[00:00.000 --> 00:05.500] The Bill of Rights contains the first ten amendments of our Constitution. [00:05.500 --> 00:09.500] They guarantee the specific freedoms Americans should know and protect. [00:09.500 --> 00:11.000] Our liberty depends on it. [00:11.000 --> 00:16.500] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be right back with an unforgettable way to remember your First Amendment rights. [00:16.500 --> 00:18.500] Privacy is under attack. [00:18.500 --> 00:22.000] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [00:22.000 --> 00:26.500] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [00:26.500 --> 00:32.000] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. [00:32.000 --> 00:34.500] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [00:34.500 --> 00:38.000] This public service announcement is brought to you by Startpage.com, [00:38.000 --> 00:42.000] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [00:42.000 --> 00:45.500] Start over with Startpage. [00:45.500 --> 00:47.500] Spar, it's what fighters do. [00:47.500 --> 00:51.000] It's also how I remember the five guarantees of the First Amendment. [00:51.000 --> 00:54.000] If you plan to take away my rights, I'm going to spar with you. [00:54.000 --> 00:56.500] Spar with an extra P. [00:56.500 --> 01:03.000] S for speech, P for press, another P for petition, A for assembly, and R for religion. [01:03.000 --> 01:08.500] Most Americans are familiar with the First Amendment guarantees of free speech, press, assembly, and religion. [01:08.500 --> 01:10.500] But petition for redress is another matter. [01:10.500 --> 01:14.500] We have the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances. [01:14.500 --> 01:17.500] It means that if we're unhappy with what's going on in our government, [01:17.500 --> 01:21.000] we can spell out the reasons without fear of being thrown into jail. [01:21.000 --> 01:30.500] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:30.500 --> 01:34.500] The Bill of Rights contains the first ten amendments of our Constitution. [01:34.500 --> 01:38.000] They guarantee the specific freedoms Americans should know and protect. [01:38.000 --> 01:39.500] Our liberty depends on it. [01:39.500 --> 01:43.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be right back with an unforgettable way [01:43.000 --> 01:46.000] to remember one of your constitutional rights. [01:46.000 --> 01:48.000] Privacy is under attack. [01:48.000 --> 01:51.500] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:51.500 --> 01:56.500] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:56.500 --> 02:01.500] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. [02:01.500 --> 02:04.000] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [02:04.000 --> 02:07.500] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, [02:07.500 --> 02:11.500] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [02:11.500 --> 02:15.500] Start over with StartPage. [02:15.500 --> 02:19.500] When I think of the Second Amendment, I visualize myself wrapping my two arms [02:19.500 --> 02:22.000] around the Bill of Rights in a big old bear hug. [02:22.000 --> 02:26.000] It's how I remember that the Second Amendment guarantees us the right to bear arms, [02:26.000 --> 02:30.500] arms that embrace our freedoms and won't let anyone take them away without a fight. [02:30.500 --> 02:33.500] Get it? Two arms, bear hug, bear arms? [02:33.500 --> 02:37.500] The late Senator Hubert Humphrey captured the spirit of the Second Amendment so well [02:37.500 --> 02:41.500] when he said, the right of the citizens to bear arms is just one guarantee [02:41.500 --> 02:45.500] against arbitrary government, one more safeguard against the tyranny, [02:45.500 --> 02:50.500] which now appears remote in America, but which historically has proved to always be possible. [02:50.500 --> 03:14.500] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [03:20.500 --> 03:27.500] Whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do? [03:27.500 --> 03:30.500] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? [03:30.500 --> 03:32.500] Whatcha gonna do when they come for you? [03:32.500 --> 03:35.500] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? [03:35.500 --> 03:38.500] Whatcha gonna do when they come for you? [03:38.500 --> 03:43.500] When you were eight and you had bad dreams, you'd go to school and learn the golden rules. [03:43.500 --> 03:46.500] So why are you acting like a bloody fool? [03:46.500 --> 03:51.500] If you get high and your months get halves? Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? [03:51.500 --> 03:54.500] Whatcha gonna do when they come for you? [03:54.500 --> 03:57.500] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? [03:57.500 --> 04:00.500] Whatcha gonna do when they come for you? [04:00.500 --> 04:03.500] You chuck it on that one, you chuck it on this one. [04:03.500 --> 04:05.500] You chuck it on your mother and you chuck it on your father. [04:05.500 --> 04:08.500] You chuck it on your brother and you chuck it on your sister. [04:08.500 --> 04:11.500] You chuck it on that one and you chuck it on me! [04:11.500 --> 04:14.500] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? [04:14.500 --> 04:16.900] Whatcha gonna do when they come for you? [04:16.900 --> 04:19.100] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? [04:19.100 --> 04:22.500] Okay, howdy, howdy, Randy Kelton, Brett Froughton, [04:22.500 --> 04:27.500] Rudelbar Radio on this, the 15th day of September. [04:27.900 --> 04:31.300] Oh my goodness, Brett didn't tell me what year it was. [04:32.300 --> 04:33.140] Come on, Brett. [04:33.140 --> 04:35.820] Let's see if you can make a really educated guess. [04:35.820 --> 04:40.820] Okay, 2022, and we have a couple of callers [04:41.280 --> 04:42.760] on the board already. [04:42.760 --> 04:47.000] They're kind of a whole number from Tom Carley's show. [04:47.000 --> 04:52.000] Tom Carley does a show on the political environment. [04:52.520 --> 04:55.520] You know, Brett and I don't do politics. [04:55.520 --> 05:00.520] We do politics, and if you want a really good overview [05:05.840 --> 05:08.720] of the political landscape, [05:08.720 --> 05:13.420] Tom Carley is a really great place to go. [05:13.420 --> 05:16.240] Every once in a while I get the opportunity [05:16.240 --> 05:21.240] to produce his show, and I don't listen to the news. [05:22.240 --> 05:24.220] I just don't have time. [05:24.220 --> 05:29.220] I don't know about Brett, but the activity I see [05:29.680 --> 05:34.680] from Brett on these telegram sites that we have, [05:34.680 --> 05:37.120] I can't imagine that he has time either [05:37.120 --> 05:40.520] to listen to all of these news programs [05:40.520 --> 05:44.760] that produce all of this propaganda nonsense. [05:45.880 --> 05:47.600] So I don't waste my time with him. [05:47.600 --> 05:51.720] I'm too busy working on issues from people trying to. [05:51.720 --> 05:52.560] Exactly. [05:52.560 --> 05:57.560] Yeah, so Tom Carley is a really great resource. [05:59.320 --> 06:03.600] Him, and he's got a regular guest that comes on. [06:03.600 --> 06:07.320] They are extremely knowledgeable [06:07.320 --> 06:09.920] about everything that's going on. [06:09.920 --> 06:13.480] If you want to kind of get a good overview [06:13.480 --> 06:17.440] of what's going on in the political spectrum [06:17.440 --> 06:22.440] from the perspective of rational human beings, [06:23.840 --> 06:26.320] you might want to tune in to Tom Carley's show [06:26.320 --> 06:30.320] every Thursday at 6 p.m. Central. [06:30.320 --> 06:35.320] Deborah, sometimes she has stuff she can't keep up with [06:36.720 --> 06:39.360] and ask me to produce Tom's show, [06:39.360 --> 06:41.900] and it's always an opportunity for me. [06:43.000 --> 06:46.480] It's an opportunity for me to catch up [06:46.480 --> 06:48.880] with all the stuff that's going on [06:48.880 --> 06:52.680] in the federal and state governments around the country [06:52.680 --> 06:55.400] to get a good idea of what's going on [06:55.400 --> 07:00.400] from the perspective of our show, from the perspective [07:01.880 --> 07:05.400] of those people who are interested in the rule of law. [07:05.400 --> 07:10.400] So I absolutely promise, Tom did not pay me for this plug. [07:15.240 --> 07:16.880] I may have asked him to. [07:16.880 --> 07:20.280] I hadn't thought about that, but just for me, [07:20.280 --> 07:24.760] it is very good for me when I produce Tom's show [07:24.760 --> 07:28.240] because I get to listen to a really good overview [07:28.240 --> 07:30.440] of what's going on in politics today. [07:31.600 --> 07:35.680] And we have a couple of callers that I think are a holdover, [07:35.680 --> 07:40.580] and there is an issue when we move from one show to another. [07:41.480 --> 07:45.300] If you have called in before eight o'clock, [07:46.440 --> 07:48.120] it'll go into Tom's show. [07:49.060 --> 07:52.080] And I'm not sure if we could always bring you across, [07:52.080 --> 07:54.040] but it looks like we were able to [07:54.040 --> 07:56.520] because I see an F Graves. [07:59.560 --> 08:02.440] That is Frederick, the Frederick Graves? [08:04.520 --> 08:05.760] Oh, wonderful. [08:05.760 --> 08:09.200] Okay, we are going to the Frederick Graves. [08:10.560 --> 08:13.640] Hello, Mr. Graves. [08:13.640 --> 08:14.560] Give it up. [08:17.320 --> 08:21.200] I am honored to have you on my show. [08:21.200 --> 08:25.260] If anybody here doesn't know who Frederick Graves is, [08:26.360 --> 08:29.420] you must take your head out of the sand. [08:31.920 --> 08:35.960] Dr. Graves is a doctor of jurisprudence. [08:35.960 --> 08:37.680] No, seriously, seriously. [08:37.680 --> 08:40.840] He is a real lawyer, [08:40.840 --> 08:43.160] and he lives in the same space we do. [08:43.160 --> 08:45.420] He believes in the rule of law. [08:46.440 --> 08:50.640] Dr. Graves, what do you have for us today? [08:50.640 --> 08:53.240] Oh my gosh, what do I have for you today? [08:54.100 --> 08:59.100] Well, they're killing Lady Liberty with the lies, [09:02.240 --> 09:06.720] and the people sit there and they have a vote. [09:06.720 --> 09:08.160] They used to have hope. [09:09.380 --> 09:11.820] That's draining away pretty quickly. [09:12.960 --> 09:16.120] So here's what happened, my dear friend. [09:16.120 --> 09:18.680] If may I still call you friend? [09:18.680 --> 09:21.000] I hope so. [09:21.000 --> 09:22.940] Oh, you are my mentor. [09:23.840 --> 09:25.080] Here's what's happened. [09:25.080 --> 09:29.040] 26 years almost teaching this stuff. [09:30.020 --> 09:33.760] How to win in court, jurisdiction area, all that stuff. [09:33.760 --> 09:38.360] And just about three weeks ago, [09:38.360 --> 09:40.920] I decided I have been getting into it [09:40.920 --> 09:43.660] and stirring it all around, trying to make it better. [09:43.660 --> 09:48.660] But about three weeks ago, I had a vision. [09:48.760 --> 09:52.360] You know, nobody glowed in the dark or anything. [09:52.360 --> 09:54.600] It was just something that I thought I needed to do, [09:54.600 --> 09:59.600] and so I did it, and I separated out the rules of evidence [10:00.720 --> 10:04.840] and how to make objections. [10:06.040 --> 10:10.880] And so now there's four lead-up planning, [10:10.880 --> 10:13.720] get a notebook, write down everybody's name, [10:13.720 --> 10:15.280] whatever happened, where they were, [10:15.280 --> 10:16.760] what colors, everything. [10:17.640 --> 10:22.500] But then I got on down, you find the class on evidence. [10:23.600 --> 10:27.200] Well, the darn thing just knocked me out. [10:27.200 --> 10:29.720] It just jumped off the screen [10:29.720 --> 10:32.000] and knocked me right out of my chair. [10:32.000 --> 10:35.960] And then I went on and did the class on objections. [10:35.960 --> 10:40.960] Now, I just, now we have the power [10:43.680 --> 10:48.680] to grab the judge by the throat and say, [10:49.160 --> 10:54.160] no, we are not going to hear that witness testify [10:55.360 --> 11:00.360] an answer to what the lawyer asked, et cetera, et cetera. [11:00.360 --> 11:05.360] I feel like I'm in Nirvana. [11:08.200 --> 11:09.600] Well, it sort of is. [11:10.840 --> 11:13.360] Now there's more, just let me go a little bit more [11:13.360 --> 11:17.160] and then I'll shut up and we can have maybe a better. [11:17.160 --> 11:21.560] Dr. Graves, you have as much time as you need. [11:21.560 --> 11:22.640] So here we go. [11:22.640 --> 11:25.640] All right, the word, here you go. [11:25.640 --> 11:30.480] The word elements, there's all kinds of elements. [11:32.000 --> 11:34.080] Before we go to elements, let's go back [11:34.080 --> 11:37.880] to what we're trying to get everybody to understand. [11:37.880 --> 11:39.640] No, your vote is getting weak. [11:39.640 --> 11:43.560] Your vote is getting not what it used to be, [11:45.620 --> 11:48.540] but you've got the ability to go to court [11:48.540 --> 11:50.720] to write a proper pleading that includes [11:50.720 --> 11:53.040] what we're going to talk about briefly, the elements, [11:53.040 --> 11:53.880] just the elements. [11:53.880 --> 11:56.080] There's just certain things you have to say. [11:56.080 --> 11:59.140] The rest of it will all work out later on. [12:00.040 --> 12:03.160] But when you know the rules of evidence [12:03.160 --> 12:07.200] and you know how and when and why to object [12:08.960 --> 12:11.860] and you have the courage to do it forcefully, [12:14.040 --> 12:16.800] risk having that bailiff put you in irons, [12:16.800 --> 12:20.380] whatever it takes, but get on the record, objection, [12:20.380 --> 12:25.380] then you have power that will help us get through [12:27.740 --> 12:30.780] this mess that we're in that prevents Americans [12:30.780 --> 12:35.280] from coming together and realizing we are one people. [12:44.420 --> 12:46.500] Yes, we are one people. [12:46.500 --> 12:51.500] And we are, this is a republic, it's not a democracy. [12:54.220 --> 12:55.880] It's a republic. [12:55.880 --> 13:00.140] That means the power resides in the individual citizen, [13:00.140 --> 13:01.580] not in the group. [13:03.120 --> 13:06.540] If you're waiting for the group to protect your rights, [13:06.540 --> 13:07.960] good luck on that. [13:07.960 --> 13:15.720] This is a republic, you have to stand up and demand them. [13:15.720 --> 13:19.000] You agreed to a bit more, please. [13:21.160 --> 13:22.000] May I? [13:24.920 --> 13:25.760] Go ahead. [13:28.120 --> 13:30.880] Go ahead, I didn't mean to end fear. [13:30.880 --> 13:34.200] No, no, no, they told, no, what you say is good. [13:34.200 --> 13:36.560] You have lots of good stuff. [13:36.560 --> 13:37.960] But I'll just add a little bit more [13:37.960 --> 13:41.680] and I'll get right out to the very edge with this. [13:42.800 --> 13:45.200] Long time ago, there was this thing called a temple [13:45.200 --> 13:47.000] that was made by this guy named Solomon. [13:47.000 --> 13:49.480] He got a bunch of help from some people named Hiram [13:49.480 --> 13:54.480] and had a lot of help build that temple. [13:55.000 --> 13:58.560] Then there was a porch on the temple, I've been told. [13:58.560 --> 13:59.660] I wasn't there. [14:00.560 --> 14:03.760] And I know there are some people that I'd like to call [14:03.760 --> 14:08.760] a friend who had the idea that there were two columns [14:08.760 --> 14:11.040] that held up the temple. [14:11.040 --> 14:13.760] One they called, I'll try to pronounce it correctly, [14:13.760 --> 14:16.280] Joaquin, and the other one, [14:16.280 --> 14:18.320] pretty sure it's pronounced Boaz. [14:18.320 --> 14:23.320] So there were two pillars that held up the porch [14:24.600 --> 14:26.000] at Solomon's temple. [14:27.120 --> 14:29.020] So getting to a point here in a minute, [14:30.100 --> 14:33.560] if you'll bear with me, you had a vote [14:33.560 --> 14:36.200] in 1943 when I was born, [14:36.200 --> 14:38.520] Boaz had a better chance of making a difference [14:38.520 --> 14:42.880] because we had newspapers, some of us had a radio. [14:42.880 --> 14:44.280] There wasn't any television. [14:46.560 --> 14:48.480] I remember those days. [14:50.120 --> 14:55.120] You'd have two pillars to this porch. [14:55.240 --> 14:58.880] And one of them, as Catherine Albrecht, I believe, [14:58.880 --> 15:01.420] said just before we got on the air here, [15:01.420 --> 15:06.420] one of them is to go to the government [15:09.200 --> 15:11.920] and get a redress for your grievances. [15:13.360 --> 15:15.360] The American people seemed to have been lulled [15:15.360 --> 15:19.480] into the idea that, well, I've got to vote. [15:20.680 --> 15:23.320] And those that are finding out it doesn't work [15:23.320 --> 15:27.200] are setting fire to police cars and parading in the streets [15:27.200 --> 15:29.440] and getting all confused by these politicians [15:29.440 --> 15:31.960] that want to stay in office forever. [15:33.160 --> 15:36.760] So what we're hoping that we get people to realize is [15:36.760 --> 15:38.920] it isn't that hard to write a pleading. [15:39.960 --> 15:42.200] Or if you get accused of a crime [15:42.200 --> 15:43.640] and they want to lock you up, [15:44.600 --> 15:47.240] it isn't hard to understand the rules of evidence [15:47.240 --> 15:50.600] and how to control the judge by grabbing him by the neck [15:50.600 --> 15:53.660] with words, not going to do it physically, [15:55.200 --> 15:58.160] grab him by the neck with words and say, [15:58.160 --> 16:01.360] no, we're not going to do that. [16:01.360 --> 16:03.800] We're not going to have, this is not coming in. [16:03.800 --> 16:08.800] The attorney for the state is not going to testify today. [16:09.720 --> 16:11.400] Do you understand me? [16:12.960 --> 16:17.280] And the people that hear this, they have that right. [16:17.280 --> 16:18.440] Randy Kelton. [16:21.040 --> 16:22.160] That is right. [16:23.560 --> 16:26.400] And I was listening to you saying that [16:26.400 --> 16:30.120] and I'm thinking, how do I get people to understand [16:30.120 --> 16:31.880] what Dr. Graves is saying? [16:32.760 --> 16:36.800] You are a citizen in a republic. [16:37.840 --> 16:40.960] Everybody answers to you, even the judge. [16:41.800 --> 16:44.600] Hang on, we're about to go to our sponsors [16:44.600 --> 16:49.480] and I am absolutely elated to have Dr. Graves on my show. [16:49.480 --> 16:52.760] I've been trying to get him back here for a long time. [16:52.760 --> 16:56.720] He is my mentor and if you will hang on, [16:56.720 --> 17:00.280] we have some great things coming in the return. [17:00.280 --> 17:02.440] Are you being harassed by debt collectors [17:02.440 --> 17:05.400] with phone calls, letters or even losses? [18:50.840 --> 18:54.480] So tune in to scripture talk live on logosradionetwork.com [18:54.480 --> 18:56.720] Wednesdays from eight to 10 p.m. [18:56.720 --> 18:59.920] to inspire and motivate your studies of the scriptures. [19:02.880 --> 19:06.280] You are listening to the Logos Radio Network, [19:06.280 --> 19:09.040] logosradionetwork.com. [19:09.040 --> 19:32.040] Okay, we are back. [19:32.040 --> 19:35.520] Randy Pelton, Brett Fountain, Rue La La Radio on this, [19:35.520 --> 19:39.760] the 15th day of September, 2022. [19:39.760 --> 19:44.760] And we are blessed with Dr. Graves on our show today. [19:45.000 --> 19:49.760] And he seems pretty fired up. [19:49.760 --> 19:54.680] Dr. Graves, I can't tell you how pleased [19:54.680 --> 19:57.960] and how honored I am to have you on my show. [19:57.960 --> 20:04.400] Okay, what do you want our people to do? [20:09.720 --> 20:11.120] Dr. Graves, are you there? [20:13.440 --> 20:14.280] Dr. Graves? [20:15.240 --> 20:16.640] Hey, oh, there we are. [20:16.640 --> 20:17.480] Hey. [20:18.560 --> 20:23.440] All right, now, so what do we want the people to do? [20:23.440 --> 20:25.160] We want them to be happy. [20:25.160 --> 20:27.600] We want them to be creative. [20:27.600 --> 20:30.160] We want them to enjoy the work they do [20:30.160 --> 20:33.440] that they have to do to put food on the table. [20:33.440 --> 20:38.440] We want them to care about people in Sudan, et cetera. [20:40.520 --> 20:43.160] We want that, we're pretty much sure. [20:43.160 --> 20:46.520] And it seems to me that the sooner we all come together [20:46.520 --> 20:49.400] and begin to think of ourselves as Americans [20:49.400 --> 20:53.680] and not Republicans and Democrats and whatever, [20:53.680 --> 20:55.280] as soon as we begin to realize [20:55.280 --> 20:57.760] that General George Washington had a view [20:57.760 --> 21:01.360] that really needs to be imposed on this society [21:01.360 --> 21:02.840] as soon as possible. [21:03.840 --> 21:06.760] So I can go on, you know that. [21:06.760 --> 21:11.760] Yeah, tell us what Washington wanted us to understand [21:13.480 --> 21:15.240] about a free nation. [21:16.360 --> 21:20.160] Oh my, oh, thank you for this opportunity. [21:20.160 --> 21:21.360] We'll take a bit of time. [21:21.360 --> 21:26.360] Way back when, way back before Solomon's temple, [21:26.920 --> 21:29.080] way back, way, way, way back. [21:29.960 --> 21:33.880] Men and women, they really wanted to have [21:33.880 --> 21:37.880] the same things we want today, peace and prosperity [21:37.880 --> 21:40.440] and the opportunity to be just a little bit creative [21:40.440 --> 21:42.160] and enjoy the things we have to do [21:42.160 --> 21:43.960] to put food on the table. [21:43.960 --> 21:47.680] And children, they wanted that. [21:47.680 --> 21:52.520] Maybe they didn't have English to speak about it, [21:52.520 --> 21:55.600] but they had some kind of way of communicating [21:55.600 --> 21:57.280] and they wanted to figure out a way [21:57.280 --> 22:02.080] so they could all get together and have some kind of plan [22:02.080 --> 22:04.400] so that when the bad guys came over the hill [22:04.400 --> 22:08.480] with their big clubs and took their wives [22:08.480 --> 22:10.360] and ate their children, [22:10.360 --> 22:13.040] that they could do something about it. [22:13.040 --> 22:14.840] And then came along with the idea [22:14.840 --> 22:18.040] that we can also do that with plants. [22:18.040 --> 22:20.880] We can have groves instead of just going around [22:20.880 --> 22:22.080] and so forth and so on. [22:22.080 --> 22:25.800] And they just watched the progression of mankind. [22:25.800 --> 22:28.000] And through all those ages, [22:28.000 --> 22:30.400] I could even take a moment and talk about Samuel, [22:30.400 --> 22:33.640] but we don't have time about how the people wanted the king. [22:33.640 --> 22:36.160] God said, no, you don't want a king. [22:37.040 --> 22:38.560] Maybe God didn't say it that way, [22:38.560 --> 22:42.240] but that's what God said. [22:42.240 --> 22:45.520] Yo, king, not a good idea, [22:45.520 --> 22:49.000] but if you people want one, go for it. [22:49.000 --> 22:51.200] And if that's not what Samuel says, [22:51.200 --> 22:54.280] you better shut off the radio now and I'll go to sleep. [22:55.840 --> 22:57.800] That is what it says. [22:57.800 --> 23:00.560] So, but we insisted on having it. [23:00.560 --> 23:03.480] And they still play the silly game over there in England. [23:03.480 --> 23:05.920] And maybe it has some purpose beyond my ability [23:05.920 --> 23:08.400] to understand, but over here, this is not England. [23:08.400 --> 23:09.600] This is America. [23:09.600 --> 23:12.600] And this is where people like George Washington [23:12.600 --> 23:15.400] and a handful of other people in the 18th century [23:15.400 --> 23:18.440] begin to figure out some stuff. [23:18.440 --> 23:20.880] We better start figuring out ourselves. [23:23.120 --> 23:25.720] Because as Charles Dickens said, [23:25.720 --> 23:30.720] reality may take a wolf each turn and make an end of us. [23:33.080 --> 23:35.440] So enough about the negative, let's be positive [23:35.440 --> 23:39.480] and understand you have two voices in your head. [23:39.480 --> 23:40.720] This is in this country. [23:40.720 --> 23:43.360] There may be a third that I don't know about, [23:43.360 --> 23:47.520] but as far as the ability to do something peaceably, [23:48.440 --> 23:50.600] I believe you have two voices. [23:50.600 --> 23:53.080] One of them doesn't take any brains at all. [23:53.080 --> 23:56.080] Just get to the polling place, push the lever, you voted. [23:56.080 --> 23:58.280] Thank you, you did your part. [23:58.280 --> 24:00.640] But you have another power. [24:01.560 --> 24:03.880] And that is the ability to, if you have to scribble it [24:03.880 --> 24:06.640] on however you can do it, to get it onto a piece of paper [24:06.640 --> 24:11.600] that says C-O-M-P-L-A-I-N-T, complaint. [24:13.000 --> 24:18.000] My daughter is being forced to have boys in my school [24:18.880 --> 24:21.480] come into her room in the bathroom [24:21.480 --> 24:25.160] because they want us to believe they're girls or whatever. [24:25.160 --> 24:27.560] Doesn't matter what it is. [24:27.560 --> 24:30.400] You don't have to be a lawyer to do this. [24:30.400 --> 24:34.240] You don't have to go to three years of law school. [24:34.240 --> 24:39.240] It isn't tough, but you do have to understand [24:40.880 --> 24:45.360] the rules of evidence and how and when and why [24:45.360 --> 24:48.600] to make objections because that's how you stop [24:48.600 --> 24:53.160] the person in the black robe from lording over you. [24:54.120 --> 24:56.720] And if you're an American, you don't need anybody [24:56.720 --> 24:59.280] to lord over you, ever. [24:59.280 --> 25:02.280] So here's the way, you pull them down. [25:02.280 --> 25:05.200] Bring them down to your side. [25:05.200 --> 25:07.280] That's what the word depose means. [25:07.280 --> 25:09.960] That's where we get the word deposition. [25:09.960 --> 25:11.440] Bring them down. [25:11.440 --> 25:13.960] Now excuse me, now we're on the same plane. [25:13.960 --> 25:16.640] This is a set of rules that George Washington [25:16.640 --> 25:19.160] and a whole lot of other people did a whole lot [25:19.160 --> 25:22.800] of really wonderful things for me to be able to stand here [25:22.800 --> 25:24.400] and have a conversation with you [25:24.400 --> 25:26.200] that's being put on the record. [25:26.200 --> 25:30.560] So don't give me any of your stuff. [25:37.760 --> 25:42.760] We have 800 years of human beings interacting [25:44.720 --> 25:49.720] with one another, trying to develop a system of law [25:51.080 --> 25:53.680] that is equitable. [25:53.680 --> 25:57.720] This started with the first signing of the Magna Carta [25:57.720 --> 26:00.280] Libertatum in 1215 AD. [26:01.640 --> 26:06.240] And from that time, first in England [26:06.240 --> 26:10.200] and then in the United States, when they were created, [26:10.200 --> 26:14.600] they accepted the English law and then added [26:14.600 --> 26:17.040] to the English law. [26:17.040 --> 26:22.040] We have an extremely sophisticated legal system. [26:22.040 --> 26:27.040] We've had 800 years of every kind of no good, [26:27.440 --> 26:32.440] dirty, rotten, loudest scoundrel trying to screw things up [26:32.560 --> 26:37.360] and good, honest people trying to fix those issues [26:37.360 --> 26:42.360] and codified into a very effective system of law [26:44.040 --> 26:48.040] that will bring remedy and... [26:48.040 --> 26:52.520] And, Brett, I lost the word. [26:52.520 --> 26:53.360] And- [26:53.360 --> 26:54.920] Yeah, resolution. [26:54.920 --> 26:57.720] Resolution and equity to everybody. [26:57.720 --> 27:01.920] But we can't do anything with that if we don't read it. [27:03.640 --> 27:05.480] If we don't know what that law is. [27:05.480 --> 27:10.480] And Dr. Graves is saying, know the law. [27:10.640 --> 27:14.440] No, no, Randy, please forgive me. [27:16.000 --> 27:17.520] It'd be good to know all the law. [27:17.520 --> 27:18.800] Nobody can. [27:18.800 --> 27:23.080] But the rules of evidence in every federal courthouse, [27:23.080 --> 27:27.040] every federal courthouse, the last time I checked, [27:27.040 --> 27:28.600] 19 pages. [27:29.480 --> 27:31.080] Yeah, very small course. [27:31.080 --> 27:31.920] 19 pages. [27:31.920 --> 27:33.720] Digestible. [27:33.720 --> 27:35.880] You can use my course to learn that [27:35.880 --> 27:37.280] or you can just go get them. [27:37.280 --> 27:38.680] You can probably Google it. [27:38.680 --> 27:40.240] Federal Rules of Evidence. [27:40.240 --> 27:43.200] Google, quote, Federal Rules of Evidence. [27:43.200 --> 27:45.000] You can do it now. [27:45.000 --> 27:47.760] 19 pages? [27:47.760 --> 27:48.600] Listen to me. [27:48.600 --> 27:50.720] There's a whole lot of commentary in there. [27:50.720 --> 27:52.200] Stuff that's written in there. [27:52.200 --> 27:55.080] No, no, I'm saying that because I've read it [27:55.080 --> 27:59.200] and it was so deep and so comprehensive [27:59.200 --> 28:02.680] that I didn't realize it was only 19 pages. [28:02.680 --> 28:04.480] It is super simple. [28:04.480 --> 28:08.480] There's two R's, two C's and two R's. [28:08.480 --> 28:09.680] What is it? [28:09.680 --> 28:12.640] Two R's, relevance and reliability. [28:12.640 --> 28:17.640] There's two C's, competence and credibility. [28:19.280 --> 28:21.440] And there's two P's. [28:21.440 --> 28:24.320] And they are, hang on now, I'll get it. [28:25.720 --> 28:30.520] The two P's are prejudice and privileged. [28:30.520 --> 28:31.360] Get that? [28:32.680 --> 28:34.440] I kid you not. [28:34.440 --> 28:35.720] I kid you not. [28:35.720 --> 28:39.600] Randy, I bet you a box of donuts here and now [28:39.600 --> 28:42.160] that that is all there is to it. [28:42.160 --> 28:45.000] Two R's, two C's, two P's. [28:45.000 --> 28:50.000] Dr. Graves, we need to do a show specifically on that. [28:53.800 --> 28:55.240] I got an idea. [28:55.240 --> 28:59.000] We have a lot of people who don't, they're. [28:59.000 --> 29:01.240] Randy, please, no, quit. [29:01.240 --> 29:02.080] Listen to me. [29:02.080 --> 29:06.480] What we need to do is for you to tell people [29:07.880 --> 29:11.520] whatever you believe about whatever I ever say, [29:11.520 --> 29:12.880] forget what I said. [29:12.880 --> 29:15.200] This is what I say today. [29:15.200 --> 29:17.680] So anything you believe about what I say today, [29:17.680 --> 29:20.760] please just say it any way you wanna say it, [29:20.760 --> 29:23.400] but get the people to understand. [29:23.400 --> 29:25.800] If you know the rules of evidence, [29:25.800 --> 29:27.600] it's just common sense. [29:27.600 --> 29:29.000] I kid you not. [29:29.000 --> 29:30.160] I said it again. [29:30.160 --> 29:31.760] Here's the deal. [29:31.760 --> 29:33.960] It's common sense. [29:33.960 --> 29:35.400] And when you know the objections, [29:35.400 --> 29:38.280] you grab the judge by the throat and you say no. [29:38.280 --> 29:41.040] Okay, we're about to go to our sponsors, [29:41.040 --> 29:42.840] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain. [29:42.840 --> 29:45.920] And we're honored to have Dr. Graves on our show. [29:45.920 --> 29:48.520] And hang on, we'll be right back. [29:48.520 --> 29:48.800] Okay, we're about to go to our sponsors, [29:48.800 --> 29:48.880] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain. [29:48.880 --> 29:49.000] And we're honored to have Dr. Graves on our show. [29:49.000 --> 29:52.000] And hang on, we'll be right back. [29:52.000 --> 29:52.040] And hang on, we'll be right back. [30:01.040 --> 30:04.320] Businesses ask you for a lot of personal information [30:04.320 --> 30:06.280] and you may trust them to keep it safe, [30:06.280 --> 30:08.880] but it turns out that even the most trusted companies [30:08.880 --> 30:11.720] may be unwittingly revealing your secrets. [30:11.720 --> 30:12.920] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht [30:12.920 --> 30:15.480] and I'll be right back with details. [30:15.480 --> 30:17.440] Privacy is under attack. [30:17.440 --> 30:19.320] When you give up data about yourself, [30:19.320 --> 30:21.040] you'll never get it back again. [30:21.040 --> 30:22.840] And once your privacy is gone, [30:22.840 --> 30:25.840] you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [30:25.840 --> 30:27.240] So protect your rights, [30:27.240 --> 30:28.720] say no to surveillance [30:28.720 --> 30:31.080] and keep your information to yourself. [30:31.080 --> 30:33.600] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [30:33.600 --> 30:35.480] This public service announcement is brought to you [30:35.480 --> 30:37.200] by StartPage.com, [30:37.200 --> 30:39.080] the private search engine alternative [30:39.080 --> 30:41.160] to Google, Yahoo and Bing. [30:41.160 --> 30:43.440] Start over with StartPage. [30:44.880 --> 30:46.760] Data privacy is a big deal, [30:46.760 --> 30:48.840] so nearly every company has a policy [30:48.840 --> 30:51.720] explaining how they handle your personal information. [30:51.720 --> 30:54.320] But what happens if it escapes their control? [30:54.320 --> 30:55.800] It's not an idle question. [30:55.800 --> 30:57.360] According to a recent survey, [30:57.360 --> 31:00.400] a shocking 90% of US companies admit [31:00.400 --> 31:03.920] their security was breached by hackers in the last year. [31:03.920 --> 31:06.240] That's one more reason you should trust your searches [31:06.240 --> 31:07.920] to StartPage.com. [31:07.920 --> 31:09.200] Unlike other search engines, [31:09.200 --> 31:12.040] StartPage doesn't store any data on you. [31:12.040 --> 31:14.360] They've never been hacked, but even if they were, [31:14.360 --> 31:16.320] there would be nothing for criminals to see. [31:16.320 --> 31:18.000] The cupboard would be bare. [31:18.000 --> 31:21.720] Too bad other companies don't treat your data the same way. [31:21.720 --> 31:22.960] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [31:22.960 --> 31:26.280] More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [31:30.840 --> 31:31.680] I lost my son. [31:31.680 --> 31:32.520] My nephew. [31:32.520 --> 31:33.360] My uncle. [31:33.360 --> 31:35.320] September 11th, 2001. [31:35.320 --> 31:36.560] Most people don't know [31:36.560 --> 31:38.960] that a third tower fell on September 11th. [31:38.960 --> 31:42.040] World Trade Center 7, a 47-story skyscraper, [31:42.040 --> 31:43.280] was not hit by a plane. [31:43.280 --> 31:44.960] Although the official explanation [31:44.960 --> 31:47.000] is that fire brought down Building 7, [31:47.000 --> 31:49.840] over 1,200 architects and engineers [31:49.840 --> 31:50.840] have looked into the evidence [31:50.840 --> 31:52.800] and believe there is more to the story. [31:52.800 --> 31:54.280] Bring justice to my son. [31:54.280 --> 31:55.120] My uncle. [31:55.120 --> 31:55.940] My nephew. [31:55.940 --> 31:56.780] My son. [31:56.780 --> 31:58.120] Go to buildingwhat.org. [31:58.120 --> 32:00.880] Why it fell, why it matters, and what you can do. [32:00.880 --> 32:04.000] Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer [32:04.000 --> 32:05.600] the Rule of Law Traffic Seminar. [32:05.600 --> 32:07.920] In today's America, we live in an us-against-them society, [32:07.920 --> 32:10.200] and if we, the people, are ever going to have a free society, [32:10.200 --> 32:13.080] then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights. [32:13.080 --> 32:14.920] Among those rights are the right to travel freely [32:14.920 --> 32:15.840] from place to place, [32:15.840 --> 32:17.520] the right to act in our own private capacity, [32:17.520 --> 32:20.120] and most importantly, the right to due process of law. [32:20.120 --> 32:22.600] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity [32:22.600 --> 32:24.680] to learn how to enforce and preserve our rights [32:24.680 --> 32:25.920] through due process. [32:25.920 --> 32:27.480] Former Sheriff's Deputy, Eddie Craig, [32:27.480 --> 32:28.920] in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio [32:28.920 --> 32:30.800] has put together the most comprehensive teaching [32:30.800 --> 32:32.560] tool available that will help you understand [32:32.560 --> 32:33.680] what due process is, [32:33.680 --> 32:35.640] and how to hold courts to the rule of law. [32:35.640 --> 32:37.760] You can get your own copy of this invaluable material [32:37.760 --> 32:39.600] by going to ruleoflawradio.com [32:39.600 --> 32:41.000] and ordering your copy today. [33:02.560 --> 33:06.960] Live, free speech radio, logosradionetwork.com. [33:06.960 --> 33:23.960] Yeah, Mr. Officer, you're taking the line to hand. [33:23.960 --> 33:34.960] Won't you follow the law of the land? [33:34.960 --> 33:39.960] When you're gonna stop abuse, you're power. [33:39.960 --> 33:44.960] When you're gonna stop abuse, you're power. [33:44.960 --> 33:49.960] When you're gonna stop abuse, you're power. [33:49.960 --> 33:56.960] When you're gonna stop abuse, you're power. [33:56.960 --> 34:00.960] Okay, we are back. [34:00.960 --> 34:02.960] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio, [34:02.960 --> 34:06.960] and we are honored to have Dr. Graves on our show. [34:06.960 --> 34:11.960] And Dr. Graves, you have to come on more often. [34:11.960 --> 34:15.960] Okay, and we are talking about rules of evidence. [34:15.960 --> 34:18.960] Yes, sir. [34:18.960 --> 34:21.960] And objections. They go together. [34:21.960 --> 34:24.960] Right hand, left hand. [34:24.960 --> 34:25.960] You still there? [34:25.960 --> 34:26.960] I'm still here. [34:26.960 --> 34:32.960] Tell us how to handle the two. [34:32.960 --> 34:34.960] Well, you peel your ears. [34:34.960 --> 34:39.960] You drink vast quantities of coffee, if necessary. [34:39.960 --> 34:43.960] Everything about you is focused on who you are, where you are, [34:43.960 --> 34:49.960] what's happening, what needs to be done, and what the E-L-E-M-E-M-T-S are. [34:49.960 --> 34:51.960] Really, that's the bottom line. [34:51.960 --> 34:54.960] The elements. [34:54.960 --> 34:57.960] That's what it's all about. That's why we're here. [34:57.960 --> 35:00.960] I've been charged with a murder. [35:00.960 --> 35:03.960] They don't have a body, Your Honor. [35:03.960 --> 35:07.960] They don't have a body, but they charged me with murder. [35:07.960 --> 35:12.960] And I have an idea that I might be smarter than they are, [35:12.960 --> 35:16.960] as far as common sense goes. [35:16.960 --> 35:18.960] And isn't common sense supposed to run this country? [35:18.960 --> 35:20.960] I thought so. Just I'll insist on it. [35:20.960 --> 35:23.960] How about that? [35:23.960 --> 35:26.960] I certainly agree with that. [35:26.960 --> 35:32.960] But my concern is that good sense is not so common. [35:32.960 --> 35:35.960] Well, it's just a matter of focusing. [35:35.960 --> 35:36.960] Really, it is. [35:36.960 --> 35:38.960] I've proven that with students. [35:38.960 --> 35:41.960] Even when I was teaching in a private school in Orlando, [35:41.960 --> 35:48.960] I had a young man, and he's not smart enough to be in your physics class, I was told. [35:48.960 --> 35:51.960] I said, but there's nothing wrong with Billy. [35:51.960 --> 35:53.960] You just need to understand Billy. [35:53.960 --> 35:56.960] Well, he can't be in your physics class. [35:56.960 --> 35:58.960] We won't allow that. [35:58.960 --> 36:00.960] So I said, okay, all right. [36:00.960 --> 36:02.960] I'll quit. [36:02.960 --> 36:05.960] So they let him in. [36:05.960 --> 36:07.960] They did very well. [36:07.960 --> 36:11.960] And then went on to, he works with nuclear systems now. [36:11.960 --> 36:13.960] That's what he does now. [36:13.960 --> 36:16.960] So see, I believe everybody has this very special something [36:16.960 --> 36:21.960] if the rest of us would just, you know, take time, maybe take an interest, [36:21.960 --> 36:24.960] find out what it is. [36:24.960 --> 36:28.960] And basically for this job, it's just a matter of understanding. [36:28.960 --> 36:35.960] If somebody said blue, and they were supposed to say red, you say objection. [36:35.960 --> 36:41.960] If blue is not supposed to come in because it doesn't meet one of those six filters, [36:41.960 --> 36:45.960] the two R's, the two C's, and the two P's. [36:45.960 --> 36:47.960] I mean, it really is tough, isn't it? [36:47.960 --> 36:51.960] I bet I could never teach this to a third grader if you gave me an afternoon. [36:51.960 --> 36:52.960] Oh, yeah. [36:52.960 --> 36:56.960] I believe I can. [36:56.960 --> 36:58.960] Okay. [36:58.960 --> 37:00.960] I'm going to bite on that. [37:00.960 --> 37:03.960] Two R's, two C's, and two P's. [37:03.960 --> 37:07.960] Please educate me. [37:07.960 --> 37:08.960] Here you go. [37:08.960 --> 37:09.960] Relevance. [37:09.960 --> 37:10.960] Relevance. [37:10.960 --> 37:11.960] Okay. [37:11.960 --> 37:16.960] The guy was wearing a red hat, nothing to do with the accident. [37:16.960 --> 37:17.960] Don't need to bring that in. [37:17.960 --> 37:22.960] Had a fistfight at a restaurant in Palm Beach County. [37:22.960 --> 37:28.960] Well, it has nothing to do with stealing $4 million worth of clientele. [37:28.960 --> 37:29.960] Nothing to do with that. [37:29.960 --> 37:30.960] So we had a fistfight. [37:30.960 --> 37:32.960] So what? [37:32.960 --> 37:33.960] Stays out. [37:33.960 --> 37:34.960] We use that word. [37:34.960 --> 37:35.960] It's not a complicated word. [37:35.960 --> 37:36.960] O-U-T. [37:36.960 --> 37:37.960] You've used it all your life. [37:37.960 --> 37:38.960] Stays out. [37:38.960 --> 37:39.960] Can't come in. [37:39.960 --> 37:40.960] Stays out. [37:40.960 --> 37:41.960] It's not admitted. [37:41.960 --> 37:44.960] It's inadmissible because it's not relevant. [37:44.960 --> 37:47.960] Number one, R. Number two, R. [37:47.960 --> 37:48.960] Okay. [37:48.960 --> 37:51.960] You're saying objection? [37:51.960 --> 37:52.960] Relevance? [37:52.960 --> 37:58.960] Well, if it's not relevant, why are we hearing it? [37:58.960 --> 38:04.960] So they want to paint my client as being this clown that beats up on people in restaurants? [38:04.960 --> 38:07.960] We're not putting up with that. [38:07.960 --> 38:08.960] Take a hike. [38:08.960 --> 38:10.960] Take that and go home. [38:10.960 --> 38:11.960] We don't... [38:11.960 --> 38:12.960] This is baseball, people. [38:12.960 --> 38:13.960] This is America. [38:13.960 --> 38:14.960] This isn't some kind of... [38:14.960 --> 38:15.960] We're not Argentina. [38:15.960 --> 38:16.960] We're certainly not in Brazil. [38:16.960 --> 38:28.960] None of those places are American and we need to sit up and pay attention because we are [38:28.960 --> 38:29.960] awesome. [38:29.960 --> 38:33.960] When we work together, oh, you don't want to mess with us. [38:33.960 --> 38:37.960] But we've got to work together and we can't work together when we're divided and we're [38:37.960 --> 38:38.960] too divided. [38:38.960 --> 38:44.960] So here's a way, at least a way, for people to begin to understand that you really do [38:44.960 --> 38:49.960] have power so when they try to teach your children something that you don't think they [38:49.960 --> 38:53.960] should be teaching, you can be heard. [38:53.960 --> 38:55.960] You can make a stank. [38:55.960 --> 39:01.960] You can go down there and put ink on paper and as long as you follow the rules, which [39:01.960 --> 39:04.960] aren't hard to understand, they have to let you do it. [39:04.960 --> 39:12.960] Not only that, but they have to put ink on paper, too, whether they like it or not. [39:12.960 --> 39:18.960] Am I coming through loud and clear? [39:18.960 --> 39:19.960] Yes, sir. [39:19.960 --> 39:20.960] Hey, Dr. Coors. [39:20.960 --> 39:21.960] Well, there you go. [39:21.960 --> 39:22.960] Now, here's the point. [39:22.960 --> 39:29.960] Before we go on to the other R, the two Cs and the P, the question that I have is when [39:29.960 --> 39:30.960] my... [39:30.960 --> 39:33.960] There were two fellows we used to play together. [39:33.960 --> 39:36.960] We'd play King of the Mountain, we'd play football. [39:36.960 --> 39:40.960] One's named Dick and the other's named Bill. [39:40.960 --> 39:45.960] Bill came home in a box and Dick still doesn't have any legs. [39:45.960 --> 39:55.960] I had this strange idea that part of that is all about providing the people power, that [39:55.960 --> 39:59.960] the people should have power in this country. [39:59.960 --> 40:02.960] They do, but they don't know it. [40:02.960 --> 40:06.960] Because they don't know the rules of evidence and they don't know how and when to object. [40:06.960 --> 40:12.960] That might seem petty for me to say that, but that is the bottom line. [40:12.960 --> 40:16.960] If you can't control the government with your vote, then control the government with the [40:16.960 --> 40:20.960] judge downtown who's being paid a salary to listen to whatever you have to say as long [40:20.960 --> 40:25.960] as it's R, relevant, and a couple of other filters. [40:25.960 --> 40:27.960] Actually, five other filters. [40:27.960 --> 40:29.960] Six filters all in all. [40:29.960 --> 40:34.960] That's all evidence rules are, just a filter to keep stuff out that's not supposed to come [40:34.960 --> 40:35.960] in. [40:35.960 --> 40:38.960] This is not rocket science, people. [40:38.960 --> 40:39.960] Anyway... [40:39.960 --> 40:46.960] So Dr. Grace, what if the thing that you need to make an objection to was done in writing [40:46.960 --> 40:50.960] and you don't have a chance to say verbally, objection, relevance. [40:50.960 --> 40:55.960] Let's say that the opposing counsel brings in some kind of nonsense that paints your [40:55.960 --> 40:59.960] client and makes them look bad, but it doesn't have anything to do with it. [40:59.960 --> 41:02.960] Do you write an objection and say that their pleadings are frivolous? [41:02.960 --> 41:03.960] What do you do? [41:03.960 --> 41:07.960] Motion to strike. [41:07.960 --> 41:08.960] Has to come out. [41:08.960 --> 41:10.960] Has to be removed. [41:10.960 --> 41:11.960] Probably take a hearing. [41:11.960 --> 41:13.960] Good motion, good memorandum. [41:13.960 --> 41:16.960] You might take a hearing and you go to the hearing and explain to the judge, you know, [41:16.960 --> 41:19.960] if you rule against me, we're going to appeal. [41:19.960 --> 41:21.960] How to make that a mnemonic. [41:21.960 --> 41:25.960] If you rule against me, we're going to... [41:25.960 --> 41:26.960] No, that wouldn't do. [41:26.960 --> 41:32.960] Just, if you rule against me, we're going to appeal because it's against the rules. [41:32.960 --> 41:34.960] Irrelevance stays out. [41:34.960 --> 41:38.960] We don't let junk in here unless you have amateur lawyers at work today. [41:38.960 --> 41:39.960] I'll bet you do. [41:39.960 --> 41:40.960] What do you want to bet? [41:40.960 --> 41:44.960] I bet there's several in here that haven't worked for three years. [41:44.960 --> 41:45.960] Don't know anything quite yet. [41:45.960 --> 41:48.960] They think they do because they went to law school and got a degree. [41:48.960 --> 41:50.960] Doesn't mean anything. [41:50.960 --> 41:51.960] They do. [41:51.960 --> 41:54.960] Skating on thin ice now, huh? [41:54.960 --> 41:58.960] I think that's a really important point. [41:58.960 --> 42:10.960] One of the most poignant issues I have come across is the incompetence of lawyers. [42:10.960 --> 42:16.960] Ordinary people who live their lives having nothing to do with the legal system [42:16.960 --> 42:22.960] have this notion of lawyers as being somehow omniscient [42:22.960 --> 42:27.960] and totally knowledgeable of the legal system. [42:27.960 --> 42:32.960] In dealing with them, I have found that is not the case. [42:32.960 --> 42:37.960] You and I, ordinary individuals, need to understand that, for the most part, [42:37.960 --> 42:40.960] lawyers are in business to make money. [42:40.960 --> 42:46.960] They're not in business to help you find legal remedy. [42:46.960 --> 42:50.960] There are some lawyers that are, and Dr. Graves is one of those, [42:50.960 --> 42:55.960] who it is their purpose to help you find remedy. [42:55.960 --> 43:02.960] But a large portion of them are just there to give you a reason to pay them money, [43:02.960 --> 43:11.960] and they do the least amount of work to accumulate the most amount of income. [43:11.960 --> 43:16.960] If you're in business, that's how business works, and you need to understand that. [43:16.960 --> 43:21.960] You can't blame the lawyers for trying to make money in their business. [43:21.960 --> 43:25.960] You just have to understand the world that they live in, [43:25.960 --> 43:33.960] and you have to make it more valuable to them to adequately adjudicate your case [43:33.960 --> 43:36.960] rather than throw you under the bus. [43:36.960 --> 43:40.960] And that's what Dr. Graves is talking about. [43:40.960 --> 43:42.960] Hang on, we're about to go to our sponsors. [43:42.960 --> 43:45.960] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rudovar Radio, [43:45.960 --> 43:51.960] and I can't overemphasize how honored I am to have Dr. Graves on my show. [43:51.960 --> 43:54.960] I've been wanting to get him on for a long time. [43:54.960 --> 43:59.960] Hang on, we'll be right back. [43:59.960 --> 44:00.960] I love Logos. [44:00.960 --> 44:04.960] Without the shows on this network, I'd be almost as ignorant as my friends. [44:04.960 --> 44:06.960] I'm so addicted to the truth now that there's no going back. [44:06.960 --> 44:07.960] I need my truth fix. [44:07.960 --> 44:12.960] I'd be lost without Logos, and I really want to help keep this network on the air. [44:12.960 --> 44:15.960] I'd love to volunteer as a show producer, but I'm a bit of a Luddite, [44:15.960 --> 44:19.960] and I really don't have any money to give because I spent it all on supplements. [44:19.960 --> 44:21.960] How can I help Logos? [44:21.960 --> 44:23.960] Well, I'm glad you asked. [44:23.960 --> 44:26.960] Whenever you order anything from Amazon, you can help Logos. [44:26.960 --> 44:28.960] You can order new supplies or holiday gifts. [44:28.960 --> 44:30.960] First thing you do is clear your cookies. [44:30.960 --> 44:33.960] Now, go to LogosRadioNetwork.com. [44:33.960 --> 44:36.960] Click on the Amazon logo and bookmark it. [44:36.960 --> 44:42.960] Now, when you order anything from Amazon, you use that link, and Logos gets a few pesos. [44:42.960 --> 44:43.960] Do I pay extra? [44:43.960 --> 44:44.960] No. [44:44.960 --> 44:46.960] Do I have to do anything different when I order? [44:46.960 --> 44:47.960] No. [44:47.960 --> 44:48.960] Can I use my Amazon Prime? [44:48.960 --> 44:49.960] No. [44:49.960 --> 44:50.960] I mean, yes. [44:50.960 --> 44:53.960] Wow, giving without doing anything or spending any money. [44:53.960 --> 44:54.960] This is perfect. [44:54.960 --> 44:56.960] Thank you so much. [44:56.960 --> 44:57.960] We are welcome. [44:57.960 --> 45:00.960] Happy holidays, Logos. [45:00.960 --> 45:03.960] Are you the plaintiff or defendant in a lawsuit? [45:51.960 --> 46:13.960] Please visit ruleoflawradio.com and click on the banner or call toll-free, 866-LAW-EZ. [46:13.960 --> 46:25.960] If you did not have any problem, where are you going to go for one? If you could not waste any bouts of love, would your purpose test be done? [46:25.960 --> 46:31.960] Would you stand around a soldier, a warrior of love, scuffling to keep his peace? [46:31.960 --> 46:42.960] All they're taking is a misunderstanding, and somebody calls the police, watching the spots fly. [46:42.960 --> 46:48.960] Watching the spots fly. [46:48.960 --> 46:54.960] Watching the spots fly. [46:54.960 --> 47:03.960] Watching the spots fly. [47:03.960 --> 47:07.960] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio. [47:07.960 --> 47:12.960] And I didn't adequately introduce Dr. Graves. [47:12.960 --> 47:18.960] Dr. Graves used to have the show on our network, but he had some medical issues and had to slow down for a while. [47:18.960 --> 47:23.960] And I can't tell you how honored I am to have him back on the show. [47:23.960 --> 47:28.960] Dr. Graves is the author of Juris Dictionary. [47:28.960 --> 47:37.960] I do this show, and I have people come on and trying to represent themselves. [47:37.960 --> 47:42.960] I had someone from Michigan, and he was telling me what was going on. [47:42.960 --> 47:48.960] And I said, well, did you file a petition for writ of mandamus? Oh, yeah, I filed that. [47:48.960 --> 47:57.960] And then a little while later, you should have filed a petition for writ of mandamus. Oh, yeah, I filed that. [47:57.960 --> 48:03.960] And I said, have you been through Juris Dictionary? Oh, yeah, I've been through Juris Dictionary. [48:03.960 --> 48:08.960] When I get people calling into my show and I start asking them questions, [48:08.960 --> 48:15.960] it doesn't take me very long to realize they have been through Juris Dictionary. [48:15.960 --> 48:23.960] When someone has been through Juris Dictionary, we have a whole different conversation, [48:23.960 --> 48:27.960] a much more sophisticated conversation. [48:27.960 --> 48:38.960] If you have legal issues, and I have to tell you, Dr. Graves has an agreement with our network [48:38.960 --> 48:49.960] where the network itself gets an override if someone uses our network to purchase Juris Dictionary. [48:49.960 --> 48:54.960] But if you've been listening to me for any amount of time, you have to know I don't care about that. [48:54.960 --> 49:01.960] I don't get anything from that, and I do not want anything from that. [49:01.960 --> 49:11.960] I do not ever want a recommendation of mine being attached to some advantage that I have. [49:11.960 --> 49:21.960] When I recommend Juris Dictionary, I recommend Juris Dictionary because it is valuable to the people that I talk to. [49:21.960 --> 49:29.960] And when I talk to someone who's been through the Juris Dictionary course written by Dr. Graves, [49:29.960 --> 49:38.960] we have a whole other conversation. We have a much more sophisticated conversation. [49:38.960 --> 49:43.960] With that said, if you have not been through Juris Dictionary, [49:43.960 --> 49:53.960] and you're trying to defend yourself in a legal issue, you are incredibly handicapped. [49:53.960 --> 50:00.960] It only costs, I don't even know what it costs. Dr. Graves, what does it cost for Juris Dictionary? [50:00.960 --> 50:05.960] They can go to the website. Let's not do that. [50:05.960 --> 50:10.960] Can I talk just a minute? I may have to get off. My wife, she just flew down to Tampa, [50:10.960 --> 50:13.960] and she may call me. I'll have to get off. [50:13.960 --> 50:18.960] Oh, I am concerned about your wife. She is a wonderful human being. [50:18.960 --> 50:24.960] I met her in Dumas, Mexico, and if you have to get off, do so. [50:24.960 --> 50:30.960] But I can't tell everybody how honored I am to have Dr. Graves on my show. [50:30.960 --> 50:39.960] Oh, quit it. Please quit it. Just an old farmer here. [50:39.960 --> 50:43.960] Farmer, ocean navigator, whatever. Here's the thing. [50:43.960 --> 50:50.960] Two things. You have this power. You can make it very, very fancy. [50:50.960 --> 50:55.960] You can type it all out. You can use the form. Standard forms are available on Google. [50:55.960 --> 50:58.960] We don't need to talk about my course. [50:58.960 --> 51:01.960] They can find these things almost anywhere. [51:01.960 --> 51:08.960] But when you read the rules, you will find those two R's, those two C's, and those two P's. [51:08.960 --> 51:11.960] They'll pop out at you. [51:11.960 --> 51:18.960] So even if you read the official rules, they're mixed in with lots of common stuff. [51:18.960 --> 51:24.960] But the rule itself usually is no more than one sentence. It really isn't. [51:24.960 --> 51:28.960] You get into all these nuances and everything, but it's all common sense. [51:28.960 --> 51:32.960] It's just like a farmer tuning the carburetor on his tractor. [51:32.960 --> 51:37.960] You know, people think, you know, the lawyer is supposed to be there so intelligent and everything. [51:37.960 --> 51:40.960] Well, I have not found that to be true. [51:40.960 --> 51:45.960] You know, they don't know a sheep from a halyard on a sailboat. [51:45.960 --> 51:48.960] I can tell you that. I had to teach one of them. [51:48.960 --> 51:54.960] But the thing is, we are Americans, and I don't want us to lose sight of that. [51:54.960 --> 51:59.960] We've got something super precious here that they do not have other places. [51:59.960 --> 52:06.960] I have been other places, and I have read many, many, many, many books. [52:06.960 --> 52:13.960] I've been alive a long time, and for years I didn't have a TV. [52:13.960 --> 52:21.960] I just read, and I read books by people who were so much wiser than any of us will ever be, perhaps. [52:21.960 --> 52:27.960] And they had this idea about a government where people could live in peace [52:27.960 --> 52:35.960] and have prosperity and practice their desires to have fun, [52:35.960 --> 52:39.960] to be happy, to have children, have a house, that they work for it. [52:39.960 --> 52:44.960] Sorry about that. Can't change that for you, no matter what party is in power. [52:44.960 --> 52:48.960] We don't want to be partisan people. We want to be united. [52:48.960 --> 53:00.960] If you read the final goodbye message, it's a letter by George Washington, his farewell address. [53:00.960 --> 53:09.960] In that address, he says, in so many ways, one of the biggest dangers, if not the biggest danger, [53:09.960 --> 53:17.960] that this nation would face is partisanship, the dividing into groups. [53:17.960 --> 53:24.960] Well, we've divided into all kinds of different kinds of groups, not just partisan politic groups, [53:24.960 --> 53:30.960] but gender groups and skin color groups and all these other groups. [53:30.960 --> 53:35.960] They really don't have anything to do with who we are. [53:35.960 --> 53:41.960] We are a people, and we need to stick together, and we need to believe in this system [53:41.960 --> 53:47.960] that does give us this power that the people need to know about. [53:47.960 --> 53:50.960] It's the earliest possible opportunity. [53:50.960 --> 53:55.960] Two R's, two C's, and two P's is not too hard for anybody. [53:55.960 --> 54:04.960] The stuff is so obvious, like this fellow that got into a fistfight in a restaurant in Palm Beach County. [54:04.960 --> 54:11.960] The other side, they tried every way they could think of to get that in, [54:11.960 --> 54:16.960] because obviously that would color the jury's opinion. [54:16.960 --> 54:21.960] The fact that somebody attacked him first, oh, he won't bring that in. [54:21.960 --> 54:24.960] We just want to get him to part where he was in a fight. [54:24.960 --> 54:28.960] Well, no, we're not going to permit that to happen, people. [54:28.960 --> 54:31.960] Grow up. [54:31.960 --> 54:35.960] And there were two lawyers against us. [54:35.960 --> 54:37.960] And they tried and tried and tried. [54:37.960 --> 54:44.960] Well, anyway, I could tell stories all night, but the bottom line is, did I have to be a rocket scientist? [54:44.960 --> 54:45.960] No. [54:45.960 --> 54:47.960] I needed to know that first R. [54:47.960 --> 54:55.960] How is that relevant to your guys stealing $4.3 million worth of clientele? [54:55.960 --> 54:58.960] How is that relevant? [54:58.960 --> 55:01.960] And it wasn't. [55:01.960 --> 55:10.960] But they fought for it, because like our friend Randy says, you know, it's all about the bottom line. [55:10.960 --> 55:14.960] Got to pay for that fancy office, that secretary up front and all that other stuff. [55:14.960 --> 55:19.960] Anyway, the people can do this, Randy and Brett. [55:19.960 --> 55:20.960] Sorry. [55:20.960 --> 55:21.960] Hello, Brett. [55:21.960 --> 55:22.960] I think you're wonderful. [55:22.960 --> 55:26.960] I hope everything goes well in your life. [55:26.960 --> 55:27.960] Thank you, sir. [55:27.960 --> 55:29.960] You know, I may have to sign off here in a minute or two. [55:29.960 --> 55:36.960] But that is basically all I have to say is let's just be Americans and let's use all of our rights, [55:36.960 --> 55:45.960] which include the right to write on a piece of paper, C-O-M-P-L-A-I-N-T, and sign it. [55:45.960 --> 55:48.960] And these people then have to do something. [55:48.960 --> 55:54.960] They don't maybe want to, but they have to. [55:54.960 --> 55:58.960] If it meets those two R's, two C's, and two P's, they have to. [55:58.960 --> 55:59.960] They don't have a choice. [55:59.960 --> 56:05.960] And when you know, when they break one of those rules, you know how to say this word, objection. [56:05.960 --> 56:11.960] And now you've got the judge under your control, which is where he should always be. [56:11.960 --> 56:13.960] And a good judge will tell you that. [56:13.960 --> 56:24.960] A good judge will tell you, and I've had them tell me, we are here to learn. [56:24.960 --> 56:27.960] This is great. [56:27.960 --> 56:35.960] The one thing we've been trying to do on the show is to demonstrate to our listeners that they have power. [56:35.960 --> 56:48.960] They are citizens in a republic, and every official in the republic answers to them, [56:48.960 --> 56:56.960] but they can't answer to them unless they ask the question, unless they propose the issue. [56:56.960 --> 57:03.960] We are the power in a republic, and I thank you, Dr. Graves, for coming on, [57:03.960 --> 57:11.960] and I hope that you come on more often so that we can help people who have legal issues [57:11.960 --> 57:19.960] to find equitable solutions to their particular situations. [57:19.960 --> 57:28.960] And let the anger drain away, just let the anger and the disruption and the bitterness. [57:28.960 --> 57:30.960] You know, we don't need that. [57:30.960 --> 57:32.960] We don't need any of that. [57:32.960 --> 57:35.960] When you know how to do a job, you do the job. [57:35.960 --> 57:38.960] You go, you write on the piece of paper, you know, [57:38.960 --> 57:42.960] I don't think the boys should be allowed to come into my daughter's bathroom. [57:42.960 --> 57:48.960] And the wonderful word, I love these words, I read this from the Bible, by what authority? [57:48.960 --> 57:49.960] I love that. [57:49.960 --> 57:52.960] So now, they have to answer. [57:52.960 --> 57:55.960] And I want the American people to do it. [57:55.960 --> 57:58.960] Thank you very much, God bless you, and good night. [57:58.960 --> 58:04.960] Thank you, Dr. Graves, and please do not be a stranger. [58:04.960 --> 58:11.960] Okay, we are going to our sponsors, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, and Rudolph our radio. [58:11.960 --> 58:14.960] I call in number, oh, we've got 38 seconds. [58:14.960 --> 58:19.960] Dr. Graves, you have time to give us some really sage advice [58:19.960 --> 58:26.960] that will cover us in all circumstances and situations. [58:26.960 --> 58:29.960] I think you just dropped off. [58:29.960 --> 58:31.960] I think I put him on the dime. [58:31.960 --> 58:36.960] Okay, I can't tell you how honored I am. [58:36.960 --> 58:38.960] Absolutely, that is wonderful. [58:38.960 --> 58:41.960] That's two C's and two P's. [58:41.960 --> 58:45.960] Yeah, I feel honored that he was here. [58:49.960 --> 58:53.960] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, [58:53.960 --> 58:57.960] yet countless readers are frustrated because they struggle to understand it. [58:57.960 --> 59:01.960] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, [59:01.960 --> 59:06.960] but in the process can compromise the profound meaning of the Scripture. [59:08.960 --> 59:12.960] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate, [59:12.960 --> 59:17.960] but the real story is the more than 9,000 explanatory footnotes. [01:00:01.960 --> 01:00:05.960] The Bill of Rights contains the first ten amendments of our Constitution. [01:00:05.960 --> 01:00:08.960] They guarantee the specific freedoms Americans should know and protect. [01:00:08.960 --> 01:00:10.960] Our liberty depends on it. [01:00:10.960 --> 01:00:13.960] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be right back with an unforgettable way [01:00:13.960 --> 01:00:16.960] to remember one of your constitutional rights. [01:00:16.960 --> 01:00:18.960] Privacy is under attack. [01:00:18.960 --> 01:00:22.960] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:00:22.960 --> 01:00:26.960] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:00:26.960 --> 01:00:28.960] So protect your rights. [01:00:28.960 --> 01:00:32.960] Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [01:00:32.960 --> 01:00:34.960] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [01:00:34.960 --> 01:00:38.960] This public service announcement is brought to you by Startpage.com, [01:00:38.960 --> 01:00:42.960] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [01:00:42.960 --> 01:00:45.960] Start over with Startpage. [01:00:45.960 --> 01:00:48.960] Imagine your mom and dad are getting ready for bed. [01:00:48.960 --> 01:00:51.960] They pull back the covers and find a third party there. [01:00:51.960 --> 01:00:54.960] He announces, I'm with the military and I'm sleeping here tonight. [01:00:54.960 --> 01:00:58.960] That shocking image of a third party in my parents' bed reminds me what the [01:00:58.960 --> 01:01:00.960] Third Amendment was designed to prevent. [01:01:00.960 --> 01:01:03.960] It protects us from being forced to share our homes with soldiers, [01:01:03.960 --> 01:01:06.960] a common demand in the days of our founding fathers. [01:01:06.960 --> 01:01:09.960] Third party, Third Amendment? Get it? [01:01:09.960 --> 01:01:12.960] So if you answer a knock at your door and guys in fatigues demand lodging, [01:01:12.960 --> 01:01:16.960] tell them to dust off their copy of the Bill of Rights and reread the Third Amendment. [01:01:16.960 --> 01:01:31.960] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:01:31.960 --> 01:01:35.960] The Bill of Rights contains the first ten amendments of our Constitution. [01:01:35.960 --> 01:01:38.960] They guarantee it is specific freedoms Americans should know and protect. [01:01:38.960 --> 01:01:40.960] Our liberty depends on it. [01:01:40.960 --> 01:01:43.960] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be right back with an unforgettable way [01:01:43.960 --> 01:01:46.960] to remember one of your constitutional rights. [01:02:14.960 --> 01:02:18.960] Imagine four eyes staring at you through binoculars, [01:02:18.960 --> 01:02:21.960] a magnifying glass or a pair of x-ray goggles. [01:02:21.960 --> 01:02:24.960] That imagery reminds me that the Fourth Amendment guarantees Americans [01:02:24.960 --> 01:02:27.960] freedom from unreasonable search and seizure. [01:02:27.960 --> 01:02:30.960] Fourth Amendment, four eyes staring at you? Get it? [01:02:30.960 --> 01:02:33.960] Unfortunately, the government is trampling our Fourth Amendment rights [01:02:33.960 --> 01:02:34.960] in the name of security. [01:02:34.960 --> 01:02:39.960] Kees and Pointe, TSA airport scanners that peer under your clothing. [01:02:39.960 --> 01:02:42.960] When government employees demand a peep at your privates without probable cause, [01:02:42.960 --> 01:02:46.960] I say it's time to sound the constitutional alarm bells. [01:02:46.960 --> 01:02:49.960] Join me in asking our representatives to dust off the Bill of Rights [01:02:49.960 --> 01:02:53.960] and use their googly eyes to take a gander at the Fourth. [01:02:53.960 --> 01:03:13.960] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:03:23.960 --> 01:03:25.960] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [01:03:53.960 --> 01:03:55.960] Thank you. [01:04:23.960 --> 01:04:26.960] Thank you. [01:04:53.960 --> 01:05:01.960] do that for you enough to be true and no hell of how you do the rest a man or something he must follow through [01:05:01.960 --> 01:05:09.960] creator or something god bless you and as a rest a man you have to do what is true [01:05:09.960 --> 01:05:35.760] oh my oh this is horrible Brett told me it's the top of the [01:05:35.760 --> 01:05:43.680] hour and i was supposed to say the date but he didn't tell me the date okay i'll figure it out for [01:05:43.680 --> 01:05:57.920] myself okay this is thursday the 15th day of september 2022 did i do that right Brett that'll work [01:05:57.920 --> 01:06:08.240] okay Brett knows that Brett knows i'm old and i'm in my doketch and i have to be coddled okay and [01:06:08.240 --> 01:06:17.920] and just so everybody knows we have dr joe on the the guest bridge in case you have a question [01:06:17.920 --> 01:06:27.520] that's too sophisticated for Brett or i we had dr graves on and i i am especially honored to [01:06:27.520 --> 01:06:37.600] have him on the show he doesn't call in often and he is one of my mentors when it comes to [01:06:38.960 --> 01:06:46.800] figuring out how to take these people on dr graves does a jurors dictionary and you can go [01:06:46.800 --> 01:06:52.560] to rule of law radio and order jurisdiction through rule of law radio and rule of law [01:06:52.560 --> 01:07:03.040] radio gets a an override on the cost of the program or the cost of it is nitpins nitpins in [01:07:03.040 --> 01:07:12.320] any cases and whatever rule of law radio gets from it i don't know about that i'm just a talking [01:07:12.320 --> 01:07:19.520] head on rule of law radio i don't have anything to do with that Brett and i we do this show but [01:07:19.520 --> 01:07:25.840] uh we don't receive anything back from this show everything that you purchase through rule of law [01:07:25.840 --> 01:07:36.640] radio goes to maintaining the the broadcast and goes to to our producer and uh owner of the the [01:07:36.640 --> 01:07:44.560] project uh Deborah Stevens and i have to give her credit you know i'm an electrical engineer [01:07:44.560 --> 01:07:57.360] that's my training and back in the day uh oh it's a 2007 we started this show with a couple of guys [01:07:57.360 --> 01:08:03.120] who had broken away from the Alex Jones show and one of them went back to the Alex Jones show [01:08:04.400 --> 01:08:11.120] and they turned it over to us and i'm an electrical engineer and i watched Deborah Stevens [01:08:11.120 --> 01:08:25.840] write the software for this program she wrote all up and kept this show on the air as WTPRN radio [01:08:27.200 --> 01:08:36.160] and then it eventually morphed into rule of law radio and then uh Loews radio network i turned over [01:08:36.160 --> 01:08:46.160] Deborah and i went in deputy party and went out and were collapsed uh Deborah and i [01:08:47.200 --> 01:08:54.560] maintained the show and kept it going and then i subsequently turned over any ownership in the show [01:08:54.560 --> 01:09:02.320] to Deborah and she has done a magnificent job and keeping this network on the air [01:09:02.320 --> 01:09:10.320] uh we greatly appreciate any contributions you send to this network uh you haven't been to our [01:09:12.880 --> 01:09:21.200] uh studio Deborah has stacks of computers that are maintaining this network she has to [01:09:21.200 --> 01:09:32.240] have them in the hall so that she can evacuate the heat to keep the systems from shutting down [01:09:34.000 --> 01:09:43.360] she has kept this show on the air with duct tape for the most part of the last uh what is it 15 [01:09:43.360 --> 01:09:52.560] years Brad that's pretty amazing yeah she's kept this show going and she's pretty well given up [01:09:52.560 --> 01:10:03.280] her life to maintaining us so that uh Time Collie and all the other broadcasters on this network [01:10:03.280 --> 01:10:12.160] can have a venue where they can present information to the public so if if you have [01:10:12.160 --> 01:10:19.280] any extra funds and uh Deborah didn't ask me to do this and we generally don't ask for money but [01:10:20.400 --> 01:10:28.720] and any money that you donate to the network goes to the network it doesn't go to Brad doesn't go [01:10:28.720 --> 01:10:37.520] to me uh i suspect that Brad and i put more money into the network every year than most anybody [01:10:37.520 --> 01:10:46.800] who listens to the network does because it's important to us and one thing that that illustrates [01:10:46.800 --> 01:10:57.040] the importance is to have Dr Graves call into our show the way he did uh that that lets us know that [01:10:57.040 --> 01:11:04.560] we're still here so with all that humping and puffing going on then i'm we're going to go ahead [01:11:04.560 --> 01:11:11.600] and go to Florence in Pennsylvania hello Florence what do you have for us today [01:11:15.280 --> 01:11:24.720] how are you i am good and i talked to Tia Tina today and uh she had sent me a network to get [01:11:24.720 --> 01:11:30.160] in i mean i'm sorry a network a email to get in touch with you but i've been so buried [01:11:30.160 --> 01:11:40.800] uh everything is getting lost i have a law firm that is interested in taking the software that i [01:11:40.800 --> 01:11:51.120] have developed over the years and make it and promoting it so i'm trying to you know i'm 73 [01:11:51.120 --> 01:11:58.240] years old and i don't know if most people know this but i'm living on i'm living on social security [01:11:58.240 --> 01:12:04.800] i get 700 bucks a month how many of you can live on 700 bucks a month [01:12:06.800 --> 01:12:12.880] my wife is not happy about that and it would be nice if i could produce more income [01:12:13.520 --> 01:12:18.560] but there's something more important to me than income [01:12:18.560 --> 01:12:30.960] income and that's a debt that i owe to my twin brother i held his hand while he died of gangrene [01:12:31.920 --> 01:12:39.760] third field hospital saigon south vietnam for wounds he got fighting for these rights [01:12:39.760 --> 01:12:52.240] money does not matter sometimes sometimes it becomes helpful when you reach a point where you're [01:12:52.720 --> 01:12:59.280] struggling to keep things on the air deborah fret brett and i are struggling to keep things on the [01:12:59.280 --> 01:13:10.160] air but uh money's not the issue the issue is doing the right thing for the right reason and uh [01:13:10.160 --> 01:13:19.280] florence miss tina in california says incredibly good things about you [01:13:19.280 --> 01:13:27.840] you uh oh oh yeah she she warned me don't you dare steal her from you [01:13:31.840 --> 01:13:34.800] okay what do you have for us today [01:13:37.760 --> 01:13:45.680] i don't know i mean well let's say this i i listened to first of all i also want to say [01:13:45.680 --> 01:13:53.600] how it was a privilege to hear dr graves on the phone i known of dr graves for many many years [01:13:54.160 --> 01:14:02.080] which people don't know and i don't know if he remembers me or not but that's okay just the fact [01:14:02.080 --> 01:14:10.960] that you know he's still here he's okay okay i'm gonna i'm gonna say okay let me suggest to you [01:14:10.960 --> 01:14:16.800] yes we dr graves and i we get lots of people calling us lots of people talking to us [01:14:18.000 --> 01:14:26.480] and there every once in a while we get someone talked talking to us that really makes a difference [01:14:28.080 --> 01:14:34.400] i'm going to suggest if you talk to dr graves he will remember you [01:14:34.400 --> 01:14:45.760] he will remember you well whether you know um maybe he will maybe you know i and he speaks [01:14:45.760 --> 01:14:52.160] he has spoken to over i mean a period of 10 to 15 years god knows how many different people [01:14:52.800 --> 01:14:59.920] and if he does you know i would i would be more i would be shocked i'd probably be like uh a kid [01:14:59.920 --> 01:15:06.160] you know me and her favorite star just that now that you know like a schoolgirl wait wait wait wait [01:15:07.040 --> 01:15:12.000] you don't understand i talk to lots of people [01:15:14.560 --> 01:15:21.520] brett and i talked to lots of people there are some people that stand out [01:15:21.520 --> 01:15:35.600] out you stand out you're trying to get out of here not even no you you sound like a mean woman [01:15:36.640 --> 01:15:43.040] you sound like a woman that if i'm married to i would have a basket over my head helping you [01:15:43.040 --> 01:15:49.040] hoping you wouldn't beat me half into unconsciousness you are exactly the kind [01:15:49.040 --> 01:15:57.920] of woman we want going after these people well um let me tell you this i don't think i would kind [01:15:57.920 --> 01:16:05.840] of beat you so much over the head uh my mother used to say one thing i like to do is this i like [01:16:05.840 --> 01:16:12.320] i'd rather i'd rather feed you than to beat you i really do that's my thing if you consider then [01:16:12.320 --> 01:16:21.920] you tell me my food is best and you're making me a table see see see now i'm 220 pounds it's all [01:16:21.920 --> 01:16:32.800] your fault see this girl has has a knife side and she also knows what to do if somebody tries to [01:16:32.800 [01:20:23.520 --> 01:20:30.160] in in in pennsylvania and uh i have been warned by tina about you [01:20:32.000 --> 01:20:36.000] that i am supposed to not steal you from her [01:20:36.000 --> 01:20:46.400] okay that you are a remarkable person and that you have a considerable amount of knowledge [01:20:47.920 --> 01:20:52.480] so i'm going to place you in in a position of high esteem [01:20:54.000 --> 01:20:58.800] oh well i i appreciate that there's some way i don't usually get to be [01:20:58.800 --> 01:21:06.480] but i thank you well you have that responsibility placed on you now [01:21:07.840 --> 01:21:17.600] okay what do you have for us today well i was thinking about what is that question [01:21:18.160 --> 01:21:23.440] and my first thing i would like to say to everyone is about cognitive dissonance [01:21:23.440 --> 01:21:32.000] um it's a psychological terminology that um that is in the books that people really don't understand [01:21:32.000 --> 01:21:39.920] and once you get to just a bit it will also help you in your battle with dealing with the court [01:21:39.920 --> 01:21:48.160] and okay hold on let me speak to cognitive discipline dissonance i have a son-in-law [01:21:48.160 --> 01:21:57.040] who ran for justice of the peace in the county that i live in and and he he won the election [01:21:58.240 --> 01:22:08.480] and i sat down with him and i said uh willy this is the deal here is how things actually work [01:22:08.480 --> 01:22:18.960] things actually work and here is what the law says about things hatcher actually work and they are [01:22:18.960 --> 01:22:28.880] the two are no there is no real connection between the two he just called me recently [01:22:28.880 --> 01:22:38.560] he had someone who filed my documentation in his case the guy went went to court in his court [01:22:39.520 --> 01:22:43.440] and wound up calling the sheriff asking him to arrest the clerk [01:22:46.640 --> 01:22:52.720] and my son-in-law called me he had talked to me about this guy before and i said i don't know [01:22:52.720 --> 01:23:00.160] who this guy is but those do sound like my documents and i subsequently come to know this guy [01:23:01.760 --> 01:23:06.400] so last week my son-in-law called me and he said how do i handle this guy [01:23:07.840 --> 01:23:14.320] uh he's found all these documents and when i read the documentation it makes sense to me [01:23:14.320 --> 01:23:22.400] he but when i look at my training it's it's not even close to what this guy is claiming [01:23:24.080 --> 01:23:30.000] right and i told him you know he wanted me to talk to this guy i said i can't talk to him [01:23:31.520 --> 01:23:38.240] said when you first contacted me about him i didn't know who he was but he was bodying my [01:23:38.240 --> 01:23:48.160] documents and i subsequently found out who he was and he he wanted me to talk to you [01:23:49.600 --> 01:23:57.440] about this case and i told him absolutely not that would be inappropriate you are litigant [01:23:57.440 --> 01:24:06.880] he is the judge i'm his son-in-law for me to talk to his my son-in-law about a your case with him [01:24:06.880 --> 01:24:14.400] would be absolutely inappropriate and i will not do it and then my son-in-law called me and asked [01:24:14.400 --> 01:24:20.560] me if i could talk to him and i said absolutely not and i told him that subsequently i found out [01:24:20.560 --> 01:24:27.200] who this guy was and i have done a couple presentations at meetings that he has put [01:24:27.200 --> 01:24:37.680] together he said can you talk to him absolutely not yeah you you have to adjudicate these issues [01:24:37.680 --> 01:24:45.200] on the facts of law this one i think so i did show him how to handle the guy's issues [01:24:46.400 --> 01:24:50.240] okay i just wanted i'm going to give a smoke and vitamin b good idea [01:24:50.240 --> 01:24:56.720] yes right say that again i couldn't understand that what was that [01:24:59.200 --> 01:25:08.800] it wasn't me i didn't say anything something came over okay so i am a you know brett and i we are [01:25:08.800 --> 01:25:19.600] creatures of statute we've we follow the law the way it's written so i think i've kind of [01:25:19.600 --> 01:25:31.920] lost my place florence uh yeah my my point was that uh i'm i'm not a judge but i i try to conduct [01:25:31.920 --> 01:25:41.840] these shows as if i were a judge and someone who doesn't have a position one way or the other [01:25:41.840 --> 01:25:53.360] and i try to apply the facts in law as they come to me so that i find a equitable solution [01:25:54.640 --> 01:26:01.360] that's the way it's supposed to be done i'm not your buddy i'm not on your side [01:26:02.640 --> 01:26:08.160] i'm not the only other side i'm not their buddy either i'm not on their side i'm trying to step [01:26:08.160 --> 01:26:17.200] back and take a look at this from a higher perspective and say what legally [01:26:19.040 --> 01:26:23.200] would be the best legal outcome [01:26:25.920 --> 01:26:31.520] i'm frustrated here florence and i don't know if i'm i'm stating this right i'm trying to be [01:26:31.520 --> 01:26:40.080] i'm trying to be uh equitable okay i understand that tell me what your issue is and then [01:26:40.640 --> 01:26:44.640] so you'll know where i'm coming from i'm not on your side i'm not on the other side side [01:26:44.640 --> 01:26:50.320] i want you to give me your best argument and i'm going to try to give you my best argument against [01:26:50.320 --> 01:27:02.320] it and ask you to beat the crap out of me oh lord jesus okay i'm gonna tell you what first of all [01:27:02.320 --> 01:27:09.760] i'm gonna come through this way um i think in order i'm actually talking to the general folks [01:27:09.760 --> 01:27:18.560] or someone who is just starting out and who are in even in the position of okay i'm in the middle [01:27:18.560 --> 01:27:27.040] of something but i have no clue there is no training or evidence of anything in my background [01:27:27.680 --> 01:27:34.080] that would give me any inclinational understanding what is going on and how did i get into this [01:27:34.080 --> 01:27:42.160] position okay thank you yeah that's what you you just described that better than i could have [01:27:42.160 --> 01:27:49.760] ninety percent of the people who come to me come to me in exactly the position you just postulated [01:27:51.280 --> 01:27:58.880] that was very well constructed okay go ahead thank you okay so being in that position [01:27:59.680 --> 01:28:08.720] that's why i brought up the word cognitive dissident because we have to learn or to try to let go [01:28:08.720 --> 01:28:17.360] let go of things that we've been taught or not taught in order to be able to go into that fight [01:28:17.360 --> 01:28:24.640] or into that arena okay okay let me make a little statement about a justice of the peace [01:28:24.640 --> 01:28:37.360] who it is my belief that mark autry would do what he believes is right if it hairlift pope [01:28:39.040 --> 01:28:47.600] i went to him and presented statutory law and and essentially told him and and we said to me [01:28:47.600 --> 01:28:55.120] mr calton are you telling me that everything i have done for the last 20 years as a captain [01:28:55.120 --> 01:29:00.320] on sheriff's department and everything i've done the last 13 years as a justice of the peace is [01:29:00.320 --> 01:29:10.560] wrong everything that everybody i know has done for the last 30 years is wrong and you're right [01:29:10.560 --> 01:29:19.440] you're right i said don't ask me mark i didn't write the code i just read it here it is right [01:29:19.440 --> 01:29:29.200] in front of you consider his position all of his training over all of these years told him to do [01:29:29.200 --> 01:29:36.160] things this way and i set the law in front of him that showed him that he should do it a different [01:29:36.160 --> 01:29:46.400] way what do you do can everybody in texas be wrong and you're right i said don't ask me mark [01:29:47.680 --> 01:29:54.800] i just i didn't write the code i just read it cognitive dissonance it is tough to overcome [01:29:54.800 --> 01:29:58.000] hang on randy kelton breath down we'll be right back [01:29:58.000 --> 01:30:02.000] back [01:30:02.960 --> 01:30:10.000] reality tv sugar obesity jet lag the list of things that makes us dumber just keeps on growing [01:30:10.000 --> 01:30:14.960] but now researchers say we can add stress to the list i'm brett fountain rule of law radio and we're talking to florence [01:34:43.120 --> 01:34:51.600] in pennsylvania and and florence i i have to tell you that i am talking to you under duress [01:34:51.600 --> 01:35:05.360] okay okay i got i got tina on and tina has tina you there i'm here tina has threatened me [01:35:07.600 --> 01:35:14.880] she has threatened me that i cannot take you away from her what what that's right yeah yeah [01:35:14.880 --> 01:35:25.520] she's threatening to do horrible things to me you're dreaming there i'm begging her to hurt [01:35:25.520 --> 01:35:36.880] me and bruise me and talk dirty to me but tina being tina charlis we won't go into that okay [01:35:36.880 --> 01:35:49.360] uh florence uh i i am pleased to have you on the show because uh you are what we do the show for [01:35:51.040 --> 01:35:58.480] the whole purpose of this show is is locating people who are of a mind to take the system on [01:35:58.480 --> 01:36:05.600] one and it doesn't take a large number of people to take the system on [01:36:08.960 --> 01:36:15.040] i i have a traffic ticket site that i had up and working and i had about 30 people use the [01:36:15.040 --> 01:36:22.800] documentation i had and then i got an email for someone in south texas that filed my documentation [01:36:22.800 --> 01:36:30.560] into their traffic case and the judge commented that he has seen these before these are those [01:36:33.920 --> 01:36:42.800] what is it brett the sovereign citizen documents that's their catch-all phrase for [01:36:43.600 --> 01:36:48.720] people are starting to wake up and something's not different this one's not acting like all the [01:36:48.720 --> 01:36:56.080] others exactly i have nothing to do with the sovereign citizen movement these were documents [01:36:56.080 --> 01:37:06.000] based on point of law but because i challenged the system they universally uh condemned them as [01:37:06.000 --> 01:37:12.960] sovereign citizen documents i took that as high praise indeed when you start taking these guys on [01:37:12.960 --> 01:37:19.120] and beating them up they all talk to each other judges tend to have a monthly meeting [01:37:20.560 --> 01:37:24.480] where they they talk about all the stuff they've had to deal with [01:37:26.560 --> 01:37:30.880] and and when you hammer them good they tell everybody else about it [01:37:30.880 --> 01:37:41.760] but this is yeah this is how we change things we don't change things in our particular case [01:37:43.360 --> 01:37:48.720] well we change no yeah we change things by how we beat up the public officials [01:37:48.720 --> 01:37:53.760] who don't act properly okay i'm going to shut up now and i'm going to go to you [01:37:53.760 --> 01:38:01.520] and what do you have for us today okay so what as to continue to what i was saying [01:38:01.520 --> 01:38:08.320] and the reason why i was talking about that is the fact that we all try to go what dr grazer [01:38:08.320 --> 01:38:17.280] saying about being going in it alone and when i was when i started out i would have given [01:38:17.280 --> 01:38:24.080] a lot of things to have some people who who call themselves being guru or someone who knew more [01:38:24.080 --> 01:38:31.200] and knew so much about law to be able to grab me by the hand and take me and say look this is just [01:38:31.200 --> 01:38:38.560] what you do this is how you do it and i hope you all hear and you as you go along study or get [01:38:38.560 --> 01:38:44.080] prepared and then you come in and join me and then you could take over you do whatever i would have [01:38:44.080 --> 01:38:48.880] loved that i did not have that opportunity whatsoever matter of fact all the so-called [01:38:48.880 --> 01:38:56.320] gurus and people that i met through the situation that i um been through left me alone left me [01:38:56.320 --> 01:39:03.360] stranded and i had no other choice and they were coming after my children and um you don't mess [01:39:03.360 --> 01:39:12.720] with a mother and her children not at all and uh what happened was that the state um from my [01:39:12.720 --> 01:39:19.520] from my ex was trying to take my children from him so that i can for me so that i could pay him [01:39:19.520 --> 01:39:27.120] child support and they took my children for a while but i went up and i got in and i started [01:39:27.120 --> 01:39:35.840] reading and i came into the courts because of the fact that i was um young black uh young you know [01:39:35.840 --> 01:39:42.800] person of color um they looked at me and they was like oh you're picking many you should not be in [01:39:42.800 --> 01:39:48.560] here and you think you're better than me wait a minute wait a minute are you telling me that [01:39:48.560 --> 01:39:56.960] you had the audacity to come before the court black yeah what were you thinking [01:39:56.960 --> 01:40:06.400] oh i'm out of my dmi i sure was they said first of all two things you don't do to me [01:40:06.400 --> 01:40:11.200] you don't take you don't come after my children and then you don't put your what my mother used [01:40:11.200 --> 01:40:17.120] to call your foot is your hand in my face as soon as you put your hand in my face i forget what i'm [01:40:17.120 --> 01:40:22.240] supposed to not do and i go into this mold that i'm about to whip your ass i'm sorry [01:40:22.240 --> 01:40:38.640] okay so you understand Brett and i do this show and for the most part the people come to us [01:40:39.520 --> 01:40:45.120] uh hoping we can uh make their issue go away so so they can go back to their [01:40:45.120 --> 01:40:54.480] their life so they can go back to their six pack and their video their tv and their video [01:40:55.120 --> 01:41:01.520] and do what they they tend to do those are not for the most part the people to whom we are [01:41:02.800 --> 01:41:08.560] presenting we are presenting to you [01:41:08.560 --> 01:41:17.680] to the one who has had all that i can stands and i can't stands no more [01:41:23.680 --> 01:41:32.720] okay go ahead yes well i was saying all that to say that you know um i've been through [01:41:32.720 --> 01:41:39.280] i've been through the storm i've been through been tried and tested and i know what what it's like [01:41:39.280 --> 01:41:45.360] and i'm not going to tell anyone that when you walk into that situation into that arena [01:41:45.360 --> 01:41:52.240] that you don't have a level of fear and um that remember that we have to remember what fear is [01:41:52.880 --> 01:42:00.640] fear is not something that is innate in you fear is something that is installed something that [01:42:00.640 --> 01:42:07.600] someone has to put and press upon you in order for you to do that so when those people was coming at [01:42:07.600 --> 01:42:13.280] me and they made me feel in a moment like what they were doing was like them putting their hands [01:42:13.280 --> 01:42:19.520] in my face i was able to get fear out my mind and shake fear with god and the devil god told [01:42:19.520 --> 01:42:25.040] the devil to get you behind me so when he said when god said get you know told devil satan to [01:42:25.040 --> 01:42:31.520] tell devil satan to get you behind me i envisioned god said tell satan to get the f behind me and go [01:42:31.520 --> 01:42:39.760] back right so my words got really colorful okay wait a minute wait a minute yeah what do you say [01:42:39.760 --> 01:42:46.320] it you're saying that a woman can actually stand up and not be afraid [01:42:46.320 --> 01:42:56.560] of it yeah i'm saying we could buckle you could come with buckle me and and shaking and shivering [01:42:56.560 --> 01:43:02.560] like ain't nobody business and then soon as they say something they just snap their mind and make [01:43:02.560 --> 01:43:10.560] their hands snap back and what the hell did you say remember i but what uh-huh oh you think you [01:43:10.560 --> 01:43:14.800] come to me like that then all of a sudden that fear go away and it's going and then next thing [01:43:14.800 --> 01:43:19.840] you putting up your hands like what you saying then he's boxing them out with words that come at [01:43:19.840 --> 01:43:24.880] them that's not the same as when you started out when you walked in there and that foot and that [01:43:24.880 --> 01:43:31.040] knee was boggling because now you sit up there and you you get out of that that mindset of because [01:43:31.040 --> 01:43:38.240] everybody oh you know you got to put your head down when you talk to a judge tina have you [01:43:38.240 [01:47:29.600 --> 01:47:35.360] okay i think we have we have you put them both to sleep yeah i must have okay [01:47:36.240 --> 01:47:46.720] no my my screen just sit on back to everybody on unmuted everybody muted okay we got let me [01:47:46.720 --> 01:47:58.000] unmute everybody okay there everybody's unmuted ted are you there yes sir okay ted we're not [01:47:58.000 --> 01:48:01.680] going to get to you we've got these two mean women that are beating up all the guys [01:48:02.320 --> 01:48:07.760] in in the court system uh if you'll call back tomorrow we'll bring you in first thing [01:48:07.760 --> 01:48:16.080] sounds good okay thank you ted and kurt in washington are you there i am just make sure [01:48:16.080 --> 01:48:23.280] that i'm number two after ted or i'll get um i'll get ornery you will absolutely number two after [01:48:23.280 --> 01:48:29.840] ted if i try to put you before tina and florence you will suffer a significant [01:48:29.840 --> 01:48:41.440] flagellation lady sir okay thank you thank you kurt okay now we're back to tina and florence florence [01:48:42.960 --> 01:48:52.080] i'm kind of being facetious here but uh i can't tell you how much i appreciate finding someone like [01:48:52.080 --> 01:49:04.640] you you know i i can take these guys on but i'm a guy and i'm a combat veteran and they expect me [01:49:04.640 --> 01:49:13.120] to be difficult they expect me to fight them what i find most intriguing is when i can find a [01:49:13.120 --> 01:49:22.080] a female a black female how dare you to come before the court black what were you thinking [01:49:23.680 --> 01:49:28.080] and take these guys on i can't tell you how much i appreciate that [01:49:29.600 --> 01:49:34.080] and i fully realize how much more difficult it is for you [01:49:34.080 --> 01:49:42.080] because nobody looks at me and sees me black nobody looks at me and sees me as incompetent female [01:49:43.280 --> 01:49:54.400] they see me as a uh alpha male and they know i'll take them on there is is nothing that i find cooler [01:49:54.400 --> 01:50:05.840] than a black female sticking it up them and breaking it off them okay with all that said [01:50:05.840 --> 01:50:12.960] what do you have for us today well uh we were talking about the cognitive but i'm gonna move [01:50:12.960 --> 01:50:19.920] forward a little bit first i want to let everybody know this regardless of you being a black [01:50:19.920 --> 01:50:26.080] first i want to let everybody know this regardless of you being you being fearful [01:50:26.960 --> 01:50:35.120] one it's okay to be that acknowledge it recognize it and then tell you give yourself the tool [01:50:35.920 --> 01:50:43.440] to be able to push it away once you get over that fear and you see them as a person that [01:50:43.440 --> 01:50:49.440] could put on their pants their legs and their skirts one leg at a time just like you have to [01:50:49.440 --> 01:50:56.480] and then not know a morphodite and whatever when you chase judge judy ass the hell off that bitch [01:50:57.440 --> 01:51:02.640] then you could sit up there and you could be you and be you in that courtroom and it's okay [01:51:04.320 --> 01:51:09.680] once you do that then you'll be able to go and grasp for all the other processes that you need [01:51:09.680 --> 01:51:18.000] to do to be able to stop them in their tracks and let me make a comment about that let's go by the [01:51:18.000 --> 01:51:24.720] end i once stood on the back of a jeep we had backed it up against a dirt revetment wall [01:51:25.920 --> 01:51:33.040] so it was pointing out into the open so that if we got incoming we could get behind the jeep and [01:51:33.040 --> 01:51:38.960] the block of the motor would tend to protect us from the incoming we were spotting incoming [01:51:38.960 --> 01:51:45.280] and if something's coming right at you put a long way out you can see it it looks like a bumblebee [01:51:45.280 --> 01:51:51.760] and it kind of circles as it coming as it's coming at you and we're spotting spotting these things [01:51:52.880 --> 01:52:01.280] and uh me and another guy we were out there and we're 21 we're invincible and and invisible [01:52:01.280 --> 01:52:07.680] and we think that nothing can hurt us uh they wound up shooting me off that jeep [01:52:07.680 --> 01:52:17.040] i don't know it was the most incredible experience of my life [01:52:18.640 --> 01:52:24.800] i'm they blew me off the back of the jeep and i dove off and found wound up behind it and they're [01:52:24.800 --> 01:52:32.080] tearing the jeep up and i'm laying there thinking that my life is about to end [01:52:32.080 --> 01:52:40.080] but i'm also thinking it just doesn't get better than this [01:52:41.280 --> 01:52:52.880] you haven't lived until you faced your worst fear looked it right in the eye and took it on [01:52:52.880 --> 01:53:01.600] plants i was pleased to talk to you because you're one of those people who have looked your worst [01:53:01.600 --> 01:53:09.840] fear in the face and took them on the fear is for the most part an illusion [01:53:11.360 --> 01:53:18.800] the fear is for the most part to get you to duck and dodge especially in law [01:53:18.800 --> 01:53:23.440] especially yes do you know what fear is [01:53:26.480 --> 01:53:34.000] go ahead i'm gonna tell you what fear is fear first of all god said i don't give you the [01:53:34.000 --> 01:53:40.880] spirit of fear there is not is a spirit that's never been a part of you us or anything else [01:53:40.880 --> 01:53:46.800] it is nothing that is born in you is not innate in you and it really doesn't have a part of you [01:53:46.800 --> 01:53:52.000] is something that grabs hold of you just like the holy spirit grabs hold of you and take part if [01:53:52.000 --> 01:54:02.480] you let it if you let it that's what fear is but fear is also an acronym it is f period e period [01:54:02.480 --> 01:54:09.040] a period r period meaning what false evidence appearing real [01:54:09.040 --> 01:54:16.240] so acronyms is not something that is innate it's not a part of your nature it's not a part of a [01:54:16.240 --> 01:54:22.640] human being nature it is something that comes that is forced upon you something that people try to [01:54:22.640 --> 01:54:31.440] insert in you and try to get you to have breath hold up which is a part of cognitive dissonance [01:54:31.440 --> 01:54:39.120] which is a part of cognitive dissonance and is also part of constructive criticism when you [01:54:39.120 --> 01:54:46.160] understand that constructive criticism is not really constructive at all it's a con to get you [01:54:46.160 --> 01:54:52.560] to believe that someone is acting towards you in a positive way when they are not which is false [01:54:52.560 --> 01:54:59.760] evidence that is appearing real being god said faith without works is dead faith is the evidence [01:54:59.760 --> 01:55:06.560] of things that are not seen and that the realization of things that are hopeful so if you see fear [01:55:07.360 --> 01:55:14.000] as something that's not a part of you and you look at it not will evidence which is what which was [01:55:14.000 --> 01:55:22.000] dr dr graze was saying is inadmissible so there is something that is inadmissible so when you [01:55:22.000 --> 01:55:30.000] take on the faith either whether how big or small it is and understand that it is within which you [01:55:30.000 --> 01:55:37.520] determine how the situation goes and why you want it to go then you will be able to overcome [01:55:37.520 --> 01:55:45.360] overcome that big summonable obstacle that they call a courtroom and that courthouse and then it [01:55:45.360 --> 01:55:53.360] and then it becomes what you will it to be see and you got to understand that once you understand [01:55:53.360 --> 01:55:58.880] that then you'll be able to sit up there and stand yourself against the walls of the devil [01:55:59.760 --> 01:56:05.520] now with that happening you could sit up there you if you go in there you in that fight and you [01:56:05.520 --> 01:56:10.720] swing it and you fighting it out and they still like to come in then they may turn around and go [01:56:10.720 --> 01:56:15.760] get your best big friend your big sister or somebody will come and get by and flojo and sit up there [01:56:15.760 --> 01:56:21.760] and be like flojo they take they whooping my ass in the courtroom help me out flojo's going to come [01:56:22.640 --> 01:56:28.160] you see what i'm saying because if you look at them in that courtroom they have more than just [01:56:28.160 --> 01:56:34.320] them in that courtroom they have the clerk the assistant clerk the deputy clerk to this one [01:56:34.320 --> 01:56:42.000] the margin on that one side against you so when you come don't we bring in no knife to no gunfight [01:56:42.000 --> 01:56:46.160] they're coming with they're coming with a gun okay then you bring your damn bazooka [01:56:47.680 --> 01:56:54.720] but you Benjamin Benjamin Disraeli once said nothing can resist the human will [01:56:55.680 --> 01:56:59.680] that will place its very existence upon the extent of its purpose [01:56:59.680 --> 01:57:12.480] yes and and i find that absolutely applicable we come into to situations that do not actually [01:57:14.240 --> 01:57:21.440] threaten our very existence but our inexperience in our fear of these situations [01:57:21.440 --> 01:57:32.160] give us the impression that it does yes when you have that fear if you stand up and face it with [01:57:32.160 --> 01:57:41.360] resilience you cannot lose even if they rule against you you do not lose i have been ruled [01:57:41.360 --> 01:57:52.160] against a number of times but i have never considered a sit of one of those 80 feet just [01:57:52.160 --> 01:58:00.160] a setback just a setback and when we recognize that then we're able to move forward and we're [01:58:00.160 --> 01:58:05.520] able to do better and get better so when people come and start teaching people and from that [01:58:05.520 --> 01:58:11.600] perspective first so that we can knock off those cowards and knock off the things that we've been [01:58:11.600 --> 01:58:16.880] bored of believing like they used to tell us take your stone or break your bones for word [01:58:16.880 --> 01:58:25.040] would never hurt you no words can freaking kill you florence send me an email we need to talk off [01:58:25.040 --> 01:58:30.800] the air we're running out of time here and i want i
