[00:00.000 --> 00:10.320] The following news flash is brought to you by the Lone Star Lowdown, providing your daily [00:10.320 --> 00:12.320] bulletins for the commodities market. [00:12.320 --> 00:23.480] Today in history, news updates and the inside scoop into the tides of the alternative. [00:23.480 --> 00:31.400] News opened up today with gold at $1,188.53 an ounce, silver $16.45 an ounce, Texas crude [00:31.400 --> 00:43.000] $59.15 a barrel, and Bitcoin is currently sitting at 237 U.S. currency. [00:43.000 --> 00:47.760] Today in history, Monday, May 4th, 1970, Ohio National Guard killed four unarmed college [00:47.760 --> 00:49.320] students at Kent State. [00:49.320 --> 00:54.120] The Guard fired 67 rounds over a period of about 13 seconds, killing four students and [00:54.120 --> 00:58.320] wounding nine others, one of whom suffered permanent paralysis. [00:58.320 --> 01:02.040] Students who were shot had been protesting the Cambodian campaign, which President Richard [01:02.040 --> 01:11.880] Nixon announced during his televised address a week before on April 30th. [01:11.880 --> 01:16.840] In recent use, State Attorney for Baltimore City Merlin Mosby charged six police officers [01:16.840 --> 01:20.640] on Friday, May 1st, with the murder and manslaughter of Freddie Gray. [01:20.640 --> 01:24.680] She filed the charges almost as soon as she received the medical examiner's report that [01:24.680 --> 01:28.880] ruled Mr. Gray's death a homicide, and a day after the police concluded their internal [01:28.880 --> 01:35.920] investigation and handed over their report. [01:35.920 --> 01:39.920] Over the weekend, two men drove up to the Curtis Coel Center in the Dallas suburb of [01:39.920 --> 01:44.760] Garland and began shooting at a security officer, whom they injured but not fatally. [01:44.760 --> 01:48.080] Some police officers did immediately return fire and killed the two men. [01:48.080 --> 01:52.120] The center was holding a contest hosted by the New York-based American Freedom Defense [01:52.120 --> 01:58.200] Initiative, who was awarding $10,000 for the best cartoon depicting the founder of Islam, [01:58.200 --> 01:59.200] Mohammed. [01:59.200 --> 02:04.160] Of the two gunmen, Elton Simpson was well known by the FBI, for he was the main suspect [02:04.160 --> 02:06.480] in a previous terror investigation. [02:06.480 --> 02:10.520] Unclear why the FBI was unable to pick up on this event, since Simpson and his accomplice [02:10.520 --> 02:14.400] were very outspoken about their plans on social media. [02:14.400 --> 02:18.480] Several mainstream media sources have been censoring the many depictions of the prophet [02:18.480 --> 02:21.480] from the event. [02:21.480 --> 02:28.640] The United States Geological Survey confirmed two earthquakes rattled north Texas on Sunday. [02:28.640 --> 02:35.040] A 3.2 and a 2.5 magnitude quakes struck between 10-11 and 11-12 a.m. [02:35.040 --> 02:39.720] They were only two to four miles north of the city of Irving, Texas. [02:39.720 --> 02:48.360] We suspect a correlation between fracking in those areas. [02:48.360 --> 02:50.400] The Lone Star Lowdown is currently looking for sponsors. [02:50.400 --> 02:54.320] If you have a product or a service that you would like to advertise on the Lowdown, feel [02:54.320 --> 02:56.400] free to give us a call at 210-863-5617. [02:56.400 --> 03:24.960] This has been the Lowdown for May 4th, 2015. [03:57.360 --> 04:01.620] for all the people listening. [04:01.620 --> 04:06.860] That justice is the one thing you should always find. [04:06.860 --> 04:07.860] You gotta saddle up your boys. [04:07.860 --> 04:08.860] You've got to draw a hard line. [04:08.860 --> 04:09.860] When the guns were set loose, we'll sing a victory tune [04:09.860 --> 04:10.860] And it'll haul me back out of a horse and a pig. [04:10.860 --> 04:11.860] We'll raise up our glasses against evil forces singing [04:11.860 --> 04:12.860] Whiskey for my men, beer for my horses [04:12.860 --> 04:22.860] We'll raise up our glasses against evil forces and [04:22.860 --> 04:29.860] Whiskey for my men, beer for my horses. [04:29.860 --> 04:33.860] Alright folks, this is the Monday Night Rule of Law Radio Show. [04:33.860 --> 04:38.860] It is May 4th, 2015. [04:38.860 --> 04:42.860] We are coming up on halfway through this year. [04:42.860 --> 04:45.860] Isn't it amazing how time flies the older you get? [04:45.860 --> 04:50.860] You spend your entire childhood wishing that forever would not be so long, [04:50.860 --> 04:53.860] and then you spend your adulthood going, where did it go? [04:53.860 --> 04:56.860] Alright, well, speaking of where things went, [04:56.860 --> 05:00.860] if y'all have been missing any of the debates on the floor of the Texas Legislature, [05:00.860 --> 05:03.860] you have missed out on some great fun on a couple of occasions. [05:03.860 --> 05:10.860] One of these was a debate on a bill introduced by Representative Joe Pickett, [05:10.860 --> 05:13.860] which is a Democrat out of El Paso, [05:13.860 --> 05:20.860] and it's very obvious that he's a Democrat based upon the purpose of the bill he introduced. [05:20.860 --> 05:28.860] The debate that I'm referring to was the one between him and Jonathan Sticklin regarding that bill. [05:28.860 --> 05:35.860] And just how petty and childish, I referred to him in the email to Sticklin as Prickett, [05:35.860 --> 05:43.860] but in any case, just how childish this allegedly grown man is when challenged about why he would submit such a bill. [05:43.860 --> 05:49.860] Now if you missed it, the video is up on YouTube, but the debate went more or less like this. [05:49.860 --> 06:00.860] Sticklin was asking Pickett if he knew that the Federal Reserve Bank and the people that worked for it were all private entities. [06:00.860 --> 06:03.860] They're no more federal than Federal Express. [06:03.860 --> 06:07.860] And Pickett indicated that yes, he was aware of that, [06:07.860 --> 06:17.860] and then went on to counter that by stating that they were part of the federal government, which is completely wrong. [06:17.860 --> 06:22.860] Now the reason he's told on the floor that he created and put this bill in, [06:22.860 --> 06:35.860] and by the way, the purpose of this bill is to give law enforcement and arrest powers to federal agents within the territorial boundaries of Texas, [06:35.860 --> 06:39.860] the same as our local peace officers. [06:39.860 --> 06:45.860] And the bill, according to the argument he was making, dealt only with felonies. [06:45.860 --> 06:49.860] Well, that's a lie. The language of the bill also says misdemeanor. [06:49.860 --> 07:00.860] So basically he's trying to give arrest powers, police powers, to a private entity's security guards as if they're law enforcement, [07:00.860 --> 07:07.860] and claiming that they're commissioned peace officers, yet we have no control over their commissioning, their training, [07:07.860 --> 07:13.860] what criteria they have to meet to carry a gun or a badge within the territorial boundaries of the state. [07:13.860 --> 07:20.860] That's entirely up to the Federal Reserve and its policy on security guards. [07:20.860 --> 07:26.860] I don't care what the Fed bank guard calls himself. That's all he is, is a security guard. [07:26.860 --> 07:34.860] I don't care what Pickett thinks would be insulting to him to correctly identify his job title. [07:34.860 --> 07:45.860] And this grown man, allegedly grown man, draws this stick figure cartoon and sends it to the back of the room to Stickland, [07:45.860 --> 07:53.860] saying that he's providing him with a copy of the bill with larger type and a visual aid in understanding what the purpose of the bill is. [07:53.860 --> 08:00.860] Well, if you know anything at all about the Fed and you know anything at all about statutory construction and the language used to make it, [08:00.860 --> 08:10.860] you know right away that this moron doesn't have a real clue, or maybe he does, of what he was actually trying to pass, [08:10.860 --> 08:21.860] because his little caricature of these stick figures is absolutely not what this bill will eventually be interpreted to accomplish. [08:21.860 --> 08:30.860] So I sent an email to Stickland congratulating him on his challenge to Pickett over this bill, [08:30.860 --> 08:37.860] and also to provide him with some information that I did not hear him mention in this debate on the bill. [08:37.860 --> 08:42.860] Now, as I said, he kept bringing up the issue that the Fed is private. [08:42.860 --> 08:51.860] You want to give law enforcement powers to a security guard, and he's right. That's what Prickett wants to do. Okay? [08:51.860 --> 09:03.860] But that's not at all a requirement. This bill, people, is 100% worthless for the purpose you're being told it's introduced for, [09:03.860 --> 09:15.860] because Prickett says he was approached by one of these bank guards, which they are calling, I forget exactly, Federal Reserve agents, [09:15.860 --> 09:21.860] is what they're calling themselves, and said that this guy came up to him and said, [09:21.860 --> 09:27.860] you know what, if I'm in a bank in Texas and somebody comes in and robs the bank or something, [09:27.860 --> 09:34.860] even though I am a commissioned peace officer at the federal level, while I'm in Texas, I can't do anything about that. [09:34.860 --> 09:41.860] I can't do anything to arrest this guy for coming in and trying to rob the bank. [09:41.860 --> 09:54.860] That proves that Prickett is highly gullible and doesn't understand what powers this guy is begging him to aid him in getting, [09:54.860 --> 10:11.860] because that's ridiculous. Texas law, under the Code of Criminal Procedure 14.01a, in fact, specifically authorizes anyone, anyone, [10:11.860 --> 10:21.860] to arrest a perpetrator of a felony or a breach of the peace if the offense is committed in the presence or view of the person making the arrest. [10:21.860 --> 10:29.860] Peace officers in Texas are not the only ones authorized to arrest persons. [10:29.860 --> 10:37.860] The people are just as authorized to arrest and felonies and breaches of the peace as a police officer is. [10:37.860 --> 10:46.860] Now, if you want to add some real power to that, Prickett, then why don't you just simply amend the language of that provision to state, [10:46.860 --> 11:00.860] and any private individual making such arrest shall be aided if requested by any available law enforcement personnel commissioned by the state of Texas? [11:00.860 --> 11:12.860] That would require that if we are having to arrest a public servant or a cop for committing a crime, that the other cops are required to help us do it. [11:12.860 --> 11:18.860] They can't turn and run away or hide and say we can't do nothing or we won't do anything. [11:18.860 --> 11:24.860] You want to give that some teeth for everybody? Change that language and that part of that statute. [11:24.860 --> 11:33.860] Don't be giving blanket police powers to a bunch of private security guards that will abuse that power beyond all possible comprehension, [11:33.860 --> 11:42.860] especially somebody with a brain as small as yours, to think it was a smart thing to introduce such a bill in the first place. [11:42.860 --> 11:50.860] Okay? My people perish for lack of knowledge, and as Jesus said, forgive them for they know not what they do. [11:50.860 --> 12:00.860] Well, people like Prickett definitely do not know what they do, and if they do, then they know they're committing sedition by doing it. [12:00.860 --> 12:14.860] That makes them a criminal with a title. Why do you people keep electing these morons? Geez, we need to wake up. [12:14.860 --> 12:19.860] Also in this email to Stickland's office, I introduced myself. I told him about my radio show. [12:19.860 --> 12:26.860] I told him that I've testified before the legislature before on bills, including one for Representative Boris Miles [12:26.860 --> 12:31.860] when he was attempting to get official oppression changed from a misdemeanor to a felony [12:31.860 --> 12:39.860] because of the police officers attacking the 15-year-old boy and beating him literally half to death up in Houston [12:39.860 --> 12:46.860] for absolutely no reason other than when the cops converged on this house, the kid turned around and ran. [12:46.860 --> 12:54.860] If I knew there was possibility of bullets to go flying around the place where I'm standing, why would I stand there? [12:54.860 --> 13:02.860] Even if 15, I'd have been smart enough to recognize the events that were about to transpire and get the hell out of the way. [13:02.860 --> 13:13.860] That was not probable cause for these seven cops, seven, to chase this 15-year-old down and beat him like they did. [13:13.860 --> 13:22.860] It was ridiculous. So he submitted a bill to get the official oppression statute kicked up to a felony from a Class A misdemeanor. [13:22.860 --> 13:28.860] Why did he put in such a bill? That was the reason I went to testify. There was no need to do that. [13:28.860 --> 13:33.860] He was lied to by the prosecutor in Houston. [13:33.860 --> 13:40.860] They told Representative Miles that the only thing they could charge these cops with was official oppression. [13:40.860 --> 13:44.860] That was a bald-faced lie. [13:44.860 --> 14:00.860] The Texas Penal Code aggravated assault statute was specifically written in 1965 to encompass any acts by a public servant that was carrying a gun when the act was committed. [14:00.860 --> 14:13.860] If the act constituted simple assault and that public servant was displaying a deadly weapon while he committed that simple assault, it became first-degree felony aggravated assault. [14:13.860 --> 14:21.860] That is exactly how the prosecutor could have and should have charged every single one of those cops. [14:21.860 --> 14:30.860] He lied to a state representative. What makes you think they don't lie to you and I every single day? [14:30.860 --> 14:36.860] And we let it go as if it's the normal course of business. [14:36.860 --> 14:47.860] So, folks, I'm going to make a suggestion to you here and now. I don't care if the state representative you email or write to is in your district or not. [14:47.860 --> 15:00.860] We need to be doing an email campaign to every Texas representative in every house of the legislature to listen to this show. [15:00.860 --> 15:06.860] You got that? We need every one of them to listen to this show. [15:06.860 --> 15:22.860] We need to let them hear what we really think about what they're doing, how what they're doing affects us directly, and what parts of it they are for darn sure doing absolutely wrong. [15:22.860 --> 15:27.860] So I would like to request your help in getting that done. [15:27.860 --> 15:33.860] I started the ball rolling with Stickland and with Prickett and a couple of other ones, but don't let that stop you. [15:33.860 --> 15:41.860] Write them anyway. Write to all of them. Email them. Go to their website at the legislature. It's got contact information. [15:41.860 --> 15:47.860] Send them an email. Give them the web address to the listen link on the website. [15:47.860 --> 15:54.860] Tell them the times of the show. Tell them what it's about. Tell them why you want them to listen to it. [15:54.860 --> 16:02.860] But get them listening. Maybe, just maybe, somebody besides Stickland will pay attention to what's going on. [16:02.860 --> 16:09.860] Somebody besides Miles will pay attention to what's going on. [16:09.860 --> 16:20.860] Okay? And let's not forget Representative Simpson. In his very first year, he tried to get the TSA kicked out of Texas, but nobody forced their representative to support him. [16:20.860 --> 16:26.860] We need to change that. Why is your representative turning his back on what you want? [16:26.860 --> 16:34.860] Probably because nobody is telling him. He's just doing what he wants because there's nothing coming to him. [16:34.860 --> 16:40.860] So, folks, it's time to stop being an armchair sovereign. [16:40.860 --> 16:50.860] Okay? You can talk about it all day, but until you get off your duff and do something with it, it's useless and you are powerless. [16:50.860 --> 16:59.860] So y'all hang in there, folks, and I'll start taking calls when we get back. 512-646-1984. [16:59.860 --> 17:05.860] Through advances in technology, our lives have greatly improved, except in the area of nutrition. [17:05.860 --> 17:10.860] People feed their pets better than they feed themselves, and it's time we changed all that. [17:10.860 --> 17:16.860] Our primary defense against aging and disease in this toxic environment is good nutrition. [17:16.860 --> 17:24.860] In a world where natural foods have been irradiated, adulterated, and mutilated, young Jevity can provide the nutrients you need. [20:01.860 --> 20:02.860] I need some more. [20:02.860 --> 20:04.860] Right now, we're going to go to Scott in Texas. [20:04.860 --> 20:08.860] Scott, what can we do for you? [20:08.860 --> 20:09.860] How are you doing, Eddie? [20:09.860 --> 20:13.860] I really appreciate your show and all that you do for Texas. [20:13.860 --> 20:14.860] Well, thank you. [20:14.860 --> 20:18.860] I appreciate that it's appreciated. [20:18.860 --> 20:24.860] Well, hey, I had an incident with the cops here over the weekend. [20:24.860 --> 20:26.860] And I know you don't want to hear everything. [20:26.860 --> 20:29.860] I'll try to kind of sum it up and be quick about it. [20:29.860 --> 20:31.860] Well, at the moment, you're the only caller. [20:31.860 --> 20:35.860] So just get it right and on point, and we'll be fine. [20:35.860 --> 20:37.860] Okay, cool. [20:37.860 --> 20:41.860] It was Saturday morning, about 930 in the morning. [20:41.860 --> 20:45.860] I was heading, I'm going from point A to point B basically. [20:45.860 --> 20:49.860] And a cop pulls me over and says that I'm speeding. [20:49.860 --> 20:52.860] I'm going 50 and a 40. [20:52.860 --> 20:56.860] Well, I've studied your videos, and I actually took a lot of notes. [20:56.860 --> 21:00.860] Unfortunately, I didn't have the script with me that day, [21:00.860 --> 21:03.860] but I try to keep as much in my head as possible. [21:03.860 --> 21:07.860] And so I told him, I said, so you pulled me over for speeding. [21:07.860 --> 21:12.860] First, I've got the whole video on YouTube as well if you would like to see it. [21:12.860 --> 21:16.860] I used to have your email address, but I don't have it for some reason now. [21:16.860 --> 21:20.860] It's Eddie at ruleoflawradio.com. [21:20.860 --> 21:22.860] Okay, I get you. [21:22.860 --> 21:25.860] And then I'll send it over to you to check it out. [21:25.860 --> 21:32.860] But anyway, to kind of sum up, I had some just pertinent questions that I wanted to kind of ask. [21:32.860 --> 21:36.860] Now, well, I kind of go through the scenario a little bit. [21:36.860 --> 21:42.860] So anyhow, when he pulls me over, the first thing, you know, I asked him for is the badge number thing. [21:42.860 --> 21:47.860] And then I asked him, I said, what right as a man do you have to stop another man? [21:47.860 --> 21:51.860] And that kind of threw him for a little bit of a loop, and I had to repeat it. [21:51.860 --> 21:55.860] And then he said, well, you know, I need your driver's license and insurance. [21:55.860 --> 21:57.860] You know, I pulled you over for speeding. [21:57.860 --> 21:58.860] I said, speeding? [21:58.860 --> 22:06.860] Afterwards, you realize on page 18 of the D.A.A. handbook guide, speeding in and out of this stuff is not illegal. [22:06.860 --> 22:08.860] And so he kind of chewed on that. [22:08.860 --> 22:12.860] And, you know, they go back to their default, I need your driver's license and insurance. [22:12.860 --> 22:21.860] And basically what had happened is I didn't give him my information because I asked him, [22:21.860 --> 22:24.860] I said, do you have a warrant for my arrest if I committed a crime? [22:24.860 --> 22:28.860] If I haven't committed a crime, then I don't have to give you any information. [22:28.860 --> 22:31.860] I haven't broken any law. [22:31.860 --> 22:35.860] Well, he was kind of going along for a few minutes and then one of his buddies showed up. [22:35.860 --> 22:42.860] And as soon as his buddy showed up, he turned very aggressive immediately and smashes my window out. [22:42.860 --> 22:49.860] I'm sitting there telling him I need you to calm down and call your supervisor on the scene immediately. [22:49.860 --> 22:55.860] Well, right after I say that for about the third or fourth time, he goes and smashes my window out, [22:55.860 --> 22:58.860] takes me out, you know, and cuts me and stuff and all this other stuff. [22:58.860 --> 23:04.860] Now, the charges that I got were failure to identify and my tags were out. [23:04.860 --> 23:07.860] I didn't get a ticket for speeding. [23:07.860 --> 23:10.860] Well, they don't have to necessarily ticket you for speeding. [23:10.860 --> 23:19.860] However, they don't have probable cause to stop you for speeding even if you're going faster than the posted speed limit. [23:19.860 --> 23:28.860] That is not probable cause because as you properly stated, though I wouldn't do that where you're doing it, [23:28.860 --> 23:34.860] okay, is that speeding in and of itself is definitely not an offense in Texas. [23:34.860 --> 23:40.860] The criteria to constitute speeding first, you must be in a commercial motor vehicle. [23:40.860 --> 23:46.860] He had no probable cause to suspect you of speeding if he did not first suspect you to be a commercial motor vehicle. [23:46.860 --> 23:54.860] There's only five different kinds of commercial motor vehicles listed in 201.904 that you could possibly be [23:54.860 --> 23:59.860] that would allow that speed sign to have any regulatory authority over you to begin with. [23:59.860 --> 24:05.860] The other part of the problem is he didn't witness a collision with anybody or anything, correct? [24:05.860 --> 24:06.860] Yes. [24:06.860 --> 24:10.860] So he had no probable cause to stop you for speeding. [24:10.860 --> 24:13.860] Okay. [24:13.860 --> 24:19.860] Now, so anyhow, we go past all that. [24:19.860 --> 24:30.860] And so a couple of questions, and this is what a friend of mine was asking, does as a driver, if you're driving with a suspended license, [24:30.860 --> 24:35.860] does that give the cops probable cause to pull you over? [24:35.860 --> 24:41.860] First off, the cop would have to know for a fact that you are a driver, you are the one driving, [24:41.860 --> 24:45.860] and that your license is suspended when he pulls you over. [24:45.860 --> 24:52.860] He can't do that after he pulls you over and finds out about it because that can't be his probable cause for stopping you. [24:52.860 --> 24:54.860] And see, and that's what happened. [24:54.860 --> 24:57.860] I didn't realize my license was suspended. [24:57.860 --> 25:05.860] In fact, I had to call DPS today and find out, you know, also bankruptcy for Chapter 7, I had a bunch of those surcharges. [25:05.860 --> 25:08.860] So I included that all in my bankruptcy. [25:08.860 --> 25:11.860] And in 2013, went and got it all finalized. [25:11.860 --> 25:17.860] I thought everything was good because I went back to motor vehicles, D&P, and got a license. [25:17.860 --> 25:18.860] Okay, I'm all good. [25:18.860 --> 25:23.860] Well, then once I got to jail, then they start writing my record. [25:23.860 --> 25:27.860] Then they find out that, you know, my license was suspended. [25:27.860 --> 25:31.860] So they had a Dallas County magistrate pick it up. [25:31.860 --> 25:38.860] And then I had, so I had two tickets, or I got charged two things in Addison, which were bogus. [25:38.860 --> 25:43.860] And then I had this other ticket pop up because of my license. [25:43.860 --> 25:44.860] So Dallas picked that up. [25:44.860 --> 25:47.860] So now I got a ticket in Dallas again. [25:47.860 --> 25:56.860] And it was because they, the cops found that information out after he got me to jail. [25:56.860 --> 25:58.860] So I thought that was pretty, pretty good. [25:58.860 --> 26:02.860] And I wanted to kind of get the thought about that. [26:02.860 --> 26:13.860] Well, the thought is if the initial stop and arrest was illegal, which it was, everything else is fruit of the poison tree. [26:13.860 --> 26:14.860] Fruit of the poison tree. [26:14.860 --> 26:17.860] That's the doctrine created by the courts. [26:17.860 --> 26:26.860] If the initial encounter was based upon an illegality, everything discovered during that encounter is inadmissible [26:26.860 --> 26:30.860] because it's illegally obtained through an illegal search. [26:30.860 --> 26:32.860] Exactly. [26:32.860 --> 26:33.860] Okay. [26:33.860 --> 26:34.860] I agree. [26:34.860 --> 26:35.860] Now. [26:35.860 --> 26:36.860] Well, you may agree. [26:36.860 --> 26:40.860] That don't necessarily mean the courts are going to agree with you as you go through this. [26:40.860 --> 26:48.860] But it's something you've got to make sure the record has that you've objected to and you cited as the basis for it. [26:48.860 --> 26:54.860] Because speeding by itself in Texas is not an offense. [26:54.860 --> 26:55.860] Correct. [26:55.860 --> 26:56.860] Okay. [26:56.860 --> 27:01.860] Now, when I got in front of the judge, you'll love this. [27:01.860 --> 27:02.860] I got one. [27:02.860 --> 27:03.860] This is the last question. [27:03.860 --> 27:04.860] Then I got a comment. [27:04.860 --> 27:10.860] And the comments, which are really going to go ballistic over from the judge itself. [27:10.860 --> 27:11.860] Okay. [27:11.860 --> 27:13.860] Because they were calling me a sovereign. [27:13.860 --> 27:19.860] And I said, look, I am a man born of inalienable rights, unlingible rights given by God. [27:19.860 --> 27:22.860] Man does not need to control other man. [27:22.860 --> 27:23.860] You all can call me a sovereign. [27:23.860 --> 27:27.860] Well, now, welcome to the world of attempting to educate the cop on the side of the road. [27:27.860 --> 27:34.860] Which if you have the script, memorized or not, the very first paragraph tells you what? [27:34.860 --> 27:36.860] Don't educate the cop. [27:36.860 --> 27:37.860] Congratulations. [27:37.860 --> 27:40.860] You win the booby prize. [27:40.860 --> 27:41.860] Okay. [27:41.860 --> 27:42.860] I know. [27:42.860 --> 27:43.860] I know. [27:43.860 --> 27:44.860] Everything you do. [27:44.860 --> 27:52.860] What are the three primary tenets of the script? [27:52.860 --> 27:54.860] I can't tell you exactly. [27:54.860 --> 27:55.860] I'm sorry. [27:55.860 --> 27:59.860] Invoke your rights, demand your rights, protect your rights. [27:59.860 --> 28:09.860] Anything else that comes out of your mouth and isn't doing those things or at least one of them is not the thing to be doing. [28:09.860 --> 28:11.860] Okay. [28:11.860 --> 28:13.860] And that was what I was doing was invoking. [28:13.860 --> 28:14.860] No. [28:14.860 --> 28:20.860] When you're sitting here telling the cop his job and what he's doing wrong, you're not invoking your rights. [28:20.860 --> 28:22.860] You're educating the cop. [28:22.860 --> 28:24.860] Well, I'm already in jail now. [28:24.860 --> 28:28.860] I'm not sitting on the side of the road anymore. [28:28.860 --> 28:32.860] He already transferred me to jail and I'm talking to him now. [28:32.860 --> 28:38.860] When you said what gives you as a man to stop another man, you didn't do that on the side of the road? [28:38.860 --> 28:39.860] No, I did. [28:39.860 --> 28:40.860] I did. [28:40.860 --> 28:42.860] That was at the very beginning. [28:42.860 --> 28:43.860] Okay. [28:43.860 --> 28:48.860] And what else did you do on the side of the road? [28:48.860 --> 28:55.860] Just told him, you know, if he doesn't have a warrant for my arrest, then... [28:55.860 --> 28:56.860] Right. [28:56.860 --> 28:58.860] Again, you're telling him how to do his job. [28:58.860 --> 29:01.860] You see the problems here? [29:01.860 --> 29:10.860] The video recording he is making makes you look uncooperative and combative, not to mention ill-informed. [29:10.860 --> 29:11.860] Okay? [29:11.860 --> 29:12.860] Okay. [29:12.860 --> 29:18.860] The purpose of that script is to protect you. [29:18.860 --> 29:20.860] It's like a suit of armor. [29:20.860 --> 29:26.860] When you take it off and push it aside, it's no longer doing you one bit of good. [29:26.860 --> 29:31.860] If you forget to put it on, it's not doing you any good. [29:31.860 --> 29:34.860] Okay? [29:34.860 --> 29:35.860] Okay. [29:35.860 --> 29:37.860] So I understand your predicament. [29:37.860 --> 29:39.860] The problem here is how we're going to solve it. [29:39.860 --> 29:43.860] So hang on just a minute, and we'll talk about that when we get back. [29:43.860 --> 29:47.860] All right, folks, 512-646-1984. [29:47.860 --> 29:48.860] Give us a call. [29:48.860 --> 29:49.860] Get in line. [29:49.860 --> 29:50.860] Let's talk. [29:50.860 --> 30:03.860] We'll be right back. [30:03.860 --> 30:06.860] Moms have a way of making everything better. [30:06.860 --> 30:08.860] A hug, a kiss on the cheek, a special meal. [30:08.860 --> 30:11.860] But even when she's far away, Mom can still work her magic. [30:11.860 --> 30:15.860] I'm Dr. Tanford Albrecht, and I'll be back in just a moment to tell you how. [30:15.860 --> 30:23.860] Your search engine is watching you, recording all your searches and creating a massive database of your personal information. [30:23.860 --> 30:24.860] That's creepy. [30:24.860 --> 30:26.860] But it doesn't have to be that way. [30:26.860 --> 30:29.860] Startpage.com is the world's most private search engine. [30:29.860 --> 30:35.860] Startpage doesn't store your IP address, make a record of your searches or use tracking cookies, and they're third-party certified. [30:49.860 --> 30:51.860] But what if she's thousands of miles away? [30:51.860 --> 30:52.860] Don't worry. [30:52.860 --> 30:56.860] She can still turn a frown into a smile with just the sound of her voice. [30:56.860 --> 31:00.860] Researchers dressed out young girls with math exams and public speaking assignments. [31:00.860 --> 31:04.860] As expected, their level of cortisol, the stress hormone, shot through the roof. [31:04.860 --> 31:08.860] Then their moms consoled the girls with either a personal hug or a phone chat. [31:08.860 --> 31:11.860] Amazingly, the phone worked just as well. [31:11.860 --> 31:17.860] Mom's voice alone was enough to flood the girls with oxytocin, the feel-good comfort hormone. [31:17.860 --> 31:20.860] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I think I'll give my mom a call. [31:20.860 --> 31:34.860] More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [33:40.860 --> 33:43.860] Well, I need a prosecutor to come and help me [33:43.860 --> 33:45.860] prosecute them wicked leader, you see. [33:45.860 --> 33:48.860] The mama girl is a liar, them tell me. [33:48.860 --> 33:50.860] Them a liar, not tell sweet stories. [33:50.860 --> 33:52.860] You don't believe me, say what them tell me. [33:52.860 --> 33:55.860] 3% of Americans vote for Bush. [33:55.860 --> 33:57.860] So how the hell you get the presidency? [33:57.860 --> 34:00.860] That's why we have a warrant for him. [34:00.860 --> 34:02.860] Everybody listen carefully. [34:02.860 --> 34:04.860] Listen to the words of the issues passing. [34:04.860 --> 34:10.860] Texas is a race for Mr. Bush. [34:24.860 --> 34:27.860] Well, we don't forget Mumsfield, warrant for him. [34:27.860 --> 34:29.860] All the cheney warrants for him. [34:29.860 --> 34:31.860] All right, folks, we are back. [34:31.860 --> 34:35.860] This is Rule of Law Radio and we are talking to Scott in Texas. [34:35.860 --> 34:38.860] All right, Scott, let's continue on with this. [34:38.860 --> 34:41.860] Okay, you got arrested, you got taken to jail. [34:41.860 --> 34:44.860] They screwed you over on creating citations out of thin air [34:44.860 --> 34:46.860] after the fact or from some other time period [34:46.860 --> 34:49.860] reviving them or something to that effect, right? [34:49.860 --> 34:50.860] Yes, sir. [34:50.860 --> 34:52.860] Okay. [34:52.860 --> 34:53.860] Now what? [34:53.860 --> 34:57.860] Now what I'm waiting for, now I go before the judge [34:57.860 --> 35:01.860] and he's going to arraign me and he started talking [35:01.860 --> 35:04.860] because I had my driver's license suspended [35:04.860 --> 35:06.860] and he mentions something and he goes, [35:06.860 --> 35:11.860] well, you know driving is not a right, it's a privilege. [35:11.860 --> 35:14.860] That's not what I understand it to be. [35:14.860 --> 35:17.860] There you go, trying to educate them again [35:17.860 --> 35:20.860] instead of letting them put their own foot in their mouth. [35:20.860 --> 35:23.860] Judge, you are absolutely correct. [35:23.860 --> 35:25.860] Driving is a privilege, [35:25.860 --> 35:28.860] but you have yet to establish that I was in fact driving [35:28.860 --> 35:31.860] as an operator a motor vehicle for the purpose [35:31.860 --> 35:36.860] of engaging in transportation, haven't you? [35:36.860 --> 35:38.860] Okay, yes, sir, I agree. [35:38.860 --> 35:43.860] Now here was one of the things when he got to ask me [35:43.860 --> 35:47.860] about my two charges, he was the actual judge for Addison [35:47.860 --> 35:49.860] and so he gets to the two charges, [35:49.860 --> 35:51.860] failure to identify and my time. [35:51.860 --> 35:54.860] And so he asked me how I wanted to plead and I said, [35:54.860 --> 35:57.860] what jurisdiction do you have over me? [35:57.860 --> 36:00.860] I challenged the jurisdiction and he said, [36:00.860 --> 36:03.860] oh, you're one of those. [36:03.860 --> 36:07.860] And I said, that's kind of disturbing coming from a judge. [36:07.860 --> 36:10.860] I said, what does that actually mean, I'm one of those? [36:10.860 --> 36:12.860] And he wouldn't say anything, he just said, [36:12.860 --> 36:18.860] my failure bond at $400 per ticket [36:18.860 --> 36:20.860] and dismissed me out there. [36:20.860 --> 36:24.860] So that was kind of, I thought that was kind of interesting. [36:24.860 --> 36:29.860] Well, you need to file a motion to disqualify this judge [36:29.860 --> 36:31.860] if this is the judge that's supposed to be the one [36:31.860 --> 36:34.860] adhering anything further with you. [36:34.860 --> 36:36.860] Okay. [36:36.860 --> 36:39.860] In fact, I would have demanded his recusal right there [36:39.860 --> 36:42.860] after that came out of his mouth. [36:42.860 --> 36:45.860] Wow, I didn't know I could do that. [36:45.860 --> 36:49.860] That's because the only studying you've done is a script, huh? [36:49.860 --> 36:52.860] No, sir, I've been actually studying more. [36:52.860 --> 36:54.860] More what? [36:54.860 --> 37:00.860] Oh, you know, studying, you heard of Carl Lentz? [37:00.860 --> 37:02.860] Say again? [37:02.860 --> 37:04.860] Carl Lentz. [37:04.860 --> 37:06.860] What is that? [37:06.860 --> 37:08.860] Carl Lentz. [37:08.860 --> 37:10.860] Oh, Carl Lentz. [37:10.860 --> 37:12.860] Yes, sir. [37:12.860 --> 37:15.860] I'm sorry, what state does Carl Lentz live in? [37:15.860 --> 37:17.860] He's not in Texas. [37:17.860 --> 37:22.860] And how much Texas law does he actually talk about? [37:22.860 --> 37:25.860] None. [37:25.860 --> 37:30.860] Right, and you've known about me here in Texas [37:30.860 --> 37:35.860] talking about Texas law for how long? [37:35.860 --> 37:37.860] Less than a year. [37:37.860 --> 37:40.860] And you've been listening to Lentz for how long? [37:40.860 --> 37:41.860] Less than a year. [37:41.860 --> 37:42.860] Uh-huh. [37:42.860 --> 37:44.860] Than you. [37:44.860 --> 37:47.860] I'm not going to stay here and say I know it all. [37:47.860 --> 37:49.860] That would be stupid as hell of me. [37:49.860 --> 37:52.860] I'm not accusing you of knowing it all. [37:52.860 --> 37:55.860] I'm not saying anyone should know it all. [37:55.860 --> 37:58.860] But you damn sure should know not to be listening to somebody [37:58.860 --> 38:02.860] that does not live where you are, has never lived where you are, [38:02.860 --> 38:07.860] and is trying to tell you what the law where you are is. [38:07.860 --> 38:09.860] He's just basically a common law cop. [38:09.860 --> 38:13.860] Yeah, but the problem is he does not understand [38:13.860 --> 38:19.860] what common law is and is not these days. [38:19.860 --> 38:20.860] Okay. [38:20.860 --> 38:26.860] The problem here is they want to invoke the system as it used to be, [38:26.860 --> 38:33.860] not as the lawyer or the attorneys and judges have caused it to evolve into. [38:33.860 --> 38:35.860] Okay. [38:35.860 --> 38:39.860] You can't force them to go back by claiming it's still there [38:39.860 --> 38:44.860] if they're the one controlling the system that says what it is. [38:44.860 --> 38:46.860] Agreed. [38:46.860 --> 38:48.860] So why are you? [38:48.860 --> 38:50.860] Sir, I don't know. [38:50.860 --> 38:52.860] I'm weighing in at half the time. [38:52.860 --> 38:54.860] I'm just hoping. [38:54.860 --> 38:56.860] I shouldn't say hoping. [38:56.860 --> 38:58.860] I think I'm doing the right thing. [38:58.860 --> 39:02.860] You're doing the right thing by trying to learn what to do. [39:02.860 --> 39:06.860] The problem is you're listening to the wrong people in doing it. [39:06.860 --> 39:15.860] In theory, his information is more or less correct if you lived in the 1700s. [39:15.860 --> 39:17.860] Okay. [39:17.860 --> 39:23.860] As time has progressed and attorneys have taken over every department of the [39:23.860 --> 39:30.860] government unconstitutionally, they have hijacked our judicial system [39:30.860 --> 39:32.860] into what it currently is. [39:32.860 --> 39:36.860] They have redefined everything that common law stood for. [39:36.860 --> 39:40.860] And they have convinced the majority of people that what they've converted it [39:40.860 --> 39:44.860] into is what applies to everyone. [39:44.860 --> 39:51.860] Now, knowing that that isn't true and being able to defend that idea in court [39:51.860 --> 39:55.860] are very far removed. [39:55.860 --> 39:57.860] Okay. [39:57.860 --> 40:02.860] So tell me what you've listened to from Lentz that's going into a courtroom [40:02.860 --> 40:06.860] with you in Texas that's going to save your butt. [40:06.860 --> 40:07.860] Nothing. [40:07.860 --> 40:12.860] Thank you. [40:12.860 --> 40:13.860] All right. [40:13.860 --> 40:14.860] So that's the problem. [40:14.860 --> 40:17.860] You're studying the wrong stuff. [40:17.860 --> 40:20.860] You're listening to the wrong people. [40:20.860 --> 40:26.860] Anybody promising you a golden ring or a silver bullet to solve your problems [40:26.860 --> 40:34.860] in today's judicial system is selling you a lie or at the very least a complete [40:34.860 --> 40:39.860] misunderstanding and misconception of the legal system as it currently exists. [40:39.860 --> 40:43.860] Now, there's a huge difference between legal and lawful. [40:43.860 --> 40:45.860] No argument. [40:45.860 --> 40:50.860] And one is most assuredly not always the other. [40:50.860 --> 40:51.860] Agree. [40:51.860 --> 40:53.860] Okay. [40:53.860 --> 41:00.860] But given that, you can't just declare it's wrong. [41:00.860 --> 41:07.860] You have to be able to prove it's wrong if you're going to declare it's wrong. [41:07.860 --> 41:08.860] By motion. [41:08.860 --> 41:17.860] He who makes the assertion bears the burden of proving the assertion. [41:17.860 --> 41:18.860] Right? [41:17.860 --> 41:18.860] Okay. [41:18.860 --> 41:23.860] So why are you arguing with a cop that can't prove anything? [41:23.860 --> 41:27.860] Why are you giving them ammunition to use against you so that they can prove [41:27.860 --> 41:34.860] something rather than simply doing your job of forcing them to prove everything [41:34.860 --> 41:37.860] that they're saying is going on? [41:37.860 --> 41:39.860] Because you're listening to Carl Lenz. [41:39.860 --> 41:40.860] That's why. [41:40.860 --> 41:42.860] Who isn't doing any of these things? [41:42.860 --> 41:44.860] That's why. [41:44.860 --> 41:47.860] Who doesn't know to do any of these things from what I've seen? [41:47.860 --> 41:50.860] That's why. [41:50.860 --> 41:51.860] Okay. [41:50.860 --> 41:52.860] Well, I listen to you a lot. [41:52.860 --> 41:53.860] I mean, I really respect you highly. [41:53.860 --> 41:54.860] That's why. [41:54.860 --> 41:55.860] Well, I appreciate that. [41:55.860 --> 41:59.860] And I'm not trying to come down on you as a lone nut job or a complete idiot. [41:59.860 --> 42:00.860] I'm not trying to do that. [42:00.860 --> 42:02.860] This is for everybody's benefit. [42:02.860 --> 42:06.860] I'm chewing on your ass to save everyone else's at the moment so they don't repeat [42:06.860 --> 42:11.860] these mistakes because these were mistakes and you need to learn from them. [42:11.860 --> 42:12.860] I agree. [42:12.860 --> 42:13.860] That's why I'm calling you. [42:13.860 --> 42:15.860] I appreciate the butt chewing. [42:15.860 --> 42:16.860] Okay. [42:16.860 --> 42:21.860] So 214, where is that? [42:21.860 --> 42:22.860] Dallas. [42:22.860 --> 42:23.860] Okay. [42:23.860 --> 42:26.860] You're close enough to make a Sunday class or five. [42:26.860 --> 42:27.860] I know. [42:27.860 --> 42:31.860] I mean, when is your TAO website going to come up live? [42:31.860 --> 42:32.860] Well, that I don't know. [42:32.860 --> 42:36.860] I'm having trouble getting in touch with my co-programmer here on it now, [42:36.860 --> 42:38.860] so I don't know. [42:38.860 --> 42:42.860] There's only two of us working on this, unfortunately, and we both have day jobs, [42:42.860 --> 42:43.860] so to speak. [42:43.860 --> 42:47.860] We're always busy doing everything else except getting to spend full time on [42:47.860 --> 42:49.860] this because we do have bills to pay. [42:49.860 --> 42:54.860] That's the problem with being, you know, the isolated patriot. [42:54.860 --> 42:57.860] Well, if you ever need help, I would love to help you. [42:57.860 --> 43:01.860] I mean, I'm not kidding at all. [43:01.860 --> 43:04.860] Well, I guess you'll have to send me an email and tell me what kind of help you [43:04.860 --> 43:06.860] can provide. [43:06.860 --> 43:09.860] Well, I've had websites for a long time. [43:09.860 --> 43:11.860] I do my own blogging. [43:11.860 --> 43:13.860] Yeah, but understand something. [43:13.860 --> 43:16.860] This is not your ordinary website. [43:16.860 --> 43:20.860] This is not even close to an ordinary website. [43:20.860 --> 43:24.860] The things that are going to be going on behind the scenes on this are going to [43:24.860 --> 43:27.860] have to be cutting edge because of the load it's going to be bearing and the [43:27.860 --> 43:29.860] things it's going to do. [43:29.860 --> 43:35.860] So it's beyond doing something, you know, on one of the prefab template websites. [43:35.860 --> 43:37.860] This is not going to work that way. [43:37.860 --> 43:44.860] I need somebody that knows back-end coding for SQL Server and MySQL and [43:44.860 --> 43:47.860] Aplix and everything else. [43:47.860 --> 43:50.860] That's the kind of help we really need, not just page design. [43:50.860 --> 43:54.860] Hang on just a second, Scott, and we'll be right back to finish this up, okay? [43:54.860 --> 44:00.860] Yes, sir. [44:00.860 --> 44:03.860] Are you the plaintiff or defendant in a lawsuit? [45:31.860 --> 45:37.860] Call 512-264-4043 or find us online at naturespureorganics.com. [45:37.860 --> 45:43.860] That's 512-264-4043, naturespureorganics.com. [45:43.860 --> 45:46.860] Don't forget to like us on Facebook for information on events and our [45:46.860 --> 46:11.860] products. [46:11.860 --> 46:27.860] All right, folks. [46:27.860 --> 46:28.860] We are back. [46:28.860 --> 46:29.860] This is Rule of Law Radio. [46:29.860 --> 46:31.860] We're going to finish up with Scott in Texas. [46:31.860 --> 46:35.860] All right, Scott. [46:35.860 --> 46:39.860] Right now, your best bet is to argue that the initial stop by the officer was [46:39.860 --> 46:40.860] illegal. [46:40.860 --> 46:44.860] He had no probable cause to make the stop based upon speeding. [46:44.860 --> 46:50.860] If they check the speeding criteria in Texas under 545.351, they know that [46:50.860 --> 46:57.860] they have to prove not only A, but the specific criteria in subsection B of [46:57.860 --> 47:00.860] 545.351. [47:00.860 --> 47:05.860] And B specifically requires that you fail to control your speed, thus [47:05.860 --> 47:10.860] resulting in a collision with another person or vehicle already lawfully upon [47:10.860 --> 47:13.860] or entering the highway. [47:13.860 --> 47:14.860] Exactly. [47:14.860 --> 47:15.860] Okay? [47:15.860 --> 47:19.860] So they cannot prove probable cause for the initial arrest. [47:19.860 --> 47:24.860] The problem is is they never prove probable cause for the initial arrest. [47:24.860 --> 47:28.860] They never do what's required to do that unless you force them to do it or at [47:28.860 --> 47:31.860] least make the record for appeal that it was never done. [47:31.860 --> 47:36.860] Do not go into this with the expectation of getting it dismissed or losing or, [47:36.860 --> 47:37.860] I'm sorry, winning. [47:37.860 --> 47:41.860] You must go into it with the idea that you're going to lose at trial and you [47:41.860 --> 47:47.860] must get everything in the record for the purpose of the appeal. [47:47.860 --> 47:48.860] Okay. [47:48.860 --> 47:51.860] So everything you do, you do in writing. [47:51.860 --> 47:55.860] If you don't have the seminar material, now is the time to invest the money to [47:55.860 --> 47:58.860] get it. [47:58.860 --> 48:02.860] Sunday, what's the address and what? [48:02.860 --> 48:09.860] 1904 Guadalupe Street, Brave New Books, 2 to 5 p.m. [48:09.860 --> 48:11.860] 2 to 5 Guadalupe. [48:11.860 --> 48:15.860] I used to live in Austin, so 2 to 5. [48:15.860 --> 48:17.860] Okay, 1904 Guadalupe. [48:17.860 --> 48:18.860] What was it? [48:18.860 --> 48:19.860] The new bookstore? [48:19.860 --> 48:21.860] Brave New Books. [48:21.860 --> 48:26.860] Brave New Bookstore is what it's actually called. [48:26.860 --> 48:27.860] All right. [48:27.860 --> 48:30.860] So I'm going to come down and see you this Sunday. [48:30.860 --> 48:31.860] All right. [48:31.860 --> 48:32.860] Hope to see you there. [48:32.860 --> 48:33.860] All right. [48:33.860 --> 48:38.860] Well, I appreciate all your help, and Eddie at ruleoflaw.com is your email, [48:38.860 --> 48:39.860] correct? [48:39.860 --> 48:41.860] Correct, E-D-D-I-E. [48:41.860 --> 48:42.860] Gotcha. [48:42.860 --> 48:43.860] All right. [48:43.860 --> 48:47.860] I will send you over a little information and let you check it out or [48:47.860 --> 48:52.860] whatever, and thank you for all your advice and look forward to meeting you. [48:52.860 --> 48:53.860] Yes, sir, you too. [48:53.860 --> 48:58.860] Oh, and check your citation and get 708.105 Transportation Code. [48:58.860 --> 49:03.860] See if it is a valid citation under that section. [49:03.860 --> 49:05.860] I don't understand. [49:05.860 --> 49:08.860] Go to the Texas Transportation Code. [49:08.860 --> 49:14.860] Look up Section 708.105. [49:14.860 --> 49:19.860] 708.105. [49:19.860 --> 49:24.860] And compare that to your citation. [49:24.860 --> 49:25.860] Okay. [49:25.860 --> 49:27.860] What am I looking for? [49:27.860 --> 49:30.860] Well, when you read it, you'll know what you're looking for. [49:30.860 --> 49:31.860] Okay. [49:31.860 --> 49:32.860] All right. [49:32.860 --> 49:33.860] Yes, sir. [49:33.860 --> 49:34.860] All right. [49:34.860 --> 49:35.860] Have a good one. [49:35.860 --> 49:36.860] Yes, sir. [49:36.860 --> 49:37.860] Thank you. [49:37.860 --> 49:38.860] You're welcome. [49:38.860 --> 49:39.860] Bye-bye. [49:39.860 --> 49:40.860] All right. [49:40.860 --> 49:41.860] Now we're going to go to Andrew in Pennsylvania. [49:41.860 --> 49:45.860] I need some more callers, 512-646-1984. [49:45.860 --> 49:48.860] Andrew, what can I do for you? [49:48.860 --> 49:49.860] Hi, Eddie, a couple of things. [49:49.860 --> 49:51.860] First of all, since you're a little bit of a computer guru, [49:51.860 --> 49:54.860] I need you to assist me with something, and maybe after you do, [49:54.860 --> 49:55.860] I'll explain. [49:55.860 --> 49:57.860] I just might tie in with a strange incident that happened [49:57.860 --> 49:59.860] regarding the police today and my family. [49:59.860 --> 50:02.860] Are you running Windows? [50:02.860 --> 50:03.860] Yeah. [50:03.860 --> 50:04.860] There's your problem. [50:04.860 --> 50:05.860] You know what this is about? [50:05.860 --> 50:06.860] What happened? [50:06.860 --> 50:08.860] The whole thing about the emails being, [50:08.860 --> 50:12.860] the browsers being temporarily shut down, crashing, and then the... [50:12.860 --> 50:14.860] No, it's just the fact that you're running Windows. [50:14.860 --> 50:18.860] There's your problem. [50:18.860 --> 50:19.860] Okay. [50:19.860 --> 50:21.860] This is a new sign-in at 12.01 p.m. [50:21.860 --> 50:23.860] yesterday in regards to my computer crash, [50:23.860 --> 50:25.860] and then I checked the whole details and activity, [50:25.860 --> 50:27.860] and it's a thing involving Windows. [50:27.860 --> 50:29.860] So what is this about? [50:29.860 --> 50:30.860] I don't know, Andrew. [50:30.860 --> 50:34.860] I was making a joke about Windows. [50:34.860 --> 50:35.860] Okay. [50:35.860 --> 50:37.860] Well, since you mentioned that, that is what this is about. [50:37.860 --> 50:38.860] It says Windows... [50:38.860 --> 50:41.860] Yeah, but you're asking me to troubleshoot a computer problem [50:41.860 --> 50:43.860] that's OS-based over the telephone. [50:43.860 --> 50:47.860] Guess what? [50:47.860 --> 50:48.860] What? [50:48.860 --> 50:51.860] That ain't going to work. [50:51.860 --> 50:52.860] Okay. [50:52.860 --> 50:53.860] All right, so... [50:53.860 --> 50:55.860] Do you have something a little more related [50:55.860 --> 50:59.860] to what I'm actually doing here for tonight? [50:59.860 --> 51:04.860] Yeah, in regards to the police intimidating me and my family today, [51:04.860 --> 51:07.860] I know you've been through this in regards to the bogus traffic [51:07.860 --> 51:10.860] warrant thing because you didn't collect sales tax [51:10.860 --> 51:13.860] business and you're familiar with old things, but what the deal is, [51:13.860 --> 51:16.860] the police showed up at my family-run business today [51:16.860 --> 51:21.860] and house-filled my parents and me over some e-mail [51:21.860 --> 51:25.860] that was sent to the school, the high school that I graduated from in 2004. [51:25.860 --> 51:28.860] My brother graduated from there in 2012. [51:28.860 --> 51:33.860] Some person using an e-mail that's like my brother's first name initial [51:33.860 --> 51:36.860] and then the last name Fisher and then the number 94 [51:36.860 --> 51:38.860] sent some unpleasant e-mail to the school, [51:38.860 --> 51:43.860] and they suspected it was my brother because he was born in 1994 [51:43.860 --> 51:46.860] and his initials are B, Fisher. [51:46.860 --> 51:48.860] But the point is the... [51:48.860 --> 51:52.860] Well, odds are it gets a little more detailed than that, Andrew. [51:52.860 --> 51:54.860] It's not going to be just because of the e-mail address. [51:54.860 --> 51:57.860] It's going to be traced back through the IP hops [51:57.860 --> 52:00.860] and the IP address where the e-mail originated [52:00.860 --> 52:03.860] that's going to be their basis, despite what they tell you. [52:03.860 --> 52:07.860] They're going to use the network traffic to determine point of origin. [52:07.860 --> 52:12.860] If he's not using a proxy server to bounce it around [52:12.860 --> 52:15.860] before it goes out or a Tor e-mail, [52:15.860 --> 52:19.860] they're going to trace it right back to the source quite easily. [52:19.860 --> 52:24.860] Okay, well, my brother does not have this e-mail address, [52:24.860 --> 52:26.860] and my parents and I told the police, [52:26.860 --> 52:28.860] we know nothing, you're on your own. [52:28.860 --> 52:30.860] And when they confronted me, I had my camera rolling, [52:30.860 --> 52:34.860] and they were actually asking me, is that on audio and video? [52:34.860 --> 52:37.860] It's funny how they would actually ask that. [52:37.860 --> 52:39.860] And I asked them, is their recording being made at your end? [52:39.860 --> 52:40.860] And they said, no. [52:40.860 --> 52:43.860] So I basically told them, look, I don't know if this is about... [52:43.860 --> 52:44.860] I know nothing. [52:44.860 --> 52:47.860] But the thing is the detective who was questioning me, [52:47.860 --> 52:50.860] he was basically trying to tell me he holds a grudge against me [52:50.860 --> 52:53.860] without actually telling me he holds a grudge against me [52:53.860 --> 52:56.860] because not that long ago I sent an e-mail to every single person [52:56.860 --> 52:59.860] and every faculty member and every administrator in the school district [52:59.860 --> 53:02.860] to tell them their driver's net program is a scam [53:02.860 --> 53:05.860] because only commercial drivers need insurance. [53:05.860 --> 53:07.860] And also I was saying, here's some information [53:07.860 --> 53:08.860] you might want to teach your kids [53:08.860 --> 53:10.860] but the government doesn't want you to teach, [53:10.860 --> 53:12.860] and I actually included your infowars video there. [53:12.860 --> 53:15.860] And this detective, his son works with a gym teacher in the school district, [53:15.860 --> 53:18.860] and I sent this as an e-mail blast to every single person. [53:18.860 --> 53:22.860] And I basically said, and by the way, detectives, son, [53:22.860 --> 53:26.860] I'm sorry if you find it disturbing to see that your father is a money-scaling fraud [53:26.860 --> 53:29.860] and, of course, the police department kind of might hold a grudge against me [53:29.860 --> 53:33.860] for me e-mailing their Facebook friends to tell them they're engaging in an conspiracy [53:33.860 --> 53:35.860] to steal money from the coming people, [53:35.860 --> 53:39.860] and I provided a link to your infowars presentation to prove that. [53:39.860 --> 53:42.860] And they kind of tried to rub it in my face while it appeared [53:42.860 --> 53:45.860] because surely they're after the newspaper front page headline. [53:45.860 --> 53:47.860] It's the township police department I live in [53:47.860 --> 53:50.860] and also the police department that had those red light cameras that I was protesting. [53:50.860 --> 53:52.860] They were engaging in a traffic safety program, [53:52.860 --> 53:57.860] and one of the officers who I sent e-mails to, their Facebook friends, [53:57.860 --> 53:59.860] was the one leading the whole thing, [53:59.860 --> 54:03.860] and he was trying to justify pulling people over and citing them in the news thing. [54:03.860 --> 54:06.860] So it's almost like this is a conspiracy to annoy me, [54:06.860 --> 54:10.860] and I don't know if the detective, with the way he was talking, [54:10.860 --> 54:12.860] he actually said, I know you've been sending e-mails to the school, [54:12.860 --> 54:15.860] and you've even sent a few e-mails to me saying, [54:15.860 --> 54:18.860] I know, well, he didn't say this, but I have sent e-mails to him saying, [54:18.860 --> 54:21.860] I know that you know that you're arresting people for crimes that aren't crimes. [54:21.860 --> 54:24.860] Why are you doing that? And he's never responded to me. [54:24.860 --> 54:27.860] So even though he didn't reference any of the e-mail specific information, [54:27.860 --> 54:29.860] the e-mails that I sent or the messages I sent, [54:29.860 --> 54:31.860] he basically said, I know you're doing that, [54:31.860 --> 54:34.860] and I know that you're trying to annoy me or whatever. [54:34.860 --> 54:39.860] So he's basically pulling me over. He also grudged against me, even though he didn't admit that. [54:39.860 --> 54:43.860] So the point is, are there any protections against someone, first of all, [54:43.860 --> 54:47.860] who's being set up by the police or intimidated like this? [54:47.860 --> 54:54.860] Maybe you might know, because you sort of went through this with your whole what-is-try-with-one thing. [54:54.860 --> 54:57.860] Well, first, let me say caffeine much? [54:57.860 --> 55:01.860] Take a breath, man, before you fall on your face and suffocate here. [55:01.860 --> 55:02.860] Okay. [55:02.860 --> 55:04.860] I'm not out of breath at all. [55:04.860 --> 55:07.860] I am just listening to you. [55:07.860 --> 55:08.860] Okay. [55:08.860 --> 55:12.860] As far as whether or not there's any protection for this, [55:12.860 --> 55:17.860] there's no protection from anybody for anything that's guaranteed one way or the other. [55:17.860 --> 55:18.860] Okay? [55:18.860 --> 55:25.860] You're sure to live in yourself inside of an armor-plated box that's 12 feet thick, I doubt it. [55:25.860 --> 55:29.860] The only thing you can do is make sure that whatever is going on, [55:29.860 --> 55:34.860] somewhere there's a record being made of it that can't be refuted. [55:34.860 --> 55:35.860] Be prepared. [55:35.860 --> 55:39.860] That's your best defense against what's going on. [55:39.860 --> 55:40.860] Okay? [55:40.860 --> 55:45.860] As far as the rest of it, I had a little trouble following that, to say the very least. [55:45.860 --> 55:49.860] If everybody else out there didn't, well, then congratulations. [55:49.860 --> 56:01.860] But as far as all this goes, I can understand that any time you get visited by these guys, [56:01.860 --> 56:04.860] you're going to feel paranoid about it. [56:04.860 --> 56:17.860] But if they showed up at your house, odds are it's not because the email address matches initials and birth year. [56:17.860 --> 56:20.860] There's going to be something more to that. [56:20.860 --> 56:25.860] That's what you need to get an information request in to find out. [56:25.860 --> 56:26.860] Right, right. [56:26.860 --> 56:29.860] And the thing is, as the police left my family room business, [56:29.860 --> 56:34.860] they told me I'm going to be the detective who I recognized and knew by name, [56:34.860 --> 56:38.860] and there was another person with them who I didn't recognize or know by name. [56:38.860 --> 56:42.860] The detective who I did said, I'm going to be getting a warrant to search for this, [56:42.860 --> 56:46.860] and if I find anything that takes you back to you, you'll be coming down to the police station. [56:46.860 --> 56:51.860] That was another sort of finding, maybe trying to intimidate me a little bit, and I don't think we did that. [56:51.860 --> 56:53.860] Well, if he thinks you're guilty of actually committing a crime, [56:53.860 --> 56:58.860] he's going to try to intimidate you and to confess into it, just the way they operate. [56:58.860 --> 57:02.860] I know I'm innocent, and I honestly know nothing, so if they do find something... [57:02.860 --> 57:05.860] Well, that's not my point. That's not my point. [57:05.860 --> 57:08.860] Whether you're innocent or not is irrelevant to the point of the discussion, [57:08.860 --> 57:16.860] which is if he believes it, then he believes he's justified in doing whatever it takes to get you to confess to it [57:16.860 --> 57:20.860] or to catch you at it, provided he doesn't break the law to do it. [57:20.860 --> 57:25.860] Now, I'm not saying he won't, but I'm saying that generally speaking, [57:25.860 --> 57:31.860] that's something he's not going to openly admit to, especially knowing that you're recording it. [57:31.860 --> 57:37.860] Right, and he wouldn't even show me the actual email that the school sent, [57:37.860 --> 57:42.860] so I don't know if it's going to hide something or not, but that's basically the end of that. [57:42.860 --> 57:46.860] Two quick things I want to ask in your... [57:46.860 --> 57:49.860] Well, actually, now I say deadly sin, but seven deadly sins originally. [57:49.860 --> 57:51.860] One of them was police officer. [57:51.860 --> 57:56.860] That's not going to be necessarily a deadly sin in every state, right, because I remember you saying it. [57:56.860 --> 58:03.860] It is in Texas because police officer has a specific statutory definition within the transportation code. [58:03.860 --> 58:08.860] That's why it's a deadly sin here. [58:08.860 --> 58:12.860] Okay, but it's not necessarily going to be true in every state, I presume. [58:12.860 --> 58:18.860] That would depend entirely on how the statute's written, but yes, that is a possibility. [58:18.860 --> 58:23.860] Okay, so I'm sure some people might have objected to that and not realizing that the infrastructure's not like that. [58:23.860 --> 58:26.860] But anyway, one final thing. [58:26.860 --> 58:32.860] You have told me before that the courts have ruled that you have no rights down at the border. [58:32.860 --> 58:39.860] You know, that's ridiculous because rights are unalienable, but you basically told me in practice that has terrible implications, [58:39.860 --> 58:41.860] like if someone tried to use your... [58:41.860 --> 58:44.860] Okay, well hang on, Andrew. I've got to take another break. I'll get you back on the other side. [58:44.860 --> 58:49.860] All right, folks, we'll be right back. [58:49.860 --> 58:53.860] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world. [58:53.860 --> 58:57.860] Yet countless readers are frustrated because they struggle to understand it. [58:57.860 --> 59:01.860] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, [59:01.860 --> 59:06.860] but in the process can compromise the profound meaning of the Scripture. [01:00:12.860 --> 01:00:22.860] Today in history, news updates and the inside scoop into the tides of the alternative. [01:00:22.860 --> 01:00:30.860] Markets opened up today with gold at $1,188.53 an ounce, silver $16.45 an ounce, [01:00:30.860 --> 01:00:42.860] Texas crude $59.15 a barrel, and Bitcoin is currently sitting at 237 U.S. currency. [01:00:42.860 --> 01:00:48.860] Today in history, Monday, May 4, 1970, Ohio National Guard killed four unarmed college students at Kent State. [01:00:48.860 --> 01:00:54.860] The Guard fired 67 rounds over a period of about 13 seconds, killing four students and wounding nine others, [01:00:54.860 --> 01:00:57.860] one of whom suffered permanent paralysis. [01:00:57.860 --> 01:01:00.860] Students who were shot had been protesting the Cambodian campaign, [01:01:00.860 --> 01:01:11.860] which President Richard Nixon announced during his televised address a week before on April 30. [01:01:11.860 --> 01:01:16.860] In recent news, State Attorney for Baltimore City Merlin Mosby charged six police officers on Friday, [01:01:16.860 --> 01:01:19.860] May 1, with the murder and manslaughter of Freddie Gray. [01:01:19.860 --> 01:01:23.860] She filed the charges almost as soon as she received the medical examiner's report [01:01:23.860 --> 01:01:26.860] that ruled Mr. Gray's death a homicide, [01:01:26.860 --> 01:01:35.860] and a day after the police concluded their internal investigation and handed over their report. [01:01:35.860 --> 01:01:40.860] Over the weekend, two men drove up to the Curtis Coelho Center in the Dallas suburb of Garland [01:01:40.860 --> 01:01:43.860] and began shooting at a security officer, whom they injured but not fatally. [01:01:43.860 --> 01:01:47.860] Garland police officers did immediately return fire and killed the two men. [01:01:47.860 --> 01:01:52.860] The center was holding a contest hosted by the New York-based American Freedom Defense Initiative, [01:01:52.860 --> 01:01:58.860] who was awarding $10,000 for the best cartoon depicting it, the founder of Islam, Mohammed. [01:01:58.860 --> 01:02:02.860] Of the two gunmen, Elton Simpson was well known by the FBI, [01:02:02.860 --> 01:02:05.860] for he was the main suspect in a previous terror investigation. [01:02:05.860 --> 01:02:08.860] Unclear why the FBI was unable to pick up on this event, [01:02:08.860 --> 01:02:13.860] since Simpson and his accomplice were very outspoken about their plans on social media. [01:02:13.860 --> 01:02:23.860] Several mainstream media sources have been censoring the many depictions of the prophet from the event. [01:02:23.860 --> 01:02:28.860] The United States Geological Survey confirmed two earthquakes rattled north Texas on Sunday. [01:02:28.860 --> 01:02:34.860] A 3.2 and a 2.5 magnitude quakes struck between 10-11 and 11-12 a.m. [01:02:34.860 --> 01:02:38.860] They were only two to four miles north of the city of Irving, Texas. [01:02:38.860 --> 01:02:47.860] Many suspect a correlation between fracking in those areas. [01:02:47.860 --> 01:02:50.860] The Lone Star Lowdown is currently looking for sponsors. [01:02:50.860 --> 01:02:53.860] If you have a product or a service that you would like to advertise on the Lowdown, [01:02:53.860 --> 01:02:57.860] feel free to give us a call at 210-863-5617. [01:02:57.860 --> 01:03:04.860] This has been the Lowdown for May 4, 2015. [01:03:27.860 --> 01:03:31.860] I won't pay for the war with my body. [01:03:31.860 --> 01:03:34.860] Ain't gonna pay for the car with my money. [01:03:34.860 --> 01:03:37.860] I won't pay for the fun with my body. [01:03:37.860 --> 01:03:41.860] The plans wicked and the logic shoddy. [01:03:41.860 --> 01:03:44.860] Ain't gonna pay for the oil with my body. [01:03:44.860 --> 01:03:48.860] I won't pay for the boys with my money. [01:03:48.860 --> 01:03:52.860] Ain't gonna pay for the kids with my body. [01:03:52.860 --> 01:03:55.860] The whole agenda smells funny. [01:03:55.860 --> 01:04:01.860] I wanna fight in a war of my own. [01:04:01.860 --> 01:04:08.860] Not one would speak, let it back, let it grow. [01:04:08.860 --> 01:04:15.860] I wanna pay for a war of my own. [01:04:15.860 --> 01:04:18.860] They live in glass houses so I can walk home. [01:04:18.860 --> 01:04:22.860] Alright folks, we are back. This is Rule of Law Radio. [01:04:22.860 --> 01:04:27.860] Alright, I'm going to wrap up here with Andrew and then I've got Meta in Texas. [01:04:27.860 --> 01:04:31.860] Alright, Andrew, I need to wrap this up. What else do you got? [01:04:31.860 --> 01:04:35.860] Yeah, you were talking about recently about how the courts of rule that you have no rights at the border, [01:04:35.860 --> 01:04:38.860] even though that's absurd because rights are inalienable. [01:04:38.860 --> 01:04:44.860] Now, the implications behind that, does that process of purposes mean that it is pointless [01:04:44.860 --> 01:04:49.860] to try to use your transportation stop script at the border because they will take advantage of the fact [01:04:49.860 --> 01:04:53.860] that the courts of rule you have no rights there to smash out your window and make your life miserable? [01:04:53.860 --> 01:05:00.860] Well, the courts have ruled dealing with search and seizure rights, which I disagree with vehemently. [01:05:00.860 --> 01:05:09.860] Our rights don't stop simply because we're passing from one place to another, especially in our own country. [01:05:09.860 --> 01:05:16.860] So this BS about we don't have any at the border checkpoints is complete baloney in my book. [01:05:16.860 --> 01:05:23.860] So as far as the transportation script goes, that's not relevant to the issue of what they're doing specifically at the borders [01:05:23.860 --> 01:05:26.860] because they're trying to get by search and seizure. [01:05:26.860 --> 01:05:29.860] It's got nothing to do with so-called transportation. [01:05:29.860 --> 01:05:36.860] They're trying to waive your fundamental search and seizure rights. [01:05:36.860 --> 01:05:40.860] Alright, thanks for clarifying that. Alright, that's it. [01:05:40.860 --> 01:05:42.860] Okay. Well, thanks for calling in, man. [01:05:42.860 --> 01:05:44.860] You're welcome. Take care. [01:05:44.860 --> 01:05:49.860] Alright, now we're going to go to Meta in Texas. Meta, what can we do for you? [01:05:49.860 --> 01:05:53.860] Hey, well, somebody told me we have a tornado coming. [01:05:53.860 --> 01:05:59.860] But other than that, I was calling in about what we talked about the other day. [01:05:59.860 --> 01:06:05.860] A friend of mine, who is a witness in our case, was coming into Sanderson. [01:06:05.860 --> 01:06:10.860] And before he hit Sanderson, he saw four DPS officers over to the side of the road, [01:06:10.860 --> 01:06:14.860] and they kind of waved him on because he went on in. [01:06:14.860 --> 01:06:19.860] He was in a text-dot vehicle, got into his personal automobile, [01:06:19.860 --> 01:06:23.860] which is a pickup truck, and was heading out of town at the other end of town. [01:06:23.860 --> 01:06:32.860] And a fifth DPS officer stopped him coming from the other direction to do a driver's license and insurance check. [01:06:32.860 --> 01:06:40.860] Now, my friend's wife is a former deputy sheriff out of Georgia. [01:06:40.860 --> 01:06:42.860] They have a funny accent. [01:06:42.860 --> 01:06:44.860] And she said, it's illegal in Georgia. [01:06:44.860 --> 01:06:47.860] And I talked to you, and you said the same thing. [01:06:47.860 --> 01:06:50.860] Yes, that is illegal in Texas. [01:06:50.860 --> 01:06:56.860] The thing I find interesting is, you know, we've gone months without seeing DPS anywhere. [01:06:56.860 --> 01:07:01.860] And now, all of a sudden, there seems to be this infestation of them all over the place. [01:07:01.860 --> 01:07:02.860] Somebody thinks there's a... [01:07:02.860 --> 01:07:07.860] Well, infestation has been true no matter where they've been, but go ahead. [01:07:07.860 --> 01:07:10.860] Well, they seem to be coming, you know, all over this place. [01:07:10.860 --> 01:07:14.860] But I just thought I'd pass that on. [01:07:14.860 --> 01:07:25.860] I know Patrick probably talked about the drug interdiction program they had going on on your show before, I think. [01:07:25.860 --> 01:07:26.860] Yes, no? [01:07:26.860 --> 01:07:28.860] Yeah, he did. [01:07:28.860 --> 01:07:37.860] Okay, so it's not, you know, a possibility could be the fact that when they ran his license plates or his driver's license, [01:07:37.860 --> 01:07:42.860] it came back, because our sheriff knows that this guy is a witness in our case. [01:07:42.860 --> 01:07:44.860] And probably that's why he just said, go on. [01:07:44.860 --> 01:07:47.860] But it was, you know, they're doing the drug interdiction out here. [01:07:47.860 --> 01:07:51.860] It wouldn't surprise me if Border Patrol would have showed up with their dog to walk around, [01:07:51.860 --> 01:07:56.860] and he'd just hold them there until they showed up, had he been anybody else. [01:07:56.860 --> 01:08:00.860] But either way, both of them are illegal the way they do it. [01:08:00.860 --> 01:08:08.860] Yeah, there's lots of things that y'all have described that I would say are absolutely illegal about what's going on out there right now. [01:08:08.860 --> 01:08:09.860] Oh, I do. [01:08:09.860 --> 01:08:15.860] Yeah, the one thing, you know, border checkpoints are one thing, but, you know, it's like the roving patrols and stuff. [01:08:15.860 --> 01:08:22.860] If you get into reading the Constitution, everybody is using a court case from 1953 [01:08:22.860 --> 01:08:31.860] that says that it's not unreasonable for Border Patrol to check commercial vehicles up to 100 miles inland. [01:08:31.860 --> 01:08:38.860] But nobody ever talks about 1957, and that's where Congress had a study done. [01:08:38.860 --> 01:08:43.860] And basically, the study came back and said the federal government and courts and stuff [01:08:43.860 --> 01:08:52.860] can't get around the Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 of the U.S. Constitution, [01:08:52.860 --> 01:09:00.860] which defines where the federal government has jurisdiction and doesn't have jurisdiction within the boundaries of the state. [01:09:00.860 --> 01:09:05.860] So how can they grant jurisdiction to Border Patrol or anybody else? [01:09:05.860 --> 01:09:12.860] They can't, and they don't have jurisdiction at the border of any state either. [01:09:12.860 --> 01:09:21.860] No, in Texas, we ceded jurisdiction only from the center of the river to the riverbank. [01:09:21.860 --> 01:09:31.860] And there's a few places we have ceded for the inland checkpoint jurisdiction. [01:09:31.860 --> 01:09:40.860] As far as I know, Metta, we've given them a place to establish a base, but we haven't ceded anything, [01:09:40.860 --> 01:09:46.860] because every piece of land that Texas has ceded is specifically recorded as such. [01:09:46.860 --> 01:09:54.860] And in order for us to cede jurisdiction, we have to cede the land with it, and we haven't done that. [01:09:54.860 --> 01:10:00.860] I know that we did at the Border Patrol station. They built a station here. [01:10:00.860 --> 01:10:08.860] I bet you the land is not ceded. The land may be authorized for that use, just like a federal building, [01:10:08.860 --> 01:10:15.860] but that doesn't mean they own the land or the building. [01:10:15.860 --> 01:10:24.860] No, I think it's the other way on this one, because they had to wait several months to get the jurisdiction [01:10:24.860 --> 01:10:27.860] before they could move from their old place to the new place. [01:10:27.860 --> 01:10:33.860] Yeah, you may want to do a public information request to see if that land's actually been ceded or not. [01:10:33.860 --> 01:10:37.860] But even so, it would only be the specific piece of land that was ceded. [01:10:37.860 --> 01:10:40.860] It wouldn't be one inch beyond that. [01:10:40.860 --> 01:10:49.860] Oh, I know that. But like I said, in 1957, nobody ever talks about that one study by Congress. [01:10:49.860 --> 01:10:58.860] And I have it on one of my motions that I went into a lot of detail about that says that the Border Patrol does not have jurisdiction. [01:10:58.860 --> 01:11:00.860] Right. [01:11:00.860 --> 01:11:10.860] Okay, well, that's all I wanted to do, just let people know that they're out there doing preemptive stops for your driver's license and insurance. [01:11:10.860 --> 01:11:14.860] Yeah, that is illegal here. We need to say so. [01:11:14.860 --> 01:11:16.860] Hey, Eddie, can I pop in here real quick? [01:11:16.860 --> 01:11:17.860] Sure. [01:11:17.860 --> 01:11:27.860] Yeah, about the seeding issue, the records for that, for what land has been ceded to the federal government by our state, [01:11:27.860 --> 01:11:30.860] is at the Texas Archives Library here in Austin. [01:11:30.860 --> 01:11:36.860] And I actually already went down there a few years ago, and I got all the records on that. [01:11:36.860 --> 01:11:44.860] And basically, there's not very much land in Texas that has ever been ceded to the federal government. [01:11:44.860 --> 01:11:49.860] There's a few military bases and federal prisons, and that's about it. [01:11:49.860 --> 01:11:59.860] I mean, in fact, I remember talking to former Sheriff Raymond Frank about this when he was on active duty in the Air Force at Bergstrom, [01:11:59.860 --> 01:12:06.860] when Bergstrom was an Air Force base, even Bergstrom Air Force base was not ceded to the federal government. [01:12:06.860 --> 01:12:14.860] They didn't have federal jurisdiction there, and so whenever there was any kind of a dispute or like a bar brawl or something like that, [01:12:14.860 --> 01:12:19.860] the MP, the military police couldn't do anything about it. They had to call the sheriff out, [01:12:19.860 --> 01:12:24.860] because that land was technically not under federal jurisdiction. [01:12:24.860 --> 01:12:32.860] And just because the federal government, even if they own a piece of land, or like say, for example, say they buy a piece of land for post office, [01:12:32.860 --> 01:12:37.860] that doesn't mean that land is ceded to the federal government. That doesn't mean they have federal jurisdiction. [01:12:37.860 --> 01:12:40.860] This whole thing happened in Oklahoma City with the Murrah bombing. [01:12:40.860 --> 01:12:46.860] That federal building, that land was not ceded to the federal government. That should have been a state murder trial. [01:12:46.860 --> 01:12:53.860] Okay, and I can, we've talked about the Oklahoma City case at great length, and I've co-produced a movie on that, A Noble Lie, [01:12:53.860 --> 01:12:58.860] but at any rate, yeah, you could do an open records request meta. [01:12:58.860 --> 01:13:04.860] I've done the research several years ago. I don't know where it is right now, [01:13:04.860 --> 01:13:09.860] but at any rate, probably the land that you're talking about has not been ceded to the federal government, [01:13:09.860 --> 01:13:18.860] because basically, from my research, it's only federal prisons and some military bases, and that's it. [01:13:18.860 --> 01:13:22.860] Well, this one was ceded after your case with the rainbow? [01:13:22.860 --> 01:13:25.860] No, this had nothing to do with that. [01:13:25.860 --> 01:13:27.860] Okay, I'm talking about the timeframe. [01:13:27.860 --> 01:13:31.860] No, I did my research on it much later than that. [01:13:31.860 --> 01:13:34.860] Okay, but... [01:13:34.860 --> 01:13:39.860] That rainbow incident happened in New Mexico anyway. That research had nothing to do with any of that. [01:13:39.860 --> 01:13:48.860] Okay, a few years, I want to say in the 1920s, I wish Pat was up, he's not feeling well, but he's laying down, [01:13:48.860 --> 01:13:57.860] but back in the 19, I want to say 20s, they passed a bill here in Texas saying that if they did cede jurisdiction to, [01:13:57.860 --> 01:14:06.860] or say to any federal government, they retain joint jurisdiction. [01:14:06.860 --> 01:14:12.860] Yeah, and that would be true, but that would mean that they can't exercise simultaneous jurisdiction [01:14:12.860 --> 01:14:16.860] if it's not one that the Fed would normally have within the state, [01:14:16.860 --> 01:14:21.860] and any criminal acts committed within the boundaries of the state are strictly state. [01:14:21.860 --> 01:14:26.860] Okay, that works for me. [01:14:26.860 --> 01:14:31.860] Yeah, and that's exactly why Timothy McVeigh's trial was such a travesty of justice [01:14:31.860 --> 01:14:34.860] and absolutely unconstitutional on its face. [01:14:34.860 --> 01:14:41.860] Federal government had no power to take over that case and prosecute, none. [01:14:41.860 --> 01:14:45.860] Well, I know, but they do it anyway. We both know that. [01:14:45.860 --> 01:14:49.860] Well, they had to do it in this case. They set him up for it. [01:14:49.860 --> 01:14:54.860] They had to make sure that it wasn't uncovered by a real trial. [01:14:54.860 --> 01:15:01.860] Oh, I know. Isn't that why Heidelberg, I think his name was, Hobby Heidelberg, [01:15:01.860 --> 01:15:05.860] they fired him off the grand jury because they didn't want him, [01:15:05.860 --> 01:15:10.860] because he wanted to ask questions and interview people. [01:15:10.860 --> 01:15:14.860] So it was a bad case, but they do it all the time. [01:15:14.860 --> 01:15:20.860] You know, look at Patrick. He's being railroaded. We know it. [01:15:20.860 --> 01:15:25.860] We got a letter, you know, denying him access to any of the videos [01:15:25.860 --> 01:15:29.860] and things of that nature, you know, body mics and stuff. [01:15:29.860 --> 01:15:39.860] But one of the officers, and of course they gave a number and not who the officer was, [01:15:39.860 --> 01:15:44.860] said that Pat was anti-government and known to be armed and dangerous. [01:15:44.860 --> 01:15:50.860] You know, my husband, you saw him, he weighs 110 pounds with a smile on. [01:15:50.860 --> 01:15:54.860] His disease has progressed a lot worse. [01:15:54.860 --> 01:16:00.860] He's, you know, never been anti-government. He ran for office. [01:16:00.860 --> 01:16:06.860] You know, he's a disabled veteran, but it was meant to just cause problems for him. [01:16:06.860 --> 01:16:11.860] Can you imagine all these people saying, well, he's anti-government and he's armed and dangerous, [01:16:11.860 --> 01:16:15.860] and as they're throwing the spikes over the road, what they're going to do to him, [01:16:15.860 --> 01:16:23.860] thinking he's anti-government, he's this bad person, you know, painting him as a real terrorist? [01:16:23.860 --> 01:16:28.860] Yeah, I do. And so that's the problem. [01:16:28.860 --> 01:16:33.860] But I think based upon the document I fixed up for you and sent back, [01:16:33.860 --> 01:16:38.860] hopefully that will help you all get the court of inquiry that you need. [01:16:38.860 --> 01:16:41.860] Okay, Meta, I've got to take a break. You want to hang on for a minute? [01:16:41.860 --> 01:16:44.860] I don't know. I'll let other callers go, but thank you. [01:16:44.860 --> 01:16:46.860] Yes, ma'am. Thanks for calling in. [01:16:46.860 --> 01:16:47.860] Okay, bye-bye. [01:16:47.860 --> 01:16:48.860] Bye-bye. [01:16:48.860 --> 01:16:52.860] All right, folks, 512-646-1984. [01:16:52.860 --> 01:17:09.860] Give us a call, get in line, let's talk. We'll be right back. [01:17:22.860 --> 01:17:25.860] We'll be right back. [01:17:52.860 --> 01:17:57.860] We'll be right back. [01:18:22.860 --> 01:18:27.860] We'll be right back. [01:18:52.860 --> 01:19:10.860] This is The Logos Radio Network. [01:19:10.860 --> 01:19:35.860] Thank you. [01:19:35.860 --> 01:19:47.860] All right, folks, we are back. [01:19:47.860 --> 01:19:50.860] This is The Logos Radio. [01:19:50.860 --> 01:19:54.860] All right, calling number is 512-646-1984. [01:19:54.860 --> 01:19:56.860] I need some callers up on the board. [01:19:56.860 --> 01:19:58.860] Right now I've got Truthrader up. [01:19:58.860 --> 01:20:00.860] Rader, what can we do for you? [01:20:00.860 --> 01:20:02.860] Good evening, Eddie. Welcome back. [01:20:02.860 --> 01:20:04.860] Welcome back. Where'd I go? [01:20:04.860 --> 01:20:07.860] I have a sarconic warning that I have to give to America, [01:20:07.860 --> 01:20:10.860] because this is my community service to the country [01:20:10.860 --> 01:20:13.860] and to all the listeners out there. [01:20:13.860 --> 01:20:15.860] By the way, I need to preface. [01:20:15.860 --> 01:20:18.860] I am Carl the Truthrader, because there is somebody out there [01:20:18.860 --> 01:20:20.860] that calls himself the Truthrader, [01:20:20.860 --> 01:20:23.860] and I don't want to infringe on his name, [01:20:23.860 --> 01:20:25.860] but I don't know who came first, as they say. [01:20:25.860 --> 01:20:27.860] Which came first, the chicken or the egg? [01:20:27.860 --> 01:20:29.860] Carl the Truthrader or the Truthrader? [01:20:29.860 --> 01:20:31.860] Well, we'll find out. [01:20:31.860 --> 01:20:35.860] You know, as it says, everything comes out in the wash, as they say. [01:20:35.860 --> 01:20:39.860] Ladies and gentlemen, if you rent an apartment complex [01:20:39.860 --> 01:20:42.860] and a multi-family housing place, [01:20:42.860 --> 01:20:47.860] and you have immigrant families or special minority groups, [01:20:47.860 --> 01:20:53.860] and you live there, especially if you're an individual, [01:20:53.860 --> 01:20:57.860] if you make a certain amount of complaints about what's going on, [01:20:57.860 --> 01:21:01.860] this is the deal, they can do anything they want, pretty much. [01:21:01.860 --> 01:21:05.860] And over a course of a period of over two years, [01:21:05.860 --> 01:21:08.860] I've made some complaints, and I've done it the right way. [01:21:08.860 --> 01:21:11.860] I haven't gone in there. I haven't cursed. [01:21:11.860 --> 01:21:13.860] I haven't been aggressive. [01:21:13.860 --> 01:21:19.860] I've used their security patrol service to make and document the complaints, [01:21:19.860 --> 01:21:24.860] noise complaints, whatever, parking in my assigned spot, [01:21:24.860 --> 01:21:27.860] having trash and litter outside, having their children running around, [01:21:27.860 --> 01:21:32.860] trying doorknobs, other people's apartments, taking things off of my patio, [01:21:32.860 --> 01:21:35.860] being out late at night, any and all of these things. [01:21:35.860 --> 01:21:39.860] I mean, there's much more to that, but that's just an example of just some of the things. [01:21:39.860 --> 01:21:42.860] At the end of your lease term, I give you this warning, folks. [01:21:42.860 --> 01:21:48.860] If you make enough complaints, at the end of your lease, you will be kicked out, [01:21:48.860 --> 01:21:50.860] and there's nothing you can do about it. [01:21:50.860 --> 01:21:53.860] You have no rights. They can do whatever they want to you. [01:21:53.860 --> 01:21:56.860] Well, they get paid, and that's what's happened to me. [01:21:56.860 --> 01:21:59.860] Yeah, they get paid for the subsidized housing individuals. [01:21:59.860 --> 01:22:02.860] They don't get paid for you, so... [01:22:02.860 --> 01:22:08.860] Right. Well, I pay the market rent, you know, the regular apartment market rent. [01:22:08.860 --> 01:22:11.860] And I've applied for all those programs in the past because of limited income. [01:22:11.860 --> 01:22:15.860] I just have a small pension, a retirement pension. I don't have that very much. [01:22:15.860 --> 01:22:19.860] But I've applied for them, and I've been passed up every time. [01:22:19.860 --> 01:22:23.860] I have neighbors here that apparently, you know... [01:22:23.860 --> 01:22:27.860] There's one individual that has a menial type of a job, [01:22:27.860 --> 01:22:30.860] some type of a city worker or some type of a labor job. [01:22:30.860 --> 01:22:32.860] But they have nice cars. [01:22:32.860 --> 01:22:35.860] But the rest of them have these nice cars. They don't have any jobs. [01:22:35.860 --> 01:22:37.860] It doesn't make any sense to me. [01:22:37.860 --> 01:22:41.860] But anyway, I wanted to give that warning to people out there to save them some grief. [01:22:41.860 --> 01:22:43.860] Make sure you do your research. [01:22:43.860 --> 01:22:45.860] Make sure if you're going to go somewhere that, you know, [01:22:45.860 --> 01:22:49.860] read your lease very carefully that this is what happened to me. [01:22:49.860 --> 01:22:51.860] And I have no say in the matter. [01:22:51.860 --> 01:22:56.860] I have 60 days to get out, and that's it. [01:22:56.860 --> 01:22:58.860] I did nothing wrong. I have... [01:22:58.860 --> 01:22:59.860] I'm sure you did. [01:22:59.860 --> 01:23:01.860] In one violation. [01:23:01.860 --> 01:23:06.860] You went into arguing about their ability to collect money. [01:23:06.860 --> 01:23:12.860] Yeah. Well, I went to an attorney, which I had to, from a reference from a friend of mine, [01:23:12.860 --> 01:23:15.860] said that they're very good and they fear seeing him come into court [01:23:15.860 --> 01:23:19.860] when dealing with him as an attorney against them. [01:23:19.860 --> 01:23:24.860] So I said, well, okay, then he must have some knowledge about this field and area. [01:23:24.860 --> 01:23:27.860] And he just pretty much said, well, I'm looking through things here. [01:23:27.860 --> 01:23:31.860] You know, pretty much nothing they did illegal here. [01:23:31.860 --> 01:23:33.860] And you know, I understand that. I know the law. [01:23:33.860 --> 01:23:38.860] At the end of your lease term, they have the right to ask for their property back. [01:23:38.860 --> 01:23:40.860] There's no problem with that. [01:23:40.860 --> 01:23:42.860] But what I'm asking for is an extension. [01:23:42.860 --> 01:23:45.860] Perhaps they'll give me an extra month or two so I can look for someplace. [01:23:45.860 --> 01:23:49.860] I mean, they didn't even bother to address anything. [01:23:49.860 --> 01:23:55.860] If there's something excessive that I did, was I a nuisance in making complaints? [01:23:55.860 --> 01:23:57.860] Were they frivolous in nature? [01:23:57.860 --> 01:24:02.860] No. Not even giving me a chance to say, well, you know, we feel this is a little bit frivolous. [01:24:02.860 --> 01:24:03.860] Do you need to tone it down? [01:24:03.860 --> 01:24:06.860] Or, you know, we're telling you you're becoming a little bit of a nuisance [01:24:06.860 --> 01:24:11.860] and we might have to, you know, terminate your – after the end of your lease, have to terminate your tenancy. [01:24:11.860 --> 01:24:13.860] Not any warning at all. [01:24:13.860 --> 01:24:16.860] The manager that was there didn't get things done. [01:24:16.860 --> 01:24:22.860] She winded up taking another position on another property in a better side of town, [01:24:22.860 --> 01:24:29.860] have a new manager in there, and she did the dirty rotten thing to leave her the dirty work to serve this to me. [01:24:29.860 --> 01:24:30.860] And she has nothing to do with it. [01:24:30.860 --> 01:24:33.860] The new manager has nothing to do with this. [01:24:33.860 --> 01:24:38.860] So, you know, it's disgusting. [01:24:38.860 --> 01:24:41.860] And ironically, when the new manager came in, [01:24:41.860 --> 01:24:47.860] a lot of issues that weren't taken care of are now starting to be taken care of with this new manager. [01:24:47.860 --> 01:24:49.860] But I'm not going to be able to enjoy the fruits of this. [01:24:49.860 --> 01:24:55.860] I'm going to be on the street. [01:24:55.860 --> 01:24:56.860] Well – [01:24:56.860 --> 01:24:57.860] What are my options, Eddie? [01:24:57.860 --> 01:24:58.860] What do you think? [01:24:58.860 --> 01:25:00.860] I don't see where you have any. [01:25:00.860 --> 01:25:01.860] Legally speaking, the lease is up. [01:25:01.860 --> 01:25:08.860] They're not under any obligation to provide you with extra time to find a place to live if you knew the lease was going to end. [01:25:08.860 --> 01:25:15.860] You can't argue you didn't know that you were going to have to move if you didn't renew the lease. [01:25:15.860 --> 01:25:16.860] No, no, that's not it. [01:25:16.860 --> 01:25:20.860] The deal is there was no say that they were going to not offer me another lease. [01:25:20.860 --> 01:25:22.860] They didn't give me any warning. [01:25:22.860 --> 01:25:24.860] Yeah, but they don't have to. [01:25:24.860 --> 01:25:26.860] The lease is ending. [01:25:26.860 --> 01:25:30.860] There's nothing that says they have to say, hey, your lease is coming up. [01:25:30.860 --> 01:25:31.860] We're not going to renew it. [01:25:31.860 --> 01:25:34.860] Where is that written? [01:25:34.860 --> 01:25:35.860] Okay. [01:25:35.860 --> 01:25:36.860] Okay, fair enough. [01:25:36.860 --> 01:25:40.860] But, I mean, the new manager came in. [01:25:40.860 --> 01:25:41.860] This is what she told me. [01:25:41.860 --> 01:25:43.860] Just, you know, okay, this is a new beginning, everything. [01:25:43.860 --> 01:25:44.860] I'm here now. [01:25:44.860 --> 01:25:45.860] The old manager's gone. [01:25:45.860 --> 01:25:46.860] Just maintain your lease. [01:25:46.860 --> 01:25:47.860] Everything's fine. [01:25:47.860 --> 01:25:52.860] And then I went in a couple of weeks later and she said, well, you know, this is something I want to tell you. [01:25:52.860 --> 01:25:58.860] They're not planning on renewing your lease, but they plan on giving you a month to month. [01:25:58.860 --> 01:25:59.860] Okay? [01:25:59.860 --> 01:26:03.860] And then I get this notice on the door. [01:26:03.860 --> 01:26:11.860] And incidentally, in the interim, I did meet the supervisor for the previous manager and it was all wonderful. [01:26:11.860 --> 01:26:12.860] I mean, she was very nice to me. [01:26:12.860 --> 01:26:13.860] She was glad to meet me. [01:26:13.860 --> 01:26:14.860] Everything was fine. [01:26:14.860 --> 01:26:15.860] Here's what we're going to do. [01:26:15.860 --> 01:26:17.860] We're going to take care of things now. [01:26:17.860 --> 01:26:18.860] It's a brand new start. [01:26:18.860 --> 01:26:20.860] Everything is wonderful. [01:26:20.860 --> 01:26:22.860] Sunshine and rainbows and everything. [01:26:22.860 --> 01:26:26.860] And then within a week, I get this notice on my door. [01:26:26.860 --> 01:26:29.860] Well, you said for the old manager, right? [01:26:29.860 --> 01:26:30.860] Yeah, the old manager. [01:26:30.860 --> 01:26:36.860] Which means she's not there to do anything on the new stuff, right? [01:26:36.860 --> 01:26:37.860] No, no, no. [01:26:37.860 --> 01:26:41.860] The manager that was here before didn't take care of a lot of things. [01:26:41.860 --> 01:26:42.860] Okay? [01:26:42.860 --> 01:26:43.860] She was negligent. [01:26:43.860 --> 01:26:49.860] As a matter of fact, the new manager that came in had to clear up and fix a lot of stuff as far as files, you know, [01:26:49.860 --> 01:26:53.860] things that are stored in the computer bank for that particular property. [01:26:53.860 --> 01:26:55.860] A lot of stuff was not taken care of. [01:26:55.860 --> 01:26:56.860] Things weren't done. [01:26:56.860 --> 01:26:57.860] Things weren't arranged. [01:26:57.860 --> 01:27:01.860] You know, repairs weren't made and so on and so forth. [01:27:01.860 --> 01:27:06.860] So the new manager came in that I got a chance to meet the supervisor coming in to help her arrange that stuff. [01:27:06.860 --> 01:27:07.860] And everything was nice. [01:27:07.860 --> 01:27:09.860] And, you know, it was cordial. [01:27:09.860 --> 01:27:12.860] There was no signs that they were going to do anything like this. [01:27:12.860 --> 01:27:17.860] But what that old manager did is she put it in the works to make sure not to renew my lease at the end. [01:27:17.860 --> 01:27:22.860] And then she takes off before the new manager comes in to have to do the dirty work. [01:27:22.860 --> 01:27:26.860] Okay. [01:27:26.860 --> 01:27:28.860] Say, you got me? [01:27:28.860 --> 01:27:38.860] Yeah, but I'm just not seeing how they're becoming liable for anything in relation to a lease not being renewed. [01:27:38.860 --> 01:27:40.860] No, no, I'm not arguing that. [01:27:40.860 --> 01:27:42.860] I understand that that's the law. [01:27:42.860 --> 01:27:45.860] Well, I'm not even arguing that it's the law. [01:27:45.860 --> 01:27:50.860] I'm just simply saying I'm not really understanding what it is you're asking me to comment on at this point [01:27:50.860 --> 01:27:56.860] because everything you're talking about, it's perfectly legitimate for them to do. [01:27:56.860 --> 01:28:03.860] One person may tell you one thing, but that person may not be the one that ultimately gets to make the decision. [01:28:03.860 --> 01:28:11.860] They may have honestly been told, well, this is what we're planning on doing, but plans get changed and not always for reasons somebody likes. [01:28:11.860 --> 01:28:18.860] But unless you've got something to show that their actions against you are discriminatory in some fashion [01:28:18.860 --> 01:28:24.860] rather than some other basis that decided just not to rent to you, I don't know where else you could go with that [01:28:24.860 --> 01:28:33.860] because no law can compel them to rent to you unless you can show that the reason they didn't was discriminatory. [01:28:33.860 --> 01:28:39.860] I think so, and there's what you would call circumstantial evidence to prove so. [01:28:39.860 --> 01:28:42.860] Yeah, but there's two problems here. [01:28:42.860 --> 01:28:51.860] Is the circumstantial evidence enough to get the result you want and is it admissible in court? [01:28:51.860 --> 01:28:53.860] Yeah. [01:28:53.860 --> 01:28:59.860] Well, they said that because I was making all these complaints that I was a nuisance and I was perhaps word of mouth [01:28:59.860 --> 01:29:06.860] saying from another tenant thought that I was, quote, crazy, unquote. [01:29:06.860 --> 01:29:11.860] Okay, which alters things how? [01:29:11.860 --> 01:29:13.860] Complaints are founded. [01:29:13.860 --> 01:29:24.860] Well, that may be true, but show me where that is against the law to kick you out because you filed complaints and your lease was up. [01:29:24.860 --> 01:29:30.860] It would be one thing for them to kick you out for making founded complaints in the middle of your lease. [01:29:30.860 --> 01:29:31.860] Right. [01:29:31.860 --> 01:29:37.860] But it's something else entirely when they look, look, this guy, in my opinion, has been a problem to us. [01:29:37.860 --> 01:29:40.860] So when his lease comes up, don't renew it. [01:29:40.860 --> 01:29:49.860] They don't have any obligation to do that, and they're free to make the choice on anything they want as long as it's not racially motivated. [01:29:49.860 --> 01:29:51.860] Okay, so hang on just a second, Raider. [01:29:51.860 --> 01:29:53.860] We'll be right back after this break. [01:29:53.860 --> 01:30:01.860] All right, folks, 512-646-1984, give us a call. [01:30:01.860 --> 01:30:03.860] Are you cautious online? [01:30:03.860 --> 01:30:08.860] A new breed of criminal is hoping you're careful about sites you visit and avoid downloading spyware. [01:30:08.860 --> 01:30:10.860] That makes you the perfect mark. [01:30:10.860 --> 01:30:15.860] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be back in a moment with a frightening twist in cybercrime. [01:30:15.860 --> 01:30:17.860] Privacy is under attack. [01:30:17.860 --> 01:30:20.860] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:30:20.860 --> 01:30:25.860] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish, too. [01:30:25.860 --> 01:30:30.860] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. [01:30:30.860 --> 01:30:33.860] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [01:30:33.860 --> 01:30:40.860] This public service announcement is brought to you by Startpage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [01:30:40.860 --> 01:30:44.860] Start over with Startpage. [01:30:44.860 --> 01:30:47.860] You're surfing the Internet, and you think you're safe. [01:30:47.860 --> 01:30:49.860] After all, you take precautions. [01:30:49.860 --> 01:30:56.860] Then out of the blue, a window pops up that warns you that your computer has been infected and provides a link for antivirus software. [01:30:56.860 --> 01:30:57.860] Oh, no. [01:30:57.860 --> 01:30:58.860] Don't be fooled. [01:30:58.860 --> 01:31:01.860] You're the target of cybercriminals peddling scareware. [01:31:01.860 --> 01:31:03.860] Scareware is scam software. [01:31:03.860 --> 01:31:08.860] It might cost 50 bucks, or it could be free, but you'll pay a steep price if you fall for it. [01:31:08.860 --> 01:31:11.860] Just visiting a scareware site could infect your computer. [01:31:11.860 --> 01:31:17.860] And if you buy their worthless software, it often comes loaded with malware that siphons your personal information. [01:31:17.860 --> 01:31:21.860] If you download it, you'll really have something to worry about. [01:31:21.860 --> 01:31:22.860] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [01:31:22.860 --> 01:31:29.860] More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:31:37.860 --> 01:31:42.860] However, 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded it was a controlled demolition. [01:31:42.860 --> 01:31:45.860] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. [01:31:45.860 --> 01:31:47.860] Thousands of my fellow first responders are dying. [01:31:47.860 --> 01:31:49.860] I'm not a conspiracy theorist. [01:31:49.860 --> 01:31:50.860] I'm a structural engineer. [01:31:50.860 --> 01:31:51.860] I'm a New York City correction officer. [01:31:51.860 --> 01:31:52.860] I'm an Air Force pilot. [01:31:52.860 --> 01:31:54.860] I'm a father who lost his son. [01:31:54.860 --> 01:31:56.860] We're Americans, and we deserve the truth. [01:33:41.860 --> 01:33:52.860] All right, folks, we are back. [01:33:52.860 --> 01:33:57.860] This is Rule of Law Radio, the call-in number 512-646-1984. [01:33:57.860 --> 01:34:00.860] We've got a half an hour left in the show. [01:34:00.860 --> 01:34:03.860] All right, Raider, what else you got? [01:34:03.860 --> 01:34:04.860] Thank you, Eddie. [01:34:04.860 --> 01:34:06.860] What I've got is the moral of the story. [01:34:06.860 --> 01:34:14.860] Don't rent from these apartment places unless you really know what's going on and what their policies are and what they will do. [01:34:14.860 --> 01:34:17.860] The deal is it's not so much that they want their property back. [01:34:17.860 --> 01:34:19.860] I don't have a problem with that. [01:34:19.860 --> 01:34:22.860] I understand they have the right to take their property back. [01:34:22.860 --> 01:34:28.860] But at least don't abuse the law of the at-will. [01:34:28.860 --> 01:34:37.860] The at-will clause is that a tenant can always give a landlord a 30-day notice without reason or cause or vice versa. [01:34:37.860 --> 01:34:46.860] And the law was designed to prevent tenants abusing landlords and vice versa. [01:34:46.860 --> 01:34:54.860] This is a case where this particular company is taking advantage of this law. [01:34:54.860 --> 01:34:57.860] It's unjust and it's unfair. [01:34:57.860 --> 01:35:03.860] And I want to go on the radio to make sure people know about it and get it exposed. [01:35:03.860 --> 01:35:05.860] This has got to come to an end. [01:35:05.860 --> 01:35:07.860] But think about that. [01:35:07.860 --> 01:35:10.860] You're calling it unjust and unfair. [01:35:10.860 --> 01:35:22.860] I don't see how that is the case unless it gave them an advantage over you in some way other than the fact that the lease expired. [01:35:22.860 --> 01:35:29.860] If it allowed them to come in and break the lease agreement arbitrarily, you would be correct. [01:35:29.860 --> 01:35:39.860] But we're talking about a law that lets them deal with month to month or the ending of a lease and providing notice for that. [01:35:39.860 --> 01:35:42.860] I don't see how that's unjust. [01:35:42.860 --> 01:35:47.860] They may not like the fact that you complained a lot. [01:35:47.860 --> 01:35:49.860] There's nothing that says they have to like it. [01:35:49.860 --> 01:35:55.860] There's nothing that says they can't base high complaint rates as a reason on why they don't renew. [01:35:55.860 --> 01:36:03.860] Now, if you find a statute that says they can't use that criteria, then you've got a case. [01:36:03.860 --> 01:36:14.860] But as it is, they can do any reason they want as long as they don't break the law to do it. [01:36:14.860 --> 01:36:19.860] I mean, if you own the property and you had somebody that was constantly complaining, I'm not saying that's what you're doing. [01:36:19.860 --> 01:36:28.860] I'm just making a point here that if the people there considered that person to be constantly complaining or filing an excessive number of complaints, [01:36:28.860 --> 01:36:33.860] and they decide, look, this person is just too much trouble when their lease expires, don't renew it. [01:36:33.860 --> 01:36:41.860] If you own the property and made that decision, would you be being unjust or would you just be protecting yourself and your people from a problem? [01:36:41.860 --> 01:36:44.860] You've got to look at this thing from both sides. [01:36:44.860 --> 01:36:47.860] They're dependent on the subsidy housing. [01:36:47.860 --> 01:36:50.860] That's just the way that's going to work. [01:36:50.860 --> 01:36:55.860] The free money is going to win out over the paid money every single time because it's dependable. [01:36:55.860 --> 01:36:57.860] It's 100% reliable. [01:36:57.860 --> 01:37:01.860] It will show up regardless. [01:37:01.860 --> 01:37:04.860] Isn't there something fundamentally wrong with that, Eddie? [01:37:04.860 --> 01:37:09.860] Well, there's something wrong with subsidizing the housing off the publics back in the first place. [01:37:09.860 --> 01:37:12.860] But that's a separate issue from the one we're discussing. [01:37:12.860 --> 01:37:14.860] Thank you. [01:37:14.860 --> 01:37:17.860] Yeah, there's ulterior motives going on here. [01:37:17.860 --> 01:37:21.860] Well, there's ulterior motives in everything. [01:37:21.860 --> 01:37:23.860] Mm-hmm. [01:37:23.860 --> 01:37:26.860] At the expense of the individual. [01:37:26.860 --> 01:37:28.860] And they already know my case. [01:37:28.860 --> 01:37:30.860] Well, you consider it at your expense. [01:37:30.860 --> 01:37:34.860] They consider having you there at their expense. [01:37:34.860 --> 01:37:36.860] You see what I'm saying? [01:37:36.860 --> 01:37:45.860] Well, if I put my rent check in there every single month faithfully, I don't see what that's an issue. [01:37:45.860 --> 01:37:49.860] Yeah, but let's take it from this perspective for just a second, Raider. [01:37:49.860 --> 01:37:53.860] I might rent a place to you and I might think you're a hell of a nice guy, [01:37:53.860 --> 01:37:59.860] but I've got some 26-year-old cheerleader that wants to move in and give me all kinds of additional favors for moving in. [01:37:59.860 --> 01:38:02.860] Your lease is coming up. [01:38:02.860 --> 01:38:03.860] Okay? [01:38:03.860 --> 01:38:04.860] You see the problem here? [01:38:04.860 --> 01:38:12.860] Am I being unjust to you simply because I wish to change my situation out of the deal? [01:38:12.860 --> 01:38:17.860] No, you're just using things to satisfy your needs. [01:38:17.860 --> 01:38:19.860] Well, that's one way of putting it. [01:38:19.860 --> 01:38:22.860] But as an example, you understand my point. [01:38:22.860 --> 01:38:24.860] You have to look at it from them. [01:38:24.860 --> 01:38:25.860] That's their perspective. [01:38:25.860 --> 01:38:28.860] I've got my honeypot over here, which is my subsidized housing. [01:38:28.860 --> 01:38:30.860] I've got everybody else. [01:38:30.860 --> 01:38:34.860] The honeypots aren't complaining, but the other ones are. [01:38:34.860 --> 01:38:38.860] Let's see if we can get more honeypots. [01:38:38.860 --> 01:38:41.860] Yeah, I feel you. [01:38:41.860 --> 01:38:51.860] But the final equation is, yeah, this is favoritism in my view. [01:38:51.860 --> 01:38:53.860] This is just total favoritism. [01:38:53.860 --> 01:39:00.860] Well, I can understand it's your view, but it's not the only view. [01:39:00.860 --> 01:39:01.860] All right, anything else? [01:39:01.860 --> 01:39:02.860] Beware. [01:39:02.860 --> 01:39:05.860] Let the renter beware. [01:39:05.860 --> 01:39:08.860] The renter has to always beware, just like the buyer. [01:39:08.860 --> 01:39:11.860] Yeah, absolutely. [01:39:11.860 --> 01:39:15.860] And that's my community service for America out there. [01:39:15.860 --> 01:39:16.860] Just think about it. [01:39:16.860 --> 01:39:23.860] Make sure you research very well what the character of the real estate company is. [01:39:23.860 --> 01:39:29.860] Make sure that you get a background looking into them to see how fair they are. [01:39:29.860 --> 01:39:32.860] Well, that may not be anything you can check with a background. [01:39:32.860 --> 01:39:35.860] And if you start asking those kind of questions during the rental process, [01:39:35.860 --> 01:39:37.860] you may not get in to begin with. [01:39:37.860 --> 01:39:43.860] So don't count your chickens before they hatch, because that's information you may not be able to get outside of them, [01:39:43.860 --> 01:39:48.860] and they may not be willing to provide it to you or rent to you if you ask for it up front. [01:39:48.860 --> 01:39:51.860] Well, that's the risk you take there. [01:39:51.860 --> 01:39:53.860] But we've got to keep these people straight. [01:39:53.860 --> 01:39:56.860] I mean, we've got to put their feet to the fire. [01:39:56.860 --> 01:39:58.860] Well, I wish you luck on that. [01:39:58.860 --> 01:39:59.860] You know, we're paying our money. [01:39:59.860 --> 01:40:01.860] Well, that's true. [01:40:01.860 --> 01:40:05.860] Identify somebody that appreciates you more rather than subsidized housing. [01:40:05.860 --> 01:40:06.860] All right, absolutely. [01:40:06.860 --> 01:40:07.860] That's my warning out there. [01:40:07.860 --> 01:40:09.860] Be careful when it's multi-family housing. [01:40:09.860 --> 01:40:11.860] They have their ulterior motives. [01:40:11.860 --> 01:40:17.860] They have their honeypot, as you say, to consider over you. [01:40:17.860 --> 01:40:18.860] Right. [01:40:18.860 --> 01:40:19.860] Over the market player. [01:40:19.860 --> 01:40:20.860] All right. [01:40:20.860 --> 01:40:21.860] Anything else? [01:40:21.860 --> 01:40:22.860] Because I've got other callers to get to up here. [01:40:22.860 --> 01:40:23.860] Yes. [01:40:23.860 --> 01:40:24.860] No, that's it. [01:40:24.860 --> 01:40:25.860] I just wanted to expose that out there to America. [01:40:25.860 --> 01:40:26.860] Heed the warning. [01:40:26.860 --> 01:40:27.860] Thank you, Eddie. [01:40:27.860 --> 01:40:28.860] No problem. [01:40:28.860 --> 01:40:29.860] All right. [01:40:29.860 --> 01:40:32.860] Now we're going to go to Daniel in Texas. [01:40:32.860 --> 01:40:36.860] Again, call in number 512-646-1984. [01:40:36.860 --> 01:40:38.860] Daniel, what can we do for you? [01:40:38.860 --> 01:40:40.860] Thanks for taking my call, Eddie. [01:40:40.860 --> 01:40:45.860] I have a question for you in regards to jurisdiction. [01:40:45.860 --> 01:40:57.860] When challenging a court on jurisdiction, and they proceed without... [01:40:57.860 --> 01:40:58.860] What's the best way of saying it? [01:40:58.860 --> 01:40:59.860] They proceed... [01:40:59.860 --> 01:41:02.860] Without proving jurisdiction on the record. [01:41:02.860 --> 01:41:03.860] There you go. [01:41:03.860 --> 01:41:07.860] What kind of court and what kind of case? [01:41:07.860 --> 01:41:08.860] Maybe different courts. [01:41:08.860 --> 01:41:16.860] I'm interested in municipal courts or traffic, and I'm interested in family law, both courts. [01:41:16.860 --> 01:41:23.860] Well, if either party moves in the court, that grants them personal jurisdiction. [01:41:23.860 --> 01:41:26.860] All that leaves is venue and subject matter. [01:41:26.860 --> 01:41:37.860] If the event that's being addressed occurred within the jurisdiction of whatever area that court is designed to cover, they have venue. [01:41:37.860 --> 01:41:40.860] All that leaves is subject matter. [01:41:40.860 --> 01:41:45.860] Is it an issue of law over which that court was given a specific jurisdiction? [01:41:45.860 --> 01:41:57.860] Now, the problem as far as the justice and municipal courts go in relation to traffic, as you put it, is that there are limited jurisdiction courts in those areas, [01:41:57.860 --> 01:42:08.860] and the case law says that jurisdiction must be proven on the record, and yet nothing is ever filed that invokes and proves the jurisdiction of the court for that purpose. [01:42:08.860 --> 01:42:11.860] They claim the complaint does that. [01:42:11.860 --> 01:42:13.860] No, it does not. [01:42:13.860 --> 01:42:23.860] The courts in Texas are completely moronic when it comes to what a complaint is and what it can do and what it can't do. [01:42:23.860 --> 01:42:39.860] So as far as them proving up jurisdiction, they never do it, but you challenge it anyway, and you document the challenge, and you document that it was never proven on the record, [01:42:39.860 --> 01:42:55.860] because one of the things that's a tenet in what they're not proving is that the code they're charging you under for transportation was a code that you were actually liable and had a duty to obey. [01:42:55.860 --> 01:43:01.860] They must prove you were engaged in transportation for the code to be applicable. [01:43:01.860 --> 01:43:03.860] They never prove that. [01:43:03.860 --> 01:43:08.860] They never offer up any evidence of that. [01:43:08.860 --> 01:43:13.860] That's why we challenge it on a transportation basis. [01:43:13.860 --> 01:43:24.860] But once you give up information at the stop or in court that gives prima facie proof of that jurisdiction because of it being transportation, [01:43:24.860 --> 01:43:34.860] such as your license, registration, proof of financial responsibility, then you have given them prima facie proof the jurisdiction applies. [01:43:34.860 --> 01:43:39.860] All right, Daniel, hang on just a second. We'll keep addressing this as we get back from this break. [01:43:39.860 --> 01:43:50.860] All right, folks, we got one segment left. When we get back, 512-646-1984. I don't know if I'll have Daniel the whole segment, so just in case one more caller wouldn't be a bad idea. [01:43:50.860 --> 01:43:59.860] All right, folks, y'all hang in there. We will be right back. [01:43:59.860 --> 01:44:06.860] You feel tired when talking about important topics like money and politics? Are you confused by words like the Constitution or the Federal Reserve? [01:44:06.860 --> 01:44:07.860] What? [01:44:07.860 --> 01:44:12.860] If so, you may be diagnosed with the deadliest disease known today, stupidity. [01:44:12.860 --> 01:44:18.860] Hi, my name is Steve Holt, and like millions of other Americans, I was diagnosed with stupidity at an early age. [01:44:18.860 --> 01:44:24.860] I had no idea that the number one cause of the disease is found in almost every home in America, the television. [01:44:24.860 --> 01:44:29.860] Unfortunately, that puts most Americans at risk of catching stupidity, but there is hope. [01:44:29.860 --> 01:44:35.860] The staff at Brave New Books have helped me and thousands of other Foxaholics suffering from sports zombieism recover. [01:44:35.860 --> 01:44:42.860] And because of Brave New Books, I now enjoy reading and watching educational documentaries without feeling tired or uninterested. [01:44:42.860 --> 01:44:53.860] So if you or anybody you know suffers from stupidity, then you need to call 512-480-2503 or visit them at 1904Guadalupe or bravenewbookstore.com. This is Rule of Law Radio, and we are talking to Daniel in Texas. [01:46:23.860 --> 01:46:28.860] All right, Daniel, please continue. Does that sum it up so far on the jurisdiction stuff? [01:46:28.860 --> 01:46:30.860] It does. Can I ask you another question, though? [01:46:30.860 --> 01:46:31.860] Sure. [01:46:31.860 --> 01:46:41.860] At this point, and this might or might not be related to traffic or the – I'm sorry, transportation code. [01:46:41.860 --> 01:46:49.860] Can you – I've seen the case law that you can challenge – that jurisdiction can be challenged at any point. [01:46:49.860 --> 01:46:57.860] That is correct. Subject matter jurisdiction can be challenged at any point. [01:46:57.860 --> 01:46:58.860] Okay. [01:46:58.860 --> 01:47:04.860] Past, present, or future, or at any stage of any proceeding. [01:47:04.860 --> 01:47:08.860] And what about other courts? For example, civil… [01:47:08.860 --> 01:47:10.860] That's in any court. [01:47:10.860 --> 01:47:11.860] Any court. [01:47:11.860 --> 01:47:20.860] Jurisdiction can be challenged in any court, in any type of case, at any point, in any proceeding, past, present, or future. [01:47:20.860 --> 01:47:28.860] And what if a court proceeds without showing forth subject matter jurisdiction? [01:47:28.860 --> 01:47:36.860] Then if you hold that objection over as an error for appeal and the appellate court agrees with you, you win. [01:47:36.860 --> 01:47:43.860] It will be overturned, or actually it will be declared void. [01:47:43.860 --> 01:47:48.860] So you have to state that on record? Objection? [01:47:48.860 --> 01:48:00.860] Yes. You have to file a written objection to the jurisdiction of the court in stating the legal grounds why a jurisdiction is not vested in that court. [01:48:00.860 --> 01:48:08.860] Okay. This is the reason why we do everything in writing. No exceptions. [01:48:08.860 --> 01:48:13.860] Yes. [01:48:13.860 --> 01:48:16.860] Got it. I think that pretty much covers it for this moment. [01:48:16.860 --> 01:48:17.860] Okay. [01:48:17.860 --> 01:48:19.860] Appreciate you affecting based on jurisdiction. [01:48:19.860 --> 01:48:22.860] Sure. No problem. [01:48:22.860 --> 01:48:28.860] All right. That was my last remaining caller, so I need somebody else. I got about 10 minutes left here. [01:48:28.860 --> 01:48:32.860] 512-646-1984. [01:48:32.860 --> 01:48:50.860] All right. While we're doing that, let me reiterate what I began with this evening on the email that I sent to Representative Stickland dealing with his debate on the floor about giving law enforcement powers to Federal Reserve Bank agents' officers, [01:48:50.860 --> 01:49:03.860] which is their security guards with guns, wanting to give them police powers, law enforcement powers of arrest and enforcement within the territory of Texas. [01:49:03.860 --> 01:49:12.860] Stickland is opposed to that and with good reason, and he is absolutely right, though he did not point out one particular thing that I believe he should have. [01:49:12.860 --> 01:49:25.860] I gave him that information in the email I sent, but we need to do an email campaign to all Texas representatives, not just the ones in your district. [01:49:25.860 --> 01:49:27.860] Send something to somebody in every district. [01:49:27.860 --> 01:49:42.860] Get everyone you know to send them information telling them to listen to this show, to ask to come on the show and discuss these issues. [01:49:42.860 --> 01:49:54.860] How great would it be to have a state rep that actually understood that what he was doing was unconstitutional and wanted to know how and why? [01:49:54.860 --> 01:50:04.860] That would be someone that if voting mattered, I would vote for if they actually knew, understood and were trying to change it. [01:50:04.860 --> 01:50:07.860] But folks, we got to let them know what's on our mind. [01:50:07.860 --> 01:50:12.860] And right now, they're doing what they want because nobody is talking to them. [01:50:12.860 --> 01:50:21.860] And the only ones that are talking to them are the ones we don't want talking in the first place because what they want is not what's good for everyone. [01:50:21.860 --> 01:50:25.860] It's only what's good for them. [01:50:25.860 --> 01:50:37.860] The best thing for everyone, okay, is to get government out of our lives in every possible way. [01:50:37.860 --> 01:50:54.860] In fact, let me tell you something that I've got up on my Facebook page right now as my cover page. The most dangerous thing to the rights and liberty of every man on earth is a politician with a pen, [01:50:54.860 --> 01:51:05.860] a corrupt judge to say it's constitutional and an escapemental patient with a uniform and a gun to say okay. [01:51:05.860 --> 01:51:20.860] If we don't use our voices and we don't say no and we don't take action to get our representatives listening to us on a very personal level about what real rights and real freedoms are, [01:51:20.860 --> 01:51:32.860] we're not going to have any because these morons think they have the right to vote them away from us and they don't. [01:51:32.860 --> 01:51:44.860] This should be an easy concept for anyone to understand except the statist and somebody that desires power above all things. [01:51:44.860 --> 01:51:52.860] Those two classes of people will never understand this extremely simple argument. [01:51:52.860 --> 01:52:03.860] First tenet of the argument, all men are created equal. Not all Americans, not all Texans, all men. [01:52:03.860 --> 01:52:14.860] That means everybody on the planet. All men are created equal. That's tenet number one. [01:52:14.860 --> 01:52:26.860] Logical inferences from tenet number one. No man has more or greater rights than any other man. [01:52:26.860 --> 01:52:36.860] That is a secondary tenet to all men are created equal. That is just a separate way of saying the exact same thing, right? [01:52:36.860 --> 01:52:46.860] No man has rights that are greater than or more than any other man. None. [01:52:46.860 --> 01:52:59.860] So if those two are true, then how can one man give away the rights of another? [01:52:59.860 --> 01:53:11.860] If they're equal and have no greater power over each other, then that should be a logical impossibility. [01:53:11.860 --> 01:53:17.860] The only way one could influence the rights of the other would be through the use of force, [01:53:17.860 --> 01:53:32.860] which tenet number two, or sub-tenet number two, would be use of force absent. The need of self-defense or preservation is unlawful. [01:53:32.860 --> 01:53:39.860] You can't attack somebody or use force against anyone that isn't attempting to use force against you. [01:53:39.860 --> 01:53:49.860] So right there, the lawful rule is, this one can't attack this one to force his will upon him. [01:53:49.860 --> 01:53:52.860] It should be simple enough. [01:53:52.860 --> 01:54:04.860] So if we're all equal, then why would it matter if five people voted one way and one voted no and the other five voted yes? [01:54:04.860 --> 01:54:17.860] How does that bind the one that voted no to what the other five want if they're all equal and no rights are greater than the rights belonging to any other? [01:54:17.860 --> 01:54:20.860] How would that be possible? [01:54:20.860 --> 01:54:28.860] The only way it would be possible, since you can't force them to comply with you because they're not using force against you, would be if they consented. [01:54:28.860 --> 01:54:36.860] And if they consented, then they would have voted yes with you in the first place, right? [01:54:36.860 --> 01:54:46.860] So how then is it possible for us to delegate a power greater than that which we possess? [01:54:46.860 --> 01:54:59.860] And of course, logically speaking, we know we can't. We cannot give away that which is not ours and we cannot give something away of greater value than that which we lawfully possess to give away. [01:54:59.860 --> 01:55:10.860] And we certainly have no power to give away the rights of another person, especially when they voted no. [01:55:10.860 --> 01:55:25.860] But your legislators think that because they got voted in by their group of people, their group of people gave them power over you and your representative's group of people to do what they want. [01:55:25.860 --> 01:55:36.860] It doesn't work that way, not logically, not constitutionally, not in the eyes of liberty and freedom. It can't work that way. [01:55:36.860 --> 01:55:47.860] But we have bought into that concept, lock, stock, and barrel here in America, and we firmly believe that somebody has the right to appoint or elect someone else [01:55:47.860 --> 01:56:00.860] and give them a power that they never had in the first place to do something they could never do themselves and call that legitimate government. [01:56:00.860 --> 01:56:13.860] Today, what I would call that from a very early age would be getting dropped on your head because that type of thinking is all kinds of messed up. [01:56:13.860 --> 01:56:26.860] If you elect me to do something on your behalf, then the only people that I can bind to that are the ones that agreed to elect me. [01:56:26.860 --> 01:56:35.860] If they didn't agree, how can I say you have to follow along whether you like it or not and call that man or woman free? [01:56:35.860 --> 01:56:43.860] How can I say they have a right to liberty if I have the right to tell them you're bound by what this group did because they outnumber you? [01:56:43.860 --> 01:56:48.860] That's a democracy, folks, and we're not supposed to have one of those. [01:56:48.860 --> 01:56:58.860] The republics are for individuals and individual rights and individual protections and the consent of the governed. [01:56:58.860 --> 01:57:18.860] So when we don't consent, where is the delegated power and what is its source for them to compel us through the use of force to do what they want instead of what we want? [01:57:18.860 --> 01:57:37.860] I don't understand the concept as being one that's difficult to comprehend, yet you bring it up to an attorney and he'll look at you like you've lost your mind because he only recognizes power and who holds it. [01:57:37.860 --> 01:57:53.860] Logic and reason only applies when it comes to the law, not to morals or ethics because attorneys don't have any or they wouldn't be attorneys, okay? [01:57:53.860 --> 01:58:00.860] All right, folks, I have run out of time. I want to thank the folks that did call in and for all of you that have been listening. [01:58:00.860 --> 01:58:05.860] Again, this has been the Monday Night Rule of Law Radio Show with your host, Eddie Craig. [01:58:05.860 --> 01:58:13.860] Thank you all.
