It doesn't matter if these were frauds and it doesn't matter if they were legitimate bonds

Whether these people were moving real bonds or fake bonds, this was a plan

There's a lot of inconsistencies as well, like in the original story, they're talking about Kennedy bonds

If these were completely counterfeits, why would you go through the trouble of making one of these bearer bonds

Yes, and then out of the blue you throw in 10 Kennedy bonds that are supposed to be worth a billion dollars

Now Benjamin has come out and said that he has proof that these are real bonds

within the documents that was in some little secret panel in one of the briefcases of the person carrying these bonds

Like this stash of bearer bonds, it's got to be more than just waving all of this money in our faces

Somebody's trying to move fake or fraudulent bonds into Switzerland

And I'm just going to say that basically our money system operates on debt to where the government writes up these IOUs and pretty much prints them up in the form of Treasury securities or bonds, and then sells them either on the open market,

but most of them they sell to the Federal Reserve System. The Federal Reserve System supposedly writes this check for these bonds, but there's nothing in the checking account for the Federal Reserve System that just writes the check for these bonds,

Well, let's go and put that up as collateral with the U.S. Treasury and see if that's edible. They'll knock it on the door of the U.S. Treasury and say, hey, I got $40 billion worth of government bonds.

Federal Reserve notes. You've created $80 billion because now the Federal Reserve System has gone and hawked those bonds, which they don't theoretically own because they wrote a check from nothing.

So you can argue that they're putting the state general fund at risk by demanding these cash bonds, and they're doing so in violation of due course of the federal Constitution.

You've got a judge here demanding that people put up cash bonds.

Well, the only other question I have is since the Department of Insurance is the one that issues my license and they have direct control over the Bell Bondsmen's,

And I want the bond for each one of them. He's going to go tell everybody this guy's racking up bonds on you. He's just getting you set up so he can sue you for your bond money.

And assume against their bonds for following policy, I get them in a double bind.
