[01:24.000 --> 01:28.000] According to the newspaper reports, the Boston Police Department in July [01:28.000 --> 01:35.000] accidentally turned over an unredacted list of more than 68,000 unredacted license plate numbers. [02:01.000 --> 02:05.000] Around the same time, Russian authorities temporarily suspended the import and sell [02:05.000 --> 02:14.000] of Monsanto's genetically modified corn after a French study suggested it may be linked to cancer. [03:16.000 --> 03:23.000] Really, man, come on, six o'clock news says somebody been shot, [03:23.000 --> 03:26.000] somebody's been abused, somebody blew up a building, [03:26.000 --> 03:30.000] somebody stole their car, somebody got away, [03:30.000 --> 03:39.000] somebody didn't get too far, yeah, they didn't get too far. [03:39.000 --> 03:43.000] Grandpappy told my pappy back in my day, son, [03:43.000 --> 03:47.000] when a man had to answer for the ways that he'd done, [03:47.000 --> 03:51.000] he'd take all the rope in Texas by the tall old tree, [03:51.000 --> 03:57.000] round up all of them bad boys in the highest tree, [03:57.000 --> 04:01.000] for all the people to see. [04:01.000 --> 04:05.000] And just as there's one thing you should always find, [04:05.000 --> 04:09.000] you've got to saddle up your boys, you've got to draw a hard line. [04:09.000 --> 04:13.000] When the gun smoke settles, we'll sing a victory tune, [04:13.000 --> 04:17.000] and we'll all meet back at the hotel soon. [04:17.000 --> 04:22.000] We'll raise up our glasses against evil forces singing, [04:22.000 --> 04:33.000] whiskey for my men, beer for my horses. [04:33.000 --> 04:35.000] All right, folks, good evening. [04:35.000 --> 04:37.000] This is Rule of Law Radio, [04:37.000 --> 04:41.000] and it is the Monday night show with your host, Eddie Craig. [04:41.000 --> 04:45.000] All right, we are just a couple of days away from Christmas, [04:45.000 --> 04:50.000] and I hope everyone's geared up for what is coming with it [04:50.000 --> 04:56.000] as far as the things that always seem to come with it these days, [04:56.000 --> 04:59.000] stupidity on the hoof, so to speak. [04:59.000 --> 05:03.000] But there's a question I would like to ask, [05:03.000 --> 05:05.000] and I'd like to see if there's anyone out there listening [05:05.000 --> 05:10.000] who can give me a fundamentally basic answer for this, [05:10.000 --> 05:17.000] and that is, what is national security? [05:17.000 --> 05:20.000] Now, I've been doing some research on several things today, [05:20.000 --> 05:25.000] and when you think about so many of the atrocities [05:25.000 --> 05:29.000] that are being done here in America these days, [05:29.000 --> 05:36.000] you'll always hear it attached to the reason, national security. [05:36.000 --> 05:39.000] When the federal government or anyone else cannot investigate [05:39.000 --> 05:43.000] a crime by its own people, it's for reasons of national security. [05:43.000 --> 05:47.000] When they can't tell the public why they just did something they did, [05:47.000 --> 05:50.000] it's for reasons of national security. [05:50.000 --> 05:56.000] When we ask questions about why things that should have been investigated [05:56.000 --> 05:59.000] and certain questions asked that never were, [05:59.000 --> 06:05.000] we are told it's for national security. [06:05.000 --> 06:07.000] So what is it? [06:07.000 --> 06:14.000] What is national security that would allow for all this secrecy [06:14.000 --> 06:18.000] from those who really do have a right to know, [06:18.000 --> 06:23.000] especially when it involves acts perpetrated against them, [06:23.000 --> 06:27.000] we the American people? [06:27.000 --> 06:33.000] Now, you and I are not in charge of national security. [06:33.000 --> 06:40.000] Our so-called city government's not in charge of national security. [06:40.000 --> 06:42.000] What about our governors? [06:42.000 --> 06:45.000] Are they in charge of national security, [06:45.000 --> 06:52.000] or do they answer to those that presume to be in charge of national security? [06:52.000 --> 06:59.000] I'm going to read you a quote by someone who is very well known by name, [06:59.000 --> 07:01.000] if for no other reason. [07:01.000 --> 07:06.000] And there will be certain people who will know the man once I give out his name, [07:06.000 --> 07:12.000] but I'd like to see who can guess first where this quote comes from. [07:12.000 --> 07:16.000] I created a weapon to defend the borders of my motherland. [07:16.000 --> 07:21.000] It's not my fault that it's being used where it shouldn't be. [07:21.000 --> 07:26.000] The politicians are more to blame for this. [07:26.000 --> 07:34.000] Now, folks, is national security the business of exporting democracy [07:34.000 --> 07:39.000] to countries that don't want it or need it in the form that we're supplying it? [07:39.000 --> 07:43.000] Let's say, oh, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, [07:43.000 --> 07:47.000] and a multitude of other places over the past few decades [07:47.000 --> 07:51.000] that were doing just fine until the U.S. decided they weren't following [07:51.000 --> 07:57.000] the national banking interest path, and we had to do something about it. [07:57.000 --> 08:04.000] Why? Because the national banking interest, like it or not, is controlled from here, [08:04.000 --> 08:09.000] even though the families that control the majority of it aren't all here, [08:09.000 --> 08:11.000] and the largest one isn't here. [08:11.000 --> 08:14.000] It's controlled from here. [08:14.000 --> 08:17.000] And since we have the dominant military force on the planet, [08:17.000 --> 08:25.000] that would actually make sense considering that our military is every bit as gullible [08:25.000 --> 08:30.000] as anyone else's when it comes to being used to commit atrocities against nations [08:30.000 --> 08:38.000] that never did a thing to us and are virtually incapable of doing anything to us. [08:38.000 --> 08:42.000] I mean, there's another thing that I've seen where, [08:42.000 --> 08:48.000] and this is just a common sense straight up message to somebody like Barack Obama. [08:48.000 --> 09:00.000] When you send military men and arms and drones to any land, [09:00.000 --> 09:03.000] doesn't matter whether it's foreign or here, [09:03.000 --> 09:10.000] and you use them to destroy the lives and property of people, [09:10.000 --> 09:18.000] they are going to turn against you, period. [09:18.000 --> 09:26.000] Now, if your definition of terrorist is anyone that disagrees with the things you're doing, [09:26.000 --> 09:34.000] then I guess the federal government has it right when they have declared that all Americans are terrorists, [09:34.000 --> 09:40.000] because the majority of us, even if we originally supported them, and don't get me wrong, [09:40.000 --> 09:48.000] I'm not one of those, as far as what they're doing goes, [09:48.000 --> 09:55.000] we have to be terrorists because we do not any longer agree with what they're doing. [09:55.000 --> 10:00.000] And because we don't agree, we become targets. [10:00.000 --> 10:06.000] And what level of force they're willing to use against us as targets [10:06.000 --> 10:15.000] is completely dependent upon how big a pain in their backside we are actually capable of being. [10:15.000 --> 10:19.000] Those that are less so will be gotten to eventually. [10:19.000 --> 10:24.000] Those that are more so will have to be dealt with sooner. [10:24.000 --> 10:34.000] And those in power right now come up with a complete multitude of heinous and insidious ways to ensure that happens. [10:34.000 --> 10:39.000] When they can't get you on anything real, then they frame you. [10:39.000 --> 10:45.000] All these emails they were sending out to these blogs and reporters and all these things [10:45.000 --> 10:51.000] that contained embedded child pornography so that if you opened what they sent you, [10:51.000 --> 10:55.000] it downloaded all this stuff to your computer, and the next thing you know, [10:55.000 --> 11:02.000] they raid you and find it so-called on your computer, and here we go. [11:02.000 --> 11:07.000] Just the things they will do to silence those that give a message in opposition [11:07.000 --> 11:14.000] to what they want you to accept as being perfectly within their power. [11:14.000 --> 11:17.000] So again, what is national security? [11:17.000 --> 11:22.000] Is it the exportation of that so-called democracy through violence and force? [11:22.000 --> 11:34.000] Is it the fabrication of Pearl Harbor-level events and other types of false flags [11:34.000 --> 11:39.000] in order to make them look like they're the ones that are coming in to save us [11:39.000 --> 11:44.000] rather than the ones that are actually responsible for it in the first place? [11:44.000 --> 11:49.000] What is national security? [11:49.000 --> 11:53.000] Now, my definition of it is very, very simple. [11:53.000 --> 11:59.000] My definition of national security is every action is meant to protect the borders [11:59.000 --> 12:04.000] of the country in which you live from invasion or attack. [12:04.000 --> 12:07.000] That is national security. [12:07.000 --> 12:10.000] We don't need spies in other lands. [12:10.000 --> 12:16.000] We don't need to be tapping everybody's phone in order to do that job. [12:16.000 --> 12:19.000] We just don't. [12:19.000 --> 12:21.000] We have a terrorist watch list. [12:21.000 --> 12:25.000] Okay, let's talk about that for a second at the realm of national security. [12:25.000 --> 12:30.000] We have a terrorist watch list of known terrorists, real terrorists, [12:30.000 --> 12:35.000] and yet we allow them into the country knowing full well they are terrorists. [12:35.000 --> 12:39.000] So much for national security. [12:39.000 --> 12:46.000] Just exactly what is it you're trying to accomplish by letting the one that's going to attack you, [12:46.000 --> 12:56.000] if given any opportunity to do so, within arm's reach to do exactly that? [12:56.000 --> 13:00.000] I mean, it's stupid. [13:00.000 --> 13:08.000] And yet, as this gentleman's quote said, the politicians are more to blame for this [13:08.000 --> 13:14.000] because it's the politicians that make the rules this game of national security gets played by. [13:14.000 --> 13:21.000] It's the politicians that allow these things to go on where we send armed forces to other countries [13:21.000 --> 13:26.000] that have never done a thing to us and blow them to kingdom come to take their natural resources [13:26.000 --> 13:32.000] and proclaim democracy, which even we aren't supposed to be based on, [13:32.000 --> 13:36.000] even though that's what we've become. [13:36.000 --> 13:45.000] At what point does national security become something else? [13:45.000 --> 13:50.000] At least the way it's being done. [13:50.000 --> 14:01.000] If, in fact, the definition of a terrorist is someone that disagrees with your manner of doing things, [14:01.000 --> 14:07.000] especially when the way you do them is through the use of force and violence, [14:07.000 --> 14:15.000] then the U.S. is now the biggest terrorist organization on the planet, like it or not. [14:15.000 --> 14:18.000] We are. [14:18.000 --> 14:23.000] And just like in the Middle East, not every person there engages in the activity. [14:23.000 --> 14:28.000] Some of them are swept up in it because it comes to their neighborhood whether they want it or not. [14:28.000 --> 14:33.000] Some of them are killed by it whether they engaged in it or not. [14:33.000 --> 14:40.000] Their collateral damage or their new recruits or their refugees. [14:40.000 --> 14:46.000] And which one they are depends entirely on the circumstances of how they meet up with this little thing [14:46.000 --> 14:51.000] known as national security and terrorism in the first place. [14:51.000 --> 14:59.000] But I guarantee you if you came to my neighborhood and started killing my neighbors and my family and my friends, [14:59.000 --> 15:03.000] then you're going to have to kill me too. [15:03.000 --> 15:12.000] Because if you think that I'm going to allow you to get away with it, you're very sadly mistaken. [15:12.000 --> 15:22.000] So you want to know how we create more terrorist action against the U.S. by being bigger terrorists ourselves. [15:22.000 --> 15:27.000] The biggest terrorist on the planet is not hiding in a cave in Afghanistan. [15:27.000 --> 15:34.000] He's sitting in a white columned house in the middle of Washington, D.C. [15:34.000 --> 15:42.000] And he has control of the most powerful, farthest reaching terrorist organization in existence today. [15:42.000 --> 15:49.000] The NSA, the CIA, any kind of mercenary they can hire, [15:49.000 --> 15:59.000] and those in the American military that willingly support them in the higher echelons of those offices. [15:59.000 --> 16:02.000] There's your terrorist network, people. [16:02.000 --> 16:03.000] There's your chain of command. [16:03.000 --> 16:10.000] That's who we should be hunting down and rooting out of their holes. [16:10.000 --> 16:13.000] They didn't come to America and dig in. [16:13.000 --> 16:23.000] We went over there to try to get them out of where they rightfully belong, and we don't. [16:23.000 --> 16:29.000] Who are the terrorists? [16:29.000 --> 16:40.000] When your own government uses force against you for things it wants that have nothing to do with your protection, who's the terrorist? [16:40.000 --> 16:45.000] We got too many of them running loose around here these days, and they're not from foreign lands. [16:45.000 --> 16:48.000] They're from right here in good old America. [16:48.000 --> 16:51.000] And we need to be doing something about it, people. [16:51.000 --> 16:54.000] All right, this is Rule of Law Radio, your host, Eddie Craig. I wonder what I have answered. [20:24.000 --> 20:42.000] All right, folks. We are back. This is Rule of Law Radio, calling number 512-646-1984. [20:42.000 --> 20:50.000] All right. I'm not trying to be a heavy before Christmas, but this is something that the more I research, the more I read, [20:50.000 --> 21:04.000] and the more I contemplate things, the more I realize that the fate of the world hinges on just a handful of people in the balance of things. [21:04.000 --> 21:18.000] And it's not a good fate to behold. It's not one to even want to seek because what those people are after is not to the benefit of the rest of us. [21:18.000 --> 21:24.000] How do I know? It's very apparent in the result of their actions. [21:24.000 --> 21:35.000] If you don't want me to suffer, then you don't bring people coming after me simply because I'm American by doing terrible things to them and their people. [21:35.000 --> 21:44.000] You don't poison my food by allowing corporations to do things to that food that they know will kill us. [21:44.000 --> 21:51.000] You don't give me vaccines that give me diseases that will ensure that my life is short. [21:51.000 --> 22:01.000] You don't put me into a penitentiary for something that didn't harm anybody, and I chose to personally inflict only upon myself. [22:01.000 --> 22:13.000] And it was none of your business. You can't tell me what I can eat and what I can drink and when. You can't tell me where. [22:13.000 --> 22:24.000] Because if your idea is to simply protect my rights, well hello, that is all part of my right. [22:24.000 --> 22:29.000] It's my body, my health, my everything. [22:29.000 --> 22:50.000] Now, granted there are some people on the planet that you really don't want to have access to all that, but that really isn't our call until they use it in a means that justifiably gives us the ability to prevent them from doing it ever again. [22:50.000 --> 23:04.000] Because it's not a crime to have a bad thought about doing something. It's only a crime when you act upon it and a harm is inflicted upon someone else or something that rightfully belongs to them and not you. [23:04.000 --> 23:16.000] And government should never have been let out of the bottle that limited them to that specific act. [23:16.000 --> 23:28.000] The government should be forbidden the use of force for any reason except to bring another aggressor to justice. [23:28.000 --> 23:35.000] And they must be an aggressor, not simply an offender for declarations sake. [23:35.000 --> 23:51.000] If you can't produce an actual harm to a living being or to a living being's property, then it cannot be a crime. [23:51.000 --> 23:57.000] Now, that's just common sense. That's also common law. [23:57.000 --> 24:12.000] But the courts, the lawyers, everybody that has something to gain by creating the system as it exists in the interest of so-called national security are the ones who have created this quagmire of a system, [24:12.000 --> 24:32.000] this maze work of legalese and procedure that binds the rest of us hopelessly out there in the void, unable to reach the justice to which we're entitled because we have to go through these people to get it. [24:32.000 --> 24:46.000] And their whole job is to keep shifting the walls of the maze to make sure that you cannot get through without them. [24:46.000 --> 25:00.000] So, ladies and gentlemen, if there was ever an argument for burying lawyers in anthills, there's a good start. [25:00.000 --> 25:08.000] So, again, the question for tonight is, what is national security? [25:08.000 --> 25:16.000] And just think about who is in control of it and how they're using it. [25:16.000 --> 25:22.000] And tell me if you agree that that's what it means because I certainly don't. [25:22.000 --> 25:25.000] All right. We've got some callers up on the board. [25:25.000 --> 25:27.000] We're going to go ahead and start taking those calls. [25:27.000 --> 25:30.000] Right now we have Asa in Louisiana. [25:30.000 --> 25:33.000] Asa, what can we do for you? [25:33.000 --> 25:34.000] Hello, Eddie. [25:34.000 --> 25:37.000] I'm about 64 years old this year. [25:37.000 --> 25:42.000] I've been an avid motorcyclist since I was 14, so about 1964. [25:42.000 --> 25:48.000] And the mandatory helmet laws started the National Traffic Safety Act of 1966. [25:48.000 --> 25:55.000] The federal government threatened to hold highway funds from the state, but they didn't start passing the helmet law. [25:55.000 --> 25:59.000] And so I've kept up with it ever since then. [25:59.000 --> 26:07.000] And the state of Illinois, it finally reached the state Supreme Court in the state of Illinois when they passed their mandatory helmet law. [26:07.000 --> 26:10.000] And it was about 1968, I believe. [26:10.000 --> 26:14.000] And back then there was still the draft, a strong draft. [26:14.000 --> 26:16.000] Vietnam was going on. [26:16.000 --> 26:27.000] The Supreme Court of Illinois decided that the mandatory helmet law in that state was constitutional on the grounds of national defense, [26:27.000 --> 26:35.000] that you might crash, die, the government couldn't draft you and send you off to fight some war. [26:35.000 --> 26:40.000] Yeah, that's what we call the law of government necessity. [26:40.000 --> 26:47.000] They justify anything they want to based entirely upon necessity. [26:47.000 --> 26:49.000] Yeah, so that's just how ridiculous it can get. [26:49.000 --> 27:02.000] So I just thought I wanted to throw that out there to show how far-reached they can base that on anything and just totally destroy the definition of basic words. [27:02.000 --> 27:03.000] Absolutely. [27:03.000 --> 27:05.000] I completely agree. [27:05.000 --> 27:06.000] Thank you, Eddie. [27:06.000 --> 27:07.000] Thank you for calling in. [27:07.000 --> 27:08.000] Appreciate it, Asa. [27:08.000 --> 27:09.000] Good night. [27:09.000 --> 27:10.000] All right. [27:10.000 --> 27:12.000] Now we're going to go to Patrick in Texas. [27:12.000 --> 27:15.000] Patrick, what can we do for you? [27:15.000 --> 27:16.000] Good evening, Eddie. [27:16.000 --> 27:22.000] I was just calling in in reference to the definition of national security. [27:22.000 --> 27:27.000] It seems rather simple to understand what it is, in my opinion. [27:27.000 --> 27:29.000] And like you said, it's a nation. [27:29.000 --> 27:32.000] It has borders, and that's what we defend. [27:32.000 --> 27:52.000] And I get so worked up when I hear about these individuals that are in these positions, i.e., NSA, that can go in front of the general public, Congress, anyone else, and knowingly and willfully lie about what is being asked of them. [27:52.000 --> 27:55.000] And the repercussions equal zero. [27:55.000 --> 28:08.000] So my thing is, if we have these types of people in power and they're the ones that are defending this, quote, unquote, state, country, what do we really have? [28:08.000 --> 28:10.000] I mean, we don't have national security. [28:10.000 --> 28:17.000] We have fraudulent individuals that are representing our interests at a national level, which we have no access to. [28:17.000 --> 28:19.000] Well, not our interest. [28:19.000 --> 28:20.000] Pardon me. [28:20.000 --> 28:21.000] Yes, I agree. [28:21.000 --> 28:32.000] Not our interests, but implied interests that only better their position and their allegiances with whoever those individuals might be. [28:32.000 --> 28:35.000] And there is no national security. [28:35.000 --> 28:43.000] It's protecting corporate and individual interests with the ability to fund such operations, in my opinion. [28:43.000 --> 28:53.000] And the nation is not any safer with these types of individuals exploiting, I guess, our nation or our individuals or our people. [28:53.000 --> 29:01.000] It's absolutely ludicrous for anyone to believe that there is a high level of national security or, in my opinion, any. [29:01.000 --> 29:03.000] I think we're pretty safe as it is. [29:03.000 --> 29:13.000] But obviously, they're using their power and a lot of the ignorance of a lot of people to be able to put themselves in a better position. [29:13.000 --> 29:19.000] Well, I'm reminded of something that was said back during the war with the Germans. [29:19.000 --> 29:33.000] The then president of Switzerland was asked, what would you do if 500,000 Germans invaded your country? [29:33.000 --> 29:38.000] And he said every citizen would shoot twice and go home. [29:38.000 --> 29:42.000] There was about a quarter of a million people in Switzerland at the time. [29:42.000 --> 29:44.000] My, my, my. [29:44.000 --> 29:52.000] So there's a good reason why an orange populace would work very well at resisting these people if they would just take note of it. [29:52.000 --> 29:53.000] Hang on, Patrick. [29:53.000 --> 29:54.000] All right, folks. [29:54.000 --> 29:58.000] This is Rule of Law Radio 512-646-1984. [29:58.000 --> 29:59.000] Give us a call. [29:59.000 --> 30:06.000] We'll be right back. [30:06.000 --> 30:11.000] Ever walk into a room to get something and then forget why you went there in the first place? [30:11.000 --> 30:14.000] Interestingly, that memory lapse may be the doorway's fault. [30:14.000 --> 30:19.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, back with the crazy details in a moment. [30:19.000 --> 30:21.000] Privacy is under attack. [30:21.000 --> 30:24.000] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [30:24.000 --> 30:29.000] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [30:29.000 --> 30:31.000] So protect your rights. [30:31.000 --> 30:35.000] Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [30:35.000 --> 30:37.000] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [30:37.000 --> 30:44.000] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [30:44.000 --> 30:48.000] Start over with StartPage. [30:48.000 --> 30:52.000] How many times have you stood in the middle of a room with no idea why you went there? [30:52.000 --> 30:53.000] It may not be forgetfulness. [30:53.000 --> 30:55.000] It could be the door. [30:55.000 --> 31:01.000] Scientists say our brains use doorways as event boundaries to separate activities and file them away. [31:01.000 --> 31:04.000] College students were asked to move objects around a room. [31:04.000 --> 31:07.000] Half of them walked through a doorway. [31:07.000 --> 31:11.000] Those who passed through the door had a harder time remembering what they had done. [31:11.000 --> 31:14.000] And even returning to where they got the instructions didn't help. [31:14.000 --> 31:21.000] If avoiding doorways improves your memory, maybe those wacky open classrooms of the 1970s were on to something. [31:21.000 --> 31:31.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine. [31:31.000 --> 31:36.000] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11. [31:36.000 --> 31:38.000] The government says that fire brought it down. [31:38.000 --> 31:43.000] However, 1,500 architects and engineers concluded it was a controlled demolition. [31:43.000 --> 31:46.000] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. [31:46.000 --> 31:49.000] Thousands of my fellow first responders are dying. [31:49.000 --> 31:50.000] I'm not a conspiracy theorist. [31:50.000 --> 31:51.000] I'm a structural engineer. [31:51.000 --> 31:52.000] I'm a New York City correction officer. [31:52.000 --> 31:53.000] I'm an Air Force pilot. [31:53.000 --> 31:55.000] I'm a father who lost his son. [31:55.000 --> 31:58.000] We're Americans, and we deserve the truth. [31:58.000 --> 32:02.000] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today. [32:02.000 --> 32:06.000] Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer the rule of law traffic seminar. [32:06.000 --> 32:08.000] In today's America, we live in an us-against-them society, [32:08.000 --> 32:10.000] and if we the people are ever going to have a free society, [32:10.000 --> 32:13.000] then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights. [32:13.000 --> 32:16.000] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, [32:16.000 --> 32:20.000] the right to act in our own private capacity, and most importantly, the right to due process of law. [32:20.000 --> 32:26.000] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve our rights through due process. [32:26.000 --> 32:29.000] Former Sheriff's Deputy Eddie Craig, in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio, [32:29.000 --> 32:34.000] has put together the most comprehensive teaching tool available that will help you understand what due process is [32:34.000 --> 32:36.000] and how to hold courts to the rule of law. [32:36.000 --> 32:41.000] You can get your own copy of this invaluable material by going to ruleoflawradio.com and ordering your copy today. [33:31.000 --> 33:35.000] All right, folks, we are back. This is Rule of Law Radio. [33:35.000 --> 33:37.000] All right, we're going to finish up with Patrick. [33:37.000 --> 33:40.000] All right, Patrick. [33:40.000 --> 33:41.000] Thanks, Eddie. [33:41.000 --> 33:47.000] Yeah, one thing I'm really, I mean, even go just further, you know, in my opinion, to be so atrocious is that [33:47.000 --> 33:49.000] keep in mind, we're paying for all of this. [33:49.000 --> 33:53.000] We're funding the operation, and we have no idea what they're doing with this. [33:53.000 --> 33:59.000] I mean, we've got the $10 million payments going to AT&T to pull these phone records in. [33:59.000 --> 34:02.000] You've got Google, which is just a product of NSA. [34:02.000 --> 34:04.000] I didn't know I was paying for that. [34:04.000 --> 34:11.000] I had no idea that I was paying for a government entity to come in and spy on me because I, quote, unquote, could be a terrorist. [34:11.000 --> 34:18.000] It's absolutely ludicrous what has been accepted and what has been going on without any common, [34:18.000 --> 34:21.000] well, I guess any knowledge at all, not even common knowledge. [34:21.000 --> 34:24.000] But it's like you've got to stop and think. [34:24.000 --> 34:33.000] You've got to wonder what's gone on the past 50 years and who these enemy of the state are supposedly were or are, [34:33.000 --> 34:40.000] because I think you've got someone that's willfully going to stand up there and lie and just pretty much feed you [34:40.000 --> 34:44.000] whatever it is to support their cause and their interest. [34:44.000 --> 34:48.000] And at a certain point, you've got to stop and say, you know what? [34:48.000 --> 34:50.000] And this is absolutely ludicrous. [34:50.000 --> 34:52.000] You can't have any faith in it. [34:52.000 --> 34:57.000] You can't put any type of factual basis anywhere around it. [34:57.000 --> 35:04.000] And you've got to wonder exactly what is going on, what is the reality, because obviously we're not getting it. [35:04.000 --> 35:10.000] And I can assure you, we may have a piece of it or a part of it or fragments of it that have come our way incidentally [35:10.000 --> 35:16.000] or accidentally because someone says, you know, we've had enough of this and I'm going to go and spill this information. [35:16.000 --> 35:24.000] But without that, we have no idea what the true reality of the supposed international terrorists [35:24.000 --> 35:29.000] and what our true national vulnerabilities might be. [35:29.000 --> 35:33.000] It's just to me, there's so much uncertainty and it's so ridiculous. [35:33.000 --> 35:45.000] And I can't even really stop to put it all together to realize what the facts are because it's so discombobulated and it's so unreal. [35:45.000 --> 35:49.000] And that's one thing I just get so frustrated with on a daily basis. [35:49.000 --> 35:57.000] And I look at it from an internal and an external standpoint, trying to stand back and be a little bit, you know, kind of open-minded to it. [35:57.000 --> 35:58.000] But it doesn't add up. [35:58.000 --> 36:00.000] It just doesn't add up. [36:00.000 --> 36:04.000] Well, I completely agree with you it doesn't add up. [36:04.000 --> 36:12.000] But there are certain things that we should understand from the get-go. [36:12.000 --> 36:17.000] When a politician speaks, he's not speaking for you. [36:17.000 --> 36:23.000] Nor is he speaking about your interest. [36:23.000 --> 36:34.000] Anytime a politician is speaking about here's why we're going to do this to improve these things and to make life better for these people and blah, blah, blah, guaranteed [36:34.000 --> 36:45.000] somewhere in the background there is a favor being done, an interest being seen to other than that of the public in general, [36:45.000 --> 36:51.000] and an enrichment scheme for that politician themselves is in play. [36:51.000 --> 37:00.000] That's absolutely guaranteed bar none that I've ever met. [37:00.000 --> 37:05.000] Oh, I totally understand that to be a hundred percent reality. [37:05.000 --> 37:07.000] And here's my question. [37:07.000 --> 37:09.000] And it's not even really a question. [37:09.000 --> 37:19.000] Why is it we can't even handle our own internal affairs, let alone we're going to step outside of those and go and try and tell someone else in another country, [37:19.000 --> 37:27.000] which we know nothing about as a general populace about their ways, traditions, means of life, how they get along on a day-to-day basis. [37:27.000 --> 37:36.000] Who are we to go over there and try and impose that upon these people that we, number one, have no idea about what their quality of life is, [37:36.000 --> 37:41.000] the way they make their living, what they value, what their religious beliefs are, blah, blah, blah. [37:41.000 --> 37:48.000] Who do we think as a government is speaking, not as a people, as a government or a politician, [37:48.000 --> 37:55.000] who do you think you are going over to somewhere else and trying to impose all this crap upon them? [37:55.000 --> 38:04.000] And again, not only are you trying to do that, but you are massively and willfully deceiving the individuals [38:04.000 --> 38:10.000] that supposedly or possibly put you in a position to represent them. [38:10.000 --> 38:13.000] It's just absolutely insane. [38:13.000 --> 38:14.000] Well, I agree. [38:14.000 --> 38:21.000] And again, it's the same reason that they do it here, control. [38:21.000 --> 38:29.000] They love the control that allows them to gain access to power and money. [38:29.000 --> 38:36.000] They cut deals with these foreign countries to put certain people in power to ensure that they control the flow of natural resources, [38:36.000 --> 38:42.000] that they control the flow of how the money system works, the economy works, everything, [38:42.000 --> 38:49.000] and eventually how the very lives of the people are affected as a labor force for their interests. [38:49.000 --> 38:50.000] That's what it's about. [38:50.000 --> 38:53.000] That's all it will ever be about. [38:53.000 --> 39:02.000] And that's why right now the word government is the most foul word you can utter in a public place, in my opinion. [39:02.000 --> 39:04.000] I wholly, wholeheartedly agree with you. [39:04.000 --> 39:13.000] You look at it from the top level all the way down to the individuals that are trying to help the everyday individual achieve whatever it is, [39:13.000 --> 39:21.000] a license, you know, whatever type of thing that they need to get from a government approval standpoint. [39:21.000 --> 39:29.000] It radiates from the top all the way down to even the everyday person that's working at a very, very low wage [39:29.000 --> 39:38.000] and is not in a position of power other than the fact that they can decide whether to give you your Social Security card [39:38.000 --> 39:43.000] or to give you a driver's license or to give you that license for your business or whatever it is. [39:43.000 --> 39:52.000] They get this sense of enrichment and this sense of control and this sense of I am superior to you and if I want to serve you, I will. [39:52.000 --> 39:54.000] And if I don't, I won't. [39:54.000 --> 39:55.000] And they forget it. [39:55.000 --> 39:57.000] They're just like us. [39:57.000 --> 40:03.000] The only difference is they're getting a check from the taxes that we're forced to send. [40:03.000 --> 40:15.000] And that makes it so unbelievable in my opinion that they fall into that trap as well when they're not getting massively enriched. [40:15.000 --> 40:24.000] They're not getting, you know, favors and all these different little conveyances and backdoor financial rewards from these Fortune 500 companies. [40:24.000 --> 40:31.000] These are everyday people not making a lot of money, probably won't have retirement because that's going to be gone once everything crashes. [40:31.000 --> 40:40.000] And they have this sense of power and control and they just exert that on you and they want to make you feel like you're just nothing. [40:40.000 --> 40:44.000] And it's just you can take that person and turn them into that. [40:44.000 --> 40:47.000] It's like, wow, that is absolutely insane. [40:47.000 --> 41:00.000] So you could take a nun and you could turn her into the largest, underground, most malicious terrorist ever in the entire world given those principles. [41:00.000 --> 41:06.000] Harriet Tubman was the terrorist of her time. [41:06.000 --> 41:07.000] It's absolutely insane. [41:07.000 --> 41:09.000] It's just absolutely insane. [41:09.000 --> 41:12.000] And, you know, it took me a little while to get it. [41:12.000 --> 41:25.000] But when you stop and you think and you step outside, all of the garbage that is being sold to you on a commercial level, on a political level and all these different venues, [41:25.000 --> 41:32.000] when you stop and do one thing, think, question everything, then you start getting it. [41:32.000 --> 41:48.000] Until then, you're going to buy off on all the crap and the rhetoric and all this different, pretty much a Hollywood presentation to be able to get the vote to do whatever it is you want to do, whether it's right or wrong, doesn't matter. [41:48.000 --> 41:53.000] As long as you're supporting the interests of the individual who's getting rich, they're happy. [41:53.000 --> 41:56.000] And it's just absolutely pathetic and sick. [41:56.000 --> 41:59.000] Well, so are we for letting it go on this long. [41:59.000 --> 42:00.000] I agree with you. [42:00.000 --> 42:03.000] I tell you what, I am not going to do that. [42:03.000 --> 42:04.000] I know you're not. [42:04.000 --> 42:10.000] And I hope and I pray and I'm going to say Merry Christmas and I'm going to say I pray to God. [42:10.000 --> 42:15.000] And if people have a problem with that, oh, well, this is the reality. [42:15.000 --> 42:23.000] If you don't have that in your basis, in your genetic makeup, in your heart, in your soul, there's a big problem there. [42:23.000 --> 42:26.000] And that's exactly what they want. [42:26.000 --> 42:30.000] They want you to deviate and follow their ungodly way. [42:30.000 --> 42:41.000] And not only are you going to be taken advantage of, exploited and put into a negative disposition for the rest of your life on this earth, but you're not going to be true to yourself. [42:41.000 --> 42:50.000] And that's the one thing that I think that so many people have lost is they want to buy into all these alternate lifestyles and all those things that don't seem right. [42:50.000 --> 42:58.000] But oh, you know, the general consensus or the media, whoever says this is the way we should do it, that's absolutely ludicrous. [42:58.000 --> 43:00.000] Don't violate what you know. [43:00.000 --> 43:02.000] Don't violate what's in your heart and in your soul. [43:02.000 --> 43:10.000] You know, you and I and the rest of us that understand this and see it, we're the ones that are going to defend this nation. [43:10.000 --> 43:12.000] We're national security. [43:12.000 --> 43:13.000] That's where we are. [43:13.000 --> 43:14.000] We're national security. [43:14.000 --> 43:15.000] There's no agency. [43:15.000 --> 43:16.000] There's no government. [43:16.000 --> 43:17.000] They're not that. [43:17.000 --> 43:18.000] Period. [43:18.000 --> 43:25.000] It's going to come down to the individuals that have the heart, the soul and the mind to get it. [43:25.000 --> 43:27.000] Those are the ones that are going to defend it. [43:27.000 --> 43:33.000] And the rest of them, I'm sorry, but it's just not going to be a reality for you. [43:33.000 --> 43:34.000] All right, Patrick. [43:34.000 --> 43:35.000] Well, thanks for calling in, man. [43:35.000 --> 43:36.000] I appreciate the rent. [43:36.000 --> 43:37.000] Thank you. [43:37.000 --> 43:38.000] All right. [43:38.000 --> 43:40.000] Have a good night and a good Christmas. [43:40.000 --> 43:41.000] Andrew, Clint, I see y'all there. [46:18.000 --> 46:24.000] All right, we are back. [46:24.000 --> 46:29.000] This is Rule of Law Radio 512-646-1984. [46:29.000 --> 46:31.000] We're going to go to Clint in Texas. [46:31.000 --> 46:33.000] Clint, what can we do for you? [46:33.000 --> 46:40.000] Yeah, I wanted to call in about your prompting of what national security means. [46:40.000 --> 46:49.000] I want to echo what, I don't know if he's still a radio host, but former radio host Jack Blood [46:49.000 --> 46:54.000] said one time live at an event in Austin. [46:54.000 --> 47:00.000] He said if you want to get a better idea of what these new departments, administrations, [47:00.000 --> 47:08.000] and bills are about, just replace the word security with the word control. [47:08.000 --> 47:10.000] Let me give you some examples. [47:10.000 --> 47:17.000] National control instead of national security, social control, transportation control [47:17.000 --> 47:20.000] administration, homeland control. [47:20.000 --> 47:27.000] So that's what I think speaks best as a definition of what national security means. [47:27.000 --> 47:28.000] Well, I'd agree with you. [47:28.000 --> 47:32.000] That's all it's always been about, control. [47:32.000 --> 47:41.000] And that's what they want out of us is for us to allow ourselves and our property to be theirs to control. [47:41.000 --> 47:43.000] Yeah. [47:43.000 --> 47:45.000] Well, Eddie, that's all I have. [47:45.000 --> 47:46.000] All right, Clint. [47:46.000 --> 47:48.000] Well, I appreciate the call in, man. [47:48.000 --> 47:49.000] You're welcome. [47:49.000 --> 47:50.000] You have a good one. [47:50.000 --> 47:51.000] Be blessed and Merry Christmas. [47:51.000 --> 47:53.000] Hey, I don't celebrate Christmas. [47:53.000 --> 47:58.000] I guess I'll say Merry Christmas to you as well, but I kind of feel like a hypocrite saying it. [47:58.000 --> 48:03.000] Well, I don't celebrate it the way everybody else does with the commercial aspect of it. [48:03.000 --> 48:10.000] I celebrate it for what it was intended to convey, peace and goodwill. [48:10.000 --> 48:15.000] My only problem with it is with Jeremiah chapter 39, don't put a tree in your house. [48:15.000 --> 48:18.000] Don't deck it with gold and silver. [48:18.000 --> 48:20.000] I don't have any of that either. [48:20.000 --> 48:22.000] That's good. [48:22.000 --> 48:28.000] I especially have no gold and very little silver. [48:28.000 --> 48:30.000] Well, yeah. [48:30.000 --> 48:35.000] Anyway, well, back at you, I pray that our Savior King, our Servant King, [48:35.000 --> 48:41.000] he or she will be in your heart and will give you peace at times of trial. [48:41.000 --> 48:43.000] Always does, my friend. [48:43.000 --> 48:44.000] Amen. [48:44.000 --> 48:45.000] All right, Eddie. [48:45.000 --> 48:46.000] All right. [48:46.000 --> 48:47.000] You have a good night. [48:47.000 --> 48:48.000] Yes. [48:48.000 --> 48:49.000] God bless you. [48:49.000 --> 48:50.000] Good-bye. [48:50.000 --> 48:51.000] God bless you. [48:51.000 --> 48:53.000] This is Andrew in Pennsylvania. [48:53.000 --> 48:55.000] Andrew, what can we do for you? [48:55.000 --> 48:58.000] Yeah, I'll answer your national security thing in 10 seconds, [48:58.000 --> 49:00.000] and then I'll get into the other reason I was calling. [49:00.000 --> 49:04.000] First of all, national security ain't got nothing to do with the security of the nation. [49:04.000 --> 49:07.000] It has to do with the security of information that we expose the tyrant's in government [49:07.000 --> 49:10.000] and the Illuminati for the evil frauds that they are, [49:10.000 --> 49:13.000] and it also has a lot to do with brainwashing people into giving up their rights for safety [49:13.000 --> 49:17.000] so they can inflict global totalitarian government upon us. [49:17.000 --> 49:19.000] So I guess that answers that question in a nutshell. [49:19.000 --> 49:22.000] So can I get into the other thing I wanted to talk about now? [49:22.000 --> 49:24.000] Sure, if you've got any breath left. [49:24.000 --> 49:25.000] Okay. [49:25.000 --> 49:30.000] I wanted to bring up the subject of something that could make courtroom jobs a lot easier, [49:30.000 --> 49:34.000] and I just want to know if there's any problems, legal flaws, or whatever with this. [49:34.000 --> 49:37.000] There's a thing called brain fingerprinting. [49:37.000 --> 49:42.000] If someone committed a murder and you hosted them up to brain fingerprinting [49:42.000 --> 49:46.000] and told them something that would perfectly resemble this murder and they recognized it, [49:46.000 --> 49:49.000] it would register on the brain fingerprinting device. [49:49.000 --> 49:52.000] Now, this is different from polygraphs, which, by the way, [49:52.000 --> 49:55.000] Alex Jones has said at least twice are frauds, making that whatever you will, [49:55.000 --> 49:57.000] but brain fingerprinting is different. [49:57.000 --> 50:02.000] Now, it goes without saying that someone cannot be forced to be hooked up to brain fingerprinting [50:02.000 --> 50:08.000] and incriminate themselves, nor can they be presumed guilty just because they refuse to be hooked up [50:08.000 --> 50:12.000] to brain fingerprinting because that would violate their right to not incriminate themselves, [50:12.000 --> 50:17.000] but the whole purpose of brain fingerprinting, among other things, someone who's a potential witness could say, [50:17.000 --> 50:20.000] hey, I can prove this guy is guilty or innocent. [50:20.000 --> 50:24.000] Hook me up to the brain fingerprinting device and I'll prove it to you. [50:24.000 --> 50:30.000] Now, I'd like to have a brain fingerprinting device in every courtroom in the world to make something like that possible. [50:30.000 --> 50:36.000] Can you think of any reasons why this would not be allowed if it would not be allowed in courtrooms? [50:36.000 --> 50:38.000] Well, let me ask you a question. [50:38.000 --> 50:43.000] What does the brain operate on? [50:43.000 --> 50:47.000] I don't know if I can give a true, direct answer to that. [50:47.000 --> 50:49.000] What would your answer to that question be? [50:49.000 --> 50:52.000] Electrical impulses, correct? [50:52.000 --> 50:53.000] Yeah. [50:53.000 --> 50:59.000] And those electrical impulses have a specific brain wave associated with them, [50:59.000 --> 51:06.000] which could be presumably unique to each person to whom they belong, just like a fingerprint, correct? [51:06.000 --> 51:07.000] Yeah. [51:07.000 --> 51:14.000] Can you cancel out any type of electrical signal? [51:14.000 --> 51:19.000] Give something that will give the opposite signal? [51:19.000 --> 51:20.000] Yeah. [51:20.000 --> 51:27.000] Basically, you broadcast white noise, a signal that's set to match and interfere with the transmission of the other signal. [51:27.000 --> 51:29.000] That's how jamming devices work. [51:29.000 --> 51:39.000] Now, imagine if they hook you up to this machine and do brain mapping of the patterns of those signals and waves that your brain functions on. [51:39.000 --> 51:44.000] Would it be a simple process then to shut your body down by short-circuiting your brain, [51:44.000 --> 51:52.000] ceasing your bodily functions, just by causing your brain to malfunction or not be able to communicate with the other parts of your body? [51:52.000 --> 51:57.000] Well, that would certainly be a problem, but I don't believe this object does that. [51:57.000 --> 51:59.000] No, no, no. [51:59.000 --> 52:06.000] This object doesn't have to do that any more than a needle has to inject you with something that can kill you. [52:06.000 --> 52:17.000] But the fact that either of them can be used to facilitate the means to do that, that's a whole other story. [52:17.000 --> 52:18.000] Okay. [52:18.000 --> 52:21.000] So basically, you're saying that there would be a problem. [52:21.000 --> 52:32.000] You're saying if the government or anyone else tries to do anything with my body, I am going to automatically be suspicious as to their true purpose. [52:32.000 --> 52:42.000] I don't care what they tell me it is, there is always something more that we're not being told. [52:42.000 --> 52:45.000] Yes, and I should have taken that into consideration. [52:45.000 --> 52:46.000] Well, I sort of did what I said. [52:46.000 --> 52:48.000] You can't force someone to do it. [52:48.000 --> 52:57.000] You're not told that when you're given blood for a DUI that they're actually putting that into a DNA database, but they are. [52:57.000 --> 52:58.000] Yeah. [52:58.000 --> 53:03.000] And it becomes very easy to produce things to attack a specific DNA pattern. [53:03.000 --> 53:16.000] Therefore, you can kill a person in a crowd simply by knowing the right DNA sequence that this mutated virus is set to infect and so on and so forth. [53:16.000 --> 53:25.000] There's all kinds of things that science would allow them to do if they got the means and the information harvested that they need to put it into use. [53:25.000 --> 53:31.000] This is but one more way they would have of doing exactly that in my opinion. [53:31.000 --> 53:32.000] Is it possible? [53:32.000 --> 53:33.000] I don't know. [53:33.000 --> 53:39.000] I'm not engaged in that particular field of science, but I know one thing. [53:39.000 --> 53:52.000] If there's anything they can do to further their control of the population, they have researched it and are researching it and are perfecting a means to make it work for them. [53:52.000 --> 53:59.000] That's all the motivation I need to understand that anything they do in this area is not for my benefit. [53:59.000 --> 54:01.000] It's not for our security. [54:01.000 --> 54:03.000] It's not for our safety. [54:03.000 --> 54:10.000] It is, once again, as Clint pointed out, for control. [54:10.000 --> 54:11.000] Okay. [54:11.000 --> 54:20.000] And that's why even if you were 100% sure your government and court system was benevolent, you would not want a brain fingerprinting device, even if it was just to prove… [54:20.000 --> 54:30.000] You're asking me to trust that the people who control that system would also be benevolent, and that is a pipe dream. [54:30.000 --> 54:36.000] Okay. So it's not worth having a brain fingerprinting in every courtroom in America. [54:36.000 --> 54:37.000] Well, that depends. [54:37.000 --> 54:43.000] If you want to be an Obama bot or something worse, be my guest. [54:43.000 --> 54:45.000] And I certainly don't want to be that. [54:45.000 --> 54:47.000] I mean, I'm just not one… [54:47.000 --> 54:56.000] I don't think it's a good idea to give the government any information that can uniquely identify you from every other person on the planet, [54:56.000 --> 55:04.000] because they will find a way to use that to their advantage against you if and when you become big enough pain in their behind. [55:04.000 --> 55:07.000] That is true. [55:07.000 --> 55:08.000] All right. [55:08.000 --> 55:09.000] Thanks, Eddie. [55:09.000 --> 55:10.000] All right. [55:10.000 --> 55:11.000] Thanks for calling in, Andrew. [55:11.000 --> 55:12.000] You're welcome. [55:12.000 --> 55:14.000] All right, folks. [55:14.000 --> 55:17.000] That was my last caller, but I needed another one. [55:17.000 --> 55:20.000] 512-646-1984. [55:20.000 --> 55:21.000] Give me a call. [55:21.000 --> 55:35.000] Now, this is not meant to sound like I'm all conspiracy theory, though most of the things that I've learned about conspiracy-wise tend to be true more so than not, [55:35.000 --> 55:40.000] except for a few I can't really get into, but I won't go into those in any specific detail. [55:40.000 --> 55:44.000] But let's just say they're farther-fetched than I'm willing to stretch. [55:44.000 --> 55:55.000] In any case, when it comes to things that they're capable of doing, I don't put anything past them as far as the desire to be able to do it, [55:55.000 --> 56:01.000] whether they can yet or not to hold another part of the equation, but the desire to be able to do it. [56:01.000 --> 56:15.000] I guarantee you there are people sitting in Washington, D.C., every day, trying to figure out how much better things would be from their point of view [56:15.000 --> 56:27.000] if they could simply order the rest of us to do certain things the way they want them done, that they could simply say we need to depopulate, kill a few. [56:27.000 --> 56:31.000] We need to increase population, tell a few to breed. [56:31.000 --> 56:36.000] We need more work to do these kind of jobs, tell people that's what they're going to do. [56:36.000 --> 56:49.000] I guarantee you that would be much more suitable to those that believe they're better than the rest of us simply because they are where they are. [56:49.000 --> 57:05.000] Now, personally, meeting these people face-to-face would not go well for either of us, guaranteed, because I'm not one to bite my tongue when something needs to be said, [57:05.000 --> 57:15.000] and I most assuredly am not one to bite my tongue when I have the opportunity to say it to the face of the one to whom it desperately needs to be said. [57:15.000 --> 57:21.000] So I may say it with a smile on my face. I may say it without shouting. [57:21.000 --> 57:33.000] I may say it without any vulgar – vulgarious words of any kind or vulgar words of any kind, but that won't mean that it's going to be pleasant to hear. [57:33.000 --> 57:43.000] So that's just the way I am about things, unfortunately, in some cases, but most of the time I can live with it. [57:43.000 --> 57:48.000] All right. We have Russ in Texas. Russ, what can we do for you? [57:48.000 --> 57:52.000] Oh, hey, Eddie. I'm a first-time caller, but I've been listening to you since March. [57:52.000 --> 58:00.000] Well, all right. Well, I've only got a few seconds before the break. If you want to give me a gist of what we're doing, I'll pick you up on the other side and we'll continue. [58:00.000 --> 58:02.000] What's your question going to be about? [58:02.000 --> 58:06.000] I want to make a comment on your national security, and then I have an automobile question. [58:06.000 --> 58:11.000] All right. Well, if you'll hang on to the other side of the break, I'll be happy to answer that one for you, okay? [58:11.000 --> 58:12.000] Okay. [58:12.000 --> 58:17.000] All right, folks. This is Rule of Law Radio, Monday night show with your host, Eddie Craig. [58:17.000 --> 58:22.000] Call in number 512-646-1984. [58:22.000 --> 58:30.000] Give us a call. I've got an hour left in this thing, and I need somebody to talk to. I've only got one person. I need some more. [58:30.000 --> 58:50.000] Y'all get in line. We'll be right back after this break. [58:50.000 --> 58:58.000] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, yet countless readers are frustrated because they struggle to understand it. [58:58.000 --> 59:06.000] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, but in the process can compromise the profound meaning of the scripture. [59:06.000 --> 59:09.000] Enter the recovery version. [59:09.000 --> 59:18.000] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate, but the real story is the more than 9,000 explanatory footnotes. [59:18.000 --> 59:28.000] Difficult and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way, providing an entrance into the riches of the Word beyond which you've ever experienced before. [01:01:05.000 --> 01:01:09.000] In the news, the Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing this month, [01:01:09.000 --> 01:01:16.000] focused on the findings of the Presidential Task Force's report reviewing the NSA's monitoring and data collection program. [01:01:16.000 --> 01:01:25.000] Word of the hearing was made public Sunday during Senator Patrick Leahy's appearance on NBC's Meet the Press. [01:01:25.000 --> 01:01:31.000] The Obama administration is taking steps meanwhile to prevent judges from ruling on the constitutionality of NSA surveillance [01:01:31.000 --> 01:01:34.000] that originated under President George W. Bush. [01:01:34.000 --> 01:01:39.000] The government acknowledged the wiretapping of emails and phone calls that began in 2001, [01:01:39.000 --> 01:01:49.000] but continued to argue for state secrets privilege, stating that information was too sensitive to be disclosed. [01:01:49.000 --> 01:01:58.000] On Sunday, The Washington Post released a report detailing a classified CIA program involving the murder of at least two dozen leaders [01:01:58.000 --> 01:02:01.000] of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Columbia. [01:02:01.000 --> 01:02:08.000] The Post interviewed more than 30 former and current U.S. and Colombian officials speaking on condition of anonymity. [01:02:08.000 --> 01:02:20.000] The program involved supplies such as GPS equipment used to create smart bombs and intelligence in the form of substantial eavesdropping help. [01:02:20.000 --> 01:02:22.000] Support for Liberty Beat comes from Cabo Pops. [01:02:22.000 --> 01:02:27.000] Check out their new location, 29th and Rio Grande, between Guadalupe and Lamar. [01:02:52.000 --> 01:02:57.000] Check out the website, thelibertybeat.com. [01:03:23.000 --> 01:03:26.000] All right, folks, we are back. [01:03:26.000 --> 01:03:28.000] This is Rule of Law Radio. [01:03:28.000 --> 01:03:32.000] Okay, I'm going to take a couple of minutes and remind you all about what's going on with the network. [01:03:32.000 --> 01:03:39.000] We are doing our annual fundraiser to try to keep some money in the coffers to keep the show on the air and running. [01:03:39.000 --> 01:03:44.000] Please go to the logosradionetwork.com website for details on each of these. [01:03:44.000 --> 01:03:52.000] Not only do we have the donations in different denominations there on the website with free gifts for each one, [01:03:52.000 --> 01:04:01.000] but we also are holding a drawing for two other guns again, and that will run through January 31st of 2014. [01:04:01.000 --> 01:04:08.000] Every $25 donation, get your name into the drawing for one of these two guns. [01:04:08.000 --> 01:04:19.000] And from the looks of it here on the banner, I hadn't gone into it in a lot of detail since I don't actually have any chance of playing or donating to win these things. [01:04:19.000 --> 01:04:22.000] But they look to be pretty nice. [01:04:22.000 --> 01:04:26.000] So go to the Logos Radio Network website and take a look at those. [01:04:26.000 --> 01:04:33.000] And please contribute because we can't keep the bills paid on our own with what we do. [01:04:33.000 --> 01:04:34.000] We need your help. [01:04:34.000 --> 01:04:42.000] So if you think what we do is valuable, you think that we're worth something to the community and to the folks out there listening and to yourself, [01:04:42.000 --> 01:04:46.000] please, please donate and support the network. [01:04:46.000 --> 01:04:48.000] We really, really need it. [01:04:48.000 --> 01:04:49.000] All right. [01:04:49.000 --> 01:04:51.000] Now let's get back to our callers here. [01:04:51.000 --> 01:04:54.000] Let's see, Russ. [01:04:54.000 --> 01:04:56.000] All right, Russ, let's continue. [01:04:56.000 --> 01:05:03.000] Yeah, it was a very interesting lead-in to your show about national security, and I wanted to call in and ditto your previous caller. [01:05:03.000 --> 01:05:05.000] I think he pretty much nailed it. [01:05:05.000 --> 01:05:16.000] But one of the things I learned from Harmon Taylor is federal means federal, and the term national security was used after World War II. [01:05:16.000 --> 01:05:20.000] And I think federalism really took off a lot since then. [01:05:20.000 --> 01:05:25.000] So in my opinion, it should be called federal security because all they're doing is protecting D.C. [01:05:25.000 --> 01:05:33.000] and they really don't care about the 50 states or the borders of the 50 states, as we can see demonstrably. [01:05:33.000 --> 01:05:38.000] So in my opinion, it should be federal security because D.C. is all they really care about. [01:05:38.000 --> 01:05:45.000] Well, again, as the other caller stated, Clint, make sure you replace security with control, federal control. [01:05:45.000 --> 01:05:46.000] Exactly. [01:05:46.000 --> 01:05:47.000] Sorry, I forgot. [01:05:47.000 --> 01:05:49.000] Federal control is a very good point. [01:05:49.000 --> 01:06:00.000] And as far as like U.S. citizen, you know, they do not want people to know there's actually two classes of citizen, a state citizen, one of the 50 states, and a U.S. citizen. [01:06:00.000 --> 01:06:09.000] So, you know, in my opinion, it should be called federal citizen if you live in D.C., Guam, Puerto Rico, or its territories. [01:06:09.000 --> 01:06:16.000] And if you're one of the 50 states, if you're born in the 50 states, you ought to be called a state citizen the way it was meant to be [01:06:16.000 --> 01:06:23.000] because federal citizen didn't come about until the 14th Amendment after slavery, after the Civil War. [01:06:23.000 --> 01:06:26.000] And so before then, there was only one citizen. [01:06:26.000 --> 01:06:32.000] And after the Civil War, there were two citizens, and that is in court cases. [01:06:32.000 --> 01:06:35.000] You know, I can't think of the name of it. [01:06:35.000 --> 01:06:37.000] It's in a Supreme Court decision. [01:06:37.000 --> 01:06:41.000] But anyway, I wanted to get on the topic of automobile real quick. [01:06:41.000 --> 01:06:43.000] I wanted your advice. [01:06:43.000 --> 01:06:47.000] When I first saw your video back in March, it kind of blew my doors. [01:06:47.000 --> 01:06:54.000] And it really forced me to kind of study and make sense of it for myself and educate myself. [01:06:54.000 --> 01:06:57.000] And I come to realize I've never had been a driver. [01:06:57.000 --> 01:07:04.000] You know, I've always been a traveler, and I thought I had an automobile, but I have a motor vehicle. [01:07:04.000 --> 01:07:05.000] No, no, no, no, no. [01:07:05.000 --> 01:07:08.000] I think you got that backwards. [01:07:08.000 --> 01:07:13.000] No, I mean, you know, basically, I bought my automobile 10 years ago. [01:07:13.000 --> 01:07:16.000] But when I pulled out the receipt, it says motor vehicle on it. [01:07:16.000 --> 01:07:17.000] Yeah. [01:07:17.000 --> 01:07:24.000] And I thought, how the heck did I get a motor vehicle when I walked in the dealership and asked for, you know, an automobile? [01:07:24.000 --> 01:07:26.000] Because you signed all the paperwork at the dealership, right? [01:07:26.000 --> 01:07:27.000] Yeah. [01:07:27.000 --> 01:07:34.000] So I went back to the dealer, the very same dealer, and I walked in with a checkbook, you know, holding it out publicly. [01:07:34.000 --> 01:07:40.000] And I grabbed the finance manager and said, hey, I want to buy an automobile, and walked in his office. [01:07:40.000 --> 01:07:44.000] And he proceeded to show me the paperwork, and it said motor vehicle. [01:07:44.000 --> 01:07:46.000] And I said, whoa, wait a minute. [01:07:46.000 --> 01:07:51.000] I said, you know, I'm a private guy who travels, and I want an automobile. [01:07:51.000 --> 01:07:55.000] And he said, well, automobile is the same thing as a motor vehicle. [01:07:55.000 --> 01:07:58.000] And I said, well, I said, wait a minute. [01:07:58.000 --> 01:08:00.000] You're talking about legal terms. [01:08:00.000 --> 01:08:01.000] I think you're wrong. [01:08:01.000 --> 01:08:08.000] And he said, well, if you want to buy one here, you have to use this form because the state makes us use this form. [01:08:08.000 --> 01:08:17.000] So anyway, so I went into the general manager's office of the whole dealership, and I walked in and said, look, I have a checkbook in hand, [01:08:17.000 --> 01:08:19.000] and I want to buy an automobile. [01:08:19.000 --> 01:08:24.000] And I looked you up in the phone book, and it says you have automobiles and cars here. [01:08:24.000 --> 01:08:26.000] You're an automobile dealership, correct? [01:08:26.000 --> 01:08:27.000] He says, correct. [01:08:27.000 --> 01:08:35.000] And I said, well, I got a checkbook, I want to buy one, and your finance manager only has a motor vehicle form. [01:08:35.000 --> 01:08:37.000] And he kind of went, uh-oh. [01:08:37.000 --> 01:08:41.000] So he says, well, what do those terms mean to you? [01:08:41.000 --> 01:08:43.000] And I said, well, it doesn't really matter what I think. [01:08:43.000 --> 01:08:45.000] It matters what the law says. [01:08:45.000 --> 01:08:52.000] And I do not want a motor vehicle because I'm not engaging in the regular activity of commerce. [01:08:52.000 --> 01:09:02.000] And so, you know, he pretty much told me, you know, if I paid cash, he could put it on a bill of sale, and he could call it an automobile, [01:09:02.000 --> 01:09:05.000] but he could not sell me the MCO. [01:09:05.000 --> 01:09:08.000] So I said, well, you know, I'm buying the MCO. [01:09:08.000 --> 01:09:09.000] I want the MCO. [01:09:09.000 --> 01:09:14.000] And he says, well, I can't do that because of the Department of Motor Vehicles. [01:09:14.000 --> 01:09:17.000] So I did it for my own proof. [01:09:17.000 --> 01:09:31.000] So I walked out of there wanting to buy an automobile with cash, and he had no automobiles or cars for sale, only motor vehicles that I could not get the MCO. [01:09:31.000 --> 01:09:32.000] Well, that's true. [01:09:32.000 --> 01:09:43.000] And if you will look at the statutes, you can only be licensed in Texas as a motor vehicle dealership. [01:09:43.000 --> 01:09:46.000] Exactly. [01:09:46.000 --> 01:09:49.000] So where do I go to get an automobile? [01:09:49.000 --> 01:09:50.000] Private sale. [01:09:50.000 --> 01:09:52.000] A private sale, okay. [01:09:52.000 --> 01:09:55.000] So I already have one that's been paid for for five years. [01:09:55.000 --> 01:09:56.000] So what do I do with it? [01:09:56.000 --> 01:09:58.000] It's a motor vehicle. [01:09:58.000 --> 01:10:00.000] Not if you're not using it. [01:10:00.000 --> 01:10:03.000] See, there's more than one aspect to this. [01:10:03.000 --> 01:10:07.000] The paperwork alone does not make it a motor vehicle. [01:10:07.000 --> 01:10:16.000] The tagging of it, the licensing of it, those in and of themselves do not make it a motor vehicle. [01:10:16.000 --> 01:10:21.000] They make it commercial ready to be used as a motor vehicle. [01:10:21.000 --> 01:10:26.000] But until it is used as such, it isn't. [01:10:26.000 --> 01:10:43.000] So I'm thinking about whether I should go au naturel and take off the plates and the stickers and get pulled over every day or start up a corporation and put the plate and the sticker under a corporate name and then not – [01:10:43.000 --> 01:10:50.000] If you put it under a corporate name, there is no way you will ever win an argument that it's not commercial. [01:10:50.000 --> 01:10:52.000] Oh, really? [01:10:52.000 --> 01:10:54.000] Okay. [01:10:54.000 --> 01:10:55.000] Okay. [01:10:55.000 --> 01:10:57.000] It's just not going to happen. [01:10:57.000 --> 01:11:01.000] So if it's under a corporate name, it's considered commercial? [01:11:01.000 --> 01:11:02.000] Absolutely. [01:11:02.000 --> 01:11:03.000] It's corporate property. [01:11:03.000 --> 01:11:11.000] What is the mandate of every corporation, unless it's specifically set up as a nonprofit, to generate a profit? [01:11:11.000 --> 01:11:12.000] Okay. [01:11:12.000 --> 01:11:13.000] Okay. [01:11:13.000 --> 01:11:22.000] And regardless, because it's registered to the corporation, it shall always be presumed to be used for corporate business. [01:11:22.000 --> 01:11:23.000] Okay. [01:11:23.000 --> 01:11:30.000] I totally prefer to have it under my own name as a private man and not for profit or for hire. [01:11:30.000 --> 01:11:34.000] So I'm going to get some bumper stickers to put on there, not for profit or hire. [01:11:34.000 --> 01:11:36.000] Well, you can have your own plate made. [01:11:36.000 --> 01:11:40.000] If you'll send me an email, I'll show you a copy of a plate that I'm having done up for mine. [01:11:40.000 --> 01:11:41.000] Yep. [01:11:41.000 --> 01:11:42.000] I'll do that. [01:11:42.000 --> 01:11:44.000] But the plate – [01:11:44.000 --> 01:11:48.000] If you could tell me where you bought yours, I'm going to buy mine there as well. [01:11:48.000 --> 01:11:50.000] The plate or the car? [01:11:50.000 --> 01:11:51.000] The plate. [01:11:51.000 --> 01:11:53.000] Well, I'll send that to you. [01:11:53.000 --> 01:11:55.000] I haven't purchased it from anyone yet. [01:11:55.000 --> 01:12:02.000] I'm trying to find the best deal on it off the places, but there's tons of places on the Internet that will do plates. [01:12:02.000 --> 01:12:03.000] Okay. [01:12:03.000 --> 01:12:11.000] Harmon Taylor had a very good email on Sunday defining transportation for his case, I guess. [01:12:11.000 --> 01:12:21.000] He says he defines transportation as this, removing people and or property from here to there, from one place to another, [01:12:21.000 --> 01:12:27.000] for profit or hire under the choice of law of the place called this state. [01:12:27.000 --> 01:12:28.000] Called this state. [01:12:28.000 --> 01:12:29.000] Yes. [01:12:29.000 --> 01:12:30.000] I'm very familiar with Harmon's definition. [01:12:30.000 --> 01:12:35.000] He and I have discussed those particularities in detail numerous times. [01:12:35.000 --> 01:12:37.000] Okay. [01:12:37.000 --> 01:12:38.000] Yes. [01:12:38.000 --> 01:12:39.000] So I've learned a lot from Harmon. [01:12:39.000 --> 01:12:40.000] I've learned a lot from you. [01:12:40.000 --> 01:12:44.000] I would love to come take your course over the weekend in Austin. [01:12:44.000 --> 01:12:45.000] Are you still doing that? [01:12:45.000 --> 01:12:53.000] I am, but we won't be doing any until after the second weekend or starting again the second weekend in January. [01:12:53.000 --> 01:12:55.000] Is there a sign-up place? [01:12:55.000 --> 01:12:56.000] There is no sign-up. [01:12:56.000 --> 01:12:58.000] It's walk-in. [01:12:58.000 --> 01:12:59.000] Okay. [01:12:59.000 --> 01:13:01.000] Is there info on the Web site? [01:13:01.000 --> 01:13:03.000] Relating to? [01:13:03.000 --> 01:13:04.000] To the sign-up. [01:13:04.000 --> 01:13:06.000] There is no sign-up. [01:13:06.000 --> 01:13:07.000] It's walk-in. [01:13:07.000 --> 01:13:10.000] Is where it is and all that, I mean I have no idea where it is or? [01:13:10.000 --> 01:13:12.000] Oh, it's at Brave New Books in Austin. [01:13:12.000 --> 01:13:18.000] I generally put it up on Facebook as an event scheduled on there and everything, [01:13:18.000 --> 01:13:21.000] just like I do the show here at night on Mondays. [01:13:21.000 --> 01:13:23.000] Okay. [01:13:23.000 --> 01:13:25.000] But, yes, it's at Brave New Books in Austin. [01:13:25.000 --> 01:13:27.000] Brave New Books. [01:13:27.000 --> 01:13:28.000] Okay. [01:13:28.000 --> 01:13:31.000] Yes, that's 1904 Guadalupe Street, Austin, Texas. [01:13:31.000 --> 01:13:32.000] Okay. [01:13:32.000 --> 01:13:34.000] I plan on being there in January, so I want to get going on that. [01:13:34.000 --> 01:13:35.000] Okay. [01:13:35.000 --> 01:13:39.000] I guess I was going to ask you, you know, from what I learned from you, [01:13:39.000 --> 01:13:43.000] I also learned that I'm not engaged in a trade or business, [01:13:43.000 --> 01:13:46.000] so I'm not qualified to pay income tax. [01:13:46.000 --> 01:13:50.000] And I also learned I'm not qualified to have a Social Security number [01:13:50.000 --> 01:13:55.000] because I'm not a federal personnel, which is defined as a federal official, [01:13:55.000 --> 01:13:58.000] federal employee, a member of the military, [01:13:58.000 --> 01:14:02.000] or anyone who has a retirement program from the United States government. [01:14:02.000 --> 01:14:08.000] Yeah, by definition, Title 26 defines employee as someone employed by the federal government. [01:14:08.000 --> 01:14:09.000] Exactly. [01:14:09.000 --> 01:14:15.000] And a business or enterprise is defined as any federal government agency or department. [01:14:15.000 --> 01:14:16.000] Yeah. [01:14:16.000 --> 01:14:18.000] So I'm there to tell you, brother, you really woke me up. [01:14:18.000 --> 01:14:24.000] I went from you and realizing I'm not a driver to realizing I'm not a U.S. citizen, [01:14:24.000 --> 01:14:30.000] I don't qualify for income tax, and I don't qualify for a Social Security number. [01:14:30.000 --> 01:14:40.000] Well, any time any governmental agency is referring to you with any nomenclature other than that of man, [01:14:40.000 --> 01:14:44.000] then they're putting you into some sort of governmental capacity [01:14:44.000 --> 01:14:48.000] that they have the capability of regulating. [01:14:48.000 --> 01:14:49.000] Keep that in mind. [01:14:49.000 --> 01:14:50.000] Exactly. [01:14:50.000 --> 01:14:53.000] Okay, listen, I just want to tell you I appreciate it and keep up the good work. [01:14:53.000 --> 01:14:55.000] All right, Russ, thanks for calling in. [01:14:55.000 --> 01:14:56.000] All right, bye. [01:14:56.000 --> 01:14:57.000] Bye-bye. [01:14:57.000 --> 01:15:01.000] All right, now we're going to go to Dave in Delaware. [01:15:01.000 --> 01:15:04.000] Dave, what can we do for you? [01:15:04.000 --> 01:15:08.000] Regarding the man that was interested in Internal Revenue Service, [01:15:08.000 --> 01:15:11.000] it's by voluntary compliance. [01:15:11.000 --> 01:15:13.000] They admit that openly. [01:15:13.000 --> 01:15:18.000] So anyone who wants to learn how to discontinue volunteering into that [01:15:18.000 --> 01:15:26.000] and in effect, un-volunteer, send me an email, notaxman at DMV.com, [01:15:26.000 --> 01:15:32.000] send you some information on how to discontinue being tricked into volunteering into that contract. [01:15:32.000 --> 01:15:35.000] Stop calling yourself a taxpayer and acting like one. [01:15:35.000 --> 01:15:38.000] Exactly true. [01:15:38.000 --> 01:15:40.000] All right, anything else? [01:15:40.000 --> 01:15:46.000] No, I just had people being tricked into volunteering and they don't realize it's a contract, [01:15:46.000 --> 01:15:48.000] a basic contract law. [01:15:48.000 --> 01:15:51.000] Once you volunteer into the regulated enterprise, [01:15:51.000 --> 01:15:56.000] then naturally you must comply with the regulations of the enterprise you just volunteered into. [01:15:56.000 --> 01:16:02.000] People need to learn how to discontinue being tricked into the volunteering and in effect, un-volunteer. [01:16:02.000 --> 01:16:04.000] Yeah, I agree. [01:16:04.000 --> 01:16:06.000] Each and every time, always and forever. [01:16:06.000 --> 01:16:07.000] You can't just do it one time. [01:16:07.000 --> 01:16:13.000] You've got to do it each and every time, always and forever because those computers don't quit. [01:16:13.000 --> 01:16:15.000] They've got computers all around the country [01:16:15.000 --> 01:16:19.000] and the one computer don't tell the other computers that you've done it, so you've got to – [01:16:19.000 --> 01:16:20.000] No, that's true. [01:16:20.000 --> 01:16:28.000] I actually was asked to be the lead consultant on reprogramming the internal revenue services computer systems [01:16:28.000 --> 01:16:32.000] back when they were doing the complete redesign of everything they're doing, [01:16:32.000 --> 01:16:34.000] and that was one of the reasons why I didn't take it. [01:16:34.000 --> 01:16:41.000] There is no way I would get into that because I'd be in prison before the day was over. [01:16:41.000 --> 01:16:42.000] Thank you. [01:16:42.000 --> 01:16:45.000] All right, thanks for calling in, Dave. [01:16:45.000 --> 01:16:47.000] All right, folks, this is Rule of Law Radio. [01:19:01.000 --> 01:19:11.000] This is the Logos Logos Radio Network. [01:19:11.000 --> 01:19:33.000] Music [01:19:33.000 --> 01:19:37.000] Alright folks, we are back. This is Rule of Law Radio. [01:19:37.000 --> 01:19:42.000] Alright, now we're going to get back to your calls here and we're going to take Doug in Texas. [01:19:42.000 --> 01:19:44.000] Doug, what can we do for you? [01:19:44.000 --> 01:19:55.000] Eddie, you're on fire tonight. You got a cat going on and talking about the national security, [01:19:55.000 --> 01:20:04.000] what that means is that we the little people in the United States, [01:20:04.000 --> 01:20:09.000] we have an enemy that's taken over, that's in charge, [01:20:09.000 --> 01:20:13.000] and they're worried about their security. [01:20:13.000 --> 01:20:24.000] We don't need to know what they're doing because they're protecting us from the terrorists. [01:20:24.000 --> 01:20:33.000] And they would be compromising our safety and everything, national security. [01:20:33.000 --> 01:20:37.000] If we knew what our criminal government was doing. [01:20:37.000 --> 01:20:42.000] Yeah, well I kind of take a federal security system pretty much the same way [01:20:42.000 --> 01:20:45.000] that I've took the gangster security system. [01:20:45.000 --> 01:20:49.000] If you don't do what we want and pay us to do it, [01:20:49.000 --> 01:20:55.000] then the protection you need to people to prevent things from happening to you [01:20:55.000 --> 01:20:58.000] and your business won't be there. [01:20:58.000 --> 01:21:03.000] It's the same strong-arm tactics the gangsters used to use to commit extortion, [01:21:03.000 --> 01:21:06.000] except now they just call it government. [01:21:06.000 --> 01:21:13.000] Well, it's exactly just like when little Lindsey Graham this day or whatever, [01:21:13.000 --> 01:21:21.000] the positive homosexuals from North or South Carolina came out and said, [01:21:21.000 --> 01:21:31.000] don't give us this power, Charleston is going to be nuked or whatever. [01:21:31.000 --> 01:21:35.000] How did he know that? [01:21:35.000 --> 01:21:47.000] How did the little Israeli compromised agents know that they were going to nuk Charleston, South Carolina? [01:21:47.000 --> 01:21:59.000] Well, maybe he's on Obama's personal mailing list. [01:21:59.000 --> 01:22:03.000] He might be on his basketball team or whatever. [01:22:03.000 --> 01:22:06.000] I don't think Obama can play basketball. [01:22:06.000 --> 01:22:11.000] He can't ride men's bicycles, so I don't know why he'd be playing basketball. [01:22:11.000 --> 01:22:17.000] It's not the basketball, it's all about taking showers afterwards. [01:22:17.000 --> 01:22:27.000] I mean, that's what it's all about is getting in the showers with your little buddies after the game [01:22:27.000 --> 01:22:35.000] and having them side photograph all your stuff. [01:22:35.000 --> 01:22:38.000] I mean, that's just my opinion. [01:22:38.000 --> 01:22:45.000] Well, I mean, let's face facts, it would be very difficult for anybody to get the opportunity for that [01:22:45.000 --> 01:22:50.000] with a Secret Service standing outside all the shower stalls where Obama might be inside, [01:22:50.000 --> 01:22:58.000] but it's also extremely difficult to hide the presidential penis considering he's almost six feet tall. [01:22:58.000 --> 01:23:04.000] Well, you have a good point there. [01:23:04.000 --> 01:23:10.000] According to Chris Massey, he's a perfect specimen. [01:23:10.000 --> 01:23:15.000] I get a tingle down my leg every time I see this. [01:23:15.000 --> 01:23:20.000] Perfect specimen of humanity. [01:23:20.000 --> 01:23:26.000] I just thought I'd throw that in there, but hey, you're good. [01:23:26.000 --> 01:23:28.000] We can get off. [01:23:28.000 --> 01:23:29.000] Well, I appreciate that, Doug. [01:23:29.000 --> 01:23:30.000] Thank you. [01:23:30.000 --> 01:23:35.000] Get off the parking ticket. [01:23:35.000 --> 01:23:40.000] You've got it all figured out, and it's a pleasure listening to you. [01:23:40.000 --> 01:23:45.000] Well, I don't know about having it all figured out, but as the famous movie line goes, [01:23:45.000 --> 01:23:50.000] I know when somebody's peeing on my boots and telling me it's a rainstorm. [01:23:50.000 --> 01:23:54.000] Yeah, I think you've got that figured out. [01:23:54.000 --> 01:23:56.000] Pleasure listening to you. [01:23:56.000 --> 01:23:59.000] Thanks for doing your show. [01:23:59.000 --> 01:24:00.000] Appreciate it, Doug. [01:24:00.000 --> 01:24:01.000] You have a good night. [01:24:01.000 --> 01:24:03.000] Merry Christmas and God bless, man. [01:24:03.000 --> 01:24:04.000] You too. [01:24:04.000 --> 01:24:05.000] All right. [01:24:05.000 --> 01:24:06.000] Bye. [01:24:06.000 --> 01:24:07.000] Bye-bye. [01:24:07.000 --> 01:24:08.000] All right. [01:24:08.000 --> 01:24:10.000] Now we're going to go to Lee in California. [01:24:10.000 --> 01:24:16.000] Lee, what can we do for you? [01:24:16.000 --> 01:24:18.000] Hello, Lee in California. [01:24:18.000 --> 01:24:19.000] How are you doing, Eddie? [01:24:19.000 --> 01:24:20.000] I'm doing good. [01:24:20.000 --> 01:24:21.000] Now I can hear you. [01:24:21.000 --> 01:24:22.000] Yeah, it was on mute. [01:24:22.000 --> 01:24:23.000] Sorry. [01:24:23.000 --> 01:24:30.000] Yeah, I just purchased your seminar, and I was going to ask you, [01:24:30.000 --> 01:24:34.000] I haven't received it yet because it says within 48 hours, [01:24:34.000 --> 01:24:41.000] but the examples that you're going to have on there to frame my case, [01:24:41.000 --> 01:24:44.000] does it have, like, Texas laws on it, [01:24:44.000 --> 01:24:47.000] and I just have to basically associate them with the California? [01:24:47.000 --> 01:24:48.000] Correct. [01:24:48.000 --> 01:24:49.000] Yeah. [01:24:49.000 --> 01:24:53.000] The thing that I've done in the legal paperwork uses the laws that's found in Texas, [01:24:53.000 --> 01:24:57.000] but from what I understand from the people in California, [01:24:57.000 --> 01:25:03.000] y'all have got much easier access to stuff that says it more blatantly than ours does even [01:25:03.000 --> 01:25:07.000] that it's commercial in California, and it's always been so. [01:25:07.000 --> 01:25:08.000] Yeah, I did find it. [01:25:08.000 --> 01:25:14.000] It's under vehicle code 1500 on the California vehicle code. [01:25:14.000 --> 01:25:20.000] And it says they're in the business of commercial and commerce, basically. [01:25:20.000 --> 01:25:26.000] Yeah, so all you've got to remember to do is to object to any association with the deadly sins, [01:25:26.000 --> 01:25:30.000] with your activities and what you're in, and you should be good to go. [01:25:30.000 --> 01:25:33.000] Now, that doesn't mean they're going to listen to you, so don't get discouraged. [01:25:33.000 --> 01:25:36.000] The whole objective here is to make them keep violating the law [01:25:36.000 --> 01:25:39.000] to the point you get to sue them for rights violations. [01:25:39.000 --> 01:25:46.000] Okay, because I was the one who sent you the email of the recording of the Border Patrol, [01:25:46.000 --> 01:25:52.000] how they came inside my car, my truck, should I say. [01:25:52.000 --> 01:25:53.000] Okay. [01:25:53.000 --> 01:25:58.000] And hopefully, you know, that also can apply to them too, right? [01:25:58.000 --> 01:26:02.000] Well, Border Patrol has no traffic enforcement authority. [01:26:02.000 --> 01:26:07.000] Within Texas or in California, as far as I know, if you look in your penal code [01:26:07.000 --> 01:26:15.000] or wherever it's defined, what constitutes a law enforcement officer or peace officer in your particular state, [01:26:15.000 --> 01:26:20.000] federal people are not in the list of authorized peace officers or police officers [01:26:20.000 --> 01:26:23.000] within the territorial borders of Texas. [01:26:23.000 --> 01:26:28.000] They have no authority to enforce state law, none. [01:26:28.000 --> 01:26:34.000] And they certainly cannot enforce federal law because the federal law is 100% commercial, [01:26:34.000 --> 01:26:39.000] and the first thing they'd have to determine is, are you commercial? [01:26:39.000 --> 01:26:43.000] And if they fail to do that, then they've blown their jurisdiction, [01:26:43.000 --> 01:26:48.000] provided you don't say or do something that will give them reasonable, [01:26:48.000 --> 01:26:54.000] probable cause to assert you were commercial or they had good cause to believe you were. [01:26:54.000 --> 01:26:55.000] Correct, correct. [01:26:55.000 --> 01:27:00.000] Yeah, because in the audio, it clearly states why they were detaining me, [01:27:00.000 --> 01:27:04.000] and it was because I didn't answer the question whether I was U.S. citizen or not. [01:27:04.000 --> 01:27:08.000] Well, they have no authority to detain for that either. [01:27:08.000 --> 01:27:12.000] And then they said that the dog alerted, which I never heard him bark, [01:27:12.000 --> 01:27:16.000] and that was probable cause for them to send me to secondary, [01:27:16.000 --> 01:27:18.000] and if not, they were going to extract me from my vehicle. [01:27:18.000 --> 01:27:23.000] Believe me, everything they do with the dogs is a setup. [01:27:23.000 --> 01:27:29.000] There's nothing reliable about the dogs because they can make the dog do whatever they want. [01:27:29.000 --> 01:27:31.000] Correct. [01:27:31.000 --> 01:27:38.000] Until that dog can take the stand and articulate in a clear voice why he alerted, [01:27:38.000 --> 01:27:45.000] in my opinion, he should never be trusted as the source of reasonable suspicion or probable cause. [01:27:45.000 --> 01:27:49.000] None. [01:27:49.000 --> 01:27:52.000] I see. [01:27:52.000 --> 01:27:53.000] Okay. [01:27:53.000 --> 01:27:54.000] All right. [01:27:54.000 --> 01:27:59.000] What happened was they called the – they fingerprinted me while I was in handcuffs. [01:27:59.000 --> 01:28:01.000] You know, I – [01:28:01.000 --> 01:28:04.000] Well, you should never have let them have done that. [01:28:04.000 --> 01:28:06.000] They had no authority to take your fingerprints. [01:28:06.000 --> 01:28:09.000] You have the right to refuse. [01:28:09.000 --> 01:28:11.000] I told them that I was refusing, and they kept insisting, [01:28:11.000 --> 01:28:14.000] well, you're going to have to cooperate because you're in the handcuffs. [01:28:14.000 --> 01:28:19.000] No, you don't have to cooperate just because you're wearing handcuffs. [01:28:19.000 --> 01:28:22.000] If they – why do you think – let me ask you a question. [01:28:22.000 --> 01:28:27.000] Did they ever attempt to forcibly extract your fingerprints? [01:28:27.000 --> 01:28:28.000] No, no, man. [01:28:28.000 --> 01:28:30.000] Well, by intimidation they did, only. [01:28:30.000 --> 01:28:32.000] Well, but – no, no, no, no, no. [01:28:32.000 --> 01:28:33.000] Don't evade. [01:28:33.000 --> 01:28:34.000] Please don't. [01:28:34.000 --> 01:28:40.000] Straight up, did they ever force you to surrender your fingerprints? [01:28:40.000 --> 01:28:41.000] No, they never forced it. [01:28:41.000 --> 01:28:42.000] Exactly. [01:28:42.000 --> 01:28:44.000] And they would not have. [01:28:44.000 --> 01:28:52.000] They kept intimidating you to get you to volunteer, and you did. [01:28:52.000 --> 01:28:53.000] Okay. [01:28:53.000 --> 01:28:54.000] See the problem? [01:28:54.000 --> 01:28:55.000] Yep. [01:28:55.000 --> 01:28:59.000] They will convince you you have no right to do anything if you let them. [01:28:59.000 --> 01:29:11.000] Their job is to lie, to cheat, to steal, to abuse, and they get you to give them the power to do that. [01:29:11.000 --> 01:29:12.000] Okay. [01:29:12.000 --> 01:29:13.000] Comprende? [01:29:13.000 --> 01:29:14.000] I do. [01:29:14.000 --> 01:29:15.000] I do. [01:29:15.000 --> 01:29:20.000] So now I fight this in the sheriffs because the sheriffs came over and took my handcuffs [01:29:20.000 --> 01:29:27.000] off after I signed the ticket of having no registration, insurance, and suspended life. [01:29:27.000 --> 01:29:33.000] Well, again, once you make the argument you're not commercial and you support that, those [01:29:33.000 --> 01:29:37.000] sheriffs and everybody else, you've got a lawsuit against them. [01:29:37.000 --> 01:29:38.000] Perfect. [01:29:38.000 --> 01:29:39.000] Okay? [01:29:39.000 --> 01:29:43.000] But you've got to maintain it all the way through about the no commercial activity thing. [01:29:43.000 --> 01:29:44.000] I will. [01:29:44.000 --> 01:29:45.000] I definitely will. [01:29:45.000 --> 01:29:46.000] All right, Lee. [01:29:46.000 --> 01:29:47.000] Thanks for calling in. [01:29:47.000 --> 01:29:48.000] Thank you. [01:29:48.000 --> 01:29:49.000] Bye-bye. [01:29:49.000 --> 01:29:50.000] Bye-bye. [01:29:50.000 --> 01:29:51.000] All right, folks. [01:29:51.000 --> 01:29:52.000] This is Rule of Law Radio. [01:29:52.000 --> 01:29:53.000] 512-646-1984. [01:29:53.000 --> 01:29:55.000] Got a half an hour left. [01:29:55.000 --> 01:29:58.000] We will be right back. [01:29:58.000 --> 01:30:05.000] To say children are a big commitment is an understatement. [01:30:05.000 --> 01:30:10.000] Raising a family takes enormous energy, love, and patience, and, of course, lots of money. [01:30:10.000 --> 01:30:15.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be back with the USDA's shocking estimate of the cost [01:30:15.000 --> 01:30:17.000] to raise a child. [01:30:17.000 --> 01:30:19.000] Privacy is under attack. [01:30:19.000 --> 01:30:22.000] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:30:22.000 --> 01:30:27.000] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish, too. [01:30:27.000 --> 01:30:32.000] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. [01:30:32.000 --> 01:30:35.000] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [01:30:35.000 --> 01:30:39.000] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search [01:30:39.000 --> 01:30:42.000] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [01:30:42.000 --> 01:30:46.000] Start over with StartPage. [01:30:46.000 --> 01:30:50.000] Raising a child is expensive, but just how expensive is a real eye-opener? [01:30:50.000 --> 01:30:56.000] According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, it costs about $286,000 to raise a middle-class [01:30:56.000 --> 01:30:58.000] child through age 17. [01:30:58.000 --> 01:31:01.000] That's nearly $16,000 a year. [01:31:01.000 --> 01:31:06.000] That estimate includes housing, food, transportation, clothing, health care, and things like haircuts [01:31:06.000 --> 01:31:07.000] and music lessons. [01:31:07.000 --> 01:31:11.000] But it doesn't include one of the biggest expenses parents incur, the cost of higher [01:31:11.000 --> 01:31:12.000] education. [01:31:12.000 --> 01:31:18.000] In-state college tuition and fees at public universities currently run about $7,000 a [01:31:18.000 --> 01:31:21.000] year, and they're expected to rise faster than the rate of inflation. [01:31:21.000 --> 01:31:22.000] Yikes. [01:31:22.000 --> 01:31:23.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [01:31:23.000 --> 01:31:31.000] More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:31:53.000 --> 01:32:21.000] We'll be right back. [01:32:21.000 --> 01:32:48.000] See you next time. [01:32:51.000 --> 01:33:12.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [01:33:12.000 --> 01:33:40.520] Alright folks, we are back, this is Rule of Law Radio. [01:33:40.520 --> 01:33:45.800] Ok just real quick one more time, please go to the logosradionetwork.com website, take [01:33:45.800 --> 01:33:52.000] a look at our end of year fundraiser and the drawings we are having for the two guns that [01:33:52.000 --> 01:33:58.840] each $25 donation, get your name entered to win or to be drawn for. [01:33:58.840 --> 01:34:03.640] In any case, go take a look at the website, please help us financially, this is how we [01:34:03.640 --> 01:34:09.480] keep the station, well station, how we keep the network running, ok, so please help us [01:34:09.480 --> 01:34:10.480] out. [01:34:10.480 --> 01:34:15.320] Alright, Patrick in Texas has called back in, Patrick, what can I do for you now? [01:34:15.320 --> 01:34:20.680] Eddie, I just thought about this and I was really curious, we are talking about national [01:34:20.680 --> 01:34:26.120] security and we have got these multi-levels that I don't quite understand, I was wondering [01:34:26.120 --> 01:34:33.920] if you could provide some insight for, we have got the FBI, the CIA, NSA, Homeland, [01:34:33.920 --> 01:34:39.320] Department of Homeland Security, TSA, Border Patrol and I am sure there are a few more [01:34:39.320 --> 01:34:44.800] that I am forgetting, but if you can help me understand what exactly each entity does [01:34:44.800 --> 01:34:51.880] to help national security or to I guess create national security and there is no overlap, [01:34:51.880 --> 01:34:56.400] I would love to hear what your thought is on that. [01:34:56.400 --> 01:35:03.000] Ok well again, if we take the proper definition of national being federal and security being [01:35:03.000 --> 01:35:11.400] control then the federal control system that these agencies associate with and help to [01:35:11.400 --> 01:35:17.560] keep in place would basically have to go as follows, border patrol ensures that there [01:35:17.560 --> 01:35:24.240] are secure routes for the importation and exportation of drugs and cheap labor personnel [01:35:24.240 --> 01:35:32.240] without interference, FBI is there to cover up the cover up of the border patrol and the [01:35:32.240 --> 01:35:39.280] other federal agencies except when politically expedient to expose one party member to the [01:35:39.280 --> 01:35:43.960] public as doing something wrong that prevents them from holding an office that somebody [01:35:43.960 --> 01:35:51.320] with more money and power wants, the CIA to gather the intelligence necessary for the [01:35:51.320 --> 01:35:57.440] FBI to do the things it does and for the border patrol to allow the import and export through [01:35:57.440 --> 01:36:04.480] the particular route that week, the NSA to listen in to who tripped over somebody else [01:36:04.480 --> 01:36:10.480] in the process and discovered the path that was being used to import and export the personnel [01:36:10.480 --> 01:36:18.960] and drugs, ICE to ensure that the proper paperwork is filled out so the illegals can become [01:36:18.960 --> 01:36:25.520] national citizens through proclamation by another foreigner that was allowed to sneak [01:36:25.520 --> 01:36:36.000] into the country oh so long ago and take over the office of federal control CEO, am I missing [01:36:36.000 --> 01:36:47.240] anybody? DHS, all right, basically the same thing except the DHS's job is to ensure that [01:36:47.240 --> 01:36:54.240] anyone in the Patriot community that brings out news or discovers any of the things these [01:36:54.240 --> 01:37:00.320] other agencies are really doing gets punished for it as the person who actually did something [01:37:00.320 --> 01:37:10.460] wrong and of course you have Congress which makes all of this possible by creating legislation [01:37:10.460 --> 01:37:16.800] that none of them read because they figure when the agencies wrote it for them to pass [01:37:16.800 --> 01:37:20.560] that they all did it properly to make sure the powers they needed to do these various [01:37:20.560 --> 01:37:28.120] jobs was in place because they were probably too busy with the corporate CEOs getting drunk [01:37:28.120 --> 01:37:35.160] at a good dinner no I wouldn't say that they're out getting drunk or even having dinner unless [01:37:35.160 --> 01:37:43.040] it's small children but they want their head clear because their grand design they want [01:37:43.040 --> 01:37:48.240] it always in focus it reminds them of where they're headed so they're too busy why do [01:37:48.240 --> 01:37:52.200] you think Hillary looks the way she looks is because she's never had a good time in [01:37:52.200 --> 01:37:57.680] her life okay then again if you were married to Bill Clinton I wouldn't expect you had [01:37:57.680 --> 01:38:04.880] one either but that's a whole nother problem I mean it what is those memes going around [01:38:04.880 --> 01:38:08.720] the internet look at all the women on the Democratic side look at all the women on the [01:38:08.720 --> 01:38:14.080] Republican side and then wonder why each one looks the way they do you got all the hotties [01:38:14.080 --> 01:38:21.200] on the right and all the uglies on the left and so on and so forth yeah I think it's pretty [01:38:21.200 --> 01:38:27.840] much their their way of thinking though none of them would care to admit that they're all [01:38:27.840 --> 01:38:33.280] bathing out of the same tub that is so true that that's the thing I think that a lot of [01:38:33.280 --> 01:38:39.960] people miss is that doesn't matter which party you think you're going to associate with they're [01:38:39.960 --> 01:38:49.040] pretty much the same and the bottom line is that you're pretty well screwed yeah well [01:38:49.040 --> 01:38:53.720] I mean it's it's that other cartoon that's been up in the papers and on the internet [01:38:53.720 --> 01:39:01.040] as well you've got two cows standing in front of two gates and one says Republican one says [01:39:01.040 --> 01:39:06.480] Democrat and they're being shoved into these gates but after they enter the gates they [01:39:06.480 --> 01:39:16.800] both converge to go down the same tunnel and the and the label over the tunnel is slaughterhouse [01:39:16.800 --> 01:39:23.520] noted all too well that's absolutely just the reality I think that a lot of people miss [01:39:23.520 --> 01:39:34.080] but it's something that we are so so exposed to and so I'm kind of invited into in a office [01:39:34.080 --> 01:39:43.640] of falsehood and it's absolutely just insane that we can't well I guess as a general populace [01:39:43.640 --> 01:39:52.840] it can't be discerned but that's the reality well I agree with you and I think you know [01:39:52.840 --> 01:39:57.480] it's just you look at these different levels and all of these different things that we're [01:39:57.480 --> 01:40:05.600] funding across the board and we're as like two or three callers before stated we're volunteering [01:40:05.600 --> 01:40:13.800] our money to to support these entities it's just absolutely insane that you can't get [01:40:13.800 --> 01:40:22.840] a majority to understand and to realize the devastation and the ultimate funding of a [01:40:22.840 --> 01:40:30.080] just an insane network I mean that's the only way you put it I guess is an insane network [01:40:30.080 --> 01:40:37.560] of convoluted chaos and hell well I agree and I mean I see all these people in the Patriot [01:40:37.560 --> 01:40:43.040] community calling themselves voluntarist newsflash you've been a voluntarist your whole life [01:40:43.040 --> 01:40:50.320] it's time to stop being un-voluntarist okay until you do that then you won't know what [01:40:50.320 --> 01:40:57.680] you've already volunteered into so true get a grip that's the thing I had a problem with [01:40:57.680 --> 01:41:05.240] it with me I had no idea what I was doing until I understood what exactly it was that [01:41:05.240 --> 01:41:12.400] I was volunteering for and that's one thing that I think you do very well Eddie very well [01:41:12.400 --> 01:41:21.200] is that you're creating a call to action and it's not anything of substantial magnitude [01:41:21.200 --> 01:41:28.760] it's a matter of enlighten and execute and the bottom line is we're going to come to [01:41:28.760 --> 01:41:34.160] a better end product than what we are accepting blindly that's the thing I think a lot of [01:41:34.160 --> 01:41:41.080] it comes blindly so I don't want to call anyone ignorant or you know uneducated but we take [01:41:41.080 --> 01:41:48.120] these things so lightheartedly and we step into it and we're in there and we're quote [01:41:48.120 --> 01:41:52.920] unquote volunteering but you have no idea that you're actually volunteering to do it [01:41:52.920 --> 01:41:57.720] until you're in it and then you actually get a little bit of education you're like whoa [01:41:57.720 --> 01:42:05.080] wait a minute I did not volunteer for this is like oh yes you did by execution of this [01:42:05.080 --> 01:42:10.880] you ultimately stepped into that and that's why I think that a lot of us get caught and [01:42:10.880 --> 01:42:17.960] it's so unfortunate and that's one thing I want to make is just one call one call the [01:42:17.960 --> 01:42:24.600] call to action just like you've done call to action to educate a call to action to do [01:42:24.600 --> 01:42:30.360] something about it don't sit back and think that you or someone like me or someone else [01:42:30.360 --> 01:42:36.160] is out there going to do anything about it it comes down to you the bottom line you have [01:42:36.160 --> 01:42:43.680] to bring yourself to action you have got to do something to resolve this utter dismay [01:42:43.680 --> 01:42:50.480] this utter chaos this massive misunderstanding or whatever you want to call it but we as [01:42:50.480 --> 01:42:56.920] a entity as a person as a power need to come to action if you don't come to action then [01:42:56.920 --> 01:43:03.240] why are you listening because it sounds good it's great but if you don't come to action [01:43:03.240 --> 01:43:11.080] then where are you well that's true enough all right Patrick I'm sorry man I got to cut [01:43:11.080 --> 01:43:14.960] you off I got one other caller before I hit the end of this we're going to go to Johnny all right Dave what you got someone mentioned about [01:46:30.280 --> 01:46:37.120] regulations and these agency regulations absolutely none of these agencies have any substantive [01:46:37.120 --> 01:46:42.880] or substantive with force and effective law regulations according to what congress has [01:46:42.880 --> 01:46:49.200] mandated that they must be promulgated that means published in the federal register Ralph [01:46:49.200 --> 01:46:54.800] Winter out a researcher in Alaska has actually spoken with the head lawyer the chief lawyer [01:46:54.800 --> 01:46:59.760] for the federal register Amy Bonk and she confirmed that he's accurate actually none [01:46:59.760 --> 01:47:06.640] of these agencies have any substantive or substantive regulations properly promulgated [01:47:06.640 --> 01:47:13.160] all the agencies have our internal agency or agency internal interpretive which is some [01:47:13.160 --> 01:47:19.240] opinion interpretive regulations that only apply to that particular agency's employees [01:47:19.240 --> 01:47:26.960] and nobody else I agree with you and the problem there is that the federal courts don't care [01:47:26.960 --> 01:47:31.080] most of the time the federal courts ignore that requirement and they've done it in the [01:47:31.080 --> 01:47:36.880] case of the income tax statutes numerous times these agencies have you just have to demand [01:47:36.880 --> 01:47:41.640] that they produce their substantive regulations and otherwise they have absolutely no jurisdiction [01:47:41.640 --> 01:47:47.440] to enforce deadly yeah and that would be true for virtually all of them that's why we have [01:47:47.440 --> 01:47:52.760] to demand that they produce their substantive regulations to verify and validate and justify [01:47:52.760 --> 01:47:58.440] their actions otherwise get the hell off my land and shut your mouth get off my property [01:47:58.440 --> 01:48:03.760] yep I can live with that well thank you I just wanted to point out that none of them [01:48:03.760 --> 01:48:09.920] have any substantive regulations all they have are internal agency interpretive regulations [01:48:09.920 --> 01:48:13.920] that only apply to employees and we are not employees of those particular agencies but [01:48:13.920 --> 01:48:18.680] people are not aware of the distinction this is true enough and I appreciate the information [01:48:18.680 --> 01:48:24.640] it's good information thank you all right all right well Johnny was on the board now [01:48:24.640 --> 01:48:31.200] Johnny's off the board what happened to him uh very can see if John where Johnny went [01:48:31.200 --> 01:48:38.240] okay in any case while we're waiting for Johnny to come back up on the board uh when we worry [01:48:38.240 --> 01:48:44.640] about what they're doing to our country or if we're worried about what they're doing [01:48:44.640 --> 01:48:50.480] to our country considering the apathy with which we act on what they're doing to our [01:48:50.480 --> 01:48:56.320] country should we be surprised about what these individual agencies say they can do [01:48:56.320 --> 01:49:02.240] and actually get away with doing should we be surprised when the powers that be are supported [01:49:02.240 --> 01:49:09.680] by the same courts that help them railroad people in those courts every single day uh [01:49:09.680 --> 01:49:14.760] let's see what federal judge was it that got kicked off the bench because she was texting [01:49:14.760 --> 01:49:26.120] the prosecution in the case I mean she was telling him what to do to the opposing party [01:49:26.120 --> 01:49:32.640] in her courtroom in a case over which she was presiding she was texting the prosecuting [01:49:32.640 --> 01:49:41.920] attorney if you think you're going into court for a fair battle think again okay this isn't [01:49:41.920 --> 01:49:47.200] going to work that way there's nothing fair about what the system has in store for us [01:49:47.200 --> 01:49:56.200] and if you think that's going to improve by osmosis you are dreaming okay uh if if that's [01:49:56.200 --> 01:50:00.520] the way you think about things that nothing's wrong nothing bad is happening they wouldn't [01:50:00.520 --> 01:50:07.080] do that they can't do that uh somebody will do something only one person can make a change [01:50:07.080 --> 01:50:13.640] and blah blah blah I got one really serious question I want to ask you just exactly what [01:50:13.640 --> 01:50:23.800] color is the suns and moons in your planet because you aren't from this one if you honestly [01:50:23.800 --> 01:50:31.120] think that human beings with the mindset of those that are currently running things is [01:50:31.120 --> 01:50:36.640] going to allow them to ever have a change of heart and go oh wait you mean this isn't [01:50:36.640 --> 01:50:44.720] for everyone's benefit you mean that this puts me oh I better change my ways I shouldn't [01:50:44.720 --> 01:50:50.200] have all this power I shouldn't be in control of all these things I shouldn't have people [01:50:50.200 --> 01:50:56.400] willing to do my bidding 24-7 and I shouldn't be able to dictate the life of those I encounter [01:50:56.400 --> 01:51:01.940] to suit my own needs if you think these people are going to drop that mindset after living [01:51:01.940 --> 01:51:12.040] a lifetime of it you are seriously deluding yourself now that's bad enough okay but let [01:51:12.040 --> 01:51:18.440] me ask you for one little favor if you want to keep that illusion alive for yourself go [01:51:18.440 --> 01:51:27.440] right ahead but please stop deluding everyone else with your point of view especially your [01:51:27.440 --> 01:51:34.800] children who actually probably see things clearer than you do because of the contrast [01:51:34.800 --> 01:51:39.360] in what they're being told versus what they're actually seeing with their own eyes and with [01:51:39.360 --> 01:51:47.760] the innocence of a child go they don't match up how is it we have grown men and women in [01:51:47.760 --> 01:51:55.400] this country that cannot tell when two things are placed side by side and we're being told [01:51:55.400 --> 01:52:02.680] let's take for instance one is a railroad tie and the other is actually a railroad rail [01:52:02.680 --> 01:52:08.120] and people are being told that they are identical they are the same thing and they're going [01:52:08.120 --> 01:52:18.220] okay if you say so that's good enough for me when in fact they're completely different [01:52:18.220 --> 01:52:26.160] and the job they do though somewhat related is completely different but that people is [01:52:26.160 --> 01:52:34.000] exactly where your delusions are taking those over which your opinion matters that's your [01:52:34.000 --> 01:52:39.240] kids that's sometimes your friends and family if they look up to you enough to go that's [01:52:39.240 --> 01:52:46.920] very intelligent reasoning because they don't know any better but if you convince the young [01:52:46.920 --> 01:52:54.000] people that it's hopeless by convincing them that this is the way it's supposed to be then [01:52:54.000 --> 01:53:03.880] we really have lost and we will never turn the tide at least not together there will [01:53:03.880 --> 01:53:10.040] once again be that repetitious point in history where a very few were called upon to defend [01:53:10.040 --> 01:53:17.080] the rights and liberties of the many who refused to act for themselves to protect those rights [01:53:17.080 --> 01:53:24.640] and liberties until such time as there was no risk to them personally whatsoever to embrace [01:53:24.640 --> 01:53:39.280] them that's pathetic and unfortunately that's America oh we got hope and change all right [01:53:39.280 --> 01:53:42.720] but it sure isn't the hope we should have and it sure isn't the change we should be [01:53:42.720 --> 01:53:49.520] looking for and Obama didn't bring that to the forefront this has been going on far longer [01:53:49.520 --> 01:54:00.720] than Obama this has been going on for generations now because we allowed someone else to tell [01:54:00.720 --> 01:54:12.160] us what our values our principles and our morals should be and we entrusted them to [01:54:12.160 --> 01:54:17.680] have the same ones that were important and now we know better and we're still doing nothing [01:54:17.680 --> 01:54:24.640] that's the really disappointing part to me now you know better and you still choose to [01:54:24.640 --> 01:54:36.600] do nothing and you wonder why i want you off the planet okay it's ridiculous to me folks [01:54:36.600 --> 01:54:44.440] that we can go this far through history and not be in chains already and it doesn't seem [01:54:44.440 --> 01:54:51.880] to matter what the cycle is the circle comes around every few decades we're right back [01:54:51.880 --> 01:54:57.880] to the same point we put a group of people in charge who get so used to being in charge [01:54:57.880 --> 01:55:02.240] they believe they have an absolute right to be there then they take that absolute right [01:55:02.240 --> 01:55:08.240] and make make sure that there's laws to support their ability to do what they want and if [01:55:08.240 --> 01:55:13.040] they don't get it today then they'll write themselves a deal and ride on the coattails [01:55:13.040 --> 01:55:27.440] the ones that follow and so on and so on and so on it's ridiculous but we do it every single [01:55:27.440 --> 01:55:33.080] few years we go through and we re-elect the same people we re-elect the same values the [01:55:33.080 --> 01:55:42.040] same ideals no matter how much they have proven that they are completely not worthy of the [01:55:42.040 --> 01:55:50.800] position they hold they have no clue about what an individual right is and let me explain [01:55:50.800 --> 01:55:56.080] to you why a lot of these people that get elected to these public offices get there [01:55:56.080 --> 01:56:01.800] for one reason only because they promise a group of people that's considered a minority [01:56:01.800 --> 01:56:08.800] in one category everything they could ever want if they will simply get them elected [01:56:08.800 --> 01:56:15.400] they will see to it that they get it that folks right there is exactly the reason with [01:56:15.400 --> 01:56:21.920] American that American politics has such a big problem now I brought up this idea once [01:56:21.920 --> 01:56:30.920] about how to fund political campaigns and completely remove the ability to bribe any [01:56:30.920 --> 01:56:38.200] political candidate and do you know how much resistance this idea met with because people [01:56:38.200 --> 01:56:44.140] said I don't want my money used to support the guy I'm against well look at the system [01:56:44.140 --> 01:56:53.800] you've got now whereas if we took all of the money from donations for political means and [01:56:53.800 --> 01:57:01.080] put it into one giant pool and divided it equally between all people that are running [01:57:01.080 --> 01:57:07.080] for that office so that they all started on the same funding level no more funding after [01:57:07.080 --> 01:57:12.800] the fact unless it's equally divided among everybody how can you say that I don't want [01:57:12.800 --> 01:57:19.280] my money used for this this and this when every time your guy loses or wins your money [01:57:19.280 --> 01:57:25.840] still used to do the things you didn't support in the first place how stupid are you to think [01:57:25.840 --> 01:57:36.480] that isn't the way it's going to work give everybody that's got anything worthwhile to [01:57:36.480 --> 01:57:45.000] do for the people the opportunity to get there on the same financial ground footing at least [01:57:45.000 --> 01:57:51.480] you got a chance then of your money being used for the right thing the other way you [01:57:51.480 --> 01:57:56.580] absolutely do not this way you just might because then people that could never have [01:57:56.580 --> 01:58:03.840] afforded to run now can and that may be the candidate that does it right it may not be [01:58:03.840 --> 01:58:10.760] a perfect idea but I would wager you won't it's a lot better than the one we're using [01:58:10.760 --> 01:58:16.960] we can't bribe one guy that
