[00:00.000 --> 00:04.960] This news brief brought to you by the International News Net.
[00:04.960 --> 00:09.920] The Irish Justice Minister said Wednesday his country would accept two Guantanamo prisoners
[00:09.920 --> 00:10.920]  for resettlement.
[00:10.920 --> 00:16.800] Barack Obama, who has pledged to close the camp by January, has urged other countries
[00:16.800 --> 00:18.760]  to take detainees.
[00:18.760 --> 00:25.040] The UN said Friday 1,013 civilians have been killed in Afghanistan so far this year, an
[00:25.040 --> 00:28.040]  increase of 24 percent.
[00:28.040 --> 00:33.400] In Indonesia, Krakatoa, the most terrifying volcano the world has ever known, has begun
[00:33.400 --> 00:42.880] to stir once more, 126 years after it erupted with a force of 13,000 Hiroshima atomic bombs.
[00:42.880 --> 00:53.320] In 1883, Krakatoa killed 36,000 people and altered global weather for years.
[00:53.320 --> 00:58.560] A senior U.S. official has said there is no evidence to support keeping Sudan on its list
[00:58.560 --> 01:01.640] of countries that sponsor terrorism.
[01:01.640 --> 01:07.240] The comments by Sudan envoy Scott Gration came during a debate in the U.S. about policy
[01:07.240 --> 01:14.000] over Darfur, where some 300,000 people have died in six years of conflict.
[01:14.000 --> 01:20.340] The U.S. is also trying to assist Sudan in implementing a 2005 peace agreement that ended
[01:20.340 --> 01:25.400] two decades of civil war between Sudan's north and south.
[01:25.400 --> 01:30.320] Gration told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee the situation in Darfur had improved
[01:30.320 --> 01:35.660] and that sanctions were now hindering reconstruction efforts for South Sudan.
[01:35.660 --> 01:40.880] Gration said keeping Sudan on the terrorism blacklist was a political decision and there
[01:40.880 --> 01:47.060] was no intelligence to support including Sudan as a sponsor of terrorism.
[01:47.060 --> 01:53.720] Policy groups blame the North Sudanese government for genocide in Darfur, a term Khartoum disputes
[01:53.720 --> 01:57.120]  strongly.
[01:57.120 --> 02:02.440] Mexican drug traffickers are growing millions of marijuana plants in California's vast national
[02:02.440 --> 02:08.840] parks, exploiting the embattled state's sweeping cutbacks in its police forces.
[02:08.840 --> 02:13.080] The authorities have already seized more than a million cannabis plants this year, worth
[02:13.080 --> 02:18.120] up to $4 billion, and the growing season is not even half over.
[02:18.120 --> 02:22.640] While the criminals are becoming harder to catch, they are also becoming more brazen
[02:22.640 --> 02:25.760] and refusing to flee when the authorities arrive.
[02:25.760 --> 02:32.800] Official clean-up teams visiting plantations, some boasting as many as 40,000 cannabis plants,
[02:32.800 --> 02:38.040] are finding the armed growers already replanting as little as a day after the site has been
[02:38.040 --> 02:39.680]  raided.
[02:39.680 --> 02:44.400] California has 20 million acres of national or state parks, much of it forest.
[02:44.400 --> 02:49.520] The bright green patches of cannabis planted and harvested by illegal immigrant workers
[02:49.520 --> 03:01.200] are frequently so large they are visible from a helicopter.
[03:01.200 --> 03:05.280] You feel tired when talking about important topics like money and politics?
[03:05.280 --> 03:09.120] Are you confused by words like the Constitution or the Federal Reserve?
[03:09.120 --> 03:13.520] If so, you may be diagnosed with the deadliest disease known today, stupidity.
[03:13.520 --> 03:18.920] Hi, my name is Steve Holt, and like millions of other Americans, I was diagnosed with stupidity
[03:18.920 --> 03:20.120]  at an early age.
[03:20.120 --> 03:24.120] I had no idea that the number one cause of the disease is found in almost every home
[03:24.120 --> 03:26.160]  in America, the television.
[03:26.160 --> 03:31.240] Unfortunately, that puts most Americans at risk of catching stupidity, but there is hope.
[03:31.240 --> 03:35.000] The staff at Brave New Books have helped me and thousands of other foxaholics suffering
[03:35.000 --> 03:39.880] from sports-zombie-ism recover, and because of Brave New Books, I now enjoy reading and
[03:39.880 --> 03:44.800] watching educational documentaries without feeling tired or uninterested, so if you or
[03:44.800 --> 03:52.040] anybody you know suffers from stupidity, then you need to call 512-480-2503 or visit them
[03:52.040 --> 03:55.640]  in 1904 Guadalupe or bravenewbookstore.com.
[03:55.640 --> 03:59.040] Side effects from using Brave New Books products may include discernment and enlarged vocabulary
[03:59.040 --> 04:01.040] and an overall increase in mental functioning.
[04:01.040 --> 04:08.040] You are listening to the Rule of Law Radio Network at ruleoflawradio.com, live free speech
[04:08.040 --> 04:31.640] talk radio at its best.
[04:38.040 --> 05:00.840] Okay, we are back, the Rule of Law, Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Eddie Craig, we are
[05:00.840 --> 05:11.080] taking your calls, 512-646-1984. Okay, we are going to Brian in Pennsylvania, and then
[05:11.080 --> 05:16.000] we've got Jeff up after that. Brian, thanks for calling in, what's on your mind tonight?
[05:16.000 --> 05:23.000] Yo, what up people? Well, I think that I shared previously with y'all the issue that I had
[05:23.000 --> 05:30.000] coming up in court, and now there is a judgment in the case. And unfortunately, it is a default
[05:35.280 --> 05:42.280] judgment for me, but nonetheless default, and I went very prepared the other morning.
[05:43.160 --> 05:45.600] For you or against you? For me.
[05:45.600 --> 05:54.680] Wait a minute, you said unfortunately. Unfortunately, it's a default, it didn't even show up.
[05:54.680 --> 05:56.640]  The other side? Yes.
[05:56.640 --> 06:01.240] That was a ha-ha announcement, yes. I suppose it is, but no.
[06:01.240 --> 06:05.200] Well, maybe not, because he may have had some important issues to adjudicate that now he
[06:05.200 --> 06:09.000] doesn't have the chance to. Right, and I wanted to learn, I thought it
[06:09.000 --> 06:15.520] would be a really great tool, and yeah, so now I guess I'll just have to wait, you know.
[06:15.520 --> 06:22.520] Was this against the state? No, no, it was just Cover Bank came against
[06:22.520 --> 06:27.000] my person. Well, maybe your case was so strong, they
[06:27.000 --> 06:32.240] just decided to blow it off. I figured I would ask if I could read my
[06:32.240 --> 06:34.800] less than two page motion. Yes.
[06:34.800 --> 06:41.320] Seems to be very effective, but I didn't think it was that good. But yeah, okay, is that
[06:41.320 --> 06:46.040] all right? Yes. Must have been good enough to scare off the bank.
[06:46.040 --> 06:50.920] Well, maybe there was traffic that day, and no, they're going to appeal soon. Something
[06:50.920 --> 06:57.480] happened maybe. But okay, it's in a Magisterial Court of my locale.
[06:57.480 --> 07:02.680] Okay, preliminary objections and motion to dismiss. Pursuant Pennsylvania Rules of Procedure
[07:02.680 --> 07:08.360] Number 1028, these preliminary objections are raised and entered for the record to docket
[07:08.360 --> 07:14.960] number TV, blah, blah, blah. All right. One, objection. Pursuant PA Rules of Procedure
[07:14.960 --> 07:20.840] 1028A1, lack of jurisdiction over subject matter of this action. Plaintiffs fail to
[07:20.840 --> 07:25.400] state claim upon which validity can be granted. This court is without subject matter jurisdiction
[07:25.400 --> 07:29.840] since complaint filed with court was served without stated cause of action and absent
[07:29.840 --> 07:33.400]  requirements Pennsylvania Rules of Procedure 1019.
[07:33.400 --> 07:42.280] Two, objection. Pursuant PARCP 1028A1 and 1028A5, improper venue, lack of capacity to
[07:42.280 --> 07:47.960] sue. Search with Pennsylvania Department of State shows Discover Bank being foreign corporation
[07:47.960 --> 07:52.120] without certificate of authority issued by Pennsylvania Department of State, therefore
[07:52.120 --> 07:59.880] plaintiff is without proper standing before this court, CA 15PA Capability Statute 4141A,
[07:59.880 --> 08:04.880] a non-qualified foreign business corporation doing business in this commonwealth shall
[08:04.880 --> 08:09.000] not be permitted to maintain any action or proceeding in any court of this commonwealth
[08:09.000 --> 08:12.320] until the corporation has obtained a certificate of authority.
[08:12.320 --> 08:21.800] Three, objection. Pursuant PARCP 1028A3, insufficient specificity in pleading. Plaintiffs fail to
[08:21.800 --> 08:28.620] state specie of money demanded. To pay at law requires gold and silver coin, a tender
[08:28.620 --> 08:33.240] in payment of debt, unquote, the Constitution of the United States of America, comma Article
[08:33.240 --> 08:40.640]  1, Section 10. However, pursuant H.J. Resolution 192, 1933, payment of debt was against public
[08:40.640 --> 08:41.640]  policy.
[08:41.640 --> 08:49.880] Four, objection. Pursuant PARCP 1028A6, tenancy of prior action or agreement for alternative
[08:49.880 --> 08:55.960] dispute resolution. For several months defendant attempted resolve without controversy. These
[08:55.960 --> 09:00.400] attempts have been without response or if responded to have included but not limited
[09:00.400 --> 09:05.240] to threats and coercion. Notice is given that the defendant maintains explicit reservation
[09:05.240 --> 09:09.520] of rights of initios and does not grant court jurisdiction other than to dismiss plaintiff's
[09:09.520 --> 09:10.520]  action.
[09:10.520 --> 09:15.240] Wherefore, defendant moves this court to dismiss plaintiff's action for lack of jurisdiction,
[09:15.240 --> 09:18.920] outstanding in subject matter and failure to state claim upon which relief can be granted.
[09:18.920 --> 09:34.920] You see, that's what I'm talking about. That's how we fight in court. Not with a lot of patriot
[09:34.920 --> 09:39.440] myth but with real substantive law.
[09:39.440 --> 09:41.640] Will you send that to us, Brian?
[09:41.640 --> 09:46.880] Yeah, I can send it to you. In fact, I've got five freaking copies because I had planned
[09:46.880 --> 09:52.240] on giving two to the court, one of the opposition, one to me and I guess I was going to have
[09:52.240 --> 09:55.800] another spare if I forget for who.
[09:55.800 --> 10:05.760] Did you send letters or other kind of communications to the bank before this hearing that basically
[10:05.760 --> 10:09.320] notified them that you know what's going on?
[10:09.320 --> 10:13.300] I sent exactly what I filed with the court to them.
[10:13.300 --> 10:14.800] You mean what you just read?
[10:14.800 --> 10:22.040] Yes, in the memorandum of law, it's labeled behind it. My order that I have prepared for
[10:22.040 --> 10:28.520] the judge, I sent to them a certified copy of HDR 192. I also have the original copy
[10:28.520 --> 10:37.800] of the judge's oath stapled to this and I think there was only three different consecutive
[10:37.800 --> 10:41.680] months of correspondence between the bank and the alleged collector working through
[10:41.680 --> 10:47.640] the bank supposedly. That was, like I said, met with threats and coercion.
[10:47.640 --> 10:49.840]  Well, it worked.
[10:49.840 --> 10:50.840]  Wonderful.
[10:50.840 --> 10:56.480] This time, seems to, I don't know, we'll see. Maybe something did happen. Who knows?
[10:56.480 --> 11:01.040]  I was really, I don't want to say excited.
[11:01.040 --> 11:02.720]  It's not over yet.
[11:02.720 --> 11:03.720]  Right.
[11:03.720 --> 11:11.400] Because if they could show cause for not appearing, then they can move to reinstate.
[11:11.400 --> 11:16.400]  But they'll have to show a good cause.
[11:16.400 --> 11:22.520] Well, even still though, couldn't they, well, they, no, even still that I know they could
[11:22.520 --> 11:27.400] appeal to the court of comment, please, like it says here on the judgment sheet within
[11:27.400 --> 11:28.400]  30 days.
[11:28.400 --> 11:34.240] They have 30 days, so good. The clock's running on them then. This is good news.
[11:34.240 --> 11:36.640]  I doubt they will.
[11:36.640 --> 11:43.040] It seems the worm is turning. We're getting wins lately. Robert Fox just won a big one
[11:43.040 --> 11:52.080] Tuesday and we're hearing more and more people are getting wins in court. The pressure's
[11:52.080 --> 11:53.080]  on.
[11:53.080 --> 11:58.240] Here's why I think they backed off. Has it been more than six months since you made a
[11:58.240 --> 12:00.240] payment to these guys, Brian?
[12:00.240 --> 12:05.800] Since I had discharged any obligation, it was greater than six months time span, yes.
[12:05.800 --> 12:11.080] But, I mean, just straight up, it's been more than six months since you've given these guys
[12:11.080 --> 12:12.080]  any money.
[12:12.080 --> 12:13.080]  Right.
[12:13.080 --> 12:19.480] Okay. Then the gig is up. The jig is up, as some people would say. It's federal law. They
[12:19.480 --> 12:21.360] have to write off all debts.
[12:21.360 --> 12:24.080] Right. They can't come after me if you're filming right now.
[12:24.080 --> 12:30.720] That's right. Because they charge it off against their capital gains tax liability. That's
[12:30.720 --> 12:31.720]  federal law.
[12:31.720 --> 12:32.720]  Right.
[12:32.720 --> 12:36.960] Steve Skidmore and Neil Switkowski are going to be talking about that on endless fraud
[12:36.960 --> 12:41.720] detection. After that, the account is zeroed out. There is no more debt, so they can't
[12:41.720 --> 12:50.960] come after you about it anymore. If they, quote, sell it to anyone else, it's bogus.
[12:50.960 --> 12:55.560] If you know what's going on and you show them that you know what's going on, then they're
[12:55.560 --> 12:59.760] just going to blow it off, most likely because they're going after suckers.
[12:59.760 --> 13:04.800] Yeah, most likely. I was prepared for that, but I didn't bring any of that up because
[13:04.800 --> 13:09.800] I'm still in the preliminary objection stage. I didn't want to even go to the merits, really.
[13:09.800 --> 13:13.400] Perfect. They never got past standing.
[13:13.400 --> 13:14.400]  Right.
[13:14.400 --> 13:17.080]  That's great. That is great.
[13:17.080 --> 13:23.880] Well, Randy, I have a question about this. In Brian's... In his opening paragraph, he
[13:23.880 --> 13:32.000] talks about this court not having jurisdiction, but then the court rules in his favor by default.
[13:32.000 --> 13:34.680] Without jurisdiction, that they can do. That's the only thing.
[13:34.680 --> 13:35.680]  Okay.
[13:35.680 --> 13:43.000] There's two things they can do. They can dismiss or they can rule that they don't have... Actually,
[13:43.000 --> 13:49.160] the only thing they can do is, if they don't have jurisdiction, is dismiss. That's the
[13:49.160 --> 13:50.160] only thing they can do.
[13:50.160 --> 13:57.120] Well, then how could they even grant him his win by default if they don't have jurisdiction?
[13:57.120 --> 14:07.360] Well, see, this way, they don't have to rule on jurisdiction. The other side created the
[14:07.360 --> 14:14.560] case. This ends the case. That's what the effect would be if the judge ruled no subject
[14:14.560 --> 14:20.520] matter jurisdiction. He had dismissed the case. He dismissed the case. That's the thing
[14:20.520 --> 14:21.520]  he can do.
[14:21.520 --> 14:27.880] Wait a minute. Did he dismiss the case or did he rule in your favor? Did you file some
[14:27.880 --> 14:30.000] kind of counterclaim or ask for something?
[14:30.000 --> 14:36.320] He said he got a default judgment.
[14:36.320 --> 14:40.800] Yeah, default judgment. Even if he had a counterclaim, that wouldn't go away.
[14:40.800 --> 14:49.440] Well, see, what I'm saying is his default judgment, what is that? What is the judgment?
[14:49.440 --> 14:51.520] What does the judgment say?
[14:51.520 --> 14:55.520] The original papers that I think I called you guys and shared with you that were sent
[14:55.520 --> 15:02.720] back to me with ink on them, like my original filing that got sent back to me, that had
[15:02.720 --> 15:10.720] a cross complaint as part of it. Really, it was the same thing. This was a default judgment
[15:10.720 --> 15:12.560]  for a defendant.
[15:12.560 --> 15:19.720] Okay, but I guess what I'm asking is exactly what did you get awarded? Because there's
[15:19.720 --> 15:24.800] a difference between dismissing a case and a judgment in your favor.
[15:24.800 --> 15:29.400] An amount of zero cents and zero dollars of any species.
[15:29.400 --> 15:35.920] Wait a minute. I missed that. Did he adjudicate in your favor on your counterclaim?
[15:35.920 --> 15:42.440] No. There's two Xs checked here with a whole bunch of fields. Judgment was entered for
[15:42.440 --> 15:48.560] the name of my person and then X off also was judgment entered against Discover Bank
[15:48.560 --> 15:53.520] in the amount of zero cents.
[15:53.520 --> 16:04.800] So that had the effect of dismissing your counterclaim. Now, what you can do is appeal
[16:04.800 --> 16:09.960] the dismissal of your counterclaim. You see, the judge can have no subject matter jurisdiction
[16:09.960 --> 16:17.680] over the primary claim, yet have subject matter jurisdiction over the counterclaim. So if
[16:17.680 --> 16:24.120] he's dismissed the primary claim for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, yours is different.
[16:24.120 --> 16:33.080] He has subject matter jurisdiction over your claim. And if he rules that you take nothing,
[16:33.080 --> 16:37.520] then that you can appeal without affecting the dismissal on the other side.
[16:37.520 --> 16:42.120]  Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Back up, Randy. I don't understand here. He's saying that
[16:42.120 --> 16:50.320] there's like check boxes where, I guess, are you saying the judge checked that judgment
[16:50.320 --> 16:55.040] was in your favor and then there was another check box where he checked?
[16:55.040 --> 17:00.120] It's typed and there are Xs. But yes, they're in boxes and there's different fields.
[17:00.120 --> 17:07.080] This case is dismissed without prejudice. Defendants are jointly and severely liable.
[17:07.080 --> 17:12.400] Damages will be assessed on date and time blank, amount of judgment subject to Attachment
[17:12.400 --> 17:18.480] 42PACS-127. And then there's another one, portion of judgment for physical damages arising
[17:18.480 --> 17:19.480]  out of residential lease.
[17:19.480 --> 17:26.200] Okay. So he didn't mark the one that said dismissed. He marked two boxes, one that said
[17:26.200 --> 17:34.160] the judgment was in your favor and that he was denying, and that the judgment was against
[17:34.160 --> 17:36.240] the bank. Is that what you're saying?
[17:36.240 --> 17:37.240]  Right.
[17:37.240 --> 17:38.240]  So apparently he did...
[17:38.240 --> 17:43.080] How does that equal dismissal when he didn't check the dismissal box?
[17:43.080 --> 17:50.520] Oh, he did a final ruling in the case. The case is over from their perspective. From
[17:50.520 --> 17:55.680] the petition, from the opponent's perspective, the case is ended.
[17:55.680 --> 18:01.960] So what I'm saying is that the judge checked that the judgment is in Brian's favor. And
[18:01.960 --> 18:07.960] so I'm just asking, what is that judgment? What is the court awarding Brian?
[18:07.960 --> 18:08.960]  Nothing.
[18:08.960 --> 18:09.960]  Yeah, but she...
[18:09.960 --> 18:20.240] And for them to have said, oh, well, we lost, but we don't lose anymore.
[18:20.240 --> 18:26.760] Yeah. So he didn't grant... What did you ask for in your counterclaim?
[18:26.760 --> 18:33.040] Well, pretty much I told them that the only thing they can do is dismiss it. The only
[18:33.040 --> 18:36.000] thing that they have jurisdiction to do is dismiss it.
[18:36.000 --> 18:47.520] Well, that's for the primary claim. That doesn't apply to your counterclaim. He has subject
[18:47.520 --> 18:51.480] matter jurisdiction over your claim against them.
[18:51.480 --> 18:56.680]  Right. Well, that's why I made a mistake even doing that.
[18:56.680 --> 18:59.960] Wait, doing what? Doing the counterclaim?
[18:59.960 --> 19:00.960]  Correct.
[19:00.960 --> 19:05.800]  So why was it a mistake?
[19:05.800 --> 19:09.720] Because if there's no jurisdiction, what am I cross-claiming or counterclaiming to?
[19:09.720 --> 19:10.720]  Okay.
[19:10.720 --> 19:12.720]  There's no subject matter at hand.
[19:12.720 --> 19:18.280] He has no jurisdiction over the other side's claim. He does have jurisdiction over your
[19:18.280 --> 19:19.280]  claim.
[19:19.280 --> 19:22.760] Right. But my claim was that they had no claim.
[19:22.760 --> 19:27.080] Yeah. But your claim is also that they were perpetrating a fraud against you to collect
[19:27.080 --> 19:29.080] money you did not owe.
[19:29.080 --> 19:30.680] Did you ask for damages?
[19:30.680 --> 19:34.080]  I didn't go to that. I didn't go to that yet.
[19:34.080 --> 19:39.320] Oh, okay. So then you didn't really have a claim. Even if you filed a counterclaim, if
[19:39.320 --> 19:43.800] it doesn't ask for any damage, it's no claim. So he just dismissed the case. That's the
[19:43.800 --> 19:48.200] thing he can do if he has no standing. If the other side has no standing, he has no
[19:48.200 --> 19:54.360] subject matter jurisdiction. He can absolutely dismiss the case. And that's what he did.
[19:54.360 --> 19:58.480] But the reason is because that's what Brian asked for.
[19:58.480 --> 19:59.480]  Yes.
[19:59.480 --> 20:04.600] Because I wanted to get to that fine point of law. And some people may say I'm nitpicking,
[20:04.600 --> 20:12.080] but the judge is checking off boxes. One, that's saying he's not granting judgment to
[20:12.080 --> 20:17.720] the plaintiff, but he is granting judgment to the defendant. But how does that equal
[20:17.720 --> 20:23.480] dismissing? Because he did not check the box that said dismissing. The reason that it equals
[20:23.480 --> 20:30.360] dismissing is because that's what Brian asked for. So when the judge granted him his judgment,
[20:30.360 --> 20:33.960] in other words, he gave Brian what he asked for.
[20:33.960 --> 20:39.960] Okay. They don't consider what it's called. They consider what it is.
[20:39.960 --> 20:41.080]  That's what I'm saying.
[20:41.080 --> 20:45.920] So it has the effect of dismissal. That's the one thing the judge can do with no subject
[20:45.920 --> 20:52.800] matter jurisdiction. So there's no problem there because the judge did the one thing
[20:52.800 --> 20:53.800]  he could do.
[20:53.800 --> 21:00.560] Yeah. He couldn't have dismissed it unless the other party really showed, you know? The
[21:00.560 --> 21:05.640] other side didn't appear or present themselves.
[21:05.640 --> 21:12.080] So the court had no option, even if the court felt like it had subject matter jurisdiction,
[21:12.080 --> 21:21.000] you have the right to dismissal by default. So he never has to go to jurisdiction. He
[21:21.000 --> 21:27.320] doesn't have to go to anything. He doesn't have to go to merits. He just dismisses. If
[21:27.320 --> 21:31.440] he went to subject matter jurisdiction and found he didn't have it, he would have dismissed.
[21:31.440 --> 21:39.440] It would have been the same outcome. So the judge actually did what he should have done.
[21:39.440 --> 21:46.440] Yeah. Because if he is under arrest and only one team shows up to play ball, well, what
[21:46.440 --> 21:47.440]  do you do?
[21:47.440 --> 21:55.040] Exactly. So this is good news and I have no doubt they didn't show up because they couldn't
[21:55.040 --> 22:03.360] adjudicate the case. If you got nothing, why come and embarrass yourself?
[22:03.360 --> 22:09.200] Yeah. I do suspect though there is a growing trend of people that are willing to stand
[22:09.200 --> 22:14.640] up and say, no, I'm not just going to be scared and roll over.
[22:14.640 --> 22:24.480] Yeah. And with all due respect to John earlier, the previous caller, we can make a difference.
[22:24.480 --> 22:30.240] And yes, there's a lot of big money out there pushing in one direction, but there is a tremendous
[22:30.240 --> 22:38.040] amount of people with small money pushing in the other direction. And the tremendous
[22:38.040 --> 22:44.680] amount of people with small money ultimately will carry the day if we get enough people
[22:44.680 --> 22:55.240] moving and we don't need to move everybody. Just a significant, if small portion, especially
[22:55.240 --> 23:02.480] with what I'm doing with due process, if I get one or two guys in every county, I mean,
[23:02.480 --> 23:08.040] the county I'm from is a small county and has like 40,000 people in it. You go to the
[23:08.040 --> 23:16.640] county I'm from and mention my name, Ken Magnuson spoke to that today. He said, if a policeman
[23:16.640 --> 23:23.360] stops you and anybody speaks of you to a policeman in Wise County, they know your name. They
[23:23.360 --> 23:29.040] absolutely know who I am. They don't want anything to do with me. That's one guy and
[23:29.040 --> 23:37.720] 40,000 people. We don't need everybody. We just need two or three guys in a county. If
[23:37.720 --> 23:43.240] I had another guy in Wise County doing the same thing, these guys would say, holy mackerel,
[23:43.240 --> 23:49.440] this thing's getting out of hand because I scare them. And I'm sure Brian that you are
[23:49.440 --> 23:55.840] because you stand up, you're articulate, you file good motions. They don't want to come
[23:55.840 --> 24:02.480] in and deal with it. It won't take everybody. Good for you, Brian. Well, thanks. Hey, before
[24:02.480 --> 24:06.080] I get going, I just want to let other people know and you guys, if you don't, probably
[24:06.080 --> 24:11.200] have seen it, but the money as debt or debt as money by Paul Grignon, Google video, like
[24:11.200 --> 24:18.120] it's an animated thing, really great 45 minutes spent to learn about the financial system.
[24:18.120 --> 24:25.440] People don't know at all. The really great thing, you know, like a grade school person.
[24:25.440 --> 24:32.240] That's debt as money? Debt as money or money as debt. I get them confused. But it's on
[24:32.240 --> 24:39.040] Google video. I don't really like Google, but. Okay. What was his name again? Paul Grignon.
[24:39.040 --> 24:46.720]  I think it's G-R-I-G-N-O-N. It's money. It's money as debt. Money as debt. Okay. Yeah.
[24:46.720 --> 24:50.440] It's really, really good. Something I'm going to get my sister to watch. She's, you know,
[24:50.440 --> 24:55.640] 14 and I think she'll get it. And so waiting for you guys to have an hour of the time as
[24:55.640 --> 24:59.840] a co-host, really need to contact them because it's one of the subject matter that you guys
[24:59.840 --> 25:04.440] have discussed tonight. I think that, you know, some other things could be ironed out
[25:04.440 --> 25:12.160]  a little bit better too. Okay. Who is that as a co-host? Email hourofthetimeathotmail.com.
[25:12.160 --> 25:19.720] Dev, did you understand that? Yeah. Hour of the time. But, and now who is this Brian who
[25:19.720 --> 25:25.920] hosts the show? Well, you most likely have Doyle come on as a co-host, but there's a
[25:25.920 --> 25:31.920] whole team of, you know, researchers and very articulate folks that are, you know, there
[25:31.920 --> 25:43.720]  behind it. Do they have a website? Yep. That's it. Hourofthetime.com. Okay. Great. It's 93,
[25:43.720 --> 25:49.880] but you know, Bill was murdered in 2001. So there's other people carrying it on for him
[25:49.880 --> 25:54.480] now. Okay. Awesome. Excellent. Thank you, Brian. Yep. You all take care. All right.
[25:54.480 --> 26:04.040] Here's that document. Yay. See, we're winning. Okay. We're going to move on now to Jeff in
[26:04.040 --> 26:10.520] Maryland. Hey, Jeff, thanks for calling in. What's on your mind tonight? Good evening,
[26:10.520 --> 26:15.120] Deborah. Good evening, Eddie. And good evening. Oh, no. I think this is that government shill.
[26:15.120 --> 26:22.560] Ah, yeah. I'm it. Good evening, Jeff. How are you doing? Hey. Pretty good. Randy. Yes.
[26:22.560 --> 26:32.120] I was supposed to get a package from you this morning and didn't. Oh. Did you send it? Remind
[26:32.120 --> 26:41.080] me. Oh. Demographics? Demographics. Yes. I didn't send that to you. Woo. Shame on you.
[26:41.080 --> 26:48.240] Deborah's going to slap me through the microphone. I have no idea what you guys are talking about.
[26:48.240 --> 26:54.360] We talked about them being getting a show on the network. We also asked for some demographics
[26:54.360 --> 27:02.120] to find some sponsors for you guys. Yes. That's why Deborah's going to slap me. Uh-huh. I
[27:02.120 --> 27:10.360] want to hear it. Okay. I will get that to you. Matter of fact, I can probably do that.
[27:10.360 --> 27:19.800] All right. Deborah, I know that you have issues with Google. And either last night or the
[27:19.800 --> 27:25.160] night before, I'm not sure which. One or the other. I discovered that Firefox either is
[27:25.160 --> 27:31.800] using Google proxy servers or is a portal for Google. Well, great. I'm glad to know
[27:31.800 --> 27:37.520] that. And we found this out when we went to a Web site that had malicious software on
[27:37.520 --> 27:44.800] it. When I went back to visit it a second time, Google blocked the site. Now, wait a
[27:44.800 --> 27:50.720] minute. Google said it had malicious software on it. It did actually have malicious software
[27:50.720 --> 27:58.320] on it. Somebody had hacked the site and put it up. Okay. It detected the malicious software.
[27:58.320 --> 28:03.000] But the point is that Google knew that we were going there. So Google is either a portal
[28:03.000 --> 28:09.360] for Firefox or Firefox is using Google as a proxy server. Well, actually, what are you
[28:09.360 --> 28:14.520] using for a virus scanner, Jeff? Pardon? What are you using for your virus scanner on your
[28:14.520 --> 28:21.760] computer? AVG. But that has nothing to do with it. Well, AVG and Firefox integrate together
[28:21.760 --> 28:29.160] that toolbar that AVG installs as an add-on. That's what's doing that redirect, not Firefox.
[28:29.160 --> 28:34.240] You don't have AVG toolbar. Yeah, but the add-ons there, whether you've got it displayed
[28:34.240 --> 28:43.240] or not. Well, Google is a principal in Mozilla. That you can go check out, too. Yeah. Well,
[28:43.240 --> 28:49.480] this may be something that they legitimately have integrated since Google is running on
[28:49.480 --> 28:58.960] Firefox. Right. Well, it could be a plug-in, too. So we'll have to research that. It could
[28:58.960 --> 29:04.880] be reporting these malicious sites so that everybody knows. Yeah, but Randy, how or why
[29:04.880 --> 29:11.800] would they be reporting it unless you were somehow going through their reporting mechanism
[29:11.800 --> 29:17.440] and accessing mechanism? If Google didn't have anything to do with it, then they wouldn't
[29:17.440 --> 29:22.120] be intervening to let you know that it could possibly be a malicious site. So it's either
[29:22.120 --> 29:27.080] part of the browser or it's part of the portal or part of the server or there's an add-on
[29:27.080 --> 29:31.720] or a plug-in or a toolbar or something. Yeah, that seems legitimate, though. If Google's
[29:31.720 --> 29:41.120] running on Mozilla and you use Google or use any search engine to go to a site and that
[29:41.120 --> 29:50.040] site comes up with malignant software on it, that's likely to report to a list that Google
[29:50.040 --> 29:54.920] or anybody else can read when they look for malicious sites. Yeah, but if you're not using
[29:54.920 --> 30:04.360] Google, how would that even be displayed to you? Well, if the site comes back and reports,
[30:04.360 --> 30:09.680] if any browser comes back and says, whoa, that thing's got malicious software on it,
[30:09.680 --> 30:16.200] it's likely to put that on a list that all the browsers could look at. So when somebody
[30:16.200 --> 30:22.560] does a search for this or directs to this site, Google probably went to this list to
[30:22.560 --> 30:27.680] look for malicious to dangerous sites and this thing come up on the site and it said,
[30:27.680 --> 30:32.840] whoa, wait a minute, it's been reported. Yeah, but I think Jeff is saying that this is not
[30:32.840 --> 30:39.680] just some generic list, this has something to do with Google. Yeah, Google blocked it.
[30:39.680 --> 30:47.120] Yeah, I suspect if you went into another... I understand what you're saying. Go to Xquick
[30:47.120 --> 30:53.000] and see if Xquick lets you go there. Somebody somewhere somehow had to inform Google that
[30:53.000 --> 31:05.600] I was going there. Yeah, it still comes back to they had to have my IP address to know
[31:05.600 --> 31:12.280] that it was me that was going there. So they didn't block the site completely. No. They
[31:12.280 --> 31:17.280] only blocked you from being able to go to that site. They blocked the site and that's
[31:17.280 --> 31:23.920] right. Okay, did you have someone else who's never been to the site try to go to it? And
[31:23.920 --> 31:37.760] 20 minutes later, his browser was blocked. So it may well be that this is your message.
[31:37.760 --> 31:42.800] It's something that bears some looking into because Google's got an involvement. Yeah.
[31:42.800 --> 31:50.000] Nobody else blocked the site, just Google. Oh. Okay, look, let me tell you what I think
[31:50.000 --> 31:56.920] is going on. If you're using Firefox and it's probably this way with other browsers, you
[31:56.920 --> 32:03.120] go into tools options under the security tab, there's a checkbox that you can either check
[32:03.120 --> 32:12.960] or not that says tell me if the site I'm visiting is a suspected attack site. Now it doesn't
[32:12.960 --> 32:19.920] give you any information, at least here on this particular version of Mozilla Firefox
[32:19.920 --> 32:27.220] as to what database or what entity they're checking with to see if the site is a suspected
[32:27.220 --> 32:34.600] attack site. All right. And if you have that box checked, that's probably what's going
[32:34.600 --> 32:41.400] on. And if you uncheck the box, you're probably not going to get that. Wait a minute, he's
[32:41.400 --> 32:48.200] saying that only Google blocked him. Okay, what I'm trying to tell you is that in that
[32:48.200 --> 32:54.960] tools options security section, there is a checkbox that says tell me if the site I'm
[32:54.960 --> 33:03.160] visiting is a suspected attack site. And what I'm saying is that it doesn't tell you if
[33:03.160 --> 33:13.040] they're checking with Google or Google database and using a Google service to block a suspected
[33:13.040 --> 33:19.480] attack site, okay, which they apparently they probably are. And what I'm saying is that
[33:19.480 --> 33:25.880] if you uncheck that box, you're probably not going to get that because they're incorporating
[33:25.880 --> 33:35.800] or using this service that Google offers apparently to block suspected attack sites that Google
[33:35.800 --> 33:43.200] has on their suspected attack site list. And it's just that in that security tab on Firefox,
[33:43.200 --> 33:50.240] they're just not telling you that they're using that service of Google's, okay. If it's
[33:50.240 --> 33:58.080] Mozilla doing the blocking, then Mozilla should block no matter what search engine you're
[33:58.080 --> 34:01.840] using. But Randy, what I'm trying to tell you is this has nothing to do with a search
[34:01.840 --> 34:07.280] engine. This is like a plugin or a service that Mozilla is using. Wait a minute, he's
[34:07.280 --> 34:15.760] using... What he said was only Google blocked it. That's because that's... No, he's not
[34:15.760 --> 34:21.960] using a search engine. No, straight browser. It has nothing to do with a search engine.
[34:21.960 --> 34:36.320] So you're just doing a go-to. Mm-hmm. Now this does not show up on IE or Safari. Oh.
[34:36.320 --> 34:45.760] So only Mozilla is connecting to Google this way. Yeah. Well, hold on. You can't just assume
[34:45.760 --> 34:50.400] that one browser is bad and the other browser is good. Well, this wasn't bad or good. Hold
[34:50.400 --> 34:55.360] on. Hold on. Hold on. You can't just assume that one browser is connected or another isn't,
[34:55.360 --> 35:01.600] okay, because it has to do with your options, all right. And it just may be the case that
[35:01.600 --> 35:09.040] it's default mode and Google may be paying Firefox, who knows, to have it be default
[35:09.040 --> 35:15.560] mode that that checkbox is engaged to tell me if the site I'm visiting is a suspected
[35:15.560 --> 35:22.000] attack site. They're very well could be the same options in every other browser and it
[35:22.000 --> 35:26.960] just may not be the default setting that that option is checked and it may be the default
[35:26.960 --> 35:33.640] setting that that option is checked in Firefox. And a lot of times these options, you select
[35:33.640 --> 35:39.720] those options when you're installing the browser. Right. I'll have to go back and verify that,
[35:39.720 --> 35:47.520] Debra, because now that you've mentioned that, just to make sure. But actually, what I was
[35:47.520 --> 35:54.840] after in going to this particular website was, I think, very, very significant. It's
[35:54.840 --> 36:02.320] a Massachusetts bankruptcy decision that was made final July 9th, this month, in which
[36:02.320 --> 36:10.760] the court ordered the rescission of a mortgage and informed the debtor they no longer had
[36:10.760 --> 36:15.800]  to tender on a mortgage. Tender?
[36:15.800 --> 36:23.880] Yeah. They no longer had to pay. Okay. Based on what?
[36:23.880 --> 36:27.480]  They're required to provide an NOR.
[36:27.480 --> 36:28.840]  NOR?
[36:28.840 --> 36:34.240]  Notice of rescission. That's settlement.
[36:34.240 --> 36:37.520] Okay. What is notice of rescission?
[36:37.520 --> 36:42.040] You have three days where you have a three-day write of rescission.
[36:42.040 --> 36:46.320] Okay. So you can say you can back out in three days.
[36:46.320 --> 36:47.320]  Right.
[36:47.320 --> 36:52.360] And if they don't give you a notice that you have a right to back out in three days?
[36:52.360 --> 36:53.360]  Yep.
[36:53.360 --> 36:58.600] Then you don't have to pay. Oh, that is good. Do they give the notice?
[36:58.600 --> 37:03.280] I sent it to you. I'll send it to you again so it's at the top of your mailbox.
[37:03.280 --> 37:09.680] Okay. Okay. Good. Wonderful. You're a good man. I don't care what he says about you.
[37:09.680 --> 37:19.880] For Bob, knowledge is not power. Knowledge is inert. It has to be implemented. It takes
[37:19.880 --> 37:26.320] people. Randy, you're right. You can have all the knowledge on how to file criminal
[37:26.320 --> 37:31.480] complaints, what the IRS is doing wrong, what the mortgage companies are doing wrong. But
[37:31.480 --> 37:36.240] if you don't implement it, if you don't take action, it's inert.
[37:36.240 --> 37:42.960] Precisely. So let's all get up there and kick some behinds.
[37:42.960 --> 37:46.960] Yes, sir. And that's it for me this evening.
[37:46.960 --> 37:47.960]  Thank you very much.
[37:47.960 --> 37:48.960]  You're welcome.
[37:48.960 --> 37:49.960]  Bye-bye.
[37:49.960 --> 38:01.520] Okay. Very good. All right. Now we are going to go to Dave in Georgia. Dave, thanks for
[38:01.520 --> 38:03.040] calling in. What's on your mind tonight?
[38:03.040 --> 38:05.000] Hello, gang. How are you?
[38:05.000 --> 38:06.000]  Good.
[38:06.000 --> 38:13.240] I was calling because I had sent Randy an email about Dave Champion, perhaps having
[38:13.240 --> 38:19.560] him on as a guest on the show to talk about the income tax issue, and I wanted to renew
[38:19.560 --> 38:27.080] that request and suggest that maybe listeners and you all, too, take a look at one of Dave's
[38:27.080 --> 38:34.840] sites called OriginalIntent.org and the education link where he has a number of treatises that
[38:34.840 --> 38:39.080] he has written, and there is definitely one there on withholding that's a very interesting
[38:39.080 --> 38:45.120] to read. So the caller who called in about withholding earlier is what caused me to think
[38:45.120 --> 38:48.120] to call you in tonight.
[38:48.120 --> 38:54.800] Yes, I'm familiar with Dave Champion. I've sent him a couple of emails in the past and
[38:54.800 --> 39:02.040] never got a response from him. So how would I contact Champion to get him on the show?
[39:02.040 --> 39:08.440] Well, he has his own show now. Well, he's had his own show for quite a while, but it's
[39:08.440 --> 39:15.840] being carried by RBN now. I don't know what email address he's been using, but you could
[39:15.840 --> 39:26.360] try Dave at DaveChampionshow.com, and you could also try host at DaveChampionshow.com,
[39:26.360 --> 39:35.360] too. He has responded to me at those addresses as well, and they may be more current than
[39:35.360 --> 39:36.360]  what you've been using.
[39:36.360 --> 39:39.360]  Okay, good.
[39:39.360 --> 39:47.840] He is an excellent speaker, and he knows how to talk to delay persons. So you're not going
[39:47.840 --> 39:57.840] to get a whole lot of technical mumbo jumbo that some listeners may have difficulty following.
[39:57.840 --> 40:05.240] Okay, good, good. Did you have anything else to address?
[40:05.240 --> 40:12.720] Yeah, I just wanted to ask how your engines come along.
[40:12.720 --> 40:18.440] We're working on that. Eddie Craig and Deb and I, and I've got a couple other people
[40:18.440 --> 40:23.600] working on it. I have someone putting me together a piece that I've been wanting for a long
[40:23.600 --> 40:32.920] time so I can start collecting data with a software that will collect the data to build
[40:32.920 --> 40:37.960] a litigation engine. So we're beginning to move along on it. There's just been so much
[40:37.960 --> 40:41.680] going on with the network and stuff. We have been swamped.
[40:41.680 --> 40:49.040] All right, I'll go and other colleagues can get in. Thank you so much.
[40:49.040 --> 40:50.040]  Thank you.
[40:50.040 --> 40:51.040]  Bye-bye.
[40:51.040 --> 41:00.400] Okay, we are going to move on now to Russ in Texas. Russ, thanks for calling in. What's
[41:00.400 --> 41:01.400]  on your mind tonight?
[41:01.400 --> 41:02.400]  Hey, what's happening?
[41:02.400 --> 41:11.960] Randy, we need to start another front here. I think once we accomplish a few things in
[41:11.960 --> 41:21.520] this area, it might put the powers to be in another uneasy position. That's getting people
[41:21.520 --> 41:30.720] around the United States and Texas to start doing bar grievances against all these during
[41:30.720 --> 41:38.320] foreclosure mills, lawyer mills, and these property tax people. Once we shut these big
[41:38.320 --> 41:43.000] old law firms that come after people for their property taxes and their foreclosures and
[41:43.000 --> 41:48.440] stuff in a two-year period, we shut them people down, there ain't going to be anybody else
[41:48.440 --> 41:54.200] stepping forward to take on these big old responsibilities and commit all this fraud.
[41:54.200 --> 42:04.080]  Russ, that's one of my primary interests. I have bargrievance.net. I own the site. I
[42:04.080 --> 42:13.800] have someone I'm trying to get to put together just to put up a blank bar grievance form.
[42:13.800 --> 42:18.520] I have the one for Texas and need to start building them for other states. You can go
[42:18.520 --> 42:22.640] on the site, fill out a questionnaire, and it will print out the form and give it to
[42:22.640 --> 42:30.960] you and email it to you. It will also keep the form on our website.
[42:30.960 --> 42:37.120] I was kind of surprised because last night I got on a Texas state bar and I started looking
[42:37.120 --> 42:45.240] up a local attorney's firm that sends out the property tax bills here in Hays County.
[42:45.240 --> 42:56.040] It's a state law firm basically, Purdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins, and Mott. They show an Austin
[42:56.040 --> 43:04.680] office but they've got offices all over Texas. You can't even find the first names for these
[43:04.680 --> 43:11.560] people under the Texas bar because they will not list their first names anywhere. I had
[43:11.560 --> 43:16.680] to get into LexisNexis and take a chance and type all these names in and take a chance
[43:16.680 --> 43:24.680] to look it up court cases. I actually found two of them full names from court cases. That's
[43:24.680 --> 43:29.000] how I could tell who they were and how to look them up on the Texas bar to get their
[43:29.000 --> 43:34.160] bar number and stuff. When they file on a court case, don't they
[43:34.160 --> 43:39.360] have to put their bar number? Yes, but all their other information, the public
[43:39.360 --> 43:45.360] information, their website information, whenever they send out letters and stuff, it only has
[43:45.360 --> 43:51.720] their last name on it and that's it. In order to do a bar grievance and to look up the bar
[43:51.720 --> 44:01.480] number, you need its full name. These people are shielding their full name. I wonder why.
[44:01.480 --> 44:08.160] Maybe they're finding out what we're doing. If you only have 10 people in the state of
[44:08.160 --> 44:15.480] Texas that has this law firm that's sending you property tax bills and everything else
[44:15.480 --> 44:22.120] and only 10 people file free bar grievances each, each one of these people, in two years
[44:22.120 --> 44:27.240] that law firm won't exist. Precisely. They'll put them out of business.
[44:27.240 --> 44:31.000] Once we put three or four of these big old law firms out of business, there's not going
[44:31.000 --> 44:35.400] to be no lawyer stepping forward to do property tax. We could do the same thing with these
[44:35.400 --> 44:39.960] foreclosure people. There's that big law firm up in Addison that sends out all the foreclosure
[44:39.960 --> 44:46.240] notices. You hit some people immediately with a bunch of bar grievances for their fraud,
[44:46.240 --> 44:53.160] the misrepresentation, everything else. For foreclosures, we're certainly looking at going
[44:53.160 --> 44:58.040] after the attorneys, after the law firms, eliminate the law firms.
[44:58.040 --> 45:05.040] Because if you eliminate this, then the mortgage company's got nobody to use and they're always
[45:05.040 --> 45:09.800] going with these big old law firms because they got so much responsibility and they got
[45:09.800 --> 45:17.400] so many cases that's got to be handled. Once we put three or four of these in the dirt,
[45:17.400 --> 45:22.000] nobody else is going to step forward. Nobody's going to want to touch that thing with 10-foot
[45:22.000 --> 45:25.240]  poles. It's almost like filing a criminal complaint.
[45:25.240 --> 45:31.920] Well, I can honestly tell you here in Nacogdoches, there's a law firm that the property tax assessor
[45:31.920 --> 45:38.000] uses to do their collections. They sent me one on the property in my business and I promptly
[45:38.000 --> 45:43.520] sent them a letter back stating, show me where I am a person defined in law. They couldn't
[45:43.520 --> 45:50.800] do it because I'm not an incorporated business. I'm helping a lady out right now that's also
[45:50.800 --> 45:58.560] one of my customers. The tax assessor here tried to charge her back taxes on a piece
[45:58.560 --> 46:04.040] of land that she bought from one of her relatives who has not paid taxes on it in 10 or 15 years
[46:04.040 --> 46:11.040] because he is over the age of 65. After she bought the land, the tax assessor then tried
[46:11.040 --> 46:15.920] to make her pay the taxes. He was not having to pay.
[46:15.920 --> 46:21.560] I showed her what the law actually says regarding the taxes on the property and everything else.
[46:21.560 --> 46:27.800] She is now allowing me to assist her in suing the tax assessor and the law firm that sent
[46:27.800 --> 46:34.800] her the bill and collected $2,000 from her trying to get $16,000 in back taxes out of
[46:34.800 --> 46:35.800]  her.
[46:35.800 --> 46:40.200] Did you grieve the law firm?
[46:40.200 --> 46:45.680] I have not as of yet. I'm trying to get her to get the paperwork signed that I've put
[46:45.680 --> 46:46.680]  together for her.
[46:46.680 --> 46:52.560] Good, good. Grieve the crap out of those guys. That would be great.
[46:52.560 --> 46:59.560] It will take a year or so, but eventually the insurance company is going to step in
[46:59.560 --> 47:08.560] and say, hey, no malpractice insurance. Once that happens, that law firm is no more together.
[47:08.560 --> 47:14.680] When that attorney came down there and testified against me, when me and Randy was down there
[47:14.680 --> 47:20.440] at my sentencing hearing that day, I learned a lot from that because he was there to be
[47:20.440 --> 47:27.080] a big crybaby. My problem was I only filed bar grievances against him. I didn't file
[47:27.080 --> 47:33.320] bar grievances against his bosses. Whenever you get a letter to mail from one particular
[47:33.320 --> 47:38.320] attorney that's supposedly representing this other law firm, you file against them and
[47:38.320 --> 47:45.120] then you file against every one of those bosses. Once you get the only need, say three, against
[47:45.120 --> 47:51.880] each one of them, within a year, two years back from down the road, that law firm ain't
[47:51.880 --> 47:55.880] going to be in business. They ain't going to be interfering in people's lives. They're
[47:55.880 --> 48:00.160] not going to be doing the foreclosures. They're not going to be doing all that. Of course,
[48:00.160 --> 48:04.040] somebody will say, well, it'll be somebody else to step forward and do it. Well, yes,
[48:04.040 --> 48:09.240] there will be for a year or two period. Once they find out how we're shutting these law
[48:09.240 --> 48:14.240] firms down with these bar grievances, then eventually nobody's going to step forward.
[48:14.240 --> 48:18.360] Then what is the foreclosure of people going to do? What is the property tax people going
[48:18.360 --> 48:23.960] to do? They can't have all the stuff on their own. They've got to have these corrupt attorneys
[48:23.960 --> 48:36.960] to do it. That, I think, is... If 10 people in state of Texas that have their property
[48:36.960 --> 48:43.600] taxes handled by this law firm through their property tax assessor, collector, if just
[48:43.600 --> 48:49.400] 10 people sent in three bar grievances against every one of these individuals, that law firm
[48:49.400 --> 48:54.320] will not be in existence between a year and two years out.
[48:54.320 --> 49:02.120] Yeah. That's why we're putting together a forensic analysis system where we can look
[49:02.120 --> 49:08.120] at the mortgage and show everything that's wrong with it. Any fraud in that mortgage,
[49:08.120 --> 49:13.120] we can go after the law firm. That's one of the primary thrusts. It's a nailed these
[49:13.120 --> 49:24.120] law firms. It makes it for the mortgage company so expensive to try to do a repossession that
[49:24.120 --> 49:32.160] it'll be more economically feasible to negotiate these issues rather than to just run and foreclose
[49:32.160 --> 49:39.360] and try to convert the property back into assets that they can re-loan.
[49:39.360 --> 49:45.880] Right now, it's profitable for them to steal your equity. We want to make it cost them
[49:45.880 --> 49:51.920] more to try to steal the equity than they can hope to gain.
[49:51.920 --> 50:00.200] If anybody out there has a mortgage, whether it's up to date, even if you have a house
[50:00.200 --> 50:08.400] that's completely paid off, people on fixed income that have paid off their mortgages,
[50:08.400 --> 50:14.240] you should let us look at it. The chances are if you paid the whole thing off and we
[50:14.240 --> 50:21.160] go back and find fraud from the beginning, you may get back everything you paid and then
[50:21.160 --> 50:29.800] some just from the fraud. If you're in foreclosure, out of foreclosure, all of that goes away
[50:29.800 --> 50:40.040] once we show fraud, then you can go back from the beginning and work these guys over. We're
[50:40.040 --> 50:45.080] putting together information from people all over the country. We're trying to get a good
[50:45.080 --> 50:52.800] comprehensive program down so we can help stop all these foreclosures and take all that
[50:52.800 --> 50:59.000] money these banks have created out of thin air and send it back to the thin air it came
[50:59.000 --> 51:00.000]  from.
[51:00.000 --> 51:02.960] So do you have anything else for us?
[51:02.960 --> 51:05.080]  No, that was it.
[51:05.080 --> 51:06.080]  Thank you.
[51:06.080 --> 51:07.080]  Appreciate it.
[51:07.080 --> 51:14.040] Okay, very good. All right, we're going to go now to Christopher in Illinois. Christopher,
[51:14.040 --> 51:17.040] thanks for calling in. What's on your mind?
[51:17.040 --> 51:21.440] Yeah, hi. Sorry about last week. I just want to say that I couldn't stay up because I had
[51:21.440 --> 51:27.840] to be up at five in the morning last week. That's why I kind of ran off from the queue.
[51:27.840 --> 51:31.760] But today I just want to let you know what happened on the 20th of May when I was in
[51:31.760 --> 51:37.880] the Wheaton Court again. Because I was meant to go and I told you guys about it and then
[51:37.880 --> 51:43.040] this is the first time I've been calling on it. Interesting thing happened is that the
[51:43.040 --> 51:49.080] guy didn't ask for my name. First off the bat, you know, he didn't even go there. The
[51:49.080 --> 51:53.960] way that the names were called out, the clerk or the sheriff was the one that was saying
[51:53.960 --> 51:59.080] when you hear your name just come to the bench. So he was the one calling out the folders
[51:59.080 --> 52:04.200] and then when he called my name I just walked up to the front and my name didn't even come
[52:04.200 --> 52:10.920] up again. So he asked me whether I was ready to go to trial. I said not really, but you
[52:10.920 --> 52:17.240] can go ahead and try. And so he said, well, okay, I'll come back at 10 past 10 and we'll
[52:17.240 --> 52:21.520] see what we can do. So I went to the back of the courtroom again, waited until that
[52:21.520 --> 52:29.880] time, he called me up again and he said, I understood from what you last said that you
[52:29.880 --> 52:35.520] are not ready to go to trial. And that's, if you notice the subtle twist he put on that.
[52:35.520 --> 52:39.080] And I said, well, before I answer that question, does the prosecution have their witnesses
[52:39.080 --> 52:43.960] here? Now the reason I asked that is because I was observing all the proceedings in court
[52:43.960 --> 52:48.400] and there was a woman there that had a case obviously and the prosecutor called out a
[52:48.400 --> 52:53.080] couple of names. Both people didn't turn up and then I heard the judge say, okay, this
[52:53.080 --> 53:00.360] is me. That's why I asked the question to see what he would say. And the judge said,
[53:00.360 --> 53:04.360] the prosecutor didn't actually answer. The judge said, oh yeah, they're on call. You
[53:04.360 --> 53:10.960] can call them anytime you're ready. Now my case was at 9.30 and I went there early enough
[53:10.960 --> 53:17.200] to go and have a look at my case file on the computer. There were no subpoenas for anyone.
[53:17.200 --> 53:23.880] So my question to you guys, my question to you guys is, that's a bunch of bullshit, isn't
[53:23.880 --> 53:24.880]  it? What he said.
[53:24.880 --> 53:34.080] Well, maybe not. Since they are state witnesses, it won't be necessary to subpoena them. They
[53:34.080 --> 53:36.200] can just request that they show up.
[53:36.200 --> 53:43.480] Okay. Well, here's the thing. Before the negative aromas, the first one hit back in April when
[53:43.480 --> 53:48.400] I was sent to the trial on the 23rd of April. I did actually look in the case file and there
[53:48.400 --> 53:54.880] was a subpoena for the woman. I kind of went into the back hall and the subpoena was never
[53:54.880 --> 54:01.800] delivered. And the police officer was subpoenaed to appear on the 23rd. Both those individuals
[54:01.800 --> 54:04.040] were not in the courtroom on the 23rd.
[54:04.040 --> 54:08.480] So they are subpoenaing even public officials.
[54:08.480 --> 54:09.480]  Yes.
[54:09.480 --> 54:15.840] Because a subpoena is only necessary if someone won't appear voluntarily. But they may be
[54:15.840 --> 54:18.680] doing this as a matter of course.
[54:18.680 --> 54:19.680]  Right.
[54:19.680 --> 54:20.680]  So...
[54:20.680 --> 54:25.520] Now, the police officer has retired.
[54:25.520 --> 54:26.520]  He's retired?
[54:26.520 --> 54:29.520] Oh, yeah. He retired in November of last year.
[54:29.520 --> 54:31.720] Good. He's not going to show up.
[54:31.720 --> 54:38.480] Now, the funny thing is that when I saw the subpoena, they had his home address. So I
[54:38.480 --> 54:43.560] was sending all my negative arraignments or copies to him as well as the court and everyone
[54:43.560 --> 54:50.120] else that was on the defendant list. And when I went into the court on the 23rd, you know,
[54:50.120 --> 54:54.360] you guys know the story that the court was different. No judge, no prosecutor, no police
[54:54.360 --> 54:59.560] officer. And that's where I made the mistake of agreeing for a further date.
[54:59.560 --> 55:03.640] You should move for a dismissal because of that one.
[55:03.640 --> 55:04.640]  Yeah.
[55:04.640 --> 55:05.640]  Well...
[55:05.640 --> 55:11.600] For a... Yeah, not malicious prosecution, for abuse of process.
[55:11.600 --> 55:18.880] Right. Now, I didn't actually put that in. And he denied it.
[55:18.880 --> 55:23.160] You need to put in a demand for findings of fact and conclusions at law.
[55:23.160 --> 55:24.160]  Okay.
[55:24.160 --> 55:30.440] You have a right to appeal, but if you don't know the law that the judge applied to the
[55:30.440 --> 55:37.280] facts, you have no idea how to appeal the case. So demand from the judge findings of
[55:37.280 --> 55:41.360] fact and conclusions at law on every order he's made.
[55:41.360 --> 55:51.280] Okay. Now, this is the interesting thing. When I went after the bench again and he said,
[55:51.280 --> 55:56.520] I... Someone understand you're saying that you're not ready for trial, which is not what
[55:56.520 --> 56:03.520] I said. I said, not really, you know. He said, are you willing to continue the case? And
[56:03.520 --> 56:11.160] I said... And he gave me a date through October. October 6th. Now, here's the difference that
[56:11.160 --> 56:18.040] I'm now detecting. Before the negative argument, I was being pushed to go to trial ASAP. After
[56:18.040 --> 56:21.960] the negative argument hit, all sorts of weird stuff then began happening. And now, they're
[56:21.960 --> 56:26.440] pushing the case forward as far as they can. I think legally, they can only do 90 days
[56:26.440 --> 56:27.440]  in prison.
[56:27.440 --> 56:34.600] Yeah. Well, if you agree to a continuance, then you waive speedy trial for that particular
[56:34.600 --> 56:35.600]  delay.
[56:35.600 --> 56:36.600]  Right. But...
[56:36.600 --> 56:43.040] So, but what they're going to do... What they're doing is, is they're pushing it down the road
[56:43.040 --> 56:48.160] so it's going to wind up. You'll go into court, they'll have no witnesses, and they have a
[56:48.160 --> 56:49.160]  reason to dismiss.
[56:49.160 --> 56:56.080] Right. Well, this is what happens on the day I was there on the... I don't know, 14th of
[56:56.080 --> 57:03.160] June, I think it was. 13th of June, I went there for my court date, sorry, 13th of July.
[57:03.160 --> 57:09.080] And that's where I found out that there's no subpoenas, no one in court. And I read...
[57:09.080 --> 57:14.840] I remember reading the Supreme Court Rule 504 that every time you go to a hearing, the
[57:14.840 --> 57:20.480] witnesses have to be in the courtroom. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what I remember.
[57:20.480 --> 57:23.640] There's only one exempt agency from that, which is the state troopers.
[57:23.640 --> 57:30.040] Yes. So, the next time you go, if the arresting officer has retired, there's no chance he's
[57:30.040 --> 57:31.040]  going to be there.
[57:31.040 --> 57:32.040]  Right. So, my...
[57:32.040 --> 57:33.040]  The right...
[57:33.040 --> 57:39.440] ...is to actually go in on 6th of October and just demand to go to trial.
[57:39.440 --> 57:40.440]  Yes.
[57:40.440 --> 57:45.200] Now, what happened was on the 13th of July was that they must have talked beforehand
[57:45.200 --> 57:53.280] because the prosecutor was kind of doing a very weak protest. And the judge was pushing
[57:53.280 --> 57:57.720] him to go for the 6th of October. It's as though he was... What he was actually saying
[57:57.720 --> 58:03.600]  was, I've got a case here. He's not free. So, I want to get...
[58:03.600 --> 58:06.280] Wait, wait, wait. Hold on, Christopher. Hold on.
[58:06.280 --> 58:07.280]  Okay.
[58:07.280 --> 58:11.200] Hold on. We're going to break. We're going to take you on the other side.
[58:11.200 --> 58:12.200]  Okay.
[58:12.200 --> 58:18.120] We've got Doug in Texas and Jeff in Michigan. Callers, we've got one more hour. So, call
[58:18.120 --> 58:25.120]  in if you like, 512-646-1984. We'll be right back.
[59:48.120 --> 01:00:06.360] You are listening to the Rule of Law Radio Network at ruleoflawradio.com. Live, free
[01:00:06.360 --> 01:00:36.280] speech talk radio at its best.
[01:00:36.280 --> 01:00:43.600] Okay. We are back. We're taking your calls. And right now, we are speaking with Christopher
[01:00:43.600 --> 01:00:47.480] in Illinois. Okay, Christopher, continue, please.
[01:00:47.480 --> 01:00:56.440] Okay. So, where was I? I was talking about the court case. Well, that's what really happened
[01:00:56.440 --> 01:00:57.960]  on that particular one.
[01:00:57.960 --> 01:01:00.760] Yes. You were talking about the next time you go to court to...
[01:01:00.760 --> 01:01:05.600] Oh, yes. Next time I go to court. I'm just going to demand to go to trial. Now, the other
[01:01:05.600 --> 01:01:12.960] interesting thing is that he was talking to the prosecutor about the dates, and he was
[01:01:12.960 --> 01:01:19.000] basically pushing to go to trial in October because he had a case from 2003 that he wanted
[01:01:19.000 --> 01:01:25.760] to do that day. And he made a comment. It was in the file, but he said that he has the
[01:01:25.760 --> 01:01:31.360] right to try a jury unless he wants a bench trial. I said, no, I'll go... And this is
[01:01:31.360 --> 01:01:36.560] what I found very strange, is that they're still... They're kind of giving me the impression
[01:01:36.560 --> 01:01:41.040] that it's either or, whereas it's always been the case that I'm there because I want to
[01:01:41.040 --> 01:01:46.800] go to trial, you know? So, they're playing city parkers, basically, and next time I'm
[01:01:46.800 --> 01:01:50.640] going to go, I'm just going to go to... So, I'm ready to go to trial. Let's go, you know?
[01:01:50.640 --> 01:01:54.800] And I know what's going to happen. They're going to be unable to provide any witnesses
[01:01:54.800 --> 01:02:01.520] whatsoever, although they may change their strategy, which is what I always am aware
[01:02:01.520 --> 01:02:05.120] of, you know? Yeah. If they've got an officer who's retired,
[01:02:05.120 --> 01:02:11.520] the chances of them bringing him into court is somewhere between little and none.
[01:02:11.520 --> 01:02:19.280] Well, the interesting thing is that the subpoena was issued to his home address because I know
[01:02:19.280 --> 01:02:25.600] that because I've sent him a certified mail, which has been returned, so I did a delivery
[01:02:25.600 --> 01:02:31.200] confirmation and it was accepted. So, I'm playing little games with him as well, you
[01:02:31.200 --> 01:02:35.760] know? But his home address was on the actual subpoena, not the actual police station.
[01:02:38.000 --> 01:02:41.440]  So, he's probably not a policeman anymore. No.
[01:02:41.440 --> 01:02:43.760] They can do that. Right.
[01:02:43.760 --> 01:02:49.440] If he's a policeman, they can't reveal his address, so they would have subpoenaed him
[01:02:49.440 --> 01:02:57.680] at work. So, likelihood of them subpoenaing him to court is very, very low. So, what you
[01:02:57.680 --> 01:03:02.480] need to do is come in there on the date of the trial and go look at your court record
[01:03:02.480 --> 01:03:08.640] or go look a couple of days before because the day you come in, the judge will have your
[01:03:08.640 --> 01:03:14.960] file. Right. So, come in a day or two before and check to see if the subpoena is in there.
[01:03:15.600 --> 01:03:22.560] If it's not, then go for it. Right. Now, a couple of other things.
[01:03:24.480 --> 01:03:28.880] As you know, I have two other court cases going on and one of them I'm not even worried
[01:03:28.880 --> 01:03:32.320] about anymore, which is the one which has got the most mutations on strength. But
[01:03:33.760 --> 01:03:37.680] there's been very strange things happening with that one because of my negative improvement.
[01:03:37.680 --> 01:03:43.680] They dismissed it with the Secretary of State's attorney appearing and all that stuff and
[01:03:43.680 --> 01:03:49.920] doing the arguments and I wasn't even in there. No notice to appear has ever come to me. I've
[01:03:49.920 --> 01:03:53.680] always found this out through my particular website. My friend Charlie has found where they
[01:03:53.680 --> 01:03:58.480] have my name and all the dates that are meant to be appearing. And when I didn't appear for the
[01:03:58.480 --> 01:04:04.320] last date, they just continued the case for another year. In Aurora, I was meant to go to
[01:04:04.320 --> 01:04:11.520] court on the Tuesday of this week and I actually deployed for the first time the revocation of
[01:04:11.520 --> 01:04:17.280] power of attorney on the Friday of last week. And I decided not to go into court anymore
[01:04:17.280 --> 01:04:23.360] on that one. And what happened was they sent a letter in the mail and all it was was an
[01:04:23.360 --> 01:04:26.960] explanation of all the different things that the judge has done on all the different orders that
[01:04:26.960 --> 01:04:33.680] he's put into the case. And I was meant to go on the off of Tuesday to actually do the last
[01:04:33.680 --> 01:04:41.440] hearing and go to trial and I didn't. So I've got a feeling that this revocation of power of attorney
[01:04:41.440 --> 01:04:48.320] is stirring up a lot of stuff. And the next court date for that is the 28th of August.
[01:04:49.440 --> 01:04:56.960] And in the meantime, I've been talking to Sherry Le Roux and who is involved with John Patrick
[01:04:56.960 --> 01:05:02.240] McGuire and she's now got me onto the process to get my process sorted out, which is a declaration
[01:05:02.240 --> 01:05:07.200] than they used to be one and so on. So it'll take me two or three months, but I'm not really
[01:05:07.200 --> 01:05:11.520] worried about these court cases anymore, which is quite interesting compared to where I was
[01:05:11.520 --> 01:05:17.200] a year and a half ago. If anyone is listening and is interested in this sort of stuff,
[01:05:18.160 --> 01:05:22.320] these court cases are completely out of court and these people know it and there are definite
[01:05:22.320 --> 01:05:28.960] steps that one can take to get yourself completely out of the system. And that's what I found doing
[01:05:28.960 --> 01:05:34.720] all this. I found step after step after step is taking me closer to what I'm doing now, which is
[01:05:35.440 --> 01:05:42.240] protecting myself in a way that I'm not really fully understanding it yet, but I'm getting there,
[01:05:42.240 --> 01:05:49.600] you know? Yeah, I'm kind of in the same position. I'm not fully understanding it yet, but I'm trying
[01:05:49.600 --> 01:05:57.760] to. Right. But I mean, I feel that my declaration today that Sherry sent me and it's absolutely
[01:05:57.760 --> 01:06:06.880] amazing. It's 13 pages of statutes and all these things that one finds in the law books,
[01:06:07.680 --> 01:06:12.880] apart from, you know, statements that have to be written down or stated a certain way.
[01:06:12.880 --> 01:06:17.920] But there are at least four or five pages with statutes and laws. It's just incredible.
[01:06:19.920 --> 01:06:24.000] Could you possibly send me a copy of that? I would very much like to look that over.
[01:06:24.000 --> 01:06:29.200] I'll, yeah, I'll talk to Sherry about it because she told me about something about
[01:06:29.200 --> 01:06:32.400] don't share it with anyone yet. So I'll have to clear it with her first.
[01:06:32.400 --> 01:06:33.520]  Okay. That'll be fine.
[01:06:34.320 --> 01:06:39.680] And one thing I would like to mention is that I'm trying to get together 20 people in my area
[01:06:39.680 --> 01:06:46.800] because I spoke to Sherry I think two days ago and she and John actually are willing to travel
[01:06:46.800 --> 01:06:54.720] anywhere in this country if their expenses are paid for. And the service that they provide is
[01:06:54.720 --> 01:07:02.320] absolutely amazing because what they do is they actually get people in a position legally to be
[01:07:02.320 --> 01:07:08.640] able to then go after these guys, not in the States, but on the international scene. She has
[01:07:08.640 --> 01:07:12.800] what they, she actually converts negative awareness into international commercial lean.
[01:07:12.800 --> 01:07:17.920] And she has the whole, it's taken her four years, but she has the whole process now sorted out.
[01:07:18.560 --> 01:07:21.840] And it's all done through Geneva. And I've been talking to her,
[01:07:22.880 --> 01:07:25.440] or I've talked to her for about an hour and it's just amazing what she's doing.
[01:07:26.880 --> 01:07:31.440] So she's bypassing the core system in this country and actually going on the international.
[01:07:32.240 --> 01:07:36.240] Will you send me some contact information for her so I can talk to her?
[01:07:36.960 --> 01:07:37.920]  Yes, I'll do that.
[01:07:38.880 --> 01:07:41.360] Just email it to me. I'd very much like to talk to her.
[01:07:41.360 --> 01:07:46.800] Okay. And I can find your email address on the site, right?
[01:07:48.400 --> 01:07:52.160]  Yes, just randy at ruleoflawradio.com.
[01:07:52.960 --> 01:08:02.880] Okay. But I know that from what I've been discussing with her, if because I'm now in
[01:08:02.880 --> 01:08:07.040] the process of starting the whole thing, I'm now getting to understand what she's doing.
[01:08:07.040 --> 01:08:16.320] But I know that minimum 10, 15, 20, 30 people in this country, if they do this process and
[01:08:16.320 --> 01:08:24.240] start hitting these judges nationwide with the stuff that she's doing, and this is counterclaiming
[01:08:24.240 --> 01:08:28.400] in the trillions of dollars and the billions of dollars, we're not talking about peanuts here,
[01:08:30.240 --> 01:08:33.920] that can be converted into cash because it's sold in international markets.
[01:08:33.920 --> 01:08:39.760] It's now turned into a bond basically. And third world, not third world countries,
[01:08:39.760 --> 01:08:45.200] but other countries are buying these things. It's phenomenal. It's just phenomenal what she's
[01:08:45.200 --> 01:08:50.160] doing. And this is how this country can get taken back to what it should be.
[01:08:51.520 --> 01:08:57.040] There are a number of public officials that I would very much like to use this on.
[01:08:57.840 --> 01:08:59.440] Oh, God, yeah. I mean, me too.
[01:09:00.320 --> 01:09:01.280]  Just for yucks.
[01:09:01.280 --> 01:09:10.560] Yeah. Yeah. But she's actually doing, I'm trying to get together enough people for her to do a
[01:09:10.560 --> 01:09:15.200] weekend. She doesn't normally do this because normally people who do these sort of workshops
[01:09:15.200 --> 01:09:20.560] are up to speed with certain things like the accepted for value and the revocation of power
[01:09:20.560 --> 01:09:24.480] of attorney. And I've talked to her about, well, what about brand new people? And she says it'll
[01:09:24.480 --> 01:09:29.360] take probably a weekend. The first day is to explain everything and the second day is to
[01:09:29.360 --> 01:09:34.320] actually get all the paperwork done. And she said that's good grounding for anyone who wants to
[01:09:34.320 --> 01:09:39.360] actually involve themselves in this is the video that you can either download off Google or buy,
[01:09:39.360 --> 01:09:44.240] which is called the Money Masters. She said that's a very, very good starting point.
[01:09:45.600 --> 01:09:46.640]  Money Masters.
[01:09:47.520 --> 01:09:54.960] Yes. Okay. That's familiar. I hate to rush you, but we're running late and the call board is
[01:09:54.960 --> 01:10:02.640] really stacking up. You send me some email on that and we will stay in touch in this. I will try to
[01:10:02.640 --> 01:10:07.360] get a hold of them. Maybe I can get them on the radio and get them to do an interview.
[01:10:08.320 --> 01:10:10.560] Okay. Thank you very much.
[01:10:11.360 --> 01:10:14.240] Welcome. Thank you very much for your services.
[01:10:15.280 --> 01:10:16.560]  All right. Thanks, Christopher.
[01:10:17.200 --> 01:10:17.920]  All right. Bye.
[01:10:18.480 --> 01:10:23.840] Okay. We're going to go to a first time caller here. We've got Michael from Texas. Michael,
[01:10:23.840 --> 01:10:25.600] thanks for calling in. What's on your mind tonight?
[01:10:26.880 --> 01:10:30.880] Hello. Good evening. I think I'm probably another British person.
[01:10:33.040 --> 01:10:40.080] My question really is possibly well below your pay grades. I'm a complete novice in these
[01:10:40.080 --> 01:10:46.000]  things. I'm very impressed with your knowledge. But I would appreciate a mini tutorial. I don't
[01:10:46.000 --> 01:10:51.200] know whether any of your listeners would on selling on a debt. I've had a couple of things happen to
[01:10:51.200 --> 01:10:57.520] me here since I've been in the US. And they've caught me by surprise that it's allowed. Now,
[01:10:57.520 --> 01:11:05.120] I don't remember such things being allowed in the UK. And in fact, as far as I'm aware,
[01:11:05.120 --> 01:11:09.920] they're not. And it didn't seem very ethical. But maybe it is legal.
[01:11:11.360 --> 01:11:17.120] So in one instance, there was a disputed claim about a car repair here in Austin.
[01:11:17.120 --> 01:11:26.800] And I cancelled a check pending resolution of the dispute. And the next thing I knew is that I was
[01:11:26.800 --> 01:11:36.160] contacted by a debt collector with veiled threats. And apparently, it's actually a well-known garage
[01:11:36.160 --> 01:11:43.360] here in Austin, had sold on the debt. And they say, well, as far as we're concerned, the issue
[01:11:43.360 --> 01:11:51.760] is over. And you don't deal with us anymore. You deal with the debt collector. And as far as I was
[01:11:51.760 --> 01:11:56.800] concerned, the dispute was still open and unresolved. I could give you the details. It's
[01:11:56.800 --> 01:12:04.720] a fairly balanced issue. So it wasn't one-sided. But I'd love to hear your comments on, in
[01:12:04.720 --> 01:12:10.480] principle, whether this is a questionable activity or it's well-grounded legally in this country.
[01:12:10.480 --> 01:12:21.280] OK. Well, I don't have enough information yet to be able to make any kind of determination.
[01:12:21.280 --> 01:12:30.240] And if this is a subject that you don't want to air on the air, you can email me with a
[01:12:31.600 --> 01:12:39.840] narrative or just an outline of what occurred. And then I can give you a better answer on how
[01:12:39.840 --> 01:12:47.680] to handle this. But generally, if you have a dispute with an individual, you don't care who
[01:12:47.680 --> 01:12:54.800] they hire. If the individual refuses to deal with you and you feel you have a claim, send them a
[01:12:54.800 --> 01:13:03.920] tort letter. Send them a letter notifying them that you feel that the debt is improper or
[01:13:03.920 --> 01:13:10.480] why you shouldn't have to pay it. And order them to cease and desist. And when they don't, then you
[01:13:10.480 --> 01:13:17.040] can file, like if it's not over, I think, $10,000, you can file in a Justice of the Peace Corps.
[01:13:17.040 --> 01:13:22.480] It would cost like $60 to file and a civil action to stop them.
[01:13:24.480 --> 01:13:31.360] OK. Well, in fact, the dispute is already some way down the river. It was a little while ago.
[01:13:31.360 --> 01:13:38.080] So the question was really more one of principle. And it sounds as if I missed the boat that I did
[01:13:38.080 --> 01:13:44.800] not send a letter. It was all verbal. And as far as I was concerned, we were still in negotiation
[01:13:44.800 --> 01:13:52.400] about the correct resolution. So as I understand it from what you're saying, I'd have been on more
[01:13:52.400 --> 01:13:58.080] solid ground if I'd sent a letter. But if somebody finds that a debt has been sold on to somebody
[01:13:58.080 --> 01:14:07.520] else, is it too late to go back to the original? You don't have anything to do with
[01:14:08.240 --> 01:14:15.440] whoever he sold the debt to. You didn't contract with them. Exactly. Yeah, you have nothing to do
[01:14:15.440 --> 01:14:19.520] with them. That was my position. I've never heard of these people. Why are they calling me?
[01:14:19.520 --> 01:14:29.760] So you might look at it. I don't really know enough to know how to address the situation.
[01:14:31.360 --> 01:14:36.000] If there's reason to believe that the debt they're trying to collect is invalid,
[01:14:36.880 --> 01:14:44.240] then you can claim fraud against them. Against who? The debt collector? Against the debt collector.
[01:14:44.240 --> 01:14:55.360] I see. We have a Fair Debt Collections Act. And there's just a lot of things. Probably
[01:14:56.800 --> 01:15:02.640] endless fraud detection would be a better show to call into. He would be more familiar
[01:15:03.600 --> 01:15:12.400] specifically with this particular issue. But if I had details, did they work on your automobile?
[01:15:12.400 --> 01:15:21.520] Yes, it was worked on my automobile. The reason I asked that is he can get a mechanic's lien
[01:15:21.520 --> 01:15:28.320] against your automobile and make it so that you can't sell it. So you might want to do something
[01:15:28.320 --> 01:15:35.360] to resolve whatever the issue is so that he doesn't wind up filing a mechanic's lien against you.
[01:15:35.360 --> 01:15:46.800] He may already have. Right. Okay. And you need to check into that. If everything was verbal,
[01:15:46.800 --> 01:15:52.560] if he actually physically worked on your vehicle, then he has grounds to file a mechanic's lien.
[01:15:54.400 --> 01:16:02.160] Okay. But there's not enough. Nobody ever gets anything right. So if you really scour around and
[01:16:02.160 --> 01:16:07.760] check the details, you can almost always find a way to make him want to go away and leave you alone.
[01:16:08.880 --> 01:16:15.280] So if you want me to look at it more closely and it's not something you want to air in detail on
[01:16:15.280 --> 01:16:22.560] the radio. I don't mind airing in detail. It's just I don't want to bore your listeners with
[01:16:22.560 --> 01:16:30.400] the detail because I'm just thinking that like other listeners, I find myself in a position of
[01:16:30.400 --> 01:16:34.880] utter surprise that I should now be dealing with a third party who I'd never heard of
[01:16:34.880 --> 01:16:41.440] when I think my issue was still open. And the very least that seems unethical. And I wondered
[01:16:41.440 --> 01:16:45.760] whether in general that's on shaky legal grounds, but it sounds as if it actually
[01:16:45.760 --> 01:16:50.880] depends very much on the detail. Is that correct? Okay. Deb, we're going to do this break.
[01:16:53.520 --> 01:16:56.240] No, I was skipping the break because you guys were
[01:16:56.240 --> 01:17:02.320] okay, deep in discussion. Yeah. Okay. Well, there's probably a lot you can do, especially with this
[01:17:02.320 --> 01:17:08.880] death collector. You can send him a letter to see, demanding that he cease and desist.
[01:17:08.880 --> 01:17:15.200] You know what I would suggest? And I don't want to firmly commit because I have to hear back from
[01:17:15.760 --> 01:17:23.520] the guys, but for the next Tuesday, Thursday and the following Tuesday, evening six to eight,
[01:17:23.520 --> 01:17:30.240] endless fraud detection with Steve Skidmore and Neal Switkowski are going to be filling in for Tom
[01:17:30.240 --> 01:17:37.040] Kiley. And they know a lot about this, this issue. So you may want to call into their show.
[01:17:37.760 --> 01:17:43.040] Okay. Well, I can tell you one thing about debt collectors in Texas. They must be registered with
[01:17:43.040 --> 01:17:50.320] the secretary of state if they are attempting to operate as a debt collector. If they are not,
[01:17:50.320 --> 01:17:55.120] they are in deep, deep trouble. File a complaint with the secretary of state about them.
[01:17:57.120 --> 01:18:01.200] Okay. The secretary of state does have a place on their website where you can go and check and
[01:18:01.200 --> 01:18:05.280] see if a specified debt collector is actually registered with them or not.
[01:18:06.320 --> 01:18:14.080] Okay. Well, thank you. Well, I thank you all for hearing my point. And I'll continue to listen to
[01:18:14.080 --> 01:18:16.400] what you guys have to say. It's a real education for me.
[01:18:16.400 --> 01:18:20.800] Well, thank you. Thank you. Thank you for Michael, for calling in first time call out.
[01:18:20.800 --> 01:18:24.000] All right. Okay. Bye bye.
[01:18:24.000 --> 01:18:33.760] Bye. Okay. We're skipping breaks tonight to get in as many calls as we can and our sponsors,
[01:18:33.760 --> 01:18:41.760] most of them have gone on hiatus. So we're not indebted to anyone anyway. So just wanted to put
[01:18:41.760 --> 01:18:46.720] that out there. So potential sponsors won't be scared off wondering why we're skipping so
[01:18:46.720 --> 01:18:53.200] many breaks. That's why. So we're actually going pro bono for pretty much all these people right now.
[01:18:54.000 --> 01:18:59.600] So any sponsors, potential sponsors that want to come on board, we will not skip breaks for
[01:18:59.600 --> 01:19:06.080] all new contracts. All right. We are moving on now. We're going to Doug in Texas.
[01:19:06.080 --> 01:19:12.080] We're going to Doug in Texas. Doug, thanks for calling in. What's on your mind tonight?
[01:19:15.520 --> 01:19:20.000] Okay. Doug's not there. We're going to move on. We're going to Jeff in Michigan.
[01:19:20.720 --> 01:19:22.720] Jeff, thanks for calling in. What's on your mind tonight?
[01:19:23.360 --> 01:19:31.520] Hey guys. How are you doing? A few things. The movies that were suggested earlier,
[01:19:31.520 --> 01:19:39.760] Money Masters is an absolutely great movie and Money as Debt is a fantastic show.
[01:19:39.760 --> 01:19:45.760] And Money as Debt part two just came out and that goes deeper into the fraud of banking
[01:19:46.400 --> 01:19:51.680] and the bait and switch that they do and explains how everything has been placed under the umbrella
[01:19:51.680 --> 01:19:57.840] of the UCC under Commerce, Tax Station and Commerce, all under the UCC and why that is,
[01:19:57.840 --> 01:20:06.160] how that all came about. It's fascinating. Randy, when you had Sea on and you were looking for that
[01:20:06.160 --> 01:20:12.000] point of where does the power of attorney come into effect? Where is it they catch you in this
[01:20:12.000 --> 01:20:19.120] invisible contract? That point where they get you is the SS5 form, which creates a foreign
[01:20:19.120 --> 01:20:29.040] status trust, which is the power of attorney over you. Did you say FF5? SS, SAMSAM5. It's
[01:20:29.040 --> 01:20:41.040] your Social Security card. So in order to... Okay. That's just one contract. How do they get
[01:20:41.040 --> 01:20:49.360] power of attorney beyond the Social Security issue? That's the power of attorney for all,
[01:20:49.360 --> 01:20:56.480] as far as I know, directly towards your birth certificate bond, which is basically your
[01:20:56.480 --> 01:21:02.880] ownership papers in your insurance bond. And it's essentially the virtual you. So I mean,
[01:21:02.880 --> 01:21:09.920] everything that you're responsible for or representing, I would assume that that's the
[01:21:09.920 --> 01:21:15.920] key linchpin of where they get the power of attorney for everything. If you've got a Social
[01:21:15.920 --> 01:21:24.960] Security card, boom, we've got some power of attorney over you. So anyway, what I want to
[01:21:24.960 --> 01:21:35.040] do a relay to you guys is I just had a success in my accepted for value, my very first success
[01:21:35.040 --> 01:21:44.640] in sending out a driver's responsibility fee assessment for a bogus ticket. The ticket was
[01:21:44.640 --> 01:21:50.480] not a valid instrument. He didn't sign it. I petitioned the court to avoid judgment on
[01:21:50.480 --> 01:21:55.680] the court side. I've got that in the works right now. But in the meantime, the state treasury says
[01:21:55.680 --> 01:22:02.560] pay us $200 because you got a ticket for no insurance. So I signed their remittance payment
[01:22:02.560 --> 01:22:08.560] accepted for value. This is a money order. Acceptance of warehouse receipt is paid in
[01:22:08.560 --> 01:22:14.480] full. It's signed an exemption ID number, my Social Security number, my name, and sent it back
[01:22:14.480 --> 01:22:17.680] to them. They sent me notice telling me that that is paid in full.
[01:22:17.680 --> 01:22:19.680]  Interesting.
[01:22:19.680 --> 01:22:26.880] So that proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that the state of Michigan treasury accepts
[01:22:26.880 --> 01:22:32.480]  A for V documents when they're prepared correctly. It's all legit. It's all for real. I just sent out
[01:22:32.480 --> 01:22:39.920] all my property taxes, all my credit card bills, all filed the same way, all certified mail
[01:22:39.920 --> 01:22:41.920]  receipt, return receipt.
[01:22:41.920 --> 01:22:47.920] Okay. You just put on them accepted for value and sent them back?
[01:22:47.920 --> 01:22:54.800] Yeah. There's a little spiel you print out on it. I use my printer for that. I use my printer for
[01:22:54.800 --> 01:23:01.040] print out on it. I use my printer printed out in red and 45 degree angle. And it says accepted for
[01:23:01.040 --> 01:23:09.520] value, return for discharge, closure and settlement, exempt from levy. Then I leave a space, I sign my
[01:23:09.520 --> 01:23:15.680] name, date it, exemption ID number, which is my Social Security number with no dashes, deposit to
[01:23:15.680 --> 01:23:23.200] the US treasury and charge the same to my name with my Social Security number. And on it, I write
[01:23:23.200 --> 01:23:29.120] this is a money order. Acceptance of warehouse receipt is paid in full. And I write the same
[01:23:29.120 --> 01:23:33.280] sentence on the return card.
[01:23:33.280 --> 01:23:36.640] Will you send me a copy of that? I would very much like to see that.
[01:23:37.440 --> 01:23:37.940]  Sure.
[01:23:41.200 --> 01:23:48.480] This is getting more interesting. I very much want to find the law supporting this because I want to
[01:23:48.480 --> 01:23:54.320] start using it. I'd like to help other people use it, but I can't do it with legal opinion.
[01:23:55.200 --> 01:24:02.000] That's what I send in with them. I send in HJR 192, a copy of that and a letter basically saying,
[01:24:03.360 --> 01:24:09.920] hello, I've received your remittance or your voucher, but I didn't receive my check because
[01:24:09.920 --> 01:24:18.960] it's part of commercial law or contract law that he who produces the bill, the presentment, the offer,
[01:24:19.760 --> 01:24:24.880] also must produce the remedy, which is the check. They send out the bill, but they don't send out
[01:24:24.880 --> 01:24:30.160] the check. So you turn this into a money order, which is legal tender under HJR 192.
[01:24:31.280 --> 01:24:37.040] And you're telling them, take this from my account here. It's not like they're not getting paid.
[01:24:37.040 --> 01:24:44.800] They're just having to process the money order. Wonderful. I definitely want to see this.
[01:24:45.520 --> 01:24:52.560] I've been to seminars on this and I've got stacks and reams of information on it.
[01:24:53.200 --> 01:25:04.560] And so far, all I get is a bunch of propaganda in that I have people telling me, oh, this is the
[01:25:04.560 --> 01:25:09.920] way it is. And this is how it is. And you should believe me because I'm telling you the truth.
[01:25:10.480 --> 01:25:17.920] And you know that maybe they are, but I have no law. If I can get something substantive behind this,
[01:25:18.640 --> 01:25:23.280] I have more than willing to clobber them every way from Sunday with it,
[01:25:24.240 --> 01:25:26.960] especially some certain public officials I want to work over.
[01:25:26.960 --> 01:25:31.920] Well, you had a guest on there before, Mike. And I listened to that tape over and over again,
[01:25:31.920 --> 01:25:37.840] how he got traffic tickets and went in and explained it to the clerks when they asked for cash.
[01:25:39.360 --> 01:25:44.960] That's how they get around it because the law specifies all legal tender.
[01:25:44.960 --> 01:25:57.920] The law specifies all legal tender. So would the discharge be considered legal tender?
[01:26:00.000 --> 01:26:06.720] No, because all debt is forgiven because there is no money. You can't pay a debt with a debt.
[01:26:07.280 --> 01:26:13.680] We earn those debt promises with our labor, but it's just credit. It's not money,
[01:26:13.680 --> 01:26:20.640] and there is no money. And that money was created in the first place by using us as collateral for
[01:26:20.640 --> 01:26:27.280] the loan from the World Bank. So we're the predator. I keep hearing all that, but I can't
[01:26:27.280 --> 01:26:35.920] find anything to take me there other than just people's opinions. And that's my difficulty.
[01:26:35.920 --> 01:26:43.680] Well, it goes to the Trading with the Enemies Act by way of modifying or amending the Trading
[01:26:43.680 --> 01:26:58.080] with the Enemies Act of 1913. It included the amendment, which changed to include US citizens
[01:26:58.080 --> 01:27:08.240] as alien enemies, thereby opening them up to the mark of debt, marked with a Q. So at that point,
[01:27:08.240 --> 01:27:13.360] all US citizens, if you claim to be a US citizen and take the benefits of being a US citizen,
[01:27:13.360 --> 01:27:20.800] you are the debtor and marked with the debt of the national debt, which is
[01:27:20.800 --> 01:27:26.080] the collateral of which is the birth certificate bond or the insurance bond attached to each birth.
[01:27:26.080 --> 01:27:34.560] It's just, I'm sure you got a lot of literature to read through on this stuff. It's all for real.
[01:27:34.560 --> 01:27:40.080] Yeah, that's what people keep telling me. I just haven't found a way to get there yet,
[01:27:40.080 --> 01:27:46.240] but I'm working on it. The fact that the state of Michigan would accept the piece of paper that I
[01:27:46.240 --> 01:27:53.360] scribbled on for $200, you know, without an argument. I sent them a second one. They said
[01:27:53.360 --> 01:27:55.840] I owed them a second year. I'm like, sure, here you go.
[01:27:55.840 --> 01:28:03.360] There you go. No problem. Well, I have some traffic tickets I want to do that with.
[01:28:04.880 --> 01:28:11.200] And now that I'm getting the judgment voided, because I declared it is void because the cops
[01:28:11.200 --> 01:28:14.800] didn't even sign the ticket, I told the court to do that. And they said, well,
[01:28:14.800 --> 01:28:19.040] I didn't sign the ticket. I told the court that they ignored me. So the judgment's void.
[01:28:19.040 --> 01:28:25.360] I just have to have the circuit court judge sign off on it. And when he does, I've already asked
[01:28:25.360 --> 01:28:32.960] the Michigan treasury, will I be getting my $400 back? Because they kind of, you know,
[01:28:32.960 --> 01:28:40.000] I asked that in the first letter and they said, as long as it's completely cleared off,
[01:28:40.000 --> 01:28:49.200] which the void judgment will do, you know, I'm expecting $400 back from where? They got it from
[01:28:49.200 --> 01:28:57.360] my birth certificate bond to satisfy their accounting. So not only will I have gotten out
[01:28:57.360 --> 01:29:02.080]  of $1,000 of a bogus ticket, I've gotten $400 back to boot.
[01:29:03.440 --> 01:29:09.600] I've heard of that happening before. And it's intrigued me. But I guess I'm a little dense.
[01:29:09.600 --> 01:29:17.520] Maybe I'm too stuck in statutory law to understand this part or to be comfortable
[01:29:17.520 --> 01:29:23.680] dealing with it when I don't have chapter and verse in front of me. We really need to move along.
[01:29:23.680 --> 01:29:30.240] We're running out of time and the colors are stacking up. And thanks a lot. And send me that
[01:29:30.240 --> 01:29:40.800] accepted for value. Yes, my email site, you'll find it on the website. Randy through all radio.
[01:29:40.800 --> 01:29:47.120] All right. Thanks, Jeff. Okay. We're going to take your calls on the other side.
[01:29:48.160 --> 01:29:51.920] Rule of law, Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens and Eddie Craig will be right back.
[01:29:51.920 --> 01:30:03.600] Gold prices are at historic highs. And with the recent pullback, this is a great time to buy with
[01:30:03.600 --> 01:30:08.160] the value of the dollar risks of inflation, geopolitical uncertainties and instability
[01:30:08.160 --> 01:30:13.440] in rural financial systems. I see gold going up much higher. Hi, I'm Tim Fry at Roberts

[01:31:52.240 --> 01:31:55.040]  We're Roberts and Roberts brokerage 800-874-9760.
[01:32:22.240 --> 01:32:51.200]  Okay, we are back.
[01:32:52.400 --> 01:32:59.600] The rule of law. We are taking your calls right now. 512-646-1984.
[01:33:01.040 --> 01:33:07.440] We're going now to Gene from Wisconsin. Gene, thanks for calling in. What's on your mind tonight?
[01:33:08.000 --> 01:33:15.600] Hey, good evening. 9-1-1. If you want all kinds of pictures, I've got a whole library I can send
[01:33:15.600 --> 01:33:27.120] you of the demolition of those towers. My understanding of the A for V is that when they
[01:33:27.120 --> 01:33:36.720] took the lawful money away from the people, what they basically did is made us, we now become the
[01:33:36.720 --> 01:33:46.240] creditors. That's my understanding of it. We now become the creditors of the debt. To give us remedy,
[01:33:46.240 --> 01:33:55.600] that is the remedy, is to do the A for V. My understanding is, and I don't have the exact
[01:33:55.600 --> 01:34:07.520] number, but I think it's USC 31, something I can look it up, that declares anyone or that states
[01:34:07.520 --> 01:34:15.360] that anyone who... Let me see if I can keep this straight here. Anyone who takes money that is
[01:34:16.400 --> 01:34:23.680] produced from our labor and introduces it into the system is considered an enemy of the state
[01:34:23.680 --> 01:34:30.240] for the reason that it is increasing the inflation. The reason why is because this is all
[01:34:31.600 --> 01:34:42.560] funny money for all intents and purposes, and the correct way to do it is... What's the word
[01:34:42.560 --> 01:34:51.200] I'm looking for here? Discharge or offset. The correct way is to offset debt rather than use
[01:34:51.200 --> 01:35:02.720] money that is created from our labor to do it. That almost makes sense to me,
[01:35:05.680 --> 01:35:15.920] but not quite. I don't understand how paying a debt increases the money supply
[01:35:15.920 --> 01:35:30.640] and therefore the inflation. Well, they have the 1099 OID, which is the original... What's
[01:35:30.640 --> 01:35:38.000] the word I'm looking for again? I keep getting these terms mixed up. Original issue. That is
[01:35:38.000 --> 01:35:45.520] what this is supposed to be claimed on when you do your tax forms, and you're supposed to get any
[01:35:45.520 --> 01:35:55.040] money that you pay as an original issue, that should all come back to you, unless it's classified
[01:35:55.040 --> 01:35:59.920] as income, and that part I'm really gray on. I haven't looked into it that deep yet.
[01:35:59.920 --> 01:36:11.920] Yeah, the income part, that part I understand. That income is value you receive that's not the
[01:36:11.920 --> 01:36:20.160] result of your labor, like interest on a savings account. That would be
[01:36:22.160 --> 01:36:32.000] income or capital gains tax. I'm sorry, gains on stocks or bonds, where you have an investment
[01:36:32.000 --> 01:36:38.080] and you receive income on the investment that's not the direct result of your labor. Am I right
[01:36:38.080 --> 01:36:46.400] there Deb? Well, I know that the IRS does not take any kinds of arguments saying that wages are not
[01:36:46.400 --> 01:36:54.160] income, that a lot of people want to say that it's an even exchange. It's not a profit. It's
[01:36:54.160 --> 01:36:59.600] not actually income. It's not actually a profit because it's an even exchange. It's a one for one.
[01:36:59.600 --> 01:37:06.240] I'm laboring and I'm getting something of equal value, but the IRS doesn't take that into
[01:37:06.240 --> 01:37:10.080] consideration. They consider that a frivolous argument from what I understand the courts
[01:37:11.360 --> 01:37:19.840] don't uphold that either. This is all speculation at this point to me. We need to see statute.
[01:37:19.840 --> 01:37:27.120] This is what the statute says. This is what has been promoted. It's what I've seen in the statute.
[01:37:27.760 --> 01:37:34.160] It's just that the IRS is not following the statute and the courts are not following them
[01:37:34.160 --> 01:37:40.320] either. They're doing whatever they want to, but that's the way I understood it as income,
[01:37:40.320 --> 01:37:44.720] and that's the way I think it was. I'm trying to remember who it was to find it that way.
[01:37:45.600 --> 01:37:53.440] Anyway, we do need to move along. We're running out of time and we've got lots of callers.
[01:37:53.440 --> 01:37:58.000] Do you have anything else? I'll get off of here then. Basically,
[01:37:58.000 --> 01:38:02.720] that's all I wanted to say anyway. Good. I appreciate that. I'm really trying to
[01:38:02.720 --> 01:38:11.600] understand this, but here's the deal. What you gave me is what I keep getting,
[01:38:11.600 --> 01:38:19.040] and it may turn out that's all there is, is you're telling me how it is without giving me
[01:38:19.040 --> 01:38:25.840] any specific law defining how it is, and it may well be that there is no specific law
[01:38:25.840 --> 01:38:34.480] defining precisely how it is, because so far I haven't found it, but I need it.
[01:38:36.320 --> 01:38:45.920] My understanding is that the UCC is not within statutory laws. It's sort of a
[01:38:45.920 --> 01:38:56.480] admiralty, if you will. Those are codified statutes. Every state has a uniform commercial
[01:38:56.480 --> 01:39:03.840] code, so that is statutory. If I can find in that, it would be great. People keep telling
[01:39:03.840 --> 01:39:08.400] me what I can do in commercial, but they just tell me I can do it, and they say,
[01:39:08.400 --> 01:39:12.320] oh, this is governed under the UCC. Well, help me out here. Be more specific.
[01:39:12.320 --> 01:39:19.200]  I'll try to find that in UCC 31. It's UCC 31 something, but I didn't write it down,
[01:39:19.200 --> 01:39:25.040] and I should have. I'll try to look that up. Okay, good. Thank you.
[01:39:25.040 --> 01:39:27.360] Thank you, Gene. All right. Thank you.
[01:39:27.360 --> 01:39:32.400] Okay. We're going to go on now to Jerry in Oregon.
[01:39:33.600 --> 01:39:35.600] Jerry, thanks for calling in. What's on your mind tonight?
[01:39:35.600 --> 01:39:43.680] Hi, guys. Randy, I have a slight challenge for you. I want to ask you a couple questions,
[01:39:44.880 --> 01:39:49.200] and I want to see how you respond to it. I'm not beating you up or anything, but
[01:39:49.840 --> 01:39:57.280] I think I can maybe help get to your point. Do you know how you always say that we are the sovereign
[01:39:57.280 --> 01:40:03.920] in anything that isn't specifically enumerated, you have the right to do? Right? Correct?
[01:40:03.920 --> 01:40:06.480] Is that correct? Yeah. Anything we're not specifically
[01:40:06.480 --> 01:40:13.680] forbidden to do. Yes. Okay. Okay. So with that in mind, who gave you that
[01:40:13.680 --> 01:40:18.160] power and that authority to do that? No one.
[01:40:19.680 --> 01:40:25.920] And it's not written anywhere. There's no statute that gives you that or grants you that ability.
[01:40:25.920 --> 01:40:28.080]  Correct? Correct.
[01:40:28.080 --> 01:40:33.360] Okay. Well, hold on. I want to clarify
[01:40:33.360 --> 01:40:40.640] something here. The principle that I understand, you know, Randy said no one gave us that,
[01:40:40.640 --> 01:40:46.880] and I don't believe that. I believe that our creator gave us that when he created us.
[01:40:46.880 --> 01:40:55.280] Now, Randy may disagree, but the whole principle behind the thought process of our sovereignty
[01:40:55.280 --> 01:41:02.480] and our rights and the fact that we have rights are that they are God given, that they are given
[01:41:02.480 --> 01:41:11.840] to us by our creator, that we are born with them. So it's not that they come from nowhere or no one,
[01:41:11.840 --> 01:41:17.600] but that our creator gave them to us. Okay. And we think Buddha.
[01:41:18.960 --> 01:41:21.920] Well, I don't know if you want to think Buddha. I think Jesus.
[01:41:21.920 --> 01:41:24.960] Well, you can think Jesus. I can think Buddha.
[01:41:24.960 --> 01:41:28.080] People can think whatever they want, but the point is that they are-
[01:41:28.080 --> 01:41:31.440] I was trying to avoid that ancillary argument. We were trying to avoid-
[01:41:31.440 --> 01:41:34.000]  But it's not an ancillary argument.
[01:41:34.000 --> 01:41:36.640]  It is. It's not a legal argument.
[01:41:36.640 --> 01:41:40.480] No, it's not. But I'm talking about the principle of the matter is that they are
[01:41:40.480 --> 01:41:44.960] given to us by our creator. God give us sovereignty.
[01:41:44.960 --> 01:41:51.920] That our rights are given to us by our creator, whatever you want to call the creator,
[01:41:51.920 --> 01:41:54.240] that they are given to us by our creator.
[01:41:54.240 --> 01:41:55.440]  Okay. I didn't want to cross the line.
[01:41:55.440 --> 01:41:58.080]  I didn't mean to start an argument here. Okay.
[01:41:58.080 --> 01:42:02.400] I wanted to leave God's business to God's business. And we were talking about law.
[01:42:02.400 --> 01:42:05.920]  That's why I deliberately spoke the way I did.
[01:42:06.640 --> 01:42:13.280] But if the whole principle behind our rights and our sovereignty is that they are given to
[01:42:13.280 --> 01:42:16.560] us by our creator, not by a piece of paper or a government.
[01:42:18.080 --> 01:42:21.600] But they are self-evident. And I didn't mean to create an argument.
[01:42:21.600 --> 01:42:23.360]  I like that better. Self-evident.
[01:42:24.000 --> 01:42:24.400]  Okay.
[01:42:24.400 --> 01:42:26.720] I'm just referring to the writings of the Most Fathers.
[01:42:26.720 --> 01:42:27.760]  Let's move over to the point.
[01:42:29.360 --> 01:42:34.720] I'm with you there, Deb, but I only used it to point out the illustration that
[01:42:35.440 --> 01:42:41.600] there was nowhere is it written, there is a statute that grants you that ability.
[01:42:41.600 --> 01:42:47.520]  Because it is a self-actualized evident truth, correct?
[01:42:49.200 --> 01:42:49.920]  Exactly.
[01:42:49.920 --> 01:42:53.840] It depends on what writings you are referencing.
[01:42:53.840 --> 01:43:00.480] The writings of our forefathers of this country have all written that they are granted to us
[01:43:00.480 --> 01:43:03.680] by our creator. And I'm not trying to get in a religious argument.
[01:43:03.680 --> 01:43:05.600]  This is just a historical fact.
[01:43:06.640 --> 01:43:08.320]  Yes. And I'm aware of that.
[01:43:08.320 --> 01:43:16.080] I was only using the illustration of something being self-evident where Randy's attempting to
[01:43:16.080 --> 01:43:22.160] find how it is that you can assert certain things about admiralty and maritime,
[01:43:23.920 --> 01:43:27.520] and to that end, to which it is self-evident.
[01:43:27.520 --> 01:43:31.920] So part of the question that I have is if we could come to an agreement that
[01:43:31.920 --> 01:43:38.400] just as where Randy says that you are the sovereign, and there's no particular statute
[01:43:38.400 --> 01:43:44.240]  that grants you that ability, but it's a self-actualized self-evident truth, correct?
[01:43:45.600 --> 01:43:46.960] I mean, can we agree on that?
[01:43:47.680 --> 01:43:49.200]  Here's the problem I have.
[01:43:50.640 --> 01:43:52.400]  And I'm not defending or justifying.
[01:43:52.400 --> 01:43:54.560]  I'm just trying to challenge you here, that's all.
[01:43:54.560 --> 01:43:56.640]  Yeah, and I like that challenge.
[01:43:57.520 --> 01:43:58.800]  Here's the concern I have.
[01:43:58.800 --> 01:44:06.880] I'm moving proactively in an interaction with either another sovereign or a government entity.
[01:44:07.920 --> 01:44:08.400]  Okay.
[01:44:08.400 --> 01:44:16.720] And when I assert a right or authority to do something, I need to be able to show where I got it.
[01:44:18.000 --> 01:44:23.680] Well, don't you really need to show that you haven't caused injury?
[01:44:23.680 --> 01:44:29.680] Because this isn't your concern that you would cause injury to that other sovereignty
[01:44:29.680 --> 01:44:31.920] or other sovereign individual, correct?
[01:44:33.760 --> 01:44:35.280]  You wouldn't want to cause injury.
[01:44:35.280 --> 01:44:37.120]  That's the concern that you have.
[01:44:38.320 --> 01:44:49.200] So you're saying that I can engage in any kind of commercial activity I choose in any way I choose
[01:44:49.200 --> 01:44:53.600] as long as I can't single out an individual that I might harm.
[01:44:54.640 --> 01:44:58.320]  I'm suggesting just that to a point.
[01:44:58.320 --> 01:45:00.640]  I'm saying let's entertain that idea.
[01:45:00.640 --> 01:45:06.560] And when the founding fathers got together and they decided to develop this declaration
[01:45:06.560 --> 01:45:11.600] of independence and constitution, where did they get the authority to do that?
[01:45:12.560 --> 01:45:13.840] Where did it come from?
[01:45:13.840 --> 01:45:20.400] I mean, they proclaimed that it was a self-evident truth that they do these things,
[01:45:20.400 --> 01:45:27.360] and they came to an agreement and a consensus among a number of individuals, right?
[01:45:27.360 --> 01:45:33.680] Still, that goes back to my concern, is this is all opinion.
[01:45:33.680 --> 01:45:40.400] And I'm not justifying any of that, but I'm suggesting that quite possibly there are
[01:45:40.400 --> 01:45:48.240] some people who enjoy being governed.
[01:45:48.240 --> 01:45:54.800] I mean, I've heard people say, I'm surprised there was no laws out there on that lake.
[01:45:55.440 --> 01:45:57.040] And I'd be willing to pay more.
[01:45:58.320 --> 01:46:01.680] I mean, there are some people that wish to be governed,
[01:46:01.680 --> 01:46:05.920] and there are some people who are capable of governing themselves.
[01:46:05.920 --> 01:46:10.000] And that's the point that where I'm coming from, is I believe each of us
[01:46:10.000 --> 01:46:12.560] were capable of governing ourselves.
[01:46:13.440 --> 01:46:20.000] I'm actually looking for a way to defend myself if I get attacked for what I'm doing,
[01:46:20.000 --> 01:46:21.840]  and I'm looking for grounds.
[01:46:22.560 --> 01:46:24.880] Okay, listen, I want to move on.
[01:46:24.880 --> 01:46:29.680] I'm sorry, we only have a few minutes left, and we have Steve Skidmore calling in,
[01:46:29.680 --> 01:46:33.600] and he has some points that he wants to discuss with Eddie.
[01:46:33.600 --> 01:46:35.920]  We've only got a few minutes left, so I'm sorry.
[01:46:35.920 --> 01:46:39.680] We'll have to save these philosophical, ethereal arguments for another show.
[01:46:39.680 --> 01:46:41.680] Steve, thanks for calling in.
[01:46:41.680 --> 01:46:42.480]  Sure.
[01:46:42.480 --> 01:46:44.480] You want to talk to little old me?
[01:46:44.480 --> 01:46:46.480] Well, you bet, little old you.
[01:46:48.000 --> 01:46:53.280] Eddie, you were mentioning that a third party debt collector has to be registered
[01:46:53.280 --> 01:46:55.760] with the Secretary of State, that is true.
[01:46:55.760 --> 01:47:00.400] They also have to place a bond with the Secretary of State,
[01:47:00.400 --> 01:47:06.000] payable to anybody who would be damaged by a certain section,
[01:47:06.000 --> 01:47:09.520] and I've been digging through my paperwork and cannot find the section.
[01:47:09.520 --> 01:47:15.680] But when it comes to attorneys, or law firms, slash third party debt collectors,
[01:47:15.680 --> 01:47:22.640] they are not required to register or place the bond with the Secretary of State.
[01:47:22.640 --> 01:47:29.600] With the Secretary of State, that should be done in the amount of $10,000
[01:47:30.400 --> 01:47:36.560] payable to anybody that would be damaged by an infraction of that clause or whatever.
[01:47:36.560 --> 01:47:42.880] But the reason being that attorneys and law firms don't have to register or pay the bond
[01:47:42.880 --> 01:47:49.760] is that it is considered paid through their bond on their bar.
[01:47:49.760 --> 01:47:54.080] Yeah, so we need to grieve them.
[01:47:54.080 --> 01:47:58.400] So if we have a problem with them, we need to file grievances, bar grievances.
[01:47:58.400 --> 01:47:59.280]  Correct.
[01:47:59.280 --> 01:48:02.160] Yeah, now also, anybody out there is interested,
[01:48:02.160 --> 01:48:06.640] I do have a letter to send to any third party debt collector that tells them to
[01:48:06.640 --> 01:48:10.800] butt out of your business, you don't wish to do business with a third party debt collector.
[01:48:11.680 --> 01:48:15.200] So if you have any interest in that, you can just email me through the show address.
[01:48:15.200 --> 01:48:21.360] Yeah, I'll get with you on that, Eddie, and if you're interested, see what you got,
[01:48:22.880 --> 01:48:25.200]  because we've got a couple.
[01:48:27.280 --> 01:48:32.480] Yeah, there is actually a letter that they are required to abide by that once you send it to
[01:48:32.480 --> 01:48:38.320] them, if they contact you again, then that you can file suit against them.
[01:48:38.320 --> 01:48:39.520]  Right, right.
[01:48:39.520 --> 01:48:40.800]  Yeah, I know where you're going.
[01:48:40.800 --> 01:48:43.440]  Right.
[01:48:43.440 --> 01:48:45.520] Kind of goes to criminal trespass.
[01:48:46.240 --> 01:48:51.040] Yeah, but the other thing the letter does is it also lets them know that if they make any attempt
[01:48:51.040 --> 01:48:57.280] to place your name on a bad credit list or anything like that, since you are in disagreement over the
[01:48:57.280 --> 01:49:02.480] debt to begin with, which is why it has not been paid most likely, then they shall be held liable
[01:49:02.480 --> 01:49:07.520] for damages for any type of information that's released that is detrimental to you.
[01:49:07.520 --> 01:49:11.680] Yeah, and if they keep calling you on the telephone, the best thing to tell them is that
[01:49:11.680 --> 01:49:14.720] if they've got a grievance against you, put it in writing.
[01:49:14.720 --> 01:49:18.560] Yeah, well, Texas has that free phone call strike you're out thing, too.
[01:49:18.560 --> 01:49:19.600]  Right, right.
[01:49:19.600 --> 01:49:22.800] Yeah, you don't do any business over the telephone, you do it only through the mail
[01:49:22.800 --> 01:49:26.240] for purposes of your own records, and that's that.
[01:49:26.240 --> 01:49:27.840] You don't have to talk to them on the telephone.
[01:49:31.200 --> 01:49:36.160] And you tell them this call is being recorded for prosecutorial purposes.
[01:49:36.160 --> 01:49:37.520] They won't talk to you after that.
[01:49:39.040 --> 01:49:42.560] Yeah, if you want to extract any kind of information out of them, they will not
[01:49:42.560 --> 01:49:49.280] speak because I was recording the call one day, and this guy was, or this lady,
[01:49:50.080 --> 01:49:53.680] dare I call her that, was getting a little excited, and I asked her if she could speak
[01:49:53.680 --> 01:49:56.480] up because I'm not sure if my recording device caught that.
[01:49:56.480 --> 01:49:57.840]  You're recording this?
[01:49:57.840 --> 01:49:58.160]  Yes.
[01:49:59.200 --> 01:50:00.320]  Well, aren't you?
[01:50:00.320 --> 01:50:01.520]  I can't speak to you anymore.
[01:50:01.520 --> 01:50:02.640]  Well, why not?
[01:50:02.640 --> 01:50:03.440]  You're recording me.
[01:50:03.440 --> 01:50:06.400]  I just, I can't, you've got to turn that off.
[01:50:06.400 --> 01:50:08.400] If you want to talk to me, well, that's just it, lady.
[01:50:08.400 --> 01:50:09.360]  I don't want to talk to you.
[01:50:09.360 --> 01:50:10.000]  Have a nice day.
[01:50:10.000 --> 01:50:10.400]  Goodbye.
[01:50:12.880 --> 01:50:19.440] Well, I'm about to have some real fun because that, in Lufkin, when they arrested me on
[01:50:19.440 --> 01:50:23.600] those traffic charges without bothering to take me before a judge or anything else,
[01:50:23.600 --> 01:50:26.400] they just threw me in the county pokey for eight hours.
[01:50:26.400 --> 01:50:27.680]  They didn't matter to you?
[01:50:27.680 --> 01:50:28.800]  Shame on them.
[01:50:28.800 --> 01:50:31.040] Yes, shame on them is going to be right.
[01:50:31.040 --> 01:50:33.680] Shame on their bank account later if I can help it.
[01:50:33.680 --> 01:50:34.320]  Yeah, buddy.
[01:50:34.880 --> 01:50:44.160] In any case, they, the municipal court has sold the alleged warrants, which supposedly
[01:50:44.160 --> 01:50:49.760] they can't issue because I have not failed to appear, but I did appear by motion.
[01:50:50.320 --> 01:50:51.840]  They've never set a trial date.
[01:50:51.840 --> 01:50:53.280]  They've never done any of that.
[01:50:53.280 --> 01:50:57.360] And to date, they don't have anything in my records that show they've acted upon it.
[01:50:57.360 --> 01:51:03.120] But in any case, I've got this attorney or law firm here in Texas that's now acting as
[01:51:03.120 --> 01:51:07.120]  a debt collector for those so-called outstanding warrants that don't exist.
[01:51:08.000 --> 01:51:10.000]  Yeah, that's it.
[01:51:10.000 --> 01:51:11.040]  That's all they are.
[01:51:11.040 --> 01:51:15.200] But it's an unsecured debt, so it falls under the same genre.
[01:51:15.200 --> 01:51:17.840] If it's 180 days delinquent, they've got to get rid of it.
[01:51:19.280 --> 01:51:19.780]  Yep.
[01:51:20.480 --> 01:51:26.400] So then you have these, you start having these nice quaint little recorded messages
[01:51:26.400 --> 01:51:28.000] being left on your answering machine.
[01:51:28.000 --> 01:51:31.680] Someone in this household might have an important court matter.
[01:51:34.880 --> 01:51:35.920]  Your opinion, maybe.
[01:51:37.680 --> 01:51:38.640]  Define important.
[01:51:39.200 --> 01:51:40.560]  Yeah, exactly.
[01:51:40.560 --> 01:51:46.560] Well, they can send some notification or subpoena or court summons or something.
[01:51:46.560 --> 01:51:50.960] Yeah, see, I quit getting anything in the mail over tickets a good while back.
[01:51:52.000 --> 01:51:56.080] So I know that alleged debt has been sold off to a third-party debt collector
[01:51:56.080 --> 01:52:01.520] because they try to disguise themselves as municipal this, municipal that,
[01:52:03.920 --> 01:52:05.680] this kind of law firm, that kind of law firm.
[01:52:05.680 --> 01:52:08.080]  They're third-party debt collectors, period.
[01:52:09.840 --> 01:52:11.040]  That's all there is to it.
[01:52:11.040 --> 01:52:13.360] The state soldier alleged debt to somebody.
[01:52:18.720 --> 01:52:20.880]  That's usually exactly what they do.
[01:52:20.880 --> 01:52:21.380]  Yeah.
[01:52:21.380 --> 01:52:25.300] Normal course of business, baby.
[01:52:27.380 --> 01:52:30.660] Yeah, anything that you put your name to becomes a negotiable instrument,
[01:52:30.660 --> 01:52:31.700]  therefore they sell it.
[01:52:34.260 --> 01:52:35.300]  Here we go.
[01:52:35.300 --> 01:52:37.540] Thank you, Carolyn, myself, little wife, found it.
[01:52:38.420 --> 01:52:43.860]  Texas Finance Code Chapter 392, Subchapter A, General Provisions.
[01:52:43.860 --> 01:52:47.460]  392.001 definitions in this chapter.
[01:52:47.460 --> 01:52:54.260] Consumer, consumer debt, debt creditor, where is it, where is it, where is it?
[01:52:54.260 --> 01:52:59.940]  Okay, a third-party debt collector means a debt, okay.
[01:53:02.660 --> 01:53:05.940] Here it is, Subchapter B, Surety Bond.
[01:53:06.900 --> 01:53:13.220] This is found in, let me read that again, Texas Finance Code Chapter 392,
[01:53:13.220 --> 01:53:17.540]  Section 392.101, Bond Requirement.
[01:53:17.540 --> 01:53:23.540] A, a third-party debt collector or credit bureau may not engage in debt collection
[01:53:23.540 --> 01:53:29.220] unless a third-party debt collector or credit bureau has obtained a surety bond
[01:53:29.220 --> 01:53:34.100] issued by a surety company authorized to do business in this state.
[01:53:34.820 --> 01:53:41.540] As prescribed by this section, a copy of the bond must be filed at the Secretary of State.
[01:53:41.540 --> 01:53:49.460] B, the bond must be in favor of, one, any person who is damaged by violation of this chapter,
[01:53:49.460 --> 01:53:57.140] and two, the state, for the benefit of anybody who is damaged by violation of this chapter,
[01:53:57.140 --> 01:54:01.540] and C, the bond must be in the amount of $10,000.
[01:54:01.540 --> 01:54:11.860]  $10,000 claim against bond, Section 392.102, claim against bond.
[01:54:11.860 --> 01:54:17.380] A person who claims against, a person who claims against the bond for a violation of this chapter
[01:54:17.380 --> 01:54:23.540] may maintain an action against the third-party debt collector or credit bureau against the surety.
[01:54:24.180 --> 01:54:30.500] The aggregate liability of the surety to all persons, dama persons, there's a favorite word
[01:54:30.500 --> 01:54:36.740] of mine, persons damaged by a violation of this chapter may not exceed the amount of the bond.
[01:54:40.180 --> 01:54:45.780] But I found out later, after reading that into the court record at a TRO hearing,
[01:54:45.780 --> 01:54:52.100] that that chapter does not, or that sub-chapter does not apply to attorneys or to
[01:54:53.860 --> 01:55:00.260] law firms slash debt collectors because the bond is considered paid through the bar.
[01:55:00.260 --> 01:55:03.060] And just what is the legal definition of a debt collector?
[01:55:04.420 --> 01:55:05.780]  That is a good question.
[01:55:05.780 --> 01:55:08.180]  Especially a third-party debt collector?
[01:55:08.180 --> 01:55:12.340] That is a good question because I've tried to find that out myself and I cannot find it.
[01:55:12.340 --> 01:55:16.980]  I can't find a clear legal definition for a third-party debt collector because
[01:55:18.340 --> 01:55:25.540] the standing in court, how can one be two parties, how can you be both,
[01:55:25.540 --> 01:55:31.140] and this has been a long-going question of mine, how can you be both a third-party debt collector
[01:55:31.140 --> 01:55:35.780] and an attorney representing a client who's trying to collect a debt at the same time?
[01:55:36.980 --> 01:55:41.460] Well, in that case, they usually are no longer representing a client.
[01:55:41.460 --> 01:55:43.860] What they've done is they've bought the bond for the debt.
[01:55:43.860 --> 01:55:47.540] They've bought the debt themselves and now they're collecting it on their own behalf.
[01:55:47.540 --> 01:55:49.380] It's just like what the mortgage companies do.
[01:55:49.380 --> 01:55:51.700] We need to make them produce proof they bought the debt.
[01:55:51.700 --> 01:55:58.260] Right, to see that everything that I've gotten from the attorneys representing
[01:55:58.260 --> 01:56:05.620] my mortgage company has stated clearly in bold print on the cover page of everything they send
[01:56:06.980 --> 01:56:13.700] that we are a debt collector attempting to collect a debt and any information gathered
[01:56:15.940 --> 01:56:19.300] herefor will be used for that purpose, exactly.
[01:56:19.300 --> 01:56:25.700] But they claim to be a law firm. What side of the fence are these guys going to settle on?
[01:56:26.500 --> 01:56:29.220] Are you a debt collector or are you a law firm?
[01:56:29.220 --> 01:56:34.340] Yeah, my question about that has always been the same thing when it comes to these guys.
[01:56:35.060 --> 01:56:37.860] Why are the attorneys given an exception under the law?
[01:56:37.860 --> 01:56:39.620]  That's not equal protection.
[01:56:39.620 --> 01:56:40.020]  Thank you.
[01:56:40.020 --> 01:56:45.300] The third-party debt collectors have a different hurdle to have to cross and a bond issue to go
[01:56:45.300 --> 01:56:50.020] against that an attorney does not. So guess who it is who put the statute in place that
[01:56:50.020 --> 01:56:52.180] made that exception? The attorneys.
[01:56:52.180 --> 01:56:53.460]  The attorney, yeah, absolutely.
[01:56:54.820 --> 01:56:58.020] Absolutely. You know the deck is stacked against you when you go in.
[01:56:59.220 --> 01:57:00.180]  It's all there is to that.
[01:57:01.540 --> 01:57:06.420] Our problem is sifting our way through all this quagmire
[01:57:06.420 --> 01:57:09.620] and coming up with something concrete that we can throw at them and make stick.
[01:57:10.740 --> 01:57:13.780] I just actually use concrete and sticks. That usually works for me.
[01:57:13.780 --> 01:57:15.700]  Okay, there you go.
[01:57:17.540 --> 01:57:23.380] Yeah, well, that's I just wanted to jump in there and clarify that.
[01:57:24.340 --> 01:57:24.820]  All right.
[01:57:24.820 --> 01:57:26.020]  Thank you.
[01:57:26.020 --> 01:57:30.340] Now, personally, I'm going back for the old Comanche way of dealing things.
[01:57:30.340 --> 01:57:35.860] You know, when you find a lawyer that wants to be a lawyer, you take him out in the desert,
[01:57:35.860 --> 01:57:40.740] stake him down to the ground and give him a real tight soaking wet raw head headband.
[01:57:40.740 --> 01:57:40.900]  Yeah.
[01:57:40.900 --> 01:57:42.100]  A raw headband.
[01:57:42.100 --> 01:57:44.180]  Big red ants. Yeah.
[01:57:44.180 --> 01:57:45.060]  Well, that works, too.
[01:57:46.500 --> 01:57:48.420] Little honey on the hill, you know.
[01:57:48.420 --> 01:57:49.060]  There you go.
[01:57:50.660 --> 01:57:55.540]  Yeah, we're getting there, folks. We're slowly but surely.
[01:57:56.340 --> 01:57:58.100]  Incrementally, we're getting there.
[01:57:58.100 --> 01:58:00.020] If we keep going, we will get there.
[01:58:01.380 --> 01:58:04.100] All right. Well, thank you for calling in, Steve. We appreciate it.
[01:58:04.100 --> 01:58:04.980] Thanks for the time, guys.
[01:58:04.980 --> 01:58:14.500] Okay, we'll be hearing back from Steve concerning him and Neil Switkowski, Steve
[01:58:14.500 --> 01:58:19.700] Skidmore, Neil Switkowski filling in for some Kylie the next few Tuesdays and Thursdays.
[01:58:21.060 --> 01:58:23.460] And we will be back Monday evening.
[01:58:23.460 --> 01:58:36.100] This is the rule of law, Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens and Eddie Craig.
[01:58:53.460 --> 01:58:54.100]  Come on.
[01:59:53.460 --> 02:00:00.100]  Yeah.
