[00:00.000 --> 00:09.680] At least 173 people have been killed over the disputed presidential election in the Ivory [00:09.680 --> 00:10.680] Coast. [00:10.680 --> 00:15.760] The UN Deputy Human Rights Commissioner detailed hundreds of arrests and detentions and dozens [00:15.760 --> 00:17.720] of cases of torture and mistreatment. [00:17.720 --> 00:23.200] The election dispute between internationally recognized winner Alessandro Tara and Laurel [00:23.200 --> 00:30.200] Bagbo, who refuses to concede defeat, threatens to plunge the West African country into civil [00:30.200 --> 00:31.200] war. [00:31.200 --> 00:36.040] Visitors of Orlando's Holy Land theme park this Christmas will be able to watch a re-enactment [00:36.040 --> 00:38.160] of Jesus' crucifixion. [00:38.160 --> 00:43.200] Holy Land offers Christian karaoke, automated tours of the history of the Bible every seven [00:43.200 --> 00:47.280] minutes, a walk on water and Jesus' Last Supper. [00:47.280 --> 00:54.680] Twice a day, including on his birthday, Holy Land re-enacts Jesus' crucifixion. [00:54.680 --> 01:00.120] A much-reduced health care bill for 9-11 first responders squeezed through the U.S. Senate [01:00.120 --> 01:01.120] Wednesday. [01:01.120 --> 01:07.080] The legislation provides $4.3 billion for treating illnesses related to Ground Zero [01:07.080 --> 01:10.840] and reopens a victim's compensation fund for another five years. [01:10.840 --> 01:16.560] The original bill asked for $7.4 billion in health benefits over ten years, but Republicans [01:16.560 --> 01:23.440] who voted earlier to eliminate estate taxes for the rich objected to the cost. [01:23.440 --> 01:28.960] WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange said Wednesday a U.S. government effort to prosecute him [01:28.960 --> 01:31.720] should serve as a warning to all journalists. [01:31.720 --> 01:38.040] Assange told MSNBC, quote, if the Washington authorities target us and destroy us, other [01:38.040 --> 01:41.400] journalists should be worried because they're going to be next. [01:41.400 --> 01:46.720] Assange rejected Vice President Joe Biden's description of him as a high-tech terrorist [01:46.720 --> 01:49.280] and condemned calls for his assassination. [01:49.280 --> 01:54.720] Assange asked, quote, what sort of message does that send about the rule of law in the [01:54.720 --> 01:56.160] United States? [01:56.160 --> 02:01.040] Assange said he didn't know if material he received was from Bradley Manning, the U.S. [02:01.040 --> 02:06.560] Army soldier suspected of providing WikiLeaks with secret U.S. military and diplomatic documents, [02:06.560 --> 02:08.720] since it was submitted anonymously. [02:08.720 --> 02:13.520] Assange dismissed that as absolutely nonsense, rumors that authorities were trying to make [02:13.520 --> 02:17.960] a plea deal with Manning to testify against him. [02:17.960 --> 02:22.920] A building boom has begun in the West Bank three months after Israel ended its settlement [02:22.920 --> 02:27.800] construction freeze, causing the Palestinians to withdraw from peace talks. [02:27.800 --> 02:32.920] Hagit Ofran, a settlement opponent who monitors their growth for peace now, said, we can say [02:32.920 --> 02:36.880] firmly that this is the most active period in many years. [02:36.880 --> 02:42.120] Ofran said there were 2,000 housing units now being built and a total of 13,000 in the [02:42.120 --> 02:46.280] pipeline that did not require additional permits. [02:46.280 --> 02:50.080] Palestinian leaders have said they will not return to peace talks with Israel as long [02:50.080 --> 02:52.280] as settlement construction occurs. [02:52.280 --> 03:11.760] For more details on these stories, visit www.inmworldreport.net. [03:52.280 --> 04:16.160] All right, bad boys, bad boys, what are you going to do when we come for you here on [04:16.160 --> 04:19.680] the Rule of Law? [04:19.680 --> 04:25.760] Tonight is December 23rd, Thursday. [04:25.760 --> 04:31.560] And tonight we have a special guest here, Stephen Rogers, one of our sponsors from Centrition, [04:31.560 --> 04:36.320] and he's going to be talking about the adaptant ogenic herbs and the special blend, and he's [04:36.320 --> 04:41.540] got some really good deals for you folks out there for the end of the year and the upcoming [04:41.540 --> 04:42.540] next year. [04:42.540 --> 04:43.960] Stephen, thank you, and welcome to the show. [04:43.960 --> 04:49.080] Well, thanks for having me on, Deborah, and I look forward to coming on and speaking to [04:49.080 --> 04:53.920] Rule of Law listeners, especially all of them out there that are in the Austin area that [04:53.920 --> 04:59.880] have been using Centrition, and it's sort of a little tipping point happening out there [04:59.880 --> 05:00.880] in Austin. [05:00.880 --> 05:03.000] Absolutely, absolutely, Stephen. [05:03.000 --> 05:09.400] We had one of our longtime listeners, Dominic, called in on Monday night and was raving about [05:09.400 --> 05:11.420] how great Centrition is. [05:11.420 --> 05:15.200] He was saying that he's only been taking it for a few months, and his allergies have totally [05:15.200 --> 05:16.200] cleared up. [05:16.200 --> 05:17.200] No more allergies. [05:17.200 --> 05:18.200] Isn't that amazing? [05:18.200 --> 05:22.040] Well, it's a really big deal here in Austin because of the juniper trees, and everyone [05:22.040 --> 05:24.680] calls it cedar, but it's not cedar. [05:24.680 --> 05:29.320] It's juniper, and everyone is allergic to the juniper, or most everyone is, and so for [05:29.320 --> 05:33.240] people's allergies to get cleared up here in Austin over the juniper is a big deal, [05:33.240 --> 05:34.240] so it's excellent. [05:34.240 --> 05:39.440] Yeah, well, you know, we use 39 ingredients, and almost all of those ingredients are listed [05:39.440 --> 05:44.040] as some of the most powerful immunomodulators and immunostimulators on the planet. [05:44.040 --> 05:50.000] Now, immunomodulators, just like it sounds, it regulates the immune system, while immunostimulators [05:50.000 --> 05:53.920] will stimulate a deficient immune system. [05:53.920 --> 05:58.700] The way in which these adaptogenic herbs and superfoods do this, well, let's just go back [05:58.700 --> 06:01.720] to how they were designed. [06:01.720 --> 06:10.280] Most of them live or grow in extreme environments, some below zero temperatures, some at 14,000 [06:10.280 --> 06:17.320] feet, some extreme winds and dryness and heat, and in order to survive in these climates [06:17.320 --> 06:20.320] or adapt, they develop certain phytochemicals. [06:20.320 --> 06:26.080] Now, they not only learn to adapt and survive, but they also learn to thrive in these environments, [06:26.080 --> 06:32.000] so those phytochemicals, when we ingest those, they help our systems do the same thing. [06:32.000 --> 06:37.160] So our immune system becomes a powerful suit of armor, if you would, against microbes or [06:37.160 --> 06:42.280] bugs out there, germs and bacteria and viruses, so it's nice. [06:42.280 --> 06:46.120] Those are never the problem, really, germs, virus, bacteria, and so on and so forth. [06:46.120 --> 06:51.760] So our immune system, whether or not we can withstand the onslaught of all of these bugs, [06:51.760 --> 06:57.700] if you would, day in and day out, and that's exactly what this blend and our formula does. [06:57.700 --> 07:03.080] On top of that, being powerful natural medicine, it's a great storable food source, because [07:03.080 --> 07:10.120] it's chock full of greens, non-THC, hemp seed protein, again, some of the other superfoods [07:10.120 --> 07:15.160] that are in there are spirulina, some of the wheat grasses and barley grasses and alfalfa [07:15.160 --> 07:19.360] grasses, several other greens, collards and kale. [07:19.360 --> 07:26.400] So now, on top of all the herbs and the superfoods in there, this is a great storable food source, [07:26.400 --> 07:30.720] and that's what I wanted to allow your listeners before the end of the year, when we go up [07:30.720 --> 07:37.000] on our prices, because we're moving to a 100% organic product, is to store up on it. [07:37.000 --> 07:41.680] And we're offering a case special, and this will go through the first of the year, but [07:41.680 --> 07:45.240] they must call in for this special, they can't get it over the web. [07:45.240 --> 07:53.360] Our number is 866-497-7436, that's 866-497-7436. [07:53.360 --> 08:03.600] And what this is, it's over $116 or $114 off of a case price, $450, that's free shipping, [08:03.600 --> 08:10.560] and no sales tax, and we throw in a whole array of informational discs on teaching people [08:10.560 --> 08:14.160] how to live a holistic lifestyle. [08:14.160 --> 08:19.760] We have one disc that covers holistic nutrition, it's about an hour and a half long, there's [08:19.760 --> 08:24.760] one in there that gets into breathing techniques, another one that gets into meditation techniques, [08:24.760 --> 08:30.040] another one that teaches integrative yoga, core, and exercise programs, so it's a great [08:30.040 --> 08:34.920] program just to get on, not only to get yourself healthy, but the first of the year to take [08:34.920 --> 08:39.720] off that extra 15 to 20 pounds we put on through the holidays. [08:39.720 --> 08:45.920] And all for $450, so this is a great bargain, we're taking over $100 off the entire case [08:45.920 --> 08:49.080] price, which is a year's supply of centrician. [08:49.080 --> 08:55.320] That's absolutely fantastic, and folks, even though the holiday is this weekend, this is [08:55.320 --> 09:00.080] still an excellent deal that people need to take advantage of. [09:00.080 --> 09:06.800] Yes, definitely, and especially with, you were talking about allergies and stuff, and [09:06.800 --> 09:10.560] most of those are going to be coming back up in your area in the next three to four [09:10.560 --> 09:12.320] months in spring. [09:12.320 --> 09:16.200] We have spring doesn't heat here in Montana where I'm at until the end of May. [09:16.200 --> 09:21.800] We have a long time to wait, it's below zero up here tonight, and it'll be like that for [09:21.800 --> 09:27.600] a while, but down there in the south where you're from, you have three months of other, [09:27.600 --> 09:32.320] and then nine months of summer, so allergies are a big deal down there. [09:32.320 --> 09:34.880] It is cold here. [09:34.880 --> 09:42.640] I walked out of the house the other morning, and when I breathed, this strange white-looking [09:42.640 --> 09:47.040] substance came out of my mouth. [09:47.040 --> 09:48.040] It was horrible. [09:48.040 --> 09:51.840] How cold has it been down there for you all? [09:51.840 --> 09:52.840] It has not been. [09:52.840 --> 09:55.840] It's in the 50s. [09:55.840 --> 09:59.480] I have a friend that called me two days ago. [09:59.480 --> 10:05.360] He drove out of Wyoming into Chicago, got out to check his antifreeze, and took a bottle [10:05.360 --> 10:08.360] up with him, and it was slushy. [10:08.360 --> 10:09.360] Oh, wow. [10:09.360 --> 10:15.360] He had six bottles of antifreeze, all of them were slushy. [10:15.360 --> 10:21.160] I have a friend that lives in northern Maine, and he rides his bicycle around during the [10:21.160 --> 10:25.080] winter a lot of the time, no matter how cold it gets. [10:25.080 --> 10:29.040] One day, this is a few years back, he walked out of the house. [10:29.040 --> 10:33.560] I guess people get used to this extreme cold after a while, and just had a little jacket [10:33.560 --> 10:41.360] on, and he got on his bicycle, and he started breathing, and he exhaled, and his breath [10:41.360 --> 10:47.320] turned to ice immediately as it hit the air, and the ice fell and shattered on the ground. [10:47.320 --> 10:52.200] He said, I don't think I'm going to ride my bicycle today. [10:52.200 --> 10:54.680] This is when people get sick. [10:54.680 --> 11:02.120] The extreme change in temperatures and climate, and the body's ability to adapt is the key. [11:02.120 --> 11:05.440] That's why we use a wide array of adaptogens. [11:05.440 --> 11:09.480] You know, Katherine Albrecht was talking on her show the other day that she usually gets [11:09.480 --> 11:11.440] sick two or three times a year. [11:11.440 --> 11:16.960] She's now been using centrician for over a year, and she has not even had a sniffle. [11:16.960 --> 11:18.720] It's not rocket science. [11:18.720 --> 11:24.120] Like I said before, we use adaptogens, and the change of seasons is when she usually [11:24.120 --> 11:26.640] got sick, and when most people do. [11:26.640 --> 11:30.680] What the adaptogens do is they strengthen the adrenal glands in the rest of the immune [11:30.680 --> 11:35.640] system, and the adrenal glands are the primary mechanism for responding to stress, not just [11:35.640 --> 11:39.040] emotional stress or physical stress, but environmental stress. [11:39.040 --> 11:45.840] As you can imagine, up here below zero temperatures, I never miss a day with my centrician and [11:45.840 --> 11:51.120] all the other things that I do, the holistic lifestyle, because it's real easy to get sick [11:51.120 --> 11:52.120] up here. [11:52.120 --> 11:55.080] Just the other day, it was 47 degrees, and all of us freaked out. [11:55.080 --> 11:56.080] We couldn't imagine. [11:56.080 --> 12:00.880] It was 37 degrees in December in Montana, and then two days later, it was 14 below. [12:00.880 --> 12:05.080] I mean, how can the body adapt to those kind of temperature changes all the time? [12:05.080 --> 12:06.080] Well, it can't. [12:06.080 --> 12:09.400] It eventually wears out, so we need a little bit of help, and nature has provided that [12:09.400 --> 12:16.080] help in the form of certain superfoods, not all superfoods, and certainly all adaptogens. [12:16.080 --> 12:21.480] You know, the key to maintaining health is how well we maintain homeostasis, and if we [12:21.480 --> 12:27.400] have a lot of energy reserves in our adrenals and the rest of our organ system, then we [12:27.400 --> 12:33.880] can adapt better, of course, but we can also maintain homeostasis much easier, so the extra [12:33.880 --> 12:38.960] energy we have left over helps the body to heal and regenerate, and also gives us the [12:38.960 --> 12:43.400] extra energy to go out and create and live life to its fullest. [12:43.400 --> 12:49.400] But if those energy reserves are exhausted, then when we come in contact with an external [12:49.400 --> 12:55.480] stressor, such as severe climate change or some kind of pathogen in the air, whether [12:55.480 --> 13:01.200] it's a virus or some kind of irritant in the air, particulate matter from pollen or some [13:01.200 --> 13:06.240] kind of soot in the air, then it makes our body, it's that much more difficult for us [13:06.240 --> 13:07.240] to fight it off. [13:07.240 --> 13:12.760] We can't adapt, so we need to build up those energy reserves and build up those adrenal [13:12.760 --> 13:18.520] glands so our primary mechanism for responding to those stressors is strong, and so our immune [13:18.520 --> 13:21.520] system acts as sort of a suit of armor. [13:21.520 --> 13:22.520] Yes, absolutely. [13:22.520 --> 13:27.160] I haven't been sick since I was 26 years old. [13:27.160 --> 13:33.720] I'm 42 years old now, and the one thing that I know I've done since 26 when I entered in [13:33.720 --> 13:38.680] classical Chinese medicine school is I've been taking tonic or adaptogenic herbs. [13:38.680 --> 13:41.960] That's the only different, the thing that was different that I was doing. [13:41.960 --> 13:47.760] I was always living somewhat a holistic lifestyle, exercising, breathing, and meditating, but [13:47.760 --> 13:52.280] I was never taking these tonic herbs that the Chinese have been taking for thousands [13:52.280 --> 13:57.720] of years for longevity and vibrant health. [13:57.720 --> 14:00.320] Tell us about some of these herbs, Stephen. [14:00.320 --> 14:06.680] Okay, well, I'll just go into the adaptogens because there's just too many to go into for [14:06.680 --> 14:14.680] this particular show, but holy basil leaf, that's the main adaptogenic herb that they [14:14.680 --> 14:15.680] use in Ayurveda. [14:15.680 --> 14:22.440] Now, Ayurveda, along with classical Chinese medicine and some shamanistic medicine, are [14:22.440 --> 14:27.680] the only true holistic medicine's practice on the planet, and holy basil is their chief. [14:27.680 --> 14:34.640] They call it all-in-one herb, lyceum fruit, or better known as goji berry or wolfberry [14:34.640 --> 14:35.640] in some circles. [14:35.640 --> 14:41.840] It's also a great adaptogen, and what it does is it restores a lot of the hormones we lose [14:41.840 --> 14:47.560] in the adrenals from stress, from excessive cortisol and stuff like that. [14:47.560 --> 14:54.120] Faux tea powder, which is also called hushu wu, or polygonatum multiflorum, now it has [14:54.120 --> 15:01.080] a rich history in Chinese use and Japanese use, and it's one of their chief longevity [15:01.080 --> 15:06.480] herbs, and it's known as a blood and yin tonic, and yin just means body fluid. [15:06.480 --> 15:11.360] There's an old story, they called it... The reason why I got the name hushu wu is because [15:11.360 --> 15:15.960] old man He, which is this gentleman who was in his 90s, he got lost in the woods, and [15:15.960 --> 15:21.080] he was gray and feeble and hunchbacked, and he was lost for a certain amount of time, [15:21.080 --> 15:26.960] and he found this particular vine that he began to consume just to survive, and when [15:26.960 --> 15:33.880] he returned back into the village, his hair was back and thick and full and dark and black, [15:33.880 --> 15:39.280] and he went on to live to 120-something years of age and fathered several children. [15:39.280 --> 15:44.040] That story probably isn't true, that that's just how they handed down some of this medical [15:44.040 --> 15:48.520] knowledge thousands of years ago when they couldn't read or write, but what we do know [15:48.520 --> 15:55.560] now from science, and they can go check this on PubMed, is that hushu wu, or faux tea, [15:55.560 --> 16:00.880] is really good for restoring blood and hormones, and it's the number one herb used in almost [16:00.880 --> 16:09.120] all hair treatment therapies for people that are losing hair or graying of hair. [16:09.120 --> 16:14.320] When they knew thousands of years ago, this herb had those abilities to do that, and there [16:14.320 --> 16:16.000] are many more we use in hair. [16:16.000 --> 16:21.880] American ginseng, because of its neutral energetic properties, it's not hot like the Korean ginseng, [16:21.880 --> 16:26.600] and it's not too cool either, it's perfectly balanced energetically, in fact the Chinese [16:26.600 --> 16:31.200] buy up most of it in this country and have been doing so since the American Revolution. [16:31.200 --> 16:38.000] In fact, it was one of the main revenue streams that we had in this country to help fight [16:38.000 --> 16:43.080] the English during the American Revolution, we sold it to China. [16:43.080 --> 16:44.080] That's amazing. [16:44.080 --> 16:50.040] All right, we're going to break, so Stephen, just stay right there, and we will be right [16:50.040 --> 16:55.280] back on the other side with our guest, our sponsor Stephen Rogers from Shintrishin, we'll [16:55.280 --> 17:02.200] be right back folks. [17:02.200 --> 17:06.640] Capital Coin and Bullions is your local source for rare coins, precious metals, and coin [17:06.640 --> 17:09.240] supplies in the Austin metro area. [18:59.840 --> 19:15.280] All right, folks, we are back. [19:15.280 --> 19:20.600] We're here with Stephen Rogers of Centrition, and I'll tell you, I love the stuff. [19:20.600 --> 19:22.800] I take it on a daily basis. [19:22.800 --> 19:31.480] It tastes great, and it makes me feel much more healthy and in balance, and, yeah, we've [19:31.480 --> 19:35.640] been getting rave reviews from all of our listeners, so highly recommend, and, folks, [19:35.640 --> 19:41.760] when you do purchase Centrition, a percentage of the proceeds goes to support Rule of Law [19:41.760 --> 19:47.640] Radio, so please support our sponsors, and you will enjoy it, I promise. [19:47.640 --> 19:50.280] So, okay, Stephen, if you would, please continue. [19:50.280 --> 19:57.680] Okay, another one of the adaptogens is a stragolus root powder, which has gotten a lot of press [19:57.680 --> 19:58.680] here lately. [19:58.680 --> 20:04.800] I guess it was about nine months ago or so, maybe a little bit less, that it was in the [20:04.800 --> 20:09.400] news because Dr. Andrew Weil was making claims about it, and I'm sure most of your listeners [20:09.400 --> 20:15.760] know who he is, the bearded man, kind of balding, who is an M.D. who is also into alternative [20:15.760 --> 20:18.840] medicine or integrative medicine, as he calls it. [20:18.840 --> 20:23.120] And he was advertising all those wonderful health benefits, and that it's a fact that [20:23.120 --> 20:28.520] it's an immunomodulator, immunostimulator, and I guess the powers that be came down on [20:28.520 --> 20:32.720] him for that, saying that he was making claims about his particular product. [20:32.720 --> 20:39.480] And I don't know if he was making claims about his product or a stragolus itself, but a stragolus, [20:39.480 --> 20:48.560] you can go to the government's website at PubMed.gov and look at all of these wonderful [20:48.560 --> 20:49.560] couple-blind studies. [20:49.560 --> 20:54.640] You know, they used their own methods to study them, and they were all positive results that [20:54.640 --> 20:57.320] they got from it as an immunostimulator. [20:57.320 --> 21:00.760] Now, I don't make any claims about centrician. [21:00.760 --> 21:05.920] I can make claims about the 39 ingredients in it because all the studies have been done, [21:05.920 --> 21:11.160] but I can't actually make claims about the blend itself, so I want to make sure that [21:11.160 --> 21:13.560] everyone understands I'm not making claims about centrician. [21:13.560 --> 21:18.000] I'm making claims about the ingredients that are in centrician that are backed up by hard [21:18.000 --> 21:19.800] science. [21:19.800 --> 21:26.600] The next one, of course, is that people have all heard of is licorice root powder that [21:26.600 --> 21:27.600] we use. [21:27.600 --> 21:30.160] Now, I use licorice in a different way. [21:30.160 --> 21:33.520] There's a lot of people that will use it for its medicinal benefits, and of course, they're [21:33.520 --> 21:39.000] going to gain that from taking this in here, but I use it because it's a great harmonizer. [21:39.000 --> 21:45.560] It brings, when you have a multi-herb formula, licorice is one of the greatest harmonizers [21:45.560 --> 21:50.880] to bring those blends together so that it makes them a little more synergistic in their [21:50.880 --> 21:51.880] effect. [21:51.880 --> 22:00.120] Rhodiola rosea, which is a Tibetan adaptogen, and if anybody's ever been to Tibet or know [22:00.120 --> 22:05.320] anything about it, it's mountainous, it's dry, it's windy, and very high altitude than [22:05.320 --> 22:12.080] most of it, so Rhodiola has been used for thousands of years by that culture as a way [22:12.080 --> 22:17.680] to a bronchial dilator, it opens up the lungs to get more oxygen, and as everyone knows, [22:17.680 --> 22:24.040] the more oxygen, the better off we are as far as killing anaerobic bacteria in the body, [22:24.040 --> 22:27.840] and just oxygenating the blood to get all the impurities out of it. [22:27.840 --> 22:35.600] There's a guy who came along about 75 years ago and won a Nobel Prize for proving that [22:35.600 --> 22:45.360] no cancer could survive in a sufficiently oxygenated body, so oxygen is key for killing [22:45.360 --> 22:46.360] cancer cells. [22:46.360 --> 22:50.280] It's one of the big treatments that you can get in alternative medicine outside of this [22:50.280 --> 22:55.960] country, are oxygen treatments for cancer, so I'm not making claims about Rhodiola and [22:55.960 --> 23:02.080] cancer, I want to make sure everyone understands that, I'm just saying that if you have a sufficiently [23:02.080 --> 23:08.400] oxygenated body, this was proven, guy won a Nobel Prize for it, you can reverse cancer [23:08.400 --> 23:14.980] and keep cancer from manifesting in your body, Rhodiola happens to increase the ability to [23:14.980 --> 23:22.440] pull oxygen into the cells of the blood, so there you go, and we have so many more here, [23:22.440 --> 23:28.920] Oshawa ganda, which is another great immunostimulator, I'm just going to go through a few of these, [23:28.920 --> 23:33.560] longan fruit, and then we have a mushroom complex in here, which is Rishi, Shiitake [23:33.560 --> 23:40.200] and Mataki, I know plenty of people out there are taking these mushroom blends by themselves, [23:40.200 --> 23:45.600] which are great to stimulate the immune system, but I add, my milligram dosage will equal [23:45.600 --> 23:49.960] pretty much what they're taking out there, plus they're going to get 30 something other [23:49.960 --> 23:50.960] ingredients. [23:50.960 --> 23:59.920] The shilaji, shilaji is a humus, just part of earth and plant matter that's broken down [23:59.920 --> 24:06.800] over hundreds, maybe even thousands of years, it's plentiful in Nepal at about 14,000 feet, [24:06.800 --> 24:12.360] it's used in Ayurveda and CD medicine, which is, CD medicine is one of the oldest forms [24:12.360 --> 24:17.320] of medicine on the planet, and it's again known as a cure-all, what we do know about [24:17.320 --> 24:22.920] it now, the science is in, is that it contains all of the trace minerals that the body needs [24:22.920 --> 24:26.720] and the seven macrominerals that the body needs. [24:26.720 --> 24:32.040] They began observing many years ago, monkeys eating this, some of the indigenous peoples [24:32.040 --> 24:38.520] of Nepal, and they noticed how vibrant their health was, and their athleticism, so they [24:38.520 --> 24:43.240] began to consume it also, well we know now too, without the proper trace minerals and [24:43.240 --> 24:47.400] the macrominerals, that we're not going to survive very long, and our immune system's [24:47.400 --> 24:50.480] going to be weak, and we're not going to have much vitality, we need these electrolytes [24:50.480 --> 24:55.280] in our body to keep us moving and going and living strong. [24:55.280 --> 25:00.680] And we have jujube in here also, which I use jujube and longan fruit in a small amount [25:00.680 --> 25:05.020] to warm the formula up, because now we're getting into the superfoods half of it, which [25:05.020 --> 25:06.880] are very cooling and very alkalizing. [25:06.880 --> 25:11.720] There's a big move out here to alkalize, and there has been for some years, because people [25:11.720 --> 25:16.800] are afraid of having too much acid in their system, which they should, but there's also [25:16.800 --> 25:24.080] problems that arise from being too cool or too alkalizing, so I guard against that by [25:24.080 --> 25:30.080] adding a few warming type of adaptogens in there to restrain the too much alkalinity [25:30.080 --> 25:31.080] or cold. [25:31.080 --> 25:35.920] That doesn't mean I have too many warming adaptogens in there, because that can create [25:35.920 --> 25:36.920] other problems. [25:36.920 --> 25:42.160] You were, when we were off air, wanted to ask me a question about the immune system [25:42.160 --> 25:43.160] being overstimulated. [25:43.160 --> 25:47.080] One of your listeners was inquiring about that. [25:47.080 --> 25:51.960] Well, I went to great lengths when I used all these different adaptogens to make sure [25:51.960 --> 25:58.080] that I was using mainly adaptogens that were more neutral in their energetic balance, that [25:58.080 --> 26:03.400] didn't swing more to the right or to the left, or be more warming or more cooling. [26:03.400 --> 26:06.320] And that's the most that I can say about this formula. [26:06.320 --> 26:12.720] Now, I can't make a particular claim. [26:12.720 --> 26:13.720] Each person is different. [26:13.720 --> 26:19.520] Their system is different, and each person needs to check with their primary care physician [26:19.520 --> 26:22.400] about whether or not this formula is correct for them. [26:22.400 --> 26:27.520] They need to do their due diligence, because there's no way for me to tell whether or not [26:27.520 --> 26:30.920] this is going to understimulate or overstimulate every single person. [26:30.920 --> 26:36.880] But for the general public, generally speaking, this formula should be just fine. [26:36.880 --> 26:41.840] I've never had anyone report back to me in the thousands of people that used it anything [26:41.840 --> 26:46.840] that would make me think that this is causing the immune system to attack itself. [26:46.840 --> 26:52.120] In fact, I've never heard of adaptogens doing that, true adaptogens. [26:52.120 --> 26:55.920] There's a lot of other herbs out there that people are using that are warming, tonic, [26:55.920 --> 27:01.760] or Y-A-N-G, young herbs, that may have that ability to do that. [27:01.760 --> 27:05.440] I'm not sure that they do, but I'm just thinking what kind of herbs would do that. [27:05.440 --> 27:11.160] And those are mistakenly called adaptogens sometimes, so you have to be careful. [27:11.160 --> 27:16.260] There's a lot of adaptogenic blends out there that are more young tonics than they are true [27:16.260 --> 27:17.260] adaptogens. [27:17.260 --> 27:23.200] And you can just key in adaptogens, go in and Google it, or you can go to my website, [27:23.200 --> 27:26.560] shen.com, and you can click on our blog. [27:26.560 --> 27:30.680] And I pretty much cover most of the adaptogens, definitely the ones that are in our formula [27:30.680 --> 27:35.880] and a few extra in there, so you'll know what the true adaptogens are. [27:35.880 --> 27:39.920] But again, always check with your primary care physician if you're unsure of this. [27:39.920 --> 27:46.840] If you have immune issues already to begin with, definitely check with them. [27:46.840 --> 27:49.040] Absolutely. [27:49.040 --> 27:53.400] Do your due diligence, as you say. [27:53.400 --> 27:54.400] Yes, definitely. [27:54.400 --> 27:58.840] I wouldn't put anything in my body without checking it out first and doing a little research [27:58.840 --> 28:00.040] on it. [28:00.040 --> 28:04.640] And now that we have the internet, you can start pages, Google it, and you can find pretty [28:04.640 --> 28:06.360] much all the information you need to find. [28:06.360 --> 28:14.320] But like I said, go to PubMed, P-U-B-M-E-D dot gov. [28:14.320 --> 28:20.320] If you don't understand what you're reading on there, if you feel like you're unsure of [28:20.320 --> 28:23.760] what you're reading, take it to your primary care physician. [28:23.760 --> 28:30.720] It's their job to understand what that stuff means, the medical terminology and those double [28:30.720 --> 28:31.720] blind studies. [28:31.720 --> 28:38.080] And even alternative medical practitioners will know and understand that stuff too, probably [28:38.080 --> 28:43.400] more than medical practitioners will because they have such an extensive background, the [28:43.400 --> 28:47.040] alternative guys in their nutrition. [28:47.040 --> 28:48.040] Absolutely. [28:48.040 --> 28:53.920] Well, Stephen, give out your website or actually folks can order it by clicking on the banner [28:53.920 --> 28:58.840] on ruleoflawradio.com and that will go to the order page. [28:58.840 --> 29:04.680] Do you have any special, is there anything special to put in there for people to get [29:04.680 --> 29:05.680] your deal? [29:05.680 --> 29:11.000] Well, if they want this special, the special that we're doing right now, the case one year [29:11.000 --> 29:22.920] special, they have to call 866-497-7436 at 866-497-7436 and it's good until the first [29:22.920 --> 29:23.920] of the year. [29:28.280 --> 29:35.880] And that is at your supply centrician down from $564 to $450 plus all our informational [29:35.880 --> 29:39.200] is free shipping and no sales tax. [29:39.200 --> 29:40.780] That's excellent. [29:40.780 --> 29:44.520] And make sure you tell Stephen you heard about this on Rule of Law Radio. [29:44.520 --> 29:47.520] Thank you for joining us tonight, Stephen. [29:47.520 --> 29:49.280] Thank you very much for having me. [29:49.280 --> 29:50.920] All right, folks, and do order that. [29:50.920 --> 29:55.080] You can still give it as a gift and just make a nice little card for someone and give it [29:55.080 --> 29:58.280] to them this weekend if you'd like to give them some centrician for the holiday. [29:58.280 --> 30:00.640] And this is the rule of law. [30:00.640 --> 30:05.880] Christ fed the multitude with only one loaf of bread, poor people, there's something for [30:05.880 --> 30:06.880] you. [30:06.880 --> 30:12.200] This is on Caribbean One Love Kitchen on the banks of Colorado River at 3109 East First [30:12.200 --> 30:17.360] Street is where you'll find One Love Kitchen, jerk chicken, vegetarian, restaurant, Monday [30:17.360 --> 30:19.640] through Wednesday, lunch and dinner, $5. [30:19.640 --> 30:25.360] Friday and Saturday, we got late night with Emperor Sound Crew, still $5 place, jerk chicken [30:25.360 --> 30:31.000] and vegetarian place to beat One Love Kitchen, Austin, Texas. [30:31.000 --> 30:34.280] Here's one more reason not to trust governments and databases. [30:34.280 --> 30:39.240] Citizens in Missouri discovered outside companies obtained their driver's license information [30:39.240 --> 30:41.520] including names, addresses and birth dates. [30:41.520 --> 30:45.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be right back with more. [30:45.000 --> 30:50.320] Your search engine is watching you, recording all your searches and creating a massive database [30:50.320 --> 30:52.080] of your personal information. [30:52.080 --> 30:53.300] That's creepy. [30:53.300 --> 30:55.400] But it doesn't have to be that way. [30:55.400 --> 30:58.520] Startpage.com is the world's most private search engine. [30:58.520 --> 31:02.640] Startpage doesn't store your IP address, make a record of your searches or use tracking [31:02.640 --> 31:04.880] cookies and they're third party certified. [31:04.880 --> 31:09.360] If you don't like big brother spying on you, start over with Startpage. [31:09.360 --> 31:12.200] Great search results and total privacy. [31:12.200 --> 31:15.720] Startpage.com, the world's most private search engine. [31:15.720 --> 31:19.840] Driver's license databases are supposed to be private but information resellers got a [31:19.840 --> 31:22.760] hold of Missouri's records and put them up for sale. [31:22.760 --> 31:27.240] Angry Citizens filed a class action lawsuit against Missouri Department of Motor Vehicle [31:27.240 --> 31:29.680] employees and the information resellers. [31:29.680 --> 31:34.360] A court settlement requires Shadowsoft and the source for public data to return the driver's [31:34.360 --> 31:36.840] license information and stop selling it. [31:36.840 --> 31:41.120] However, they still have their dirty paws on DMV records from other states including [31:41.120 --> 31:47.200] Texas, Florida, Ohio, Wisconsin, Mississippi, Idaho, Minnesota and Iowa. [31:47.200 --> 31:50.480] If you're in one of those states, contact your state lawmakers and ask them to put a [31:50.480 --> 31:52.760] stop to the sale of your personal information. [31:52.760 --> 31:54.760] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [31:54.760 --> 32:01.760] More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [32:24.760 --> 32:33.000] Okay folks, we are back and yes, there may not be time to get the chintrition, well there's [32:33.000 --> 32:39.240] definitely not going to be time to get it in the mail tomorrow because the shipping [32:39.240 --> 32:41.800] company is very close for the day today. [32:41.800 --> 32:48.280] However, even if you can't get it in time to give as a gift for this weekend, you can [32:48.280 --> 32:55.280] make up a nice card for somebody and mention that you are giving them chintrition and mention [32:55.280 --> 32:56.280] rule of law radio. [32:56.280 --> 33:01.320] It would be a wonderful gift for someone and then you can have it mailed directly to them. [33:01.320 --> 33:03.160] So this is really good stuff folks. [33:03.160 --> 33:06.740] I'm enjoying it myself a great deal. [33:06.740 --> 33:13.040] So Randy, you had an article, things are going down in Montana, speaking of Montana, that's [33:13.040 --> 33:14.040] where chintrition is. [33:14.040 --> 33:16.880] That's where Stephen and his wife Erica are. [33:16.880 --> 33:24.040] Really they can't, they could not seat a jury to try to prosecute somebody for some miniscule [33:24.040 --> 33:25.320] amount of marijuana. [33:25.320 --> 33:29.320] They couldn't even seat the jury because this is incredible. [33:29.320 --> 33:36.280] Missiola, Montana, from the Billings Gazette, funny thing happened on the way to trial in [33:36.280 --> 33:45.600] many Missiola County District Court last week, jurors, well potential jurors staged a revolt. [33:45.600 --> 33:52.560] Now the thing that was most striking to me is this wasn't a jury that raised the issue, [33:52.560 --> 33:55.640] this was the jury panel. [33:55.640 --> 33:57.560] The pool of potential jurors. [33:57.560 --> 34:00.720] Yeah, just you know, got a room full of people here. [34:00.720 --> 34:05.040] They took the law in their own hands as it were and made it clear they weren't about [34:05.040 --> 34:10.200] to convict anybody for having a couple of buds of marijuana. [34:10.200 --> 34:11.200] That's awesome. [34:11.200 --> 34:17.600] Any amount of marijuana found while searching Turaway Cornell's home on April 23rd became [34:17.600 --> 34:20.840] a huge issue for some members of the jury panel. [34:20.840 --> 34:24.240] No, they said, one after the other. [34:24.240 --> 34:30.040] No way would they convict somebody for having a sixteenth of an ounce. [34:30.040 --> 34:35.320] In fact, one juror wondered why the county was wasting time and money prosecuting the [34:35.320 --> 34:50.080] case at all, said a flummoxed Deputy Missiola County Attorney Andrew Paul. [34:50.080 --> 34:54.880] I think this is a sign of the times. [34:54.880 --> 34:56.960] People aren't going to put up with it anymore. [34:56.960 --> 35:08.320] That a whole jury of people, just a cross-section of the county, just said absolutely not. [35:08.320 --> 35:12.320] They stood up to the prosecutor, they stood up to the judge, they didn't come in there [35:12.320 --> 35:14.760] like meek little sheep. [35:14.760 --> 35:23.220] Maybe it's because it's in Montana and Montana has kind of a, you know, it's closer to the [35:23.220 --> 35:28.200] Wild West than probably most any other place because it's so desolate out there that people [35:28.200 --> 35:34.120] are more independent, but I think it's a sign of the times. [35:34.120 --> 35:42.320] This article goes on to talk to the prosecutor and talk about how just flabbergasted he was. [35:42.320 --> 35:44.160] Never had anything like this before. [35:44.160 --> 35:51.040] They're saying, you know, there's no way they could get a jury in the county because if [35:51.040 --> 35:58.360] they stacked the jury with hardliners, then they wouldn't be appointing a jury of his [35:58.360 --> 35:59.360] peers. [35:59.360 --> 36:05.440] And they indicated they felt as though this had to do with the fact that marijuana became [36:05.440 --> 36:15.000] popular in the 60s and that most of the people from the 60s are now in their 60s and 70s [36:15.000 --> 36:18.480] and they're just not going there. [36:18.480 --> 36:20.760] They're just not going to have it anymore. [36:20.760 --> 36:22.280] Well, it really is ridiculous. [36:22.280 --> 36:28.760] I mean, can you imagine how much it would cost the county to prosecute a case like that? [36:28.760 --> 36:33.600] I mean, everybody's salaries, you've got to pay the judge, you've got to pay the prosecutor, [36:33.600 --> 36:40.640] you know, the time in the court and I mean, just the whole thing and how would the county [36:40.640 --> 36:41.800] benefit? [36:41.800 --> 36:43.720] What would they get back out of it? [36:43.720 --> 36:51.320] I mean, they couldn't possibly get that much money back from this accused person. [36:51.320 --> 36:56.880] I mean, it's ridiculous, it's absolutely, it's preposterous. [36:56.880 --> 37:00.320] It's a sign of the public is waking up. [37:00.320 --> 37:06.880] Here they say that all three noticed the age of the members of the jury pool who objected. [37:06.880 --> 37:13.240] A couple looked to be in their 20s, a couple in their 40s, but one of the most vocal was [37:13.240 --> 37:17.240] in her 60s, in her 60s. [37:17.240 --> 37:19.480] This is from the prosecutor. [37:19.480 --> 37:26.080] It's a kind of reflection of society as a whole on the issue. [37:26.080 --> 37:34.400] Society is changing and to me, I thought this was most remarkable because a jury of ordinary [37:34.400 --> 37:42.200] people drawn out of the public before the judge and the prosecutor were not impressed. [37:42.200 --> 37:46.960] They weren't intimidated, they weren't frightened, they stood up to the judge and the prosecutor [37:46.960 --> 37:49.280] and told them to go scratch. [37:49.280 --> 37:56.960] Well what impresses me is the fact that the case itself even got to the point that they [37:56.960 --> 38:05.640] were trying to seat a jury because 99.9999% of the time the prosecutor manages to squeeze [38:05.640 --> 38:08.600] the victim for a deal. [38:08.600 --> 38:11.920] So it wasn't just the jury panel that was standing up. [38:11.920 --> 38:18.080] It was the accused saying no, I am not going to take a plea deal, you're going to have [38:18.080 --> 38:20.040] to take me to trial. [38:20.040 --> 38:26.200] Well, before they could call another jury panel, the prosecutor got a deal. [38:26.200 --> 38:32.560] Oh man, that is 99.6% conviction rate. [38:32.560 --> 38:33.560] What? [38:33.560 --> 38:41.160] You mean after the jury pool said forget it, we're not going to convict this guy? [38:41.160 --> 38:47.120] That wasn't enough of a shot in the arm of, you know, renewed strength and energy and [38:47.120 --> 38:54.040] hope to make this guy say yeah, come on, bring it on, try to seat another jury pool. [38:54.040 --> 38:57.080] Come on, he caved in after that? [38:57.080 --> 39:00.120] He apparently was a pretty bad guy. [39:00.120 --> 39:06.880] They found this marijuana because the neighbors called complaining about him selling dope [39:06.880 --> 39:14.600] out of the house next door to them and he had a felony charge against him as well. [39:14.600 --> 39:18.760] But the jury didn't know about that, but all they knew was they found a sixteenth of an [39:18.760 --> 39:26.920] ounce of marijuana in his house and I think they did exactly what Thomas Jefferson intended [39:26.920 --> 39:29.520] that they do. [39:29.520 --> 39:35.520] He said the jury is the final check to the balance of bad law. [39:35.520 --> 39:41.680] If the legislature passes bad law and the jury refuses to enforce the law, they will [39:41.680 --> 39:44.640] have to change it. [39:44.640 --> 39:49.120] That's what juries were intended to be there for. [39:49.120 --> 39:54.800] So I think this is perfect and that a jury would stand up to the judge and prosecutor [39:54.800 --> 39:58.600] and tell them go scratch, we're not going to do it. [39:58.600 --> 40:01.280] I think this is an incredible sign of the times. [40:01.280 --> 40:02.280] Times are changing. [40:02.280 --> 40:05.560] Yeah, well I'll tell you something else too about this. [40:05.560 --> 40:12.520] The next step is for the jury to go ahead and let themselves get seated and then when [40:12.520 --> 40:19.320] the case comes up, do jury nullification and strike the law down. [40:19.320 --> 40:21.320] Juries have that power. [40:21.320 --> 40:27.720] Juries can nullify law just like the Supreme Court can and people don't realize that. [40:27.720 --> 40:32.360] A lot of the time people don't realize just how much power a petit jury has. [40:32.360 --> 40:34.040] That's what I see coming. [40:34.040 --> 40:40.120] They can exonerate people just on the fact that they believe that the law is stupid or [40:40.120 --> 40:42.560] unconstitutional. [40:42.560 --> 40:47.680] They can declare someone as innocent and find them not guilty and strike down the law. [40:47.680 --> 40:49.760] Yeah, and that's how it was intended. [40:49.760 --> 40:50.760] Absolutely. [40:50.760 --> 40:51.760] That's what I see coming. [40:51.760 --> 40:53.240] This is a sign of the times. [40:53.240 --> 40:54.600] This is a mark of what's coming. [40:54.600 --> 40:56.960] Yeah, that's the next step, the jury nullification. [40:56.960 --> 41:01.640] People are the sleeping giants waking up and he is not happy. [41:01.640 --> 41:05.440] Not happy and people need to go to volunteer to be on grand juries too. [41:05.440 --> 41:07.560] That's where you can make a real difference. [41:07.560 --> 41:11.240] We do have a caller on the line, Richard from Australia. [41:11.240 --> 41:12.720] We are worldwide folks. [41:12.720 --> 41:14.040] Richard, thanks for calling in. [41:14.040 --> 41:15.040] What's on your mind tonight? [41:15.040 --> 41:24.720] Yeah, I'd just like to call in and let Randy know that we've... [41:24.720 --> 41:25.720] Hello? [41:25.720 --> 41:31.080] Richard, oh, Richard dropped off the line. [41:31.080 --> 41:35.320] I hope he calls back. [41:35.320 --> 41:36.800] Richard from Australia calling in. [41:36.800 --> 41:43.400] I hope he calls back and folks, listen, speaking of Australia, we are going to be starting [41:43.400 --> 41:53.400] a new show on the network sometime in January with Harwood Fenton who is the head of We [41:53.400 --> 41:58.480] Are Change Australia and 9-11 Truth Australia. [41:58.480 --> 42:05.740] He currently is doing a podcast and he is just awesome and I got connected with him [42:05.740 --> 42:09.840] through our good friend Chris Emery who was in Australia for a while. [42:09.840 --> 42:12.880] He's back in the States now. [42:12.880 --> 42:17.520] We're working on his documentary, A Noble Lie. [42:17.520 --> 42:23.280] We're working on that together and he hooked me up with Harwood Fenton, 9-11 Truth Australia. [42:23.280 --> 42:24.280] We Are Change Australia. [42:24.280 --> 42:29.520] That show is going to be starting sometime in January and that will be on Saturday nights [42:29.520 --> 42:30.520] at nine. [42:30.520 --> 42:35.120] I hope everyone will enjoy that and I sure hope Richard will call back in. [42:35.120 --> 42:36.360] All right. [42:36.360 --> 42:39.480] At any rate, what else about this case? [42:39.480 --> 42:45.160] Is there more to the story, Randy? [42:45.160 --> 42:50.000] The story went on to vilify this guy like he's really a bad guy. [42:50.000 --> 42:55.320] It wasn't clear, I think it was all horse manure, because they're charging him with [42:55.320 --> 43:03.160] a sixteenth of an ounce of marijuana and they apparently claim to have a felony charge [43:03.160 --> 43:05.640] of possession with intent to distribute. [43:05.640 --> 43:08.360] I think they made that up. [43:08.360 --> 43:13.320] If they only found a sixteenth of an ounce, how are you going to get to the other charge? [43:13.320 --> 43:19.800] I think that was just the standard propaganda line, but this was so outrageous they couldn't [43:19.800 --> 43:20.800] hide it. [43:20.800 --> 43:27.160] They couldn't tell it in a way that made it look anything other than remarkable. [43:27.160 --> 43:30.480] So, frankly, I'm pleased. [43:30.480 --> 43:37.160] It just goes to confirm what I see happening. [43:37.160 --> 43:39.160] We're going to change everything. [43:39.160 --> 43:40.160] Absolutely. [43:40.160 --> 43:49.320] All right, folks, if you'd like to call in, 512-646-1984. [43:49.320 --> 43:51.400] This is the Rule of Law, ruleoflawradio.com. [46:57.720 --> 46:59.720] Ray, thank you for calling in. [46:59.720 --> 47:01.720] What's on your mind tonight? [47:01.720 --> 47:11.720] Well, I just heard the story about the man charged with a tiny amount of marijuana or whatever. [47:11.720 --> 47:19.720] And I thought you might be interested in what happened to me about three years ago in 2007. [47:19.720 --> 47:27.720] I got stopped for speeding on I-20 about a mile from the Louisiana state line. [47:27.720 --> 47:35.720] And the officer engaged me in conversation and wanted to search the vehicle. [47:35.720 --> 47:39.720] And I was headed for my aunt's in Mississippi. [47:39.720 --> 47:44.720] At the time, I was 63 years old. [47:44.720 --> 47:46.720] I'm 66 now. [47:46.720 --> 47:58.720] Anyway, make a long story short, they planted some pot or what they said was marijuana in my vehicle. [47:58.720 --> 48:05.720] And, you know, put me in jail. [48:05.720 --> 48:19.720] And then it took me nine months before we got to the point where my second attorney told me they weren't going to press charges. [48:19.720 --> 48:28.720] But in the meantime, they had filed a civil suit on me and took my vehicle and all of my worldly possessions. [48:28.720 --> 48:37.720] So even though, you know, I didn't go to, you know, it was an illegal search and seizure for one thing. [48:37.720 --> 48:46.720] But they robbed me of all my, I had a 1998 Camry that I was restoring. [48:46.720 --> 48:51.720] And I just put a new engine, not a new engine, an engine that had 40,000 miles on it. [48:51.720 --> 48:59.720] It was new to me because the car had been stolen before, but not by the state. [48:59.720 --> 49:02.720] It was stolen and recovered each time. [49:02.720 --> 49:10.720] And the last person that had stolen it before the state stole it trashed the engine. [49:10.720 --> 49:13.720] So I hired a guy to put another engine in it. [49:13.720 --> 49:18.720] So I bought one used engine that had 40,000 miles on it. [49:18.720 --> 49:22.720] Anyway, the car was really running good. [49:22.720 --> 49:26.720] So, okay, what was the end result of this? [49:26.720 --> 49:27.720] What was the what? [49:27.720 --> 49:29.720] The end result. [49:29.720 --> 49:34.720] Well, the end result was they charged me with a felony. [49:34.720 --> 49:39.720] But because it was a bad stop, they didn't proceed on it. [49:39.720 --> 49:42.720] But it took 13 months for that to happen. [49:42.720 --> 49:49.720] In the meantime, they did a civil thing on me while I was in the county jail there [49:49.720 --> 49:55.720] before I bailed out and took a train back to Fort Worth, which is where I lived. [49:55.720 --> 49:56.720] So it took 13 months. [49:56.720 --> 50:02.720] But the end result was the state of Texas stole actually the county of Harrison, [50:02.720 --> 50:05.720] Harrison County. [50:05.720 --> 50:09.720] Okay, how did they make the claim against your car? [50:09.720 --> 50:10.720] Okay, let me address this. [50:10.720 --> 50:12.720] I know exactly how they made the claim. [50:12.720 --> 50:16.720] This is the drug asset forfeiture laws at work. [50:16.720 --> 50:22.720] He was caught, according to them, with an amount of drugs. [50:22.720 --> 50:24.720] Under the forfeiture asset laws, [50:24.720 --> 50:30.720] they can then sue to seize the property permanently under those drug laws, [50:30.720 --> 50:33.720] even if you are not charged or convicted with any crime. [50:33.720 --> 50:34.720] That's exactly right. [50:34.720 --> 50:40.720] It is legalized theft no matter how you look at it, and the entire stop was [50:40.720 --> 50:45.720] premised on exactly that purpose to take property. [50:45.720 --> 50:46.720] They stole. [50:46.720 --> 50:49.720] I was moving in the process of moving to my aunt's in Mississippi, [50:49.720 --> 50:52.720] and I had the car loaded up with everything, [50:52.720 --> 50:55.720] and it took me three days to pack it, you know. [50:55.720 --> 50:57.720] Okay, well, can I ask you a question? [50:57.720 --> 50:58.720] Sure. [50:58.720 --> 51:01.720] Did you give them permission to search your car? [51:01.720 --> 51:04.720] I did not. I did not. [51:04.720 --> 51:09.720] So they made me stand by the freeway for about 50 minutes. [51:09.720 --> 51:13.720] They called somebody, one of his friends, this young officer, [51:13.720 --> 51:17.720] and the friend pulls up in a pickup truck with a dog. [51:17.720 --> 51:23.720] Later, my second attorney told me that the dog indicated there was something in my guitar case. [51:23.720 --> 51:25.720] They had just bought a new guitar case, [51:25.720 --> 51:28.720] but there wasn't anything but the guitar in the guitar case. [51:28.720 --> 51:31.720] I never even saw what they said was marijuana. [51:31.720 --> 51:34.720] They planted this stuff in there. [51:34.720 --> 51:38.720] And the whole thing, it was fiasco. [51:38.720 --> 51:42.720] I paid one attorney $1,000 to answer the civil charge. [51:42.720 --> 51:45.720] He didn't do anything. He did nothing. [51:45.720 --> 51:47.720] He just took my $1,000. [51:47.720 --> 51:49.720] How long ago was this? [51:49.720 --> 51:52.720] This was 2007, March 18th. [51:52.720 --> 51:55.720] It was March 18th I got stopped. [51:55.720 --> 52:01.720] The thing took until December of that same year, December 5th, [52:01.720 --> 52:05.720] is when my attorney told me they weren't going to proceed with it, [52:05.720 --> 52:07.720] but I still didn't get the papers. [52:07.720 --> 52:09.720] I kept asking for papers. [52:09.720 --> 52:13.720] I didn't get my official release and everything, that it was dropped. [52:13.720 --> 52:17.720] It was for a bad stop until 13 months later. [52:17.720 --> 52:21.720] So it was April of 2008 before I got those papers. [52:21.720 --> 52:26.720] In the meantime, my attorney kept telling me [52:26.720 --> 52:30.720] they were going to try to recover my property, but they never did. [52:30.720 --> 52:36.720] It was a setup from the beginning, and it was just... [52:36.720 --> 52:42.720] As a result, I'm not real fond of some of the laws in the state of Texas. [52:42.720 --> 52:47.720] I haven't lived here that long, but my family lives here. [52:47.720 --> 52:50.720] Well, these asset furniture laws are nationwide. [52:50.720 --> 52:52.720] They're federally implemented. [52:52.720 --> 53:00.720] Anyway, I just thought your readers might want to know that sort of thing does happen. [53:00.720 --> 53:04.720] I just bought a new laptop. [53:04.720 --> 53:09.720] I sold my house in Las Vegas, where I lived for 30 years, [53:09.720 --> 53:13.720] and it was in the process of moving. [53:13.720 --> 53:15.720] Now, these were... [53:15.720 --> 53:19.720] Was it state agents that seized your property, or was it feds? [53:19.720 --> 53:25.720] It was the city of Wascombe, Texas, a police officer, [53:25.720 --> 53:27.720] the uniformed police officer, [53:27.720 --> 53:32.720] but he had one of his friends standing there in a pickup truck who was in uniform, [53:32.720 --> 53:36.720] and then this other guy they called in a pickup truck showed up. [53:36.720 --> 53:38.720] He wasn't uniformed either. [53:38.720 --> 53:45.720] After about 50 minutes, a second backup real patrol car from Wascombe, [53:45.720 --> 53:52.720] the city of Wascombe, pulled up, and I was taken to the city of Marshall, [53:52.720 --> 53:56.720] where the county jail is in Harrison County. [53:56.720 --> 53:57.720] Okay, so it was... [53:57.720 --> 53:59.720] I'm just talking about like the forfeiture. [53:59.720 --> 54:02.720] Okay, so this was like basically county officials then. [54:02.720 --> 54:04.720] They did this under state law? [54:04.720 --> 54:05.720] Yes, ma'am. [54:05.720 --> 54:07.720] Okay, because I know that they have that at the federal level, too, [54:07.720 --> 54:10.720] so that's what I was wondering, if it was feds or it was... [54:10.720 --> 54:13.720] That's a state forfeiture thing. [54:13.720 --> 54:15.720] The seizure, that was all a civil lawsuit. [54:15.720 --> 54:20.720] They sent me the papers in jail, and I thought I had an attorney. [54:20.720 --> 54:25.720] I sent him $1,000 because he said send me some money, and I sent him $1,000. [54:25.720 --> 54:27.720] Apparently that wasn't enough because he didn't do anything, [54:27.720 --> 54:29.720] so I had to get another attorney. [54:29.720 --> 54:31.720] It wouldn't have mattered how much you sent him. [54:31.720 --> 54:33.720] He wouldn't have done anything at all. [54:33.720 --> 54:34.720] I don't think so. [54:34.720 --> 54:40.720] I think the plan from the get was to seize my stuff, sell it, whatever, [54:40.720 --> 54:44.720] and I haven't been able to find another up until a few months ago. [54:44.720 --> 54:48.720] I kept calling my attorney every week, the second attorney I had, [54:48.720 --> 54:52.720] who acted like he was trying to find an attorney [54:52.720 --> 54:54.720] who would sue the first attorney for malpractice. [54:54.720 --> 54:57.720] But actually, attorneys don't like to sue each other. [54:57.720 --> 54:59.720] No, I don't think so. [54:59.720 --> 55:01.720] We have to do it. [55:01.720 --> 55:03.720] And I don't know, you know... [55:03.720 --> 55:07.720] Well, how can these forfeitures be fought? [55:07.720 --> 55:10.720] And this seems like kind of an unusual situation to me [55:10.720 --> 55:16.720] because normally they just put somebody on probation for something like this. [55:16.720 --> 55:20.720] Well, I never expected anything like this to happen. [55:20.720 --> 55:22.720] What kind of car did you have? [55:22.720 --> 55:24.720] They wanted your car, obviously. [55:24.720 --> 55:26.720] It was a 1998 Camry. [55:26.720 --> 55:27.720] I had been restoring it. [55:27.720 --> 55:29.720] The car had been stolen three times before. [55:29.720 --> 55:30.720] A Camry? [55:30.720 --> 55:36.720] This is how small towns are augmenting their budgets. [55:36.720 --> 55:37.720] Exactly. [55:37.720 --> 55:39.720] Oh, boy. [55:39.720 --> 55:42.720] And they got a new flat-screen TV [55:42.720 --> 55:45.720] and a bunch of other new stuff that I had just bought, [55:45.720 --> 55:49.720] you know, my Sony camcorder in their name. [55:49.720 --> 55:54.720] Actually, most of the best in my worldly possessions is what they got. [55:54.720 --> 55:57.720] What can be done about this, guys? [55:57.720 --> 56:00.720] I mean, is there nothing that can be done about this [56:00.720 --> 56:02.720] because it's a state law, because it's a statute? [56:02.720 --> 56:04.720] Yes, there's something that can be done about it. [56:04.720 --> 56:06.720] You could file suit against them [56:06.720 --> 56:09.720] or you could countersue in their civil action. [56:09.720 --> 56:13.720] I can't find another attorney. [56:13.720 --> 56:15.720] So far, I haven't gotten an attorney. [56:15.720 --> 56:16.720] Okay, wait a minute. [56:16.720 --> 56:18.720] There's something you've got to understand. [56:18.720 --> 56:19.720] The system's corrupt. [56:19.720 --> 56:22.720] You're not going to find an attorney in that county [56:22.720 --> 56:25.720] who's going to risk his bar license [56:25.720 --> 56:28.720] by cutting off their money stream. [56:28.720 --> 56:29.720] No way. No way. [56:29.720 --> 56:32.720] We have to start standing up and doing it ourselves. [56:32.720 --> 56:34.720] It's not going to happen. [56:34.720 --> 56:35.720] We have to do these things pro se. [56:35.720 --> 56:37.720] We have to do our research and do our homework [56:37.720 --> 56:39.720] and learn how to learn the rules of court, [56:39.720 --> 56:41.720] study jurisdictionary. [56:41.720 --> 56:43.720] We have to do it. [56:43.720 --> 56:46.720] Okay, well, then there's still some hope as long as I do it, [56:46.720 --> 56:47.720] is what you're saying. [56:47.720 --> 56:51.720] If I find an attorney in the Dallas, Fort Worth area [56:51.720 --> 56:53.720] that might be willing to do it. [56:53.720 --> 56:55.720] You're not going to find an attorney. [56:55.720 --> 56:57.720] You're not going to find an attorney that's going to do it. [56:57.720 --> 56:59.720] That's what this show is about. [56:59.720 --> 57:01.720] We're going to have to go back to school. [57:01.720 --> 57:06.720] We cannot sit back anymore and ask for somebody else to help us [57:06.720 --> 57:08.720] because they're just not there. [57:08.720 --> 57:09.720] Oh, my God. [57:09.720 --> 57:15.720] In fact, poor Colonel Terry Lakin got absolutely railroaded [57:15.720 --> 57:17.720] at his court martial. [57:17.720 --> 57:21.720] He's the colonel that refused to follow the orders [57:21.720 --> 57:23.720] to deploy to Afghanistan again. [57:23.720 --> 57:25.720] He wasn't just trying to shirk duty. [57:25.720 --> 57:29.720] He had already been over there once because of the illegitimacy [57:29.720 --> 57:36.720] of Obama, i.e. a.k.a. Barry Satoro, okay, who is an illegal alien. [57:36.720 --> 57:38.720] He's not qualified to be president. [57:38.720 --> 57:39.720] He wasn't born here. [57:39.720 --> 57:42.720] His parents weren't born here, okay? [57:42.720 --> 57:46.720] And he refused to follow orders until Obama, [57:46.720 --> 57:50.720] the chief in command of the military, of the army, [57:50.720 --> 57:53.720] commander in chief, would show his birth certificate [57:53.720 --> 57:55.720] and prove where he's really from. [57:55.720 --> 58:02.720] Terry Lakin's own attorney completely railroaded him [58:02.720 --> 58:05.720] and ambushed him on the witness stand [58:05.720 --> 58:09.720] and just totally was yelling at him and saying, [58:09.720 --> 58:12.720] you know, all your talk about the Constitution and blah, blah, blah, [58:12.720 --> 58:14.720] you've got a family to support. [58:14.720 --> 58:21.720] You're being unpatriotic to your country by not following orders [58:21.720 --> 58:26.720] and just on and on and on, the man was in tears, okay? [58:26.720 --> 58:29.720] He had no idea that his own defense attorney [58:29.720 --> 58:33.720] was going to turn like that on him, and we think it was a setup. [58:33.720 --> 58:38.720] We think that that attorney was sent to him to set him up like that. [58:38.720 --> 58:40.720] But at any rate, yeah, you're not going to find an attorney [58:40.720 --> 58:41.720] that's going to help you. [58:41.720 --> 58:43.720] It just does not exist. [58:43.720 --> 58:45.720] Ray, thank you for the call. [58:45.720 --> 58:47.720] This is what this show is about. [58:47.720 --> 58:49.720] Learning how to do things pro se, learning how to do it ourselves, [58:49.720 --> 58:51.720] thank you for the call, and when we get back, [58:51.720 --> 58:53.720] we're going to continue to more callers. [58:53.720 --> 58:55.720] This is the rule of law. [58:55.720 --> 58:58.720] Richard from Australia, please call back. [58:58.720 --> 59:02.720] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, [59:02.720 --> 59:04.720] yet countless readers are frustrated [59:04.720 --> 59:07.720] because they struggle to understand it. [59:07.720 --> 59:10.720] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, [59:10.720 --> 59:15.720] but in the process can compromise the profound meaning of the Scripture. [59:56.720 --> 59:59.720] That's freestudybible.com. [59:59.720 --> 01:00:03.720] This news brief brought to you by the International News Net. [01:00:03.720 --> 01:00:07.720] The UN Security Council Wednesday called for a 30 percent increase [01:00:07.720 --> 01:00:13.720] to the 12,000 troops in the UN-backed African Union Peacekeeping Force in Somalia [01:00:13.720 --> 01:00:17.720] on piracy which has plagued shipping off the Somali coast, [01:00:17.720 --> 01:00:21.720] including vital supplies from the UN World Food Program. [01:00:21.720 --> 01:00:24.720] The Council called for a comprehensive international response [01:00:24.720 --> 01:00:29.720] to tackle both the scourge and its underlying causes. [01:00:29.720 --> 01:00:33.720] A senior Israeli army officer told the BBC Thursday [01:00:33.720 --> 01:00:36.720] another Gaza attack by Israel is, quote, [01:00:36.720 --> 01:00:44.720] only a question of time. General Gabi Ashkenazi accused Hamas of rearming since the 2008 invasion [01:00:44.720 --> 01:00:47.720] and described the situation as fragile and explosive. [01:00:47.720 --> 01:00:52.720] Over 1,400 civilians were killed during Israel's 2008 invasion. [01:00:52.720 --> 01:00:55.720] December 27th marks the two-year anniversary [01:00:55.720 --> 01:00:59.720] when peace activists plan to hold rallies around the world. [01:00:59.720 --> 01:01:03.720] A Norwegian newspaper confirmed Thursday it has obtained [01:01:03.720 --> 01:01:08.720] more than 250,000 secret U.S. embassy cables first leaked to WikiLeaks. [01:01:08.720 --> 01:01:12.720] Afton Poston has become the only media organization in the world [01:01:12.720 --> 01:01:15.720] to directly access all the documents, [01:01:15.720 --> 01:01:18.720] allowing them to dodge WikiLeaks' current strategy [01:01:18.720 --> 01:01:21.720] of drip-feeding the cables to its preferred partners. [01:01:21.720 --> 01:01:29.720] WikiLeaks has so far published fewer than 2,000 out of more than 251,000 cables. [01:01:29.720 --> 01:01:32.720] The FBI this week subpoenaed Maureen Murphy, [01:01:32.720 --> 01:01:36.720] managing editor of the news website The Electronic Intifada, [01:01:36.720 --> 01:01:40.720] becoming the latest peace activist to be targeted by the federal government. [01:01:40.720 --> 01:01:43.720] She joins two dozen activists subpoenaed by the FBI [01:01:43.720 --> 01:01:46.720] to appear before a grand jury since September. [01:01:46.720 --> 01:01:48.720] Murphy said, quote, [01:01:48.720 --> 01:01:53.720] We are being targeted for the work we do to end U.S. funding of the Israeli occupation, [01:01:53.720 --> 01:01:57.720] ending the war in Afghanistan and ending the occupation of Iraq. [01:01:57.720 --> 01:02:01.720] A grand jury allows the government to compel citizens to testify, [01:02:01.720 --> 01:02:03.720] even if they are not suspected of a crime. [01:02:03.720 --> 01:02:06.720] An American Civil Liberties Union report last June [01:02:06.720 --> 01:02:09.720] documented 100 incidents where, quote, [01:02:09.720 --> 01:02:12.720] Americans have been put under surveillance or harassed [01:02:12.720 --> 01:02:14.720] by federal and local law enforcement agencies [01:02:14.720 --> 01:02:17.720] for deciding to organize, march, protest, [01:02:17.720 --> 01:02:23.720] and engage in innocuous behavior, such as taking photographs in public. [01:02:23.720 --> 01:02:27.720] New documents WikiLeaked Thursday show U.S. diplomats [01:02:27.720 --> 01:02:32.720] knew about extensive corruption and rights violations in West Papua, [01:02:32.720 --> 01:02:35.720] but renewed military ties with Indonesia anyway. [01:02:35.720 --> 01:02:39.720] Visiting in November, Barack Obama formalized a, quote, [01:02:39.720 --> 01:02:43.720] comprehensive partnership between Indonesia and the U.S. [01:02:43.720 --> 01:02:45.720] Underneath the public show of confidence, [01:02:45.720 --> 01:02:48.720] leaked cables reveal U.S. diplomats were consistently [01:02:48.720 --> 01:02:52.720] highlighting human rights abuses in West Papua. [01:02:52.720 --> 01:02:57.720] For more details on these stories, visit innworldreport.net. [01:03:02.720 --> 01:03:05.720] You are listening to the Rule of Law Radio Network [01:03:05.720 --> 01:03:11.720] at ruleoflawradio.com, live free speech talk radio at its best. [01:03:11.720 --> 01:03:30.720] All right, folks. [01:03:30.720 --> 01:03:31.720] We're back. [01:03:31.720 --> 01:03:35.720] We've got a full board of callers. [01:03:35.720 --> 01:03:38.720] And we are going to go to Casey next, [01:03:38.720 --> 01:03:42.720] who has a success story concerning a marijuana case. [01:03:42.720 --> 01:03:45.720] Casey, so give us the scoop. [01:03:45.720 --> 01:03:51.720] Well, what happened was, you know, it all started March of last year. [01:03:51.720 --> 01:03:57.720] And I just started listening to you guys probably four or five months before that. [01:03:57.720 --> 01:04:00.720] And it was in Tom Green County. [01:04:00.720 --> 01:04:06.720] And it was, I forget the case that you had mentioned. [01:04:06.720 --> 01:04:13.720] And I heard you mention it a few days ago about where I was stopped for a traffic stop. [01:04:13.720 --> 01:04:19.720] And 20, 30 minutes later, you know, they bring the drug dog in. [01:04:19.720 --> 01:04:23.720] And then, you know, it took them, because I didn't consent to the search, [01:04:23.720 --> 01:04:27.720] it took them another 20 or 30 minutes before they started searching. [01:04:27.720 --> 01:04:29.720] The whole thing drug on for like two hours. [01:04:29.720 --> 01:04:33.720] And basically the search was illegal. [01:04:33.720 --> 01:04:38.720] And, you know, I had a quarter-pointed attorney. [01:04:38.720 --> 01:04:40.720] And he wasn't doing anything for me. [01:04:40.720 --> 01:04:46.720] I mentioned, you know, having an examining trial and, you know, the whole bit. [01:04:46.720 --> 01:04:52.720] They actually did have a criminal complaint and an information in the file. [01:04:52.720 --> 01:04:55.720] And it all seemed correct when I got there. [01:04:55.720 --> 01:05:00.720] We had a suppression hearing, which was a joke. [01:05:00.720 --> 01:05:10.720] The judge, even though it was obviously an illegal search, the judge ruled against me. [01:05:10.720 --> 01:05:13.720] And I was kind of bummed out about that. [01:05:13.720 --> 01:05:19.720] And I asked my lawyer to file an interlocutory appeal. [01:05:19.720 --> 01:05:23.720] And he decided he just didn't want to do that. [01:05:23.720 --> 01:05:34.720] So when I called him and asked him to do that, I didn't hear from him for about oh, five, six, seven days. [01:05:34.720 --> 01:05:38.720] And I had a court date coming up fairly quickly. [01:05:38.720 --> 01:05:41.720] And so I gave him a call. [01:05:41.720 --> 01:05:44.720] Actually, no, I shot him an email. [01:05:44.720 --> 01:05:52.720] And I listed everything that everyone had done wrong from the officers to actually had a quarter-pointed attorney before him. [01:05:52.720 --> 01:05:59.720] And him and the assistant county attorney and the county judge that was trying the case. [01:05:59.720 --> 01:06:10.720] And I put a list of everything that I had planned to do for my next step if they continued to persecute me over this, [01:06:10.720 --> 01:06:18.720] which was, you know, a whole list of bar agreements, judicial conduct complaints, criminal complaints, tort letters. [01:06:18.720 --> 01:06:28.720] It wasn't two hours after I sent him that email that he got back with me and said, oh, he'd just talked to the county attorney. [01:06:28.720 --> 01:06:31.720] And they were ready to make a deal. [01:06:31.720 --> 01:06:40.720] They offered me an under-the-table community service deal where if I did that community service, they would dismiss the charges, [01:06:40.720 --> 01:06:45.720] which I had actually made that offer to them previously. [01:06:45.720 --> 01:06:50.720] And when they came back and made that offer to me, I told them, I don't think so. [01:06:50.720 --> 01:06:53.720] You know, I think I've got a good case here. [01:06:53.720 --> 01:07:01.720] Everybody could not have, you know, messed up any more than they did all the way from the cops to the judge. [01:07:01.720 --> 01:07:04.720] And I told them I wasn't taking any deal. [01:07:04.720 --> 01:07:08.720] They were either going to dismiss it or we were going to play hardball. [01:07:08.720 --> 01:07:12.720] And he called me back about an hour later and said it was dismissed. [01:07:12.720 --> 01:07:19.720] I got my papers in the mail a couple of weeks ago and it's taken care of. [01:07:19.720 --> 01:07:20.720] Good man. [01:07:20.720 --> 01:07:21.720] All right. [01:07:21.720 --> 01:07:22.720] Good for you. [01:07:22.720 --> 01:07:23.720] Good for you. [01:07:23.720 --> 01:07:27.720] Whatever had happened without, you know, without you guys. [01:07:27.720 --> 01:07:28.720] OK. [01:07:28.720 --> 01:07:29.720] OK. [01:07:29.720 --> 01:07:30.720] You owe us. [01:07:30.720 --> 01:07:31.720] Yeah, I do. [01:07:31.720 --> 01:07:32.720] This is your payment. [01:07:32.720 --> 01:07:33.720] This is your payment. [01:07:33.720 --> 01:07:39.720] Tell everybody you know that you can beat these scumbags. [01:07:39.720 --> 01:07:40.720] Yeah, I am. [01:07:40.720 --> 01:07:42.720] I'm helping some people right now. [01:07:42.720 --> 01:07:44.720] I actually have a friend that had some traffic tickets. [01:07:44.720 --> 01:07:47.720] And I, we didn't respond quick enough on the one of them. [01:07:47.720 --> 01:07:48.720] He ended up paying it. [01:07:48.720 --> 01:07:55.720] But we've got another one that we're going to go down to the municipal court. [01:07:55.720 --> 01:08:00.720] And I went through this with my wife a couple of months ago. [01:08:00.720 --> 01:08:05.720] And of course, you know, I mentioned to her about filing criminal complaints and whatnot. [01:08:05.720 --> 01:08:09.720] And she just said, oh, no, no, no, I don't want to get in more trouble. [01:08:09.720 --> 01:08:12.720] And I'm thinking more trouble? [01:08:12.720 --> 01:08:14.720] How could you get in more trouble? [01:08:14.720 --> 01:08:17.720] You know, what are they going to do to you for filing a criminal complaint? [01:08:17.720 --> 01:08:21.720] And that's the problem I run into a lot with trying to, you know, [01:08:21.720 --> 01:08:25.720] explain things to people and get them to stand up for their rights is, you know, [01:08:25.720 --> 01:08:29.720] they think they're going to get in trouble for standing up for themselves. [01:08:29.720 --> 01:08:30.720] OK. [01:08:30.720 --> 01:08:36.720] You have to understand, they all grew up in a school system where they were [01:08:36.720 --> 01:08:41.720] constantly told about all of these great and wonderful rights we have, [01:08:41.720 --> 01:08:47.720] while at the same time it was demonstrated to them what would happen to them [01:08:47.720 --> 01:08:49.720] if they tried to express one of them. [01:08:49.720 --> 01:08:50.720] Right. [01:08:50.720 --> 01:08:51.720] Yeah, I know. [01:08:51.720 --> 01:08:53.720] I grew up in that same system. [01:08:53.720 --> 01:08:56.720] And I believe that for a long time myself, there's, you know, [01:08:56.720 --> 01:09:03.720] a lot of tickets that I've paid that, you know, I didn't agree with, you know. [01:09:03.720 --> 01:09:08.720] And, you know, you just, you feel hopeless and you don't think there's anything [01:09:08.720 --> 01:09:10.720] you can do, you know. [01:09:10.720 --> 01:09:15.720] But then you find out, you know, they, you know, you are the sovereign. [01:09:15.720 --> 01:09:16.720] They are the public servant. [01:09:16.720 --> 01:09:20.720] All you have to do is stand up for yourself. [01:09:20.720 --> 01:09:23.720] All you have to do is know that fact. [01:09:23.720 --> 01:09:26.720] And, of course, you've got to know the law and apply it. [01:09:26.720 --> 01:09:33.720] But, you know, once you do, it's very empowering and it's just, [01:09:33.720 --> 01:09:34.720] it's a wonderful feeling. [01:09:34.720 --> 01:09:41.720] I, right now, I feel like, you know, pull me over, you know. [01:09:41.720 --> 01:09:42.720] That's right. [01:09:42.720 --> 01:09:43.720] That's right. [01:09:43.720 --> 01:09:44.720] I'm bad. [01:09:44.720 --> 01:09:46.720] Oh, yeah. [01:09:46.720 --> 01:09:47.720] So... [01:09:47.720 --> 01:09:48.720] Well, good for you. [01:09:48.720 --> 01:09:50.720] You know, I've been studying this stuff, [01:09:50.720 --> 01:09:52.720] listening to you guys for about two years now. [01:09:52.720 --> 01:09:57.720] And even with two years of, you know, fairly constant study, [01:09:57.720 --> 01:09:59.720] I'm just now scratching the surface. [01:09:59.720 --> 01:10:05.720] And there's no way that I could have put some of the motions that I put together [01:10:05.720 --> 01:10:10.720] and, you know, the complaints and whatnot without, you know, [01:10:10.720 --> 01:10:13.720] your guys' years of experience behind me. [01:10:13.720 --> 01:10:19.720] So, and, you know, I'm really going to start passing this knowledge on [01:10:19.720 --> 01:10:23.720] and getting everyone that will listen to me to listen to me [01:10:23.720 --> 01:10:28.720] and, you know, let me back them up. [01:10:28.720 --> 01:10:32.720] Like I mentioned, my wife going down to the municipal court, [01:10:32.720 --> 01:10:36.720] that clerk was trying to tell her that, you know, [01:10:36.720 --> 01:10:40.720] we came for the appearance because she signed the promise to appear, of course. [01:10:40.720 --> 01:10:44.720] And I told her, you know, get a copy of everything in your file, [01:10:44.720 --> 01:10:48.720] sign it with a blue ink pen, have her stamp it, put it back in the file, [01:10:48.720 --> 01:10:50.720] show that you appeared, you know. [01:10:50.720 --> 01:10:52.720] You promised to appear and you appeared. [01:10:52.720 --> 01:10:58.720] Well, the clerk started to tell her that, oh, why do you need to do that? [01:10:58.720 --> 01:10:59.720] You don't need to do that. [01:10:59.720 --> 01:11:01.720] All you need to do is fill out this form. [01:11:01.720 --> 01:11:04.720] And she gave her the plea form. [01:11:04.720 --> 01:11:06.720] And I said, don't fill that form out. [01:11:06.720 --> 01:11:09.720] That's, you know, you're giving up a bunch of rights. [01:11:09.720 --> 01:11:10.720] You're going to arraign yourself. [01:11:10.720 --> 01:11:13.720] Why do that to the clerk, you know? [01:11:13.720 --> 01:11:15.720] Go see the magistrate. [01:11:15.720 --> 01:11:16.720] Go through the process. [01:11:16.720 --> 01:11:19.720] Use the rights that you have. [01:11:19.720 --> 01:11:23.720] And that clerk told her that if she did not fill out that plea form, [01:11:23.720 --> 01:11:28.720] that they were going to put out a warrant for her arrest for failure to appear. [01:11:28.720 --> 01:11:31.720] You should have called 911 right then. [01:11:31.720 --> 01:11:33.720] Yeah, that just blew me away. [01:11:33.720 --> 01:11:34.720] I didn't do anything about it. [01:11:34.720 --> 01:11:37.720] This was a while back and I was still learning. [01:11:37.720 --> 01:11:44.720] But if that happened to me today, the police station is right across the street. [01:11:44.720 --> 01:11:48.720] I will walk right across the street, grab one of those police officers, [01:11:48.720 --> 01:11:53.720] walk them over there and say, arrest this person. [01:11:53.720 --> 01:11:54.720] No, no, no. [01:11:54.720 --> 01:11:55.720] Don't do that. [01:11:55.720 --> 01:11:56.720] Don't do that? [01:11:56.720 --> 01:11:58.720] Take out your cell phone, dial 911. [01:11:58.720 --> 01:11:59.720] Dial 911. [01:11:59.720 --> 01:12:00.720] Okay. [01:12:00.720 --> 01:12:08.720] And it's worth it just to see the look on the clerk's face when you're asking the police to come over [01:12:08.720 --> 01:12:11.720] and arrest her and always say, I need you to come over and arrest. [01:12:11.720 --> 01:12:17.720] Hey, what did you say your name was? [01:12:17.720 --> 01:12:21.720] Yeah, well, I mean, and it really upset me when she said that, [01:12:21.720 --> 01:12:23.720] when she said if she didn't fill out that plea form, [01:12:23.720 --> 01:12:27.720] that she was going to get a warrant out for her arrest for failure to appear. [01:12:27.720 --> 01:12:30.720] When we were obviously there, we appeared, you know. [01:12:30.720 --> 01:12:32.720] And it really upset me. [01:12:32.720 --> 01:12:37.720] And I was trying to get my wife, like I said, trying to get her to stand up for herself. [01:12:37.720 --> 01:12:41.720] And, you know, she's just scared. [01:12:41.720 --> 01:12:49.720] And, you know, I guess some people maybe just aren't cut out to do that or maybe, you know. [01:12:49.720 --> 01:12:53.720] Yeah, that was kind of what I was getting to before about the schools. [01:12:53.720 --> 01:12:54.720] Right. [01:12:54.720 --> 01:13:00.720] Don't be too hard on people if they're unable to live where you do. [01:13:00.720 --> 01:13:01.720] Right. [01:13:01.720 --> 01:13:09.720] We're put here for our own purpose, and some of us are put here to do these things. [01:13:09.720 --> 01:13:10.720] And some are not. [01:13:10.720 --> 01:13:15.720] We shouldn't, you know, those people that are put here for other purposes, [01:13:15.720 --> 01:13:19.720] we shouldn't look too far down on them because they're not doing what we do. [01:13:19.720 --> 01:13:20.720] Right. [01:13:20.720 --> 01:13:27.720] Let's just do what we do better, and this will encourage them to follow. [01:13:27.720 --> 01:13:28.720] Right. [01:13:28.720 --> 01:13:35.720] Yeah, I mean, when she saw what happened in Tongren County, the outcome of my case, [01:13:35.720 --> 01:13:40.720] you know, she can actually see something being done about it. [01:13:40.720 --> 01:13:42.720] It's not just talk, you know. [01:13:42.720 --> 01:13:48.720] So, you know, all you can do is lead by example. [01:13:48.720 --> 01:13:53.720] And, you know, you're not just standing up for yourself, you know. [01:13:53.720 --> 01:13:55.720] You're standing up for everybody. [01:13:55.720 --> 01:13:57.720] Exactly. [01:13:57.720 --> 01:14:02.720] I'm going to keep fighting the good fight, and I'm going to keep listening to you guys [01:14:02.720 --> 01:14:05.720] and just go as far down as I can. [01:14:05.720 --> 01:14:06.720] Good for you, Casey. [01:14:06.720 --> 01:14:07.720] Thanks. [01:14:07.720 --> 01:14:12.720] This is why we're here, to get other people to do exactly what you're doing. [01:14:12.720 --> 01:14:14.720] You're what keeps us on the radio. [01:14:14.720 --> 01:14:15.720] Thank you. [01:14:15.720 --> 01:14:16.720] Thanks, Casey. [01:14:16.720 --> 01:14:17.720] No problem. [01:14:17.720 --> 01:14:18.720] Thank you, guys. [01:14:18.720 --> 01:14:19.720] I appreciate it. [01:14:19.720 --> 01:14:20.720] All right. [01:14:20.720 --> 01:14:21.720] You have a good night. [01:14:21.720 --> 01:14:22.720] You have a good weekend. [01:14:22.720 --> 01:14:23.720] Okay. [01:14:23.720 --> 01:14:24.720] You, too. [01:14:24.720 --> 01:14:25.720] Thanks. [01:14:25.720 --> 01:14:28.720] We're going now to Jim in Washington. [01:14:28.720 --> 01:14:29.720] Jim, thanks for calling in. [01:14:29.720 --> 01:14:30.720] What is on your mind? [01:14:30.720 --> 01:14:31.720] Hi. [01:14:31.720 --> 01:14:32.720] How are you? [01:14:32.720 --> 01:14:33.720] Pretty good. [01:14:33.720 --> 01:14:40.720] I was wondering if I could get Randy to go over the failure to join an indispensable party. [01:14:40.720 --> 01:14:49.720] If you fail to join an indispensable party, your suit should be dismissed. [01:14:49.720 --> 01:14:50.720] Okay. [01:14:50.720 --> 01:14:57.720] My situation is I've got a pending lawsuit that is going to involve four or five people, [01:14:57.720 --> 01:15:01.720] and there's one person who has kind of helped me along, [01:15:01.720 --> 01:15:06.720] and I really don't want to put them into it if I don't have to. [01:15:06.720 --> 01:15:07.720] Okay. [01:15:07.720 --> 01:15:09.720] Do you have to? [01:15:09.720 --> 01:15:11.720] Just to make my case, no. [01:15:11.720 --> 01:15:12.720] Okay. [01:15:12.720 --> 01:15:13.720] Then don't put them in. [01:15:13.720 --> 01:15:18.720] The only time that becomes an issue is if the other party raises it, [01:15:18.720 --> 01:15:23.720] and if they raise it, then you can amend, [01:15:23.720 --> 01:15:30.720] but also even if you win against this other party, [01:15:30.720 --> 01:15:35.720] you can absolve them of any payment. [01:15:35.720 --> 01:15:37.720] You can refuse to accept payment from them. [01:15:37.720 --> 01:15:38.720] Oh. [01:15:38.720 --> 01:15:39.720] Oh, okay. [01:15:39.720 --> 01:15:40.720] Beautiful. [01:15:40.720 --> 01:15:44.720] Or if everybody has to pay an equal amount, [01:15:44.720 --> 01:15:48.720] then you can just write theirs off. [01:15:48.720 --> 01:15:49.720] Okay. [01:15:49.720 --> 01:15:50.720] Yeah, because I would feel really bad [01:15:50.720 --> 01:15:53.720] because he's kind of providing some of the information [01:15:53.720 --> 01:15:55.720] I really need to help the case along. [01:15:55.720 --> 01:15:57.720] That is interesting. [01:15:57.720 --> 01:16:03.720] It depends on how he's involved, whether he's indispensable or not. [01:16:03.720 --> 01:16:08.720] Well, the situation is he was my union steward. [01:16:08.720 --> 01:16:10.720] He has since resigned because of corruption, [01:16:10.720 --> 01:16:13.720] and he is providing me with information of what happened at the meetings [01:16:13.720 --> 01:16:15.720] and how things were handled. [01:16:15.720 --> 01:16:23.720] So was he acting in good-faith reliance on competent authority [01:16:23.720 --> 01:16:25.720] and the things he did? [01:16:25.720 --> 01:16:27.720] Well, no, he was actually wrong at the time, [01:16:27.720 --> 01:16:30.720] but he has since apologized, and he's helping me along. [01:16:30.720 --> 01:16:31.720] Ooh. [01:16:31.720 --> 01:16:32.720] That type of thing. [01:16:32.720 --> 01:16:33.720] Okay. [01:16:33.720 --> 01:16:36.720] I have to know the details and know where they are. [01:16:36.720 --> 01:16:38.720] Just don't sue him. [01:16:38.720 --> 01:16:43.720] If they don't bring up the issue, then it's not an issue. [01:16:43.720 --> 01:16:44.720] Okay. [01:16:44.720 --> 01:16:45.720] I had another question, too. [01:16:45.720 --> 01:16:46.720] Okay. [01:16:46.720 --> 01:16:47.720] Hold on. [01:16:47.720 --> 01:16:48.720] We're about to go to break. [01:16:48.720 --> 01:16:49.720] We'll pick you up on the other side. [01:16:49.720 --> 01:16:50.720] We need to move quickly. [01:16:50.720 --> 01:16:53.720] We've got a lot of callers on the line. [01:16:53.720 --> 01:16:55.720] It's Randy Kelton, Debra Stevens, Eddie Craig, [01:16:55.720 --> 01:16:57.720] Wheel of Law Radio. [01:16:57.720 --> 01:16:59.720] We'll be right back. [01:17:33.720 --> 01:17:36.720] You are welcome to stop in our shop during regular business hours [01:17:36.720 --> 01:17:41.720] or call 512-646-6440 with any questions. [01:17:45.720 --> 01:17:48.720] That's Capital Coin and Bullion at the corner of Burnett and Shilmark, [01:17:48.720 --> 01:17:52.720] and we're open Mondays and Fridays, 10 to 6, Saturdays, 10 to 5. [01:17:52.720 --> 01:17:59.720] That's Capital Coin and Bullion, 512-646-6440. [01:17:59.720 --> 01:18:02.720] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, [01:18:02.720 --> 01:18:05.720] but finding things on the Internet isn't so easy, [01:18:05.720 --> 01:18:08.720] and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with. [01:18:08.720 --> 01:18:11.720] Oh, well, I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books, then. [01:18:11.720 --> 01:18:12.720] Brave New Books? [01:18:12.720 --> 01:18:13.720] Yes. [01:18:13.720 --> 01:18:16.720] Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for [01:18:16.720 --> 01:18:19.720] by authors like Alex Jones, Ron Paul, and G. Edward Griffin. [01:18:19.720 --> 01:18:23.720] They even stock inner food, Berkey products, and Calvin Soaps. [01:18:23.720 --> 01:18:26.720] There's no way a place like that exists. [01:18:26.720 --> 01:18:27.720] Go check it out for yourself. [01:18:27.720 --> 01:18:31.720] It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street, just south of UT. [01:18:31.720 --> 01:18:35.720] Oh, by UT, there's never anywhere to park down there. [01:18:35.720 --> 01:18:37.720] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking [01:18:37.720 --> 01:18:41.720] for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking facility [01:18:41.720 --> 01:18:43.720] just behind the bookstore. [01:18:43.720 --> 01:18:46.720] It does exist, but when are they open? [01:18:46.720 --> 01:18:51.720] Monday through Saturday, 11 AM to 9 PM, and 1 to 6 PM on Sundays. [01:18:51.720 --> 01:18:55.720] So give them a call at 512-480-2503, [01:18:55.720 --> 01:19:02.720] or check out their events page at bravenewbookstore.com. [01:19:25.720 --> 01:19:30.720] Okay, folks, we are back. [01:19:30.720 --> 01:19:33.720] And Jim, we have to jump. [01:19:33.720 --> 01:19:34.720] You stay there. [01:19:34.720 --> 01:19:36.720] We'll go back to you quickly. [01:19:36.720 --> 01:19:41.720] But we have Richard from Australia that has called back in. [01:19:41.720 --> 01:19:43.720] Richard, thank you for calling in. [01:19:43.720 --> 01:19:45.720] What's on your mind tonight? [01:19:45.720 --> 01:19:48.720] Yeah, I'd just like to say, yeah, I love you guys, too. [01:19:48.720 --> 01:19:51.720] And a lot of people in Australia are listening to it. [01:19:51.720 --> 01:19:55.720] And a lot of us think Randy's pretty cool for taking them all on. [01:19:55.720 --> 01:20:00.720] And, yeah, I'm basically in the family law court in Australia, [01:20:00.720 --> 01:20:02.720] and I've, yeah, come to the conclusion [01:20:02.720 --> 01:20:04.720] the same as what Randy did. [01:20:04.720 --> 01:20:05.720] You can't trust the lawyers. [01:20:05.720 --> 01:20:07.720] You can't trust the judges. [01:20:07.720 --> 01:20:13.720] I mean, a lot of collusion and facts behind these bribes going on, [01:20:13.720 --> 01:20:17.720] and a lot of fathers in Australia are suffering because of it. [01:20:17.720 --> 01:20:21.720] And I want to be the Randy Kelton of Australian family law, [01:20:21.720 --> 01:20:22.720] so I want to take them on. [01:20:22.720 --> 01:20:24.720] All right, good for you. [01:20:24.720 --> 01:20:29.720] And I was telling the listeners, you had dropped off the line [01:20:29.720 --> 01:20:32.720] just as I was about to go to you a few minutes ago. [01:20:32.720 --> 01:20:37.720] But we are taking on a new talk show host on this network, [01:20:37.720 --> 01:20:39.720] and he is from Australia. [01:20:39.720 --> 01:20:43.720] His name is Herward Fenton, [01:20:43.720 --> 01:20:50.720] and he is the founder of We Are Change Australia and 9-11 Truth Australia. [01:20:50.720 --> 01:20:55.720] And he already does a podcast on all kinds of different issues and subjects [01:20:55.720 --> 01:21:00.720] related to freedom and fighting the good fight and 9-11 Truth and all these things. [01:21:00.720 --> 01:21:02.720] And his podcast is great. [01:21:02.720 --> 01:21:06.720] I got turned on to him through Chris Emery, good friend of mine. [01:21:06.720 --> 01:21:08.720] We're working on a movie together. [01:21:08.720 --> 01:21:10.720] It's called A Noble Lie. [01:21:10.720 --> 01:21:13.720] It's an expose about the Oklahoma City bombing [01:21:13.720 --> 01:21:17.720] and the fact that it was an inside job, too, just like 9-11 was. [01:21:17.720 --> 01:21:20.720] And so Chris was over in Australia for a while, [01:21:20.720 --> 01:21:22.720] and he hooked me up with Herward. [01:21:22.720 --> 01:21:26.720] So Herward Fenton from Australia is coming on board, folks. [01:21:26.720 --> 01:21:32.720] This is great news, and he's going to have a 1,300 number, [01:21:32.720 --> 01:21:36.720] which is a toll-free number, for his show in Australia. [01:21:36.720 --> 01:21:40.720] So that way he'll be able to take calls from Australia and calls from the states. [01:21:40.720 --> 01:21:42.720] So it's going to be a real good show. [01:21:42.720 --> 01:21:45.720] Now, that's unreal. Is Randy there? [01:21:45.720 --> 01:21:46.720] Yeah, Randy's right here. [01:21:46.720 --> 01:21:47.720] Oh, yeah. [01:21:47.720 --> 01:21:48.720] Randy, how are you? [01:21:48.720 --> 01:21:54.720] I was just basking in the afterglow. [01:21:54.720 --> 01:22:01.720] I watched your radio interview with the free man of some of your stories [01:22:01.720 --> 01:22:05.720] and some of the corruption that you've exposed and you took them on. [01:22:05.720 --> 01:22:08.720] And I showed it to a few friends, and they were just blown away. [01:22:08.720 --> 01:22:10.720] It's like, oh, my God, has this guy taken them all on? [01:22:10.720 --> 01:22:12.720] And it's like, wow, I want to do what he does. [01:22:12.720 --> 01:22:14.720] Like, everyone's just trying to read everything you're doing, [01:22:14.720 --> 01:22:15.720] like, to take them all on. [01:22:15.720 --> 01:22:18.720] But basically, a lot of people's fathers in Australia [01:22:18.720 --> 01:22:21.720] have got very similar problems with the judges here. [01:22:21.720 --> 01:22:23.720] And once they've seen what you're doing, [01:22:23.720 --> 01:22:25.720] it's like, I wonder if we could do it without judges here, [01:22:25.720 --> 01:22:26.720] like, take them on. [01:22:26.720 --> 01:22:30.720] But yeah, this is what I was trying to email you about, [01:22:30.720 --> 01:22:35.720] to see if you had any good tips or anything you could share with us [01:22:35.720 --> 01:22:38.720] in order for us to be able to take them on like the way you do. [01:22:38.720 --> 01:22:43.720] Well, I'm not familiar with the Australia law. [01:22:43.720 --> 01:22:44.720] Yeah. [01:22:44.720 --> 01:22:49.720] But I tell you, you read the codes, you read the statutes, [01:22:49.720 --> 01:22:52.720] and you don't think of them as comedy. [01:22:52.720 --> 01:22:56.720] But when I read them and look at the stuff that's in there [01:22:56.720 --> 01:22:59.720] that gives me a way to get a shot at them, [01:22:59.720 --> 01:23:01.720] I get tickled. [01:23:01.720 --> 01:23:04.720] Oh, good. Look at this. Look what I can do to them. [01:23:04.720 --> 01:23:07.720] I want that same tickle that you just got. [01:23:07.720 --> 01:23:12.720] It is well worth the time you spend digging through the code. [01:23:12.720 --> 01:23:18.720] These guys are absolutely not accustomed to someone coming back at them. [01:23:18.720 --> 01:23:21.720] They're used to attorneys who are terrified of them [01:23:21.720 --> 01:23:24.720] because they can get their attorney disbarred. [01:23:24.720 --> 01:23:28.720] But when they get an ordinary citizen coming at them, [01:23:28.720 --> 01:23:31.720] they don't have any tools. [01:23:31.720 --> 01:23:32.720] Yeah. [01:23:32.720 --> 01:23:34.720] Especially when you do it smart. [01:23:34.720 --> 01:23:35.720] Yeah. [01:23:35.720 --> 01:23:38.720] Never do anything out of anger. [01:23:38.720 --> 01:23:41.720] Yeah. Well, if you could share it, I was going to say, [01:23:41.720 --> 01:23:43.720] I'll send you a few emails, [01:23:43.720 --> 01:23:46.720] and if I was going to say any tips that you could give us, [01:23:46.720 --> 01:23:48.720] we'd like to take them on. [01:23:48.720 --> 01:23:51.720] Part of the reason why I'm calling is that I actually caught the judge [01:23:51.720 --> 01:23:54.720] and the sports that are signaling each other during my proceedings [01:23:54.720 --> 01:23:57.720] and are basically throwing my case. [01:23:57.720 --> 01:24:00.720] And I watched this signaling going on during the whole day, [01:24:00.720 --> 01:24:05.720] and they were scamming other fathers out of all their cases and all their money. [01:24:05.720 --> 01:24:08.720] And I reported this to everybody and no one cared. [01:24:08.720 --> 01:24:12.720] So it's pretty much at a stalemate between me and them, [01:24:12.720 --> 01:24:14.720] and unfortunately they're sort of winning at the moment. [01:24:14.720 --> 01:24:16.720] So this is where I thought if I could call you and email you [01:24:16.720 --> 01:24:21.720] and seek out any tips, that'd be great to share. [01:24:21.720 --> 01:24:26.720] Okay. It's hard to say because I don't know Australian law, [01:24:26.720 --> 01:24:28.720] and I understand you're under the crown, [01:24:28.720 --> 01:24:31.720] so the legal system is different than it is here. [01:24:31.720 --> 01:24:32.720] Yeah. [01:24:32.720 --> 01:24:34.720] But you still have the checks and balances. [01:24:34.720 --> 01:24:36.720] Do you have grand juries there? [01:24:36.720 --> 01:24:38.720] No, we don't have grand juries. [01:24:38.720 --> 01:24:40.720] The family law court here, [01:24:40.720 --> 01:24:43.720] they don't even have a judicial commission to investigate corruption. [01:24:43.720 --> 01:24:48.720] And that's called the Legal Services Commission who investigate lawyers, [01:24:48.720 --> 01:24:53.720] and all the Legal Services Commission staff are all ex-family law solicitors. [01:24:53.720 --> 01:24:54.720] Oh, that's okay. [01:24:54.720 --> 01:24:58.720] That's not a problem because it's the same here in Texas, [01:24:58.720 --> 01:25:00.720] all over the United States. [01:25:00.720 --> 01:25:04.720] The bar associations protect their buddies. [01:25:04.720 --> 01:25:05.720] Yeah, yeah. [01:25:05.720 --> 01:25:07.720] That's not where the power is. [01:25:07.720 --> 01:25:10.720] Where the power is is in the insurance companies. [01:25:10.720 --> 01:25:11.720] Yep. [01:25:11.720 --> 01:25:15.720] A bar grievance for an attorney is like you going out and getting in an accident. [01:25:15.720 --> 01:25:16.720] Yep. [01:25:16.720 --> 01:25:20.720] Doesn't matter if it's your fault or not, it goes against you. [01:25:20.720 --> 01:25:21.720] Yeah. [01:25:21.720 --> 01:25:23.720] So that's the power of the grievances. [01:25:23.720 --> 01:25:24.720] Yep. [01:25:24.720 --> 01:25:28.720] What type of checks and balances do they have against judges? [01:25:28.720 --> 01:25:29.720] Nothing. [01:25:29.720 --> 01:25:31.720] Oh, no, it has to be something. [01:25:31.720 --> 01:25:33.720] They're all criminals. [01:25:33.720 --> 01:25:36.720] I know they're all criminals, but this is the thing. [01:25:36.720 --> 01:25:39.720] I've emailed you a whole bunch of stuff that actually proves to you [01:25:39.720 --> 01:25:43.720] that there is absolutely no way that they can be investigated for any type of corruption. [01:25:43.720 --> 01:25:47.720] At the most, the worst thing that can happen to them is they get disqualified from the case, [01:25:47.720 --> 01:25:50.720] but they're quite free to continue on judging other cases. [01:25:50.720 --> 01:25:51.720] That's terrifying. [01:25:51.720 --> 01:25:57.720] Well, the thing about filing the bar grievances is that it doesn't really matter that much [01:25:57.720 --> 01:26:00.720] if the bar does anything about it. [01:26:00.720 --> 01:26:06.720] In fact, we know they're not going to, but that's actually to our advantage in a way [01:26:06.720 --> 01:26:09.720] because the insurance companies know that too. [01:26:09.720 --> 01:26:16.720] And so the malpractice insurance companies, they have no way of gauging as to whether or not [01:26:16.720 --> 01:26:21.720] a complaint is legitimate because all of them get thrown out. [01:26:21.720 --> 01:26:27.720] And so the insurance companies just assume that every complaint is legitimate. [01:26:27.720 --> 01:26:33.720] And so by filing bar grievances, you hit their insurance rates. [01:26:33.720 --> 01:26:41.720] And after they get only a very few, sometimes the insurance company will dump the firm [01:26:41.720 --> 01:26:43.720] or at least they'll dump the attorney. [01:26:43.720 --> 01:26:49.720] And if the attorney can't get malpractice insurance, then he's out of a job. [01:26:49.720 --> 01:26:50.720] Okay? [01:26:50.720 --> 01:26:51.720] Okay. [01:26:51.720 --> 01:26:55.720] Debra and Randy, if I drop out, that means I've run out of credit as I'm on my lunch break. [01:26:55.720 --> 01:26:57.720] So don't be disappointed if it cuts cut out. [01:26:57.720 --> 01:26:58.720] Okay. [01:26:58.720 --> 01:27:00.720] There has to be more. [01:27:00.720 --> 01:27:06.720] When you have a bunch of corrupt people, they're so corrupt they can't trust each other. [01:27:06.720 --> 01:27:07.720] Yeah. [01:27:07.720 --> 01:27:12.720] So they have to have a way of protecting themselves from each other. [01:27:12.720 --> 01:27:13.720] Yeah. [01:27:13.720 --> 01:27:15.720] There has to be something in there. [01:27:15.720 --> 01:27:18.720] Somehow you're missing the tools. [01:27:18.720 --> 01:27:22.720] It took me quite a while to dig out all the tools. [01:27:22.720 --> 01:27:25.720] I've emailed you everything, Randy. [01:27:25.720 --> 01:27:29.720] And once you see it all, you're just like, oh, my God, there's nothing that can be done. [01:27:29.720 --> 01:27:37.720] Send me one more email, put the subject line in all caps, and I'll make sure I find it. [01:27:37.720 --> 01:27:41.720] And put Australia in the heading and send it to me also. [01:27:41.720 --> 01:27:42.720] Okay. [01:27:42.720 --> 01:27:43.720] I will. [01:27:43.720 --> 01:27:44.720] All right. [01:27:44.720 --> 01:27:48.720] But you'll be absolutely shocked that there is absolutely nothing that can be done. [01:27:48.720 --> 01:27:52.720] And, you know, it'll blow your way because – and this is the reason why, I mean, I'm [01:27:52.720 --> 01:27:57.720] not sure if you know, but there's actually an average of about 1,000 fathers here in [01:27:57.720 --> 01:28:01.720] Australia each year that commit suicide because the Family Law Court is – there's nothing [01:28:01.720 --> 01:28:02.720] that can be done. [01:28:02.720 --> 01:28:07.720] Well, in the Family Law Court here in the States, there's very little that can be [01:28:07.720 --> 01:28:15.720] done because it's civil and there's not like statute that says things have to go a [01:28:15.720 --> 01:28:18.720] certain way and so every case is different. [01:28:18.720 --> 01:28:24.720] But there has to be some law that governs how they can operate. [01:28:24.720 --> 01:28:30.720] There has to be some law that lays out the procedures of how the court can operate, what [01:28:30.720 --> 01:28:35.720] the judges have to do, what the lawyers have to do, what they can't do. [01:28:35.720 --> 01:28:38.720] There has to be some kind of procedure outlined. [01:28:38.720 --> 01:28:44.720] And so what you do is you read that section of the law and then compare that with what [01:28:44.720 --> 01:28:49.720] they're actually doing and try to nail them on procedural violations. [01:28:49.720 --> 01:28:50.720] That's the strategy. [01:28:50.720 --> 01:28:54.720] I may be suggesting as to what law that would be good to use. [01:28:54.720 --> 01:28:56.720] Use the law of nature. [01:28:56.720 --> 01:28:59.720] You guys have a vast amount of country out there. [01:28:59.720 --> 01:29:01.720] You got it all wrong. [01:29:01.720 --> 01:29:05.720] Best friends with these judges, invite them to go gator fishing with you. [01:29:05.720 --> 01:29:07.720] Use them for bait. [01:29:07.720 --> 01:29:11.720] Invite them to go traveling with you through the outback. [01:29:11.720 --> 01:29:14.720] I think maybe we're missing a point here. [01:29:14.720 --> 01:29:15.720] Just kidding. [01:29:15.720 --> 01:29:19.720] Are you saying there's no recourse at all in law? [01:29:19.720 --> 01:29:20.720] He dropped off the line. [01:29:20.720 --> 01:29:21.720] Okay. [01:29:21.720 --> 01:29:24.720] I think he may be talking about no recourse in family court. [01:29:24.720 --> 01:29:27.720] Hopefully he's talking about just no recourse in family court. [01:29:27.720 --> 01:29:28.720] But again, still... [01:29:28.720 --> 01:29:29.720] That's not unusual. [01:29:29.720 --> 01:29:31.720] This is similar here. [01:29:31.720 --> 01:29:36.720] But still, there has to be some kind of law governing how the court functions and what [01:29:36.720 --> 01:29:39.720] the attorneys can and cannot do. [01:29:39.720 --> 01:29:42.720] So you just have to look for those kinds of violations. [01:29:42.720 --> 01:29:43.720] Okay. [01:29:43.720 --> 01:29:45.720] We are going to break when we get back. [01:29:45.720 --> 01:29:47.720] We're going to go back to Jim quickly. [01:29:47.720 --> 01:29:50.720] We've got Roy, Susan, Mark, Pat, Suzanne. [01:29:50.720 --> 01:29:54.720] We're going to do everything we can to cram all your calls in this last half hour. [01:29:54.720 --> 01:29:59.720] We'll be right back, folks. [01:29:59.720 --> 01:30:03.720] Top ten reasons to question the official story of the Oklahoma City bombing, reason number [01:30:03.720 --> 01:30:04.720] five. [01:30:04.720 --> 01:30:07.720] As witnessed by millions of viewers, the rescue efforts were interrupted several times due [01:30:07.720 --> 01:30:09.720] to the presence of other explosives. [01:30:09.720 --> 01:30:13.720] Government log entries indicate and witnesses report that after the initial devastating [01:30:13.720 --> 01:30:18.720] blast, a bomb complete with timer was discovered and removed in wreckage by the bomb squad. [01:30:18.720 --> 01:30:21.720] Yet we are told it's all due to baseless bomb scares or other contrivances. [01:30:21.720 --> 01:30:26.720] So while officials try to sort out their stories, all we ask is who planted these bombs and [01:30:26.720 --> 01:30:28.720] why is the government lying about them? [01:30:28.720 --> 01:30:31.720] For more information, go to okcbombingtruth.com. [01:30:31.720 --> 01:30:35.720] There's a new breed of pickpockets on the loose and you could be their next victim if [01:30:35.720 --> 01:30:38.720] you have a recently issued credit or debit card. [01:30:38.720 --> 01:30:42.720] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be back in a moment with tips for protecting yourself [01:30:42.720 --> 01:30:44.720] from high-tech thieves. [01:30:44.720 --> 01:30:46.720] Privacy is under attack. [01:30:46.720 --> 01:30:49.720] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:30:49.720 --> 01:30:54.720] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:30:54.720 --> 01:30:59.720] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [01:30:59.720 --> 01:31:02.720] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [01:31:02.720 --> 01:31:06.720] This public service announcement is brought to you by Startpage.com, the private search [01:31:06.720 --> 01:31:09.720] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo and Bing. [01:31:09.720 --> 01:31:12.720] Start over with Startpage. [01:31:12.720 --> 01:31:18.720] Credit and debit cards with PayPass RFID microchips let you wave and pay, but they also give [01:31:18.720 --> 01:31:23.720] thieves the ability to secretly capture your card information right through your wallet. [01:31:23.720 --> 01:31:28.720] Radio frequency identification is a technology that uses radio waves to scan unique numbers [01:31:28.720 --> 01:31:29.720] from items. [01:31:29.720 --> 01:31:33.720] Like the waves that let you listen to your favorite radio station, RFID radio waves travel [01:31:33.720 --> 01:31:36.720] through solid objects like walls and purses. [01:31:36.720 --> 01:31:42.720] A savvy crook with the right RFID card reading device can walk through a crowd, siphon numbers [01:31:42.720 --> 01:31:44.720] and use them to make purchases. [01:31:44.720 --> 01:31:47.720] And you might never be the wiser until the bill arrives. [01:31:47.720 --> 01:31:52.720] Protect yourself, refuse cards with RFID inside and demand a replacement card. [01:31:52.720 --> 01:31:53.720] I'm Dr. Katherine Albrecht. [01:31:53.720 --> 01:32:18.720] More news and information at KatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:32:23.720 --> 01:32:27.720] Okay, folks, we are back. [01:32:27.720 --> 01:32:29.720] And we are taking your calls. [01:32:29.720 --> 01:32:31.720] We're going to go back to Jim from Washington. [01:32:31.720 --> 01:32:35.720] Okay, Jim, quickly, what is your question? [01:32:35.720 --> 01:32:37.720] My next question had to do with your forum. [01:32:37.720 --> 01:32:39.720] I'm having problems using it. [01:32:39.720 --> 01:32:41.720] It doesn't seem to work. [01:32:41.720 --> 01:32:45.720] Well, I'm not running a forum right now. [01:32:45.720 --> 01:32:51.720] I have a link to a forum that a listener set up, and I haven't checked it for a long time, [01:32:51.720 --> 01:32:53.720] so it may or may not be working. [01:32:53.720 --> 01:32:56.720] Are you talking about the forum on remedies in real estate? [01:32:56.720 --> 01:32:58.720] No, on rule of law radio. [01:32:58.720 --> 01:33:01.720] Yeah, I haven't checked the forum. [01:33:01.720 --> 01:33:09.720] I used to have a rule of law radio forum that I ran, but I had to shut it down because I didn't have time. [01:33:09.720 --> 01:33:10.720] I don't have time to moderate. [01:33:10.720 --> 01:33:15.720] And there's starting to get to be a lot of spam and porn being posted. [01:33:15.720 --> 01:33:21.720] And when that kind of thing starts to happen, that is bait for federal agents to come in [01:33:21.720 --> 01:33:29.720] and plant posts to set you up to take you down, okay? [01:33:29.720 --> 01:33:34.720] Things like threats on the president and bomb threats and things like that. [01:33:34.720 --> 01:33:40.720] There's a situation with another talk show host that this happened to, [01:33:40.720 --> 01:33:48.720] and this person's still having to deal with trying to defend himself. [01:33:48.720 --> 01:33:52.720] So I can't run a forum because I don't have time to moderate it. [01:33:52.720 --> 01:33:53.720] I can't be responsible for it. [01:33:53.720 --> 01:33:57.720] So I told the listeners a long time ago, if you guys want to set up a forum, [01:33:57.720 --> 01:34:04.720] a rule of law radio fan club forum, be my guest, but y'all will have to be responsible for it, okay? [01:34:04.720 --> 01:34:05.720] And I can't. [01:34:05.720 --> 01:34:06.720] I just don't have time. [01:34:06.720 --> 01:34:11.720] So if it's not working right now, I'll try to get in touch with the guy who's running it. [01:34:11.720 --> 01:34:15.720] And if it's not happening anymore, I'll take the link down off my site. [01:34:15.720 --> 01:34:16.720] Okay. Thank you. [01:34:16.720 --> 01:34:19.720] And congratulations on your beer button. [01:34:19.720 --> 01:34:20.720] Okay. All right. [01:34:20.720 --> 01:34:21.720] Well, thank you, Jim. [01:34:21.720 --> 01:34:22.720] Thank you. [01:34:22.720 --> 01:34:23.720] Okay. All right. [01:34:23.720 --> 01:34:27.720] We're going now to Susan in Texas. [01:34:27.720 --> 01:34:28.720] Susan, thanks for calling in. [01:34:28.720 --> 01:34:31.720] What's on your mind tonight? [01:34:31.720 --> 01:34:33.720] We had talked before about my auto accident. [01:34:33.720 --> 01:34:39.720] I've actually received a court summons from the municipal court. [01:34:39.720 --> 01:34:46.720] And I had responded with a letter asking them for what's in my file. [01:34:46.720 --> 01:34:55.720] And they have written here that upon complaint pending in the city, [01:34:55.720 --> 01:35:01.720] they're charging me and it's under case number, blah, blah, blah, and violation number. [01:35:01.720 --> 01:35:09.720] And it says that I have to appear 1-10-2011. [01:35:09.720 --> 01:35:14.720] And I needed to ask Eddie, how do I go about filing my documents that I need to file [01:35:14.720 --> 01:35:17.720] and which ones exactly do I need to file? [01:35:17.720 --> 01:35:24.720] I have here in front of me an affidavit of affidavit and declaration of standing. [01:35:24.720 --> 01:35:29.720] And I also have the affidavit and judicial notice. [01:35:29.720 --> 01:35:34.720] I need to know what documents I need to file and how I go about doing that. [01:35:34.720 --> 01:35:38.720] Well, in your particular case here, you're not... [01:35:38.720 --> 01:35:41.720] the problem here is that you're involved in an accident. [01:35:41.720 --> 01:35:42.720] Right. [01:35:42.720 --> 01:35:46.720] What exactly is...what's on the complaint? [01:35:46.720 --> 01:35:49.720] They haven't sent me the actual complaint yet. [01:35:49.720 --> 01:35:53.720] They just said that there is a complaint pending in the city. [01:35:53.720 --> 01:35:56.720] And what was on the original crash report that the... [01:35:56.720 --> 01:36:00.720] Were you within the limits of the city when this accident occurred? [01:36:00.720 --> 01:36:01.720] Yes, I was. [01:36:01.720 --> 01:36:02.720] Okay. [01:36:02.720 --> 01:36:07.720] And what they're saying that I was driving while license invalid, which indeed is wrong, [01:36:07.720 --> 01:36:09.720] I never had a license. [01:36:09.720 --> 01:36:12.720] It had expired several years ago. [01:36:12.720 --> 01:36:16.720] And I had no proof of financial responsibility. [01:36:16.720 --> 01:36:23.720] And those are the two things that they have me going to this municipal court for. [01:36:23.720 --> 01:36:28.720] Okay. Well, the first thing is, is did they ask you for any of this and did you produce it [01:36:28.720 --> 01:36:30.720] or tell them you didn't have it? [01:36:30.720 --> 01:36:32.720] No, sir. [01:36:32.720 --> 01:36:38.720] I was knocked unconscious from the accident and woke up in the hospital [01:36:38.720 --> 01:36:41.720] and knew when it was time to have me released from the hospital. [01:36:41.720 --> 01:36:44.720] So I didn't talk to them at all. [01:36:44.720 --> 01:36:45.720] Okay. [01:36:45.720 --> 01:36:49.720] Then the first thing I'd do is file a motion to coerce the complaint. [01:36:49.720 --> 01:36:50.720] Okay. [01:36:50.720 --> 01:36:56.720] The simple reasoning being that one, unless they ran you through every insurance company [01:36:56.720 --> 01:37:02.720] in America, they have no evidence that you have no financial responsibility. [01:37:02.720 --> 01:37:07.720] They also cannot compel you to produce information that can be used against you [01:37:07.720 --> 01:37:09.720] in a criminal action. [01:37:09.720 --> 01:37:13.720] And if you are told to produce an insurance card and you cannot, [01:37:13.720 --> 01:37:16.720] they don't get to automatically presume you don't have it. [01:37:16.720 --> 01:37:18.720] They have to prove it. [01:37:18.720 --> 01:37:19.720] Okay. [01:37:19.720 --> 01:37:24.720] But at the same time, you can't be compelled to produce one because if you can't [01:37:24.720 --> 01:37:31.720] or if the date's expired or anything like that, it can be used against you in a court of law. [01:37:31.720 --> 01:37:32.720] Okay. [01:37:32.720 --> 01:37:35.720] Same thing would apply with a license. [01:37:35.720 --> 01:37:36.720] Okay. [01:37:36.720 --> 01:37:42.720] Unless they've ran you through all 50 states to verify whether you do or you don't, [01:37:42.720 --> 01:37:47.720] then they're making an unfounded accusation for which there is no evidence. [01:37:47.720 --> 01:37:49.720] Thank you. [01:37:49.720 --> 01:37:50.720] Yes, I see. [01:37:50.720 --> 01:37:51.720] I understand that. [01:37:51.720 --> 01:37:52.720] Okay. [01:37:52.720 --> 01:37:56.720] Do you have a motion to coerce the complaint on your... [01:37:56.720 --> 01:37:58.720] It's just a standard basic motion. [01:37:58.720 --> 01:38:02.720] If you've got examples of the other motions, you've got an example of how to make one. [01:38:02.720 --> 01:38:03.720] Okay. [01:38:03.720 --> 01:38:04.720] Right. [01:38:04.720 --> 01:38:05.720] Okay. [01:38:05.720 --> 01:38:06.720] All right. [01:38:06.720 --> 01:38:07.720] Well, that's what I'm going to do. [01:38:07.720 --> 01:38:08.720] Thanks, Eddie. [01:38:08.720 --> 01:38:09.720] I appreciate your help. [01:38:09.720 --> 01:38:10.720] Yes, ma'am. [01:38:10.720 --> 01:38:11.720] All right. [01:38:11.720 --> 01:38:12.720] Thanks, Susan. [01:38:12.720 --> 01:38:13.720] Okay. [01:38:13.720 --> 01:38:14.720] You all have a great night. [01:38:14.720 --> 01:38:15.720] Thank you for being there. [01:38:15.720 --> 01:38:16.720] Bye. [01:38:16.720 --> 01:38:17.720] Thank you for calling in. [01:38:17.720 --> 01:38:19.720] What is on your mind tonight? [01:38:19.720 --> 01:38:20.720] Okay. [01:38:20.720 --> 01:38:24.720] Earlier a gentleman said that he was stopped close to the Louisiana border and pretty much [01:38:24.720 --> 01:38:29.720] given a railroad job by planning evidence. [01:38:29.720 --> 01:38:35.720] I was just going to say this happened to me also in Texas where I wasn't pulled over. [01:38:35.720 --> 01:38:43.720] I was sitting in my car in a parking lot in a strip mall and the police came by and said [01:38:43.720 --> 01:38:48.720] I was suspicious because they've had a lot of break-ins in the area and asked me to get [01:38:48.720 --> 01:38:51.720] out of my car if they could search my vehicle. [01:38:51.720 --> 01:38:56.720] I told them, well, how could he have break-ins when this area was just developed and there's [01:38:56.720 --> 01:38:59.720] no people leasing besides this one store? [01:38:59.720 --> 01:39:03.720] He said, well, are you going to let us search your car or not, sir? [01:39:03.720 --> 01:39:05.720] I said, no, sir, I'm not. [01:39:05.720 --> 01:39:11.720] I don't feel you have any justification to even ask that and it's my right to refuse. [01:39:11.720 --> 01:39:16.720] That really got him angry and he said, well, we can do this the easy way or we can do this [01:39:16.720 --> 01:39:17.720] the hard way. [01:39:17.720 --> 01:39:23.720] The easy way is you can send to a search right now where the hard way is we're going to call [01:39:23.720 --> 01:39:29.720] the dog in in the sheriff's department and we're going to search your car anyway. [01:39:29.720 --> 01:39:32.720] I said, well, I'm afraid you're just going to have to call the dog. [01:39:32.720 --> 01:39:40.720] I had a camera going on my phone because I've heard of people getting sent up the river [01:39:40.720 --> 01:39:42.720] for things that didn't happen. [01:39:42.720 --> 01:39:47.720] I knew right away that things weren't really looking up for me. [01:39:47.720 --> 01:39:50.720] Anyway, they ended up bringing the dog. [01:39:50.720 --> 01:39:59.720] The dog supposedly, I guess, alerted them to drugs or whatnot in my door panel. [01:39:59.720 --> 01:40:01.720] They looked in my door panel. [01:40:01.720 --> 01:40:04.720] They didn't find any drugs, but then they looked in my seat. [01:40:04.720 --> 01:40:11.720] What I'm thinking is that they have a leash command to make the dog alert to something just [01:40:11.720 --> 01:40:16.720] so they can have proper justification and reason to search. [01:40:16.720 --> 01:40:23.720] Basically, they found in my seat, they found what was sugar or Splenda or something that I [01:40:23.720 --> 01:40:27.720] probably spilled when I was putting in a drink or whatnot. [01:40:27.720 --> 01:40:30.720] They said, well, look what we have here. [01:40:30.720 --> 01:40:32.720] I said, well, what do we have here? [01:40:32.720 --> 01:40:37.720] At this time, I was handcuffed apparently because they were feared for their safety. [01:40:37.720 --> 01:40:38.720] I don't know what it was. [01:40:38.720 --> 01:40:40.720] They were the ones with the guns. [01:40:40.720 --> 01:40:45.720] I said, well, because he said we're going to have to handcuff you while we search your car. [01:40:45.720 --> 01:40:46.720] I said, well, you know. [01:40:46.720 --> 01:40:48.720] I had to put my phone up and everything. [01:40:48.720 --> 01:40:52.720] They produced what appeared to be, to the eye, cocaine. [01:40:52.720 --> 01:40:54.720] They got one of these field test kits. [01:40:54.720 --> 01:40:58.720] I guess if it's cocaine, it turns purple. [01:40:58.720 --> 01:41:02.720] Basically, what happened was it was like a pinkish color. [01:41:02.720 --> 01:41:04.720] In my head, I was like, oh my God, this is nonsense. [01:41:04.720 --> 01:41:08.720] Then you get sent up the river years for that. [01:41:08.720 --> 01:41:10.720] Anyway, he asked the other officer. [01:41:10.720 --> 01:41:12.720] He goes, this looks kind of purple. [01:41:12.720 --> 01:41:15.720] I said, well, it looks pink to me. [01:41:15.720 --> 01:41:16.720] It's not purple. [01:41:16.720 --> 01:41:17.720] Plus, I don't do drugs. [01:41:17.720 --> 01:41:18.720] I don't associate with people that do drugs. [01:41:18.720 --> 01:41:19.720] I don't do anything like this. [01:41:19.720 --> 01:41:24.720] I'm just waiting in the parking lot for a friend because they didn't know their way around the town. [01:41:24.720 --> 01:41:28.720] I waited for him in a place where it's visible from the highway. [01:41:28.720 --> 01:41:34.720] He kept me there for over an hour and then basically tearing my car apart. [01:41:34.720 --> 01:41:42.720] Finally, he said, well, we're going to let you off this time, but we don't want to see you around here again. [01:41:42.720 --> 01:41:45.720] I said, well, it wasn't cocaine and you know it. [01:41:45.720 --> 01:41:46.720] He goes, you know what? [01:41:46.720 --> 01:41:48.720] You better get out of here before we arrest you. [01:41:48.720 --> 01:41:49.720] I go, what would you arrest me for? [01:41:49.720 --> 01:41:51.720] He goes, just get out of here. [01:41:51.720 --> 01:41:58.720] I wasn't going to ask a psychopath like that questions, so I just took off before they sent me to prison for some nonsense. [01:41:58.720 --> 01:42:02.720] It seems to be more common. [01:42:02.720 --> 01:42:07.720] I'm not sure, but I mean it's scary to realize that something like that can happen. [01:42:07.720 --> 01:42:09.720] It's getting a lot more common. [01:42:09.720 --> 01:42:10.720] Yeah. [01:42:10.720 --> 01:42:14.720] If we don't start stopping them, it's going to keep getting common. [01:42:14.720 --> 01:42:16.720] How long ago was this? [01:42:16.720 --> 01:42:19.720] This was about two years ago. [01:42:19.720 --> 01:42:23.720] I was going to file a complaint, but I feared retaliation. [01:42:23.720 --> 01:42:24.720] Oh, okay. [01:42:24.720 --> 01:42:25.720] Here's how you do that. [01:42:25.720 --> 01:42:29.720] File the complaint with the district attorney. [01:42:29.720 --> 01:42:31.720] Do not go to the police. [01:42:31.720 --> 01:42:32.720] No, absolutely not. [01:42:32.720 --> 01:42:33.720] Go to the district attorney. [01:42:33.720 --> 01:42:36.720] He'll refuse to do anything. [01:42:36.720 --> 01:42:40.720] Then take a complaint against the district attorney to a district judge. [01:42:40.720 --> 01:42:46.720] You can just mail it to the judge and the judge will refuse to do anything. [01:42:46.720 --> 01:42:50.720] Then you mail a complaint to the grand jury. [01:42:50.720 --> 01:43:03.720] Address to the grand jury to the district attorney's address, accusing the judge of obstructing justice by failing to prosecute the district attorney. [01:43:03.720 --> 01:43:10.720] The judge is going to go ballistic, but he's not going to go ballistic on you. [01:43:10.720 --> 01:43:14.720] He's going to go ballistic on the district attorney. [01:43:14.720 --> 01:43:29.720] Then if a policeman says anything to you, you file a complaint against the district judge, accusing the district judge of pampering with a witness by sending that policeman out to harass you. [01:43:29.720 --> 01:43:35.720] Now the judge is innocent, and he's going to have a fit. [01:43:35.720 --> 01:43:43.720] No policeman will speak to you after that except to say, yes, sir, whatever you want, sir. [01:43:43.720 --> 01:43:45.720] I had one more part to add to that. [01:43:45.720 --> 01:43:46.720] Okay, hold on, hold on. [01:43:46.720 --> 01:43:47.720] We're going to break. [01:43:47.720 --> 01:43:48.720] We have to go quickly. [01:43:48.720 --> 01:43:49.720] We've got a lot of callers. [01:43:49.720 --> 01:43:51.720] We've got to stay right there. [01:43:51.720 --> 01:44:00.720] We'll be right back. [01:44:00.720 --> 01:44:02.720] More energy. [01:44:02.720 --> 01:44:04.720] Stronger immune power. [01:44:04.720 --> 01:44:07.720] Improved sense of well-being. [01:46:30.720 --> 01:46:34.720] Somebody's gonna police that policeman. [01:46:34.720 --> 01:46:38.720] Somebody's gonna police the police. [01:46:38.720 --> 01:46:43.720] There's always a room at the top of the hill. [01:46:43.720 --> 01:46:48.720] I hear things of great mind and it's lonely there too. [01:46:48.720 --> 01:46:52.720] They're wishing it was more than opposition to bill. [01:46:52.720 --> 01:46:56.720] They know that if they don't do it, somebody will. [01:46:56.720 --> 01:47:00.720] Some things in this world I will never understand. [01:47:00.720 --> 01:47:04.720] Some things I realize foolish. [01:47:04.720 --> 01:47:09.720] Somebody's gonna police that policeman. [01:47:09.720 --> 01:47:12.720] Somebody's gonna police the police. [01:47:12.720 --> 01:47:15.720] I know they will. [01:47:15.720 --> 01:47:17.720] Yeah, they're gonna put the bill. [01:47:17.720 --> 01:47:20.720] I know they will. [01:47:20.720 --> 01:47:22.720] Okay, folks, we are back. [01:47:22.720 --> 01:47:25.720] We're taking your calls. [01:47:25.720 --> 01:47:35.720] And we are talking now to Mark in Texas. [01:47:35.720 --> 01:47:38.720] I'm just gonna be real brief so you can get to other callers. [01:47:38.720 --> 01:47:43.720] I was going to ask Randy if what, or both of you, whoever has an answer, [01:47:43.720 --> 01:47:47.720] what's the purpose of doing these railroad jobs and planning cocaine [01:47:47.720 --> 01:47:49.720] and planning marijuana or whatnot? [01:47:49.720 --> 01:47:52.720] Is it just a power trip or what's the idea of this? [01:47:52.720 --> 01:47:54.720] Money, money. [01:47:54.720 --> 01:47:56.720] It's all about revenue. [01:47:56.720 --> 01:47:57.720] They want money. [01:47:57.720 --> 01:48:02.720] That's what all these forfeitures are about with the drug forfeiture laws. [01:48:02.720 --> 01:48:08.720] So am I within my right to videotape a police officer while he's conducting this? [01:48:08.720 --> 01:48:13.720] Absolutely, if they haven't taken your phone away from you. [01:48:13.720 --> 01:48:16.720] Well, if they do, wouldn't the video show that? [01:48:16.720 --> 01:48:21.720] If you had already hit the record button, yeah. [01:48:21.720 --> 01:48:22.720] Okay. [01:48:22.720 --> 01:48:25.720] But it's a public place. [01:48:25.720 --> 01:48:27.720] Okay. [01:48:27.720 --> 01:48:29.720] So the police are operating in public. [01:48:29.720 --> 01:48:32.720] They have no expectation of privacy. [01:48:32.720 --> 01:48:38.720] All right, well, thank you for answering my questions, and I'll let you get to other callers. [01:48:38.720 --> 01:48:40.720] Okay. [01:48:40.720 --> 01:48:41.720] All right, great. [01:48:41.720 --> 01:48:48.720] Okay, we are going now to Pat in Texas. [01:48:48.720 --> 01:48:50.720] Pat, are you there? [01:48:50.720 --> 01:48:52.720] Me? [01:48:52.720 --> 01:48:53.720] Deborah? [01:48:53.720 --> 01:48:55.720] Yes, yes, you're breaking up. [01:48:55.720 --> 01:48:56.720] All right. [01:48:56.720 --> 01:48:57.720] Thanks for the best connection. [01:48:57.720 --> 01:49:00.720] Merry Christmas, everybody. [01:49:00.720 --> 01:49:01.720] Well, thank you. [01:49:01.720 --> 01:49:04.720] What is your question, quickly, because you're breaking up really bad? [01:49:04.720 --> 01:49:05.720] I don't understand. [01:49:05.720 --> 01:49:13.720] The question was, I was looking for a siding, dealing with due process violations [01:49:13.720 --> 01:49:23.720] and being able to get dismissed because of it, because of a fatal flaw on their side. [01:49:23.720 --> 01:49:25.720] I didn't quite understand the question. [01:49:25.720 --> 01:49:27.720] Pat, you're breaking up too much. [01:49:27.720 --> 01:49:28.720] You're going to have to call back. [01:49:28.720 --> 01:49:31.720] We're going to go now to Suzanne in New York. [01:49:31.720 --> 01:49:32.720] Suzanne, thank you for calling in. [01:49:32.720 --> 01:49:34.720] What's on your mind tonight? [01:49:34.720 --> 01:49:36.720] Yes. [01:49:36.720 --> 01:49:43.720] Somebody went to a bank, and they offered to pay off to buy, to purchase a bank's liability. [01:49:43.720 --> 01:49:47.720] And they said to arrange for a payoff amount. [01:49:47.720 --> 01:49:53.720] And so this person supposedly gave this to the bank. [01:49:53.720 --> 01:49:55.720] They demanded certain money. [01:49:55.720 --> 01:49:58.720] And what is that process? [01:49:58.720 --> 01:50:05.720] Can he now go on the title to property, due on a mortgage? [01:50:05.720 --> 01:50:08.720] I have no idea what you're talking about. [01:50:08.720 --> 01:50:15.720] Somebody was in...they didn't pay their mortgage. [01:50:15.720 --> 01:50:21.720] And so this person offered the bank that they were going to purchase the bank's liability. [01:50:21.720 --> 01:50:27.720] So the bank agreed to that, and they asked for a payoff amount, a payoff letter. [01:50:27.720 --> 01:50:28.720] That's what they said. [01:50:28.720 --> 01:50:32.720] So he sent the letter off that he wanted to know how much they wanted, [01:50:32.720 --> 01:50:37.720] and they agreed to him being assigned the loan. [01:50:37.720 --> 01:50:40.720] And so he sent the money to the bank. [01:50:40.720 --> 01:50:46.720] So what I wanted to know was what is that deal between the bank and this person? [01:50:46.720 --> 01:50:51.720] Because he ended up with the property, and he dropped my husband from the property. [01:50:51.720 --> 01:50:55.720] And he became the only owner on the deed. [01:50:55.720 --> 01:50:58.720] He would have had to have foreclosed. [01:50:58.720 --> 01:50:59.720] He would have had... [01:50:59.720 --> 01:51:01.720] Did he go through a foreclosure proceeding? [01:51:01.720 --> 01:51:06.720] The only thing the bank can sell him is the security instrument. [01:51:06.720 --> 01:51:14.720] And there's generally a provision in the note that authorizes the bank to sell the security instrument. [01:51:14.720 --> 01:51:19.720] So the only action this person could take is foreclosure. [01:51:19.720 --> 01:51:23.720] So he ended up...but he ended up on...he said he didn't foreclose. [01:51:23.720 --> 01:51:32.720] He ended up on the property, and then he sent a letter to my husband demanding that he pay for this loan. [01:51:32.720 --> 01:51:35.720] But the bank was still coming after my husband for the loan. [01:51:35.720 --> 01:51:37.720] So that's why I couldn't understand how he ended up... [01:51:37.720 --> 01:51:39.720] Okay, this is way too confusing. [01:51:39.720 --> 01:51:42.720] There's a lot of information we don't have. [01:51:42.720 --> 01:51:44.720] There's not much we can do here. [01:51:44.720 --> 01:51:48.720] This would take more time, and we're just about out of time. [01:51:48.720 --> 01:51:55.720] Is there a way how you could find out who a loan broker is on a particular loan? [01:51:55.720 --> 01:51:59.720] I know they put a fee on, like $2,000, to go to the broker. [01:51:59.720 --> 01:52:02.720] But is there a way to find out the name of who did that? [01:52:02.720 --> 01:52:05.720] Because we think he was the one that brokered this loan in the first place. [01:52:05.720 --> 01:52:13.720] Okay, you need to call...go to remediesinrealestate.com and get contact information from there, [01:52:13.720 --> 01:52:19.720] and send me an email on the Remedies in Real Estate site. [01:52:19.720 --> 01:52:23.720] This is the site we handle this kind of issue with, [01:52:23.720 --> 01:52:25.720] and I've got people there that we can answer your question. [01:52:25.720 --> 01:52:28.720] But we need a good explanation of what's going on. [01:52:28.720 --> 01:52:31.720] It's way too complex to do here on the radio. [01:52:31.720 --> 01:52:39.720] So go to remediesinrealestate.com and send an email. [01:52:39.720 --> 01:52:42.720] You'll find in our contact information, send us an email. [01:52:42.720 --> 01:52:44.720] Okay, thank you very much. [01:52:44.720 --> 01:52:46.720] Okay, thank you, Suzanne. [01:52:46.720 --> 01:52:50.720] Okay, we've got Susan now from Texas. [01:52:50.720 --> 01:52:51.720] Susan, thanks for calling in. [01:52:51.720 --> 01:52:52.720] What's on your mind tonight? [01:52:52.720 --> 01:52:55.720] Okay, I have one quick question for you. [01:52:55.720 --> 01:52:57.720] I forgot to ask before when I was on. [01:52:57.720 --> 01:53:00.720] How do I file the motion to quash the complaint? [01:53:00.720 --> 01:53:05.720] I go to the municipal court and ask the court clerk to file it for me, or how does that work? [01:53:05.720 --> 01:53:08.720] You make up three copies. [01:53:08.720 --> 01:53:09.720] Okay. [01:53:09.720 --> 01:53:12.720] Make up a certificate of service. [01:53:12.720 --> 01:53:13.720] Okay. [01:53:13.720 --> 01:53:22.720] And all that is, is you certify that on this date that you served this motion on the opposing side [01:53:22.720 --> 01:53:26.720] or the prosecuting attorney in accordance with law. [01:53:26.720 --> 01:53:34.720] You sign it and take that down to the court and have the court stamp all three copies. [01:53:34.720 --> 01:53:35.720] Okay. [01:53:35.720 --> 01:53:36.720] Give them one of them. [01:53:36.720 --> 01:53:40.720] Ask them where the prosecutor is, if this is a criminal case. [01:53:40.720 --> 01:53:44.720] Take one and give it to the prosecutor or mail it to the prosecutor. [01:53:44.720 --> 01:53:45.720] Okay. [01:53:45.720 --> 01:53:47.720] And your motions are filed. [01:53:47.720 --> 01:53:51.720] You do not ask the, you don't ask the clerk for permission. [01:53:51.720 --> 01:53:55.720] You take it to the clerk and say stamp here. [01:53:55.720 --> 01:53:59.720] I took some documents to a clerk once and she's reading the documents. [01:53:59.720 --> 01:54:02.720] And I said, uh-hum. [01:54:02.720 --> 01:54:07.720] And she kept reading and I tapped the counter, boom, boom, boom, uh-hum. [01:54:07.720 --> 01:54:12.720] And she said, yes, don't read, stamp. [01:54:12.720 --> 01:54:14.720] She said, well, I need to know what's in them. [01:54:14.720 --> 01:54:18.720] You need to know no such thing. [01:54:18.720 --> 01:54:21.720] You stamp or get me a bailiff. [01:54:21.720 --> 01:54:23.720] She stamped. [01:54:23.720 --> 01:54:26.720] She's there to stamp that and put it in the court. [01:54:26.720 --> 01:54:28.720] And generally you don't have any problems from clerks. [01:54:28.720 --> 01:54:29.720] It's very seldom. [01:54:29.720 --> 01:54:32.720] You just hand it to them or you can mail it to them. [01:54:32.720 --> 01:54:33.720] Oh, I can mail it to them. [01:54:33.720 --> 01:54:35.720] I think I would rather do that. [01:54:35.720 --> 01:54:36.720] That's better. [01:54:36.720 --> 01:54:42.720] You just put it in the mail and it is considered filed on the date that you mail it. [01:54:42.720 --> 01:54:49.720] Mail one to the clerk, mail one to the prosecutor or to the other side and you're cool. [01:54:49.720 --> 01:54:51.720] Okay, great. [01:54:51.720 --> 01:54:57.720] Always mail it, return receipt so you can prove they got it and they have to sign it. [01:54:57.720 --> 01:55:03.720] What is the deal with the clerks not wanting to put something in the file? [01:55:03.720 --> 01:55:08.720] Well, in the federal courts, we're having the federal judges tell the clerks not to. [01:55:08.720 --> 01:55:12.720] And that's an issue we're going to have to fight. [01:55:12.720 --> 01:55:17.720] But generally in the lower courts, especially the municipal courts and stuff, [01:55:17.720 --> 01:55:19.720] you seldom have that problem. [01:55:19.720 --> 01:55:26.720] If ever a clerk gives me a half an ounce of crapola about filing a document, [01:55:26.720 --> 01:55:30.720] it gets a 911 call immediately. [01:55:30.720 --> 01:55:32.720] And that generally gets their attention. [01:55:32.720 --> 01:55:36.720] I don't have that problem anymore. [01:55:36.720 --> 01:55:38.720] Okay, well thanks so much, Randy. [01:55:38.720 --> 01:55:39.720] I appreciate it. [01:55:39.720 --> 01:55:40.720] All right, thanks, Susan. [01:55:40.720 --> 01:55:42.720] But it is better if you mail it in. [01:55:42.720 --> 01:55:45.720] Then you don't have to have that kind of problem. [01:55:45.720 --> 01:55:46.720] That's much better. [01:55:46.720 --> 01:55:47.720] I like that idea better. [01:55:47.720 --> 01:55:48.720] Thank you. [01:55:48.720 --> 01:55:49.720] All right, okay. [01:55:49.720 --> 01:55:52.720] Well, Roy from Texas is on the line. [01:55:52.720 --> 01:55:54.720] Roy, thanks for calling in. [01:55:54.720 --> 01:55:55.720] What's on your mind tonight? [01:55:55.720 --> 01:55:57.720] Yeah, a couple things. [01:55:57.720 --> 01:56:01.720] I came up this weekend for the class. [01:56:01.720 --> 01:56:04.720] I'm in Abilene, so it was a 230-mile trip. [01:56:04.720 --> 01:56:08.720] So there was a little frustration about the word not getting out. [01:56:08.720 --> 01:56:13.720] But, you know, someone drove 230 miles to be there, so the word is getting out. [01:56:13.720 --> 01:56:16.720] The other thing is two things. [01:56:16.720 --> 01:56:19.720] My father's just about fed up with the whole deal. [01:56:19.720 --> 01:56:20.720] We have all your stuff. [01:56:20.720 --> 01:56:22.720] We also have jurisdictionary. [01:56:22.720 --> 01:56:26.720] And he has decided he wants to rescind everything. [01:56:26.720 --> 01:56:31.720] How does he go about it as far as his license plates, tags? [01:56:31.720 --> 01:56:34.720] He wants to rescind his license plate, rescind his license tags, [01:56:34.720 --> 01:56:37.720] everything back out of the registry? [01:56:37.720 --> 01:56:38.720] Eddie did, I guess. [01:56:38.720 --> 01:56:41.720] Yeah, Eddie, can you explain in two minutes? [01:56:41.720 --> 01:56:45.720] Well, there isn't a set way to do it. [01:56:45.720 --> 01:56:47.720] I can tell you that right now. [01:56:47.720 --> 01:56:52.720] What I can tell you is unless you are prepared to go to court [01:56:52.720 --> 01:56:55.720] and fight this for all your worth, don't do it. [01:56:55.720 --> 01:56:58.720] Because you are going to face harassment. [01:56:58.720 --> 01:57:02.720] You are going to spend a lot of time going back and forth to court. [01:57:02.720 --> 01:57:07.720] And until we get them to change what's going on, that's going to be the case. [01:57:07.720 --> 01:57:10.720] He's ready for it. [01:57:10.720 --> 01:57:15.720] This last assumption tax on his card just about did it for him. [01:57:15.720 --> 01:57:16.720] Okay. [01:57:16.720 --> 01:57:19.720] So we're fighting like crazy. [01:57:19.720 --> 01:57:21.720] But you do have to rescind it. [01:57:21.720 --> 01:57:25.720] You can't just let your license expire because then they'll try to nail you [01:57:25.720 --> 01:57:28.720] for driving with an expired license. [01:57:28.720 --> 01:57:30.720] You do have to give it back. [01:57:30.720 --> 01:57:31.720] Right. [01:57:31.720 --> 01:57:35.720] You send everything back, certified mail with an affidavit, [01:57:35.720 --> 01:57:40.720] notarized the whole nine yards, stating that these are the points of law [01:57:40.720 --> 01:57:44.720] of interest to me, contradict them or take it back [01:57:44.720 --> 01:57:48.720] and take me off your role as someone required to have these things. [01:57:48.720 --> 01:57:50.720] They're not going to do anything, of course, [01:57:50.720 --> 01:57:52.720] but at least you've got proof that you filed it [01:57:52.720 --> 01:57:56.720] and asked for responses to specific questions. [01:57:56.720 --> 01:58:01.720] And on that return receipt, will we address it to just the district attorney? [01:58:01.720 --> 01:58:04.720] No, you're going to address it to the department in charge of each thing, [01:58:04.720 --> 01:58:08.720] Department of Transportation is who's in charge of registration [01:58:08.720 --> 01:58:12.720] and Department of Public Safety is who is in charge of licensing. [01:58:12.720 --> 01:58:14.720] Okay. [01:58:14.720 --> 01:58:15.720] Okay. [01:58:15.720 --> 01:58:19.720] And DPS is also in charge of vehicle inspections [01:58:19.720 --> 01:58:22.720] and the requirement to have insurance. [01:58:22.720 --> 01:58:24.720] All right. [01:58:24.720 --> 01:58:25.720] What about DOV? [01:58:25.720 --> 01:58:26.720] Yes. [01:58:26.720 --> 01:58:27.720] So call in next week. [01:58:27.720 --> 01:58:28.720] We'll have a little more time. [01:58:28.720 --> 01:58:29.720] Okay. [01:58:29.720 --> 01:58:30.720] You need to call off funding. [01:58:30.720 --> 01:58:31.720] I'll go into it in more detail. [01:58:31.720 --> 01:58:34.720] Yeah, we're going to take tomorrow night off, folks, to spend some time with our families. [01:58:34.720 --> 01:58:39.720] So everyone out there, have a very blessed weekend [01:58:39.720 --> 01:58:42.720] and we will talk to you on Monday. [01:58:42.720 --> 01:58:43.720] This is the rule of law. [01:58:43.720 --> 01:58:46.720] Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig and Deborah Stevens. [01:58:46.720 --> 01:58:47.720] God bless and Merry Christmas, folks. [01:58:47.720 --> 01:58:50.720] God bless. [01:58:50.720 --> 01:59:01.720] If you are a bully, a bully, I bet you treat me good. [01:59:01.720 --> 01:59:06.720] I'm like a stepping phrase, I don't watch my size, I'm dangerous, dangerous. [01:59:06.720 --> 01:59:13.720] I'm like a stepping phrase, I don't watch my size, dangerous, dangerous. [01:59:13.720 --> 01:59:20.720] If you are a chucky, somebody chucky from me. [01:59:20.720 --> 01:59:28.720] If you are a chucky, chucky, somebody chucky from me, this will be. [01:59:28.720 --> 01:59:36.720] I'm like a stepping phrase, I don't watch my size, I'm dangerous, I'm dangerous. [01:59:36.720 --> 01:59:43.720] I'm like a stepping phrase, I don't watch my size, I'm dangerous, dangerous. [01:59:43.720 --> 01:59:46.720] If you eat, I won't. [01:59:46.720 --> 01:59:50.720] If you treat me good. [01:59:50.720 --> 01:59:54.720] If you treat, let's move. [01:59:54.720 --> 02:00:07.720] If you treat me good.
