[01:02.800 --> 01:07.520] In the news, four years before the White House blamed North Korea for a cyberattack on Sony, [01:07.520 --> 01:10.840] the U.S. government was reportedly hacking the country's computer system. [01:10.840 --> 01:16.200] In 2010, the National Security Agency began the operation according to the New York Times [01:16.200 --> 01:20.640] in a report published Sunday which cites newly disclosed NSA documents. [01:20.640 --> 01:24.480] The NSA was able to infiltrate many of the computers and networks used by North Korean [01:24.480 --> 01:29.000] hackers and provided evidence that Kim Jong Un's computer wizards were behind the hack [01:29.000 --> 01:34.880] of Sony's email system, sources told the Times. [01:34.880 --> 01:38.280] The controversial transatlantic trade and investment partnership has faced resistance [01:38.280 --> 01:42.680] from critics who say the deal would allow multinational corporations to override national [01:42.680 --> 01:46.360] laws to protect the environment, consumer rights, and food standards. [01:46.360 --> 01:51.560] The so-called investor-to-state dispute settlement has been suspended after 150,000 objections [01:51.560 --> 01:54.440] in a European Union consultation exercise. [01:54.440 --> 01:59.040] The ISDS would protect foreign investors from decisions by national governments. [01:59.040 --> 02:03.760] The Trans-Pacific Partnership, another international trade deal, has also faced heavy scrutiny [02:03.760 --> 02:07.720] from the public. [02:07.720 --> 02:12.480] The Justice Department will not consider proposals to spare the life of Shogar Zarnaf, one of [02:12.480 --> 02:15.040] the alleged bombers of the Boston Marathon. [02:15.040 --> 02:17.560] That's according to a report from the Associated Press. [02:17.560 --> 02:21.840] The trial to decide what punishments Zarnaf should face will begin in late January. [02:21.840 --> 02:26.200] Today's broadcast of the Liberty Beat is brought to you by Brave New Books, your source [02:26.200 --> 02:31.560] for One World Way, Tangy Tangerine, and Clearly Filtered Fluoride Filters, located in Austin, [02:31.560 --> 02:36.120] Texas at 1904 Guadalupe Street or online, bravenewbookstore.com. [04:16.360 --> 04:31.920] All right, folks, good evening. [04:31.920 --> 04:34.320] This is the Monday Night Rule of Law Radio Show. [04:34.320 --> 04:41.960] It is January 19, 2015, and we are rolling right along as always, at least until we have [04:41.960 --> 04:44.160] nowhere to roll on to. [04:44.160 --> 04:49.920] A word of advice, folks, this is going to be the year you need to be watching out for. [04:49.920 --> 04:55.680] Things are about to escalate to a point that you don't probably want to be where you're [04:55.680 --> 04:57.160] at. [04:57.160 --> 04:58.240] Start paying attention. [04:58.240 --> 05:00.520] Things are about to go south at a very rapid rate. [05:00.520 --> 05:02.640] If you don't believe that, take a look around. [05:02.640 --> 05:06.440] Watch the economic situations that are developing. [05:06.440 --> 05:11.240] Pay closer attention to Joel Salente and listen to what he's telling you, because, folks, [05:11.240 --> 05:16.280] by the end of this year, you're going to wish you'd divested yourself of anything on Wall [05:16.280 --> 05:18.760] Street for something a little more solid. [05:18.760 --> 05:24.160] All right, now, while we're talking about something like that, let's talk about something [05:24.160 --> 05:31.440] that doesn't actually surprise me, considering all things normal. [05:31.440 --> 05:35.720] In case you've never heard of it, there is a movie project in the works called The Gray [05:35.720 --> 05:37.560] State. [05:37.560 --> 05:44.080] This movie project is all about the police state that is coming and that is already here, [05:44.080 --> 05:48.200] but will be much worse very, very soon. [05:48.200 --> 05:58.320] And basically, it is a modern-day version of the Orwellian 1984, but without the... Well, [05:58.320 --> 05:59.320] let's just put it this way. [05:59.320 --> 06:05.400] It's more like the precursor to what's going on in 1984, after they've already taken over [06:05.400 --> 06:11.680] at gunpoint and put you to work in their factories and everything, Gray State would appear to [06:11.680 --> 06:18.800] be the series of events that are going to precede that scenario in 1984. [06:18.800 --> 06:28.120] Well, not surprisingly, the head writer and brainchild behind this project suddenly turned [06:28.120 --> 06:33.880] up dead, along with his wife and child in their home. [06:33.880 --> 06:37.160] And the police are calling it a murder-suicide. [06:37.160 --> 06:44.400] Now, according to the information that's out there about it right now, this allegedly occurred [06:44.400 --> 06:49.040] sometime before Christmas is when these people died. [06:49.040 --> 06:55.000] And yet, they were just now, in the last couple of days or so, discovered by a neighbor in [06:55.000 --> 06:56.880] their house. [06:56.880 --> 07:03.640] Now, for this to be a murder-suicide, here's my immediate problem that came right out at [07:03.640 --> 07:05.120] me instantly. [07:05.120 --> 07:10.680] First, the bodies are in view of something where the neighbor could see them. [07:10.680 --> 07:14.620] So they're in view of a front window, a side window, a door window. [07:14.620 --> 07:21.960] They can be seen from outside, because the neighbor had gone to the house to pick up [07:21.960 --> 07:27.400] packages that had been collecting on the front porch, obviously, if the death was around [07:27.400 --> 07:29.480] Christmas, since Christmas. [07:29.480 --> 07:34.000] But no one's bothered to come by and check until now, okay? [07:34.000 --> 07:37.600] Here it is three and a half, four weeks later. [07:37.600 --> 07:42.400] So the neighbor goes to pick up the packages and discovers the body by whatever means, [07:42.400 --> 07:46.600] looking through a window by whatever, because he calls the cops and says there's bodies [07:46.600 --> 07:48.080] inside the house. [07:48.080 --> 07:54.160] Now, if the bodies are in plain view, and this is a murder-suicide, and there doesn't [07:54.160 --> 08:00.520] appear as of yet to be details over how they were killed, does it say whether they were [08:00.520 --> 08:01.520] shot? [08:01.520 --> 08:06.880] Does it say whether they were stabbed, strangled, suffocated, bludgeoned to death with a brick? [08:06.880 --> 08:13.520] Though how you commit suicide with a brick, I'm not really sure, but still. [08:13.520 --> 08:19.760] The point being, there's no details as to how this family was actually killed, other [08:19.760 --> 08:23.080] than murder-suicide being the theory. [08:23.080 --> 08:29.880] Now, if it was by gun, why didn't the neighbors hear the shots? [08:29.880 --> 08:34.140] If the neighbors are close enough to see the packages stacking up and all this good stuff, [08:34.140 --> 08:38.000] why didn't anybody hear shots if it was a murder-suicide? [08:38.000 --> 08:41.720] Because it would have been on the ground floor in plain view of a window or something like [08:41.720 --> 08:48.320] that where the shot would have carried pretty well, unless it was muffled by something. [08:48.320 --> 08:55.520] But if it's a murder-suicide, would you really try to muffle it? [08:55.520 --> 09:00.800] If it was death by some other means more quiet, that would have taken time. [09:00.800 --> 09:07.960] Now, there's nothing in the stories that indicates any member of the family was bound or gagged [09:07.960 --> 09:10.000] or anything like that in any way. [09:10.000 --> 09:14.740] They weren't restrained, at least not according to any of the details that are in any of the [09:14.740 --> 09:18.720] articles I've read on the subject so far. [09:18.720 --> 09:26.280] So no one was restrained, so they all went voluntarily, no one screamed, no one uttered [09:26.280 --> 09:31.040] a sound, and once again, the neighbors heard nothing if they were killed by any means other [09:31.040 --> 09:33.360] than a gunshot. [09:33.360 --> 09:37.320] If they were stabbed, surely somebody would have made a sound. [09:37.320 --> 09:43.960] If they were killed in their sleep, why put the bodies in front of the first floor windows [09:43.960 --> 09:44.960] so they'd be discovered? [09:44.960 --> 09:52.800] Why not just leave them where you killed them, especially if it was going to be a murder-suicide? [09:52.800 --> 09:58.240] Needless to say, this death raises a whole lot of questions. [09:58.240 --> 10:07.520] But all the articles, except for a couple more on the non-mainstream media side, every [10:07.520 --> 10:17.200] article and every news story on this murder-suicide fails to mention the movie project and this [10:17.200 --> 10:19.360] guy's link to it. [10:19.360 --> 10:29.440] Now to me, because of the subject of this movie project, that immediately raises eyebrows. [10:29.440 --> 10:35.920] I mean, that would be like all the guys from the Oklahoma City bombing movie that Debra [10:35.920 --> 10:44.320] helped out on suddenly turning up dead before the movie was released. [10:44.320 --> 10:48.120] Here we've got a noble lie being produced and everybody that's working on it suddenly [10:48.120 --> 10:51.240] turns up dead. [10:51.240 --> 10:55.900] And this movie is about exposing the truth or at least more facts than was publicly made [10:55.900 --> 11:01.360] available originally relating to the Oklahoma City bombing, where one police officer was [11:01.360 --> 11:07.240] murdered and ruled a suicide despite the fact there was no way that this could have been [11:07.240 --> 11:08.240] a suicide. [11:08.240 --> 11:14.280] They ruled it a suicide anyway, along with several other people that mysteriously died [11:14.280 --> 11:17.880] after the fact. [11:17.880 --> 11:22.640] Just things stink, okay? [11:22.640 --> 11:29.880] So folks, if you get the opportunity and it makes it to release, I highly recommend you [11:29.880 --> 11:33.320] take a look at what's in Grey Stake because I've seen the previews for it and you can [11:33.320 --> 11:39.800] go and look online at YouTube and stuff and you will see the previews for this movie. [11:39.800 --> 11:49.560] And believe me, what's in this movie is not so far-fetched, if it can even be called far-fetched, [11:49.560 --> 11:54.240] knowing what we know is going on right now. [11:54.240 --> 12:00.960] And if that's all going on right now, how much longer before this is reality? [12:00.960 --> 12:07.160] Before 1984 becomes reality for everyone. [12:07.160 --> 12:12.280] And not just in America, but the world over. [12:12.280 --> 12:23.240] If we keep sitting by and doing nothing, then history isn't going to have to repeat itself [12:23.240 --> 12:28.080] because history as we know it will be over. [12:28.080 --> 12:37.000] It will be the Hebrews and the Egyptians all over again, okay? [12:37.000 --> 12:41.360] The only difference between the slavery we're going to see now and the ones we've had in [12:41.360 --> 12:48.220] the past is it's going to be everyone slave to government and those in power and those [12:48.220 --> 12:52.440] that are willing to sell their souls for that power. [12:52.440 --> 12:58.520] Those that are willing to put humanity under its boot heel so they can control them and [12:58.520 --> 13:03.920] rule over them for their own ends. [13:03.920 --> 13:10.400] I would much rather go down fighting than to live through such an event. [13:10.400 --> 13:13.360] But hey, that's just me. [13:13.360 --> 13:15.600] Where are you going to be when it comes? [13:15.600 --> 13:20.400] What are you going to be willing to do when it's your family? [13:20.400 --> 13:25.960] What are you going to do when you start speaking out and you become a murder-suicide? [13:25.960 --> 13:31.160] What are you going to do if you don't speak out and you're the only one left that hasn't [13:31.160 --> 13:34.760] been murder-suicide? [13:34.760 --> 13:42.080] Because the longer we sit here and the longer we do nothing, the worse this is going to [13:42.080 --> 13:44.560] be. [13:44.560 --> 13:50.560] Because the more they realize that they control us, the more bold they will become and the [13:50.560 --> 13:56.760] more danger we are in to having this go south so fast. [13:56.760 --> 14:03.440] Now again, I'm not advocating that we go out and just start shooting everybody that wears [14:03.440 --> 14:07.080] a badge or a uniform or a government title. [14:07.080 --> 14:09.920] That is not my point here. [14:09.920 --> 14:15.280] My point here is to get out of your chair. [14:15.280 --> 14:22.880] Get off of your computer if unless it's to organize something to get physically involved [14:22.880 --> 14:24.440] in. [14:24.440 --> 14:30.000] Get in front of the people that are supposed to represent you. [14:30.000 --> 14:33.680] Make them represent you. [14:33.680 --> 14:40.840] Make them understand no is the only thing you will accept. [14:40.840 --> 14:49.040] When it comes to any more rules, regulations, or anything at all that would disarm you or [14:49.040 --> 15:00.720] regulate you or take any more of your rights and liberties from you, no, no more. [15:00.720 --> 15:06.080] And not only should we be willing to say no more, we should be willing to say take it [15:06.080 --> 15:08.960] away. [15:08.960 --> 15:18.520] Everything you put in place that hurts my ability to live and prosper, you take it away. [15:18.520 --> 15:22.080] You work for me. [15:22.080 --> 15:31.360] You will not rule me and you will not regulate me and my rights are not subject to your rule [15:31.360 --> 15:33.520] book. [15:33.520 --> 15:39.120] My rights have limits only to the point that I would use them to harm another and until [15:39.120 --> 15:45.600] I do that, you have no business dealing with me at all. [15:45.600 --> 15:50.800] Not you, not your minions, not your rule book. [15:50.800 --> 15:57.640] The greatest mistake the American people made in a constitutional republic was forbidding [15:57.640 --> 16:07.480] their government to write any law beyond that authorized by the constitution. [16:07.480 --> 16:13.960] But then again, the people didn't really have a voice in the constitutions, only those in [16:13.960 --> 16:20.800] authority that created them and said they were working in the interest of the people [16:20.800 --> 16:22.120] had anything to do with that. [16:22.120 --> 16:24.400] Now I'm not saying they were all bad, they weren't. [16:24.400 --> 16:31.480] The original 1836 constitution for Texas was the smallest constitution you could possibly [16:31.480 --> 16:32.880] imagine. [16:32.880 --> 16:37.960] And it protected us in ways that the government couldn't even begin to conceive of violating [16:37.960 --> 16:44.280] because everything in that constitution gave us the power to hold them directly accountable. [16:44.280 --> 16:47.200] No wonder it had to go away in the Civil War. [16:47.200 --> 16:53.440] All right folks, calling number 512-646-1984. [16:53.440 --> 16:55.360] This is Rule of Law Radio. [19:00.440 --> 19:07.440] You are listening to the Logos Radio Network, the Logos Radio Network.com. [19:30.440 --> 19:35.120] All right, folks, we are back. [19:35.120 --> 19:39.840] This is Rule of Law Radio, the call at number 512-646-1984. [19:39.840 --> 19:45.040] All right, we've got Jeff in Mississippi up on the line. [19:45.040 --> 19:46.200] He is our only caller. [19:46.200 --> 19:48.920] We are going to need some more before we get too far here. [19:48.920 --> 19:50.640] So folks, please give us a call. [19:50.640 --> 19:53.040] All right, Jeff, what can we do for you? [19:53.040 --> 19:55.840] Hey, Eddie, thanks for having me on the show. [19:55.840 --> 19:56.840] Yes, sir. [19:56.840 --> 20:07.360] And I had my hearing last Tuesday, and I found out that the courthouse was actually closed. [20:07.360 --> 20:12.000] So I panicked because I didn't want to walk into an empty building. [20:12.000 --> 20:16.320] My hearing was set for a day when the courthouse was closed, and I didn't want to walk into [20:16.320 --> 20:18.480] an empty building. [20:18.480 --> 20:20.760] I just didn't like the smell of that. [20:20.760 --> 20:24.920] So I called a Baptist preacher, and the preacher went with me. [20:24.920 --> 20:29.440] And sure enough, when we got there, there were two bailiffs that told me that my hearing [20:29.440 --> 20:30.920] had been postponed. [20:30.920 --> 20:36.600] And the first thing I said is, well, do you have a continuance or any type of documentation [20:36.600 --> 20:37.600] rescheduling me? [20:37.600 --> 20:40.160] And they said, no, we don't have any. [20:40.160 --> 20:43.160] And so I got sent out. [20:43.160 --> 20:47.480] Did you ask anyone there to supply you with something saying that you had been there? [20:47.480 --> 20:48.480] Yes. [20:48.480 --> 20:52.720] Yes, I asked the bailiffs, and they shrugged and said, well, we don't have any way to generate [20:52.720 --> 20:53.720] paperwork. [20:53.720 --> 20:56.640] And the clerks are not here. [20:56.640 --> 20:58.600] But you recorded all this, right? [20:58.600 --> 21:01.320] No, I did not record it. [21:01.320 --> 21:10.120] Jeff, one of these days, we have to meet in person so I can smack you because I'm pretty [21:10.120 --> 21:15.080] sure the last time we talked, I asked you if you'd recorded any of this. [21:15.080 --> 21:18.480] So before we let you go any further, I have one question. [21:18.480 --> 21:19.720] Yes. [21:19.720 --> 21:23.960] What is your excuse as to why not? [21:23.960 --> 21:26.160] I did not bring my recorder with me. [21:26.160 --> 21:27.160] You got a cell phone, right? [21:27.160 --> 21:29.920] Yes, I do have a cell phone. [21:29.920 --> 21:30.920] Is it a smartphone? [21:30.920 --> 21:33.920] No, it's not. [21:33.920 --> 21:37.320] And I don't know how it would record. [21:37.320 --> 21:40.320] It's one of the old push button phones. [21:40.320 --> 21:41.320] OK. [21:41.320 --> 21:46.800] Well, you've heard of these little digital recorders you can get at Walmart for 20 bucks, [21:46.800 --> 21:47.800] right? [21:47.800 --> 21:48.800] Yep. [21:48.800 --> 21:49.800] And they're in your shirt pocket. [21:49.800 --> 21:50.800] Yep. [21:50.800 --> 21:55.920] Because you know how much aggravation something like that could save you? [21:55.920 --> 21:56.920] Uh-huh. [21:56.920 --> 21:58.920] How long were you in jail? [21:58.920 --> 22:01.520] It was a year. [22:01.520 --> 22:02.520] Yeah. [22:02.520 --> 22:07.360] And had you been recording everything the whole time, would anything have been said [22:07.360 --> 22:10.720] or done to you at any point that would have been on that recorder that might have saved [22:10.720 --> 22:11.720] you that year? [22:11.720 --> 22:12.720] Possibly, yeah. [22:12.720 --> 22:13.720] Ah. [22:13.720 --> 22:14.720] Yeah. [22:14.720 --> 22:15.720] See? [22:15.720 --> 22:17.400] Do I have a point yet? [22:17.400 --> 22:18.400] Yes. [22:18.400 --> 22:19.400] Are you getting it yet? [22:19.400 --> 22:20.400] Yes. [22:20.400 --> 22:21.400] OK. [22:21.400 --> 22:22.400] Get it recorded. [22:22.400 --> 22:23.400] Correct. [22:23.400 --> 22:27.400] Don't ever go anywhere like that again and not be recording. [22:27.400 --> 22:28.400] OK. [22:28.400 --> 22:29.400] All right. [22:29.400 --> 22:30.400] Go ahead. [22:30.400 --> 22:36.680] Now, I did email the court, and my attorney also was not there. [22:36.680 --> 22:38.080] So I emailed both of them. [22:38.080 --> 22:45.080] I held their feet to the fire and got them to admit in writing that I had been canceled [22:45.080 --> 22:50.600] or postponed, and I've gotten in writing that I'm requesting a continuance, and they still [22:50.600 --> 22:51.600] don't have one. [22:51.600 --> 22:55.840] So right now, I'm running around, and I don't have a continuance. [22:55.840 --> 22:57.880] What do you mean, you're requesting a continuance? [22:57.880 --> 22:59.880] Why are you requesting one? [22:59.880 --> 23:05.440] Well, because I want documentation that I was there and that I'm being rescheduled. [23:05.440 --> 23:07.920] Because right now, we don't know when I'm rescheduled. [23:07.920 --> 23:12.160] Well, then why the hell are you asking for a continuance? [23:12.160 --> 23:16.880] Well, what would be for me not to? [23:16.880 --> 23:19.360] Well, let's see. [23:19.360 --> 23:22.960] Why are you going to court in the first place? [23:22.960 --> 23:26.960] Because I won my appeal, and it got remanded. [23:26.960 --> 23:27.960] Yeah. [23:27.960 --> 23:35.280] So why are you asking for delays for something they're supposed to provide to you in the [23:35.280 --> 23:36.280] first place? [23:36.280 --> 23:43.840] See, if you have an attorney and the other side filed for a continuance, by law, they've [23:43.840 --> 23:49.480] got to serve your attorney with that, because your attorney has to have the opportunity [23:49.480 --> 23:52.880] to object to the continuance. [23:52.880 --> 23:53.880] You follow? [23:53.880 --> 23:54.880] Okay. [23:54.880 --> 23:55.880] Yes. [23:55.880 --> 23:56.880] Okay. [23:56.880 --> 24:01.200] So get on your attorney's butt and ask him where it is. [24:01.200 --> 24:04.080] Okay, got it. [24:04.080 --> 24:05.080] Absolutely. [24:05.080 --> 24:11.200] Well, you asked me to file an affidavit in my case, and so I did. [24:11.200 --> 24:12.200] That's in. [24:12.200 --> 24:13.640] Now, this was the hearing. [24:13.640 --> 24:20.160] My actual trial is scheduled for the 27th of January, so it's the hearing that I don't [24:20.160 --> 24:23.160] have a rescheduling for. [24:23.160 --> 24:25.040] Okay. [24:25.040 --> 24:28.480] But again, you didn't ask for the continuance. [24:28.480 --> 24:33.960] Rule one, you never ask for a continuance you don't absolutely have to have for the [24:33.960 --> 24:36.320] purpose of discovery. [24:36.320 --> 24:42.420] Don't ever ask for one for anything else, because that puts any and all delays on you. [24:42.420 --> 24:46.400] It stops the speedy trial clock. [24:46.400 --> 24:48.280] If they do it, it does not. [24:48.280 --> 24:51.000] If you do it, it does. [24:51.000 --> 24:53.000] It does. [24:53.000 --> 24:54.160] Okay. [24:54.160 --> 24:59.040] The problem here though, however, is this is an appeal, not a trial. [24:59.040 --> 25:04.680] So though there are other issues with the delays, you don't ever want to be seen as [25:04.680 --> 25:10.900] the reason why the case got delayed, because any delay they can put off on you is something [25:10.900 --> 25:13.840] they can twist around and use against you regardless. [25:13.840 --> 25:16.680] So don't give them the opportunity. [25:16.680 --> 25:17.680] Okay. [25:17.680 --> 25:23.960] I did not ask for this last hearing to be canceled. [25:23.960 --> 25:29.600] When I was asking them for the continuance, I meant the continuance that was meant for [25:29.600 --> 25:30.600] the postponements. [25:30.600 --> 25:35.880] In other words, paperwork is why I showed up to a courthouse and it was empty and there [25:35.880 --> 25:36.880] wasn't a hearing. [25:36.880 --> 25:37.880] Okay. [25:37.880 --> 25:43.440] Then clarify that when you're talking, I asked for a copy of their request for continuance. [25:43.440 --> 25:44.440] Their request. [25:44.440 --> 25:45.440] Okay. [25:45.440 --> 25:46.440] Got it. [25:46.440 --> 25:47.440] Yeah. [25:47.440 --> 25:49.280] Because what you said was I requested the continuance. [25:49.280 --> 25:52.680] I'm going like, why the hell are you requesting it? [25:52.680 --> 25:54.400] That's true. [25:54.400 --> 25:55.400] Okay. [25:55.400 --> 26:02.600] Now, I drive from Arkansas to Mississippi once every three months for two weeks because [26:02.600 --> 26:05.560] the case is in this county. [26:05.560 --> 26:13.100] But what I suspect is going to start happening is they're going to start moving my case to [26:13.100 --> 26:18.520] another county if they set a hearing, which will force me to have to drive here much more [26:18.520 --> 26:19.520] than three months. [26:19.520 --> 26:22.760] Maybe every two to three weeks, I may have to make the trip. [26:22.760 --> 26:24.440] Just keep track of everything. [26:24.440 --> 26:27.640] Keep all your receipts of all your expenses. [26:27.640 --> 26:32.400] Because if you turn around and sue and win, you're going to need that to recover. [26:32.400 --> 26:34.360] Got it. [26:34.360 --> 26:35.600] Okay. [26:35.600 --> 26:36.600] But can they do that? [26:36.600 --> 26:42.040] Can they move to another district and then- Well, again, why would they, on what grounds [26:42.040 --> 26:45.440] would they move it to another district? [26:45.440 --> 26:50.560] They change districts for terms. [26:50.560 --> 26:55.120] Like this two weeks, they'll be in this area and the next two weeks, they'll be 60 miles [26:55.120 --> 26:56.120] away. [26:56.120 --> 26:57.120] Yeah. [26:57.120 --> 27:01.640] But the question is, does the other district have jurisdiction over your appeal? [27:01.640 --> 27:06.800] If the other district doesn't have jurisdiction, you can't be moved over there to hear it because [27:06.800 --> 27:09.560] it wouldn't do any good for them to hear it. [27:09.560 --> 27:10.560] Okay. [27:10.560 --> 27:11.560] Great. [27:11.560 --> 27:13.880] That's what I want to know because I don't want to have to- [27:13.880 --> 27:16.760] Well, that's what you need to make your attorney tell you. [27:16.760 --> 27:20.480] Your attorney would know more what the rules are in Mississippi for that. [27:20.480 --> 27:24.440] But they can't put you in a court that doesn't have jurisdiction. [27:24.440 --> 27:25.440] Okay. [27:25.440 --> 27:27.440] That would be pointless. [27:27.440 --> 27:28.440] Okay. [27:28.440 --> 27:29.440] Okay. [27:29.440 --> 27:32.440] I will get on that lickety-split. [27:32.440 --> 27:34.440] Those are the only questions that I have. [27:34.440 --> 27:35.440] Okay. [27:35.440 --> 27:36.440] Well, thanks for calling in, Jeff. [27:36.440 --> 27:37.440] Okay. [27:37.440 --> 27:38.440] I'll keep you posted. [27:38.440 --> 27:39.440] Thank you. [27:39.440 --> 27:40.440] All right. [27:40.440 --> 27:41.440] All right, folks. [27:41.440 --> 27:45.440] Let me put this out there one more time since Jeff brought it up here for us. [27:45.440 --> 27:53.440] Do not walk out of the front door of your house without something that records, okay? [27:53.440 --> 27:59.680] It really upsets me to get phone calls that tells me basically that everybody out there [27:59.680 --> 28:02.080] has anal glaucoma. [28:02.080 --> 28:07.280] You just can't see your ass doing what I tell you to do. [28:07.280 --> 28:12.880] Record your conversations when you go outside and talk to a public servant anywhere at any [28:12.880 --> 28:17.080] time for whatever reason, okay? [28:17.080 --> 28:19.520] Take a recorder. [28:19.520 --> 28:22.920] Save yourself a lot of heartache. [28:22.920 --> 28:30.160] Your word against theirs, guess who has more credit in the system? [28:30.160 --> 28:32.360] It sure isn't you. [28:32.360 --> 28:37.440] So please, protect yourself from suffering anal glaucoma. [28:37.440 --> 28:39.560] All right. [28:39.560 --> 28:41.640] Now we got that out of the way. [28:41.640 --> 28:43.280] Let's go to Otto in Louisiana. [28:43.280 --> 28:45.280] Otto, what can we do for you? [28:45.280 --> 28:46.280] Good evening, Eddie. [28:46.280 --> 28:50.280] I just want some information and some clear insight. [28:50.280 --> 28:54.480] Well, if I have either one, I'll see what I can do. [28:54.480 --> 28:55.480] Okay. [28:55.480 --> 29:03.040] I guess I'm trying to phrase this question as if you haven't taken the seminar and you [29:03.040 --> 29:11.920] don't have any sort of recording equipment hooked up in your vehicle, would it be best [29:11.920 --> 29:12.920] your automobile? [29:12.920 --> 29:13.920] Okay. [29:13.920 --> 29:21.920] Would it be best, and you still are a possessive license, registration, et cetera, and you [29:21.920 --> 29:29.280] find yourself being pulled over for a citation and you're not prepared, do you just go ahead [29:29.280 --> 29:31.440] and take the ticket? [29:31.440 --> 29:33.040] Well that's a personal choice. [29:33.040 --> 29:35.280] That's up to you. [29:35.280 --> 29:37.280] It depends on what you mean by not prepared. [29:37.280 --> 29:40.680] Hang on, Otto, and we'll finish this up on the other side, okay? [29:40.680 --> 29:41.680] Okay. [29:41.680 --> 29:42.680] Thank you. [29:42.680 --> 29:43.680] Yes. [29:43.680 --> 29:44.680] All right, folks. [29:44.680 --> 29:48.960] This is Rule of Law Radio calling number 512-646-1984. [29:48.960 --> 29:49.960] Give us a call. [29:49.960 --> 29:50.960] Get in line. [29:50.960 --> 29:51.960] We'll be right back. [29:51.960 --> 29:54.960] So y'all hang on and we will be right back. [29:54.960 --> 30:05.360] Does stress make your hair turn gray? [30:05.360 --> 30:10.200] For years, silver foxes have been cleaning as much, but scientists now say they can explain [30:10.200 --> 30:11.200] why. [30:11.200 --> 30:17.640] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be right back to tell you how stress ages us prematurely. [30:17.640 --> 30:18.880] Privacy is under attack. [30:18.880 --> 30:22.800] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [30:22.800 --> 30:27.600] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [30:27.600 --> 30:32.680] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. [30:32.680 --> 30:35.340] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [30:35.340 --> 30:39.640] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search [30:39.640 --> 30:43.180] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [30:43.180 --> 30:46.000] Start over with StartPage. [30:46.000 --> 30:48.720] When the going gets tough, the hair is turned gray. [30:48.720 --> 30:53.240] It may sound like folklore, but scientists say chronic stress really does make us look [30:53.240 --> 30:56.280] older and heightens the risk of disease. [30:56.280 --> 31:01.080] During a four-week experiment, Duke University researchers injected mice with an adrenaline-like [31:01.080 --> 31:04.360] compound that mimics stress in human beings. [31:04.360 --> 31:10.640] They found a sharp reduction in P53, a protein that keeps cells healthy and prevents cancer. [31:10.640 --> 31:16.080] When the mice's level of P53 stayed low, their chromosomes began to develop irregularities [31:16.080 --> 31:20.120] that sped up the aging process and increased their risk of cancer. [31:20.120 --> 31:21.960] So don't skip that vacation. [31:21.960 --> 31:24.040] It may do more than just calm your mind. [31:24.040 --> 31:25.520] It could help keep you young. [32:13.800 --> 32:17.080] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, the right to act [32:17.080 --> 32:21.120] in our own private capacity, and most importantly, the right to due process of law. [32:21.120 --> 32:24.960] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve [32:24.960 --> 32:26.440] our rights through due process. [33:29.140 --> 33:36.040] The person's a race for the bullshit. [33:36.040 --> 33:40.840] The person's a race for the tea. [33:40.840 --> 33:44.560] Well, I need a prosecutor to come and help me. [33:44.560 --> 33:45.560] Prosecute them wicked leaders. [33:45.560 --> 33:46.560] You see, they're murderers, liars. [33:46.560 --> 33:47.560] Them tell me. [33:47.560 --> 33:48.560] Them a liar not tell shit stories. [33:48.560 --> 33:49.560] Me not believe me. [33:49.560 --> 33:50.560] Say what them tell me. [33:50.560 --> 33:59.000] All right, folks, we are back and we are talking to Otto in Louisiana. [33:59.000 --> 34:04.200] All right, Otto, back to your question over the best way to go about this if you're not [34:04.200 --> 34:06.640] fully prepared. [34:06.640 --> 34:09.460] It depends upon what you mean by not fully prepared. [34:09.460 --> 34:13.600] If you're not prepared for the stop, then obviously you won't be prepared for court. [34:13.600 --> 34:17.880] You can be one or the other or, you know, whatever, but still. [34:17.880 --> 34:25.920] My advice is, is you don't take on any fight you're not prepared to fight well, period. [34:25.920 --> 34:29.680] Because all you're going to do is make a mess of things for yourself and make them a lot [34:29.680 --> 34:32.880] more difficult than they otherwise would be. [34:32.880 --> 34:37.300] And there's an opportunity that you can seriously gum up the works for the next person behind [34:37.300 --> 34:42.880] you that has to try to overcome whatever you messed up, if you messed anything up. [34:42.880 --> 34:50.400] Yeah, well, I am, I've got your transportation script and I've heard most of your YouTube [34:50.400 --> 34:53.520] stuff and I haven't got the seminar yet. [34:53.520 --> 34:55.360] It's a matter of finances. [34:55.360 --> 35:02.200] And so that's why I feel, I mean, I know I'd be able to engage the cop with the transportation [35:02.200 --> 35:09.200] script enough, but when it comes to the time to do or die, I don't, you know, I don't [35:09.200 --> 35:15.040] know if I could fall through because I'm not sure I'd be able to take it to court with [35:15.040 --> 35:17.200] the correct information. [35:17.200 --> 35:18.640] Right. [35:18.640 --> 35:21.500] And that's going to be the problem no matter where you're at. [35:21.500 --> 35:25.560] If you haven't learned how to properly take it to court, then it's not going to matter [35:25.560 --> 35:31.200] what you do on the side of the road because you're going to be hosed once you hit court [35:31.200 --> 35:33.080] anyway. [35:33.080 --> 35:38.200] And the thing about it is, is every state's procedure is going to be slightly different. [35:38.200 --> 35:43.520] Your due process rights don't change, but how each state goes about protecting them [35:43.520 --> 35:47.120] in their rules will. [35:47.120 --> 35:51.520] And so it's, it's imperative that you become familiar with that process in whatever state [35:51.520 --> 35:52.520] you're in. [35:52.520 --> 35:53.520] Yeah. [35:53.520 --> 35:57.640] And that's where I stand, I have a lot more homework to do. [35:57.640 --> 36:04.000] So, but you've been a great, you know, light to show the way and, you know, it's up to [36:04.000 --> 36:05.000] me to do the rest. [36:05.000 --> 36:06.600] Well, I appreciate that. [36:06.600 --> 36:07.600] Yeah. [36:07.600 --> 36:11.240] And you do a lot to shine a light down the tunnel, but you still got to walk the length [36:11.240 --> 36:12.240] of it eventually. [36:12.240 --> 36:13.240] Yes, sir. [36:13.240 --> 36:14.240] I understand that. [36:14.240 --> 36:20.640] And it's very exciting, this information and the possibilities, but, you know, as a newbie, [36:20.640 --> 36:25.920] I'm just, I'm just getting my feet wet and trying to get enough confidence to take it [36:25.920 --> 36:31.880] to where I, when that stuff does come, I'll know what to expect and be able to deal with [36:31.880 --> 36:32.880] it at that time. [36:32.880 --> 36:33.880] Yeah. [36:33.880 --> 36:34.880] All right. [36:34.880 --> 36:41.480] I wanted to, on one of your, on one of the YouTube shows you have, you were talking about [36:41.480 --> 36:47.920] some, some, what is it, it's the Thompson v. Smith. [36:47.920 --> 36:53.080] And I was reading up on some of these and I noticed as I did read it, there was some [36:53.080 --> 36:58.480] inconsistencies with what I've heard from you, particularly on Thompson v. Smith. [36:58.480 --> 37:05.640] It talks about the right of a citizen to travel upon public highways and transport his property [37:05.640 --> 37:06.640] thereon. [37:06.640 --> 37:11.240] And I thought transport, using those terms, would have immediately put you in a reasonable [37:11.240 --> 37:12.240] situation. [37:12.240 --> 37:17.920] No, transportation, transport is a derivative of transportation. [37:17.920 --> 37:19.400] It's a root of it. [37:19.400 --> 37:23.840] And transport simply means to move from place to place. [37:23.840 --> 37:29.560] Transportation is to do the moving for compensation or hire as a business practice. [37:29.560 --> 37:30.560] Oh, okay. [37:30.560 --> 37:38.760] And let's see, there was another one, I think, that threw me off for a minute to transportation. [37:38.760 --> 37:40.200] Yeah. [37:40.200 --> 37:46.240] And the courts, there's, there is case law that distinguishes between transport for business [37:46.240 --> 37:47.960] and transport for private. [37:47.960 --> 37:48.960] Okay. [37:48.960 --> 37:54.960] And of course, you'll have to know that when they try to use the wrong definition in your [37:54.960 --> 37:55.960] case. [37:55.960 --> 37:56.960] Is that correct? [37:56.960 --> 37:57.960] That is correct. [37:57.960 --> 37:58.960] All right. [37:58.960 --> 38:05.040] So, case law, yeah, there is case law that people who live in the United States can travel [38:05.040 --> 38:08.040] without a license. [38:08.040 --> 38:09.360] Absolutely. [38:09.360 --> 38:12.520] And do the courts accept this case law or they just ignore you? [38:12.520 --> 38:15.880] The courts at the trial level will always ignore you. [38:15.880 --> 38:19.300] Their job is to separate you from your money. [38:19.300 --> 38:23.480] They could care less about the law or the truth or your rights. [38:23.480 --> 38:24.760] They don't care. [38:24.760 --> 38:27.360] And we've let them get away with that for far too long. [38:27.360 --> 38:33.960] So really, the next step is in the appeal is where we... [38:33.960 --> 38:39.400] That's why everything you do has to be for making a proper record for appeal. [38:39.400 --> 38:43.960] Everything you do at trial is for the purpose of preparing for appeal. [38:43.960 --> 38:47.320] Now personally, I don't agree with that process. [38:47.320 --> 38:53.320] If the court has no real authority to be trying you because you're not engaged in an activity [38:53.320 --> 38:58.520] over which they had authority to begin with, then there shouldn't be a need to go to trial [38:58.520 --> 39:03.480] anyway so an appellate court could turn around and agree with you. [39:03.480 --> 39:08.720] But the way that the statutes and the laws are being written, they're written intentionally [39:08.720 --> 39:14.760] to be deceptive and to create these problems so that people get caught up in the first [39:14.760 --> 39:19.960] level wringer and wound up getting too frustrated to follow through to fight all the way to [39:19.960 --> 39:20.960] the end. [39:20.960 --> 39:27.200] And they don't care if you display to them that you know that they're lying, et cetera. [39:27.200 --> 39:28.200] It's just... [39:28.200 --> 39:32.640] No, because until you get the appeals court to agree with you, it doesn't matter what [39:32.640 --> 39:35.040] you say or do. [39:35.040 --> 39:36.040] Not to them. [39:36.040 --> 39:37.040] Yeah. [39:37.040 --> 39:41.320] This is the problem with putting lawyers in the legislature and every other department [39:41.320 --> 39:42.320] of government. [39:42.320 --> 39:43.320] All right. [39:43.320 --> 39:48.320] Well, I'm going to continue my study and listening to you. [39:48.320 --> 39:49.920] I appreciate you giving me the time. [39:49.920 --> 39:52.440] I'll clear the air for the next caller. [39:52.440 --> 39:53.440] All right, Otto. [39:53.440 --> 39:54.440] Thanks for calling in. [39:54.440 --> 39:55.440] Thank you, Eddie. [39:55.440 --> 39:56.440] Bye-bye. [39:56.440 --> 39:57.440] Bye-bye. [39:57.440 --> 39:58.440] All right. [39:58.440 --> 40:00.160] Now we're going to go to Alex in New York. [40:00.160 --> 40:03.160] And Alex is my last caller, folks, so I'm going to need some more. [40:03.160 --> 40:04.160] 512-646-1984. [40:04.160 --> 40:05.160] All right, Alex. [40:05.160 --> 40:06.160] Go ahead. [40:06.160 --> 40:07.160] Hey, thanks for taking me on here this evening. [40:07.160 --> 40:08.160] Yes, sir. [40:08.160 --> 40:09.160] Can you do me one favor, though, and speak up a bit? [40:09.160 --> 40:10.160] Yes. [40:10.160 --> 40:11.160] Okay. [40:11.160 --> 40:12.160] All right. [40:12.160 --> 40:13.160] Here's what's happening. [40:13.160 --> 40:27.280] I had, you know, a normal thing getting stopped in the road, but I like to make a few things [40:27.280 --> 40:31.800] clear for myself, which aren't, and I don't know exactly how to find out. [40:31.800 --> 40:41.520] When I went into court and I kicked out initially, I was over speaking to the judge. [40:41.520 --> 40:47.800] In any case, I keep bringing up jurisdiction and challenging the jurisdiction of the state [40:47.800 --> 40:53.000] where I got stopped, and it was never proven. [40:53.000 --> 40:56.760] And at the end, the judge would just ask me, when did you want to come by? [40:56.760 --> 41:02.440] And I was like, well, under what authority, at which point, you know, he put me under [41:02.440 --> 41:05.520] cuffs in court. [41:05.520 --> 41:11.880] And even when I came back and I'm like, you know, I ended up posting bail and getting [41:11.880 --> 41:12.880] out. [41:12.880 --> 41:15.440] But again, I was never told the charges. [41:15.440 --> 41:18.880] I don't know if it was for what reason. [41:18.880 --> 41:21.880] I don't even know for how much it was. [41:21.880 --> 41:27.440] And worst of all is, even when I went back into court and I questioned it, never given [41:27.440 --> 41:28.440] an answer. [41:28.440 --> 41:32.720] And I'm like, so that's one of my things is I'm thinking, okay, then how did he end up [41:32.720 --> 41:37.680] getting, how did the state end up getting jurisdiction for the court to be imbued with [41:37.680 --> 41:43.000] it after I challenged it, because it was never shown or proven or anything otherwise. [41:43.000 --> 41:50.040] So that is one of my, I like to understand how I got tricked, or what happened that they [41:50.040 --> 41:55.520] were able to take jurisdiction without proving it as required. [41:55.520 --> 42:03.720] Well, as I said, first, the procedure that they operate under does not comply with your [42:03.720 --> 42:06.880] rights the way it's supposed to. [42:06.880 --> 42:17.160] The jurisdiction of a court of limited jurisdiction, once challenged, you are correct by case law, [42:17.160 --> 42:24.320] it is required that information be entered on the record that proves the court has jurisdiction. [42:24.320 --> 42:30.800] This is exactly why here in Texas, that the initial pleading of the state is supposed [42:30.800 --> 42:36.840] to be an indictment or information that shows how and why the state has jurisdiction over [42:36.840 --> 42:38.760] the alleged offense. [42:38.760 --> 42:43.600] But they never file one of those in these class C fine only cases. [42:43.600 --> 42:48.480] See here in Texas, they have a special chapter called Chapter 45 in the Code of Criminal [42:48.480 --> 42:49.960] Procedure. [42:49.960 --> 42:55.560] In the very first couple of articles of that, you're going to see language that says something [42:55.560 --> 43:01.080] similar to this, and you'll see the same thing in probably any state you're in. [43:01.080 --> 43:08.360] But the procedures in this chapter are here for the purpose of providing less formal procedures [43:08.360 --> 43:17.480] in order to, quote unquote, facilitate and streamline the process of taking these cases [43:17.480 --> 43:19.360] through the system. [43:19.360 --> 43:23.960] What that is when you decipher it is this. [43:23.960 --> 43:30.120] The rules here are very loose and lax, are subject to rewrite and reinterpretation at [43:30.120 --> 43:36.920] the judge's whim any time they want, ignore the right of due process and proper procedure [43:36.920 --> 43:42.640] at every turn, and will hold you and only you accountable for anything and everything [43:42.640 --> 43:47.720] while allowing the system to get away with any bloody dang thing it likes. [43:47.720 --> 43:48.720] That's what it really means. [43:48.720 --> 43:50.520] But hang on just a second. [43:50.520 --> 43:52.280] We'll finish this up on the other side, okay? [43:52.280 --> 43:53.280] We're about to take a break. [43:53.280 --> 43:54.280] All right, folks, 512-646-1984. [43:54.280 --> 43:55.280] We'll be right back. [46:28.720 --> 46:33.280] We do have a fundraiser going on right now, and anyone that buys a traffic seminar before [46:33.280 --> 46:38.520] the end of the month through the network gets entered into the drawing for the handgun 10 [46:38.520 --> 46:39.520] times. [46:39.520 --> 46:43.040] That's one entry for every $25. [46:43.040 --> 46:47.960] So the seminar being 250 bucks, if you buy a seminar, you're entered into the drawing [46:47.960 --> 46:49.360] 10 times. [46:49.360 --> 46:54.840] Remember, this is our fundraiser for the year here, or at least one of them. [46:54.840 --> 47:00.160] And if you have the means to donate, even not able to get the seminar, but at least [47:00.160 --> 47:02.720] donate something, please do so. [47:02.720 --> 47:05.040] The network needs your financial support. [47:05.040 --> 47:07.920] We rely on you to keep us going here. [47:07.920 --> 47:09.600] Same thing with the personal donations. [47:09.600 --> 47:15.840] We spend a lot of our time trying to get the information that we bring to you on the air. [47:15.840 --> 47:22.160] And I can vouch for the fact that the stuff I do here every day, I have to sit down and [47:22.160 --> 47:29.920] read and research and write and make notes and transcribe and do video research and listen [47:29.920 --> 47:34.600] to these interviews and these kinds of things and go back and read case law and all this [47:34.600 --> 47:35.600] other kind of stuff. [47:35.600 --> 47:41.280] I spend an awful lot of time trying to dig up accurate information to bring to you about [47:41.280 --> 47:44.160] the things that I talk about on here. [47:44.160 --> 47:46.920] And so does everyone that I'm aware of on the network. [47:46.920 --> 47:51.640] We do our best to have information that's useful to you and valuable. [47:51.640 --> 47:53.320] Please support us. [47:53.320 --> 47:55.360] Please get a seminar if you can. [47:55.360 --> 48:01.200] Please donate if you can, whether it be to the network in general or to us individually, [48:01.200 --> 48:08.120] however much you can, as often as you can, because we are working for you folks, okay? [48:08.120 --> 48:11.600] And we work and need your support. [48:11.600 --> 48:16.000] And I can honestly say that some of us have worked hard and deserve some support for what [48:16.000 --> 48:20.600] we bring you, because we do our best to do it right and do it honest. [48:20.600 --> 48:22.120] So please help us out. [48:22.120 --> 48:23.120] All right. [48:23.120 --> 48:25.800] That being said, let's get back to Alex in New York. [48:25.800 --> 48:27.800] All right, Alex, please continue. [48:27.800 --> 48:35.200] Well, like I said, I wanted to understand a bit more as how they got authority, because [48:35.200 --> 48:40.400] I'm continuously, even up to now, challenging it. [48:40.400 --> 48:43.960] And one thing that's bothersome to me, well, actually there's two things that's really [48:43.960 --> 48:45.960] bothersome to me. [48:45.960 --> 48:53.680] Number one is, once jurisdiction is challenged, the court can't even proceed, doesn't even [48:53.680 --> 48:57.880] have authority to proceed until the state approves it. [48:57.880 --> 48:59.080] So I have been... [48:59.080 --> 49:05.000] And what did you use as your authority to make them play by those rules? [49:05.000 --> 49:10.760] Could you give me an example of what you mean? [49:10.760 --> 49:15.840] You mean what law did I use or what... [49:15.840 --> 49:22.640] What did you cite as the authority to hold them to that statement? [49:22.640 --> 49:23.640] I apologize. [49:23.640 --> 49:33.160] Yes, I used a few case laws that I've used that clearly dictates what jurisdiction is. [49:33.160 --> 49:36.400] Are they federal or are they state? [49:36.400 --> 49:37.640] Both. [49:37.640 --> 49:40.600] Are they relevant to the state you're in? [49:40.600 --> 49:41.600] Yes. [49:41.600 --> 49:42.600] Okay. [49:42.600 --> 49:44.400] Yes, they are. [49:44.400 --> 49:48.840] And are they relevant to the type of court you're in? [49:48.840 --> 49:49.840] Absolutely. [49:49.840 --> 49:50.840] All right. [49:50.840 --> 49:54.040] Then that is what's known as appealable error. [49:54.040 --> 49:57.880] See, this goes back to what I was saying originally. [49:57.880 --> 50:04.400] The lower courts don't care what the law is, whether it be written in a black and white [50:04.400 --> 50:09.720] law book, a statute code, or a higher court opinion. [50:09.720 --> 50:12.520] They don't care. [50:12.520 --> 50:19.520] They are people run and managed by utter morons, okay? [50:19.520 --> 50:21.600] They can barely read. [50:21.600 --> 50:28.920] And if they read, they don't comprehend very well because they have a set goal. [50:28.920 --> 50:36.120] And nothing, absolutely nothing will sway them from that goal except getting caught [50:36.120 --> 50:44.040] red-handed in the cookie jar up to their elbow while taking some important person's cookie. [50:44.040 --> 50:46.200] And you ate that important person. [50:46.200 --> 50:48.200] That's true. [50:48.200 --> 50:51.680] Okay, so another case, they didn't take it. [50:51.680 --> 50:52.680] I was never tricked. [50:52.680 --> 50:54.640] It's just the way the court is. [50:54.640 --> 50:55.640] That is correct. [50:55.640 --> 50:56.640] Okay. [50:56.640 --> 50:57.640] So I can accept that. [50:57.640 --> 51:02.960] So number two is that how were they able to... [51:02.960 --> 51:07.440] How can I find out why was I thrown into jail because no one's speaking? [51:07.440 --> 51:11.360] There has to be an order entered into the court records showing why you were thrown [51:11.360 --> 51:12.360] in jail. [51:12.360 --> 51:17.880] If that was done without any type of order and arrest warrant, then that was an unlawful [51:17.880 --> 51:19.960] imprisonment. [51:19.960 --> 51:22.840] And you can have somebody's head for that. [51:22.840 --> 51:30.320] So the first thing you need to do is get your hand on the court file and see what's in it. [51:30.320 --> 51:32.480] Okay. [51:32.480 --> 51:35.280] That should be public record. [51:35.280 --> 51:40.960] I asked because I went into the court file and I asked the court clerk to see the bond. [51:40.960 --> 51:44.600] I wanted to see the bond or I wanted to see the order for the bond. [51:44.600 --> 51:47.280] And she goes, oh, you already got the receipt. [51:47.280 --> 51:52.040] And I was like, yeah, that's the receipt that I posted for, but that's not the actual bond. [51:52.040 --> 51:54.640] She goes, well, we don't carry that here. [51:54.640 --> 51:55.640] Where is it? [51:55.640 --> 51:57.360] I don't know. [51:57.360 --> 51:58.640] So then I went to the sheriff. [51:58.640 --> 52:02.440] The sheriff is like, hey, listen, all we have is the receipt that we gave you a copy for. [52:02.440 --> 52:04.680] I was like, yeah, but what about everything that was signed? [52:04.680 --> 52:09.080] He goes, oh, that's again, that's our records. [52:09.080 --> 52:10.080] We don't allow you to see that. [52:10.080 --> 52:11.680] We don't get you a copy of it. [52:11.680 --> 52:12.680] Okay. [52:12.680 --> 52:20.280] Does the state that this is all occurring in have a public information statute? [52:20.280 --> 52:22.200] You mean public law? [52:22.200 --> 52:24.680] I mean, as far as- No. [52:24.680 --> 52:29.800] Something that allows the public access to public information and records maintained [52:29.800 --> 52:32.800] by governmental entities. [52:32.800 --> 52:34.920] That should be the freedom of information law. [52:34.920 --> 52:37.000] Well, is that what it's called in New York? [52:37.000 --> 52:38.880] That's what it's called at the federal level. [52:38.880 --> 52:41.320] Is that what it's called in New York? [52:41.320 --> 52:45.000] That's also what's called in the New York, but since I am concernately a party and I [52:45.000 --> 52:49.080] was the one that was arrested, I shouldn't even make a difference. [52:49.080 --> 52:57.880] While I agree with you, okay, you need to be accessing any and all tools available to [52:57.880 --> 53:02.520] you so that they can't hide from all of them. [53:02.520 --> 53:03.520] I see. [53:03.520 --> 53:08.880] They can ignore you all day long, but when you hit them with something they're required [53:08.880 --> 53:15.280] to do by law or statute, that hammer is a lot bigger than you. [53:15.280 --> 53:16.280] Okay. [53:16.280 --> 53:19.680] Now, how do I find out? [53:19.680 --> 53:23.760] I guess I got to go to a public library to see where this stuff is even held. [53:23.760 --> 53:29.200] Well, I'm sure if you're actually in New York and this is going on in New York, New York [53:29.200 --> 53:32.400] statutes are probably online. [53:32.400 --> 53:35.760] Most states have an online version of their statutes. [53:35.760 --> 53:40.480] Okay, so bonding statutes, I got to find out. [53:40.480 --> 53:42.040] Well, no. [53:42.040 --> 53:50.040] Let's go with public information first and demand that they produce the bonding information [53:50.040 --> 53:52.800] you want. [53:52.800 --> 53:57.840] So look up the Freedom of Information Act requirements and see what they have to give [53:57.840 --> 54:02.280] you and what you can ask for and they have to provide. [54:02.280 --> 54:04.920] I don't even know who to give it to. [54:04.920 --> 54:07.140] You will serve it on everybody. [54:07.140 --> 54:09.120] What difference does it make? [54:09.120 --> 54:13.040] Serve it on the court clerk, serve it on the sheriff's department, and demand production [54:13.040 --> 54:19.280] of all the records if those records are covered by that act and they're required to give them. [54:19.280 --> 54:20.280] Okay. [54:20.280 --> 54:27.320] Well, what would you think I should need to know, a direction, where if they fail because [54:27.320 --> 54:28.880] I've already filed... [54:28.880 --> 54:35.280] Again, your public information act should tell you who to write to or direct further [54:35.280 --> 54:39.040] requests to if they fail to comply. [54:39.040 --> 54:44.200] For instance, here in Texas, if this entity that you're requesting the information from [54:44.200 --> 54:49.360] does not comply as they're required to by law, you file a criminal complaint with the [54:49.360 --> 54:55.220] attorney general's office regarding their refusal to comply. [54:55.220 --> 55:00.560] So check out whatever the Freedom of Information Act is in New York and find out who it makes [55:00.560 --> 55:04.720] responsible for enforcement if the entity doesn't comply. [55:04.720 --> 55:06.440] All right. [55:06.440 --> 55:09.320] Any other question is... [55:09.320 --> 55:12.720] That's one thing, if they don't comply with the Freedom of Information Act, and again, [55:12.720 --> 55:14.040] I appreciate that. [55:14.040 --> 55:22.000] The second question then is if they don't comply with providing proof of the challenge [55:22.000 --> 55:23.640] and they don't... [55:23.640 --> 55:32.680] They're never going to comply with the jurisdictional challenge, never, never, never, never. [55:32.680 --> 55:35.280] Listen to me, never. [55:35.280 --> 55:40.120] The only way you're going to get that addressed is for the appellate court to agree with you [55:40.120 --> 55:44.880] on the jurisdiction and say the lower court never had it. [55:44.880 --> 55:46.680] Got it? [55:46.680 --> 55:47.680] Right. [55:47.680 --> 55:48.680] Okay. [55:48.680 --> 55:53.960] So then how do I pursue getting a refund that I should have to... [55:53.960 --> 55:58.920] You're not getting a refund unless you can get the appellate court to agree with you [55:58.920 --> 56:02.120] and make them order it. [56:02.120 --> 56:03.920] But then again, what are you appealing? [56:03.920 --> 56:04.920] You don't know yet. [56:04.920 --> 56:05.920] Uh-huh. [56:05.920 --> 56:14.400] And if they don't agree, then I guess I'm just shit out of luck. [56:14.400 --> 56:18.880] Well, you can watch your language or you will be at being able to call in from now on, but... [56:18.880 --> 56:19.880] I apologize. [56:19.880 --> 56:20.880] You know what? [56:20.880 --> 56:21.880] She mentioned that to me again. [56:21.880 --> 56:22.880] I apologize. [56:22.880 --> 56:25.440] Yeah, please do because she does not take that lightly. [56:25.440 --> 56:26.440] Okay? [56:26.440 --> 56:33.560] And I'm probably going to get in trouble for my glaucoma joke earlier, but the point is, [56:33.560 --> 56:37.320] okay, that you have to get this done. [56:37.320 --> 56:39.440] No one can do this but you. [56:39.440 --> 56:45.040] So you have to figure out how this game is being played and play it better than them [56:45.040 --> 56:49.400] because when you don't, this is what you're looking at, the runaround. [56:49.400 --> 56:50.400] Gotcha. [56:50.400 --> 56:51.640] I understand that now. [56:51.640 --> 56:52.640] Okay. [56:52.640 --> 56:59.080] One of the points is when the state brings charges against you for whatever charges they [56:59.080 --> 57:04.240] want to bring, we know that they go under statute law. [57:04.240 --> 57:06.360] Now the plaintiff can... [57:06.360 --> 57:07.360] Well, that's an oxymoron. [57:07.360 --> 57:10.280] There's no such thing as statute law. [57:10.280 --> 57:11.280] Okay. [57:11.280 --> 57:13.280] Under the statutes. [57:13.280 --> 57:19.800] Now the plaintiff can always bring charges under any statutes or law that they want to [57:19.800 --> 57:21.600] bring it under. [57:21.600 --> 57:25.560] If they can prove the necessary elements of the charge, yeah. [57:25.560 --> 57:26.560] Yes. [57:26.560 --> 57:36.120] But now as a defendant, if you want to use that word, is can they actually... [57:36.120 --> 57:37.480] All they could do is challenge it. [57:37.480 --> 57:42.080] I mean, they don't have no authority about what law is used or what's not used, can they? [57:42.080 --> 57:43.080] No. [57:43.080 --> 57:48.440] Like in other words, if we wanted to say, hey, Article 3, common law, jurisdiction only, [57:48.440 --> 57:52.680] and these things don't apply to me, you can't demand common law. [57:52.680 --> 57:53.680] No. [57:53.680 --> 57:56.680] They're going to do exactly what they did with the jurisdictional challenge. [57:56.680 --> 57:57.680] They're going to ignore you. [57:57.680 --> 58:00.680] They're going to ignore it no matter what. [58:00.680 --> 58:01.680] Exactly. [58:01.680 --> 58:02.680] Gotcha, gotcha. [58:02.680 --> 58:08.960] It's just a matter of knowing the procedures of what can be done. [58:08.960 --> 58:16.760] It is the matter of knowing how their game is played better than they did, period. [58:16.760 --> 58:22.680] It's very hard for them to ignore the rules that they use against you and make a double [58:22.680 --> 58:24.060] standard out of it. [58:24.060 --> 58:25.600] That is too obvious. [58:25.600 --> 58:27.320] That is what catches them. [58:27.320 --> 58:28.320] Okay? [58:28.320 --> 58:34.160] And what should I take a look into to actually make that occur? [58:34.160 --> 58:37.760] Well, that's whatever you got to look into the rules and procedure, Alex. [58:37.760 --> 58:38.760] All right. [58:38.760 --> 58:39.760] We got to take a break. [58:39.760 --> 58:40.760] All right, folks. [58:40.760 --> 58:45.040] This is Rule of Law Radio 512-646-1984. [58:58.720 --> 59:04.120] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, but in the process can compromise [59:04.120 --> 59:07.360] the profound meaning of the scripture. [59:07.360 --> 59:09.160] Enter the recovery version. [59:09.160 --> 59:15.080] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate, but the real story is the more [59:15.080 --> 59:18.800] than 9,000 explanatory footnotes. [59:18.800 --> 59:23.800] Difficult and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way, providing an entrance [59:23.800 --> 59:28.480] into the riches of the Word beyond which you've ever experienced before. [01:01:02.720 --> 01:01:07.460] In the news, four years before the White House blamed North Korea for a cyberattack on Sony, [01:01:07.460 --> 01:01:08.460] the U.S. [01:01:08.460 --> 01:01:11.280] Government was reportedly hacking the country's computer system. [01:01:11.280 --> 01:01:16.160] In 2010, the National Security Agency began the operation according to the New York Times [01:01:16.160 --> 01:01:20.600] in a report published Sunday which cites newly disclosed NSA documents. [01:01:20.600 --> 01:01:24.400] The NSA was able to infiltrate many of the computers and networks used by North Korean [01:01:24.400 --> 01:01:28.920] hackers and provided evidence that Kim Jong Un's computer wizards were behind the hack [01:01:28.920 --> 01:01:34.800] of Sony's email system, sources told the Times. [01:01:34.800 --> 01:01:38.200] The controversial transatlantic trade and investment partnership has faced resistance [01:01:38.200 --> 01:01:42.600] from critics who say the deal would allow multinational corporations to override national [01:01:42.600 --> 01:01:46.280] laws to protect the environment, consumer rights and food standards. [01:01:46.280 --> 01:01:51.480] The so-called investor-to-state dispute settlement has been suspended after 150,000 objections [01:01:51.480 --> 01:01:54.360] in a European Union consultation exercise. [01:01:54.360 --> 01:01:58.960] The ISDS would protect foreign investors from decisions by national governments. [01:01:58.960 --> 01:02:03.680] The Trans-Pacific Partnership, another international trade deal, has also faced heavy scrutiny [01:02:03.680 --> 01:02:07.640] from the public. [01:02:07.640 --> 01:02:12.400] The Justice Department will not consider proposals to spare the life of Shogar Zarnaf, one of [01:02:12.400 --> 01:02:14.960] the alleged bombers of the Boston Marathon. [01:02:14.960 --> 01:02:17.480] That's according to a report from the Associated Press. [01:02:17.480 --> 01:02:21.760] The trial to decide what punishment Zarnaf should face will begin in late January. [01:03:18.920 --> 01:03:39.120] All right, folks, we are back. [01:03:39.120 --> 01:03:44.760] This is Rule of Law Radio and right now we are going to go to Thomas in Texas. [01:03:44.760 --> 01:03:47.040] Thomas, what can we do for you? [01:03:47.040 --> 01:03:51.760] Hi, thanks for taking my call. [01:03:51.760 --> 01:04:01.200] My concern is, I guess the question is, is it possible to sue a police officer for libel [01:04:01.200 --> 01:04:03.160] on a police report? [01:04:03.160 --> 01:04:04.160] No. [01:04:04.160 --> 01:04:09.080] Is there anything you do about a false police report? [01:04:09.080 --> 01:04:10.080] Yes. [01:04:10.080 --> 01:04:14.200] Well, what is it? [01:04:14.200 --> 01:04:22.720] You can sue for defamation if what he did caused you harm in the public eye because [01:04:22.720 --> 01:04:27.440] that will be, the police report is not going to be the issue, it's the result of the police [01:04:27.440 --> 01:04:28.440] report. [01:04:28.440 --> 01:04:33.760] It's going to be, did you get arrested, did they fingerprint you, did they mugshot you, [01:04:33.760 --> 01:04:40.640] did that get picked up by something like busted magazine for public consumption, that kind [01:04:40.640 --> 01:04:41.640] of thing. [01:04:41.640 --> 01:04:42.640] Okay. [01:04:42.640 --> 01:04:45.480] But the police report itself, no. [01:04:45.480 --> 01:04:52.480] Now, you can get him in a lot of trouble if you can prove he falsified that police report. [01:04:52.480 --> 01:04:57.060] If you have a recording of video or anything like that that proves the statements made [01:04:57.060 --> 01:05:03.600] in the police report are a flat out lie or a misrepresentation of the facts, then you [01:05:03.600 --> 01:05:09.040] can file a formal complaint along with a copy of that and let his bosses know that he's [01:05:09.040 --> 01:05:13.920] fraudulently creating governmental paperwork with false statements. [01:05:13.920 --> 01:05:16.800] That's a felony in Texas to do that. [01:05:16.800 --> 01:05:17.800] Okay. [01:05:17.800 --> 01:05:21.760] So unfortunately we didn't have the event recorded. [01:05:21.760 --> 01:05:24.400] Ah, another anal glaucoma sufferer. [01:05:24.400 --> 01:05:26.920] Yeah, I know. [01:05:26.920 --> 01:05:31.280] You just can't see your ass recording this stuff like I tell you to. [01:05:31.280 --> 01:05:32.280] Yeah. [01:05:32.280 --> 01:05:35.040] Well, I definitely know better now. [01:05:35.040 --> 01:05:36.040] All right. [01:05:36.040 --> 01:05:41.320] Now there are two elements on the report that are, well, one of them is undeniably verifiably [01:05:41.320 --> 01:05:42.320] false. [01:05:42.320 --> 01:05:43.320] Okay. [01:05:43.320 --> 01:05:47.040] What do you mean by undeniably verifiably? [01:05:47.040 --> 01:05:48.920] How are you verifying it? [01:05:48.920 --> 01:05:54.640] Well, because they made a statement about our home, which is definitely not true. [01:05:54.640 --> 01:06:03.080] I mean, they, well, part of the complaint is they basically painted my wife out to look [01:06:03.080 --> 01:06:09.200] like a mad woman in the report and like 9% of what they described there didn't even happen [01:06:09.200 --> 01:06:11.440] because I was going to do all the talking during the event. [01:06:11.440 --> 01:06:14.160] They don't even mention me, but. [01:06:14.160 --> 01:06:15.160] Okay. [01:06:15.160 --> 01:06:22.920] Well, what you can do is you can file in Texas, you can do a public information request for [01:06:22.920 --> 01:06:29.280] the audio and video from the officer's body mics and cameras. [01:06:29.280 --> 01:06:32.800] They will have recorded it even if you didn't most likely. [01:06:32.800 --> 01:06:33.800] Really? [01:06:33.800 --> 01:06:40.120] So, file a public information request asking for that from whatever police agencies showed [01:06:40.120 --> 01:06:41.120] up. [01:06:41.120 --> 01:06:42.120] Okay. [01:06:42.120 --> 01:06:44.760] That wasn't where they had that going on in Texas already. [01:06:44.760 --> 01:06:45.760] Oh yeah. [01:06:45.760 --> 01:06:47.800] There's lots of departments in Texas that have that. [01:06:47.800 --> 01:06:49.640] Very few in fact do not. [01:06:49.640 --> 01:06:50.640] Okay. [01:06:50.640 --> 01:06:51.640] I'll check on that. [01:06:51.640 --> 01:06:58.160] But yeah, the thing that was very difficult to prove they lied about, they made the claim [01:06:58.160 --> 01:07:04.000] that we had a spare bedroom because part of their accusation is that we are crazy hoarders [01:07:04.000 --> 01:07:09.600] and the place is full of junk and they claimed that the bedroom was so full that our bed [01:07:09.600 --> 01:07:10.600] was in the living room. [01:07:10.600 --> 01:07:12.520] But we live in a one room efficiency. [01:07:12.520 --> 01:07:16.280] There is only one room in that house. [01:07:16.280 --> 01:07:21.360] And they were in the house and they saw the only other door in the house open, which was [01:07:21.360 --> 01:07:22.360] clearly a bathroom. [01:07:22.360 --> 01:07:24.680] So that was a filed lie on the report. [01:07:24.680 --> 01:07:28.800] Now they could claim they didn't know, but I would argue that it means they made no attempt [01:07:28.800 --> 01:07:31.200] to investigate the statement. [01:07:31.200 --> 01:07:32.200] Okay. [01:07:32.200 --> 01:07:35.720] Well, that would just be seen as a reasonable mistake on their part. [01:07:35.720 --> 01:07:38.440] It won't be seen as anything harmful. [01:07:38.440 --> 01:07:47.680] Now the bigger one though is the whole incident involved, it was basically animal control [01:07:47.680 --> 01:07:53.640] and they were there about our dog at the time. [01:07:53.640 --> 01:07:58.480] We had called the vet on the phone and the vet, they stayed on the report that the vet [01:07:58.480 --> 01:08:01.680] recommended euthanasia and the dog had to be put down, et cetera. [01:08:01.680 --> 01:08:08.040] That is not what the vet told us on the phone and we have written a record of that. [01:08:08.040 --> 01:08:11.960] That they lied about what the vet said in more than one account. [01:08:11.960 --> 01:08:12.960] Okay. [01:08:12.960 --> 01:08:17.360] What significance does that have in relation to why they were there? [01:08:17.360 --> 01:08:23.760] Well, allegedly their whole premise was, you know, they were animal controlled. [01:08:23.760 --> 01:08:27.280] They claimed that we were being cruel to the animal because we weren't putting it down, [01:08:27.280 --> 01:08:30.880] but it was never given a terminal diagnosis by the vet. [01:08:30.880 --> 01:08:32.360] And that was closely why- [01:08:32.360 --> 01:08:33.360] Wait, wait, wait. [01:08:33.360 --> 01:08:36.960] I'm not sure I follow this. [01:08:36.960 --> 01:08:40.680] Who showed up at your house, cops or animal control? [01:08:40.680 --> 01:08:44.400] Well, I guess that's where I'm not entirely certain in relation. [01:08:44.400 --> 01:08:46.520] I mean, they had badges and- [01:08:46.520 --> 01:08:47.520] Okay. [01:08:47.520 --> 01:08:50.960] Why did they let, did you let them in your house? [01:08:50.960 --> 01:08:58.520] Unfortunately, my wife did let them in before I got home. [01:08:58.520 --> 01:09:00.040] Okay. [01:09:00.040 --> 01:09:06.400] Then something's already wrong with what you've told me then, because you said you did all [01:09:06.400 --> 01:09:09.240] the talking in this scenario. [01:09:09.240 --> 01:09:14.440] How is that possible if your wife already has them in the house before you get home? [01:09:14.440 --> 01:09:19.160] Well, obviously she did, you know, talk to them when they first arrived. [01:09:19.160 --> 01:09:20.160] Okay. [01:09:20.160 --> 01:09:26.080] Well, then let's keep all these facts straight, because those little mistakes of storytelling, [01:09:26.080 --> 01:09:31.320] that's the kind of stuff that's going to get you buried in a courtroom. [01:09:31.320 --> 01:09:34.120] Okay. [01:09:34.120 --> 01:09:38.360] Give it to me the way it happens, not the way you imagine it. [01:09:38.360 --> 01:09:39.360] Right. [01:09:39.360 --> 01:09:46.040] So, I don't know, I mean, the whole event, we requested a free support in the first place, [01:09:46.040 --> 01:09:48.360] because we were trying to contest him at the whole event in the first place. [01:09:48.360 --> 01:09:49.360] Okay. [01:09:49.360 --> 01:09:53.200] When you pulled up, you obviously came home at some point, right? [01:09:53.200 --> 01:09:54.200] Right. [01:09:54.200 --> 01:09:56.400] What was sitting on your lawn? [01:09:56.400 --> 01:10:02.160] Animal control truck or police cruiser? [01:10:02.160 --> 01:10:07.600] That would be the, well, it's an animal control thing on the side, so that means the- [01:10:07.600 --> 01:10:11.240] Well, then that's a pretty good clue that it ain't police. [01:10:11.240 --> 01:10:12.240] Okay. [01:10:12.240 --> 01:10:18.720] Well, there's not much visual distinction from the officers, I mean, they even had guns. [01:10:18.720 --> 01:10:19.720] They did have guns? [01:10:19.720 --> 01:10:28.080] I believe so, I guess I shouldn't say it certainly, but- [01:10:28.080 --> 01:10:33.800] Unless animal control is part of the sheriff's department, and it's actually a sheriff deputy, [01:10:33.800 --> 01:10:38.880] which that actually happens in some places, but I haven't seen it in Texas for a long [01:10:38.880 --> 01:10:40.440] time. [01:10:40.440 --> 01:10:45.880] They shouldn't be wearing guns, animal control doesn't wear guns, they're not authorized [01:10:45.880 --> 01:10:48.880] to wear guns. [01:10:48.880 --> 01:10:56.480] Now they may have mace, pepper spray, things like that to use on animals, which to me is [01:10:56.480 --> 01:11:02.080] kind of counterproductive to them being called animal control and not abusing them, but still, [01:11:02.080 --> 01:11:03.080] you get my drift. [01:11:03.080 --> 01:11:04.080] Right. [01:11:04.080 --> 01:11:05.080] Okay. [01:11:05.080 --> 01:11:10.320] What's the distinction then between them and regular police officers? [01:11:10.320 --> 01:11:14.960] A lot. [01:11:14.960 --> 01:11:17.080] They cannot arrest you. [01:11:17.080 --> 01:11:21.660] They can only call the cops to come arrest you. [01:11:21.660 --> 01:11:27.380] They can't enter your home without a warrant anymore than anyone else can. [01:11:27.380 --> 01:11:31.640] They shouldn't be invited in, kind of like vampires. [01:11:31.640 --> 01:11:38.880] You know that old story, a vampire can't enter your home unless it's invited? [01:11:38.880 --> 01:11:39.880] Right. [01:11:39.880 --> 01:11:48.960] Same thing with a government official, unless they got a warrant. [01:11:48.960 --> 01:11:54.260] But anyway, again, what is this about the animal abuse thing? [01:11:54.260 --> 01:11:59.000] If there was no terminal diagnosis by the vet's office, what are these people even doing [01:11:59.000 --> 01:12:00.000] there? [01:12:00.000 --> 01:12:01.000] Who called them? [01:12:01.000 --> 01:12:05.400] Well, the initial, what happened, he was very sick, there's no doubt about that, and so [01:12:05.400 --> 01:12:09.440] we took him to an emergency clinic, but the original emergency clinic we went to was going [01:12:09.440 --> 01:12:15.080] to charge us over $2,000 just to diagnose him, and we had no way we could afford it. [01:12:15.080 --> 01:12:16.080] Him being a dog? [01:12:16.080 --> 01:12:17.080] A dog, yes. [01:12:17.080 --> 01:12:18.080] Okay. [01:12:18.080 --> 01:12:21.640] And so we said, there's no way we can afford that. [01:12:21.640 --> 01:12:25.160] We're going to go find somewhere else that we can afford. [01:12:25.160 --> 01:12:26.320] And they did not like that. [01:12:26.320 --> 01:12:30.840] They forced us to sign an AMA form before we could even leave the building. [01:12:30.840 --> 01:12:34.760] And so, but we went, and the AMA says, an agreement with them saying that we are going [01:12:34.760 --> 01:12:37.720] to take him straight to another clinic, which is exactly what we did. [01:12:37.720 --> 01:12:44.840] We found another one in town that was far more civil and was willing to work with us, [01:12:44.840 --> 01:12:50.120] and they did the best they could with our budget, and they made no mention, even if [01:12:50.120 --> 01:12:52.940] he's in need at all. [01:12:52.940 --> 01:12:55.080] And then we went from them to a... [01:12:55.080 --> 01:12:58.360] Well, until they diagnosed it, why would they? [01:12:58.360 --> 01:13:01.200] Oh, right. [01:13:01.200 --> 01:13:06.120] And then, so we went, and we went to an emergency clinic, went to a regular vet, and all the [01:13:06.120 --> 01:13:12.320] people that we actually pay for services from, they no mention of, they never said he can't [01:13:12.320 --> 01:13:13.320] make it. [01:13:13.320 --> 01:13:15.640] They said he was bad, but we're going to get him treated, we're going to do the best we [01:13:15.640 --> 01:13:16.640] can do. [01:13:16.640 --> 01:13:21.480] But the initial vet did not like us leaving them, so apparently they filed, well, we had [01:13:21.480 --> 01:13:23.000] a police report, we noticed them. [01:13:23.000 --> 01:13:25.160] They filed, they called the cops on us. [01:13:25.160 --> 01:13:34.600] Okay, then that's who you have a potential issue against, because that would be filing [01:13:34.600 --> 01:13:36.920] a false report. [01:13:36.920 --> 01:13:43.840] That also is a crime, all right? [01:13:43.840 --> 01:13:54.320] So you might have a lawsuit against that clinic, okay, for defamation and libel if they put [01:13:54.320 --> 01:13:55.320] anything in writing. [01:13:55.320 --> 01:14:01.640] Yeah, all we know for certain about what they said is their phone call was mentioned on [01:14:01.640 --> 01:14:03.680] a police report. [01:14:03.680 --> 01:14:10.640] Okay, but if they called into the police department, there will be a recording of that. [01:14:10.640 --> 01:14:14.960] File a public information request to get it. [01:14:14.960 --> 01:14:18.480] Okay. [01:14:18.480 --> 01:14:27.040] You want a copy of any audio, video, telephone calls, dispatch calls, documentation, records, [01:14:27.040 --> 01:14:35.040] writings, notes, computers, info, you want everything relating to the visit to your house [01:14:35.040 --> 01:14:38.880] and anything leading up to saying. [01:14:38.880 --> 01:14:40.880] Okay. [01:14:40.880 --> 01:14:42.880] Okay. [01:14:42.880 --> 01:14:51.600] And so, I guess, when it comes to the libel issue of the false report, or well, defamation [01:14:51.600 --> 01:14:55.400] you say, there's nothing we can do unless there's damages from the report. [01:14:55.400 --> 01:15:01.320] Well, I would say having animal control show up on your doorstep and threatening you, that [01:15:01.320 --> 01:15:07.240] would be actionable in some way, but if nothing else, you can file a criminal complaint against [01:15:07.240 --> 01:15:10.360] the clinic for making a false report. [01:15:10.360 --> 01:15:11.360] Okay. [01:15:11.360 --> 01:15:18.480] So, as far as the officers themselves. [01:15:18.480 --> 01:15:21.720] The officers are only acting on the information given to them. [01:15:21.720 --> 01:15:29.240] Now, whatever they put in that report, if you can prove that it's false, again, prove [01:15:29.240 --> 01:15:34.520] that it's false, then you might be able to file a criminal complaint against them for [01:15:34.520 --> 01:15:37.440] falsifying the police report. [01:15:37.440 --> 01:15:45.720] And the only thing, I suppose, guys, the only thing we have that could prove what they said [01:15:45.720 --> 01:15:50.960] was false would be the witness of the, that, would that be sufficient? [01:15:50.960 --> 01:15:54.880] Again, it's a witness's word against theirs. [01:15:54.880 --> 01:15:58.160] If you want it to be accurate, you need audio and video. [01:15:58.160 --> 01:15:59.160] Okay. [01:15:59.160 --> 01:16:05.000] So, then you find out if they have an audio recording of their conversation with the vet. [01:16:05.000 --> 01:16:06.000] Yeah. [01:16:06.000 --> 01:16:07.000] Okay. [01:16:07.000 --> 01:16:15.080] I don't know how your wife is about things, but you two need to take lessons and record [01:16:15.080 --> 01:16:24.320] everything when it involves a public servant and don't ever invite them in your house. [01:16:24.320 --> 01:16:28.080] I don't care if one of them is hopping around in the yard with their legs crossed, swearing [01:16:28.080 --> 01:16:32.840] they're about to pee their pants, point them toward a bush, but don't let them in your [01:16:32.840 --> 01:16:33.840] house. [01:16:33.840 --> 01:16:34.840] All right. [01:16:34.840 --> 01:16:35.840] Thank you. [01:16:35.840 --> 01:16:36.840] All right. [01:16:36.840 --> 01:16:37.840] Thank you. [01:16:37.840 --> 01:16:38.840] You still there? [01:16:38.840 --> 01:16:39.840] Yeah, I'm here. [01:16:39.840 --> 01:16:40.840] All right. [01:16:40.840 --> 01:16:41.840] Well, hang on. [01:16:41.840 --> 01:16:42.840] We're about to take a break and we'll finish you up and get on the other guys. [01:16:42.840 --> 01:16:43.840] Okay? [01:16:43.840 --> 01:16:44.840] All right. [01:19:36.480 --> 01:19:43.680] I was blindsided, but now I can see why you put the fear in my heart. [01:19:43.680 --> 01:19:45.400] All right, folks, we are back. [01:19:45.400 --> 01:19:49.200] This is Rules Law Radio and we are going to wrap up with Thomas in Texas. [01:19:49.200 --> 01:19:51.920] All right, Thomas, let's get this going, please. [01:19:51.920 --> 01:19:57.120] All right, so my last question then is, so I acquire these audio recordings and I get [01:19:57.120 --> 01:19:58.120] all my evidence. [01:19:58.120 --> 01:20:02.520] I've literally never messed with courts before. [01:20:02.520 --> 01:20:03.520] I've never sued anyone. [01:20:03.520 --> 01:20:08.200] So, assuming I inquire this evidence correctly, what's my next, who do I call, where's my [01:20:08.200 --> 01:20:09.200] next step? [01:20:09.200 --> 01:20:14.960] Well, if you can afford an attorney, you talk to an attorney and good luck with that. [01:20:14.960 --> 01:20:19.080] Otherwise, you need to get something like the Juris Dictionary course that's on our [01:20:19.080 --> 01:20:24.880] website written by Dr. Frederick Gray, he's an attorney over 30 years out of Florida who [01:20:24.880 --> 01:20:29.640] has a, Juris Dictionary is all about writing lawsuits, state and federal on how to do it [01:20:29.640 --> 01:20:30.640] the right way. [01:20:30.640 --> 01:20:35.720] It will walk you through everything you need to do a lawsuit properly step by step. [01:20:35.720 --> 01:20:39.000] Okay, I will see what I can do. [01:20:39.000 --> 01:20:40.000] All right. [01:20:40.000 --> 01:20:41.000] Thank you very much. [01:20:41.000 --> 01:20:42.000] You're welcome. [01:20:42.000 --> 01:20:46.320] All right, now we're going to go to Colono in Hawaii. [01:20:46.320 --> 01:20:48.320] Good evening, Colono, how are you? [01:20:48.320 --> 01:20:50.840] Hey, how's it going? [01:20:50.840 --> 01:20:54.280] Well, so far so grand, but how about you? [01:20:54.280 --> 01:20:56.000] Oh, it's wonderful. [01:20:56.000 --> 01:21:02.240] By the way, that this record of the Third Circuit never responded, but you know how [01:21:02.240 --> 01:21:07.000] the government works, they take their sweet time anyway, so that's good news. [01:21:07.000 --> 01:21:11.040] But I just want to bring up an interesting occurrence. [01:21:11.040 --> 01:21:18.720] I was at Home Depot and I saw this guy with his truck, and then on the back of his truck [01:21:18.720 --> 01:21:23.840] had a Hawaiian Kingdom plate, it was a bright yellow plate. [01:21:23.840 --> 01:21:29.600] And so I went up there and I just introduced myself and I'm really interested in this kind [01:21:29.600 --> 01:21:30.600] of stuff. [01:21:30.600 --> 01:21:34.760] So he told me, yeah, you just have to know what to tell the officers if you get pulled [01:21:34.760 --> 01:21:37.200] over and blah, blah. [01:21:37.200 --> 01:21:46.360] However, I noticed that all of his tags were brand new, so that kind of doesn't make sense. [01:21:46.360 --> 01:21:49.760] When you say all of his tags, what are we talking about? [01:21:49.760 --> 01:21:56.080] His registration, his safety inspection sticker, I mean, if he has all those things, why does [01:21:56.080 --> 01:21:57.880] he have to have a Hawaiian? [01:21:57.880 --> 01:22:04.000] Well, I understand sovereignty doesn't even exist really, because who are you being sovereign [01:22:04.000 --> 01:22:07.560] to or from? [01:22:07.560 --> 01:22:16.800] So I don't know, can you imagine anybody having a sovereign plate and paying for all the tags [01:22:16.800 --> 01:22:17.800] anyway? [01:22:17.800 --> 01:22:27.600] Well, if you actually look at the Hawaii statutes on registration, it specifically exempts vehicles [01:22:27.600 --> 01:22:34.200] that are used for private purposes, it specifically exempts them from registration. [01:22:34.200 --> 01:22:44.120] So I agree, it raises a question, but were these actually state issued stickers? [01:22:44.120 --> 01:22:47.360] Yeah, brand new, 2015. [01:22:47.360 --> 01:22:48.360] Okay. [01:22:48.360 --> 01:22:51.640] Yeah, it's a valid question. [01:22:51.640 --> 01:22:57.760] Because if you have a registration sticker, then where's the plate? [01:22:57.760 --> 01:23:01.600] Because normally the sticker is not the only thing you have, you have a plate to go with [01:23:01.600 --> 01:23:04.600] it. [01:23:04.600 --> 01:23:10.280] So it doesn't make sense that you would have one while claiming the other, unless of course, [01:23:10.280 --> 01:23:16.360] you're just doing that to appear to the general public like you're doing things in a freedom [01:23:16.360 --> 01:23:18.000] fashion. [01:23:18.000 --> 01:23:22.840] And when in truth, you've got the registration sticker so that they can run it and not actually [01:23:22.840 --> 01:23:24.240] throw you in jail. [01:23:24.240 --> 01:23:27.840] In other words, the cowards ploy. [01:23:27.840 --> 01:23:31.760] Oh, now you just got my attention. [01:23:31.760 --> 01:23:40.400] You said there's specific rules in Hawaii statute that exempt private automobile? [01:23:40.400 --> 01:23:44.040] Yeah, that are used for non-commercial purposes. [01:23:44.040 --> 01:23:48.640] In fact, there is even a video on it. [01:23:48.640 --> 01:24:01.280] Go to YouTube and do a search for Hawaii exemption, and I'm trying to remember if it's for registration [01:24:01.280 --> 01:24:05.340] or for license plate, do a search for either. [01:24:05.340 --> 01:24:10.360] And it should bring you up and tell you exactly, and it's even got a guy that's calling in [01:24:10.360 --> 01:24:16.880] and getting verification from the department that issues those that yes, it's a valid exemption [01:24:16.880 --> 01:24:17.880] for those. [01:24:17.880 --> 01:24:18.880] Oh, I did. [01:24:18.880 --> 01:24:19.880] I found that one. [01:24:19.880 --> 01:24:20.880] That is for driver's license. [01:24:20.880 --> 01:24:34.000] Well, yeah, but actually, if you go look, you might find out that they are synonymous [01:24:34.000 --> 01:24:37.360] as far as that goes. [01:24:37.360 --> 01:24:43.480] Why would you be able to go in a registered vehicle without a license? [01:24:43.480 --> 01:24:46.800] What would be the difference in the two? [01:24:46.800 --> 01:24:52.960] Because all registration is, is a license to do the same thing with your car that you're [01:24:52.960 --> 01:24:55.560] getting a license to do with your person. [01:24:55.560 --> 01:24:56.560] Yeah. [01:24:56.560 --> 01:25:06.720] Okay, I got to review that because I saw that way early when I was just beginning to get [01:25:06.720 --> 01:25:09.240] enamored with all of this freedom stuff. [01:25:09.240 --> 01:25:10.240] Yeah. [01:25:10.240 --> 01:25:12.960] So that leads to the next question. [01:25:12.960 --> 01:25:16.440] Now, I'm kind of like... [01:25:16.440 --> 01:25:19.680] Because Hawaii is still a no insurance state, right? [01:25:19.680 --> 01:25:28.480] They have a no-fault insurance, but you have to carry minimum if you own your automobile [01:25:28.480 --> 01:25:31.320] and full coverage if you're being financed. [01:25:31.320 --> 01:25:34.960] Yeah, but that's not because of you. [01:25:34.960 --> 01:25:38.120] It's to protect the bank or the people financing it. [01:25:38.120 --> 01:25:39.120] Oh. [01:25:39.120 --> 01:25:40.680] Oh, you and I know that. [01:25:40.680 --> 01:25:46.080] Yeah, but while I was there, I came over there in 2000 to get married on Maui. [01:25:46.080 --> 01:25:49.280] And while I was over there, I rented a car. [01:25:49.280 --> 01:25:56.520] And they told me at the time that Hawaii had no mandatory insurance. [01:25:56.520 --> 01:26:02.440] So I didn't have to get insurance coverage or anything extra on the car as a necessity. [01:26:02.440 --> 01:26:07.920] Now, it must have changed if it's 2001. [01:26:07.920 --> 01:26:08.920] It was 2000. [01:26:08.920 --> 01:26:11.720] I was over there August of 2000. [01:26:11.720 --> 01:26:15.720] Yeah, possibly because now it's mandatory. [01:26:15.720 --> 01:26:21.600] You get a $1,000 fine if you get caught driving with no insurance. [01:26:21.600 --> 01:26:24.400] Yeah, but if it's not required... [01:26:24.400 --> 01:26:26.800] But what are the requirements of having the insurance? [01:26:26.800 --> 01:26:31.120] If it's a motor vehicle, motor vehicles have to be registered, right? [01:26:31.120 --> 01:26:34.400] If it doesn't have to be registered, then it's not a motor vehicle and it's not required [01:26:34.400 --> 01:26:36.800] to have the insurance. [01:26:36.800 --> 01:26:39.680] There's just a logical pattern to be followed there. [01:26:39.680 --> 01:26:40.680] Right. [01:26:40.680 --> 01:26:49.520] Now, going back to that, how did you rent your car without a driver's license? [01:26:49.520 --> 01:26:52.480] Because the girl I was engaged to had one. [01:26:52.480 --> 01:26:53.480] Okay. [01:26:53.480 --> 01:26:56.880] I'm the one that took it everywhere. [01:26:56.880 --> 01:27:00.280] I was behind the wheel everywhere we went. [01:27:00.280 --> 01:27:07.040] Because I like to figure out that trick because I travel a lot too. [01:27:07.040 --> 01:27:12.880] Well, in actuality, mine was still good at the time because mine didn't expire until [01:27:12.880 --> 01:27:19.440] 2004, but I haven't had one since. [01:27:19.440 --> 01:27:24.040] I know I can't rent a car because I simply don't have a driver's license. [01:27:24.040 --> 01:27:32.880] So, going back to that final question, I'm listening to your show pretty much every week. [01:27:32.880 --> 01:27:37.160] I'm getting obsessed with this thing and what's happening... [01:27:37.160 --> 01:27:40.200] With my show or with what I talk about? [01:27:40.200 --> 01:27:44.840] What you talk about and I'm looking it up and I'm finding out all these things that [01:27:44.840 --> 01:27:48.160] we've been lying to all of our life and I'm... [01:27:48.160 --> 01:27:52.160] Yeah, it kind of raises the blood pressure a bit, don't it? [01:27:52.160 --> 01:28:01.960] Yeah, and I get excited at the same time because there's got to be a way to get this out to [01:28:01.960 --> 01:28:02.960] the masses. [01:28:02.960 --> 01:28:08.320] I mean, a lot of them not going to pay any attention, but the small percent that do only [01:28:08.320 --> 01:28:10.320] make it better for everybody. [01:28:10.320 --> 01:28:14.360] So, here's my idea for you. [01:28:14.360 --> 01:28:18.040] I mean, have you ever imagined being an attorney? [01:28:18.040 --> 01:28:23.840] I mean, I would pay for your services if I had to go to traffic court. [01:28:23.840 --> 01:28:29.400] Well, sure, I've thought about it, but then I remember what I promised my mother that [01:28:29.400 --> 01:28:31.880] I wouldn't grow up to be a crook. [01:28:31.880 --> 01:28:32.880] Okay. [01:28:32.880 --> 01:28:47.960] Well, see, since you don't want to be an attorney or extortionist, whatever, but how about this? [01:28:47.960 --> 01:28:55.000] Having like a network of schools, per se, to have students, I mean, there's not going [01:28:55.000 --> 01:28:56.000] to be... [01:28:56.000 --> 01:29:00.040] Well, that's what the website, that's what Tao of Law is going to be all about. [01:29:00.040 --> 01:29:06.160] It's going to be about organizing and providing this education on a large scale basis to everybody [01:29:06.160 --> 01:29:07.160] everywhere. [01:29:07.160 --> 01:29:08.160] All you got to do... [01:29:08.160 --> 01:29:09.680] I mean, you can even... [01:29:09.680 --> 01:29:16.680] When you set up a membership on the site with us, you can invite anybody you want to an [01:29:16.680 --> 01:29:19.240] online class that you're holding. [01:29:19.240 --> 01:29:22.880] They don't have to be a site member to be included in your group. [01:29:22.880 --> 01:29:29.960] They only have to be a site member to start such a conversation on our website and to [01:29:29.960 --> 01:29:32.720] access other areas of it. [01:29:32.720 --> 01:29:37.520] So there'll be a lot of opportunity and a lot of good tools for doing all of this kind [01:29:37.520 --> 01:29:41.680] of stuff on our website when we were able to get it finished and launched. [01:29:41.680 --> 01:29:45.240] But hang on just a second, Colono, we'll get this on the other side, okay? [01:29:45.240 --> 01:29:46.240] All right. [01:29:46.240 --> 01:29:48.880] Folks, this is Rule of Law Radio. [01:29:48.880 --> 01:29:51.480] This is the Monday Night Show and I'm your host, Eddie Craig. [01:29:51.480 --> 01:29:55.240] I hope you are listening because we're trying to educate you just a bit. [01:29:55.240 --> 01:30:16.800] So y'all hang on and we will be right back. [01:30:16.800 --> 01:30:18.520] Privacy is under attack. [01:30:18.520 --> 01:30:22.120] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:30:22.120 --> 01:30:27.080] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:30:27.080 --> 01:30:32.200] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [01:30:32.200 --> 01:30:34.880] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [01:30:34.880 --> 01:30:40.480] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, [01:30:40.480 --> 01:30:42.200] Yahoo and Bing. [01:30:42.200 --> 01:30:45.640] Start over with StartPage. [01:30:45.640 --> 01:30:50.960] The glossy pages of fashion magazines often feature bony waifs who look more like skeletons [01:30:50.960 --> 01:30:52.520] than healthy women. [01:30:52.520 --> 01:30:57.160] While the girls are glorified as style icons, too often they're just pubescent kids who [01:30:57.160 --> 01:31:00.560] have dropped out of school and developed eating disorders. [01:31:00.560 --> 01:31:06.120] But now the editors of Vogue magazine are imposing a minimum age of 16 for models and [01:31:06.120 --> 01:31:09.000] they're banning girls who are too skinny from their pages. [01:31:09.000 --> 01:31:14.480] As a woman and a former model myself, I'm glad that Vogue is cleaning up its act and [01:31:14.480 --> 01:31:19.560] as a libertarian, I'm especially glad it was public pressure, not government force that [01:31:19.560 --> 01:31:20.800] turned the tide. [01:31:20.800 --> 01:31:22.600] Now that's a model solution. [01:31:22.600 --> 01:31:31.800] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine. [01:31:31.800 --> 01:31:37.160] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11th. [01:31:37.160 --> 01:31:42.560] The government says that fire brought it down, however, 1,500 architects and engineers concluded [01:31:42.560 --> 01:31:44.200] it was a controlled demolition. [01:31:44.200 --> 01:31:48.280] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives and thousands of my fellow [01:31:48.280 --> 01:31:49.640] first responders are dying. [01:31:49.640 --> 01:31:51.120] I'm not a conspiracy theorist. [01:31:51.120 --> 01:31:52.120] I'm a structural engineer. [01:31:52.120 --> 01:31:53.480] I'm a New York City correction officer. [01:31:53.480 --> 01:31:54.480] I'm an Air Force pilot. [01:31:54.480 --> 01:31:56.080] I'm a father who lost his son. [01:31:56.080 --> 01:31:58.760] We're Americans and we deserve the truth. [01:31:58.760 --> 01:32:02.280] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today. [01:32:02.280 --> 01:32:06.000] After work, I'm so tired that I want to be left alone to sleep. [01:32:06.000 --> 01:32:07.440] Hey, listen to me. [01:32:07.440 --> 01:32:08.440] Who are you? [01:32:08.440 --> 01:32:12.560] I'm you years ago when you felt healthy and young and everything worked on your body. [01:32:12.560 --> 01:32:13.800] Do you remember that? [01:32:13.800 --> 01:32:16.000] Yes, I wish I felt like that now. [01:32:16.000 --> 01:32:21.160] You can feel like that again with a new micro plant powder formulation called iodine now. [01:32:21.160 --> 01:32:25.760] It cleans the entire body from head to toe and feeds the body what it really needs. [01:32:25.760 --> 01:32:29.160] You'll be in a better mood and you'll find more drive in your romantic life. [01:32:29.160 --> 01:32:30.160] Really? [01:32:30.160 --> 01:32:32.600] I got to try iodine now and feel good again. [01:32:32.600 --> 01:32:37.120] It also protects you from radiation, heavy metals, fluoride, chlorine, and bromine, including [01:32:37.120 --> 01:32:39.080] cancer and most major diseases. [01:32:39.080 --> 01:32:40.080] You'll be amazed. [01:32:40.080 --> 01:32:41.400] You can be your own doctor. [01:32:41.400 --> 01:32:44.360] I want to keep you out of the hospital and off pharmaceuticals. [01:32:44.360 --> 01:32:45.360] Wow. [01:32:45.360 --> 01:32:47.280] Why are you so nice to me? [01:32:47.280 --> 01:32:48.280] Because I'm you. [01:32:48.280 --> 01:32:50.920] You're out of shape and I need a better looking future. [01:32:50.920 --> 01:32:53.920] Call 888-910-4367. [01:32:53.920 --> 01:32:59.920] That's 888-910-4367 or visit microplantpowder.com. [01:32:59.920 --> 01:33:00.920] microplantpowder.com. [01:33:00.920 --> 01:33:09.920] You're listening to the Logos Radio Network at logosradionetwork.com. [01:33:09.920 --> 01:33:35.400] All right, folks. [01:33:35.400 --> 01:33:36.400] We are back. [01:33:36.400 --> 01:33:40.320] This is Rule of Law Radio and we are talking to Kelowna in Hawaii. [01:33:40.320 --> 01:33:41.320] All right. [01:33:41.320 --> 01:33:42.320] Let's continue on. [01:33:42.320 --> 01:33:53.240] Now, going back to the town of law, that's going to be a network, a website where many [01:33:53.240 --> 01:33:57.000] people can get enlightened, I suppose. [01:33:57.000 --> 01:33:58.000] Yeah. [01:33:58.000 --> 01:33:59.840] We're going to have online classes. [01:33:59.840 --> 01:34:04.200] We're going to have audio, video, teleconferencing, distance learning software. [01:34:04.200 --> 01:34:09.440] It's the same thing that universities use to do distance learning with online students. [01:34:09.440 --> 01:34:10.760] Same type of setup. [01:34:10.760 --> 01:34:13.280] It's got audio and video capabilities. [01:34:13.280 --> 01:34:19.280] A presenter can initiate a conversation on there and invite anybody the way we're going [01:34:19.280 --> 01:34:20.280] to set it up. [01:34:20.280 --> 01:34:22.100] You can invite anyone you want. [01:34:22.100 --> 01:34:27.560] As long as you're a member, you can set one up and invite anyone you want. [01:34:27.560 --> 01:34:29.800] You do not have to invite only members. [01:34:29.800 --> 01:34:34.240] You can invite anyone and they can access it and get in. [01:34:34.240 --> 01:34:39.760] They only have to be a member to initiate such a meeting. [01:34:39.760 --> 01:34:41.760] Okay? [01:34:41.760 --> 01:34:47.240] And then to access other parts of the site like the online testing and skill set, the [01:34:47.240 --> 01:34:54.200] study program, being able to do group networking and to access. [01:34:54.200 --> 01:34:59.760] We're going to have our own Facebook social site as well for things like that. [01:34:59.760 --> 01:35:02.120] All of that stuff is going to be on the site. [01:35:02.120 --> 01:35:04.640] To get into that, you have to be a member. [01:35:04.640 --> 01:35:11.980] But to be part of a group learning and studying together and working together, you do not. [01:35:11.980 --> 01:35:15.560] Only one of you, the one that initiates, has to be a member. [01:35:15.560 --> 01:35:16.560] All right. [01:35:16.560 --> 01:35:18.760] Sounds like a plan nationwide. [01:35:18.760 --> 01:35:19.760] Yeah. [01:35:19.760 --> 01:35:24.280] We're trying to make this where you can access these materials from anywhere in the world [01:35:24.280 --> 01:35:26.280] as long as you've got an internet connection. [01:35:26.280 --> 01:35:27.280] Right on. [01:35:27.280 --> 01:35:32.560] That was my idea exactly, but you're already doing that. [01:35:32.560 --> 01:35:33.560] Great. [01:35:33.560 --> 01:35:38.640] So, I listen to people, you know, a lot of times I don't call in, but I'll listen and [01:35:38.640 --> 01:35:44.880] I hear people struggling with their problems with that guy with his animal control thing [01:35:44.880 --> 01:35:47.880] and another guy gets arrested and they didn't. [01:35:47.880 --> 01:35:51.560] You know, these poor guys are listening to your show. [01:35:51.560 --> 01:35:54.840] Here's a billion dollar question. [01:35:54.840 --> 01:36:01.040] Is there anything that we as a people can do to help you to launch this website? [01:36:01.040 --> 01:36:02.120] Yeah. [01:36:02.120 --> 01:36:03.120] We need finances. [01:36:03.120 --> 01:36:08.200] I mean, there's only me and one other guy that's doing all the programming work on this [01:36:08.200 --> 01:36:12.680] and we have a hard time doing that and paying our bills at the same time because we have [01:36:12.680 --> 01:36:14.680] to spend so much time doing this. [01:36:14.680 --> 01:36:16.880] He's coding this for free. [01:36:16.880 --> 01:36:21.960] I'm developing all the content for everything we're doing for free. [01:36:21.960 --> 01:36:27.000] Until we get the website launched, we got no money coming in for this and any work that [01:36:27.000 --> 01:36:32.240] he has to do to pay his bills, he's got to stop working on this to go out and earn money. [01:36:32.240 --> 01:36:35.200] So, I mean, financial support is always welcome. [01:36:35.200 --> 01:36:36.200] That's why we need it. [01:36:36.200 --> 01:36:37.200] Okay. [01:36:37.200 --> 01:36:42.960] I'm just going to put a shout out there because I just had this crazy idea having fundraisers, [01:36:42.960 --> 01:36:48.400] Eddie Craig car wash right at the parking lot of the police station right down here. [01:36:48.400 --> 01:36:49.400] That'd be wild. [01:36:49.400 --> 01:36:50.400] That'll be crazy. [01:36:50.400 --> 01:36:53.000] And they're wondering, what is this Eddie Craig? [01:36:53.000 --> 01:36:57.720] Go in and look it up and to be enlightened because, you know, I have police buddies and [01:36:57.720 --> 01:37:03.520] I work with them all the time, but they have no clue what I'm learning here. [01:37:03.520 --> 01:37:04.520] Yeah. [01:37:04.520 --> 01:37:08.480] And I'm not going to just go and blurt it out yet until I really know what I'm talking [01:37:08.480 --> 01:37:09.480] about. [01:37:09.480 --> 01:37:15.600] Well, we can, we'll certainly be able, hopefully as time goes by and if the world don't end [01:37:15.600 --> 01:37:21.160] before then and technology doesn't go south with all the other stuff, what we're hoping [01:37:21.160 --> 01:37:27.400] to do is to actually build an online access library where we have direct links to every [01:37:27.400 --> 01:37:34.920] state code and people that are as knowledgeable in every state as I am for Texas in relation [01:37:34.920 --> 01:37:42.440] to these things and get those people organized to facilitate learning for their particular [01:37:42.440 --> 01:37:48.920] state and you'll be able to, there's something like this on a site called your remedy is [01:37:48.920 --> 01:37:56.320] in the law, but it's not going to be as, I think as useful as the way we're going to [01:37:56.320 --> 01:37:57.680] try to set it up. [01:37:57.680 --> 01:37:59.440] We're going to have a map of the world. [01:37:59.440 --> 01:38:01.720] You can drill down on any part of it. [01:38:01.720 --> 01:38:09.440] If there's a group organized in that area of the world that is a member of our site, [01:38:09.440 --> 01:38:11.360] that group pops up on that map. [01:38:11.360 --> 01:38:15.240] If you're there, you know how many groups you have access to. [01:38:15.240 --> 01:38:20.400] They'll be able to tell you what it is they're focusing on and hopefully we will get everybody [01:38:20.400 --> 01:38:22.520] focusing on the same thing. [01:38:22.520 --> 01:38:28.100] The other aspect of the site that I'm hoping to promote to me is the most important outside [01:38:28.100 --> 01:38:35.060] of the study and the learning we need to organize against our representatives to make them once [01:38:35.060 --> 01:38:37.860] again accountable to us. [01:38:37.860 --> 01:38:41.480] You know what every representative does or doesn't do. [01:38:41.480 --> 01:38:45.220] You can make that publicly accessible instantly. [01:38:45.220 --> 01:38:50.400] You can go and meet with them and upload the audio and video from that meeting using our [01:38:50.400 --> 01:38:56.480] app, because we've got a tyranny alert app that goes with our website where you can use [01:38:56.480 --> 01:38:59.000] it for police encounters and things like that. [01:38:59.000 --> 01:39:04.200] You can use it for meetings too and stream that audio and video right to the server. [01:39:04.200 --> 01:39:09.440] Then you can set that up for public access and viewing and we can hang these people out [01:39:09.440 --> 01:39:12.840] to dry for not doing the things they say they want to do. [01:39:12.840 --> 01:39:17.640] Let's get in their face, stay in their face and make them accountable. [01:39:17.640 --> 01:39:26.080] Because when I first ran into you about that rule of law, driver's license not required, [01:39:26.080 --> 01:39:31.000] I watched that video and first, I got to be honest with you, I thought you were a nut. [01:39:31.000 --> 01:39:33.120] Most people do. [01:39:33.120 --> 01:39:39.440] I started watching it and I started investigating myself, lo and behold, it's correct. [01:39:39.440 --> 01:39:43.960] All of this hidden treasure, I'm finding so. [01:39:43.960 --> 01:39:49.200] You're only one guy, but let's try to multiply you somehow. [01:39:49.200 --> 01:39:51.080] Believe me, that's what I want. [01:39:51.080 --> 01:39:53.600] I do not want to be the one guy. [01:39:53.600 --> 01:39:59.840] I don't want to be the writer of Gray State three months from now, you know what I'm saying? [01:39:59.840 --> 01:40:04.160] I don't want to be suicided in my house as the only fountain of knowledge out here for [01:40:04.160 --> 01:40:06.120] people to draw upon. [01:40:06.120 --> 01:40:10.220] The whole purpose of that video was to get people questioning what they thought they [01:40:10.220 --> 01:40:13.960] knew and to do exactly what you did. [01:40:13.960 --> 01:40:18.640] That's why I do my classes so that I can get this information in as many different hands [01:40:18.640 --> 01:40:23.560] as possible so the target on my back is not so big and bright. [01:40:23.560 --> 01:40:32.960] Well, I'm going to make a statement and you validate or disqualify it in a way like somebody [01:40:32.960 --> 01:40:39.240] told me, why don't you just pay your registration and get your license and pay the money and [01:40:39.240 --> 01:40:41.240] be done with all of the stress? [01:40:41.240 --> 01:40:46.520] My answer to that was, that money that's being stolen from me, it's not just the money, [01:40:46.520 --> 01:40:48.200] it's the principle. [01:40:48.200 --> 01:40:52.520] That money is being used against us as the people. [01:40:52.520 --> 01:40:58.920] I cannot pay for this registration because it's harmful to somebody. [01:40:58.920 --> 01:40:59.920] That's true. [01:40:59.920 --> 01:41:06.420] But the side you're missing on that is not just the money issue, it is the freedom issue. [01:41:06.420 --> 01:41:12.440] They are using you to control you. [01:41:12.440 --> 01:41:18.960] They are preventing you from exercising the use of your property, the use of your liberty [01:41:18.960 --> 01:41:23.800] through locomotion to go when and where you please without any government permission or [01:41:23.800 --> 01:41:29.760] ability to track you the way they want to or to prevent you from going by revoking their [01:41:29.760 --> 01:41:31.160] privilege. [01:41:31.160 --> 01:41:33.400] This is about control. [01:41:33.400 --> 01:41:37.880] This is about being able to trace everything you do. [01:41:37.880 --> 01:41:38.880] Think about it. [01:41:38.880 --> 01:41:41.000] Is this information on your license correct? [01:41:41.000 --> 01:41:43.120] Is this your current address? [01:41:43.120 --> 01:41:45.600] If it's not your current address, what do they do? [01:41:45.600 --> 01:41:47.560] They charge you with a crime. [01:41:47.560 --> 01:41:52.200] Then you have to go and update it to where you are now, now they know exactly where you [01:41:52.200 --> 01:41:53.580] are again. [01:41:53.580 --> 01:41:56.440] What this has all been about for the longest. [01:41:56.440 --> 01:41:57.920] It's not about public safety. [01:41:57.920 --> 01:42:03.680] It's not about making sure the people on the road are properly trained to go in a car. [01:42:03.680 --> 01:42:04.680] Right. [01:42:04.680 --> 01:42:12.980] Now, if you're like, when I was a police officer, I didn't know any of this stuff and I realized [01:42:12.980 --> 01:42:19.680] because there's so much money to be made, they're not going to train them as to the [01:42:19.680 --> 01:42:20.680] staff. [01:42:20.680 --> 01:42:21.680] Absolutely. [01:42:21.680 --> 01:42:28.640] Can you imagine if all these cops were in line with what was truly right, would be practically [01:42:28.640 --> 01:42:33.000] no violations, no income, no extortion. [01:42:33.000 --> 01:42:35.200] I'll go you one better, Nat Colono. [01:42:35.200 --> 01:42:42.940] If every cop was lockstep with what the constitutional limitations of government were, a lot of politicians [01:42:42.940 --> 01:42:47.600] would be looking at Stripe daylight. [01:42:47.600 --> 01:42:51.740] They would be the ones bonding out of jail on a daily basis. [01:42:51.740 --> 01:42:57.520] They would be the ones worried about their next court appearance. [01:42:57.520 --> 01:42:58.520] You follow? [01:42:58.520 --> 01:42:59.520] Yeah. [01:42:59.520 --> 01:43:04.400] Well, anyway, I'll leave room for the next caller if you have. [01:43:04.400 --> 01:43:10.760] I just wanted to bring that up because it's very, like I said, I'm getting almost obsessed [01:43:10.760 --> 01:43:11.760] with this. [01:43:11.760 --> 01:43:13.360] I've got my computer studying this. [01:43:13.360 --> 01:43:17.960] Well, be careful because believe me, I am a living testament to what becoming obsessed [01:43:17.960 --> 01:43:21.040] with exposing the truth can do. [01:43:21.040 --> 01:43:22.440] It becomes obsessive. [01:43:22.440 --> 01:43:28.880] You will lose sleep over this if you aren't careful, a lot of it. [01:43:28.880 --> 01:43:35.040] I just want to know what my rights are and I'm the kind of guy that if you tell me I [01:43:35.040 --> 01:43:42.040] can't do something and I know it, you know, like what I'm doing, nobody's going to tell [01:43:42.040 --> 01:43:43.040] me I can't do it. [01:43:43.040 --> 01:43:44.040] So. [01:43:44.040 --> 01:43:45.040] Welcome to my world. [01:43:45.040 --> 01:43:49.840] By the way, the Ebola virus, seriously, it's just- [01:43:49.840 --> 01:43:51.680] Okay, Colono, I'm sorry, man. [01:43:51.680 --> 01:43:52.680] I got to cut you off. [01:43:52.680 --> 01:43:53.680] I'm headed to break. [01:43:53.680 --> 01:43:56.000] All right, folks, this is Rule of Law Radio. [01:43:56.000 --> 01:43:57.000] Y'all hang in there. [01:43:57.000 --> 01:44:00.400] We will be right back. [01:44:00.400 --> 01:44:03.840] You feel tired when talking about important topics like money and politics? [01:44:03.840 --> 01:44:04.840] Sorry. [01:44:04.840 --> 01:44:07.800] I'm confused by words like the Constitution or the Federal Reserve. [01:44:07.800 --> 01:44:08.800] What? [01:44:08.800 --> 01:44:12.600] If so, you may be diagnosed with the deadliest disease known today, stupidity. [01:44:12.600 --> 01:44:18.120] Hi, my name is Steve Holt and like millions of other Americans, I was diagnosed with stupidity [01:44:18.120 --> 01:44:19.320] at an early age. [01:44:19.320 --> 01:44:23.320] I had no idea that the number one cause of the disease is found in almost every home [01:44:23.320 --> 01:44:25.320] in America, the television. [01:44:25.320 --> 01:44:30.440] Unfortunately, that puts most Americans at risk of catching stupidity, but there is hope. [01:44:30.440 --> 01:44:34.200] The staff at Brave New Books have helped me and thousands of other foxaholics suffering [01:44:34.200 --> 01:44:39.080] from sports-zombieism recover, and because of Brave New Books, I now enjoy reading and [01:44:39.080 --> 01:44:44.000] watching educational documentaries without feeling tired or uninterested, so if you or [01:44:44.000 --> 01:44:51.240] anybody you know suffers from stupidity, then you need to call 512-480-2503 or visit them [01:44:51.240 --> 01:44:55.000] in 1904 Guadalupe or bravenewbookstore.com. [01:46:22.160 --> 01:46:23.160] We are back. [01:46:23.160 --> 01:46:24.440] This is Rule of Law Radio. [01:46:24.440 --> 01:46:31.440] We are in our last segment, and we have Jerry in what, Missouri? [01:46:31.440 --> 01:46:32.440] Yep. [01:46:32.440 --> 01:46:37.440] All right, Jerry, what can we do for you? [01:46:37.440 --> 01:46:47.440] Hey, basically, I've been studying Title 42 procedure for probably three or four years [01:46:47.440 --> 01:46:59.440] now, and I'm sure you've probably seen some of my posts about it on Facebook, but is that [01:46:59.440 --> 01:47:08.440] primarily, I mean, whenever you're talking about suing a cop or a municipality or whatever, [01:47:08.440 --> 01:47:13.440] that's what you're talking about using, right? [01:47:13.440 --> 01:47:15.440] In some cases, yeah. [01:47:15.440 --> 01:47:20.440] I mean, Title 42 is the only thing you can sue them under at the federal level, just [01:47:20.440 --> 01:47:21.440] about. [01:47:21.440 --> 01:47:22.440] Right. [01:47:22.440 --> 01:47:28.440] And where most people make the biggest mistake is they try suing under Title 18, and they [01:47:28.440 --> 01:47:29.440] can't do that. [01:47:29.440 --> 01:47:31.440] Title 18 are not causes of action. [01:47:31.440 --> 01:47:33.440] They are criminal actions. [01:47:33.440 --> 01:47:34.440] Right. [01:47:34.440 --> 01:47:35.440] Yeah. [01:47:35.440 --> 01:47:44.440] And basically, if you go to the federal district court website, I know the one here for the [01:47:44.440 --> 01:47:52.440] Western District of Missouri, it'll tell you straight up that you can't file a criminal [01:47:52.440 --> 01:47:53.440] complaint. [01:47:53.440 --> 01:47:56.440] You've got to go to a U.S. attorney. [01:47:56.440 --> 01:47:57.440] Right. [01:47:57.440 --> 01:48:00.440] Or to the DOJ direct. [01:48:00.440 --> 01:48:02.440] Right. [01:48:02.440 --> 01:48:14.440] But anyway, we're both members of the one proceeding group. [01:48:14.440 --> 01:48:26.440] And I've put out some information, and I'm trying to help a bunch of people learn about [01:48:26.440 --> 01:48:29.440] Title 42 and how to do one. [01:48:29.440 --> 01:48:39.440] I posted an example complaint, a rough draft, which is a pretty good rough draft here a while [01:48:39.440 --> 01:48:40.440] back. [01:48:40.440 --> 01:48:48.440] And I'll tell you what, boy, I've been, you know, because of being over in that proceeding [01:48:48.440 --> 01:48:56.440] city jurors group, you know, I've had a lot of good response to that, but at the same [01:48:56.440 --> 01:49:06.440] time, I've been attacked vehemently from the, why would you want to go prosaic people? [01:49:06.440 --> 01:49:08.440] You know? [01:49:08.440 --> 01:49:09.440] Right. [01:49:09.440 --> 01:49:16.440] Talking about, I'd like to hear what you got, what you think about that. [01:49:16.440 --> 01:49:18.440] I really don't. [01:49:18.440 --> 01:49:22.440] The court doesn't want to recognize you in either case if they can. [01:49:22.440 --> 01:49:29.440] And no matter how you try to describe yourself, they're going to always stick you in prosaic. [01:49:29.440 --> 01:49:34.440] No matter how you recognize yourself, that's their setup. [01:49:34.440 --> 01:49:35.440] Yeah. [01:49:35.440 --> 01:49:36.440] I mean, I agree. [01:49:36.440 --> 01:49:41.440] I mean, I think I even said that on one of my comments to one of the people who was arguing [01:49:41.440 --> 01:49:43.440] with me about it. [01:49:43.440 --> 01:49:50.440] But even on the other hand, the way I figure is, you know, if you go in there beating your [01:49:50.440 --> 01:50:00.440] husband about your, you know, your converted status or whatever, I would imagine that you're [01:50:00.440 --> 01:50:08.440] just going to raise their ire right off the flip. [01:50:08.440 --> 01:50:14.440] But anyway, a couple things I was going to ask you. [01:50:14.440 --> 01:50:22.440] Your membership at the Tao Law site, so you haven't got that thing set up yet? [01:50:22.440 --> 01:50:23.440] It's not lost yet. [01:50:23.440 --> 01:50:26.440] We haven't finished coding it. [01:50:26.440 --> 01:50:27.440] Okay. [01:50:27.440 --> 01:50:31.440] When are you thinking about having that done? [01:50:31.440 --> 01:50:32.440] Well, again, it ain't a matter. [01:50:32.440 --> 01:50:36.440] We were thinking of having it done last year. [01:50:36.440 --> 01:50:42.440] But the reality of having it done took precedent over what we thought. [01:50:42.440 --> 01:50:45.440] Yeah. [01:50:45.440 --> 01:50:48.440] Well, I guess that's kind of the wrong way to ask the question. [01:50:48.440 --> 01:50:50.440] I'm kind of looking. [01:50:50.440 --> 01:50:59.440] We want to get it launched as quickly as we can get the first stage portions of it working [01:50:59.440 --> 01:51:00.440] the way they're supposed to. [01:51:00.440 --> 01:51:08.440] But again, development time and bill paying time tend to have a conflict here. [01:51:08.440 --> 01:51:12.440] It's my friend that's doing the programming has to pay bills. [01:51:12.440 --> 01:51:16.440] He's got, you know, a girlfriend and kids and all that to support. [01:51:16.440 --> 01:51:18.440] He's got a household to pay for. [01:51:18.440 --> 01:51:21.440] So he can't dedicate all his time to doing this for free. [01:51:21.440 --> 01:51:23.440] I've got the same problem. [01:51:23.440 --> 01:51:25.440] I've got bills I've got to pay too. [01:51:25.440 --> 01:51:30.440] So I've got to consult and do my classes and all these other things to get what little [01:51:30.440 --> 01:51:34.440] bit of money that either of us gets just to survive on. [01:51:34.440 --> 01:51:39.440] I mean, believe me, people, if you knew how much money I actually made every month, [01:51:39.440 --> 01:51:44.440] you would cringe because it sure as hell ain't much. [01:51:44.440 --> 01:51:50.440] So, you know, we pay the bills as we're able to get the money together to do it. [01:51:50.440 --> 01:51:56.440] But that takes a lot of time away from being able to develop this. [01:51:56.440 --> 01:51:59.440] Well, you know, I don't know. [01:51:59.440 --> 01:52:04.440] I know of not everybody that probably calls into your shows on Facebook. [01:52:04.440 --> 01:52:17.440] But I just wanted to say that, you know, for anybody that wanted to check out a good example [01:52:17.440 --> 01:52:24.440] complaint for filing Title 42, if you're having your rights violated or you're... [01:52:24.440 --> 01:52:36.440] I would rather say your reasonable expectation to not be molested, coerced or otherwise, [01:52:36.440 --> 01:52:38.440] you know, mistreated. [01:52:38.440 --> 01:52:40.440] Taking advantage of. [01:52:40.440 --> 01:52:42.440] Yeah. [01:52:42.440 --> 01:52:50.440] That, you know, people were welcome to visit my Facebook page. [01:52:50.440 --> 01:52:53.440] It's wide open to the public. [01:52:53.440 --> 01:52:55.440] My name is Jerry Howe. [01:52:55.440 --> 01:53:00.440] I live in Independence, Missouri. [01:53:00.440 --> 01:53:09.440] You know, if there was anything I could do to help people realize that there is remedy to be had. [01:53:09.440 --> 01:53:14.440] I mean, there's certain, you know, there's rules and procedures that have to be followed. [01:53:14.440 --> 01:53:23.440] But I think based on what I've learned, most of the time the lawyers aren't following the rules. [01:53:23.440 --> 01:53:26.440] And you can catch them up on that. [01:53:26.440 --> 01:53:28.440] And... [01:53:28.440 --> 01:53:31.440] Lawyers rarely know what the rules are. [01:53:31.440 --> 01:53:34.440] Right. [01:53:34.440 --> 01:53:40.440] Most of them focus entirely on the rules of evidence and don't know beans about procedure. [01:53:40.440 --> 01:53:46.440] So, folks, I'm going to tell you, if you really want to beat the crap out of a lawyer, know them both. [01:53:46.440 --> 01:53:51.440] Know the rules of evidence and the rules of procedure better than anybody. [01:53:51.440 --> 01:53:54.440] And you'll beat a lawyer every time. [01:53:54.440 --> 01:53:58.440] Yeah, and I've tried to explain that to people. [01:53:58.440 --> 01:54:02.440] Yeah, that's normally why there's always three or four lawyers on the other side. [01:54:02.440 --> 01:54:09.440] One's an expert in this part, one's an expert in that part, and they have to put their brains together to make one. [01:54:09.440 --> 01:54:13.440] Right. [01:54:13.440 --> 01:54:19.440] Well, I just, you know, there is for, you know, for some of the other people who's calling in and, you know, [01:54:19.440 --> 01:54:23.440] talking about being violated, there is a remedy out there. [01:54:23.440 --> 01:54:40.440] And I know that you, on your radio program, you already pumped that, what do you call it, the, oh, jurors something? [01:54:40.440 --> 01:54:41.440] Juris Dictionary. [01:54:41.440 --> 01:54:44.440] Oh, Juris Dictionary, yeah. [01:54:44.440 --> 01:54:47.440] And you say it's put out by a lawyer, huh? [01:54:47.440 --> 01:54:50.440] Yeah, Dr. Frederick Grays. [01:54:50.440 --> 01:54:54.440] Well, I would never talk about a guy before I've seen his stuff. [01:54:54.440 --> 01:54:59.440] But for the most part, every complaint under Title 42 that I read… [01:54:59.440 --> 01:55:03.440] Well, there's nothing in his material about doing those types of suits. [01:55:03.440 --> 01:55:10.440] Everything is about individual-to-individual suits or, you know, contract disputes. [01:55:10.440 --> 01:55:15.440] His material doesn't cover anything about going after a governmental entity. [01:55:15.440 --> 01:55:17.440] Ugh. [01:55:17.440 --> 01:55:23.440] And I've actually written him several emails saying, hey, there are several things that your material doesn't cover [01:55:23.440 --> 01:55:25.440] that would be of great help. [01:55:25.440 --> 01:55:28.440] For instance, how to combat a 12B6 dismissal. [01:55:28.440 --> 01:55:30.440] You know, how do we deal with that? [01:55:30.440 --> 01:55:34.440] Because nothing in your material deals with an attempt to get a 12B6. [01:55:34.440 --> 01:55:37.440] How about going after some government employee? [01:55:37.440 --> 01:55:41.440] How do we get past all the claims of immunity and so on and so forth? [01:55:41.440 --> 01:55:45.440] Those would be extremely useful in the environment of today. [01:55:45.440 --> 01:55:48.440] But so far he hasn't seen fit to update it. [01:55:48.440 --> 01:55:53.440] So we'll have to wait and see or have somebody else come along that can and will. [01:55:53.440 --> 01:55:58.440] Well, you know, I think I've covered a lot of those bases. [01:55:58.440 --> 01:56:11.440] And like I said, I just recently posted an example complaint, a good prima facie complaint under Title 42 on my Facebook page. [01:56:11.440 --> 01:56:20.440] And I welcome people to go look at that because I believe right out of the gate it's all about how that complaint is drafted [01:56:20.440 --> 01:56:29.440] as to whether you're going to close the door on a municipality or being able to, I mean, you know, it's not, [01:56:29.440 --> 01:56:33.440] there's four different things that you have to, that you, [01:56:33.440 --> 01:56:45.440] and either any one of those four things that you need to show in order to hold a municipality liable for custom and practice, [01:56:45.440 --> 01:56:59.440] for failure to train their officers, you know, just to overcome their, what they, I mean, cops and the municipality, [01:56:59.440 --> 01:57:03.440] that's the first thing they've got to do is try to claim their immunities. [01:57:03.440 --> 01:57:14.440] But if the complaint is drafted properly, you pretty much stamp out those immunities right there in the drafting. [01:57:14.440 --> 01:57:19.440] Yeah. And see, here in Texas, the Texas courts try to protect municipalities, [01:57:19.440 --> 01:57:29.440] even though the statutes for their creation specifically say every municipality can sue and be sued in any court of the state. [01:57:29.440 --> 01:57:34.440] They can sue and be sued and plea and be implicated. [01:57:34.440 --> 01:57:42.440] And yet the courts in Texas continuously try to provide them with immunity against suit. [01:57:42.440 --> 01:57:50.440] So we don't have any uncorrupt courts in our state anywhere or anywhere else for that matter, but still. [01:57:50.440 --> 01:57:52.440] But I appreciate the info, Jerry. [01:57:52.440 --> 01:57:57.440] And if push comes to shove, I'll let people know to check the Facebook account [01:57:57.440 --> 01:58:02.440] or to come join the Sue Jewish group and see what they can do from there. [01:58:02.440 --> 01:58:10.440] I'm getting ready to start another group that's going to deal with Idle Gordy Jews specifically. [01:58:10.440 --> 01:58:12.440] I'll probably invite you to it. [01:58:12.440 --> 01:58:15.440] All right. Well, I'll look forward to it. [01:58:15.440 --> 01:58:16.440] All right, man. [01:58:16.440 --> 01:58:18.440] All right. Well, thanks for calling in. [01:58:18.440 --> 01:58:19.440] All right. [01:58:19.440 --> 01:58:20.440] All right. Bye-bye. [01:58:20.440 --> 01:58:24.440] All right, folks.
