[20:37.440 --> 20:40.440]  And I said, well, ma'am, this is a limited edition, but they hand them out every year

[20:41.440 --> 20:44.440]  And I'll tell you what, the interest was there.

[24:33.440 --> 24:37.440]  And this guy walks up on the subway and starts yelling and screaming at us
[24:37.440 --> 24:42.440]  because we had 9-11 was inside job, T-shirts on.
[24:42.440 --> 24:48.440]  And the only way they could do that is because this had to really touch their hearts.
[24:48.440 --> 24:50.440]  You know it.
[24:50.440 --> 24:52.440]  And it had to be real important to them.
[24:52.440 --> 24:57.440]  And those people, they really knew.
[24:57.440 --> 25:03.440]  But it affected them so strongly, they just couldn't admit it yet.
[25:03.440 --> 25:08.440]  When they turn, they'll be our most ardent supporters.

[25:31.440 --> 25:33.440]  They weren't hassling us at all.
[25:33.440 --> 25:39.440]  And honestly, we had no right to do what we were doing and to be there and talk to people.
[25:39.440 --> 25:43.440]  Because that's not public property where we are.
[25:43.440 --> 25:48.440]  Where people see ground zero is it's actually the entrance to the path to the train station.
[25:48.440 --> 25:51.440]  And it's not public property.
[25:51.440 --> 25:55.440]  It's like the sidewalk is literally barely two feet wide.
[25:55.440 --> 25:57.440]  We could not be on public property.
[25:57.440 --> 26:00.440]  We had to be at the entrance of the train station.
[26:00.440 --> 26:05.440]  And the owners of the train station were allowing us to do that.
[26:05.440 --> 26:12.440]  And the only thing that the police asked of us was that when we started talking to people and crowds started forming,
[26:12.440 --> 26:19.440]  they just didn't want us to have these crowds gathering to block the entrance to the train station.
[26:19.440 --> 26:23.440]  And that's reasonable because getting on rush hour,
[26:23.440 --> 26:32.440]  talking hundreds of thousands of people going in that train station to cross the river to go to New Jersey to go home.
[26:32.440 --> 26:35.440]  And so, yeah, we can't block the train station.
[26:35.440 --> 26:36.440]  We can't block the entrance.
[26:36.440 --> 26:41.440]  And so they just wanted us to get behind these certain barriers.
[26:41.440 --> 26:46.440]  And they put up a line, but not to block us in or to give us a hard time.
[26:46.440 --> 26:52.440]  They just wanted to make sure that people were going to be able to get into the train station so it wouldn't be like a mob scene.
[26:52.440 --> 26:54.440]  They were very, very nice.
[26:54.440 --> 26:59.440]  Yes. At first, I thought they were there to keep us under control.
[26:59.440 --> 27:06.440]  Yeah, but as the day wore on, it became clear that they were there to protect us.
[27:06.440 --> 27:10.440]  Absolutely. Anybody that tried to give us a hard time at all.
[27:10.440 --> 27:14.440]  Boy, the cops descended on them big time and ran them off.
[27:14.440 --> 27:17.440]  They did not want people giving us a hard time.
[27:17.440 --> 27:20.440]  They know because they lost their own.
[27:20.440 --> 27:28.440]  They know what happened when Deborah started walking through fact after fact after fact.
[27:28.440 --> 27:34.440]  We got a couple of camera crews up there with us and there were a good hundred and fifty people gathered out there.
[27:34.440 --> 27:42.440]  The ones who seem to be the most intrigued and the most pleased with what she was telling everybody were the police.
[27:42.440 --> 27:53.440]  We had a female captain there that one of the guys with us was upset that they put a cordon tape that we were supposed to stay behind.
[27:53.440 --> 27:56.440]  Oh, one of the one of the nine eleven truth activists.
[27:56.440 --> 27:59.440]  Yeah, he didn't understand what was going on.
[27:59.440 --> 28:02.440]  He was crawling down this.
[28:02.440 --> 28:05.440]  We were like, dude, stop, leave the cops alone.
[28:05.440 --> 28:10.440]  I'm watching this thinking, why haven't they cracked his skull already?
[28:10.440 --> 28:17.440]  And I finally stepped between them and put my back to him and apologize to her for him and this, you know, that this is real important to him.
[28:17.440 --> 28:19.440]  And she said she understood.
[28:19.440 --> 28:22.440]  I'm still amazed at how tolerant they were.
[28:22.440 --> 28:25.440]  And there were a whole bunch of other officers around there.
[28:25.440 --> 28:32.440]  And he's raising his voice to a captain for one thing, a female for another.
[28:32.440 --> 28:39.440]  And these other policemen are exercising surprising restraint.
[28:39.440 --> 28:41.440]  And it became clear they were on our side.

[33:27.440 --> 33:35.440]  When the cop first pulled me and my wife over, I was in a rental.
[33:35.440 --> 33:40.440]  And the cop asked for me to produce identification.
[33:40.440 --> 33:44.440]  And I asked him right after that if he would produce identification.
[33:44.440 --> 33:49.440]  And he immediately responded, you have all the identification you need.
[33:49.440 --> 33:54.440]  Step out of the vehicle now, otherwise I'm going to take you to jail.
[33:54.440 --> 33:59.440]  So I said, OK, I'm getting out now under duress.
[33:59.440 --> 34:04.440]  And I got out of the vehicle, and he proceeded to ask me a bunch of questions.
[34:04.440 --> 34:10.440]  I told him right away that I was exercising my rights to remain silent.
[34:10.440 --> 34:16.440]  When I got to the phase where I had to sign two tickets, one for no liability insurance
[34:16.440 --> 34:26.440]  and one for allegedly speeding, I put under UTDC and All Rights Reserve printed above my signature on the first ticket.
[34:26.440 --> 34:29.440]  And then I started to do the same thing on the second ticket.
[34:29.440 --> 34:36.440]  And then he stopped me, forcibly took the pen out of my hand, called the superiors,
[34:36.440 --> 34:42.440]  and then came back to me and said, if you don't remove this from the tickets, I'm going to take you to jail.
[34:42.440 --> 34:47.440]  He refused. He took me to the county jail.
[34:47.440 --> 34:51.440]  When I went to the jail, I exercised my rights to remain silent.
[34:51.440 --> 34:57.440]  I didn't give him my name or anything. I made them work for all that, for my address and everything.
[34:57.440 --> 35:00.440]  I was released approximately 24 hours later.
[35:00.440 --> 35:11.440]  And before I left, they had me sign summons saying that I had to come to the Temple, Texas Municipal Court today.
[35:11.440 --> 35:17.440]  When I was in the jail and getting booked, I signed everything under threat, dress, and coercion, All Rights Reserved.
[35:17.440 --> 35:27.440]  Now today, when I showed up to the municipal court in the city of Temple, the clerks informed me that the court was closed today.
[35:27.440 --> 35:32.440]  So I flew all the way back from Georgia to here only to find out that the court was closed.
[35:32.440 --> 35:35.440]  And you had a hearing scheduled for today?
[35:35.440 --> 35:37.440]  Yes, I had sworn to appear today.
[35:37.440 --> 35:40.440]  And then the court was closed when you got there?
[35:40.440 --> 35:41.440]  The court was closed.
[35:41.440 --> 35:45.440]  Oh, boy. Randy's going to have a field day with this one.

[36:37.440 --> 36:44.440]  Hang on just a second before you go much further. Do you have the ticket in front of you by any chance?

[01:11:41.440 --> 01:11:51.440]  Yeah, because with these traffic tickets, if you don't sign, they can arrest you because what's happening there is basically when you sign,
[01:11:51.440 --> 01:11:57.440]  you're agreeing to the terms so that you can be bonded out immediately is what's going on.
[01:11:57.440 --> 01:12:05.440]  So you don't have to be taken to jail and arrested and then get out on bail or whatever.
[01:12:05.440 --> 01:12:17.440]  So it's like an immediate release. So that's the excuse that he's giving is that you refused to sign the ticket.
[01:12:17.440 --> 01:12:22.440]  So now he gets to arrest you, but you didn't refuse to sign the ticket.
[01:12:22.440 --> 01:12:29.440]  I mean, how are they going to tell you what to write with your signature? It's your signature.

[01:12:49.440 --> 01:12:59.440]  And he's refusing to sign. So he lied to them and there's no, yeah, I mean, it's just crazy.

[01:34:00.440 --> 01:34:16.440]  Of course, he's not going to just roll over and play dead. So the police, of course, show us your ID, let us in your car. We want to search. And of course, the answer is have you sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution?
[01:34:16.440 --> 01:34:30.440]  And, you know, you're not getting in my truck without a search warrant. And so actually, they cuffed him and they were just starting to have this conversation.
[01:34:30.440 --> 01:34:37.440]  And some passersby in the parking lot were allowed to talk to him and he came inside and asked for Michael.
[01:34:37.440 --> 01:34:50.440]  And so he's going, somebody in the parking lot wants to talk to you. And it's like, well, who is it? Well, I don't know. But he's in handcuffs. Okay, great. So the rest of the table full of people tripped out. We all go out.
[01:34:50.440 --> 01:35:08.440]  And he's like, okay. And so by that time, the lights are on and they're flashing and the poor guys are down. We couldn't quite see even who it was. And we had suspected someone else at first. But here they are, poor guys down there.
[01:35:08.440 --> 01:35:23.440]  And so Michael starts talking to the police. Let's, you know, keep it calm. What's the problem? Can we do this stuff? And so you need to get him on to tell the whole story because I'm just going to give the short version.
[01:35:23.440 --> 01:35:41.440]  So short version is our class member has a farm truck. He carries little girl dogs in his farm truck. And the little boy drug dog just was as happy as clams to find out that he found where some little girl dogs live.
[01:35:41.440 --> 01:35:55.440]  There were no drugs, of course. Yeah, this is ridiculous. But the thing that was nice, he insisted that they have a search warrant before they go into his truck.
[01:35:55.440 --> 01:36:07.440]  They insisted that they have some probable cause. Okay, this out of town dog is supplying the probable cause. They all stood around and waited about three hours.
[01:36:07.440 --> 01:36:17.440]  They went away. They got the search warrant. They came back. They found nothing but farm stuff inside. And everyone was kind of happy.
[01:36:17.440 --> 01:36:28.440]  But there was a whole lot of talking in the parking lot, a whole lot of the second seminar was going on. And I think some good can come of these things.
[01:36:28.440 --> 01:36:49.440]  When, like, you know, John before me, he's done so much homework, he knows the talk. If you can find those police officers like the ones in New York, the police who are open and attentive, we have such great opportunities here to train up the ladder, if you will.
[01:36:49.440 --> 01:37:06.440]  But, you know, all well that ends well, they say there were no actual arrests. It was extremely irritating and a lot of good practice was had. So there was an actual arrest. Well, there was a detainment.
[01:37:06.440 --> 01:37:18.440]  No, no, no, there is no such thing in law. They made that. Okay, well, then he was arrested. He was arrested. So I don't know what he's going to do about it because this is what Deborah and I were talking about.
[01:37:18.440 --> 01:37:35.440]  On the break. At some point, we have to give the police something. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. I ain't giving them. You know what, Randy? Listen. Not all demons. No, listen. Okay, this isn't about the police or whether they're demons or not.
[01:37:35.440 --> 01:37:53.440]  Okay, well, I want to look at the situation. This cop was from out of state. He's got his dog. Okay, now listen. To me, this is you can you can argue this till the cows come home, Randy. I don't care what case law you want to come with to back this up.
[01:37:53.440 --> 01:38:06.440]  I will fight this till the bitter end. This thing about these drug drug dogs. Listen to me, bringing drug their own personal dog who happens to be a trained drug dog on vacation or whatever.
[01:38:06.440 --> 01:38:17.440]  And you're just happening to be walking through the parking lot. And then, you know, the dog starts barking at a car. And so they want to say it's probable cause, you know, to me, that's a search.
[01:38:17.440 --> 01:38:29.440]  And I'll tell you why. Because the cop did not witness something with his own eyes. And even like when I told my story about what happened at the rainbow with the drug dogs and stuff.
[01:38:29.440 --> 01:38:47.440]  And I was I was pulled over for for not using a blinker at the intersection where I was going straight just because the the road the the road number changed or whatever. And after they confirmed, you know, my papers and the insurance and the driver's license and the whole nine yards.
[01:38:47.440 --> 01:39:07.440]  They had no reason whatsoever to continue the stop and bring out the dog. But they did anyway. They cannot bring dogs around and act on the dog's reactions unless they have some kind of probable cause first.
[01:39:07.440 --> 01:39:25.440]  All right. That's that's the whole argument in the in the case law that of why I'm going to sue these these forestry guys. And so I'm sorry, but it makes no sense to me. And I will not ever agree that it's OK for cops to go around wherever they want.
[01:39:25.440 --> 01:39:40.440]  I mean, on their off time from state to state on vacation, bringing their dog that's a drug dog. I mean, I don't care what it is of a Superman X-ray vision glasses. I mean, whatever kind of to me, drug dog is like a policing tool.
[01:39:40.440 --> 01:39:58.440]  Whatever kind of policing tools they may have, like I said, maybe they're going to have the backscatter sunglasses or whatever pretty soon. It's still a policing tool that they're using and they're acting upon. And there's no probable cause to do that.
[01:39:58.440 --> 01:40:19.440]  It's not like the police witnessed something with his own eyes and then decided to bring out the dog. OK, I don't think that the police should be able to act on anything that that dog does ever, anytime at all, unless there was already probable cause in place.
[01:40:19.440 --> 01:40:35.440]  And then you bring out the dog. And I'm sorry, I'm not going to have it any other way. I think I agree. OK, to be as man, because it's it's to me that is a search. It is a search with no probable cause.
[01:40:35.440 --> 01:40:51.440]  Who do you want to get truly technical? The entire drug war is nothing more than a rights robbing scandal. OK, yeah, that's true. But that's a separate issue. That's a separate issue. This has to do. I've got this dog. I don't care. And he's trained for one specific.
[01:40:51.440 --> 01:41:08.440]  Whatever, dude, dog doesn't know about his jurisdiction. Whatever, dude, whatever. It's the dog. The dog is not a credible witness out there and found a puddle of blood under the truck and the dog pointed at the blood.
[01:41:08.440 --> 01:41:18.440]  Would you say you can't use that? You can't look in there and see where that blood is. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on, Randy. Hold on. That's a whole different story.
[01:41:18.440 --> 01:41:29.440]  No, it's not. Yes, it is, because now there is some evidence that the police officer can see with his own eyes a puddle of blood on the ground.
[01:41:29.440 --> 01:41:53.440]  OK, there was a bunch of puddle. Listen, because there wasn't a bunch of like pot on the ground. OK, so what? We trust animals now to establish probable cause. I thought the case law was that they can. I thought the case law was that they only bring out the dogs if there's already probable cause.
[01:41:53.440 --> 01:42:06.440]  OK, look, this is the whole this is the whole fight with the with these machines at TSA and not the backscatter machines. But I'm talking about these these algorithms. Hold on. Wait, let me finish. Let me finish.
[01:42:06.440 --> 01:42:24.440]  I'm talking about these algorithms that analyze people's gait and they measure your perspiration and your body temperature and your heart rate and everything. All your biorhythms and your vital signs they measure from with these devices in airports.
[01:42:24.440 --> 01:42:41.440]  And they run that data through a computer program. And if it comes up, you know, if the computer program says, OK, well, you know, this person is a suspect. This person is under suspicion because the data was analyzed by this computer program.
[01:42:41.440 --> 01:42:56.440]  So now send out cops to search them and stuff. So I'm sorry, I'm not going to I'm not going to submit to a society where we're going to use animals and computers to establish probable cause.
[01:42:56.440 --> 01:43:16.440]  OK, people, the cops are and other people going to have to witness something with their own eyes. You have a right to face your accuser in court in a story. So if I call the police and tell the police that I have reason to believe that someone has raped a two year old, the police can't do anything because they didn't personally witness.
[01:43:16.440 --> 01:43:31.440]  No, because that's not true, Randy, because you are a human being and you have been able to ascertain that and make that judgment as an adult. You're not a dog. You're not a dog, Randy.
[01:43:31.440 --> 01:43:46.440]  And to reason, you're not a dog, Randy. You're a human being. You are a human being. And under the circumstance, you just suggested an argument about whether the police acted properly. This is an argument about whether we can trust drug dogs.
[01:43:46.440 --> 01:44:01.440]  This is an argument about you have the right to face your accuser in court and that we cannot denigrate ourselves and our society to the point where we are using technology and animals to establish probable cause.
[01:44:01.440 --> 01:44:10.440]  We can use the technology and the animals to come in after probable cause has already been established for further searching. I'm not going to have it any other way.
[01:44:10.440 --> 01:44:18.440]  So if a policeman happens across the crime, he can't act on it because he didn't have probable cause before.
[01:44:18.440 --> 01:44:34.440]  I don't know what you're talking about. I never said that, Randy. I did not say that. If the police happens, no, that is not what I'm saying. If the police happens upon a crime and he sees a crime being committed with his own eyes, then fine.
