480 --> 01:24:43.480] Actually it was Williamson County
[01:24:43.480 --> 01:24:46.480] Oh, goody
[01:24:46.480 --> 01:24:49.480] Good old Williamson County
[01:24:49.480 --> 01:24:52.480] Okay
[01:24:52.480 --> 01:24:55.480] I'm kind of familiar with the procedure there
[01:24:55.480 --> 01:24:56.480] Yeah
[01:24:56.480 --> 01:24:59.480] Been there, done that
[01:24:59.480 --> 01:25:05.480] All I did was go to the district attorney and give him a criminal complaint against the sheriff's deputy
[01:25:05.480 --> 01:25:07.480] And when he wouldn't take it, I called 911
[01:25:07.480 --> 01:25:11.480] Inside the Williamson County courthouse
[01:25:11.480 --> 01:25:17.480] It was the Round Rock police that did the terrorism on me
[01:25:17.480 --> 01:25:20.480] And then I went to, of course, the Williamson County jail
[01:25:20.480 --> 01:25:24.480] Okay, they're going to prosecute you
[01:25:24.480 --> 01:25:28.480] And do everything they can to force you to take a deal
[01:25:28.480 --> 01:25:33.480] It's extremely important that they get you to take a deal
[01:25:33.480 --> 01:25:36.480] Otherwise you can sue the crapola out of them
[01:25:36.480 --> 01:25:39.480] Oh yeah, I'm not scared of them anymore
[01:25:39.480 --> 01:25:41.480] Good, okay
[01:25:41.480 --> 01:25:50.480] Then it goes to my philosophy of how do you defend yourself against a dog
[01:25:50.480 --> 01:25:52.480] Don't
[01:25:52.480 --> 01:25:55.480] If you try to defend yourself against a dog, he'll eat you alive
[01:25:55.480 --> 01:25:58.480] Just beat the crap out of him
[01:25:58.480 --> 01:26:01.480] There's hardly a person out here who can't beat up a dog
[01:26:01.480 --> 01:26:04.480] The only reason you get hurt by a dog is you're afraid of it
[01:26:04.480 --> 01:26:06.480] You knock the crapola out of it, it hits a road
[01:26:06.480 --> 01:26:14.480] So what I suggest is you can go on my website to jurisimprudence.com
[01:26:14.480 --> 01:26:16.480] It's got a bunch of frogs on there
[01:26:16.480 --> 01:26:18.480] I call this the frog farm conspiracy
[01:26:18.480 --> 01:26:22.480] Top frog on the left, there's a writ of habeas corpus there
[01:26:22.480 --> 01:26:24.480] Pull that writ down and read it
[01:26:24.480 --> 01:26:27.480] It walks through due process
[01:26:27.480 --> 01:26:32.480] All of the things they're supposed to do when they arrest you
[01:26:32.480 --> 01:26:38.480] So what I'm going to talk about are the things before you got to arrest
[01:26:38.480 --> 01:26:41.480] Okay
[01:26:41.480 --> 01:26:46.480] This idea of a 911 call
[01:26:46.480 --> 01:26:49.480] Did they give any substance to that?
[01:26:49.480 --> 01:26:52.480] No
[01:26:52.480 --> 01:26:55.480] There had to be a reason they showed up
[01:26:55.480 --> 01:27:00.480] Well I think, you know, because I'm a security party
[01:27:00.480 --> 01:27:04.480] So I have plates with my apostolic ambassador
[01:27:04.480 --> 01:27:06.480] So I think maybe he was driving through the neighborhood
[01:27:06.480 --> 01:27:09.480] And wanted to see what that was all about
[01:27:09.480 --> 01:27:13.480] I think, I'm not positive, but that's probably the only thing
[01:27:13.480 --> 01:27:21.480] Okay, first thing you got to get in is a request for the 911 logs
[01:27:21.480 --> 01:27:24.480] Is this the Freedom of Information Act?
[01:27:24.480 --> 01:27:31.480] No, this goes to 124 Government Code, I mean Code of Code and Procedure
[01:27:31.480 --> 01:27:36.480] Article 1, paragraph 10, Constitution
[01:27:36.480 --> 01:27:38.480] This is court records
[01:27:38.480 --> 01:27:40.480] You're going to statutory
[01:27:40.480 --> 01:27:42.480] Yeah, we need to, yeah, I never go to Constitution
[01:27:42.480 --> 01:27:44.480] I always go to statutes
[01:27:44.480 --> 01:27:45.480] Okay
[01:27:45.480 --> 01:27:48.480] And this one, since you have been charged
[01:27:48.480 --> 01:27:51.480] Since you've been arrested, there are prosecutions in process
[01:27:51.480 --> 01:27:54.480] You do this with discovery
[01:27:54.480 --> 01:27:55.480] Okay
[01:27:55.480 --> 01:27:59.480] And you put in a motion to preserve evidence
[01:27:59.480 --> 01:28:03.480] You want the 911 logs preserved
[01:28:03.480 --> 01:28:06.480] And I don't think Round Rock keeps them
[01:28:06.480 --> 01:28:10.480] I think Travis, Williamson County, the county will have the 911 logs
[01:28:10.480 --> 01:28:11.480] Okay
[01:28:11.480 --> 01:28:14.480] Because 911 almost always goes to sheriff
[01:28:14.480 --> 01:28:16.480] So Round Rock's not going to have any control over that
[01:28:16.480 --> 01:28:19.480] They got a problem there
[01:28:19.480 --> 01:28:22.480] They'll have to have a tape of that call
[01:28:22.480 --> 01:28:27.480] And a log showing precisely where it comes from and that they don't have it
[01:28:27.480 --> 01:28:30.480] The best way to keep your prosecution from happening
[01:28:30.480 --> 01:28:33.480] And this is what happened in my case
[01:28:33.480 --> 01:28:35.480] Is go after them
[01:28:35.480 --> 01:28:39.480] Oh yeah, I intend to do it
[01:28:39.480 --> 01:28:42.480] Okay, read that writ, but before we get to the writ
[01:28:42.480 --> 01:28:44.480] Okay, they knocked on your door
[01:28:44.480 --> 01:28:47.480] And then they opened the door
[01:28:47.480 --> 01:28:50.480] Now, when he opened the door
[01:28:50.480 --> 01:28:53.480] Did he have a weapon in his hand?
[01:28:53.480 --> 01:28:55.480] No
[01:28:55.480 --> 01:28:59.480] Did he have backup standing close by with weapons in their hands?
[01:28:59.480 --> 01:29:02.480] No, he was the only one
[01:29:02.480 --> 01:29:03.480] He was by himself?
[01:29:03.480 --> 01:29:04.480] Yeah
[01:29:04.480 --> 01:29:07.480] Oh, this guy screwed up
[01:29:07.480 --> 01:29:09.480] Big time
[01:29:09.480 --> 01:29:12.480] Had there been a 911 call
[01:29:12.480 --> 01:29:13.480] And hang up
[01:29:13.480 --> 01:29:17.480] And they believe that there is a felony in progress
[01:29:17.480 --> 01:29:21.480] Because of the hang up on the 911 call
[01:29:21.480 --> 01:29:24.480] He would be there with backup
[01:29:24.480 --> 01:29:30.480] Yeah, which lends backup, so to speak, to Arnold's story that
[01:29:30.480 --> 01:29:33.480] They just saw his license plate in front of his house
[01:29:33.480 --> 01:29:35.480] He would have his pistol in his hand
[01:29:35.480 --> 01:29:37.480] Okay, listen, we're going to break
[01:29:37.480 --> 01:29:39.480] And we do have two other callers
[01:29:39.480 --> 01:29:41.480] We've got Kerry from California
[01:29:41.480 --> 01:29:44.480] And Dan from Connecticut that may want to ask my questions
[01:29:44.480 --> 01:29:48.480] Randy, do you have more to finish up with Arnold right now on the other side?
[01:29:48.480 --> 01:29:49.480] Yeah, a little bit
[01:29:49.480 --> 01:29:52.480] We probably need to talk off the air, so I'll finish up quickly
[01:29:52.480 --> 01:29:53.480] Okay, finish up quickly on the other side
[01:29:53.480 --> 01:29:54.480] And we'll be right back
[01:29:54.480 --> 01:30:00.480] We'll go to Kerry and then Dan
[01:30:00.480 --> 01:30:03.480] Are you the plaintiff or defendant in a lawsuit?

[01:31:04.480 --> 01:31:08.480] Who you want to check? Me no free Tully, you can't check me
[01:31:08.480 --> 01:31:12.480] All the facts, don't let them check you in the morning, check you in the evening
[01:31:12.480 --> 01:31:16.480] Put a chip in your body, and then when you go computer reading
[01:31:16.480 --> 01:31:19.480] You can't hide me from nobody when me say
[01:31:19.480 --> 01:31:24.480] Chip in your mom, chip in your daddy, chip in your grandpa and your granny
[01:31:24.480 --> 01:31:29.480] Chip in on me, chip in on your baby, chip in on your family, whole family
[01:31:29.480 --> 01:31:34.480] Chip in on your dog and the cat around me, chip in on the beef and you still go eat it
[01:31:34.480 --> 01:31:39.480] Chip in on the fish, them all in the sea, chip in on the shark and the whale around me
[01:31:39.480 --> 01:31:44.480] You must be mankind, you can't check crazy, they're connecting and they want to repeat
[01:31:44.480 --> 01:31:48.480] Social security, they've got to tell me, number with them, give me, then repeat up, you'll see
[01:31:48.480 --> 01:31:53.480] I'm chip you in the morning, chip you in the evening, chip you all again in time
[01:31:53.480 --> 01:31:58.480] Experiment on mankind, but man, you know, say them lies
[01:31:58.480 --> 01:32:03.480] We don't want no chip, man, you have your body, freedom or something, man, you fight for me
[01:32:03.480 --> 01:32:05.480] You should tell them the truth, Constitution...
[01:32:05.480 --> 01:32:09.480] Okay, we are back. Mike Mears is still with us.
[01:32:09.480 --> 01:32:14.480] He just got an email from a listener that we're going to discuss in a moment.
[01:32:14.480 --> 01:32:18.480] We're going to finish up with Arnold, though, right now. So, Randy, go ahead.
[01:32:18.480 --> 01:32:21.480] Yeah, Arnold, we have a lot to talk about.
[01:32:21.480 --> 01:32:23.480] Okay.
[01:32:23.480 --> 01:32:26.480] Call me tomorrow, call on the show tomorrow.
[01:32:26.480 --> 01:32:27.480] Oh, on the show? Okay.
[01:32:27.480 --> 01:32:30.480] Yeah, I don't think we have a... Do we have a guest, Deb?
[01:32:30.480 --> 01:32:36.480] No, not that I know of. Tomorrow night is open mind, open line, open phone lines, open topics.
[01:32:36.480 --> 01:32:44.480] I'm going to start out with due process, but call in early and we'll walk through how to handle your issue.
[01:32:44.480 --> 01:32:51.480] Yeah, call in towards the beginning of the show, Arnold, and then we can use your case as an example to walk through due process.
[01:32:51.480 --> 01:32:53.480] Okay, I have one real quick question.
[01:32:53.480 --> 01:33:00.480] I did call in the county and asked them if there was a cause number. I mean, the court said they haven't had one yet. Is that...
[01:33:00.480 --> 01:33:06.480] That's because the prosecutor has hijacked the documents.
[01:33:06.480 --> 01:33:10.480] Basically, felony tampering with a government document is what he's done.
[01:33:10.480 --> 01:33:16.480] What's supposed to happen is the magistrate is supposed to seal the documents from the examining trial,
[01:33:16.480 --> 01:33:20.480] which is actually an ex parte hearing at this point, illegally.
[01:33:20.480 --> 01:33:24.480] What they did is they put you through a magistration, and those documents,
[01:33:24.480 --> 01:33:31.480] instead of being forwarded to the clerk of the court, the prosecutor hijacked them en route, so to speak,
[01:33:31.480 --> 01:33:36.480] and has them, and the prosecutor isn't going to file them until he squeezes you for a deal.
[01:33:36.480 --> 01:33:39.480] So the court does not even know you exist.
[01:33:39.480 --> 01:33:41.480] Technically, there's no case.
[01:33:41.480 --> 01:33:46.480] Technically, there is no case against you right now as far as the eyes of the court.
[01:33:46.480 --> 01:33:50.480] So, yeah, that's a huge problem for the prosecutor. We can discuss that more tomorrow.
[01:33:50.480 --> 01:33:51.480] Okay.
[01:33:51.480 --> 01:33:52.480] Okay.
[01:33:52.480 --> 01:33:53.480] All right.
[01:33:53.480 --> 01:33:59.480] All right, call in early, towards the beginning of the show, shortly after 8, and then we'll use your case as an example.
[01:33:59.480 --> 01:34:00.480] Okay.
[01:34:00.480 --> 01:34:01.480] All right, great. Excellent.
[01:34:01.480 --> 01:34:02.480] Okay.
[01:34:02.480 --> 01:34:04.480] Okay, wonderful. So we're going to walk through due process tomorrow.
[01:34:04.480 --> 01:34:08.480] We're going to discuss the whole thing in detail, lay it all out with Arnold.
[01:34:08.480 --> 01:34:12.480] All right, we're going to go now to Carrie in California. Carrie, thanks for calling in.
[01:34:12.480 --> 01:34:15.480] What's on your mind tonight? You have a question for Mike Miras?
[01:34:15.480 --> 01:34:25.480] I have a question about municipal code and how a town of less than 7,000 people is currently looking at contracting with the U.S.
[01:34:25.480 --> 01:34:28.480] Army Corps of Engineers to plan a desalination plan.
[01:34:28.480 --> 01:34:36.480] It's a special district, and they have a municipal code even though they're a special district,
[01:34:36.480 --> 01:34:39.480] and I'm confused as to how they have the authority to do that.
[01:34:39.480 --> 01:34:46.480] Wait a minute. I'm not sure I even understood the question.
[01:34:46.480 --> 01:34:57.480] Okay. I'm in Cambria, California, and the Cambria Community Services District,
[01:34:57.480 --> 01:35:05.480] which is the special district that handles utilities, is currently working with the U.S.
[01:35:05.480 --> 01:35:14.480] Army Corps of Engineers who've got federal funding to build a desalination plan in the town.
[01:35:14.480 --> 01:35:20.480] And I am questioning how they have authority to make such a contract, A,
[01:35:20.480 --> 01:35:25.480] and B, what is the difference between a special district and a city
[01:35:25.480 --> 01:35:33.480] and how we can have a municipal code even though we're not a city?
[01:35:33.480 --> 01:35:44.480] That's a good question, and it goes to specifics of California law, and frankly, it's out of my league.
[01:35:44.480 --> 01:35:45.480] Okay.
[01:35:45.480 --> 01:35:46.480] You know what?
[01:35:46.480 --> 01:35:52.480] You may want to call in and talk to the Agenda 21 crew, the Agenda 21 talk voice.
[01:35:52.480 --> 01:35:55.480] They are the specialists when it comes to this sort of thing.
[01:35:55.480 --> 01:36:00.480] Their show is on Tuesday nights from 8 to 10 Central.
[01:36:00.480 --> 01:36:04.480] They're the ones that specialize in municipal code and city ordinances
[01:36:04.480 --> 01:36:07.480] and how to deal with this kind of thing.
[01:36:07.480 --> 01:36:13.480] And they'll be able to, I mean, I'm sure that they haven't studied in-depth California ordinances
[01:36:13.480 --> 01:36:19.480] and statutes and municipal codes, but they would probably be better equipped to point you in the direction
[01:36:19.480 --> 01:36:25.480] of where you need to start looking to research these things.
[01:36:25.480 --> 01:36:31.480] I know the California government code that special districts fall under.
[01:36:31.480 --> 01:36:37.480] They go to the California Association of Local Agency Formations, something or other.
[01:36:37.480 --> 01:36:43.480] They're the LA CFOs, and it's under government code 56,000.
[01:36:43.480 --> 01:36:49.480] But I don't know how that all works, and it seems really crazy that there are five board members
[01:36:49.480 --> 01:36:57.480] who decide everything in conjunction with committees on the utility end of things.
[01:36:57.480 --> 01:37:08.480] But that's still how they're able to make a contract supposedly with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to build this thing.
[01:37:08.480 --> 01:37:10.480] So anyhow.
[01:37:10.480 --> 01:37:12.480] Yeah, well, this is way out of my league.
[01:37:12.480 --> 01:37:17.480] I could give you just my personal opinion, but that's about all it would be worth.
[01:37:17.480 --> 01:37:21.480] This is something that's going to have to be pretty thoroughly researched, Carrie.
[01:37:21.480 --> 01:37:22.480] Yeah.
[01:37:22.480 --> 01:37:30.480] This is highly specialized local ordinance and code that you're talking about that we certainly would not be familiar with here.
[01:37:30.480 --> 01:37:37.480] But like I said, if you can wait this long, I mean, unless there's some imminent danger that needs to be dealt with
[01:37:37.480 --> 01:37:41.480] within the next few days, and it's Thursday night, if you could call in, like I said,
[01:37:41.480 --> 01:37:49.480] call in to Agenda 21 Talk here on this network from 8 to 10 on Tuesday nights, I guess what is 6 to 8,
[01:37:49.480 --> 01:37:58.480] your time out on the West Coast, they would probably have much more experience in being able to guide you
[01:37:58.480 --> 01:38:03.480] in the right direction of where to look to reconcile these issues and how to deal with it.
[01:38:03.480 --> 01:38:06.480] They're the specialists on that sort of thing.
[01:38:06.480 --> 01:38:11.480] Okay, it's not like they're building the plant tomorrow, but they're definitely fast tracking.
[01:38:11.480 --> 01:38:13.480] Okay, then you have a few days.
[01:38:13.480 --> 01:38:16.480] You've got enough time to consult with those guys.
[01:38:16.480 --> 01:38:17.480] Yes, exactly.
[01:38:17.480 --> 01:38:18.480] Okay.
[01:38:17.480 --> 01:38:18.480] Thank you so much, guys.
[01:38:18.480 --> 01:38:20.480] Okay, thanks, Carrie.
[01:38:20.480 --> 01:38:21.480] Okay.
[01:38:20.480 --> 01:38:21.480] Okay, bye-bye.
[01:38:21.480 --> 01:38:22.480] Good night.
[01:38:22.480 --> 01:38:24.480] Okay, callers, if you'd like to call in and talk to Mike Miras.
[01:38:24.480 --> 01:38:26.480] He's agreed to stay on with us.
[01:38:26.480 --> 01:38:29.480] He's hanging in the background listening to all this.
[01:38:29.480 --> 01:38:34.480] So 512-646-1984, we're going to go down to Dan in Connecticut.
[01:38:34.480 --> 01:38:39.480] Okay, Dan, you have a question and comment from our guest, Mike Miras.
[01:38:39.480 --> 01:38:42.480] I wish I did, but I did not get enough time to think of one.
[01:38:42.480 --> 01:38:48.480] However, I did have a really interesting case going on right now, and I think I told you guys about it before.
[01:38:48.480 --> 01:38:51.480] It got a little more interesting.
[01:38:51.480 --> 01:39:05.480] There is a statute in Connecticut, specifically 51-183A, that says a judge may not preside over a motion attacking the validity
[01:39:05.480 --> 01:39:14.480] or the substance of a bench warrant that he'd issued, but guess what's about to happen next month?
[01:39:14.480 --> 01:39:16.480] The judge is going to hold a France hearing?
[01:39:16.480 --> 01:39:18.480] Yes.
[01:39:18.480 --> 01:39:22.480] Ooh, you want to call the judge as a witness?
[01:39:22.480 --> 01:39:23.480] What do you want your witness with?
[01:39:23.480 --> 01:39:25.480] It's already been done.
[01:39:25.480 --> 01:39:26.480] Good.
[01:39:26.480 --> 01:39:29.480] So have you filed a motion to disqualify?
[01:39:29.480 --> 01:39:32.480] Yes, and he ruled on it.
[01:39:32.480 --> 01:39:34.480] Have you filed criminal charges?
[01:39:34.480 --> 01:39:36.480] Not yet.
[01:39:36.480 --> 01:39:43.480] Criminal charges, do you have court warrant proceedings in Connecticut?
[01:39:43.480 --> 01:39:51.480] I have not been able to find those in Connecticut, because I know I mentioned this probably God 18 months ago,
[01:39:51.480 --> 01:39:57.480] but when I started looking in Connecticut to see what they had done, they repealed a whole lot of statutes,
[01:39:57.480 --> 01:39:59.480] and a lot of them had to do with procedures and due process.
[01:39:59.480 --> 01:40:00.480] Okay, then no problem.
[01:40:00.480 --> 01:40:03.480] Import from another state or defense.
[01:40:03.480 --> 01:40:11.480] Also file a cross-complaint against the judge, acting without subject matter jurisdiction.
[01:40:11.480 --> 01:40:16.480] He does not have subject matter jurisdiction to rule on this issue.
[01:40:16.480 --> 01:40:23.480] Here's the interesting thing, though, and this is partially what I observed when I was able to attend,
[01:40:23.480 --> 01:40:27.480] and this is what the person I'm trying to help out with observed.
[01:40:27.480 --> 01:40:37.480] He got real polite after he really started taking the guy to task on this stuff, and it almost seemed like,
[01:40:37.480 --> 01:40:43.480] and I kind of went ahead and plagiarized something you did for that thing you almost got in trouble for.
[01:40:43.480 --> 01:40:46.480] You what? You plagiarized me?
[01:40:46.480 --> 01:40:50.480] Yeah, and somebody else plagiarized me, so hey, that's how it works.
[01:40:50.480 --> 01:40:58.480] But in any case, it had to do with people who didn't quite say that they in fact believed you'd committed a crime,
[01:40:58.480 --> 01:41:05.480] and the question, and this is right out there on the information attached to the warrant,
[01:41:05.480 --> 01:41:10.480] the officer's asking whether there is probable cause.
[01:41:10.480 --> 01:41:14.480] The judge, I guess from what I heard, seemed very interested in that,
[01:41:14.480 --> 01:41:21.480] and he almost seemed like he found a way out of this, like he was ready to throw the whole thing out.
[01:41:21.480 --> 01:41:22.480] But here's what he said.
[01:41:22.480 --> 01:41:28.480] He basically wanted some kind of case law in Connecticut, but here's the problem with that,
[01:41:28.480 --> 01:41:33.480] and that also goes to the doctrine of trespass and ab initio.
[01:41:33.480 --> 01:41:39.480] There is no case law in Connecticut.
[01:41:39.480 --> 01:41:44.480] I couldn't find any.
[01:41:44.480 --> 01:41:50.480] Okay, if there's none in Connecticut, you can draw in from other states.
[01:41:50.480 --> 01:41:57.480] Yeah, and that was on the pleadings, but the judge just went ahead and dismissed those.
[01:41:57.480 --> 01:42:01.480] Well, good. File criminal charges against the judge.
[01:42:01.480 --> 01:42:04.480] Yeah, that's what I was thinking.
[01:42:04.480 --> 01:42:06.480] And sue him personally.
[01:42:06.480 --> 01:42:19.480] You maintain that he has no jurisdiction to hear a case that tests whether or not he ruled correctly in a hearing.
[01:42:19.480 --> 01:42:22.480] Have you looked up the case on Frank's hearing?
[01:42:22.480 --> 01:42:23.480] Yes, I did.
[01:42:23.480 --> 01:42:33.480] I read the whole thing, and it was very informative, and I can't wait to see what he will probably do with it.
[01:42:33.480 --> 01:42:37.480] I can't wait to hear what happens when you call him to the stand.
[01:42:37.480 --> 01:42:39.480] Yes, this should be very entertaining.
[01:42:39.480 --> 01:42:46.480] Oh, by the way, speaking of calling people to the stand, we got the prosecutor.
[01:42:46.480 --> 01:42:55.480] The prosecutor, I think I remember I told you, sent or actually had another state's attorney sent, and basically when we responded to this,
[01:42:55.480 --> 01:43:00.480] one of the questions was, are you the prosecutor pro tem we've been looking for?
[01:43:00.480 --> 01:43:06.480] Because this guy wasn't even on the case, and there was a whole bunch of other stuff that he let the prosecutor get away with.
[01:43:06.480 --> 01:43:14.480] But long story short, they asked for all the witnesses that this guy would be calling, and this guy was essentially through my pen.
[01:43:14.480 --> 01:43:19.480] We don't know who we're going to call because we intend to put your witnesses on our witness list,
[01:43:19.480 --> 01:43:23.480] but here's who we do intend to call for the Frank's hearing.
[01:43:23.480 --> 01:43:25.480] Now, here's the thing about that.
[01:43:25.480 --> 01:43:34.480] In Connecticut, General Practice Book, Section 40-13 basically says you have to disclose all the witnesses and the questions,
[01:43:34.480 --> 01:43:36.480] and you have 45 days to respond.
[01:43:36.480 --> 01:43:39.480] Day 45 is tomorrow.
[01:43:39.480 --> 01:43:42.480] Haven't heard anything, and you can be sanctioned for that.
[01:43:42.480 --> 01:43:45.480] Okay, hold on. Hold on, Dan. We're about to go to break.
[01:43:45.480 --> 01:43:46.480] Okay.
[01:43:45.480 --> 01:43:47.480] Okay, stay on the inside.
[01:43:47.480 --> 01:43:49.480] All right, we got one more segment coming up.
[01:43:49.480 --> 01:43:51.480] Mike Mears is still with us.
[01:43:51.480 --> 01:43:56.480] Y'all got one last segment to ask Mike Mears the question, 512-646-1984.
[01:44:06.480 --> 01:44:09.480] Aerial spray. Chemtrails.
[01:44:09.480 --> 01:44:11.480] The modified atmosphere.
[01:44:11.480 --> 01:44:18.480] Heavy metals and pesticides, carcinogens and chemical fibers all falling from the sky.
[01:44:18.480 --> 01:44:21.480] You have a choice to keep your body clean.
[01:44:21.480 --> 01:44:31.480] Detoxify with micro plant powder from hempusa.org or call 908-691-2608.
[01:44:31.480 --> 01:44:35.480] It's odorless and tasteless and used in any liquid or food.
[01:44:35.480 --> 01:44:39.480] Protect your family now with micro plant powder.
[01:44:39.480 --> 01:44:43.480] For cleaning out heavy metals, parasites and toxins,
[01:44:43.480 --> 01:44:48.480] order it now for daily intake and stock it now for long-term storage.
[01:44:48.480 --> 01:45:10.480] Visit hempusa.org or call 908-691-2608 today.
[01:45:19.480 --> 01:45:24.480] Something in this world I will never understand.
[01:45:24.480 --> 01:45:28.480] Something I realize fully.
[01:45:28.480 --> 01:45:33.480] Somebody's gonna police that policeman.
[01:45:33.480 --> 01:45:36.480] Somebody's gonna police the police.
[01:45:36.480 --> 01:45:41.480] There's always room at the top of the hill.
[01:45:41.480 --> 01:45:46.480] I hear through the grapevine and it's lonely there too.
[01:45:46.480 --> 01:45:50.480] They're wishing it was more than a position to fail.
[01:45:50.480 --> 01:45:55.480] They know that if they don't do it, somebody will.
[01:45:55.480 --> 01:45:58.480] Okay, we know Ja will.
[01:45:58.480 --> 01:46:00.480] All right, we're speaking with Dan in Connecticut.
[01:46:00.480 --> 01:46:02.480] I just saw Lisa on the call board.
[01:46:02.480 --> 01:46:04.480] She's probably being screened right now.
[01:46:04.480 --> 01:46:06.480] So we're gonna finish up with Dan and then go to Lisa
[01:46:06.480 --> 01:46:12.480] because Mike Miras has so generously given us his time this evening, the full two hours.
[01:46:12.480 --> 01:46:15.480] We definitely want to get to his closing comments and these sorts of things.
[01:46:15.480 --> 01:46:19.480] So okay, go ahead, Dan.
[01:46:19.480 --> 01:46:22.480] Okay, quick capsule to wrap up the last part of it.
[01:46:22.480 --> 01:46:27.480] I was mentioning 40-13 of the general practice book in Connecticut.
[01:46:27.480 --> 01:46:33.480] Forty-five days you have to respond to the opposing counsel's request for a witness list,
[01:46:33.480 --> 01:46:36.480] questions you're gonna be asking and such.
[01:46:36.480 --> 01:46:43.480] Day 45 by my calculations when his counter request was filed would be tomorrow.
[01:46:43.480 --> 01:46:49.480] And in open court, the state's attorney basically said, yeah, I got six to ten witnesses.
[01:46:49.480 --> 01:46:51.480] Well, guess what she didn't do?
[01:46:51.480 --> 01:46:57.480] Say who they were or say what they would be asked or say what they would prove.
[01:46:57.480 --> 01:47:03.480] So basically, this is gonna go to probably another handy notion to dismiss.
[01:47:03.480 --> 01:47:06.480] Is this gonna act as a stopple?
[01:47:06.480 --> 01:47:09.480] I think it could.
[01:47:09.480 --> 01:47:11.480] Wonderful.
[01:47:11.480 --> 01:47:15.480] I'd like to see what happens when she tries to bring him in.
[01:47:15.480 --> 01:47:21.480] And oh, by the way, this is the same prosecutor who I actually saw pretty much wear her brown pants in open court,
[01:47:21.480 --> 01:47:24.480] which is, I tell you, you gotta see this.
[01:47:24.480 --> 01:47:26.480] You haven't lived until you have.
[01:47:26.480 --> 01:47:30.480] So on that note, I'm gonna wrap it up and let you take your next caller.
[01:47:30.480 --> 01:47:35.480] And hopefully she's not going to take a court-appointed use code.
[01:47:35.480 --> 01:47:37.480] Okay, thanks, Dan.
[01:47:37.480 --> 01:47:39.480] All right, I'll let you guys know what happens.
[01:47:39.480 --> 01:47:40.480] All right, please do.
[01:47:40.480 --> 01:47:42.480] You're on the right track.
[01:47:42.480 --> 01:47:43.480] This is wonderful.
[01:47:43.480 --> 01:47:44.480] I hope so.
[01:47:44.480 --> 01:47:45.480] Anyway, I'll talk to you later.
[01:47:45.480 --> 01:47:46.480] Okay, talk to you later, Dan.
[01:47:46.480 --> 01:47:49.480] Dan is a longtime supporter of the network up there in Connecticut.
[01:47:49.480 --> 01:47:52.480] Okay, we're gonna go now to Lisa in Texas.
[01:47:52.480 --> 01:47:53.480] Lisa, thanks for calling in.
[01:47:53.480 --> 01:47:55.480] You have a question for Mike, our guest?
[01:47:55.480 --> 01:47:56.480] Yes, I do.
[01:47:56.480 --> 01:48:02.480] I'm hesitating to call in because I'm not sure I've got enough information to ask the right questions,
[01:48:02.480 --> 01:48:06.480] but I'll give it a shot because I've got a pressing issue.
[01:48:06.480 --> 01:48:11.480] My husband got served with papers the other day, the other morning,
[01:48:11.480 --> 01:48:16.480] apparently over a credit card company trying to collect a debt,
[01:48:16.480 --> 01:48:25.480] and he was supposed to go to the courthouse and file some kind of answer to that summer.
[01:48:25.480 --> 01:48:31.480] And he was going to do that tomorrow, so I wanted to get a hold of you to find out, you know,
[01:48:31.480 --> 01:48:37.480] because I know from listening enough of this that he can deal with this issue
[01:48:37.480 --> 01:48:41.480] with the methods that you have talked about on the air,
[01:48:41.480 --> 01:48:46.480] although I haven't been able to listen to every time you're on consistently.
[01:48:46.480 --> 01:48:55.480] But I know that he can be helped, but the problem is that I'm the one that listens to the show,
[01:48:55.480 --> 01:48:58.480] and everything that I tell him, he gets from me,
[01:48:58.480 --> 01:49:01.480] and so it's a little hard to relay the information correctly.
[01:49:01.480 --> 01:49:03.480] Right.
[01:49:03.480 --> 01:49:07.480] Well, first of all, it's very funny because I was going to talk about that,
[01:49:07.480 --> 01:49:10.480] about a friend of death by the name of Willow,
[01:49:10.480 --> 01:49:19.480] who has gotten a similar notice to respond to the court for documents that were served upon them.
[01:49:19.480 --> 01:49:22.480] And you have to be very careful in the local courts.
[01:49:22.480 --> 01:49:25.480] It's very, very biased in there.
[01:49:25.480 --> 01:49:30.480] They generally will come in with what they call an affidavit of debt.
[01:49:30.480 --> 01:49:35.480] And the affidavit of debt is written by someone that we don't know who the heck they are.
[01:49:35.480 --> 01:49:37.480] They'll say you owe them a million dollars,
[01:49:37.480 --> 01:49:40.480] and that's like me calling you up out of the blue and saying,
[01:49:40.480 --> 01:49:42.480] hey, you owe me a million bucks, babe.
[01:49:42.480 --> 01:49:44.480] What the heck does that mean?
[01:49:44.480 --> 01:49:45.480] Right, okay.
[01:49:45.480 --> 01:49:48.480] And that's what they're doing, and here's the problem.
[01:49:48.480 --> 01:49:53.480] A lot of people try to think they get in, they see this stuff on the Internet,
[01:49:53.480 --> 01:49:59.480] and they start copying documents, and I never had this account, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
[01:49:59.480 --> 01:50:03.480] And that's fine when you're in trial, okay?
[01:50:03.480 --> 01:50:06.480] The problem, you're not in trial yet, okay?
[01:50:06.480 --> 01:50:13.480] They're asking you to respond to the complaint, and your answer is quite simple.
[01:50:13.480 --> 01:50:18.480] And Randy, I think, is going to back me up on this 100%.
[01:50:18.480 --> 01:50:23.480] I file a complaint with the court, and I say, you owe me this amount of money.
[01:50:23.480 --> 01:50:27.480] The court lacks jurisdiction.
[01:50:27.480 --> 01:50:29.480] I'll say that one more time.
[01:50:29.480 --> 01:50:34.480] The court lacks jurisdiction because there is no alleged debt before the court.
[01:50:34.480 --> 01:50:40.480] There's only a statement from somebody we don't know who the heck they are.
[01:50:40.480 --> 01:50:43.480] So you would motion the court to dismiss the case.
[01:50:43.480 --> 01:50:51.480] Your response back would be, I motion the court to dismiss the case based on the fact that the court lacks jurisdiction.
[01:50:51.480 --> 01:50:59.480] There's no documents before the court showing any money owed, any contracts, et cetera.
[01:50:59.480 --> 01:51:02.480] So that's what you would do, is that would be your answer back to the court.
[01:51:02.480 --> 01:51:07.480] Motion the court to dismiss because the court lacks jurisdiction in this case.
[01:51:07.480 --> 01:51:12.480] There's no documents to prove any alleged account, period.
[01:51:12.480 --> 01:51:14.480] Where are you at?
[01:51:14.480 --> 01:51:16.480] You're here in Austin?
[01:51:16.480 --> 01:51:18.480] I'm right here in Austin, yes.
[01:51:18.480 --> 01:51:21.480] Okay.
[01:51:21.480 --> 01:51:24.480] Contact me, email me.
[01:51:24.480 --> 01:51:26.480] I can show you how to handle this.
[01:51:26.480 --> 01:51:34.480] We just nailed Herb Evans, the JP here in Austin.
[01:51:34.480 --> 01:51:40.480] Check to see if the petition is notarized.
[01:51:40.480 --> 01:51:46.480] In Texas, normally you can file an original petition and not notarize it.
[01:51:46.480 --> 01:51:54.480] Except when it's a suit on account, the account must be included,
[01:51:54.480 --> 01:52:00.480] it must be affirmed by someone with knowledge of the information in the account,
[01:52:00.480 --> 01:52:03.480] and the petition must be verified.
[01:52:03.480 --> 01:52:07.480] We got one that wasn't verified, so we countersued the judge.
[01:52:07.480 --> 01:52:08.480] That was a hoot.
[01:52:08.480 --> 01:52:11.480] And then the judge got the county attorney to answer.
[01:52:11.480 --> 01:52:14.480] We claimed the judge didn't have subject matter jurisdiction.
[01:52:14.480 --> 01:52:17.480] The answer didn't address subject matter jurisdiction,
[01:52:17.480 --> 01:52:21.480] so we count we're going to file criminal complaints against the judge
[01:52:21.480 --> 01:52:24.480] and the prosecutor for misappropriation of public funds
[01:52:24.480 --> 01:52:28.480] and include the prosecutor in the suit.
[01:52:28.480 --> 01:52:32.480] Oh, we're having too much fun with this.
[01:52:32.480 --> 01:52:36.480] And the other thing you want to do, too, just for chuckles,
[01:52:36.480 --> 01:52:41.480] you know, these debt collectors, they pull some weird stuff,
[01:52:41.480 --> 01:52:45.480] and they'll serve you with this to scare you, okay?
[01:52:45.480 --> 01:52:49.480] Have you verified the complaint with the court or the court,
[01:52:49.480 --> 01:52:51.480] have you or your husband called up the court and say,
[01:52:51.480 --> 01:52:56.480] hey, does this case exist, do you have this case number?
[01:52:56.480 --> 01:52:59.480] Willow got one and there was no case number on it.
[01:52:59.480 --> 01:53:02.480] Does this case exist, okay.
[01:53:02.480 --> 01:53:05.480] So I asked her, I said, I advise you to call the court first,
[01:53:05.480 --> 01:53:09.480] because a lot of times they do that as scare tactics, you know.
[01:53:09.480 --> 01:53:10.480] Right.
[01:53:10.480 --> 01:53:11.480] All right.
[01:53:11.480 --> 01:53:13.480] So that's another point.
[01:53:13.480 --> 01:53:18.480] I would check with the court to see if there's a case that actually exists there.
[01:53:18.480 --> 01:53:20.480] Okay.
[01:53:20.480 --> 01:53:22.480] And then follow up with Randy,
[01:53:22.480 --> 01:53:25.480] because he and I are singing from the same sheet of music,
[01:53:25.480 --> 01:53:29.480] although I don't know his practices and what he does,
[01:53:29.480 --> 01:53:35.480] but we're right on the same point with the, you know, jurisdiction is an issue here.
[01:53:35.480 --> 01:53:38.480] Yes, and that's always the first place to go.
[01:53:38.480 --> 01:53:39.480] Yes.
[01:53:39.480 --> 01:53:46.480] If I email you tomorrow, first thing, can we get an answer pretty quick?
[01:53:46.480 --> 01:53:48.480] Because I've emailed you before and I've got an answer like this.
[01:53:48.480 --> 01:53:50.480] Oh, I'm sorry, I get a lot.
[01:53:50.480 --> 01:53:52.480] I understand you get a lot.
[01:53:52.480 --> 01:53:55.480] Put the subject line in all caps.
[01:53:55.480 --> 01:54:03.480] As soon as I get your email, I'll send you back the suit we filed here in Austin.
[01:54:03.480 --> 01:54:08.480] Take a look at it, change the names and the dates, fire it right back at them.
[01:54:08.480 --> 01:54:09.480] All right.
[01:54:09.480 --> 01:54:10.480] Okay.
[01:54:10.480 --> 01:54:12.480] Well, I want to do this when I first get up tomorrow.
[01:54:12.480 --> 01:54:13.480] I work nights.
[01:54:13.480 --> 01:54:15.480] I'm driving my taxi right now.
[01:54:15.480 --> 01:54:20.480] Yeah, I always like to refer to this stuff when they do things like this,
[01:54:20.480 --> 01:54:27.480] is like, you know, I saw you on the grassy knoll in 63 pulling that trigger, okay?
[01:54:27.480 --> 01:54:30.480] What the heck does that mean?
[01:54:30.480 --> 01:54:31.480] Okay.
[01:54:31.480 --> 01:54:35.480] You can say anything and, you know, make them prove it.
[01:54:35.480 --> 01:54:37.480] Make them prove it.
[01:54:37.480 --> 01:54:38.480] Bottom line.
[01:54:38.480 --> 01:54:39.480] Okay.
[01:54:39.480 --> 01:54:45.480] Well, I think I've got some good things to give to my husband and, you know,
[01:54:45.480 --> 01:54:50.480] to try to let him because he's all worried about getting down there on time and all this other stuff.
[01:54:50.480 --> 01:54:52.480] Well, he should be listening to the show then.
[01:54:52.480 --> 01:54:53.480] Well, no.
[01:54:53.480 --> 01:54:54.480] Okay.
[01:54:54.480 --> 01:55:04.480] He has from the date that he receives the documents until the Monday after the 20th day from the day he receives it to answer.
[01:55:04.480 --> 01:55:05.480] Okay.
[01:55:05.480 --> 01:55:06.480] All right.
[01:55:06.480 --> 01:55:13.480] And Lisa, the show is archived so you can download the show later this evening.
[01:55:13.480 --> 01:55:15.480] I will try to do that.
[01:55:15.480 --> 01:55:16.480] Yeah.
[01:55:16.480 --> 01:55:22.480] And, Randy, do they have to serve those there by process server or can they send them through the mail?
[01:55:22.480 --> 01:55:23.480] Process server.
[01:55:23.480 --> 01:55:24.480] Okay.
[01:55:24.480 --> 01:55:25.480] That's another issue.
[01:55:25.480 --> 01:55:26.480] Was your husband...
[01:55:26.480 --> 01:55:27.480] Wait.
[01:55:27.480 --> 01:55:28.480] You got this in the mail?
[01:55:28.480 --> 01:55:29.480] No.
[01:55:29.480 --> 01:55:30.480] It was...
[01:55:30.480 --> 01:55:32.480] Well, I was still in bed asleep.
[01:55:32.480 --> 01:55:35.480] I heard somebody knock on the door and the dog was barking like crazy.
[01:55:35.480 --> 01:55:36.480] Yeah.
[01:55:36.480 --> 01:55:38.480] That was the consternator that my husband said.
[01:55:38.480 --> 01:55:39.480] Okay.
[01:55:39.480 --> 01:55:40.480] Yeah.
[01:55:40.480 --> 01:55:41.480] I got served this morning so...
[01:55:41.480 --> 01:55:42.480] Okay.
[01:55:42.480 --> 01:55:43.480] When it happened.
[01:55:43.480 --> 01:55:44.480] Okay.
[01:55:44.480 --> 01:55:45.480] How long ago did you get served?
[01:55:45.480 --> 01:55:48.480] This was Monday morning.
[01:55:48.480 --> 01:55:49.480] No problem.
[01:55:49.480 --> 01:55:50.480] You got plenty of time.
[01:55:50.480 --> 01:55:51.480] Yeah.
[01:55:51.480 --> 01:55:52.480] All right.
[01:55:52.480 --> 01:55:53.480] Yeah.
[01:55:53.480 --> 01:55:54.480] Yeah.
[01:55:54.480 --> 01:55:55.480] Cool.
[01:55:55.480 --> 01:55:56.480] Yeah.
[01:55:56.480 --> 01:55:57.480] Okay.
[01:55:57.480 --> 01:56:02.480] Well, I'll get on this and reassure my husband that, hey, you know, we're going to win this.
[01:56:02.480 --> 01:56:03.480] So, all right.
[01:56:03.480 --> 01:56:04.480] Oh, yeah.
[01:56:04.480 --> 01:56:05.480] Okay.
[01:56:05.480 --> 01:56:06.480] You'll have fun with this.
[01:56:06.480 --> 01:56:07.480] Yeah.
[01:56:07.480 --> 01:56:10.480] And you may want to get Mike Maris' course too to help you all understand this better.
[01:56:10.480 --> 01:56:14.480] Yeah, I heard about being available yesterday and I'm trying to figure out where I can come
[01:56:14.480 --> 01:56:17.480] up with $150 here to get it real quick.
[01:56:17.480 --> 01:56:20.480] So, I'm definitely going to do that.
[01:56:20.480 --> 01:56:21.480] Hey, let me tell you something.
[01:56:21.480 --> 01:56:24.480] The first case you win, you get all that back and more.
[01:56:24.480 --> 01:56:25.480] Right.
[01:56:25.480 --> 01:56:26.480] Right.
[01:56:26.480 --> 01:56:29.480] Make them pay for it.
[01:56:29.480 --> 01:56:34.480] I'm turning people onto it all the time and I just love hearing you all talk about this
[01:56:34.480 --> 01:56:35.480] real-life stuff.
[01:56:35.480 --> 01:56:37.480] So, I'm thoroughly intrigued.
[01:56:37.480 --> 01:56:38.480] So...
[01:56:38.480 --> 01:56:39.480] Thank you, Lisa.
[01:56:39.480 --> 01:56:40.480] Thank you.
[01:56:40.480 --> 01:56:41.480] Thank you.
[01:56:41.480 --> 01:56:42.480] Okay.
[01:56:42.480 --> 01:56:43.480] You have a good night.
[01:56:43.480 --> 01:56:44.480] Be safe out there on the road.
[01:56:44.480 --> 01:56:45.480] Thanks.
[01:56:45.480 --> 01:56:46.480] Good night.
[01:56:46.480 --> 01:56:47.480] Good night.
[01:56:47.480 --> 01:56:48.480] Okay.
[01:56:48.480 --> 01:56:49.480] We're coming up to the end of the show.
[01:56:49.480 --> 01:56:50.480] We've got about a minute and a half left.
[01:56:50.480 --> 01:56:54.480] So, Mike, any closing comments for our folks out here?
[01:56:54.480 --> 01:56:56.480] Well, it's been another interesting show.
[01:56:56.480 --> 01:57:02.480] I know you were talking about some issues before and I'm not sure.
[01:57:02.480 --> 01:57:06.480] I know Randy wanted me to bring it back up, but I don't recall what it is now.
[01:57:06.480 --> 01:57:09.480] But this...
[01:57:09.480 --> 01:57:10.480] I know one of the things is...
[01:57:10.480 --> 01:57:13.480] It was the email you got.
[01:57:13.480 --> 01:57:14.480] Which one was that?
[01:57:14.480 --> 01:57:16.480] Oh, you got an email just now during the show.
[01:57:16.480 --> 01:57:17.480] That's the one.
[01:57:17.480 --> 01:57:18.480] I'm just going to bring that.
[01:57:18.480 --> 01:57:19.480] Okay.
[01:57:19.480 --> 01:57:23.480] Yeah, about judgments and can they get removed doing this stuff?
[01:57:23.480 --> 01:57:26.480] Absolutely.
[01:57:26.480 --> 01:57:31.480] You'd be surprised what you can do because, see, this gentleman was concentrating on the
[01:57:31.480 --> 01:57:38.480] lawyers that are chasing him, well, let's reverse it and concentrate on the creditor
[01:57:38.480 --> 01:57:39.480] that caused the whole problem.
[01:57:39.480 --> 01:57:46.480] Let's go after the creditor, drag them into federal court, say, oh, by the way, in order
[01:57:46.480 --> 01:57:51.480] to resolve this, you've got to remove the judgment in the lower court, okay, or we're
[01:57:51.480 --> 01:57:53.480] going to go to trial.
[01:57:53.480 --> 01:57:55.480] So, can it be done?
[01:57:55.480 --> 01:57:56.480] Sure.
[01:57:56.480 --> 01:57:57.480] Okay.
[01:57:57.480 --> 01:58:02.480] I don't know what all the details are in this gentleman's court case, but I asked him to
[01:58:02.480 --> 01:58:05.480] contact me back and give me some details.
[01:58:05.480 --> 01:58:11.480] And maybe he's gotten involved with the NAF and he's got an invalid judgment there anyway.
[01:58:11.480 --> 01:58:12.480] All right.
[01:58:12.480 --> 01:58:14.480] Well, listen, we're at the end of the show.
[01:58:14.480 --> 01:58:18.480] Mike, thank you so much for joining us again on this further moment like this.
[01:58:18.480 --> 01:58:20.480] This was wonderful.
[01:58:20.480 --> 01:58:21.480] Anytime.
[01:58:21.480 --> 01:58:22.480] All right.
[01:58:22.480 --> 01:58:28.480] I hope that Mike nearest his course at ruleoflawradio.com, the blue banner, just a little, right towards
[01:58:28.480 --> 01:58:31.480] the top of the page, right below the photos of all the hosts.
