[00:53.000 --> 00:54.560] And now the news. [00:54.560 --> 00:58.880] Despite President Obama's declaration on Wednesday that he was certain the Syrian government [00:58.880 --> 01:03.680] was responsible for the August 21st chemical attacks in Syria, intelligence officials are [01:03.680 --> 01:04.800] not as confident. [01:04.800 --> 01:10.000] The Office of the Director for National Intelligence released a report detailing gaps in the U.S. [01:10.000 --> 01:11.000] intelligence. [01:11.000 --> 01:14.360] Congressional committees are expected to be briefed on evidence by conference call on [01:14.360 --> 01:15.400] Thursday. [01:15.400 --> 01:19.480] So far, intelligence officials have not been able to locate the exact location of Assad's [01:19.480 --> 01:21.200] supposed chemical weapons supply. [01:21.200 --> 01:25.060] The United States is not the only official body having trouble finding hard evidence [01:25.060 --> 01:27.840] linking the Syrian government to the use of chemical weapons. [01:27.840 --> 01:32.600] Bashar Jafar, a Syrian ambassador to the United Nations, stated that the rebels used weapons [01:32.600 --> 01:35.920] that they were able to produce with the help of outside powers. [01:35.920 --> 01:39.800] The British Parliament will hold a vote Thursday on a motion that would eliminate the possibility [01:39.800 --> 01:44.160] of launching an attack until the U.N. weapons inspectors publish their findings to the U.N. [01:44.160 --> 01:49.080] Security Council. [01:49.080 --> 01:53.680] Liberty activist John Bush was found not guilty yesterday in his trial stemming from a 2010 [01:53.680 --> 01:58.040] arrest on U.T. campus after he refused to go to the free speech zone while President [01:58.040 --> 02:00.120] Barack Obama was in town. [02:00.120 --> 02:05.120] Trial lasted from 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. and ended when Judge Herb Evans directed the jury [02:05.120 --> 02:09.640] to deliver a not guilty verdict after it became clear that the prosecution did not have any [02:09.640 --> 02:13.360] evidence showing that an order was actually given by U.T. police. [02:13.360 --> 02:17.600] The state of Texas made a fatal mistake when last year they reduced the charges from Class [02:17.600 --> 02:22.320] B misdemeanor criminal trespass to Class C misdemeanor willful failure to obey the lawful [02:22.320 --> 02:23.980] order of an officer. [02:23.980 --> 02:28.440] John refused three years worth of plea deals which led the state to reduce their charges. [02:28.440 --> 02:32.000] John believes he has been vindicated and is encouraging others, especially when there [02:32.000 --> 02:37.840] is minimal risk to one's freedom, to refuse to take the plea deal and stand on their convictions. [02:37.840 --> 02:45.100] Video of the trial will soon be available at TheLibertyBeat.com. [02:45.100 --> 02:50.360] On Wednesday a military jury sentenced a U.S. Army psychiatrist to death for the 2009 shootings [02:50.360 --> 02:54.120] at Fort Hood, Texas that killed 13 people and wounded 31 others. [02:54.120 --> 02:58.520] Major Nadal Hassan has stated that he committed the crimes in retaliation for the United States [02:58.520 --> 03:28.160] wars in the Muslim world. [03:28.520 --> 03:56.120] Video of the trial will soon be available at TheLibertyBeat.com. [03:58.520 --> 04:16.120] Video of the trial will soon be available at TheLibertyBeat.com. [04:16.120 --> 04:36.120] Video of the trial will soon be available at TheLibertyBeat.com. [04:46.120 --> 05:14.120] Video of the trial will soon be available at TheLibertyBeat.com. [05:16.120 --> 05:19.120] A little bit of this is philosophical. [05:19.120 --> 05:29.120] I'm going to back up to prior to the time of Jesus. [05:29.120 --> 05:39.120] Prior to the time of Jesus, the Jews celebrated the Jubilee and what the Jubilee amounted [05:39.120 --> 05:49.120] to is the Sabbath of Sabbaths, which was the 49th year, the seventh of seven cycles [05:49.120 --> 05:52.120] of seven years. [05:52.120 --> 05:59.120] Kind of your seventh son sort of thing, but the 49th year. [05:59.120 --> 06:04.120] And there were 49 years in until the Jubilee. [06:04.120 --> 06:11.120] And the year after the Jubilee, all property returned to the original owner. [06:11.120 --> 06:14.120] In the Jewish culture, you couldn't actually sell the property. [06:14.120 --> 06:16.120] You could only lease it. [06:16.120 --> 06:19.120] At the Jubilee, all property returned to the owners. [06:19.120 --> 06:22.120] All slaves were released. [06:22.120 --> 06:24.120] We started everything anew. [06:24.120 --> 06:27.120] Yeah, Randy, and also all debts were forgiven too. [06:27.120 --> 06:28.120] Yes, debts were forgiven. [06:28.120 --> 06:29.120] You had to forgive. [06:29.120 --> 06:32.120] If somebody owed you money, you had to forgive the debts. [06:32.120 --> 06:36.120] Everything got white clean, brand new, clean slate. [06:36.120 --> 06:38.120] Okay. [06:38.120 --> 06:44.120] In my reading of, I read a book a long time ago by a guy named Emmanuel Wolokiewski, [06:44.120 --> 06:51.120] and I'm certainly not attesting to the truth of it, but his book was about history. [06:51.120 --> 06:56.120] He was a psychiatrist and a psychologist, and he decided you could better understand [06:56.120 --> 07:00.120] the stories in the Bible from a psychoanalytic perspective because they were, [07:00.120 --> 07:03.120] for the most part, metaphor. [07:03.120 --> 07:07.120] And the first one he looked at was the most outrageous story he could find. [07:07.120 --> 07:10.120] It was the story of the Exodus. [07:10.120 --> 07:17.120] And he read in there, Joshua said, the sun and the moon stopped in the sky. [07:17.120 --> 07:19.120] He said, wait a minute, wait a minute. [07:19.120 --> 07:22.120] That was not a metaphor. [07:22.120 --> 07:31.120] Joshua said, the sun and the moon stopped in the sky. If that was true, [07:31.120 --> 07:35.120] then it had to have been a worldwide phenomenon. [07:35.120 --> 07:41.120] So he went back in texts from around the world of the same period, [07:41.120 --> 07:48.120] and what he found was the scariest story in the history of mankind. [07:48.120 --> 07:57.120] And what it amounted to is for an 800-year period prior to the time [07:57.120 --> 08:05.120] of the Exodus of the Jews from Egypt, for an 800-year period every 52 years, [08:05.120 --> 08:11.120] there was an extra object in our solar system. [08:11.120 --> 08:19.120] Now, at the time, they didn't actually understand what planets were, [08:19.120 --> 08:23.120] but they knew about their movements in the sky, [08:23.120 --> 08:28.120] and they considered those ultimate deities, higher gods. [08:28.120 --> 08:32.120] And then here on Earth we had lesser gods, [08:32.120 --> 08:35.120] and this is most all cultures on Earth at the time. [08:35.120 --> 08:38.120] They all watched the stars and the planets, [08:38.120 --> 08:40.120] and they knew the difference between the stars and the planets. [08:40.120 --> 08:42.120] They just didn't really know what they were. [08:42.120 --> 08:46.120] But there was one, there was one that came about about this time [08:46.120 --> 08:50.120] that hadn't been there before, and it would come at us [08:50.120 --> 08:54.120] as a column of smoke in the day, a pillar of fire at night. [08:54.120 --> 08:58.120] It would approach perihelion with Earth every 52 years, [08:58.120 --> 09:00.120] and they would tell everybody, drink and be merry, [09:00.120 --> 09:04.120] because this thing is fixing to kick our behinds. [09:04.120 --> 09:11.120] Every 52 years for an 800-year period, astronomers would have to go out [09:11.120 --> 09:13.120] and make new calendars. [09:13.120 --> 09:17.120] The lunar period would change, the length of the day would change, [09:17.120 --> 09:22.120] the position of the stars relative to the rotation of the Earth would change. [09:22.120 --> 09:25.120] They didn't understand what the mechanics were, [09:25.120 --> 09:27.120] but they could see the effect. [09:27.120 --> 09:31.120] And then there was apparently a close encounter, [09:31.120 --> 09:34.120] where this object, according to Volodkiewski, [09:34.120 --> 09:39.120] settled into an orbit, a near-circular orbit, [09:39.120 --> 09:45.120] and the object itself was rotating in the opposite direction of all the other planets. [09:45.120 --> 09:50.120] Now, to be fair, he maintained that before the exodus of Jews from Egypt, [09:50.120 --> 09:55.120] there was no reference to the morning star, Venus. [09:55.120 --> 10:00.120] And he maintained in 1947, he maintained that Venus, [10:00.120 --> 10:06.120] when we actually got there, that Venus would not, [10:06.120 --> 10:10.120] those clouds around Venus would not be vapor clouds, [10:10.120 --> 10:13.120] as the common belief at the time was, [10:13.120 --> 10:17.120] and the temperature at or near the poles would not be around 72 degrees, [10:17.120 --> 10:20.120] thus the movies about all of these women from Venus, [10:20.120 --> 10:23.120] but in fact they would be sulfuric acid clouds, [10:23.120 --> 10:26.120] and the temperature would be between 600 and 900 degrees Fahrenheit. [10:26.120 --> 10:29.120] He was dead on. [10:29.120 --> 10:32.120] And the reason he made that assertion is he believed [10:32.120 --> 10:37.120] that a portion of matter erupted from the surface of Jupiter [10:37.120 --> 10:39.120] and caused all this problem, [10:39.120 --> 10:43.120] and because this erupted from the surface of Jupiter, [10:43.120 --> 10:46.120] that's why it would have this particular makeup. [10:46.120 --> 10:52.120] But in fact, he was wrong about there being no reference to the morning star [10:52.120 --> 10:54.120] before the exodus of the Jews. [10:54.120 --> 10:56.120] So he was all wrong. [10:56.120 --> 11:00.120] But a lot of his history has credence to this story. [11:00.120 --> 11:03.120] It goes to this 52-year cycle. [11:03.120 --> 11:09.120] We heard about the Aztecs sacrificing individuals [11:09.120 --> 11:12.120] by cutting their hearts out and offering it to the gods. [11:12.120 --> 11:18.120] They offered it to the morning star, and they did that every 52 years. [11:18.120 --> 11:25.120] Okay, that went away jubilee, followed behind it, [11:25.120 --> 11:29.120] and then the Crusaders. [11:29.120 --> 11:32.120] We had Rome fall apart. [11:32.120 --> 11:41.120] All of Europe fell into disarray because the single power was Rome. [11:41.120 --> 11:46.120] Rome had conquered all the local dukes and warlords [11:46.120 --> 11:50.120] and pretty well brought peace and tremendous prosperity. [11:50.120 --> 11:55.120] But Rome kind of deteriorated because of its size [11:55.120 --> 11:59.120] and corruption is the way large organizations do. [11:59.120 --> 12:02.120] They suffer entropy. [12:02.120 --> 12:06.120] Rome was sacked by, I forget the guy's name, [12:06.120 --> 12:11.120] in 310 AD, I believe, somewhere around there. [12:11.120 --> 12:16.120] And that great power that held everything together was gone. [12:16.120 --> 12:19.120] And all of a sudden, we had a power vacuum, [12:19.120 --> 12:26.120] and we had warlords all over Europe fighting one another [12:26.120 --> 12:29.120] for power and supremacy. [12:29.120 --> 12:34.120] And we descended into the Dark Ages with the Catholic Church, [12:34.120 --> 12:39.120] the only unifying force around. [12:39.120 --> 12:45.120] And it took that several hundred years to establish some kind of order, [12:45.120 --> 12:48.120] and that was Charlemagne came along. [12:48.120 --> 12:55.120] He was the first one to bring most all of the tribes under one control. [12:55.120 --> 13:00.120] And about the time that he got all this done and it was approaching death, [13:00.120 --> 13:04.120] the Vikings started attacking and put everything into chaos [13:04.120 --> 13:07.120] for another couple hundred years. [13:07.120 --> 13:10.120] About 1000 AD, things kind of settled out. [13:10.120 --> 13:16.120] A king named Edward, I believe, was the one that figured out [13:16.120 --> 13:22.120] if you built these wood and mud encampments [13:22.120 --> 13:25.120] and put your village inside the encampments, [13:25.120 --> 13:27.120] the Vikings were raiders. [13:27.120 --> 13:29.120] When they raided, they couldn't get to you, [13:29.120 --> 13:32.120] and they were not equipped to do a siege. [13:32.120 --> 13:35.120] And this worked very well for him, so others did it. [13:35.120 --> 13:40.120] It became harder for the Vikings to do their blitzkrieg attacks, [13:40.120 --> 13:45.120] so the locals could gather armies behind these walls and then attack them. [13:45.120 --> 13:50.120] So they kind of stopped the Viking raids about 1000 AD, [13:50.120 --> 13:53.120] and things began to settle out. [13:53.120 --> 13:56.120] And there were, in England at the time, [13:56.120 --> 14:00.120] there were a lot of dukes that controlled all the property, [14:00.120 --> 14:04.120] that were semi-sovereign over the properties they controlled, [14:04.120 --> 14:10.120] and they all were subjects of the king. [14:10.120 --> 14:17.120] And this kind of settled things out until about 1300, [14:17.120 --> 14:22.120] when, I say 1300, I'm not sure when Henry came along, [14:22.120 --> 14:29.120] but in this period, the England sent the Crusades to the Middle East, [14:29.120 --> 14:34.120] and they talk about going down there to convert them to Christianity. [14:34.120 --> 14:35.120] They did no such thing. [14:35.120 --> 14:38.120] They went down there to see how much they could steal. [14:38.120 --> 14:42.120] Europe was broke, and the Middle East wasn't. [14:42.120 --> 14:44.120] They didn't go through a set of dark ages, [14:44.120 --> 14:46.120] so they went down there to gather as much money as they could. [14:46.120 --> 14:51.120] And out of all of this turmoil grew the Templars. [14:51.120 --> 14:54.120] The Templars, after the Crusades, [14:54.120 --> 15:03.120] and after King Henry used the artifice of asking the Pope for a divorce [15:03.120 --> 15:06.120] when he'd already had one, knowing the Pope wouldn't give it to him, [15:06.120 --> 15:10.120] gave him an excuse to exile the Catholic Church, [15:10.120 --> 15:15.120] establish the Anglican Church of England as the official Church of England, [15:15.120 --> 15:19.120] so that he could confiscate all the wealth of the Catholic Church. [15:19.120 --> 15:23.120] And that's what reinvigorated the Rothschilds, [15:23.120 --> 15:26.120] because the Rothschild families broke at this time, [15:26.120 --> 15:29.120] so that got them a whole lot of assets. [15:29.120 --> 15:36.120] And the Templars learned from the Jews the banking systems. [15:36.120 --> 15:40.120] And in this time of turmoil in Europe, [15:40.120 --> 15:44.120] the Templars became essentially the bankers. [15:44.120 --> 15:50.120] And when the Catholics tried to kill all the Templars, [15:50.120 --> 15:55.120] because their banking activities had gained them so much power [15:55.120 --> 16:01.120] that they were competing with the power of the Church, [16:01.120 --> 16:04.120] the Templars went underground. [16:04.120 --> 16:07.120] And it appears as though that the Templars' wealth [16:07.120 --> 16:10.120] eventually accrued to the Rothschild families. [16:10.120 --> 16:14.120] But if you look back in financial history, [16:14.120 --> 16:23.120] you will find that approximately every 50 years there is an economic crisis. [16:23.120 --> 16:27.120] We have this group in the background, [16:27.120 --> 16:32.120] who are essentially the bankers. [16:32.120 --> 16:37.120] And this group, they mortgage everything. [16:37.120 --> 16:40.120] They loan us all our money. [16:40.120 --> 16:44.120] And every 50 years they create an economic crisis. [16:44.120 --> 16:46.120] They foreclose on everything. [16:46.120 --> 16:48.120] And we'll start again on the other side. [16:48.120 --> 16:49.120] Will you bring us out there? [16:49.120 --> 16:51.120] But don't have my caller page up. [16:51.120 --> 16:54.120] My bed, I'm bringing it up now. [16:54.120 --> 17:00.120] All right, we'll be right back, folks. [17:00.120 --> 17:04.120] Through advances in technology, our lives have greatly improved, [17:04.120 --> 17:06.120] except in the area of nutrition. [17:06.120 --> 17:09.120] People feed their pets better than they feed themselves. [17:09.120 --> 17:11.120] And it's time we changed all that. [17:11.120 --> 17:16.120] Our primary defense against aging and disease in this toxic environment [17:16.120 --> 17:17.120] is good nutrition. [17:17.120 --> 17:22.120] In a world where natural foods have been irradiated, adulterated, and mutilated, [17:22.120 --> 17:25.120] young Jevity can provide the nutrients you need. [17:25.120 --> 17:29.120] Logos Radio Network gets many requests to endorse all sorts of products, [17:29.120 --> 17:31.120] most of which we reject. [17:31.120 --> 17:34.120] We have come to trust young Jevity so much, [17:34.120 --> 17:39.120] we became a marketing distributor along with Alex Jones, Ben Fuchs, and many others. [17:39.120 --> 17:43.120] When you order from logosradionetwork.com, [17:43.120 --> 17:47.120] your health will improve as you help support quality radio. [17:47.120 --> 17:51.120] As you realize the benefits of young Jevity, you may want to join us. [17:51.120 --> 17:55.120] As a distributor, you can experience improved health, [17:55.120 --> 17:58.120] help your friends and family, and increase your income. [17:58.120 --> 18:00.120] Order now. [18:00.120 --> 18:05.120] Are you being harassed by debt collectors with phone calls, letters, or even lawsuits? [19:30.120 --> 19:40.120] Look what we've got. We are the Christians. We know what it's like. [19:40.120 --> 19:50.120] Look what we've got. We are the Christians. We know what it's like. [19:50.120 --> 20:11.120] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelvin Davis Stevens, Rule of Law Radio. [20:11.120 --> 20:16.120] And that was just kind of a synopsis of history. [20:16.120 --> 20:19.120] I don't propose any of that as absolute fact. [20:19.120 --> 20:26.320] fact is kind of generally my impression of how the last couple thousand years went for [20:26.320 --> 20:29.080] this focused perspective. [20:29.080 --> 20:37.200] The only point of all of that was, is this 50-year period, this 50-year cycle where all [20:37.200 --> 20:43.800] the property goes back to the original holder. [20:43.800 --> 20:50.600] It's been happening forever and it looks like the bankers saw what was going on in the Jubilee [20:50.600 --> 20:57.120] and thought that is really a good idea and it may well have been a good strategy because [20:57.120 --> 21:00.960] every 52 years everybody seems to start from scratch. [21:00.960 --> 21:09.880] The old money, the old holders re-accrue all of the property and the people go back to [21:09.880 --> 21:11.920] industry. [21:11.920 --> 21:19.280] They go back to work on the land and in the manufacturing and the trading and try to build [21:19.280 --> 21:20.280] equity. [21:20.280 --> 21:22.760] Well, Randy, I just wanted to mention something. [21:22.760 --> 21:30.640] I don't know how this fits into the scheme or if it does at all, but the thing is, when [21:30.640 --> 21:40.160] people buy a piece of property, it's my understanding that basically the property belongs to the [21:40.160 --> 21:46.000] lender, to the person who bought the property and it's just that they borrowed the money [21:46.000 --> 21:47.000] to get it. [21:47.000 --> 21:53.160] So technically, if we're going to go according to this every 50-year principle that the land [21:53.160 --> 21:58.080] goes back to the original owner, that should be the homeowner. [21:58.080 --> 22:02.520] The house should go back to the homeowner, the homeowner should have it free and clear [22:02.520 --> 22:06.880] and all debts should be forgiven and the bankster should be the one that loses out on that deal [22:06.880 --> 22:09.320] every 50 years, not the other way around. [22:09.320 --> 22:13.720] I agree, but the bankers kind of morphed the system. [22:13.720 --> 22:17.920] Yeah, they morphed it into their own device, exactly. [22:17.920 --> 22:26.040] To suit their needs and their position and I have no doubt that these old money, super [22:26.040 --> 22:35.560] rich interests feel as though it is their place to control the mindless masses. [22:35.560 --> 22:45.600] I recall before we went into Iraq, an individual who had left Iraq, who had to leave Iraq because [22:45.600 --> 22:54.400] he was an activist and Hussein had a price on his head, but he said, do not remove Hussein [22:54.400 --> 22:56.400] from power. [22:56.400 --> 23:01.960] The Iraqi people need a strong man leader without it, they'll be at each other's throats [23:01.960 --> 23:04.840] like a pack of dogs. [23:04.840 --> 23:11.880] And this was someone fighting against Hussein, it turned out he was right. [23:11.880 --> 23:18.240] He was concerned that removing Hussein would create a political vacuum that all these factions [23:18.240 --> 23:23.400] would fight to try to pursue, to fill and it's exactly what happened in the dark ages. [23:23.400 --> 23:29.680] So I suspect these people that are behind everything feel like it is their place to [23:29.680 --> 23:36.000] exercise this historic power and control over the people, to keep us from being at each [23:36.000 --> 23:38.400] other's throats like a pack of dogs. [23:38.400 --> 23:45.600] That may or may not be true, but the point is every 50 years, as long as we have kept [23:45.600 --> 23:49.400] records, there has been an economic crash. [23:49.400 --> 23:54.720] Fast forward to the creation of the Federal Reserve. [23:54.720 --> 24:05.760] Charles A. Lindbergh, the father of the Lindbergh that flew the Atlantic, warned on the house [24:05.760 --> 24:13.400] floor when they were considering setting up the Federal Reserve that if you pass this [24:13.400 --> 24:20.920] resolution, all future economic crises will be engineered. [24:20.920 --> 24:26.920] And he went on to explain how they would be engineered through the stock market, through [24:26.920 --> 24:29.800] the dark pools. [24:29.800 --> 24:38.640] We have this process in the stock market where a broker can sell you stocks he doesn't have. [24:38.640 --> 24:46.120] If you go to a broker and say, I need 100,000 stocks from this company, and he'll say, sure, [24:46.120 --> 24:49.800] no problem, I can get that for you, so you buy the stocks from him. [24:49.800 --> 24:54.080] Now he's got three days to go out and find those stocks and get them to you, or there [24:54.080 --> 25:00.080] is a process where he can borrow the stocks from someone else who's holding them. [25:00.080 --> 25:04.400] Too complex, gives me a headache, not going into that part. [25:04.400 --> 25:12.160] The point is these guys can sell stocks they don't have, and they're required to purchase [25:12.160 --> 25:19.520] and deliver the stocks within three days, but there is no regulatory oversight. [25:19.520 --> 25:24.520] That's why they call these pools of money that do this dark pools, because you can't [25:24.520 --> 25:27.280] see who's doing it. [25:27.280 --> 25:36.040] In 1929, it was these types of dark pools doing naked short selling. [25:36.040 --> 25:40.480] The naked short selling is where you sell a stock you don't have. [25:40.480 --> 25:47.760] The regulatory scheme requires that you produce the stock within three days, but the regulatory [25:47.760 --> 25:53.840] scheme is not such that they can actually regulate that. [25:53.840 --> 25:57.320] This has been set up this way on purpose. [25:57.320 --> 26:06.760] These dark pool raiders came in, sold stock they didn't have, and when a large lump of [26:06.760 --> 26:11.480] stock sold on the market, all the holders looked at that and said, holy mackerel, somebody [26:11.480 --> 26:15.280] knows something I don't, and everybody moved to get out of the stock. [26:15.280 --> 26:20.920] So if you're this broker, you take a company that's very well run, that's profitable, [26:20.920 --> 26:26.600] that's doing good, their stocks are going to be hard to get. [26:26.600 --> 26:32.760] You go to a potential buyer and you say, hey, I've got 100,000 shares of this stock that [26:32.760 --> 26:41.680] I can sell you, and I can sell you at a couple dollar discount or a decent discount, and [26:41.680 --> 26:50.720] these are stocks that are hard to get, so they get 10 or 11 people to agree to buy 100,000 [26:50.720 --> 26:58.480] each when the stock itself is only 1.5 million. [26:58.480 --> 27:09.040] So they get orders for 1.1 million, and they know that there are not 1.1 million stocks [27:09.040 --> 27:14.080] available for sale or trade, but they don't care. [27:14.080 --> 27:17.920] Then all in one day, see, they'll do this from all these different potential purchasers, [27:17.920 --> 27:18.920] but they won't tell them all. [27:18.920 --> 27:23.320] They're going to tell this guy, we're going to sell you 100,000 shares of stock. [27:23.320 --> 27:27.440] They're not going to tell him we've got 10 other people, we're going to do the same thing [27:27.440 --> 27:28.440] too. [27:28.440 --> 27:33.480] So when they get enough orders, then they'll post the sale of all of them in one day, and [27:33.480 --> 27:39.800] all the other holders of the stock will look at that sale of two-thirds of the stocks in [27:39.800 --> 27:46.280] existence, and they're going to say, holy mackerel, somebody knows something we don't. [27:46.280 --> 27:50.720] We need to get out of this stock, so they dump their stocks. [27:50.720 --> 27:57.080] The broker goes in and buys the stocks for Trump change, and then he delivers the stocks [27:57.080 --> 28:05.480] to the people he sold to and keeps the spread, unless they want to push the company out of [28:05.480 --> 28:06.480] business. [28:06.480 --> 28:10.280] If they want to push them out of business, then they make another sale. [28:10.280 --> 28:17.480] If they can push the stock prices to zero, they don't have to deliver. [28:17.480 --> 28:21.000] This is what is actually going on. [28:21.000 --> 28:25.180] This is what crashed the market in 1929. [28:25.180 --> 28:33.840] After the market crash in 1929, they put in a Glass-Steel Act, and then in 1936, they [28:33.840 --> 28:35.520] created the SEC. [28:35.520 --> 28:40.480] In 1938, the SEC put in the Uptick Rule. [28:40.480 --> 28:41.480] Think about it. [28:41.480 --> 28:48.360] When was the last time you heard one word said anywhere about the Uptick Rule? [28:48.360 --> 28:55.800] We're going to go more deeply into the Uptick Rule, and you should be really, really upset [28:55.800 --> 29:03.240] that the common media has never mentioned the Uptick Rule. [29:03.240 --> 29:08.560] What the Uptick Rule said was, if you do a naked short sale and drive up stock price [29:08.560 --> 29:15.560] down, you cannot do another short sale, which would potentially drive the company out of [29:15.560 --> 29:23.800] business until the stock begins to recover and starts an uptick on the market. [29:23.800 --> 29:31.400] Well, when I looked at that, it looked as though the Uptick Rule was put in to prevent [29:31.400 --> 29:39.520] this kind of behavior in the future, but nothing could have been further from the truth. [29:39.520 --> 29:42.160] This is Randy Kelton, David Stevens, Rule of Law Radio. [29:42.160 --> 29:48.200] We will open our phone lines after I finish this, probably one segment, maybe two. [29:48.200 --> 29:53.560] Then we'll go to our phones, our phones, 512-646-1984. [29:53.560 --> 30:01.840] Give us a call, get in line, we'll be right back. [30:01.840 --> 30:06.320] Like most people, you probably know trans fat and saturated fat can contribute to heart [30:06.320 --> 30:10.920] disease, but a new study shows there's another dark side to these substances you might not [30:10.920 --> 30:11.920] know about. [30:11.920 --> 30:16.280] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be back with more in just a moment. [30:16.280 --> 30:17.880] Privacy is under attack. [30:17.880 --> 30:21.480] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [30:21.480 --> 30:26.240] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [30:26.240 --> 30:31.320] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. [30:31.320 --> 30:34.020] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [30:34.020 --> 30:38.320] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search [30:38.320 --> 30:41.840] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [30:41.840 --> 30:43.800] Get over with StartPage. [30:43.800 --> 30:49.720] Eating foods laden with trans and saturated fats isn't just bad for your heart, it's [30:49.720 --> 30:50.720] bad for your mind. [30:50.720 --> 30:55.800] A new study has found that people who eat a diet high in these fats have a 48% greater [30:55.800 --> 30:59.040] risk of depression than those who don't consume them. [30:59.040 --> 31:03.480] Trans fats are modified vegetable fats used in many fast foods and bakery products to [31:03.480 --> 31:05.520] extend their shelf life. [31:05.520 --> 31:10.200] Saturated fats are found in animal-based foods like meat and dairy products, as well as coconut, [31:10.200 --> 31:12.240] palm, and palm kernel oil. [31:12.240 --> 31:15.160] Fortunately, all fats are not created equal. [31:15.160 --> 31:19.880] Polyunsaturated fats like those found in fish and olive oil can actually help reduce the [31:19.880 --> 31:20.880] risk of depression. [31:20.880 --> 31:22.880] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [31:22.880 --> 31:30.680] More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [31:30.680 --> 31:36.040] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11. [31:36.040 --> 31:38.200] The government says that fire brought it down. [31:38.200 --> 31:43.080] Over 1,500 architects and engineers concluded it was a controlled demolition. [31:43.080 --> 31:45.960] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. [31:45.960 --> 31:48.520] Thousands of my fellow force responders are dying. [31:48.520 --> 31:50.000] I'm not a conspiracy theorist. [31:50.000 --> 31:51.000] I'm a structural engineer. [31:51.000 --> 31:52.360] I'm a New York City correction officer. [31:52.360 --> 31:53.360] I'm an Air Force pilot. [31:53.360 --> 31:54.960] I'm a father who lost his son. [31:54.960 --> 31:57.640] We're Americans, and we deserve the truth. [31:57.640 --> 32:00.960] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today. [32:00.960 --> 32:04.400] You feel tired when talking about important topics like money and politics? [32:04.400 --> 32:05.400] Boring! [32:05.400 --> 32:08.320] You're confused by words like the Constitution or the Federal Reserve. [32:08.320 --> 32:09.320] What? [32:09.320 --> 32:13.200] If so, you may be diagnosed with the deadliest disease known today, stupidity. [32:13.200 --> 32:18.680] Hi, my name is Steve Holt, and like millions of other Americans, I was diagnosed with stupidity [32:18.680 --> 32:19.880] at an early age. [32:19.880 --> 32:23.880] I had no idea that the number one cause of the disease is found in almost every home [32:23.880 --> 32:25.880] in America, the television. [32:25.880 --> 32:31.000] Unfortunately, that puts most Americans at risk of catching stupidity, but there is hope. [32:31.000 --> 32:34.760] The staff at Brave New Books have helped me and thousands of other foxaholics suffering [32:34.760 --> 32:39.640] from sports-zombieism recover, and because of Brave New Books, I now enjoy reading and [32:39.640 --> 32:44.560] watching educational documentaries without feeling tired or uninterested, so if you or [32:44.560 --> 32:51.800] anybody you know suffers from stupidity, then you need to call 512-480-2503 or visit them [32:51.800 --> 32:55.360] in 1904 Guadalupe or bravenewbookstore.com. [32:55.360 --> 32:58.760] Side effects from using Brave New Books products may include discernment and enlarged vocabulary [32:58.760 --> 33:02.400] and an overall increase in mental functioning. [33:02.400 --> 33:06.080] Live Free Speech Radio, logosradionetwork.com. [33:32.400 --> 34:01.160] Okay. [34:01.160 --> 34:02.160] We are back. [34:02.160 --> 34:10.320] I'm Kelton Deborah Stevens, Rue La Radio, and we were talking about the dark pool raiders. [34:10.320 --> 34:15.120] We're talking about how the stock market is being manipulated. [34:15.120 --> 34:16.120] Uptick rule. [34:16.120 --> 34:27.280] After 1938, when the uptick rule was put in, and we had a crash in 1907, they put in the [34:27.280 --> 34:30.920] prohibition against derivatives trading. [34:30.920 --> 34:36.480] That was one of the tools the stock market used to manipulate the market. [34:36.480 --> 34:42.200] Once that was forbidden, then they went to the bear raids where they could go in and [34:42.200 --> 34:52.600] take an otherwise healthy, profitable company and force them out of business just for raw [34:52.600 --> 34:53.600] profit-taking. [34:53.600 --> 35:04.680] They put in a lot of the last depression was focused around the facts that the banks speculated [35:04.680 --> 35:10.920] with depositor funds and the Glass-Steagall Act forbade that. [35:10.920 --> 35:20.360] And then the uptick rule put a, for the most part, put a halt to the bear raids, but not [35:20.360 --> 35:21.360] completely. [35:21.360 --> 35:27.520] They still get away with the bear raids, but not as easily. [35:27.520 --> 35:30.560] Let's fast forward to 2008. [35:30.560 --> 35:38.880] We had to run up to 2008 based on the repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act and the repeal of [35:38.880 --> 35:44.040] the prohibition against derivative sales. [35:44.040 --> 35:57.720] 1995, the six major banks, all of which are funded essentially by the same old money players, [35:57.720 --> 36:04.200] got together and created a company that was illegal to operate, Mortgage Electronic Registration [36:04.200 --> 36:17.520] Systems, and they created this as a way to keep track of consumer or residential mortgages [36:17.520 --> 36:27.160] that were sold as securities on the secondary real estate market. [36:27.160 --> 36:32.240] Never mind the fact that that was illegal due to the Glass-Steagall Act. [36:32.240 --> 36:35.480] These guys were not concerned about that. [36:35.480 --> 36:42.720] These guys didn't have that put in to start with to regulate them because they knew full [36:42.720 --> 36:45.920] well they owned the legislature. [36:45.920 --> 36:49.080] They put these in to keep anybody else from doing it. [36:49.080 --> 36:57.320] And when they were ready, they got MERS all structured and laid out and ready and in 1999, [36:57.320 --> 37:06.600] they got the legislature in its infinite wisdom to repeal the Glass-Steagall Act, led by our [37:06.600 --> 37:16.320] own Texan Phil Graham, the scoundrel, the Graham Leach, Graham Leach Bailey Act. [37:16.320 --> 37:20.400] There were two Texans in there. [37:20.400 --> 37:23.560] They replaced it with the Graham Leach Bailey Act. [37:23.560 --> 37:28.520] And then the last thing the legislature did before it closed, signed I. [37:28.520 --> 37:36.040] And what signed I means, it is not signed today, it dies, is they removed the restriction [37:36.040 --> 37:41.000] on derivative sets and they unleashed the money changers on us. [37:41.000 --> 37:46.640] They unleashed the money changers to take all of these people who for the last 50 years [37:46.640 --> 37:53.040] had been building equity in their property and convince them to do the one thing that [37:53.040 --> 38:03.080] had always been absolutely taboo, do not speculate with your home. [38:03.080 --> 38:06.520] They convinced people to do just exactly that. [38:06.520 --> 38:11.560] Once they got a good portion of the public who had built a lot of equity in their home [38:11.560 --> 38:20.960] and had homes that they could pay for even if there was an economic crash, they got them [38:20.960 --> 38:34.520] into loans they absolutely could never pay for, then the housing bubble broke into 2006. [38:34.520 --> 38:39.400] Beginning of 2007, the housing bubble was starting down the backside. [38:39.400 --> 38:48.600] 2008, we had this stock market crash with the implication that it was caused by this [38:48.600 --> 38:58.280] housing bubble burst and this infusion into the currency of the $7 trillion by the Federal [38:58.280 --> 39:08.600] Reserve, horse manure, that had nothing to do with it, all smoke and mirrors. [39:08.600 --> 39:23.160] In July 8th, 2007, our legislature, the SEC in its infinite wisdom, removed the uptick [39:23.160 --> 39:25.240] rule. [39:25.240 --> 39:34.880] In August 2007, these dark pool raiders mounted a raid against Lehman Brothers, forced Lehman [39:34.880 --> 39:40.760] Brothers into bankruptcy, went after Bear Stearns and a number of others and very methodically [39:40.760 --> 39:48.860] created this stock market crash that almost crashed the world financial system. [39:48.860 --> 39:54.600] This had nothing to do with market conditions, it had nothing to do with the money problems [39:54.600 --> 39:57.120] all around the world. [39:57.120 --> 40:06.960] This was carefully engineered just like Charles A. Lindberg warned us that it would be. [40:06.960 --> 40:21.320] Then, 2009, the Defense Department of Irregular Warfare unclassified this document and made [40:21.320 --> 40:32.040] it available to the public and this document addressed these dark pools and it was a report [40:32.040 --> 40:38.920] that addressed two attacks against the American economy. [40:38.920 --> 40:46.000] The first one in 2007 by OPEC with this run up in oil prices and in that run up in oil [40:46.000 --> 40:53.600] prices, they created more value in the ground than the value of all the stocks traded on [40:53.600 --> 40:56.240] the stock exchange. [40:56.240 --> 41:05.980] They called that an attack against the American economy and then the stock market crash 2008, [41:05.980 --> 41:17.740] they blamed directly on OPEC and Sharia-influenced investments, which they implied included factions [41:17.740 --> 41:30.360] of Al-Qaeda and other interests opposed or antagonistic to the Americans. [41:30.360 --> 41:38.240] They specifically stated this was an attack on the American economy in an attempt to destroy [41:38.240 --> 41:46.600] the American way of life and defeat the Americans, not in war, but defeat us through finance. [41:46.600 --> 41:55.280] They warned us they're preparing for a much bigger strike against the United States. [41:55.280 --> 42:02.520] We have China and Russia promoting a gold-back currency, which if they do that, it'll be [42:02.520 --> 42:10.440] the first gold-back currency in history to replace the American dollar as a oil currency. [42:10.440 --> 42:12.360] We have this turmoil all over Europe. [42:12.360 --> 42:20.200] We have all of this pressure against the US dollar and they're predicting another set [42:20.200 --> 42:28.040] of very large bear raids for the specific purpose of crashing our economy and getting [42:28.040 --> 42:35.200] our dollar replaced as a world currency with this currency China and Russia putting together. [42:35.200 --> 42:41.560] I only have one thing to say about that. [42:41.560 --> 42:42.840] Horse manure. [42:42.840 --> 42:45.040] Are you kidding me? [42:45.040 --> 42:51.440] Do you really think our government is going to tell us what's going on? [42:51.440 --> 42:57.320] Those line SOBs, look more closely at that. [42:57.320 --> 43:05.360] After that report was put out, not one governmental agency began an investigation of these dark [43:05.360 --> 43:08.240] pools. [43:08.240 --> 43:18.300] No one, everyone, these are in articles about this situation with all different reporters [43:18.300 --> 43:22.240] in the finance area complaining that nobody's doing anything about this. [43:22.240 --> 43:25.520] All of these agencies, it should be doing something. [43:25.520 --> 43:32.440] The Defense Department, everybody else is actively distancing themselves. [43:32.440 --> 43:33.440] What is going on here? [43:33.440 --> 43:34.440] Hang on. [43:34.440 --> 43:36.480] I'll talk about that when we come back. [43:36.480 --> 43:44.200] This is Randy Kelton, Debbie Stevens, the root of our radio, our call in number 512-646-1984. [43:44.200 --> 43:49.520] I'll finish this up on the other side and then we'll go to the call boards to give us [43:49.520 --> 43:50.520] a call. [43:50.520 --> 44:01.880] We generally build up toward the end and we'll be right back. [44:01.880 --> 44:06.400] Mr. President, members of Congress, you've been making a lot of noise. [44:06.400 --> 44:11.120] It's about taking our guns away, but you might want to review history. [44:11.120 --> 44:18.600] 1835, Gonzales, Texas Territory, the authorities wanted to confiscate the big gun that protected [44:18.600 --> 44:19.600] that colony. [44:19.600 --> 44:21.720] You know what the people said? [44:21.720 --> 44:29.720] Come and take it, because they were willing to fight for their freedom and their guns. [44:29.720 --> 44:30.720] So are we. [44:30.720 --> 44:36.720] Come and take it, if you want it, come and take it, if you think you can. [44:36.720 --> 44:42.720] Come and take it, but I want you, you'll have to buy it from my golden hands. [44:42.720 --> 44:49.720] We want the freedom that God gave us, so you best not cross that line. [44:49.720 --> 44:54.720] If you want this gun, you've got to come through us and take it. [44:54.720 --> 44:56.720] One shot at a time. [44:56.720 --> 45:00.720] Just like Gonzales, we're keeping our guns. [45:00.720 --> 45:03.720] Are you the plaintiff or defendant in a lawsuit? [46:31.720 --> 46:38.720] We're in Kelton W. Stevens, Rule of Law Radio, and we're getting down to the end game. [46:38.720 --> 46:49.720] I read that government document, and it was very damning and very specific. [46:49.720 --> 46:58.720] Complained about the invisibility of the tradings going on in the dark pools. [46:58.720 --> 47:03.720] And then turned right around and told us exactly who was doing it. [47:03.720 --> 47:10.720] Well, when the government gives us information, and I thought this was really [47:10.720 --> 47:16.720] magnimonious of the government to take this highly classified document and release it [47:16.720 --> 47:25.720] to the public, especially when it came from the Defense Department of Irregular Warfare. [47:25.720 --> 47:32.720] Well, I did some research into the Defense Department of Irregular Warfare, [47:32.720 --> 47:35.720] and this is not what they do. [47:35.720 --> 47:40.720] The Defense Department of Irregular Warfare, from all I can tell, [47:40.720 --> 47:50.720] they develop strategies for participating in irregular warfare. [47:50.720 --> 47:56.720] They develop strategies for dealing with unusual difficulties, [47:56.720 --> 48:05.720] like IUDs and different kinds of scenarios that are not part of the normal way [48:05.720 --> 48:07.720] in which we tend to fight a war. [48:07.720 --> 48:12.720] But everything I could find from this Defense Department of Irregular Warfare [48:12.720 --> 48:22.720] really went to boots on the ground, how to deploy our troops in innovative ways [48:22.720 --> 48:32.720] to match unusual and nonstandard combat situations. [48:32.720 --> 48:40.720] They didn't have anything to do with analysis of potential threats. [48:40.720 --> 48:46.720] That report was absolutely horse manure. [48:46.720 --> 48:55.720] We do have some influences that are behind the regular and repeating economic crashes [48:55.720 --> 49:02.720] that we have experienced for as far back as we have economic records. [49:02.720 --> 49:08.720] Some of the players back there may have changed over the millennia, [49:08.720 --> 49:15.720] but the same patterns have been going on, and for the last thousand years or so, [49:15.720 --> 49:22.720] or seven or eight hundred years, it's almost certainly been the Rothschild family. [49:22.720 --> 49:27.720] The Rothschild family got reinvigorated when Henry swallowed [49:27.720 --> 49:35.720] the Catholic Church's assets in England, and before that they were absolutely broke. [49:35.720 --> 49:45.720] So they went to the Middle East and the Crusades to steal their assets, [49:45.720 --> 49:52.720] but essentially got their butts kicked, and they came back empty-handed, so they were broke. [49:52.720 --> 49:58.720] They found a way to refinance themselves, and this time they got serious [49:58.720 --> 50:02.720] to make sure that didn't happen again. [50:02.720 --> 50:06.720] They took the place of the Templars. [50:06.720 --> 50:10.720] I think it was 1500s that the Catholic Church went after the Templars, [50:10.720 --> 50:20.720] and the Templars went underground, and they emerged under the cover of the Rothschilds, [50:20.720 --> 50:30.720] and they took essentially control of the economies by financing them, [50:30.720 --> 50:40.720] and ran this repeating cycle of foreclosure where they re-accrued to themselves [50:40.720 --> 50:42.720] all the value and sell it back to the people. [50:42.720 --> 50:47.720] Well, now we're in a time where things are changing. [50:47.720 --> 50:51.720] It's getting harder to do that kind of thing. [50:51.720 --> 50:57.720] In my opinion, the key to the whole problem that they are having is the Internet, [50:57.720 --> 51:00.720] and now they're looking to crash the market again, [51:00.720 --> 51:05.720] and they're giving us an enemy to focus on the way they've always done. [51:05.720 --> 51:10.720] They have always worked to set one faction against the other. [51:10.720 --> 51:14.720] Go back and look at World War II, you have these Bush brothers. [51:14.720 --> 51:22.720] One was selling weapons to the Germans, the other was selling to the Allies. [51:22.720 --> 51:26.720] They were standing straddle of the whole situation. [51:26.720 --> 51:32.720] Create the turmoil, profit from the turmoil, finance the turmoil, [51:32.720 --> 51:35.720] and then foreclose on the financing. [51:35.720 --> 51:38.720] Standard procedure, they do it over and over, [51:38.720 --> 51:41.720] and it looks like they're doing the same thing again, [51:41.720 --> 51:46.720] and they're setting us up a very convenient enemy. [51:46.720 --> 51:52.720] Now, Alex Jones is talking about this nonsense of the Syrians using gas on their own people. [51:52.720 --> 51:55.720] He's saying it's not the Syrians using gas on their own people. [51:55.720 --> 52:00.720] It's the rebels using gas on their own people and blaming it on the Syrians [52:00.720 --> 52:09.720] so that Obama has a reason to go in and pick a fight with the Russians. [52:09.720 --> 52:12.720] That appears to be exactly what it is. [52:12.720 --> 52:15.720] We get in the midst of this fight, [52:15.720 --> 52:19.720] then these dark pool raiders come in and crash the economy [52:19.720 --> 52:23.720] and blame it on these no-good rotten Islamic scoundrels, [52:23.720 --> 52:31.720] and they put the Christians and the Islam nations at one another's throats like a pack of dogs. [52:31.720 --> 52:38.720] It's time we as a nation got beyond that nonsense, [52:38.720 --> 52:43.720] and I am encouraged with my children. [52:43.720 --> 52:45.720] The children get on the Internet, [52:45.720 --> 52:50.720] and they play these computer games where they kill everything in the neighborhood, [52:50.720 --> 52:59.720] but in the process, they play these games with children from all over the planet. [52:59.720 --> 53:08.720] My son set up one for me, EverQuest, years ago, in 1999. [53:08.720 --> 53:11.720] He bought it for me, and I never played it. [53:11.720 --> 53:12.720] I just left it there. [53:12.720 --> 53:14.720] I come back six months later and set it up, [53:14.720 --> 53:17.720] and he's moving all these characters around, [53:17.720 --> 53:21.720] and I'm watching this, and it took me a while to realize that [53:21.720 --> 53:26.720] all of these other characters were guys just like me or just like him. [53:26.720 --> 53:28.720] They weren't some computer-generated characters, [53:28.720 --> 53:32.720] but they were real people operating these avatars, [53:32.720 --> 53:34.720] so I asked him to talk to one of them. [53:34.720 --> 53:39.720] The first one he talked to typed with a strong accent, [53:39.720 --> 53:41.720] so I asked where he was from. [53:41.720 --> 53:45.720] He was a 13-year-old from Tel Aviv. [53:45.720 --> 53:50.720] The second we talked to was from Madrid. [53:50.720 --> 53:51.720] We couldn't tell. [53:51.720 --> 53:52.720] He's in the game with us. [53:52.720 --> 53:55.720] He might as well be next door. [53:55.720 --> 54:00.720] Our children have been interacting with other children all over the world, [54:00.720 --> 54:03.720] and very quickly, they find out. [54:03.720 --> 54:15.720] What annoys a child in Israel or Madrid or Kiev or anywhere else [54:15.720 --> 54:20.720] is the same kind of things that would annoy you. [54:20.720 --> 54:24.720] What makes them happy and appreciative, [54:24.720 --> 54:27.720] all of these things are exactly the same, [54:27.720 --> 54:30.720] and then our government comes along to teach Islam. [54:30.720 --> 54:34.720] They want to slaughter us all, and our kids say, are you kidding me? [54:34.720 --> 54:38.720] Give me a break. [54:38.720 --> 54:43.720] This, I believe, is a time of great change, [54:43.720 --> 54:46.720] and we may be sitting on the cusp of an opportunity [54:46.720 --> 54:53.720] to interrupt a pattern that's been holding the world essentially in bondage [54:53.720 --> 54:57.720] for a couple of thousand years at least. [54:57.720 --> 55:03.720] We will defeat this by our humanity and understanding [55:03.720 --> 55:06.720] that everybody is the same in the end. [55:06.720 --> 55:10.720] There are no ethnic enemies out there. [55:10.720 --> 55:13.720] There are people all over the planet struggling to make a living, [55:13.720 --> 55:17.720] and there's a group behind all of them manipulating everything, [55:17.720 --> 55:22.720] and they're getting prepared to crash our market again [55:22.720 --> 55:25.720] and swallow all of our equity. [55:25.720 --> 55:28.720] This crash is actually in the process. [55:28.720 --> 55:30.720] In 1929, they crashed a market, [55:30.720 --> 55:34.720] and then essentially one day the sky fell in on everybody, [55:34.720 --> 55:37.720] and now they have everybody shaking in their boots looking for that to happen again. [55:37.720 --> 55:40.720] That is not going to happen again. [55:40.720 --> 55:46.720] We've already had the crash like the one in 29 [55:46.720 --> 55:48.720] where everyone was put on the streets, [55:48.720 --> 55:52.720] and the one in the Grapes of Wrath was about, [55:52.720 --> 55:56.720] except we didn't have that overnight. [55:56.720 --> 56:03.720] They engineered it so it would occur over five to seven years. [56:03.720 --> 56:10.720] That recovering of all of the assets is happening right now in front of us, [56:10.720 --> 56:18.720] but they're giving us time to adjust to it so we don't recognize it as the big one. [56:18.720 --> 56:19.720] The big one's in process. [56:19.720 --> 56:22.720] They do crash the markets. [56:22.720 --> 56:24.720] Everybody's going to get excited and jump up and down and wave their arms [56:24.720 --> 56:26.720] and rail in righteous indignation, [56:26.720 --> 56:30.720] but there's not going to be a whole lot of change. [56:30.720 --> 56:34.720] Your dollar will get worth a bit less money. [56:34.720 --> 56:38.720] Everything will cost more, but people will still be working. [56:38.720 --> 56:42.720] People will still be making some sort of living. [56:42.720 --> 56:46.720] They will still be producing because that's the ultimate intent of these groups [56:46.720 --> 56:51.720] to keep us productive and keep us working and keep us working hard. [56:51.720 --> 56:55.720] So if we're looking for the big one to one day fall in on us [56:55.720 --> 57:00.720] and find troops in the street, that's not going to happen that way. [57:00.720 --> 57:03.720] They got smarter than that. [57:03.720 --> 57:05.720] This is going to happen over time, and if we don't pay attention, [57:05.720 --> 57:07.720] we won't recognize it. [57:07.720 --> 57:13.720] What the key point of that whole report was was the consolidated audit trail. [57:13.720 --> 57:17.720] They said, these dark pools, we don't know what's going on there. [57:17.720 --> 57:23.720] We need to put in the consolidated audit trail, and that will stop this nonsense. [57:23.720 --> 57:32.720] Well, you can be sure that the SEC is prepared to institute the consolidated audit trail [57:32.720 --> 57:36.720] immediately after these factions crash the market, [57:36.720 --> 57:39.720] not to keep that from happening again, [57:39.720 --> 57:45.720] but to keep other factions like the oil companies from using the same tactics [57:45.720 --> 57:52.720] and doing the same thing to them they just did to all of us. [57:52.720 --> 57:55.720] That's my story, and I'm sticking to it. [57:55.720 --> 57:59.720] If you have any questions, comments, I would like to hear them. [57:59.720 --> 58:02.720] If you think I'm full of baloney, I would like to hear that. [58:02.720 --> 58:08.720] And all conclusions drawn in this story are my own. [58:08.720 --> 58:13.720] I haven't drawn from any one, so there is a very good chance [58:13.720 --> 58:16.720] I could be full of crapola. [58:16.720 --> 58:19.720] If you think that I am, give me a call. [58:19.720 --> 58:22.720] Tell me where I'm wrong, tell me where I missed something. [58:22.720 --> 58:28.720] But the way I see it, this is a long, established pattern, [58:28.720 --> 58:30.720] and we're just pawns in the whole mess. [58:30.720 --> 58:34.720] This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, The Udavah Radio. [58:34.720 --> 58:38.720] Call in number 512-646-1984. [58:38.720 --> 58:39.720] Francis, I see you there. [58:39.720 --> 58:42.720] I will take you when we come back on the other side. [58:42.720 --> 58:44.720] Francis has some interesting stuff for us. [58:44.720 --> 58:49.720] We'll be right back. [58:49.720 --> 58:53.720] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, [58:53.720 --> 58:57.720] yet countless readers are frustrated because they struggle to understand it. [58:57.720 --> 59:01.720] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, [59:01.720 --> 59:06.720] but in the process can compromise the profound meaning of the Scripture. [59:06.720 --> 59:08.720] Enter the Recovery Version. [59:08.720 --> 59:12.720] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate, [59:12.720 --> 59:17.720] but the real story is the more than 9,000 explanatory footnotes. [59:17.720 --> 59:21.720] Difficult and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way, [59:21.720 --> 59:27.720] providing an entrance into the riches of the Word beyond which you've ever experienced before. [01:00:52.720 --> 01:00:54.720] And now the news. [01:00:54.720 --> 01:00:57.720] Despite President Obama's declaration on Wednesday that he was certain [01:00:57.720 --> 01:01:02.720] the Syrian government was responsible for the August 21 chemical attacks in Syria, [01:01:02.720 --> 01:01:04.720] intelligence officials are not as confident. [01:01:04.720 --> 01:01:07.720] The Office of the Director for National Intelligence released a report [01:01:07.720 --> 01:01:10.720] detailing gaps in the U.S. intelligence. [01:01:10.720 --> 01:01:14.720] Congressional committees are expected to be briefed on evidence by conference call on Thursday. [01:01:14.720 --> 01:01:18.720] So far, intelligence officials have not been able to locate the exact location [01:01:18.720 --> 01:01:21.720] of Assad's supposed chemical weapons supply. [01:01:21.720 --> 01:01:24.720] The United States is not the only official body having trouble finding hard evidence [01:01:24.720 --> 01:01:27.720] linking the Syrian government to the use of chemical weapons. [01:01:27.720 --> 01:01:30.720] Bashar Jafar, a Syrian ambassador to the United Nations, [01:01:30.720 --> 01:01:35.720] stated that the rebels used weapons that they were able to produce with the help of outside powers. [01:01:35.720 --> 01:01:39.720] The British Parliament will hold a vote Thursday on a motion that would eliminate the possibility [01:01:39.720 --> 01:01:48.720] of launching an attack until the U.N. weapons inspectors publish their findings to the U.N. Security Council. [01:01:48.720 --> 01:01:53.720] Liberty activist John Bush was found not guilty yesterday in his trial stemming from a 2010 arrest [01:01:53.720 --> 01:01:59.720] on UT campus after he refused to go to the free speech zone while President Barack Obama was in town. [01:01:59.720 --> 01:02:04.720] Trial lasted from 9 a.m. to 4 30 p.m. and ended when Judge Herb Evans directed the jury [01:02:04.720 --> 01:02:09.720] to deliver a not guilty verdict after it became clear that the prosecution did not have any evidence [01:02:09.720 --> 01:02:13.720] showing that an order was actually given by UT police. [01:02:13.720 --> 01:02:16.720] The state of Texas made a fatal mistake when last year they reduced the charges [01:02:16.720 --> 01:02:21.720] from Class B misdemeanor criminal trespass to Class C misdemeanor willful failure [01:02:21.720 --> 01:02:23.720] to obey the lawful order of an officer. [01:02:23.720 --> 01:02:27.720] John refused three years worth of plea deals which led the state to reduce their charges. [01:02:27.720 --> 01:02:30.720] John believes he has been vindicated and is encouraging others, [01:02:30.720 --> 01:02:33.720] especially when there is minimal risk to one's freedom, [01:02:33.720 --> 01:02:37.720] to refuse to take the plea deal and stand on their convictions. [01:02:37.720 --> 01:02:44.720] Video of the trial will soon be available at TheLibertyBeat.com. [01:02:44.720 --> 01:02:48.720] On Wednesday a military jury sentenced a U.S. Army psychiatrist to death [01:02:48.720 --> 01:02:53.720] for the 2009 shootings at Fort Hood, Texas that killed 13 people and wounded 31 others. [01:02:53.720 --> 01:02:57.720] Major Nadal Hassan has stated that he committed the crimes in retaliation [01:02:57.720 --> 01:03:00.720] for the United States wars in the Muslim world. [01:03:00.720 --> 01:03:20.720] Thanks for watching! [01:03:30.720 --> 01:03:37.720] Chant down Bobby, chant down Bobby Chant for justice and for his man [01:03:37.720 --> 01:03:44.720] Chant for Rudy, chant for Rudy Chant for our words, chant for our words [01:03:44.720 --> 01:03:51.720] And when it comes to me, when it comes to me All man was created equally [01:03:51.720 --> 01:03:58.720] Chant down Bobby, learn to do it daily And when night comes, it's for everybody [01:03:58.720 --> 01:04:05.720] Chant for Rudy, chant for Rudy Chant for our words, chant for Rudy [01:04:29.720 --> 01:04:36.720] So my mother-in-law has been kind of losing it mentally and she basically has dementia [01:04:36.720 --> 01:04:39.720] And she also has some pretty heavy-duty osteoporosis [01:04:39.720 --> 01:04:43.720] So she's pretty fragile after having a great active life [01:04:43.720 --> 01:04:52.720] And so she fell in 2012 and went into assisted living and then fell there and broke her femur [01:04:52.720 --> 01:04:59.720] And while she was recovering from that femur break, she was eloped or kidnapped basically [01:04:59.720 --> 01:05:03.720] From the assisted living by my husband's older brother and his girlfriend [01:05:03.720 --> 01:05:08.720] And they kind of set it up and they made all kinds of saber-rattling [01:05:08.720 --> 01:05:11.720] Like she was being held hostage and all that [01:05:11.720 --> 01:05:16.720] But what had happened in the interim was in the six months or so when she wasn't at the trailer [01:05:16.720 --> 01:05:21.720] They had access to her mail and to the trailer and they found that she had not a lot of money [01:05:21.720 --> 01:05:27.720] Enough to hopefully see her through her final approach, as it were [01:05:27.720 --> 01:05:31.720] And they wanted the money and they started walking around town [01:05:31.720 --> 01:05:34.720] And telling everybody how rich they were going to be when she died [01:05:34.720 --> 01:05:39.720] And so they eloped her and brought her home and she lacked capacity at that point [01:05:39.720 --> 01:05:44.720] My husband had power of attorney and as soon as they eloped her on that Sunday afternoon [01:05:44.720 --> 01:05:50.720] My husband and I put together a fax and fax to the credit union where all of her money was [01:05:50.720 --> 01:05:54.720] That she had been eloped and she would probably not understand what was going on [01:05:54.720 --> 01:05:57.720] And to please freeze all of her accounts [01:05:57.720 --> 01:06:00.720] And that wasn't done. They took her to the bank the next morning [01:06:00.720 --> 01:06:04.720] And took about between $48,000 and $52,000 out in cash [01:06:04.720 --> 01:06:08.720] And the money had never been accounted for [01:06:08.720 --> 01:06:12.720] So then they went and got an attorney and my husband was already working with the attorney [01:06:12.720 --> 01:06:16.720] Because he had gotten the power of attorney [01:06:16.720 --> 01:06:21.720] And so instead of going down the criminal path, which we called the police and tried to do [01:06:21.720 --> 01:06:24.720] The two attorneys decided to make a deal [01:06:24.720 --> 01:06:27.720] And my husband ended up with guardian [01:06:27.720 --> 01:06:33.720] But they told the mother that my husband had stolen $40,000 from her [01:06:33.720 --> 01:06:37.720] And with the dementia and not being able to really discern anything [01:06:37.720 --> 01:06:42.720] She just kind of repeated everything and they put her on the stand [01:06:42.720 --> 01:06:46.720] She probably should have had a guardian ad litem assigned, but they didn't [01:06:46.720 --> 01:06:50.720] So basically it was the two brothers kind of fighting through the attorneys [01:06:50.720 --> 01:06:56.720] And so my husband ended up with guardianship and a bank attorney ended up with conservatorship [01:06:56.720 --> 01:07:01.720] And both of the attorneys were paid out of the mother's funds [01:07:01.720 --> 01:07:05.720] And evidently that's still continuing on both sides [01:07:05.720 --> 01:07:08.720] They just seemed to bill her account [01:07:08.720 --> 01:07:12.720] And we don't get any kind of an audit or anything, we can't tell [01:07:12.720 --> 01:07:15.720] And of course we've never had an audit of any of the money [01:07:15.720 --> 01:07:19.720] So then my husband goes up, the brother dies [01:07:19.720 --> 01:07:22.720] The brother died on the 5th of July [01:07:22.720 --> 01:07:28.720] And we found at the beginning of August, like August the 6th [01:07:28.720 --> 01:07:34.720] A bank statement in the brother's name with over $30,000 in it [01:07:34.720 --> 01:07:37.720] He never had two nickels to rub together his entire life [01:07:37.720 --> 01:07:40.720] Was alcohol, he couldn't hold a job, was disabled [01:07:40.720 --> 01:07:43.720] And there's no way he got a windfall [01:07:43.720 --> 01:07:46.720] Except for that they never audited the money [01:07:46.720 --> 01:07:52.720] So now we've got a felony and a kidnapping that were never prosecuted so far [01:07:52.720 --> 01:07:54.720] And now they're... [01:07:54.720 --> 01:08:00.720] So what's happened recently is my husband is on the trailer as his mother or him [01:08:00.720 --> 01:08:04.720] So he can actually sell the trailer house because it's not real property [01:08:04.720 --> 01:08:07.720] And he can move her because he's the guardian [01:08:07.720 --> 01:08:11.720] And he had everything set up to move her last Wednesday [01:08:11.720 --> 01:08:16.720] The doctors were on board, she'd been discharged, she'd been admitted out here in Colorado [01:08:16.720 --> 01:08:21.720] And they went, the attorneys for the brother went [01:08:21.720 --> 01:08:23.720] Saying they were her attorneys [01:08:23.720 --> 01:08:27.720] And they got a temporary restraining order using a statute [01:08:27.720 --> 01:08:33.720] Not a guardianship statute, not a statute that says you can't sell property that's in your name [01:08:33.720 --> 01:08:38.720] Or someone else's name because we've already been up against the conservator on that [01:08:38.720 --> 01:08:40.720] And she backed down [01:08:40.720 --> 01:08:43.720] And we told them that we were going to move her car because she loves her car [01:08:43.720 --> 01:08:46.720] Wait a minute, you missed a spot [01:08:46.720 --> 01:08:47.720] Okay [01:08:47.720 --> 01:08:49.720] Back to the lawyers [01:08:49.720 --> 01:08:51.720] Yes [01:08:51.720 --> 01:08:55.720] How did they get the TRO? [01:08:55.720 --> 01:09:02.720] Well, we filed notices and they used a statute that says if there's nothing else that fits [01:09:02.720 --> 01:09:09.720] They can use this particular statute except the statute is very specific [01:09:09.720 --> 01:09:20.720] It says that you must either have an affidavit or a verified complaint [01:09:20.720 --> 01:09:22.720] Which is basically the same thing [01:09:22.720 --> 01:09:31.720] With specific things that show that irreparable harm is going to happen if these events are not stopped [01:09:31.720 --> 01:09:38.720] They went in and what we got was in that afternoon where we were like pulling back from all the airplane tickets [01:09:38.720 --> 01:09:43.720] Wait a minute, too many ancillary details, this is going to take too long [01:09:43.720 --> 01:09:44.720] They got the TRO [01:09:44.720 --> 01:09:47.720] They did an oral argument and got a TRO [01:09:47.720 --> 01:09:52.720] Okay, did they set a show cause hearing? [01:09:52.720 --> 01:09:54.720] No, they did an ex parte [01:09:54.720 --> 01:10:07.720] No, no, no, TRO, temporary restraining order to get the restraining order to hold temporarily until you can have a show cause hearing within 15 days as a rule [01:10:07.720 --> 01:10:15.720] So the 30th of September and they shifted attorneys [01:10:15.720 --> 01:10:22.720] They went from the attorney that was with the brother to a high power, the biggest bullshitting firm [01:10:22.720 --> 01:10:26.720] The attorney with the brother has no client [01:10:26.720 --> 01:10:30.720] How does the attorney have standing to come before the court? [01:10:30.720 --> 01:10:35.720] Well, he's claiming his client is the mother [01:10:35.720 --> 01:10:39.720] Does the mother claim him as his attorney? [01:10:39.720 --> 01:10:42.720] Well, she doesn't really have capacity [01:10:42.720 --> 01:10:50.720] Okay, ask for a challenge agency of the agent [01:10:50.720 --> 01:10:53.720] Who the heck are you? Show me your contract with the mother [01:10:53.720 --> 01:11:04.720] How you got a contract to be the mother's attorney when she's incompetent to hire herself and your husband's a guardian? [01:11:04.720 --> 01:11:10.720] Okay, and so how you got the contract, okay [01:11:10.720 --> 01:11:21.720] Now in the meantime, we presented to Galen's attorney and we have also now presented through certified mail a certified copy of the bank statement from the brother [01:11:21.720 --> 01:11:27.720] Because they need to go to, you know, I'm kind of trying to set it up for a criminal complaint there [01:11:27.720 --> 01:11:30.720] I might have messed up [01:11:30.720 --> 01:11:34.720] Okay, let me talk about how this works [01:11:34.720 --> 01:11:35.720] Okay [01:11:35.720 --> 01:11:39.720] Have you ever seen a three-sided chessboard? [01:11:39.720 --> 01:11:41.720] No [01:11:41.720 --> 01:11:46.720] Okay, three-sided chessboard, you got three players [01:11:46.720 --> 01:11:49.720] Think about that, three players [01:11:49.720 --> 01:11:55.720] Three-sided chessboard is going to be all about alliances [01:11:55.720 --> 01:12:02.720] When you enter into a judicial situation [01:12:02.720 --> 01:12:06.720] There are always three primary players [01:12:06.720 --> 01:12:11.720] There's you in one position [01:12:11.720 --> 01:12:14.720] There is your attorney in another position [01:12:14.720 --> 01:12:18.720] And there's opposing counsel in the other position [01:12:18.720 --> 01:12:23.720] That's all the players in your game [01:12:23.720 --> 01:12:28.720] Now the attorney on the other side, I'm sorry, the client on the other side [01:12:28.720 --> 01:12:30.720] They have the same situation [01:12:30.720 --> 01:12:37.720] They have them, their attorney, and opposing counsel [01:12:37.720 --> 01:12:40.720] It's all about alliances [01:12:40.720 --> 01:12:45.720] The lawyers, the first thing they're going to do is they're going to look at [01:12:45.720 --> 01:12:51.720] Each of them will look at the estate of their client [01:12:51.720 --> 01:12:57.720] And make a determination of how much of that estate they can swallow [01:12:57.720 --> 01:13:00.720] Both lawyers are going to do that for their clients [01:13:00.720 --> 01:13:05.720] And then they're going to work an alliance between each other [01:13:05.720 --> 01:13:14.720] So that they produce actions that allow them to build their clients enough [01:13:14.720 --> 01:13:17.720] To extract as much as they can of the estate [01:13:17.720 --> 01:13:21.720] Then they will come together with a deal [01:13:21.720 --> 01:13:27.720] That they think they can sell the two clients so that they'll accept the deal [01:13:27.720 --> 01:13:29.720] And everybody's happy [01:13:29.720 --> 01:13:33.720] Or actually the clients are never really happy [01:13:33.720 --> 01:13:37.720] The lawyers are telling this is the best they could do [01:13:37.720 --> 01:13:39.720] When they do better [01:13:39.720 --> 01:13:40.720] Right [01:13:40.720 --> 01:13:42.720] Understand how this works [01:13:42.720 --> 01:13:47.720] Do not imagine that your lawyer is on your side [01:13:47.720 --> 01:13:48.720] Oh no, we know that [01:13:48.720 --> 01:13:51.720] Okay, lawyer's on the lawyer's side [01:13:51.720 --> 01:13:53.720] And that's understandable [01:13:53.720 --> 01:13:55.720] He's in business, he's in business to make money [01:13:55.720 --> 01:14:01.720] So, look at it from that angle [01:14:01.720 --> 01:14:05.720] How do you hammer your lawyer to put him in a position [01:14:05.720 --> 01:14:14.720] To where he must realign himself with you instead of the lawyer on the other side? [01:14:14.720 --> 01:14:15.720] Think about it [01:14:15.720 --> 01:14:22.720] Well, the only thing I can think of is to hammer on the deal that we hammered on him the whole time [01:14:22.720 --> 01:14:26.720] To get an accounting of what was taken out of Mrs. Amerson's account [01:14:26.720 --> 01:14:30.720] And that was a felony and nobody, everyone failed to prosecute it [01:14:30.720 --> 01:14:35.720] Because they were so busy aligning up and extracting the money from the mother [01:14:35.720 --> 01:14:40.720] Okay, if you've listened to our program, you know about working the deal on them [01:14:40.720 --> 01:14:45.720] If anybody has a duty to enforce law and you invoke that duty to enforce law [01:14:45.720 --> 01:14:49.720] And they commit misfeasance in office [01:14:49.720 --> 01:14:56.720] And fail to perform their duty as prescribed by law and harm occurs thereby [01:14:56.720 --> 01:15:05.720] They're acting outside scope and have no immunity from suit [01:15:05.720 --> 01:15:14.720] Send a tort letter to the county accusing the prosecuting attorney of misfeasance in office [01:15:14.720 --> 01:15:19.720] Accused the police department of misfeasance [01:15:19.720 --> 01:15:23.720] And notify them of your intent to sue [01:15:23.720 --> 01:15:33.720] Because this misfeasance is outside scope and acts for which there is no immunity [01:15:33.720 --> 01:15:39.720] You will not win your case because you have the law and the facts on your side [01:15:39.720 --> 01:15:46.720] You will win your case if you can create enough politics on your side [01:15:46.720 --> 01:15:52.720] So let's see if we can create a little politics [01:15:52.720 --> 01:15:53.720] Okay [01:15:53.720 --> 01:15:58.720] We're about to go to break here but when we come back from the other side of the break [01:15:58.720 --> 01:16:03.720] I'd like for us to do a little strategy session here [01:16:03.720 --> 01:16:08.720] Instead of looking at this from the perspective of those target rotten scoundrels [01:16:08.720 --> 01:16:11.720] They didn't do this, they didn't do that, they didn't do the other [01:16:11.720 --> 01:16:18.720] Let's look at it from the perspective of how can we nail these guys [01:16:18.720 --> 01:16:21.720] Put their careers in jeopardy [01:16:21.720 --> 01:16:24.720] Get their county commissioners really PO'd at them [01:16:24.720 --> 01:16:27.720] Raise their insurance premiums [01:16:27.720 --> 01:16:31.720] In order to get people who are behind them to tell them [01:16:31.720 --> 01:16:35.720] Fix this problem, make it go away [01:16:35.720 --> 01:16:39.720] This is Randy Kelton Davis Stevens with my radio [01:16:39.720 --> 01:16:42.720] Our call lines are open [01:16:42.720 --> 01:16:46.720] Our call in 01:19:14.720] Or call 512-646-6440 [01:19:24.720 --> 01:19:50.720] Okay, we are back [01:19:50.720 --> 01:19:53.720] Randy Coppin, Deborah Stevens, Wheel of Law Radio [01:19:53.720 --> 01:19:55.720] And we're talking to Frances in Colorado [01:19:55.720 --> 01:19:58.720] Now I've dealt with Frances for quite a while [01:19:58.720 --> 01:20:06.720] And Frances is not someone I would want after me [01:20:06.720 --> 01:20:10.720] She's a female so I won't call her a bulldog [01:20:10.720 --> 01:20:13.720] But I definitely would not want her after me [01:20:13.720 --> 01:20:16.720] So, with that said [01:20:16.720 --> 01:20:19.720] Frances, where do we start? [01:20:19.720 --> 01:20:24.720] Well, Mark Revis is in...right? [01:20:24.720 --> 01:20:28.720] You kind of faded out there for a second [01:20:28.720 --> 01:20:30.720] Let me start here [01:20:30.720 --> 01:20:37.720] The thing when I craft an action of this nature [01:20:37.720 --> 01:20:40.720] The first thing I do is put together all the pieces [01:20:40.720 --> 01:20:42.720] The first thing I write is a timeline [01:20:42.720 --> 01:20:46.720] I want to know what happened when everything happened [01:20:46.720 --> 01:20:49.720] Then I go back and look at it [01:20:49.720 --> 01:20:51.720] And I ask myself [01:20:51.720 --> 01:20:55.720] How did these pieces fit together? [01:20:55.720 --> 01:21:00.720] And if I were writing a story [01:21:00.720 --> 01:21:03.720] If I were crafting this as a fiction story [01:21:03.720 --> 01:21:10.720] How would I write in the motivations of the actors? [01:21:10.720 --> 01:21:13.720] This person did this, why did he do this? [01:21:13.720 --> 01:21:16.720] What motivated him to act in this way? [01:21:16.720 --> 01:21:19.720] And let's see if we can get an idea [01:21:19.720 --> 01:21:23.720] Of what everybody's outcome, intended outcome is [01:21:23.720 --> 01:21:25.720] Everybody has an intended outcome [01:21:25.720 --> 01:21:31.720] And that was my point of that three-way chessboard metaphor earlier [01:21:31.720 --> 01:21:36.720] Let's do this from the perspective that every actor in the game [01:21:36.720 --> 01:21:42.720] Is ultimately acting for his own personal self-interest [01:21:42.720 --> 01:21:48.720] Keeping in mind that he has two other players here he has to deal with [01:21:48.720 --> 01:21:53.720] So in some regards he has to deal with their self-interest [01:21:53.720 --> 01:21:57.720] In order to achieve his self-interest [01:21:57.720 --> 01:22:02.720] The first thing we want to do is get your lawyer's strategy [01:22:02.720 --> 01:22:08.720] Let's take the chessboard and turn it 120 degrees [01:22:08.720 --> 01:22:13.720] And look at the board from your lawyer's perspective [01:22:13.720 --> 01:22:20.720] And then go around to the other side and look at the board from the opposing lawyer's perspective [01:22:20.720 --> 01:22:24.720] Not from the opposing client's perspective [01:22:24.720 --> 01:22:29.720] As far as we're concerned, that's not the important issue [01:22:29.720 --> 01:22:34.720] Their lawyer is on that other side trying to extract from them [01:22:34.720 --> 01:22:38.720] And from your mother's estate as much as they can [01:22:38.720 --> 01:22:41.720] Your lawyer is trying to extract as much from you [01:22:41.720 --> 01:22:44.720] And ultimately as much from the mother's estate as you can [01:22:44.720 --> 01:22:46.720] He's going to look at the mother's estate [01:22:46.720 --> 01:22:50.720] And use that to gauge how important it is to you [01:22:50.720 --> 01:22:54.720] And how much of your estate he can get you to invest in [01:22:54.720 --> 01:22:59.720] Him getting that estate straightened out for your mother [01:22:59.720 --> 01:23:05.720] So let's back up and look at these other actors [01:23:05.720 --> 01:23:10.720] And if we can figure out what their intended outcome is [01:23:10.720 --> 01:23:14.720] Then instead of going directly at them [01:23:14.720 --> 01:23:16.720] We go for their outcomes [01:23:16.720 --> 01:23:18.720] And screw up the outcomes [01:23:18.720 --> 01:23:20.720] Does that make sense? [01:23:20.720 --> 01:23:23.720] It does [01:23:23.720 --> 01:23:28.720] I've been hanging around too long because I was already kind of doing that [01:23:28.720 --> 01:23:30.720] Good, I kind of figured you were [01:23:30.720 --> 01:23:34.720] This is what Ms. Francis does [01:23:34.720 --> 01:23:38.720] She took these guys on a foreclosure issue [01:23:38.720 --> 01:23:42.720] And really beat the crap out of them [01:23:42.720 --> 01:23:47.720] So they probably don't expect someone like you coming after them [01:23:47.720 --> 01:23:54.720] Your lawyer certainly expects that you're going to think he's on your side [01:23:54.720 --> 01:23:59.720] When he realizes that you no longer think he's on your side [01:23:59.720 --> 01:24:04.720] That you realize that he's a third player in the game [01:24:04.720 --> 01:24:07.720] That's likely to change his perspective real quick [01:24:07.720 --> 01:24:13.720] Because he's a lawyer and he has all of these vulnerabilities [01:24:13.720 --> 01:24:16.720] So does the lawyer on the other side [01:24:16.720 --> 01:24:21.720] And in the process of doing this we can look outside the game [01:24:21.720 --> 01:24:28.720] To see where there are political influences we can bring to bear on the other players [01:24:28.720 --> 01:24:32.720] That's where the criminal part will come in nicely [01:24:32.720 --> 01:24:33.720] Okay [01:24:33.720 --> 01:24:36.720] When you start hammering them criminally [01:24:36.720 --> 01:24:39.720] Your lawyer is likely to tell you [01:24:39.720 --> 01:24:48.720] That you may not use criminal complaints to gain advantage in a civil action [01:24:48.720 --> 01:24:53.720] When you tell him you're not, you know I'm filing against a prosecuting attorney and judges [01:24:53.720 --> 01:24:57.720] They're not involved in the civil action [01:24:57.720 --> 01:25:05.720] And you are forbidden to mention these criminal actions in this case [01:25:05.720 --> 01:25:08.720] And if the other side mentions them [01:25:08.720 --> 01:25:14.720] You are to file for mistrial immediately and disqualify the judge [01:25:14.720 --> 01:25:18.720] You are not to allow the other side to use these criminal actions [01:25:18.720 --> 01:25:28.720] To gain leverage in a civil case that is forbidden and you're not to allow it [01:25:28.720 --> 01:25:31.720] You know lawyers are devious [01:25:31.720 --> 01:25:35.720] Let's learn from lawyers [01:25:35.720 --> 01:25:37.720] Set them up [01:25:37.720 --> 01:25:40.720] When you start going after these officials on the outside [01:25:40.720 --> 01:25:42.720] The officials are going to come back to these lawyers and say [01:25:42.720 --> 01:25:46.720] Hey guys, control your clients [01:25:46.720 --> 01:25:50.720] And the lawyer is going to tell them I can't control my client [01:25:50.720 --> 01:25:53.720] And when you start hammering judges [01:25:53.720 --> 01:25:59.720] The judges are going to be really unhappy but they can't tell you that [01:25:59.720 --> 01:26:07.720] If ever anyone says anything that you can in any way [01:26:07.720 --> 01:26:13.720] Take as warning or threat [01:26:13.720 --> 01:26:17.720] That's tampering with the witness and obstruction of justice [01:26:17.720 --> 01:26:21.720] In Texas, those are felonies [01:26:21.720 --> 01:26:30.720] To the nursing home warning them that if my husband came around [01:26:30.720 --> 01:26:33.720] And tried to take his mother out of there and bring her to Colorado [01:26:33.720 --> 01:26:38.720] That they were to call the police and he was to be arrested [01:26:38.720 --> 01:26:41.720] That's okay [01:26:41.720 --> 01:26:44.720] Does your husband intend to go do that? [01:26:44.720 --> 01:26:47.720] No, it's a six hour drive [01:26:47.720 --> 01:26:49.720] Okay, that is not [01:26:49.720 --> 01:26:55.720] That's not necessarily an unreasonable consideration [01:26:55.720 --> 01:26:56.720] Okay [01:26:56.720 --> 01:26:58.720] Because they don't know you [01:26:58.720 --> 01:27:05.720] They probably knew the brother and they figured he was up to that kind of nonsense [01:27:05.720 --> 01:27:08.720] Where I'm going is [01:27:08.720 --> 01:27:11.720] If you go to file complaints [01:27:11.720 --> 01:27:14.720] And this I get on occasion [01:27:14.720 --> 01:27:19.720] Where the officer or the prosecutor or somebody will tell me [01:27:19.720 --> 01:27:22.720] You know when you start doing this kind of thing [01:27:22.720 --> 01:27:25.720] You really have to be careful [01:27:25.720 --> 01:27:29.720] You could have some serious trouble when you start filing these criminal complaints [01:27:29.720 --> 01:27:32.720] That gets a 911 call every time [01:27:32.720 --> 01:27:34.720] Okay [01:27:34.720 --> 01:27:36.720] We had a guy that I was talking to the other day [01:27:36.720 --> 01:27:38.720] He was in court [01:27:38.720 --> 01:27:40.720] Joe Esquivel, he'll be on tomorrow night [01:27:40.720 --> 01:27:44.720] He talks about he was in court as an expert witness [01:27:44.720 --> 01:27:48.720] And the judge told him he didn't like what he was hearing [01:27:48.720 --> 01:27:52.720] And warned Mr. Esquivel that he was [01:27:52.720 --> 01:27:58.720] Five minutes from a practicing law without a license charge [01:27:58.720 --> 01:28:04.720] I would have immediately asked the bailiff to drag that judge down off that bench [01:28:04.720 --> 01:28:09.720] And arrest him for tampering with a witness's obstruction of justice [01:28:09.720 --> 01:28:18.720] You actually threaten me to affect my testimony? Are you kidding me? [01:28:18.720 --> 01:28:21.720] That would have been great fun [01:28:21.720 --> 01:28:24.720] They don't expect this kind of thing [01:28:24.720 --> 01:28:29.720] And especially if you can get a prosecutor to do that [01:28:29.720 --> 01:28:34.720] Then you get to file criminal charges against the prosecutor for tampering with a witness [01:28:34.720 --> 01:28:36.720] And he's going to say I didn't do it with a witness [01:28:36.720 --> 01:28:37.720] You threatened me [01:28:37.720 --> 01:28:39.720] I didn't threaten you, I didn't threaten you [01:28:39.720 --> 01:28:41.720] Well, explain to the grand jury [01:28:41.720 --> 01:28:46.720] I'm sure they'll understand that you weren't trying to obstruct justice [01:28:46.720 --> 01:28:49.720] So don't worry about that [01:28:49.720 --> 01:28:51.720] But give it to the grand jury [01:28:51.720 --> 01:28:55.720] Get me an attorney pro tem to come in here and prosecute you [01:28:55.720 --> 01:28:58.720] The problems that these officials have [01:28:58.720 --> 01:29:03.720] Is they're so used to being able to do anything they want to [01:29:03.720 --> 01:29:14.720] And they're used to a public who has been schooled in our government mandated school systems [01:29:14.720 --> 01:29:24.720] Where they are instructed as to the nature of this country that operates under the rule of law [01:29:24.720 --> 01:29:32.720] And they're told about all the great rights and privileges they have as citizens in this great and wonderful country [01:29:32.720 --> 01:29:36.720] However, while you're in this school [01:29:36.720 --> 01:29:39.720] Don't even think of trying to express one of them in the whole way to the system [01:29:39.720 --> 01:29:41.720] And land right square on your head [01:29:41.720 --> 01:29:45.720] They're used to people who are terrified of the system by training [01:29:45.720 --> 01:29:51.720] And everything we do in this show is to try to interrupt that indoctrination [01:29:51.720 --> 01:29:54.720] This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, we live on radio [01:29:54.720 --> 01:29:57.720] I call in number 512-646-1984 [01:29:57.720 --> 01:29:59.720] We'll be right back [01:30:01.720 --> 01:30:03.720] Are you a sucker for a good deal? [01:34:20.720 --> 01:34:23.720] Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Little Vila Radio. [01:34:23.720 --> 01:34:27.720] And we're talking to Frances in Colorado. [01:34:27.720 --> 01:34:29.720] Okay, Frances. [01:34:29.720 --> 01:34:31.720] Got any ideas? [01:34:31.720 --> 01:34:33.720] You know the case. [01:34:33.720 --> 01:34:35.720] I was thinking about reading both of them. [01:34:35.720 --> 01:34:37.720] Just one quick thing. [01:34:37.720 --> 01:34:38.720] Okay, go ahead. [01:34:38.720 --> 01:34:43.720] Often you can gain the most political pressure [01:34:43.720 --> 01:34:47.720] from the tiniest things. [01:34:47.720 --> 01:34:49.720] I got all the highest judges in Texas [01:34:49.720 --> 01:34:51.720] put in front of a grand jury [01:34:51.720 --> 01:35:00.720] because they denied a motion for leave to file. [01:35:00.720 --> 01:35:02.720] And they said, what? [01:35:02.720 --> 01:35:04.720] I filed a motion for leave to file [01:35:04.720 --> 01:35:06.720] to read habeas corpus and they denied it. [01:35:06.720 --> 01:35:08.720] I go straight to the grand jury [01:35:08.720 --> 01:35:10.720] and I'm trying to get them indicted. [01:35:10.720 --> 01:35:12.720] I get them all put before a grand jury [01:35:12.720 --> 01:35:14.720] and they're thinking, what in the heck? [01:35:14.720 --> 01:35:16.720] He's not even complaining about us [01:35:16.720 --> 01:35:20.720] not hearing the habeas corpus. [01:35:20.720 --> 01:35:22.720] He's complaining about us [01:35:22.720 --> 01:35:24.720] not granting him leave to file it. [01:35:24.720 --> 01:35:27.720] It was really, really technical. [01:35:27.720 --> 01:35:33.720] If you can get them on something really technical, [01:35:33.720 --> 01:35:36.720] nobody ever complains about it. [01:35:36.720 --> 01:35:40.720] But it's dead banging law. [01:35:40.720 --> 01:35:42.720] We have a statute here in Texas [01:35:42.720 --> 01:35:44.720] that says that when a prosecuting attorney [01:35:44.720 --> 01:35:46.720] is made known in any manner [01:35:46.720 --> 01:35:48.720] that a public official has violated [01:35:48.720 --> 01:35:50.720] a law relating to his office, [01:35:50.720 --> 01:35:51.720] he shall reduce complaint [01:35:51.720 --> 01:35:53.720] and information submitted to the grand jury. [01:35:53.720 --> 01:35:55.720] I don't think I've ever come across a prosecutor [01:35:55.720 --> 01:35:57.720] who ever read that. [01:35:57.720 --> 01:36:00.720] So I go in and ask them to take this complaint [01:36:00.720 --> 01:36:02.720] against the prosecuting attorney [01:36:02.720 --> 01:36:07.720] and Travis County even has a public integrity unit [01:36:07.720 --> 01:36:10.720] to investigate allegations against public officials. [01:36:10.720 --> 01:36:11.720] Are you kidding me? [01:36:11.720 --> 01:36:14.720] Didn't you read that statute? [01:36:14.720 --> 01:36:18.720] That is an indication of a conspiracy [01:36:18.720 --> 01:36:21.720] to breach that statute. [01:36:21.720 --> 01:36:23.720] But nobody ever brings it up. [01:36:23.720 --> 01:36:25.720] They've been doing it forever. [01:36:25.720 --> 01:36:28.720] So all of a sudden you bring up a complaint [01:36:28.720 --> 01:36:32.720] about something everybody does all the time. [01:36:32.720 --> 01:36:34.720] And then when they actually go in and read the law, [01:36:34.720 --> 01:36:37.720] they say, holy crap, he's right. [01:36:37.720 --> 01:36:39.720] What do we do now? [01:36:39.720 --> 01:36:42.720] What do you have of that nature? [01:36:42.720 --> 01:36:45.720] Okay, so we called the police right at first [01:36:45.720 --> 01:36:47.720] and they rebuffed us and told us [01:36:47.720 --> 01:36:49.720] that we would have to prove up [01:36:49.720 --> 01:36:53.720] that Galen's power of attorney was fully enforced. [01:36:53.720 --> 01:36:56.720] And when we asked the attorney to verify that, [01:36:56.720 --> 01:36:57.720] he never would. [01:36:57.720 --> 01:36:58.720] That's one thing. [01:36:58.720 --> 01:37:00.720] We had social workers come out [01:37:00.720 --> 01:37:02.720] and they established that it wasn't safe [01:37:02.720 --> 01:37:04.720] for the mother-in-law to be there, [01:37:04.720 --> 01:37:08.720] but they left her in the trailer. [01:37:12.720 --> 01:37:13.720] Let's see. [01:37:13.720 --> 01:37:21.720] Okay, then what were the rules governing the social workers? [01:37:21.720 --> 01:37:26.720] Did the social workers have the power to remove her? [01:37:26.720 --> 01:37:30.720] I believe that they did, but I have to check that. [01:37:30.720 --> 01:37:31.720] Check that close. [01:37:31.720 --> 01:37:33.720] You know, they can make this determination, [01:37:33.720 --> 01:37:37.720] but they probably didn't have the power to physically remove. [01:37:37.720 --> 01:37:42.720] They probably would have had to file this through their procedures. [01:37:42.720 --> 01:37:46.720] And there's probably somebody else who would have had to go to the court [01:37:46.720 --> 01:37:51.720] and say, can you give me an order to remove this person? [01:37:51.720 --> 01:37:52.720] Okay. [01:37:52.720 --> 01:37:53.720] Go look for that. [01:37:53.720 --> 01:37:58.720] And whoever didn't take the next step, go after that person. [01:37:58.720 --> 01:38:00.720] What about assigning a guardian ad litem? [01:38:00.720 --> 01:38:01.720] Why did they never do that? [01:38:01.720 --> 01:38:03.720] She obviously lacked capacity, [01:38:03.720 --> 01:38:06.720] and no one assigned a guardian ad litem. [01:38:06.720 --> 01:38:10.720] Look at who has a responsibility to do that. [01:38:10.720 --> 01:38:11.720] Okay. [01:38:11.720 --> 01:38:21.720] Did anybody have a responsibility to make a determination of her capacity? [01:38:21.720 --> 01:38:26.720] Well, we had the doctors and the Galen's attorney on his side, [01:38:26.720 --> 01:38:28.720] you know, the three-sided chessboard. [01:38:28.720 --> 01:38:31.720] He knew that the mother lacked capacity. [01:38:31.720 --> 01:38:36.720] He knew that the means test was, that she was failing that. [01:38:36.720 --> 01:38:42.720] And he actually hammered her so hard in court that the judge had to stop him [01:38:42.720 --> 01:38:50.720] after seven or eight minutes berating her that she didn't know what day it was and such. [01:38:50.720 --> 01:38:51.720] Hmm. [01:38:51.720 --> 01:38:52.720] Okay. [01:38:52.720 --> 01:38:57.720] We need a good detailed timeline. [01:38:57.720 --> 01:38:58.720] Okay. [01:38:58.720 --> 01:39:01.720] You need all of these pieces put together. [01:39:01.720 --> 01:39:05.720] This is not about so much about law. [01:39:05.720 --> 01:39:09.720] It's not so much about the facts. [01:39:09.720 --> 01:39:14.720] Did you listen to that stuff I presented in the first hour? [01:39:14.720 --> 01:39:17.720] I missed part of it, but I got a lot of it. [01:39:17.720 --> 01:39:20.720] Okay. [01:39:20.720 --> 01:39:26.720] There were just stacks and reams of facts that I could have addressed, [01:39:26.720 --> 01:39:28.720] but I looked at what was going on, [01:39:28.720 --> 01:39:37.720] and from the facts I pulled those facts that pointed toward my conclusion. [01:39:37.720 --> 01:39:45.720] I didn't state the facts that would have negated my conclusion. [01:39:45.720 --> 01:39:47.720] This was a story. [01:39:47.720 --> 01:39:55.720] I made a story and tried to convey an image, [01:39:55.720 --> 01:39:58.720] your understanding of what I believe to be going on. [01:39:58.720 --> 01:40:00.720] So we do the same thing here. [01:40:00.720 --> 01:40:03.720] We look at all, we need all these facts lined up. [01:40:03.720 --> 01:40:10.720] And once we have really detailed timeline of everything that went on, [01:40:10.720 --> 01:40:16.720] not a detailed argument or explanation, but a timeline of all the factors that went on. [01:40:16.720 --> 01:40:22.720] And then you go back and you start walking through those facts and look at motivations. [01:40:22.720 --> 01:40:25.720] Why did they do this and why did they not do this? [01:40:25.720 --> 01:40:29.720] What were they required to do here that they didn't do? [01:40:29.720 --> 01:40:33.720] You look for points of leverage, [01:40:33.720 --> 01:40:39.720] and primarily what I tend to look for are the minor players. [01:40:39.720 --> 01:40:46.720] The minor players who are in place to ensure these bad things don't happen. [01:40:46.720 --> 01:40:54.720] In my story I constructed, that whole story is about the SEC [01:40:54.720 --> 01:40:58.720] not doing what they should have done to protect us from these scoundrels, [01:40:58.720 --> 01:41:05.720] but in fact we're acting in concert and collusion with the scoundrels. [01:41:05.720 --> 01:41:11.720] So we need to go back with yours and put all these together in a really effective timeline. [01:41:11.720 --> 01:41:17.720] Okay, so the conservator is, she was assigned and she has... [01:41:17.720 --> 01:41:19.720] Okay, wait, we can't do that this way. [01:41:19.720 --> 01:41:21.720] We need this written down. [01:41:21.720 --> 01:41:28.720] There are ways, see what you're trying to do is put together the relevant facts. [01:41:28.720 --> 01:41:30.720] Don't do that. [01:41:30.720 --> 01:41:31.720] Okay. [01:41:31.720 --> 01:41:40.720] You're trying to put in the facts that appear relative to you from your side of the chessboard. [01:41:40.720 --> 01:41:41.720] Oh, okay. [01:41:41.720 --> 01:41:48.720] You should play chess sometime with someone of relatively equal skill. [01:41:48.720 --> 01:41:54.720] Get about five moves in, then get up and both of you change sides. [01:41:54.720 --> 01:41:59.720] You will be astounded at how different that board looks. [01:41:59.720 --> 01:42:05.720] So in order to analyze the board, you need to simply build a board [01:42:05.720 --> 01:42:11.720] that you're looking at from the top and put every piece in its place. [01:42:11.720 --> 01:42:18.720] And then look at the piece and ask yourself from the top, not from your side or from his side. [01:42:18.720 --> 01:42:21.720] You look from the top, why did he put that piece there? [01:42:21.720 --> 01:42:25.720] What's he trying to achieve with this action? [01:42:25.720 --> 01:42:26.720] Okay. [01:42:26.720 --> 01:42:33.720] Build you a simple timeline, then give it to your husband, have him add in the details [01:42:33.720 --> 01:42:37.720] that at the time did not appear important to you. [01:42:37.720 --> 01:42:42.720] So you did not tend to assign them referential index. [01:42:42.720 --> 01:42:43.720] So they're lost. [01:42:43.720 --> 01:42:44.720] They're gone. [01:42:44.720 --> 01:42:47.720] You ever told a story a number of times and somebody asks, [01:42:47.720 --> 01:42:50.720] did that happen to you or somebody else? [01:42:50.720 --> 01:42:54.720] And you say, oh, Jiminy Crickets, I don't remember. [01:42:54.720 --> 01:42:57.720] Because the telling of the story wasn't really, [01:42:57.720 --> 01:42:59.720] it wasn't important whether it happened to you or not. [01:42:59.720 --> 01:43:01.720] It was a great story. [01:43:01.720 --> 01:43:05.720] So when you told it, you didn't assign that detail to it. [01:43:05.720 --> 01:43:09.720] And after four or five times, the detail gets lost. [01:43:09.720 --> 01:43:10.720] Okay. [01:43:10.720 --> 01:43:13.720] We want to go find those lost details. [01:43:13.720 --> 01:43:23.720] Those things that occurred that you were so involved in the fight that you missed the details. [01:43:23.720 --> 01:43:27.720] And a third party who don't have a dog in the hunt, [01:43:27.720 --> 01:43:35.720] like in a case I was looking at, they come out to swallow this company [01:43:35.720 --> 01:43:37.720] and they're going to get a TRO. [01:43:37.720 --> 01:43:40.720] An hour and a half before they went to the court, [01:43:40.720 --> 01:43:44.720] they told the attorneys on the other side that they're going to get a TRO. [01:43:44.720 --> 01:43:46.720] And I said, what in the world? [01:43:46.720 --> 01:43:48.720] Why did they do that? [01:43:48.720 --> 01:43:49.720] That turned out to be key. [01:43:49.720 --> 01:43:52.720] These guys never caught it. [01:43:52.720 --> 01:43:53.720] Hang on. [01:43:53.720 --> 01:43:55.720] Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Rule of Law Radio. [01:43:55.720 --> 01:44:00.720] I call in number 512-646-1984. [01:44:00.720 --> 01:44:03.720] You feel tired when talking about important topics like money and politics? [01:44:03.720 --> 01:44:04.720] Sorry. [01:44:04.720 --> 01:44:07.720] Are you confused by words like the Constitution or the Federal Reserve? [01:44:07.720 --> 01:44:08.720] What? [01:44:08.720 --> 01:44:12.720] If so, you may be diagnosed with the deadliest disease known today, stupidity. [01:44:12.720 --> 01:44:14.720] Hi, my name is Steve Holt. [01:44:14.720 --> 01:44:19.720] And like millions of other Americans, I was diagnosed with stupidity at an early age. [01:44:19.720 --> 01:44:24.720] I had no idea that the number one cause of the disease is found in almost every home in America, [01:44:24.720 --> 01:44:25.720] the television. [01:44:25.720 --> 01:44:29.720] Unfortunately, that puts most Americans at risk of catching stupidity. [01:44:29.720 --> 01:44:30.720] But there is hope. [01:44:30.720 --> 01:44:36.720] The staff at Brave New Books have helped me and thousands of other Foxaholics suffering from sports zombieism recover. [01:44:36.720 --> 01:44:40.720] And because of Brave New Books, I now enjoy reading and watching educational documentaries [01:44:40.720 --> 01:44:43.720] without feeling tired or uninterested. Oh, man, I'm broke, man. [01:46:22.720 --> 01:46:30.720] Some things in this world I will never understand. Some things I realize fully. [01:46:30.720 --> 01:46:39.720] Somebody's gonna police a policeman. Somebody's gonna police a bully. [01:46:39.720 --> 01:46:48.720] There's always a room at the top of the hill. I hear things of great mind and it's lonely left too. [01:46:48.720 --> 01:46:57.720] They're wishing it was more than our position to fill. They know that if they don't do it, somebody will. [01:46:57.720 --> 01:47:02.720] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Rule of Law Radio, [01:47:02.720 --> 01:47:07.720] and we're talking to Francis in Colorado, and I'm going to shut up now, Francis. [01:47:07.720 --> 01:47:16.720] Okay, go back and kind of give us a timeline of, if you can, of what actually occurred [01:47:16.720 --> 01:47:23.720] as opposed to telling us those things you think were important. [01:47:23.720 --> 01:47:30.720] Oh, okay. So they had the nursing home turn the alarm off her bracelet. [01:47:30.720 --> 01:47:37.720] Okay, hold on. Another rule, broker rule, broker rule. Never use a pronoun. [01:47:37.720 --> 01:47:43.720] Pronoun, they, okay, the brother and the girlfriend had the nursing home turn her bracelet off, [01:47:43.720 --> 01:47:49.720] or had they ignored to have them, they knew that they were going to take her out [01:47:49.720 --> 01:47:56.720] and the alarm was going to go off. So they asked the nursing home for permission. [01:47:56.720 --> 01:47:58.720] You started in the middle of something. [01:47:58.720 --> 01:48:00.720] I did, oh. [01:48:00.720 --> 01:48:07.720] Yeah, back up. How did we get to the brother and the sister at the nursing home? [01:48:07.720 --> 01:48:15.720] You started with them, absconding with the mother. This started before that. [01:48:15.720 --> 01:48:22.720] Okay. Well, it would have started when she started to kind of lose it. [01:48:22.720 --> 01:48:27.720] I don't know how far we need to go back. The brother is always kind of needy. [01:48:27.720 --> 01:48:34.720] Okay, you're telling a story here. We're crafting a story for a grand jury. [01:48:34.720 --> 01:48:43.720] We don't care if it ever gets to the grand jury, but we want a story that when the prosecutor reads it, [01:48:43.720 --> 01:48:50.720] he's going to see it as a story that the grand jury is not going to be happy with. [01:48:50.720 --> 01:48:56.720] That gives the complaint a much more compelling nature. [01:48:56.720 --> 01:49:06.720] So we can't assume this grand jury knows anything. We can't assume they know anything about law. [01:49:06.720 --> 01:49:12.720] So we have to give them these details. [01:49:12.720 --> 01:49:14.720] Can you go back and do that? [01:49:14.720 --> 01:49:17.720] If I can get to that point. [01:49:17.720 --> 01:49:26.720] Okay, we don't have to go through the whole thing here. Give me the lead up to bad things happening. [01:49:26.720 --> 01:49:30.720] Well, you know, one of the attorneys, the attorney that was helping my husband, [01:49:30.720 --> 01:49:38.720] told my husband to allow the brother to take money from the mother and that he should just let him. [01:49:38.720 --> 01:49:39.720] It wasn't enough money. [01:49:39.720 --> 01:49:42.720] Still starting in the middle. [01:49:42.720 --> 01:49:48.720] This is why we have trouble trying to get a judge to give us the room we want, [01:49:48.720 --> 01:49:53.720] because we start with something we think is important. [01:49:53.720 --> 01:50:00.720] Don't start at the beginning. The judge is going to need referential index. [01:50:00.720 --> 01:50:02.720] Who are the players? [01:50:02.720 --> 01:50:08.720] He's going to need to be able to empathize with the mother. Here's the mother. [01:50:08.720 --> 01:50:17.720] She's getting on. She's always been active and vibrant. She's getting older, failing health. [01:50:17.720 --> 01:50:25.720] Then how does she get herself in this position so that the judge will empathize with her? [01:50:25.720 --> 01:50:31.720] He's probably getting older himself, sees himself going down the same road. [01:50:31.720 --> 01:50:41.720] Let's go back there and lead us in so that we are compelled to feel for the mother who's been mistreated [01:50:41.720 --> 01:50:44.720] and you and your husband are trying to do the best for the mother. [01:50:44.720 --> 01:50:49.720] You could care less about her money. You want her money to take care of her. [01:50:49.720 --> 01:50:56.720] You don't need it. You're just doing this because she's the mother and you want to take care of her. [01:50:56.720 --> 01:50:58.720] Tell me a story. [01:50:58.720 --> 01:51:06.720] She basically worked most of her life and she lost her husband in 1992 to leukemia. [01:51:06.720 --> 01:51:13.720] He left her set up with some money and some investments so that she didn't have to worry. [01:51:13.720 --> 01:51:24.720] She was real active and she just did whatever she wanted after she retired. [01:51:24.720 --> 01:51:27.720] She was living on her retirement income and doing great. [01:51:27.720 --> 01:51:42.720] Then her oldest son always had issues with alcohol and was always kind of took from her, wanted money, needed money. [01:51:42.720 --> 01:51:48.720] She helped him out. It was never enough. He always wanted more. [01:51:48.720 --> 01:51:51.720] She was actually his guardian. [01:51:51.720 --> 01:52:00.720] He had gotten himself so compromised physically and mentally that she was appointed his guardian. [01:52:00.720 --> 01:52:07.720] Then as she began to have some physical issues with her back and osteoporosis [01:52:07.720 --> 01:52:13.720] and then she started to have some mental slides, the brother started to take advantage of her. [01:52:13.720 --> 01:52:18.720] It was easier to take her money or to get her to go to the bank [01:52:18.720 --> 01:52:22.720] or take her to the bank as she got to where she didn't drive so well [01:52:22.720 --> 01:52:26.720] and he could get her to sign a check that didn't have a number on it [01:52:26.720 --> 01:52:32.720] and he would then go and cash it or he'd take her and have her cash it and she wouldn't remember. [01:52:32.720 --> 01:52:38.720] My husband went up to visit after he hadn't seen her for a while [01:52:38.720 --> 01:52:42.720] and was pretty shocked at how she had slid physically and mentally [01:52:42.720 --> 01:52:50.720] and began to set her up so that she could get her into independent living before it got too bad. [01:52:50.720 --> 01:52:55.720] The brother didn't want that to happen because he wanted to have control of her [01:52:55.720 --> 01:52:59.720] because she was basically an easy mark. [01:52:59.720 --> 01:53:09.720] So when a condo came up, the brother made sure that the mother did not get to take the condo [01:53:09.720 --> 01:53:17.720] and convinced her and we were in Denver too far away to be able to really, [01:53:17.720 --> 01:53:20.720] we didn't have her ear as it were and he had her ear [01:53:20.720 --> 01:53:28.720] and he was just manipulated to start out with and the more that she began to mentally slide, [01:53:28.720 --> 01:53:33.720] the easier she was to manipulate and less discernment she had. [01:53:33.720 --> 01:53:40.720] And so then when she didn't get to go into this nice independent living place, she fell [01:53:40.720 --> 01:53:44.720] and she was only two doors down from the brother but he didn't find her. [01:53:44.720 --> 01:53:47.720] It was a cousin who just happened to stop by to see how she was [01:53:47.720 --> 01:53:54.720] and there she was laying on the ice bleeding and they took her to the hospital [01:53:54.720 --> 01:54:00.720] and kept her for a few days and then they put her into assisted living for rehabilitation. [01:54:00.720 --> 01:54:06.720] And there she fell again but during the period that she was in rehabilitation, [01:54:06.720 --> 01:54:13.720] the brother and the girlfriend invaded her privacy and her financial affairs [01:54:13.720 --> 01:54:15.720] and discovered that she... [01:54:15.720 --> 01:54:17.720] Okay, stop. No, you can't do that. [01:54:17.720 --> 01:54:19.720] Am I, no, okay. [01:54:19.720 --> 01:54:24.720] That was not a fact. That was a indictment. [01:54:24.720 --> 01:54:25.720] Conjecture. [01:54:25.720 --> 01:54:26.720] That was a... [01:54:26.720 --> 01:54:27.720] Fragment. [01:54:27.720 --> 01:54:31.720] Let's just go facts. Here is how we want to do this. [01:54:31.720 --> 01:54:35.720] This is exactly what I was looking for. [01:54:35.720 --> 01:54:36.720] Okay. [01:54:36.720 --> 01:54:41.720] But be more careful about indicting the brother. [01:54:41.720 --> 01:54:42.720] Okay. [01:54:42.720 --> 01:54:45.720] Try to give facts. This is what happened. [01:54:45.720 --> 01:54:50.720] He had her write these checks and here are the checks that she wrote that he cast. [01:54:50.720 --> 01:54:53.720] This one, this one, this one, this one. [01:54:53.720 --> 01:54:54.720] Okay. [01:54:54.720 --> 01:54:57.720] Structure, you know, once you have all of the facts written out, [01:54:57.720 --> 01:55:00.720] then you go back and look at those facts and say, [01:55:00.720 --> 01:55:05.720] okay, which one of these facts, if I stick them in here, [01:55:05.720 --> 01:55:13.720] will give us a, what at least has the appearance of an uninterrupted timeline? [01:55:13.720 --> 01:55:14.720] Okay. [01:55:14.720 --> 01:55:19.720] But a reasonable person of ordinary prudence in looking at these facts [01:55:19.720 --> 01:55:24.720] would tend to come to the conclusion I want him to come to. [01:55:24.720 --> 01:55:25.720] Okay. [01:55:25.720 --> 01:55:28.720] If I say it, it can be a lie. [01:55:28.720 --> 01:55:32.720] If I say the brother's a dirty, rotten, conniving scoundrel, that can be a lie. [01:55:32.720 --> 01:55:39.720] But if by the facts that you present, the reader comes to the conclusion, [01:55:39.720 --> 01:55:43.720] this guy's a dirty, rotten, conniving scoundrel, that's the truth. [01:55:43.720 --> 01:55:49.720] So this is how we artfully use a statement of facts. [01:55:49.720 --> 01:56:01.720] Once you have given all of these facts in a seemingly dry and unaccusing structure, [01:56:01.720 --> 01:56:08.720] then you go back and start making arguments as to the meanings of these facts. [01:56:08.720 --> 01:56:15.720] And if your argument indicates the same conclusion that the judge already came to [01:56:15.720 --> 01:56:18.720] or the grand jury member already came to, [01:56:18.720 --> 01:56:22.720] then they're going to have the experience of rapport [01:56:22.720 --> 01:56:25.720] and they're going to trust what you're telling them. [01:56:25.720 --> 01:56:29.720] You're more likely to get a positive response. [01:56:29.720 --> 01:56:30.720] Does that make sense? [01:56:30.720 --> 01:56:31.720] Yes, it does. [01:56:31.720 --> 01:56:32.720] And it's going to take me some time. [01:56:32.720 --> 01:56:33.720] You're right. [01:56:33.720 --> 01:56:34.720] It's going to take some focus. [01:56:34.720 --> 01:56:36.720] But thank you for letting me step down that path. [01:56:36.720 --> 01:56:40.720] Yes, this does take a lot of focus. [01:56:40.720 --> 01:56:45.720] And if you listen to my program much, you hear me ask people for that all the time. [01:56:45.720 --> 01:56:52.720] And unfortunately, a good number of people who call in with their issues, [01:56:52.720 --> 01:57:03.720] they're more emotionally involved and they can't pull themselves out of that emotional involvement [01:57:03.720 --> 01:57:06.720] and do the work it takes to build this timeline. [01:57:06.720 --> 01:57:09.720] This is a lot of work. [01:57:09.720 --> 01:57:11.720] This is difficult. [01:57:11.720 --> 01:57:22.720] In order to do this, you have to step outside of your involvement in the circumstances [01:57:22.720 --> 01:57:24.720] and look at this from a whole different perspective. [01:57:24.720 --> 01:57:31.720] And when you do that, all of these little interesting facts that you had missed, [01:57:31.720 --> 01:57:40.720] I guarantee you when you're doing this, you'll say, holy crap, I missed that altogether. [01:57:40.720 --> 01:57:46.720] And you will find some key pieces of information that will be compelling enough [01:57:46.720 --> 01:57:52.720] that you'll generate the political pressure on these guys that they look at a good compelling story [01:57:52.720 --> 01:57:57.720] and say, I don't want to get in front of a grand jury and argue against that one. [01:57:57.720 --> 01:58:01.720] I'm going to look like a chump. [01:58:01.720 --> 01:58:04.720] Okay. Thank you very much, Francis. [01:58:04.720 --> 01:58:08.720] We are out of time for this show. [01:58:08.720 --> 01:58:14.720] I would, if you can, put some together and call in tomorrow night. [01:58:14.720 --> 01:58:16.720] Let's just do the first chapter. [01:58:16.720 --> 01:58:18.720] That's the setup. [01:58:18.720 --> 01:58:22.720] How do we get the judge to identify with your mother [01:58:22.720 --> 01:58:27.720] and want to get on her side and help her out and do the best thing for her [01:58:27.720 --> 01:58:32.720] to protect her against these dirty, rotten, constricting conniving lawyers? [01:58:32.720 --> 01:58:34.720] This is Randy Kelton, Debra Stevens. [01:58:34.720 --> 01:58:36.720] You will be on our radio.
