[00:00.000 --> 00:07.760] The following newsflash is brought to you by the Lone Star Lowdown, providing your daily [00:07.760 --> 00:09.960] bulletins for the commodities market. [00:09.960 --> 00:23.400] Today in history, news updates and the inside scoop into the tides of the alternative. [00:23.400 --> 00:31.520] News for the 27th of July 2015 opened up with gold at $1095.60 an ounce, silver $14.64 an [00:31.520 --> 00:44.760] ounce, Texas crude $48.14 a barrel, and Bitcoin is currently sitting at about 288 U.S. currency. [00:44.760 --> 00:49.720] Today in history, Sunday, July 27th, 1974, the House Judiciary Committee votes 27 to [00:49.720 --> 00:54.000] 11 and recommends then President Richard Nixon to be impeached. [00:54.000 --> 00:58.400] He's charged with unlawful activities that formed a course of conduct or plan to obstruct [00:58.400 --> 01:07.520] the investigation of the Watergate break-in and to cover up other unlawful activities. [01:07.520 --> 01:11.960] In recent news, a vigil in March in memory of Sandra Bland, the Illinois woman found [01:11.960 --> 01:16.320] dead in her jail cell, days after her arrest during a routine traffic stop, took place [01:16.320 --> 01:17.320] this weekend. [01:17.320 --> 01:21.880] Hundreds gathered in southeast Texas, meeting at Prairie View Church Sunday, then marching [01:21.880 --> 01:25.920] across Prairie View A&M University, where Sandra Bland attended. [01:25.920 --> 01:29.200] Justice for Sandra was their objective and slogan. [01:29.200 --> 01:33.960] Authorities have said that Bland hanged herself while in custody, a finding her family disputes. [01:33.960 --> 01:38.680] The Houston Chronicle reported yesterday that dozens of protesters protested outside a residence [01:38.680 --> 01:43.640] in Caddy, west of Houston, where it was believed to be the state trooper who arrested Bland's [01:43.640 --> 01:44.640] household. [01:44.640 --> 01:47.300] They were calling for him to be fired and criminally charged. [01:47.300 --> 01:55.640] The troopers on administrative leave, pending an investigation. [01:55.640 --> 02:00.320] Georgetown Texas Republican Senator Charles Schwartner is organizing a Health and Human [02:00.320 --> 02:04.800] Services Committee meeting for this Wednesday to seriously consider recommendations to strengthen [02:04.800 --> 02:09.040] regulations on abortion providers, including further restrictions on the sale of fetal [02:09.040 --> 02:10.040] tissue. [02:10.040 --> 02:14.400] He also invited Planned Parenthood organizations of Texas to attend the meeting since Texas [02:14.400 --> 02:19.720] Planned Parenthood came up in the first hidden video released by the Center of Medical Progress, [02:19.720 --> 02:24.360] which led Governor Greg Abbott and Attorney General Ken Paxton to investigate if any Texas [02:24.360 --> 02:25.800] laws were broken. [02:25.800 --> 02:32.800] Late term abortions and the selling of fetal tissue and organs are illegal in Texas. [02:32.800 --> 02:45.000] The World Star Lowdown is currently looking for sponsors, so if you have a product or [02:45.000 --> 02:50.520] service you'd like to advertise here, feel free to give us a call at 210-863-5617. [02:50.520 --> 03:16.600] This has been your Lowdown for July 27, 2015. [03:16.600 --> 03:39.520] Thank you for your time. [03:39.520 --> 03:43.520] Paffey told my Paffey back in my day, son [03:43.520 --> 03:47.520] A man had to answer for the ways that he'd done [03:47.520 --> 03:50.520] Take all the rope in Texas, find a tall old tree [03:50.520 --> 03:56.520] Round up all of them dead boys, hang them high on the street [03:56.520 --> 04:01.520] For all the people to see [04:01.520 --> 04:04.520] That's just the different one thing you should always find [04:04.520 --> 04:08.520] You gotta settle up your boys, you gotta draw a hard line [04:08.520 --> 04:12.520] Let the gun-smoke settles, we'll sing a victory tune [04:12.520 --> 04:16.520] And we'll all be back at the whole force of love [04:16.520 --> 04:21.520] We'll raise up our glasses against evil forces singing [04:21.520 --> 04:26.520] Whiskey for my men, beer for my horses [04:31.520 --> 04:36.520] Alright, good evening folks, this is the Monday Night Rule of Law Radio Show [04:36.520 --> 04:42.520] With your host Eddie Craig, it is July 27, 2015 [04:42.520 --> 04:46.520] And we are still rolling right along through this year [04:46.520 --> 04:50.520] Alright, in case you haven't been paying much attention to what's going on [04:50.520 --> 04:56.520] We have yet another black person killed by the police while in their custody [04:56.520 --> 04:59.520] Or at least died while in their custody [04:59.520 --> 05:03.520] Under what would have to be considered very suspicious circumstances [05:03.520 --> 05:08.520] And if you haven't been following the news, the lady's name was Sandra Bland [05:08.520 --> 05:17.520] Now, I have watched this video from the DPS trooper's car [05:17.520 --> 05:21.520] Over and over and over again [05:21.520 --> 05:35.520] There is absolutely no reason that woman should have ever been incarcerated or taken from that scene in his car [05:35.520 --> 05:38.520] Should never have happened [05:38.520 --> 05:45.520] When you watch the video from beginning to end, you can see first that it's been edited [05:45.520 --> 05:53.520] Because cars are suddenly appearing and disappearing at certain places on the street as the video moves along like it's skipping [05:53.520 --> 05:57.520] But it's not skipping, it's been edited [05:57.520 --> 06:06.520] Now, on top of that, we have the issue of the DPS officer was simply going to give her a warning [06:06.520 --> 06:14.520] He had already written this warning, he had already approached her car and he had already given her the citation [06:14.520 --> 06:24.520] As of that instant, his power to detain for the purpose of the transportation stop was over [06:24.520 --> 06:30.520] No ifs, no ands, no buts, it was over [06:30.520 --> 06:36.520] Now, this could be construed as nothing more than a consensual encounter [06:36.520 --> 06:47.520] But the officer never informed Ms. Bland that she was now free to go and that the stop was concluded [06:47.520 --> 06:52.520] And by the time, at this point, she was obviously not thinking to ask [06:52.520 --> 07:01.520] Because when he got back to the car and he started asking her a bunch of additional questions on his fishing expedition [07:01.520 --> 07:07.520] To see if there was any reason he could hold her there any longer beyond that [07:07.520 --> 07:14.520] He then told her, or said to her, would you please put out your cigarette? [07:14.520 --> 07:22.520] To which she responded, I'm in my own car, I don't know why I would have to put out a cigarette, I'm in my car [07:22.520 --> 07:37.520] This is where things go due south at a rapid rate because now, Officer Dufus is about to hit her with a charge of contempt of comp [07:37.520 --> 07:43.520] He asked her to do something but when a comp asks you to do something [07:43.520 --> 07:54.520] It's just a mask for what he wants to do to exert an order that he doesn't have any authority to give [07:54.520 --> 08:00.520] And that's exactly the case here, he had no authority to tell her to put the cigarette out [08:00.520 --> 08:03.520] And she said, no, I'm in my car, I'm not going to do it [08:03.520 --> 08:09.520] At which point he says, then get out of your car [08:09.520 --> 08:18.520] We have now left the realm of consensual to the realm of retaining in custody for contempt of comp [08:18.520 --> 08:26.520] The moment he gave that order, that's what happened, she was already free to go [08:26.520 --> 08:30.520] He just didn't tell her that [08:30.520 --> 08:38.520] Now he's given her an order to get out of her car because she will not extinguish her cigarette inside her car on a voluntary basis [08:38.520 --> 08:45.520] He had no lawful authority to do that, that was not a lawful order, a lawful order must have a lawful purpose [08:45.520 --> 08:53.520] An order from a cop is not lawful simply because it passed from his voice box over his tongue and out of his lips [08:53.520 --> 09:02.520] That doesn't make it a lawful order, it has to have a lawful purpose backed by a lawful authority to give it [09:02.520 --> 09:08.520] And at this point he had none [09:08.520 --> 09:22.520] There was absolutely no lawful authority to continue to detain her, threaten to tase her, or then to place her in custody [09:22.520 --> 09:28.520] None, it did not exist [09:28.520 --> 09:33.520] And if you watch the video and listen to it, I'm only going to give you a warning [09:33.520 --> 09:39.520] He goes and he writes his warning, he brings it back, he gives it to her, and then he continues to ask questions [09:39.520 --> 09:46.520] She was free to go, but she was not told that [09:46.520 --> 09:52.520] And because she was not told that, she remained at the scene because let's face facts [09:52.520 --> 10:00.520] The United States Supreme Court and every Supreme Court has now gone to the point of losing their ever loving mind [10:00.520 --> 10:09.520] To basically create an atmosphere of predatory nature of cops on members of the public [10:09.520 --> 10:16.520] The cop can do anything and you're obligated to obey it, no you aren't [10:16.520 --> 10:29.520] I don't care what the courts say, you are not obligated to allow anyone under any circumstances to violate your rights in an unlawful manner, period [10:29.520 --> 10:35.520] Now let me tell you what else is going on here in Texas that you might want to know about [10:35.520 --> 10:45.520] There was a statute in Texas that I have yet to ever see the bill that repealed it, but it has disappeared from the statutes, it was in the government code [10:45.520 --> 11:01.520] And this series of statutes was all about how it was perfectly lawful and legal to resist an unlawful arrest by a law enforcement officer [11:01.520 --> 11:12.520] The statute specifically authorized the use of force against an officer who was making an illegal arrest [11:12.520 --> 11:23.520] It even included language that allowed passersby to assist the person being apprehended illegally by the officer [11:23.520 --> 11:29.520] In other words, group officer pound down, let's get with it [11:29.520 --> 11:36.520] Because he is unlawfully attempting to arrest somebody with no authority [11:36.520 --> 11:47.520] That was in our statutes folks, no matter what the courts and the prosecutors and the cops want you to believe that it was in the Texas statutes [11:47.520 --> 11:54.520] But it has disappeared, yet I cannot find the legislative enactment that got rid of it [11:54.520 --> 12:02.520] Cannot find it, but it's not in the online statutes, it's not in the printed books [12:02.520 --> 12:13.520] But there's no bill that has the language that's in that statute or the number of that statute that I have been able to locate that says it was ever repealed [12:13.520 --> 12:20.520] Now folks, if you listen to this show any length of time at all, I've told you, and I can prove it in black and white [12:20.520 --> 12:27.520] That I can have every, if the courts would do their job, I could [12:27.520 --> 12:33.520] If the courts would do their job, follow the Constitution of Texas and the law [12:33.520 --> 12:41.520] Every code in Texas is absolutely unconstitutional on its face, every single one [12:41.520 --> 12:55.520] Because every single one was initiated and voted into existence in an unconstitutional fashion in direct violation of the Texas Constitution [12:55.520 --> 13:02.520] Every one, no exceptions [13:02.520 --> 13:11.520] And yet, statutes that gave us power to resist these unlawful arrests, to hold this officer accountable [13:11.520 --> 13:19.520] And make him fear the public if he got out of line, has just evaporated in the thin air [13:19.520 --> 13:28.520] And the courts are now ruling that these cops can kill you with impunity and you have no right to resist [13:28.520 --> 13:31.520] That is utter madness [13:31.520 --> 13:44.520] The moment any such ruling came now in the face of any judge on the planet, that judge should have been strung up from the nearest tree for treason [13:44.520 --> 13:54.520] And anyone that backed him up should have been hanging right beside him, still backing him up [13:54.520 --> 13:59.520] We have absolutely lost control of the government that is supposed to serve us [13:59.520 --> 14:03.520] We don't serve it, it is supposed to serve us [14:03.520 --> 14:11.520] And they are rapidly shifting that playing field in their favor [14:11.520 --> 14:26.520] We are nothing more now than entertainment for those that like to play SimCity with your life, your property, and your rights [14:26.520 --> 14:33.520] And if you don't know what SimCity is, it is a computer game where you get to build and manage the city in any way you see fit [14:33.520 --> 14:43.520] To its utter destruction or its utter enrichment, however, but it still plays by exactly the same rules that modern cities do [14:43.520 --> 14:46.520] That they're God and you're not [14:46.520 --> 14:50.520] And that was never how this was supposed to work [14:50.520 --> 14:56.520] We have allowed them to get away with this for far too long [14:56.520 --> 15:01.520] They now believe it is their right to treat us this way [15:01.520 --> 15:04.520] It is their right to make us do what they want [15:04.520 --> 15:12.520] It is their right to tell us what we can and cannot do in our own lives and with our own property [15:12.520 --> 15:14.520] And it isn't [15:14.520 --> 15:18.520] It never has been [15:18.520 --> 15:25.520] I've had a conversation the other day, which I don't know if I'll be able to finish before I actually have to take a break here [15:25.520 --> 15:27.520] But I'm going to try [15:27.520 --> 15:33.520] I was talking to a young lady up at the coffee shop up here, and she was saying, you know, I'm glad that we have laws about [15:33.520 --> 15:36.520] And I said, whoa, whoa, whoa, stop right there [15:36.520 --> 15:43.520] The first thing you need to understand when you make a statement like that, I'm glad we have a law, I wish someone would make a law [15:43.520 --> 15:46.520] I want them to make a law [15:46.520 --> 15:53.520] Any time you say something like that, what you are really saying, whether you realize it or not, is this [15:53.520 --> 16:09.520] I wish that government would empower some other person in government to use force, including deadly force, to make someone else stop doing something I don't like [16:09.520 --> 16:14.520] Or to do something that I want them to do [16:14.520 --> 16:22.520] That is exactly what you're saying when you say I'm glad we have a law, I think we ought to have a law, I wish there was a law [16:22.520 --> 16:33.520] When you go running to government for a solution, that's the only way they can apply a solution, is to create a law and empower someone to enforce it [16:33.520 --> 16:45.520] But they give them unlimited power and means to do that enforcement, including kill us [16:45.520 --> 16:55.520] We need to stop that, because if they're not willing to get themselves killed or to kill somebody with their own hand, then it shouldn't be a law in the first place [16:55.520 --> 17:23.520] Alright folks, we'll be right back [17:25.520 --> 17:31.520] Logos Radio Network gets many requests to endorse all sorts of products, most of which we reject [17:31.520 --> 17:39.520] We have come to trust Jungevity so [20:02.520 --> 20:05.520] Hey Eddie, well thanks for having me on the show tonight [20:05.520 --> 20:07.520] Yes sir [20:07.520 --> 20:17.520] And I've got two questions that I would like to kind of, if you could, give me an example of how you could use them [20:17.520 --> 20:24.520] Let's say that the police pull you over, pull you out of the car, search the car and arrest you without a warrant [20:24.520 --> 20:26.520] And you had nothing in the car anyway [20:26.520 --> 20:29.520] But you still spent 30 days in jail [20:29.520 --> 20:37.520] What is the unclean hands doctrine and the fruit of the poisoned tree? [20:37.520 --> 20:41.520] And how could that be used as an example? [20:41.520 --> 20:52.520] The unclean hands doctrine is basically when they come in having done a greater wrong while trying to make it look like you're the one that's in the wrong [20:52.520 --> 21:00.520] They actually did dirty and they're trying to pawn it off on you or they're trying to cast you in a light that exceeds what they did [21:00.520 --> 21:13.520] The fruit of the poisoned tree doctrine, however, is basically the assertion that if the first thing you did was illegal, everything that follows is illegal [21:13.520 --> 21:21.520] And it's based usually upon the fact that the initial arrest or encounter was performed illegally [21:21.520 --> 21:24.520] They didn't have a legal basis to stop you [21:24.520 --> 21:26.520] They didn't read you your rights [21:26.520 --> 21:35.520] Something along those lines, some pre-necessary step was missed that corrupted everything that followed [21:35.520 --> 21:46.520] Okay. Now if you didn't claim that during the trial but you're going to an appeal, can you use that in your appeal even though you didn't appeal to those? [21:46.520 --> 21:50.520] It depends. Usually if it's not a court of record, yes [21:50.520 --> 21:53.520] Because it's not an actual appeal appeal [21:53.520 --> 21:57.520] They treat it as if the first one never happened if it's a de novo [21:57.520 --> 22:05.520] However, if it's not a de novo because it did come from a court of record, then it's an actual appeal in most states [22:05.520 --> 22:14.520] And you're not going to be able to raise any issues on appeal that were not raised at trial provided that does not include a challenge to jurisdiction [22:14.520 --> 22:17.520] Because that can be raised at any time [22:17.520 --> 22:19.520] Okay. Got it [22:19.520 --> 22:22.520] Okay. Well, thank you very much. That's my only question [22:22.520 --> 22:24.520] Okay. Well, thanks for calling in, Jeff [22:24.520 --> 22:25.520] Thanks [22:25.520 --> 22:26.520] Yes, sir [22:26.520 --> 22:32.520] All right. Now we're going to go to George in Texas. George, what can we do for you? [22:32.520 --> 22:34.520] How are you doing, Ed? [22:34.520 --> 22:35.520] I'm doing good [22:35.520 --> 22:44.520] I'm glad for your passionate statement about her name [22:44.520 --> 22:50.520] I still think the high heaven would happen after you jail, but that's another thing [22:50.520 --> 22:55.520] Last year, my son, he got slapped in the face in class [22:55.520 --> 22:59.520] And before he could defend himself, the fight was broken up [22:59.520 --> 23:05.520] He was sent to the nurse's office and got a little ice on his name [23:05.520 --> 23:11.520] Well, three days later, the school police officer interviewed my son [23:11.520 --> 23:20.520] And next thing you know, he's being dragged into court on disorderly conduct, fighting, and he didn't even start the fight [23:20.520 --> 23:23.520] It was a sucker punch or a slap, whatever [23:23.520 --> 23:29.520] And the thing is, I had to hire a lawyer and, you know, the case got dismissed [23:29.520 --> 23:35.520] But here's my problem is even though there's sworn officer, they all say, I heard him [23:35.520 --> 23:44.520] I sat there and I asked the lawyer, he said, the lawyer said, you know, that police officer talked to my son who is a minor without my permission [23:44.520 --> 23:53.520] And they say, oh, the judge won't allow that technicality, but still a school officer or a DPS officer, they still can't talk to a minor without the parent's permission [23:53.520 --> 23:57.520] That's not necessarily true [23:57.520 --> 23:58.520] What's that? [23:58.520 --> 24:01.520] That is not necessarily true [24:01.520 --> 24:11.520] If the parents, by enrolling the child in the school, signed paperwork that waived their presence in the case of any incident occurring at school, they could [24:11.520 --> 24:21.520] If the parent consents to that at any time and that consent is never taken back, they could [24:21.520 --> 24:22.520] Do you follow? [24:22.520 --> 24:27.520] Can you say, my son, I was talking to me, what was that saying, basically, if I signed paperwork [24:27.520 --> 24:37.520] I said, if the parent signed any paperwork enrolling that child in school that allowed them to do whatever was necessary with the child while he was there [24:37.520 --> 24:43.520] For any incident that occurred there, then they don't [24:43.520 --> 24:47.520] They don't have to give a Miranda warning or anything [24:47.520 --> 24:49.520] But my son does have to [24:49.520 --> 24:53.520] Well, that's a different issue than the one you're bringing up [24:53.520 --> 24:58.520] You said they can't talk to him, that's not true [24:58.520 --> 25:06.520] Giving him a Miranda warning because they're going to charge him with something, that's a whole other matter [25:06.520 --> 25:13.520] And yes, they have to do that if they're going to charge him with something or if they're going to question him in relation to something [25:13.520 --> 25:16.520] If they've told him he's under arrest [25:16.520 --> 25:24.520] But if they didn't, everything that comes out of his mouth is considered voluntary, it's a wildly tricky way of getting even kids to talk [25:24.520 --> 25:27.520] Because they haven't been informed of their rights [25:27.520 --> 25:30.520] That's why they try to tell you, oh, you're not under arrest [25:30.520 --> 25:38.520] Because that technically does not kick in until you either directly invoke it or an arrest has been made [25:38.520 --> 25:42.520] It's a trick, it's always a trick [25:42.520 --> 25:44.520] But my son is not obligated to talk to the officer [25:44.520 --> 25:49.520] No, he still has to know that he is not obligated to talk [25:49.520 --> 25:55.520] And then if he chooses to do so, minor or not, that could be a problem [25:55.520 --> 26:01.520] If he has said, I'm a minor, I can't speak to you without my parents, I'm not going to answer your questions without legal counsel [26:01.520 --> 26:04.520] Then they must stop [26:04.520 --> 26:08.520] But until that happens, it's considered a consensual encounter [26:08.520 --> 26:17.520] Well, anyway, when it went to trial, I said I want a jury trial and the next six days later, the prosecutor dropped the case [26:17.520 --> 26:20.520] Probably because he knew right off the bat he couldn't prove it [26:20.520 --> 26:28.520] If there were witnesses that said your son was acting in self-defense, they couldn't convict him of acting in self-defense, and they knew it [26:28.520 --> 26:33.520] Well, it's still the best, like I said, it was $500 I spent on a lawyer, but he- [26:33.520 --> 26:41.520] Yeah, but did you go and demand that they pay the court cost or sue them for the court cost because that's malicious prosecution [26:41.520 --> 26:50.520] If they knew that he was not guilty of doing anything wrong, the fact that they took him into court was malicious prosecution [26:50.520 --> 26:55.520] I never thought about that, but we didn't pay any court cost, just legal fees [26:55.520 --> 27:06.520] Right, and you can sue to get that back and for whatever they did to him as far as suspending him or the slander and whatever else [27:06.520 --> 27:12.520] For charging him for something they knew he couldn't have done, that's malicious prosecution [27:12.520 --> 27:16.520] Well, if he never got suspended, Randy, he never even got any punishment [27:16.520 --> 27:27.520] So, like I said, the thing is, I tell my son, I said, you're getting interviewed by an officer, you just don't talk to him unless you talk to me first [27:27.520 --> 27:28.520] That would be a good idea [27:28.520 --> 27:35.520] That's how I'm going to inform my son next time he gets- like I say, a kid ever tries bullying and sucker punching him [27:35.520 --> 27:44.520] Because it was a bully situation, like I say, but the bully situation is more like both people get in trouble, not just the bully [27:44.520 --> 27:54.520] Yeah, well, that's not right. When one is acting completely in self-defense, it's not right that they suffer a punishment for defending themselves [27:54.520 --> 28:05.520] Well, isn't there a case called Leeds v. Weisman saying a student does not shed his constitutional rights when he enters a school of gals, gays, and that means- [28:05.520 --> 28:12.520] I don't know about entering a school, but your rights are not shed just because you passed through some doorway unless it's a prison [28:12.520 --> 28:23.520] I see, but I'll look into the malicious prosecution because, like I say, because personally, if I was a justice of the peace, I would have said, [28:23.520 --> 28:28.520] What the hell are you bringing this to my court for? Because that's the first thing I would ask [28:28.520 --> 28:35.520] Because the kid who punched my son, he already got in-school suspension and all that stuff, but then he gets dragged to the court [28:35.520 --> 28:43.520] They pay a $500 fine, he has to do more community service and, you know, I mean, isn't that double jeopardy? [28:43.520 --> 28:48.520] He gets punished by the school, but then he has to go to court [28:48.520 --> 28:58.520] Well, that depends. There's the administrative punishment of the school and the criminal punishment of the court. They're not the same thing [28:58.520 --> 29:03.520] But back in my day, probably back in your days, no matter who spikes, it was dealt with the principals. I got a little swat in my- [29:03.520 --> 29:09.520] Well, back in my day, nobody called the cops for an altercation at school unless it involved a weapon [29:09.520 --> 29:15.520] Or an actual breaking of bones by someone much older and bigger than the one that lost [29:15.520 --> 29:27.520] Yeah, that's true. But, like I say, but even, like I say, fights, like I say, little scuffle, like I say, was dealt with at the school [29:27.520 --> 29:38.520] You know, the thing is, I can't understand. I even asked the county sheriff. I said, we got the sheriff's office, we got the Department of Public Safety, we got the city police, which is West Columbia [29:38.520 --> 29:41.520] And he got a constable. I said- [29:41.520 --> 29:45.520] Yeah, George, I'm sorry. I got to cut you off. I'm headed to break [29:45.520 --> 29:58.520] Alright, folks, this is Rule of Law Radio, the call in number 512-646-1984. I need some callers, y'all. Get on board and get in line. We will be right back. [30:03.520 --> 30:13.520] Ew! What's the most bacteria-filled object in a hotel room? Not to be a germaphobe, but a new study shows there's one thing you may not want to touch [30:13.520 --> 30:17.520] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and when I come back, I'll tell you what it is [30:17.520 --> 30:27.520] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too [30:27.520 --> 30:33.520] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself [30:33.520 --> 30:42.520] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. Yuck [31:08.520 --> 31:13.520] The worst offenders? TV remotes, followed by toilets and bathroom sinks [31:13.520 --> 31:20.520] Light switches and phones also tested high for bacteria. Before using them, a little hand sanitizer might be in order [31:20.520 --> 31:25.520] So which surface is safest? The headboard, but good luck eating off of it [31:25.520 --> 31:31.520] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for Startpage.com, the world's most private search engine [31:31.520 --> 31:38.520] What are you thinking? This is Rule of Law Radio calling number 512-646-1984 [33:57.520 --> 34:01.520] I don't have anybody up on the board, but I definitely need somebody to talk to [34:01.520 --> 34:09.520] But while we're waiting to see if there's anyone out there with an issue to discuss, I'm going to go back to this DPS issue with Sandra Bland [34:09.520 --> 34:24.520] Now, not only should this woman never have been arrested, but here is the situation as I see it from the viewpoint of her being in jail [34:24.520 --> 34:32.520] And at her autopsy, the state trying to say that she had large amounts of marijuana in her system [34:32.520 --> 34:41.520] Now pay close attention to this. One, when they take her mugshot, she is already in jailhouse orange [34:41.520 --> 34:46.520] She's already in the jail jumpsuit, which is basically a paper mache piece of clothing [34:46.520 --> 34:57.520] The only thing you have on your body at that point, possibly, it depends on what jail, is a pair of underwear and some slippers [34:57.520 --> 35:01.520] You don't have anything else on your body [35:01.520 --> 35:10.520] So there isn't but on a female a couple of places that she could actually hide something and still get to it later without throwing up in her cell [35:10.520 --> 35:25.520] The problem is, is that most of these places will conduct cavity searches before they incarcerate you if they have any reason to suspect that that's the case [35:25.520 --> 35:36.520] Now, if she had freshly smoked marijuana anywhere in the vicinity of her car, you can bet DPS would have found a reason to make that charge when they arrested her [35:36.520 --> 35:44.520] You can bet they would have brought a drug dog around that car the moment they towed it to wherever they took it [35:44.520 --> 35:47.520] Because they didn't leave it parked on the side of the road, you can guarantee that too [35:47.520 --> 35:53.520] So when they pull it in and they inventory it, they're also going to run a drug dog around it [35:53.520 --> 36:00.520] Who would have alerted and charges would have been levied if they had discovered one iota of marijuana anywhere in that car [36:00.520 --> 36:07.520] Yet they say she had heavy doses of marijuana in her system [36:07.520 --> 36:16.520] She had been in jail for three days, according to them, and the time lapse when she allegedly hung herself [36:16.520 --> 36:31.520] Three days. You could eat a full-size cow bale of hay block of marijuana and not have massive amounts of it in your system three days later [36:31.520 --> 36:40.520] Let's be real here. Just traces, yes, but in amounts the way they described it, no [36:40.520 --> 36:48.520] Because they were trying to say that she somehow smuggled this stuff into the facility [36:48.520 --> 36:55.520] And consumed the whole amount, however much that had to have been, right before she hung herself [36:55.520 --> 37:04.520] And thus her hanging was related to the depression that she suddenly went into because of eating the illegal drugs in the jail cell [37:04.520 --> 37:14.520] Now that's the gist of how they're trying to get the public to see what they said at the news conference on her death [37:14.520 --> 37:22.520] Go back and watch it. Pay real close attention. That is exactly the inference they're trying to get you to swallow [37:22.520 --> 37:32.520] She hung herself because she snuck drugs in, she took them all, it depressed her, and she just gave up hoping, tied a plastic bag around her neck and hung herself [37:32.520 --> 37:43.520] First off, folks, they're not going to have any way in that jail cell for somebody to do that with a plastic bag [37:43.520 --> 37:50.520] They're just not [37:50.520 --> 38:00.520] There's also the issue of her mugshot being different than anyone else's that's been taken at that jail in recent history [38:00.520 --> 38:08.520] If you'll notice in her mugshot, she is standing against a gray background [38:08.520 --> 38:15.520] Whereas the mugshots of other people that are from that jail are standing next to a cinder block wall that is white [38:15.520 --> 38:20.520] And in which you can clearly see the cinder block lines where they're submitted together [38:20.520 --> 38:34.520] You can't see that in Bland's case. What you see is a solid wall of gray, which just happens to be the color of the floors in the jail and in the cell where she was [38:34.520 --> 38:43.520] Which leads one to the conclusion that if the background is gray, her mugshot was taken with her laying on the floor [38:43.520 --> 38:50.520] Because it's the only gray place in there for them to do that according to the way the other mugshots look [38:50.520 --> 38:57.520] So she was laying on her back on the gray cement when her mugshot was taken [38:57.520 --> 39:05.520] And there's other evidence in the photo that makes it appear that that's the case because when she was arrested, she had her hair done up in dreadlocks [39:05.520 --> 39:16.520] And they've got a side-by-side picture of her wearing these dreadlocks, one when she's out smiling and happy and in a black and white dress with the dreadlocks [39:16.520 --> 39:24.520] And then one of her in the orange jumpsuit with the dreadlocks, and the dreadlocks are not hanging naturally down to the sides of her face and head [39:24.520 --> 39:32.520] They are hanging towards the gray background, indicating that gravity is having a pull on them in that direction [39:32.520 --> 39:43.520] Or she's got a really strong wind blowing in her face inside of a building, which do you think is most likely here, considering the other factors so far [39:43.520 --> 39:57.520] So she's laying on her back on the cell floor or on the floor somewhere, having her picture taken, and her dreadlocks are hanging back toward the floor [39:57.520 --> 40:06.520] Which is now leading to the speculation that she may have been dead longer than we've been told [40:06.520 --> 40:16.520] And that her mugshot was actually taken after she was dead and laid on her cell floor [40:16.520 --> 40:29.520] Which means somebody had to manipulate her corpse to get the eyes open and to get enough makeup on her to hide any strangulation marks if this was actually a suicide when she was dead [40:29.520 --> 40:33.520] There would be strangulation marks around her neck from the bag, that's not in the picture [40:33.520 --> 40:47.520] But there does appear to be some abrasions on what is her right side of her face, right down at the edge of her jawline, like she was punched or her face was pushed into something and scraped [40:47.520 --> 40:56.520] You can see it, but it's kind of hard to make out, but you can see it in the picture in the jumpsuit [40:56.520 --> 41:02.520] And it's not present in the side-by-side picture where she's smiling and happy [41:02.520 --> 41:17.520] So, if all of this is to cover up, and once again we have the fact that the jail is refusing to disclose any information or details about anything [41:17.520 --> 41:23.520] Like they always do when they're trying to hide something [41:23.520 --> 41:30.520] This stinks to high heaven, folks. Again, it stinks to high heaven [41:30.520 --> 41:41.520] Now, I know there's a lot of people, black people especially, that's irate about this saying still black lives matter and another black person's killed by white cops and so on and so forth [41:41.520 --> 41:48.520] But let's also talk reality in numbers here. Blacks are not the only one that this is being done to [41:48.520 --> 41:56.520] Not by a long shot. Statistically, in pure numbers, the cops are killing more whites than they are blacks [41:56.520 --> 42:07.520] Statistically, that is a fact. They have killed more unarmed white people than they have unarmed black people [42:07.520 --> 42:13.520] And I'm not trying to justify anybody getting killed regardless of skin color [42:13.520 --> 42:19.520] The point here is, is the cops are out of control to the point that they don't care who they're killing [42:19.520 --> 42:26.520] And they don't care whether or not there's repercussions because 99 times out of 100 there won't be [42:26.520 --> 42:34.520] There will always be some way they can justify the result where someone died [42:34.520 --> 42:41.520] Or they can investigate it and get the result they actually want [42:41.520 --> 42:51.520] How sane do you have to be to understand that it is not a good idea to have the government investigating itself? [42:51.520 --> 42:56.520] I don't care what the job is [42:56.520 --> 43:05.520] How wise do you really have to be to understand why that would be a problem? [43:05.520 --> 43:11.520] We investigated ourselves and we found we did nothing wrong [43:11.520 --> 43:15.520] Doesn't every mass murderer wish that's how he could have handled the evidence at his trial? [43:15.520 --> 43:20.520] Well, I investigated myself. I found that I did nothing wrong [43:20.520 --> 43:26.520] Yeah, I know you found me with blood on me. I know you found me with the dead women. I know I signed a confession [43:26.520 --> 43:32.520] But I investigated myself and I decided I didn't do anything wrong [43:32.520 --> 43:36.520] So you can't prosecute me [43:36.520 --> 43:45.520] Because this is exactly the same scenario that the government is having you swallow hook, line, and sinker [43:45.520 --> 43:52.520] In relation to these bad murders by these cops without justification of any kind [43:52.520 --> 43:57.520] But y'all keep puffing on whatever you're puffing on and not paying attention. This is Rule of Law Radio [46:43.520 --> 46:50.520] Alright, I still don't have any callers up on the board. 512-646-1984. [46:50.520 --> 47:00.640] Now, we have all of these little odd things that do not paint a flattering picture of [47:00.640 --> 47:08.600] yet another Texas police department, in this case a sheriff's department, I believe, or [47:08.600 --> 47:15.260] the DPS, which has gotten completely out of control and operates way outside of any lawful [47:15.260 --> 47:22.100] authority and what they do, because even the Texas Administrative Code says very clearly [47:22.100 --> 47:29.800] they are not law enforcement officers. They're not. They can only perform law enforcement [47:29.800 --> 47:35.840] duties in relation to the regulation and supervision of commercial and for-hire traffic under the [47:35.840 --> 47:41.680] Administrative Code and the Transportation Code, or to provide assistance upon request [47:41.680 --> 47:47.560] by the locals. They're not authorized to go out and enforce the Transportation Code against [47:47.560 --> 47:54.800] someone that isn't commercial or for-hire. They can't, because it never applied to anyone [47:54.800 --> 48:02.120] except those that are. I mean, wouldn't you think that would be a clue to the powers that [48:02.120 --> 48:08.480] would be that something's wrong? The Code says the DPS only has this as their mission [48:08.480 --> 48:15.000] statement. It says that the regulatory programs that they create and administer are only done [48:15.000 --> 48:21.520] in relation to that mission statement. Supervision of traffic on rural highways, supervision [48:21.520 --> 48:32.680] and regulation, license, inspection, motor vehicle, financial responsibility. Those are [48:32.680 --> 48:42.000] the regulatories. That's all they can do of commercial and for-hire traffic. It's right [48:42.000 --> 48:50.560] there in the Code. You just have to read it, but no one does. Nobody reads it. What good [48:50.560 --> 48:56.800] is a legislature or any other person in the government when they want the legislature [48:56.800 --> 49:05.560] to create a law that they're not going to read? Why is the law there? Then why do they [49:05.560 --> 49:15.280] turn around and say, we broke it when they completely ignore it? Because we don't have [49:15.280 --> 49:26.440] rule of law. We don't have equal application and protection of the law. We have us versus [49:26.440 --> 49:33.940] them. This is exactly what the cops are being trained to already believe in every instance [49:33.940 --> 49:41.520] is that the public is the enemy. And what they fail to realize is that every action [49:41.520 --> 49:55.240] they are taking will ensure that that prophecy comes true. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy. [49:55.240 --> 49:59.560] Everybody in the public is out to get us. And then when they get you in a stop, they [49:59.560 --> 50:06.720] abuse you, they kill you, they arrest you for no reason, they steal your money, and [50:06.720 --> 50:11.320] they refuse to look at the rules and regulations they're operating under to see if they actually [50:11.320 --> 50:16.080] had lawful authority to do any of it. They just presume it. And then when you challenge [50:16.080 --> 50:25.920] it, you're the one in the wrong. And then they wonder why we tell them that we have [50:25.920 --> 50:31.800] no use for them. We don't want them. That we live in a police state and they are not [50:31.800 --> 50:42.520] welcome. They wonder why. We have a problem, folks, and there's no end in sight because [50:42.520 --> 50:49.280] there's not enough of us to change it by force. And if there is, we're certainly not cooperating [50:49.280 --> 50:55.120] together to make it happen. And instead of even looking for a way to do it outside of [50:55.120 --> 51:00.720] using force, we're not organized enough to get people in power that would be willing [51:00.720 --> 51:06.720] to make the change for the right reasons the right way and expose those that won't because [51:06.720 --> 51:11.920] once they're inside the gates, it becomes a political kissing game. Hey, you kiss my [51:11.920 --> 51:16.040] butt and help me get this done. I'll kiss your butt and help you get that one done. [51:16.040 --> 51:24.920] That's a political kissing game. We got to stop this, folks. We're on a downward spiral [51:24.920 --> 51:36.920] that has no bottom. But what it does have is a place where our ability to survive it [51:36.920 --> 51:47.360] is going to come to an end. The only question is, is what manner will that happen now? Will [51:47.360 --> 51:53.300] we not survive because we allowed ourselves to be killed without resistance of any kind? [51:53.300 --> 51:57.280] Will we not survive because we were killed and offering up resistance that we should [51:57.280 --> 52:01.880] have never had to offer in the first place if people understood what authority they had [52:01.880 --> 52:11.320] and what they didn't? Will we not survive just because of the second coming when we [52:11.320 --> 52:20.620] finally realized that, hey, we were warned of this and we didn't believe it? At what [52:20.620 --> 52:30.520] point does it matter enough to know that two of those are not good options and one of them [52:30.520 --> 52:41.880] is only a good option if you're on the right side? As Americans, we have forgotten what [52:41.880 --> 52:51.840] being an American is all about. We care more about only what affects us personally and [52:51.840 --> 52:58.760] not about our neighbor, not about right and wrong, not about how would I want someone [52:58.760 --> 53:06.240] to treat me in this case. It's all about us. It's not about others. Now, you can say [53:06.240 --> 53:12.120] what you want about Christianity and Jesus Christ and those that truly understand what [53:12.120 --> 53:18.200] Jesus was and why he did the things he did. He came as a servant, not as a ruler and not [53:18.200 --> 53:25.040] as a king. He came as a servant. That's what he commanded all true Christians to be to [53:25.040 --> 53:34.960] their fellow man. Not a slave, but a servant. That is the whole emphasis of love thy neighbor [53:34.960 --> 53:40.600] as thyself. You get up in the morning, you fix breakfast for your family. Do you think [53:40.600 --> 53:46.680] to ask yourself, I wonder if the little old lady next door whose family sees her once [53:46.680 --> 53:52.240] every couple of months actually has anybody making breakfast for her once in a while so [53:52.240 --> 53:58.760] she gets a break? Or I wonder if she needs help cutting her grass? Or I wonder if that [53:58.760 --> 54:04.360] one over there needs help with their trash bins that are way down near the end of the [54:04.360 --> 54:08.520] driveway on the curb there waiting to be picked up when they're emptied and they have to be [54:08.520 --> 54:14.600] hauled all the way back up to their house. How many people think about that anymore? [54:14.600 --> 54:20.920] Instead of going from their front door to their car, from their car to work, from the [54:20.920 --> 54:28.480] parking spot at work to their cubicle or their office, and then repeat that entire pattern [54:28.480 --> 54:40.640] in reverse. We have become hamsters in the little acrylic hamster city. Doesn't matter [54:40.640 --> 54:46.520] what time of the day we get up, doesn't matter what we want to do, our options of what we [54:46.520 --> 54:53.640] can do are limited by the very places we can go because of how everything is connected [54:53.640 --> 54:59.080] together. We don't make our own destiny anymore. We let someone else do it for us. We don't [54:59.080 --> 55:04.520] hold our heads up high that we have managed to get through life standing on our own two [55:04.520 --> 55:12.160] feet and earning what we have with our own two hands and our own brain and our own sweat. [55:12.160 --> 55:25.080] No one cherishes that anymore. No one cares. It's all about me. Folks, those of you that [55:25.080 --> 55:29.640] are listening to this show and all the other shows on this network, you need to understand [55:29.640 --> 55:34.980] something here. This is not meant to sound like it's trying to blow my horn or anyone [55:34.980 --> 55:41.080] else's on the show, but you have to understand that we don't get paid for what we do here [55:41.080 --> 55:46.440] and none of us cares. We're not doing it because we want to get paid. We're not doing it to [55:46.440 --> 55:52.400] be notorious, famous, have notoriety. Most of us aren't anyway. I know I'm not. I could [55:52.400 --> 55:59.880] care less. I wished to God there was no reason for me to even have to be on this show. I [55:59.880 --> 56:05.760] wished to God that everyone knew everything that I already know and was as adamant about [56:05.760 --> 56:13.040] having it as I am and I could do the things that I would really enjoy doing as much as [56:13.040 --> 56:18.840] I enjoy trying to get information to you because I wouldn't need to get information to you [56:18.840 --> 56:22.600] if you were out there getting it for yourself, if you were out there putting it all together [56:22.600 --> 56:31.760] and not taking what you were told at face value. That is why I spend so much time reading, [56:31.760 --> 56:38.160] researching and documenting whatever I find so that when I come on here to talk to you, [56:38.160 --> 56:45.400] I'm not talking about what I think or what I believe. I am trying to convey to you what [56:45.400 --> 56:52.200] is written in black and white that you can look at for yourself. Come to your own conclusions, [56:52.200 --> 56:56.480] but people are still being too lazy to do even that. Even when you put the information [56:56.480 --> 57:02.800] right in their hands, they will not take the time to verify it. They will not take the [57:02.800 --> 57:08.720] time to make sure that it is accurate in any way, especially if it is case law. Heaven [57:08.720 --> 57:14.000] help you if somebody gives you a blurb out of a case to go use in your filings at court [57:14.000 --> 57:18.880] because nine times out of ten, it is a patron up mythology. It doesn't really exist in any [57:18.880 --> 57:29.840] case out there. People are just lazy. They don't care. And that mindset is exactly what [57:29.840 --> 57:37.280] has driven most of the other people that used to care and used to want to be neighborly [57:37.280 --> 57:44.400] into being recluses taking care only of themselves because it does absolutely no good to do anything [57:44.400 --> 57:53.160] else. No one appreciates it. And it is not appreciation by the thank yous and all this. [57:53.160 --> 57:58.280] They don't appreciate it because they take advantage once they realize you are going [57:58.280 --> 58:06.680] to do it. That is not being appreciative, folks. And that is treating them with scorn [58:06.680 --> 58:11.320] when they do something to help you rather than being thankful that someone made the [58:11.320 --> 58:17.440] effort. We don't do what we do here for the thanks. We don't do it for the paycheck. That [58:17.440 --> 58:26.800] is for damn sure. We do it because we fully realize someone has to. We need more people [58:26.800 --> 58:35.920] like that, not just on shows like this, but running the world, running America, teaching [58:35.920 --> 58:42.240] others because there are too few of us out there right now raising our voices. All right, [58:42.240 --> 58:50.440] folks, we will be right back. Y'all hang in there. 512-646-1984. [58:50.440 --> 58:55.880] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, yet countless readers are frustrated [58:55.880 --> 59:01.080] because they struggle to understand it. [01:00:02.920 --> 01:00:08.000] The following news flash is brought to you by the Low Star Lowdown, providing your jelly [01:00:08.000 --> 01:00:15.720] bulletins for the commodities market. Today in history, news updates and the inside scoop [01:00:15.720 --> 01:00:26.560] into the tides of the alternatives. Markets for the 27th of July, 2015 opened up with [01:00:26.560 --> 01:00:35.240] gold at $1,095.60 an ounce, silver $14.64 an ounce, Texas crude $48.14 a barrel, and [01:00:35.240 --> 01:00:46.160] Bitcoin is currently sitting at about $288 U.S. currency. Today in history, Sunday July [01:00:46.160 --> 01:00:52.280] 27th, 1974, the House Judiciary Committee votes 27 to 11 and recommends then President Richard [01:00:52.280 --> 01:00:56.720] Nixon to be impeached. He is charged with unlawful activities that formed a course of [01:00:56.720 --> 01:01:01.800] conduct or plan to obstruct the investigation of the Watergate break-in and to cover up [01:01:01.800 --> 01:01:10.160] other unlawful activities. In recent news, a vigil in March in memory [01:01:10.160 --> 01:01:14.840] of Sandra Bland, the Illinois woman found dead in her jail cell, days after her arrest [01:01:14.840 --> 01:01:18.800] during a routine traffic stop, took place this weekend. Hundreds gathered in southeast [01:01:18.800 --> 01:01:24.280] Texas, meeting at Prairie View Church Sunday, then marching across Prairie View A&M University [01:01:24.280 --> 01:01:29.440] where Sandra Bland attended. Justice for Sandra was their objective and slogan. Authorities [01:01:29.440 --> 01:01:34.200] have said that Bland hanged herself while in custody in finding her family disputes. [01:01:34.200 --> 01:01:38.960] The Houston Chronicle reported yesterday that dozens of protesters protested outside a residence [01:01:38.960 --> 01:01:43.880] in Caddy, west of Houston, where it was believed to be the state trooper who arrested Bland's [01:01:43.880 --> 01:01:47.840] household. They were calling for him to be fired and criminally charged. The trooper [01:01:47.840 --> 01:01:55.920] is on administrative leave pending an investigation. [01:01:55.920 --> 01:02:00.560] Georgetown Texas Republican Senator Charles Schwartner is organizing a Health and Human [01:02:00.560 --> 01:02:05.040] Services Committee meeting for this Wednesday to seriously consider recommendations to strengthen [01:02:05.040 --> 01:02:09.280] regulations on abortion providers, including further restrictions on the sale of fetal [01:02:09.280 --> 01:02:13.920] tissue. He also invited Planned Parenthood organizations of Texas to attend the meeting [01:02:13.920 --> 01:02:18.400] since Texas Planned Parenthood came up in the first hidden video released by the Center [01:02:18.400 --> 01:02:23.320] of Medical Progress, which led Governor Greg Abbott and Attorney General Ken Paxton to [01:02:23.320 --> 01:02:28.120] investigate if any Texas laws were broken. Late term abortions and the selling of fetal [01:02:28.120 --> 01:02:31.120] tissue and organs are illegal in Texas. [01:02:31.120 --> 01:02:46.120] We will start a lowdown. It's currently looking for sponsors, so if you have a product or [01:02:46.120 --> 01:02:51.120] service you'd like to advertise here, feel free to give us a call at 210-863-5617. This [01:02:51.120 --> 01:02:58.120] has been your lowdown for July 27, 2015. [01:03:21.120 --> 01:03:36.120] I will pay for the car with my money. I will pay for the fun with my body. The fun's wicked [01:03:36.120 --> 01:03:47.120] and the logic's shoddy. Ain't gonna pay for the oil with my body. I won't pay for the [01:03:47.120 --> 01:03:52.720] with my money ain't gonna pay for the kids with my money [01:03:52.720 --> 01:04:02.560] the whole agenda sounds funny i wanna fight in a wire of my own [01:04:03.680 --> 01:04:09.200] all right folks we are back this is will of law radio we still do not have any callers up on the [01:04:09.200 --> 01:04:16.720] board 512-646-1984 is the call-in number if y'all want to get in line if you have any questions [01:04:16.720 --> 01:04:26.480] or issues now the other thing we have going on here anyway to try to make an effort for all this [01:04:27.280 --> 01:04:33.920] is the sunday classes down at brave new books from two to five we've had a slight pick up in numbers [01:04:33.920 --> 01:04:41.680] over the last couple weeks but not enough to be significant and i'm still astounded by the fact [01:04:41.680 --> 01:04:50.800] that so many people consider that class to be necessary only after they've already put the noose [01:04:50.800 --> 01:04:59.840] around their neck and jumped off the scaffold because the stop is where everything starts [01:05:01.760 --> 01:05:09.280] and if you mishandle the stop you basically make the rest of your case ineffectual [01:05:09.280 --> 01:05:14.000] as far as being able to argue that you were never in transportation and so on and so forth [01:05:14.560 --> 01:05:21.280] now you can go after any of the charges in the transportation code on merits and i can [01:05:21.280 --> 01:05:25.920] i if you're in class i can tell you exactly how to ask the questions and make the argument [01:05:25.920 --> 01:05:35.360] and win on merits but winning on merits does nothing to stop the application of the code to [01:05:35.360 --> 01:05:44.240] the individual winning on merits does not allow us to argue that the transportation code never [01:05:44.240 --> 01:05:52.000] applied to us in the first place and that's what we need to be arguing in order to get it stopped [01:05:52.000 --> 01:05:59.840] across the board but we need to know how to argue it how to make that record and how to force the [01:05:59.840 --> 01:06:07.040] record and how to force the court to recognize and validate the argument because right now [01:06:08.480 --> 01:06:15.680] they are disingenuously converting the argument back into one of of commerce as if we admitted [01:06:15.680 --> 01:06:22.560] to it and were engaged in it when we in fact were not they know the difference people don't [01:06:22.560 --> 01:06:31.040] ever believe that they don't but there's no money in the people like me being right [01:06:34.320 --> 01:06:39.920] and because there is no money in it they don't want that cat out of the bag [01:06:41.760 --> 01:06:47.440] letting that cat out of the bag means the end of a multi-billion dollar windfall [01:06:47.440 --> 01:06:56.960] by at least half if not more your rights people are for sale [01:06:59.920 --> 01:07:04.320] and they are they will pay whatever price they want for them no matter how valuable [01:07:04.320 --> 01:07:08.720] you believe them to be the price is whatever they wish to take them for [01:07:08.720 --> 01:07:17.760] they wish to take them for well you violated my rights by arresting me without a warrant for no [01:07:17.760 --> 01:07:24.720] cause oh well in that case your punitive damages are limited to one dollar do you have any medical [01:07:24.720 --> 01:07:28.080] damages because that's the only place where you can get any money so if we didn't beat you black [01:07:28.080 --> 01:07:34.000] and blue break any bones or put you in the hospital or you don't have a psychiatrist to prove that we [01:07:34.000 --> 01:07:42.160] drove you insane then that one dollar is all you're going to get how did that happen how is it [01:07:42.160 --> 01:07:50.000] possible for a public servant to abuse a member of the public in a physical way or any other way [01:07:50.000 --> 01:07:55.680] that's considered a rights violation like falsely incarcerating them stealing their property etc etc [01:07:55.680 --> 01:08:04.960] etc and that member of the public has absolutely no recourse to see that that person is punished [01:08:05.520 --> 01:08:11.840] even if they're not going to be punished criminally by at least being forced to pay for their error [01:08:14.640 --> 01:08:20.560] because once again folks that is clear evidence that there is no rule of law and there is no [01:08:20.560 --> 01:08:26.320] equal protection and application of law because you and i would be responsible if that was us [01:08:26.320 --> 01:08:32.560] but not them they're too good to be held accountable for their actions [01:08:33.520 --> 01:08:41.440] because they bear a title that resembles government or that government has taken under its umbrella [01:08:41.440 --> 01:08:50.400] this has got to stop it really really has to stop [01:08:53.360 --> 01:08:57.920] see there was a time when an umbrella was used to keep the rain off your head [01:08:59.680 --> 01:09:06.400] in their case that's now exactly what it is but to the rest of us it's a rain deflector that takes [01:09:06.400 --> 01:09:12.000] what should have fallen on them and bounces it off on us [01:09:17.840 --> 01:09:23.840] it's now become their shield against us and any accountability that they owe us [01:09:25.520 --> 01:09:32.320] and i'll say this again the first time a judge ever ruled that that was acceptable that judge [01:09:32.320 --> 01:09:39.600] should have been yanked off his dais and hung in the town square for treason and anyone that tried [01:09:39.600 --> 01:09:46.720] to prevent it or insisted that he was right should be hanging right there with him because [01:09:46.720 --> 01:09:52.800] they're criminals they would have conspired together to continue to act criminally that's [01:09:52.800 --> 01:09:58.080] why they were defending them in the first place oh this is america they're innocent until proven [01:09:58.080 --> 01:10:04.320] guilty they're not innocent when they stand up and confess in front of the entire courtroom [01:10:04.960 --> 01:10:12.080] that they're acting criminally when the law says a and they say we're not going to do a [01:10:12.640 --> 01:10:19.600] we're going to do b because that's what we want that's not following the law that's a criminal act [01:10:19.600 --> 01:10:28.720] especially if that act deprives someone else of rights property or injures them in any way that's [01:10:28.720 --> 01:10:36.320] a crime and they are no less liable and responsible for their acts that cause those harms than you or [01:10:36.320 --> 01:10:45.680] i because to say that they are is to say that they are somehow superior to us their creator [01:10:45.680 --> 01:10:50.960] you understand that when your public servant says i can do this and you can't [01:10:52.640 --> 01:10:58.560] they have assumed a power greater than the power that created them [01:11:00.960 --> 01:11:08.400] now imagine how that would work if you're an individual that believes in a higher power [01:11:08.400 --> 01:11:16.080] in a higher power imagine how it would work the moment you believe that your power is greater than [01:11:16.720 --> 01:11:22.480] your deity's power god's power allah's power whoever's power you're praying to today or [01:11:22.480 --> 01:11:27.600] tomorrow or whatever okay i know kids that are praying to spongebob because their parents are [01:11:27.600 --> 01:11:36.160] too stupid to pay attention so whoever that may be the point is is that you would not presume that [01:11:36.160 --> 01:11:43.280] your authority would be greater than your creators but government has now taken that and is running [01:11:43.280 --> 01:11:50.240] down the field toward the goal line with it just as hard as they can push and our defensive line [01:11:50.240 --> 01:11:54.880] is sitting over on the sidelines staring at the cheerleaders sipping out of the water cooler [01:11:54.880 --> 01:12:00.080] and wondering if they can get the shade pulled up over the field because it's too hot to play today [01:12:00.080 --> 01:12:08.560] we're not even in the game folks if we were they wouldn't be able to be running toward that field [01:12:08.560 --> 01:12:14.560] line down there because we outnumber them there's no way they could get through us to get there [01:12:14.560 --> 01:12:22.320] if all of us were standing on the line saying you can't go there but we're not only a handful of us [01:12:22.320 --> 01:12:30.480] are we're trying to tell you that we need help we're trying to tell you that you need to get [01:12:30.480 --> 01:12:37.840] into the game we're trying to tell you what they're trying to do but how many of you are actually [01:12:37.840 --> 01:12:47.280] listening and if you're listening what are you doing about it are you just complaining are you [01:12:47.280 --> 01:12:53.040] are you just complaining are you just sitting there wondering who's going to do it for you [01:12:54.800 --> 01:12:57.040] or who's going to get to it before you do [01:12:59.760 --> 01:13:07.600] what is it that's holding you back besides the want-tos fear money [01:13:11.680 --> 01:13:12.400] i don't see it [01:13:12.400 --> 01:13:20.080] i'm not afraid of anything they can do to me and i i can't afford to have any fear of what they [01:13:20.080 --> 01:13:27.280] might do to those that i care about because they're trying to get to me i love my family [01:13:28.000 --> 01:13:35.120] and i wouldn't want to see anything bad happen to them but what are my options here if i stop [01:13:35.120 --> 01:13:42.320] what i'm doing when i know i'm right they're going to destroy us anyway it'll take longer but [01:13:42.320 --> 01:13:50.640] they're still going to do it so my family is just as in much in as much danger later as they would [01:13:50.640 --> 01:13:56.080] be right now whether they realize it or not or whether they promise me they will or they won't [01:13:56.080 --> 01:14:01.280] they will and we know they will they've broken every promise they've ever made to anyone [01:14:01.280 --> 01:14:06.960] most of all to us so why should i take them at their word now if you stop what you're doing we [01:14:06.960 --> 01:14:12.480] won't harm your family baloney if i let you keep what you're doing you're going to harm my family [01:14:12.480 --> 01:14:16.480] you don't have a choice but to harm my family because my family is still between you and where [01:14:16.480 --> 01:14:24.000] you want to go that may not be resisting you but they're still in the way you're going to hurt them [01:14:24.000 --> 01:14:31.920] the only difference is when so i would much rather they go out on the terms of being informed and [01:14:31.920 --> 01:14:40.480] fighting back than never see you coming so i'm going to keep doing what i'm doing [01:14:41.920 --> 01:14:47.040] you come after me good luck i'm taking at least one or more of you with me [01:14:47.040 --> 01:14:53.360] folks you got choices to make and you do not have a lot of time in which to make them [01:14:55.360 --> 01:15:01.440] all this stuff going on right now with this presidential campaigning bs trump here hillary there [01:15:03.520 --> 01:15:10.000] it is a cycle of things that are going on right now with this presidential campaigning bs [01:15:10.000 --> 01:15:17.520] trump here hillary there it is a sideshow again [01:15:19.520 --> 01:15:25.520] trump may not know he's involved in this but i guarantee you trump is being used as a distraction [01:15:25.520 --> 01:15:29.040] from what they're actually trying to accomplish while you're watching him [01:15:29.040 --> 01:15:36.800] none of these people that you want to elect to control something will ever be allowed to do it if [01:15:36.800 --> 01:15:46.160] they're actually honest true freedom loving liberty loving socialist communist hating americans they [01:15:46.160 --> 01:15:54.160] will never be allowed to take the reins why because they weren't allowed to take the reins [01:15:54.160 --> 01:16:00.480] be allowed to take the reins why because they weren't part of the secret societies [01:16:01.200 --> 01:16:08.080] they weren't part of the initiation process where they did whatever despicable things they do to [01:16:08.080 --> 01:16:14.320] each other in these whatever that may be whenever that may be for however long it may be under [01:16:14.320 --> 01:16:20.960] whatever conditions they're not part of the club so they're not going to get to play [01:16:20.960 --> 01:16:23.200] not in any way that's meaningful [01:16:25.360 --> 01:16:30.240] and while trump may or may not have been involved in any of that if you think trump will win the [01:16:30.240 --> 01:16:41.600] presidency and be good at it i think you better wake up because that has not happened in 100 plus [01:16:41.600 --> This is the logos radio network. [01:19:28.560 --> 01:19:41.520] All right folks we are back this is rule of law radio call in number 512-646-1984 [01:19:41.520 --> 01:19:47.920] we have a couple of callers up on the board now all right we are going to go to Dave in Delaware [01:19:47.920 --> 01:19:56.000] Dave what can we do for you? A fellow sent me an email it says a friend once called him [01:19:56.000 --> 01:20:02.640] that he the friend notifies the DMV that's the department of motor vehicles that he is quote [01:20:03.360 --> 01:20:12.720] selling the motor vehicle to a purchaser from ball caps out of ball caps the country [01:20:13.680 --> 01:20:20.960] unquote and they being DMV they provide the MCO that's the manufacturer's certificate of origin [01:20:20.960 --> 01:20:28.160] in a couple of weeks so anyone who wants to get possession and actually own the car that they think [01:20:28.160 --> 01:20:35.840] they own instead of being the authorized user can do it that way send a letter certified mail to [01:20:35.840 --> 01:20:42.960] prove that you sent it to the DMV and inform them that you're planning to sell your motor [01:20:42.960 --> 01:20:50.080] vehicle to a purchaser from out of the country because these were originally nation states [01:20:50.080 --> 01:20:59.440] nation states not state of fiction or two capital letter abbreviations fictions or zip code numbered [01:20:59.440 --> 01:21:06.720] fiction zones they originally were separate nation states them as a different country. [01:21:06.720 --> 01:21:13.360] Well what we did in my case was we sent it to the secretary of state stating that we intend to move [01:21:13.360 --> 01:21:19.520] the automobile beyond the jurisdiction of this state which is essentially the same thing you're [01:21:19.520 --> 01:21:28.640] saying. And they did what? Well they can't give you back the MSO MCO here because when the [01:21:28.640 --> 01:21:35.440] Department of Public Safety gets it they shred it and burn it after they've microfixed it. I challenge [01:21:35.440 --> 01:21:42.480] that I think they are lying to you when they say they do that because they can return it if they [01:21:42.480 --> 01:21:50.320] want to even though they lie and say it's been destroyed. They can return a print out of it [01:21:50.320 --> 01:21:57.200] if they've got it on microfiche. Microfiche but they keep the original because they have [01:21:57.200 --> 01:22:04.560] hyphensicated it and borrowed money on it they don't want you to know that but that's what they're [01:22:04.560 --> 01:22:11.200] doing. Anyway I can vouch that this actually works because I had occasion to purchase [01:22:11.200 --> 01:22:19.120] for cash money a moped that's just a motorized bicycle but when I went to the dealer and I saw [01:22:19.120 --> 01:22:27.360] the documents I told him to not do me any favors. He wanted to register the motor vehicle as if it [01:22:27.360 --> 01:22:33.920] was a vehicle in commerce and I told him well here's my cash money how about you give me the [01:22:33.920 --> 01:22:43.520] the manufacturer's statement of origin and I will take care of those pesky details of registration [01:22:44.880 --> 01:22:48.400] and he said well I can't do that and I said well I'm going to register it out of the state [01:22:49.520 --> 01:22:55.520] so he in that case he did give me the actual manufacturer's statement of origin [01:22:55.520 --> 01:23:03.840] of this battalion-made moped so I've got actual proof of ownership and the state has no interest [01:23:03.840 --> 01:23:15.520] in this private property automobile non-vehicle in commerce so it does it does work. Anyway that's [01:23:15.520 --> 01:23:23.840] the first item the second item is in people's Black's law dictionary fifth edition [01:23:23.840 --> 01:23:32.000] fifth edition under the phrase minimal minimal contacts [01:23:33.440 --> 01:23:38.880] there's a law case titled international shoe company versus state of washington [01:23:38.880 --> 01:23:54.880] volume 326 us page 310 volume 66 supreme court page 154 or volume 90 lawyers edition page 95 [01:23:55.760 --> 01:24:02.240] and the united states supreme court in that case international shoe company versus the state of [01:24:02.240 --> 01:24:09.280] washington the united states supreme court admitted that the way these courts get jurisdiction [01:24:10.400 --> 01:24:16.880] is by presumption well you were allegedly entitled to a neutral court an unbiased court [01:24:17.840 --> 01:24:22.480] and a court not of presumption anyway they admitted they would way they get their [01:24:22.480 --> 01:24:29.760] jurisdictions by presumption and the presumption is that you me howard briswold everyone is enjoying [01:24:29.760 --> 01:24:37.600] purposeful there's your intent purposeful of ailment of some benefit privilege license [01:24:38.560 --> 01:24:46.560] title of nobility you know a title of nobility like voter of yeah taxpayer of member of do you [01:24:46.560 --> 01:24:53.440] have that entire case with that in it or do you just have the blurb from the case that says that's [01:24:53.440 --> 01:24:59.840] in it well i'm reading from the black fifth edition this uh the doctrine of jurisdiction [01:24:59.840 --> 01:25:04.320] which provides that before a foreign corporation is subject to a suit in a state such corporations [01:25:04.320 --> 01:25:09.600] activity within the state must be basic activity why aren't we talking why aren't we talking about [01:25:09.600 --> 01:25:17.200] a corporation because that's what the courts presume all these all capital letter name persons [01:25:17.200 --> 01:25:22.000] persons prove that these amendments they're all corporation persons prove that [01:25:26.000 --> 01:25:32.720] show me any ruling by the supreme court that says the all caps name even when used against a living [01:25:32.720 --> 01:25:39.680] being represents a corporate fiction or a legal entity created by law [01:25:39.680 --> 01:25:45.360] well in that international shoe company no the international shoe company case is talking about [01:25:45.360 --> 01:25:51.920] corporations you just read that and said it does find me the case that proves your assertion in [01:25:51.920 --> 01:26:00.160] relation to that that an all caps name even when used in relation to a living being is actually [01:26:00.160 --> 01:26:10.320] referring to a corporate entity well that's only the n-person jurisdiction that's no dave you're [01:26:10.320 --> 01:26:16.160] not following me here that is not an answer to my question do you have a ruling that says that is [01:26:16.160 --> 01:26:20.800] the proper interpretation of the all caps name when applied to a living being [01:26:23.440 --> 01:26:28.640] okay i'll get that and email it for you i'd appreciate it because the problem is everybody [01:26:28.640 --> 01:26:32.640] wants to argue that nobody's proving that [01:26:37.200 --> 01:26:39.840] okay i'll email it okay thank you [01:26:41.920 --> 01:26:46.720] all right now we're going to go to dean in texas dean what do we do for you [01:26:48.960 --> 01:26:55.200] yeah i've been um lived here in texas for about a year and a half [01:26:55.200 --> 01:27:01.920] and i moved from wisconsin and i've been using my wisconsin flights [01:27:02.880 --> 01:27:12.880] and i'm getting ready to buy a used car for cash and uh what am i going to need [01:27:14.160 --> 01:27:18.880] to do because i'm not going to have it registered i'm buying it from a [01:27:20.080 --> 01:27:22.320] you said you've been in texas a year and a half [01:27:22.320 --> 01:27:27.120] yeah how well have you prepared for the fight you're going to get by doing this here in texas [01:27:27.840 --> 01:27:34.960] well uh for the last couple months i haven't done much studying but i've followed you for [01:27:34.960 --> 01:27:40.320] quite a few years and read a lot of books but still i'm pretty ignorant [01:27:41.680 --> 01:27:46.240] do you feel confident you can step in a courtroom and argue with an attorney about what's what and [01:27:46.240 --> 01:27:53.200] why is why can you do it in the face of a judge who's bound to determine that you're not going [01:27:53.200 --> 01:28:01.280] to be heard you're not going to win well i would have to take notes on whatever case arises [01:28:01.280 --> 01:28:15.040] and to deal with that particular whatever ticket you know but no i'm not confident [01:28:16.240 --> 01:28:24.400] i know enough that i'm not going to win in in the hearing but whether win on no one's going to win [01:28:24.400 --> 01:28:31.600] in a hearing and no one's going to win at trial in these cases except by sheer dumb luck but the [01:28:31.600 --> 01:28:37.520] problem is if you don't win at trial you only have two places to go from there either to a trial de [01:28:37.520 --> 01:28:43.360] novo if you lost in a court of no record or on an actual appeal to the county courts or the county [01:28:43.360 --> 01:28:51.120] courts at law if it is a court of record one of them is an actual appeal if you fail to make the [01:28:51.120 --> 01:28:55.920] record properly in the first instance then you're not going to have anything to appeal [01:29:00.000 --> 01:29:06.880] well yeah i would have to fight argue you know use the argument based on [01:29:06.880 --> 01:29:13.600] or to try to get an appeal okay let me see if i can make this quicker and simpler dean [01:29:13.600 --> 01:29:28.560] me how how are you at welding pipe no i can't you can't weld well i could but i'm a beginner [01:29:28.560 --> 01:29:33.360] okay so in other words you don't you don't believe that you can go down and pass the standards test [01:29:33.360 --> 01:29:40.960] to get a job as a professional welder on something like a pipeline okay are you any more prepared to [01:29:40.960 --> 01:29:46.240] take on this fight regarding transportation than you are to be a welder on a pipeline [01:29:48.240 --> 01:29:52.320] think about that for a second while we take a break all right folks 512 [01:29:52.320 --> 01:30:05.920] 646 1984 we'll be right back i need some more colors quick folks we are back this is rule of law radio the call in number five one two [01:33:47.920 --> 01:33:52.800] six four six nineteen eighty four i need somebody else to talk to i've got dean up here we're going [01:33:52.800 --> 01:33:59.840] to finish with him and then my board is empty all right dean go ahead okay well i know i carry a [01:33:59.840 --> 01:34:06.800] body cam with me all the time wherever i go i have a copy of your script in my car that i [01:34:07.680 --> 01:34:16.000] you know keep in there constantly so i know initially to deal with the sheriff or [01:34:16.000 --> 01:34:26.720] or the police officer you know on a stop but i'm getting ready to buy a car so that means [01:34:26.720 --> 01:34:33.600] that see i haven't had uh my vehicle registered for four or five years now [01:34:34.240 --> 01:34:40.880] but and i haven't had any driver's license for that long but i haven't never been stopped either yet [01:34:43.440 --> 01:34:49.760] okay so i know by getting a different car i'm going to have to put my [01:34:49.760 --> 01:34:56.640] plates that i had made up on it so chances of getting pulled over is going to be a real great [01:34:57.280 --> 01:35:04.000] right but the difference here is not how you handle the cop on the road as far as winning the case [01:35:04.000 --> 01:35:10.400] goes because that's not what you do on the side of the road the issue here is even if you know how [01:35:10.400 --> 01:35:20.560] to deal with the cop what are you going to do when you get to court well [01:35:24.080 --> 01:35:31.680] i don't have it all memorized but like i said i've got you know books and and i've gotten your course [01:35:31.680 --> 01:35:43.520] and uh i got that jurisprudence online okay [01:35:46.400 --> 01:35:50.720] so does that mean you that you believe that you're prepared to go into a courtroom [01:35:50.720 --> 01:36:01.760] no no i i i can't memorize all that so i would have to like you said before it all depends on [01:36:01.760 --> 01:36:10.560] you know what your ticket or ticket is how you're going to fight it so you know yeah but like i said [01:36:10.560 --> 01:36:14.880] there's two ways to fight it if you're going to fight it on transportation you have to know [01:36:14.880 --> 01:36:22.080] what to argue and what not to argue if you're going to fight it on merits same deal one's more [01:36:22.080 --> 01:36:29.040] involved than the other one is more technical than the other one has greater nuance than the other [01:36:31.600 --> 01:36:36.640] the problem is i'm going to fight it on the grounds that i'm not for a higher or commercial [01:36:36.640 --> 01:36:48.560] for a higher or commercial use capacity okay and that's fine it provided you didn't do anything [01:36:48.560 --> 01:36:56.160] at the stop that would give them grounds to go beyond that say it again according to you that's [01:36:56.160 --> 01:37:02.000] the only argument you can make no it's not the only one it whether or not you can even make that [01:37:02.000 --> 01:37:07.520] one depends on how you handled the stop if you produced any of the accouterments associated with [01:37:07.520 --> 01:37:17.440] transportation you can't use that one and win if you did produce anything at all the only thing [01:37:17.440 --> 01:37:23.840] you can fight on is merits you can win but you've got to know the statute and you've got to know how [01:37:23.840 --> 01:37:33.280] to make them answer it i don't plan on showing them any identification or nothing to give them [01:37:33.280 --> 01:37:41.120] grounds you know to incriminate myself so okay well then the best i can say to you right now [01:37:41.120 --> 01:37:48.080] is if you feel like you're prepared to go with that and do that more power to you i'm not trying [01:37:48.080 --> 01:37:54.400] to talk to anybody that is prepared to do it out of doing it but i don't want anybody that doesn't [01:37:54.400 --> 01:37:59.840] have a clue about what to do and how to do it putting their neck on the chopping block because [01:37:59.840 --> 01:38:09.680] that's exactly what they're doing okay how far from Nacogdoches to Austin how long of a drive [01:38:09.680 --> 01:38:15.600] is that that all depends on whether you're me or you for me it's about oh two hours 20 minutes for [01:38:15.600 --> 01:38:21.440] everybody else it's about four how many for everybody else it's about four it's right around [01:38:21.440 --> 01:38:32.640] 200 miles 200 miles yeah okay so that's probably four to five hours in for most folks [01:38:37.280 --> 01:38:39.760] i've done it in two hours and 15 minutes but you know [01:38:39.760 --> 01:38:46.640] two hours and 15 minutes i like pressing my luck see [01:38:50.320 --> 01:38:53.920] yeah i guess well that wouldn't be a bad drive [01:38:55.760 --> 01:38:59.520] well if you know how to circumvent the small towns it's not as hard as it sounds [01:38:59.520 --> 01:39:09.680] you know buying from a mechanic is there anything i need just a bill of sale [01:39:11.520 --> 01:39:16.640] well they're going to sign the title over to you even but you're going to need a bill of sale and [01:39:16.640 --> 01:39:23.280] with that yeah because if you're not going to use the title to register it that bill of sale is [01:39:23.280 --> 01:39:31.760] going to be the only thing that shows your name on it right right just make sure the bill of sale [01:39:31.760 --> 01:39:41.200] is notarized i'm retired so i have no excuse and not to make your classes it's just you know [01:39:41.200 --> 01:39:47.280] i'm thinking about everybody's telling me it's a five-hour drive and well then do what a lot of [01:39:47.280 --> 01:39:55.120] other people do coming from dallas or houston or corpus christi carpool bring friends don't be the [01:39:55.120 --> 01:40:00.640] only one here that way you also have someone that's familiar with what's going on back there to talk [01:40:00.640 --> 01:40:13.200] to about it find like-minded people and come together it's not going to be my brother-in-law [01:40:13.200 --> 01:40:18.880] i tell you that well it ain't going to be my brother either or my other brother or my sister but still [01:40:21.680 --> 01:40:27.520] he's one of them guys you know for the sake of safety he'd rather people have their driver's [01:40:27.520 --> 01:40:32.480] license yeah then you need to have him listen to the front of the show because or the show i did [01:40:32.480 --> 01:40:38.640] before because the license has absolutely nothing to do with safety and you can you can make this [01:40:38.640 --> 01:40:44.960] point to him ask him all right you your your predicament is that you believe that everybody [01:40:44.960 --> 01:40:49.680] should have a license to show that they're safe correct and this is you talking to him [01:40:51.600 --> 01:40:59.280] all right so ask him what technical training did you receive prior to getting your license [01:40:59.280 --> 01:41:08.640] that made you qualified did you take driver's ed did your brother take driver's ed well [01:41:10.240 --> 01:41:16.480] i i have yeah in the past but my dad taught me how to drive right who trains your dad [01:41:18.960 --> 01:41:24.320] well probably his dad really well then when did either one of them get certified by the state [01:41:24.320 --> 01:41:33.280] to be authorized to teach how to drive yeah his mother gave the same excuse and i thought well [01:41:35.120 --> 01:41:41.360] okay the problem here is the license has zero to do with public safety here's why [01:41:42.240 --> 01:41:50.720] there is no requirement and never has there been a requirement that anybody spend one second behind [01:41:50.720 --> 01:41:56.720] the wheel of a car actually learning anything behind the wheel of a car in order to go down [01:41:56.720 --> 01:42:02.160] and take the written test in the driving test if you go take the written test in the driving test [01:42:02.160 --> 01:42:07.360] and you pass you get a license doesn't matter whether you've ever been behind the wheel before [01:42:07.360 --> 01:42:16.080] or not doesn't matter whether you have had any training before that or not so how in the world [01:42:16.080 --> 01:42:20.320] could a license possibly have a damn thing to do with public safety [01:42:24.160 --> 01:42:25.760] yeah yeah [01:42:28.240 --> 01:42:31.760] i bet 10 bucks they get cross-eyed when you ask them that [01:42:35.200 --> 01:42:43.840] oh he always manages to come up with something stupid and i you know we don't even discuss it [01:42:43.840 --> 01:42:51.680] anymore he he he's had it up to his neck i'm too stubborn i am too stubborn [01:42:53.120 --> 01:42:58.720] but see that's that i can't get my point across that's why i said that i'm not ready [01:43:00.320 --> 01:43:06.240] to do battle in court well yeah getting your point across is sort of necessary there see [01:43:06.240 --> 01:43:12.080] well i'll tell you what surprise your brother or brother-in-law bring him and don't tell him where [01:43:12.080 --> 01:43:18.000] he's going or what he's going to see in here just ask him if he wants to take a road trip to austin [01:43:18.000 --> 01:43:20.000] with you you'll pay for everything [01:43:22.240 --> 01:43:28.720] well that'd be a shock yeah i think i'll try that we may be able to sneak some [01:43:28.720 --> 01:43:36.080] information into his head before he realizes it yeah no that would be a miracle [01:43:38.080 --> 01:43:41.680] okay eddie i appreciate everything all right dean thanks for calling in [01:43:41.680 --> 01:43:50.720] to make it this sunday okay appreciate it all right folks 512-646-1984 that's the call-in number [01:43:50.720 --> 01:43:55.040] and i'm going to need somebody on the other side to talk to so y'all get in line they'll be right [01:43:55.040 --> 01:43:59.920] back you feel tired when talking about important topics like money and politics [01:43:59.920 --> 01:44:04.960] are you confused by words like the constitution or the federal reserve what if so you may be [01:44:04.960 --> 01:44:10.960] diagnosed with the deadliest disease known today stupidity hi my name is steve holt and like [01:44:10.960 --> 01:44:16.400] millions of other americans i was diagnosed with stupidity at an early age i had no idea that the [01:44:16.400 --> 01:44:21.280] number one cause of the disease is found in almost every home in america the television [01:44:21.280 --> 01:44:26.240] unfortunately that puts most americans at risk of catching stupidity but there is hope [01:44:26.240 --> 01:44:30.320] the staff at brave new books have helped me and thousands of other foxaholics suffering from [01:44:30.320 --> 01:44:35.280] sports zombieism recover and because of brave new books i now enjoy reading and watching [01:44:35.280 --> 01:44:40.800] educational documentaries without feeling tired or uninterested [01:46:29.120 --> 01:46:34.560] all right folks we are back this is rule of law radio we are now in the last segment and i have [01:46:34.560 --> 01:46:40.240] no one on the board so i guess i'm going to close out the show with just being me talking to you [01:46:40.800 --> 01:46:44.560] just like i began it this evening and have carried on for most of the show tonight [01:46:45.600 --> 01:46:49.920] i don't know why we're lacking so many callers normally it's not nearly this slow on the caller [01:46:49.920 --> 01:46:56.960] board but whatever the reason we'll deal with it all right now for those of you that were listening [01:46:56.960 --> 01:47:01.920] when dean called in a moment ago you're going to find out that if you continue to do the things [01:47:01.920 --> 01:47:08.480] that need to be done and hold the viewpoints and stand your ground for the things that need to be [01:47:08.480 --> 01:47:16.880] resisted and repelled before they can take hold or can stay in place you're going to encounter [01:47:16.880 --> 01:47:26.960] that attitude from everybody including people that are supposed to know you and know your motivations [01:47:27.600 --> 01:47:31.360] and know whether or not you are generally someone that knows what you're talking about [01:47:31.360 --> 01:47:37.840] they won't care you are messing with their thought paradigm and because you're messing with their [01:47:37.840 --> 01:47:44.800] thought paradigm you're not going to get very far doesn't mean you should stop trying it just [01:47:44.800 --> 01:47:51.600] means you need to figure out what the best approach is going to be now that being said [01:47:51.600 --> 01:47:57.440] someone's popped up on the caller board here but it has no information so i'm going to assume this [01:47:57.440 --> 01:48:15.040] is a first time caller area code four three eight hello hello hello yes i can hear you yeah hey how's [01:48:15.040 --> 01:48:24.480] it going it's going fine who am i talking to it's adam adam yes sir all right well adam please speak [01:48:24.480 --> 01:48:28.160] into the phone so everybody else can hear you too because at that point you're just an echo in the [01:48:28.160 --> 01:48:37.360] background so say uh say whatever ride you've got that you go to that kadosis in two hours and 15 [01:48:37.360 --> 01:48:42.720] minutes say that road ride wore out you're going to go you want to go get a faster better ride [01:48:42.720 --> 01:48:49.600] because that's our right right we can have whatever riding we want how exactly would you uh go about [01:48:49.600 --> 01:48:58.160] what is the best way to purchase that uh new ride and uh well when you say new are you talking new [01:48:58.160 --> 01:49:05.280] to you or new off the assembly line new to you well you can purchase it any way you want to [01:49:06.720 --> 01:49:14.240] so you know what i'm asking you how would you do it well again that depends on what they're [01:49:14.240 --> 01:49:23.280] willing to take for it but there's any number of ways barter trade gold silver frns bushels of [01:49:23.280 --> 01:49:30.640] potatoes whatever they'll take i guess what i'm asking sir is that i mean y'all mentioned earlier [01:49:30.640 --> 01:49:38.400] something about a manufacturer's certificate of origin what that paperwork would be uh the paperwork [01:49:38.400 --> 01:49:44.000] you would get from the individual would be the title signed by them or whoever the actual owner [01:49:44.000 --> 01:49:50.720] of the property was but in addition to that signed title you will want to get a bill of sale with [01:49:50.720 --> 01:49:57.840] both of your with both the original owner's name and your name on it the uh number of the property [01:49:57.840 --> 01:50:04.080] which is the venn number up in the window and the make and model and the data transfer and whether [01:50:04.080 --> 01:50:10.240] it was gifted or sold and for whatever amount y'all agreed to in whatever form you get that [01:50:10.240 --> 01:50:17.600] notarized with both of you signing it that is your proof of transfer if you do not intend to register [01:50:17.600 --> 01:50:24.800] the car as a motor vehicle it is also what you retain as proof of ownership if you send that [01:50:24.800 --> 01:50:32.000] title in to the secretary of state with the affidavit that you are moving this automobile [01:50:32.000 --> 01:50:38.080] beyond the jurisdiction of this state and wish confirmation the state has no outstanding liens [01:50:38.080 --> 01:50:44.160] or claims against the property which the secretary of state will research certify and either send [01:50:44.160 --> 01:50:51.200] back with the title or send you back uh it's a different form of the title showing that it [01:50:51.200 --> 01:50:58.960] is free and clear of any and all encumbrances okay but unlike what dean was saying earlier [01:50:59.840 --> 01:51:07.360] once the mso or mco is in the hands of the state i've never known anyone that got back the original [01:51:07.360 --> 01:51:14.880] a copy possibly but i never saw one to show it the only place that i know you can get the original [01:51:14.880 --> 01:51:21.360] document in hand is from the dealer at the time of purchase or from the manufacturer if you buy it [01:51:21.360 --> 01:51:29.600] directly at the factory so there's no way to get the manufacturer certification of origin once [01:51:29.600 --> 01:51:35.520] if it's a used car that you're buying from an individual if it's been handed over to the state [01:51:35.520 --> 01:51:43.520] in any way most likely not because i have verified that that what i said earlier is the procedure [01:51:43.520 --> 01:51:50.960] texas for dang sure uses they put it on microfiche they shred the paper then they dispose of the [01:51:50.960 --> 01:51:58.400] paper they incinerate it it's gone so the only place it exists is on microfiche [01:51:58.400 --> 01:52:06.720] microfiche well when i send a notarized items you were discussing earlier [01:52:07.520 --> 01:52:12.560] would i also send a notarized you don't send a notarized item the notarized item is your [01:52:12.560 --> 01:52:20.400] bill of sale you keep that in your hands at all times what you send is a notarized affidavit which [01:52:20.400 --> 01:52:28.560] is a different document and the signed title that you were given by the person that you bought it [01:52:28.560 --> 01:52:36.400] from that goes to the secretary of state as a package stating in the affidavit that you intend [01:52:36.400 --> 01:52:44.160] to remove the automobile from the jurisdiction of this state not texas this state those two words [01:52:44.160 --> 01:52:53.440] exactly and do you need the secretary go ahead would i also include in that package the secretary [01:52:53.440 --> 01:52:58.960] of state and notarized affidavit stating that this is not a commercial vehicle and is no way [01:52:58.960 --> 01:53:05.120] or any shape form engaged in transportation or any other commercial use no because that is the [01:53:05.120 --> 01:53:12.720] whole purpose of removing it from the jurisdiction of this state roger the secretary of state has no [01:53:12.720 --> 01:53:18.800] control over whether it's a motor vehicle or not and cannot certify one way or the other as a motor [01:53:18.800 --> 01:53:24.720] vehicle sending such an affidavit to the secretary of state will do absolutely nothing in any way to [01:53:24.720 --> 01:53:34.240] benefit you okay so just get the sign title and go from there with the notarization and the [01:53:34.240 --> 01:53:42.000] secretary's package to the secretary of state yes all right and then see what you get back showing [01:53:42.000 --> 01:53:48.800] that it's the property is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances all right well that was [01:53:48.800 --> 01:53:53.520] my question eddie sure was a great program steven thank you very much and you have a good week [01:53:53.520 --> 01:54:00.080] you too adam thanks for calling in good night good night all right now we're going to go to [01:54:00.080 --> 01:54:02.960] steve in texas steve what can we do for you [01:54:02.960 --> 01:54:11.520] yeah thank you and it's going to take a second to pretty much say thank you for [01:54:12.320 --> 01:54:18.880] what you put out and i know i've been spending my time i've got to work here late and i'm [01:54:18.880 --> 01:54:25.680] listening in absorbing i've got enough thoughts out there don't have any indication yet but [01:54:25.680 --> 01:54:32.800] uh anyway she's uh you and you and uh the other folks on this network it really helped [01:54:34.000 --> 01:54:41.600] bring my thinking around and uh so anyway that i i have made some plans and i've made some enemies [01:54:41.600 --> 01:54:47.120] that have changed my way of thinking i'll put it like that yeah that's going to be the hazard of [01:54:48.240 --> 01:54:54.160] the paradigm shift some people are comfortable and refuse to leave and some people know you [01:54:54.160 --> 01:55:02.160] shouldn't have been there in the first place yeah and uh the family issue was the whole another [01:55:02.160 --> 01:55:09.200] one i called my wife to buy a hard to the system somebody says jump to jump says well we're not [01:55:09.200 --> 01:55:13.760] supposed but you just got to do it you just got to do it enough that's been a pretty tough cookie [01:55:13.760 --> 01:55:19.280] for the past couple years as things have gone around i've had some minor vindication but she's [01:55:19.280 --> 01:55:25.280] still unwilling to believe that i'm right or i have any sense or anything like this yeah and [01:55:25.280 --> 01:55:32.800] that can be a source of friction so keep that in mind the other it's it it brought things to a [01:55:32.800 --> 01:55:38.000] pretty big point of contention but it had to be done and i have no no doubt that the good war [01:55:38.000 --> 01:55:43.440] didn't want to see me through it but boy has it been a rough time on the home front just you know [01:55:43.440 --> 01:55:49.760] was i've really changed and that certainly benefited her at some point but she's still not [01:55:50.480 --> 01:55:57.120] as far as some battles there in the home front in her hometown but getting her to you know i've [01:55:57.120 --> 01:56:01.760] only heard her admit it once or twice to sparing people and i consider that my only victory [01:56:02.480 --> 01:56:10.160] in that account other than that she still doesn't anyway sure sure good morning [01:56:10.160 --> 01:56:16.320] well congratulations on that at least you understand the difference and you're getting [01:56:16.320 --> 01:56:20.480] her to see that you're not dead in the water even if she won't acknowledge it [01:56:22.160 --> 01:56:27.040] yes i like got her to admit it to her family one i'm not i mean just out of the blue she was [01:56:27.040 --> 01:56:33.440] telling them about uh about the that nods and i don't know visit victor and oh victor against [01:56:34.000 --> 01:56:38.800] having anybody ever mess with me there and uh in town as part of code enforcement for a place we [01:56:38.800 --> 01:56:44.640] work on and it's all of a sudden after all the friction she's giving me for holding just crazy [01:56:44.640 --> 01:56:49.360] views and then you know it's that no that's not everybody there's no way that's this that other [01:56:49.360 --> 01:56:56.560] all of a sudden she used it in a she used as an art well well steven had to go to and he finally [01:56:56.560 --> 01:57:00.880] took care of this other man that's what the sentiment well dude thank you for cheering [01:57:00.880 --> 01:57:07.440] my man over there yeah exactly that i was a troublemaker and that's her secretly being [01:57:07.440 --> 01:57:16.400] proud of you i don't it may be my only badge of that strap i better wear it properly yeah [01:57:18.320 --> 01:57:23.760] anyways listen i appreciate the world out of y'all hopefully uh much more vindication to come and [01:57:23.760 --> 01:57:28.560] that's all i look for you know i'm not looking for anything more than you know here it is [01:57:29.600 --> 01:57:36.800] i'm approving x i'm proving y and then here we are so that's not all i can ask for yeah [01:57:36.800 --> 01:57:42.640] that's
