We have tonight, we've got Mr. Harmon Taylor, of course, one of our favorite guests, and we are going to be talking about property rights issues.

And so that, and Harmon Taylor would say the same thing, I'm sure.

So those arguments don't even really necessarily apply and I should probably have Harmon Taylor on again to talk about these things.

I mentioned Harmon Taylor

Harmon Taylor is

case that Harmon Taylor asserts

I met Harmon Taylor

Harmon Taylor is right

and the thing about Harmon Taylor

to Harmon Taylor

But I cannot make any guarantees because there is a lot of material here, and we're actually going to be discussing a real live federal ruling against none other than our own Harmon Taylor.

Have you heard any of our shows with our very special guest, Harmon Taylor?

and most of the audience who have heard Harmon Taylor are going to know what I'm about to say,

see, everything is by commercial agreement now. Harmon Taylor will tell you this over and over

Harmon Taylor's case with Graham v. Lappin and then I'm going to apply that to the situation

I just wanted to put this out here because you may not have heard much of Harmon Taylor

Harmon Taylor says there's no way that we as individual human beings can be sovereign

we talked about him last night was Harmon Taylor and he had, when I first met Harmon

I would very much like to get Ed in contact with Harmon Taylor.

Because Harmon Taylor, this is what he says,

We have Harmon Taylor on.

And Harmon Taylor keeps talking about how the judges are always trying to teach you.

You're sort of like the Harmon Taylor of foreclosure issues.

Harmon Taylor, every time I talk to him, it takes me two or three days to catch up.

That's why it's called passenger. All right. Okay. So fine. All right. We're going to let's agree to disagree for now and we'll take the rest of our calls and we're going to get Harmon Taylor on and settle the issue in another week or so.

We are going to let Harmon Taylor settle the issue and I guarantee you who is going to win.

Mr. Harmon Taylor.

knowing what I know from being in the school of Harmon Taylor all this time,

And as far as the Al Capone thing, you know, what I would say, well, same thing that Harmon Taylor would say.

If that's something that you're more, that you have some interest in, I would recommend contacting Mr. Harmon Taylor.

Well, and this falls more under Harmon Taylor.

But one of the things I learned from Harmon Taylor is federal means federal, and the term national security was used after World War II.

Harmon Taylor had a very good email on Sunday defining transportation for his case, I guess.

What Harmon Taylor said about a judge doing that in the federal court, that he tore a button off his shirt.

And you know, by the way, reading the code as I did over the weekend, you and Harmon Taylor really, I think Harmon was the first one I heard say this about in this state.

As a matter of fact, yes. Harmon Taylor is there in the Dallas area and he fights that issue constantly.

So essentially you have the state of Texas and then what Harmon Taylor talks about is

This is what Harmon Taylor talks about is when I first met Harmon Taylor he was doing

To quote Harmon Taylor, he's going to cut a button off his shirt.

Deborah, what's the other thing that Harmon Taylor talks, what the federal court told Harmon Taylor

This was Harmon Taylor that said the court hit him with a pattern.

I mean, this is one reason why I like working with Harmon Taylor,

Mr. Harmon Taylor, who is all about opting out of the system and non-consent.

And I would encourage folks to look back into our archives and listen to some of the archives where we had Harmon Taylor on, because he kind of breaks this down.

And if you go back and listen to some of Harmon Taylor's archives here, you'll get a better idea of what I'm talking about.

Harmon Taylor has proved it.

And so if you want to learn more about this, you can go to the school of Harmon Taylor like I did,

my primary mentor, Harmon Taylor, who we've had on the show many times,

And even Harmon Taylor says that there's ways that you can deal with these things without being enslaved by it.

And that was what Harmon Taylor showed.

That was a question I always had, even with Harmon Taylor.

But, you know, according to the School of Harmon Taylor, that only applies in a legitimate money system, law of the land, in other words.

I mean, look, if this is, we should get Harmon Taylor on to explain this a little bit further, because we're fixing to have Michael back on in a few minutes.

And I probably need some, probably who we need is Harmon Taylor.

Every time I have Harmon Taylor on the show, I get a headache for three days.

But going back to Harmon Taylor, he always treats judges as if their orders are instruments to teach.

This is how Harmon Taylor addresses

Now you sound like Harmon Taylor.

Harmon Taylor.

Harmon Taylor always gives me a headache.

So, Harmon Taylor said that he'll cut a button off the lawyer's shirt.

And this is, you know, if you talk to Harmon Taylor, Harmon Taylor, he's an ex-lawyer,

Randy, how about Harmon Taylor? I talked to him on the phone about this.

Harmon Taylor was the one that brought to this to my attention.

Harmon Taylor, he's an ex-lawyer, he gave up his bar card, but he always presumed that the judge was teaching.

after we've had multiple interviews with Harmon Taylor, one of my favorite all time guests

because personally I don't think it is very fruitful or productive in light of Harmon Taylor's case, that every law, every statute is by commercial agreement anyway, except for the penal code.

is doing to you exactly what Harmon Taylor keeps telling people. They're hitting you with a padded

If you talk to Harmon Taylor, he considers opinions by judges as instruction.

And so just for a simple example, and I'm not going to say how you support this argument, but the Harmon Taylor argument would be,

or the Harmon Taylor approach would be, basically I agree to the subject matter jurisdiction of this court for the purpose of presiding over this case.

I have a friend and he used to be, have his own show he doesn't anymore, Harmon Taylor.

And Harmon Taylor used to be a lawyer but gave up his bar card and discussed.

Harmon Taylor would bristle when I talk about the statutes and the constitution, because

But he was to quote Harmon Taylor, he cut a button off the lawyer's shirt because they used bad case law.

Now if I got Harmon Taylor on here he would say that everything here is by contract and yes it is

Harmon Taylor is the one that's stressed at this point.

Harmon Taylor treated the judges as if they were always teaching you.

and that's the fight Harmon Taylor was taking on at least in Harmon's case that kind of

And actually, Harmon Taylor proved this in his Terre Haute litigation when he sued the federal government on behalf of survivors of Oklahoma City bombing,

And I meet Harmon Taylor and he, I go in his house and we're sitting down

made an error. What we expect the courts to do is tell us what's wrong. Harmon Taylor

This is from Harmon Taylor.

But he was cutting a button off their shirt to quote Harmon Taylor.

Harmon Taylor, we've had discussions about this exact thing before, and he says they

But the judge was so upset at the lawyers for misquoting law to him that he did that just to what Harmon Taylor would say, cut a button off their shirts.

Harmon Taylor tried that, and he's an ex-lawyer, the best litigator I know,

I spoke to this to Harmon Taylor, and he said, yeah, that's exactly what the idea

Everybody who filed a suit, Harmon Taylor, took this issue on and fought it and lost it.

all the judges in Texas, and I managed to get Harmon Taylor to come on board.

Harmon Taylor is about the smartest guy I know when it comes to law.

But I got an education from Harmon Taylor that was not patriot mythology.

I was telling Brett on the break every time I talked to Harmon Taylor, it generally takes

This is coming from Harmon Taylor.

And you've heard the one, Harmon Taylor actually mentioned this one, that, you know, I told

I'm saying that Harmon Taylor is saying everything is by contract and everything's by consent, but I don't know enough yet to address the issue.

Brandy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio with our special guest, Mr. Harmon Taylor,

trying to get Harmon Taylor to come on this show. Now, when I talk to Harmon Taylor, it

guest, Mr. Harmon Taylor. And when we went out, I referenced that Harmon Taylor used

In the meantime we have a very special guest, Harmon Taylor

And we have Harmon Taylor on

But Harmon Taylor does not know Jack

Jack, meet Harmon Taylor

I'm Brett fountain, and we're talking with our special guest tonight Harmon Taylor, do we have tone.

So we're talking with Harmon Taylor and Harmon you were when we went out, you were saying we on.

I suspect the judge cut a button off his shirt to quote Harmon Taylor.

Let me...I got an email from Harmon Taylor today and he had an interesting issue in there he was addressing. He was saying that the legislature can restrict you from doing certain things.

being assigned to a magistrate judge, and Harmon Taylor did, he tried one time.

OK, then send me an email and ask me for Harmon Taylor's suit on objecting to magistrates.

Well, I heard y'all talk about Harmon Taylor in the Constitution earlier

Let's speak to Harmon Taylor

Harmon Taylor came on

We had Harmon Taylor, and he would come on and say, the Constitution doesn't apply.

As far as Harmon Taylor was concerned, the courts were always trying to teach you.
