[04:19.680 --> 04:23.680] And we do have a guest tonight, but before I get to introducing my guest [04:23.680 --> 04:30.680] I want to continue a conversation that was started on the previous show by a caller [04:30.680 --> 04:37.680] Calling in to Tom Keiley's show, trying to spew a bunch of lies and disinformation and propaganda [04:37.680 --> 04:41.680] Trying to claim that evolution is a valid science [04:41.680 --> 04:45.680] That's like trying to say global warming is real, okay? [04:45.680 --> 04:51.680] Even though the global warming science team gets stuck in the ice in the Antarctic in the summertime [04:51.680 --> 04:56.680] All right, trying to put out all this disinfo, he's attacking Christians [04:56.680 --> 05:02.680] And let me tell you folks, there's a reason I named this network Logos [05:02.680 --> 05:05.680] Okay, I named it after the Bible verse, John 1-1 [05:05.680 --> 05:08.680] In the beginning was the Word, in the beginning was the Logos [05:08.680 --> 05:12.680] And the Word became flesh and tabernacled among us [05:12.680 --> 05:16.680] Okay, that is talking about our Lord Jesus Christ [05:16.680 --> 05:18.680] He is the Word, he's the Alpha and the Omega [05:18.680 --> 05:21.680] He is the beginning and the ending, he is the Word, he's the Spirit [05:21.680 --> 05:28.680] And that is why I named this network Logos, because this is a Christian network [05:28.680 --> 05:34.680] But besides the fact of that, this business about evolution [05:34.680 --> 05:39.680] I have to speak out against it and not because of my faith necessarily [05:39.680 --> 05:41.680] Even though, yes, that's part of it [05:41.680 --> 05:45.680] But regardless of what your faith is or what my faith is [05:45.680 --> 05:51.680] You don't have to be a Christian to recognize that evolution is pure bull, okay? [05:51.680 --> 05:57.680] You don't have to be a Christian to recognize that global warming is pure bull [05:57.680 --> 06:00.680] It does not exist, okay? [06:00.680 --> 06:03.680] There is not just one missing link, okay? [06:03.680 --> 06:08.680] There are literally trillions upon trillions upon quadrillions [06:08.680 --> 06:13.680] If you can even Google gillions of missing links [06:13.680 --> 06:19.680] In fact, there are no links, there are zero links [06:19.680 --> 06:25.680] If you study the science, the so-called science, what I call pseudoscience or junk science [06:25.680 --> 06:30.680] It's really a religion, it's really a belief system that is not based on fact or reality [06:30.680 --> 06:34.680] Scientists have studied this for years, for decades [06:34.680 --> 06:39.680] And guess what, folks, they cannot find any evidence at all [06:39.680 --> 06:47.680] That any species ever evolved into any other species, period, end of story [06:47.680 --> 06:53.680] Doesn't matter if you want to say Darwin's theory of evolution was random mutations [06:53.680 --> 06:56.680] Or natural selection or a combination of both [06:56.680 --> 07:06.680] It doesn't matter because the science has proved for decades that there is absolutely zero evidence whatsoever [07:06.680 --> 07:14.680] That any species has ever evolved into any other species, end of story [07:14.680 --> 07:18.680] They are separate creations, that is just the science [07:18.680 --> 07:23.680] That's what the science dictates now after all the science has come in [07:23.680 --> 07:29.680] And in fact, most scientists that are so hardcore and had started out hardcore on this evolution thing [07:29.680 --> 07:38.680] They came to the realization that basically there's only two ways that the species and life came to this [07:38.680 --> 07:41.680] Have come to be on this planet as we know it [07:41.680 --> 07:46.680] One, creation, there's a creator, there is a god, and that is obvious, and that is what I believe [07:46.680 --> 07:51.680] You can look everywhere and you can see god in everything, okay, it is obvious that there's a creator [07:51.680 --> 07:58.680] But the other option that the scientists have come up with is that we were seeded, all life form [07:58.680 --> 08:03.680] All species were seeded, S-E-E-D, quote unquote, on this planet [08:03.680 --> 08:07.680] And of course that is complete and total bunk as well [08:07.680 --> 08:14.680] But the reason that they're coming up with those two ideas is because it is obvious and completely proven [08:14.680 --> 08:20.680] That there is no such thing as evolution, no species ever evolved into any other species, period, end of story [08:20.680 --> 08:28.680] And besides that, if you really want to get the breakdown, the full breakdown on the full debunking [08:28.680 --> 08:33.680] Of this bogus junk pseudoscience known as the theory of evolution [08:33.680 --> 08:41.680] Go to the archive page on Logos Radio Network and do a search for the word evolution [08:41.680 --> 08:49.680] One of the hosts on this network, Don Terry of Agenda 21, spent two hours debunking evolution [08:49.680 --> 08:55.680] The theory of evolution point by point by point by point, I mean five minutes into it, it's really obvious [08:55.680 --> 09:01.680] That it's complete and total junk science and it's propaganda that is pushed forth by the eugenicists, okay [09:01.680 --> 09:08.680] That is just a fact, all right, but one of the other issues about it is that even if you want to say natural selection [09:08.680 --> 09:15.680] And not random mutation, whatever, the bottom line is when you study the mathematics behind it [09:15.680 --> 09:24.680] The universe is not old enough for all of these species to have formed on this planet through natural selection [09:24.680 --> 09:30.680] Through evolution, just do the math, okay, Don Terry lays it all out, okay [09:30.680 --> 09:35.680] So whether you look at it from a mathematical perspective or whether you look at the exact science [09:35.680 --> 09:41.680] That shows that no species ever evolved into any other species, they cannot find any evidence whatsoever [09:41.680 --> 09:47.680] The bottom line is it's complete and total bull and I'm sorry that I'm having to take up the first part of this segment on this [09:47.680 --> 09:54.680] But it really gets my feathers ruffled when some caller calls in on my network and trying to say that [09:54.680 --> 10:01.680] That we're a bunch of conservative right-winger Christians that are putting out a bunch of lies and disinfo [10:01.680 --> 10:10.680] Because we don't entertain the notion of evolution, excuse me, this has nothing to do with Christian or not Christian [10:10.680 --> 10:18.680] I am not going to support junk science, we're about facts and reality here, we're about the truth [10:18.680 --> 10:23.680] And yes, Jesus Christ is Lord and is God and that is truth, okay [10:23.680 --> 10:30.680] But apart from that, just looking at it on its face, it's junk science, it's pure bull and a story [10:30.680 --> 10:35.680] So Matthew, if you want to call in and argue about it some more, get it on, okay [10:35.680 --> 10:42.680] Bring it on because it is BS, in fact, I want Matthew to call in to Don Terry on Tuesday night [10:42.680 --> 10:47.680] This coming Tuesday night at 8 o'clock and we'll see how far he gets with Don on this matter [10:47.680 --> 10:52.680] This is ridiculous, Randy, I'm sorry, I apologize Jim, we're going to get to our guests in a minute [10:52.680 --> 10:57.680] But this is absolutely ridiculous, go ahead, Randy [10:57.680 --> 11:09.680] Yes, and just for the record, I am not a Christian, I am an engineer and there is evidence to indicate [11:09.680 --> 11:14.680] That there is such a thing as evolution and I'll give you an example [11:14.680 --> 11:23.680] Homo sapiens sapien, two million years ago, learned how to use rocks as tools [11:23.680 --> 11:28.680] Two hundred thousand years ago, they learned how to sharpen rocks [11:28.680 --> 11:35.680] It only took them 1.8 million years [11:35.680 --> 11:40.680] There is evidence of evolution and Deborah's right, it is so slow [11:40.680 --> 11:49.680] No, no, I'm not saying it's slow, I'm saying there's no evidence that any species evolved into another species [11:49.680 --> 11:51.680] That is a basic fact [11:51.680 --> 11:56.680] And that is true, there's no evidence that any species ever evolved into another species [11:56.680 --> 12:07.680] But there is evidence that different species spontaneously occurred as a result of catastrophic events [12:07.680 --> 12:17.680] In the bomb craters in London, they found species of plants that never existed anywhere else on the planet [12:17.680 --> 12:22.680] There is some evidence, not a lot of evidence, there's not enough of that to account for all of this [12:22.680 --> 12:26.680] Especially Homo sapiens sapien [12:26.680 --> 12:35.680] Now even if I believe that evolution could have done all of this, we have a problem [12:35.680 --> 12:40.680] Homo sapiens sapien is the only mammal on planet earth [12:40.680 --> 12:46.680] Now let me back up, mammals, we're all mammals, we got two eyes, two nostrils [12:46.680 --> 12:53.680] One mouth, two ears, we generally have four major appendages [12:53.680 --> 13:01.680] We're pretty, you know, if God created all of these, he kind of used a similar pattern [13:01.680 --> 13:06.680] Except for one peculiarity when it came to Homo sapiens sapien [13:06.680 --> 13:15.680] Nothing in evolution points to the esophageal airway and the gullet connected [13:15.680 --> 13:23.680] 200,000 years ago, bam, it appeared on the planet as if out of the clear blue sky [13:23.680 --> 13:30.680] Not only that, the large brain case, the upright stance, that appeared at the same time [13:30.680 --> 13:39.680] But there is evidence of these ape-like creatures, some of them moving more toward an upright stance [13:39.680 --> 13:45.680] So science could say, well, see there, yeah, they were moving in that direction anyway [13:45.680 --> 13:52.680] Esophageal airway and gullet connected, that, there's no evidence of, it just occurred, bam [13:52.680 --> 13:57.680] And all the science will say, hey, evolution didn't do that [13:57.680 --> 14:03.680] We don't know how that happened, that's why they're talking about a missing link, that's what's missing [14:03.680 --> 14:06.680] This just happened, somebody had to do that [14:06.680 --> 14:13.680] But like I said, there are missing links, quote unquote, between every species [14:13.680 --> 14:18.680] There's no such thing as evolution in the story period, that's all there is to it [14:18.680 --> 14:22.680] We got a couple minutes left of this segment, Jim [14:22.680 --> 14:25.680] There's another thing I'd like to address, quickly [14:25.680 --> 14:32.680] Global warming, that is such a bunch of nonsense, yes, we are experiencing global warming [14:32.680 --> 14:33.680] No, we're not [14:33.680 --> 14:38.680] Yeah, we are, listen, go back and do a search for the Lesser Dryas [14:38.680 --> 14:43.680] The Lesser Dryas is a geologic period that started 12,000 years ago [14:43.680 --> 14:50.680] When the evidence is that there was a meteor strike in the Arctic on this continent [14:50.680 --> 14:57.680] That melted a good portion of the ice cap, that flooded off into the Atlantic Ocean, disrupted the Gulf Stream [14:57.680 --> 15:04.680] And through the climate out of whack, the Clovis people died off at that time [15:04.680 --> 15:13.680] 30 species of major mammal on this continent died off, giant sloths, saber-toothed tigers, mammoths [15:13.680 --> 15:15.680] All of these just disappeared [15:15.680 --> 15:20.680] And for 2,000 years, the climate varied dramatically [15:20.680 --> 15:24.680] 10,000 years ago, the climate stabilized [15:24.680 --> 15:32.680] We have been in a 10,000-year period where the temperatures vary 6 degrees over 500 years [15:32.680 --> 15:35.680] Up and down in a cycle [15:35.680 --> 15:40.680] Every 500 years, it varies up 3, down 6, up 3 [15:40.680 --> 15:45.680] We are at the bottom of one of those 10,000-year cycles [15:45.680 --> 15:49.680] We are at the low point of that 10,000-year cycles [15:49.680 --> 15:51.680] Of course, we're going to have global warming [15:51.680 --> 15:56.680] What we do, this is what the planets do [15:56.680 --> 16:00.680] It has nothing to do with us, period, but actually we are in a cooling phase right now [16:00.680 --> 16:03.680] The science has shown that over and over again [16:03.680 --> 16:06.680] We've been cooling since 1999 [16:06.680 --> 16:14.680] We're cooling more, and in fact the polar ice caps have increased by about 30% in size over the last few years [16:14.680 --> 16:17.680] They have these variations [16:17.680 --> 16:19.680] It's not a straight decline [16:19.680 --> 16:21.680] It declines and comes up and declines and comes up [16:21.680 --> 16:31.680] But over 10,000 years, overall, it moves down 6 degrees, up 6 degrees, with regularity [16:31.680 --> 16:33.680] And right now, we're at the bottom of that [16:33.680 --> 16:37.680] So global warming, just look up lesser price [16:37.680 --> 16:39.680] Yes, and anyways, alright [16:39.680 --> 16:44.680] Enough ranting and tirading about junk science, pseudoscience [16:44.680 --> 16:47.680] It's a mythology, people, do not buy into it [16:47.680 --> 16:51.680] Alright, when we come back, I'm going to introduce my guest and we're going to change the topic [16:51.680 --> 16:53.680] Thank you for entertaining our tirades here [16:53.680 --> 16:55.680] This is Dev Stephen [16:55.680 --> goal as 10,000 [20:11.680 --> 20:15.680] But I didn't want to make the goal too high for our listeners [20:15.680 --> 20:17.680] But we have almost reached 7,000 [20:17.680 --> 20:19.680] And if we get close enough to that mark [20:19.680 --> 20:21.680] Actually, we're about 6,000 plus [20:21.680 --> 20:25.680] I'm going to increase the goal to 10,000 [20:25.680 --> 20:27.680] And I wanted to announce to the listeners [20:27.680 --> 20:29.680] Not only do we have the Brave New Books package [20:29.680 --> 20:32.680] With the t-shirts and the tote bags and the gift certificate [20:32.680 --> 20:35.680] We've also got the colloidal silver, ionic silver [20:35.680 --> 20:37.680] We've also got the Liberty Scrolls [20:37.680 --> 20:41.680] You can read about all of this on the homepage, LogosradioNetwork.com [20:41.680 --> 20:44.680] But we also are running a special now [20:44.680 --> 20:49.680] For folks who are interested in Eddie Craig's traffic seminar course [20:49.680 --> 20:51.680] His traffic class [20:51.680 --> 20:56.680] It's audio and video of the 2009 traffic seminar [20:56.680 --> 20:58.680] None of the information has really changed since then [20:58.680 --> 21:00.680] He just goes through and breaks down the code [21:00.680 --> 21:03.680] You get documents to file in court [21:03.680 --> 21:06.680] You get research materials, research information [21:06.680 --> 21:08.680] It's a tremendous amount of material [21:08.680 --> 21:16.680] It comprises over a decade, 15 years worth of Eddie's research into the transportation issue [21:16.680 --> 21:18.680] That is $250 [21:18.680 --> 21:23.680] And from now until the end of this month [21:23.680 --> 21:28.680] In fact, I've already gone back and contacted other people who have bought the seminar during the fundraiser [21:28.680 --> 21:34.680] Anyone who purchases Eddie Craig's traffic seminar until the end of this month [21:34.680 --> 21:40.680] Will get their name entered into the drawing 10 times for the giveaway of the firearms [21:40.680 --> 21:45.680] We're giving away two firearms this year from our sponsor, Zombie Killers Ammo and Guns [21:45.680 --> 21:49.680] We've got a Ruger LC9 pistol [21:49.680 --> 21:53.680] It's a 9mm pistol that's small enough for concealed carry [21:53.680 --> 21:55.680] It's got a laser, a green laser pointer [21:55.680 --> 21:56.680] And it comes with a holster [21:56.680 --> 22:04.680] And we're also, for the second prize, a Mosin M1891-30 with a bayonet [22:04.680 --> 22:11.680] Folks, this firearm was originally, these were produced in the late 1800s, early 1900s [22:11.680 --> 22:13.680] This is like a collector's item [22:13.680 --> 22:16.680] And it really does look incredibly cool [22:16.680 --> 22:17.680] That is the second prize [22:17.680 --> 22:22.680] And so for every $25 donation, you can get some cool little silver or ionic silver [22:22.680 --> 22:25.680] And you will get your name entered once into the drawing [22:25.680 --> 22:27.680] It's not a raffle, it is a drawing [22:27.680 --> 22:35.680] And if you get Eddie's traffic seminar, which is $250, you will get your name put into the hat 10 times [22:35.680 --> 22:37.680] So folks, if you've been on the fence [22:37.680 --> 22:42.680] And I highly suggest that you start studying the material before you get a traffic ticket [22:42.680 --> 22:47.680] Because you need to know what to do and what to say at the time of the traffic stop [22:47.680 --> 22:52.680] If you want to be able to beat the sham of these traffic tickets [22:52.680 --> 22:54.680] Which has nothing to do with our right to travel [22:54.680 --> 22:56.680] It has everything to do with regulating commerce [22:56.680 --> 22:58.680] So you've got to know these things [22:58.680 --> 23:00.680] You've got to know you're not in commerce on the roadways [23:00.680 --> 23:03.680] You've got to know what to do and what to say at the time of the traffic stop [23:03.680 --> 23:04.680] You've got to know the law [23:04.680 --> 23:07.680] If you get a traffic ticket and you don't know any of this stuff [23:07.680 --> 23:09.680] And you haven't done your homework [23:09.680 --> 23:13.680] Sometimes it's a little bit too late to start studying the material after the fact [23:13.680 --> 23:16.680] So get while the getting is good and get in on the drawing [23:16.680 --> 23:20.680] Okay, at this point now, I'm going to announce my very special guest [23:20.680 --> 23:24.680] This is Jim Grayson who I've known for quite a while [23:24.680 --> 23:28.680] I'm going to give a short bio intro here [23:28.680 --> 23:33.680] Jim is a graduate from Columbia Bible College with a bachelor's degree in Bible studies [23:33.680 --> 23:36.680] And a minor in psychology and philosophy [23:36.680 --> 23:42.680] He has a 34-year history in the financial services industry [23:42.680 --> 23:48.680] And he is formerly the director of an estate planning and asset protection business [23:48.680 --> 23:54.680] He left it all and is now pursuing a business with Carrot Bars [23:54.680 --> 23:56.680] Who is our new sponsor [23:56.680 --> 23:58.680] It is an affiliate program [23:58.680 --> 24:01.680] Logos is now an affiliate of the Carrot Bars company [24:01.680 --> 24:04.680] Jim introduced me to the company [24:04.680 --> 24:08.680] And Jim is also currently teaching the Gospel of John right now [24:08.680 --> 24:10.680] Regarding the person of Christ [24:10.680 --> 24:14.680] Which goes along with the name of this network, Logos Radio Network [24:14.680 --> 24:19.680] In the beginning with the Word, the Logos, and the Word became flesh and dwelt among us [24:19.680 --> 24:22.680] And that of course is our Lord Jesus Christ [24:22.680 --> 24:24.680] And so I want to introduce Jim right now [24:24.680 --> 24:27.680] He's going to be talking about Carrot Bars and the metals industry [24:27.680 --> 24:31.680] And the metals business and how to be an affiliate of Carrot Bars and what that's all about [24:31.680 --> 24:36.680] How is that different from, say, buying gold or silver coins [24:36.680 --> 24:38.680] And I just want to make it clear [24:38.680 --> 24:41.680] This does not conflict with our sponsor, Capital Coin and Bullion [24:41.680 --> 24:45.680] Who we love, Becky and Chad over there [24:45.680 --> 24:47.680] Because they mostly do coins [24:47.680 --> 24:53.680] They do not do.999 fine currency grade gold [24:53.680 --> 24:55.680] Which is what this is [24:55.680 --> 24:57.680] So this is a different market, it's a niche market [24:57.680 --> 24:59.680] And Jim's going to tell us about it [24:59.680 --> 25:01.680] And Jim, before you get into that [25:01.680 --> 25:07.680] You said on the break you had some comments about this global warming and evolution madness [25:07.680 --> 25:10.680] So can you please give us your take on that [25:10.680 --> 25:13.680] All right, well great, well thanks, Deb, for having me on [25:13.680 --> 25:18.680] Well, first of all, I just want to be sure that next time you tell us how you really feel [25:18.680 --> 25:21.680] Because it wasn't too clear from last time [25:21.680 --> 25:23.680] Thanks, Jim [25:23.680 --> 25:28.680] But, you know, Randy made an interesting point that I wanted to comment on [25:28.680 --> 25:31.680] If you look in the book of Genesis [25:31.680 --> 25:34.680] It says God created this and that and he said [25:34.680 --> 25:38.680] And they should produce after their kind [25:38.680 --> 25:44.680] And the idea there is that the Bible certainly allows for variation within a species [25:44.680 --> 25:46.680] And you have plenty of evidence of that [25:46.680 --> 25:51.680] But that's a very different thing from going a complete jump from species to species [25:51.680 --> 25:52.680] Which is what you're making [25:52.680 --> 25:54.680] So actually you're both correct from what I understand [25:54.680 --> 25:58.680] That there is variation within species and lots of evidence of that [25:58.680 --> 26:02.680] But there is definitely no evidence of a change from one species to another [26:02.680 --> 26:04.680] So that's my two cents on that [26:04.680 --> 26:08.680] I just thought I'd throw that in [26:08.680 --> 26:12.680] All right, so go ahead and let's talk about the metals industry [26:12.680 --> 26:22.680] And how what Carrot Bars is doing is different from like say the bullion markets of like coins, for example [26:22.680 --> 26:27.680] Go ahead and just give us a rundown of what this actually is [26:27.680 --> 26:30.680] Well, sure, as you all, I'm sure your listeners know [26:30.680 --> 26:33.680] There's lots of companies out there that offer gold [26:33.680 --> 26:35.680] And many of them are excellent [26:35.680 --> 26:43.680] And what makes us different is Harold Seitz, the president of Carrot Bars [26:43.680 --> 26:47.680] And Carrot Bars, by the way, is an international company in 112 countries [26:47.680 --> 26:51.680] With the goal of expanding into all 194 free market countries [26:51.680 --> 26:54.680] We're in 112 presently [26:54.680 --> 26:57.680] But you probably know the history behind Germany [26:57.680 --> 26:59.680] They had two failed paper currencies [26:59.680 --> 27:02.680] Weimar Germany, most all of us have heard of [27:02.680 --> 27:04.680] They're much more aware than we are [27:04.680 --> 27:08.680] We have not had a failed currency in this country yet [27:08.680 --> 27:13.680] So they wanted to take gold to the masses [27:13.680 --> 27:16.680] And what they found is that most people weren't buying gold [27:16.680 --> 27:21.680] Simply because it wasn't simple or easy to do in a lot of cases [27:21.680 --> 27:25.680] It was out of their price range [27:25.680 --> 27:29.680] And, you know, so they just wouldn't take advantage of it [27:29.680 --> 27:33.680] Well, they developed a niche market where they offered gold to the masses [27:33.680 --> 27:35.680] For one gram at a time [27:35.680 --> 27:37.680] And this is very, very unique [27:37.680 --> 27:39.680] And not only is it one gram at a time [27:39.680 --> 27:42.680] But it's currency grade gold [27:42.680 --> 27:45.680] Now, I've been in the metals industry [27:45.680 --> 27:48.680] I've been in the financial services industry for 34 years [27:48.680 --> 27:52.680] But in the metals industry now for probably going on 15 years [27:52.680 --> 27:55.680] More as a consumer than anything else [27:55.680 --> 27:59.680] But currency grade is a very different type of gold [27:59.680 --> 28:02.680] What that means is you have a third party [28:02.680 --> 28:09.680] It comes from a LMBA refinery [28:09.680 --> 28:14.680] And there's a class of gold out there called good delivery gold [28:14.680 --> 28:21.680] A refinery, an LMBA refinery is on the good delivery list [28:21.680 --> 28:24.680] And that means that they only offer 999 pure [28:24.680 --> 28:27.680] Now, that means probably not a lot to a whole lot of people [28:27.680 --> 28:34.680] But the bottom line is anytime banks or governments do settlement of debt [28:34.680 --> 28:37.680] They only work with good delivery gold [28:37.680 --> 28:41.680] Now, the difference is that with carrot bars [28:41.680 --> 28:45.680] Well, to do a settlement of debt usually involves pallets of gold [28:45.680 --> 28:47.680] If you don't do it in a small amount [28:47.680 --> 28:52.680] Well, carrot bars develop the product where you can acquire good delivery gold [28:52.680 --> 28:54.680] For one gram at a time [28:54.680 --> 28:56.680] So that's our unique niche [28:56.680 --> 29:00.680] That's what makes us different than everybody else [29:00.680 --> 29:06.680] And I think it's an excellent idea because this is all third party certified [29:06.680 --> 29:12.680] You know what you're getting and you can use it as currency [29:12.680 --> 29:15.680] And Jim, didn't you say that in Europe there are many vendors now [29:15.680 --> 29:21.680] There's actually a vendor network where you can pay with these cards [29:21.680 --> 29:30.680] And like say if you go to dinner and it's 65 euros or 50 euros [29:30.680 --> 29:32.680] Sorry, and you pay with one of these cards [29:32.680 --> 29:34.680] And you can actually get change for it [29:34.680 --> 29:36.680] There's actually a vendor network [29:36.680 --> 29:38.680] Yeah, that is true [29:38.680 --> 29:42.680] And we're also in the process of developing one here in the US as well [29:42.680 --> 29:43.680] That is fantastic [29:43.680 --> 29:45.680] All right, well when we come back on the other side folks [29:45.680 --> 29:47.680] Jim is going to tell us some more about carrot bars [29:47.680 --> 29:48.680] I'm very excited about it [29:48.680 --> 29:52.680] Because as you folks know out there we believe in real money [29:52.680 --> 29:56.680] And not these phony baloney Federal Reserve notes [29:56.680 --> 30:19.680] We'll be right back [30:26.680 --> 30:51.680] We'll be right back [30:51.680 --> 31:06.680] We'll be right back [31:06.680 --> 31:21.680] We'll be right back [31:21.680 --> 31:36.680] We'll be right back [31:36.680 --> 31:51.680] We'll be right back [31:51.680 --> 32:06.680] We'll be right back [32:06.680 --> 32:21.680] We'll be right back [32:21.680 --> 32:36.680] We'll be right back [32:36.680 --> 32:51.680] We'll be right back [32:51.680 --> 33:06.680] We'll be right back [33:06.680 --> 33:21.680] We'll be right back [33:21.680 --> 33:36.680] We'll be right back [33:36.680 --> 33:51.680] We'll be right back [33:51.680 --> 34:06.680] We'll be right back [34:06.680 --> 34:21.680] We'll be right back [34:21.680 --> 34:22.680] Okay folks, we are back [34:22.680 --> 34:23.680] This is the rule of law [34:23.680 --> 34:26.680] Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig and Deborah Stevens [34:26.680 --> 34:29.680] Eddie's traffic show is on Monday nights [34:29.680 --> 34:32.680] And we are talking about carrot bars [34:32.680 --> 34:34.680] Currency grade gold [34:34.680 --> 34:36.680] It's a very intriguing idea [34:36.680 --> 34:38.680] And we left off on the other side [34:38.680 --> 34:41.680] Discussing the vendor network [34:41.680 --> 34:43.680] That is set up in Europe right now [34:43.680 --> 34:45.680] And I believe other parts of the world [34:45.680 --> 34:49.680] Where the vendor will take the card [34:49.680 --> 34:52.680] That has the little gram of gold embedded in it [34:52.680 --> 34:55.680] And that you can actually get change for it [34:55.680 --> 34:56.680] In Euros and this and that [34:56.680 --> 34:58.680] And Jim you were saying that [34:58.680 --> 35:02.680] That vendor network is coming to the U.S. soon [35:02.680 --> 35:05.680] Please tell us a little bit more about that [35:05.680 --> 35:08.680] Sure, the idea is that [35:08.680 --> 35:11.680] As we bring more vendors in [35:11.680 --> 35:13.680] Who are willing to take payment for goods and services [35:13.680 --> 35:15.680] In gold as well as cash [35:15.680 --> 35:16.680] They will join the network [35:16.680 --> 35:20.680] And they will immediately be exposed to the customer base [35:20.680 --> 35:22.680] All our customers [35:22.680 --> 35:24.680] So we're going to form what's called the K-Exchange [35:24.680 --> 35:26.680] Which is an e-commerce system [35:26.680 --> 35:28.680] Whereby people can go online [35:28.680 --> 35:29.680] Find goods and services [35:29.680 --> 35:31.680] And actually pay from their carrot bars account [35:31.680 --> 35:33.680] Which is based in gold [35:33.680 --> 35:34.680] For goods and services [35:34.680 --> 35:37.680] And that will actually be an internal transfer [35:37.680 --> 35:38.680] Within the system [35:38.680 --> 35:40.680] So if you make a purchase [35:40.680 --> 35:46.680] And the item is priced at $103.50 [35:46.680 --> 35:49.680] Then whatever the spot price of gold is of that day [35:49.680 --> 35:51.680] You'll make an internal transfer from your account [35:51.680 --> 35:52.680] To their account [35:52.680 --> 35:53.680] Make the purchase [35:53.680 --> 35:54.680] It will be shipped to you [35:54.680 --> 35:56.680] And everybody will know about their happy business [35:56.680 --> 35:58.680] Now that's not here in the U.S. yet [35:58.680 --> 36:01.680] It's in the process of being set up [36:01.680 --> 36:03.680] And we hope to have that in place by the end of this year [36:03.680 --> 36:05.680] That is absolutely fantastic [36:05.680 --> 36:10.680] So you wouldn't even necessarily have to physically have the cards with you [36:10.680 --> 36:13.680] It just goes from one account to another account internally [36:13.680 --> 36:15.680] Kind of like with Bitcoin [36:15.680 --> 36:16.680] Correct [36:16.680 --> 36:18.680] It will be an internal transaction [36:18.680 --> 36:21.680] And of course if you have local vendors in your area [36:21.680 --> 36:23.680] Then you can actually physically walk in [36:23.680 --> 36:25.680] And hand them a carrot bar [36:25.680 --> 36:27.680] And the thing I should say about carrot bars [36:27.680 --> 36:30.680] That makes it very unique also is [36:30.680 --> 36:31.680] That the bullion [36:31.680 --> 36:37.680] We have one two and a half gram and five gram bullion bars [36:37.680 --> 36:41.680] And they're embedded in this security card [36:41.680 --> 36:46.680] That has a holographic stamp on it [36:46.680 --> 36:49.680] With a laser etched certification number [36:49.680 --> 36:51.680] The assayer's signature [36:51.680 --> 36:53.680] Verifying that it is [36:53.680 --> 36:56.680] I always get dismissed that it's LBMA [36:56.680 --> 36:58.680] I said LMBA earlier and my apologies [36:58.680 --> 37:01.680] LBMA that's London Bullion Market Association [37:01.680 --> 37:03.680] Which verifies that it's on the good delivery list [37:03.680 --> 37:05.680] The point is it's tamper proof [37:05.680 --> 37:08.680] If it's tampered with it will be obvious [37:08.680 --> 37:10.680] And you can physically go in and give them that card [37:10.680 --> 37:12.680] It's got a QRC code on it [37:12.680 --> 37:14.680] They can read it and tell exactly what it is [37:14.680 --> 37:17.680] And so you can physically use the card [37:17.680 --> 37:19.680] To make a purchase with a local vendor [37:19.680 --> 37:21.680] Or you can do an internal transfer through the network [37:21.680 --> 37:24.680] On our e-commerce system [37:24.680 --> 37:26.680] Yeah so it's a very cool system [37:26.680 --> 37:28.680] Can you explain a little bit [37:28.680 --> 37:30.680] Can you explain a little bit more about this [37:30.680 --> 37:32.680] London good delivery [37:32.680 --> 37:35.680] The LBMA is that what you said [37:35.680 --> 37:37.680] Yeah you can go online and actually look them up [37:37.680 --> 37:38.680] It's LBMA [37:38.680 --> 37:41.680] London Bullion Market Association [37:41.680 --> 37:43.680] This is an association [37:43.680 --> 37:45.680] A private association that was formed [37:45.680 --> 37:48.680] To kind of self-police the industry [37:48.680 --> 37:53.680] And only banks and nations [37:53.680 --> 37:55.680] When they do settlement of debt in gold [37:55.680 --> 37:59.680] They will only do it with London good delivery [37:59.680 --> 38:01.680] That's on the good delivery list [38:01.680 --> 38:02.680] If you do be on the good delivery list [38:02.680 --> 38:05.680] Your gold has to be refined by an LBMA refinery [38:05.680 --> 38:09.680] That is a third party kind of stamp [38:09.680 --> 38:11.680] If you will or certification [38:11.680 --> 38:13.680] That it is exactly what it claims to be [38:13.680 --> 38:14.680] That it is nine [38:14.680 --> 38:18.680] On our cards we say one gram or two and a half gram [38:18.680 --> 38:19.680] Or five grams of gold [38:19.680 --> 38:21.680] Well we have a third party saying [38:21.680 --> 38:23.680] Yes that's exactly what it is [38:23.680 --> 38:26.680] If somebody comes along and tests [38:26.680 --> 38:28.680] Spot tests our product [38:28.680 --> 38:31.680] Takes the bar out of the security card [38:31.680 --> 38:34.680] Tests it and it doesn't weigh out to be what we say it weighs [38:34.680 --> 38:37.680] And it doesn't test out to be what we say it is 999 pure [38:37.680 --> 38:41.680] The third party certifier loses their ability to certify [38:41.680 --> 38:43.680] They don't want to do that [38:43.680 --> 38:45.680] So what's nice is the gold is actually traveling [38:45.680 --> 38:47.680] In almost like a vault [38:47.680 --> 38:49.680] It's its own little vault [38:49.680 --> 38:52.680] It's its own little security case so to speak [38:52.680 --> 38:54.680] And it looks like a little credit card [38:54.680 --> 38:56.680] With the actual gold bullion bar embedded [38:56.680 --> 38:58.680] Right in the middle of the card [38:58.680 --> 38:59.680] So it's very unique [38:59.680 --> 39:00.680] Very much a niche market [39:00.680 --> 39:02.680] It is gold as money [39:02.680 --> 39:04.680] We don't offer gold as an investment [39:04.680 --> 39:05.680] We don't offer it as a commodity [39:05.680 --> 39:07.680] We offer it as money [39:07.680 --> 39:08.680] And that's our whole strategy [39:08.680 --> 39:10.680] And the whole point of setting it up [39:10.680 --> 39:12.680] Now I will say this too [39:12.680 --> 39:14.680] A lot of people say well [39:14.680 --> 39:15.680] What if I want to [39:15.680 --> 39:17.680] Another thing that makes us unique is [39:17.680 --> 39:20.680] They say well what if I want to cash my gold in [39:20.680 --> 39:21.680] Can I do that? [39:21.680 --> 39:22.680] Yes you can [39:22.680 --> 39:24.680] You can actually sell it right back to the company [39:24.680 --> 39:25.680] They will cash it in [39:25.680 --> 39:27.680] And then they will wire the funds to you [39:27.680 --> 39:29.680] To an account that you designate [39:29.680 --> 39:31.680] But we stress with people [39:31.680 --> 39:34.680] That Caratbars is not a put and take account [39:34.680 --> 39:36.680] It's designed as a means of preserving [39:36.680 --> 39:38.680] One's future purchasing power [39:38.680 --> 39:42.680] As the paper money system continues to falter [39:42.680 --> 39:46.680] So the whole strategy is not a put and take account [39:46.680 --> 39:48.680] It's a buy and hold [39:48.680 --> 39:50.680] So that we have a way to continue to operate [39:50.680 --> 39:52.680] And do business [39:52.680 --> 39:55.680] If the money system goes kapui [39:55.680 --> 39:58.680] And Jim you were saying that [39:58.680 --> 40:01.680] Yeah basically the mindset [40:01.680 --> 40:03.680] Or the ideology behind this [40:03.680 --> 40:05.680] Is not that you're investing in gold [40:05.680 --> 40:08.680] But that you are basically [40:08.680 --> 40:10.680] Just transforming your [40:10.680 --> 40:12.680] Funny money Federal Reserve notes [40:12.680 --> 40:13.680] Into gold money [40:13.680 --> 40:15.680] Did I kind of get that right? [40:15.680 --> 40:17.680] What you were explaining to me? [40:17.680 --> 40:19.680] Yeah the whole idea of this is [40:19.680 --> 40:21.680] What's nice about Caratbars is [40:21.680 --> 40:23.680] You actually set up a free account [40:23.680 --> 40:25.680] It doesn't cost you a dime to set it up [40:25.680 --> 40:27.680] And then once you set it up [40:27.680 --> 40:29.680] You're not buying anything per se [40:29.680 --> 40:31.680] You're just exchanging your paper dollars [40:31.680 --> 40:33.680] For gold money [40:33.680 --> 40:35.680] So it's an exchange of currency [40:35.680 --> 40:37.680] Yeah and it's very simple [40:37.680 --> 40:39.680] It's very convenient [40:39.680 --> 40:41.680] You can do it online [40:41.680 --> 40:43.680] You don't have to go through a broker or a bank [40:43.680 --> 40:45.680] You don't have to buy gold [40:45.680 --> 40:47.680] Periodically [40:47.680 --> 40:49.680] I mean you can buy it periodically [40:49.680 --> 40:51.680] Occasionally, once in a while, regularly [40:51.680 --> 40:53.680] However you want to do it [40:53.680 --> 40:55.680] It's a free account you use as you want to [40:55.680 --> 40:57.680] As you need to and as you [40:57.680 --> 40:59.680] Find you're able to [40:59.680 --> 41:01.680] Okay now also Jim [41:01.680 --> 41:03.680] And I have a list of questions I want to ask you [41:03.680 --> 41:05.680] We may need to hold you on to the next segment [41:05.680 --> 41:07.680] In fact I'm sure we will [41:07.680 --> 41:09.680] One of the things I wanted you to explain about [41:09.680 --> 41:11.680] Is concerning this [41:11.680 --> 41:13.680] Mastercard or Visa that people can get [41:13.680 --> 41:15.680] That is associated with [41:15.680 --> 41:17.680] Their gold account [41:17.680 --> 41:19.680] Can you explain a little bit [41:19.680 --> 41:21.680] About this because it seems [41:21.680 --> 41:23.680] Very intriguing and interesting to me [41:23.680 --> 41:25.680] That you can transfer [41:25.680 --> 41:27.680] Your Federal Reserve notes into this [41:27.680 --> 41:29.680] Basically this gold account [41:29.680 --> 41:31.680] And they can either [41:31.680 --> 41:33.680] Hold on to it [41:33.680 --> 41:35.680] They can either be in storage for you [41:35.680 --> 41:37.680] Or you can take delivery of it either way [41:37.680 --> 41:39.680] But if you have it in your account [41:39.680 --> 41:41.680] Then you can sell it [41:41.680 --> 41:43.680] Sell some of it and have the funds [41:43.680 --> 41:45.680] Transferred to your [41:45.680 --> 41:47.680] This prepaid card so to speak [41:47.680 --> 41:49.680] And if you get in the business as an [41:49.680 --> 41:51.680] Affiliate you can have your commissions [41:51.680 --> 41:53.680] Put on this card and you use it just like any [41:53.680 --> 41:55.680] Other Mastercard or debit card [41:55.680 --> 41:57.680] That's my general basic understanding [41:57.680 --> 41:59.680] Correct me if I'm wrong on any of these points [41:59.680 --> 42:01.680] But can you please explain some more about this [42:01.680 --> 42:03.680] Because this is very intriguing [42:03.680 --> 42:05.680] That you could actually have like a [42:05.680 --> 42:07.680] Debit card where you're basically [42:07.680 --> 42:09.680] Spending gold instead of [42:09.680 --> 42:11.680] Being involved in this whole Federal Reserve notes [42:11.680 --> 42:13.680] System I mean you still have to be part of the Federal Reserve notes [42:13.680 --> 42:15.680] System obviously if it's connected [42:15.680 --> 42:17.680] To the banking industry but still [42:17.680 --> 42:19.680] I like the idea of having a debit card [42:19.680 --> 42:21.680] That's directly connected to [42:21.680 --> 42:23.680] A gold account I think that's very intriguing [42:23.680 --> 42:25.680] Wait a minute this is not buying [42:25.680 --> 42:27.680] And selling this is barter [42:27.680 --> 42:29.680] Well no no no [42:29.680 --> 42:31.680] This is we're talking about something else now [42:31.680 --> 42:33.680] Randy there's an actual debit card this isn't [42:33.680 --> 42:35.680] We're trading in commodities [42:35.680 --> 42:37.680] But I'm talking about this debit card right now [42:37.680 --> 42:39.680] Jim can you explain I'm talking about the debit card [42:39.680 --> 42:41.680] You're not buying and selling [42:41.680 --> 42:43.680] You do that with [42:43.680 --> 42:45.680] Legal tender okay all right well [42:45.680 --> 42:47.680] This is barter with trading commodities for [42:47.680 --> 42:49.680] Yeah I know what Randy's saying [42:49.680 --> 42:51.680] But let me answer your question [42:51.680 --> 42:53.680] Yeah let Jim answer the question [42:53.680 --> 42:55.680] Just hold on Randy because I've studied some about this [42:55.680 --> 42:57.680] Already and I'd like Jim to explain a little [42:57.680 --> 42:59.680] Bit further about it [42:59.680 --> 43:01.680] Yeah there's a few things you made several points [43:01.680 --> 43:03.680] So there's a few things for clarification [43:03.680 --> 43:05.680] First of all the debit card [43:05.680 --> 43:07.680] Is [43:07.680 --> 43:09.680] The card that's issued to affiliates [43:09.680 --> 43:11.680] There is a [43:11.680 --> 43:13.680] Referral bonus system in the company [43:13.680 --> 43:15.680] So that if you refer [43:15.680 --> 43:17.680] The free savings account [43:17.680 --> 43:19.680] To whoever friends or [43:19.680 --> 43:21.680] Whatever you want to do and they purchase gold [43:21.680 --> 43:23.680] Well then the company will pay you [43:23.680 --> 43:25.680] A referral bonus for every acquisition [43:25.680 --> 43:27.680] They make and [43:27.680 --> 43:29.680] And when you get [43:29.680 --> 43:31.680] The referral bonus is then loaded [43:31.680 --> 43:33.680] On to your debit card weekly [43:33.680 --> 43:35.680] Or monthly depending on [43:35.680 --> 43:37.680] That gets into some detail [43:37.680 --> 43:39.680] That we can explain later [43:39.680 --> 43:41.680] Yes yes absolutely on the other side [43:41.680 --> 43:43.680] We're going to have Jim with us for one more segment folks [43:43.680 --> 43:45.680] We've got some callers [43:45.680 --> 43:47.680] Callers if you have a question for Jim [43:47.680 --> 43:49.680] On the gold [43:49.680 --> 43:51.680] Please call in [43:51.680 --> 43:53.680] 512-646-1984 [43:53.680 --> 44:01.680] And we'll be [46:23.660 --> 46:28.660] Alright, we were discussing the debit card and so, alright, yes, the debit card is for affiliates [46:28.660 --> 46:37.660] and yeah, please continue explaining a little bit about that and then we can talk maybe some more about the affiliate program and then I can get into some questions. [46:37.660 --> 46:43.660] Yeah, the reason I brought that up, you mentioned the debit card. The debit card is not [46:43.660 --> 46:50.660] tied to the account per se. In other words, somebody can be just a customer with Carrot Bars, have the free savings account, [46:50.660 --> 46:57.660] exchange their dollars for gold, have it stored for free, have it shipped to them that they wish to, it's optional, [46:57.660 --> 47:03.660] and there won't be a debit card tied to that. Okay, okay. But the affiliates on the other hand, [47:03.660 --> 47:11.660] if you become an affiliate, then you can acquire a card and the referral bonuses that you get from referring this to other people [47:11.660 --> 47:17.660] is loaded onto the card and then what's nice is the card is tied into the system so that it's very seamless. [47:17.660 --> 47:24.660] When you want to make an acquisition of gold as an affiliate, you just push, pay with my Carrot Bars debit card [47:24.660 --> 47:27.660] and they do the transactions and you get it right off the card. [47:27.660 --> 47:35.660] Got it. Excellent. That's fantastic. Alright, why don't you tell us a little bit about the affiliate program [47:35.660 --> 47:40.660] for folks who maybe want to become an affiliate and not just a customer? [47:40.660 --> 47:44.660] Well, as I mentioned, it is free. It doesn't cost anything to get in. [47:44.660 --> 47:54.660] It's kind of a unique company in that you can refer this service to people, not actually ever buy any gold yourself [47:54.660 --> 47:57.660] and still they will reward you for recommending it. [47:57.660 --> 48:05.660] But there's another side to the company where you can have an option to acquire a package with the company [48:05.660 --> 48:10.660] which includes some marketing materials. If you're serious about it, you want to do it as a business [48:10.660 --> 48:15.660] and to do that side of the business is very rewarding. [48:15.660 --> 48:23.660] We've had people come into this, get into six-figure monthly earnings within two to three months. [48:23.660 --> 48:31.660] We had a guy recently, we had a guy come in in Thanksgiving that actually got into six-figure, [48:31.660 --> 48:36.660] no, actually six-figure, I apologize, five-figure income. [48:36.660 --> 48:45.660] But we did have one gentleman that got into five-figure earnings within his first month and it's gone up from there. [48:45.660 --> 48:49.660] And you know the beauty of this, this is the thing that really blows my mind. [48:49.660 --> 48:52.660] People say, oh, well, that's one of those network marketing deals. [48:52.660 --> 48:56.660] That's one of those whatever they want to call it. [48:56.660 --> 49:01.660] And usually one of the criticisms of that is when you have this kind of a system [49:01.660 --> 49:05.660] that the price of the product is always overpriced. [49:05.660 --> 49:08.660] Well, that's the beauty of what Carrot Marsh is doing. [49:08.660 --> 49:13.660] In our class, in the one-gram, two-and-a-half, and five-gram category, [49:13.660 --> 49:19.660] we beat everybody in price 360 days out of 365. [49:19.660 --> 49:22.660] And the only reason we don't beat on five is because somebody will quote, [49:22.660 --> 49:25.660] depending on what the spot is that day, they might beat us by a little bit. [49:25.660 --> 49:30.660] So prices in our class in the one, two-and-a-half, five-gram category is extremely competitive. [49:30.660 --> 49:32.660] It's a very, very well-priced product. [49:32.660 --> 49:34.660] So that's also exciting. [49:34.660 --> 49:38.660] So we can actually go out and feel good about what we're offering from a consumer standpoint [49:38.660 --> 49:41.660] and still do very well with it financially. [49:41.660 --> 49:44.660] So that's pretty exciting. [49:44.660 --> 49:46.660] And you know, one thing we haven't said yet, Deb, [49:46.660 --> 49:52.660] we're not going to be able to obviously get into a lot of details in this segment, in this short session. [49:52.660 --> 49:55.660] But there's a website that they can go to. [49:55.660 --> 49:57.660] You probably want to give them that or how do you want to do that? [49:57.660 --> 49:58.660] Yes, yes, go ahead. [49:58.660 --> 50:01.660] Yeah, there's a few websites. [50:01.660 --> 50:05.660] Logos Radio Network is now an affiliate of Carrot Bars. [50:05.660 --> 50:09.660] And so, folks, if you want to get into the Gold Savings Club [50:09.660 --> 50:14.660] and, you know, translate your Federal Reserve notes into real money, into gold money, [50:14.660 --> 50:19.660] gold currency with Carrot Bars, you will be supporting Logos Radio Network. [50:19.660 --> 50:22.660] So this is another way that you can support us. [50:22.660 --> 50:25.660] You can go to CarrotBarsRadio.com. [50:25.660 --> 50:28.660] I secured the domain name yesterday. [50:28.660 --> 50:34.660] And so if you go to Carrot, K-A-R-A-T, BarsRadio.com, [50:34.660 --> 50:37.660] you'll get to the Logos Radio Network affiliate page. [50:37.660 --> 50:43.660] You can also go to LogosRadioNetwork.com and click on the Sponsors link at the top. [50:43.660 --> 50:48.660] And you'll see Carrot Bars is now the first banner on the top. [50:48.660 --> 50:50.660] And so you can find out more about it. [50:50.660 --> 50:52.660] You can sign up immediately. [50:52.660 --> 50:55.660] There's also a link to Carrot Bars International, [50:55.660 --> 50:59.660] the home page to find out more about the company itself. [50:59.660 --> 51:01.660] And if you want to sign up as an affiliate, [51:01.660 --> 51:06.660] there are some other websites that I can give folks if they're interested [51:06.660 --> 51:09.660] in more details about how the compensation plan works. [51:09.660 --> 51:10.660] Go ahead, Jim. [51:10.660 --> 51:17.660] I was just going to say, Ed, your CarrotBarsRadio.com link will take them right up to the sign-up section [51:17.660 --> 51:18.660] if they want to sign up. [51:18.660 --> 51:19.660] That's correct. [51:19.660 --> 51:20.660] That's correct. [51:20.660 --> 51:22.660] You know, and I want to pick up on something that I mentioned before. [51:22.660 --> 51:27.660] People say, well, so this sounds like an MLM, a marketing deal. [51:27.660 --> 51:32.660] Well, what's really cool about it is when our attorneys set up, [51:32.660 --> 51:36.660] we looked at the whole marketing system and how are we going to roll this out to people, [51:36.660 --> 51:43.660] this referral bonus program, the attorney said, how do you want to register yourself? [51:43.660 --> 51:45.660] And we said, well, what do you mean? [51:45.660 --> 51:49.660] Do you want to register yourself as an affiliate network or as an MLM? [51:49.660 --> 51:50.660] And we said, well, what's the difference? [51:50.660 --> 51:54.660] And they said, well, an MLM, typically there's a fee to get in, [51:54.660 --> 51:57.660] and there's some sort of a monthly maintenance fee, [51:57.660 --> 52:01.660] and you have to buy product and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. [52:01.660 --> 52:02.660] And they said, oh, okay. [52:02.660 --> 52:05.660] And they said, but with your company, you don't have to do any of that, [52:05.660 --> 52:07.660] so we can call you an affiliate network. [52:07.660 --> 52:13.660] That means no sign-up fee, no account fee, no monthly maintenance fee, no nothing. [52:13.660 --> 52:17.660] The only thing is you exchange your paper money into gold money, period. [52:17.660 --> 52:25.660] Now, there is a one-time cost if you want to go into the marketing side in a serious way, [52:25.660 --> 52:28.660] but that's just to buy a package of marketing material, and that's it. [52:28.660 --> 52:30.660] You never buy any more of it, and you're done with it. [52:30.660 --> 52:34.660] So legally, we're not classified as an MLM in any jurisdiction [52:34.660 --> 52:36.660] that we operate out of the 112 countries that we're in. [52:36.660 --> 52:38.660] We're classified as an affiliate network. [52:38.660 --> 52:40.660] So that's really kind of cool. [52:40.660 --> 52:43.660] And, of course, like I said, one of the biggest downsides [52:43.660 --> 52:47.660] with any kind of an MLM company is the product is usually overpriced [52:47.660 --> 52:51.660] because of the money they have to pay out to the affiliate network. [52:51.660 --> 52:54.660] And, of course, every company has costs in getting the word out, [52:54.660 --> 53:01.660] and we just do that through word of mouth as opposed to advertising. [53:01.660 --> 53:03.660] Yes, absolutely. [53:03.660 --> 53:05.660] And so let me go over some of these questions. [53:05.660 --> 53:07.660] Some of them have already been answered. [53:07.660 --> 53:11.660] We talked about what Caratbars International is, [53:11.660 --> 53:16.660] and the other question was about the company. [53:16.660 --> 53:18.660] Is it sound financially? [53:18.660 --> 53:21.660] This is a good question considering this has to do with finances. [53:21.660 --> 53:23.660] Yeah, excellent question. [53:23.660 --> 53:29.660] Actually, the company started in 2011, and we've never been in debt. [53:29.660 --> 53:32.660] We are debt-free, and we operate only on a cash basis. [53:32.660 --> 53:34.660] So, yeah, we're in great shape. [53:34.660 --> 53:35.660] That's fantastic. [53:35.660 --> 53:37.660] And I do have one more website, [53:37.660 --> 53:41.660] and I'll post it in the little section where the banner is. [53:41.660 --> 53:44.660] But if folks really want to find out information [53:44.660 --> 53:47.660] about how the compensation plan works, there's a website, [53:47.660 --> 53:53.660] caratbarspayplan.info, if you want to get some nitty-gritty. [53:53.660 --> 53:57.660] But I would suggest going to caratbarsradio.com first [53:57.660 --> 54:00.660] and getting some basic information, [54:00.660 --> 54:03.660] and then you could go to that other page to find out more details [54:03.660 --> 54:05.660] if you really want to be an affiliate. [54:05.660 --> 54:09.660] But I would encourage folks, I mean, hey, it's a no-brainer. [54:09.660 --> 54:15.660] This is, to me, a really good way for somebody [54:15.660 --> 54:20.660] who doesn't have a whole lot of money to start getting into gold [54:20.660 --> 54:24.660] because, I mean, even with bullion coins, so to speak, [54:24.660 --> 54:28.660] I mean, a British sovereign, which is like a fifth of an ounce, [54:28.660 --> 54:30.660] depending on the spot price, [54:30.660 --> 54:33.660] it's going to be 300, 400 bucks, at least, maybe $500. [54:33.660 --> 54:36.660] I mean, you're talking a minimum of several hundred dollars [54:36.660 --> 54:41.660] just to get into a little bit of gold with bullion coins. [54:41.660 --> 54:45.660] But with the caratbars, you can get a gram for 65 bucks. [54:45.660 --> 54:49.660] And, you know, you can just transfer some of your money, [54:49.660 --> 54:51.660] you know, translate some of your fellow reserve notes [54:51.660 --> 54:53.660] a little bit by bit. [54:53.660 --> 54:57.660] The recommended, you know, savings plan is one gram a week. [54:57.660 --> 55:00.660] I mean, who can't put away 65 bucks a week? [55:00.660 --> 55:03.660] Or if you can't, I mean, 65 bucks a month, [55:03.660 --> 55:05.660] I mean, or 65 bucks every couple weeks. [55:05.660 --> 55:07.660] I really like the fact that there's not, like, [55:07.660 --> 55:12.660] a minimum purchase requirement per month to be part of that. [55:12.660 --> 55:14.660] I really appreciate that. [55:14.660 --> 55:16.660] And here's another question. [55:16.660 --> 55:18.660] Okay, you went over how the prices compare with others [55:18.660 --> 55:21.660] and what makes this company different. [55:21.660 --> 55:27.660] Okay, are the affiliates considered gold brokers? [55:27.660 --> 55:28.660] Yeah, it's an excellent question. [55:28.660 --> 55:30.660] We get that quite often, actually. [55:30.660 --> 55:33.660] And what's nice about this is all the affiliates are [55:33.660 --> 55:37.660] is referring them to caratbars to set up a gold savings account. [55:37.660 --> 55:39.660] We're not actually selling any gold. [55:39.660 --> 55:41.660] We just refer them over to caratbars, [55:41.660 --> 55:43.660] and they acquire the gold from caratbars [55:43.660 --> 55:44.660] and not from the affiliate. [55:44.660 --> 55:46.660] So, no, we're not brokers. [55:46.660 --> 55:48.660] That means we don't have to be licensed. [55:48.660 --> 55:53.660] We simply are affiliates, an affiliate network of customers [55:53.660 --> 55:56.660] who recommend this free savings account [55:56.660 --> 55:58.660] to anybody that's interested in buying gold [55:58.660 --> 56:01.660] for as little as one gram at a time. [56:01.660 --> 56:03.660] Well, I think it's fantastic. [56:03.660 --> 56:05.660] We only have a couple of minutes left in this segment. [56:05.660 --> 56:07.660] Jim, do you have any final thoughts [56:07.660 --> 56:10.660] that you want to tell folks about? [56:10.660 --> 56:12.660] Or Randy, do you have any questions, [56:12.660 --> 56:17.660] a quick question for Jim before he wraps things up? [56:17.660 --> 56:19.660] No, I want to give him plenty of time. [56:19.660 --> 56:21.660] We've only got a couple minutes left. [56:21.660 --> 56:22.660] Yeah, we've got about two minutes left. [56:22.660 --> 56:24.660] So, Jim, why don't you take us out, [56:24.660 --> 56:27.660] finish up here in the next two minutes [56:27.660 --> 56:30.660] and just give us the brief rundown [56:30.660 --> 56:32.660] and how you want to close. [56:32.660 --> 56:33.660] Sure. [56:33.660 --> 56:37.660] Well, I think the only thing I would say in closing is [56:37.660 --> 56:40.660] there's a lot more information about the company, [56:40.660 --> 56:44.660] and I'm sure some of your callers may have questions. [56:44.660 --> 56:47.660] So I recommend that they just go to the banner [56:47.660 --> 56:50.660] that you set up on the Logos Radio website [56:50.660 --> 56:53.660] or go directly to careatmarsradio.com. [56:53.660 --> 56:54.660] Is that correct? [56:54.660 --> 56:56.660] And if you go into that link, [56:56.660 --> 56:59.660] it will actually give you an overview of the company. [56:59.660 --> 57:02.660] It will explain the compensation plan. [57:02.660 --> 57:05.660] If you go to the second page, that link will lead you to. [57:05.660 --> 57:07.660] And then on the third page, [57:07.660 --> 57:09.660] it will actually walk you through the whole process [57:09.660 --> 57:12.660] of how to set up a free account, how to get started, [57:12.660 --> 57:14.660] if you want to actually become an affiliate, [57:14.660 --> 57:16.660] how you get started with that. [57:16.660 --> 57:19.660] So it's all laid out on that page that you set up, Jim. [57:19.660 --> 57:21.660] Well, thank you very much, Jim. [57:21.660 --> 57:26.660] And if we get some signups here through our listenership, [57:26.660 --> 57:29.660] is it okay for me to send them to you [57:29.660 --> 57:33.660] for you to answer any questions that I may not be able to answer? [57:33.660 --> 57:34.660] Yeah, absolutely. [57:34.660 --> 57:38.660] Send any of your inquiries or emails directly to the radio email, [57:38.660 --> 57:42.660] and I'll get back to anybody that has any questions at all. [57:42.660 --> 57:43.660] I'd be glad to. [57:43.660 --> 57:44.660] Well, that's fantastic. [57:44.660 --> 57:46.660] Thank you very much for coming on tonight, Jim. [57:46.660 --> 57:47.660] I really appreciate it. [57:47.660 --> 57:48.660] Sure. [57:48.660 --> 57:49.660] Thank you for having me. [57:49.660 --> 57:55.660] And thank you for participating in our discussion at the drama earlier. [57:55.660 --> 57:56.660] Yeah, that was cool. [57:56.660 --> 57:57.660] All right. [57:57.660 --> 57:59.660] Well, folks, we are at the top of the hour. [57:59.660 --> 58:01.660] This is the rule of law. [58:01.660 --> 58:05.660] We are here promoting valid sound information. [58:05.660 --> 58:11.660] We do not push junk pseudoscience that is cooked up by propagandists, [58:11.660 --> 58:14.660] liars, and eugenist psychopaths. [58:14.660 --> 58:21.660] We are here about truth, real science, real money, and the rule of law, [58:21.660 --> 58:23.660] one of the most important things. [58:23.660 --> 58:26.660] So we do have some callers on the line. [58:26.660 --> 58:28.660] They have legal questions for Randy. [58:28.660 --> 58:31.660] So when we get back on the other side, we will be taking your calls, [58:31.660 --> 58:35.660] 512-646-1984. [58:35.660 --> 58:49.660] We'll be right back, folks. [58:49.660 --> 58:53.660] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, [58:53.660 --> 58:57.660] yet countless readers are frustrated because they struggle to understand it. [58:57.660 --> 59:01.660] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, [59:01.660 --> 59:05.660] but in the process can compromise the profound meaning of the Scripture. [59:05.660 --> 59:08.660] Enter the recovery version. [59:08.660 --> 59:12.660] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate, [59:12.660 --> 59:17.660] but the real story is the more than 9,000 explanatory footnotes. [59:17.660 --> 59:21.660] Difficult and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way, [59:21.660 --> 59:24.660] providing an entrance into the riches of the Word [59:24.660 --> 59:27.660] beyond what you've ever experienced before. [59:27.660 --> 59:31.660] Bibles for America would like to give you a free recovery version [59:31.660 --> 59:33.660] simply for the asking. [01:01:26.660 --> 01:01:28.660] A scandal for the United States Navy. [01:01:28.660 --> 01:01:33.660] That comes as 34 nuclear launch officers at Montana's Malstorm Air Force Base [01:01:33.660 --> 01:01:34.660] are suspended. [01:01:34.660 --> 01:01:37.660] NPR reports the suspensions are due to the officers [01:01:37.660 --> 01:01:41.660] either cheating on a proficiency test or knowing about cheating by others. [01:01:41.660 --> 01:01:44.660] This issue comes on the heels of alleged drug use [01:01:44.660 --> 01:01:47.660] by some Navy officers in the Nuclear Missile Corps, [01:01:47.660 --> 01:01:52.660] as well as drunken and inappropriate behavior of that command's top general. [01:01:52.660 --> 01:01:57.660] New York City has agreed to pay 18 million to protesters who claim wrongful arrests. [01:01:57.660 --> 01:02:00.660] At the 2004 Republican National Convention, [01:02:00.660 --> 01:02:05.660] the New York Civil Liberties Union calls this the largest protest settlement in history. [01:02:05.660 --> 01:02:08.660] Al Jazeera reports the settlement ends nearly a decade of legal battles [01:02:08.660 --> 01:02:13.660] between the New York Police Department and plaintiffs who say police mishandled their arrests [01:02:13.660 --> 01:02:15.660] while violating their First Amendment rights. [01:02:15.660 --> 01:02:18.660] Around 1,800 protesters were arrested at the convention, [01:02:18.660 --> 01:02:22.660] where then President George W. Bush was nominated for a second term. [01:02:22.660 --> 01:02:27.660] The Utah entrepreneur is back in business minting metal versions of bitcoins. [01:02:27.660 --> 01:02:29.660] Wire reports Mike Caldwell. [01:02:29.660 --> 01:02:33.660] Last month shut down his bitcoin mint after he was questioned by the feds. [01:02:33.660 --> 01:02:36.660] However, Caldwell has made adjustments to his business, [01:02:36.660 --> 01:02:40.660] attempting to keep in line with the letter received from the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. [01:02:40.660 --> 01:02:42.660] In order to be compliant, [01:02:42.660 --> 01:02:48.660] his real-world bitcoins are no longer engraved with the necessary key to use them as a virtual currency, [01:02:48.660 --> 01:02:52.660] meaning Caldwell no longer meets the definition of money transmitter, [01:02:52.660 --> 01:02:54.660] which caught the attention of the feds. [01:02:54.660 --> 01:02:56.660] You've been listening to the Liberty Beat. [01:02:56.660 --> 01:03:12.660] Remember, freeing your mind is freeing our world. [01:03:26.660 --> 01:03:42.660] Okay, folks. [01:03:42.660 --> 01:03:43.660] We are back. [01:03:43.660 --> 01:03:44.660] This is the rule of law. [01:03:44.660 --> 01:03:47.660] Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig, and Deborah Stevens. [01:03:47.660 --> 01:03:49.660] And we've got a full board of callers right now. [01:03:49.660 --> 01:03:50.660] We've got five callers. [01:03:50.660 --> 01:03:52.660] I think there's a few slots left open. [01:03:52.660 --> 01:03:59.660] We're going to go to Brian first because Brian had a comment about what we were discussing earlier [01:03:59.660 --> 01:04:02.660] before we started discussing the gold. [01:04:02.660 --> 01:04:10.660] And before I bring Brian on, you know, Jim and Randy and I were having an interesting conversation off the air concerning, [01:04:10.660 --> 01:04:16.660] you know, these, you know, well, mainly we were talking about the people who believe in this madness of evolution, [01:04:16.660 --> 01:04:21.660] which there's no scientific facts to back it up whatsoever. [01:04:21.660 --> 01:04:24.660] But Jim pointed out, you know, it's a belief system. [01:04:24.660 --> 01:04:25.660] And I said that on the air, too. [01:04:25.660 --> 01:04:26.660] It's a belief system. [01:04:26.660 --> 01:04:32.660] And, you know, the crazy thing that's been going on in our culture, which is, of course, by design, [01:04:32.660 --> 01:04:36.660] this whole mind control propaganda business that's in the media these days, [01:04:36.660 --> 01:04:41.660] is that the propagandists have managed to successfully brainwash [01:04:41.660 --> 01:04:47.660] and convince most of the people out there that spend a lot of their time watching TV or whatever [01:04:47.660 --> 01:04:50.660] that there's no such thing as objective reality. [01:04:50.660 --> 01:04:52.660] There's no such thing as facts. [01:04:52.660 --> 01:04:58.660] There's no such thing as objective truth, okay, that everything is an opinion. [01:04:58.660 --> 01:05:00.660] Everything is a belief. [01:05:00.660 --> 01:05:01.660] Everything is perception. [01:05:01.660 --> 01:05:06.660] Yeah, and I know Randy talks about all the time, you know, he has his little thing that perception is everything, [01:05:06.660 --> 01:05:08.660] you know, and I understand what he's saying. [01:05:08.660 --> 01:05:10.660] That's in a different context, okay? [01:05:10.660 --> 01:05:16.660] But the reality is, folks, that, you know, there is reality, whether you want to perceive it or not. [01:05:16.660 --> 01:05:22.660] There is objective facts and objective truth and objective reality, [01:05:22.660 --> 01:05:25.660] whether you choose to perceive it or not. [01:05:25.660 --> 01:05:31.660] And that's why I really love this Mark Passio documentary, this three-part documentary. [01:05:31.660 --> 01:05:33.660] I encourage folks to go and check it out. [01:05:33.660 --> 01:05:36.660] You can just do a search for Mark Passio. [01:05:36.660 --> 01:05:40.660] And it's a three-part series at the Omni Hotel in Connecticut. [01:05:40.660 --> 01:05:42.660] I did the audio for that. [01:05:42.660 --> 01:05:43.660] I mastered the audio that is. [01:05:43.660 --> 01:05:44.660] I wasn't there recording it. [01:05:44.660 --> 01:05:49.660] You know, one of the things that Mark Passio was saying is such a big problem with our society today [01:05:49.660 --> 01:05:57.660] is that people are trying to get reality to fit into their perception. [01:05:57.660 --> 01:06:06.660] They're trying to somehow manage to get reality to fit into their opinion and or to their religion, so to speak. [01:06:06.660 --> 01:06:16.660] And Mark says, we've got to stop making our religion or our opinions what is fact. [01:06:16.660 --> 01:06:22.660] And we need to start making the truth and making the facts our, quote, unquote, religion, okay? [01:06:22.660 --> 01:06:31.660] We've got to start learning how to align our own mentality and our own psychology to match reality. [01:06:31.660 --> 01:06:37.660] Instead of trying to twist reality because there's no way to do it anyway, reality exists and it is what it is. [01:06:37.660 --> 01:06:38.660] There's no way to change it. [01:06:38.660 --> 01:06:45.660] We've got to stop trying to morph or twist the truth to fit our religion or to fit our opinion. [01:06:45.660 --> 01:06:49.660] We've got to start making our religion match the truth. [01:06:49.660 --> 01:06:50.660] It's the other way around. [01:06:50.660 --> 01:06:53.660] That's the only way we're going to get out of this mental illness, okay? [01:06:53.660 --> 01:07:00.660] And one of the first ways to do that is to break out of the mindset that everything is an opinion or that everything is a belief system. [01:07:00.660 --> 01:07:02.660] No, everything is not an opinion. [01:07:02.660 --> 01:07:03.660] Everything is not perception. [01:07:03.660 --> 01:07:04.660] Everything is not a belief. [01:07:04.660 --> 01:07:11.660] Objective facts and objective reality and objective truth exist whether you align your perception to it or not. [01:07:11.660 --> 01:07:19.660] And if you want to be a healthy individual, you need to start learning how to align your perception to reality, to objective reality and truth. [01:07:19.660 --> 01:07:29.660] And so that's why we are so hardcore here about the truth and about reality because it's the only way that we are going to reclaim our freedom, all right? [01:07:29.660 --> 01:07:33.660] So we're going to go to Brian now in Texas. [01:07:33.660 --> 01:07:38.660] Brian, did you have some comments about – toward debunking this madness? [01:07:38.660 --> 01:07:40.660] What is your comment or question tonight? [01:07:40.660 --> 01:07:41.660] Oh, absolutely. [01:07:41.660 --> 01:07:43.660] One, thanks for having me on. [01:07:43.660 --> 01:07:44.660] Love you guys. [01:07:44.660 --> 01:07:45.660] Listen all the time. [01:07:45.660 --> 01:07:50.660] A couple of things that stood out that I just want to – and just hear me out and then obviously everyone has their opinions. [01:07:50.660 --> 01:07:54.660] But a couple of things that stand out, hardcore and true opinions. [01:07:54.660 --> 01:08:04.660] I love it because I think the biggest difference and where we've all been misguided is that we've been allowed to take this thing and through religion, [01:08:04.660 --> 01:08:14.660] through state religion, through all these different religions, all coming from a defaction from the most high, through mythreism, [01:08:14.660 --> 01:08:21.660] we've all been allowed to say, well, it's our interpretation and I think that's the biggest key. [01:08:21.660 --> 01:08:22.660] So just hear me out here real quick. [01:08:22.660 --> 01:08:24.660] I'm going to go through a couple of points. [01:08:24.660 --> 01:08:27.660] Early in the show, you guys were talking about a couple of things. [01:08:27.660 --> 01:08:36.660] One, naming the name of the creator, talking about global warming, and then pseudoscience. [01:08:36.660 --> 01:08:40.660] So I want to get into just really two or three points and then I'm out. [01:08:40.660 --> 01:08:45.660] First of all, the name of the most high is not G-O-D. [01:08:45.660 --> 01:08:55.660] God, Gut, Goth were basically when the Roman church went out and ruled by decree and by sword and death, [01:08:55.660 --> 01:09:01.660] they basically made these paganistic cultures come into the state religion, which is the Roman Catholic Church. [01:09:01.660 --> 01:09:03.660] Unquestionable. [01:09:03.660 --> 01:09:14.660] So under decree of death, they took these pagan cultures, which all worshiped a deity named God, Gut, Goth, and they allowed them to keep that name. [01:09:14.660 --> 01:09:16.660] First of all, his name is not God. [01:09:16.660 --> 01:09:18.660] Yes, that's absolutely true. [01:09:18.660 --> 01:09:20.660] And in fact, we know what his name is. [01:09:20.660 --> 01:09:22.660] It's Jehovah, the Great I Am. [01:09:22.660 --> 01:09:28.660] That's what he told Moses when the children of Israel asked him, who do I tell, when Moses asked him, [01:09:28.660 --> 01:09:30.660] who do I tell the children of Israel that you are? [01:09:30.660 --> 01:09:33.660] And he said, tell them, I am that I am. [01:09:33.660 --> 01:09:34.660] His name is Jehovah. [01:09:34.660 --> 01:09:37.660] And now we call him Jesus, which is Jehovah, our savior. [01:09:37.660 --> 01:09:40.660] So yes, I never said that God was his name. [01:09:40.660 --> 01:09:41.660] So yes, good point. [01:09:41.660 --> 01:09:42.660] Thank you. [01:09:42.660 --> 01:09:43.660] Thank you, Brian. [01:09:43.660 --> 01:09:48.660] You said that the Romans went out with the sword. [01:09:48.660 --> 01:09:52.660] The way I read the history, it was the Muslims who did that. [01:09:52.660 --> 01:09:55.660] After the Christians, the Romans were primarily pagan. [01:09:55.660 --> 01:10:01.660] They had captured most of the known world and there were all sorts of different religions. [01:10:01.660 --> 01:10:03.660] And the Romans found out real fast. [01:10:03.660 --> 01:10:11.660] You can change political affiliations, but leave their religion alone or they will never, ever stop fighting. [01:10:11.660 --> 01:10:13.660] So the Romans really didn't care. [01:10:13.660 --> 01:10:22.660] It wasn't until Cassius in 300 AD saw the Visigoths building more backing, [01:10:22.660 --> 01:10:30.660] saw the Roman Empire falling into disarray that he convened the Council of Nicaea [01:10:30.660 --> 01:10:39.660] in order to develop a definitive volume for a religious structure. [01:10:39.660 --> 01:10:44.660] He was facing a civil war between the pagans and the Christians [01:10:44.660 --> 01:10:48.660] because the Christians, they were killing anybody that didn't believe in them. [01:10:48.660 --> 01:10:52.660] There was one really interesting story about a bunch of— [01:10:52.660 --> 01:10:53.660] Isn't that amazing? [01:10:53.660 --> 01:10:56.660] Anybody that didn't believe that there were, they'd kill them. [01:10:56.660 --> 01:10:57.660] Let me interrupt you. [01:10:57.660 --> 01:10:59.660] That was the Christians doing that. [01:10:59.660 --> 01:11:01.660] Yeah, yeah, yeah. [01:11:01.660 --> 01:11:10.660] Then from the Christians, then Islam came along afterward and they were even worse. [01:11:10.660 --> 01:11:11.660] But it wasn't the Romans. [01:11:11.660 --> 01:11:13.660] It wasn't the pagans doing that. [01:11:13.660 --> 01:11:15.660] That was the—Christians did that. [01:11:15.660 --> 01:11:16.660] Hold on a sec. [01:11:16.660 --> 01:11:17.660] Hold on a sec. [01:11:17.660 --> 01:11:18.660] I called in. [01:11:18.660 --> 01:11:19.660] Give me a minute, okay? [01:11:19.660 --> 01:11:20.660] You guys have the floor. [01:11:20.660 --> 01:11:22.660] Give me a minute and let me explain it. [01:11:22.660 --> 01:11:23.660] Okay, hold on. [01:11:23.660 --> 01:11:30.660] That'll be fine, but if you're going to propose as fact something that is absolutely not true, [01:11:30.660 --> 01:11:34.660] I'm not going to sit here and let you take the whole show [01:11:34.660 --> 01:11:38.660] and propose an opinion as fact and not raise an objection. [01:11:38.660 --> 01:11:40.660] That would be unfair. [01:11:40.660 --> 01:11:41.660] No, no, no. [01:11:41.660 --> 01:11:43.660] And I'm not trying to be unfair to you. [01:11:43.660 --> 01:11:44.660] Okay, go ahead. [01:11:44.660 --> 01:11:47.660] That is not true. [01:11:47.660 --> 01:11:49.660] Okay, hold on there. [01:11:49.660 --> 01:11:53.660] The letter J didn't exist until a couple hundred years, maybe 700 years ago. [01:11:53.660 --> 01:11:56.660] So Jehovah is actually not scripturally correct. [01:11:56.660 --> 01:11:57.660] It's Yah. [01:11:57.660 --> 01:12:01.660] Okay, well, I'm not going to argue about Yah versus Jehovah. [01:12:01.660 --> 01:12:04.660] Why don't you continue on with your other points, please? [01:12:04.660 --> 01:12:06.660] Okay, yeah, I got a couple points. [01:12:06.660 --> 01:12:10.660] We can argue about the name, but just look at the— [01:12:10.660 --> 01:12:12.660] No, I'm not going to argue about His name. [01:12:12.660 --> 01:12:13.660] His name is what it is. [01:12:13.660 --> 01:12:14.660] It's the Great I Am. [01:12:14.660 --> 01:12:17.660] So just go ahead and continue on to your other points, please. [01:12:17.660 --> 01:12:18.660] The Great I Am is a description. [01:12:18.660 --> 01:12:19.660] It's not a name. [01:12:19.660 --> 01:12:20.660] Okay, all right. [01:12:20.660 --> 01:12:21.660] I'm not going to argue about it. [01:12:21.660 --> 01:12:22.660] I know the Bible very well. [01:12:22.660 --> 01:12:24.660] Just please continue on to your other points. [01:12:24.660 --> 01:12:27.660] I'm not going to argue about the Word of God with you, okay? [01:12:27.660 --> 01:12:28.660] Go ahead. [01:12:28.660 --> 01:12:32.660] That's the problem with this type of form is that anybody that— [01:12:32.660 --> 01:12:34.660] You've made your opinion. [01:12:34.660 --> 01:12:35.660] You've stated your point. [01:12:35.660 --> 01:12:36.660] Now move on, please. [01:12:36.660 --> 01:12:39.660] Okay, so Genesis, let me explain some to you. [01:12:39.660 --> 01:12:44.660] You talk about all this stuff in the global warming, which I'm right on board with you. [01:12:44.660 --> 01:12:46.660] The planet is an evolving organic thing. [01:12:46.660 --> 01:12:48.660] It's going to change forever. [01:12:48.660 --> 01:12:50.660] So global warming is a joke. [01:12:50.660 --> 01:12:53.660] And anybody that has a brain, I'm fine with you. [01:12:53.660 --> 01:12:59.660] Let's go to Genesis, or better yet, in the Hebrew text, Bereshit, 415. [01:12:59.660 --> 01:13:04.660] So explain to me this, and all you listeners out there, just listen to this one thing. [01:13:04.660 --> 01:13:07.660] If I make one point, this is very important. [01:13:07.660 --> 01:13:14.660] Okay, so Adam and Hawwah—it wasn't Eve, it was actually Hawwah—had two children, [01:13:14.660 --> 01:13:16.660] Cain and Abel, right? [01:13:16.660 --> 01:13:17.660] Cain killed Abel. [01:13:17.660 --> 01:13:21.660] Well, Cain fell out of grace with the Most High Yahuwah. [01:13:21.660 --> 01:13:24.660] We can disagree on the name, but the text speaks differently. [01:13:24.660 --> 01:13:30.660] So Yahuwah dispelled him from the garden, or literally from his presence. [01:13:30.660 --> 01:13:33.660] Look at Bereshit, Genesis, 415. [01:13:33.660 --> 01:13:39.660] And Yahuwah said to him, Well, if anyone kills Cain, vengeance is taken on him sevenfold. [01:13:39.660 --> 01:13:43.660] And Yahuwah set up a sign for Cain, lest anyone finding him strikes him. [01:13:43.660 --> 01:13:49.660] So Cain went out from presence of Yahuwah and dwelt in the land of Nod on the east of Eden. [01:13:49.660 --> 01:13:53.660] And Cain knew his wife, and she conceived in Bohr-Hannuk. [01:13:53.660 --> 01:13:58.660] Okay, Brian, Brian, Brian, and I don't want you to start saying this is the problem with this form, blah, blah, blah. [01:13:58.660 --> 01:14:00.660] We've got limited time here. [01:14:00.660 --> 01:14:01.660] We're about to go to break. [01:14:01.660 --> 01:14:07.660] Please make your points quickly, because once we go to break, we're going to have to move on to other callers, okay? [01:14:07.660 --> 01:14:08.660] Right there. [01:14:08.660 --> 01:14:09.660] This is my point. [01:14:09.660 --> 01:14:11.660] This is my point of the whole call. [01:14:11.660 --> 01:14:15.660] 417, and Cain knew his wife, and she conceived in Bohr-Hannuk. [01:14:15.660 --> 01:14:17.660] Who was this other lady? [01:14:17.660 --> 01:14:23.660] If Adam and Yahuwah were the first beings, and they bore two children and then cast out one, [01:14:23.660 --> 01:14:26.660] and he went and married somebody else, who was this other lady? [01:14:26.660 --> 01:14:27.660] Okay, Brian, I don't – [01:14:27.660 --> 01:14:28.660] Good question. [01:14:28.660 --> 01:14:29.660] Let me handle that. [01:14:29.660 --> 01:14:33.660] It's a really good question, but, you know, this show is not about speculation. [01:14:33.660 --> 01:14:34.660] Hold on, hold on. [01:14:34.660 --> 01:14:40.660] Okay, we were going to talk about – I thought you had some other points about global warming and evolution. [01:14:40.660 --> 01:14:42.660] And like I said, we're about to go to break. [01:14:42.660 --> 01:14:46.660] So if you want to make those points, you better make them now, because when we come back, we've got to take other calls. [01:14:46.660 --> 01:14:50.660] Okay, Deborah, he asked a question, an answer. [01:14:50.660 --> 01:14:55.660] Adam was not the first humanoid individual. [01:14:55.660 --> 01:14:57.660] He was the first Jew. [01:14:57.660 --> 01:15:02.660] At that time, in that area, people gathered together in clans. [01:15:02.660 --> 01:15:05.660] And if you weren't a part of the clan, you were an infidel. [01:15:05.660 --> 01:15:07.660] You were a heathen. [01:15:07.660 --> 01:15:09.660] You were considered less than a dog. [01:15:09.660 --> 01:15:15.660] They gathered together because goods and services were scarce, and they had to compete with one another for it. [01:15:15.660 --> 01:15:18.660] Adam and Eve were the first Jews. [01:15:18.660 --> 01:15:28.660] Cain was cast out of the family of the Jew, and he found heathens and pagans out, heathens and infidels out. [01:15:28.660 --> 01:15:30.660] Okay, that's an interesting theory, Randy. [01:15:30.660 --> 01:15:33.660] I don't necessarily go along with that, but we can't prove any of that. [01:15:33.660 --> 01:15:35.660] Can we please get back to some facts here? [01:15:35.660 --> 01:15:36.660] No. [01:15:36.660 --> 01:15:41.660] Okay, because that's how I started off on this, was ranting against this global warming guy. [01:15:41.660 --> 01:15:49.660] I'm sorry, the evolution guy, because he's pushing forth junk science that is not proven, in fact, is factually proven inaccurate. [01:15:49.660 --> 01:15:53.660] So can we please get back to some facts here instead of theorizing? [01:15:53.660 --> 01:15:56.660] Brian, do you have any more comments on this junk science? [01:15:56.660 --> 01:15:58.660] Otherwise, we need to move on. [01:15:58.660 --> 01:15:59.660] Absolutely, I do. [01:15:59.660 --> 01:16:00.660] And that was my point. [01:16:00.660 --> 01:16:02.660] It takes a minute to get there. [01:16:02.660 --> 01:16:04.660] So just hear me out for two seconds, and I'm off. [01:16:04.660 --> 01:16:14.660] So take that scripture, we know, no question there were other beings in existence at that time, which modern religion doesn't teach, right? [01:16:14.660 --> 01:16:15.660] Avonis were the first. [01:16:15.660 --> 01:16:16.660] That's nonsense. [01:16:16.660 --> 01:16:19.660] Go to Roger, a couple points here, research, okay? [01:16:19.660 --> 01:16:22.660] Go to Stephen Quell, StephenQuell.com. [01:16:22.660 --> 01:16:31.660] Go to any other book where there's other massive study on giants, where actually the fallen angels came down and made it with women. [01:16:31.660 --> 01:16:34.660] Okay, all right, that was discussed later in the word. [01:16:34.660 --> 01:16:38.660] Okay, enough theorizing and opinions, okay? [01:16:38.660 --> 01:16:48.660] I started off on this line of conversation to debunk opinions that are not based in fact, and the conversation just ended up leading to more opinions and theorizing. [01:16:48.660 --> 01:16:49.660] But that's okay. [01:16:49.660 --> 01:16:50.660] It happens sometimes. [01:16:50.660 --> 01:16:57.660] When we come back on the other side, we're going to move on, and we're going to get to some law and some legal issues, and we're going to discuss facts, not opinions. [01:16:57.660 --> 01:17:02.660] We'll be right back. [01:17:02.660 --> 01:17:12.660] To celebrate recent victories for our right to bear arms, Logos Radio Network is giving away two firearms as part of this year's fundraiser, sponsored by Zombie Killers, Ammo and Guns. [01:19:32.660 --> 01:19:34.660] No more speculation and theorizing. [01:19:34.660 --> 01:19:37.660] We are going to go to Mike in Texas. [01:19:37.660 --> 01:19:43.660] Mike waited on hold for quite a while last Friday and Randy said take Mike first. [01:19:43.660 --> 01:19:44.660] So here we go. [01:19:44.660 --> 01:19:46.660] Mike, thank you for calling in. [01:19:46.660 --> 01:19:51.660] What is your report for us tonight? [01:19:51.660 --> 01:19:52.660] I'm sorry. [01:19:52.660 --> 01:19:53.660] Go ahead. [01:19:53.660 --> 01:19:55.660] What would you like me to start? [01:19:55.660 --> 01:19:58.660] Randy, you know more about this case than I do. [01:19:58.660 --> 01:20:02.660] Well, kind of give us a good idea of where you're at now. [01:20:02.660 --> 01:20:07.660] I know the other day you called me when I was going into court and you were going into the [01:20:07.660 --> 01:20:14.660] Sheriff's Department to file a subpoena and you were concerned so you had me keep my phone live. [01:20:14.660 --> 01:20:22.660] Kind of give us an idea of what that was about, what led to that and essentially where you're at right now. [01:20:22.660 --> 01:20:23.660] Okay. [01:20:23.660 --> 01:20:26.660] Well, let's see. [01:20:26.660 --> 01:20:33.660] I have basically two primary cases, one for TSA water bottle, one for arrest with an audio recorder. [01:20:33.660 --> 01:20:39.660] The arrest, the TSA arrest has been dismissed by the Fifth Circuit. [01:20:39.660 --> 01:20:43.660] They effectively wouldn't even look at anything that I put in. [01:20:43.660 --> 01:20:48.660] I filed a petition for rehearing and they claim it was not timely. [01:20:48.660 --> 01:20:57.660] And so I filed a writ of mandamus and the clerk intercepted it and will not allow me to file a writ, [01:20:57.660 --> 01:21:02.660] a petition for writ of mandamus into the Fifth Circuit. [01:21:02.660 --> 01:21:07.660] He intercepted it from the Chief Justice and said we are not going to act on this anymore. [01:21:07.660 --> 01:21:11.660] He was the one that intercepted in the first place, claimed it wasn't timely. [01:21:11.660 --> 01:21:15.660] So that's going to be a whole new set of interesting things. [01:21:15.660 --> 01:21:18.660] Another front. [01:21:18.660 --> 01:21:27.660] So before I finish off on that, I have about 60 days pending whether they declare or have a review [01:21:27.660 --> 01:21:31.660] or not to get to the United States Supreme Court. [01:21:31.660 --> 01:21:34.660] So I'm writing a petition for certiorari on that. [01:21:34.660 --> 01:21:36.660] Randy and I spoke about that yesterday. [01:21:36.660 --> 01:21:38.660] We can come back to that. [01:21:38.660 --> 01:21:43.660] Now the Travis County case is in the Fifth Circuit. [01:21:43.660 --> 01:21:47.660] Tomorrow I'm going to finish up hopefully by end of it. [01:21:47.660 --> 01:21:50.660] I put in an appellate brief and records excerpt. [01:21:50.660 --> 01:21:56.660] They didn't like my records excerpt so I redid it and it's going to get mailed out tomorrow. [01:21:56.660 --> 01:21:58.660] And so another front. [01:21:58.660 --> 01:22:03.660] I've been trying to still get evidence for about three years now, [01:22:03.660 --> 01:22:10.660] been trying to get evidence from the sheriff for the booking video and they refused to produce it. [01:22:10.660 --> 01:22:16.660] I put multiple Texas public information requests. [01:22:16.660 --> 01:22:18.660] I had subpoena dues to it. [01:22:18.660 --> 01:22:19.660] There was multiple. [01:22:19.660 --> 01:22:21.660] I mean I gave dozens of them. [01:22:21.660 --> 01:22:23.660] I mean dozens and dozens of them. [01:22:23.660 --> 01:22:26.660] And they all refused to come to court. [01:22:26.660 --> 01:22:28.660] They refused to bring the evidence. [01:22:28.660 --> 01:22:33.660] I have discovery order from the judge that they must do this and they refused to do it. [01:22:33.660 --> 01:22:37.660] So they're whacking their thumb at the judge for that. [01:22:37.660 --> 01:22:42.660] And the judge gave the order to the prosecutor to produce a lot of evidence. [01:22:42.660 --> 01:22:44.660] These refused to produce anything. [01:22:44.660 --> 01:22:47.660] That's Travis County Attorney's Office. [01:22:47.660 --> 01:22:54.660] And so in federal court when I put in my discovery the next day my case was dismissed. [01:22:54.660 --> 01:22:55.660] Boom. [01:22:55.660 --> 01:23:01.660] Because I think they knew where that was going to go once I was able to get a court order for them to produce this evidence. [01:23:01.660 --> 01:23:03.660] The federal judge dismissed it. [01:23:03.660 --> 01:23:08.660] So the Travis County case is now starting to be put into the Fifth Circuit. [01:23:08.660 --> 01:23:17.660] Oh, and by the way, the City of Austin case, the judge dismissed it without even the city writing an appellee brief. [01:23:17.660 --> 01:23:20.660] Not even one page objecting to it. [01:23:20.660 --> 01:23:23.660] And they just totally, anyways. [01:23:23.660 --> 01:23:34.660] So to bring up to what Randy had discussed, I've pretty much exhausted all remedy trying to get this video. [01:23:34.660 --> 01:23:37.660] Even the county attorney admits I've exhausted all remedy. [01:23:37.660 --> 01:23:47.660] And if you fall through all the code, the last step is I'm able to sue in distant court for a court order for them to produce the video. [01:23:47.660 --> 01:23:53.660] Travis County will not serve Travis County. [01:23:53.660 --> 01:24:01.660] So the constables refuse to do that and serve the Travis County Attorney. [01:24:01.660 --> 01:24:06.660] Travis County Attorney doesn't admit that he is in fact the agent for Travis County. [01:24:06.660 --> 01:24:12.660] I have a public information request again asking what the agent is for Travis County. [01:24:12.660 --> 01:24:17.660] And I've got to go back and take a little itty bitty steps and prove every little thing. [01:24:17.660 --> 01:24:21.660] So I've got to go. [01:24:21.660 --> 01:24:23.660] Okay, hold on, Mike. [01:24:23.660 --> 01:24:24.660] Okay. [01:24:24.660 --> 01:24:32.660] About the Attorney, the Travis County Attorney not admitting that he was the agent. [01:24:32.660 --> 01:24:42.660] Didn't he falsely state to the court under oath that he didn't know who the agent was? [01:24:42.660 --> 01:24:44.660] Absolutely. [01:24:44.660 --> 01:24:48.660] When in fact he was the agent? [01:24:48.660 --> 01:24:50.660] When in fact he was the agent. [01:24:50.660 --> 01:24:56.660] And the district judge I believe knew that Travis County is the agent for Travis County. [01:24:56.660 --> 01:25:03.660] And said, well, you haven't served Travis County, but the Travis County Attorney is there. [01:25:03.660 --> 01:25:06.660] And therefore I'm not going to have a hearing on this today. [01:25:06.660 --> 01:25:12.660] Now independent of all this, I had subpoenaed the sheriff, Greg Hamilton. [01:25:12.660 --> 01:25:16.660] Now I had subpoenaed him through constable. [01:25:16.660 --> 01:25:19.660] I had subpoenaed him through restricted delivery mail to him only. [01:25:19.660 --> 01:25:28.660] I had hand-delivered to the office and all was timely and he did that show. [01:25:28.660 --> 01:25:36.660] And I put in the subpoenaed these to him that I want all records in his care custody and control [01:25:36.660 --> 01:25:41.660] for my date of birth to the date of his hearing that he should bring these to court. [01:25:41.660 --> 01:25:48.660] And so I had some advice that if he doesn't show, which he probably won't, have contempt of court forms ready. [01:25:48.660 --> 01:25:50.660] I actually had them all ready, ready to go. [01:25:50.660 --> 01:25:53.660] Had the affidavit, had the motion, had the order all set, ready to go. [01:25:53.660 --> 01:25:55.660] The judge refused to take any of it. [01:25:55.660 --> 01:25:59.660] Said, well, I just declare that he's not properly served. [01:25:59.660 --> 01:26:05.660] You know, he didn't know, even though they had more than the statute allows for time [01:26:05.660 --> 01:26:10.660] and he had been served three different ways. [01:26:10.660 --> 01:26:18.660] The judge also ruled that I'm not indigent anymore without a hearing, [01:26:18.660 --> 01:26:28.660] without evidence to say you're not going to get the transcript for free because of all the things that occurred in court. [01:26:28.660 --> 01:26:36.660] The judge made a lot of crazy statements like, well, I can see the document is in here, but I don't see it. [01:26:36.660 --> 01:26:40.660] That should get a motion to disqualify for mental incompetence. [01:26:40.660 --> 01:26:42.660] Yeah. [01:26:42.660 --> 01:26:45.660] Incompetence by mental infirmity. [01:26:45.660 --> 01:26:47.660] That's a disqualification. [01:26:47.660 --> 01:26:54.660] Mental infirmity, definitely judicially disabled, judicial disability. [01:26:54.660 --> 01:27:02.660] So yeah, I'm kind of skipping a lot of steps here, but she presumed that I didn't have witnesses [01:27:02.660 --> 01:27:04.660] and therefore no one would be able to testify. [01:27:04.660 --> 01:27:09.660] However, she didn't know that I was wearing an audio recorder at the time, which I've had a bit transcribed. [01:27:09.660 --> 01:27:14.660] I've got to go through and get a little bit finer point in that transcription. [01:27:14.660 --> 01:27:16.660] And I'm going to enter that into the record. [01:27:16.660 --> 01:27:22.660] And when you get that done, get it to me, mastered, and we'll play it on the air. [01:27:22.660 --> 01:27:23.660] Absolutely. [01:27:23.660 --> 01:27:31.660] Now, when I spoke to you on the phone when you were doing what I call a virtual escort, [01:27:31.660 --> 01:27:35.660] because that had happened in the past at Travis County Sheriff's Office [01:27:35.660 --> 01:27:38.660] when I made my initial request for the information. [01:27:38.660 --> 01:27:45.660] I didn't know the history of the other people's relationships. [01:27:45.660 --> 01:27:48.660] And a woman came out. [01:27:48.660 --> 01:27:50.660] She turned up to be Shelley Eaton. [01:27:50.660 --> 01:27:56.660] She looked at my public information request back when I originally got arrested [01:27:56.660 --> 01:27:59.660] and said I'm not going to process this. [01:27:59.660 --> 01:28:03.660] She went by in bulletproof glass and then I'm surrounded by sheriff deputies. [01:28:03.660 --> 01:28:07.660] It wasn't for a friend calling, Larry Nelson, calling. [01:28:07.660 --> 01:28:11.660] Just at that exact moment, me putting it on speakerphone, I would have been arrested again. [01:28:11.660 --> 01:28:13.660] They asked, is he in speaker? Yes, he is. [01:28:13.660 --> 01:28:16.660] And they all took a step back. [01:28:16.660 --> 01:28:21.660] And so if I don't have the ability to have an escort, I will do a virtual escort. [01:28:21.660 --> 01:28:24.660] So I called Randy and he listened on the cell phone while I went through the process [01:28:24.660 --> 01:28:28.660] and recorded it just in the event that they were going to be aggressive. [01:28:28.660 --> 01:28:32.660] But that day I filed contempt of court motions. [01:28:32.660 --> 01:28:34.660] I had an affidavit that he didn't show. [01:28:34.660 --> 01:28:37.660] I put a motion for contempt of court and I put it on court order. [01:28:37.660 --> 01:28:44.660] And I served them to the district court and to Greg Hamilton. [01:28:44.660 --> 01:28:49.660] So Shelley Eaton actually came out and signed for it. [01:28:49.660 --> 01:28:52.660] Good. It sounds like you got her attention. [01:28:52.660 --> 01:28:59.660] Yeah, she was not very happy to see me. [01:28:59.660 --> 01:29:02.660] So ongoing battles. [01:29:02.660 --> 01:29:07.660] Unfortunately, they're making me fight tooth and nail for this slightest little thing, [01:29:07.660 --> 01:29:10.660] even who is the agent for Travis County. [01:29:10.660 --> 01:29:19.660] So on that suit, I'd be still working on that because I can't get passed basically step two, [01:29:19.660 --> 01:29:26.660] which is get the party served because Travis County is shielding the agents of Travis County [01:29:26.660 --> 01:29:29.660] so they can't be served. [01:29:29.660 --> 01:29:36.660] You need to charge the agent with felony avoidance of service. [01:29:36.660 --> 01:29:40.660] And the judge. [01:29:40.660 --> 01:29:43.660] Especially the judge. [01:29:43.660 --> 01:29:51.660] Hang on, Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, rule of our radio, our call in number 512-646-1984. [01:29:51.660 --> 01:29:55.660] We're talking to Mike in Texas and he has been working them over. [01:29:55.660 --> 01:30:03.660] Hang on, Mike. We'll be right back. [01:30:03.660 --> 01:30:09.660] Marketers are getting really creative and sometimes deceitful with the labels they're putting on food packages. [01:30:09.660 --> 01:30:16.660] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll tell you about a campaign to take the empty claims off of food labels next. [01:30:16.660 --> 01:30:18.660] Privacy is under attack. [01:30:18.660 --> 01:30:22.660] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:30:22.660 --> 01:30:27.660] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:30:27.660 --> 01:30:32.660] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. [01:30:32.660 --> 01:30:35.660] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [01:30:35.660 --> 01:30:42.660] Our public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [01:30:42.660 --> 01:30:45.660] Start over with StartPage. [01:30:45.660 --> 01:30:49.660] Food labels are supposed to tell us what's in the food we eat. [01:30:49.660 --> 01:30:53.660] So what does it mean to say made with natural goodness or doctor recommended? [01:30:53.660 --> 01:30:56.660] Tell me, what is doctor recommended food anyway? [01:30:56.660 --> 01:31:01.660] The Center for Science in the Public Interest is calling for an end to misleading labels. [01:31:01.660 --> 01:31:04.660] They say these claims make food sound healthier than it really is. [01:31:04.660 --> 01:31:07.660] One example, lightly sweetened cereal. [01:31:07.660 --> 01:31:09.660] Just how much sugar is in that exactly? [01:31:09.660 --> 01:31:16.660] Another reads all natural until you check the ingredients to see it's chock full of modified cornstarch and other chemicals. [01:31:16.660 --> 01:31:19.660] Finally, here's my favorite, kid approved. [01:31:19.660 --> 01:31:22.660] Since when did parents need kid's approval to fill the cupboard? [01:31:22.660 --> 01:31:27.660] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:31:31.660 --> 01:31:32.660] I lost my son. [01:31:32.660 --> 01:31:33.660] My nephew. [01:31:33.660 --> 01:31:34.660] My son. [01:31:34.660 --> 01:31:36.660] On September 11, 2001. [01:31:36.660 --> 01:31:39.660] Most people don't know that a third tower fell on September 11. [01:31:39.660 --> 01:31:43.660] World Trade Center 7, a 47-story skyscraper, was not hit by a plane. [01:31:43.660 --> 01:31:47.660] Although the official explanation is that fire brought down Building 7. [01:31:47.660 --> 01:31:51.660] Over 1,200 architects and engineers have looked into the evidence. [01:31:51.660 --> 01:31:53.660] And believe there is more to the story. [01:31:53.660 --> 01:31:54.660] Bring justice to my son. [01:31:54.660 --> 01:31:55.660] My uncle. [01:31:55.660 --> 01:31:56.660] My nephew. [01:31:56.660 --> 01:31:57.660] My son. [01:31:57.660 --> 01:31:58.660] Go to buildingwhat.org. [01:31:58.660 --> 01:32:01.660] Why it fell, why it matters, and what you can do. [01:32:01.660 --> 01:32:04.660] Nutritious food is real body armor. [01:32:04.660 --> 01:32:10.660] It builds muscle, burns fat, improves digestion, and feeds the entire body the nutrients it needs. [01:32:10.660 --> 01:32:14.660] Did you know the U.S. government banned the hemp plant from growing in the United States [01:32:14.660 --> 01:32:18.660] and classified it as a Schedule I drug to hide it behind a marijuana plant? [01:32:18.660 --> 01:32:24.660] People have been confused about this plant for over 80 years, and many still don't know what hemp is. [01:32:24.660 --> 01:32:28.660] So now you know hemp is not marijuana, and marijuana is not hemp. [01:32:28.660 --> 01:32:31.660] They are different varieties of the same species. [01:32:31.660 --> 01:32:34.660] HempUSA.org wants the world to know these basic facts, [01:32:34.660 --> 01:32:40.660] and to help people understand that hemp protein powder is the best kept health secret you need to know about. [01:32:40.660 --> 01:32:49.660] Remember, hemp protein powder contains 53% protein, is gluten-free, anti-inflammatory, non-GMO, and is loaded with nutrients. [01:32:49.660 --> 01:33:02.660] Call 888-910-4367, 888-910-4367, and see what our powder, seeds, and oil can do for you, only at HempUSA.org. [01:33:02.660 --> 01:33:12.660] You are listening to the Logos Radio Network, LogosRadioNetwork.com. [01:33:12.660 --> 01:33:19.660] Yeah, who you want to chip in? Who you take me for? Free Tony? Who you want to chip in? Me no free Tony. You can't chip me. [01:33:19.660 --> 01:33:26.660] Don't let them chip you in the morning, chip you in the evening. Put a chip in on your body. [01:33:26.660 --> 01:33:30.660] And then when you go computer reading, you can't hide me safe from nobody. [01:33:30.660 --> 01:33:36.660] When me say chip in on your mom, chip in on your daddy, chip in on your grandpa and the granny. [01:33:36.660 --> 01:33:41.660] Chip in on me, chip in on your baby, chip in on your family, whole family. [01:33:41.660 --> 01:33:46.660] Chip in on your dad and the kids around me. Chip in on the beef and you still go eat it. [01:33:46.660 --> 01:33:51.660] Chip in on the fish, them all in the sea. Chip in on the shark and the whale around me. [01:33:51.660 --> 01:33:55.660] You must be mankind, you ain't chip crazy. Get the clinic team and they want to read it. [01:33:55.660 --> 01:34:00.660] So for security, they can tell me. Number when they give me, they'll rip it off your seat. [01:34:00.660 --> 01:34:03.660] Chip you in the morning, chip you in the evening. [01:34:03.660 --> 01:34:10.660] Okay, Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Rule of Law Radio, and we're now discussing the gospel according to Mike. [01:34:10.660 --> 01:34:15.660] Okay, we do need to move along. We got a whole bunch more callers. [01:34:15.660 --> 01:34:19.660] I'd like to go over this in more detail tomorrow night if you have time. [01:34:19.660 --> 01:34:22.660] Sure. [01:34:22.660 --> 01:34:28.660] Okay, so now you have kind of give us where you're at right now and what your next steps are. [01:34:28.660 --> 01:34:36.660] My next steps are I have to focus on writing my petition for certiorari to the United States Supreme Court. [01:34:36.660 --> 01:34:43.660] That's for me the most important thing. [01:34:43.660 --> 01:34:49.660] Sorry. [01:34:49.660 --> 01:34:58.660] Because from what I've been told is that the Supreme Court will not tolerate this type of stuff. [01:34:58.660 --> 01:35:04.660] That's what I'm thinking because if they allow this to go, this becomes law. [01:35:04.660 --> 01:35:11.660] Absolutely. I mean, they've obstructed me in just every possible due process right that I have. [01:35:11.660 --> 01:35:18.660] And just even getting evidence has just been incredibly difficult, almost impossible. [01:35:18.660 --> 01:35:25.660] And they realize that the other evidence that I'm trying to get right now is even more damaging [01:35:25.660 --> 01:35:36.660] than what I've already gotten, which would be the video arrest at the airport in Travis County. [01:35:36.660 --> 01:35:40.660] Wait a minute. Have you talked to any of your legislators? [01:35:40.660 --> 01:35:42.660] No, I haven't. [01:35:42.660 --> 01:35:44.660] It's time you did that. [01:35:44.660 --> 01:35:46.660] Yeah, I'm going to start doing that. [01:35:46.660 --> 01:35:50.660] Also, I'm going to do a public information request to myself, [01:35:50.660 --> 01:35:56.660] but I'm going to file it through with one of my legislators because then it's a public information request [01:35:56.660 --> 01:36:02.660] with congressional interest, and that has much more power. [01:36:02.660 --> 01:36:10.660] I'm told that I'll get thousands of pages back that they've already cataloged upon me. [01:36:10.660 --> 01:36:12.660] So that's one of the things I want to do. [01:36:12.660 --> 01:36:14.660] I've been sent from TSA. [01:36:14.660 --> 01:36:20.660] TSA refuses to produce anything for well over a year. I've been sending in FOIA requests. [01:36:20.660 --> 01:36:22.660] They just ignore it. [01:36:22.660 --> 01:36:25.660] And so it's a function of time. [01:36:25.660 --> 01:36:29.660] I'd like to sue them in federal court and bring them in. [01:36:29.660 --> 01:36:35.660] Unfortunately, I'd have to sue them multiple times before finally it would be a contempt of court issue. [01:36:35.660 --> 01:36:42.660] And then some federal judge may say, look, you've been ordered multiple times and you refuse to produce. [01:36:42.660 --> 01:36:45.660] This is now contempt of court. [01:36:45.660 --> 01:36:47.660] You need to start getting this. [01:36:47.660 --> 01:36:49.660] Now everything's political. [01:36:49.660 --> 01:36:51.660] You need to start making this a political football. [01:36:51.660 --> 01:36:54.660] Absolutely. [01:36:54.660 --> 01:37:02.660] Yeah, that's one of the things that has been difficult to get interest. [01:37:02.660 --> 01:37:09.660] But I think when I mentioned things going to the federal Supreme Court, I think things would turn at that point. [01:37:09.660 --> 01:37:13.660] I do think the Supreme Court's not going to tolerate this. [01:37:13.660 --> 01:37:18.660] They're not going to tolerate it if they can't kick it under the rug. [01:37:18.660 --> 01:37:20.660] Yeah, that's true. [01:37:20.660 --> 01:37:24.660] And that's where the public interest comes in. [01:37:24.660 --> 01:37:26.660] That's where politicians come in. [01:37:26.660 --> 01:37:28.660] They don't pay any attention to the public. [01:37:28.660 --> 01:37:30.660] They pay attention to legislators. [01:37:30.660 --> 01:37:32.660] That's true. [01:37:32.660 --> 01:37:34.660] You start hammering legislators. [01:37:34.660 --> 01:37:40.660] You're going to find legislators that will be terrified by this. [01:37:40.660 --> 01:37:46.660] You're going to find legislators that we've had legislators dieseled around the country. [01:37:46.660 --> 01:37:51.660] And they've suffered at the hands of these guys. [01:37:51.660 --> 01:37:54.660] Give them an opportunity. [01:37:54.660 --> 01:37:56.660] They're all bad guys. [01:37:56.660 --> 01:37:58.660] There's no good guys here. [01:37:58.660 --> 01:38:02.660] And they're not going to put in checks and balances to protect you. [01:38:02.660 --> 01:38:06.660] They're going to put in checks and balances to protect themselves from each other. [01:38:06.660 --> 01:38:09.660] Look what they did to Tom DeLay. [01:38:09.660 --> 01:38:10.660] Totally illegal. [01:38:10.660 --> 01:38:11.660] The whole thing was illegal. [01:38:11.660 --> 01:38:12.660] They finally got it thrown out. [01:38:12.660 --> 01:38:15.660] But they ruined him anyway. [01:38:15.660 --> 01:38:20.660] These politicians, they have to be worried about this kind of stuff. [01:38:20.660 --> 01:38:21.660] All right. [01:38:21.660 --> 01:38:22.660] Great job, Mike. [01:38:22.660 --> 01:38:25.660] You're doing good work there. [01:38:25.660 --> 01:38:26.660] Thank you. [01:38:26.660 --> 01:38:27.660] Appreciate that very much. [01:38:27.660 --> 01:38:28.660] And we do need to move along. [01:38:28.660 --> 01:38:29.660] We're running out of time. [01:38:29.660 --> 01:38:30.660] We've got a bunch more callers. [01:38:30.660 --> 01:38:32.660] But call in tomorrow night. [01:38:32.660 --> 01:38:33.660] I'd like to spend more time on this. [01:38:33.660 --> 01:38:34.660] Okay. [01:38:34.660 --> 01:38:35.660] Absolutely. [01:38:35.660 --> 01:38:37.660] And try to call in early enough so you can have plenty of time, Mike. [01:38:37.660 --> 01:38:38.660] Okay. [01:38:38.660 --> 01:38:39.660] Yeah. [01:38:39.660 --> 01:38:40.660] I get up work at 8 o'clock. [01:38:40.660 --> 01:38:41.660] Okay. [01:38:41.660 --> 01:38:42.660] That's perfect. [01:38:42.660 --> 01:38:43.660] Okay. [01:38:43.660 --> 01:38:44.660] Okay. [01:38:44.660 --> 01:38:45.660] Have a good night, Mike. [01:38:45.660 --> 01:38:46.660] Okay. [01:38:46.660 --> 01:38:47.660] Thank you. [01:38:47.660 --> 01:38:48.660] Okay. [01:38:48.660 --> 01:38:49.660] We're going to go next to Amexon in Arkansas. [01:38:49.660 --> 01:38:50.660] I believe first-time caller. [01:38:50.660 --> 01:38:51.660] I hope I'm pronouncing. [01:38:51.660 --> 01:38:53.660] I don't know if it's a lady or a man. [01:38:53.660 --> 01:38:54.660] Amexon. [01:38:54.660 --> 01:38:56.660] Am I pronouncing your name correctly? [01:38:56.660 --> 01:38:57.660] Yes. [01:38:57.660 --> 01:39:00.660] And it's actually Amexon. [01:39:00.660 --> 01:39:01.660] Amexon. [01:39:01.660 --> 01:39:02.660] Okay. [01:39:02.660 --> 01:39:03.660] All right. [01:39:03.660 --> 01:39:04.660] Great. [01:39:04.660 --> 01:39:05.660] Call. [01:39:05.660 --> 01:39:06.660] Yeah. [01:39:06.660 --> 01:39:07.660] A-M-E-X-E-M. [01:39:07.660 --> 01:39:08.660] Okay. [01:39:08.660 --> 01:39:09.660] Wonderful. [01:39:09.660 --> 01:39:10.660] Okay. [01:39:10.660 --> 01:39:11.660] What is your question for us tonight? [01:39:11.660 --> 01:39:12.660] Okay. [01:39:12.660 --> 01:39:15.660] My question for us tonight is I have a cousin and we're located in Pulaski County. [01:39:15.660 --> 01:39:19.660] We're having some issues with a county that's neighboring us. [01:39:19.660 --> 01:39:28.660] And our deal is we're petitioning or we're asking the judge to state what jurisdiction [01:39:28.660 --> 01:39:31.660] that he's going to be using before we make a plea. [01:39:31.660 --> 01:39:38.660] And so we're asking him to place this on the record, but they will not state if this is [01:39:38.660 --> 01:39:41.660] statutory, admiralty, merit. [01:39:41.660 --> 01:39:42.660] Okay. [01:39:42.660 --> 01:39:43.660] What do you accuse? [01:39:43.660 --> 01:39:44.660] What's the accusation? [01:39:44.660 --> 01:39:52.660] He's accused or he's being charged with criminal laundering. [01:39:52.660 --> 01:39:53.660] Okay. [01:39:53.660 --> 01:39:54.660] That's enough. [01:39:54.660 --> 01:39:55.660] Criminal is enough. [01:39:55.660 --> 01:40:03.660] Are the actions that he's being charged with actions that took place in a specific county [01:40:03.660 --> 01:40:10.660] or in more than one county, in two counties that were separated by counties, because if [01:40:10.660 --> 01:40:21.660] that's the case, any county that this occurred in or any county through which in the commission [01:40:21.660 --> 01:40:31.660] of these alleged act, they would have traveled, all of those would have venue or jurisdiction. [01:40:31.660 --> 01:40:32.660] Okay. [01:40:32.660 --> 01:40:34.660] So who is making the accusation? [01:40:34.660 --> 01:40:35.660] What jurisdiction? [01:40:35.660 --> 01:40:42.660] The district attorney and it happened in the county that he's going to court in. [01:40:42.660 --> 01:40:43.660] Okay. [01:40:43.660 --> 01:40:44.660] This is not a county issue. [01:40:44.660 --> 01:40:46.660] This is a district issue. [01:40:46.660 --> 01:40:47.660] Okay. [01:40:47.660 --> 01:40:53.660] The venue will lay with the district, not with the county. [01:40:53.660 --> 01:40:57.660] Does the district encompass more than one county? [01:40:57.660 --> 01:40:59.660] No, sir, it doesn't. [01:40:59.660 --> 01:41:02.660] Then it'll have to be in the county where the district is. [01:41:02.660 --> 01:41:03.660] Okay. [01:41:03.660 --> 01:41:10.660] But if the allegation includes an allegation that at least a part of what he's accused [01:41:10.660 --> 01:41:14.660] of occurred in this county, they will have jurisdiction. [01:41:14.660 --> 01:41:15.660] Okay. [01:41:15.660 --> 01:41:21.660] Now with that being said, now to defeat that jurisdiction, whether it be admiralty or statutory, [01:41:21.660 --> 01:41:24.660] because there's no such thing as a statutory jurisdiction, unless that's... [01:41:24.660 --> 01:41:25.660] Okay. [01:41:25.660 --> 01:41:26.660] Don't go there. [01:41:26.660 --> 01:41:27.660] Don't go there. [01:41:27.660 --> 01:41:30.660] It is statutory. [01:41:30.660 --> 01:41:35.660] Admiralty law has been combined into the federal civil. [01:41:35.660 --> 01:41:36.660] Okay. [01:41:36.660 --> 01:41:40.660] So you'll have to deal with the statutes. [01:41:40.660 --> 01:41:44.660] It won't help you to go in there and say, the statutes don't apply. [01:41:44.660 --> 01:41:46.660] We've got guys doing that. [01:41:46.660 --> 01:41:49.660] But these guys are going to act like they apply. [01:41:49.660 --> 01:41:51.660] And they're going to beat you up with them. [01:41:51.660 --> 01:41:57.660] Well, yeah, whether they apply or not depends on whether or not you agreed to them ahead [01:41:57.660 --> 01:42:02.660] of time, and most people have agreed to it, and they just don't realize how they've agreed [01:42:02.660 --> 01:42:04.660] to it or where they've agreed to it. [01:42:04.660 --> 01:42:07.660] They don't even realize it's by agreement anyway. [01:42:07.660 --> 01:42:10.660] But if they do, they go in there and they say they never agreed to it, but they get [01:42:10.660 --> 01:42:13.660] beat up by it anyway because they actually did agree to it. [01:42:13.660 --> 01:42:17.660] So if you're going to go in there and say, I never agreed to the statute, you better [01:42:17.660 --> 01:42:22.660] have a real track record to show that you really didn't. [01:42:22.660 --> 01:42:25.660] Otherwise, you have to deal with the statute. [01:42:25.660 --> 01:42:26.660] Okay. [01:42:26.660 --> 01:42:29.660] So it's criminal, so it's almost certainly going to be common law. [01:42:29.660 --> 01:42:30.660] Yes, absolutely. [01:42:30.660 --> 01:42:34.660] A common law criminal applies whether or not you agree to it. [01:42:34.660 --> 01:42:36.660] That's the only other exception. [01:42:36.660 --> 01:42:37.660] Okay. [01:42:37.660 --> 01:42:39.660] With that being said, now it's common law. [01:42:39.660 --> 01:42:42.660] Now, he has the right to face his accuser. [01:42:42.660 --> 01:42:43.660] Hold on, hold on, hold on. [01:42:43.660 --> 01:42:48.660] When I say common law, I'm not meaning the common law. [01:42:48.660 --> 01:42:55.660] This is a common law crime, and those are crimes defined by the Texas Penal Code. [01:42:55.660 --> 01:42:58.660] The Texas Penal Code is not statutory. [01:42:58.660 --> 01:42:59.660] Okay. [01:42:59.660 --> 01:43:01.660] Those are considered common law crimes. [01:43:01.660 --> 01:43:05.660] Well, the way we're using these terms, we have to be careful. [01:43:05.660 --> 01:43:10.660] This does not apply to the common law that's referenced in the Code of Criminal Procedure [01:43:10.660 --> 01:43:18.660] where it says that if the Penal Code or Code of Criminal Procedure does not address an [01:43:18.660 --> 01:43:23.660] issue, the common law applies, and that would go to the case law. [01:43:23.660 --> 01:43:25.660] Let me ask this question. [01:43:25.660 --> 01:43:27.660] This kind of goes off the subject a little bit. [01:43:27.660 --> 01:43:35.660] These people call to get this so-called association to join this bar, and they're using all these [01:43:35.660 --> 01:43:37.660] this rhetoric to just either... [01:43:37.660 --> 01:43:38.660] Okay. [01:43:38.660 --> 01:43:39.660] Hang on. [01:43:39.660 --> 01:43:40.660] We're about to go to break. [01:43:40.660 --> 01:43:42.660] We'll pick this up on the other side. [01:43:42.660 --> 01:43:45.660] This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Rule of Law Radio. Oh, man, I'm broken. [01:46:22.660 --> 01:46:31.660] Some things in this world I will never understand. Some things I realize foolish. [01:46:31.660 --> 01:46:39.660] Somebody's gonna police that policeman. Somebody's gonna police the bully. [01:46:39.660 --> 01:46:44.660] There's always a room at the top of the hedge. [01:46:44.660 --> 01:46:48.660] I hear through the grapevine and it's lonely left too. [01:46:48.660 --> 01:46:52.660] They're wishing it was more than opposition to fail. [01:46:52.660 --> 01:46:57.660] They know that if they don't do it, somebody will. [01:46:57.660 --> 01:47:01.660] Okay. We are back. Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Rule of Law Radio, [01:47:01.660 --> 01:47:05.660] and we're talking to a Nixon in Texas and Arkansas. [01:47:05.660 --> 01:47:10.660] That would be Hilberle a Nixon. [01:47:10.660 --> 01:47:17.660] Okay. We need to move quickly. Your original question was jurisdiction. [01:47:17.660 --> 01:47:19.660] Have we got that answered? [01:47:19.660 --> 01:47:22.660] The guy that was talking about the religious thing, he was just rambling on, [01:47:22.660 --> 01:47:23.660] rambling on, and rambling on. [01:47:23.660 --> 01:47:27.660] I've got some very serious questions that I'm not rambling on about [01:47:27.660 --> 01:47:29.660] that you could answer real fast and I could get off. [01:47:29.660 --> 01:47:31.660] All right. Great. Go ahead, Amexum. [01:47:31.660 --> 01:47:36.660] Hold on. We've got two more callers. Brian is back on. [01:47:36.660 --> 01:47:39.660] Wait, wait, wait. He has a couple of quick questions. [01:47:39.660 --> 01:47:41.660] Go ahead, finish quickly, Amexum. Go ahead. [01:47:41.660 --> 01:47:47.660] Okay. Okay. Now, my next question is, [01:47:47.660 --> 01:47:53.660] these people that join this association called the Bar Association. [01:47:53.660 --> 01:47:58.660] Okay. This is our first issue as so-called citizens of this country [01:47:58.660 --> 01:48:02.660] because these people hold the monopoly on everything. [01:48:02.660 --> 01:48:07.660] So what I'm saying is how do we get past a group of people that hold a card [01:48:07.660 --> 01:48:13.660] in their hand that says you can't operate or exercise lawful rights? [01:48:13.660 --> 01:48:16.660] Hold on, hold on. You don't understand. [01:48:16.660 --> 01:48:21.660] I was in court the other day and this lawyer said to me, [01:48:21.660 --> 01:48:24.660] Mr. Kelton, are you an attorney? [01:48:24.660 --> 01:48:26.660] And we're standing right at the bench. [01:48:26.660 --> 01:48:29.660] And I turned to her and I said, [01:48:29.660 --> 01:48:34.660] no, there's a lot of judges that wishes I was an attorney, [01:48:34.660 --> 01:48:39.660] but I am not here dangling by my bar card. [01:48:39.660 --> 01:48:45.660] Lawyers go into court dangling precariously from their bar card. [01:48:45.660 --> 01:48:47.660] They don't control everything. [01:48:47.660 --> 01:48:51.660] These guys go in there dancing on the head of a pin. [01:48:51.660 --> 01:48:56.660] And they hope to goodness you don't find out what their weakness is. [01:48:56.660 --> 01:48:58.660] In the president's office and he ain't doing nothing, [01:48:58.660 --> 01:49:02.660] then we got all these corrupt people in Congress that own bar cards. [01:49:02.660 --> 01:49:03.660] They look what they're doing. [01:49:03.660 --> 01:49:04.660] Okay, hang on, hang on. [01:49:04.660 --> 01:49:10.660] I was reading some Sumerian texts and I read this interpretation of a plaque [01:49:10.660 --> 01:49:15.660] commissioned 30, wait a minute, 3500 BC. [01:49:15.660 --> 01:49:20.660] We're not in Sumeria. This is not 3000 years. [01:49:20.660 --> 01:49:24.660] Stop talking over me. [01:49:24.660 --> 01:49:28.660] 3500 years ago, [01:49:28.660 --> 01:49:34.660] a king was complaining that those in positions of power and authority had so [01:49:34.660 --> 01:49:41.660] perverted the laws that the citizen could no longer achieve justice. [01:49:41.660 --> 01:49:43.660] You're complaining about lawyers. [01:49:43.660 --> 01:49:44.660] My God. [01:49:44.660 --> 01:49:48.660] It has been totally corrupt forever. [01:49:48.660 --> 01:49:51.660] It's been doing this for 5500 years. [01:49:51.660 --> 01:49:53.660] You're blaming the lawyers now. [01:49:53.660 --> 01:49:55.660] This is human nature. [01:49:55.660 --> 01:49:56.660] Here's how you get. [01:49:56.660 --> 01:49:57.660] Here's how you get. [01:49:57.660 --> 01:49:59.660] Here's how you deal with that situation. [01:49:59.660 --> 01:50:04.660] Number one, you bar grieve them into oblivion until they can't get malpractice [01:50:04.660 --> 01:50:05.660] insurance anymore. [01:50:05.660 --> 01:50:09.660] Then you in their careers and number two, and number two, you can, [01:50:09.660 --> 01:50:11.660] you can sue them. [01:50:11.660 --> 01:50:13.660] You can sue them for malpractice. [01:50:13.660 --> 01:50:14.660] And number three, [01:50:14.660 --> 01:50:18.660] you just learn how to be a successful pro se litigant and you just go in there [01:50:18.660 --> 01:50:19.660] and handle your own case. [01:50:19.660 --> 01:50:20.660] Okay. [01:50:20.660 --> 01:50:22.660] And I've kind of stepped over you. [01:50:22.660 --> 01:50:23.660] Go ahead. [01:50:23.660 --> 01:50:29.660] And say where you were going. I'm sorry. [01:50:29.660 --> 01:50:30.660] You know, [01:50:30.660 --> 01:50:31.660] you know, [01:50:31.660 --> 01:50:35.660] you can talk about Samaria and you guys can talk about the theology and all [01:50:35.660 --> 01:50:36.660] this pagan and all this mess. [01:50:36.660 --> 01:50:38.660] When it's at the end of the day, [01:50:38.660 --> 01:50:39.660] Hey, [01:50:39.660 --> 01:50:40.660] no God's going to fall out. [01:50:40.660 --> 01:50:42.660] No sky and help you in no court room. [01:50:42.660 --> 01:50:43.660] Exactly. [01:50:43.660 --> 01:50:44.660] You're going to have to, [01:50:44.660 --> 01:50:46.660] you're going to have to do this stuff on your own. [01:50:46.660 --> 01:50:47.660] And it ain't. [01:50:47.660 --> 01:50:48.660] Wait a minute. [01:50:48.660 --> 01:50:49.660] Wait a minute. [01:50:49.660 --> 01:50:51.660] Have you been listening to our show? [01:50:51.660 --> 01:50:53.660] Well, first of all, [01:50:53.660 --> 01:50:54.660] I'm a newbie. [01:50:54.660 --> 01:50:55.660] I'm not a 14th. [01:50:55.660 --> 01:50:56.660] Oh, [01:50:56.660 --> 01:50:57.660] okay. [01:50:57.660 --> 01:50:59.660] Then you're being unfair to us. [01:50:59.660 --> 01:51:00.660] Well, [01:51:00.660 --> 01:51:01.660] no, [01:51:01.660 --> 01:51:02.660] I'm not being unfair to anybody. [01:51:02.660 --> 01:51:03.660] Yes, [01:51:03.660 --> 01:51:04.660] you are. [01:51:04.660 --> 01:51:08.660] You're presupposing that we don't go in and kick their behinds. [01:51:08.660 --> 01:51:10.660] That's what we do. [01:51:10.660 --> 01:51:13.660] We don't stand around here whining and crying about, [01:51:13.660 --> 01:51:14.660] Oh, [01:51:14.660 --> 01:51:15.660] they're so corrupt. [01:51:15.660 --> 01:51:16.660] They're picking on us. [01:51:16.660 --> 01:51:17.660] Heck with that nonsense. [01:51:17.660 --> 01:51:18.660] That's not going to get you anywhere. [01:51:18.660 --> 01:51:20.660] Go in there and kick their butts. [01:51:20.660 --> 01:51:24.660] When was the last time you asked a bailiff to drag a judge off the bench? [01:51:24.660 --> 01:51:26.660] What you talking about? [01:51:26.660 --> 01:51:28.660] That mess up here in Arkansas. [01:51:28.660 --> 01:51:29.660] That does not work. [01:51:29.660 --> 01:51:30.660] Yeah, [01:51:30.660 --> 01:51:31.660] it will. [01:51:31.660 --> 01:51:34.660] It won't work if you don't know what the heck you're doing. [01:51:34.660 --> 01:51:36.660] That's what they say about here in Texas. [01:51:36.660 --> 01:51:39.660] Not working. [01:51:39.660 --> 01:51:40.660] So, [01:51:40.660 --> 01:51:41.660] so what are you doing? [01:51:41.660 --> 01:51:42.660] You're just complaining? [01:51:42.660 --> 01:51:43.660] No, [01:51:43.660 --> 01:51:44.660] you're just saying, [01:51:44.660 --> 01:51:45.660] Oh, [01:51:45.660 --> 01:51:48.660] what do you expect from me because these guys are corrupt? [01:51:48.660 --> 01:51:50.660] Well, of course they're corrupt. [01:51:50.660 --> 01:51:54.660] I do seminars all over the country and everybody says, [01:51:54.660 --> 01:51:55.660] Oh, [01:51:55.660 --> 01:51:58.660] my county is the most corrupt county in the state. [01:51:58.660 --> 01:52:00.660] I don't see any difference. [01:52:00.660 --> 01:52:01.660] They're all the same. [01:52:01.660 --> 01:52:02.660] These cards, sir. [01:52:02.660 --> 01:52:03.660] Okay. [01:52:03.660 --> 01:52:04.660] Wait a minute. [01:52:04.660 --> 01:52:05.660] Hold on. [01:52:05.660 --> 01:52:06.660] We've got a few minutes left. [01:52:06.660 --> 01:52:07.660] We try to, [01:52:07.660 --> 01:52:08.660] we try to allow for 10, [01:52:08.660 --> 01:52:10.660] at least 10 minutes for each caller. [01:52:10.660 --> 01:52:11.660] And, [01:52:11.660 --> 01:52:12.660] and, [01:52:12.660 --> 01:52:13.660] and so we've, [01:52:13.660 --> 01:52:14.660] we've had about 10 minutes, [01:52:14.660 --> 01:52:15.660] 12 minutes with you. [01:52:15.660 --> 01:52:18.660] Let me explain to y'all what Amexum is. [01:52:18.660 --> 01:52:21.660] I was named and my name comes from the original name of North America. [01:52:21.660 --> 01:52:22.660] Oh, [01:52:22.660 --> 01:52:23.660] that's wonderful. [01:52:23.660 --> 01:52:24.660] That's where Amexum comes from. [01:52:24.660 --> 01:52:25.660] That's wonderful. [01:52:25.660 --> 01:52:26.660] Amexum, [01:52:26.660 --> 01:52:28.660] can you please call back in tomorrow night? [01:52:28.660 --> 01:52:32.660] We do a four hour show on Fridays from eight to midnight central time. [01:52:32.660 --> 01:52:33.660] And we, [01:52:33.660 --> 01:52:35.660] we can have a lot more time with the callers on Friday nights. [01:52:35.660 --> 01:52:36.660] Can you call back in? [01:52:36.660 --> 01:52:39.660] I will show you how to go after these hillbillies. [01:52:39.660 --> 01:52:40.660] Yes. [01:52:40.660 --> 01:52:41.660] Yes. [01:52:41.660 --> 01:52:42.660] Randy, [01:52:42.660 --> 01:52:43.660] believe me, [01:52:43.660 --> 01:52:45.660] these hillbillies, I've watched them do it for years. [01:52:45.660 --> 01:52:46.660] So please call in and we'll, [01:52:46.660 --> 01:52:47.660] we'll get all these questions answered. [01:52:47.660 --> 01:52:49.660] Islam would give a hillbilly the floor. [01:52:49.660 --> 01:52:50.660] That's the old Islam. [01:52:50.660 --> 01:52:51.660] Okay. [01:52:51.660 --> 01:52:52.660] Okay. [01:52:52.660 --> 01:52:53.660] Amexum, [01:52:53.660 --> 01:52:54.660] call back in tomorrow night, please. [01:52:54.660 --> 01:52:55.660] Okay. [01:52:55.660 --> 01:52:56.660] All right. [01:52:56.660 --> 01:52:57.660] Thank you. [01:52:57.660 --> 01:52:58.660] All right. [01:52:58.660 --> 01:52:59.660] Let's go to Jeff from Mississippi. [01:52:59.660 --> 01:53:00.660] We've got a few minutes left. [01:53:00.660 --> 01:53:01.660] So Jeff, [01:53:01.660 --> 01:53:02.660] Oh, [01:53:02.660 --> 01:53:03.660] no, [01:53:03.660 --> 01:53:04.660] it is another hillbilly. [01:53:04.660 --> 01:53:05.660] It is. [01:53:05.660 --> 01:53:06.660] Can you guys hear me? [01:53:06.660 --> 01:53:07.660] Yes, [01:53:07.660 --> 01:53:08.660] we can. [01:53:08.660 --> 01:53:09.660] What is your question? [01:53:09.660 --> 01:53:10.660] Comment tonight, [01:53:10.660 --> 01:53:11.660] Jeff. [01:53:11.660 --> 01:53:12.660] Okay. [01:53:12.660 --> 01:53:13.660] I'll keep everybody up to speed. [01:53:13.660 --> 01:53:18.660] I got arrested at Mississippi State University for having a rifle in my apartment. [01:53:18.660 --> 01:53:21.660] And I went to Parchman prison for a year. [01:53:21.660 --> 01:53:23.660] And this is what I've got going on right now. [01:53:23.660 --> 01:53:25.660] I'm going to read off four points and then, [01:53:25.660 --> 01:53:27.660] and then we'll come back to them. [01:53:27.660 --> 01:53:28.660] My appeal, [01:53:28.660 --> 01:53:32.660] I'm on appeal and I have a public defender appeals attorney. [01:53:32.660 --> 01:53:33.660] My appeal is 20 months, [01:53:33.660 --> 01:53:36.660] 21 months old. [01:53:36.660 --> 01:53:41.660] My appeals attorney is refusing to file paperwork [01:53:41.660 --> 01:53:43.660] because when I got out of prison, [01:53:43.660 --> 01:53:45.660] I found out that my apartment, [01:53:45.660 --> 01:53:47.660] the apartment that I was in, [01:53:47.660 --> 01:53:49.660] that was across the street from the campus, [01:53:49.660 --> 01:53:52.660] the land title says it's private property. [01:53:52.660 --> 01:53:55.660] And I also have a letter from the court clerk saying that there, [01:53:55.660 --> 01:53:58.660] that there are no grand jury minutes. [01:53:58.660 --> 01:54:03.660] And then my last point was I've been bar grieving these people [01:54:03.660 --> 01:54:04.660] and I would like to, [01:54:04.660 --> 01:54:08.660] like to write a letter to Lloyd's of London to try to cancel their malpractice. [01:54:08.660 --> 01:54:11.660] What do you think? [01:54:11.660 --> 01:54:12.660] So back to the appeal. [01:54:12.660 --> 01:54:15.660] I think, I think it's a great idea. [01:54:15.660 --> 01:54:19.660] Have you filed judicial conduct complaints on the judge? [01:54:19.660 --> 01:54:20.660] No. [01:54:20.660 --> 01:54:24.660] Have you looked in Mississippi law? [01:54:24.660 --> 01:54:29.660] We have in Texas a chapter 51 of the code of criminal procedure. [01:54:29.660 --> 01:54:34.660] It's a, a court of inquiry. [01:54:34.660 --> 01:54:39.660] You might try walking this procedure through the, if the judge, [01:54:39.660 --> 01:54:44.660] if you can even imply that the judge had reason to believe [01:54:44.660 --> 01:54:47.660] anything here was improper and he didn't act on it, [01:54:47.660 --> 01:54:49.660] then you go after the judge. [01:54:49.660 --> 01:54:52.660] When you start going after judges. [01:54:52.660 --> 01:54:53.660] And when I say go after, [01:54:53.660 --> 01:54:59.660] I mean go after with the legal checks and balances [01:54:59.660 --> 01:55:04.660] because if an accident is still looking, they really, [01:55:04.660 --> 01:55:10.660] really hate it when you take their law and beat them over the head with it. [01:55:10.660 --> 01:55:15.660] And start going after the judges. [01:55:15.660 --> 01:55:17.660] Now the trials are about two years old. [01:55:17.660 --> 01:55:21.660] So are they going to come back and say, oh, you've passed the statute of limitations? [01:55:21.660 --> 01:55:25.660] No, this is, as far as I know, judicial, [01:55:25.660 --> 01:55:29.660] it doesn't matter when the trial was, harm is still on you. [01:55:29.660 --> 01:55:30.660] Okay. [01:55:30.660 --> 01:55:33.660] You're still being harmed by this. [01:55:33.660 --> 01:55:36.660] So that clock's not running. [01:55:36.660 --> 01:55:37.660] And it doesn't matter. [01:55:37.660 --> 01:55:40.660] The law doesn't matter. [01:55:40.660 --> 01:55:44.660] The only thing that matters is politics and perception. [01:55:44.660 --> 01:55:46.660] Now the appeal is 21 months old. [01:55:46.660 --> 01:55:51.660] Is there a good way that I could really kick them in the butt to get this thing moving? [01:55:51.660 --> 01:55:55.660] Because I think they're just going to throw the trash and never get back with me. [01:55:55.660 --> 01:56:02.660] You can petition the Supreme for mandamus ordering them to hear your case. [01:56:02.660 --> 01:56:06.660] Has there been any hearing scheduled on your case? [01:56:06.660 --> 01:56:07.660] There's nothing. [01:56:07.660 --> 01:56:08.660] I mean, it's okay. [01:56:08.660 --> 01:56:16.660] Petition the Supreme for mandamus ordering the court of appeals to show cause. [01:56:16.660 --> 01:56:17.660] Wait, hold on. I have a question. [01:56:17.660 --> 01:56:21.660] Is this a state case that's on appeal or federal? [01:56:21.660 --> 01:56:22.660] The state. [01:56:22.660 --> 01:56:23.660] Okay, all right. [01:56:23.660 --> 01:56:25.660] Well, I can tell you my experience in federal court with the, [01:56:25.660 --> 01:56:30.660] sometimes these appeal courts move real slow because the case load is so extreme. [01:56:30.660 --> 01:56:33.660] And from my own personal experience, at least in federal court, [01:56:33.660 --> 01:56:37.660] once it gets into the appellate court from the date that you file your notice of appeal, [01:56:37.660 --> 01:56:42.660] it can take a year and a half up to two years for them to actually review the case and make a ruling on it. [01:56:42.660 --> 01:56:43.660] That is not unheard of. [01:56:43.660 --> 01:56:44.660] That's actually normal. [01:56:44.660 --> 01:56:47.660] And so I don't know how it works at the state level in Mississippi, [01:56:47.660 --> 01:56:53.660] but don't assume that they're doing something wrong just because six months has gone by and they haven't done anything on your appeal. [01:56:53.660 --> 01:56:54.660] No, two years. [01:56:54.660 --> 01:56:55.660] Oh, two years. [01:56:55.660 --> 01:56:56.660] Oh, okay. [01:56:56.660 --> 01:56:57.660] I thought he said six months. [01:56:57.660 --> 01:56:58.660] All right. [01:56:58.660 --> 01:57:01.660] Well, yeah, two years is starting to push the envelope. [01:57:01.660 --> 01:57:02.660] And Deborah's right. [01:57:02.660 --> 01:57:15.660] It might be better to make inquiry to the Court of Appeals and make inquiry and ask for the reason for the delay. [01:57:15.660 --> 01:57:17.660] Okay. [01:57:17.660 --> 01:57:22.660] Just kind of let them know you're paying attention, you're knocking on the door. [01:57:22.660 --> 01:57:33.660] And if they don't respond, then your only other options go to the Supreme and ask them to ask the Court of Appeals, what's the problem? [01:57:33.660 --> 01:57:34.660] Why the delay? [01:57:34.660 --> 01:57:37.660] Because this harms you every day that it exists. [01:57:37.660 --> 01:57:38.660] Got it. [01:57:38.660 --> 01:57:41.660] And this denies you speedy trial. [01:57:41.660 --> 01:57:42.660] Okay. [01:57:42.660 --> 01:57:46.660] My public defender wrote my brief while I was in prison. [01:57:46.660 --> 01:57:52.660] When I got out of prison, I got the land title and the grand jury found out there wasn't a grand jury hearing. [01:57:52.660 --> 01:57:53.660] Oh, good. [01:57:53.660 --> 01:57:54.660] Okay. [01:57:54.660 --> 01:57:55.660] Hang on. [01:57:55.660 --> 01:57:56.660] We are out of time tonight. [01:57:56.660 --> 01:57:58.660] And T, I'm sorry we didn't get to you. [01:57:58.660 --> 01:58:01.660] If you're calling tomorrow night, we do our four-hour show. [01:58:01.660 --> 01:58:04.660] Brian, if you'd call back, I'd like to talk about this more. [01:58:04.660 --> 01:58:07.660] Yeah, this is a different Brian that was calling in from earlier, Randy. [01:58:07.660 --> 01:58:08.660] Oh, okay. [01:58:08.660 --> 01:58:09.660] Yeah. [01:58:09.660 --> 01:58:10.660] So Brian, T. [01:58:10.660 --> 01:58:11.660] I said Brian. [01:58:11.660 --> 01:58:12.660] Jeff, Jeff. [01:58:12.660 --> 01:58:13.660] Call in tomorrow night. [01:58:13.660 --> 01:58:14.660] I'd like to talk about this more. [01:58:14.660 --> 01:58:17.660] Yeah, T and Brian, I'm sorry we didn't get to you. [01:58:17.660 --> 01:58:19.660] We had a full show tonight with a guest.
