[00:22.000 --> 00:31.000] Gold opened today at $1,336, silver at $21.19, and Bitcoin is trading at $667. [00:31.000 --> 00:40.000] Support for the Liberty Beat comes from the 512 Bitcoin Mini Conference and Launch Party Sunday, March 9 from 1 to 6 p.m. at Brave New Books. [00:40.000 --> 00:47.000] The event features a wallet set-up party, a Women in Bitcoin panel, and special guest Cody Wilson of Defense Distributed and Dark Wallet. [00:47.000 --> 00:50.000] This Sunday, March 9 at Brave New Books. [00:50.000 --> 00:59.000] And from Affordable Sound, CD and DVD duplication along with posters and promotional material, online at affordablesound.com. [01:13.000 --> 01:20.000] Canadian police are investigating the reported theft of nearly $600,000 in Bitcoin losses. [01:20.000 --> 01:25.000] The theft was reported by Bitcoin exchange Flexcoin and is now closed due to the loss. [01:25.000 --> 01:37.000] Flexcoin reported the hack on Monday, saying in a statement posted on its website that it doesn't have the resources or assets to recover from the loss. [01:37.000 --> 01:47.000] Today, anchor Liz Wall resigned on air Wednesday announcing her decision after what she says is the network's whitewashing of the actions of Russian President Vladimir Putin. [01:47.000 --> 01:55.000] Later, Wall released a statement to NBC News saying that her work was repeatedly censored and distorted by the Russian government funded network. [01:55.000 --> 02:04.000] She went on to state that she believes that Russia today is on a mission to make America look like the bad guy and to make excuses for Putin. [02:04.000 --> 02:11.000] Medical researchers in California believe they may have cured a nine-month-old baby that was born with HIV. [02:11.000 --> 02:18.000] The doctors believe the introduction of antiretroviral drugs within four hours of birth helped save the baby's life. [02:18.000 --> 02:21.000] The California child is the second case of HIV remission. [02:21.000 --> 02:26.000] The other child was born in Mississippi and also received drugs hours after birth. [02:26.000 --> 02:30.000] Support for the Liberty Beat comes from Dorothy Erminger at Cap Star Lending. [02:30.000 --> 02:33.000] Dorothy can walk you through the ins and outs of buying a home. [02:43.000 --> 02:49.000] And from My Magic Mud, available at Brave New Books or online at mymagicmud.com. [02:49.000 --> 03:04.000] You've been listening to the Liberty Beat. Remember, freeing your mind is freeing our world. [03:19.000 --> 03:27.000] Tell me what you're gonna do, what you're gonna do. [03:27.000 --> 03:38.000] Bad boys, bad boys, what you're gonna do, what you're gonna do when they come for you? [03:38.000 --> 03:44.000] When you were eight and you had bad traits, you'd go to school and learn the golden rules. [03:44.000 --> 03:49.000] So why are you acting like a bloody fool? If you get hot, then you must get cool. [03:49.000 --> 04:00.000] Bad boys, bad boys, what you're gonna do, what you're gonna do when they come for you? [04:00.000 --> 04:06.000] You chuck it on that one, you chuck it on this one. You chuck it on your mother and you chuck it on your father. [04:06.000 --> 04:11.000] You chuck it on your brother and you chuck it on your sister. You chuck it on that one and you chuck it on me. [04:11.000 --> 04:32.000] Bad boys, bad boys, what you're gonna do, what you're gonna do when they come for you? [04:32.000 --> 04:43.000] Bad boys, bad boys, what are you going to do when they come for you? Here at the Rule of Law, Rule of Law Radio. [04:43.000 --> 04:52.000] I am one of your hosts, Deborah Stevens, here with Randy Kelton. And tonight is Thursday, March 6th. [04:52.000 --> 05:00.000] And I have a few announcements to make before we get into some of the topics we're gonna discuss tonight. [05:00.000 --> 05:09.000] I wanted to let everyone know that the network is growing and we have added some new shows. [05:09.000 --> 05:19.000] Unfortunately, Larry Wiest of God in Guns had to leave because his work schedule is just too demanding. [05:19.000 --> 05:25.000] He has to work too many hours that he just cannot commit to his show anymore. [05:25.000 --> 05:31.000] We are sad to see him go. Hopefully, he'll be able to at least come back as a guest sometimes. [05:31.000 --> 05:40.000] But other than that, the good news is we are adding three new shows for y'all. [05:40.000 --> 05:49.000] We have The Crypto Show hosted by Harlan Dietrich and Martin Pennington and Ryan Dixon. [05:49.000 --> 05:58.000] Harlan Dietrich, of course, is the owner of Brave New Books, which is a focal point, a gathering place, [05:58.000 --> 06:02.000] the hotbed of the liberty movement in Austin, if you will. [06:02.000 --> 06:11.000] Wait a minute. Wait a minute. I didn't think Harlan could concentrate that long without getting tired or uninterested. [06:11.000 --> 06:13.000] Don't you remember what the ad says? [06:13.000 --> 06:21.000] Now he can watch documentaries and read informative books without feeling tired and uninterested. [06:21.000 --> 06:23.000] That's what the ad says. [06:23.000 --> 06:24.000] Good for Harlan. [06:24.000 --> 06:30.000] Okay, so at any rate, Harlan and I've been wanting to ask, he approached me [06:30.000 --> 06:36.000] and I've been actually wanting to approach him to ask him to be a host on the network for quite some time [06:36.000 --> 06:41.000] because several of the hosts have him on as guests from time to time. [06:41.000 --> 06:45.000] And he's just so well-spoken and he's just so well-researched on so many issues. [06:45.000 --> 06:51.000] And he can really present information well. [06:51.000 --> 06:58.000] I've watched him debate people on issues like 9-11 and he's very thorough. [06:58.000 --> 07:02.000] And he's got a great radio voice, too. [07:02.000 --> 07:07.000] So Harlan and Ryan and Martin have The Crypto Show now. [07:07.000 --> 07:14.000] That's on Wednesday nights from 8 to 10 and Sunday nights from 8 to 10. [07:14.000 --> 07:22.000] Unfortunately, Gary Johnson had to leave as well due to commitment issues. [07:22.000 --> 07:25.000] So we've got them. They have two slots. [07:25.000 --> 07:33.000] And I'm telling you people, their show is very informative talking about the cryptocurrencies. [07:33.000 --> 07:38.000] What, Randy? [07:38.000 --> 07:46.000] I know Harlan and I can tell you that Harlan has a face made for radio. [07:46.000 --> 07:52.000] Okay. Well, at any rate, I wanted to talk about some of the things they talk about with the Bitcoin. [07:52.000 --> 08:00.000] This whole Bitcoin and this whole cryptocurrency thing, for the longest time I never really put much stock into it [08:00.000 --> 08:09.000] because it seemed to me to just be another form of funny money, so to speak, except that it's not fiat [08:09.000 --> 08:15.000] because it's not controlled and mandated and dictated by a government entity. [08:15.000 --> 08:19.000] But I really didn't do much research on it. I didn't really know that much about it. [08:19.000 --> 08:26.000] Once I found out that it wasn't like backed by something, at least I didn't think it was at the time, [08:26.000 --> 08:31.000] that it was backed by something tangible, I just didn't really put much stock into it. [08:31.000 --> 08:44.000] But once I started learning more about it, I have to say that this is like the next thing that's going to be really big. [08:44.000 --> 08:53.000] And it's already getting really big because it is a mechanism for people to electronically transfer currency [08:53.000 --> 09:02.000] back and forth to each other to buy and sell all over the world and locally without going through the central banking system. [09:02.000 --> 09:10.000] It is completely decentralized. And it does have tangible value because of the encryption [09:10.000 --> 09:17.000] and it uses what they call the blockchain, which is a record of every Bitcoin transaction. [09:17.000 --> 09:25.000] And so all these transactions have to be verified through the blockchain. And so there are entities all over the world [09:25.000 --> 09:30.000] that facilitate these transactions. And it's completely decentralized. [09:30.000 --> 09:38.000] And it really does have the potential to make central banking completely obsolete. [09:38.000 --> 09:48.000] I mean, there's really no way that they can manipulate it that much other than the exchanges. [09:48.000 --> 09:53.000] That's where they're going to try to manipulate it is when people move Federal Reserve notes [09:53.000 --> 09:58.000] or other form of fiat currency in and out of the Bitcoin realm. [09:58.000 --> 10:05.000] But once you're inside the Bitcoin realm, there's not going to be a whole lot that they can do. [10:05.000 --> 10:15.000] It's not like there's futures, you know, tradings that can be manipulated like what happens with gold and silver. [10:15.000 --> 10:23.000] And they drive down the spot price, you know, to their own to work their own mechanism where I mean, like right now, [10:23.000 --> 10:31.000] it's like they can't even hardly mine silver anymore because the cost of mining it is it's like more expensive than the spot price. [10:31.000 --> 10:39.000] But anyways, that's one show I encourage everyone to listen to the cryptocurrency show if you because I'm telling you, [10:39.000 --> 10:45.000] I'm getting sold more and more on the cryptocurrency thing. I don't think that it's a flash in the pan. [10:45.000 --> 10:52.000] I mean, there's Bitcoin ATMs going up everywhere in Austin where you can exchange your cash, [10:52.000 --> 10:55.000] your Federal Reserve notes cash for Bitcoin. [10:55.000 --> 11:01.000] It really is a way to have completely anonymous transactions that's encrypted. [11:01.000 --> 11:06.000] And I mean, it's just completely there's no central banking. [11:06.000 --> 11:12.000] So anyway, it's awesome. The more I learn about the technology, it's amazing technology they have on great guests. [11:12.000 --> 11:20.000] So that's the crypto show. The other new show that we have is on Wednesday nights from six to eight. [11:20.000 --> 11:27.000] Mr. Medina has returned to the network for his truth exposed radio show. [11:27.000 --> 11:33.000] He was on the network a few years a couple of years ago. And I everyone always loved the show. [11:33.000 --> 11:40.000] It was a great show. But unfortunately, he had to leave due to his work schedule. [11:40.000 --> 11:43.000] He couldn't get home in time to do his show. [11:43.000 --> 11:52.000] And so now we're very thankful that his work schedule is back on, you know, a time frame that he can do his show. [11:52.000 --> 12:01.000] So we have Matt Medina and a couple of his friends that are co-hosting for truth exposed radio on Wednesday nights from six to eight Central. [12:01.000 --> 12:10.000] And the third new show we are adding is Nature's Pure Organics with Gary Hanna, who runs the Nature's Pure Organics shop here in Austin. [12:10.000 --> 12:13.000] That will be a show about health and herbs and things like that. [12:13.000 --> 12:18.000] So that will be on Monday nights. And he's going to start this Monday from six to eight. [12:18.000 --> 12:20.000] So those are some announcements. [12:20.000 --> 12:31.000] And I also wanted to just apologize to the listeners that it's taking so long for me to process the data for the gun giveaway, the drawing. [12:31.000 --> 12:46.000] I had a serious illness in the family earlier this month, and I basically had to take care of a family member almost 24-7 after this person got out of the hospital. [12:46.000 --> 12:51.000] And so I basically everything in my life got put on hold for pretty much the whole month of February. [12:51.000 --> 12:57.000] So I do apologize for that. But I'm in the process of getting caught up on all of that. [12:57.000 --> 13:03.000] So just want to let people know, just hang in there. And people that haven't received their colloidal silver yet, you will. [13:03.000 --> 13:07.000] I just haven't been able to get all that data to Larry to mail it out. [13:07.000 --> 13:12.000] And then the other announcement that I need to make, and it's on the Web site, I made a post on the Web site. [13:12.000 --> 13:19.000] I am in desperate need right now of help on the production end of this network. [13:19.000 --> 13:27.000] I've lost two call screeners and a producer in one week, not because, you know, there was any kind of problem. [13:27.000 --> 13:30.000] You know, they weren't mad at me or anything like that. [13:30.000 --> 13:37.000] They just had their own personal work commitments and family commitments that they just didn't have. [13:37.000 --> 13:39.000] They don't have time to do it anymore. [13:39.000 --> 13:47.000] And so I am really, really strapped right now for time and having to, you know, run all these, produce all these shows. [13:47.000 --> 13:55.000] And even this show, for example, it's very difficult right now because I have to screen the calls. [13:55.000 --> 14:00.000] And it's like you can't screen calls and talk on the air at the same time. That just don't work. [14:00.000 --> 14:07.000] And so it gets really hard because if people are calling in during the segment, I have to screen, I have to mute my mic and screen the calls. [14:07.000 --> 14:10.000] I can't just wait till the break to screen the calls. [14:10.000 --> 14:16.000] And so then it's like if there's a conversation on the air, I have to try to listen to what's going on in the air and screen the call at the same time. [14:16.000 --> 14:17.000] It's very difficult. [14:17.000 --> 14:30.000] So if there's anyone out there or I need multiple people, if you have the desire to really make a difference and you're dedicated to the cause of liberty [14:30.000 --> 14:38.000] and you believe in what we're doing, please consider donating some of your time to help me with production. [14:38.000 --> 14:42.000] I'm sorry, I don't have the funds to pay people yet. [14:42.000 --> 14:52.000] Once we launch the new website, I'll be able to launch a massive Internet promotion and marketing campaign to drive more traffic to the site [14:52.000 --> 14:57.000] and get more sponsors so that I can actually start paying my staff. [14:57.000 --> 15:02.000] And I do have a couple of really, really wonderful people right now. [15:02.000 --> 15:06.000] One of them's name is Aaron and the other one is Nate. [15:06.000 --> 15:08.000] And they are just fantastic. [15:08.000 --> 15:11.000] They've always been there for me and they do a great job, but I need more help. [15:11.000 --> 15:16.000] And so if you could please consider donating just a couple of hours of your time a week. [15:16.000 --> 15:26.000] If you need to multitask, then please consider being a call screener because you can do other things because the phones aren't always ringing. [15:26.000 --> 15:36.000] If you have a little bit more open schedule in the evenings, please consider being trained to be a producer [15:36.000 --> 15:46.000] because sometimes if I get called away on an emergency, I can't just be the only producer with one or two other people that just do the weekend shows [15:46.000 --> 15:54.000] because if something happens and I get called away on an emergency and there's nobody to cover the production, then I have to run archives. [15:54.000 --> 15:57.000] And so anyways, folks, I'm really strapped. [15:57.000 --> 15:59.000] I really need some help. [15:59.000 --> 16:01.000] So I'm making the plea. [16:01.000 --> 16:06.000] I need some people to volunteer their time and at some point we'll be able to pay people. [16:06.000 --> 16:09.000] So I guess that's all the announcements I have. [16:09.000 --> 16:12.000] And I really appreciate everyone donating to the fundraiser. [16:12.000 --> 16:17.000] I am going to be able to do all the equipment upgrades that I need to do. [16:17.000 --> 16:21.000] And so anyways, thank you all for all your support. [16:21.000 --> 16:28.000] And if you want to be part of the team, part of the Logos Radio Network team, please send me an email. [16:28.000 --> 16:31.000] You can find the information on the home page website. [16:31.000 --> 16:33.000] So we're going to go to break now. [16:33.000 --> 16:37.000] And we have Johnny from Missouri on the other side. [16:37.000 --> 16:40.000] And Randy has some things he's going to talk about too. [16:40.000 --> 17:00.000] If you'd like to call in 512-646-1984 and we'll see you on the other side. [17:00.000 --> 17:06.000] Through advances in technology, our lives have greatly improved, except in the area of nutrition. [17:06.000 --> 17:11.000] People feed their pets better than they feed themselves, and it's time we changed all that. [17:11.000 --> 17:17.000] Our primary defense against aging and disease in this toxic environment is good nutrition. [17:17.000 --> 17:22.000] In a world where natural foods have been irradiated, adulterated, and mutilated, [17:22.000 --> 17:25.000] young Jevity can provide the nutrients you need. [17:25.000 --> 17:31.000] Logos Radio Network gets many requests to endorse all sorts of products, most of which we reject. [17:31.000 --> 17:36.000] We have come to trust young Jevity so much we became a marketing distributor, [17:36.000 --> 17:40.000] along with Alex Jones, Ben Fuchs, and many others. [17:40.000 --> 17:47.000] When you order from LogosRadioNetwork.com, your health will improve as you help support quality radio. [17:47.000 --> 17:51.000] As you realize the benefits of young Jevity, you may want to join us. [17:51.000 --> 17:58.000] As a distributor, you can experience improved health, help your friends and family, and increase your income. [17:58.000 --> 18:00.000] Order now. [19:01.000 --> 19:22.000] You are listening to the Logos Radio Network, the LogosRadioNetwork.com. [19:22.000 --> 19:42.000] Look what we got. We are the Christians. We know what we got. We don't have the answers. We are the Christians. Look what we got. We don't have the answers. [19:42.000 --> 19:53.000] We are the Christians. We know what we got. We don't have the answers. We are the Christians. We know what we got. We don't have the answers. [19:53.000 --> 19:58.000] Okay, we are back. Andy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Rule Of Law Radio. [19:58.000 --> 20:03.000] And I'm glad to see things are picking up and we really do appreciate the fundraiser. [20:03.000 --> 20:13.000] Folks were a great help. And you know, we sit here and talk to AIR and we don't always get a lot of feedback. [20:13.000 --> 20:26.000] So the way it really tells us that you appreciate what we do is things like this fundraiser where you helped us so we can upgrade the software and hardware and keep this thing on the air. [20:26.000 --> 20:33.000] Thank you for that. We do have a caller before. I had some stuff I was going to talk about. [20:33.000 --> 20:40.000] But we'll take our caller first and if we don't get any more callers, you'll have to listen to me. [20:40.000 --> 20:47.000] Okay, we're going to Johnny in Missouri. Hello, Johnny. What do you have for us tonight? [20:47.000 --> 20:51.000] Andy. Hi, can you hear me? [20:51.000 --> 20:53.000] I can hear you. [20:53.000 --> 21:04.000] Okay, good. I wanted to talk about, I don't know, I'm sure you've probably heard a few of the horror stories of things in Oklahoma in the court system. [21:04.000 --> 21:11.000] Have you heard anything of what's happening in Atoka, Oklahoma, just north of Sherman? [21:11.000 --> 21:15.000] Not lately. [21:15.000 --> 21:17.000] Not lately. [21:17.000 --> 21:28.000] We get horror stories from all over the country. Frankly, you know, every time I go somewhere and do seminars, everybody insists that their county is the most corrupt county in the nation. [21:28.000 --> 21:41.000] And it makes no difference where I'm at. And frankly, I don't see a hill of beans difference between the amount of corruption in one place and another. [21:41.000 --> 21:52.000] So unfortunately, it's about as bad everywhere else. No, we haven't heard about Atoka, Oklahoma. What is going on there? [21:52.000 --> 22:04.000] In Atoka, they've got one particular night trooper there that has become quiet. [22:04.000 --> 22:06.000] You there? [22:06.000 --> 22:10.000] I'm there, you're picking up a little bit. [22:10.000 --> 22:17.000] Okay, I'm trying to find a good spot here. I'm in a bad reception area. [22:17.000 --> 22:18.000] There's one. [22:18.000 --> 22:30.000] Wait, one second. One second, one second. Randy, the callers are feeding back through your Skype. Can you please turn your headphones down? [22:30.000 --> 22:31.000] Yes. [22:31.000 --> 22:32.000] Okay, okay. [22:32.000 --> 22:34.000] How was that? Test one, two, three? [22:34.000 --> 22:39.000] Let me test. Test one, two, one, two. Okay, that's better. Okay, go ahead, go ahead, Johnny. I'm sorry. [22:39.000 --> 22:53.000] Okay, apparently they've got one particular state trooper there that has become quite proficient at profiling people coming through there and popping them with drugs. [22:53.000 --> 23:02.000] Okay, now that's one thing in and of itself. But Oklahoma has these extremely harsh drug laws. [23:02.000 --> 23:16.000] For example, 20 grams of meth, which is a lot, yeah, but that's $2,000 street value. You can get a person's life on the first offense with a clean record. [23:16.000 --> 23:29.000] Now they've got a DA there that is pushing these things hard, very hard. A local girl there got 20 years, first offense. [23:29.000 --> 23:36.000] I know a girl got pulled over there. She's facing life, first sense. Never had anything to traffic to. [23:36.000 --> 23:44.000] Okay, now they assign a public defender to these people unless they can afford an attorney. [23:44.000 --> 23:54.000] I've talked to all the attorneys in the area, the cheapest ones, $10,000 to even look at the case. So very few people can afford them. [23:54.000 --> 24:03.000] A week later, they've got these people in court, and then the DA there offers them like 10 years. [24:03.000 --> 24:13.000] And the public defender has never talked to anybody until that day in court, and then all he does is tell them, oh, you better take that. [24:13.000 --> 24:19.000] You're facing life. That's the deal. So they're getting people into this. [24:19.000 --> 24:26.000] Hold on. This sounds like pretty much what I hear everywhere. [24:26.000 --> 24:36.000] Right. Yeah, I don't. Well, I don't doubt that, actually. And then on top of this, they're denying people medical treatment. [24:36.000 --> 24:44.000] Okay, they've got a black girl in there right now that is 32 weeks pregnant. She's been sick growing up. [24:44.000 --> 24:50.000] They won't even give her some crackers to settle her stomach. They haven't allowed her to see a doctor. [24:50.000 --> 24:55.000] She's sick and I have a baby right there in the cell. They don't care. [24:55.000 --> 25:05.000] The girl I know, she's been terribly sick for six weeks. I don't know why, some kind of, you know, semen. [25:05.000 --> 25:16.000] Wait a minute. Hold on. Hold on. Beyond this being a problem, and this is a problem everywhere. [25:16.000 --> 25:30.000] And I know you're, what I see here, you're from Missouri. Are you actually in Oklahoma or near enough so that you can personally take some action to right these wrongs? [25:30.000 --> 25:41.000] Well, no, I know a girl that is sitting in jail there. And she called me and that's how I found out about what's going on there. [25:41.000 --> 25:49.000] Well, look, you know, you're not, you know, anybody who listens to this show very much, they hear these stories all the time. [25:49.000 --> 25:56.000] Right. And we understand that this is an ongoing problem around the country. [25:56.000 --> 26:07.000] And it has always been a problem. It's not, this is not something new or something even more outrageous than it's always been. [26:07.000 --> 26:14.000] The real question here is what are you prepared to do to right these wrongs? [26:14.000 --> 26:24.000] Well, whatever needs to be done. First of all, I would think that there should be some big time wall suits coming on here, you know. [26:24.000 --> 26:28.000] Well, who's going to file the lawsuit? [26:28.000 --> 26:41.000] I will. I don't have standing. This girl will get her out of this thing, and she will. I'll work with her. You know, I've been stuck in this. [26:41.000 --> 26:55.000] Okay. You're talking about problems in the jail. Are you familiar with the jail standards commission for Oklahoma or whatever they call their oversight commission there for the jails? [26:55.000 --> 26:58.000] No. No, I'm not. [26:58.000 --> 27:10.000] Then the first place to start is by figuring out what rules they are required to follow. [27:10.000 --> 27:16.000] Right. And then you can formulate a plan to hold them to those rules. [27:16.000 --> 27:26.000] Yeah. Just feeling like they're mistreating somebody and feeling bad about it. Not helpful. [27:26.000 --> 27:33.000] If we're going to change this, we have to become the masters. They maintain them as the servants. [27:33.000 --> 27:43.000] I spent the last two days crafting a set of criminal complaints against the justice of the peace in Garland, Texas. [27:43.000 --> 27:44.000] Right. [27:44.000 --> 27:53.000] And a couple of weeks ago, we did a district judge in the family court in Tarrant County. [27:53.000 --> 28:01.000] And I'm telling you, when you start taking them to their own code, it really, really gets their attention. [28:01.000 --> 28:05.000] Oh, yes. No doubt about it. I wanted to ask you. [28:05.000 --> 28:13.000] I went into this JPE and handed him a challenge to subject matter jurisdiction. [28:13.000 --> 28:20.000] He ruled on the case and refused to even look at the challenge to subject matter jurisdiction. [28:20.000 --> 28:33.000] He issued an eviction order, and two weeks later, they threw this woman out on the street who's been in this house for 30 years. [28:33.000 --> 28:38.000] And he issued the order without subject matter jurisdiction. [28:38.000 --> 28:52.000] Since the officers who did the eviction, and to their credit, they exercised considerable discretion in how they handle their business. [28:52.000 --> 28:59.000] There's no complaint about them. However, they were prominent in displaying deadly weapons. [28:59.000 --> 29:05.000] They committed no criminal act because they acted in good faith reliance on confident authority. [29:05.000 --> 29:16.000] But the Justice of the Peace committed first-degree felony aggravated assault by illegally sending those guys in there with their guns. [29:16.000 --> 29:22.000] You want to play hardball, guys? We will introduce you to the deep end of the pool. [29:22.000 --> 29:27.000] And you do it by reading the code. Hang on. We're about to go to break. [29:27.000 --> 29:36.000] This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Rule of Law Radio. Our call-in number is 512-646-1984. [29:36.000 --> 29:41.000] We have a couple of callers on. We'll be taking your calls all evening. [29:41.000 --> 29:48.000] And so give us a call if you have a question or a comment. But keep in mind, we are all about out remedy. [29:48.000 --> 29:59.000] So we're always going to be talking about what can you do, what can we do, what can actually be done to make us do a change. [29:59.000 --> 30:06.000] The joy of gift-giving often leads to the dreaded returns process. [30:06.000 --> 30:12.000] Amazon knows it's a pain exchanging unwanted presents, but their solution is tackier than a lime green chive. [30:12.000 --> 30:15.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be back with more in just a moment. [30:15.000 --> 30:21.000] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [30:21.000 --> 30:26.000] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [30:26.000 --> 30:31.000] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. [30:31.000 --> 30:37.000] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, [30:37.000 --> 30:45.000] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Start over with StartPage. [30:45.000 --> 30:52.000] Amazon.com is patented preemptive gift returns so you can prevent undesirable gifts from ever being sent in the first place. [30:52.000 --> 30:55.000] Just exchange them in advance for something else. [30:55.000 --> 31:01.000] While it might help gifties with taste challenge relatives, it's a privacy activist nightmare and a profiler's dream. [31:01.000 --> 31:08.000] You would have to give Amazon an exhaustive list of all your likes and dislikes, which would tell them everything from your size to your lifestyle. [31:08.000 --> 31:13.000] Imagine the advertising possibilities and your inbox crammed full of spam. [31:13.000 --> 31:19.000] What's more, the patent warns that gift switching data could end up in the wrong hands and hurt your Aunt Martha's feelings. [31:19.000 --> 31:23.000] Amazon is yet to implement the system. Here's hoping they never do. [31:23.000 --> 31:31.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [31:31.000 --> 31:36.000] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11. [31:36.000 --> 31:43.000] The government says that fire brought it down. However, 1,500 architects and engineers concluded it was a controlled demolition. [31:43.000 --> 31:46.000] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. [31:46.000 --> 31:49.000] Thousands of my fellow first responders are dying. [31:49.000 --> 31:51.000] I'm not a conspiracy theorist. I'm a structural engineer. [31:51.000 --> 31:54.000] I'm a New York City correction officer. I'm an Air Force pilot. [31:54.000 --> 31:58.000] I'm a father who lost his son. We're Americans, and we deserve the truth. [31:58.000 --> 32:01.000] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today. [32:01.000 --> 32:05.000] Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer the Rule of Law traffic seminar. [32:05.000 --> 32:08.000] In today's America, we live in an us-against-them society. [32:08.000 --> 32:13.000] And if we, the people, are ever going to have a free society, then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights. [32:13.000 --> 32:17.000] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, the right to act in our own private capacity, [32:17.000 --> 32:22.000] and most importantly, the right to due process of law. Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity [32:22.000 --> 32:25.000] to learn how to enforce and preserve our rights through due process. [32:25.000 --> 32:31.000] Former Sheriff's Deputy Eddie Craig, in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio, has put together the most comprehensive teaching tool available [32:31.000 --> 32:35.000] that will help you understand what due process is and how to hold courts to the rule of law. [32:35.000 --> 32:41.000] You can get your own copy of this invaluable material by going to ruleoflawradio.com and ordering your copy today. [32:41.000 --> 32:45.000] By ordering now, you'll receive a copy of Eddie's book, The Texas Transportation Code, The Law Versus the Lie, [32:45.000 --> 32:51.000] video and audio of the original 2009 seminar, hundreds of research documents, and other useful resource material. [32:51.000 --> 32:55.000] Learn how to fight for your rights with the help of this material from ruleoflawradio.com. [33:30.000 --> 33:32.000] Be abused. [33:35.000 --> 33:57.000] When you're gonna stop abuse, your power. [33:57.000 --> 34:02.000] So please Mr. Michael and each officer, you have to abuse the power. [34:02.000 --> 34:08.000] Send a request to the leader, the captain of all officers. [34:08.000 --> 34:13.000] Tell them to uphold the law, and please don't abuse their power. [34:13.000 --> 34:19.000] They beat and they beat and they cheat and they cheat and they lie every hour. [34:19.000 --> 34:28.000] Okay, we are back, Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Rule of Law Radio, and we're talking to Johnny in Missouri. [34:28.000 --> 34:40.000] Johnny, this is a problem, you have, you're aware of the problem, and you will find that this is actually pretty interesting. [34:40.000 --> 34:43.000] It is kind of fun to do this. [34:43.000 --> 34:48.000] I'm an engineer, so for me it's like an engineering project. [34:48.000 --> 34:56.000] We have a system here that's operating outside of parameters. [34:56.000 --> 35:02.000] So the first thing we have to do is determine what the parameters are. [35:02.000 --> 35:14.000] And when you start methodically working over a system, it really, really gets people in the system's attention. [35:14.000 --> 35:23.000] For instance, I had someone go into the JP today and request access to some records, [35:23.000 --> 35:29.000] and they would give him access to justice, the peace records, [35:29.000 --> 35:35.000] because the justice knows from the hearing that we had when he denied, [35:35.000 --> 35:40.000] when he refused to respond to hear the plea to the jurisdiction, [35:40.000 --> 35:44.000] I didn't say anything to the judge. [35:44.000 --> 35:48.000] But when I walked out of the courtroom, I told the bailiff, you come with me. [35:48.000 --> 35:56.000] When we got outside, I asked the bailiff to arrest the judge, and he got real excited. [35:56.000 --> 36:01.000] He refused to arrest the judge, and I told him, well, you know, life is filled with little decisions. [36:01.000 --> 36:05.000] We all get to make some, and then we left. [36:05.000 --> 36:10.000] So the bailiff went right back in there and told the judge that I was trying to get him arrested. [36:10.000 --> 36:20.000] This is much more powerful than trying to talk to these people or trying to deal with them. [36:20.000 --> 36:26.000] They are very good at dealing with people who are upset, especially when you're dealing with jails. [36:26.000 --> 36:29.000] They deal with confrontation all the time. [36:29.000 --> 36:33.000] If you want to get their attention, don't deal with them. [36:33.000 --> 36:37.000] Look at what they're required to do. [36:37.000 --> 36:41.000] Then look at what they're actually doing. [36:41.000 --> 36:49.000] And then look for the law that applies, and it's almost always the same one. [36:49.000 --> 36:54.000] In Texas, it's 39.03 penal code. [36:54.000 --> 37:04.000] And 39.03 penal code is almost word for word 18 U.S. Code 242. [37:04.000 --> 37:15.000] Every state has a statute that reflects 18 U.S. Code 242, the Ku Klux Klan Act, or at least half of the Ku Klux Klan Act. [37:15.000 --> 37:28.000] The part of the Ku Klux Klan Act everybody is most familiar with is the right to sue a public official for acting inappropriately or illegally in office. [37:28.000 --> 37:31.000] That's 42 U.S. Code 1983. [37:31.000 --> 37:39.000] The Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871 was codified into 42 U.S. Code 1983. [37:39.000 --> 37:42.000] But that's the second half of the Ku Klux Klan Act. [37:42.000 --> 37:49.000] The first half of it was codified into 18 U.S. Code 242. [37:49.000 --> 37:58.000] And 18 U.S. Code 242 says that if a public official acting under the color or pretense of an official capacity, [37:58.000 --> 38:09.000] if he fails to perform a duty he is required to perform or exerts or purports to exert an authority he does not expressly have [38:09.000 --> 38:19.000] and in the process denies the citizen in the full and free access to or enjoyment of a right, well that's a class A misdemeanor in the Fed. [38:19.000 --> 38:24.000] It's also a class A misdemeanor in Texas. [38:24.000 --> 38:32.000] And whatever they call it in Oklahoma it's likely to be the same thing one step below a felony. [38:32.000 --> 38:47.000] In Texas you're in jail, 180 days in jail, $10,000 fine, $10,000 fine, I'm sorry, $10,000 fine, 180 days in jail. [38:47.000 --> 38:50.000] That's pretty serious business. [38:50.000 --> 39:00.000] So when you start looking at what they're doing and comparing what they're doing to what they should be doing, [39:00.000 --> 39:11.000] the biggest problem you will have is you will gather up more criminal complaints against them than you can get to. [39:11.000 --> 39:18.000] And then you start the routine on the tough guy prosecutor. [39:18.000 --> 39:24.000] We see if he's as tough on internal crime as he is on external crime. [39:24.000 --> 39:34.000] I wonder if he's as tough on himself as he is because I've already found 10 different laws that the prosecutor has violated. [39:34.000 --> 39:39.000] We're not even talking the judge here, we're talking the prosecutor. [39:39.000 --> 39:44.000] Have you made up criminal accusations against the prosecutor for that? [39:44.000 --> 39:49.000] Not yet. I'm in the process of. I'm in the process of. [39:49.000 --> 39:54.000] And then just a couple more things and I'll let you get to your other callers and stuff. [39:54.000 --> 39:58.000] Have you heard of a guy named Rod Klaas? [39:58.000 --> 40:02.000] Oh yeah, I've heard of Rod Klaas. [40:02.000 --> 40:06.000] Rod is making some marvelous rides. [40:06.000 --> 40:18.000] You know, I'd encourage everybody to listen to his stuff and he's got a lot of documents online that you can download and look at. [40:18.000 --> 40:23.000] He's actually working on a federal deal in D.C. now. [40:23.000 --> 40:27.000] Anyway, Rod is making some great strides. [40:27.000 --> 40:34.000] He's got these guys to make some admissions in court that they really did not want to do, but they had to. [40:34.000 --> 40:36.000] He'd put them in a corner. [40:36.000 --> 40:45.000] He's done a better job than anybody I've heard of yet of putting them in a corner that they cannot back out of and it gives them no wiggle room. [40:45.000 --> 40:49.000] And then he just candy barred the door on them. [40:49.000 --> 41:01.000] I talked to someone, I emailed someone today and we were discussing getting Rod Klaas to be on the show if he's willing to come on. [41:01.000 --> 41:05.000] I'd love to. Yeah, I'll call to his deal. [41:05.000 --> 41:11.000] Actually, I've got his number even. I'll call and see if I can't talk him into doing that. [41:11.000 --> 41:19.000] Yeah, it'd be a great mix. In fact, I'd love to see him have his own show on Logos. [41:19.000 --> 41:31.000] Can you send me a link to his website or his web presence wherever he's posting these laws? [41:31.000 --> 41:34.000] I would like to see what he's doing. [41:34.000 --> 41:52.000] I sent you an email earlier about this stuff in a TOCA and it's funny, well not funny, but you mentioned 18 USC 242 was one of the things that I had already dug up on this bunch down there. [41:52.000 --> 42:04.000] But the problem with 18 USC 242 is what they're doing in the state does not necessarily go to federal due process. [42:04.000 --> 42:10.000] Not necessarily, no, but it can, you know, I believe. [42:10.000 --> 42:21.000] It'll always go to state and actually in the state statute it doesn't necessarily have to go to due process. [42:21.000 --> 42:27.000] Yeah, they will have, in Texas the statutes, we have two statutes on that issue. [42:27.000 --> 42:32.000] One of them is official misconduct and the other is official oppression. [42:32.000 --> 42:43.000] Official misconduct only goes to misuse of public funds or equipment or misappropriation of public funds or equipment. [42:43.000 --> 42:51.000] And official oppression goes to violation of rights in most states. [42:51.000 --> 42:58.000] The statute is called official misconduct and it includes both aspects. [42:58.000 --> 43:04.000] So it doesn't necessarily have to go to deprivation of a right. [43:04.000 --> 43:15.000] And just if they are accepting funding from the state and they're required to perform certain duties [43:15.000 --> 43:20.000] and don't perform those duties then you can claim they're misappropriating the funding. [43:20.000 --> 43:28.000] Right. You know, there's another thing that's pretty interesting too, you know, Corpus Delecti, the injured party. [43:28.000 --> 43:37.000] Okay, so say this case in Tokyo, okay, she broke their statute, you know. [43:37.000 --> 43:39.000] Okay, hang on, we're about to go to break. [43:39.000 --> 43:41.000] It's like Texas. [43:41.000 --> 43:49.000] Texas has a statute that says if you breach one of these penal statutes, the state of Texas is the injured party. [43:49.000 --> 43:53.000] Hang on, Randy Kelton, Debra Stevens, we'll re-video. [43:53.000 --> 43:58.000] I'll call your number, 512-646-1984, Wendy, I see you there. [46:36.000 --> 47:03.000] They call the police, watching the spots fly. [47:03.000 --> 47:08.000] Okay, we are back, Randy Kelton with Denver Stevens, Rule of Law Radio. [47:08.000 --> 47:10.000] And over the break we were talking about Rod Klass. [47:10.000 --> 47:16.000] Rod Klass has been around a long time and I know his brother. [47:16.000 --> 47:22.000] And he's one of those that's really stuck around. [47:22.000 --> 47:29.000] We've had a lot come and go and I've had difficulty with a good portion of them [47:29.000 --> 47:35.000] and that's why they came and went because they came along preaching magic [47:35.000 --> 47:42.000] and they all had this magic bullet and when I start tearing apart their magic bullets, [47:42.000 --> 47:46.000] they get all excited and take their marbles and go home. [47:46.000 --> 47:51.000] But Rod Klass, Rod Klass has been around longer than me [47:51.000 --> 47:53.000] and he's kind of been an icon this whole time. [47:53.000 --> 48:02.000] So yes, I would definitely like to have Rod Klass on my show if he would lure himself down to us, [48:02.000 --> 48:07.000] us minions down here in Austin, Texas. [48:07.000 --> 48:14.000] Okay, Johnny, it would be great if you took these guys on. [48:14.000 --> 48:17.000] And you know, if you have a friend in there, [48:17.000 --> 48:26.000] when they find out that she's got somebody outside who's prepared to stomp all over them, [48:26.000 --> 48:30.000] you know, when you start talking about going after public officials, [48:30.000 --> 48:34.000] everybody says, ooh, you better be careful, they'll get you. [48:34.000 --> 48:36.000] No, they won't. [48:36.000 --> 48:42.000] The ones who are the worst are the biggest cowards. [48:42.000 --> 48:50.000] The ones who breach their code the most are the ones who are the most fearful. [48:50.000 --> 48:57.000] So if you want to improve your chances of your friend getting out of there [48:57.000 --> 48:59.000] and getting out of there in one piece, [48:59.000 --> 49:05.000] let them know that she's got friends on the outside who are willing to crawl down their throats, [49:05.000 --> 49:09.000] stomping your feet all the way. [49:09.000 --> 49:12.000] But there's one problem you're likely to have with it, [49:12.000 --> 49:16.000] and I feel like I need to warn you from the get-go. [49:16.000 --> 49:25.000] Once you get started doing this, it can get to be way too much fun. [49:25.000 --> 49:28.000] Yeah, no doubt, no doubt. [49:28.000 --> 49:30.000] All we need though is a few more... [49:30.000 --> 49:38.000] I assure you, when you're crawling down their throat, [49:38.000 --> 49:42.000] instead of them crawling down yours, it's a whole other animal. [49:42.000 --> 49:43.000] Okay, go ahead. [49:43.000 --> 49:45.000] Yeah, no doubt. [49:45.000 --> 49:48.000] And, you know, I know I'm in Missouri. [49:48.000 --> 49:52.000] Deborah had put in a request, you know, if there's anything I could do to help. [49:52.000 --> 49:54.000] I'd be more than happy to. [49:54.000 --> 49:59.000] I have a lot of time in the evenings, you know, but I don't know. [49:59.000 --> 50:01.000] You know, I can't really call screen. [50:01.000 --> 50:04.000] I don't think from way up here or anything like that, [50:04.000 --> 50:09.000] but if there's something I could do to help, I'd be more than glad to, you know. [50:09.000 --> 50:12.000] Do you have a computer? [50:12.000 --> 50:14.000] Yeah. [50:14.000 --> 50:20.000] Do you have a 10-year-old who can show you how to use that computer? [50:20.000 --> 50:23.000] I think I figured that one out. [50:23.000 --> 50:25.000] I work on them a lot. [50:25.000 --> 50:29.000] Well, that's, you know, all this, all that we do, we do on the Internet. [50:29.000 --> 50:35.000] So doing this is not terribly difficult, it takes a little bit to learn how, [50:35.000 --> 50:38.000] but if you listen to the show all the time anyway, [50:38.000 --> 50:42.000] this would be a good way to become a part of the show. [50:42.000 --> 50:46.000] And it's actually kind of, you'll find it kind of interesting. [50:46.000 --> 50:52.000] You get the feel for the in and outs of how these things actually work. [50:52.000 --> 50:57.000] So if you're interested, send Deborah an email, [50:57.000 --> 51:03.000] and she will talk to you and see if we can bring you on as a call screener [51:03.000 --> 51:06.000] or as a producer. [51:06.000 --> 51:07.000] Okay. [51:07.000 --> 51:09.000] Yeah, sure, I'll send her an email. [51:09.000 --> 51:14.000] And then I'll send you on too with Rod's info and whatnot, [51:14.000 --> 51:17.000] and hopefully we can get you guys together, [51:17.000 --> 51:20.000] because he does have some very good stuff too, you know, [51:20.000 --> 51:23.000] and like you're always saying now, and it is, [51:23.000 --> 51:30.000] it's so important, the language, you know, in these statutes and whatnot, you know. [51:30.000 --> 51:32.000] But, you know, that's... [51:32.000 --> 51:39.000] We need people who can help us offer real remedy. [51:39.000 --> 51:40.000] Yeah. [51:40.000 --> 51:44.000] Instead of these supposed silver bullets. [51:44.000 --> 51:45.000] Right. [51:45.000 --> 51:54.000] The thing that makes me the most uncomfortable is when somebody says something works, [51:54.000 --> 51:58.000] that I always, in my experience in doing the show [51:58.000 --> 52:02.000] and talking to people all over the country who have all these great ideas, [52:02.000 --> 52:05.000] when they start saying, you do this, it works, [52:05.000 --> 52:12.000] it's like they're pervading some sort of magic. [52:12.000 --> 52:14.000] I don't want something that works. [52:14.000 --> 52:18.000] I want law that I can adjudicate. [52:18.000 --> 52:19.000] That's right. [52:19.000 --> 52:21.000] It doesn't have to work. [52:21.000 --> 52:26.000] And that's not something I've ever heard from Rod Klass. [52:26.000 --> 52:28.000] Yeah, that's where... [52:28.000 --> 52:33.000] He says, this is the law, and this is how you use the law, [52:33.000 --> 52:35.000] and this is how you can affect himself. [52:35.000 --> 52:36.000] That's right. [52:36.000 --> 52:38.000] I'd very much like to have you on the show. [52:38.000 --> 52:41.000] We don't mind following the law, but by golly, you are too. [52:41.000 --> 52:43.000] Yeah, exactly. [52:43.000 --> 52:47.000] And here's what the law says you must do, and you're not doing it, [52:47.000 --> 52:49.000] and yeah, that's it. [52:49.000 --> 52:50.000] That's what works. [52:50.000 --> 52:52.000] That's what works. [52:52.000 --> 52:53.000] Okay. [52:53.000 --> 52:54.000] All right. [52:54.000 --> 52:55.000] Okay. [52:55.000 --> 52:56.000] Do you have anything else? [52:56.000 --> 52:57.000] No emails. [52:57.000 --> 52:59.000] Thank you. [52:59.000 --> 53:00.000] Okay. [53:00.000 --> 53:01.000] Thank you, John. [53:01.000 --> 53:07.000] Now we're going to go to one of our old-time favorites, Miss Wendy from Tennessee. [53:07.000 --> 53:09.000] Hello, Miss Wendy. [53:09.000 --> 53:10.000] Hey, Randy. [53:10.000 --> 53:11.000] How are you doing? [53:11.000 --> 53:12.000] What do you have for us? [53:12.000 --> 53:16.000] Well, you remember I talked about the young couple last week? [53:16.000 --> 53:21.000] Well, Sunday, the officers came and served papers. [53:21.000 --> 53:26.000] Now, when I say served, it means he brought them to the house and hung them on the door. [53:26.000 --> 53:27.000] Okay? [53:27.000 --> 53:30.000] And Tennessee is prohibited to serve on Sundays, [53:30.000 --> 53:33.000] unless you think they're going to move and run away. [53:33.000 --> 53:37.000] Then they were serving them a lawful detainer. [53:37.000 --> 53:40.000] So why did they serve on Sunday? [53:40.000 --> 53:42.000] You were wanting to go, weren't you? [53:42.000 --> 53:43.000] Yeah. [53:43.000 --> 53:47.000] Anyway, so their court date was today. [53:47.000 --> 53:55.000] And in the case, we filed an answer, and we filed a counterclaim. [53:55.000 --> 54:01.000] And the judge just ran rampant all over them. [54:01.000 --> 54:06.000] He wouldn't give them and let them show their evidence, which we had filed into the case. [54:06.000 --> 54:14.000] And they used their evidence for their other side and twisted the whole thing around. [54:14.000 --> 54:17.000] Well, that's what attorneys are for anyway. [54:17.000 --> 54:23.000] But anyway, and they told them they didn't get due process of a proper service. [54:23.000 --> 54:27.000] It was taped to the door on Sunday morning. [54:27.000 --> 54:33.000] And he said, well, he's been there three times for your house, the depth he has. [54:33.000 --> 54:35.000] And the young lady said, no, he hasn't. [54:35.000 --> 54:39.000] I'm a stay-at-home mom, and I've been there every day. [54:39.000 --> 54:42.000] And he has only came once. [54:42.000 --> 54:47.000] So anyway, so they owed one month rent. [54:47.000 --> 54:49.000] They told him that. [54:49.000 --> 54:55.000] And they had sent him a notice in demand to do the repairs in the home, which he ignored. [54:55.000 --> 54:59.000] This lady pops up, interested. [54:59.000 --> 55:08.000] Do you remember about the mail I told you about the mail, certified mail? [55:08.000 --> 55:14.000] Well, so he went down here to the post office six times to pick up that mail, right? [55:14.000 --> 55:18.000] Of course it's not fair because we've had it all along. [55:18.000 --> 55:20.000] They just put everything in there, right? [55:20.000 --> 55:26.000] Well, this lady holds up the mail and said he refused to pick it up. [55:26.000 --> 55:29.000] She blatantly lied. [55:29.000 --> 55:33.000] And, of course, the judge to her side, of course, they were buddy buddies. [55:33.000 --> 55:39.000] As soon as she walked in, this strange woman when no one knew, the judge says, well, hi there, Julia. [55:39.000 --> 55:42.000] How are you doing today? [55:42.000 --> 55:47.000] And they was all, after the court hearing, they was hugging each other, laughing, having a good time. [55:47.000 --> 55:57.000] And then they told these young couple that they owed them $2,200, and they have until the end of the month to move. [55:57.000 --> 56:05.000] Okay, my next step, in my opinion, is to appeal it to the circuit court, the next court up. [56:05.000 --> 56:10.000] Well, I've been to a number of eviction courts recently, [56:10.000 --> 56:17.000] and it seems like no matter what someone brings into an eviction court, [56:17.000 --> 56:26.000] the magistrates always rule against the person being evicted. [56:26.000 --> 56:28.000] I don't know. [56:28.000 --> 56:30.000] I'm not sure how to fix that. [56:30.000 --> 56:33.000] They rule it into the other saver. [56:33.000 --> 56:35.000] They rule it into the renter saver. [56:35.000 --> 56:42.000] Even though this one says, that's my mama's baby over there, and she's on drugs, and she wouldn't do this and all this stuff. [56:42.000 --> 56:48.000] And he ruled in favor of the renters, and he gave them 30 days to vacate. [56:48.000 --> 56:51.000] Well, he gave them until the end of the month. [56:51.000 --> 56:53.000] But, I mean, that's not even the issue. [56:53.000 --> 57:01.000] The issue was, you know, he pretty much, he wouldn't take anything they said, wouldn't let them speak or anything else. [57:01.000 --> 57:05.000] He told them, they started speaking up, and they said, you'll get your chance. [57:05.000 --> 57:07.000] But he never let them have their chance. [57:07.000 --> 57:08.000] He violated due process. [57:08.000 --> 57:16.000] But for him testifying in the court that the devotee came out there, and they objected to that and said, it's hearsay. [57:16.000 --> 57:26.000] And when she told the judge that she's a stay-at-home mom, and he just stood up and didn't say anything else, the judge did. [57:26.000 --> 57:35.000] So I know this attorney is probably already ticked off because he already has a complaint to the board. [57:35.000 --> 57:38.000] I'm sure he received that before he came into court. [57:38.000 --> 57:42.000] And this is a good old boy's town, too, apparently. [57:42.000 --> 57:48.000] I want to go to that good old girl's town someday. [57:48.000 --> 57:53.000] Anyway, so my next step is to do an appeal. [57:53.000 --> 58:02.000] That way, at least, we have a jury trial and to make it hear their side of the story. [58:02.000 --> 58:03.000] Anyway. [58:03.000 --> 58:03.000] Okay. [58:03.000 --> 58:10.000] Did you have a specific question for us? [58:10.000 --> 58:13.000] Excuse me? [58:13.000 --> 58:14.000] Okay. [58:14.000 --> 58:15.000] We're about to go to break. [58:15.000 --> 58:17.000] Did you want to hang on to the other side? [58:17.000 --> 58:21.000] Is there a question or a specific issue you wanted to address? [58:21.000 --> 58:27.000] I know unlawful detainer is a problem, but that was a hard one to fix. [58:27.000 --> 58:28.000] Okay. [58:28.000 --> 58:29.000] I know. [58:29.000 --> 58:33.000] That's all I wanted to talk about, okay? [58:33.000 --> 58:34.000] Okay. [58:34.000 --> 58:35.000] Thank you. [58:35.000 --> 58:36.000] And it's nice to hear from you. [01:01:19.000 --> 01:01:24.000] The theft was reported by Bitcoin exchange Flexcoin and is now closed due to the loss. [01:01:24.000 --> 01:01:29.000] Flexcoin reported the hack on Monday, saying in a statement posted on its website [01:01:29.000 --> 01:01:36.000] that it doesn't have the resources or assets to recover from the loss. [01:01:36.000 --> 01:01:40.000] Russia Today anchor Liz Wall resigned on air Wednesday, announcing her decision [01:01:40.000 --> 01:01:46.000] after what she says is the network's whitewashing of the actions of Russian President Vladimir Putin. [01:01:46.000 --> 01:01:52.000] Later, Wall released a statement to NBC News saying that her work was repeatedly censored [01:01:52.000 --> 01:01:55.000] and distorted by the Russian government-funded network. [01:01:55.000 --> 01:01:59.000] She went on to state that she believes that Russia Today is on a mission to make America [01:01:59.000 --> 01:02:04.000] look like the bad guy and to make excuses for Putin. [01:02:04.000 --> 01:02:11.000] Medical researchers in California believe they may have cured a nine-month-old baby that was born with HIV. [01:02:11.000 --> 01:02:16.000] The doctors believe the introduction of antiretroviral drugs within four hours of birth [01:02:16.000 --> 01:02:18.000] helped save the baby's life. [01:02:18.000 --> 01:02:21.000] The California child is the second case of HIV remission. [01:02:21.000 --> 01:02:26.000] The other child was born in Mississippi and also received drugs hours after birth. [01:02:26.000 --> 01:02:30.000] Support for The Liberty Beat comes from Dorothy Erminger at Cap Star Lending. [01:04:21.000 --> 01:04:24.000] Hello, Chris, what do you have for us tonight? [01:04:24.000 --> 01:04:25.000] Good evening, Randy. [01:04:25.000 --> 01:04:27.000] I have a quick question. [01:04:27.000 --> 01:04:33.000] I recently went to court for driving on a suspended license. [01:04:33.000 --> 01:04:35.000] It's my second time fighting this. [01:04:35.000 --> 01:04:37.000] I fought it two and a half years ago. [01:04:37.000 --> 01:04:42.000] I called in two guys and you gave me some guidance and the case was dismissed. [01:04:42.000 --> 01:04:46.000] Anyhow, back to today, I went to the first appearance [01:04:46.000 --> 01:04:53.000] and I filed some motions to have it dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, et cetera. [01:04:53.000 --> 01:05:00.000] I've never had a license here in Arizona, so I argued that it didn't apply to me and whatnot. [01:05:00.000 --> 01:05:06.000] Anyhow, they set a hearing date for my motion, which happened earlier this week. [01:05:06.000 --> 01:05:14.000] But back on the original initial appearance, the judge entered a plea on my behalf of not guilty, [01:05:14.000 --> 01:05:17.000] and I didn't want him to enter any plea. [01:05:17.000 --> 01:05:21.000] OK, hold on, hold on, hold on. [01:05:21.000 --> 01:05:26.000] You had a challenge to subject matter jurisdiction before the court? [01:05:26.000 --> 01:05:28.000] Yes, sir. [01:05:28.000 --> 01:05:33.000] Did he hear this challenge to subject matter jurisdiction? [01:05:33.000 --> 01:05:37.000] Yes. [01:05:37.000 --> 01:05:44.000] And during the initial appearance, I presented the motion, a written motion, [01:05:44.000 --> 01:05:48.000] and in addition to setting a date to hear the motion, [01:05:48.000 --> 01:05:55.000] he also entered in a plea on my behalf against my wishes, and I thought that that was not. [01:05:55.000 --> 01:05:58.000] Wait a minute, we're missing something here. [01:05:58.000 --> 01:06:04.000] You filed a challenge to subject matter jurisdiction. [01:06:04.000 --> 01:06:09.000] And before he held a hearing on the challenge to subject matter jurisdiction [01:06:09.000 --> 01:06:15.000] and made a determination as to subject matter jurisdiction, he entered a plea for you. [01:06:15.000 --> 01:06:16.000] Is that correct? [01:06:16.000 --> 01:06:17.000] That is correct. [01:06:17.000 --> 01:06:19.000] Yes, sir. [01:06:19.000 --> 01:06:23.000] You should file criminally against him. [01:06:23.000 --> 01:06:28.000] Here's how subject matter jurisdiction works. [01:06:28.000 --> 01:06:30.000] Pardon me? [01:06:30.000 --> 01:06:31.000] That's what I thought. [01:06:31.000 --> 01:06:33.000] OK. [01:06:33.000 --> 01:06:36.000] OK, OK, OK, hold on, hold on, hold on. [01:06:36.000 --> 01:06:38.000] We have to be a little quicker. [01:06:38.000 --> 01:06:46.000] You can't talk when I'm talking because Deb has a suppressor on the system that will drive your voice down. [01:06:46.000 --> 01:06:53.000] OK, subject matter jurisdiction, you come to the court at arm's length. [01:06:53.000 --> 01:06:57.000] You are not participating in a hearing. [01:06:57.000 --> 01:07:06.000] You are challenging the ability of the court to hear your case. [01:07:06.000 --> 01:07:14.000] Once subject matter jurisdiction is challenged, subject matter jurisdiction is lost [01:07:14.000 --> 01:07:18.000] until the court proves up subject matter jurisdiction. [01:07:18.000 --> 01:07:26.000] Not opposing the opposing side, but the court must prove subject matter jurisdiction. [01:07:26.000 --> 01:07:31.000] If the court produced nothing that would show subject matter jurisdiction [01:07:31.000 --> 01:07:37.000] and address the merits of the case, the court exceeded its authority [01:07:37.000 --> 01:07:42.000] and you should file official misconduct charges against the court [01:07:42.000 --> 01:07:47.000] or impersonating a public official. [01:07:47.000 --> 01:07:48.000] Yes, sir. [01:07:48.000 --> 01:07:50.000] And then here's my question. [01:07:50.000 --> 01:07:57.000] When I filed those criminal complaints and I was also going to do a judicial complaint with the state bar, [01:07:57.000 --> 01:07:59.000] where does it show? [01:07:59.000 --> 01:08:05.000] Because I looked in the Arizona State's criminal procedures [01:08:05.000 --> 01:08:11.000] and it just says that you can file it, but it doesn't say that everything stops. [01:08:11.000 --> 01:08:14.000] Is that just case law or is that in statute? [01:08:14.000 --> 01:08:24.000] Every state I've looked at and the fed all have magistrates. [01:08:24.000 --> 01:08:31.000] All complaints are always directed to some magistrate. [01:08:31.000 --> 01:08:40.000] This is a structure that was put in place in 1216 originally. [01:08:40.000 --> 01:08:47.000] When dukes got together and the king asked the dukes to help him repel a French invasion, [01:08:47.000 --> 01:08:58.000] they agreed to do that on the condition that the king sign a declaration granting certain rights to the people. [01:08:58.000 --> 01:09:00.000] King John agreed to it. [01:09:00.000 --> 01:09:04.000] The dukes came and kicked the French's butts back to France. [01:09:04.000 --> 01:09:07.000] And then King John wouldn't sign the Magna Carta, [01:09:07.000 --> 01:09:11.000] the dukes came back, dragged him down to the River Thames [01:09:11.000 --> 01:09:16.000] and gave him the option of signing the Magna Carta or getting his head cut off. [01:09:16.000 --> 01:09:23.000] So he signed and he established that anytime the police officer arrests anyone for any reason, [01:09:23.000 --> 01:09:29.000] they are to take them directly to the nearest magistrate and explain themselves. [01:09:29.000 --> 01:09:38.000] And in order to give the magistrate subject matter jurisdiction to hold an examining trial, [01:09:38.000 --> 01:09:46.000] the arresting officer had to make a criminal accusation against the party to the magistrate. [01:09:46.000 --> 01:09:54.000] Criminal complaints are always made to a magistrate, not a trial judge. [01:09:54.000 --> 01:10:04.000] A trial judge does not have subject matter jurisdiction until a magistrate has made a determination of probable cause [01:10:04.000 --> 01:10:13.000] and forwarded the records of the examining trial to the court of jurisdiction. [01:10:13.000 --> 01:10:23.000] It is the determination by the magistrate of probable cause and the subsequent warrant that the magistrate produces [01:10:23.000 --> 01:10:29.000] that gives the trial court subject matter jurisdiction. [01:10:29.000 --> 01:10:36.000] So with all that said, complaints always go to some magistrate. [01:10:36.000 --> 01:10:39.000] Now who are magistrates? [01:10:39.000 --> 01:10:42.000] In every state this is almost exactly the same. [01:10:42.000 --> 01:10:51.000] Mayors are magistrates, judges are magistrates, all judges of whatever variety except the county commissioner's court judge. [01:10:51.000 --> 01:10:55.000] He's not a judge in law. [01:10:55.000 --> 01:11:04.000] The county judge, district judge, in Texas it says under Article 2.09, who are magistrates? [01:11:04.000 --> 01:11:18.000] The very first one, justices of the Supreme Court, judges of the Court of Criminal Appeals, judges of the Courts of Appeals, district judges, county judges, [01:11:18.000 --> 01:11:23.000] justices of the peace, municipal judges, mayors and recorders. [01:11:23.000 --> 01:11:24.000] They're all magistrates. [01:11:24.000 --> 01:11:25.000] Now what is a recorder? [01:11:25.000 --> 01:11:27.000] That I'm not too sure. [01:11:27.000 --> 01:11:29.000] But in every state it's almost the same. [01:11:29.000 --> 01:11:31.000] Every judge is a magistrate. [01:11:31.000 --> 01:11:34.000] And in Texas we have Attorney General opinion H500. [01:11:34.000 --> 01:11:40.000] Attorney General opinions are essentially legal briefs on a given question. [01:11:40.000 --> 01:11:52.000] And on the question of does a magistrate have authority to hear a complaint for an accusation that occurred outside the magistrate's jurisdiction? [01:11:52.000 --> 01:11:55.000] And the answer was a resounding yes. [01:11:55.000 --> 01:12:00.000] Any magistrate may take any complaint, felony or misdemeanor, state or federal. [01:12:00.000 --> 01:12:05.000] Because that's what the magistrate's there for, to hear a complaint. [01:12:05.000 --> 01:12:10.000] So does that answer the question or did I go way overboard? [01:12:10.000 --> 01:12:12.000] No, you answered the question. [01:12:12.000 --> 01:12:13.000] Thank you. [01:12:13.000 --> 01:12:21.000] Yeah, I just wanted to make sure that I could file because I told my wife that I thought that you had said in prior shows that I listened to that [01:12:21.000 --> 01:12:25.000] everything stopped once there was a challenge of subject matter jurisdiction. [01:12:25.000 --> 01:12:29.000] So therefore he shouldn't have been able to, interestingly, on my behalf. [01:12:29.000 --> 01:12:39.000] Exactly. And then should I still file a motion to vacate the plea or does it matter at this point? [01:12:39.000 --> 01:12:43.000] Well, the plea is really an irrelevant issue. [01:12:43.000 --> 01:12:49.000] So you don't really care about that because it doesn't affect your rights one way or another. [01:12:49.000 --> 01:13:06.000] Always when you complain about something, always assume that the judge is going to say so what and figure out how you're going to respond to so what. [01:13:06.000 --> 01:13:12.000] And so what goes to OK, how are you harmed by that? [01:13:12.000 --> 01:13:18.000] How are you harmed such that you have standing to raise that as an issue? [01:13:18.000 --> 01:13:37.000] A lot of things occur that you may or may not like that do not necessarily rise to the level of an issue that either you can bring or is worth bringing in. [01:13:37.000 --> 01:13:43.000] A lot of times when we get frustrated trying to get these guys, we make distinctions without a difference. [01:13:43.000 --> 01:13:48.000] And that's what the judge entering the plea is. It's a distinction without a difference. [01:13:48.000 --> 01:13:57.000] However, it is an action that he did not have authority to take. [01:13:57.000 --> 01:14:17.000] And that's important because he ignored his jurisdiction and that's the one place he can. [01:14:17.000 --> 01:14:20.000] Randy, are you there? [01:14:20.000 --> 01:14:28.000] They kicked him in the. Oh, my my. Can you hear me now on my back? [01:14:28.000 --> 01:14:31.000] Yeah, you're back. You're having some Internet troubles. [01:14:31.000 --> 01:14:35.000] OK, yes, it's kind of faded just for a second there. [01:14:35.000 --> 01:14:45.000] Yes, I was saying the only time you can sue a judge is when the judge acts without subject matter jurisdiction. [01:14:45.000 --> 01:14:51.000] So that's why we like subject matter jurisdiction challenges, because that puts the judge on the top. [01:14:51.000 --> 01:14:58.000] We have some cases here where we filed a trespass to try to title in the state, and that's purely a state issue. [01:14:58.000 --> 01:15:09.000] And these lawyers, as a matter of course, remove all these cases to the Fed because they know that Judge McBride in Fort Worth is a is a real stinker. [01:15:09.000 --> 01:15:18.000] And he will dismiss every single pro se case that comes before him. He will dismiss it out of hand. [01:15:18.000 --> 01:15:29.000] Well, we're filing on the subject matter jurisdiction against him and looking at filing criminal complaints against him with the local grand jury. [01:15:29.000 --> 01:15:37.000] We see if we can introduce him to the pool. So does that help? [01:15:37.000 --> 01:15:42.000] Absolutely. Absolutely. I was just trying to do the run the routine like you do. [01:15:42.000 --> 01:15:49.000] I'm trying to learn how to do that so that maybe they'll just dismiss the case, then I don't have to deal with this. [01:15:49.000 --> 01:15:55.000] That's my last ticket. I went in there and I was just having a great time. [01:15:55.000 --> 01:15:58.000] I said, you guys are you guys are going to be great fun. [01:15:58.000 --> 01:16:04.000] I said, this is not my fight. And I wanted to get do this fight, but I wasn't ready for it yet. [01:16:04.000 --> 01:16:11.000] You guys kicked this soapbox up into my feet. So we're going to have ourselves a good time. [01:16:11.000 --> 01:16:17.000] When it came when they caught my name in the courtroom, the judge said, is the defense ready? [01:16:17.000 --> 01:16:22.000] The prosecutor looked over me with this scowl on his face. [01:16:22.000 --> 01:16:33.000] And he said, Your Honor, defense is not ready. Case dismissed. Chicken. [01:16:33.000 --> 01:16:40.000] When they know you're up to the fight, then it changes everything. [01:16:40.000 --> 01:16:46.000] And it sounds like you're on your way to get these guys to want to be somewhere else. [01:16:46.000 --> 01:16:49.000] OK. Do we have do you have anything else for us? [01:16:49.000 --> 01:16:54.000] No, thank you, sir. Thank you. [01:16:54.000 --> 01:17:00.000] OK. Thank you for calling, Chris. Randy Kelton, Debra Stevens, Rural Law Radio. [01:19:36.000 --> 01:19:41.000] I was blindsided but now I can see your plan. [01:19:41.000 --> 01:19:46.000] You put the fear in my pocket, took the money from my hand. [01:19:46.000 --> 01:19:55.000] Ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again. [01:19:55.000 --> 01:20:11.000] Ain't gonna... [01:20:11.000 --> 01:20:16.000] Ain't gonna drop me with that same old sucker punch. [01:20:16.000 --> 01:20:21.000] I get it now, but then I must have it now too. [01:20:21.000 --> 01:20:26.000] Back then you had room to move, but now you're feeling the run. [01:20:26.000 --> 01:20:41.000] Okay, we are back. Wayne Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Ruva Radio, and I apologize for the delay. We're having a little bit of technical difficulty on my end. [01:20:41.000 --> 01:20:45.000] Okay, now we're going to go to John in Texas. [01:20:45.000 --> 01:20:48.000] Hello, John. What do you have for us today? [01:20:48.000 --> 01:21:01.000] Well, I got a problem. What I did, I filed bankruptcy the 31st of January. [01:21:01.000 --> 01:21:11.000] Well, the problem is, it's Chapter 13 and my first payment was due Monday. [01:21:11.000 --> 01:21:20.000] Well, the problem is I got bad title. It's so bad that it's forgery. [01:21:20.000 --> 01:21:26.000] Hold on, hold on. You're in the middle of something. Bad title to what? [01:21:26.000 --> 01:21:33.000] To my house. Have you ever heard of America's wholesale lender? [01:21:33.000 --> 01:21:37.000] Yes, I have. They purchased the property? [01:21:37.000 --> 01:21:46.000] Yes. Well, here's the problem. They said it was a corporation in New York. [01:21:46.000 --> 01:22:02.000] It was never a corporation in New York. It was a DBA, yes, but they did not put anything on the paperwork as a DBA of Countrywide. [01:22:02.000 --> 01:22:13.000] I figured out how those guys were doing it. They registered the name, and they've got a registered trademark of America's wholesale lender. [01:22:13.000 --> 01:22:24.000] They were trying to skirt around getting the license because it's national-wise, it covers the whole thing, but they didn't have anything to do with the license. [01:22:24.000 --> 01:22:34.000] They never had a license, but they did on the DBA. Anyway, the paperwork's no good. [01:22:34.000 --> 01:22:45.000] Even MERS, it was impossible for MERS to get it because it was never a corporation out of New York. [01:22:45.000 --> 01:22:48.000] Why did that make it impossible? [01:22:48.000 --> 01:22:54.000] Because it didn't exist. America's wholesale lender. [01:22:54.000 --> 01:23:00.000] Are you saying America's wholesale lender corporation? [01:23:00.000 --> 01:23:03.000] In New York, never existed. [01:23:03.000 --> 01:23:08.000] Okay, instead of America Wholesale Lenders LLC? [01:23:08.000 --> 01:23:11.000] No, it wasn't LLC. It was a DBA. [01:23:11.000 --> 01:23:14.000] A DBA is doing business fast. [01:23:14.000 --> 01:23:23.000] Right. It was never a DBA. They did it as a corporation, and there was never a corporation that didn't exist. [01:23:23.000 --> 01:23:28.000] But that's not what the problem is. [01:23:28.000 --> 01:23:39.000] I had some money that was stolen from me in 2008, and it was quite a bit of money, and I got $200,000 of it. [01:23:39.000 --> 01:23:44.000] But there's $300,000 that I did not get. [01:23:44.000 --> 01:23:51.000] Well, that is a loss with internal revenue, and they accepted it because it was a theft. [01:23:51.000 --> 01:23:54.000] There's a cash in escrow. [01:23:54.000 --> 01:24:04.000] Well, the trustee, they're trying to kick me out of the bankruptcy and say that I owe it. I don't owe it. [01:24:04.000 --> 01:24:11.000] And the IRS... Wait a minute. Wait a minute. You're using pronouns. It. O. It what? [01:24:11.000 --> 01:24:20.000] Okay, the trustee that I have appointed to me, he has written a letter to me and said he wants me out [01:24:20.000 --> 01:24:29.000] and wants to dismiss the case because he believes that I owe it the tax. But I don't have... [01:24:29.000 --> 01:24:36.000] Okay, wait a minute. Wait a minute. You're running around in circles here. I have no idea what you're talking about. [01:24:36.000 --> 01:24:41.000] Are you being chased by the IRS for back taxes? [01:24:41.000 --> 01:24:43.000] No. [01:24:43.000 --> 01:24:47.000] Then you said that the trustee just said you owe the tax. [01:24:47.000 --> 01:24:53.000] Right. Somehow, he's got in his mind that I owe the tax, but I don't... [01:24:53.000 --> 01:25:01.000] Stop, stop, stop. Stop using pronouns. What? Tax. He said the tax. [01:25:01.000 --> 01:25:08.000] He means one previously mentioned, but you didn't previously mention one. [01:25:08.000 --> 01:25:13.000] Okay. I do not owe any tax for 2008. [01:25:13.000 --> 01:25:16.000] Okay. Is this income tax? Is this property tax? [01:25:16.000 --> 01:25:17.000] Income tax. [01:25:17.000 --> 01:25:27.000] Okay. I'm confused. The IRS is not claiming you owe this money, but the trustee is? [01:25:27.000 --> 01:25:36.000] Yes. And he's got it reversed because I've got a write-off of $300,000 for theft of money. [01:25:36.000 --> 01:25:41.000] Is the IRS claiming that you owe money? [01:25:41.000 --> 01:25:43.000] No. [01:25:43.000 --> 01:25:51.000] Then how is the trust...what business is it, the trustee, claiming that you owe money when there is no claim? [01:25:51.000 --> 01:25:58.000] There is no claim, but he's...somehow or another, he's got something...he's got it reversed off of my tax. [01:25:58.000 --> 01:26:05.000] Okay. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. There's something missing here. [01:26:05.000 --> 01:26:13.000] You're missing something or you're not telling something. Something's missing here. [01:26:13.000 --> 01:26:22.000] What are the stated grounds on which the trustee is resting his claim? [01:26:22.000 --> 01:26:31.000] He's resting his claim on like a 2008 tax of $304,000. [01:26:31.000 --> 01:26:42.000] This is a tax, a tax. Help me out here. Is this a tax debt that you are alleged to owe? [01:26:42.000 --> 01:26:45.000] No, I do not owe it. He says I owe it. [01:26:45.000 --> 01:26:54.000] That's not what I said. Look, you can't talk about facts and argument at the same time. That's why this gets so confused. [01:26:54.000 --> 01:27:04.000] What are the facts? Not what you think about the facts, not your opinion about what you do owe or what you don't owe. [01:27:04.000 --> 01:27:11.000] Did the trustee claim that you owed a specific tax? [01:27:11.000 --> 01:27:12.000] Yes. [01:27:12.000 --> 01:27:14.000] Oh, okay. [01:27:14.000 --> 01:27:18.000] And you're claiming that you don't owe that tax? [01:27:18.000 --> 01:27:20.000] That's correct. [01:27:20.000 --> 01:27:24.000] And you've claimed a write-off based on a loss? [01:27:24.000 --> 01:27:26.000] Yes. [01:27:26.000 --> 01:27:35.000] How did the trustee come to knowledge of the existence of a tax in 2008? [01:27:35.000 --> 01:27:45.000] Okay, let me back up. The trustee is saying there was a tax in 2008, the $300,000 that you owed. [01:27:45.000 --> 01:27:47.000] That's what he says, yes. [01:27:47.000 --> 01:27:52.000] When did you take the write-off on the $300,000? [01:27:52.000 --> 01:28:02.000] 2008, and I'm still taking it off now. In 2013, I got it down to $253,000. [01:28:02.000 --> 01:28:08.000] Then just simply file for a show-cause hearing or an evidentiary hearing. [01:28:08.000 --> 01:28:09.000] Okay. [01:28:09.000 --> 01:28:18.000] Essentially a show-cause hearing. The trustee cannot arbitrarily make a claim. [01:28:18.000 --> 01:28:27.000] The trustee will determine if the claims made are valid. Somebody else has to make the claim. [01:28:27.000 --> 01:28:29.000] Okay. [01:28:29.000 --> 01:28:31.000] So who's making the claim? [01:28:31.000 --> 01:28:34.000] The trustee. I just got a letter today. [01:28:34.000 --> 01:28:43.000] The trustee cannot make the claim. You need to dig deeper. Somebody's making the claim to the trustee. [01:28:43.000 --> 01:28:54.000] You need to send a request to the trustee to show his grounds for making this claim. [01:28:54.000 --> 01:29:02.000] Have you responded to the trustee to let him know that you dispute this claim and that you maintain you don't know it? [01:29:02.000 --> 01:29:04.000] Have you done that yet? [01:29:04.000 --> 01:29:06.000] I just got it this afternoon. [01:29:06.000 --> 01:29:11.000] Okay, then he may have. They get their facts wrong sometimes. [01:29:11.000 --> 01:29:22.000] A lot of times these vanguishes are complex, and they don't always get things right. [01:29:22.000 --> 01:29:28.000] And when they don't, there's a relatively simple method for challenging it. [01:29:28.000 --> 01:29:30.000] Okay. [01:29:30.000 --> 01:29:39.000] And you just noticed the trustee that you don't owe this because these taxes were written off due to a loss. [01:29:39.000 --> 01:29:40.000] Okay. [01:29:40.000 --> 01:29:42.000] And this is likely to just go away. [01:29:42.000 --> 01:29:44.000] Okay. Appreciate it. [01:29:44.000 --> 01:30:02.000] Okay. Thank you. This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Root of Our Radio. I'll call you at number 512-646-1984. We'll be right back. [01:30:02.000 --> 01:30:05.000] Let's get physical, physical. [01:30:05.000 --> 01:30:11.000] Hey, if you exercise even a tenth as much as you should, you can extend your life by years. [01:30:11.000 --> 01:30:16.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll hike right back with the good news in just a moment. [01:30:42.000 --> 01:30:45.000] Start over with StartPage. [01:30:45.000 --> 01:30:50.000] Exercise. We all know we need it, but we don't always take the time to do it. [01:30:50.000 --> 01:30:56.000] Now new evidence says just 15 measly minutes of physical activity a day can extend your life a lot. [01:30:56.000 --> 01:31:03.000] Researchers in Taiwan found that an hour and a half of exercise a week extended people's lives by three whole years. [01:31:03.000 --> 01:31:05.000] That's just 13 minutes a day. [01:31:05.000 --> 01:31:14.000] The study found that small amounts of daily exercise made people 10% less likely to die of cancer and 14% less likely to die for any reason. [01:31:14.000 --> 01:31:20.000] So come on couch potatoes, dig out those Olivia Newton John CDs and let me hear your body talk. [01:31:20.000 --> 01:31:25.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:31:25.000 --> 01:31:35.000] I lost my son, my nephew, my uncle, my son on September 11, 2001. [01:31:35.000 --> 01:31:39.000] Most people don't know that a third tower fell on September 11. [01:31:39.000 --> 01:31:43.000] World Trade Center 7, a 47-story skyscraper, was not hit by a plane. [01:31:43.000 --> 01:31:47.000] Although the official exclamation is that fire brought down Building 7, [01:31:47.000 --> 01:31:52.000] over 1,200 architects and engineers have looked into the evidence and believe there is more to the story. [01:31:52.000 --> 01:31:55.000] Bring justice to my son, my uncle, my nephew, my son. [01:31:55.000 --> 01:32:00.000] Go to buildingwatch.org. Why it fell, why it matters, and what you can do. [01:32:00.000 --> 01:32:03.000] Nutritious food is real body armor. [01:32:03.000 --> 01:32:09.000] It builds muscle, burns fat, improves digestion, and feeds the entire body the nutrients it needs. [01:32:09.000 --> 01:32:13.000] Did you know the U.S. government banned the hemp plant from growing in the United States [01:32:13.000 --> 01:32:18.000] and classified it as a Schedule I drug to hide it behind a marijuana plant? [01:32:18.000 --> 01:32:21.000] People have been confused about this plant for over 80 years. [01:32:21.000 --> 01:32:23.000] And many still don't know what hemp is. [01:32:23.000 --> 01:32:28.000] So now you know hemp is not marijuana, and marijuana is not hemp. [01:32:28.000 --> 01:32:31.000] They are different varieties of the same species. [01:32:31.000 --> 01:32:34.000] HempUSA.org wants the world to know these basic facts [01:32:34.000 --> 01:32:40.000] and to help people understand that hemp protein powder is the best-kept health secret you need to know about. Who you take me for? Free to live? Who you want to chip? Me no free to live. You can't chip me. [01:33:19.000 --> 01:33:21.000] HempUSA. [01:33:21.000 --> 01:33:26.000] Don't let them chip you in the morning, chip you in the evening. Put a chip in your body. [01:33:26.000 --> 01:33:30.000] And then when you go computer reading, you can't hide me from nobody. [01:33:30.000 --> 01:33:36.000] When you say chip in your mom, chip in your daddy, chip in your grandpa and the granny. [01:33:36.000 --> 01:33:41.000] Chip in me, chip in your baby, chip in your family, whole family. [01:33:41.000 --> 01:33:45.000] Chip in your dad and the kids around me. Chip in the beef and you still go EP. [01:33:45.000 --> 01:33:50.000] Chip in the fish, them all in the sea. Chip in the shark and the whale around me. [01:33:50.000 --> 01:33:55.000] You know, see mankind, they ain't chip crazy. They're taking the team and they want to we be. [01:33:55.000 --> 01:34:00.000] Social security, they go tell me. Number when they give me, they repeat up your C. [01:34:00.000 --> 01:34:04.000] I'm chip you in the morning, chip you in the evening, chip you all the dinnertime. [01:34:04.000 --> 01:34:09.000] Experiment on mankind. But man, you know, say them lies. [01:34:09.000 --> 01:34:14.000] Well, when you want no chip, man, you have your body. Freedom or something, man, you fight for it. [01:34:14.000 --> 01:34:19.000] You should tell them, let me read it. Constitution set us free. [01:34:19.000 --> 01:34:24.000] Can't let them put no chip in your body. Put no chip in you dog or cat, you see. [01:34:24.000 --> 01:34:29.000] No put no chip in your cow and go eat it. No put no chip in the fish and go eat it. [01:34:29.000 --> 01:34:33.000] All in the whale and the shark in the sea. Put the little chip in the little baby. [01:34:33.000 --> 01:34:38.000] Want to put the chip in a grandpa, you see. Want to put the little chip in a high man body. [01:34:38.000 --> 01:34:40.000] It may go hide in the abyss. [01:34:40.000 --> 01:34:42.000] OK, we are back. We're ready to talk. [01:34:42.000 --> 01:34:44.000] Debra Stevens, we are on radio. [01:34:44.000 --> 01:34:49.000] And do you want to have any calls on the board? So if you have a question or comment, give us a call. [01:34:49.000 --> 01:35:02.000] In the meantime, I kind of mentioned earlier that we were going after some judges at Justice is a Peace up here in Tarrant County. [01:35:02.000 --> 01:35:12.000] And for a long time we've been trying to work out methods for how to go about fixing these problems. [01:35:12.000 --> 01:35:19.000] And I'm in the process of implementing some of the procedures that I talk about. [01:35:19.000 --> 01:35:28.000] I recently went to a number of hearings in JP courts here in Tarrant, Dallas County. [01:35:28.000 --> 01:35:38.000] And the behavior of these justices of the peace are absolutely surprising. [01:35:38.000 --> 01:35:45.000] There's absolute total lack of concern for the law. [01:35:45.000 --> 01:35:53.000] They just, they seem to be of the impression that they can absolutely do anything they want to. [01:35:53.000 --> 01:36:02.000] I just went to a hearing in Garland, Texas, the JP in Garland, Texas, and he's a lawyer. [01:36:02.000 --> 01:36:06.000] So he is learning counsel. [01:36:06.000 --> 01:36:12.000] And put in front of him the challenge to subject matter jurisdiction. [01:36:12.000 --> 01:36:17.000] Challenge to subject matter jurisdiction can be made at any time. [01:36:17.000 --> 01:36:23.000] So there can be no claim of a lack of timeliness. [01:36:23.000 --> 01:36:35.000] And the judge had to know that when jurisdiction is challenged, jurisdiction is lost. [01:36:35.000 --> 01:36:43.000] But he simply did not care what the law said. [01:36:43.000 --> 01:36:48.000] Just didn't care. He was going to do what he wanted to. [01:36:48.000 --> 01:36:52.000] And it made no difference who thought what or who did what. [01:36:52.000 --> 01:36:54.000] He was going to do what he wanted to. [01:36:54.000 --> 01:37:00.000] He was going to throw this woman out of her house, and he simply did not care. [01:37:00.000 --> 01:37:05.000] When he entered the ruling, I said, [01:37:05.000 --> 01:37:14.000] Your Honor, are you really going to deny that challenge to subject matter jurisdiction [01:37:14.000 --> 01:37:19.000] without so much as reading it? [01:37:19.000 --> 01:37:24.000] He said, Mr. Kelton, we are through here. [01:37:24.000 --> 01:37:29.000] Yes, Your Honor, we are. And I turned to the bay and said, you, I need you outside. [01:37:29.000 --> 01:37:37.000] And went outside and tried to get the bailiff to arrest the judge, which obviously he's not going to do. [01:37:37.000 --> 01:37:42.000] But that kind of, the purpose of that was to engage the bailiff. [01:37:42.000 --> 01:37:44.000] Now I'll be filing charges against the bailiff. [01:37:44.000 --> 01:37:49.000] What the judge did not understand is I was following my rules. [01:37:49.000 --> 01:37:56.000] Never ask a public official to do anything that you actually want them to do. [01:37:56.000 --> 01:38:08.000] Because you never ask a public official to do anything that they are not specifically required by statute to do. [01:38:08.000 --> 01:38:15.000] That way, when they fail to do what you've requested that they do, [01:38:15.000 --> 01:38:21.000] then that invokes a harm against you and a claim against them. [01:38:21.000 --> 01:38:23.000] It raises the stakes. [01:38:23.000 --> 01:38:32.000] Now, if the public official does what you ask them to do, that works in your favor. [01:38:32.000 --> 01:38:42.000] And in this case, had the judge did what I asked him to do and had read the challenge to subject matter jurisdiction, [01:38:42.000 --> 01:38:53.000] it would have been abundantly clear that the petitioner absolutely lacked subject matter jurisdiction. [01:38:53.000 --> 01:38:57.000] And had he read that, he would have ruled in our favor. [01:38:57.000 --> 01:39:07.000] Rule that he didn't have subject matter jurisdiction because the plaintiff lacked standing to invoke the subject matter jurisdiction in court. [01:39:07.000 --> 01:39:10.000] That would have worked in our favor, but he didn't do that. [01:39:10.000 --> 01:39:11.000] So that works in our favor. [01:39:11.000 --> 01:39:13.000] Now, we get to make a claim against the judge. [01:39:13.000 --> 01:39:16.000] Now, unfortunately, this woman was ejected. [01:39:16.000 --> 01:39:23.000] This woman has lived in this house for 30 years. [01:39:23.000 --> 01:39:32.000] And with no authority, with no subject matter jurisdiction, he had her thrown out in the street. [01:39:32.000 --> 01:39:36.000] Now, her son was there, but he couldn't do anything about it. [01:39:36.000 --> 01:39:44.000] Even though what these sheriff's deputies were doing was illegal, he couldn't do anything about it [01:39:44.000 --> 01:39:51.000] because these deputies were prominently displaying deadly weapons. [01:39:51.000 --> 01:39:59.000] And the way I read the penal code, if you commit simple assault, [01:39:59.000 --> 01:40:15.000] and in this case, what the sheriff's deputies did, if they had came with authority, [01:40:15.000 --> 01:40:19.000] their actions were absolutely proper. [01:40:19.000 --> 01:40:25.000] And were making absolutely no claim against these sheriff's deputies who did this eviction [01:40:25.000 --> 01:40:33.000] because they gave considerable amount of deference. [01:40:33.000 --> 01:40:45.000] They were doing a very difficult job and did it with as little abusive behavior as possible. [01:40:45.000 --> 01:40:50.000] There's no way for it not to be abusive when you've thrown somebody out of their home for 30 years. [01:40:50.000 --> 01:40:56.000] But they did conduct themselves professionally, so there's no claim against them at all. [01:40:56.000 --> 01:41:02.000] However, the fact that they were prominently displaying deadly weapons [01:41:02.000 --> 01:41:09.000] prevented the son from intervening in this illegal eviction. [01:41:09.000 --> 01:41:14.000] The way the penal code reads, if someone commits simple assault, [01:41:14.000 --> 01:41:19.000] while prominently displaying a deadly weapon, [01:41:19.000 --> 01:41:23.000] that is a second degree felony in the state of Texas, [01:41:23.000 --> 01:41:33.000] unless they are a public official acting under the color, which means pretense, of an official authority, [01:41:33.000 --> 01:41:37.000] in which case it's a first degree felony. [01:41:37.000 --> 01:41:43.000] Well, the sheriff's deputies didn't commit that first degree felony. [01:41:43.000 --> 01:41:46.000] They didn't commit aggravated assault. [01:41:46.000 --> 01:41:54.000] They didn't commit aggravated assault, and he used the sheriff's deputies as the deadly weapon to do that with. [01:41:54.000 --> 01:42:03.000] So we'll be charging the justice of the tease first for the official oppression, [01:42:03.000 --> 01:42:11.000] 39.03 penal code, failure to perform a duty he was required to perform. [01:42:11.000 --> 01:42:17.000] In this case, when a challenge to subject matter jurisdiction was made, [01:42:17.000 --> 01:42:22.000] the judge had the duty to prove of jurisdiction. [01:42:22.000 --> 01:42:29.000] When the judge failed to prove of jurisdiction, the judge was acting without jurisdiction, [01:42:29.000 --> 01:42:35.000] and in that case, the judge was committing the act of impersonating a public official, [01:42:35.000 --> 01:42:42.000] because he was exerting or purporting to exert an authority he did not have. [01:42:42.000 --> 01:42:50.000] And so impersonating a public official, and he exerted or purported to exert an authority he did not expressly have, [01:42:50.000 --> 01:42:58.000] official oppression, and in the process denied he, as the presenter of the challenge, [01:42:58.000 --> 01:43:08.000] as I had standing by way of cappardy, he denied me and due process. [01:43:08.000 --> 01:43:13.000] That made his act an act of efficient oppression against me. [01:43:13.000 --> 01:43:24.000] And then he ordered out in loaded pistols to go fill this woman out of her house when he had no authority to make the order. [01:43:24.000 --> 01:43:28.000] And that goes to, first of all, an aggravated assault. [01:43:28.000 --> 01:43:33.000] But he acted in concert collusion with a trustee. [01:43:33.000 --> 01:43:41.000] He performed the trustee sale four years after a trustee sale had already been performed. [01:43:41.000 --> 01:43:46.000] The trust had been extinguished by the first trustee sale, [01:43:46.000 --> 01:43:51.000] but the bank failed to take possession of the property within two years, [01:43:51.000 --> 01:43:55.000] and the officials later lost the authority to move again. [01:43:55.000 --> 01:43:56.000] The property paid off. [01:43:56.000 --> 01:43:57.000] We'll be right back. [01:43:57.000 --> 01:43:58.000] We'll have to talk to Mr. Stevens. [01:43:58.000 --> 01:43:59.000] We'll move on radio. [01:43:59.000 --> 01:44:00.000] We'll be right back. [01:44:00.000 --> 01:44:04.000] You feel tired when talking about important topics like money and politics? [01:44:04.000 --> 01:44:05.000] Sorry. [01:44:05.000 --> 01:44:08.000] Are you confused by words like the Constitution or the Federal Reserve? [01:44:08.000 --> 01:44:09.000] What? [01:44:09.000 --> 01:44:13.000] If so, you may be diagnosed with the deadliest disease known today, stupidity. [01:44:13.000 --> 01:44:15.000] Hi, my name is Steve Holt. [01:44:15.000 --> 01:44:19.000] And like millions of other Americans, I was diagnosed with stupidity at an early age. [01:44:19.000 --> 01:44:25.000] I had no idea that the number one cause of the disease is found in almost every home in America, the television. [01:44:25.000 --> 01:44:29.000] Unfortunately, that puts most Americans at risk of catching stupidity. [01:44:29.000 --> 01:44:30.000] But there is hope. [01:44:30.000 --> 01:44:36.000] The staff at Brave New Books have helped me and thousands of other foxaholics suffering from sports zombieism recover. [01:46:22.000 --> 01:46:27.000] Some things in this world I will never understand. [01:46:27.000 --> 01:46:31.000] Some things I realize fully. [01:46:31.000 --> 01:46:36.000] Somebody's gonna police that policeman. [01:46:36.000 --> 01:46:40.000] Somebody's gonna police the bully. [01:46:40.000 --> 01:46:44.000] There's always a room at the top of the hill. [01:46:44.000 --> 01:46:53.000] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelvin, Mr. Stevens with Rule of Law Radio, and Deborah had another one more quick announcement she wanted to make before the end of the show. [01:46:53.000 --> 01:46:54.000] Go ahead, Deb. [01:46:54.000 --> 01:47:01.000] Yeah, I'm sorry. I forgot to mention this earlier when I was putting out my call for help for production. [01:47:01.000 --> 01:47:05.000] I need help with the production here, the network. [01:47:05.000 --> 01:47:11.000] There's technically no Logos Radio Network Studios, okay? [01:47:11.000 --> 01:47:24.000] Everything is virtual over the Internet, and so all the hosts, you know, they are speaking and doing their shows from their home or office or their own studio. [01:47:24.000 --> 01:47:28.000] And all the producers and call screeners, it's the same thing. [01:47:28.000 --> 01:47:33.000] So don't feel like, well, you know, you'd have to go somewhere or whatever. [01:47:33.000 --> 01:47:38.000] I mean, you can produce and screen calls from the comfort of your own home in the evenings. [01:47:38.000 --> 01:47:41.000] And it's really a pretty simple setup. [01:47:41.000 --> 01:47:50.000] All you need is a stable, high-speed Internet connection, and you have to plug straight into a router. [01:47:50.000 --> 01:47:52.000] You can't do it over Wi-Fi. [01:47:52.000 --> 01:48:01.000] So you can't produce from a coffee shop on Wi-Fi, and you can't produce or screen calls if you're phishing off of your neighbor's Wi-Fi and stuff like that. [01:48:01.000 --> 01:48:09.000] Now, if you have wireless Internet service like clear or something like that, that's different, you know, depending on how strong the signal is. [01:48:09.000 --> 01:48:22.000] But you can't use Wi-Fi, and you have to have your own Internet, and it has to be high-speed and strong and, you know, just some reasonable computer skills, just basic stuff. [01:48:22.000 --> 01:48:24.000] It's really not that hard. [01:48:24.000 --> 01:48:33.000] You don't have to be a tech geek head or anything because I've got everything set up to make it basically as much of a no-brainer as possible. [01:48:33.000 --> 01:48:35.000] Most everything is automated anyway. [01:48:35.000 --> 01:48:40.000] So anyways, just want to let you folks know that it doesn't matter where you are in the country or the world. [01:48:40.000 --> 01:48:42.000] As long as you have Internet, then you can help me out. [01:48:42.000 --> 01:48:43.000] Okay. [01:48:43.000 --> 01:48:45.000] That's all, Randy. [01:48:45.000 --> 01:48:46.000] Okay. [01:48:46.000 --> 01:49:05.000] And who went out? I was talking about this JP, and what I do when I look at these things, and this is what I suggested earlier to the caller from Missouri, is that we just read the code and follow the code. [01:49:05.000 --> 01:49:15.000] And when you do that, you'll be amazed at how many claims you can make, and I'm going to kind of walk down through how this worked. [01:49:15.000 --> 01:49:21.000] There was a foreclosure in 2008 on a deed of trust from 1984. [01:49:21.000 --> 01:49:31.000] Well, that foreclosure extinguished the deed of trust because they sold the property according to the public record. [01:49:31.000 --> 01:49:46.000] If you have a foreclosure issue, avoid the argument of MERS, avoid the bifurcation argument. [01:49:46.000 --> 01:49:49.000] That's something you do when all else fails. [01:49:49.000 --> 01:50:03.000] The first thing you should do, go to the county registrar's office and pull everything that has been filed in the record since you received a warranty deed on the property. [01:50:03.000 --> 01:50:16.000] Because the only claims that can be enforced against the property are those claims that are properly filed in the county record. [01:50:16.000 --> 01:50:27.000] And those claims that are filed in accordance with the restrictions and stipulations in the deed of trust. [01:50:27.000 --> 01:50:43.000] Under 13.001 Texas Property Code, any claim not properly acknowledged or proven and filed in the public record is void as to the holder. [01:50:43.000 --> 01:50:48.000] Every state is going to have a similar statute. [01:50:48.000 --> 01:50:53.000] Without it, the county registrar's office would be worthless. [01:50:53.000 --> 01:51:01.000] And without it, no person in their right mind would buy property in the United States. [01:51:01.000 --> 01:51:14.000] Because there would be no way to tell if you bought a piece of property today that someone would come along tomorrow and say, I have a claim against this property, take it away from you. [01:51:14.000 --> 01:51:18.000] You have to be able to look at the public record of trust once you find there. [01:51:18.000 --> 01:51:20.000] So we looked at the public record. [01:51:20.000 --> 01:51:23.000] We found a deed of trust in 84. [01:51:23.000 --> 01:51:27.000] We found a foreclosure on the deed of trust in 2008. [01:51:27.000 --> 01:51:35.000] Well, what the statute says, and it's Texas, I've got it here somewhere. [01:51:35.000 --> 01:51:45.000] I think it's Texas Civil Torch Supremies, 20 something, 20.004. [01:51:45.000 --> 01:51:47.000] Is this not the right one? [01:51:47.000 --> 01:51:48.000] Oh, here it is. [01:51:48.000 --> 01:52:08.000] Texas Civil Practice Supremies Code 16.003A. Once a property has been foreclosed on, you have two years to prosecute a forcible detainer on the property. [01:52:08.000 --> 01:52:11.000] After that, you wait. [01:52:11.000 --> 01:52:29.000] These guys claim that National Federal Mortgage, whatever, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Company purchased the property in 2008, had a foreclosure sale, paid $47,000 for it. [01:52:29.000 --> 01:52:33.000] That paid off the note, extinguished the deed of trust. [01:52:33.000 --> 01:52:40.000] They did not prosecute the forcible detainer, the woman still in the property. [01:52:40.000 --> 01:52:41.000] I don't know why. [01:52:41.000 --> 01:52:43.000] I don't care. [01:52:43.000 --> 01:52:48.000] According to the public record, that is the case. [01:52:48.000 --> 01:52:52.000] It appears as though they realized they screwed up. [01:52:52.000 --> 01:53:10.000] In 2013, Nation Star, who has nothing to do with this, it was an American mortgage company, initiated the original loan, never made an assignment to anybody. [01:53:10.000 --> 01:53:16.000] Then somehow Nation Star comes along as the mortgagee in 2013. [01:53:16.000 --> 01:53:19.000] They hold another foreclosure sale. [01:53:19.000 --> 01:53:23.000] That one is absolutely void. [01:53:23.000 --> 01:53:29.000] We filed against the substitute trustee who did the foreclosure sale. [01:53:29.000 --> 01:53:32.000] This goes to what you actually know. [01:53:32.000 --> 01:53:42.000] The substitute trustee said that Northern Star Mortgage was the mortgagee and servicer of the property. [01:53:42.000 --> 01:53:48.000] We don't know if Northern Star Mortgage has anything to do with this. [01:53:48.000 --> 01:53:53.000] We don't know if Northern Star Mortgage was even involved in this. [01:53:53.000 --> 01:53:57.000] We only know what the trustee said. [01:53:57.000 --> 01:54:05.000] But when you look at the record, you don't see anything transferring the property to Northern Star. [01:54:05.000 --> 01:54:21.000] So that is fraudulent as fraud is defined by 51901C, a document filed in the public record that purports to make a claim against property where there is no filing in the record, [01:54:21.000 --> 01:54:28.000] showing that the filer has standing to make the claim is presumed to be fraudulent. [01:54:28.000 --> 01:54:35.000] So by statute, that document is fraudulent on its face. [01:54:35.000 --> 01:54:40.000] We do not need to look past the forequarters of the document. [01:54:40.000 --> 01:54:53.000] And the trustee maintains that Northern Star directed the trustee to sell the property and sold the property to the Federal Home Loan Works Corporation. [01:54:53.000 --> 01:54:58.000] Now wait a minute. They bought it in 2008. [01:54:58.000 --> 01:55:03.000] And now they come back and bought it again in 2014. [01:55:03.000 --> 01:55:06.000] Well, how does that work? [01:55:06.000 --> 01:55:21.000] So the trustee filed the deed of trust in the county record and filed the deed of trust with a notice, acknowledgement, and verification on. [01:55:21.000 --> 01:55:40.000] So we maintain that the trustee placed on a government document statements of material fact the trustee knew to be untrue and swore to those statements of material fact before a notary. [01:55:40.000 --> 01:55:56.000] That act of having the document acknowledged by a notary where the affiant swore on his oath before the notary to the veracity of the statement of the document was an act of aggravated perjury. [01:55:56.000 --> 01:56:01.000] And the perjury was evident on the face of the document. [01:56:01.000 --> 01:56:27.000] Also, adapted to the document was an affidavit by a different person who worked for a certain law firm whose name I won't mention and swore on her oath that she examined the records of this law firm and that Northern Star Mortgage Company was the mortgagee for this property and blah, blah, blah. [01:56:27.000 --> 01:56:32.000] She also committed aggravated perjury because her affidavit was verified. [01:56:32.000 --> 01:56:54.000] Then they took this document and filed it in the county record containing false statements that they knew were false and can't be to be taken as true. That's a violation of 37.1 G will catch you penal code and spelling in state of Texas. [01:56:54.000 --> 01:57:12.000] They acted in concert collusion one with the other in violation of 15.02 criminal conspiracy for the purpose of illegally converting the property in violation of 31.03 penal code and theft statute. [01:57:12.000 --> 01:57:25.000] So we just walk right down the code. And then this jacked leg lawyer filed a petition for an unlawful detainer. [01:57:25.000 --> 01:57:36.000] Claiming that federal mortgage was plaintiff and he was the lawyer representing the plaintiffs. Well, we don't know federal mortgage had anything to do with any of this. [01:57:36.000 --> 01:57:45.000] We only know that trustee named federal mortgage and that this lawyer named federal mortgage. [01:57:45.000 --> 01:58:07.000] So we don't know if the federal mortgage or mortgage star, we don't know if they had anything to do with it. The trustee, David and the lawyer who filed the unlawful detainer and the judge who issued the unlawful detainer. [01:58:07.000 --> 01:58:21.000] He charged all of them with all of the acts of all of the others as they are all vicarious and liable and criminally culpable for the acts of unlawful detainer who acted in concert collusion. [01:58:21.000 --> 01:58:28.000] I hope all that makes sense. But this is, when we go after these guys, when we do our homework, this is how we put it together. [01:58:28.000 --> 01:58:41.000] We do it. Borrow the thunder. And next week we'll talk about what we did to this family law judge and how it affected them. This has a powerful effect on them. [01:58:41.000 --> 01:58:50.000] If we're going to change things, this is one good way to do it. Thank you all for listening. We'll be back tomorrow on our four hour import marathon. Thank you.
