Transportation Code, Chapter 502, Motor Vehicle Registration. The registration, i.e. the licensing of a self-propelled device as a commercial motor vehicle or motor vehicle for the purpose of using that device as a vehicle for the subject matter purpose of transportation,

It is also based upon the Chapter 502, any motor vehicle required to be registered language that tells us two things.

There is also the matter of the legislature trying to unconstitutionally change by amendment the original purpose and intent of the motor vehicle registration statutes as originally codified in Chapter 502 Transportation Code.

The legislature created and enacted a later amendment to Chapter 502 that altered its language for being expressly and solely inclusive of only those motor vehicles that are owned by this state,

The legislature unlawfully amended the language to remove the specific wording that plainly and openly stated that the entirety of Transportation Code Chapter 502 governing motor vehicle registration included only those motor vehicles that are state owned.

The removal of this language presumably intended to unlawfully create the appearance that the registration requirements of Chapter 502 could now be expanded to mandatorily apply to any and all motor vehicles,
