[00:00.000 --> 00:08.000] The following flash is brought to you by the Lone Star Lowdown, providing the jelly bulletins for the commodities market. [00:08.000 --> 00:16.000] Today in history, news updates and the inside scoop into the tides of the alternative. [00:20.000 --> 00:28.000] Markets for Monday, the 5th of December, 2016, opened with gold at $1,177.28 an ounce. [00:28.000 --> 00:34.000] Silver, $16.74 an ounce. Texas crude, $51.68 a barrel. [00:34.000 --> 00:40.000] And Bitcoin is currently sitting in about $756 U.S. currency. [00:44.000 --> 00:56.000] Today in history, the year 1952, a cold fog descends upon London, combining with air pollution resulting in the deaths of nearly 12,000 people in the weeks and months that followed. [00:56.000 --> 01:00.000] The great smog, or the big smoke, descended upon London today in history. [01:04.000 --> 01:15.000] In recent news, it appeared that the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe has won a major victory in their battle to block the $3.7 billion Dakota Access Pipeline routing a half a mile near its reservation. [01:15.000 --> 01:24.000] As of Sunday, the Army Corps of Engineers of the Department of the Army announced that it would look for alternative routes and not allow the pipeline to be drilled under a section of the Missouri River, [01:24.000 --> 01:30.000] which many in the tribe were concerned since it lies upstream of the reservation's water access points. [01:30.000 --> 01:35.000] It is uncertain whether President-elect Donald Trump's administration will uphold this decision. [01:40.000 --> 01:52.000] A 28-year-old man from Salisbury, North Carolina, Edgar Madison Welch, was detained and arrested by D.C. police after he fired an assault rifle inside the D.C. Comet Ping Pong Pizzeria on Sunday, injuring no one. [01:52.000 --> 01:59.000] Without incident, the police were able to recover the assault rifle used, and Welch was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. [01:59.000 --> 02:05.000] Two other firearms were located inside the restaurant, and an additional weapon was retrieved from the suspect's vehicle. [02:05.000 --> 02:11.000] During a post-arrest interview, the suspect revealed that he had gone to the restaurant in order to self-investigate Pizzagate. [02:11.000 --> 02:17.000] Pizzagate is a conspiracy theory that arose this year from the dump of John Podesta's hacked emails via WikiLeaks, [02:17.000 --> 02:22.000] which many are claiming some contain code words for child trafficking and ritual sexual abuse, [02:22.000 --> 02:30.000] involving Podesta, the Clintons, other Washington insiders, Comet Ping Pong Pizzeria, and other businesses in the same vicinity. [02:30.000 --> 02:37.000] Mainstream media is pointing the finger to fake news sites and unverified conspiracy theories as the motivators behind this incident. [02:37.000 --> 02:47.000] However, this isn't the first time accusations of pedophile rings plague D.C. [03:07.000 --> 03:17.000] music [03:17.000 --> 03:27.000] music [03:27.000 --> 03:36.000] music [03:36.000 --> 03:41.000] Welcome this wonderful evening here in December 19, 2016. [03:41.000 --> 03:45.000] We're honored and very grateful that you're listening to us this evening. [03:45.000 --> 03:52.000] This is the Logos Radio Networks, all of our wonderful affiliates, and the name of our program is About Your Health. [03:52.000 --> 03:54.000] And I'm Gary Hanna. [03:54.000 --> 03:55.000] And I'm Leland Freeman. [03:55.000 --> 03:56.000] I'm Nancy Reed. [03:56.000 --> 03:58.000] And we've got a lot to talk about this evening. [03:58.000 --> 03:59.000] We do. [03:59.000 --> 04:08.000] So as always, I guess you could say Nancy's kind of a mad woman, like I'm a mad man. [04:08.000 --> 04:15.000] She's always doing research and trying to find ways to help people and share that with you every Monday between six and eight. [04:15.000 --> 04:19.000] And of course, none of that research has been evaluated or endorsed by the FDA. [04:19.000 --> 04:25.000] Nothing that we state is meant to diagnose or treat or cure any disease. [04:25.000 --> 04:31.000] And we are here for your entertainment and amusing purposes only brought to you each and every week by Nature's Pure Organics, [04:31.000 --> 04:37.000] Rock Army Records, and Capricorn Bullion, Home of the Six Dollar Beyond, Tangy Tangerine 2.0. [04:37.000 --> 04:43.000] Well, the first thing today, I think, is that Trump won the electoral vote, got the electoral college. [04:43.000 --> 04:45.000] Amazing. How about that? [04:45.000 --> 04:48.000] And I was actually lost about three. [04:48.000 --> 04:56.000] She lost four. Trump lost two. Trump lost the only the only two electors that voted against Trump were actually in Texas. [04:56.000 --> 05:03.000] And one voted for Ron Paul and one voted for I don't know why they picked John Kasich, but it was a secret ballot. [05:03.000 --> 05:07.000] Yes, I was at the Capitol. My phone died halfway through. [05:07.000 --> 05:11.000] So I wasn't able to actually get the point where they announced it. [05:11.000 --> 05:18.000] I did get the point where they were voting and then right outside the protesters were screaming at the top of their lungs. [05:18.000 --> 05:29.000] Also, what happened today was there were two terrorist events, one where the Russian ambassador to Turkey was killed by an off-duty police officer. [05:29.000 --> 05:35.000] Makes you think I was a Manchurian candidate. And then there was a truck that killed nine people in Berlin. [05:35.000 --> 05:40.000] Well, one of the things we're going to talk about today is that one in six Americans are on antidepressants. [05:40.000 --> 05:51.000] And you can see why when you look at all the news and all the stuff that people are dealing with, why people can just get to feeling a bit hopeless and discouraged. [05:51.000 --> 05:59.000] And also, in addition to that, I found a list of 10 essential oils that are good for anxiety and depression. [05:59.000 --> 06:02.000] Well, good. And we'll share that with everyone this evening. [06:02.000 --> 06:12.000] And, you know, I'm surprised one in six, all that it is, I would be surprised if it wasn't really truthfully close to like one in four. [06:12.000 --> 06:16.000] Yeah. Most people say most places I've read say 15 to 20 percent. [06:16.000 --> 06:18.000] 15 to 20 percent. Yeah. [06:18.000 --> 06:21.000] So one in six into one in five somewhere in there. [06:21.000 --> 06:31.000] And then there's another medical professional in my defensive driving class estimate that about 30 percent of the population is on some kind of painkiller muscle relax. [06:31.000 --> 06:33.000] Oh, I don't doubt that. [06:33.000 --> 06:37.000] So so there's and then there's people on ADD and ADHD medication. [06:37.000 --> 06:39.000] And some people need all of it. [06:39.000 --> 06:45.000] Why don't people just either adopt or know someone who's adopted a cat or several cats? [06:45.000 --> 06:51.000] They do show that pets definitely help our attitude toward life and can reduce our stress, that's for sure. [06:51.000 --> 06:57.000] And then there's a new study saying that Popeye was right, that spinach actually makes your muscle stronger right away. [06:57.000 --> 07:00.000] Pretty much but not canned spinach so much as fresh spinach. [07:00.000 --> 07:01.000] Fresh raw spinach. [07:01.000 --> 07:04.000] But there's a really good article about that. [07:04.000 --> 07:08.000] There's a new study that shows why homeopathy works. [07:08.000 --> 07:16.000] That is the vibrational frequency retained in the memory of the water that makes it still hold the properties when it's diluted so many times over. [07:16.000 --> 07:18.000] And everything is about energy. [07:18.000 --> 07:20.000] Yes, it is. [07:20.000 --> 07:22.000] Everything's about vibrational frequency. [07:22.000 --> 07:26.000] Vibrational frequencies, energy, however you want to explain it. [07:26.000 --> 07:30.000] But, you know, if there's depth there, there's no energy there. [07:30.000 --> 07:32.000] There's no vibration there. [07:32.000 --> 07:36.000] So as long as you have those, you're in good shape. [07:36.000 --> 07:41.000] There's vibration in the thoughts we think and in the foods we eat and in the water we drink. [07:41.000 --> 07:44.000] And that just went out. [07:44.000 --> 07:45.000] He was trying to show me something. [07:45.000 --> 07:48.000] There's also a thing that I'm very concerned about. [07:48.000 --> 08:02.000] Congress, while nobody was looking, just quietly passed the 21st Century Cures Act, which is going to reduce the amount of testing that the FDA has to do in order to pass a drug. [08:02.000 --> 08:07.000] So what does that qualify dietary supplements for? [08:07.000 --> 08:11.000] Well, if you want to pay the millions and millions of dollars to run it through their testing, perhaps. [08:11.000 --> 08:13.000] You want them good old boys. [08:13.000 --> 08:16.000] But that's what happens with natural cures is that you can't own them. [08:16.000 --> 08:17.000] Yeah. [08:17.000 --> 08:19.000] You know, and that's why they don't do. [08:19.000 --> 08:20.000] There's no patent on it. [08:20.000 --> 08:24.000] So nobody wants to spend the millions of dollars to get it approved when they can't make the profit off of it. [08:24.000 --> 08:32.000] That's the scary thing of a lame duck Congress with a lame duck president whose successor they couldn't steal the election for. [08:32.000 --> 08:35.000] They're just trying to shovel all this crap down our throats. [08:35.000 --> 08:38.000] And executive orders are one thing. [08:38.000 --> 08:43.000] The incoming president, Donald J. Trump, can reverse every presidential executive order. [08:43.000 --> 08:49.000] But he can't reverse laws that have been signed, that have been passed out both chambers of Congress and then signed by the president. [08:49.000 --> 09:01.000] So this is really scary, especially since it's the leaders of both the House and the Senate, Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan, even though they're a bunch of nozzles. [09:01.000 --> 09:03.000] They got reelected. [09:03.000 --> 09:04.000] They're still going forward. [09:04.000 --> 09:13.000] So I don't know why they're allowing all this bad legislation to pass out of Congress for Obama to sign before he gets out of Dodge. [09:13.000 --> 09:15.000] Or is he going to get out of Dodge? [09:15.000 --> 09:17.000] There's rumors that he's going to stick around Washington. [09:17.000 --> 09:18.000] Yeah, I don't think he will. [09:18.000 --> 09:20.000] We worried the whole way. [09:20.000 --> 09:25.000] Oh, they're going to steal the election from Trump in the primaries. [09:25.000 --> 09:27.000] Oh, they're going to steal it in the general. [09:27.000 --> 09:29.000] Oh, they're not going to get him through the electoral college. [09:29.000 --> 09:34.000] And I think he's just going to trudge right along and come on into office. [09:34.000 --> 09:36.000] I don't I think it's going to be fine. [09:36.000 --> 09:39.000] And I hope so, because another thing happened that they did two days ago. [09:39.000 --> 09:45.000] The DEA announced that they want to make CBD oil a schedule one drug. [09:45.000 --> 09:49.000] Well, they couldn't get the deal on Kratom to stick yet. [09:49.000 --> 09:58.000] I got to pick on something else and try to get our our mind off of the Kratom and maybe kind of quietly try to bring that up again. [09:58.000 --> 10:04.000] There's an article about aluminum foil and cooking and how much aluminum we actually get when we cook with aluminum. [10:04.000 --> 10:05.000] A lot. [10:05.000 --> 10:06.000] A lot. [10:06.000 --> 10:15.000] And then they've the CDC has there's evidence of another cover up on the link between autism and mercury in the vaccines. [10:15.000 --> 10:26.000] Then there's the CDC has today as a the deadline for comments on their new MMR vaccines. [10:26.000 --> 10:31.000] So today, December 19th, I'll give you the link for that. [10:31.000 --> 10:34.000] But I'm not sure if it's too late today. [10:34.000 --> 10:39.000] There's three distractions, one that everyone knew about the presidential electors voting today. [10:39.000 --> 10:46.000] And then, of course, the two events happening in Europe, which makes you wonder, is this also islamic fascist terrorism? [10:46.000 --> 10:50.000] Once again, Turkey, it's an Islamic country. [10:50.000 --> 10:56.000] And of course, the truck in Berlin reminds me a lot about what's happened in in France. [10:56.000 --> 11:05.000] So I'm so glad that we have a president that is going to take a is going to reexamine our immigration policy, reexamine all of our trade agreements, [11:05.000 --> 11:12.000] not be part of these trade agreements, which were co-authored by Monsanto and Ram and GMOs down our throats. [11:12.000 --> 11:18.000] Well, we're really hoping that he's going to be very much more in favor of alternative health treatments. [11:18.000 --> 11:21.000] Well, the and vaccine awareness. [11:21.000 --> 11:24.000] Well, he did meet with Judge Andrew Napolitano last week. [11:24.000 --> 11:31.000] Oh, very good. Very good. And he also met with Andrew Wakefield, who's an expert on vaccine damage and his wife, [11:31.000 --> 11:37.000] Melania, during the general election, while he was a candidate, said in a speech, she said, [11:37.000 --> 11:43.000] they say vaccines are safe and effective, but I'm not so sure the elites don't vaccinate their children. [11:43.000 --> 11:49.000] And of course, he's got Roger Stone always as a close confidant and advisor. [11:49.000 --> 11:55.000] So yeah, I think we I think we are our first patriot president since Reagan 1980. [11:55.000 --> 11:58.000] Now, it's just that there's not a John Hinckley incident. [11:58.000 --> 12:06.000] That's why it's very important that he picks members of his cabinet that are actually loyal to him and not trying to coup de tas us. [12:06.000 --> 12:09.000] Well, I think he's smart enough to realize that sort of thing. [12:09.000 --> 12:14.000] And that, you know, so many people are complaining about all the people who have worked for Goldman Sachs. [12:14.000 --> 12:23.000] But if you're a mover and shaker in the financial industry, it's one of the few places that you can work. [12:23.000 --> 12:26.000] And it's also the fact that he brings in ex-Goldman people. [12:26.000 --> 12:31.000] They weren't directly from Goldman, so they probably left and they weren't exactly pleased. [12:31.000 --> 12:35.000] In other words, it was stayed there and they know the road back and how Goldman works. [12:35.000 --> 12:43.000] Exactly. Also, it's the same, I guess, could be said with our secretary, say, Rex was it person? [12:43.000 --> 12:53.000] But it's Rex is his first name, the ex-Enron CEO, Rex Tillerson, the ex-Exxon mobile CEO, not ex-Enron CEO. [12:53.000 --> 12:58.000] But yeah, just have to see where they stand. [12:58.000 --> 13:01.000] They actually are true patriots or they're scumbags. [13:01.000 --> 13:11.000] I do like Michael T. Flynn. I do like General Mad Dog Mattis. I do like Steve Bannon. [13:11.000 --> 13:14.000] I think they'll follow his directions or they'll get fired. [13:14.000 --> 13:18.000] I also like Senator Jeff Sessions for attorney general. [13:18.000 --> 13:20.000] Yes, I think that's going to be very good. [13:20.000 --> 13:26.000] And that was also announced today that the FBI field office in New York has been, maybe it was yesterday, [13:26.000 --> 13:32.000] have been told to continue their investigation into the Clinton Foundation and are not being in any way stopped. [13:32.000 --> 13:39.000] And I figured that would be opened back up when Trump gets in, but they've been told now to continue the investigation. [13:39.000 --> 13:45.000] So I think a lot more things are going to come out in the future that are going to make us all very glad that she's not president. [13:45.000 --> 13:52.000] I think that's a bottom-up pressure on the lame ducks right now because they know heads are going to roll. [13:52.000 --> 13:54.000] They just don't want to be part of the heads that get rolled. [13:54.000 --> 14:00.000] But you know, Comey's going to be collecting his government pension probably by the end of January. [14:00.000 --> 14:03.000] Yeah. Well, let's talk about what they're doing in the meantime while nobody's looking. [14:03.000 --> 14:11.000] This is pretty scary. We already know that the FDA no longer runs their own testing necessarily. [14:11.000 --> 14:12.000] They do on some things. [14:12.000 --> 14:20.000] But pharmaceutical companies, if they want to have something approved at this point, have to show two tests, positive tests. [14:20.000 --> 14:25.000] Now, they can do 200 tests to get those two positive tests. [14:25.000 --> 14:31.000] And not only do they not have to disclose the tests that were not supportive of what they want, [14:31.000 --> 14:36.000] but the scientists who worked on those tests are gagged and that's not their intellectual property. [14:36.000 --> 14:38.000] So they're not allowed to discuss it. [14:38.000 --> 14:46.000] So already the influence of the pharmaceutical companies on the FDA is outrageous [14:46.000 --> 14:52.000] and has led to things like Vioxx that caused all these heart attacks and so many other things. [14:52.000 --> 14:56.000] It's become pretty apparent that if you look at television, [14:56.000 --> 15:00.000] and you see not only all the side effects that are announced at the end of a commercial, [15:00.000 --> 15:05.000] but all the commercials for, hey, have you taken this? Call us. We have a lawsuit going. [15:05.000 --> 15:13.000] How about that? Speaking of television, Leland, I watched you on television last night. [15:13.000 --> 15:15.000] You're a new TV celebrity now. [15:15.000 --> 15:17.000] What happened? What did you do? [15:17.000 --> 15:24.000] I was interviewed by the NBC affiliate in Austin, Texas, regarding putting out a Facebook event [15:24.000 --> 15:33.000] to have people come to the Electoral College vote today at the Texas Capitol and stand by the electors. [15:33.000 --> 15:35.000] How many people showed up to protest? [15:35.000 --> 15:36.000] A lot. [15:36.000 --> 15:37.000] Really? [15:37.000 --> 15:38.000] Several hundred. [15:38.000 --> 15:40.000] Wow. That is a lot. [15:40.000 --> 15:43.000] The gallery was completely filled to the brim. [15:43.000 --> 15:46.000] They were trying to get them to change. [15:46.000 --> 15:49.000] Do you think the majority of them were against Trump? [15:49.000 --> 15:52.000] I don't know. Thirty-six out of, well, here's the thing. [15:52.000 --> 15:59.000] First, four people were disqualified, two because they were federal government employees, [15:59.000 --> 16:04.000] and two because they, one because he openly said he was not going to vote for Trump, [16:04.000 --> 16:07.000] and then another who just didn't show up. [16:07.000 --> 16:11.000] So that's four electors that had to be replaced. [16:11.000 --> 16:20.000] Two hours and some change, doing that, and then electing the chairman of the Electoral College in Texas [16:20.000 --> 16:25.000] and his secretary, and then it's been about 15 minutes actually voting for the president, [16:25.000 --> 16:34.000] and 36 out of 38 voted for Trump, one voted for Ron Paul, and then one voted for John Kasich, of all people. [16:34.000 --> 16:37.000] I can't believe it. I was wondering why it was taking them so long today to release the, [16:37.000 --> 16:40.000] I was getting anxious because they weren't telling us. [16:40.000 --> 16:43.000] Well, there were a lot of people that were live streaming. [16:43.000 --> 16:49.000] Amy Headkey, James Dickey of Travis County Republican Party will pick us up after this short break. [16:49.000 --> 16:52.000] Here on the Logos Radio Network, I'm Leland Freeman. [16:52.000 --> 16:53.000] I'm Gary Hanna. [16:53.000 --> 16:54.000] I'm Nancy B. [16:54.000 --> 16:55.000] And we'll catch you after the break. [16:55.000 --> 17:10.000] And please call us at 512-646-1984. [17:26.000 --> 17:27.000] We can find it. [18:02.000 --> 18:03.000] Me love cookies. [18:03.000 --> 18:05.000] Oh, hi, Cookie Munchers. [18:05.000 --> 18:07.000] No, these are yucky cookies. [18:07.000 --> 18:08.000] Cookies? [18:08.000 --> 18:09.000] Yucky? [18:09.000 --> 18:10.000] No, no bad cookies. [18:10.000 --> 18:11.000] You can't even eat these cookies. [18:11.000 --> 18:13.000] These are cyber cookies. [18:13.000 --> 18:14.000] No, can't eat? [18:14.000 --> 18:17.000] No, they are cyber cookies and they clog up your computer. [18:17.000 --> 18:18.000] These have apples. [18:18.000 --> 18:19.000] Really? [18:19.000 --> 18:21.000] Oh, that's an actual apple. [18:21.000 --> 18:24.000] Yummy apple. [18:24.000 --> 18:27.000] I'm going to throw away these yucky cookies in the trash. [18:27.000 --> 18:33.000] I click control, shift, delete, and then scroll down to cookies and clear them. [18:33.000 --> 18:35.000] Bye bye, yucky cookies. [18:35.000 --> 18:41.000] Now I go to LogosRadioNetwork.com and I click on the Amazon box on the upper right-hand side, [18:41.000 --> 18:47.000] bookmark the link, and I can go to Amazon through this link and order you some yummy new cookies. [18:47.000 --> 18:48.000] New cookies? [18:48.000 --> 18:49.000] For me? [18:49.000 --> 18:51.000] Consider it an early Christmas present. [18:51.000 --> 18:58.000] And every time I order on Amazon, I go through this link and I give a little present to this radio network, too. [18:58.000 --> 18:59.000] B is for cookie. [18:59.000 --> 19:01.000] B is for classified. [19:01.000 --> 19:20.000] You are listening to the Logos Radio Network, LogosRadioNetwork.com. [19:20.000 --> 19:49.000] Well, welcome back. [19:49.000 --> 19:52.000] Welcome back once again to the Logos Radio Network. [19:52.000 --> 19:55.000] I hope everybody got bundled up for this evening. [19:55.000 --> 20:03.000] We almost broke a record last night, and there's a possibility of maybe breaking it again tonight. [20:03.000 --> 20:08.000] Well, the all-time low in Austin was recorded in 1949 at minus 2 degrees Fahrenheit. [20:08.000 --> 20:11.000] Well, I'm talking about for today's weather. [20:11.000 --> 20:12.000] For today's date. [20:12.000 --> 20:14.000] Today's date, today's weather. [20:14.000 --> 20:17.000] Yeah, it makes me wonder if there would have been more protesters out the Capitol today. [20:17.000 --> 20:18.000] Could have been. [20:18.000 --> 20:20.000] If we weren't such whistlers on weather. [20:20.000 --> 20:23.000] You know, maybe the government had something to do with that. [20:23.000 --> 20:30.000] Well, they could put a better Wi-Fi system in the Capitol because I couldn't live stream. [20:30.000 --> 20:32.000] Well, all of that marble, probably. [20:32.000 --> 20:33.000] Granted. [20:33.000 --> 20:35.000] And don't take it for granted. [20:35.000 --> 20:37.000] Yeah, but they have repeaters everywhere in that Capitol. [20:37.000 --> 20:39.000] It's just they have a terrible Wi-Fi system. [20:39.000 --> 20:45.000] Nancy, I know you're up there watching for all these streams of chemical. [20:45.000 --> 20:46.000] Oh, boy. [20:46.000 --> 20:49.000] Yesterday was something else. [20:49.000 --> 20:50.000] And today, too. [20:50.000 --> 20:51.000] Oh, today, too. [20:51.000 --> 20:52.000] Yes. [20:52.000 --> 20:53.000] I mean, look. [20:53.000 --> 20:54.000] Oh, my gosh. [20:54.000 --> 20:55.000] I've never seen nothing like it. [20:55.000 --> 21:02.000] There was layers and layers of these streams of chemicals that were being distributed. [21:02.000 --> 21:09.000] I mean, they were going east and west, coming back from west to east. [21:09.000 --> 21:11.000] It was incredible. [21:11.000 --> 21:16.000] Nano, aluminum, barium and strontium at the very minimum, and this is a worldwide thing. [21:16.000 --> 21:21.000] It's happening in Russia, although Russia doesn't, you know, do any GMOs and that kind of stuff. [21:21.000 --> 21:23.000] They protect their public in a lot of ways that we don't. [21:23.000 --> 21:25.000] But they still have chemtrails. [21:25.000 --> 21:28.000] Apparently, it's something that's above government, as far as we can tell. [21:28.000 --> 21:30.000] And it looks like some of them. [21:30.000 --> 21:32.000] Life is above government. [21:32.000 --> 21:33.000] I know, exactly. [21:33.000 --> 21:35.000] And some of them may be drones as well. [21:35.000 --> 21:37.000] They may not be piloted aircraft. [21:37.000 --> 21:41.000] There's a couple of people who have come out recently and talked about it. [21:41.000 --> 21:47.000] One guy was an air traffic controller, and he said that they're having real problems [21:47.000 --> 21:51.000] because these guys now are coming down sometimes to the lower levels where they're flying, [21:51.000 --> 21:55.000] that they're usually flying above them or on a different level, [21:55.000 --> 21:58.000] but they don't show up on their radar screens. [21:58.000 --> 22:00.000] Something about that. [22:00.000 --> 22:01.000] And how interesting is that? [22:01.000 --> 22:05.000] What kind of power is that, that you could keep a chemtrail plane from showing up [22:05.000 --> 22:09.000] for the air traffic controllers? [22:09.000 --> 22:11.000] That does sound dangerous. [22:11.000 --> 22:13.000] So he said there's a lot of concern among them, [22:13.000 --> 22:18.000] but as far as he knows, he's the only one who's ever spoken out about it. [22:18.000 --> 22:21.000] But I imagine they're under quite a threat to not say anything. [22:21.000 --> 22:25.000] And it seems that most of them have been told that this is very important [22:25.000 --> 22:27.000] to keep the planet from overheating. [22:27.000 --> 22:33.000] And so they refuse and do not listen to any of those naysayers or crazy people [22:33.000 --> 22:38.000] who are talking about chemicals being sprayed on them that we're supposed to, you know. [22:38.000 --> 22:39.000] Just ignore that. [22:39.000 --> 22:42.000] Yeah, those are just ignorant people who don't realize that you're helping them. [22:42.000 --> 22:46.000] But one of the things that I do, and I know I say it all the time, [22:46.000 --> 22:51.000] is I drink some clay water, you know, a little bit of clay in my water, [22:51.000 --> 22:54.000] and that'll absorb the nano-aluminum out of me. [22:54.000 --> 22:57.000] It'll keep the chemicals away. [22:57.000 --> 23:00.000] It will. It'll absorb that stuff and pull it out of me. [23:00.000 --> 23:03.000] And also clay in the bath. [23:03.000 --> 23:07.000] And I do facials with clay, because, of course, our face and our head gets a lot. [23:07.000 --> 23:10.000] Recently, I washed my hair with clay. [23:10.000 --> 23:11.000] Oh, yeah, absolutely. [23:11.000 --> 23:15.000] I did not know about that, and I ran out of shampoo. [23:15.000 --> 23:20.000] Well, you can actually put it in your eyes if you want to. [23:20.000 --> 23:21.000] It'll clean up your eyes. [23:21.000 --> 23:24.000] You put it in your nose. [23:24.000 --> 23:25.000] Very diluted for those. [23:25.000 --> 23:26.000] Very, very diluted, yeah. [23:26.000 --> 23:29.000] You don't want to stick it in there as a powder form, no. [23:29.000 --> 23:32.000] And I did try, you know, how I squirt silver up my nose. [23:32.000 --> 23:36.000] I tried squirting very diluted clay up my nose, and it wasn't that great. [23:36.000 --> 23:37.000] No. [23:37.000 --> 23:38.000] No, it probably wasn't the best idea. [23:38.000 --> 23:39.000] No. [23:39.000 --> 23:40.000] I thought it was worth a try. [23:40.000 --> 23:41.000] Yep. [23:41.000 --> 23:44.000] But you don't want to get it in your lungs, you know. [23:44.000 --> 23:45.000] No. [23:45.000 --> 23:47.000] That's one of the things you have to be cautious of. [23:47.000 --> 23:53.000] Well, you have a very good lung cleaning program that I think is probably going to be more and more important. [23:53.000 --> 23:58.000] If they continue to chemtrail, we'll see what happens with our new government. [23:58.000 --> 24:03.000] But in the meantime, with all this chemtrailing going on, we're breathing that. [24:03.000 --> 24:08.000] And your mixture for nebulizer is very interesting. [24:08.000 --> 24:09.000] Yeah. [24:09.000 --> 24:19.000] We encourage, recommend a higher dosage of colloidal silver, about 750 ppm, and take [24:19.000 --> 24:25.000] about a half an ounce of that and a half an ounce of high quality hydrogen peroxide, [24:25.000 --> 24:27.000] 3% hydrogen peroxide. [24:27.000 --> 24:28.000] Which is available. [24:28.000 --> 24:29.000] Yeah. [24:29.000 --> 24:33.000] It's not just a pharmaceutical grade, but also a food grade. [24:33.000 --> 24:35.000] And that makes a big difference. [24:35.000 --> 24:37.000] Folks, you've got to be very cautious. [24:37.000 --> 24:39.000] Look at these labels. [24:39.000 --> 24:42.000] You know, they have 3% hydrogen peroxide on the market. [24:42.000 --> 24:47.000] If you look at it, it says not for internal use. [24:47.000 --> 24:50.000] Listen, a light bulb needs to go off in your head. [24:50.000 --> 24:52.000] There's a reason why. [24:52.000 --> 24:56.000] There's something else added to that hydrogen peroxide. [24:56.000 --> 25:00.000] That's why they say do not take it internally. [25:00.000 --> 25:01.000] It's just like clays. [25:01.000 --> 25:05.000] You don't want to take an external clay internally. [25:05.000 --> 25:07.000] It's not purified enough. [25:07.000 --> 25:11.000] It has a lot of contamination to it. [25:11.000 --> 25:19.000] There's a lot of companies out there that represent the word betonite clay, and that is a generic name. [25:19.000 --> 25:22.000] So you have to be very cautious of it. [25:22.000 --> 25:26.000] The Aztec Indian clay is a... [25:26.000 --> 25:29.000] I'm sorry to tell you this, but it's an inferior clay. [25:29.000 --> 25:30.000] It's an external clay. [25:30.000 --> 25:33.000] It's surface clay. [25:33.000 --> 25:40.000] In its mesh form, it's about, well, about 200 mesh, which is not very fine. [25:40.000 --> 25:49.000] Plus, it has all the contaminations from the weather for, you know, tens and thousands and hundreds of thousands and millions of years. [25:49.000 --> 25:52.000] So you want to be sure you get the right clay. [25:52.000 --> 25:53.000] Deep down, or deep down. [25:53.000 --> 25:55.000] Yours is from at least a thousand feet down. [25:55.000 --> 25:59.000] And I also think it has a higher magnetic property, too. [25:59.000 --> 26:02.000] You know, it's funny that we can't say that anything cures anything. [26:02.000 --> 26:08.000] They've made it illegal to tell the truth about anything that hasn't been tested and approved by the FDA. [26:08.000 --> 26:13.000] It's not legal to say that vitamin C could help prevent colds. [26:13.000 --> 26:24.000] It's not, you know, everybody in the alternative industry has to be completely cautious about every word they say because telling the truth, [26:24.000 --> 26:33.000] even if it's provable throughout history, if it's been known for, you know, thousands of years, we're not allowed to say anything like that. [26:33.000 --> 26:40.000] And yet I find it very interesting that this new bill that they've passed through is called the 21st Century Cures Act. [26:40.000 --> 26:42.000] Yeah, for the good old boys. [26:42.000 --> 26:43.000] It's for the political people. [26:43.000 --> 26:45.000] The Cures Act, which sounds so good, doesn't it? [26:45.000 --> 26:46.000] Sounds so good. [26:46.000 --> 26:47.000] Oh, yeah. [26:47.000 --> 26:57.000] So they want to cut down on the testing and, you know, that's going to make it easier to get approved so they can save more lives, folks. [26:57.000 --> 26:58.000] Well, here's the question. [26:58.000 --> 27:01.000] Is it going to be universally across the board? [27:01.000 --> 27:10.000] Like, for example, all this naturopathic, what's the appropriate term you can use that's FDA-suitable naturopathic alternatives? [27:10.000 --> 27:18.000] Would that make it easy, would it just be as easy to get that passed through as some crappy pharmaceutical drug or something like that? [27:18.000 --> 27:19.000] And those things don't go to FDA? [27:19.000 --> 27:20.000] No. [27:20.000 --> 27:23.000] What we were just talking about, because you can't own them and you can't patent them, [27:23.000 --> 27:32.000] nobody can afford to spend the millions of dollars that you have to spend to take something through the FDA because you still wouldn't have any kind of exclusive right to it. [27:32.000 --> 27:43.000] Well, what's interesting is the FDA doesn't even cover all food. The USDA covers dairy and poultry and meat stuff. [27:43.000 --> 27:49.000] So it's very interesting how the FDA is not even just on the bus across all foods. [27:49.000 --> 27:54.000] Well, they definitely have a conflict of interest. And so here, this is being lauded as a bipartisan success. [27:54.000 --> 27:58.000] Oh, it's a result of a long war on drug regulation. [27:58.000 --> 28:03.000] So Christmas came early. This is an article in thenewrepublic.com. [28:03.000 --> 28:06.000] Christmas came early for the pharmaceutical industry this year. [28:06.000 --> 28:11.000] Last week, the Senate followed the House in passing the 21st Century Cures Act. [28:11.000 --> 28:18.000] Though this bill has been lauded by liberals for providing much-needed funds for medical research, its real impact will be elsewhere. [28:18.000 --> 28:28.000] Whereas drug approval traditionally required a demonstration of real clinical benefit in a randomized clinical trial, under the Act, [28:28.000 --> 28:36.000] drug firms will be increasingly able to rely on flimsier forms of evidence for approval of their therapies. [28:36.000 --> 28:44.000] So they're getting naturopathics, they're getting more stricter on and pharmaceutical, they're getting more liberal on. [28:44.000 --> 28:45.000] How ironic is that? [28:45.000 --> 28:46.000] Isn't that crazy? [28:46.000 --> 28:50.000] It is crazy, Yen. Let me tell you, it's all about the money, folks. [28:50.000 --> 28:52.000] Trump hasn't picked a surgeon generally, has he? [28:52.000 --> 28:53.000] I don't believe he has. [28:53.000 --> 28:59.000] And thankfully, Ben Carson actually pulled himself out of the consideration, Mr. Bakstein himself. [28:59.000 --> 29:04.000] Well, but he's going to be HUD, which is very interesting. I don't know what he knows about the housing industry. [29:04.000 --> 29:06.000] But it'll be interesting to see how that goes. [29:06.000 --> 29:08.000] Well, maybe he'll be like Rick Perry of the Department of Energy. [29:08.000 --> 29:13.000] Maybe he'll be there to just basically destroy it and obliterate it and eliminate it. [29:13.000 --> 29:16.000] Well, it's true that... [29:16.000 --> 29:19.000] There's three agencies, Department of Education, Department of the... [29:19.000 --> 29:22.000] It's like it's five. The EPA. [29:22.000 --> 29:25.000] It's like the EPA knows about the EPA. [29:25.000 --> 29:30.000] Well, he's found somebody who's also much more industry friendly for the EPA and we'll see how that goes. [29:30.000 --> 29:34.000] I'm of course for preserving the earth, but that's not what they've been doing. [29:34.000 --> 29:42.000] They've been allowing corporations to get away with things and they've been stomping on little landowners about every tributary. [29:42.000 --> 29:46.000] But then there's the assault on coal just so that the energy costs go through the roof. [29:46.000 --> 29:50.000] And we will pick this conversation up after this short break here on the Logos Radio Network. [29:50.000 --> 29:51.000] I'm Leland Freeman. [29:51.000 --> 29:52.000] I'm Gary Hanna. [29:52.000 --> 29:53.000] I'm Nancy Reed. [29:53.000 --> 29:55.000] And we'll catch you after the break. [30:02.000 --> 30:07.000] Mmm, chocolate. It's decadent and delicious and small amounts can be good for your health. [30:07.000 --> 30:12.000] But now chocoholics may have an even better excuse to indulge improved math skills. [30:12.000 --> 30:16.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll have the sweet scoop in a moment. [30:16.000 --> 30:18.000] Privacy is under attack. [30:18.000 --> 30:21.000] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [30:21.000 --> 30:26.000] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [30:26.000 --> 30:28.000] So protect your rights. [30:28.000 --> 30:32.000] Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [30:32.000 --> 30:34.000] Privacy. It's worth hanging on to. [30:34.000 --> 30:41.000] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [30:41.000 --> 30:45.000] Start over with StartPage. [30:45.000 --> 30:47.000] Chocolate isn't just a sweet treat. [30:47.000 --> 30:51.000] In small amounts, it has anti-cancer properties and keeps the heart healthy. [30:51.000 --> 30:56.000] But a new study shows that eating chocolate may also make mental arithmetic easier [30:56.000 --> 30:59.000] and keep the brain from getting tired when you're doing it. [30:59.000 --> 31:06.000] Volunteers were asked to count backwards by threes from a random number between 800 and 1,000 egads. [31:06.000 --> 31:12.000] Then they drank hot chocolate with large amounts of flavonols, compounds that increase blood flow to the brain. [31:12.000 --> 31:17.000] After drinking it, they calculated more quickly and accurately and they didn't feel as mentally drained. [31:17.000 --> 31:23.000] The catch? To get that same amount of flavonols, you'd have to eat a gut-busting five chocolate bars. [31:23.000 --> 31:24.000] Go figure. [31:24.000 --> 31:29.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine. [31:54.000 --> 31:56.000] That saves you space, time, and money. [31:56.000 --> 32:03.000] Call 888-910-4367 only at FUSA.org. [32:03.000 --> 32:06.000] Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer the rule of law traffic seminar. [32:06.000 --> 32:11.000] In today's America, we live in an us-against-them society, and if we the people are ever going to have a free society, [32:11.000 --> 32:14.000] then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights. [32:14.000 --> 32:18.000] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, the right to act in our own private capacity, [32:18.000 --> 32:21.000] and most importantly, the right to due process of law. [32:21.000 --> 32:27.000] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve our rights through due process. [32:27.000 --> 32:30.000] Former Sheriff's Deputy Eddie Craig, in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio, [32:30.000 --> 32:35.000] has put together the most comprehensive teaching tool available that will help you understand what due process is [32:35.000 --> 32:37.000] and how to hold courts to the rule of law. [32:37.000 --> 32:42.000] You can get your own copy of this invaluable material by going to ruleoflawradio.com and ordering your copy today. [33:05.000 --> 33:13.000] You're listening to the Logos Radio Network at logosradionetwork.com. [33:13.000 --> 33:37.000] Well, hello there again. [33:37.000 --> 33:39.000] Welcome to the Logos Radio Network. [33:39.000 --> 33:41.000] Welcome to About Your Health. [33:41.000 --> 33:43.000] And you know this is a calling show. [33:43.000 --> 33:50.000] If you'd like to make any comments or have any questions about what's going on today or what went on yesterday [33:50.000 --> 33:54.000] or what's possibly going on tomorrow, it would be a good thing to give us a call. [33:54.000 --> 33:55.000] We'd love to hear from you. [33:55.000 --> 34:00.000] 512-646-1984. [34:00.000 --> 34:03.000] Yeah, we just want to call and talk to us about the Dallas Cowboys we could even facilitate then. [34:03.000 --> 34:06.000] Of course, we are brought to you by each and every week [34:06.000 --> 34:13.000] by Dayton Pure Organics, Rock Army Records, and Capitol Coin & Bullion, home of the $60 Beyond Takey Tangerine 2.0. [34:13.000 --> 34:21.000] And Christmas is coming up this week, and there is nothing better than giving a loved one some precious metals. [34:21.000 --> 34:24.000] Whether it's gold, silver, platinum, or lead. [34:24.000 --> 34:33.000] And Capitol Coin & Bullion has reasonable prices above spot for any, like for example, I went in there this past weekend [34:33.000 --> 34:39.000] and a little around $20, I walked out with a brand new 2016 Silver Eagle. [34:39.000 --> 34:40.000] That's right. [34:40.000 --> 34:44.000] The best way to invest in precious metals is actually possess it yourself. [34:44.000 --> 34:49.000] There's other places out there that say, well, we could store it for you for a fee this, that, and the other. [34:49.000 --> 34:51.000] Be cautious of that. [34:51.000 --> 34:53.000] Well, especially because the metals don't even exist. [34:53.000 --> 34:58.000] When you go to Capitol Coin & Bullion, when you go and purchase an ounce of silver or 10 ounces of silver, [34:58.000 --> 35:01.000] you walk out with that silver. [35:01.000 --> 35:04.000] So they are an amazing, amazing place. [35:04.000 --> 35:10.000] An Austin institution at 7304 Burnett Road, suite A, plenty of parking out back. [35:10.000 --> 35:17.000] They also carry popular Young Jeopardy products, as well as they have the Berkey Water Filter and One World Way. [35:17.000 --> 35:21.000] And ammunition for even some weird calibers. [35:21.000 --> 35:29.000] Like if you own a, you bought a novelty gun at the gun store, like a Raven P-25 for what, 50 bucks or less. [35:29.000 --> 35:34.000] They got P-25 ammunition and PMC bronze. [35:34.000 --> 35:36.000] So it's actually good stuff. [35:36.000 --> 35:41.000] That's Capitol Coin & Bullion, the home of the $60 Beyoncé Tangerine. [35:41.000 --> 35:47.000] And of course, if you want to support the Logos Radio Network and you shop it for your Christmas gifts on Amazon, [35:47.000 --> 35:50.000] what you should do is that you should clear your cookies. [35:50.000 --> 35:51.000] And Nancy, how do you do that? [35:51.000 --> 35:57.000] You clear the cookies, control, edit, delete, and then scroll down the cookies and delete them. [35:57.000 --> 36:02.000] And do that every time beforehand, every time before you use this link. [36:02.000 --> 36:07.000] Then you go to logosradionetwork.com and there's an Amazon ad there. [36:07.000 --> 36:11.000] Click on that and it'll give you a tiny URL that you can use to order through. [36:11.000 --> 36:13.000] And then you do everything exactly the same. [36:13.000 --> 36:17.000] It's just that before every order you clear your cookies and go through that URL to get there. [36:17.000 --> 36:21.000] And it gives a little bit of a gift to the Logos Radio Network. [36:21.000 --> 36:24.000] And it doesn't cost you any more on the purchase price. [36:24.000 --> 36:29.000] So if you want to pre-order Roger Stone's book, The Making of a President 2016, [36:29.000 --> 36:36.000] about the 2016 campaign of President-elect Donald J. Trump, you can purchase the book. [36:36.000 --> 36:38.000] It'll be there when it comes out. [36:38.000 --> 36:41.000] Books and music in particular are helpful. [36:41.000 --> 36:44.000] And you're helping the Logos Radio Network keep shows like us on the air. [36:44.000 --> 36:47.000] There'll be a lot of people doing after-Christmas shopping, too. [36:47.000 --> 36:49.000] You know, online after-Christmas shopping is very popular. [36:49.000 --> 36:54.000] So make sure you remember to just logosradionetwork.com and use that URL. [36:54.000 --> 37:00.000] And help keep everybody on the air so we can talk about cool stuff like this. [37:00.000 --> 37:06.000] And all of our sponsors take every credit card imaginable, even Discover and American Express. [37:06.000 --> 37:11.000] So if you have a friend that has, he's like, well, I need to spend it on my Amex points. [37:11.000 --> 37:12.000] Don't worry. [37:12.000 --> 37:17.000] Nature's Pure Gags, Capital Coin Bullion, and of course Amazon.com, [37:17.000 --> 37:22.000] which will all support the Logos Radio Network, take American Express and Discover. [37:22.000 --> 37:24.000] And tell your friends about us. [37:24.000 --> 37:28.000] I'm going to give gold and silver in the form of colloidal gold and silver [37:28.000 --> 37:34.000] because I want my family to be healthy this year and to stay happy and psychologically balanced is always good. [37:34.000 --> 37:38.000] In fact, it'd probably be a good idea to give everybody that comes over for Christmas [37:38.000 --> 37:41.000] a little bit of colloidal gold under their tongue when they walk in the door [37:41.000 --> 37:43.000] so that the whole family can get along. [37:43.000 --> 37:44.000] Absolutely. [37:44.000 --> 37:45.000] Make everybody happy. [37:45.000 --> 37:48.000] Please send it to them a couple of days earlier. [37:48.000 --> 37:49.000] Very right. Get them started. [37:49.000 --> 37:52.000] That way when they get in front of the door, they're already feeling good. [37:52.000 --> 37:54.000] Please start on this before you come home. [37:54.000 --> 37:56.000] Yes, please, please, please, please, please. [37:56.000 --> 37:59.000] Oh, OK, folks, I want to share something with you. [37:59.000 --> 38:07.000] I've been working on Ormus Gold and Silver and some of the other, you know, some of the other trace minerals. [38:07.000 --> 38:14.000] So I just wanted to let you know that I'm going to have that product available sometime after the first of the year. [38:14.000 --> 38:17.000] And we're going to put it in triple distilled water. [38:17.000 --> 38:22.000] So the parts per million is probably going to increase significantly, [38:22.000 --> 38:28.000] somewhere in the neighborhood of 200 to 250,000 parts per million. [38:28.000 --> 38:30.000] Wow. Wow. That's amazing. [38:30.000 --> 38:32.000] Look up Ormus. Everybody look up Ormus. [38:32.000 --> 38:37.000] You know, Gary, you should sell some of the triple distilled water just as a standalone product. [38:37.000 --> 38:42.000] I have done that before. More to friends and relatives and things like that. [38:42.000 --> 38:46.000] And it's not evaluated or by the FDA because they have to. [38:46.000 --> 38:50.000] But you have to put all these nutritional facts on the labels, which. [38:50.000 --> 38:51.000] That's funny. [38:51.000 --> 38:53.000] Zero, zero, zero, zero, zero. [38:53.000 --> 39:00.000] I forget which comic on HBO went off on that, but the nutritional value of water is what he went off on. [39:00.000 --> 39:06.000] Well, let's talk about water a little bit because there's a new study that came out from the British Medical Association. [39:06.000 --> 39:08.000] Well, no, that's not true. [39:08.000 --> 39:13.000] British Medical Association has been calling for an end to the national funding for homeopathy. [39:13.000 --> 39:17.000] And the detractors were describing it as nonsense on stilts. [39:17.000 --> 39:25.000] But a Nobel Prize winning scientist has made a discovery that suggests that homeopathy does have a scientific basis after all. [39:25.000 --> 39:31.000] Nobel Prize winning French virologist, Professor Luc Montagnier, [39:31.000 --> 39:44.000] shocked his fellow Nobel Prize winners and the medical establishment by telling them that he had discovered that water has a memory that continues even after many dilutions. [39:44.000 --> 39:51.000] What if you run it through a filter like a Berkey or a Pro Pure, which, Gary, you still have plenty in stock with the special holiday pricing? [39:51.000 --> 39:53.000] Yes, until they're gone. [39:53.000 --> 40:08.000] Well, I don't know how it would affect homeopathic vibrational frequency, but until his research, the bulk of mainstream doctors and scientists had maintained that there was no scientific way that multiple dilutions used in homeopathy could possibly work. [40:08.000 --> 40:25.000] In part, such views stemmed from the lack of understanding and in larger part because the desire to stem the rising popularity of homeopathy and eliminate it as a competition to mainstream medicine, much the same as happened in the United States about a century ago. [40:25.000 --> 40:36.000] I didn't know this, but one of the foundations maintains that the potency of a substance is increased with its dilution. [40:36.000 --> 40:49.000] And Montagnier discovered that solutions contained in the DNA of viruses and bacteria could emit low frequency radio waves, and the radio waves influence the molecules around them, turning them into organized structures. [40:49.000 --> 40:57.000] The molecules in turn emit waves, and Montagnier found that the waves remain in the water even after it's been diluted many times. [40:57.000 --> 41:01.000] So to a lay person, that might not mean much, but to scientists, it highly should. [41:01.000 --> 41:03.000] So you can have happy water and angry water. [41:03.000 --> 41:04.000] Yes, exactly. [41:04.000 --> 41:11.000] Well, you know, I had interviewed the messages from Water Guy, and that's what he's shown. [41:11.000 --> 41:13.000] So, and listen to this. [41:13.000 --> 41:15.000] I had no idea it was this popular. [41:15.000 --> 41:20.000] In Britain, the market for homeopathy is estimated to be growing at around 20% a year. [41:20.000 --> 41:27.000] Over 30 million people in Europe use homeopathic medicine. [41:27.000 --> 41:37.000] And homeopathy is supported in Britain by Prince Charles, and the physician of the royal family has been a homeopathic physician since the 1800s. [41:37.000 --> 41:40.000] Wait, is that a good or a bad thing that Prince Charles is supporting this thing? [41:40.000 --> 41:44.000] Well, it's what they use for themselves while pushing all this other stuff. [41:44.000 --> 41:45.000] No, it's not. [41:45.000 --> 41:47.000] No, and this is the same is true in our history. [41:47.000 --> 41:59.000] Homeopathy is also experiencing a resurgence in popularity in the United States, and it's far more popular in much of the rest of the world. In India, approximately 130 million people use homeopathy. [41:59.000 --> 42:01.000] Well, what about water from desalinization? [42:01.000 --> 42:05.000] Because 30% of Israel's water comes from desalinization. [42:05.000 --> 42:06.000] I don't know. [42:06.000 --> 42:16.000] And in Brazil, homeopathy is recognized as a medical specialty where 15,000 medical doctors are certified as homeopathic specialists. [42:16.000 --> 42:17.000] So here's what happened to us. [42:17.000 --> 42:22.000] In the latter half of the 19th century, homeopathy was in its heyday in the United States. [42:22.000 --> 42:24.000] Regular physicians could hardly compete. [42:24.000 --> 42:34.000] By 1902, homeopaths did seven times the business of allopaths, and there were 15,000 practicing homeopathic physicians in the U.S. [42:34.000 --> 42:48.000] So during the 1849 cholera epidemic, homeopaths from Cincinnati kept rigorous records and showed that they only lost 3% of their patients, while allopathy lost 16 to 20%. [42:48.000 --> 42:53.000] Oh, no, I'm sorry, 16 to 20 times more, not percent. [42:53.000 --> 43:01.000] So many highly accomplished individuals in the past and present have chosen homeopathy as their therapy choice, including several U.S. presidents. [43:01.000 --> 43:13.000] Many of the literary greats often wrote about homeopathy, including Ralph Waldo Emerson, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, Louisa May Alcott, Nathaniel Hawthorne, and Mark Twain. [43:13.000 --> 43:15.000] And he lived a good long time, didn't he? [43:15.000 --> 43:16.000] Samuel Clemens. [43:16.000 --> 43:17.000] Yep. [43:17.000 --> 43:26.000] And it wasn't like Zsa Zsa Gabor when she lived five years longer than she should have because they kept sticking around live support, chopping off her limbs when they got infected. [43:26.000 --> 43:28.000] It was a horrific way of going out. [43:28.000 --> 43:29.000] Wow. [43:29.000 --> 43:36.000] So at the turn of the 20th century, the AMA came right out and admitted that the competition was destroying their income. [43:36.000 --> 43:43.000] And because of John D. Rockefeller, who only used homeopathy, they edged him out. [43:43.000 --> 43:44.000] You got your fingers up. [43:44.000 --> 43:45.000] Are we getting ready to go to break? [43:45.000 --> 43:46.000] Yes, we are. [43:46.000 --> 43:47.000] Okay. [43:47.000 --> 43:49.000] I'll tell you more about this when we come back. [43:49.000 --> 43:52.000] This is About Your Health with the Logos Radio Network. [43:52.000 --> 43:53.000] I'm Leland Freeman. [43:53.000 --> 43:54.000] You are indeed. [43:54.000 --> 43:55.000] And I'm Gary Hanna. [43:55.000 --> 43:56.000] You are indeed. [43:56.000 --> 43:57.000] I'm Anthony Reed. [43:57.000 --> 43:58.000] All right. [43:58.000 --> 43:59.000] Call us at 512-646. [44:28.000 --> 44:47.000] Don't forget to like us on Facebook for information on events and our products. [44:47.000 --> 45:12.000] Thank you very much. [45:12.000 --> 45:31.000] Thank you very much. [45:31.000 --> 45:59.000] Thank you very much. [46:01.000 --> 46:26.000] Thank you very much. [46:31.000 --> 46:59.000] Thank you very much. [46:59.000 --> 47:04.000] Well, into the Logos Radio Network and our program, About Your Health. [47:04.000 --> 47:07.000] We're so honored and grateful to have you listening in tonight. [47:07.000 --> 47:13.000] We would like to hear from you, if possible, at 512-646-1984. [47:13.000 --> 47:18.000] I'd like to hear maybe some suggestions, your comments or questions about our program. [47:18.000 --> 47:26.000] We've been doing this now for about three years, and we really appreciated each and every one of you and all your support. [47:26.000 --> 47:32.000] And, you know, it's been some trying times, and we're going to go through some more this next year. [47:32.000 --> 47:37.000] So let's love each other, take care of each other, and do the right thing. [47:37.000 --> 47:38.000] Buy silver and lead. [47:38.000 --> 47:40.000] I think things are going to get better and better. [47:40.000 --> 47:41.000] I feel very optimistic. [47:41.000 --> 47:47.000] And if it's true at all that we create our own reality, I think it's important for all of us to expect things to get better. [47:47.000 --> 47:52.000] And it looks to me like all the old ways are kind of crumbling around them. [47:52.000 --> 47:56.000] They can't control the information like they used to. If we create our own reality, [47:56.000 --> 48:02.000] then why would most people want to create a reality that is depressing and sucks? [48:02.000 --> 48:08.000] Well, what they leave out is that everyone else creates their reality, too, and their reality touches your reality. [48:08.000 --> 48:13.000] So our reality is being molested by other people's reality. [48:13.000 --> 48:18.000] It's interesting because, you know, like what was happening at the Capitol, when they actually voted on the electorate, [48:18.000 --> 48:23.000] that was 15 minutes, but basically they spent two and a half hours stroking their own egos. [48:23.000 --> 48:27.000] And everyone gives me a hard time when I talk about stroking on the radio. [48:27.000 --> 48:34.000] They're like, you have like 50 people or, excuse me, 40 people, was it 38 electors and a couple other support people, [48:34.000 --> 48:41.000] the Secretary of State and the Chief Justice of the Texas Supreme Court, stroking their own egos in front of everybody, [48:41.000 --> 48:42.000] in front of the live streams and everything else. [48:42.000 --> 48:48.000] And I go like, oh, God, I want to do some stroking. I'll be at home on certain websites. [48:48.000 --> 48:50.000] Oh, boy, there's a lovely thought. [48:50.000 --> 48:57.000] Which is actually, believe it or not, there's this video that's going around Facebook that says that it's actually good for your prostate to drain. [48:57.000 --> 49:00.000] I'm not sure it is. I don't want to hear about it from you, though. [49:00.000 --> 49:01.000] Me either. [49:01.000 --> 49:06.000] So I'm sure it's good for depression as well. [49:06.000 --> 49:10.000] And we're going to talk later about how one to six Americans are on antidepressants. [49:10.000 --> 49:20.000] And, you know, speaking of homeopathy, there's a lot of good homeopathic treatments for depression as well. [49:20.000 --> 49:27.000] And we're going to talk about some essential oils you can use for depression and then some more about how the gold affects our synapses. [49:27.000 --> 49:29.000] What about our light sources? [49:29.000 --> 49:36.000] Yes, vitamin D. There's a new study out that shows that autism may also be linked to vitamin D deficiency. [49:36.000 --> 49:43.000] What about our artificial light sources, for example, the phase out of the incandescent light bulb where you have either thoresin, [49:43.000 --> 49:54.000] which has those flicker rates, and it has a ton of mercury in it, where one of Rush Limbaugh's permanent guest hosts, Mark Stein, he always goes off on. [49:54.000 --> 49:57.000] He goes with his Australian accent. [49:57.000 --> 50:02.000] The curlicue light bulb. You know, I come from a country where we didn't have all these curlicue light bulbs. [50:02.000 --> 50:09.000] You have to do these curlicue light bulbs if they break and you have to worry about collecting all the lead and everything else and the mercury that falls out of it. [50:09.000 --> 50:14.000] And they're going, OK, well, but these LEDs, you don't know what's really behind them. That's what's behind all these displays. [50:14.000 --> 50:18.000] Well, if they do break, you have to run out of your house because of the mercury. [50:18.000 --> 50:20.000] We're talking about the compact for the rest of the life. [50:20.000 --> 50:26.000] Yes. Let me finish up on this little bit of the history of the homeopathic stuff. I keep doing that. [50:26.000 --> 50:33.000] And then we're also going to talk in the next hour about cooking with aluminum foil, which so many people who are aluminum aware are still doing. [50:33.000 --> 50:36.000] Yeah, I know. I'm guilty last night. That's how my lobster was cooked. [50:36.000 --> 50:40.000] I think, you know, everybody's doing it, barbecuing in it and all that kind of stuff. [50:40.000 --> 50:45.000] So I think this is interesting, though, of how we got where we are on the homeopathic stuff. [50:45.000 --> 50:53.000] At the turn of the 20th century, the AMA came right out and admitted that the competition from homeopathy was destroying physicians' incomes. [50:53.000 --> 51:05.000] Thanks to funding from J.D. Rockefeller and the Carnegie Foundation, the AMA was able to repress and ultimately eliminate homeopathy and other natural and alternative competition. [51:05.000 --> 51:15.000] So 22 homeopathic medical schools that flourished in 1900 in the United States dwindled to just two by 1923. [51:15.000 --> 51:19.000] And by 1950, all schools teaching homeopathy were closed. [51:19.000 --> 51:30.000] Ironically, John D. Rockefeller believed strongly in homeopathy and referred to it as progressive and aggressive steps in medicine and lived to the ripe old age of 99 using only homeopathy. [51:30.000 --> 51:39.000] Well, it says a lot that all these people that say this technology or this or not technology, but, you know, these advancements are good for you. [51:39.000 --> 51:46.000] For example, the Monsanto with GMO and yet in the Monsanto cafeteria, they don't serve GMO. [51:46.000 --> 51:53.000] Right. Right. Well, and what Melania Trump said about the elites don't vaccinate their children. [51:53.000 --> 52:06.000] You know, this whole thing about what they're trying to make it that only the mainstream pharmaceutical and corporate sponsored press is telling the truth is just not true. [52:06.000 --> 52:22.000] Well, it's interesting, too, is if you look back in the two reels from the 1930s, they still had the belief they were just out in the open with their eugenics where they were trying to forcibly sterilize certain members of the population they viewed was genetically inferior. [52:22.000 --> 52:31.000] And it looks like now they're doing it through plastics and vaccines and, you know, who knows how many directions there. [52:31.000 --> 52:40.000] They've been busted with the vaccines, having a sterilization chemical in them all over Africa and other countries. [52:40.000 --> 52:45.000] But the Catholic Church, oddly enough, busted them and found those things in the vaccinations. [52:45.000 --> 52:48.000] Well, it's like one arm not talking to the other. [52:48.000 --> 52:54.000] Where you have these organizations that are like, hey, wait a minute, you're screwing people over, but not the way we want you to screw people over. [52:54.000 --> 52:56.000] So you have to do it our way or the highway. [52:56.000 --> 52:59.000] Otherwise, we will expose you and then say, see, we're the good guys. [52:59.000 --> 53:01.000] And they're screwing over behind your back. [53:01.000 --> 53:12.000] Well, speaking of screwing us over and coming between us and the things that God gave us, CBD ban appears to have been put in place by the DEA, an agency of the U.S. [53:12.000 --> 53:30.000] Two days ago, on their website, they posted a notice that they had made a new rule effective December 14, 2016, to classify marijuana as a Schedule I drug. [53:30.000 --> 53:43.000] Which have trace amounts or absolutely no THC and are therefore non-psychoactive are now reclassified in on par with psychoactive or THC containing cannabinoids. [53:43.000 --> 53:52.000] You see, if they had to, if they had the Section 1 and they say we're going to Section 1, one of these two things, kratom and CBD oil, I would say Section 1 kratom. [53:52.000 --> 54:04.000] Well, I disagree with that too and so does the osteopathic foundation because so many of their patients who have arthritis and other conditions are dependent on kratom. [54:04.000 --> 54:07.000] Otherwise, they would have to take opioids. [54:07.000 --> 54:16.000] And one of the things, oddly enough, in the 21st Century Cures Act is funding extra research for reducing opioid dependency. [54:16.000 --> 54:24.000] And at the same time, the main herb that's used for reducing opioid dependency is kratom and they're attacking kratom. [54:24.000 --> 54:33.000] It looks like they're still backed off on that and they haven't made any new announcements, but they have the sordidamocles hanging over everybody that any minute it could drop. [54:33.000 --> 54:36.000] Can't they do it instantaneously at this point? [54:36.000 --> 54:41.000] But it looks like this is going to amount to a CBD ban. [54:41.000 --> 54:47.000] Now, I don't know how that affects the states that have medicinal, 27 states have medicinal marijuana. [54:47.000 --> 55:03.000] Well, Texas also has a specific CBD oil law, but the problem is you have to do X amount of osteopathic treatments first where you can actually do allopathic treatments first. [55:03.000 --> 55:11.000] It has to be a child with uncontrollable seizures that have tried two prescription medications that have not worked. [55:11.000 --> 55:13.000] And in that case, they can have CBD. [55:13.000 --> 55:18.000] But the real truth is that I don't know how this ban right here affects it. [55:18.000 --> 55:25.000] This says it even includes CBD that comes only from the hemp plant and not from marijuana. [55:25.000 --> 55:29.000] And I haven't read that far down in here, but that's what it is saying. [55:29.000 --> 55:33.000] Really, if it comes from a hemp plant, it's supposed to be legal in all 50 states. [55:33.000 --> 55:39.000] It's legal here in Texas if it comes from a hemp plant, at least it was until this came through. [55:39.000 --> 55:43.000] I don't know how this affects it, but this article says it does. [55:43.000 --> 55:49.000] And you could go down and buy it at some pharmacies here in town and some head shops. [55:49.000 --> 55:55.000] And they came into one of our favorite pharmacies with machine guns and cleared all their CBD oil out. [55:55.000 --> 55:57.000] Yeah, DPS doesn't even have machine guns. [55:57.000 --> 56:00.000] They use modern sporting rifles with the cap. [56:00.000 --> 56:03.000] And this was just a few months ago, just a couple months ago. [56:03.000 --> 56:10.000] And it's crazy because it, at least at that point, was legal coming from a hemp plant. [56:10.000 --> 56:14.000] But a kickback on kratom they do think had some effect on this. [56:14.000 --> 56:21.000] They said the timing of this move is interesting given that recently the DEA tried to reschedule kratom. [56:21.000 --> 56:28.000] And only around five months ago they tried to reclassify kratom by attempting to place it in the dreaded Schedule I category. [56:28.000 --> 56:35.000] And a determined number of Americans fought back and the DEA decided to drop the matter. [56:35.000 --> 56:36.000] Well, it's weird. [56:36.000 --> 56:41.000] It was only about 30,000 actually sent in petitions, which is not much. [56:41.000 --> 56:42.000] Yeah. [56:42.000 --> 56:45.000] Which is not even a percentage of a percent. [56:45.000 --> 56:51.000] There's 300 million Americans and only 30,000 people complain. [56:51.000 --> 56:54.000] That's one hundredth of one percent. [56:54.000 --> 56:57.000] Well, I didn't know anything about kratom until recently. [56:57.000 --> 57:01.000] And I got it from my daughter after her surgery when she was getting off the opioids. [57:01.000 --> 57:06.000] And I've used it now for a couple of things that I've had pain for and it works fine for me. [57:06.000 --> 57:09.000] Even for some of my friends it doesn't work at all. [57:09.000 --> 57:11.000] So, you know, we're so individual. [57:11.000 --> 57:19.000] But the side effects of the opioids are so terrible that it's wonderful to have an option. [57:19.000 --> 57:26.000] And so this is an article in Waking Times, wakentimes.com. [57:26.000 --> 57:39.000] The DEA's recent statement on kratom underlies the extreme links to which they will go to continue to assert that they are in the right, if only to themselves. [57:39.000 --> 57:45.000] The agency filed a notice that they were planning to ban kratom. [57:45.000 --> 57:57.000] And they got so much blowback, even from associations that deal with pain management and people that are considered to be mainstream, that they have now, they just kind of, it's kind of in limbo. [57:57.000 --> 57:59.000] They kind of shelved it. [57:59.000 --> 58:10.000] Folks, if you're listening this evening, maybe this might be something you'd like to comment on or maybe ask questions about this kratom. [58:10.000 --> 58:15.000] Well, I'm looking at this website, newswikombiner.com. [58:15.000 --> 58:17.000] 15 reported cases of people dying from kratom. [58:17.000 --> 58:19.000] And I'm saying that we're not going to report it. [58:19.000 --> 58:20.000] 15? [58:20.000 --> 58:22.000] Listen, that's not many. [58:22.000 --> 58:30.000] But let me ask you this, what's your deal about kratom? Because you've been negative about this ever since we brought it up several weeks ago. [58:30.000 --> 58:31.000] It causes speed balls. [58:31.000 --> 58:32.000] How do you know that? [58:32.000 --> 58:34.000] I read it on several sources online. [58:34.000 --> 58:37.000] Okay, so what are you doing to drink the stuff that goes with it to make a speed ball? [58:37.000 --> 58:40.000] Oh, is that if you combine it with something that's a soda? [58:40.000 --> 58:41.000] Carbonated. [58:41.000 --> 58:42.000] Carbonated things. [58:42.000 --> 58:43.000] Anything carbonated. [58:43.000 --> 58:47.000] We will pick this up after the hard break and news break here on the Logos Radio Network. [58:47.000 --> 58:49.000] I'm Gary Hannah. [58:49.000 --> 58:50.000] I'm Nathan. [01:00:21.000 --> 01:00:24.000] Markets for Monday, the 5th of December, 2016, [01:00:24.000 --> 01:00:28.000] opened with gold at $1,177.28 an ounce, [01:00:28.000 --> 01:00:31.000] silver at $16.74 an ounce, [01:00:31.000 --> 01:00:34.000] Texas crude at $51.68 a barrel, [01:00:34.000 --> 01:00:44.000] and Bitcoin is currently sitting at about $756 U.S. currency. [01:00:44.000 --> 01:00:46.000] Today in History, [01:00:46.000 --> 01:00:50.000] the year 1952, a cold fog descends upon London, [01:00:50.000 --> 01:00:56.000] combining with air pollution resulting in the deaths of nearly 12,000 people in the weeks and months that followed. [01:00:56.000 --> 01:01:04.000] The great smog, or the big smoke, descended upon London, Today in History. [01:01:04.000 --> 01:01:15.000] In recent news, it appears that the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe has won a major victory in their battle to block the $3.7 billion Dakota Access Pipeline routing a half a mile near its reservation. [01:01:15.000 --> 01:01:21.000] As of Sunday, the Army Corps of Engineers of the Department of the Army announced that it would look for alternative routes [01:01:21.000 --> 01:01:30.000] and not allow the pipeline to be drilled under a section of the Missouri River, which many in the tribe were concerned since it lies upstream of the reservation's water access points. [01:01:30.000 --> 01:01:40.000] It is uncertain whether President-elect Donald Trump's administration will uphold this decision. [01:01:40.000 --> 01:01:44.000] A 28-year-old man from Salisbury, North Carolina, Edgar Madison Welch, [01:01:44.000 --> 01:01:52.000] was detained and arrested by D.C. police after he fired an assault rifle inside the D.C. Comet Ping Pong Pizzeria on Sunday, injuring no one. [01:01:52.000 --> 01:01:59.000] Without incident, the police were able to recover the assault rifle used, and Welch was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. [01:01:59.000 --> 01:02:05.000] Two other firearms were located inside the restaurant, and an additional weapon was retrieved from the suspect's vehicle. [01:02:05.000 --> 01:02:11.000] During a post-arrest interview, the suspect revealed that he had gone to the restaurant in order to self-investigate Pizzagate. [01:02:11.000 --> 01:02:17.000] Pizzagate is a conspiracy theory that arose this year from the dump of John Podesta's hacked emails via WikiLeaks, [01:02:17.000 --> 01:02:22.000] which many are claiming some contain code words for child trafficking and ritual sexual abuse, [01:02:22.000 --> 01:02:30.000] involving Podesta, the Clintons, other Washington insiders, Comet Ping Pong Pizzeria, and other businesses in the same vicinity. [01:02:30.000 --> 01:02:37.000] Mainstream media is pointing the finger to fake news sites and unverified conspiracy theories as the motivators behind this incident. [01:02:37.000 --> 01:02:43.000] However, this isn't the first time accusations of pedophile rings plague D.C. [01:03:07.000 --> 01:03:25.000] Good evening once again. [01:03:25.000 --> 01:03:29.000] Welcome to the Logos Radio Network and to our program about your health. [01:03:29.000 --> 01:03:35.000] I hope this is some interesting things we're commenting and talking about this evening. [01:03:35.000 --> 01:03:42.000] If you'd like to get involved, we'd love for you to get involved. You can call us at 512-646-1984. [01:03:42.000 --> 01:03:48.000] And please support our sponsors, H.S. Pure Organics, Rock Army Rockets, and Capital Coin and Bullion, [01:03:48.000 --> 01:03:57.000] home of the $60 Beyond Tiki Tangerine 2.0 canister, as well as the perfect gift for your Christmas loved ones, [01:03:57.000 --> 01:04:05.000] gold and silver coins specifically, because gold and platinum is kind of up there per ounce. [01:04:05.000 --> 01:04:12.000] But silver, anybody can get into silver. And with silver prices as low as they are, you can walk out for roughly 20 bucks a coin. [01:04:12.000 --> 01:04:16.000] That's 0.999% pure from the mints. [01:04:16.000 --> 01:04:25.000] I would also suggest colloidal gold and silver. And Gary, right now people can't go directly online and order from you, so they need to call you. [01:04:25.000 --> 01:04:29.000] Can you give them the number to call? And we'll also give it again later. [01:04:29.000 --> 01:04:33.000] 512-646... Wait a minute. [01:04:33.000 --> 01:04:35.000] Well, that's our calling number. [01:04:35.000 --> 01:04:37.000] That's our calling number. Sorry about that. Normally I get it the other way. [01:04:37.000 --> 01:04:40.000] Well, you can call us at 512-646-1984. [01:04:40.000 --> 01:04:44.000] Yeah, 512-264-4043. I usually do it the other way. [01:04:44.000 --> 01:04:50.000] Nature's Pure Organics. And you can get the phone number off the website, which is naturespureorganics.com. [01:04:50.000 --> 01:04:59.000] But there's a lot of, because of dealing with the health department and some things, a lot of the information on the website shows up as protected. [01:04:59.000 --> 01:05:07.000] And you'd have to have a code to get in there. And so, right at this moment, it's not possible to just go online and order directly. [01:05:07.000 --> 01:05:12.000] But you can go on and get the phone number and call Gary and he'll ship to anywhere in the country or in the world. [01:05:12.000 --> 01:05:13.000] In the world. [01:05:13.000 --> 01:05:15.000] You're shipping to Europe. [01:05:15.000 --> 01:05:20.000] You're shipping to Europe even though they've banned it, colloidal silver there. [01:05:20.000 --> 01:05:23.000] Oh, so it can't ship to the places where it's banned anymore. [01:05:23.000 --> 01:05:26.000] He also does the emu oil and he also does... [01:05:26.000 --> 01:05:27.000] Australian emu oil. [01:05:27.000 --> 01:05:35.000] Australian emu oil and the Edgar Cayce formula, the Edgar Cayce formula iodine that you... [01:05:35.000 --> 01:05:39.000] Some very unique miracle healing clays that I have available. [01:05:39.000 --> 01:05:45.000] Plus, you also have some of Dr. Grubb D.C.'s products such as oxy powder. [01:05:45.000 --> 01:05:46.000] Oxy powder. [01:05:46.000 --> 01:05:47.000] Oxy powder. [01:05:47.000 --> 01:05:49.000] It's his nation iodine. [01:05:49.000 --> 01:05:50.000] So... [01:05:50.000 --> 01:05:54.000] Male and female vitality, which is marketed as a female fusion. [01:05:54.000 --> 01:05:57.000] You have nice soaps and handels. [01:05:57.000 --> 01:05:59.000] And pro-pure water filters. [01:05:59.000 --> 01:06:02.000] Oh, that's a good, that's a presence that will last a lifetime. [01:06:02.000 --> 01:06:03.000] Yes. [01:06:03.000 --> 01:06:09.000] I think those are the best as far as how often you have to change the filters too. [01:06:09.000 --> 01:06:15.000] And they don't have aluminum elements that hang down like the burkies into the clean water tank. [01:06:15.000 --> 01:06:17.000] And speaking of aluminum. [01:06:17.000 --> 01:06:19.000] Oh my goodness. [01:06:19.000 --> 01:06:22.000] So doctors, doctors are now warning. [01:06:22.000 --> 01:06:27.000] If you use aluminum foil, stop it or face the consequences. [01:06:27.000 --> 01:06:29.000] Face the deadly consequences. [01:06:29.000 --> 01:06:33.000] This is, I have never seen this website before, but I've liked it. [01:06:33.000 --> 01:06:35.000] It's Reflection of Mind. [01:06:35.000 --> 01:06:41.000] So it's reflectionofmind.org, which means it's a nonprofit information website. [01:06:41.000 --> 01:06:48.000] And aluminum foil, one of the most used kitchen items, except for cooking. [01:06:48.000 --> 01:06:53.000] It's also used for wrapping and even for treatment of common ailments, [01:06:53.000 --> 01:06:55.000] which I don't know what they're talking about with that. [01:06:55.000 --> 01:07:00.000] However, a recent discovery has shed new light on this kitchen staple. [01:07:00.000 --> 01:07:02.000] I think about how many things are cooked in aluminum. [01:07:02.000 --> 01:07:03.000] Oh my goodness. [01:07:03.000 --> 01:07:05.000] People barbecue with aluminum. [01:07:05.000 --> 01:07:08.000] I was guilty of that last time by lobster tails. [01:07:08.000 --> 01:07:09.000] Wrap corn cob. [01:07:09.000 --> 01:07:10.000] Grill. [01:07:10.000 --> 01:07:11.000] Grilling with aluminum. [01:07:11.000 --> 01:07:12.000] Grilling with aluminum. [01:07:12.000 --> 01:07:14.000] There's a difference between barbecuing and grilling. [01:07:14.000 --> 01:07:17.000] Barbecue is low and slow and you're smoked over several hours. [01:07:17.000 --> 01:07:21.000] Grilling is high temperature over a short period of time. [01:07:21.000 --> 01:07:22.000] Which is actually worse. [01:07:22.000 --> 01:07:27.000] And even people baking things are putting aluminum foil down on the cooking sheet before they bake stuff. [01:07:27.000 --> 01:07:32.000] I was also guilty of it Saturday night when I set my steak up to marinate overnight. [01:07:32.000 --> 01:07:37.000] Yes, I think we are using it like crazy and not even thinking about it, [01:07:37.000 --> 01:07:42.000] where people are being careful about their deodorants and the pans they use, [01:07:42.000 --> 01:07:44.000] and then they're using aluminum foil. [01:07:44.000 --> 01:07:50.000] It makes you wonder if that's what causes lymphatic lymphoma. [01:07:50.000 --> 01:07:54.000] Because if you use aluminum-based antiperspirant, it clogs up the pores. [01:07:54.000 --> 01:07:56.000] That's what the lymph nodes also do. [01:07:56.000 --> 01:08:00.000] And it's usually the lymph glands have to take out under your armpits. [01:08:00.000 --> 01:08:02.000] So the ones that actually have to remove first. [01:08:02.000 --> 01:08:04.000] Because they get clogged up with, yeah. [01:08:04.000 --> 01:08:06.000] And it's other things in there too. [01:08:06.000 --> 01:08:09.000] But aluminum is neurotoxic. [01:08:09.000 --> 01:08:10.000] It's a heavy metal. [01:08:10.000 --> 01:08:13.000] It has adverse effects on the brain function. [01:08:13.000 --> 01:08:16.000] It's even been linked to Alzheimer's disease. [01:08:16.000 --> 01:08:22.000] Medical experts warn that exposure to this metal may cause mental decline, [01:08:22.000 --> 01:08:27.000] as well as loss of coordination, bodily control, memory, and balance. [01:08:27.000 --> 01:08:30.000] Needless to mention, the effects are long-lasting. [01:08:30.000 --> 01:08:32.000] Aluminum cans too. [01:08:32.000 --> 01:08:35.000] And then aluminum cans would dye it soda. [01:08:35.000 --> 01:08:36.000] That's right. [01:08:36.000 --> 01:08:40.000] And a lot of cans too, even if you're not getting aluminum exposure, [01:08:40.000 --> 01:08:44.000] you're probably getting BPA exposure because they're lined with a little bit of plastic. [01:08:44.000 --> 01:08:47.000] So you have to be careful on what kind of canned, [01:08:47.000 --> 01:08:52.000] even my canned beans and the coconut milk I use and things that I use that come in cans, [01:08:52.000 --> 01:08:56.000] I'm very careful to make sure that they don't use a BPA lining. [01:08:56.000 --> 01:09:00.000] So, oh my goodness, it's a part-time job just to protect yourself. [01:09:00.000 --> 01:09:02.000] So the aforementioned study... [01:09:02.000 --> 01:09:03.000] Yeah, I know. [01:09:03.000 --> 01:09:05.000] The cigarettes that you were using, you got pissed when you realized [01:09:05.000 --> 01:09:08.000] that they weren't as natural as you first thought. [01:09:08.000 --> 01:09:12.000] Well, I was using an organic tobacco that's grown in New Mexico, [01:09:12.000 --> 01:09:15.000] and it was still radioactive because of all the above-ground testing. [01:09:15.000 --> 01:09:18.000] Well, also the fertilizer too, the polonium. [01:09:18.000 --> 01:09:20.000] I was using organic, so I didn't have that, [01:09:20.000 --> 01:09:23.000] but I was getting polonium from the above-ground testing [01:09:23.000 --> 01:09:27.000] because tobacco loves to uptake polonium to tin. [01:09:27.000 --> 01:09:31.000] So the aforementioned study also found that cooking with aluminum foil [01:09:31.000 --> 01:09:34.000] possibly affects the bones as well, [01:09:34.000 --> 01:09:37.000] owing to the fact that metal accumulates inside the bones, [01:09:37.000 --> 01:09:42.000] taking over the calcium in competition for the tight bone space, [01:09:42.000 --> 01:09:47.000] and the end result is a loss of much-needed calcium for proper bone health. [01:09:47.000 --> 01:09:51.000] In addition, researchers have also linked cooking with aluminum foil [01:09:51.000 --> 01:09:56.000] to pulmonary fibrosis and other respiratory issues [01:09:56.000 --> 01:09:59.000] due to the inhalation of the aluminum particles. [01:09:59.000 --> 01:10:02.000] So grilling with aluminum produces the same effect. [01:10:02.000 --> 01:10:05.000] Although we've been long familiar with the fact that aluminum cans [01:10:05.000 --> 01:10:07.000] can be a serious health threat, [01:10:07.000 --> 01:10:12.000] somehow aluminum foil was never subjected to the discussion. [01:10:12.000 --> 01:10:13.000] I have noticed that. [01:10:13.000 --> 01:10:17.000] I've noticed that people who avoid all kinds of things [01:10:17.000 --> 01:10:19.000] are still wrapping things in aluminum. [01:10:19.000 --> 01:10:23.000] So what most people are unaware of is that when it's exposed to high temperatures, [01:10:23.000 --> 01:10:26.000] aluminum foil releases parts of the metal into the food. [01:10:26.000 --> 01:10:32.000] Even if these tiny pieces are not released, [01:10:32.000 --> 01:10:35.000] chemical leaching of aluminum may still occur [01:10:35.000 --> 01:10:39.000] when some spices or lemons are added. [01:10:39.000 --> 01:10:42.000] Mmm, that should cook lobster with. [01:10:42.000 --> 01:10:46.000] Dr. Esom Zilvardi, a chemical engineering researcher [01:10:46.000 --> 01:10:50.000] at the American University of Chargé. [01:10:50.000 --> 01:10:51.000] I wonder where that is. [01:10:51.000 --> 01:10:54.000] S-H-R-J-A-H. [01:10:54.000 --> 01:10:55.000] South Texas, maybe? [01:10:55.000 --> 01:10:56.000] I don't know. [01:10:56.000 --> 01:10:57.000] I doubt it. [01:10:57.000 --> 01:11:00.000] They've studied the effects of aluminum on cooking [01:11:00.000 --> 01:11:05.000] and discovered that one meal cooked in aluminum foil [01:11:05.000 --> 01:11:10.000] can basically contain up to 400 milligrams of aluminum. [01:11:10.000 --> 01:11:11.000] Whoa. [01:11:11.000 --> 01:11:12.000] In his words, [01:11:12.000 --> 01:11:14.000] the higher the temperature the more the leaching. [01:11:14.000 --> 01:11:16.000] Foil is not suitable for cooking [01:11:16.000 --> 01:11:20.000] and not suitable for using with vegetables like tomatoes, [01:11:20.000 --> 01:11:22.000] citrus or spices. [01:11:22.000 --> 01:11:25.000] That even contributes more to the leaching apparently. [01:11:25.000 --> 01:11:28.000] So according to the World Health Organization, [01:11:28.000 --> 01:11:31.000] RDA, Recommended Daily Allowance for Aluminum, [01:11:31.000 --> 01:11:33.000] is limited to 60 milligrams per day. [01:11:33.000 --> 01:11:35.000] And that makes it sound like we need aluminum, [01:11:35.000 --> 01:11:36.000] which we don't. [01:11:36.000 --> 01:11:38.000] But I guess that's their toxic limit. [01:11:38.000 --> 01:11:39.000] Yeah. [01:11:39.000 --> 01:11:43.000] So, Gary, if we do get aluminum in us, [01:11:43.000 --> 01:11:48.000] which we all have apparently at this point, clay. [01:11:48.000 --> 01:11:49.000] Absolutely. [01:11:49.000 --> 01:11:53.000] Now, I don't want to mislead you or anything, [01:11:53.000 --> 01:11:58.000] but all clays has a little bit of natural aluminum in it. [01:11:58.000 --> 01:11:59.000] Oh, what's the difference? [01:11:59.000 --> 01:12:02.000] Well, I don't know. [01:12:02.000 --> 01:12:05.000] Once you make it a completed product, [01:12:05.000 --> 01:12:10.000] you know, it's more potent in any way you want to look at it. [01:12:10.000 --> 01:12:17.000] You know, nature has provided this in our health of, [01:12:17.000 --> 01:12:19.000] you know, this volcanic ash. [01:12:19.000 --> 01:12:23.000] So, you know, there must be some purposes to some. [01:12:23.000 --> 01:12:26.000] But, you know, I don't want to lead you to think [01:12:26.000 --> 01:12:29.000] that you're not going to get some. [01:12:29.000 --> 01:12:34.000] Aluminum is just about anything and everything has to do with the soil. [01:12:34.000 --> 01:12:35.000] Oh, I see. [01:12:35.000 --> 01:12:37.000] So there is a naturally occurring form. [01:12:37.000 --> 01:12:40.000] I'm sure that's different than the stuff the foils made out of. [01:12:40.000 --> 01:12:41.000] Oh, absolutely. [01:12:41.000 --> 01:12:43.000] And then there's aluminum and chemtrails too. [01:12:43.000 --> 01:12:45.000] There's nanoaluminum and chemtrails. [01:12:45.000 --> 01:12:48.000] And one of the things that I really like about the clay [01:12:48.000 --> 01:12:51.000] is that it's magnetic. [01:12:51.000 --> 01:12:53.000] So it has this strong negative charge, [01:12:53.000 --> 01:12:59.000] and it actually attracts the tiny little bits of metal that we intake [01:12:59.000 --> 01:13:01.000] and then absorbs it and gets it out of you [01:13:01.000 --> 01:13:07.000] without having to be processed again through your liver and kidneys and all that. [01:13:07.000 --> 01:13:08.000] Well, first it adsorbs, [01:13:08.000 --> 01:13:12.000] which brings everything to the surface of the clay, then it absorbs. [01:13:12.000 --> 01:13:20.000] And when you pass it through your bowels and whatever it's kind of grabbed a hold of, [01:13:20.000 --> 01:13:22.000] it's going to take it with it. [01:13:22.000 --> 01:13:23.000] I love clay. [01:13:23.000 --> 01:13:27.000] I know we talk about it every show because it works for so many things. [01:13:27.000 --> 01:13:28.000] Yes. [01:13:28.000 --> 01:13:31.000] And I'm saying that it works as a layman who has no medical training [01:13:31.000 --> 01:13:35.000] and it's not suggested as medical advice. [01:13:35.000 --> 01:13:38.000] I found a really good article on the benefits of CBD. [01:13:38.000 --> 01:13:43.000] I found it after I was looking at this, how they're trying to ban CBD [01:13:43.000 --> 01:13:46.000] and make it not useful. [01:13:46.000 --> 01:13:48.000] And it's got eight proven benefits. [01:13:48.000 --> 01:13:50.000] It relieves pain and inflammation. [01:13:50.000 --> 01:13:53.000] It has anti-psychotic effects. [01:13:53.000 --> 01:13:54.000] I think that's very interesting. [01:13:54.000 --> 01:13:56.000] Reduces anxiety. [01:13:56.000 --> 01:14:02.000] We're talking about all these people on antidepressants. [01:14:02.000 --> 01:14:04.000] Psychotropic drugs. [01:14:04.000 --> 01:14:05.000] And antidepressants and stuff. [01:14:05.000 --> 01:14:11.000] It helps to fight cancer. [01:14:11.000 --> 01:14:15.000] It's nuts to me that we can't talk about. [01:14:15.000 --> 01:14:18.000] It relieves nausea, treats seizures and other neurological disorders, [01:14:18.000 --> 01:14:24.000] lowers the incidence of diabetes, and promotes cardiovascular health. [01:14:24.000 --> 01:14:26.000] So we'll see what happens with this. [01:14:26.000 --> 01:14:31.000] Maybe the new administration is going to be more sane and more open. [01:14:31.000 --> 01:14:35.000] I do know that we're going to have for the first time, [01:14:35.000 --> 01:14:38.000] I don't know if the first time ever, the first time in many years, [01:14:38.000 --> 01:14:42.000] a president that is not beholden to the pharmaceutical companies. [01:14:42.000 --> 01:14:46.000] He's the first president to be elected in many, many years [01:14:46.000 --> 01:14:48.000] that hasn't taken any kind of contributions from them [01:14:48.000 --> 01:14:50.000] and is not in their pocket. [01:14:50.000 --> 01:14:55.000] So that doesn't mean that all the senators and congressmen aren't. [01:14:55.000 --> 01:14:59.000] Look at this thing they just passed reducing the amount of testing needed [01:14:59.000 --> 01:15:01.000] to pass something through the FDA. [01:15:01.000 --> 01:15:07.000] But it's such an opposite world we live in. [01:15:07.000 --> 01:15:09.000] They're fighting the good stuff, [01:15:09.000 --> 01:15:14.000] and they're promoting the things that have so many side effects. [01:15:14.000 --> 01:15:18.000] So let me... [01:15:18.000 --> 01:15:20.000] What was that? [01:15:20.000 --> 01:15:23.000] There was some pop-up that came out. [01:15:23.000 --> 01:15:26.000] Oh, I wonder if you could hear that on the air, [01:15:26.000 --> 01:15:30.000] but we had a little music come up in our earphones there for a second. [01:15:30.000 --> 01:15:34.000] So there's a study now, too, that is showing, [01:15:34.000 --> 01:15:37.000] speaking of how well they test things, [01:15:37.000 --> 01:15:41.000] there's also a new study, and this is from GreenMedInfo.com, [01:15:41.000 --> 01:15:43.000] and I love this website, GreenMedInfo. [01:15:43.000 --> 01:15:47.000] They provide a lot of the clinical studies on things. [01:15:47.000 --> 01:15:52.000] If you want to look up something, PubMed is good, and so is GreenMedInfo. [01:15:52.000 --> 01:15:57.000] So there's another study showing from the CDC [01:15:57.000 --> 01:16:00.000] that found evidence of a cover-up [01:16:00.000 --> 01:16:04.000] of the link between autism and mercury in vaccines. [01:16:04.000 --> 01:16:07.000] I had a dentist in my class this week, [01:16:07.000 --> 01:16:12.000] and I mentioned that I don't like the fact that the ADA [01:16:12.000 --> 01:16:15.000] is still allowing them to put mercury in the aluminum... [01:16:15.000 --> 01:16:18.000] I mean, in the aluminum, in the silver amalgams, [01:16:18.000 --> 01:16:21.000] and that the FDA's... I'm sorry, the ADA... [01:16:21.000 --> 01:16:24.000] I never understood why they even allowed it in the first place. [01:16:24.000 --> 01:16:26.000] They should have never. They never should have. [01:16:26.000 --> 01:16:30.000] Well, why would you put something that is liquid at room temperature [01:16:30.000 --> 01:16:32.000] in your mouth out of what it's supposed to do, [01:16:32.000 --> 01:16:35.000] and you expect the thing to remain solid, which it isn't? [01:16:35.000 --> 01:16:38.000] And she said, oh, yes, well, you know, those plastic ones, [01:16:38.000 --> 01:16:40.000] the other ones have a lot of... [01:16:40.000 --> 01:16:42.000] The ceramic ones? [01:16:42.000 --> 01:16:46.000] Well, the white ones, yeah, have a nasty plastic them. [01:16:46.000 --> 01:16:50.000] So we'll talk about how to get mercury out of you when we come back. [01:16:50.000 --> 01:16:52.000] Logos Radio Network, I'm Gary Hanna. [01:16:52.000 --> 01:16:53.000] I'm Liza Freeman. [01:16:53.000 --> 01:16:54.000] I'm Nancy Reed. [01:16:54.000 --> 01:16:56.000] Get your extra break. [01:17:00.000 --> 01:17:01.000] I love Logos. [01:17:01.000 --> 01:17:04.000] Without the shows on this network, I'd be almost as ignorant as my friends. [01:17:04.000 --> 01:17:07.000] I'm so addicted to the truth now that there's no going back. [01:17:07.000 --> 01:17:10.000] I need my truth fix. I'd be lost without Logos. [01:17:10.000 --> 01:17:13.000] And I really want to help keep this network on the air. [01:17:13.000 --> 01:17:16.000] I'd love to volunteer as a show producer, but I'm a bit of a Luddite, [01:17:16.000 --> 01:17:18.000] and I really don't have any money to give [01:17:18.000 --> 01:17:20.000] because I spent it all on supplements. [01:17:20.000 --> 01:17:22.000] How can I help Logos? [01:17:22.000 --> 01:17:24.000] Well, I'm glad you asked. [01:17:24.000 --> 01:17:27.000] Whenever you order anything from Amazon, you can help Logos [01:17:27.000 --> 01:17:29.000] with ordering your supplies or holiday gifts. [01:17:29.000 --> 01:17:31.000] First thing you do is clear your cookies. [01:17:31.000 --> 01:17:34.000] Now, go to logosradionetwork.com. [01:17:34.000 --> 01:17:37.000] Click on the Amazon logo and bookmark it. [01:17:37.000 --> 01:17:41.000] Now, when you order anything from Amazon, you use that link, [01:17:41.000 --> 01:17:43.000] and Logos gets a few pesos. [01:17:43.000 --> 01:17:44.000] Do I pay extra? [01:17:44.000 --> 01:17:45.000] No. [01:17:45.000 --> 01:17:47.000] Do I have to do anything different when I order? [01:17:47.000 --> 01:17:48.000] No. [01:17:48.000 --> 01:17:49.000] Can I use my Amazon Prime? [01:17:49.000 --> 01:17:50.000] No. [01:17:50.000 --> 01:17:51.000] I mean, yes. [01:17:51.000 --> 01:17:54.000] Wow, giving without doing anything or spending any money. [01:17:54.000 --> 01:17:57.000] This is perfect. Thank you so much. [01:19:00.000 --> 01:19:22.000] This is the Logos Radio Network. [01:19:22.000 --> 01:19:24.000] Hello again. [01:19:24.000 --> 01:19:27.000] Welcome back on this cold evening here in December. [01:19:27.000 --> 01:19:30.000] This is the Logos Radio Network, [01:19:30.000 --> 01:19:33.000] and we're so proud and honored to have you here with us. [01:19:33.000 --> 01:19:39.000] Again, this is the Call-In Show 512-646-1984. [01:19:39.000 --> 01:19:44.000] I wanted to talk a little bit about diet during the cold [01:19:44.000 --> 01:19:49.000] because one of the naturopaths that I interviewed in Vancouver [01:19:49.000 --> 01:19:54.000] who really specializes in diet said that it's really important during the winter [01:19:54.000 --> 01:19:59.000] not to eat a whole lot of raw stuff and stuff that's out of season [01:19:59.000 --> 01:20:04.000] because what happens is your liver thinks you're in a sunny environment [01:20:04.000 --> 01:20:09.000] and doesn't produce as much vitamin D or doesn't process it properly, [01:20:09.000 --> 01:20:15.000] and he recommended that during winter months you make soups and stews [01:20:15.000 --> 01:20:21.000] and that sort of thing with your vegetables and not quite as much raw in the winter. [01:20:21.000 --> 01:20:26.000] But nothing like a big pot of soup that lasts you a couple days. [01:20:26.000 --> 01:20:31.000] Oh, and I would encourage and recommend you to go buy some bones [01:20:31.000 --> 01:20:34.000] and do the bone marrow soup. [01:20:34.000 --> 01:20:36.000] Yep, either organic or grass-fed bones. [01:20:36.000 --> 01:20:40.000] And it's especially important with bones because if it's not grass-fed, [01:20:40.000 --> 01:20:43.000] then a lot of that stuff is stored in the marrow. [01:20:43.000 --> 01:20:46.000] And, you know, to just give you a little heads up, [01:20:46.000 --> 01:20:48.000] I find a lot of places that have bones, [01:20:48.000 --> 01:20:51.000] but the only place I found that has the grass-fed, [01:20:51.000 --> 01:20:54.000] and I would encourage you to go there, would be Wheatsville. [01:20:54.000 --> 01:20:55.000] Oh, yeah, Wheatsville? [01:20:55.000 --> 01:20:56.000] Yeah, they do. [01:20:56.000 --> 01:20:59.000] Because they have to be careful that it's not corn-finished, right? [01:20:59.000 --> 01:21:02.000] Because most of their meats are not, they're already packaged up. [01:21:02.000 --> 01:21:04.000] Well, and it's just pre-packaged bones. [01:21:04.000 --> 01:21:05.000] Oh, it's pre-packaged bones. [01:21:05.000 --> 01:21:09.000] And also, I'll share with you, People's Pharmacy has bones. [01:21:09.000 --> 01:21:10.000] Oh, they do? [01:21:09.000 --> 01:21:10.000] They do. [01:21:10.000 --> 01:21:11.000] I didn't realize that. [01:21:11.000 --> 01:21:12.000] Well, they make really good chili. [01:21:12.000 --> 01:21:13.000] They make an organic chili. [01:21:13.000 --> 01:21:14.000] Do they really? [01:21:14.000 --> 01:21:15.000] Oh, yeah, they do. [01:21:15.000 --> 01:21:16.000] Really? [01:21:16.000 --> 01:21:17.000] And it is good. [01:21:17.000 --> 01:21:18.000] Is it beef chili? [01:21:18.000 --> 01:21:20.000] It's beef chili with grass-fed beef, [01:21:20.000 --> 01:21:23.000] and I believe it's gluten-free also, [01:21:23.000 --> 01:21:25.000] because I know I've eaten it in the last year, [01:21:25.000 --> 01:21:27.000] and I don't eat gluten, so it must be gluten-free. [01:21:27.000 --> 01:21:29.000] You didn't ask and didn't remember? [01:21:29.000 --> 01:21:30.000] No, I would have asked. [01:21:30.000 --> 01:21:31.000] Knowing me, I would have asked. [01:21:31.000 --> 01:21:33.000] Oh, wow, I've got to try that. [01:21:33.000 --> 01:21:34.000] And it is really good. [01:21:34.000 --> 01:21:35.000] Oh, boy. [01:21:35.000 --> 01:21:36.000] It is very good. [01:21:36.000 --> 01:21:37.000] And so those kind of things. [01:21:37.000 --> 01:21:43.000] And then the acupuncturist, Dr. Marion, here in Austin, [01:21:43.000 --> 01:21:48.000] late Dr. Marion, really was a big fan of chicken soup. [01:21:48.000 --> 01:21:50.000] Yeah, I mean, he did a lot of nutrition studying. [01:21:50.000 --> 01:21:54.000] He had worked with Kushi, the macrobiotic guru, [01:21:54.000 --> 01:21:57.000] and still he believed you need a little bit of meat, [01:21:57.000 --> 01:21:59.000] and he said that Jewish mothers were right. [01:21:59.000 --> 01:22:01.000] Chicken soup does have things in it [01:22:01.000 --> 01:22:04.000] that will help you to fight off cold. [01:22:04.000 --> 01:22:05.000] Yeah, it's very biotic, right? [01:22:05.000 --> 01:22:06.000] It does. [01:22:06.000 --> 01:22:09.000] And so, of course, organic chicken, [01:22:09.000 --> 01:22:13.000] but you could also make a kind of a bone soup. [01:22:13.000 --> 01:22:16.000] If you do it in your crockpot and you cook it for 12 hours, [01:22:16.000 --> 01:22:19.000] then you also, you have chicken soup that's also bone soup. [01:22:19.000 --> 01:22:20.000] Yeah, how about that? [01:22:20.000 --> 01:22:23.000] Yeah, stick your vegetables in there and pull the bones out. [01:22:23.000 --> 01:22:26.000] And I love a nice big bowl of soup in the winter. [01:22:26.000 --> 01:22:28.000] I think it's one of the best times. [01:22:28.000 --> 01:22:29.000] Oh, absolutely. [01:22:29.000 --> 01:22:31.000] Chili, though, boy, you've got my interest. [01:22:31.000 --> 01:22:34.000] I think you may have to go by there tomorrow for chili. [01:22:34.000 --> 01:22:35.000] Yeah, oh, yeah. [01:22:35.000 --> 01:22:37.000] All the People's Pharmacies delis, as far as I know, [01:22:37.000 --> 01:22:38.000] offer that chili. [01:22:38.000 --> 01:22:41.000] And I don't know if it's a specific day that they have, [01:22:41.000 --> 01:22:44.000] but one of my friends has to go by on chili day. [01:22:44.000 --> 01:22:45.000] Chili day. [01:22:45.000 --> 01:22:47.000] Well, I better find out what day that is. [01:22:47.000 --> 01:22:49.000] I think it's Wednesday or Thursday, [01:22:49.000 --> 01:22:52.000] but maybe you could call them and find out. [01:22:52.000 --> 01:22:58.000] But they offer good organic stuff all week, all year round. [01:22:58.000 --> 01:23:00.000] Now, a lot of folks may not know this. [01:23:00.000 --> 01:23:03.000] They have organic beef and lamb and everything [01:23:03.000 --> 01:23:05.000] that is from a local supplier. [01:23:05.000 --> 01:23:06.000] Oh, it is? [01:23:06.000 --> 01:23:07.000] Oh, yeah, absolutely. [01:23:07.000 --> 01:23:08.000] Oh, OK. [01:23:08.000 --> 01:23:12.000] Actually, just a little bit north of Taylor, Texas, there. [01:23:12.000 --> 01:23:14.000] Oh, yeah, and so that's in their frozen section. [01:23:14.000 --> 01:23:15.000] In their frozen section, yes. [01:23:15.000 --> 01:23:16.000] Oh, that's great to know. [01:23:16.000 --> 01:23:18.000] I hadn't noticed that. [01:23:18.000 --> 01:23:21.000] Yeah, and I was over there Saturday, [01:23:21.000 --> 01:23:24.000] and I think the prices seemed to be very competitive. [01:23:24.000 --> 01:23:25.000] Oh, yeah? [01:23:24.000 --> 01:23:25.000] Yeah. [01:23:25.000 --> 01:23:27.000] Well, I'd like to go to the farmer's markets, [01:23:27.000 --> 01:23:28.000] but it was really cold. [01:23:28.000 --> 01:23:29.000] Oh, me. [01:23:29.000 --> 01:23:31.000] That's the thing about, you know, [01:23:31.000 --> 01:23:34.000] I used to do farmer's markets for years. [01:23:34.000 --> 01:23:39.000] You know, it's either too hot, too cold, too rainy, too something. [01:23:39.000 --> 01:23:40.000] Oh, you had a booth? [01:23:40.000 --> 01:23:42.000] I had a booth, yeah. [01:23:42.000 --> 01:23:44.000] You know, I enjoyed that. [01:23:44.000 --> 01:23:45.000] Oh, yeah. [01:23:45.000 --> 01:23:46.000] I missed that. [01:23:46.000 --> 01:23:47.000] Great atmosphere, great people. [01:23:47.000 --> 01:23:48.000] Oh, it is. [01:23:48.000 --> 01:23:49.000] Wonderful people. [01:23:49.000 --> 01:23:50.000] It is. [01:23:50.000 --> 01:23:51.000] I love to see the puppies and the babies. [01:23:51.000 --> 01:23:52.000] Oh, yeah. [01:23:52.000 --> 01:23:53.000] I'm a big baby and puppy fan. [01:23:53.000 --> 01:23:54.000] Yes. [01:23:54.000 --> 01:23:55.000] So that's wonderful to know. [01:23:55.000 --> 01:24:00.000] And then I think anything local, [01:24:00.000 --> 01:24:04.000] where I'm finding local vegetables is at Wheatsville also. [01:24:04.000 --> 01:24:05.000] Yeah. [01:24:05.000 --> 01:24:06.000] They seem to have the most, [01:24:06.000 --> 01:24:08.000] everything in Whole Foods is from California, [01:24:08.000 --> 01:24:10.000] all of their produce. [01:24:10.000 --> 01:24:14.000] And I find a little bit of stuff that's from maybe South America [01:24:14.000 --> 01:24:17.000] and that sort of thing, but almost all of it is California. [01:24:17.000 --> 01:24:19.000] And I prefer the local stuff. [01:24:19.000 --> 01:24:22.000] You know, they have now admitted [01:24:22.000 --> 01:24:26.000] that they have found Fukushima radiation in the fish off of the coast. [01:24:26.000 --> 01:24:27.000] Oh, imagine that. [01:24:27.000 --> 01:24:28.000] Oh, yeah. [01:24:28.000 --> 01:24:29.000] Can you believe that? [01:24:29.000 --> 01:24:32.000] You know, they found it in all the tuna they sampled about, [01:24:32.000 --> 01:24:34.000] I don't know, about four years ago. [01:24:34.000 --> 01:24:38.000] So, and now, but there has been a thing that's come out [01:24:38.000 --> 01:24:42.000] and they're really recommending that you be very careful with fish. [01:24:42.000 --> 01:24:43.000] Yeah. [01:24:43.000 --> 01:24:46.000] And you make sure that that's Nordic supplied [01:24:46.000 --> 01:24:48.000] and not something that's from the Pacific. [01:24:48.000 --> 01:24:52.000] They're finding that there's even some problems now in the South Pacific. [01:24:52.000 --> 01:24:54.000] Oh, don't say that. [01:24:54.000 --> 01:24:58.000] Well, they had another big earthquake over there. [01:24:58.000 --> 01:25:01.000] And, you know, the ice wall is not... [01:25:01.000 --> 01:25:04.000] There was a stupid idea to begin with and it's not working. [01:25:04.000 --> 01:25:08.000] And so, again, brings us back around to clay like everything does. [01:25:08.000 --> 01:25:10.000] Clay removes radiation. [01:25:10.000 --> 01:25:13.000] It binds with radiation and flushes it out of your system. [01:25:13.000 --> 01:25:15.000] And that and zeolite are, as far as I know... [01:25:15.000 --> 01:25:16.000] There's other things, though. [01:25:16.000 --> 01:25:17.000] There's pectin. [01:25:17.000 --> 01:25:19.000] Fruit pectin helps with radiation. [01:25:19.000 --> 01:25:24.000] Chlorella and... [01:25:24.000 --> 01:25:26.000] There's another one that starts with a C. [01:25:26.000 --> 01:25:30.000] Chlorella and cilantro. [01:25:30.000 --> 01:25:32.000] Cilantro is good for removing radiation. [01:25:32.000 --> 01:25:35.000] I've been using a lot more cilantro lately, too. [01:25:35.000 --> 01:25:38.000] And some people hate the taste of cilantro. [01:25:38.000 --> 01:25:40.000] I've met a couple of people like that. [01:25:40.000 --> 01:25:42.000] They said, oh, it tastes like soap. [01:25:42.000 --> 01:25:43.000] And I was like, oh, that's odd. [01:25:43.000 --> 01:25:48.000] And then I read an article that said to about 20% of the population, [01:25:48.000 --> 01:25:50.000] cilantro tastes like soap. [01:25:50.000 --> 01:25:53.000] Well, folks, you know, we're coming up here on Christmas [01:25:53.000 --> 01:25:56.000] and I've got some really, if you don't want to buy something, [01:25:56.000 --> 01:26:01.000] naturopathic things for your family and friends, that's fine. [01:26:01.000 --> 01:26:05.000] We do have lotion candles that are very unique candles. [01:26:05.000 --> 01:26:06.000] My daughter's got those. [01:26:06.000 --> 01:26:08.000] Oh, and organic soaps. [01:26:08.000 --> 01:26:11.000] So come on by, get you some. [01:26:11.000 --> 01:26:15.000] I had one of my regular customers buy just for herself [01:26:15.000 --> 01:26:20.000] because she loves it, is our frankincense and myrrh lotion candles. [01:26:20.000 --> 01:26:22.000] Oh, you have lotion candles that are frankincense and myrrh? [01:26:22.000 --> 01:26:23.000] Oh, yes. [01:26:23.000 --> 01:26:24.000] Oh, I did not know that. [01:26:24.000 --> 01:26:25.000] It is my number one seller. [01:26:25.000 --> 01:26:26.000] Oh, my gosh. [01:26:26.000 --> 01:26:27.000] I've got to get a couple of those. [01:26:27.000 --> 01:26:28.000] Oh, yeah. [01:26:28.000 --> 01:26:29.000] I've got folks. [01:26:29.000 --> 01:26:33.000] And I didn't, I tell you what, I was really shocked. [01:26:33.000 --> 01:26:38.000] I had made about 60 of them and I have about 25 of them left. [01:26:38.000 --> 01:26:39.000] Oh, my gosh. [01:26:39.000 --> 01:26:42.000] Well, now, what he means by lotion candles is that once you have [01:26:42.000 --> 01:26:46.000] burned the candle for a while and you have some liquid wax, [01:26:46.000 --> 01:26:50.000] then that wax is suitable to put on your skin. [01:26:50.000 --> 01:26:54.000] So you can put it on your hands and then do the wax peels. [01:26:54.000 --> 01:26:55.000] Oh, yeah. [01:26:55.000 --> 01:26:56.000] Do people use it on their faces too? [01:26:56.000 --> 01:26:57.000] Oh, absolutely. [01:26:57.000 --> 01:26:59.000] And, you know, it comes in a little scooper. [01:26:59.000 --> 01:27:01.000] Yeah, you put a little spoon in there. [01:27:01.000 --> 01:27:06.000] But you might as well take advantage of the aroma therapy part of the candle [01:27:06.000 --> 01:27:12.000] and then put the flame out, leave it off for just a few seconds or so [01:27:12.000 --> 01:27:13.000] and let it cool down. [01:27:13.000 --> 01:27:17.000] It melts at a temperature of 102 degrees, [01:27:17.000 --> 01:27:20.000] so pretty darn close to what the human skin is. [01:27:20.000 --> 01:27:23.000] And I'll tell you, you talk about being in ecstasy. [01:27:23.000 --> 01:27:26.000] Ecstasy, it's an incredible feeling. [01:27:26.000 --> 01:27:32.000] And we sell a lot of them to massage therapists and chiropractors. [01:27:32.000 --> 01:27:33.000] And how much are they? [01:27:33.000 --> 01:27:39.000] Well, the six-second ounce candles are on sale for $30. [01:27:39.000 --> 01:27:43.000] And I'll tell you what, now, until I'm out of them, [01:27:43.000 --> 01:27:45.000] which may be pretty soon, [01:27:45.000 --> 01:27:50.000] so we're going to be selling available to you to say you heard about it [01:27:50.000 --> 01:27:53.000] on the Logos Radio Network for $25. [01:27:53.000 --> 01:27:54.000] Oh, wow, that's great. [01:27:54.000 --> 01:27:56.000] And I love the smell of frankincense and myrrh. [01:27:56.000 --> 01:27:57.000] Oh, my goodness. [01:27:57.000 --> 01:27:58.000] So, again, the phone number, [01:27:58.000 --> 01:27:59.000] if people want to have it shipped somewhere [01:27:59.000 --> 01:28:01.000] and they want to order over the phone. [01:28:01.000 --> 01:28:05.000] 512-264-4043. [01:28:05.000 --> 01:28:07.000] Wow, oh, I love that. [01:28:07.000 --> 01:28:09.000] And I, you know, I've told you what I'm going to do. [01:28:09.000 --> 01:28:12.000] I'm going to do frankincense, and I may be do candles now too, [01:28:12.000 --> 01:28:15.000] frankincense and myrrh, emu oil, [01:28:15.000 --> 01:28:18.000] and then a little bit of colloidal gold, [01:28:18.000 --> 01:28:20.000] because you have some small bottles of that as well, don't you? [01:28:20.000 --> 01:28:21.000] I do. [01:28:21.000 --> 01:28:26.000] So gold frankincense and myrrh, I think, is just a perfect Christmas gift. [01:28:26.000 --> 01:28:28.000] Oh, absolutely. [01:28:28.000 --> 01:28:32.000] And keep in mind, folks, I'm going to have the ormus gold and silver [01:28:32.000 --> 01:28:34.000] after the first of the year. [01:28:34.000 --> 01:28:39.000] I've been secretly and privately been working on that for about a year [01:28:39.000 --> 01:28:42.000] because people have requested me to do so, [01:28:42.000 --> 01:28:45.000] and I finally came out up with the right formula. [01:28:45.000 --> 01:28:50.000] The incredible thing about it is that the parts per million [01:28:50.000 --> 01:28:59.000] in the powdered product is about 200,000 to 250,000 parts per million. [01:28:59.000 --> 01:29:00.000] Not billion, million. [01:29:00.000 --> 01:29:01.000] Million. [01:29:01.000 --> 01:29:02.000] Wow. [01:29:02.000 --> 01:29:05.000] And we're going to be putting that in our triple distilled water [01:29:05.000 --> 01:29:08.000] so we can liquefy it, so I'll tell you. [01:29:08.000 --> 01:29:09.000] How would you use that? [01:29:09.000 --> 01:29:11.000] Would you use it the same way you use the colloidal gold? [01:29:11.000 --> 01:29:14.000] Absolutely, and you don't have to use so much of it. [01:29:14.000 --> 01:29:17.000] Tell me just a few drops of it. [01:29:17.000 --> 01:29:20.000] One ounce will last you about a month. [01:29:20.000 --> 01:29:21.000] Oh, wow. [01:29:21.000 --> 01:29:23.000] You can think about six or eight drops at a time. [01:29:23.000 --> 01:29:26.000] That's usually a dropper full is about six or eight drops. [01:29:26.000 --> 01:29:28.000] Oh, my gosh, that's so exciting. [01:29:28.000 --> 01:29:32.000] Everybody look up ormus, O-R-M-U-S. [01:29:32.000 --> 01:29:37.000] Okay, well, it looks like we're coming up here real soon on another break. [01:29:37.000 --> 01:29:40.000] How much time we have, Leland? [01:29:40.000 --> 01:29:42.000] Well, this is the Logos Radio Network. [01:29:42.000 --> 01:29:43.000] I'm Gary Hanna. [01:29:43.000 --> 01:29:44.000] I'm Alchemist. [01:29:44.000 --> 01:29:45.000] I'm Leland Freeman. [01:29:45.000 --> 01:29:46.000] I'm Nancy Reed. [01:29:46.000 --> 01:30:02.000] And we'll catch you after the break. [01:30:02.000 --> 01:30:05.000] Ditch those greasy burgers and gooey donuts. [01:30:05.000 --> 01:30:09.000] Not only will they make you fat, they'll increase your risk of depression. [01:30:09.000 --> 01:30:10.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, [01:30:10.000 --> 01:30:13.000] and I'll tell you about a new study on the link between fast food [01:30:13.000 --> 01:30:16.000] and poor mental health next. [01:30:16.000 --> 01:30:18.000] Privacy is under attack. [01:30:18.000 --> 01:30:21.000] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:30:21.000 --> 01:30:23.000] And once your privacy is gone, [01:30:23.000 --> 01:30:26.000] you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:30:26.000 --> 01:30:28.000] So protect your rights. [01:30:28.000 --> 01:30:32.000] Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [01:30:32.000 --> 01:30:34.000] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [01:30:34.000 --> 01:30:37.000] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, [01:30:37.000 --> 01:30:41.000] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [01:30:41.000 --> 01:30:45.000] Start over with StartPage. [01:30:45.000 --> 01:30:48.000] As if you needed another reason to eat healthy, here's one more. [01:30:48.000 --> 01:30:51.000] A new study shows the more fast food you eat, [01:30:51.000 --> 01:30:54.000] the more likely you are to become clinically depressed. [01:30:54.000 --> 01:30:59.000] Spanish researchers monitored 9,000 people who had never been diagnosed with depression. [01:30:59.000 --> 01:31:00.000] After just six months, [01:31:00.000 --> 01:31:04.000] they found that those who ate fast food were 50% more likely to develop depression [01:31:04.000 --> 01:31:06.000] than those who didn't. [01:31:06.000 --> 01:31:09.000] Even participants who ate just small amounts of fast food [01:31:09.000 --> 01:31:12.000] or commercially baked goods like donuts or croissants [01:31:12.000 --> 01:31:14.000] were more susceptible to mental illness. [01:31:14.000 --> 01:31:18.000] So swap those hot dogs and fries for veggies, fish, and fruit. [01:31:18.000 --> 01:31:21.000] Your mind and your middle will love you for it. [01:31:21.000 --> 01:31:23.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, [01:31:23.000 --> 01:31:30.000] the world's most private search engine. [01:31:30.000 --> 01:31:36.000] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11. [01:31:36.000 --> 01:31:38.000] The government says that fire brought it down. [01:31:38.000 --> 01:31:43.000] However, 1,500 architects and engineers concluded it was a controlled demolition. [01:31:43.000 --> 01:31:46.000] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. [01:31:46.000 --> 01:31:49.000] Thousands of my fellow first responders are dying. [01:31:49.000 --> 01:31:50.000] I'm not a conspiracy theorist. [01:31:50.000 --> 01:31:51.000] I'm a structural engineer. [01:31:51.000 --> 01:31:52.000] I'm a New York City correction officer. [01:31:52.000 --> 01:31:53.000] I'm an Air Force pilot. [01:31:53.000 --> 01:31:55.000] I'm a father who lost his son. [01:31:55.000 --> 01:31:58.000] We're Americans, and we deserve the truth. [01:31:58.000 --> 01:32:01.000] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today. [01:32:01.000 --> 01:32:03.000] Hey, it's Danny here for Hill Country Home Improvements. [01:32:06.000 --> 01:32:09.000] Come on, we all know the government caused it with their chemtrails, [01:32:09.000 --> 01:32:11.000] but good luck getting them to pay for it. [01:32:11.000 --> 01:32:13.000] Okay, I might be kidding about the chemtrails, [01:32:13.000 --> 01:32:14.000] but I'm serious about your roof. [01:32:45.000 --> 01:32:48.000] So if those out-of-town roofers come knocking, [01:32:48.000 --> 01:32:50.000] your door should be locking. [01:32:50.000 --> 01:32:57.000] And that's 512-992-8745 or hillcountryhomeimprovements.com. [01:32:57.000 --> 01:32:59.000] Discounts are based on full roof replacement. [01:32:59.000 --> 01:33:02.000] May not actually be kidding about chemtrails. [01:33:02.000 --> 01:33:29.000] Live, free speech radio, logosradionetwork.com. [01:33:29.000 --> 01:33:32.000] Well, thank you very much for joining us this evening. [01:33:32.000 --> 01:33:34.000] This is the Logos Radio Network, [01:33:34.000 --> 01:33:39.000] and this is our program and your program about your health. [01:33:39.000 --> 01:33:42.000] And we're very, very concerned about your health, [01:33:42.000 --> 01:33:44.000] as well as our own health. [01:33:44.000 --> 01:33:46.000] So please call in. [01:33:46.000 --> 01:33:47.000] It is a call-in show. [01:33:47.000 --> 01:33:48.000] We'd love to hear from you. [01:33:48.000 --> 01:33:59.000] 512-264-4043 is my cell phone number, and the number here is 512-646-1984. [01:33:59.000 --> 01:34:02.000] And in a little bit here, we're going to talk about some more good smells. [01:34:02.000 --> 01:34:07.000] And there is also, by the way, quite a bit of proof on how well aromatherapy works, [01:34:07.000 --> 01:34:11.000] because it goes to your hypothalamus, [01:34:11.000 --> 01:34:16.000] and then is used to send messages out to your whole body. [01:34:16.000 --> 01:34:20.000] And so there's quite a bit of proof, and particularly in Asian medicine, [01:34:20.000 --> 01:34:24.000] in Chinese medicine, they know an awful lot about how aromatherapy works. [01:34:24.000 --> 01:34:27.000] And so we'll talk here in a little bit about a bunch of things [01:34:27.000 --> 01:34:30.000] that help lift your mood and lift your spirits. [01:34:30.000 --> 01:34:33.000] It'll be good to have around your house and on your skin, [01:34:33.000 --> 01:34:36.000] and I even put a little bit on my nose. [01:34:36.000 --> 01:34:38.000] But one of the things I wanted to... [01:34:38.000 --> 01:34:43.000] I had a discussion at a Christmas party last night with a kindergarten teacher, [01:34:43.000 --> 01:34:46.000] and he's been teaching kindergarten for 18 years. [01:34:46.000 --> 01:34:49.000] And I asked him if he has noticed... [01:34:49.000 --> 01:34:54.000] I said, you know, most teachers tell me that they've seen a huge difference [01:34:54.000 --> 01:34:58.000] in the children over the last few years, [01:34:58.000 --> 01:35:01.000] that there's been a shift where there's so many more children [01:35:01.000 --> 01:35:04.000] that are developmentally delayed and autistic [01:35:04.000 --> 01:35:09.000] and have other kinds of issues where they're designated to be special needs. [01:35:09.000 --> 01:35:13.000] Have you noticed that? And he said, oh, my God. [01:35:13.000 --> 01:35:15.000] It's very frightening. [01:35:15.000 --> 01:35:18.000] He said, there's been, even in the last five years, [01:35:18.000 --> 01:35:20.000] some kind of a big shift. [01:35:20.000 --> 01:35:23.000] And so we talked a little bit. He didn't know much about it. [01:35:23.000 --> 01:35:29.000] And I was at a Christmas party. I had to be careful not to be the crazy lady. [01:35:29.000 --> 01:35:32.000] But I talked to him a little bit about vaccines, [01:35:32.000 --> 01:35:35.000] and I told him about the movie Vax. [01:35:35.000 --> 01:35:40.000] And I suggested to him that the teachers unions get together [01:35:40.000 --> 01:35:42.000] and demand an answer, [01:35:42.000 --> 01:35:45.000] because teachers are noticing all over the country [01:35:45.000 --> 01:35:47.000] this big change in the children. [01:35:47.000 --> 01:35:51.000] And whether it's vaccines or it's aluminum foil [01:35:51.000 --> 01:35:55.000] or it's the chemtrails, [01:35:55.000 --> 01:35:57.000] or we need to know what's going on. [01:35:57.000 --> 01:36:01.000] Is it GMOs? Is it the Roundup? [01:36:01.000 --> 01:36:05.000] It's probably a chemical cocktail mixture of everything, [01:36:05.000 --> 01:36:10.000] but something is happening to the health of our children that's very dramatic. [01:36:10.000 --> 01:36:13.000] And if you know a teacher, ask them. [01:36:13.000 --> 01:36:16.000] I believe they'll tell you the same thing I've heard from every teacher [01:36:16.000 --> 01:36:18.000] I've talked to in the last couple of years. [01:36:18.000 --> 01:36:20.000] It's frightening to them. [01:36:20.000 --> 01:36:22.000] And I'd really love to see... [01:36:22.000 --> 01:36:25.000] I'm sure there's some American Teachers Association or something like that. [01:36:25.000 --> 01:36:29.000] I'd really like to see them get together and demand answers. [01:36:29.000 --> 01:36:33.000] And we don't know exactly what those answers are going to be, [01:36:33.000 --> 01:36:36.000] but one of the suspects is vaccination. [01:36:36.000 --> 01:36:42.000] And there's a really good article on naturalblaze.com. [01:36:42.000 --> 01:36:44.000] It was put up on December 9th. [01:36:44.000 --> 01:36:49.000] And I'll put a link to it on our Facebook page about your health. [01:36:49.000 --> 01:36:56.000] And it's got 23 documentaries on vaccination. [01:36:56.000 --> 01:36:59.000] And they're all very good. [01:36:59.000 --> 01:37:01.000] The Silent Epidemic. [01:37:01.000 --> 01:37:03.000] Oh, it's not scrolling down for me now. [01:37:03.000 --> 01:37:06.000] The Greater Good is an excellent documentary. [01:37:06.000 --> 01:37:08.000] Shots in the Dark. [01:37:08.000 --> 01:37:13.000] Vaccine or Vaccination, the Hidden Truth. [01:37:13.000 --> 01:37:15.000] Vaccination. [01:37:15.000 --> 01:37:17.000] These are all excellent. [01:37:17.000 --> 01:37:19.000] Vaccination, the Truth About Vaccines. [01:37:19.000 --> 01:37:23.000] This would be something that if you do know somebody who's open to learning something, [01:37:23.000 --> 01:37:27.000] this could keep you busy your whole vacation. [01:37:27.000 --> 01:37:29.000] Lethal Injection. [01:37:29.000 --> 01:37:31.000] It's got Vaxxed on here. [01:37:31.000 --> 01:37:39.000] There are many, many, many, many people working to educate the public about the dangers of vaccination. [01:37:39.000 --> 01:37:42.000] Deadly Immunity is another. [01:37:42.000 --> 01:37:45.000] So I think this is really a good source. [01:37:45.000 --> 01:37:48.000] Autism Made in the USA. [01:37:48.000 --> 01:37:50.000] Wow, by Gary Knoll. [01:37:50.000 --> 01:37:54.000] So naturalblaze.com, and this was published on December 9th. [01:37:54.000 --> 01:38:01.000] And it's called 23 Vaccine Documentaries That Are Must See. [01:38:01.000 --> 01:38:02.000] And I agree. [01:38:02.000 --> 01:38:03.000] I think they're must see. [01:38:03.000 --> 01:38:05.000] And especially if you have a child. [01:38:05.000 --> 01:38:10.000] One of the things that was brought up on Vaccine Myths, the Sean Siegel show, [01:38:10.000 --> 01:38:13.000] he was saying, you know, it's our right to protect our children. [01:38:13.000 --> 01:38:16.000] He said, actually, it's our God-given responsibility. [01:38:16.000 --> 01:38:17.000] Yes. [01:38:17.000 --> 01:38:21.000] And as a parent, for you to be lazy and not do the research necessary [01:38:21.000 --> 01:38:26.000] or to stand up to the powers that are trying to persuade you, [01:38:26.000 --> 01:38:30.000] you're shirking your responsibility to your child. [01:38:30.000 --> 01:38:34.000] And it's not an easy thing to go against the mainstream and go against the flow. [01:38:34.000 --> 01:38:38.000] And I know that there are many people that are very emotional about this. [01:38:38.000 --> 01:38:41.000] And I think particularly, and I know that I feel this way, [01:38:41.000 --> 01:38:45.000] anybody who's fully vaccinated their children really doesn't want to hear this. [01:38:45.000 --> 01:38:47.000] It's a very hard thing to know. [01:38:47.000 --> 01:38:50.000] But I think one of the shifts that's happening in our whole society [01:38:50.000 --> 01:38:54.000] with stuff that's coming out with WikiLeaks and that kind of thing, [01:38:54.000 --> 01:38:58.000] when they're talking about some of the actual evil ceremonies [01:38:58.000 --> 01:39:03.000] that some of our rulers are involved in with satanic rituals [01:39:03.000 --> 01:39:05.000] and child trafficking and that kind of stuff. [01:39:05.000 --> 01:39:06.000] Pizzagate. [01:39:06.000 --> 01:39:07.000] Yeah. [01:39:07.000 --> 01:39:10.000] It's going to help people realize that, you know, because you... [01:39:10.000 --> 01:39:11.000] Pederesta. [01:39:11.000 --> 01:39:13.000] You're going to realize that it's actual evil. [01:39:13.000 --> 01:39:15.000] There's some actual evil going on. [01:39:15.000 --> 01:39:19.000] And maybe that'll make it easier for people to see that the vaccines, [01:39:19.000 --> 01:39:21.000] the dangers of the vaccines have been covered up. [01:39:21.000 --> 01:39:23.000] It's just cult fake news. [01:39:23.000 --> 01:39:27.000] And the dangers of all kinds of things have been hidden from us [01:39:27.000 --> 01:39:33.000] because these people at the very, very top, some of them, are actually evil. [01:39:33.000 --> 01:39:36.000] And they actually enjoy people suffering. [01:39:36.000 --> 01:39:38.000] And they want to make us sick. [01:39:38.000 --> 01:39:41.000] And that's just so hard for a sane person to wrap their brain around. [01:39:41.000 --> 01:39:45.000] But I believe that that is going to crack [01:39:45.000 --> 01:39:49.000] and that people are going to be forced to face the fact [01:39:49.000 --> 01:39:52.000] that they are not working in our best interest. [01:39:52.000 --> 01:39:56.000] And it may be a slow process and it may be a quick process. [01:39:56.000 --> 01:40:00.000] If this stuff can really break through the fake mainstream news, [01:40:00.000 --> 01:40:04.000] then perhaps it'll change people's perception and it will quit going, [01:40:04.000 --> 01:40:07.000] but they love us and they're trying to take care of us. [01:40:07.000 --> 01:40:09.000] If they're accidentally poisoning us, [01:40:09.000 --> 01:40:12.000] they're not poisoning us on purpose. [01:40:12.000 --> 01:40:18.000] And this new evidence of the CDC having malfeasance is what they say. [01:40:18.000 --> 01:40:23.000] The Biomed Research International has just published a study. [01:40:23.000 --> 01:40:27.000] It's called the Methodological Issues and Evidence of Malfeasance [01:40:27.000 --> 01:40:32.000] in Research Proporting to Show Thimerosal in Vaccines is Safe. [01:40:32.000 --> 01:40:34.000] So this is on GreenMedInfo. [01:40:34.000 --> 01:40:36.000] That's definitely worth checking out too. [01:40:36.000 --> 01:40:40.000] And if you know somebody that's vaccine-injured, I'll say it again. [01:40:40.000 --> 01:40:41.000] Clay. [01:40:41.000 --> 01:40:43.000] Clay baths for autistic children. [01:40:43.000 --> 01:40:46.000] I've heard so many stories about kids that start to become verbal [01:40:46.000 --> 01:40:48.000] and make eye contact. [01:40:48.000 --> 01:40:52.000] And what we know it can do is it can pull heavy metals through your skin [01:40:52.000 --> 01:40:54.000] and out of your body. [01:40:54.000 --> 01:40:56.000] And colloidal gold will help with that. [01:40:56.000 --> 01:40:57.000] Oh, that's right. [01:40:57.000 --> 01:41:00.000] And in fact, colloidal gold is starting to be recommended more and more [01:41:00.000 --> 01:41:03.000] for autistic children and Alzheimer's patients as well. [01:41:03.000 --> 01:41:06.000] And, you know, we're probably all a little off. [01:41:06.000 --> 01:41:08.000] Oh, most of us are. [01:41:08.000 --> 01:41:10.000] Most of us are. [01:41:10.000 --> 01:41:14.000] So you don't have to be crazy to do this, but it sure does help. [01:41:14.000 --> 01:41:17.000] So let's talk about something happy as well as frankincense and myrrh, [01:41:17.000 --> 01:41:20.000] which are two of the best smelling things I've ever smelled. [01:41:20.000 --> 01:41:21.000] There are 10... [01:41:21.000 --> 01:41:23.000] Not bacon. [01:41:23.000 --> 01:41:24.000] Oh, okay. [01:41:24.000 --> 01:41:25.000] You can't compete with bacon. [01:41:25.000 --> 01:41:26.000] And I don't even eat bacon anymore. [01:41:26.000 --> 01:41:27.000] But you sure smell it. [01:41:27.000 --> 01:41:30.000] I could just smell some bacon and make myself happy. [01:41:30.000 --> 01:41:33.000] So essential oils for stress and anxiety. [01:41:33.000 --> 01:41:37.000] Again, one in six Americans now officially are on some kind of antidepressants, [01:41:37.000 --> 01:41:39.000] and the side effects of those are just outrageous. [01:41:39.000 --> 01:41:42.000] My mother was just put on antidepressants because her knee hurts. [01:41:42.000 --> 01:41:47.000] And so her doctor decided that having her knee hurt was depressing her [01:41:47.000 --> 01:41:50.000] and that she needed to go on some antidepressants. [01:41:50.000 --> 01:41:54.000] And she was also taking Traumadol, which has an SSRI in it too. [01:41:54.000 --> 01:41:57.000] So finally got to a doctor who looked at that and said, [01:41:57.000 --> 01:42:02.000] oh, well, you're taking two serotonin reuptake inhibitors. [01:42:02.000 --> 01:42:05.000] And so we should get you off this one. [01:42:05.000 --> 01:42:07.000] But, you know, a lot of people are depressed [01:42:07.000 --> 01:42:10.000] because there's some issue that needs to be dealt with. [01:42:10.000 --> 01:42:14.000] However, if you want to lift your mood and help yourself without all the side effects, [01:42:14.000 --> 01:42:17.000] here are 10 essential oils for stress and anxiety. [01:42:17.000 --> 01:42:19.000] Get your pen and paper out. [01:42:19.000 --> 01:42:21.000] Give you a few seconds to do that. [01:42:21.000 --> 01:42:27.000] And this article is actually from I found it on Before It's News, BeforeIt'sNews.com. [01:42:27.000 --> 01:42:30.000] And it's titled 10 Essential Oils for Stress and Anxiety. [01:42:30.000 --> 01:42:33.000] Lavender. So we all love lavender. [01:42:33.000 --> 01:42:34.000] Absolutely. [01:42:34.000 --> 01:42:36.000] And lavender has a lot of other properties too. [01:42:36.000 --> 01:42:40.000] They say the people who worked in the lavender fields during the plague didn't get the plague. [01:42:40.000 --> 01:42:46.000] So lavender is also very good for being antifungal, antibacterial, and antiviral. [01:42:46.000 --> 01:42:49.000] And I use that in a lot of things. [01:42:49.000 --> 01:42:53.000] And then chamomile. I think a lot of people drink chamomile tea. [01:42:53.000 --> 01:42:54.000] Oh, yeah. [01:42:54.000 --> 01:42:57.000] And very good for being able to sleep at night and that sort of thing. [01:42:57.000 --> 01:43:01.000] Rose. Rose oil is supposed to have the highest vibrational frequency. [01:43:01.000 --> 01:43:03.000] It's also one of the most expensive oils. [01:43:03.000 --> 01:43:04.000] That's true. That's true. [01:43:04.000 --> 01:43:06.000] And I find an absolute rose. [01:43:06.000 --> 01:43:09.000] But there's another kind of rose oil that's supposed to be even more powerful. [01:43:09.000 --> 01:43:10.000] I can't think of what it's called. [01:43:10.000 --> 01:43:11.000] Rose auto. [01:43:11.000 --> 01:43:12.000] That's what it is. [01:43:12.000 --> 01:43:16.000] And I'm telling you, folks, you better have a deep pocket. [01:43:16.000 --> 01:43:17.000] Yeah. [01:43:17.000 --> 01:43:19.000] Oh, that stuff is very expensive. [01:43:19.000 --> 01:43:20.000] Very, very expensive. [01:43:20.000 --> 01:43:21.000] So you'd have to use it very sparingly. [01:43:21.000 --> 01:43:22.000] Very sparingly, yeah. [01:43:22.000 --> 01:43:25.000] And use carrier oils and that sort of thing. [01:43:25.000 --> 01:43:27.000] And that's what a lot of people do. [01:43:27.000 --> 01:43:31.000] I use most of my oils direct, but there are some things that are too expensive to do that way. [01:43:31.000 --> 01:43:35.000] Let me tell you, that rose auto is very... [01:43:35.000 --> 01:43:41.000] I mean, I don't have the figure right in front of me, but it would almost make you faint. [01:43:41.000 --> 01:43:44.000] Well, we're coming up on the break. This is the Logos Radio Network. [01:43:44.000 --> 01:43:46.000] I am Gary Henna. [01:43:46.000 --> 01:43:47.000] I'm Liam Freeman. [01:43:47.000 --> 01:43:48.000] I'm Nancy Reed. [01:43:48.000 --> 01:43:54.000] And we're so grateful to have you here this evening at Bouncer Health and the Logos Radio Network. [01:43:54.000 --> 01:44:17.000] We have seven more oils coming up. [01:44:24.000 --> 01:44:51.000] We'll be right back. [01:44:51.000 --> 01:44:54.000] We'll be right back. [01:45:21.000 --> 01:45:23.000] We'll be right back. [01:45:51.000 --> 01:45:54.000] We'll be right back. [01:46:21.000 --> 01:46:42.000] I think we're into, what, our last segment now for the two hours. [01:46:42.000 --> 01:46:45.000] Again, it's been an honor and a privilege to be here with you. [01:46:45.000 --> 01:46:51.000] And I know that I say that every week, but that is, I'm sincere about that. [01:46:51.000 --> 01:46:55.000] And those are not just words coming out of my mouth. [01:46:55.000 --> 01:46:59.000] I really feel compassionate about what I'm doing. [01:46:59.000 --> 01:47:02.000] I'm so grateful to have Nancy and Leland here. [01:47:02.000 --> 01:47:08.000] We do care about you and we appreciate your support. [01:47:08.000 --> 01:47:12.000] You know, it's been a tough time for us all and we're not asking for much from you. [01:47:12.000 --> 01:47:17.000] Just come by, say hello, call into the show, anything. [01:47:17.000 --> 01:47:25.000] Let us know that we're still on the right track in helping you and your family and hopefully other people too. [01:47:25.000 --> 01:47:26.000] So thank you. [01:47:26.000 --> 01:47:27.000] All family. [01:47:27.000 --> 01:47:28.000] This is Family Week. [01:47:28.000 --> 01:47:31.000] Every week should be, every day should be Family Week. [01:47:31.000 --> 01:47:32.000] True. [01:47:32.000 --> 01:47:33.000] And a lot of people are traveling now. [01:47:33.000 --> 01:47:38.000] And I think it's a really good idea to pack a few of your essential items. [01:47:38.000 --> 01:47:43.000] I don't like to travel without my silver because I don't know what all I'm getting exposed to. [01:47:43.000 --> 01:47:49.000] I keep lavender oil in my pocket when I'm flying or if I'm in public places where I could put that on my hands. [01:47:49.000 --> 01:47:53.000] And that'll be, that's my form of the hand sanitizer. [01:47:53.000 --> 01:47:55.000] Now you're real big on rosemary, right? [01:47:55.000 --> 01:47:57.000] I love rosemary oil. [01:47:57.000 --> 01:48:00.000] Let's start with that list again. [01:48:00.000 --> 01:48:01.000] Let's go through the whole list. [01:48:01.000 --> 01:48:08.000] Oh, okay. Well, so we talked about rose and there's absolute rose and there's rose auto, which is apparently very precious. [01:48:08.000 --> 01:48:09.000] Oh, very. [01:48:09.000 --> 01:48:10.000] Very precious. [01:48:10.000 --> 01:48:11.000] And then bergamot. [01:48:11.000 --> 01:48:13.000] I have been using that in my bath water and I really like it. [01:48:13.000 --> 01:48:14.000] Yeah, absolutely. [01:48:14.000 --> 01:48:19.000] I actually make a soap with that and one of my lotion candles has it in it. [01:48:19.000 --> 01:48:21.000] Oh, and it's a really good smell. [01:48:21.000 --> 01:48:22.000] It is. [01:48:22.000 --> 01:48:23.000] Ylang. [01:48:23.000 --> 01:48:24.000] I'm not sure if I'm saying this right. [01:48:24.000 --> 01:48:25.000] Ylang ylang. [01:48:25.000 --> 01:48:26.000] Lang lang. [01:48:26.000 --> 01:48:27.000] Lang lang. [01:48:27.000 --> 01:48:28.000] Is it just lang lang? [01:48:28.000 --> 01:48:30.000] I knew it probably wasn't ylang ylang. [01:48:30.000 --> 01:48:31.000] That smells pretty girly. [01:48:31.000 --> 01:48:34.000] I don't know about the guys wearing that, but it smells like perfume. [01:48:34.000 --> 01:48:35.000] I love it. [01:48:35.000 --> 01:48:37.000] It smells so luxurious and wonderful. [01:48:37.000 --> 01:48:42.000] And these are all things that are anti-anxiety and antidepressant. [01:48:42.000 --> 01:48:43.000] Frankincense. [01:48:43.000 --> 01:48:44.000] There you go. [01:48:44.000 --> 01:48:45.000] Frankincense. [01:48:45.000 --> 01:48:47.000] They brought it to baby Jesus for a reason. [01:48:47.000 --> 01:48:50.000] It's got lots of amazing properties. [01:48:50.000 --> 01:48:53.000] And I've been using that because I've had a little spot of skin cancer. [01:48:53.000 --> 01:48:57.000] I've been using that every morning and every evening on the bottoms of my feet. [01:48:57.000 --> 01:49:04.000] And I actually put it on my ears because there's lots of acupuncture points on your ears. [01:49:04.000 --> 01:49:10.000] And they have found that if you put high vibrational essential oils on your acupuncture points, [01:49:10.000 --> 01:49:13.000] that it has a similar effect to receiving acupuncture. [01:49:13.000 --> 01:49:15.000] Oh my goodness. [01:49:15.000 --> 01:49:18.000] Leland's having a sneezing fit. [01:49:18.000 --> 01:49:19.000] Sandalwood. [01:49:19.000 --> 01:49:22.000] Sandalwood's also gotten kind of pricey. [01:49:22.000 --> 01:49:24.000] Well, it's always been pricey. [01:49:24.000 --> 01:49:29.000] Folks, there's nothing more expensive than the rose alder. [01:49:29.000 --> 01:49:31.000] Everything else is a bargain. [01:49:31.000 --> 01:49:37.000] Sandalwood's kind of at the top also, but it's not nearly as expensive. [01:49:37.000 --> 01:49:41.000] And folks, I want you to be aware of frankincense. [01:49:41.000 --> 01:49:48.000] There's a lot of people that are calling natural oils essential oils, and they're not. [01:49:48.000 --> 01:49:53.000] And there are a lot of people out there misrepresenting that. [01:49:53.000 --> 01:49:54.000] So reputable. [01:49:54.000 --> 01:49:56.000] Reputable companies, please. [01:49:56.000 --> 01:49:58.000] Oh, that's a good idea. [01:49:58.000 --> 01:50:01.000] And there are several that have an excellent reputation. [01:50:01.000 --> 01:50:02.000] Yes. [01:50:02.000 --> 01:50:03.000] Jasmine. [01:50:03.000 --> 01:50:05.000] I do like the smell of jasmine, too. [01:50:05.000 --> 01:50:06.000] And some people don't. [01:50:06.000 --> 01:50:07.000] That's true. [01:50:07.000 --> 01:50:08.000] That's true. [01:50:08.000 --> 01:50:09.000] Marjoram. [01:50:09.000 --> 01:50:12.000] I didn't even think about marjoram having an essential oil. [01:50:12.000 --> 01:50:13.000] Oh, yeah. [01:50:13.000 --> 01:50:14.000] I didn't even know that. [01:50:14.000 --> 01:50:15.000] Yeah. [01:50:15.000 --> 01:50:16.000] And I've never seen it. [01:50:16.000 --> 01:50:18.000] I've never smelled it or seen it either. [01:50:18.000 --> 01:50:19.000] No, me either. [01:50:19.000 --> 01:50:20.000] But it is an essential oil. [01:50:20.000 --> 01:50:26.000] And it has an aroma therapy, anti-depressants, anti-anxiety thing. [01:50:26.000 --> 01:50:29.000] So use it when you're with your family. [01:50:29.000 --> 01:50:30.000] And then patchouli. [01:50:30.000 --> 01:50:31.000] Patchouli, absolutely. [01:50:31.000 --> 01:50:32.000] I'll tell you what. [01:50:32.000 --> 01:50:35.000] I love lavender and patchouli together. [01:50:35.000 --> 01:50:36.000] Oh. [01:50:36.000 --> 01:50:38.000] Again, we do have a lotion candle as that. [01:50:38.000 --> 01:50:39.000] You do? [01:50:39.000 --> 01:50:40.000] Absolutely. [01:50:40.000 --> 01:50:48.000] Those two combinations are, other than frankincense and MERS, my special combination. [01:50:48.000 --> 01:50:50.000] And I don't know, many people don't. [01:50:50.000 --> 01:50:54.000] You know, it's kind of a love-hate relationship when it comes to patchouli. [01:50:54.000 --> 01:51:00.000] But people smell that aroma with lavender, and they're very impressed with it. [01:51:00.000 --> 01:51:03.000] Oh, you know, we're so rich and we're so lucky. [01:51:03.000 --> 01:51:07.000] We may be worried about paying our bills and worried about money and that sort of thing. [01:51:07.000 --> 01:51:13.000] But I read something that in the old days, how rich you were depended on how many essential [01:51:13.000 --> 01:51:18.000] oils you had, that having frankincense and having rose oil and that kind of thing was [01:51:18.000 --> 01:51:20.000] part of the measure of your wealth. [01:51:20.000 --> 01:51:27.000] We have so many things available to us now that are so exquisite and so precious that [01:51:27.000 --> 01:51:29.000] God has put here for us. [01:51:29.000 --> 01:51:30.000] Absolutely. [01:51:30.000 --> 01:51:35.000] But we're now regaining the ancient knowledge through, oddly enough, through technology. [01:51:35.000 --> 01:51:41.000] It's helped us get back in touch with the things that God gave us to keep us well and [01:51:41.000 --> 01:51:42.000] happy and healthy. [01:51:42.000 --> 01:51:46.000] So there's so many things that are simple and there's even things that are free that [01:51:46.000 --> 01:51:47.000] you can do for yourself. [01:51:47.000 --> 01:51:52.000] Getting grounded, just being, going out and standing barefoot for a little bit. [01:51:52.000 --> 01:51:54.000] And I put clay on my feet before I do that. [01:51:54.000 --> 01:52:00.000] But there are so many simple things that we can do for ourselves and to help everybody [01:52:00.000 --> 01:52:02.000] enjoy the holidays. [01:52:02.000 --> 01:52:05.000] One of the things, because I'm kind of poor this year, is that I'm... [01:52:05.000 --> 01:52:06.000] I think we all are, Nancy. [01:52:06.000 --> 01:52:11.000] I'm concentrating not only on the love, but also on just the little things that I can [01:52:11.000 --> 01:52:19.000] do to make my house and my home a little bit more comfortable, a little bit more joyous. [01:52:19.000 --> 01:52:20.000] I love Christmas lights. [01:52:20.000 --> 01:52:22.000] I love twinkly lights. [01:52:22.000 --> 01:52:23.000] Makes me happy. [01:52:23.000 --> 01:52:26.000] And I love Christmas music, only to a point. [01:52:26.000 --> 01:52:30.000] I love it for the first couple of weeks they start playing it, but... [01:52:30.000 --> 01:52:32.000] You mean back in July. [01:52:32.000 --> 01:52:41.000] But, you know, does anybody sing anymore and like carol and, you know, the simple things [01:52:41.000 --> 01:52:49.000] that we do to just bring us together and make everybody feel more joyous? [01:52:49.000 --> 01:52:50.000] Not much anymore. [01:52:50.000 --> 01:52:54.000] I think people are afraid of all the bad energy out there. [01:52:54.000 --> 01:52:56.000] But, you know, I miss that. [01:52:56.000 --> 01:53:04.000] I mean, Christmas carols, every year people would come by, churches and neighbors and [01:53:04.000 --> 01:53:05.000] friends and... [01:53:05.000 --> 01:53:07.000] I wonder if I could just get my family to sing after dinner. [01:53:07.000 --> 01:53:10.000] If we could just go, hey, let's all sing. [01:53:10.000 --> 01:53:15.000] You might want to have a little bit of extra eggnog if some of our families at least sing. [01:53:15.000 --> 01:53:18.000] Oh, you know what is a good relatively natural treat? [01:53:18.000 --> 01:53:25.000] Hail Mary, who does a pretty good job of clean, non-GMO treats. [01:53:25.000 --> 01:53:27.000] She has cookies and little pies and stuff. [01:53:27.000 --> 01:53:28.000] Has... [01:53:28.000 --> 01:53:34.000] In the health food stores, I've seen them at natural grocers and at Whole Foods, they [01:53:34.000 --> 01:53:39.000] have a little eggnog tart and comes six in a pack. [01:53:39.000 --> 01:53:40.000] Oh, my goodness. [01:53:40.000 --> 01:53:41.000] Oh, my goodness. [01:53:41.000 --> 01:53:42.000] Oh. [01:53:42.000 --> 01:53:45.000] So, I don't particularly like eggnog, so I didn't get it. [01:53:45.000 --> 01:53:46.000] Oh, I love eggnog. [01:53:46.000 --> 01:53:47.000] Oh, so you might like those. [01:53:47.000 --> 01:53:48.000] Yeah. [01:53:48.000 --> 01:53:53.000] So, also finding little treats that we can do for those of us who are more natural, the [01:53:53.000 --> 01:53:55.000] things that we can make for ourselves that... [01:53:55.000 --> 01:53:59.000] Because I just went to a cookie party yesterday, where a whole bunch of people decorated cookies, [01:53:59.000 --> 01:54:01.000] and I didn't have a cookie. [01:54:01.000 --> 01:54:02.000] None of them organic? [01:54:02.000 --> 01:54:04.000] I did not have no... [01:54:04.000 --> 01:54:06.000] All gluten and just the... [01:54:06.000 --> 01:54:07.000] Yeah. [01:54:07.000 --> 01:54:09.000] And regular powdered sugar and all that kind... [01:54:09.000 --> 01:54:11.000] And the dyes that were in the stuff. [01:54:11.000 --> 01:54:12.000] They look good, didn't they? [01:54:12.000 --> 01:54:13.000] They look... [01:54:13.000 --> 01:54:14.000] Oh, beautiful. [01:54:14.000 --> 01:54:15.000] Just beautiful. [01:54:15.000 --> 01:54:16.000] And I decorated a few, but I didn't need any. [01:54:16.000 --> 01:54:21.000] So, there's all kinds of ways that we can find that we can provide ourselves with our [01:54:21.000 --> 01:54:24.000] treats and the things that we can have to spoil ourselves. [01:54:24.000 --> 01:54:30.000] And so, I say over this time, especially if you're poor, be very sweet to yourself. [01:54:30.000 --> 01:54:32.000] Do things for yourself that tickle you. [01:54:32.000 --> 01:54:35.000] Find the free things that make you happy. [01:54:35.000 --> 01:54:36.000] Make it about the love. [01:54:36.000 --> 01:54:40.000] And call the people that you miss and tell them how much you miss them and how much you've [01:54:40.000 --> 01:54:43.000] appreciated them being in your life. [01:54:43.000 --> 01:54:45.000] Love. [01:54:45.000 --> 01:54:46.000] Yes. [01:54:46.000 --> 01:54:47.000] Yes. [01:54:47.000 --> 01:54:50.000] You know, that's what it's all about. [01:54:50.000 --> 01:54:51.000] It is. [01:54:51.000 --> 01:54:52.000] It is. [01:54:52.000 --> 01:54:58.000] You know, loving yourself, loving your family, loving your friends, loving your neighbors, [01:54:58.000 --> 01:55:00.000] and even loving your enemy. [01:55:00.000 --> 01:55:03.000] Ah, yes, forgiveness is a whole lot about it. [01:55:03.000 --> 01:55:04.000] Absolutely. [01:55:04.000 --> 01:55:05.000] Jesus did it. [01:55:05.000 --> 01:55:06.000] Yep. [01:55:06.000 --> 01:55:07.000] He practiced what he preached. [01:55:07.000 --> 01:55:08.000] Yep. [01:55:08.000 --> 01:55:12.000] And you know, folks, listen, it's just so easy to be nice. [01:55:12.000 --> 01:55:17.000] And you also should treat people the way you would like to be treated, regardless of how [01:55:17.000 --> 01:55:18.000] they treat you. [01:55:18.000 --> 01:55:20.000] They punch you in the face. [01:55:20.000 --> 01:55:21.000] Well, even, yes. [01:55:21.000 --> 01:55:24.000] Well, I have to remind myself of that a lot. [01:55:24.000 --> 01:55:26.000] There's a lot more, there's people on the corner. [01:55:26.000 --> 01:55:31.000] I had a guy approach me at the gas pump the other day asking me for money, and I was so [01:55:31.000 --> 01:55:32.000] broke. [01:55:32.000 --> 01:55:33.000] So broke. [01:55:33.000 --> 01:55:36.000] I was only getting $10 worth of gas, is how broke I was. [01:55:36.000 --> 01:55:38.000] And I still managed to scrape up a dollar for him. [01:55:38.000 --> 01:55:41.000] But we've got to have compassion for our fellow man. [01:55:41.000 --> 01:55:46.000] And you know, I believe, I really do believe that all of this angst that's been going on [01:55:46.000 --> 01:55:51.000] is that the old ways are breaking down, and they can't hold it together anymore. [01:55:51.000 --> 01:55:53.000] They're desperate, they're trying really hard. [01:55:53.000 --> 01:55:57.000] But the truth is coming out, and the truth is popular. [01:55:57.000 --> 01:56:02.000] And you know, they called us fake, which is they're rubber and we're glue. [01:56:02.000 --> 01:56:04.000] No, it's the other way around. [01:56:04.000 --> 01:56:06.000] We're rubber and they're glue. [01:56:06.000 --> 01:56:11.000] But to move into the, I think we're going to have a wonderful new year. [01:56:11.000 --> 01:56:15.000] And I think so many people are going to be surprised by how things actually get better. [01:56:15.000 --> 01:56:19.000] We've all been kind of taught that things are just going to get worse, and worse and worse [01:56:19.000 --> 01:56:21.000] and worse, and there's nothing you can do about it. [01:56:21.000 --> 01:56:23.000] And I don't believe that for a minute. [01:56:23.000 --> 01:56:28.000] I believe all this knowledge that we've been able to share with each other around the world, [01:56:28.000 --> 01:56:34.000] we're going to raise ourselves up out of this and break the shackles, and truth will out, [01:56:34.000 --> 01:56:41.000] and all this evil is being exposed so that it can be eradicated from our planet. [01:56:41.000 --> 01:56:42.000] We don't need it. [01:56:42.000 --> 01:56:47.000] Well, Nancy, every day I say this, it leaps once, sometimes several times. [01:56:47.000 --> 01:56:49.000] Every day is a good day. [01:56:49.000 --> 01:56:52.000] Some are just better. [01:56:52.000 --> 01:56:57.000] So, you know, if there's any better, I think I'd be twins. [01:56:57.000 --> 01:57:01.000] Well, and if you are feeling better, and there's a lot of people I know right now that are sick [01:57:01.000 --> 01:57:04.000] and in pain and have various ailments that they're dealing with, [01:57:04.000 --> 01:57:07.000] it's really hard to have everybody ask you all day every day. [01:57:07.000 --> 01:57:09.000] So how are you doing? [01:57:09.000 --> 01:57:11.000] Absolutely fantastic. [01:57:11.000 --> 01:57:16.000] Well, you know, yeah, maybe saying I'm grateful. [01:57:16.000 --> 01:57:18.000] Maybe that's a good way. [01:57:18.000 --> 01:57:20.000] I know that's a tough question to answer for a lot of people, [01:57:20.000 --> 01:57:26.000] but one of the good exercises is to, when you're going to sleep at night, [01:57:26.000 --> 01:57:31.000] just kind of go through a little list of the things you're grateful for for that day. [01:57:31.000 --> 01:57:32.000] Cheeseburgers. [01:57:32.000 --> 01:57:33.000] Yeah, yeah. [01:57:33.000 --> 01:57:34.000] Organic ones. [01:57:34.000 --> 01:57:35.000] Yeah. [01:57:35.000 --> 01:57:36.000] Grass-fed. [01:57:36.000 --> 01:57:37.000] Are you kidding? [01:57:37.000 --> 01:57:39.000] You're grateful about the cowboys. [01:57:39.000 --> 01:57:42.000] Oh, absolutely. [01:57:42.000 --> 01:57:44.000] They're offensive. [01:57:44.000 --> 01:57:46.000] Why are we talking about cowboys? [01:57:46.000 --> 01:57:52.000] Even as crazy as Jerry Jones is and everything he's done to destroy that team, [01:57:52.000 --> 01:57:53.000] he's still doing fine. [01:57:53.000 --> 01:57:54.000] He's like a broken clock. [01:57:54.000 --> 01:57:57.000] He's right like twice, once in a while, right? [01:57:57.000 --> 01:58:01.000] Try not to worry too much and try not to make everything perfect. [01:58:01.000 --> 01:58:05.000] One of the things that happened to so many in my family is that somebody would be [01:58:05.000 --> 01:58:08.000] obsessed about making it perfect, and it's going to be perfect just like this. [01:58:08.000 --> 01:58:12.000] We should buy solar, either the colloidal kind from Nature's Pure Organics [01:58:12.000 --> 01:58:14.000] or the coin kind from Capital Coin and Bullion. [01:58:14.000 --> 01:58:17.000] But that is it for this week of About Your Health. [01:58:17.000 --> 01:58:21.000] We should be back next week, day after Christmas, [01:58:21.000 --> 01:58:28.000] and the start of the middle of Hanukkah with more About Your Health every Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. [01:58:28.000 --> 01:58:30.000] Stay tuned for the next two hours.
