[00:00.000 --> 00:05.680] The Bill of Rights contains the first ten amendments of our Constitution. [00:05.680 --> 00:09.360] They guarantee the specific freedoms Americans should know and protect. [00:09.360 --> 00:10.840] Our liberty depends on it. [00:10.840 --> 00:14.760] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be right back with an unforgettable way to remember [00:14.760 --> 00:16.860] your First Amendment rights. [00:16.860 --> 00:18.440] Privacy is under attack. [00:18.440 --> 00:22.040] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [00:22.040 --> 00:26.840] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [00:26.840 --> 00:32.000] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. [00:32.000 --> 00:33.000] Privacy. [00:33.000 --> 00:34.600] It's worth hanging on to. [00:34.600 --> 00:38.880] This public service announcement is brought to you by Startpage.com, the private search [00:38.880 --> 00:42.420] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [00:42.420 --> 00:44.760] Start over with Startpage. [00:44.760 --> 00:46.460] Spar. [00:46.460 --> 00:47.700] It's what fighters do. [00:47.700 --> 00:51.160] It's also how I remember the five guarantees of the First Amendment. [00:51.160 --> 00:54.400] If you plan to take away my rights, I'm going to spar with you. [00:54.400 --> 00:56.440] S-P-A-R with an extra P. [00:56.440 --> 01:02.800] S for speech, P for press, another P for petition, A for assembly, and R for religion. [01:02.800 --> 01:06.800] Most Americans are familiar with the First Amendment guarantees of free speech, press, [01:06.800 --> 01:10.760] assembly, and religion, but petition for redress is another matter. [01:10.760 --> 01:14.480] We have the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances. [01:14.480 --> 01:18.000] It means that if we're unhappy with what's going on in our government, we can spell out [01:18.000 --> 01:20.600] the reasons without fear of being thrown into jail. [01:20.600 --> 01:22.640] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [01:22.640 --> 01:31.060] More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:31.060 --> 01:34.720] The Bill of Rights contains the first 10 amendments of our Constitution. [01:34.720 --> 01:38.160] They guarantee the specific freedoms Americans should know and protect. [01:38.160 --> 01:39.680] Our liberty depends on it. [01:39.680 --> 01:43.560] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be right back with an unforgettable way to remember [01:43.560 --> 01:46.700] one of your constitutional rights. [01:46.700 --> 01:48.280] Privacy is under attack. [01:48.280 --> 01:51.880] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:51.880 --> 01:56.640] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:56.640 --> 02:01.680] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. [02:01.680 --> 02:04.400] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [02:04.400 --> 02:08.680] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search [02:08.680 --> 02:12.220] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [02:12.220 --> 02:14.320] Start over with StartPage. [02:14.320 --> 02:20.160] When I think of the Second Amendment, I visualize myself wrapping my two arms around the Bill [02:20.160 --> 02:22.240] of Rights in a big old bear hug. [02:22.240 --> 02:26.720] It's how I remember that the Second Amendment guarantees us the right to bear arms, arms [02:26.720 --> 02:30.600] that embrace our freedoms and won't let anyone take them away without a fight. [02:30.600 --> 02:31.600] Get it? [02:31.600 --> 02:33.880] Two arms, bear hug, bear arms? [02:33.880 --> 02:37.480] The late Senator Hubert Humphrey captured the spirit of the Second Amendment so well [02:37.480 --> 02:38.480] when he said, [02:38.480 --> 02:43.680] "...the right of the citizens to bear arms is just one guarantee against arbitrary government, [02:43.680 --> 02:48.760] one more safeguard against the tyranny which now appears remote in America, but which historically [02:48.760 --> 02:50.520] has proved to always be possible." [02:50.520 --> 02:52.400] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [02:52.400 --> 03:21.240] More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [03:23.240 --> 03:48.240] the right of the citizens to bear arms is just one guarantee against arbitrary government, [03:48.240 --> 04:06.080] one more safeguard against the tyranny which now appears remote in America, but which [04:06.080 --> 04:31.640] now appears remote in America, but which now appears remote in America, but which [04:31.640 --> 04:50.880] now appears remote in America, but which now appears remote in America, but which now [04:50.880 --> 05:07.720] appears remote in America, but which now appears remote in America, but which now appears [05:07.720 --> 05:24.780] remote in [05:37.720 --> 05:42.000] of Microsoft Word to merge it into some Word documents. [05:43.560 --> 05:51.780] And I have a number of documents prepared, all of them somewhat obnoxious and will be more [05:51.780 --> 05:56.800] than a little bit annoying, criminal complaints against arresting officers, [05:57.760 --> 06:00.400] a TCO complaint against the arresting officers [06:00.400 --> 06:03.860] because they didn't take the person directly to the nearest magistrate. [06:03.860 --> 06:10.780] And any of these individuals who have attorneys, for those, [06:10.780 --> 06:19.260] we will bar-grieve the attorneys for failing to file a motion to dismiss [06:19.260 --> 06:22.020] because the individual had a right to dismissal [06:22.940 --> 06:27.500] because there was no 16.17 order in the record. [06:27.500 --> 06:37.580] And we'll bar-grieve the prosecutor for not notifying the judge [06:38.320 --> 06:44.620] that the court lacked subject matter jurisdiction because there was no 16.17 order forwarded [06:44.620 --> 06:51.880] to the clerk of the court as required by 17.30 Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. [06:51.880 --> 06:59.200] And we'll figure out some more, a judicial conduct complaint against the judge [06:59.760 --> 07:04.840] for acting without jurisdiction will pretty well sting everybody. [07:04.840 --> 07:07.560] There's one I don't know how to get to yet, Brett. [07:07.560 --> 07:08.620] Maybe you can help me. [07:09.520 --> 07:11.240] With how to get to what? [07:11.240 --> 07:20.600] With the clerk, I've asked a number of clerks, how do you create a criminal case [07:22.080 --> 07:29.120] when you don't have a criminal charge, you don't have a complaint, [07:29.120 --> 07:38.500] you don't have an order by the magistrate, all these documents that had to be produced [07:38.500 --> 07:43.980] for the magistrate to hold an examining trial, you don't have any of those documents. [07:43.980 --> 07:49.820] Right. And they have no place that they can point in the Code of Criminal Procedure that says, [07:49.820 --> 07:55.820] well, in the absence of this, we just take a phone call from the prosecutor [07:55.820 --> 07:57.540] and say, well, you create one of these. [07:57.540 --> 08:01.740] There's nowhere they can point that'll create it a different way. [08:01.740 --> 08:12.580] Well, I can't find anything in the Code of Criminal Procedure that instructs a clerk [08:12.580 --> 08:15.220] to create a claim, a cause number. [08:15.220 --> 08:19.540] It's not in there. [08:19.540 --> 08:24.700] Well, we do have in the duties of a clerk, we do have that they take the documents [08:24.700 --> 08:30.500] and they index them, but it doesn't necessarily say they create a case. [08:30.500 --> 08:35.900] Yeah. Do you keep all the papers safe and all that stuff? [08:35.900 --> 08:42.460] But when I ask, how do you create a claim in the court? [08:42.460 --> 08:45.900] Well, we just make this paper. [08:45.900 --> 08:48.300] Oh, no, no, no. How do you do it by law? [08:48.300 --> 08:57.860] You don't get to just do things without having some kind of prescribed structure. [08:57.860 --> 09:05.020] Where is it? Nobody can tell me and I can't find it. [09:05.020 --> 09:21.740] What I'm alleging is, what the clerk must have is that envelope sealed up with the name [09:21.740 --> 09:26.580] of the magistrate across the seal of the envelope forwarded to the clerk of the court. [09:26.580 --> 09:32.900] But there's nothing in law that actually says they have to have that. [09:32.900 --> 09:42.220] There's nothing in law at all that tells the clerk how to create a cause of action or a claim. [09:42.220 --> 09:53.860] In civil, a cause of action is created by a citizen filing a petition. [09:53.860 --> 09:58.540] That creates the claim or the cause of action. [09:58.540 --> 10:10.060] I guess that's the same as someone filing a criminal complaint with the clerk that would [10:10.060 --> 10:14.340] similarly create a cause of action. [10:14.340 --> 10:21.140] Well, yeah, the way I look at it is we see in Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Chapter 27, [10:21.140 --> 10:32.020] it says, in 27.01, it says that initial pleadings, and I correlate that, it looks to me corresponding [10:32.020 --> 10:36.220] to the civil world where somebody comes up with a complaint or a petition. [10:36.220 --> 10:42.260] It says in 27.01, initial pleadings are an indictment or an information. [10:42.260 --> 10:48.580] Of course, we all know that has to be accompanied by the complaint that it was based on. [10:48.580 --> 10:55.380] So it just makes sense to me that that's the only place it can begin. [10:55.380 --> 11:00.540] It's not something for the clerk to necessarily create on her own. [11:00.540 --> 11:03.740] Clerks don't create pleadings. [11:03.740 --> 11:11.620] Yeah, but there's nothing that really tells the clerk how to do this. [11:11.620 --> 11:15.580] But anyway, that's a kind of side issue. [11:15.580 --> 11:24.980] I'm going to say that in order to create a cause of action, she can't do one out of thin [11:24.980 --> 11:25.980] air. [11:25.980 --> 11:26.980] Right. [11:26.980 --> 11:35.060] And a prosecutor in Texas cannot initiate a prosecution under Kennedy v. State in order [11:35.060 --> 11:41.300] to avoid the obvious evils of the accumulation of power in any one office. [11:41.300 --> 11:46.520] Counseling attorney is not a credible person for the purpose of initiating a criminal complaint. [11:46.520 --> 11:48.460] So prosecutor can't do it. [11:48.460 --> 11:56.620] So you can't say that his information initiates prosecution. [11:56.620 --> 12:03.980] And the clerk doesn't get the complaint, the sheriff keeps it, or the statement of the [12:03.980 --> 12:08.860] police officer, the sheriff keeps that too. [12:08.860 --> 12:11.460] Clerk doesn't have anything. [12:11.460 --> 12:21.220] And a cause of action is essentially initiated by a prosecutor doing something, I guess, [12:21.220 --> 12:22.220] an information. [12:22.220 --> 12:30.780] Well, the information would have to be drawn up based on somebody coming, a complainant, [12:30.780 --> 12:35.780] not the prosecutor, coming and bringing a sworn complaint. [12:35.780 --> 12:37.260] Yeah, but- [12:37.260 --> 12:45.300] If they can't write, then the prosecutor has a duty to reduce it to writing and cause [12:45.300 --> 12:47.420] them to fix their mark. [12:47.420 --> 12:48.420] Yeah. [12:48.420 --> 12:49.420] That's 204. [12:49.420 --> 12:54.620] Yeah, that would be a complaint. [12:54.620 --> 12:56.300] So where is it? [12:56.300 --> 12:57.300] Exactly. [12:57.300 --> 13:01.700] Now, the prosecutor is ordered to forward that to the court as well. [13:01.700 --> 13:02.700] Yep. [13:02.700 --> 13:11.340] But the only thing the prosecutor forwards to the court generally is a information. [13:11.340 --> 13:12.660] So all of it screwed up. [13:12.660 --> 13:19.940] So what we're gonna do is we're gonna claim that the only way to initiate a prosecution [13:19.940 --> 13:32.860] in Texas law is by the filing of a order by a magistrate in accordance with 17.30. [13:32.860 --> 13:39.620] 17.30 tells a magistrate, after an examining trial, he is to seal all documents had in [13:39.620 --> 13:43.580] the hearing, cause his name to be written across the seal of the envelope. [13:43.580 --> 13:48.260] And it says, he shall seal all documents had in the hearing, the complaint, statement of [13:48.260 --> 13:58.180] the witnesses and all other documents had in the proceeding, in an envelope, writing [13:58.180 --> 14:05.860] his name across the seal of the envelope, I'm getting a lot of background noise, across [14:05.860 --> 14:12.180] the seal of the envelope and forward it to the clerk of the court of jurisdiction. [14:12.180 --> 14:13.180] That's 17.30. [14:13.180 --> 14:23.540] There we go, 16.17 says he's to issue this order and forward it to the clerk of the court. [14:23.540 --> 14:32.100] If an order is not forwarded to the clerk within 48 hours, the accused has a right to [14:32.100 --> 14:33.100] discharge. [14:33.100 --> 14:37.940] It says the accused shall be dismissed. [14:37.940 --> 14:44.620] Can you pull that up real quick, Brent, make sure I get that exactly right. [14:44.620 --> 14:49.380] Yeah, 17.31. [14:49.380 --> 14:54.220] It used to say, no, no, 16.17. [14:54.220 --> 15:00.580] As I recall, it used to say that the accused has a right to discharge, but they recodified, [15:00.580 --> 15:05.580] they redid the codes and they changed the verbiage. [15:05.580 --> 15:11.420] Yeah, it says, and the accused shall be discharged. [15:11.420 --> 15:14.780] Shall be discharged. [15:14.780 --> 15:16.100] That's not what it used to say. [15:16.100 --> 15:19.580] It used to say they had a right to discharge. [15:19.580 --> 15:25.420] And when they reworded the codes, I think two years ago, the intent of the legislature [15:25.420 --> 15:32.580] was not to make any substantive changes, but they just reworded it, I guess, because they [15:32.580 --> 15:36.180] didn't have anything else to do. [15:36.180 --> 15:41.260] But now it says it shall be discharged. [15:41.260 --> 15:47.860] So if you've been prosecuted for a criminal act in Texas, look in the record, see if you [15:47.860 --> 15:55.020] find the complaint that was put in front of the magistrate, statement of the witnesses [15:55.020 --> 15:59.540] in front of the magistrate, and all other papers had in the hearing, see if they're [15:59.540 --> 16:07.620] filed in the court record, along with an order of the judge finding probable cause. [16:07.620 --> 16:12.540] I can pretty well assure you, you're not going to find one. [16:12.540 --> 16:16.700] So what we're going to do is go to Victoria County and we're going to use them as a crash [16:16.700 --> 16:17.700] dummy. [16:17.700 --> 16:27.620] We're going to pull out a couple of hundred cases and file against everybody and just [16:27.620 --> 16:31.300] visit a legal firestorm on them. [16:31.300 --> 16:40.940] I did this for 45 cases in Wise County and did not hear one peep from anyone. [16:40.940 --> 16:47.980] But when I did this, I did not file criminal complaints with a magistrate and demand that [16:47.980 --> 16:51.580] the magistrate issue a warrant for each one. [16:51.580 --> 16:54.300] With Victoria County, that's exactly what we'll do. [16:54.300 --> 17:00.220] So we go after the judges and magistrate and all of the judges at the same time. [17:00.220 --> 17:04.900] Are you being harassed by debt collectors with phone calls, letters, or even lawsuits? [18:12.060 --> 18:15.620] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, the right to act [18:15.620 --> 18:19.620] in our own private capacity, and most importantly, the right to due process of law. [19:50.860 --> 19:56.300] We're going to go to Penny in 903. [19:56.300 --> 19:58.740] That's where Jesus is from. [19:58.740 --> 20:02.020] You know, it's from Texas. [20:02.020 --> 20:05.700] I just had a quick question. [20:05.700 --> 20:09.740] Most people don't know that Jesus was from East Texas. [20:09.740 --> 20:13.900] Okay, well, yeah. [20:13.900 --> 20:16.660] How far are you from Palestine? [20:16.660 --> 20:23.660] Up above, actually, into the east of Palestine. [20:23.660 --> 20:25.660] Oh, okay. [20:25.660 --> 20:28.660] Can't you tell? [20:28.660 --> 20:29.660] Anyway. [20:29.660 --> 20:30.660] Up there in the Piney Woods. [20:30.660 --> 20:39.220] I just had a couple of questions, like if you're on a jury and you know the judge or [20:39.220 --> 20:43.620] the lawyers are doing something wrong, can you say anything? [20:43.620 --> 20:49.060] Wait a minute, if you're on a jury? [20:49.060 --> 20:54.060] Yeah, if you're impaneled in a jury and you're- [20:54.060 --> 20:57.700] Are you talking about in the back room or are you talking about right there during the [20:57.700 --> 20:58.700] proceedings? [20:58.700 --> 21:02.300] Well, either way. [21:02.300 --> 21:05.300] Absolutely. [21:05.300 --> 21:11.580] Can you, like if you're in the front room and the court is in session and the judge [21:11.580 --> 21:15.700] or the lawyers do something wrong, you can speak up? [21:15.700 --> 21:20.700] Oh, while the court's in session? [21:20.700 --> 21:21.700] Yeah. [21:21.700 --> 21:22.700] No. [21:22.700 --> 21:25.700] No, okay, that's what I thought. [21:25.700 --> 21:31.700] But in the back room, it wouldn't be a bad thing to mention it to the other jurors, [21:31.700 --> 21:34.700] would it? [21:34.700 --> 21:40.700] Well, it certainly wouldn't be jury tampering because you're part of the jury. [21:40.700 --> 21:41.700] Right. [21:41.700 --> 21:42.700] Okay. [21:42.700 --> 21:45.700] And you have a duty to uphold the law. [21:45.700 --> 21:46.700] Right. [21:46.700 --> 21:56.700] So my second question is if the judge or either of the lawyers do anything wrong, can you [21:56.700 --> 22:00.700] go ahead and bargain them even though you were on the jury? [22:00.700 --> 22:01.700] Yes. [22:01.700 --> 22:02.700] Okay. [22:02.700 --> 22:08.300] Being on the jury doesn't deny you in your rights, doesn't absolve you of your duty [22:08.300 --> 22:15.340] as a citizen and a Republican, of all people. [22:15.340 --> 22:18.580] I think that goes to your oath. [22:18.580 --> 22:25.020] Might even have a duty to reach out to the bailiff and say, hey, bailiff, did you see [22:25.020 --> 22:26.020] that? [22:26.020 --> 22:27.020] Oh, really? [22:27.020 --> 22:33.980] It shall be the duty of the grand jury to, let's see, it shall be the duty of the grand [22:33.980 --> 22:42.340] jury to bring, how does that, it used to be- [22:42.340 --> 22:45.340] Inquire into? [22:45.340 --> 22:46.340] Twenty-oh-eight. [22:46.340 --> 22:47.340] Yeah. [22:47.340 --> 22:48.340] Exactly. [22:48.340 --> 22:49.340] That's the words. [22:49.340 --> 22:55.460] Inquire into all matters subject to indictment that come to the knowledge of the grand jury [22:55.460 --> 23:00.820] by way of any grand jury member, the prosecuting attorney or any credible person. [23:00.820 --> 23:07.620] Well, if you are a grand jury member and you have knowledge of criminal wrongdoing according [23:07.620 --> 23:23.380] to the Texas constitution, all criminal complaints are to be brought by indictment, or what's [23:23.380 --> 23:25.580] it say, Brett? [23:25.580 --> 23:28.180] All offenses subject to indictment. [23:28.180 --> 23:31.380] No, no, no. [23:31.380 --> 23:36.980] The Texas constitution, I had it the other day, I was looking through some of Eddie's [23:36.980 --> 23:37.980] books. [23:37.980 --> 23:39.660] The constitution requires that all crimes- [23:39.660 --> 23:43.780] Is that 517? [23:43.780 --> 23:46.340] Yes. [23:46.340 --> 23:53.180] That all crimes are initiated by an indictment. [23:53.180 --> 23:56.980] So everything gets indicted according to the constitution. [23:56.980 --> 24:03.020] The courts have decided that's too big a problem, so they decided they'd do misdemeanors without [24:03.020 --> 24:04.020] an indictment. [24:04.020 --> 24:06.740] That's not what the constitution says. [24:06.740 --> 24:15.820] So you're a grand jury member, and what the courts have not abdicated or adulterated [24:15.820 --> 24:25.260] is what 2.03 says, 2.03 under duties of officers goes to prosecuting attorneys, and the first [24:25.260 --> 24:32.300] duty it stipulates is if a prosecuting attorney has made known to him in any manner that a [24:32.300 --> 24:39.780] public official has violated a law relating to his office, he shall give notice to the [24:39.780 --> 24:41.580] grand jury or something like that. [24:41.580 --> 24:44.300] It's a little more complicated than that, but it essentially- [24:44.300 --> 24:50.500] He shall bring to the notice of the grand jury any act of violation of law or neglect [24:50.500 --> 24:55.580] or failure of duty upon the part of any officer. [24:55.580 --> 25:01.540] So that all goes to, it has to be indicted. [25:01.540 --> 25:09.820] If I charge a public official with a misdemeanor, then that has to go to the grand jury. [25:09.820 --> 25:16.020] So if you're on the grand jury and you have knowledge of a misdemeanor under, used to [25:16.020 --> 25:29.300] be 20.08, now it's 20.03, 0.051, 0.03, 0.03, 0.04, I think. [25:29.300 --> 25:33.020] If I remember right, I think it's, they've changed the numbers around and they changed [25:33.020 --> 25:34.020] the wording slightly. [25:34.020 --> 25:36.500] But I guess the answer is- [25:36.500 --> 25:39.300] Is it a grand jury? [25:39.300 --> 25:40.300] Yeah. [25:40.300 --> 25:43.060] Yeah, I'm speaking to grand jury. [25:43.060 --> 25:45.220] I'm not speaking to petty jury. [25:45.220 --> 25:46.220] So 304- [25:46.220 --> 25:47.220] But as a petty- [25:47.220 --> 25:48.220] Go ahead. [25:48.220 --> 25:49.220] No, no. [25:49.220 --> 25:50.220] Go ahead. [25:50.220 --> 25:51.220] Oh. [25:51.220 --> 25:56.500] 304 says, presentment of indictment entered in record, that the defendant's in custody [25:56.500 --> 25:57.500] or under bond. [25:57.500 --> 26:00.500] I think that you might be looking at the 0.51. [26:00.500 --> 26:01.500] You might be right. [26:01.500 --> 26:05.540] It's up close to the top and it's saying the duties of the grand jury, the grand jury [26:05.540 --> 26:10.820] shall inquire into all offenses subject to indictment of which any grand juror may have [26:10.820 --> 26:16.660] knowledge or of which the grand jury is informed by the attorney representing the state or [26:16.660 --> 26:18.980] by any other credible person. [26:18.980 --> 26:19.980] Okay. [26:19.980 --> 26:25.780] But what if it's not a grand jury, but just a jury, just like a little jury trial? [26:25.780 --> 26:33.340] You're a citizen in a republic and you have a duty to report crime. [26:33.340 --> 26:35.220] Okay. [26:35.220 --> 26:46.340] Anyone tells you not to report crime, then you go to 3605, 3606 penal code, witness tampering, [26:46.340 --> 26:47.340] obstruction. [26:47.340 --> 26:48.340] Okay. [26:48.340 --> 26:57.020] So just as a theoretical, for instance, thing, it's like some critical evidence is being [26:57.020 --> 27:03.500] brought up and the judge says the jury will disregard that information and you know that [27:03.500 --> 27:08.580] that's wrong for us to disregard that information. [27:08.580 --> 27:09.580] What do you... [27:09.580 --> 27:10.580] Make up a... [27:10.580 --> 27:13.420] Write up a criminal complaint and give it to the bailiff. [27:13.420 --> 27:14.420] Okay. [27:14.420 --> 27:15.420] All right. [27:15.420 --> 27:22.460] And direct the bailiff to give notice to some magistrate. [27:22.460 --> 27:27.460] That's 2.13, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. [27:27.460 --> 27:38.420] It is the duty of a peace officer to keep the peace in the county, 2.13 paragraph C, [27:38.420 --> 27:46.580] give notice to some magistrate of all offenses that he's knowledgeable of. [27:46.580 --> 27:48.580] I forget the exact word. [27:48.580 --> 27:51.620] But it commands him to give notice to some magistrate. [27:51.620 --> 27:57.180] It doesn't say he may, might, or can't if he wants to, and this is important because [27:57.180 --> 28:05.180] if a public official is directed to do a certain thing and they don't do that certain thing [28:05.180 --> 28:11.420] and they're a failure to do that certain thing, let's say it denies you in the equal protection [28:11.420 --> 28:19.300] of the laws of the state of Texas, that's a crime on their part and they have no immunity. [28:19.300 --> 28:20.300] Okay. [28:20.300 --> 28:28.500] That's a particular, if they fail to do something they're commanded to do, then they have no [28:28.500 --> 28:29.500] immunity. [28:29.500 --> 28:30.500] Right. [28:30.500 --> 28:31.500] Okay. [28:31.500 --> 28:35.700] Well, that is good to know. [28:35.700 --> 28:36.700] Thank you so much, you guys. [28:36.700 --> 28:39.500] I'm going to be listening to the rest of the show now. [28:39.500 --> 28:43.100] Oh, I hope you're on a jury and you get to do that. [28:43.100 --> 28:46.660] That would be so much fun. [28:46.660 --> 28:48.860] I know it would. [28:48.860 --> 28:53.500] Have you ever seen, have you ever seen that little chicken dance that police officers [28:53.500 --> 28:57.180] and others do? [28:57.180 --> 29:04.620] You call 911, when a police officer gets an attitude, you dial 911 and then when your [29:04.620 --> 29:11.060] officer shows up to respond to your 911 call and you tell him to arrest that other officer, [29:11.060 --> 29:15.420] watch him, he'll start shifting from one foot to the other. [29:15.420 --> 29:18.820] Well, I can't arrest him. [29:18.820 --> 29:23.740] See, sure you can, just drag him off the chair. [29:23.740 --> 29:32.060] I know you give us all strength, Randy, you do, you and Brent both. [29:32.060 --> 29:35.020] We're not kidding when we say this gets to be fun. [29:35.020 --> 29:36.500] I know. [29:36.500 --> 29:41.620] You've got, you've got this situation where people have lowered their power over you your [29:41.620 --> 29:52.700] whole life and then once you figure it out, it was all horse manure, it is so much fun [29:52.700 --> 30:02.500] to take it back to a, okay. [30:02.500 --> 30:06.100] It's clear cell phones have changed the way we live and work, but have they negatively [30:06.100 --> 30:07.100] affected our health? [30:07.100 --> 30:11.260] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be back in just a moment with new findings about how [30:11.260 --> 30:15.580] cell phones may actually alter our brain chemistry. [30:15.580 --> 30:17.180] Privacy is under attack. [30:17.180 --> 30:21.580] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again and once your privacy [30:21.580 --> 30:25.560] is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [30:25.560 --> 30:30.620] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [30:30.620 --> 30:33.320] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [30:33.320 --> 30:37.620] This public service announcement is brought to you by Startpage.com, the private search [30:37.620 --> 30:41.140] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo and Bing. [30:41.140 --> 30:44.980] Start over with Startpage. [30:44.980 --> 30:49.180] Cell phones emit radio frequency energy, it's a fact, but whether it's dangerous to have [30:49.180 --> 30:53.020] a phone beaming this kind of radiation near your head has been disputed. [30:53.020 --> 30:57.060] Some have blamed it for brain tumors, while cell phone companies have downplayed concerns. [30:57.060 --> 31:01.460] Well, now the Journal of the American Medical Association is confirming that cell phones [31:01.460 --> 31:02.700] affect brain chemistry. [31:02.700 --> 31:08.100] A study of 47 volunteers showed that glucose metabolism in the area of the brain closest [31:08.100 --> 31:11.780] to the cell phone antenna increases when the cell phone is on. [31:11.780 --> 31:16.060] While researchers aren't sure whether this exposure causes damage, I'm not taking any [31:16.060 --> 31:17.060] chances. [31:17.060 --> 31:20.300] I just keep the phone far from my body and I use a corded headset. [31:20.300 --> 31:30.580] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [31:30.580 --> 31:31.580] I lost my son. [31:31.580 --> 31:32.580] My nephew. [31:32.580 --> 31:33.580] My uncle. [31:33.580 --> 31:34.580] My son. [31:34.580 --> 31:35.580] On September 11th, 2001. [31:35.580 --> 31:38.820] Most people don't know that a third tower fell on September 11th. [31:38.820 --> 31:42.940] World Trade Center 7, a 47-story skyscraper, was not hit by a plane. [31:42.940 --> 31:46.780] Although the official explanation is that fire brought down Building 7. [31:46.780 --> 31:51.580] Over 1,200 architects and engineers have looked into the evidence and believe there is more [31:51.580 --> 31:52.580] to the story. [31:52.580 --> 31:53.980] Bring justice to my son. [31:53.980 --> 31:54.980] My uncle. [31:54.980 --> 31:55.980] My nephew. [31:55.980 --> 31:56.980] My son. [31:56.980 --> 31:57.980] Go to buildingwhat.org. [31:57.980 --> 32:01.720] Why it fell, why it matters, and what you can do. [32:01.720 --> 32:06.060] Are you looking to have a closer relationship with God and a better understanding of His [32:06.060 --> 32:07.060] Word? [32:44.420 --> 32:48.720] Our goal is to strengthen our faith and to transform ourselves more into the likeness [32:48.720 --> 32:51.020] of our Lord and Savior Jesus. [32:51.020 --> 32:57.660] So tune in to Scripture Talk live on LogosRadioNetwork.com Wednesdays from 8 to 10 p.m. to inspire and [32:57.660 --> 33:00.100] motivate your studies of the Scriptures. [33:00.100 --> 33:10.100] You're listening to the LogosRadioNetwork at LogosRadioNetwork.com. [33:30.100 --> 33:51.100] We're listening to the LogosRadioNetwork at LogosRadioNetwork.com. [33:51.100 --> 34:19.860] Okay, howdy, howdy, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Root of Law Radio. [34:19.860 --> 34:26.340] I have been planning on having Dr. Joe come on. [34:26.340 --> 34:31.260] Most of you know that I've been working with Dr. Joe on the stem cell project and some [34:31.260 --> 34:33.980] other things. [34:33.980 --> 34:38.700] When I came across Dr. Joe, he was absolutely the most knowledgeable human being I've ever [34:38.700 --> 34:39.700] come across. [34:39.700 --> 34:46.020] And we're going to have him come on today and talk about physiologic healthcare and [34:46.020 --> 34:47.020] the healing process. [34:47.020 --> 34:48.020] Hello, Dr. Joe. [34:48.020 --> 34:53.020] Hello there, Randy Kelton. [34:53.020 --> 34:59.140] Okay, take it away. [34:59.140 --> 35:05.100] We're going to talk about physiologic healthcare, is that correct? [35:05.100 --> 35:06.100] That's correct. [35:06.100 --> 35:12.820] Well, what would happen if you took all the world's healing arts and you did your very [35:12.820 --> 35:19.460] best to extract the underlying principles and then you put all of those underlying principles [35:19.460 --> 35:27.860] together and made a formal theoretical model that would guide you toward understanding [35:27.860 --> 35:37.620] what occurs for disease and help you understand exactly what's going on and how to help people [35:37.620 --> 35:39.620] with the problems? [35:39.620 --> 35:42.740] Does that make sense? [35:42.740 --> 35:52.540] I think if you did that, the allopathic healthcare system would come after you with a vengeance. [35:52.540 --> 35:58.300] Well, let's say they wouldn't look real kind on it. [35:58.300 --> 36:05.060] It's a profit-driven system, and there's really nothing wrong with that except where the profits [36:05.060 --> 36:10.140] get in the way of really helping sick people get well. [36:10.140 --> 36:11.140] Exactly. [36:11.140 --> 36:16.300] Okay, Dr. Joe is really surprising. [36:16.300 --> 36:21.380] I've got a spot on the right side of my nose, right at the base of my nose, where you can [36:21.380 --> 36:26.220] see little red lines, little veins sticking up from it. [36:26.220 --> 36:32.100] He took one look at that and knew exactly what that meant. [36:32.100 --> 36:35.580] Doctors don't know this stuff means anything. [36:35.580 --> 36:40.740] Will you tell them what that meant, Dr. Joe? [36:40.740 --> 36:50.900] The concept of diagnosis has got a huge upside and a huge downside. [36:50.900 --> 36:55.020] In order to really help people, we have to know for sure what's going on and what's wrong [36:55.020 --> 36:57.380] with them, correct? [36:57.380 --> 36:58.900] Yes. [36:58.900 --> 37:02.860] That means a definitive diagnosis. [37:02.860 --> 37:08.100] But many years ago, when I was a student, I noticed that a lot of definitive diagnoses [37:08.100 --> 37:10.780] didn't define anything. [37:10.780 --> 37:14.900] For example, have you heard the term angina pectoris? [37:14.900 --> 37:15.900] Yes. [37:15.900 --> 37:22.340] It's Latin, and people often get it when they have heart problems, and it means nothing [37:22.340 --> 37:26.220] more nor less than pain in the chest. [37:26.220 --> 37:33.340] But since it's in Latin, it passes for a definitive diagnosis, and it's not. [37:33.340 --> 37:39.880] So when I looked at the field of diagnosis, I began to realize that many concepts were [37:39.880 --> 37:45.100] left out of the past when we didn't have much knowledge. [37:45.100 --> 37:50.860] And I began to look at the overall formal concept of health and disease as something [37:50.860 --> 37:55.860] that mankind has struggled with for untold centuries. [37:55.860 --> 38:02.820] And I decided to make use of all the knowledge and find out how it all fits together and [38:02.820 --> 38:06.620] how it all made sense. [38:06.620 --> 38:11.100] So for example, the Chinese would take a look at the nose. [38:11.100 --> 38:15.020] The nose is located in the center of the face, correct? [38:15.020 --> 38:16.020] Yes. [38:16.020 --> 38:23.860] And they said, well, in the body, the heart is located in the center of the body. [38:23.860 --> 38:31.220] And they made a correlation between the condition of the nose and the condition of the heart. [38:31.220 --> 38:37.540] And they said if there are expanded blood vessels in the nose, then in all probability [38:37.540 --> 38:41.520] in the heart, there's high blood pressure. [38:41.520 --> 38:48.700] And the high blood pressure is a danger, a clear and present danger to your health. [38:48.700 --> 38:54.820] But it can be very, very easily seen quite frequently by looking at the condition of [38:54.820 --> 38:55.820] the nose. [38:55.820 --> 39:02.180] And so when you see a fellow who drinks too much and he has a big red nose and he laughs [39:02.180 --> 39:08.940] a lot and he's overweight, and what is he characteristically going to go and see the [39:08.940 --> 39:12.220] medical doctor for? [39:12.220 --> 39:19.420] High blood pressure and ultimately cardiovascular disease, which is very, very common. [39:19.420 --> 39:26.100] So when you look at the world's healing arts and you look at allopathic medicine, which [39:26.100 --> 39:33.260] we use, and you look at osteopathic medicine, which we use but not quite as frequently, [39:33.260 --> 39:40.700] and you look at chiropractic biomechanics and analysis, and you look at ancient Chinese [39:40.700 --> 39:48.480] medicine, and you look at ancient Indian Ayurvedic medicine, and you look at Western herbal medicine, [39:48.480 --> 39:53.720] and you look at Eastern herbal medicine, and you look at free radical pathology theory [39:53.720 --> 40:01.620] and molecular biology and cell biology, and you take the formal patterns and extract them [40:01.620 --> 40:08.060] and assemble them into a building, and when you walk into that building, everything makes [40:08.060 --> 40:09.860] sense. [40:09.860 --> 40:18.260] When you learn to see diagnosis as an ancient Chinese doctor and as well a modern day doctor [40:18.260 --> 40:24.300] and as well a person who takes x-rays and as well a person who does blood chemistry, [40:24.300 --> 40:31.120] you can correlate all of the information and in my experience come up with a superior plan [40:31.120 --> 40:39.180] of treatment, a superior and more precise diagnosis and a superior plan of treatment. [40:39.180 --> 40:45.220] And that's what I call physiologic healthcare, the study of the structure of the healing [40:45.220 --> 40:49.860] process. [40:49.860 --> 40:57.340] And where would you look to find a practitioner of this particular process? [40:57.340 --> 41:04.260] Well, you'd have to find someone who as an avocation just loves the healing arts, loves [41:04.260 --> 41:13.020] the concept of being in a position to truly understand health and disease from a very [41:13.020 --> 41:14.020] deep standpoint. [41:14.020 --> 41:17.060] And there aren't many of them around, but there are a few. [41:17.060 --> 41:18.060] There are some. [41:18.060 --> 41:23.980] There are some doctors in China and there are some doctors in Japan and doctors in Korea [41:23.980 --> 41:30.900] who were trained both in the Western medical allopathic model and as well the acupuncture [41:30.900 --> 41:33.660] model and the herbal model. [41:33.660 --> 41:38.740] And we've heard over and over again, let your food be your medicine. [41:38.740 --> 41:41.820] So the concepts are out there. [41:41.820 --> 41:48.340] They have to be organized into a coherent model so that you can use that information [41:48.340 --> 41:52.700] when you're diagnosing or working with any patient. [41:52.700 --> 41:54.740] That makes sense to you. [41:54.740 --> 42:04.260] It makes sense, but it is so sophisticated that it brings the question to mind, where [42:04.260 --> 42:12.300] do I find someone who can, a practitioner who can use this, where I can take advantage [42:12.300 --> 42:13.300] of it? [42:13.300 --> 42:19.660] In my experience, Dr. Joe is so far beyond everyone else I've seen that it's kind of [42:19.660 --> 42:22.300] frustrating because there's nobody else. [42:22.300 --> 42:28.500] Well, excuse me, isn't this Randy Kelton's Rule of Law radio known for its sophistication [42:28.500 --> 42:31.420] and the sophistication of the people on? [42:31.420 --> 42:32.420] Yes. [42:32.420 --> 42:35.860] I mean, I'm here. [42:35.860 --> 42:44.060] It's a new concept, Randy, and I'll tell you where it came from. [42:44.060 --> 42:52.580] Way back in the day, about 1978, I was married and we had two little boys and we had a third [42:52.580 --> 43:01.760] child and the third child was born with a strange disease known as histiocytosis X. [43:01.760 --> 43:08.780] Sometimes referred to as Hans Christian Schiller's disease and it's an autoimmune disease and [43:08.780 --> 43:11.980] no one could diagnose it. [43:11.980 --> 43:17.820] We took our little boy from doctor to doctor and ultimately we took him to Mary Imogene [43:17.820 --> 43:25.980] Bastard Hospital in Cooperstown, New York, known for their ability to make diagnoses. [43:25.980 --> 43:29.620] They sat us in a room and they announced, they said, we're going to tell you what's [43:29.620 --> 43:34.940] going on with your little boy and I had been just out of school for a few years and I was [43:34.940 --> 43:43.180] really up on my book learning and they told us that our little boy Jeremiah had histiocytosis [43:43.180 --> 43:47.780] X and I jumped out of the chair and I said, you mean to tell me my son has Hans Christian [43:47.780 --> 43:48.780] Schiller's disease? [43:48.780 --> 43:51.820] And they looked at me and they said, how on earth did you know about this? [43:51.820 --> 43:52.820] It's a very rare disease. [43:52.820 --> 43:53.820] Okay. [43:53.820 --> 43:57.620] I said, hang on, Dr. Joe, we're about to go to our sponsors, Randy Kelton, Bret Fountain [43:57.620 --> 44:00.620] Radio, we'll be right back. [47:03.180 --> 47:06.180] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Wheel of Love Radio. [47:06.180 --> 47:08.180] And we're talking to Dr. Joe. [47:08.180 --> 47:14.180] And when we went out, you were talking about Hans Christian Schuler disease. [47:14.180 --> 47:18.180] My little boy had that and he was so sick. [47:18.180 --> 47:23.180] And that spurred me to study everything I could about health. [47:23.180 --> 47:30.180] And I read and I read and I studied and I studied and we had him through a program. [47:30.180 --> 47:32.180] And I improved his diet. [47:32.180 --> 47:37.180] I improved everything that I could pertaining to his health. [47:37.180 --> 47:42.180] And years later, his brother, who became a medical doctor, came to me and said, [47:42.180 --> 47:45.180] Dad, my brother Jeremiah is still alive. [47:45.180 --> 47:47.180] I said, yes, he is. [47:47.180 --> 47:50.180] And the MD said to me, Dad, they almost all died. [47:50.180 --> 47:54.180] What on earth did you do to help him? [47:54.180 --> 48:01.180] And the long story was I studied everything I could find from every healing tradition. [48:01.180 --> 48:06.180] And I put all of those principles together in an organized whole, [48:06.180 --> 48:13.180] and I call it Physiologic Health Care, the study of the structure of the healing process. [48:13.180 --> 48:21.180] Well, what you didn't tell everybody is that you were the youngest instructor for speed reading. [48:21.180 --> 48:23.180] That was speed reading. [48:23.180 --> 48:27.180] Back in the day. [48:27.180 --> 48:34.180] So you read the whole library for which college? [48:34.180 --> 48:37.180] Oh, Randy, those are the days. [48:37.180 --> 48:44.180] I read as many books as I could and I read as close to an entire medical college library [48:44.180 --> 48:47.180] that I could get my hands on. [48:47.180 --> 48:50.180] I read and read and read and read and read. [48:50.180 --> 48:55.180] And at the time I was at the Northwestern College of Chiropractic, [48:55.180 --> 48:58.180] and they had a wonderful library. [48:58.180 --> 49:00.180] I made use of that. [49:00.180 --> 49:05.180] I made use of the University of Minnesota Medical School Library. [49:05.180 --> 49:12.180] I read everything I could get my hands on to help my little boy. [49:12.180 --> 49:15.180] And he's still alive, right? [49:15.180 --> 49:24.180] He became a weightlifter and a bodybuilder, and he eventually got into MMA, and he's not only alive. [49:24.180 --> 49:32.180] He has two little girls of his own, a nice wife, and he's as healthy as a horse. [49:32.180 --> 49:44.180] And in our family, from time to time, I'm acknowledged as having made a very significant contribution to his health. [49:44.180 --> 49:49.180] I have watched Dr. Joe do things that I almost couldn't believe. [49:49.180 --> 49:52.180] Tell them about my nose. [49:52.180 --> 49:56.180] What did you deduce from that spot on my nose? [49:56.180 --> 50:04.180] Well, if you look at a chart of acupuncture, acupuncture points are both diagnostic and therapeutic. [50:04.180 --> 50:13.180] In other words, if you've got a sore elbow, you can treat the acupuncture points for the elbow. [50:13.180 --> 50:21.180] But when you push on them and there's tenderness, it tells you that on the inside a certain organ is having problems. [50:21.180 --> 50:33.180] In particular, people will be somewhat constipated, and it will show up ultimately as a pain on their large intestine, point number 9, 10, or 11. [50:33.180 --> 50:45.180] If you look on the chart of acupuncture, the last point on the acupuncture chart for the large intestine is at the side of the nose bilaterally on both sides. [50:45.180 --> 50:54.180] So it was obvious to me when I looked at you that you had a lesion on the side of your face, next to your nose, [50:54.180 --> 51:05.180] and it is characteristic when people have problems with an ileocecal valve, the valve that controls the movement of waste through the intestines. [51:05.180 --> 51:14.180] And so I asked you about it, and you looked at me like I scared you to death, and you said, yes, how on earth did you know that? [51:14.180 --> 51:28.180] And any doctor who's studied acupuncture to a very significant degree would be able to look at a person and say, there's a potential problem here, I need to investigate further. [51:28.180 --> 51:34.180] You can tell him, this guy is full of... [51:34.180 --> 51:44.180] He came to the town that I live in, I brought him out to Boyd with me, and there was a woman that worked at the convenience store there, [51:44.180 --> 51:50.180] and I shook hands with her, and I noticed her palm was cold and clammy, and I had seen Dr. Joe do this several times. [51:50.180 --> 51:59.180] He shook hands with her, and then he felt her palm, and he asked her, have you ever had a problem with your thyroid? [51:59.180 --> 52:09.180] And she was absolutely taken aback. She said, well, I had part of my thyroid removed. [52:09.180 --> 52:13.180] So how did you know that, Dr. Joe? [52:13.180 --> 52:29.180] Who knows what evil lurks? The diagnostic patterning of ancient Oriental medicine, sometimes known as Boshin Jutsu, is so extraordinarily useful. [52:29.180 --> 52:40.180] But when I look at people and I try to help them with their health, I stack all of these various technologies on top of each other and use them all. [52:40.180 --> 52:48.180] If I was to take a person and say, let's work on your health, I would use all of the techniques of Oriental medicine, [52:48.180 --> 52:56.180] and then I would order a lab test, and we would do a medical physical examination, and we would get some x-rays. [52:56.180 --> 53:04.180] And when you put all of these extraordinarily valuable standalone technologies, when you put them all together, [53:04.180 --> 53:11.180] you can develop an overall picture of a person's health that really has a marvelous depth, [53:11.180 --> 53:20.180] and which many times will help them when no other approach has succeeded. Does that make sense? [53:20.180 --> 53:29.180] That makes absolute sense. And I've been talking to this audience about a tool that I've developed. [53:29.180 --> 53:40.180] I call it the Legal Earth Project, that it is intended to capture the entire knowledge base of lawyers, [53:40.180 --> 53:50.180] and then make that knowledge base available to the individual, essentially eliminate the profession of lawyer and get lawyers to pay me to do it. [53:50.180 --> 54:05.180] Well, when I talked to Dr. Joe, his depth of knowledge was so deep that I want to use my tool to capture his knowledge base. [54:05.180 --> 54:17.180] I started this project with law because law is closed. We know all the questions. We know all the answers. [54:17.180 --> 54:26.180] Because we made it all up. When I looked at medicine, there's stuff we simply don't know. [54:26.180 --> 54:36.180] And I have tools for addressing what we do know, but I didn't have the tool for addressing those gaps in our knowledge. [54:36.180 --> 54:52.180] I looked at what Dr. Joe is doing, and there may be gaps in his knowledge, but the knowledge is so sophisticated that the gaps are absolutely minor. [54:52.180 --> 55:07.180] And we are working towards starting to build a set of questionnaires to extract Dr. Joe's knowledge into one knowledge base, [55:07.180 --> 55:15.180] where you can go onto a website we're putting together, and it'll just start asking you questions. [55:15.180 --> 55:23.180] Now, the database will be huge, but the individual won't see all of this stuff that doesn't apply to him. [55:23.180 --> 55:30.180] They'll only see what applies to him specifically. It's like 20 questions on steroids. [55:30.180 --> 55:42.180] So that's why I wanted Dr. Joe on. I wanted to give you a demonstration of the kind of knowledge that's available that's out there. [55:42.180 --> 55:55.180] The idea of sorting through enormous amounts of information rapidly and efficiently to identify where the probability that the problem is very high. [55:55.180 --> 56:06.180] That's very attractive to me because, as you know, when people get sick, the various tests they go through many times don't disclose. [56:06.180 --> 56:12.180] It doesn't give them an overall direction to go or a way to get there. [56:12.180 --> 56:21.180] In the Oriental medicine, you have all of the internal organs, lungs, large intestine, stomach, spleen, heart, small intestine, [56:21.180 --> 56:33.180] bladder, kidney, gallbladder, liver, thyroid, adrenals, pituitary, and gonads, and there are a specific set of questions for each one of those. [56:33.180 --> 56:41.180] As we narrow down, we ask more questions and we narrow down where the problem may be. [56:41.180 --> 56:50.180] That would be enormously helpful to a medical practitioner in helping people get well. [56:50.180 --> 57:04.180] Yes, and the thing that motivated me is on my desk here I've got a whole bunch of vitamins and minerals and all kind of pills and liquids and stuff to take. [57:04.180 --> 57:11.180] But I look at all that stuff and I say, oh, this is good for something and that's good for something and that over there is good for something else. [57:11.180 --> 57:23.180] But I really don't have anything to tell me you should take this particular group. I don't have anything for that. [57:23.180 --> 57:34.180] People keep coming to me with all kind of stuff that does all kind of magic things, but I don't have any real reason to take any one particular one over the other. [57:34.180 --> 57:39.180] And that was my motivation in talking to Dr. Joe about this. [57:39.180 --> 57:47.180] He can help us build a questionnaire that will say for you, you the singular individual, [57:47.180 --> 57:57.180] the indications are that you have weaknesses or potentials for problems in these particular areas. [57:57.180 --> 58:06.180] And if you take these particular remedies, it will tend to stay any problems in those areas. [58:06.180 --> 58:13.180] And they have a really good reason for taking what you're taking instead of just listening to all the advertisements [58:13.180 --> 58:20.180] and every time something new comes up, you go buy it and take it for a while and then quit. [58:20.180 --> 58:22.180] Does that make sense, Dr. Joe? [58:22.180 --> 58:31.180] Absolutely. What we need is we need to take all of this information and put it together in a way that is comprehensible [58:31.180 --> 58:41.180] so that it makes sense and it directly leads you in as few a number of steps as possible to a proper diagnosis and plan of treatment. [58:41.180 --> 58:47.180] And it's doable. Now that we have computer science, we're going to apply computer science. [58:47.180 --> 58:50.180] Hang on, we're about to go to a break. [58:50.180 --> 58:54.180] Would you like to make more definite progress in your walk with God? [01:00:05.180 --> 01:00:08.180] They guarantee the specific freedoms Americans should know and protect. [01:00:08.180 --> 01:00:10.180] Our liberty depends on it. [01:00:10.180 --> 01:00:16.180] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be right back with an unforgettable way to remember one of your constitutional rights. [01:00:40.180 --> 01:00:43.180] This is an alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [01:00:43.180 --> 01:00:46.180] Start over with Startpage. [01:00:46.180 --> 01:00:49.180] Imagine your mom and dad are getting ready for bed. [01:00:49.180 --> 01:00:52.180] They pull back the covers and find a third party there. [01:00:52.180 --> 01:00:55.180] He announces, I'm with the military and I'm sleeping here tonight. [01:00:55.180 --> 01:01:01.180] That shocking image of a third party in my parents' bed reminds me what the Third Amendment was designed to prevent. [01:01:01.180 --> 01:01:07.180] It protects us from being forced to share our homes with soldiers, a common demand in the days of our founding fathers. [01:01:07.180 --> 01:01:09.180] Third party, Third Amendment? [01:01:09.180 --> 01:01:17.180] So if you answer a knock at your door and guys in fatigues demand lodging, tell them to dust off their copy of the Bill of Rights and re-read the Third Amendment. [01:01:17.180 --> 01:01:31.180] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:01:31.180 --> 01:01:35.180] The Bill of Rights contains the first ten amendments of our Constitution. [01:01:35.180 --> 01:01:40.180] They guarantee the specific freedoms Americans should know and protect. Our liberty depends on it. [01:01:40.180 --> 01:01:46.180] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be right back with an unforgettable way to remember one of your constitutional rights. [01:01:46.180 --> 01:01:52.180] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:01:52.180 --> 01:01:57.180] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:01:57.180 --> 01:02:02.180] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [01:02:02.180 --> 01:02:05.180] Privacy. It's worth hanging on to. [01:02:05.180 --> 01:02:12.180] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [01:02:12.180 --> 01:02:16.180] Start over with StartPage. [01:02:16.180 --> 01:02:22.180] Imagine four eyes staring at you through binoculars, a magnifying glass, or a pair of x-ray goggles. [01:02:22.180 --> 01:02:27.180] That imagery reminds me that the Fourth Amendment guarantees Americans freedom from unreasonable search and seizure. [01:02:27.180 --> 01:02:31.180] Fourth Amendment? Four eyes staring at you? Get it? [01:02:31.180 --> 01:02:35.180] Unfortunately, the government is trampling our Fourth Amendment rights in the name of security. [01:02:35.180 --> 01:02:40.180] Case in point, TSA airport scanners that peer under your clothing. [01:02:40.180 --> 01:02:47.180] When government employees demand a peep at your privates without probable cause, I say it's time to sound the constitutional alarm bells. [01:02:47.180 --> 01:02:54.180] Join me in asking our representatives to dust off the Bill of Rights and use their googly eyes to take a gander at the Fourth. [01:02:54.180 --> 01:03:01.180] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:03:24.180 --> 01:03:29.180] Okay, we are back. [01:03:29.180 --> 01:03:57.180] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio. [01:03:57.180 --> 01:04:02.180] And Brett reminded us on the break of something we missed. [01:04:02.180 --> 01:04:18.180] Since we were talking about the Elio SQL valve and how it backs up stuff in your system, he let us know that that absolutely confirmed that we were full of it. [01:04:18.180 --> 01:04:21.180] I won't repeat what I told him. [01:04:21.180 --> 01:04:27.180] Okay, we're going to go to our callers. And if you have a question for Dr. Joe, give us a call. [01:04:27.180 --> 01:04:34.180] 512-646-1984. We're going to go to Chris in somewhere. [01:04:34.180 --> 01:04:41.180] Where are you at, Chris? 469, that's Dallas Fort Worth area. [01:04:41.180 --> 01:04:48.180] Talk to us, Chris. [01:04:48.180 --> 01:04:51.180] Hello. [01:04:51.180 --> 01:04:57.180] Are you there? Did we put you to sleep? [01:04:57.180 --> 01:05:05.180] Okay, this is a problem because someone gets on the line and we can't knock them off. [01:05:05.180 --> 01:05:09.180] So if you know, like if he fell asleep or something, we can't clear that line. [01:05:09.180 --> 01:05:21.180] So when you're on, when we bring you up, once we hang up, once we stop talking to you, hang up your phone and then call back on the listener line. [01:05:21.180 --> 01:05:27.180] That way we will, it'll clear line so other people can call in. [01:05:27.180 --> 01:05:33.180] Chris, if you can hear us, we can't hear you. So try hanging up and calling back. [01:05:33.180 --> 01:05:39.180] Okay, now we're going to go to Scott in Texas. Hello, Scott. [01:05:39.180 --> 01:05:43.180] Well, hello. How are you all doing today? [01:05:43.180 --> 01:05:51.180] We're doing good. And tell us you got a question on point for Dr. Joe. [01:05:51.180 --> 01:06:06.180] Well, you know, shoot, that was kind of because I didn't know he was going to be coming on because I was going to talk about how they're attempting to take the criminal case going. [01:06:06.180 --> 01:06:15.180] Wait a minute, wait a minute. Before you talk about that, tell us about the silver bars you're having made up. [01:06:15.180 --> 01:06:32.180] Oh, well, I have, I have a YouTube channel, it's just Snafu Radio. And I'm showing, I'm working for an outlet now where we had some custom bars made that has a picture of Trump on the bar. [01:06:32.180 --> 01:06:38.180] And it's a little 10 ounce bar. And it's about the size of a matchbox. [01:06:38.180 --> 01:06:42.180] Yeah, but you need to tell them it's silver. [01:06:42.180 --> 01:06:52.180] Oh, it is silver. It's 99.999 silver. So it's pure silver. It's bullion. It's bullion silver bar. [01:06:52.180 --> 01:07:05.180] And these things are about an inch and a quarter wide, about maybe two and a quarter long and about a half an inch thick. And they weigh just a little over half a pound. [01:07:05.180 --> 01:07:17.180] And it has a picture of Trump and Snafu Radio underneath that. And then it says silver, three nines, one troy ounce basically. [01:07:17.180 --> 01:07:36.180] And these things are outstanding the way they came out. And they're really, really cool. And so far, I've put quite a few out there already sold that are just selling like hotcakes. [01:07:36.180 --> 01:07:47.180] So if anybody's interested, they could call me up. If you want me, I can give you my phone number out or an email address or something. [01:07:47.180 --> 01:07:56.180] But these are some really interesting things that people should really pay attention to as far as silver. [01:07:56.180 --> 01:08:07.180] And Dr. Joe, I know he's a big silver buff too. So, you know, constitutional money. The Constitution was based on silver. [01:08:07.180 --> 01:08:14.180] OK, hold on. If anybody is interested, send me an email. I will forward it to Scott. [01:08:14.180 --> 01:08:32.180] Yeah, you can do that. And so these things and if you decide you want to do that, then I can help get Randy a little bit of funds back to him and help support the channel and what you're doing on his part for helping everybody. [01:08:32.180 --> 01:08:47.180] OK, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. Just so everybody knows, Scott and I hadn't talked about that. I kind of bushwhacked him with this. I'm not promoting this because I might get some income back. [01:08:47.180 --> 01:08:56.180] I thought this was a really cool idea. Scott wants to throw some money our way. That's OK, because the network needs all it can get to keep it going. [01:08:56.180 --> 01:09:08.180] If I get some income for the network, Deborah will double my salary. Oh, you get double zero. Yeah, she doubled last week too. [01:09:08.180 --> 01:09:21.180] OK, anyway, just so this is I went to that because I thought it was a great idea, not because I'm trying to foster something. We're not a commercial station here. [01:09:21.180 --> 01:09:36.180] OK, I'll shut up. No, I really like these. And so far I've sold one thousand two hundred and thirty four bars in two weeks. [01:09:36.180 --> 01:09:48.180] Really, if you're really interested in something, it's a novelty. It's a one of a kind. I own the artwork. So you can't get these. How many? How many do you have left? [01:09:48.180 --> 01:10:00.180] Oh, shoot. We burn through the rest of this. They'll print up another thousand bars so I can get I have unlimited amount as long as, you know, they keep selling. [01:10:00.180 --> 01:10:11.180] They'll keep stamping these things out and they stamp them out a thousand at a time. So I've got, you know, whatever two hundred and thirty four minus a thousand is. [01:10:11.180 --> 01:10:20.180] So, you know, you're talking seven hundred bars basically a little over. So I got plenty. So there's plenty of them out there. [01:10:20.180 --> 01:10:25.180] And if you're interested, just get in touch with Randy and that would be you would really. [01:10:25.180 --> 01:10:32.180] This is something that is going to be a novelty item because like I say, nobody has this anywhere. [01:10:32.180 --> 01:10:42.180] So they're really cool. And I'm really proud of them. Took me three months to design and get it pushed through and to get the dies made and all this other stuff. [01:10:42.180 --> 01:10:49.180] So it took a long time. But right now is a really good time. Silvers are a really good price too. [01:10:49.180 --> 01:11:02.180] So that's the story on that. Now, as far as, you know, with Dr. Joe, I know Dr. Joe, I met him in person. [01:11:02.180 --> 01:11:10.180] We've had breakfast many times and Randy's pretty well almost hoodwinked me into buying breakfast this Sunday before they head on down to Victoria. [01:11:10.180 --> 01:11:18.180] But you ought to hear him whine when he has to pay. I know it's horrible. Oh, it's horrible. [01:11:18.180 --> 01:11:26.180] But talking with Dr. Joe is depth of knowledge is expensive beyond imagination. [01:11:26.180 --> 01:11:34.180] And I've actually gone through some of the stem cell stuff and it's it's very unique. [01:11:34.180 --> 01:11:43.180] And once you kind of do it, a lot of the older people, and I've mentioned this to Doc a few times, it's like it's really hard. [01:11:43.180 --> 01:11:51.180] I'm really healthy and I work out all the time. And so it's it's kind of hard for me to notice any changes. [01:11:51.180 --> 01:11:59.180] And when we went and had breakfast last week, you know, I was like, Doc, you know, it's just so hard for me to notice anything. [01:11:59.180 --> 01:12:09.180] He says you're really, really healthy. But one thing that it's doing is extending your life and you don't even really realize it yet. [01:12:09.180 --> 01:12:17.180] And talking to him and listening to Randy and, you know, how their results are just dramatic. [01:12:17.180 --> 01:12:25.180] That when somebody that has chronic conditions, especially, they notice changes immediately. [01:12:25.180 --> 01:12:33.180] They benefit from it just almost immediately, which is outstanding for them. [01:12:33.180 --> 01:12:44.180] As for my case, I can only say that I've noticed a few things like joints kind of getting tighter and things like that. [01:12:44.180 --> 01:12:55.180] It's it's real subtle for me. So but knowing that you're basically pumping in your your own stem cells right back into you. [01:12:55.180 --> 01:13:04.180] And you're getting it's like 10,000 percent increase in your own cells. [01:13:04.180 --> 01:13:12.180] You know that it's repairing things in your body that have Dagger, Dagger dated over Dagger dated. [01:13:12.180 --> 01:13:22.180] I can't even say the word, but anyhow, have degenerated over time and it's it's making these subtle repairs. [01:13:22.180 --> 01:13:26.180] So to me, it's extremely beneficial. [01:13:26.180 --> 01:13:40.180] And I really want to that's something I want to keep going on with to keep from having your body slowly disintegrate as you age. [01:13:40.180 --> 01:13:44.180] So for me, I think it's really beneficial. [01:13:44.180 --> 01:14:03.180] And talking with Doc and knowing him, you know, not as well as Randy, practically, but hanging out with and listening to some of the stories and the things like that have really benefited in my own personal knowledge base. [01:14:03.180 --> 01:14:14.180] As far as learning basically bio, you know, bio molecular or molecular cell biology. [01:14:14.180 --> 01:14:23.180] So that's been a whole enlightening endeavor for me just to start learning something new. [01:14:23.180 --> 01:14:33.180] And so to me, I think it's a it's a it's a whole unique way, you know, and especially in the Patriot world. [01:14:33.180 --> 01:14:40.180] You know, you hear all these different types of things and technologies and like med beds and all this other stuff. [01:14:40.180 --> 01:14:51.180] But this is technology that is current today right now that people can actually use and benefit from. [01:14:51.180 --> 01:14:54.180] And it's not you're just waiting for somebody. [01:14:54.180 --> 01:14:57.180] Oh, we got these these magical beds and everything. [01:14:57.180 --> 01:15:00.180] You know, it's like, great, if you got them, show it to me. [01:15:00.180 --> 01:15:01.180] Well, nobody can do that. [01:15:01.180 --> 01:15:14.180] But this is something that you can actually apply right now today that will change the whole dynamics of medicine as they know. [01:15:14.180 --> 01:15:26.180] And I think it's I think it's super incredible to have the docs knowledge base capture like you're wanting to get done. [01:15:26.180 --> 01:15:33.180] Because I said that when we first met, you know, January, I was like, holy crap, man. [01:15:33.180 --> 01:15:47.180] You don't want that to go away because this is something is is understanding of all these different types of medication or medicines [01:15:47.180 --> 01:15:56.180] rolled into one and be able to apply it systematically like that is you're not going to find that anywhere. [01:15:56.180 --> 01:15:58.180] And, you know, I've hung out with doctors. [01:15:58.180 --> 01:16:03.180] I was basically even going back to school to study to, you know, premed. [01:16:03.180 --> 01:16:14.180] And it's a whole depth of stuff that you're not even going to you're not going to hear anybody even talk about. [01:16:14.180 --> 01:16:17.180] So to me, it's it's outstanding. [01:16:17.180 --> 01:16:21.180] And it's real world today right now. [01:16:21.180 --> 01:16:26.180] That's what's impressive about the whole thing. [01:16:26.180 --> 01:16:34.180] OK, we never did get to your actual question, but we used up the whole segment. [01:16:34.180 --> 01:16:40.180] So when we come back, you had a question or a comment when you came on. [01:16:40.180 --> 01:16:44.180] We'll come back to you and we'll go to what you actually came here for. [01:16:44.180 --> 01:16:49.180] We kind of kind of bushwhacked you there with this silver thing. [01:16:49.180 --> 01:16:57.180] OK, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Root of Law Radio are calling number 512-646-1984. [01:16:57.180 --> 01:17:20.180] We'll be right back. [01:17:27.180 --> 01:17:38.180] The Michael Mears proven method is the solution for how to stop debt collectors. [01:17:38.180 --> 01:17:40.180] Personal consultation is available as well. [01:17:40.180 --> 01:17:49.180] For more information, please visit rule of law radio dot com and click on the blue Michael Mears banner or email Michael Mears at Yahoo dot com. [01:17:49.180 --> 01:17:59.180] That's rule of law radio dot com or email Michael Mears at Yahoo dot com to learn how to stop debt collectors now. [01:17:59.180 --> 01:18:04.180] I love logos. Without the shows on this network, I'd be almost as ignorant as my friends. [01:18:04.180 --> 01:18:07.180] I'm so addicted to the truth now that there's no going back. [01:18:07.180 --> 01:18:10.180] I need my truth fix. I'd be lost without logos. [01:18:10.180 --> 01:18:13.180] And I really want to help keep this network on the air. [01:18:13.180 --> 01:18:17.180] I'd love to volunteer as a show producer, but I'm a bit of a Luddite and I really don't have any money to give [01:18:17.180 --> 01:18:20.180] because I spent it all on supplements. Giving without doing anything or spending any money. [01:18:53.180 --> 01:18:55.180] This is perfect. [01:18:55.180 --> 01:18:56.180] Thank you so much. [01:18:56.180 --> 01:18:58.180] We are welcome. [01:18:58.180 --> 01:19:00.180] Happy holidays, logos. [01:19:00.180 --> 01:19:16.180] This is the Logos Logos Radio Network. [01:19:16.180 --> 01:19:35.180] OK, we are back. [01:19:35.180 --> 01:19:38.180] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio. [01:19:38.180 --> 01:19:41.180] And we're talking to Scott in Texas. [01:19:41.180 --> 01:19:45.180] Scott, you had something on your mind when you called and before I bushwhacked you. [01:19:45.180 --> 01:19:49.180] Well, you know, you have a habit of that. [01:19:49.180 --> 01:19:53.180] I think it's that Elio's, you know, to help or whatever. [01:19:53.180 --> 01:20:13.180] You know, you're talking about how they're creating these criminal complaints or, you know, [01:20:13.180 --> 01:20:23.180] creating a criminal action and nobody there's nothing in law that basically unless it's a felony [01:20:23.180 --> 01:20:27.180] and it goes to an indictment, then it's reduced to an information. [01:20:27.180 --> 01:20:29.180] And, you know, it goes through that process there. [01:20:29.180 --> 01:20:34.180] But take like traffic, for example, that because that's such a big one. [01:20:34.180 --> 01:20:40.180] You know, they don't follow anything as far as 16, 17 or whatever. [01:20:40.180 --> 01:20:51.180] But what kind of is always in the back of my mind is they're creating a quasi criminal action against you. [01:20:51.180 --> 01:21:02.180] And that's kind of some of the arguments that I've kind of gone back for with kind of like Jay is like it's kind of a quasi criminal court [01:21:02.180 --> 01:21:11.180] because they're operating on civil law and but they're charging you criminally for something. [01:21:11.180 --> 01:21:23.180] Now, in some states, the traffic citations are considered civil, but not in Texas. [01:21:23.180 --> 01:21:27.180] And they're not in Texas. They're not working on any civil law. [01:21:27.180 --> 01:21:33.180] This is all criminal, but just what they're what they're doing is criminal. [01:21:33.180 --> 01:21:37.180] Well, wait a minute, because everything is on the administrative code. [01:21:37.180 --> 01:21:42.180] It's not in the actual criminal side. It's all administrative. [01:21:42.180 --> 01:21:51.180] Yes, but the violation of one of the provisions of this administrative code is a misdemeanor. [01:21:51.180 --> 01:21:59.180] That's criminal. And there's no administrative law that is administrated here. [01:21:59.180 --> 01:22:05.180] It's all criminal law and it's all under the code of criminal procedure. [01:22:05.180 --> 01:22:09.180] They're not following it, but it's what they're supposed to be doing. [01:22:09.180 --> 01:22:19.180] And they don't consider it very serious. So it's not serious enough for them to provide due process. [01:22:19.180 --> 01:22:22.180] Well, I'm going to see if I can help them out with that. [01:22:22.180 --> 01:22:26.180] I just went down to get my license renewed and they wouldn't renew it [01:22:26.180 --> 01:22:32.180] because the clerk in the city of Rome made a clerical error [01:22:32.180 --> 01:22:39.180] and told the Department of Public Safety that I failed to appear. [01:22:39.180 --> 01:22:44.180] I got a ticket on the 1st. I appeared on the 9th [01:22:44.180 --> 01:22:49.180] and filed a challenge to subject matter jurisdiction. [01:22:49.180 --> 01:22:55.180] And the clerk did not get it entered into her record that I made an appearance. [01:22:55.180 --> 01:23:02.180] And then she gave notice to the Department of Public Safety that I failed to appear. [01:23:02.180 --> 01:23:09.180] So I charged her with felony tampering with a government document. [01:23:09.180 --> 01:23:13.180] She's going to say, oh, it was just a clerical error. [01:23:13.180 --> 01:23:20.180] It wasn't a clerical error when this DPS refused to renew my license. [01:23:20.180 --> 01:23:22.180] That was criminal. [01:23:22.180 --> 01:23:30.180] So I want to take the clerk on the same way they're taking me on. [01:23:30.180 --> 01:23:39.180] This is a crime and since it is the clerk, it should go to the grand jury. [01:23:39.180 --> 01:23:43.180] And in the process, I'm going to argue the Constitution [01:23:43.180 --> 01:23:51.180] that requires an indictment on all criminal prosecutions. [01:23:51.180 --> 01:23:56.180] They have decided that you don't have to be indicted in a misdemeanor, [01:23:56.180 --> 01:24:00.180] but the legislature didn't decide that. [01:24:00.180 --> 01:24:05.180] Or the Constitution didn't decide that. The legislature did. [01:24:05.180 --> 01:24:14.180] So the legislature can't decide to do something contrary to what the Constitution commands. [01:24:14.180 --> 01:24:20.180] So I want to take that to the Supreme. [01:24:20.180 --> 01:24:26.180] Well, the only other thing that I was saying or going to allude to is [01:24:26.180 --> 01:24:36.180] if this action is coming before a judge and they're allowing this irregular document [01:24:36.180 --> 01:24:44.180] to enter the court that is not verified or followed due process, [01:24:44.180 --> 01:24:49.180] then the judge is allowing this to occur. [01:24:49.180 --> 01:24:56.180] And so it kind of gets a little bit quasi on some of it it seems to me. [01:24:56.180 --> 01:25:02.180] It's just because they're going off the civil action to charge you criminally [01:25:02.180 --> 01:25:05.180] for something that's almost administrative. [01:25:05.180 --> 01:25:10.180] And that was where it was kind of getting the minutia of it. [01:25:10.180 --> 01:25:14.180] And then they don't even follow the whole process legitimately [01:25:14.180 --> 01:25:19.180] on how it's supposed to be entered into the record to start with. [01:25:19.180 --> 01:25:23.180] And then the clerk is supposed to be the one that's in charge of all that, [01:25:23.180 --> 01:25:26.180] but she's supposed to get her training from the judge. [01:25:26.180 --> 01:25:30.180] So it's a round robin effect. [01:25:30.180 --> 01:25:37.180] Well, I'm going after all of them. It's time I took this issue on. [01:25:37.180 --> 01:25:45.180] And the judge, we just had a hearing the other day, and I asked him to arrest his clerk, [01:25:45.180 --> 01:25:49.180] asked him to arrest himself. [01:25:49.180 --> 01:25:56.180] We had a hearing on a subject matter jurisdiction challenge, and he denied my challenge. [01:25:56.180 --> 01:26:01.180] He let the prosecutor argue the subject matter jurisdiction challenge [01:26:01.180 --> 01:26:05.180] when she didn't file a written response, and I objected to that, [01:26:05.180 --> 01:26:10.180] said she had an opportunity to speak, but she waived it by not responding to the motion. [01:26:10.180 --> 01:26:19.180] I asked the judge for a summer judgment, and of course he refused everything. [01:26:19.180 --> 01:26:25.180] So I'm going to file against him criminally for everything. [01:26:25.180 --> 01:26:32.180] I'm going to use Walker v. Packer for where he had a duty to act in a certain way, [01:26:32.180 --> 01:26:37.180] and he failed to do it, and then I'm going to sue him personally. [01:26:37.180 --> 01:26:43.180] And this is just kind of a warm-up for Victoria County. [01:26:43.180 --> 01:26:46.180] Victoria County, we're going to go down there and set them up. [01:26:46.180 --> 01:26:53.180] We have one of the prosecutors that prosecuted Dr. Joe and tried to steal his airplane. [01:26:53.180 --> 01:26:57.180] She is now a justice of the peace. [01:26:57.180 --> 01:27:04.180] So we're going to go to her with criminal charges against these other people [01:27:04.180 --> 01:27:10.180] that were part of that fiasco and demand that she use her warrants against them, [01:27:10.180 --> 01:27:18.180] and when she doesn't, they will go after her criminally and sue her personally. [01:27:18.180 --> 01:27:21.180] This is going to get interesting. [01:27:21.180 --> 01:27:27.180] Oh, it'll get interesting pretty fast, especially once you start filing criminally [01:27:27.180 --> 01:27:33.180] and they all want to start shielding each other, because you know that's coming. [01:27:33.180 --> 01:27:39.180] Oh, I'm planning on it. [01:27:39.180 --> 01:27:45.180] What the deal is, is when you give a complaint to a magistrate, [01:27:45.180 --> 01:27:52.180] the magistrate is commanded to issue a warrant if the complaint is sufficient [01:27:52.180 --> 01:28:00.180] in accordance with 1505 breath. [01:28:00.180 --> 01:28:01.180] Oh, sorry, I was muted. [01:28:01.180 --> 01:28:09.180] Yes, 1505 and 1504 also talks about sufficiency of a warrant, I mean of a complaint. [01:28:09.180 --> 01:28:18.180] So if the complaint alleges an act that if the facts were construed as true, [01:28:18.180 --> 01:28:25.180] it would constitute an allegation of a criminal act, then it's sufficient and it's sworn to, [01:28:25.180 --> 01:28:34.180] then the judge is commanded by 15.09 to issue a warrant, or the magistrate is. [01:28:34.180 --> 01:28:42.180] If you are commanded to do a thing and you fail to do that thing under Texas Civil Practices [01:28:42.180 --> 01:28:52.180] and Remedies Code 7.001, you are liable to the person injured by your action or failed to act. [01:28:52.180 --> 01:28:56.180] No immunity. [01:28:56.180 --> 01:29:02.180] So I'm setting them up to do something for which they will have zero immunity. [01:29:02.180 --> 01:29:04.180] And then we'll start filing against them. [01:29:04.180 --> 01:29:10.180] I want to see what their, I'm going to do this Robert Whitaker, [01:29:10.180 --> 01:29:14.180] the justice of the peace we filed the original complaints with. [01:29:14.180 --> 01:29:18.180] I've already given him a tort letter and when I go down there, [01:29:18.180 --> 01:29:22.180] I will file a civil lawsuit against the judge. [01:29:22.180 --> 01:29:26.180] I want to see how they respond. [01:29:26.180 --> 01:29:33.180] I hope they will give me a really good, vigorous response and not just some stupid BS [01:29:33.180 --> 01:29:36.180] that he's a judge and he has absolute immunity. [01:29:36.180 --> 01:29:41.180] I hope they get a little more specific because I want to know what their arguments are. [01:29:41.180 --> 01:29:50.180] And then when I sue the district judge, the one to whom I sent criminal complaints against Bob Whitaker to, [01:29:50.180 --> 01:29:55.180] I'll use whatever arguments they bring to me in the next suit. [01:29:55.180 --> 01:30:01.180] Hang on, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, we'll be right back. [01:30:01.180 --> 01:30:05.180] Sorry, soft drink lovers, even diet drinks can make you fat. [01:30:05.180 --> 01:30:10.180] A new study shows that diet soda drinkers gain much more weight than people who avoid the stuff. [01:30:10.180 --> 01:30:16.180] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be back in a moment with a scoop on supposedly skinny sodas. [01:30:16.180 --> 01:30:18.180] Privacy is under attack. [01:30:18.180 --> 01:30:22.180] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:30:22.180 --> 01:30:27.180] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:30:27.180 --> 01:30:32.180] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [01:30:32.180 --> 01:30:35.180] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [01:30:35.180 --> 01:30:38.180] This public service announcement is brought to you by Startpage.com, [01:30:38.180 --> 01:30:42.180] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo and Bing. [01:30:42.180 --> 01:30:45.180] Start over with Startpage. [01:30:45.180 --> 01:30:50.180] Artificial sweeteners cut the calories and help you lose weight, right? Wrong. [01:30:50.180 --> 01:30:55.180] Researchers at UT San Antonio followed hundreds of diet soda drinkers for nearly a decade. [01:30:55.180 --> 01:31:02.180] They found that regularly drinking diet soda expanded people's waistlines five times more than no soda at all. [01:31:02.180 --> 01:31:05.180] The study's authors say artificial sweeteners trigger the appetite, [01:31:05.180 --> 01:31:09.180] but unlike regular sugars, don't deliver anything to squelch it. [01:31:09.180 --> 01:31:15.180] Waking up hunger without satisfying it leads to cravings, which can result in a larger overall calorie intake. [01:31:15.180 --> 01:31:20.180] So use natural sweeteners to maintain a healthy weight, and if you need to shed some pounds, [01:31:20.180 --> 01:31:24.180] avoid the sweet stuff altogether and drink water instead. [01:31:24.180 --> 01:31:30.180] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:31:30.180 --> 01:31:35.180] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11. [01:31:35.180 --> 01:31:37.180] The government says that fire brought it down. [01:31:37.180 --> 01:31:42.180] However, 1,500 architects and engineers concluded it was a controlled demolition. [01:31:42.180 --> 01:31:45.180] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives, [01:31:45.180 --> 01:31:48.180] and thousands of my fellow first responders are dying. [01:31:48.180 --> 01:31:50.180] I'm not a conspiracy theorist. I'm a structural engineer. [01:31:50.180 --> 01:31:53.180] I'm a New York City correction officer. I'm an Air Force pilot. [01:34:43.180 --> 01:34:45.180] Well, you're touching me. [01:34:45.180 --> 01:34:47.180] Err, we had Scott. [01:34:47.180 --> 01:34:48.180] Oh, I'm talking to Scott, [01:34:48.180 --> 01:34:51.180] Chris was the one.. [01:34:51.180 --> 01:34:59.100] Chris was the one we couldn't get so Scott after you how did you Scott I'm [01:34:59.100 --> 01:35:10.780] wondering how did you diagnose this ileocecal problem because I forgot all [01:35:10.780 --> 01:35:16.200] about you Scott that's why you're funny how that happens yeah you that's why [01:35:16.200 --> 01:35:21.860] you're full of it I can't believe that boy that's embarrassing how Randy you [01:35:21.860 --> 01:35:30.900] ought to be embarrassed I am I am okay what were you talking about I wouldn't [01:35:30.900 --> 01:35:36.380] pay any attention I know I know if you want to get to other callers I'll let [01:35:36.380 --> 01:35:42.780] you go ahead and go so I don't want to hog the line because I can this whole [01:35:42.780 --> 01:35:49.500] administrative quasi it's just even though you say they're charging you as [01:35:49.500 --> 01:35:55.300] a misdemeanor they're misapplying the law just take 201.904 when it [01:35:55.300 --> 01:36:00.420] specifically only mentions commercial vehicles or a bus so they're [01:36:00.420 --> 01:36:07.780] misapplying and applying that to you to get you into this criminal accusation [01:36:07.780 --> 01:36:14.260] but they misapplied the law to get you there so it's just kind of a weird deal [01:36:14.260 --> 01:36:20.820] you know they're misplanning the law across the board and they do it in every [01:36:20.820 --> 01:36:31.740] state but we're getting some headway weren't you the one that found a county [01:36:31.740 --> 01:36:35.620] where the sheriff's not been doing traffic anymore because they couldn't [01:36:35.620 --> 01:36:41.380] afford to gas oh yeah Ozark County I can read that probably to you if y'all are [01:36:41.380 --> 01:36:49.140] really interested it's it's very interesting how this one county hang on [01:36:49.140 --> 01:36:54.740] it'll take a second for me to pull it up but it was in Ozark County where they [01:36:54.740 --> 01:37:02.580] decided they could not any longer go out and enforce traffic because they couldn't [01:37:02.580 --> 01:37:10.220] pay for the gas and I thought this is this is quite revealing I was right [01:37:10.220 --> 01:37:17.660] here and this was an emergency action order to all Ozark County Sheriff's [01:37:17.660 --> 01:37:26.620] Officer employees July 7th 2022 which reads as of today's day I Sheriff Cass [01:37:26.620 --> 01:37:31.980] Martin am enacting an emergency order this order is due to the current state [01:37:31.980 --> 01:37:38.660] of the economy and the budget we must work within as of today we will know we [01:37:38.660 --> 01:37:44.860] will not be seeking traffic violations we will only be answering calls of [01:37:44.860 --> 01:37:50.160] violent misdemeanor and felony crimes any crime that does not fall within this [01:37:50.160 --> 01:37:54.960] listed guideline will have to be taken care of via the phone or walk-in I make [01:37:54.960 --> 01:37:59.780] this order under necessary under necessity to be able to help stay within [01:37:59.780 --> 01:38:05.180] the confines of our current budget this order will stay in effect until such [01:38:05.180 --> 01:38:10.540] time as an emergency of the funding for fuel all services and goods come into a [01:38:10.540 --> 01:38:14.700] reasonable rate so that we may stay within the confines of our current [01:38:14.700 --> 01:38:22.060] budget I could not there there this is not this is not anything I could foresee [01:38:22.060 --> 01:38:27.260] when taking the oath of office a sheriff of Ozark County this is not an action I [01:38:27.260 --> 01:38:33.860] take lightly and will work diligently to find a remedy for seven to seven seven [01:38:33.860 --> 01:38:41.500] twenty two so how do we eliminate all the different types of things a budget [01:38:41.500 --> 01:38:45.220] shortfall because they can't afford to gas because price of gas doubled on them [01:38:45.220 --> 01:38:52.420] and they used all their budget for the whole year I'm betting he's just [01:38:52.420 --> 01:38:57.340] pressing the County Commissioners Court because they're not turning loose of [01:38:57.340 --> 01:39:01.820] enough money and this is a way to get them to do it but I like the idea anyway [01:39:01.820 --> 01:39:09.580] I thought it was quite revealing that their budget and Brett made a good we [01:39:09.580 --> 01:39:14.860] were talking about this one night about doing it because he kind of had so a [01:39:14.860 --> 01:39:21.300] little bit of knowledge about some stuff that that city employees you know the [01:39:21.300 --> 01:39:28.180] police have their own gas depot and then how much are the city employees running [01:39:28.180 --> 01:39:33.300] by and filling up their car on the way out the door to do an information request [01:39:33.300 --> 01:39:41.740] to the city asking for how many cars they have in duty their gas mileage and [01:39:41.740 --> 01:39:46.940] determine the average gas mileage of the cars and compare that to how much gas [01:39:46.940 --> 01:39:53.300] has been used in their monthly a lot but you could you can explain it better than [01:39:53.300 --> 01:40:00.420] me Brett go ahead well just something that I noticed that I used to work for a [01:40:00.420 --> 01:40:07.900] city and did some I was working on the electronics and setting up the radio [01:40:07.900 --> 01:40:15.500] stuff for the police cars and the I noticed a pattern of these they would [01:40:15.500 --> 01:40:19.340] always run over to fleet services and they'd have their car their personal [01:40:19.340 --> 01:40:25.700] cars running in behind the they'd fill up their cruiser and then fill up their [01:40:25.700 --> 01:40:30.540] personal car and of course you know gas back then was like a dollar something so [01:40:30.540 --> 01:40:36.180] imagine if they were doing it then I imagine the pressure on them to feel [01:40:36.180 --> 01:40:41.780] like they really need to do it now it's probably pretty likely that it's still [01:40:41.780 --> 01:40:48.700] happening maybe more likely that it's happening now than it was even then I [01:40:48.700 --> 01:40:55.700] thought that was a real interesting way to dive off into their information to [01:40:55.700 --> 01:41:06.540] see how much of their budget is being misappropriated well you think Randy I [01:41:06.540 --> 01:41:12.060] think somebody muted me when I wasn't looking I think that's interesting can [01:41:12.060 --> 01:41:20.220] use we only get see if we can see the pumps and go down and videotape the [01:41:20.220 --> 01:41:27.500] police filling their cars that's that is interesting do you really think that [01:41:27.500 --> 01:41:39.860] police would actually steal okay okay okay that says a lot that's a good laugh [01:41:39.860 --> 01:41:51.260] it's such a question but good they need to squeeze a little bit and you know I [01:41:51.260 --> 01:41:58.300] don't know there I've heard if you heard any statistics about the number of [01:41:58.300 --> 01:42:05.500] accidents since the police aren't patrolling traffic is as heavy as they [01:42:05.500 --> 01:42:16.780] used to be well that would be interesting to see but I'm gonna be [01:42:16.780 --> 01:42:24.460] taking them on Brett what are you doing with the combi I haven't done anything [01:42:24.460 --> 01:42:31.140] with come being recently my wife noticed a couple of years ago that there were [01:42:31.140 --> 01:42:39.980] some major there was some fallout apparently company started getting in [01:42:39.980 --> 01:42:50.300] trouble with the feds and she said I think you did that I don't know I did [01:42:50.300 --> 01:42:55.420] try to call in the cavalry in different kinds of ways I had a initiated a court [01:42:55.420 --> 01:43:03.620] of inquiry from the district over and I told the FBI about them and called the [01:43:03.620 --> 01:43:07.020] feds in on it and you know did your little thing about the special agent in [01:43:07.020 --> 01:43:12.380] charge and got got everybody alerted but I didn't follow up on it after that I [01:43:12.380 --> 01:43:15.900] don't I didn't you know pay attention were they doing anything was that [01:43:15.900 --> 01:43:19.460] anything happening and my wife just happened to notice something in the news [01:43:19.460 --> 01:43:22.700] I don't know what she was looking at something and she said wow looks like [01:43:22.700 --> 01:43:27.380] they uncovered a whole bunch of corruption over there in combi oh we [01:43:27.380 --> 01:43:34.180] can find that because I'm about to go after them so if you can find that it [01:43:34.180 --> 01:43:41.620] would be real helpful okay okay this is a company Texas I drove down from [01:43:41.620 --> 01:43:47.620] Tennessee 600 miles to file some documents in the case and they refused [01:43:47.620 --> 01:43:52.180] to let me file them even after I call the sheriff on all of them and now they've [01:43:52.180 --> 01:43:55.500] blocked me getting a license hang on Randy Kelton Brett Fountain wheel of [01:43:55.500 --> 01:43:58.940] our radio we'll be right back [01:43:58.940 --> 01:44:05.180] [01:48:02.960 --> 01:48:09.700] your calls all night we are going to Angela in New York hello Angela no wait [01:48:09.700 --> 01:48:13.900] a minute that looks like a first-time caller no no that's not a first you're [01:48:13.900 --> 01:48:22.100] not a first-time caller are you Angela no it's Wyoming oh that's Wyoming yeah [01:48:22.100 --> 01:48:26.460] and the one that's them going after the school board president for the national [01:48:26.460 --> 01:48:35.520] mandate okay good what do you have for us I'm confused I get that way a lot in my [01:48:35.520 --> 01:48:42.420] dotage you're helping okay what do you have for us today well my case got [01:48:42.420 --> 01:48:46.660] dismissed but there's the thing he dismissed it but never mentioned the [01:48:46.660 --> 01:48:52.340] mask or any of my opposition's emotions or memorandum or nothing of the laws [01:48:52.340 --> 01:48:58.380] that I brought up isn't that weird is that normal they do that well if you got [01:48:58.380 --> 01:49:09.100] a criminal judge yes did the judge state why he dismissed um he said that she was [01:49:09.100 --> 01:49:14.300] within scope and I can't stand and speak with my kids just because I wasn't [01:49:14.300 --> 01:49:18.460] allowed in the school but I didn't say that I said that he violated three I [01:49:18.460 --> 01:49:22.980] mean I put a whole bunch of laws that she violated and main one I'm going after [01:49:22.980 --> 01:49:28.060] is she took away my right as a mom over my medical care of my kids and there's [01:49:28.060 --> 01:49:32.340] three laws in Wyoming you can't do that and there's case law to support that you [01:49:32.340 --> 01:49:40.420] know but he avoided all that okay was this in in the district court yeah it is [01:49:40.420 --> 01:49:47.700] and I'm okay and I almost have my brief done okay look in Wyoming law and look [01:49:47.700 --> 01:49:53.460] in the rules of court for Wyoming and look for findings of fact and [01:49:53.460 --> 01:50:04.260] conclusions at law in Texas we have a rule that says that if a person let me [01:50:04.260 --> 01:50:13.020] back up the court though the Court of Appeals have said that if the judge does [01:50:13.020 --> 01:50:18.740] not give you findings of fact and conclusions at law then you don't know [01:50:18.740 --> 01:50:26.380] why the judge dismissed your case so you have no way to appeal because you don't [01:50:26.380 --> 01:50:31.740] know what to appeal you don't know what the judge ruled so you can't say that he [01:50:31.740 --> 01:50:38.900] didn't rule correctly so we have rule 297 and it says that if a person requests [01:50:38.900 --> 01:50:44.980] findings effect after a ruling by the judge the party can request findings [01:50:44.980 --> 01:50:50.140] effect and conclusions at law and the judge shall produce findings effect and [01:50:50.140 --> 01:50:57.260] conclusions law within 20 days if he fails to do so then you can file a [01:50:57.260 --> 01:51:05.100] notice of late filing and he has 10 more days well here's the key the way I read [01:51:05.100 --> 01:51:15.940] the laws if the rule says the judge shall issue findings effect it does not [01:51:15.940 --> 01:51:24.620] say my Maymite or can if he wants to then that is a prescribed action if a [01:51:24.620 --> 01:51:29.340] public official fails to perform a duty they are required to perform and in the [01:51:29.340 --> 01:51:33.620] process denies a citizen in the full and free access to or enjoyment of [01:51:33.620 --> 01:51:39.740] rights well that's a crime in every state because it every state has an [01:51:39.740 --> 01:51:45.380] official misconduct statute that mimics the Ku Klux Klan Act which has been [01:51:45.380 --> 01:51:56.020] codified into US law as 18 US code 242 so file criminally against the judge I [01:51:56.020 --> 01:52:00.580] here's the kicker I did do a motion to reconsider with finding facts and [01:52:00.580 --> 01:52:05.020] conclusion of law and I pointed out already missed and the defense lawyer [01:52:05.020 --> 01:52:11.380] wanted me sanctioned for that did you ask for sanctions against the defense [01:52:11.380 --> 01:52:17.460] lawyer no because I'm I've already am in the pill process I already have a case [01:52:17.460 --> 01:52:26.420] number and everything and he dismissed no I didn't I know I didn't you might [01:52:26.420 --> 01:52:32.100] consider doing that that's an you know you're asking for findings of fact was [01:52:32.100 --> 01:52:37.540] that the reason he asked for sanctions yeah because Wyoming has a rule I can't [01:52:37.540 --> 01:52:41.700] do a motion to reconsider unless unless it's for like a summary judgment you [01:52:41.700 --> 01:52:49.220] can't do it for a 12b6 but I think I can have a right to ask wait a minute [01:52:49.220 --> 01:52:57.780] consider 12b6 are you in the federal court yeah okay oh oh that changes [01:52:57.780 --> 01:53:09.060] things judge mm-hmm okay sanctions are almost never granted yeah a generally [01:53:09.060 --> 01:53:15.940] when when the judge in a federal court gives a ruling a ruling is not complete [01:53:15.940 --> 01:53:23.620] unless they have an order and a judgment the judgment will be findings of fact [01:53:23.620 --> 01:53:31.580] and conclusions at law so you need to file a notice of intent to appeal I did [01:53:31.580 --> 01:53:40.780] good did you bar grieve the lawyer I did previously before not this time again [01:53:40.780 --> 01:53:49.180] no go ahead and bar grieving again just for yucks bar grieving bar grieving met [01:53:49.180 --> 01:53:58.180] every opportunity yeah he's going with me into the pill process so we appeal [01:53:58.180 --> 01:54:05.220] sorry go ahead good oh I'm saying that he's going in the pill process with me [01:54:05.220 --> 01:54:09.460] and I'm trying to do so I don't have to write the brief once I'm just doing all [01:54:09.460 --> 01:54:13.900] that affirmative defenses that they try to stay you know stay ahead of time and [01:54:13.900 --> 01:54:19.100] the judge says I have no standings with my parents and thanks to James he helped [01:54:19.100 --> 01:54:23.700] me out because I found a case law that says if a parent can stand and sit with [01:54:23.700 --> 01:54:28.260] their children if they have the same interest and so of course my kids don't [01:54:28.260 --> 01:54:31.980] want to wear a mask at school and they well they don't have to anymore but they [01:54:31.980 --> 01:54:37.020] didn't want to you know and I said she shouldn't educational school board [01:54:37.020 --> 01:54:39.940] president should be telling us what to do medically because we have our own [01:54:39.940 --> 01:54:45.220] medical doctors with medical license you know I don't know I just don't know how [01:54:45.220 --> 01:54:51.060] this is dismissed and okay well the fact that they dismissed it did is dismissed [01:54:51.060 --> 01:54:57.900] with prejudice without prejudice actually okay sometimes almost better if [01:54:57.900 --> 01:55:04.900] they dismiss with prejudice because that is essentially frowned on in order to be [01:55:04.900 --> 01:55:11.860] able to speak effectively to your situation I'd have to see the pleadings I [01:55:11.860 --> 01:55:19.560] would definitely want to see the judgment of the court generally generally [01:55:19.560 --> 01:55:25.020] the federal judges are very good especially with process if you read the [01:55:25.020 --> 01:55:31.660] judgment very carefully he will explain exactly why he what was wrong with your [01:55:31.660 --> 01:55:36.540] pleading and what you need to do to fix it but he's not playing favorites [01:55:36.540 --> 01:55:42.760] because he'll do the same thing to the other side he wants the best case [01:55:42.760 --> 01:55:48.060] brought to him so he could make a good decision if somebody screws something up [01:55:48.060 --> 01:55:52.540] he wants him to fix it and in his judgment he'll tell them what they [01:55:52.540 --> 01:55:59.420] screwed up and tell them how to fix it so read his order here his judgment very [01:55:59.420 --> 01:56:06.860] carefully and then file it amended pleading to address the issues that the [01:56:06.860 --> 01:56:13.100] court raised in their judgment this is why in like in a state court you want to [01:56:13.100 --> 01:56:16.980] ask for findings of fact and conclusions of law because they generally don't do [01:56:16.980 --> 01:56:23.660] don't produce a judgment with an order so the findings of fact and conclusions [01:56:23.660 --> 01:56:29.860] that would be your judgment then you look at that and you know what law that [01:56:29.860 --> 01:56:37.260] what facts the judge relied on what law he applied to those facts then you have [01:56:37.260 --> 01:56:46.140] something that you can prepare an appeal for or if he dismisses you can file an [01:56:46.140 --> 01:56:52.860] amended pleading addressing the issues that the judge brought I already [01:56:52.860 --> 01:56:58.620] amended my complaint after the 12b6 so but he did say that I couldn't stand [01:56:58.620 --> 01:57:02.940] in seat with my kids and I found a case file for my appeal that stands with what [01:57:02.940 --> 01:57:10.820] I can't because we have the same interest it's over like Nzalas versus [01:57:10.820 --> 01:57:17.380] Reno if there's something about that you know I don't know so I didn't get it [01:57:17.380 --> 01:57:25.420] okay and understand this part a judge has a duty to determine the facts in [01:57:25.420 --> 01:57:31.180] accordance with the rules of evidence then apply the law as it comes to him [01:57:31.180 --> 01:57:38.700] to the facts in the case the judge has no duty to apply law that he knows about [01:57:38.700 --> 01:57:44.940] that you haven't brought to his attention you have to bring him the [01:57:44.940 --> 01:57:50.820] facts and the law as it applies to those facts but they don't want judges going [01:57:50.820 --> 01:57:55.340] out and doing their own legal research you bring them facts in law and they [01:57:55.340 --> 01:58:00.420] will rule on what you bring them so if you have case law that you've discovered [01:58:00.420 --> 01:58:07.180] that you didn't have at the time you might want to ask for permission if [01:58:07.180 --> 01:58:12.020] you've already filed one amended pleading ask for permission to file a [01:58:12.020 --> 01:58:18.180] second amended pleading based on this new law that you've discovered well [01:58:18.180 --> 01:58:27.740] yeah I did he just ignored everything I did though he ignored feel me that's all [01:58:27.740 --> 01:58:33.140] great for appeal we're just trying to perfect your your appeal here oh okay [01:58:33.140 --> 01:58:37.980] well I pointed out everything he missed if I pointed out okay okay hold on ready [01:58:37.980 --> 01:58:46.940] to go Brett take it I'm choking
