[00:00.000 --> 00:04.320] This news brief brought to you by the International News Net. [00:04.320 --> 00:09.120] Colonel Manuel Rivadonera, a graduate of the infamous School of the Americas, [00:09.120 --> 00:12.920] was charged Monday in last week's failed coup in Ecuador. [00:12.920 --> 00:19.040] Rivadonera is one of three police officials charged with rebellion and attempting to assassinate the president. [00:19.040 --> 00:24.240] SOA is also known as the School of Assassins due to the destabilizing role [00:24.240 --> 00:28.120] which has played in Latin America while promoting U.S. interests in the region. [00:28.120 --> 00:37.440] Israel's cabinet Sunday approved a bill that would require new citizens to pledge a loyalty of to a Jewish and democratic state. [00:37.440 --> 00:43.960] Arab lawmakers say it undermines the rights of the country's Arab minority who make up 20% of the population. [00:43.960 --> 00:49.040] The bill has stoked tensions with the Palestinians at a time when peace talks are deadlocked [00:49.040 --> 00:54.520] over Israel's refusal to extend the moratorium on new building in West Bank settlements. [00:54.520 --> 01:02.600] The Institute for Science and International Security has satellite images showing a row of cooling towers [01:02.600 --> 01:09.680] at Pakistan's secret nuclear reactor has been completed, suggesting the plant could begin operation within months. [01:09.680 --> 01:16.520] A recent report estimated Pakistan had assembled 70 to 90 nuclear warheads to India's 60 to 80 [01:16.520 --> 01:20.160] and have produced enough fissile material to build 90 more. [01:20.160 --> 01:28.040] Pakistan reopened a key border crossing to NATO supply convoys heading to Afghanistan Sunday, [01:28.040 --> 01:35.000] ending an 11-day blockade imposed after a U.S. helicopter strike killed three Pakistani soldiers. [01:35.000 --> 01:42.680] The closing of the Torkham crossing to NATO vehicles stranded many fuel tankers, leaving them vulnerable to militant attacks. [01:42.680 --> 01:49.520] Some 150 trucks were destroyed and some drivers and police were wounded in the near daily attacks. [01:49.520 --> 01:56.760] The reopening of the Northwest crossing came four days after the U.S. apologized for the September 30th helicopter attack, [01:56.760 --> 02:02.920] saying the pilots mistook the soldiers for insurgents being pursued across the border from Afghanistan. [02:02.920 --> 02:08.880] The blockade raised tensions between the U.S. and Pakistan at a time when they were already high. [02:08.880 --> 02:15.200] Washington has accused Pakistan of being unwilling to go after Afghan Taliban militants in its territory [02:15.200 --> 02:20.360] and who generally focus their attacks on Western rather than Pakistani troops. [02:20.360 --> 02:29.280] Despite last year's swine flu outbreak, 43% of Americans say they will not be getting the vaccine this fall, [02:29.280 --> 02:38.560] and a survey from the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases found a third of U.S. mothers say they have no plans to get a flu shot for their children. [02:38.560 --> 02:45.480] Reasons for not getting a shot included beliefs there were other ways to protect yourself and that flu didn't worry them. [02:45.480 --> 03:15.240] About half of those balking at getting the shot worried the vaccine may be harmful while the rest didn't believe the vaccine would be effective. [03:15.520 --> 03:28.040] Bad boys, what you want, what you want, what you're gonna do [03:28.040 --> 03:31.520] When the service comes for you [03:31.520 --> 03:38.720] Tell me, what you wanna do, what you're gonna do [03:38.720 --> 03:52.960] Bad boys, bad boys, what you're gonna do, what you're gonna do when they come for you [03:52.960 --> 03:55.760] When you were eight and you had bad traits [03:55.760 --> 03:58.480] You'd go to school and learn the golden rule [03:58.480 --> 04:01.280] So why are you acting like a bloody fool [04:01.280 --> 04:03.920] If you get hot then you must get cool [04:03.920 --> 04:15.040] Bad boys, bad boys, what you're gonna do, what you're gonna do when they come for you [04:15.040 --> 04:17.680] You'd choke it on that one, you'd choke it on that one [04:17.680 --> 04:20.480] You'd choke it on your mother and you'd choke it on your father [04:20.480 --> 04:23.200] You'd choke it on your brother and you'd choke it on your sister [04:23.200 --> 04:25.840] You'd choke it on that one and you'd choke it on me [04:55.840 --> 04:59.840] So we started earlier with the calls, but while we're waiting on folks to get on the [04:59.840 --> 05:03.840] call board, there is some things I would like to talk about. [05:03.840 --> 05:11.840] Right now, I am working on the subject dealing with what is actually considered to be the [05:11.840 --> 05:14.840] general powers of government. [05:14.840 --> 05:19.840] In the Texas Constitution, Article 1, Section 29, it says that everything in the Bill of Rights [05:19.840 --> 05:23.840] is forever accepted from the general powers of government. [05:23.840 --> 05:29.840] Well, after doing some research on that and going through Black's law, there is no definition [05:29.840 --> 05:32.840] in Black's or in Bouvier's for general powers. [05:32.840 --> 05:37.840] There is, however, a definition for general laws. [05:37.840 --> 05:45.840] And a general law basically is a law that is applicable to the populace in a given area [05:45.840 --> 05:48.840] or by classification or whatever. [05:48.840 --> 05:51.840] It's just generally applicable. [05:51.840 --> 05:52.840] Okay? [05:52.840 --> 05:57.840] So I've got a couple of fine gentlemen looking to see if we can tie general law and general [05:57.840 --> 06:02.840] powers into being the same thing. [06:02.840 --> 06:10.840] And if that's the case, that people is the key that we need to block their ability to [06:10.840 --> 06:18.840] enforce the traffic statutes and all the other general laws upon we the people, or at least [06:18.840 --> 06:21.840] as far as our rights are concerned. [06:21.840 --> 06:24.840] And the reason for that is very simple. [06:24.840 --> 06:30.840] By accepting everything in our Bill of Rights from the general powers of government, we [06:30.840 --> 06:36.840] protected ourselves from encroachment by government and specifically by legislative enactments [06:36.840 --> 06:43.840] or judicial determinations that are contrary to the rights of the people or in any way [06:43.840 --> 06:50.840] attempt to regulate or diminish or otherwise curtail the rights of the people. [06:50.840 --> 06:56.840] Now, I've spoken on this issue before, but in the current iteration of the Texas Constitution, [06:56.840 --> 07:00.840] there is an addendum section, which is basically what they call their footnotes. [07:00.840 --> 07:05.840] And footnote number three specifically says that any alteration or amendment to this Constitution [07:05.840 --> 07:10.840] shall not be conceived as to affect a vested right. [07:10.840 --> 07:15.840] So let's consider for a moment what they've done to the Texas Constitution over the years [07:15.840 --> 07:21.840] and see if we can see how they've affected a vested right with an amendment. [07:21.840 --> 07:27.840] Let's take, for instance, Article 1, Section 16, dealing with the right to keep and bear arms. [07:27.840 --> 07:33.840] There are now two separate sentences in that specific section of Article 1. [07:33.840 --> 07:37.840] The first one used to say very simply, the right of the people to keep and bear arms [07:37.840 --> 07:42.840] in defense of themselves, their property, or the state shall not be infringed or impaired. [07:42.840 --> 07:52.840] Then somebody got the broad idea during 1876 to add the second sentence, [07:52.840 --> 07:59.840] which was the state shall have the right to regulate the wearing of arms with an eye [07:59.840 --> 08:01.840] towards crime prevention. [08:01.840 --> 08:02.840] All right. [08:02.840 --> 08:04.840] Well, let's analyze this for a second. [08:04.840 --> 08:08.840] Since the Constitution grants no rights to the people, [08:08.840 --> 08:15.840] it also doesn't take away any rights of the people, okay? [08:15.840 --> 08:19.840] And therefore, amending it, as the footnote suggests, [08:19.840 --> 08:27.840] cannot destroy, diminish, or otherwise curtail an already unalienable vested right, [08:27.840 --> 08:34.840] which the right to keep and bear arms, for instance, already was, okay? [08:34.840 --> 08:39.840] So what could be the possible lawful reason and effect [08:39.840 --> 08:44.840] of amending that particular section of Article 1 to read as it does? [08:44.840 --> 08:47.840] Well, let's consider this. [08:47.840 --> 08:53.840] In an official capacity, there is no authority granted in the state Constitution [08:53.840 --> 08:57.840] for government to be armed against the people. [08:57.840 --> 08:59.840] There isn't one. [08:59.840 --> 09:04.840] Where does the government have the authority to bear arms against the very people [09:04.840 --> 09:07.840] that created it? [09:07.840 --> 09:10.840] Now, remember, it says that the government now, [09:10.840 --> 09:14.840] the state now has the right to regulate the wearing of arms [09:14.840 --> 09:17.840] with an eye towards crime prevention. [09:17.840 --> 09:19.840] Well, if the people already had the right, [09:19.840 --> 09:24.840] an amendment doesn't alter or change the right or even grant a right, [09:24.840 --> 09:30.840] then what was the possible necessity for this? [09:30.840 --> 09:33.840] Well, what else did the legislature do around this time [09:33.840 --> 09:37.840] that they heretofore had not been allowed to do? [09:37.840 --> 09:44.840] They created a separate standing army known as the Municipal Police Forces. [09:44.840 --> 09:49.840] Instead of the lawful protector of the people in the form of the sheriffs, [09:49.840 --> 09:54.840] deputy sheriffs and constables, they have now created the new standing army [09:54.840 --> 09:57.840] of municipal police. [09:57.840 --> 10:04.840] And it is my contention that the second sentence of Article 1, Section 16, [10:04.840 --> 10:12.840] was intended to simply give the state the power to arm their standing army, [10:12.840 --> 10:16.840] not to alter the rights of the people to keep and bear arms. [10:16.840 --> 10:19.840] Since the Constitution didn't give us that right, [10:19.840 --> 10:23.840] amending it wouldn't change that right, would it? [10:23.840 --> 10:26.840] And footnote number three makes it very clear that an amendment [10:26.840 --> 10:32.840] or alteration to the Constitution doesn't affect the vested right. [10:32.840 --> 10:37.840] So in all logical review, that's the only reasonable conclusion [10:37.840 --> 10:41.840] that can be drawn from that alteration. [10:41.840 --> 10:44.840] It was not meant to take away the rights of the people [10:44.840 --> 10:47.840] because that couldn't be done without due process of law [10:47.840 --> 10:53.840] and it most certainly could not be done under the general powers of government. [10:53.840 --> 11:02.840] And since we didn't authorize them to arm private rent-a-cops for corporations [11:02.840 --> 11:07.840] with our money and under state control, [11:07.840 --> 11:14.840] they amended the Constitution to grant that power to themselves. [11:14.840 --> 11:19.840] So now they can regulate the wearing of arms by all those that serve [11:19.840 --> 11:22.840] in this standing army. [11:22.840 --> 11:25.840] But they still, according to Constitutional principles, [11:25.840 --> 11:31.840] have no right or authority to regulate the people in that regard. [11:31.840 --> 11:34.840] We still maintain the right to keep and bear arms, [11:34.840 --> 11:38.840] which we always have, and they can't take it away, [11:38.840 --> 11:41.840] not without due process of law, [11:41.840 --> 11:46.840] and that means they have to convict us individually of something first, [11:46.840 --> 11:52.840] which granted they're doing a really good job of accomplishing that to some degree, [11:52.840 --> 11:58.840] but the simple fact of the matter is we are allowing our Constitutional, [11:58.840 --> 12:04.840] socially protected rights to be trashed under the pretense of Constitutional amendment [12:04.840 --> 12:10.840] when no such thing can possibly happen. [12:10.840 --> 12:12.840] I've said it before, I'll say it again. [12:12.840 --> 12:18.840] The Constitution does not grant the people any rights whatsoever. [12:18.840 --> 12:25.840] It does not place any restrictions upon the people whatsoever. [12:25.840 --> 12:32.840] It specifically creates and limits and sets forth the powers [12:32.840 --> 12:38.840] and authority of government, not the people. [12:38.840 --> 12:43.840] The Bill of Rights doesn't grant us those rights. [12:43.840 --> 12:45.840] It protects them. [12:45.840 --> 12:49.840] It enumerates the ones the government is specifically forbidden to touch [12:49.840 --> 12:54.840] under any circumstances or conditions. [12:54.840 --> 13:00.840] And footnote number three just confirms that that's a fact. [13:00.840 --> 13:07.840] So why is the people of Texas allowing this to stand would be question number one. [13:07.840 --> 13:09.840] Why? [13:09.840 --> 13:16.840] Why are we so apathetic that we would allow our rights to be diminished in this way? [13:16.840 --> 13:20.840] Why have we let the government of this state try to tell us [13:20.840 --> 13:24.840] that it can do better for us than we can for ourselves, [13:24.840 --> 13:28.840] that they know what our rights are better than we do, [13:28.840 --> 13:39.840] that they have the right to determine what our rights are even though they are our creation? [13:39.840 --> 13:46.840] That is the epitome of arrogance on their part. [13:46.840 --> 13:56.840] And it's just plain laziness on ours that we've allowed them to do it for so long. [13:56.840 --> 14:06.840] And it's quite depressing to think that we've allowed ourselves to be subjugated in this way, [14:06.840 --> 14:13.840] lied to all this time, and manipulated to think it's better for us that they do these things [14:13.840 --> 14:20.840] and be in charge of these things and that we should just accept it. [14:20.840 --> 14:25.840] Once again, welcome to the nanny state. [14:25.840 --> 14:29.840] Now, under the general powers of government, [14:29.840 --> 14:37.840] which I do believe is what the general provisions under Article 16 deal with, [14:37.840 --> 14:43.840] people can't be regulated by driver's licenses because that affects our right to liberty. [14:43.840 --> 14:48.840] They can't be regulated by registration of a vehicle or having to carry insurance on it [14:48.840 --> 14:52.840] because that regulates our right to property. [14:52.840 --> 14:56.840] And these particular statutes are created under the general powers, [14:56.840 --> 15:01.840] which are forbidden by our Constitution from ever interacting with [15:01.840 --> 15:09.840] or in any way diminishing or destroying our rights. [15:09.840 --> 15:15.840] And still we sit by and allow it to happen. [15:15.840 --> 15:18.840] I find it disheartening in a lot of ways. [15:18.840 --> 15:23.840] I really do, which is what motivated me to want to do what I'm doing right now, [15:23.840 --> 15:29.840] which is talk to people about this, to find people that wanted to understand, [15:29.840 --> 15:33.840] that seek to regain control of their own lives and their own property, [15:33.840 --> 15:38.840] to be around like-minded people, [15:38.840 --> 15:43.840] which in every instance that I've encountered so far has been a really great thing. [15:43.840 --> 15:45.840] I really enjoy it. [15:45.840 --> 15:52.840] I really like being able to talk to people that share the same principles and ideals that I do in this regard. [15:52.840 --> 15:54.840] I can't say that's true for everybody I know. [15:54.840 --> 15:57.840] I can't even say it's true for my own family. [15:57.840 --> 16:04.840] Everybody in my family thinks I'm nuts because I spend all my time trying to investigate [16:04.840 --> 16:08.840] and research this type of stuff, [16:08.840 --> 16:14.840] and it winds up eating into my ability to make a living, [16:14.840 --> 16:18.840] to have a family, to do virtually anything. [16:18.840 --> 16:26.840] And I want all you folks out there to understand this is a sacrifice that's being made for everybody, [16:26.840 --> 16:35.840] not just by me, but by Deborah, by Randy, by every other people that do what we do. [16:35.840 --> 16:39.840] We can't lead a normal life because of what we do. [16:39.840 --> 16:42.840] But we'll get into that more on the other side of the break. [20:09.840 --> 20:12.840] Rule of Law Radio, this is Eddie Craig and Deborah Stevens. [20:12.840 --> 20:15.840] Randy Kelton is on the road as usual on Monday nights. [20:15.840 --> 20:27.840] But what we're talking about here is the life that we have to lead in order to do what we do to provide you with the information that we do. [20:27.840 --> 20:44.840] And, I mean, virtually every situation I find myself in, it's very difficult to maintain families or relationships when you have to do things the way that I've chose to do them. [20:44.840 --> 20:55.840] And I've chose to do them this way because I can't do what I believe in if I do it the way the status quo does it, basically, is the way it has to be put. [20:55.840 --> 21:02.840] If I go along to get along, I'm no better off than those that are asleep. [21:02.840 --> 21:06.840] I mean, let's take just a moment. [21:06.840 --> 21:08.840] Let's just use a biblical lesson out of this. [21:08.840 --> 21:12.840] The book of Revelation tells us that those that take the mark of the beast are lost. [21:12.840 --> 21:13.840] There is no halfway. [21:13.840 --> 21:15.840] There is no recovery. [21:15.840 --> 21:18.840] Once you take it, it's done. [21:18.840 --> 21:25.840] And I kind of look at the situation with the government in a lot of these areas to be exactly the same way. [21:25.840 --> 21:41.840] Once you allow yourself to be taken in in order to get the benefit of what's being done, are you actually getting more of a benefit or are you suffering a greater loss in the long run? [21:41.840 --> 21:48.840] And so I personally had to choose which I was willing to do. [21:48.840 --> 21:51.840] Most of my family doesn't understand that. [21:51.840 --> 21:53.840] Most of my friends don't understand that. [21:53.840 --> 21:55.840] To them, it's all a waste of time. [21:55.840 --> 21:59.840] It's all anything but useful. [21:59.840 --> 22:10.840] And only you people out there listening can determine whether or not what we do is useful to you and whether or not we offer any benefit or if we're just here blowing smoke for nothing. [22:10.840 --> 22:19.840] That's something each and every person listening to us on the air or across the Internet has to figure out for themselves. [22:19.840 --> 22:26.840] But there is one point to this I would like to get to, and yes, it's kind of like passing the collection plate at church. [22:26.840 --> 22:35.840] But the fact of the matter is we can't keep doing what we do for you guys without some help, financial help. [22:35.840 --> 22:47.840] And I was not put up to this, but I understand that, you know, once again, this is something that is done on our time, out of our pockets. [22:47.840 --> 22:52.840] We don't get paid by the sponsors, or at least I don't get paid by the sponsors. [22:52.840 --> 22:54.840] I'm pretty sure Randy and Deborah don't either. [22:54.840 --> 23:01.840] What money Deborah collects from the sponsors has gone into keeping the equipment in good enough shape that we can actually stay on the air. [23:01.840 --> 23:06.840] But it's by no means providing any of us a living. [23:06.840 --> 23:16.840] And I am on the verge of I'm just going to have to quit doing this and go back to doing something else that actually pays my bills, [23:16.840 --> 23:25.840] because I can't get but just a very small amount of support from some very consistent and the ones that are doing it know who you are. [23:25.840 --> 23:30.840] I am very grateful to those that do contribute what they have been able to so far. [23:30.840 --> 23:33.840] But, folks, we need your help. [23:33.840 --> 23:37.840] We absolutely need your help. [23:37.840 --> 23:43.840] I spend far more time researching what I do for this show than I do anything else. [23:43.840 --> 23:45.840] I wish it could be different. [23:45.840 --> 23:48.840] I wish we weren't in a state where that was necessary. [23:48.840 --> 23:50.840] But until then, it's a fight. [23:50.840 --> 23:56.840] But while that fight is going on, there are still things on the home front that have to be dealt with. [23:56.840 --> 24:02.840] I personally have come so close to losing everything I own because I can't even afford to pay my storage bills. [24:02.840 --> 24:04.840] It's not even funny. [24:04.840 --> 24:09.840] But I don't live in a place of my own where I can anymore, thanks to the state stealing my business, [24:09.840 --> 24:16.840] so now I've got to pay storage and everything else until I can find a place to live and keep my things in. [24:16.840 --> 24:22.840] But the point being that while I'm doing all this, I'm not getting paid by anything else. [24:22.840 --> 24:23.840] Neither is Deborah. [24:23.840 --> 24:24.840] Neither is Randy. [24:24.840 --> 24:29.840] Randy's doing better now that he's getting the foreclosure stuff on a roll, and that's great. [24:29.840 --> 24:36.840] But the network itself still needs you folks listening in to help us. [24:36.840 --> 24:44.840] We can't continue to provide what we do and avoid having to pay what we have to pay to stay there. [24:44.840 --> 24:47.840] It's just impossible. [24:47.840 --> 24:54.840] And I, for one, am all for helping as many people as we can as often as we can. [24:54.840 --> 25:00.840] But if we're all dead broke and busted, how are we going to do that? [25:00.840 --> 25:04.840] People call all the time seeking advice from one thing or the other, [25:04.840 --> 25:13.840] but there's nothing forthcoming in any form of support or thank yous or anything else for the most part that keeps us going. [25:13.840 --> 25:17.840] And I'll do it to get richer or to make a lot of money. [25:17.840 --> 25:26.840] That's not why I do what I do, because I'm certainly failing miserable if that was the reason I was doing it. [25:26.840 --> 25:30.840] But folks, you're our lifeline, okay? [25:30.840 --> 25:35.840] You're the ones that keep us where we can do this, [25:35.840 --> 25:40.840] so that you've got something to listen to besides the talking heads on the major media [25:40.840 --> 25:45.840] that most of you, if you hadn't found someplace like Rule of Law or Alex Jones, [25:45.840 --> 25:50.840] would still be sleeping with your heads in the sand. [25:50.840 --> 25:55.840] America's waking up, but they aren't waking up fast enough, [25:55.840 --> 26:00.840] at least not so fast that I've seen anything major shift lately. [26:00.840 --> 26:06.840] We've made some accomplishments and blocked a few things that government's been trying to do, [26:06.840 --> 26:09.840] but we're not out of the woods. We're not even close. [26:09.840 --> 26:17.840] This has been going on for too long. We're not going to get out of it overnight. [26:17.840 --> 26:25.840] But as Deborah says, we're not funded by anybody like the RAND Corporation or anything else. [26:25.840 --> 26:32.840] We get our money that we do get from supporters that appreciate what we do. [26:32.840 --> 26:38.840] And right now, there aren't enough of those to go around. [26:38.840 --> 26:45.840] And the one thing I've noticed after all these years of dealing with folks in the Patriot community, [26:45.840 --> 26:49.840] we love far too much to get everything for free. [26:49.840 --> 26:54.840] We're almost as bad as the welfare recipients that won't go out and find a job [26:54.840 --> 26:59.840] because we love to get all the free information on what we can do and how we can do it, [26:59.840 --> 27:04.840] but we really don't do anything to financially support those that spend all their time [27:04.840 --> 27:09.840] and effort in bringing that information to us. [27:09.840 --> 27:13.840] I mean, and that's a shame. It's a crying shame. [27:13.840 --> 27:19.840] Because you cannot fight a war without the money to carry it on, [27:19.840 --> 27:25.840] whether it be a war of information or it be one on an actual battlefield. [27:25.840 --> 27:28.840] Without finances, it doesn't happen. [27:28.840 --> 27:35.840] And whatever cause that may have prevailed is lost for lack of money. [27:35.840 --> 27:37.840] Yeah, folks, we really do need your help. [27:37.840 --> 27:42.840] And, you know, it hurts to have to pass a tip hat for yourself, so to speak. [27:42.840 --> 27:44.840] I won't do it for the band. [27:44.840 --> 27:47.840] You know, that's why we just don't have gigs anymore. [27:47.840 --> 27:50.840] If we can't get somebody to pass the tip hat for us, then we just don't get paid, [27:50.840 --> 27:53.840] because I'm not going to jump off stage and go pass the tip hat and beg for money. [27:53.840 --> 27:58.840] But, you know, and it's a shame that Eddie is pushed to this point [27:58.840 --> 28:00.840] and that we're all pushed to this point. [28:00.840 --> 28:04.840] But, folks, I'll tell you, Randy and I just spent almost $2,000 of our own money [28:04.840 --> 28:09.840] to upgrade equipment here at the network, because we had our main workstation go down. [28:09.840 --> 28:10.840] All right? [28:10.840 --> 28:12.840] And we didn't make a big deal about it, [28:12.840 --> 28:15.840] but we did have to run archives for like three nights in a row. [28:15.840 --> 28:18.840] And I made a post on the Web site that we had to run archives [28:18.840 --> 28:21.840] while I was setting up an emergency situation. [28:21.840 --> 28:25.840] And the last two weeks, I've done nothing but rebuild the computer, [28:25.840 --> 28:27.840] the main workstation. [28:27.840 --> 28:30.840] And I'll tell you what really hurts more than anything [28:30.840 --> 28:33.840] is that during the time that we had to run some archives, [28:33.840 --> 28:36.840] I got some subscription cancellations for donations. [28:36.840 --> 28:39.840] You know, like people think we're not doing a good enough job, [28:39.840 --> 28:43.840] and so we have to run archives for three days, and people start canceling [28:43.840 --> 28:46.840] their monthly donation subscriptions to us. [28:46.840 --> 28:49.840] Now, folks, that hurts. [28:49.840 --> 28:53.840] I mean, we're on the air live as much as we can. [28:53.840 --> 28:55.840] You know, we are giving everything for this. [28:55.840 --> 28:58.840] We do need help. [28:58.840 --> 29:01.840] So I would really appreciate those of you who canceled [29:01.840 --> 29:03.840] the monthly subscription donation, [29:03.840 --> 29:06.840] if you didn't do it for your own financial reasons, [29:06.840 --> 29:07.840] to please reinstate those. [29:07.840 --> 29:09.840] And folks, if you look on the donation page, [29:09.840 --> 29:12.840] that's why we have a monthly subscription, all right, [29:12.840 --> 29:14.840] where you can set a different, you know, [29:14.840 --> 29:16.840] there's a few different options of different monthly subscription amounts, [29:16.840 --> 29:18.840] so you don't have to think about it. [29:18.840 --> 29:19.840] You just do it. [29:19.840 --> 29:22.840] I mean, we do need your help. [29:22.840 --> 29:24.840] We're about to launch an advertising campaign, [29:24.840 --> 29:27.840] so we can start getting syndicated to get the word out to more people. [29:27.840 --> 29:29.840] So, folks, please help us out. [29:29.840 --> 29:30.840] Support our sponsors. [29:30.840 --> 29:32.840] Give us some donations. [29:32.840 --> 29:37.840] You know, Randy and I are, like I said, we're really struggling here. [29:37.840 --> 29:43.840] All right, we just spent a lot of money just to keep us on the air. [29:43.840 --> 29:45.840] All right, we've got some callers on the line. [29:45.840 --> 29:59.840] We'll be back in a few moments. [29:59.840 --> 30:02.840] Top ten reasons to question the official story of the Oklahoma City bombing. [30:02.840 --> 30:04.840] Number nine, the Extra Lake. [30:04.840 --> 30:08.840] Former Oklahoma State Medical Examiner Dr. Fred Jordan had stated, [30:08.840 --> 30:12.840] we had eight people with amputated left legs and nine left legs to account for. [30:12.840 --> 30:15.840] Chief pathologist for Northern Ireland, T.K. Marshall, [30:15.840 --> 30:18.840] who performed over 2,500 autopsies in his time, stated, [30:18.840 --> 30:20.840] there's never been an unknown victim. [30:20.840 --> 30:23.840] This leg belonged to a perpetrator close enough to the bomb [30:23.840 --> 30:26.840] for his body to be damaged, leaving only a left leg behind. [30:26.840 --> 30:27.840] Who was this person? [30:27.840 --> 30:31.840] Please go to okcbombingtruth.com. [30:31.840 --> 30:34.840] Eyes may soon be windows to more than our souls [30:34.840 --> 30:37.840] if the government test of iris scanning expands. [30:37.840 --> 30:40.840] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be back in a moment to share more [30:40.840 --> 30:45.840] with you about how this tracking technology could undermine your civil liberties. [30:45.840 --> 30:47.840] Privacy is under attack. [30:47.840 --> 30:50.840] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [30:50.840 --> 30:55.840] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish, too. [30:55.840 --> 31:00.840] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. [31:00.840 --> 31:03.840] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [31:03.840 --> 31:06.840] This public service announcement is brought to you by Startpage.com, [31:06.840 --> 31:10.840] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [31:10.840 --> 31:13.840] Start over with Startpage. [31:13.840 --> 31:16.840] The eyes have it, a unique iris pattern, that is, [31:16.840 --> 31:20.840] and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is testing those patterns [31:20.840 --> 31:24.840] to identify and track people at the U.S. border in McAllen, Texas. [31:24.840 --> 31:26.840] While the government's current agenda is citizen safety, [31:26.840 --> 31:30.840] tracking technology actually makes us much less safe in the long run. [31:30.840 --> 31:34.840] Researchers have found a way to secretly scan people's irises from across a room, [31:34.840 --> 31:37.840] and once the government can track people, it can control them, too, [31:37.840 --> 31:40.840] hushing dissent and undermining civil liberties. [31:40.840 --> 31:43.840] We ignore these tracking technologies at our peril. [31:43.840 --> 31:46.840] Unless we speak out, today's scanning of aliens at the border [31:46.840 --> 31:51.840] will work its way deep into our communities tomorrow, minority report style. [31:51.840 --> 32:04.840] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [32:04.840 --> 32:21.840] Yeah, I got a warrant, and I'm gonna solve them, to the help of government them, prosecute them. Okay. [32:21.840 --> 32:49.840] Okay, folks, we're back. We're taking your calls. [32:49.840 --> 32:52.840] We've got Dawn from Georgia. [32:52.840 --> 32:55.840] Dawn, thanks for calling in. What is on your mind tonight? [32:55.840 --> 33:01.840] This is Dawn Kennedy, actually. She was our guest. Go ahead, Dawn. [33:01.840 --> 33:02.840] How is everybody? [33:02.840 --> 33:07.840] Well, we're broke and almost financially destitute [33:07.840 --> 33:14.840] over having to rebuild a lot of the equipment at the network, but we're hanging in there. [33:14.840 --> 33:21.840] I understand that. You know, it's funny, Eddie just said something that really kind of hit me, [33:21.840 --> 33:26.840] and I've been listening off when I've had the opportunity to be on the phone or on the computer. [33:26.840 --> 33:30.840] I've been traveling a lot with work again, and he says something about like-minded people, [33:30.840 --> 33:35.840] and it's funny because that is something that once you find like-minded people, [33:35.840 --> 33:38.840] it's something you really need to want to, in my opinion, that, you know, [33:38.840 --> 33:42.840] they're few and far between unless you are a mainstream kind of person, [33:42.840 --> 33:46.840] and most of the time, I'll be honest, they're uneducated. They don't look for themselves. [33:46.840 --> 33:51.840] They expect somebody to feed them the information, and they take it at face value. [33:51.840 --> 33:55.840] So in this type of organization, people are digging for themselves, [33:55.840 --> 34:00.840] and that like-mindedness is something that we really need to support. [34:00.840 --> 34:04.840] After I was on your show, I seamlessly plugged this thing, [34:04.840 --> 34:07.840] and I sent a letter to one of the deans at my law school, [34:07.840 --> 34:12.840] and she sent the archive link out to a number of professors. [34:12.840 --> 34:17.840] So hopefully, you'll be getting some good feedback from there. [34:17.840 --> 34:20.840] Well, good. That's great. I like that idea. [34:20.840 --> 34:23.840] Yeah, I did. I sent it out to a lot of people [34:23.840 --> 34:29.840] and got some very positive feedback from your show and how genuine you are [34:29.840 --> 34:36.840] and how honest you are and how you have educated people who are calling in [34:36.840 --> 34:41.840] and that it was very refreshing. [34:41.840 --> 34:42.840] Well, thank you, Don. [34:42.840 --> 34:44.840] Thank you. Appreciate all that. [34:44.840 --> 34:49.840] Yeah, and it was an excellent show when we had you on, too. You brought up some great points. [34:49.840 --> 34:52.840] Well, thanks. It was a lot of fun. [34:52.840 --> 34:58.840] Ultimately, you're getting the stuff out there, and we will have to find a way to support you. [34:58.840 --> 35:06.840] I did want to also let you know that our last social for the Federalist Society [35:06.840 --> 35:12.840] at the law school I attended, there were 73 members, and I have a very small school. [35:12.840 --> 35:15.840] So we're going pretty strong. We're looking for a few officers, [35:15.840 --> 35:21.840] but we actually have a pretty good core of people who are very conservative [35:21.840 --> 35:25.840] and believe in the Federalist values. [35:25.840 --> 35:29.840] Good. I'm glad you're successful on that front. [35:29.840 --> 35:33.840] That needs to happen in more groups and more places, [35:33.840 --> 35:37.840] and then we'll have the viral epidemic going on. [35:37.840 --> 35:40.840] Right. Yeah, just let it catch on. [35:40.840 --> 35:46.840] And once it catches fire, it will be very hard to put out. [35:46.840 --> 35:48.840] Absolutely. [35:48.840 --> 35:50.840] Well, we'll have to have you back as a guest again. [35:50.840 --> 35:56.840] It was some very interesting conversation, and hopefully we learn something in both directions. [35:56.840 --> 36:04.840] Oh, absolutely. Yeah, anytime. You just give me a ring, and I'd be happy to. [36:04.840 --> 36:06.840] All right. Good deal. Thank you, Don. [36:06.840 --> 36:07.840] All right. Thank you very much. [36:07.840 --> 36:08.840] Okay, thanks. [36:08.840 --> 36:09.840] And you guys keep up the great work, [36:09.840 --> 36:12.840] and I'm going to see what I can do around here about drumming up some business for you. [36:12.840 --> 36:13.840] Thank you. [36:13.840 --> 36:14.840] Thanks, Don. [36:14.840 --> 36:16.840] You do a lot of important work. [36:16.840 --> 36:18.840] All right. Thank you. We appreciate it. [36:18.840 --> 36:19.840] All right. You have a good evening. [36:19.840 --> 36:23.840] And folks out there, if you can't afford to send us any donations, [36:23.840 --> 36:26.840] why don't you help us find some sponsors, okay? [36:26.840 --> 36:28.840] We need help with sponsors, too. [36:28.840 --> 36:30.840] We need help with everything. [36:30.840 --> 36:32.840] The reason Eddie's on telephone right now [36:32.840 --> 36:37.840] and the reason he's on telephone on Friday is because he lost his Internet, okay? [36:37.840 --> 36:42.840] We need to get Eddie back up on Internet so that we can have a high-quality broadcast again. [36:42.840 --> 36:45.840] All right, folks, we really are doing everything we can to hang on to this, [36:45.840 --> 36:54.840] but I have to say the donations have really, really gone down in the last several months, [36:54.840 --> 36:58.840] and I know it's not because we are providing a lack of quality. [36:58.840 --> 37:01.840] The stream numbers have actually been going up. [37:01.840 --> 37:08.840] The request for help from people in their e-mail box has quadrupled, all right? [37:08.840 --> 37:11.840] We've been getting more callers than ever, [37:11.840 --> 37:19.840] so it's not because we, you know, have a cut rate, you know, a low-quality service here. [37:19.840 --> 37:24.840] People just aren't helping us out, and we really do need the help, folks, okay? [37:24.840 --> 37:29.840] It's like we had a host on the network a while back who used to say, [37:29.840 --> 37:36.840] look, if we provide you guys quality service and you, you know, follow the techniques [37:36.840 --> 37:41.840] and you are successful in your endeavors, then why don't you cut us a check [37:41.840 --> 37:47.840] for maybe a third or half what you think you would have had to pay a lawyer for this, okay? [37:47.840 --> 37:50.840] Or even 10%, something. [37:50.840 --> 37:52.840] All right, we can't do this without you guys. [37:52.840 --> 37:58.840] I don't have an advertising and marketing team that's on the phone all day trying to get sponsors, all right? [37:58.840 --> 38:00.840] I'm not an advertising marketing person. [38:00.840 --> 38:03.840] That's not my field of expertise. [38:03.840 --> 38:07.840] All right, we need to hire a webmaster so we can have a slick-looking web interface [38:07.840 --> 38:10.840] so that we'll be able to promote and market. [38:10.840 --> 38:13.840] One of the reasons we haven't done a big marketing promotion campaign [38:13.840 --> 38:16.840] is because we don't have a slick-looking website. [38:16.840 --> 38:18.840] I do everything I can to maintain the website. [38:18.840 --> 38:19.840] I'm not a webmaster. [38:19.840 --> 38:22.840] I don't have time to learn how to program and flash and all these things. [38:22.840 --> 38:24.840] I'm an audio tech. [38:24.840 --> 38:25.840] I run the equipment. [38:25.840 --> 38:27.840] I produce radio shows six hours a day. [38:27.840 --> 38:32.840] I don't have time to be on the phone eight hours a day to try to get sponsors and help, you know? [38:32.840 --> 38:36.840] Yeah, and on top of that, I mean, let's consider the numbers. [38:36.840 --> 38:42.840] If we've got hundreds of listeners, I mean, $10 a month from each one of those listeners [38:42.840 --> 38:48.840] would go a long way to helping us out, just $10 a month from hundreds of listeners, [38:48.840 --> 38:52.840] thousands of listeners, $10 a month even better. [38:52.840 --> 38:55.840] It's not like we're asking for an arm and a leg here, folks. [38:55.840 --> 38:56.840] Right. [38:56.840 --> 38:58.840] It's just we need help. [38:58.840 --> 38:59.840] I mean... [38:59.840 --> 39:00.840] We just can't do it without you. [39:00.840 --> 39:06.840] You look at people, entities like Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network, okay? [39:06.840 --> 39:10.840] They have employees, people that work for them. [39:10.840 --> 39:16.840] Alex has a whole team, 20, 30 people maybe, just for his show alone, all right? [39:16.840 --> 39:20.840] GCN has a full staff of people too. [39:20.840 --> 39:23.840] We don't have a staff here, all right? [39:23.840 --> 39:28.840] I'm pretty much doing everything all by myself when it comes to technical stuff. [39:28.840 --> 39:31.840] And Eddie and Randy are doing everything by themselves. [39:31.840 --> 39:35.840] All the other hosts on the network, they're doing everything by themselves, [39:35.840 --> 39:36.840] researching for their shows. [39:36.840 --> 39:38.840] We're all putting in everything for this, folks. [39:38.840 --> 39:45.840] So we do need your help, and we do need to increase, not be languishing like this. [39:45.840 --> 39:46.840] It's just not... [39:46.840 --> 39:49.840] It's not a respectable situation, I would say. [39:49.840 --> 39:50.840] All right, we're going to go. [39:50.840 --> 39:52.840] Enough of that for now. [39:52.840 --> 39:55.840] We're going to go now to Charlie in Missouri. [39:55.840 --> 39:56.840] Charlie, thanks for calling in. [39:56.840 --> 40:00.840] What's on your mind tonight? [40:00.840 --> 40:01.840] Hello? [40:01.840 --> 40:02.840] Yes, Charlie, what's on your mind tonight? [40:02.840 --> 40:05.840] Can you please turn the radio off in the background? [40:05.840 --> 40:06.840] No, I don't have a radio on. [40:06.840 --> 40:07.840] Okay. [40:07.840 --> 40:09.840] I don't have anything, I don't think. [40:09.840 --> 40:10.840] Okay, maybe just a little feedback. [40:10.840 --> 40:11.840] Go ahead. [40:11.840 --> 40:12.840] Yeah, sorry. [40:12.840 --> 40:15.840] Anyway, I want to thank you all for everything that you've done. [40:15.840 --> 40:19.840] And I hear your call, and I know just exactly what you're talking about, [40:19.840 --> 40:24.840] because I am in here in Missouri, and I'm, you know, [40:24.840 --> 40:26.840] I'm just one of the people trying to fight. [40:26.840 --> 40:30.840] And I've got, you know, I tell everybody that I know. [40:30.840 --> 40:40.840] And I have, as a matter of fact, I have sent out, I even published letters to things like, [40:40.840 --> 40:43.840] I don't know if you get Craigslist there, I guess you do, [40:43.840 --> 40:49.840] and some other places asking for people if they want to get involved, [40:49.840 --> 40:51.840] if they want to understand law. [40:51.840 --> 40:55.840] And I have got zero responses in six months. [40:55.840 --> 40:57.840] So I know exactly what you're talking about. [40:57.840 --> 41:00.840] And then I talk to people all the time that have problems. [41:00.840 --> 41:03.840] They're tired of the red lights. [41:03.840 --> 41:09.840] They're tired of the ordinance things, the trash violations and things. [41:09.840 --> 41:15.840] And then when I talk to them, and I try to explain, it's just like they don't, [41:15.840 --> 41:21.840] they care, and they're mad, but they don't want to do anything. [41:21.840 --> 41:26.840] And I'm just boggled, and it blows my mind. [41:26.840 --> 41:29.840] So I know exactly where you're coming from. [41:29.840 --> 41:33.840] Now, in my instance, I try to support you. [41:33.840 --> 41:39.840] I've bought, you know, Eddie's stuff, and I've bought Jurisdictionary, [41:39.840 --> 41:44.840] and I do what I can do in that regard, but I'm like you guys. [41:44.840 --> 41:49.840] I'm like, I don't understand because this is everything that we stand for. [41:49.840 --> 41:52.840] And even when I talk to people, I tell them, you know, [41:52.840 --> 41:54.840] they want to know, they think I'm crazy, and I tell them, [41:54.840 --> 41:58.840] I do this for my kids and my grandkids and your kids and your family. [41:58.840 --> 42:02.840] And so the only thing I can say in that regard is, like, [42:02.840 --> 42:04.840] I know exactly what you're talking about, [42:04.840 --> 42:06.840] and I wish people would get more involved. [42:06.840 --> 42:09.840] And, you know, I haven't thought about it, [42:09.840 --> 42:12.840] but I can certainly afford $10 a month. [42:12.840 --> 42:17.840] I mean, I'm not totally broke, but, you know, I have no money. [42:17.840 --> 42:20.840] But, you know, I try to do what I can. [42:20.840 --> 42:22.840] I try to do it to help other people. [42:22.840 --> 42:26.840] So it's a shame, and I don't understand. [42:26.840 --> 42:30.840] And I've got Eddie's package, and I'm sitting here, [42:30.840 --> 42:36.840] and I probably, I just purchased the package like the seminar. [42:36.840 --> 42:41.840] I purchased it, geez, not too long ago, two weeks ago. [42:41.840 --> 42:43.840] But in two weeks, I've probably got, [42:43.840 --> 42:47.840] I've got to convert it over to Missouri stuff. [42:47.840 --> 42:49.840] That's awesome, Charlie. [42:49.840 --> 42:53.840] I've got, I've probably got already in two weeks. [42:53.840 --> 43:00.840] I know in two weeks I've got 40 hours of my time just trying to convert it over to Missouri law. [43:00.840 --> 43:02.840] And Missouri law is not like Texas law. [43:02.840 --> 43:03.840] Texas law is great. [43:03.840 --> 43:05.840] I see the statutes and the stuff, [43:05.840 --> 43:08.840] because when I look at the stuff that Eddie's presented, [43:08.840 --> 43:12.840] I go to the Texas statute, and then I try to find it in Missouri statute. [43:12.840 --> 43:14.840] And it's like almost impossible, [43:14.840 --> 43:18.840] because they try to really, it's really subterfuge, it's hidden. [43:18.840 --> 43:22.840] And it's like, it takes me hours to research, [43:22.840 --> 43:27.840] because I don't want to present the wrong stuff, but I'm converting it. [43:27.840 --> 43:29.840] That's excellent. [43:29.840 --> 43:35.840] Yeah, that's exactly why I try to point out I can't be an expert in every state for exactly that reason. [43:35.840 --> 43:36.840] Right. [43:36.840 --> 43:39.840] All right, hang on the line, Charlie, we're going to break. [43:39.840 --> 43:40.840] All right. [43:40.840 --> 43:44.840] Okay, and I'll also add that I provide the archives for free. [43:44.840 --> 43:48.840] All right, most networks and shows charge for the archives. [43:48.840 --> 43:51.840] Some even charge for the subscription to the stream itself. [43:51.840 --> 43:53.840] So come on, folks, give us a little love here. [43:53.840 --> 44:07.840] We'll be right back. [44:23.840 --> 44:48.840] All right. [44:48.840 --> 45:01.840] All right. [45:01.840 --> 45:07.840] More energy, stronger immune power, improved sense of well-being. [45:07.840 --> 45:11.840] How many supplements have you heard boast of these benefits? [45:11.840 --> 45:17.840] The team behind Centrition believes that supplements should over-deliver on their promises. [45:17.840 --> 45:20.840] And Centrition does just that. [45:20.840 --> 45:25.840] Centrition utilizes the ancient healing wisdom of Chinese medicine. [45:25.840 --> 45:28.840] In conjunction with the science of modern nutrition, [45:28.840 --> 45:31.840] adaptogenic herbs serve as the healing component, [45:31.840 --> 45:37.840] and organic hemp protein in greens and superfoods act as a balanced nutrient base. [45:37.840 --> 45:41.840] Plus, Centrition tastes great in just water. [45:41.840 --> 45:47.840] This powder supplement is everything you'd want in a product, and it's all natural. [45:47.840 --> 45:55.840] Visit Centrition.com to order yours or call 1-866-497-7436. [45:55.840 --> 46:14.840] After you use Centrition, you'll believe in supplements again. [46:14.840 --> 46:22.840] Okay, folks, we are taking your calls, 512-646-1984. [46:22.840 --> 46:25.840] We are speaking now with Charlie in Missouri. [46:25.840 --> 46:28.840] Okay, Charlie, please go ahead. [46:28.840 --> 46:34.840] Well, another thing I wanted to add, if I could, hopefully other people from Missouri are listening here. [46:34.840 --> 46:37.840] If it's okay, can I get my email address out over the radio, [46:37.840 --> 46:41.840] so maybe somebody in Missouri will contact me and we can work on this together? [46:41.840 --> 46:43.840] Sure, go ahead. [46:43.840 --> 46:52.840] My email address is fathercb, because I'm Charlie Bishop, fathercb, at gmail.com. [46:52.840 --> 46:56.840] And if anybody is listening that wants to participate in helping me convert this stuff, [46:56.840 --> 47:00.840] because, you know, just like Eddie said, I mean, you've got this rabbit trail stuff. [47:00.840 --> 47:02.840] You've got to go back and back and back. [47:02.840 --> 47:08.840] By the time I've started looking for something from Texas to convert it, [47:08.840 --> 47:15.840] you know, I've spent hours and I'm down on some other trail that I don't even hardly remember where I started from. [47:15.840 --> 47:17.840] So I know how difficult it is. [47:17.840 --> 47:22.840] In the meantime, I've got my own cases going on and things happening here. [47:22.840 --> 47:29.840] And it's amazing because a lot of the people I know, everybody is standing up going, [47:29.840 --> 47:32.840] you know, I can't believe I got this in the mail. [47:32.840 --> 47:35.840] And then when I ask them if they want to do something, they don't want to do anything. [47:35.840 --> 47:39.840] It's just, I don't know. I don't know where to go with all that. [47:39.840 --> 47:43.840] But I know what I have to do and I know the direction that I have to go. [47:43.840 --> 47:49.840] And I don't have the time to do this either, but I do it and I find the time because I have to. [47:49.840 --> 47:53.840] And everybody thinks I'm stupid, but I don't think I'm stupid. [47:53.840 --> 47:59.840] Well, if it's any consolation, there is at least one family there in Missouri that actually, [47:59.840 --> 48:05.840] she came to the seminar that I gave in Austin and she has the material and everything. [48:05.840 --> 48:10.840] And if she's listening, they will most likely be getting in touch with you simply [48:10.840 --> 48:15.840] because they're like-minded like you and I in trying to get this done. [48:15.840 --> 48:23.840] In fact, they have managed to work through a couple of cases they've been working on with material. [48:23.840 --> 48:26.840] Well, while they do, I've got like three cases myself. [48:26.840 --> 48:29.840] And it seems like, you know, every time, to tell you the truth, [48:29.840 --> 48:32.840] I started listening to the rule of law just by chance. [48:32.840 --> 48:37.840] And then as I started listening to the rule of law radio, bam, I get a ticket. [48:37.840 --> 48:40.840] How did you find out about us, Charlie? [48:40.840 --> 48:44.840] Well, I actually found out about you through George Gordon. [48:44.840 --> 48:45.840] Oh. [48:45.840 --> 48:46.840] I don't know if you know George. [48:46.840 --> 48:49.840] He's down here and that was a long time ago. [48:49.840 --> 48:54.840] And I don't, actually, I wonder about George because I haven't heard anything from George [48:54.840 --> 48:57.840] and I don't know that George is even on the air anymore. [48:57.840 --> 48:59.840] Well, George does podcasting. [48:59.840 --> 49:04.840] And so that's really pretty much one of the only reasons why we don't carry him on this network [49:04.840 --> 49:06.840] because I only do live shows. [49:06.840 --> 49:09.840] I won't rerun people's podcasts. [49:09.840 --> 49:14.840] So if people want to broadcast on this network, they have to do it live. [49:14.840 --> 49:16.840] But yeah, he's got good information. [49:16.840 --> 49:18.840] He's got really good stuff. [49:18.840 --> 49:19.840] Yeah, he does. [49:19.840 --> 49:21.840] And, you know, he does. [49:21.840 --> 49:23.840] And I hope George is okay. [49:23.840 --> 49:25.840] I haven't heard anything from George for some time. [49:25.840 --> 49:30.840] So, but anyway, that's how I started. [49:30.840 --> 49:36.840] And it just, the more I learn, the more trouble I get myself into. [49:36.840 --> 49:39.840] I don't know why that is, but it is. [49:39.840 --> 49:45.840] But I don't mind because I like the trouble because I want to defend, help defend our rights. [49:45.840 --> 49:48.840] Well, I think I can help you understand that. [49:48.840 --> 49:49.840] Think of it like this. [49:49.840 --> 49:54.840] When you're in an area that's covered with fire ant hills, you usually wind up with a bigger problem [49:54.840 --> 49:57.840] the more of them you kick over at once. [49:57.840 --> 50:02.840] And doing what you're doing and what I'm doing, that's what we do, [50:02.840 --> 50:07.840] is we kick over as many ant hills as we can reach. [50:07.840 --> 50:14.840] Well, hopefully, you know, I tell you, you guys, you kind of got it made in Texas [50:14.840 --> 50:19.840] because the way they, because I read both statutes, [50:19.840 --> 50:25.840] and the way they have yours laid out is so much more, I don't know how to put it. [50:25.840 --> 50:28.840] It's just accessible to the public. [50:28.840 --> 50:32.840] Yeah, and Missouri here, they hide everything. [50:32.840 --> 50:33.840] They hide everything. [50:33.840 --> 50:40.840] And then when I just give up and I figure we don't have that here, then bam, I find it. [50:40.840 --> 50:41.840] What do you mean? [50:41.840 --> 50:43.840] You can't just look up Missouri statutes online? [50:43.840 --> 50:47.840] Well, you can, but things like, well, like today, for example, [50:47.840 --> 50:52.840] I probably spent four hours today trying to find out the prosecutor, [50:52.840 --> 50:57.840] the information on the prosecutor, because some of Eddie's stuff says that the prosecutor, [50:57.840 --> 50:59.840] you know, he's got obligations. [50:59.840 --> 51:01.840] What was it I was looking for? [51:01.840 --> 51:08.840] Obligations to, you know, make sure that all the evidence is brought out [51:08.840 --> 51:10.840] and he just can't hide evidence. [51:10.840 --> 51:17.840] So I spent four hours looking for that in Missouri, and I couldn't find it anywhere. [51:17.840 --> 51:25.840] And I was researching something else, and I found the prosecutor's duties under some hidden statute. [51:25.840 --> 51:29.840] I mean, it's just not set out just like it is in Texas. [51:29.840 --> 51:37.840] It says right under your, the basic guidelines of the prosecutor from what Eddie's material says, [51:37.840 --> 51:41.840] comes right out from says what his duties and obligations are. [51:41.840 --> 51:47.840] Well, that's all hidden in Missouri, and it's very difficult to find. [51:47.840 --> 51:50.840] And so it's there, so I found it. [51:50.840 --> 51:56.840] So now I can transcribe that over to Eddie's materials as far as, you know, [51:56.840 --> 52:02.840] applying it to the package that, Eddie's traffic package. [52:02.840 --> 52:10.840] But still, even as I'm going through that, the basic laws are the same, [52:10.840 --> 52:13.840] because the traffic laws are the same. [52:13.840 --> 52:16.840] The traffic is commercial. [52:16.840 --> 52:20.840] You can't overlook that, period. [52:20.840 --> 52:24.840] But to find the way they lay out the statutes in Texas [52:24.840 --> 52:28.840] compared to the way they lay out the statutes in Missouri, like in Missouri, [52:28.840 --> 52:33.840] I always feel like when I'm looking through them, I'm feeling like they know Texas exists, [52:33.840 --> 52:36.840] so let's try to hide this stuff from Missourians. [52:36.840 --> 52:38.840] That's the way I feel when I'm looking at it. [52:38.840 --> 52:45.840] Well, if it's any consolation, the old set of statutes were a lot like what you're describing in Missouri. [52:45.840 --> 52:51.840] The one thing they have been doing since 63 is trying to revise our statutes to make them better laid out, [52:51.840 --> 52:57.840] easier referenced, and more ability to cross-index them so you can find them easier. [52:57.840 --> 53:02.840] And I guess we're very fortunate that they've been doing that. [53:02.840 --> 53:07.840] But there's also a hidden agenda in that that I've managed to locate as well, [53:07.840 --> 53:14.840] and that is that they use these revising of the statutes to introduce language [53:14.840 --> 53:20.840] and punctuation changes that completely alter the meaning of the statute. [53:20.840 --> 53:22.840] And so you've got to be real wary. [53:22.840 --> 53:26.840] That's why I'm knowing the history of your code is very important, [53:26.840 --> 53:32.840] because you can catch where they've done this if you know what the history of your code is. [53:32.840 --> 53:33.840] Exactly. [53:33.840 --> 53:35.840] And I feel that they've done the same. [53:35.840 --> 53:42.840] They've done it here more completely than they have in Texas, and I can see that now that I'm aware. [53:42.840 --> 53:48.840] And anyway, I really hope that I can encourage more people, and I try here. [53:48.840 --> 53:49.840] I want you guys to know that. [53:49.840 --> 53:53.840] It's not financial support, but it's moral support. [53:53.840 --> 53:57.840] I try constantly to try to get people to pay attention and to help me. [53:57.840 --> 54:01.840] And to tell you the truth, I've been doing it for about six months here, [54:01.840 --> 54:07.840] and I don't understand, but I know your frustration because I don't get a lot of support in that regard. [54:07.840 --> 54:11.840] I get a lot of people rooting me on, but I don't get any other. [54:11.840 --> 54:16.840] Yeah, cheerleaders are great, but what's the point if you don't have a data prom, you know? [54:16.840 --> 54:18.840] Now, I wanted to bring something up to you. [54:18.840 --> 54:23.840] Yeah, I wanted to bring a certain case up to you that I've got going on. [54:23.840 --> 54:28.840] Ask your opinion about what you might do if you were in my shoes. [54:28.840 --> 54:35.840] I recently got pulled over. [54:35.840 --> 54:39.840] Now, this was before I got your package, too, but I did know. [54:39.840 --> 54:41.840] I've been listening to you guys for some time. [54:41.840 --> 54:46.840] But I got pulled over, and the officer told me I ran a stop sign, [54:46.840 --> 54:48.840] and I told him that was impossible. [54:48.840 --> 54:51.840] And in all reality, I didn't run it anyway. [54:51.840 --> 54:54.840] But he said I did, and I said that was impossible. [54:54.840 --> 54:56.840] He asked for my driver's license. [54:56.840 --> 54:57.840] I gave it to him. [54:57.840 --> 55:00.840] I said it's impossible for me to run a stop sign. [55:00.840 --> 55:03.840] I went to court, and the first thing I did is I abated my name [55:03.840 --> 55:06.840] because I know my name and I know those procedures. [55:06.840 --> 55:12.840] I didn't use your information, but I did use a similar one to abate my name. [55:12.840 --> 55:20.840] As soon as I abated my name, the judge had the bailiff take me down. [55:20.840 --> 55:23.840] He ordered the bailiff to take me down and fingerprint me. [55:23.840 --> 55:25.840] I told him I objected. [55:25.840 --> 55:27.840] I've already told him who I am. [55:27.840 --> 55:28.840] They went down. [55:28.840 --> 55:30.840] They fingerprinted me anyway. [55:30.840 --> 55:34.840] I told the people, the officers that were taking my fingerprints, [55:34.840 --> 55:39.840] that this was a violation of my rights, that I didn't need to be fingerprinted. [55:39.840 --> 55:40.840] I told the judge who I was. [55:40.840 --> 55:42.840] They told me I had no rights. [55:42.840 --> 55:45.840] They fingerprinted me anyway over my objection. [55:45.840 --> 55:48.840] They took me back up to the court, and the judge said, and I told the judge, [55:48.840 --> 55:52.840] he said they tried to get me to sign this card that said these were my fingerprints, [55:52.840 --> 55:55.840] and when they did, I looked at the name on the fingerprint card. [55:55.840 --> 55:57.840] It was all in capital letters. [55:57.840 --> 56:01.840] So I said I can't sign that because that's not me. [56:01.840 --> 56:03.840] Good for you, Charlie. [56:03.840 --> 56:04.840] Pardon me? [56:04.840 --> 56:05.840] Good for you. [56:05.840 --> 56:10.840] Yeah, well, they, yeah, because it's not. [56:10.840 --> 56:16.840] And they said, I asked the officer specifically, I said, you know, [56:16.840 --> 56:17.840] what do you want me to sign here? [56:17.840 --> 56:20.840] And he said, I want you to sign saying these fingerprints are yours. [56:20.840 --> 56:24.840] And I said, well, they're not because they can't be because that's not my name. [56:24.840 --> 56:28.840] And so they, now during this process, of course, they were cucking at me [56:28.840 --> 56:32.840] and just doing all kinds of threatening things to me. [56:32.840 --> 56:34.840] And I'm like, well, you know, you can do whatever you want. [56:34.840 --> 56:35.840] That's not me. [56:35.840 --> 56:37.840] So they took me, they said they didn't know what to do, [56:37.840 --> 56:39.840] so they took me back up in front of the judge. [56:39.840 --> 56:41.840] This is in the municipal court. [56:41.840 --> 56:43.840] No, a court, not a record. [56:43.840 --> 56:46.840] They took me back up in front of the judge, and they told the judge what I did, [56:46.840 --> 56:49.840] and I told the judge that I didn't really tell the judge anything. [56:49.840 --> 56:51.840] I said I've already told you who I am. [56:51.840 --> 56:55.840] And he threw me in jail for contempt of court. [56:55.840 --> 57:01.840] So I sat in jail for almost two hours, and the judge really wanted, [57:01.840 --> 57:06.840] I had a friend of mine in court with me, and the judge wanted me back up in front of him, [57:06.840 --> 57:09.840] but thank goodness I was able to come up with a bond, [57:09.840 --> 57:13.840] and I got out of that place just as quick as possible [57:13.840 --> 57:17.840] because I know that the last thing I want to be thrown in jail for is contempt of court. [57:17.840 --> 57:26.840] And so I paid the bail, and now I've moved all his cases to circuit court. [57:26.840 --> 57:35.840] But, okay, I've got a question. What was the charge he put you in jail for? [57:35.840 --> 57:38.840] Failure to... [57:38.840 --> 57:43.840] Oh, geez, what is it? Failure to... [57:43.840 --> 57:48.840] It wasn't failure to identify. It was... [57:48.840 --> 57:50.840] Tell me out, Eddie. [57:50.840 --> 57:55.840] Failure to comply what? I mean, I don't know. [57:55.840 --> 57:56.840] Geez, what was it? [57:56.840 --> 58:00.840] I mean, I'm still trying to figure out what a judge could hold you contempt of [58:00.840 --> 58:02.840] when he didn't order you to do anything. [58:02.840 --> 58:04.840] Oh, you got some music coming again. [58:04.840 --> 58:06.840] Yeah, just hold on the line, Charlie. [58:06.840 --> 58:08.840] Frank and David, we see you there. Just stay on the line. [58:08.840 --> 58:10.840] We'll take you after the next hour. [58:10.840 --> 58:15.840] So, Charlie, did they... You never signed the card on that fingerprint card, right? [58:15.840 --> 58:18.840] No, I didn't sign that, but I'll tell you what I did sign and why. [58:18.840 --> 58:20.840] Okay, all right. You can tell us on the other side of the break. [58:20.840 --> 58:25.840] All right, folks, we will be right back on the other side of this break. [58:25.840 --> 58:29.840] We got the top of the hour news coming up, INN World Report Radio. [59:20.840 --> 59:23.840] Thank you. [59:50.840 --> 01:00:04.840] This news brief brought to you by the International News Net. [01:00:04.840 --> 01:00:09.840] Non-UN sanctioned US drone attacks killed at least eight people in northwestern Pakistan [01:00:09.840 --> 01:00:14.840] over the weekend. In the first attack, a drone fired two missiles at two cars [01:00:14.840 --> 01:00:19.840] in an Afghan refugee camp in north Waziristan, killing six people. [01:00:19.840 --> 01:00:23.840] Later, a drone killed two people on a riverbank outside the camp. [01:00:23.840 --> 01:00:28.840] The US strikes were the ninth and tenth in Pakistan this month. [01:00:28.840 --> 01:00:34.840] Newly declassified US government documents have revealed US bombers flew nuclear rehearsal runs [01:00:34.840 --> 01:00:40.840] over Pyongyang during the Korean War in the 1950s. [01:00:40.840 --> 01:00:45.840] The California Department of Food and Agriculture has recently awarded $180,000 [01:00:45.840 --> 01:00:51.840] in federal grants to the Alliance for Food and Farming, a front group for pesticide suppliers. [01:00:51.840 --> 01:00:57.840] The grant money will go to a project titled Correcting Misconceptions about Pesticide Residues. [01:00:57.840 --> 01:01:02.840] AFP's website shows headlines such as Everything Doesn't Cause Cancer [01:01:02.840 --> 01:01:10.840] and promotes produce industry documents refuting a study linking pesticides to ADHD. [01:01:10.840 --> 01:01:15.840] In the US Monday, Columbus Day commemorated Christopher Columbus's 1492 landing [01:01:15.840 --> 01:01:19.840] in the New World on behalf of Spain. Over the centuries, [01:01:19.840 --> 01:01:25.840] historians have accumulated a thick dossier implicating Columbus in genocide and slave trading. [01:01:25.840 --> 01:01:30.840] After failing to find gold in the Bahamas, Columbus enslaved the inhabitants [01:01:30.840 --> 01:01:34.840] and occupied their territory in the name of spreading Christianity. [01:01:34.840 --> 01:01:40.840] The indigenous population of Haiti at the time of Columbus's arrival was between 1.5 and 3 million. [01:01:40.840 --> 01:01:44.840] 60 years later, every single native had been killed. [01:01:44.840 --> 01:01:47.840] According to a first-hand account, the Spanish, quote, [01:01:47.840 --> 01:01:52.840] strung their victims up with their feet just off the ground and then burned them alive [01:01:52.840 --> 01:01:58.840] 13 at a time in honor of our savior and the 12 apostles. [01:01:58.840 --> 01:02:03.840] In Hungary, residents were evacuated and soldiers were on standby Sunday [01:02:03.840 --> 01:02:09.840] when authorities feared a damaged reservoir wall could unleash a second wave of toxic sludge. [01:02:09.840 --> 01:02:13.840] The sludge from Monday's spill reached the River Danube Thursday, [01:02:13.840 --> 01:02:17.840] raising fears of wider contamination in Hungary and countries downstream [01:02:17.840 --> 01:02:22.840] including Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania and the Ukraine. [01:02:22.840 --> 01:02:28.840] However, water test results released Friday indicated the sludge may not harm the Danube after all. [01:02:28.840 --> 01:02:36.840] The acidity level of the Danube water was 8.5, slightly above normal but not dangerous and able to sustain life. [01:02:36.840 --> 01:02:42.840] Emergency workers have been pouring plaster and fertilizers on the sludge to try to counter its alkalinity. [01:02:42.840 --> 01:02:48.840] Hungary's Interior Ministry says wind-borne dust from dried sludge may also pose a threat. [01:02:48.840 --> 01:02:51.840] The exact chemical composition of the sludge has not been revealed, [01:02:51.840 --> 01:02:58.840] but aluminum processing normally involves compounds that include cyanide, cadmium and chromium. [01:03:22.840 --> 01:03:29.840] It's all according to the will of the Almighty [01:03:29.840 --> 01:03:36.840] I read his book and it says he cares not for the unsightly [01:03:36.840 --> 01:03:45.840] These warmongers come by that term rightly [01:03:45.840 --> 01:03:51.840] I won't pay for the war with my body [01:03:51.840 --> 01:03:55.840] Ain't gonna pay for the car with my money [01:03:55.840 --> 01:03:58.840] I won't pay for the fun with my body [01:03:58.840 --> 01:04:01.840] Their plans wicked and their logic shoddy [01:04:01.840 --> 01:04:05.840] I wanna pay for the war with my body [01:04:05.840 --> 01:04:09.840] I wanna fight in a war with my body [01:04:09.840 --> 01:04:13.840] I wanna fight in a war with my body [01:04:13.840 --> 01:04:15.840] I wanna fight in a war [01:04:43.840 --> 01:04:50.840] But I had to build this computer and set it up and program it and write new custom software for it and everything else. [01:04:50.840 --> 01:04:53.840] So that's what I've been doing for the last two weeks. [01:04:53.840 --> 01:04:56.840] And I launched the new system last night. [01:04:56.840 --> 01:05:02.840] And so now even, you know, this is just so you people know this is how we roll at rule of law radio. [01:05:02.840 --> 01:05:06.840] Something may happen to knock us down, but we get back up as stronger than ever. [01:05:06.840 --> 01:05:12.840] And so now with the new system, we are now broadcasting at 128K stereo for you folks. [01:05:12.840 --> 01:05:15.840] So the bumpers will sound better, the breaks will sound better. [01:05:15.840 --> 01:05:18.840] You'll be able to hear our voices with more clarity. [01:05:18.840 --> 01:05:29.840] So we were at 64K mono, but now we are at 128K stereos for your enjoyment and entertainment and education purposes. [01:05:29.840 --> 01:05:33.840] Okay, so we are going to continue now with Charlie in Missouri. [01:05:33.840 --> 01:05:35.840] Okay, Charlie, go ahead. [01:05:35.840 --> 01:05:38.840] What did you sign? [01:05:38.840 --> 01:05:39.840] Okay, well. [01:05:39.840 --> 01:05:42.840] You can go ahead. [01:05:42.840 --> 01:05:47.840] Okay, well, I went in front of the judge and the first thing I did is I evaded my name. [01:05:47.840 --> 01:05:57.840] And then he immediately ordered Bailiff and some of his goons to take me down and have me fingerprinted, which I objected to. [01:05:57.840 --> 01:06:01.840] And when I got down there and they were fingerprinting me, they were going to fingerprint me. [01:06:01.840 --> 01:06:03.840] I told them I wasn't going to allow them to do that. [01:06:03.840 --> 01:06:09.840] I told them that I had rights and they told me that the officers told me I had no rights [01:06:09.840 --> 01:06:12.840] and they were going to do whatever the judge told me to do. [01:06:12.840 --> 01:06:18.840] So they fingerprinted me and they wanted me to sign the fingerprint card saying that these were my fingerprints. [01:06:18.840 --> 01:06:19.840] And then I looked at the name. [01:06:19.840 --> 01:06:20.840] It was all capital letters. [01:06:20.840 --> 01:06:21.840] I said, that's not me. [01:06:21.840 --> 01:06:23.840] I can't sign that. [01:06:23.840 --> 01:06:29.840] So they took me back up in front of the judge and the judge said, well, he didn't allow me to say anything. [01:06:29.840 --> 01:06:38.840] He said, if this guy didn't want to tell us who he is, I did yell in there, I did yell that I am who I said I was and I told you who I was. [01:06:38.840 --> 01:06:45.840] But he ignored me and he told them to arrest me, take me down there and throw me in jail for contempt of court. [01:06:45.840 --> 01:06:50.840] And then so they took me down. [01:06:50.840 --> 01:06:51.840] They handcuffed me. [01:06:51.840 --> 01:06:52.840] They never read me my rights. [01:06:52.840 --> 01:06:54.840] They threw me in a jail cell. [01:06:54.840 --> 01:06:57.840] They made fun of me and cussed at me all the time and threatened me. [01:06:57.840 --> 01:07:00.840] And then they gave me, they made me pay. [01:07:00.840 --> 01:07:11.840] He told me the bond was going to be, I couldn't, there was no deals with the bond is what the judge said, $500, period, no deals. [01:07:11.840 --> 01:07:18.840] So I found somebody to give me $500 quick because the judge wanted, my girlfriend was in the courtroom. [01:07:18.840 --> 01:07:25.840] And the judge told them when the courtroom cleared out, he wanted me back up in front of him. [01:07:25.840 --> 01:07:29.840] So my girlfriend told me this because I was allowed to communicate with her. [01:07:29.840 --> 01:07:30.840] And so I paid the bond. [01:07:30.840 --> 01:07:32.840] I got out of jail. [01:07:32.840 --> 01:07:42.840] And they gave me for better to appear is what the contempt charge was. [01:07:42.840 --> 01:07:47.840] And then when I was getting out and we paid the $500, the officer that was down there, [01:07:47.840 --> 01:07:54.840] he tried to hand me a document signing all my rights to bail that I couldn't violate. [01:07:54.840 --> 01:08:01.840] And he handed me a paper that I had to sign with my name and all capital letters on it saying that, you know, [01:08:01.840 --> 01:08:05.840] I would have obliged to all these conditions if they were going to let me out. [01:08:05.840 --> 01:08:07.840] And I told him that that wasn't my name. [01:08:07.840 --> 01:08:09.840] I couldn't sign that paper. [01:08:09.840 --> 01:08:19.840] And he spit out a whole bunch of cuss words and threatened me and told me I'm going to sign it or he's going to lock me up forever. [01:08:19.840 --> 01:08:20.840] So I signed it. [01:08:20.840 --> 01:08:23.840] But when I signed it, I put down, I didn't know what to do. [01:08:23.840 --> 01:08:25.840] I was nervous and afraid. [01:08:25.840 --> 01:08:29.840] So I put down under order after I signed it. [01:08:29.840 --> 01:08:33.840] And then he had me sign a couple of other documents. [01:08:33.840 --> 01:08:36.840] And so I signed them and I got the heck out of there. [01:08:36.840 --> 01:08:45.840] And then when I got out of there, what I did is I went down and I had all those cases moved up to circuit court so the judge can't touch me anymore. [01:08:45.840 --> 01:08:52.840] Well, you shouldn't be filing criminal charges against the judge and the officers in question. [01:08:52.840 --> 01:08:55.840] First off, you did appear. [01:08:55.840 --> 01:08:57.840] You have witnesses that you appeared. [01:08:57.840 --> 01:09:02.840] So the empire charged by the judge for the contempt was completely bogus. [01:09:02.840 --> 01:09:05.840] That will be easy enough to show. [01:09:05.840 --> 01:09:12.840] The fact that you identified yourself to the judge will also be easy enough to show. [01:09:12.840 --> 01:09:18.840] So I would go straight after these guys with hobnail boots. [01:09:18.840 --> 01:09:23.840] Now, I did have a bunch of paperwork in my hands prepared to show the court on things that were signed. [01:09:23.840 --> 01:09:25.840] And they confiscated all those. [01:09:25.840 --> 01:09:27.840] They wouldn't give them back. [01:09:27.840 --> 01:09:30.840] And I don't know what happened to those paperwork. [01:09:30.840 --> 01:09:33.840] Hey, that's not funny. [01:09:33.840 --> 01:09:37.840] Or if they were wearing guns, it's arm wrestling, right? [01:09:37.840 --> 01:09:39.840] That's the way I would see it. [01:09:39.840 --> 01:09:49.840] My question is that should I wait until – now, I've moved this up to county court, which is court record. [01:09:49.840 --> 01:09:53.840] And so should I wait until that's adjudicated or should I just go forward? [01:09:53.840 --> 01:09:54.840] No. [01:09:54.840 --> 01:10:00.840] The entire reason you're in that court is because of the acts of this municipal judge and these municipal officers, right? [01:10:00.840 --> 01:10:01.840] Correct. [01:10:01.840 --> 01:10:06.840] You're going to challenge the entire case on everything they did wrong. [01:10:06.840 --> 01:10:12.840] Now, the other question here is, was the offense that you were in court for arrestable to begin with? [01:10:12.840 --> 01:10:13.840] No. [01:10:13.840 --> 01:10:20.840] They said I ran a stop sign and I wasn't driving on a commercial license, and I didn't run a stop sign anyway. [01:10:20.840 --> 01:10:21.840] So it doesn't even matter. [01:10:21.840 --> 01:10:22.840] Okay. [01:10:22.840 --> 01:10:30.840] But my question is, is in the Missouri statutes, the way they have them written, does it imply that you are substantially arrestable for that offense? [01:10:30.840 --> 01:10:31.840] No. [01:10:31.840 --> 01:10:32.840] Okay. [01:10:32.840 --> 01:10:39.840] Then by what authority did the judge order his thing printed, which is a booking process? [01:10:39.840 --> 01:10:40.840] Right. [01:10:40.840 --> 01:10:41.840] That's another thing. [01:10:41.840 --> 01:10:43.840] When they issued me the ticket, I didn't sign it. [01:10:43.840 --> 01:10:46.840] They didn't ask me to sign it, so I never promised to appear. [01:10:46.840 --> 01:10:49.840] So I promised – so I came to court. [01:10:49.840 --> 01:10:50.840] Okay. [01:10:50.840 --> 01:10:53.840] Well, then did they send you anything in the mail? [01:10:53.840 --> 01:10:54.840] No. [01:10:54.840 --> 01:10:55.840] They just handed me the ticket. [01:10:55.840 --> 01:11:00.840] Then the judge is royally hosed, and you need to make an example of him big time. [01:11:00.840 --> 01:11:04.840] You can't violate a promise to appear if such promise was never made. [01:11:04.840 --> 01:11:05.840] Yeah. [01:11:05.840 --> 01:11:06.840] No kidding. [01:11:06.840 --> 01:11:07.840] Yeah. [01:11:07.840 --> 01:11:08.840] It was never made. [01:11:08.840 --> 01:11:11.840] So do I take him to circuit court or do I take him to federal court? [01:11:11.840 --> 01:11:14.840] You can actually sue him in both. [01:11:14.840 --> 01:11:16.840] Sue him in both at the same time? [01:11:16.840 --> 01:11:17.840] Yep. [01:11:17.840 --> 01:11:19.840] If you want. [01:11:19.840 --> 01:11:21.840] Well, that's what I want. [01:11:21.840 --> 01:11:34.840] Section 1983, action in defense and whatever the state laws are regarding official oppression, abuse of official capacity, aggravated assault, the whole nine yards there in Missouri. [01:11:34.840 --> 01:11:41.840] Go after the judge for completely abusing the powers of his office. [01:11:41.840 --> 01:11:42.840] Well, that's what I'm going to do. [01:11:42.840 --> 01:11:45.840] I just didn't know – I wasn't certain in what order I should do it in. [01:11:45.840 --> 01:11:53.840] Now they're moved up to circuit court, so they're going to be notifying me about – and of course I had a recorder through the whole time, Eddie. [01:11:53.840 --> 01:11:55.840] I did take your advice on that. [01:11:55.840 --> 01:11:56.840] I had a recorder in my pocket. [01:11:56.840 --> 01:12:00.840] I recorded as much as I could up until the point that they arrested me. [01:12:00.840 --> 01:12:01.840] Good. [01:12:01.840 --> 01:12:03.840] Then do not turn the original over. [01:12:03.840 --> 01:12:14.840] Burn it to several CDs and take that to court with you and submit it as evidence in your case that you were going after the entire case based on criminal activity. [01:12:14.840 --> 01:12:19.840] Based on criminal activities of the judge and the police officers. [01:12:19.840 --> 01:12:20.840] Great. [01:12:20.840 --> 01:12:22.840] That's what I'm going to do. [01:12:22.840 --> 01:12:41.840] And D, as far as anything that I can do over here to help support you guys, I mean, I run a small construction company and I barely have enough work to survive myself. [01:12:41.840 --> 01:12:46.840] But I don't know what else that you've got to plan or anything. [01:12:46.840 --> 01:12:54.840] Well, if nothing else, then just find other business owners like yourself that are willing to contribute or sponsor the show. [01:12:54.840 --> 01:12:59.840] If they'll sponsor the show, that's just as good. [01:12:59.840 --> 01:13:00.840] Well, I try. [01:13:00.840 --> 01:13:07.840] And I need maybe – if you've got any ideas about how I might be able to go do that, I would go do that. [01:13:07.840 --> 01:13:11.840] I'm not real good at sales like that, but I would try. [01:13:11.840 --> 01:13:12.840] And I've tried personally. [01:13:12.840 --> 01:13:14.840] I can tell you I've tried. [01:13:14.840 --> 01:13:17.840] Well, it doesn't have to be treated like sales. [01:13:17.840 --> 01:13:30.840] You can just spread the word about us and tell them, you know, since you're a business owner, you might want to consider if you like what these people are talking about and what they do, consider sending them some money as a sponsor. [01:13:30.840 --> 01:13:32.840] They'll advertise you and everything. [01:13:32.840 --> 01:13:36.840] Just, you know, just consider it a paid ad service and then get going with them. [01:13:36.840 --> 01:13:44.840] Yeah, for Charlie, you know, since this is a radio network, this is not a radio station. [01:13:44.840 --> 01:13:45.840] It's a radio network. [01:13:45.840 --> 01:13:50.840] We do have radio stations, terrestrial AM and FM stations that are our affiliates. [01:13:50.840 --> 01:14:01.840] But since this is a network that's Internet-based and hopefully soon to be on satellite, the kinds of businesses that we need as sponsors are like Internet businesses, mail order things, [01:14:01.840 --> 01:14:18.840] because if it's a local business, local businesses do not really want to advertise on networks because it's Internet and there's no guarantee of any sort whatsoever that there's going to be a lot of people listening in that locality on the Internet. [01:14:18.840 --> 01:14:23.840] Now, if you had an FM or AM affiliate, that would be a different story. [01:14:23.840 --> 01:14:29.840] But why don't you send me an email, Charlie, and I'll discuss that more with you offline. [01:14:29.840 --> 01:14:32.840] I will, because that's kind of new to me, so I don't know. [01:14:32.840 --> 01:14:34.840] I will try to do whatever I can. [01:14:34.840 --> 01:14:35.840] All right. [01:14:35.840 --> 01:14:37.840] I wish I had more funds to dedicate to your service. [01:14:37.840 --> 01:14:38.840] That's all right. [01:14:38.840 --> 01:14:47.840] I mean, everyone's, you know, everyone's strapped, you know, but, you know, that's why I have the monthly subscription donations set up on the donation page. [01:14:47.840 --> 01:14:51.840] There's 10, 20, 50, 75, 100 bucks a month. [01:14:51.840 --> 01:14:56.840] If you want to donate more per month, then we certainly need the money. [01:14:56.840 --> 01:15:07.840] But just come on, folks, even $10, $20 a month, if everyone out there listening gave us a $10 or $20 subscription donation, we would be able to do so much with this network. [01:15:07.840 --> 01:15:12.840] I'd be able to get a webmaster to maintain the site and revamp the site. [01:15:12.840 --> 01:15:19.840] Randy is going to kick in some funds to get a webmaster to revamp the site, and we could have more people on staff on hand. [01:15:19.840 --> 01:15:21.840] I need to hire a call screener. [01:15:21.840 --> 01:15:23.840] I'm having to screen my own calls and my own show. [01:15:23.840 --> 01:15:24.840] That's outrageous. [01:15:24.840 --> 01:15:30.840] You know, we need, I need help with board ops to help so I can put on more shows. [01:15:30.840 --> 01:15:38.840] Right now we're only doing shows at night and one night on Sundays, on weeknights, because I'm having to run all the shows. [01:15:38.840 --> 01:15:39.840] I want to produce more shows. [01:15:39.840 --> 01:15:41.840] I want to put more good people on the air. [01:15:41.840 --> 01:15:42.840] But I need help. [01:15:42.840 --> 01:15:45.840] You know, I can't run the board 16 hours a day. [01:15:45.840 --> 01:15:46.840] I mean, that's ridiculous. [01:15:46.840 --> 01:15:51.840] So anyway, so just help how you can, Charlie, and we appreciate everything. [01:15:51.840 --> 01:15:54.840] All right, well, thanks for talking to me and thanks for taking my call. [01:15:54.840 --> 01:15:56.840] Okay, sure thing. [01:15:56.840 --> 01:15:57.840] All right. [01:15:57.840 --> 01:15:57.840] Okay. [01:15:57.840 --> 01:15:58.840] Have a good evening. [01:15:58.840 --> 01:15:59.840] You have a good evening. [01:15:59.840 --> 01:16:01.840] Thanks, Charlie. [01:16:01.840 --> 01:16:02.840] Okay, we're about to go to break. [01:16:02.840 --> 01:16:05.840] We do have a number of callers on the line. [01:16:05.840 --> 01:16:07.840] We've got Frank from New York. [01:16:07.840 --> 01:16:11.840] Frank, go ahead, and we will hold you over past the break. [01:16:11.840 --> 01:16:12.840] What's on your mind? [01:16:12.840 --> 01:16:13.840] Hi, Deborah. [01:16:13.840 --> 01:16:14.840] Hi, Randy. [01:16:14.840 --> 01:16:15.840] Hi, Eddie. [01:16:15.840 --> 01:16:24.840] I just want to thank you guys for everything you've done for everybody and myself first. [01:16:24.840 --> 01:16:34.840] I just felt I had to call in when I heard Eddie talking about people that don't appreciate. [01:16:34.840 --> 01:16:39.840] I think if they're listening in, they appreciate, but we need to start giving them some money. [01:16:39.840 --> 01:16:47.840] I don't want to make $7.61 a month on SSI, and I'm going to send them some money. [01:16:47.840 --> 01:16:48.840] Thank you, Frank. [01:16:48.840 --> 01:16:49.840] We appreciate that. [01:16:49.840 --> 01:16:50.840] Hang on the line, Frank. [01:16:50.840 --> 01:16:52.840] We'll be right back, folks. [01:16:52.840 --> 01:16:53.840] This is Rule of Law. [01:16:53.840 --> 01:16:59.840] We've got David, Thomas, and others coming up. [01:16:59.840 --> 01:17:05.840] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the Internet isn't so easy, [01:17:05.840 --> 01:17:08.840] and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with. [01:17:08.840 --> 01:17:11.840] Oh, well, I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books, then. [01:17:11.840 --> 01:17:12.840] Brave New Books? [01:17:12.840 --> 01:17:13.840] Yes. [01:17:13.840 --> 01:17:18.840] Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors like Alex Jones, Ron Paul, [01:17:18.840 --> 01:17:19.840] and G. Edward Griffin. [01:17:19.840 --> 01:17:23.840] They even stock Interfood, Berkey products, and Calvin Soaps. [01:17:23.840 --> 01:17:25.840] There's no way a place like that exists. [01:17:25.840 --> 01:17:27.840] Go check it out for yourself. [01:17:27.840 --> 01:17:31.840] It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street, just south of UT. [01:17:31.840 --> 01:17:35.840] By UT, there's never anywhere to park down there. [01:17:35.840 --> 01:17:41.840] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking facility, [01:17:41.840 --> 01:17:43.840] just behind the bookstore. [01:17:43.840 --> 01:17:46.840] It does exist, but when are they open? [01:17:46.840 --> 01:17:51.840] Monday through Saturday, 11 AM to 9 PM, and 1 to 6 PM on Sundays. [01:17:51.840 --> 01:18:01.840] So give them a call at 512-480-2503, or check out their events page at bravenewbookstore.com. [01:18:47.840 --> 01:18:52.840] Ask for Chad and say you heard about us on Rule of Law Radio or 90.1 FM. [01:18:52.840 --> 01:18:59.840] That's Capital Coin and Bullion, 512-646-6440. [01:19:22.840 --> 01:19:36.840] Okay, folks, we are back. [01:19:36.840 --> 01:19:37.840] We're taking your calls. [01:19:37.840 --> 01:19:40.840] We're speaking with Frank in New York. [01:19:40.840 --> 01:19:43.840] We've also got Thomas from Florida, Mary from Indiana, and David. [01:19:43.840 --> 01:19:45.840] Y'all are up next. [01:19:45.840 --> 01:19:48.840] Okay, Frank, thanks for calling in. [01:19:48.840 --> 01:19:50.840] So please continue. [01:19:50.840 --> 01:19:55.840] Okay, I feel you guys are a godsend. [01:19:55.840 --> 01:20:09.840] And everything that I've ever received since I discovered that there was a big problem and at the right time I needed help, I always got help from somewhere. [01:20:09.840 --> 01:20:10.840] I mean, God provides. [01:20:10.840 --> 01:20:17.840] I mean, if people just send you some money and they find themselves short, God will give it back, I believe. [01:20:17.840 --> 01:20:20.840] You know, I'll give you an instance. [01:20:20.840 --> 01:20:26.840] My dog is starting to get old and she's not so good at running alongside my bicycle. [01:20:26.840 --> 01:20:32.840] And I was thinking that one day I would like a trailer to put her in. [01:20:32.840 --> 01:20:37.840] Not three or four hours later a lady walked up to me and offered me a trailer. [01:20:37.840 --> 01:20:38.840] Are you kidding me? [01:20:38.840 --> 01:20:40.840] A $600 trailer. [01:20:40.840 --> 01:20:42.840] How did this happen? [01:20:42.840 --> 01:20:45.840] And every time I look for help, I find it. [01:20:45.840 --> 01:20:47.840] You guys were like sent from God. [01:20:47.840 --> 01:20:49.840] My dog was sent from God. [01:20:49.840 --> 01:20:52.840] This information, I can't believe this is out on the Internet. [01:20:52.840 --> 01:20:55.840] I mean, everything I've needed has been there. [01:20:55.840 --> 01:21:01.840] And I think that you guys, by asking for help, are doing the right thing. [01:21:01.840 --> 01:21:11.840] And if anybody is in New York and they need my help, I'll give my e-mail address out because I've learned a lot. [01:21:11.840 --> 01:21:13.840] I don't know as much as Eddie, but I've learned a lot. [01:21:13.840 --> 01:21:19.840] And I've been telling the officers in my neighborhood, being friendly to them, not that they're friends, [01:21:19.840 --> 01:21:22.840] but I'm friendly, telling them what Eddie says. [01:21:22.840 --> 01:21:32.840] I spread out anything that's really hardcore like that bill that was in Georgia. [01:21:32.840 --> 01:21:37.840] I printed that up and I gave it to the police and I said, okay, now come back with that. [01:21:37.840 --> 01:21:39.840] You see it's unconstitutional. [01:21:39.840 --> 01:21:41.840] How are you arresting me for this stuff? [01:21:41.840 --> 01:21:42.840] Where are you coming from? [01:21:42.840 --> 01:21:44.840] Where's your authority? [01:21:44.840 --> 01:21:51.840] And basically their jaws drop open and they realize that they're the bad guys. [01:21:51.840 --> 01:21:54.840] And you guys have helped so much. [01:21:54.840 --> 01:21:57.840] I don't care if it hurts. [01:21:57.840 --> 01:22:00.840] People have just got to give and it will come back. [01:22:00.840 --> 01:22:01.840] I believe it will come back. [01:22:01.840 --> 01:22:03.840] I sit up and study all night. [01:22:03.840 --> 01:22:05.840] I'm driving myself insane. [01:22:05.840 --> 01:22:07.840] But it pays off. [01:22:07.840 --> 01:22:16.840] Whenever I gather my senses and I go out and I talk to normal people who are sleeping, [01:22:16.840 --> 01:22:24.840] I find the sanity and I tell them in the tone of Eddie or Randy or you, Deborah, [01:22:24.840 --> 01:22:29.840] in your sane way how this works. [01:22:29.840 --> 01:22:33.840] And then I can go off and be my insane self and study my ass off. [01:22:33.840 --> 01:22:35.840] Because this is really insane that we should have to do this. [01:22:35.840 --> 01:22:38.840] Well, that part I would agree with you on most surely. [01:22:38.840 --> 01:22:40.840] It's insanity. [01:22:40.840 --> 01:22:41.840] It's a total insanity. [01:22:41.840 --> 01:22:46.840] And I've learned to adapt to it, but it's taking all my time. [01:22:46.840 --> 01:22:54.840] Not that it's not worth it, but it's taking all my time from what I should be doing, [01:22:54.840 --> 01:22:59.840] which would be like living my life, like, you know, making my bed so I could sleep in it. [01:22:59.840 --> 01:23:01.840] Right now I'm sleeping in my dad's shed. [01:23:01.840 --> 01:23:03.840] My stepmother thinks I'm weird. [01:23:03.840 --> 01:23:05.840] She doesn't want me there. [01:23:05.840 --> 01:23:10.840] She called the police on me the other day and she said she told them to get me out of there. [01:23:10.840 --> 01:23:13.840] And I'm in dire straits and I'll still send them money. [01:23:13.840 --> 01:23:14.840] I don't care. [01:23:14.840 --> 01:23:16.840] This is going to come back. [01:23:16.840 --> 01:23:18.840] You know, whatever I need, I get anyway. [01:23:18.840 --> 01:23:20.840] I don't need people. [01:23:20.840 --> 01:23:23.840] My mother is not very patriotic at all. [01:23:23.840 --> 01:23:29.840] I think she worked for Hooker Chemical that caused the big problem out in Love Canal in Buffalo. [01:23:29.840 --> 01:23:32.840] And then she worked for IBM, which is another fascist company. [01:23:32.840 --> 01:23:34.840] And she's paying for it with her health. [01:23:34.840 --> 01:23:38.840] But, I mean, if you do bad things, bad things come to you. [01:23:38.840 --> 01:23:43.840] You don't have to go after people with weapons or anything like that. [01:23:43.840 --> 01:23:45.840] You just let God take care of it. [01:23:45.840 --> 01:23:47.840] It really works. [01:23:47.840 --> 01:23:49.840] I get along with it. [01:23:49.840 --> 01:23:54.840] I'm insane a little bit, you know, from all the studying and not enough social, [01:23:54.840 --> 01:23:58.840] but you guys really ground me. [01:23:58.840 --> 01:23:59.840] Your attitudes ground me. [01:23:59.840 --> 01:24:05.840] And what comes out of my mouth sometimes is so sane, you know. [01:24:05.840 --> 01:24:07.840] Well, we appreciate that. [01:24:07.840 --> 01:24:13.840] And it's nice that there are some folks out there that can understand what you have to give up [01:24:13.840 --> 01:24:17.840] in order to get to the heart of the matter that we're dealing with here. [01:24:17.840 --> 01:24:21.840] And I'm glad not everyone has to do it. [01:24:21.840 --> 01:24:27.840] I'm glad that there are people out there that can lead more or less normal lives, [01:24:27.840 --> 01:24:35.840] even with what they do know, because they're not having to put the effort into what we do. [01:24:35.840 --> 01:24:41.840] And believe me, folks, I'm not kidding you when I say you have to give up a lot to do what we do [01:24:41.840 --> 01:24:46.840] and to stick by it, because what he says is correct. [01:24:46.840 --> 01:24:51.840] People tend to look at you like you ain't all there when you start talking about the things [01:24:51.840 --> 01:24:53.840] that's going on and pointing out the obvious. [01:24:53.840 --> 01:24:59.840] And even if they see it, it scares them to the point they don't want to deal with it. [01:24:59.840 --> 01:25:04.840] And so you're still the bad guy in it because you made them aware of something [01:25:04.840 --> 01:25:07.840] they didn't really want to know. [01:25:07.840 --> 01:25:09.840] And they were comfortable not knowing. [01:25:09.840 --> 01:25:13.840] Now how do they turn it off now that the light's been turned on? [01:25:13.840 --> 01:25:16.840] And you have to give up a lot to maintain that. [01:25:16.840 --> 01:25:21.840] And you have to put up with a lot to maintain that. [01:25:21.840 --> 01:25:22.840] Yeah, it's really true. [01:25:22.840 --> 01:25:27.840] Randy gave up, you know, living a life with his family. [01:25:27.840 --> 01:25:29.840] He's on the road all the time now. [01:25:29.840 --> 01:25:31.840] He gave up property. [01:25:31.840 --> 01:25:33.840] I don't have a family. [01:25:33.840 --> 01:25:35.840] I mean, I'm married, but we don't have a family. [01:25:35.840 --> 01:25:36.840] We don't have children. [01:25:36.840 --> 01:25:39.840] You think I could have kids and be able to do what I do? [01:25:39.840 --> 01:25:40.840] I don't think so. [01:25:40.840 --> 01:25:45.840] I spend all my time on this radio, either on the air or producing other shows [01:25:45.840 --> 01:25:48.840] or writing software and dealing with the programming. [01:25:48.840 --> 01:25:50.840] I mean, no. [01:25:50.840 --> 01:25:52.840] I mean, people, Eddie, look at Eddie. [01:25:52.840 --> 01:25:54.840] Eddie doesn't have a family. [01:25:54.840 --> 01:25:59.840] I mean, we really are sacrificing for you folks, and we are glad to do it. [01:25:59.840 --> 01:26:00.840] We are certainly glad to do it. [01:26:00.840 --> 01:26:05.840] But we need you in order to help us sacrifice. [01:26:05.840 --> 01:26:07.840] You know, we can only do so much. [01:26:07.840 --> 01:26:09.840] We're not independently wealthy. [01:26:09.840 --> 01:26:11.840] You know, we're not philanthropists. [01:26:11.840 --> 01:26:14.840] I mean, we're philanthropists with time, but that's as far as it goes. [01:26:14.840 --> 01:26:18.840] If I was independently wealthy, I'd never say a word, but I'm not. [01:26:18.840 --> 01:26:23.840] But folks, I know we have thousands of listeners out there. [01:26:23.840 --> 01:26:29.840] I mean, even if we only had a few hundred people send us $10 a month. [01:26:29.840 --> 01:26:31.840] I mean, what's $10 a month? [01:26:31.840 --> 01:26:37.840] The cost of a cheap pizza, okay, or, you know, a few trips to Starbucks a month? [01:26:37.840 --> 01:26:41.840] Or what if we had a few hundred people that sent us $20 a month? [01:26:41.840 --> 01:26:44.840] We would not be in these dire straits right now. [01:26:44.840 --> 01:26:47.840] We need to get Eddie back up on the Internet. [01:26:47.840 --> 01:26:51.840] All right, we need to stabilize things a little bit more around here. [01:26:51.840 --> 01:26:53.840] So thank you so much, Frank. [01:26:53.840 --> 01:26:54.840] We really appreciate it. [01:26:54.840 --> 01:26:56.840] Let me give my e-mail address. [01:26:56.840 --> 01:27:01.840] It's SAM200017 at hotmail.com. [01:27:01.840 --> 01:27:05.840] And if everybody's in New York and they want to help spread the word [01:27:05.840 --> 01:27:10.840] or they need a witness in court or anything like that, [01:27:10.840 --> 01:27:13.840] I'll be willing to help them for traffic or whatever. [01:27:13.840 --> 01:27:18.840] I mean, I'm busy doing it anyways. I might as well make some effect. [01:27:18.840 --> 01:27:19.840] You know what I'm saying? [01:27:19.840 --> 01:27:20.840] Thank you, Frank. We appreciate that. [01:27:20.840 --> 01:27:21.840] Okay, thank you guys very much. [01:27:21.840 --> 01:27:23.840] And I'll call in again some other time. [01:27:23.840 --> 01:27:24.840] Okay, thank you, Frank. [01:27:24.840 --> 01:27:25.840] Bye. [01:27:25.840 --> 01:27:28.840] Okay, we're going now to Thomas in Florida. [01:27:28.840 --> 01:27:29.840] Thomas, thanks for calling in. [01:27:29.840 --> 01:27:31.840] What's on your mind tonight? [01:27:31.840 --> 01:27:32.840] Thank you, Debra, for having me. [01:27:32.840 --> 01:27:35.840] Thank you both for having me. [01:27:35.840 --> 01:27:40.840] I have a really close friend of mine, my girlfriend. [01:27:40.840 --> 01:27:47.840] She's in Kentucky, currently incarcerated on some bogus charges [01:27:47.840 --> 01:27:49.840] that they locked her up on. [01:27:49.840 --> 01:27:56.840] And I was just wondering, I really like what I'm hearing about you guys. [01:27:56.840 --> 01:28:00.840] And I've been listening on and off for a little while now. [01:28:00.840 --> 01:28:05.840] And I'd rather give the money to you so you guys could help me [01:28:05.840 --> 01:28:08.840] than give it to a lawyer that's just going to take it [01:28:08.840 --> 01:28:10.840] and try to get more money out for me. [01:28:10.840 --> 01:28:12.840] Does she have a lawyer already? [01:28:12.840 --> 01:28:14.840] No, she doesn't have a lawyer yet. [01:28:14.840 --> 01:28:19.840] Has the court appointed her attorney or are they in the process of doing that? [01:28:19.840 --> 01:28:21.840] No, I don't think so. [01:28:21.840 --> 01:28:25.840] She's just been sitting there for like almost a month already. [01:28:25.840 --> 01:28:27.840] She's been sitting in jail for a month. [01:28:27.840 --> 01:28:31.840] They arrested her on some charges and she hasn't bailed out? [01:28:31.840 --> 01:28:33.840] No, she has no bail. [01:28:33.840 --> 01:28:38.840] It's like some crazy, crazy charges like the stand that she wrote some checks [01:28:38.840 --> 01:28:42.840] and like she's being tied to some big criminal organization. [01:28:42.840 --> 01:28:46.840] We need to know the specific charges against her. [01:28:46.840 --> 01:28:59.840] It's organized crime, one of them, and conspiracy to commit fraud [01:28:59.840 --> 01:29:03.840] and $10,000 in cold checks. [01:29:03.840 --> 01:29:07.840] They charged her with that like three times, so I guess like $30,000. [01:29:07.840 --> 01:29:09.840] They're trying to say she wrote anything. [01:29:09.840 --> 01:29:13.840] Has the magistrate set bail yet? [01:29:13.840 --> 01:29:19.840] No, she doesn't have any bail because she was out over here in Florida, [01:29:19.840 --> 01:29:26.840] I think in Miami where I live, and I wasn't driving around with her. [01:29:26.840 --> 01:29:30.840] I was doing something else and she was out with some friends [01:29:30.840 --> 01:29:37.840] and they pulled her over and they ran her name and that she had a warrant. [01:29:37.840 --> 01:29:38.840] Hello? [01:29:38.840 --> 01:29:39.840] Yes, we're about to go to break. [01:29:39.840 --> 01:29:41.840] Just hang on the line, Thomas. [01:29:41.840 --> 01:29:42.840] Okay. [01:29:42.840 --> 01:29:43.840] Okay. [01:29:43.840 --> 01:29:44.840] We'll be right back, folks. [01:29:44.840 --> 01:29:46.840] We've got other callers as well. [01:29:46.840 --> 01:29:50.840] Mary, Terry, and David will be taking your calls on the other side. [01:29:50.840 --> 01:29:52.840] This is the rule of law. [01:29:52.840 --> 01:29:59.840] Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig, and Debra Stevens, we'll be right back. [01:29:59.840 --> 01:30:03.840] Christ fed the multitudes with only one loaf of bread. [01:30:03.840 --> 01:30:05.840] Poor people, there's something for you. [01:30:05.840 --> 01:30:10.840] Austin's Own Caribbean, One Love Kitchen on the banks of Colorado River. [01:30:10.840 --> 01:30:13.840] At 3109 East 1st Street is where you'll find One Love Kitchen. [01:30:13.840 --> 01:30:16.840] Jerk chicken, vegetarian restaurant. [01:30:16.840 --> 01:30:19.840] Monday through Wednesday, lunch and dinner, $5. [01:30:19.840 --> 01:30:24.840] Friday and Saturday, we've got late night and for a sound crew, still $5 place. [01:30:24.840 --> 01:30:30.840] Jerk chicken and vegetarian place to beat One Love Kitchen, Austin, Texas. [01:30:30.840 --> 01:30:33.840] Are you a Facebook fiasco just waiting to happen? [01:30:33.840 --> 01:30:36.840] There's a downside to posting everything on your social network [01:30:36.840 --> 01:30:38.840] and it just might leave you a sitting duck. [01:30:38.840 --> 01:30:41.840] I'm Dr. Catherine Albright and I'll tell you more in just a moment. [01:30:41.840 --> 01:30:45.840] Your search engine is watching you, recording all your searches [01:30:45.840 --> 01:30:48.840] and creating a massive database of your personal information. [01:30:48.840 --> 01:30:49.840] That's creepy. [01:30:49.840 --> 01:30:51.840] But it doesn't have to be that way. [01:30:51.840 --> 01:30:54.840] Startpage.com is the world's most private search engine. [01:31:11.840 --> 01:31:16.840] Social networking sites may seem like a good way to keep up with friends, relatives and colleagues, [01:31:16.840 --> 01:31:18.840] but beware, enemies are watching too. [01:31:18.840 --> 01:31:21.840] Citizens of Nashua, New Hampshire learned this the hard way [01:31:21.840 --> 01:31:26.840] when the Facebook bandits timed break-ins based on their victims' Facebook posts. [01:31:26.840 --> 01:31:30.840] Local police reported that 50 homes were broken into by tech savvy criminals. [01:31:30.840 --> 01:31:34.840] They used Facebook posts to see when victims would be away from home [01:31:34.840 --> 01:31:36.840] and they timed their strikes accordingly. [01:31:36.840 --> 01:31:40.840] To avoid falling prey to Facebook bandits, or worse, use this rule of thumb. [01:31:40.840 --> 01:31:44.840] If you wouldn't reveal your activities and whereabouts to hardened criminals or total strangers, [01:31:44.840 --> 01:31:47.840] you shouldn't put them on your social network page either. [01:31:47.840 --> 01:31:52.840] I'm Dr. Katharine Albrecht. More news and information at KatharineAlbrecht.com. [01:32:08.840 --> 01:32:10.840] Okay, folks, we are back. [01:32:10.840 --> 01:32:14.840] We're speaking with Thomas in Florida right now. [01:32:14.840 --> 01:32:20.840] Okay, Thomas, listen, I was discussing the situation with Eddie over the break. [01:32:20.840 --> 01:32:26.840] These are some serious charges and usually when a magistrate refuses to set bail [01:32:26.840 --> 01:32:30.840] and they're holding someone without bail, it's because the charges are so serious [01:32:30.840 --> 01:32:33.840] and they consider the accused a flight risk. [01:32:33.840 --> 01:32:38.840] Okay, and for her to be sitting in jail with no bail for a month [01:32:38.840 --> 01:32:44.840] and no court-appointed attorney is a serious situation and she's going to need an attorney. [01:32:44.840 --> 01:32:51.840] And what we were discussing on the break is that she should be filing a petition for assistance of counsel. [01:32:51.840 --> 01:32:56.840] Now, we can help her control that court-appointed attorney, all right, [01:32:56.840 --> 01:32:59.840] but she's going to need an attorney in this situation. [01:32:59.840 --> 01:33:02.840] This is very, very serious. [01:33:02.840 --> 01:33:11.840] And what needs to happen is that somebody needs to go to the courthouse of the court of jurisdiction in this matter [01:33:11.840 --> 01:33:19.840] and pull the file and get a copy of everything in the file to see what documents are in the file, [01:33:19.840 --> 01:33:25.840] to see if there's even been formal charges filed against her with the court [01:33:25.840 --> 01:33:34.840] because a lot of times what happens is that the prosecutor holds on to all the information and the papers, [01:33:34.840 --> 01:33:37.840] and I don't mean information as a formal document. [01:33:37.840 --> 01:33:40.840] There is a document that is called an information. [01:33:40.840 --> 01:33:41.840] That's not what I mean. [01:33:41.840 --> 01:33:46.840] I mean, usually what I'm saying is that the prosecutor usually holds on to the file that has everything in it, [01:33:46.840 --> 01:33:50.840] all the evidence, everything, and that is illegal. [01:33:50.840 --> 01:33:52.840] That's felony tampering with a government document [01:33:52.840 --> 01:33:58.840] and it never gets filed with the court until after the prosecutor squeezes a plea bargain out of the person, [01:33:58.840 --> 01:33:59.840] and that's totally illegal. [01:33:59.840 --> 01:34:04.840] So first things first, somebody needs to go to the courthouse and pull the file [01:34:04.840 --> 01:34:09.840] and get a copy of everything in it to see if there even is a file, okay, [01:34:09.840 --> 01:34:13.840] and hopefully there has been something filed with the court by now. [01:34:13.840 --> 01:34:17.840] And if there has, then she needs to file a petition for assistance of counsel [01:34:17.840 --> 01:34:20.840] and get a court-appointed attorney immediately on this. [01:34:20.840 --> 01:34:22.840] There's no way to get around that. [01:34:22.840 --> 01:34:24.840] I need to get an attorney. [01:34:24.840 --> 01:34:28.840] Well, the problem is that the charges deal with her losing her freedom. [01:34:28.840 --> 01:34:33.840] That's not something that you want to be trying to help somebody avoid [01:34:33.840 --> 01:34:36.840] without knowing the ins and outs of the process. [01:34:36.840 --> 01:34:39.840] That's the surest way to ensure they go to jail. [01:34:39.840 --> 01:34:47.840] However, what she does need to know how to do is to control her court-appointed counsel. [01:34:47.840 --> 01:34:53.840] She needs to make sure that she does not allow them to coerce her into taking a plea bargain [01:34:53.840 --> 01:34:55.840] or cutting a deal. [01:34:55.840 --> 01:34:59.840] I'm absolutely shocked that the court has not appointed her an attorney already. [01:34:59.840 --> 01:35:02.840] Usually that's the first thing they do. [01:35:02.840 --> 01:35:06.840] Yes, so one of the first things she needs to do after she gets the petition [01:35:06.840 --> 01:35:11.840] for assistance of counsel filed is the moment she talks to them, [01:35:11.840 --> 01:35:15.840] she needs to make it very clear to them that they will adjudicate every single one [01:35:15.840 --> 01:35:18.840] of the due process violations that's been done to her, [01:35:18.840 --> 01:35:23.840] or she will file a bar grievance for each and every one they fail to do. [01:35:23.840 --> 01:35:29.840] And then she needs to file judicial conduct complaints against the judge [01:35:29.840 --> 01:35:33.840] and more bar grievances against the prosecutor [01:35:33.840 --> 01:35:38.840] who has probably managed to hide the records from the court. [01:35:38.840 --> 01:35:44.840] And she needs to make sure that her court-appointed counsel goes after them on those grounds [01:35:44.840 --> 01:35:46.840] or bar grieve him for not doing it. [01:35:46.840 --> 01:35:48.840] Eddie, how is she going to file a petition for assistance of counsel [01:35:48.840 --> 01:35:51.840] if there's not even a file yet? [01:35:51.840 --> 01:35:54.840] She'll just have to file it directly with the magistrate. [01:35:54.840 --> 01:35:55.840] Right. [01:35:55.840 --> 01:35:58.840] Okay, does that help for now, Thomas? [01:35:58.840 --> 01:36:00.840] Yes, yes, that's all right. [01:36:00.840 --> 01:36:01.840] That's very, very good. [01:36:01.840 --> 01:36:04.840] Now, one other last important thing. [01:36:04.840 --> 01:36:10.840] If there is no complaint, immediately make the attorney file a writ of habeas corpus [01:36:10.840 --> 01:36:15.840] because she should not even be in jail if there's not a sign to verify a complaint. [01:36:15.840 --> 01:36:19.840] Okay. [01:36:19.840 --> 01:36:23.840] Okay, Thomas, and you can go back and listen to the archive of tonight's show [01:36:23.840 --> 01:36:25.840] if you're not getting all of this right now. [01:36:25.840 --> 01:36:27.840] All right, thank you very, very much. [01:36:27.840 --> 01:36:28.840] I really appreciate it. [01:36:28.840 --> 01:36:31.840] Sure, Thomas, and call back in and give us the update. [01:36:31.840 --> 01:36:32.840] Okay, thank you very much. [01:36:32.840 --> 01:36:34.840] Okay, you have a good night. [01:36:34.840 --> 01:36:35.840] Thanks. [01:36:34.840 --> 01:36:35.840] Okay. [01:36:35.840 --> 01:36:39.840] All right, we're going now to Mary in Indiana. [01:36:39.840 --> 01:36:42.840] Mary, thanks for calling in, first time caller. [01:36:42.840 --> 01:36:43.840] Welcome to the show. [01:36:43.840 --> 01:36:45.840] What is your question for us tonight? [01:36:45.840 --> 01:36:46.840] Oh, yes, hi, Deborah. [01:36:46.840 --> 01:36:52.840] I was just calling you about an email you sent me on the 16th about Eddie's update, [01:36:52.840 --> 01:36:55.840] 16th of September, Eddie's update. [01:36:55.840 --> 01:36:57.840] Okay. [01:36:57.840 --> 01:37:03.840] Yeah, okay, well, I said go to the donate button. [01:37:03.840 --> 01:37:06.840] I don't see you on the donate button. [01:37:06.840 --> 01:37:10.840] So is it for Eddie? [01:37:10.840 --> 01:37:13.840] Well, wait a minute, are you wanting to buy the traffic seminar? [01:37:13.840 --> 01:37:17.840] Are you talking about to get the DVDs? [01:37:17.840 --> 01:37:20.840] Yeah, I already got the traffic seminar. [01:37:20.840 --> 01:37:26.840] You want the updates on DVD because I haven't had a chance to set up [01:37:26.840 --> 01:37:31.840] yet another computer server situation so people can download these gigs and gigs [01:37:31.840 --> 01:37:34.840] and gigs of data that Eddie has as part of the update. [01:37:34.840 --> 01:37:36.840] You want the DVD then? [01:37:36.840 --> 01:37:37.840] Yeah, you want the DVD. [01:37:37.840 --> 01:37:40.840] Okay, just go to donate, just click on the general donate button [01:37:40.840 --> 01:37:47.840] and just send the $7 and send me an email and let me know that that's what it's for. [01:37:47.840 --> 01:37:48.840] Okay. [01:37:48.840 --> 01:37:50.840] And then send me your address, okay? [01:37:50.840 --> 01:37:52.840] Okay, thank you, Deborah. [01:37:52.840 --> 01:37:55.840] Okay, thank you, Mary, and thank you for supporting us. [01:37:55.840 --> 01:37:56.840] Yes, thank you, Mary. [01:37:56.840 --> 01:37:57.840] Okay. [01:37:57.840 --> 01:37:58.840] Bye. [01:37:58.840 --> 01:37:59.840] Okay, bye-bye. [01:37:59.840 --> 01:38:04.840] All right, we are going to go now to Terry in Texas. [01:38:04.840 --> 01:38:06.840] Terry, thanks for calling in. [01:38:06.840 --> 01:38:08.840] What is on your mind tonight? [01:38:08.840 --> 01:38:09.840] I didn't hear anything click over. [01:38:09.840 --> 01:38:11.840] I guess I'm on. [01:38:11.840 --> 01:38:12.840] You're on the air. [01:38:12.840 --> 01:38:13.840] What is on your mind tonight? [01:38:13.840 --> 01:38:16.840] Got no questions. [01:38:16.840 --> 01:38:22.840] I just want to make a quick comment if that's okay in regards to your donating thing. [01:38:22.840 --> 01:38:27.840] This, what I'm saying, what I'm about to say may seem really rather trite, [01:38:27.840 --> 01:38:31.840] but I think it's really powerful and it's very self-evident. [01:38:31.840 --> 01:38:33.840] This was something I read. [01:38:33.840 --> 01:38:38.840] It's like one of those axioms and something I read probably 15, [01:38:38.840 --> 01:38:44.840] 20 years ago in an article in a magazine from a guy whose name is Pat Croce. [01:38:44.840 --> 01:38:49.840] Now, he is the owner of the Philadelphia 76ers, the basketball team. [01:38:49.840 --> 01:38:53.840] He used to own a chain of beauty salons, like 40 of them. [01:38:53.840 --> 01:38:56.840] I guess he sold those and bought the Philadelphia 76ers. [01:38:56.840 --> 01:38:58.840] He's been involved in a lot of different businesses. [01:38:58.840 --> 01:39:04.840] And this little quote that he had in this magazine, I've used it many times. [01:39:04.840 --> 01:39:08.840] I'm sure it's appropriate for you all, and it may seem, like I said, very self-evident. [01:39:08.840 --> 01:39:16.840] He said his whole claim to fame was his success in everything hinged upon this one thing, [01:39:16.840 --> 01:39:23.840] which was if you never ask, the answer is automatically what? [01:39:23.840 --> 01:39:24.840] Low. [01:39:24.840 --> 01:39:26.840] No, exactly. [01:39:26.840 --> 01:39:31.840] If you never ask a question, if you never ask for something automatically, [01:39:31.840 --> 01:39:34.840] the answer is always, every time, no. [01:39:34.840 --> 01:39:42.840] Therefore, you should not be embarrassed, Deborah, to be asking for money, [01:39:42.840 --> 01:39:46.840] asking for discounts from your vendors, whoever asking, ask, ask all the time, [01:39:46.840 --> 01:39:52.840] because if you don't, the question automatically is no, because you never asked. [01:39:52.840 --> 01:39:55.840] Thank you, Terry, we appreciate that. [01:39:55.840 --> 01:39:59.840] And I've had several people tell me when I've shared that with them several years down the road, [01:39:59.840 --> 01:40:04.840] have turned around and told me that that has helped them in so many different instances [01:40:04.840 --> 01:40:08.840] that they couldn't even, you know, that, you know, so many different applications [01:40:08.840 --> 01:40:11.840] where you can apply that just by asking, because like I said, automatically, [01:40:11.840 --> 01:40:14.840] if you're not asking, the answer is automatically no. [01:40:14.840 --> 01:40:19.840] It might have been no anyway, but unless you ask, it's automatically no. [01:40:19.840 --> 01:40:23.840] So anyway, that's my only little piece of tidbits, so don't feel embarrassed. [01:40:23.840 --> 01:40:30.840] Be asking constantly, if you don't, you know, ask, seek, knock, it's scriptural. [01:40:30.840 --> 01:40:33.840] Amen, asking you shall receive. [01:40:33.840 --> 01:40:36.840] Seek and knock, that's right, so it goes, you know, it ties right in. [01:40:36.840 --> 01:40:39.840] Knock and it shall be open to you. [01:40:39.840 --> 01:40:40.840] All right. [01:40:40.840 --> 01:40:41.840] Thank you. [01:40:41.840 --> 01:40:42.840] Thank you, Terry, for that encouragement. [01:40:42.840 --> 01:40:43.840] We appreciate it. [01:40:43.840 --> 01:40:44.840] Good night. [01:40:44.840 --> 01:40:45.840] Okay, good night. [01:40:45.840 --> 01:40:50.840] And we've actually considered setting up a money bomb for Rule of Law Radio Network. [01:40:50.840 --> 01:40:56.840] And as we were considering that, it turns out that Alex Jones is doing a money bomb right now, [01:40:56.840 --> 01:41:00.840] and we don't want to compete with his money bomb because we share our listenership. [01:41:00.840 --> 01:41:03.840] And so we're going to wait until his money bomb is over, [01:41:03.840 --> 01:41:05.840] and then we'll do a money bomb for Rule of Law Radio Network. [01:41:05.840 --> 01:41:08.840] But in the meantime, folks, we do need your support. [01:41:08.840 --> 01:41:13.840] And the subscription donations are really what helps more than anything, [01:41:13.840 --> 01:41:16.840] because if we know we have that monthly subscription, [01:41:16.840 --> 01:41:20.840] then it really helps support the show for the long run. [01:41:20.840 --> 01:41:25.840] So we encourage, what we really want right now is folks to do a subscription donation, [01:41:25.840 --> 01:41:30.840] whatever you can, $10 a month, $20 a month, $50 if you can, more if you can. [01:41:30.840 --> 01:41:36.840] But even just $10 a month, if the majority of our listeners gave us $10 a month on a regular basis, [01:41:36.840 --> 01:41:40.840] you folks out there, friends, you just have no idea how much it would really help. [01:41:40.840 --> 01:41:41.840] It would go so far. [01:41:41.840 --> 01:41:43.840] So that's what we're pushing for right now. [01:41:43.840 --> 01:41:47.840] And then in a few months when Alex's money bomb is over, then we'll do ours. [01:41:47.840 --> 01:41:52.840] Okay, we're going now to Julio in Texas. [01:41:52.840 --> 01:41:54.840] Julio, thanks for calling in. [01:41:54.840 --> 01:41:55.840] What's on your mind? [01:41:55.840 --> 01:42:00.840] Well, last time I told you about the waiver of rights. [01:42:00.840 --> 01:42:06.840] You know, if you don't do this thing before you go to court, [01:42:06.840 --> 01:42:13.840] and it's all superior on Article 1.14, it's called waiver of rights. [01:42:13.840 --> 01:42:21.840] The defendant in a criminal prosecution for any offense may waive any rights secured by him by law [01:42:21.840 --> 01:42:28.840] except that a defendant in a capital felony case might waive the right of trial by jury [01:42:28.840 --> 01:42:36.840] only in the manner permitted by Article 113B of this code. [01:42:36.840 --> 01:42:44.840] And then it says, if the defendant does not object to a defect, error, or irregularity or form of substance [01:42:44.840 --> 01:42:49.840] to indictment or information before the date on which the trial on the merits commences, [01:42:49.840 --> 01:42:55.840] he waives and forfeits the right to object to the defect, error, or irregularity, [01:42:55.840 --> 01:43:05.840] and he may not raise that objection on appeal or in any other post-condition proceeding. [01:43:05.840 --> 01:43:11.840] Right, which is where my argument comes in that by that proclamation alone, [01:43:11.840 --> 01:43:16.840] it is required that they provide you with a copy of the complaint and the information. [01:43:16.840 --> 01:43:21.840] Even though they've written in several places where it's not mandatory that you be provided with a copy, [01:43:21.840 --> 01:43:25.840] how can you say I automatically waive my rights by not objecting to it [01:43:25.840 --> 01:43:28.840] when you have decided that I'm not required to have it? [01:43:28.840 --> 01:43:33.840] And I understand that, but remember, ignorance of the law is no defense. [01:43:33.840 --> 01:43:39.840] If you ignore the law, you're done. [01:43:39.840 --> 01:43:44.840] Right, which is why all my motions say I waive no rights whatsoever. [01:43:44.840 --> 01:43:45.840] I understand. [01:43:45.840 --> 01:43:47.840] Okay, Julio, hang on the line. [01:43:47.840 --> 01:43:48.840] We're going to break now. [01:46:24.840 --> 01:46:27.840] Okay, folks, we are back. We're taking your calls. [01:46:27.840 --> 01:46:31.840] 512-646-1984. [01:46:31.840 --> 01:46:35.840] We are speaking with Julio in Texas, and we're going to go to Doug. [01:46:35.840 --> 01:46:37.840] All right, Julio, please continue. [01:46:37.840 --> 01:46:39.840] Well, this is what we were talking before. [01:46:39.840 --> 01:46:44.840] We have to notice the court upfront from day one. [01:46:44.840 --> 01:46:48.840] This is who I am, and this is how these things will not apply to me. [01:46:48.840 --> 01:46:50.840] They're under notice. [01:46:50.840 --> 01:46:54.840] They're giving plenty of time for them to default. [01:46:54.840 --> 01:46:56.840] When they don't answer you, they're in default. [01:46:56.840 --> 01:47:01.840] They cannot go after you, and that's how I win all the time because, you know, [01:47:01.840 --> 01:47:05.840] judicial notice, rule 201, these are the laws. [01:47:05.840 --> 01:47:09.840] These are what I expect from you to do, and when you don't do those things, [01:47:09.840 --> 01:47:16.840] they basically give up on you, and I always win using that process. [01:47:16.840 --> 01:47:22.840] You know, I took some classes in college on court procedures, [01:47:22.840 --> 01:47:25.840] and they don't know what they're doing. [01:47:25.840 --> 01:47:26.840] You know, we've got people... [01:47:26.840 --> 01:47:28.840] Oh, believe me, they know what they're doing. [01:47:28.840 --> 01:47:31.840] They just don't know it's in violation of law. [01:47:31.840 --> 01:47:38.840] Well, that might be true, but both when they get my notice, they know I know the law, [01:47:38.840 --> 01:47:40.840] and that's why they ignore me. [01:47:40.840 --> 01:47:46.840] They give me this blank piece of paper with no addresses, with no, you know, for me to go away, [01:47:46.840 --> 01:47:50.840] and I'll go away all the time, all the time. [01:47:50.840 --> 01:47:57.840] I've been to court at least once or twice a year for the last 20 years, and I always win. [01:47:57.840 --> 01:48:03.840] Anyways, this is what I wanted to share with you that there is such a thing that if you don't [01:48:03.840 --> 01:48:07.840] reserve your rights before you go to court, they got you, [01:48:07.840 --> 01:48:10.840] and if you don't reserve them, you're done. [01:48:10.840 --> 01:48:13.840] You cannot bring those in. [01:48:13.840 --> 01:48:22.840] You know, they'll put one for your arrest, but when you put this thing in front of them, [01:48:22.840 --> 01:48:23.840] this thing is illegal. [01:48:23.840 --> 01:48:28.840] They back off all the time, all the time, and that's what I had to share with you guys. [01:48:28.840 --> 01:48:33.840] You know, you guys do a terrific job, and I like to listen to you a lot, [01:48:33.840 --> 01:48:39.840] but you know, this is what I think you've been failing, is to provide the warning to the court. [01:48:39.840 --> 01:48:45.840] You know, this is who we are, this is what you do, and I'm here to see that you do your right, [01:48:45.840 --> 01:48:49.840] to do your thing, and you'll be okay all the time. [01:48:49.840 --> 01:48:55.840] Yeah, but again, the point that I make on this is until there's actually something in the court record [01:48:55.840 --> 01:49:00.840] giving the court jurisdiction, giving the court any type of notice is irrelevant, [01:49:00.840 --> 01:49:04.840] because without jurisdiction, nothing they do is valid anyway. [01:49:04.840 --> 01:49:08.840] They can't waive your rights when there's no jurisdiction of anything. [01:49:08.840 --> 01:49:16.840] And I understand that, you know, but like I said, it works for me, and you know, send me your address. [01:49:16.840 --> 01:49:22.840] Oh, I'd like to send you this book that I have, and you let me know what you think of it. [01:49:22.840 --> 01:49:28.840] Okay, well, as soon as I'm able to get access to the Internet and my email again, then I'll do that. [01:49:28.840 --> 01:49:31.840] Okay, we'll talk to you later then. Thanks a lot. [01:49:31.840 --> 01:49:32.840] All right, Julio, thanks. [01:49:32.840 --> 01:49:33.840] Okay, thanks, Julio. [01:49:33.840 --> 01:49:38.840] Okay, folks, we only have one other caller on the board right now, and we've got about nine minutes left. [01:49:38.840 --> 01:49:44.840] So folks, if you'd like to call in 512-646-1984, we've got Doug in Texas. [01:49:44.840 --> 01:49:47.840] Doug, thanks for calling in. What is on your mind tonight? [01:49:47.840 --> 01:49:54.840] Well, I have Betty and Deborah. [01:49:54.840 --> 01:49:57.840] Can I get your stuff at Brave New Books? [01:49:57.840 --> 01:50:02.840] Brave New Books does sell Eddie's Traffic Seminar. [01:50:02.840 --> 01:50:03.840] It does? [01:50:03.840 --> 01:50:04.840] Yes. [01:50:04.840 --> 01:50:10.840] All right, well, I'll be in there tomorrow and buy Eddie's stuff. [01:50:10.840 --> 01:50:14.840] Eddie's one of my favorite people on the Earth. [01:50:14.840 --> 01:50:15.840] Thank you. [01:50:15.840 --> 01:50:17.840] I'll buy your stuff, Eddie. [01:50:17.840 --> 01:50:21.840] I'm not sure what that says about your taste in people, but thank you. [01:50:21.840 --> 01:50:30.840] And I'll tell you what I'll do is I'll give you $100. I'll add a $100 bonus in there if you will. [01:50:30.840 --> 01:50:37.840] You know, you're one of the most articulate, well-spoken people I've ever heard in my life. [01:50:37.840 --> 01:50:45.840] I mean, it's amazing. You have a good job, but could you drop the word irregardless? [01:50:45.840 --> 01:50:46.840] Oh, no. [01:50:46.840 --> 01:50:56.840] I'll give you $100, Eddie. I'll give you $100 to look at it and drop it from your vocabulary and call it. [01:50:56.840 --> 01:50:58.840] To drop what word from my vocabulary? [01:50:58.840 --> 01:51:00.840] Irregardless. [01:51:00.840 --> 01:51:06.840] Wow. That's an old Southern habit. There is no such word. It's regardless. [01:51:06.840 --> 01:51:08.840] Right. Right. [01:51:08.840 --> 01:51:13.840] That's just an old Southern boy habit that I picked up off of a lot of my relatives when I was a kid. [01:51:13.840 --> 01:51:16.840] Remember, Eddie is up in East Texas, folks, so. [01:51:16.840 --> 01:51:25.840] I know, Eddie. It's hard to break in this thing, but every time I hear you, that's the man. He is so articulate, so good. [01:51:25.840 --> 01:51:31.840] Well, yeah, and then Randy has one of his own little things, too. He always says, rather or not. [01:51:31.840 --> 01:51:40.840] And I keep telling him, no, Randy, that is not top of grammar. It's whether or not, W-H-E-T-H-E-R. It's not rather or not. [01:51:40.840 --> 01:51:43.840] Just remember this one little tidbit. [01:51:43.840 --> 01:51:56.840] Caesar got famous and well-known in the good old 50s and 60s because his stick was to use the wrong word in a proper sentence. [01:51:56.840 --> 01:52:03.840] He would do word substitution. That's what made him famous for a lot of his skits in the movies and such. [01:52:03.840 --> 01:52:11.840] And there are times when I do things like that just to provide a little attention-getting thing out there. [01:52:11.840 --> 01:52:19.840] But yes, I'm completely aware that irregardless is not a real word. It is just a habit from when I was a kid [01:52:19.840 --> 01:52:26.840] because it was one of the favorite words most of my relatives used to shorten up when they spoke. [01:52:26.840 --> 01:52:38.840] I understand, but I guarantee you, pry that 100 out of Harlan's hand because I'm going to give you 100 for just making an effort. [01:52:38.840 --> 01:52:41.840] Well, I appreciate it. I'll do that. [01:52:41.840 --> 01:52:44.840] All right. You're my hero, Eddie. [01:52:44.840 --> 01:52:46.840] Thank you, sir. I appreciate that. [01:52:46.840 --> 01:52:49.840] I'm going to drop off a little cash for you tomorrow. [01:52:49.840 --> 01:52:50.840] Thank you, Doug. [01:52:50.840 --> 01:52:51.840] Bye. [01:52:51.840 --> 01:52:58.840] Okay, folks. We've got open phone lines right now. We've got about six minutes left, so if you want to call in, hurry up. [01:52:58.840 --> 01:53:00.840] Five, one, two. [01:53:00.840 --> 01:53:04.840] Folks, this is completely unusual. As Deborah said, I'm sorry, Deborah, to be interrupted on the phone number. [01:53:04.840 --> 01:53:05.840] No, go ahead. [01:53:05.840 --> 01:53:07.840] Five, one, two, six, four, six, nineteen, eighty-four. [01:53:07.840 --> 01:53:13.840] But usually at this point in the show, we can't get enough people off the line to get everybody answered. [01:53:13.840 --> 01:53:16.840] Now we're going to reverse the procedure here. [01:53:16.840 --> 01:53:23.840] Indeed, indeed. Well, since there's no callers right now, I just wanted to get Eddie's take on this. [01:53:23.840 --> 01:53:33.840] Eddie, have you heard about this situation in New Hampshire where a couple got their newborn baby taken from them at the hospital? [01:53:33.840 --> 01:53:40.840] Like, as soon as the mother gave birth, this gentleman, the Irish family, and apparently one of the reasons, [01:53:40.840 --> 01:53:44.840] and the court documents are posted on Infowars.com. [01:53:44.840 --> 01:53:48.840] Folks can go and look that up. They've posted the documents. [01:53:48.840 --> 01:53:54.840] Stuart Rhodes, the leader, the head of the Oath Keepers Organization, with the family's permission, [01:53:54.840 --> 01:53:58.840] posted these documents with some data redacted, blacked out. [01:53:58.840 --> 01:54:04.840] But one of the reasons, and it's official, folks, one of the reasons that they took the baby away [01:54:04.840 --> 01:54:11.840] and they're saying that the baby was in imminent danger of its life. [01:54:11.840 --> 01:54:17.840] Here it says, reasonable cause to believe that the child in such circumstances or surroundings [01:54:17.840 --> 01:54:21.840] as would present an imminent danger to the child's health or life [01:54:21.840 --> 01:54:25.840] would require the immediate placement of the child for the following reasons. [01:54:25.840 --> 01:54:30.840] And one of the top reasons was that the father is a member of Oath Keepers. [01:54:30.840 --> 01:54:32.840] Can you believe this? [01:54:32.840 --> 01:54:37.840] Oh, I can believe it. Whether or not I would have sat by and let it happen would be a whole other story. [01:54:37.840 --> 01:54:41.840] Well, what happened was they tricked the parents. [01:54:41.840 --> 01:54:43.840] The mother had just given birth. [01:54:43.840 --> 01:54:48.840] Well, listen, folks, this is one reason why I don't have no kids. [01:54:48.840 --> 01:54:53.840] Because if you have a child, if you give birth in a hospital, [01:54:53.840 --> 01:54:58.840] they take the baby away from you immediately to do all kinds of things, [01:54:58.840 --> 01:55:03.840] which we don't even know half of what they do to babies as soon as they're born. [01:55:03.840 --> 01:55:08.840] One of the things we know they do is they take its blood for a government database. [01:55:08.840 --> 01:55:12.840] That's admitted. That's official government documents. [01:55:12.840 --> 01:55:17.840] They also put an antibiotic ointment in the child's eyes under some excuse [01:55:17.840 --> 01:55:23.840] that there's some rare disease of bacteria that if they don't do something about it immediately, [01:55:23.840 --> 01:55:24.840] it could blind the child. [01:55:24.840 --> 01:55:28.840] I mean, this is like old wives' tale business just about. [01:55:28.840 --> 01:55:31.840] Who knows what else they do? [01:55:31.840 --> 01:55:35.840] All right, and so they just took the baby immediately upon birth. [01:55:35.840 --> 01:55:37.840] You know, they clean it up or whatever. [01:55:37.840 --> 01:55:39.840] You know, that's just standard policy. [01:55:39.840 --> 01:55:41.840] That's just standard practice in hospitals. [01:55:41.840 --> 01:55:42.840] You can't get around it. [01:55:42.840 --> 01:55:46.840] You don't get to hold onto your baby as soon as it's born and clean it up yourself. [01:55:46.840 --> 01:55:48.840] No, that's not the way it works in the hospital. [01:55:48.840 --> 01:55:53.840] And so they took the baby for their standard procedures, and then they just kept it. [01:55:53.840 --> 01:55:55.840] So Office Sector Services was there waiting. [01:55:55.840 --> 01:55:58.840] So there wasn't really much that they could do to stop it. [01:55:58.840 --> 01:56:03.840] Well, first off, that is a direct violation of freedom of association. [01:56:03.840 --> 01:56:04.840] Indeed. [01:56:04.840 --> 01:56:11.840] I mean, that is a constitutional violation in the greatest magnitude in regards to freedom of association. [01:56:11.840 --> 01:56:16.840] It's absolutely illegal what they're doing and the grounds they're trying to use for it. [01:56:16.840 --> 01:56:21.840] I mean, there's no cause for what they're doing. [01:56:21.840 --> 01:56:25.840] This is the problem, folks, with the government and things like Child Protective Services. [01:56:25.840 --> 01:56:27.840] It's not about protecting the child. [01:56:27.840 --> 01:56:30.840] It's about controlling the family. [01:56:30.840 --> 01:56:34.840] It absolutely has nothing to do with the safety of the child. [01:56:34.840 --> 01:56:40.840] If you have something the government wants or you're doing something they don't want you to do, [01:56:40.840 --> 01:56:47.840] the weakest point you have to attack is your children, and they know this. [01:56:47.840 --> 01:56:53.840] This is why Child Protective Services has been made the institution that it is. [01:56:53.840 --> 01:56:55.840] It's not for the child's protection. [01:56:55.840 --> 01:56:58.840] It's for your control. [01:56:58.840 --> 01:56:59.840] Absolutely. [01:56:59.840 --> 01:57:07.840] And it's also to use as a source to bring children into these child pedophile trafficking, [01:57:07.840 --> 01:57:12.840] international trafficking rings, for trafficking children in the pedophile rings. [01:57:12.840 --> 01:57:14.840] That's what CPS is used for. [01:57:14.840 --> 01:57:15.840] That's admitted. [01:57:15.840 --> 01:57:16.840] Yeah. [01:57:16.840 --> 01:57:20.840] The last time I read the state or the federal constitution, [01:57:20.840 --> 01:57:27.840] there was a thing in there about getting rid of these people for the commission of high crimes and misdemeanors. [01:57:27.840 --> 01:57:32.840] How many felons do we currently have serving in Congress? [01:57:32.840 --> 01:57:33.840] Indeed. [01:57:33.840 --> 01:57:37.840] Convicted felons, not just accused, but convicted? [01:57:37.840 --> 01:57:39.840] Indeed. [01:57:39.840 --> 01:57:42.840] All right, Eddie, we have a caller on the line, Mike from Texas. [01:57:42.840 --> 01:57:44.840] Mike, we're just about the end of the show. [01:57:44.840 --> 01:57:46.840] We've got about a minute left, so what's on your mind? [01:57:46.840 --> 01:57:47.840] Quick question. [01:57:47.840 --> 01:57:56.840] I had trial last Thursday, and the court did not have enough time to hear my trial. [01:57:56.840 --> 01:58:00.840] Is that a continuance or a rescheduling? [01:58:00.840 --> 01:58:03.840] Did you get started on the trial at all? [01:58:03.840 --> 01:58:04.840] No. [01:58:04.840 --> 01:58:06.840] Okay, then it's a continuance. [01:58:06.840 --> 01:58:12.840] So a continuance needs a written confirmation of someone else. [01:58:12.840 --> 01:58:16.840] A new one should be something you get confirmation of in writing. [01:58:16.840 --> 01:58:19.840] Okay, so it's dead then? [01:58:19.840 --> 01:58:20.840] Not necessarily. [01:58:20.840 --> 01:58:23.840] The court may send you a notice of the continuance. [01:58:23.840 --> 01:58:25.840] Yeah, they can mail it to you. [01:58:25.840 --> 01:58:33.840] What about Texas County Colonel 29-020308? [01:58:33.840 --> 01:58:36.840] Send that to me in an e-mail, and I'll look it up. [01:58:36.840 --> 01:58:38.840] Yeah, but remember, Eddie doesn't have Internet access right now. [01:58:38.840 --> 01:58:41.840] I'll go over to my grandmother's tomorrow and check it. [01:58:41.840 --> 01:58:43.840] Send me an e-mail, and I'll look it up. [01:58:43.840 --> 01:58:46.840] Okay, and Mike, call back in on Thursday. [01:58:46.840 --> 01:58:47.840] We've got to go. [01:58:47.840 --> 01:58:48.840] We're at the end of the show. [01:58:48.840 --> 01:58:49.840] Thank you. [01:58:49.840 --> 01:58:52.840] Okay, this is the rule of law, and we will be back on Thursday night, folks. [01:58:52.840 --> 01:58:58.840] Stay tuned to all the great shows on this network every night from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Central Time. [01:58:58.840 --> 01:59:13.840] We'll be right back. [01:59:28.840 --> 01:59:55.840] We'll be right back. [01:59:55.840 --> 01:59:58.840] Thank you.
