But I don't know if you've looked at it closely, the traffic code, the laws in Virginia, but I guess you guys always talk about how in Texas it doesn't define whether it's criminal, administrative, or civil.

Just go in and ask them for the book with the penal code and the traffic code and code of criminal procedure.

Police officers enforce the traffic code.

That's not traffic code, that's penal code.

Yes, that goes to, now all DPS officers are certified to enforce the traffic code.

A peace officer in order to enforce the traffic code must meet those requirements.

And certain cities and counties can have officers designated as police officers, but they have to go through some very clearly stipulated training under, I think, at 7.13 in order to be designated as a police officer authorized to enforce the traffic code.

Where that's the administrative code that tells what the qualifications are to enforce the traffic code

So this is something you can take to the Fed, and the Fed won't have the same investment in the traffic code as the state does

Oh, and I just wanted to make a comment to the caller for you have from Illinois. While I was waiting, I got on the Illinois legislature site and looked up the traffic code and then the title and definitions. It does indeed stay. I mean, one of the definitions outright says commerce is trade, commerce or transportation.

I gave the city, the police department an information request for evidence of authority of all police, peace officers employed by the city of Asal, Texas to enforce the commercial traffic code.

And the traffic code under 664 and 570 African, in a way, to enforce the traffic code.

And immediately I went to the city and filed an information request demanding evidence of authorization for the municipality to enforce the Texas traffic code.

So I just got this this weekend and I wanted to know what I wanted to just send him something that just says I'm not going to deal with you and because you were saying you don't deal with administrative you know it's a municipal court it's a traffic code and all of that

And the cities, the municipalities are pretty well using the commercial traffic code as

They apply the commercial traffic code to non-commercial drivers and make an awful lot of money so they don't care what the law says

They are nothing but traffic cops. And in order for a policeman to enforce the traffic code, there are certain requirements that he must meet

A police officer is a traffic cop authorized to enforce the traffic code.

You need to look at the traffic code for Oregon.

They're thinking in order for someone to enforce the traffic code against commercial truck drivers,

So since the administrative code requires that for an officer to enforce the traffic code,

the traffic laws, the commercial traffic code,

Look at how they established the traffic code in Oregon, how it is commercial.

And who can enforce the traffic code in Oregon?

And by virtue of that contract, they are required to give every police officer who would enforce the traffic code
