[05:57.060 --> 06:00.060]  And he had left some antibiotics there
[06:00.060 --> 06:04.660]  The officers knew that those antibiotics belonged to the dentist

[06:12.660 --> 06:14.060]  They threw him in jail anyway
[06:14.060 --> 06:17.660]  And when he came to the first hearing on the matter

[06:21.060 --> 06:25.260]  Now never mind that Robert's not licensed in any professional
[06:25.260 --> 06:29.260]  And the only way you can commit the act of baritory
[06:29.260 --> 06:33.260]  Is if you are a licensed professional
[06:33.260 --> 06:41.660]  And you advertise personally or you personally promote business for yourself
[06:41.660 --> 06:43.860]  You see an attorney can't go to you and say
[06:43.860 --> 06:47.660]  Hey I'm an attorney and I want to represent you

[08:34.260 --> 08:40.260]  But can you just briefly explain why that is the crime
[08:40.260 --> 08:41.060]  And why that is a felony
[08:41.060 --> 08:42.860]  That doesn't make any sense to me at all

[08:47.460 --> 08:50.460]  To keep attorneys from fomenting litigation
[08:50.460 --> 08:53.660]  To keep them from ambulance chasing so to speak
[08:53.660 --> 08:56.060]  For going out and creating litigation
[08:56.060 --> 08:57.060]  But they do it anyway
[08:57.060 --> 08:59.660]  Because they have these attorney's lists from the jails
[08:59.660 --> 09:02.460]  And you pay 100 bucks a month to get the attorney's list
[09:02.460 --> 09:03.860]  And they solicit
[09:03.860 --> 09:05.660]  They find out everyone who's been arrested
[09:05.660 --> 09:07.060]  And they send them letters
[09:07.060 --> 09:08.260]  That's recent
[09:08.260 --> 09:09.660]  That's a recent change
[09:09.660 --> 09:15.460]  Where they specifically allowed attorneys to advertise openly
[09:15.460 --> 09:17.260]  Up until about 15 years ago
[09:17.260 --> 09:20.060]  An attorney couldn't take out an ad for his attorney
[09:20.060 --> 09:21.460]  No, that's not advertising
[09:21.460 --> 09:24.060]  They're getting the list of people who are arrested
[09:24.060 --> 09:26.260]  And mailing directly to them
[09:26.260 --> 09:28.460]  Yeah, this is very recent
[09:28.460 --> 09:35.060]  They've recently allowed attorneys to do direct mailing
[09:35.060 --> 09:36.060]  But they can only mail
[09:36.060 --> 09:38.260]  They can't call them
[09:38.260 --> 09:39.860]  They can send them the mailing now
[09:39.860 --> 09:40.860]  And that used to be forbidden
[09:40.860 --> 09:42.860]  But now they allow them to do that
[09:42.860 --> 09:45.060]  And if the person responds to the mailing
[09:45.060 --> 09:45.860]  They can do business
[09:45.860 --> 09:50.660]  But they can't follow this up with a phone call or anything
[09:50.660 --> 09:52.060]  Still
[09:52.060 --> 09:59.060]  But in any case, it only applies to a licensed professional
[09:59.060 --> 10:02.460]  And Robert's not a licensed professional
[10:02.460 --> 10:03.260]  But it didn't matter
[10:03.260 --> 10:04.260]  They arrested him, threw him in jail
[10:04.260 --> 10:07.660]  Charged him a $30,000 bond anyway
[10:07.660 --> 10:10.060]  They didn't really care
[10:10.060 --> 10:14.060]  And okay, the prosecutor didn't pursue prosecution
[10:14.060 --> 10:17.060]  So when he came back to court the next time
[10:17.060 --> 10:22.860]  They arrested him for tampering with a government document
[10:22.860 --> 10:26.460]  He sent a tort letter to the city of Jacksonville
[10:26.460 --> 10:30.260]  Advising to them that he had been harmed
[10:30.260 --> 10:35.060]  And in the complaint by a Jacksonville police officer
[10:35.060 --> 10:40.060]  Whom had already had criminal charges filed against him by Robert Fox
[10:40.060 --> 10:47.060]  He claimed that the only statement of fact in Fox's letter
[10:47.060 --> 10:50.860]  Was the statement that he was arrested on December 3
[10:50.860 --> 10:53.060]  What he claimed was that on December 3
[10:53.060 --> 10:57.060]  He was arrested in front of a magistrate
[10:57.060 --> 11:00.460]  In the courthouse in Rusk, Texas
[11:00.460 --> 11:03.260]  He was arrested in front of the magistrate
[11:03.260 --> 11:05.860]  Who had issued the warrant
[11:05.860 --> 11:10.860]  And generally when you go to a magistrate and ask him to issue a warrant
[11:10.860 --> 11:12.660]  You owe him probable cause
[11:12.660 --> 11:14.860]  And if he finds probable cause he issues a warrant
[11:14.860 --> 11:18.060]  But this is an ex parte hearing
[11:18.060 --> 11:20.060]  Only one side's there
[11:20.060 --> 11:21.860]  So generally the warrant must say
[11:21.860 --> 11:26.460]  Arrest this person and bring him before me
[11:26.460 --> 11:28.860]  And the reason it says that
[11:28.860 --> 11:31.260]  Is you bring him back before me
[11:31.260 --> 11:33.260]  And you come and show cause
[11:33.260 --> 11:37.260]  And he gets an opportunity to present a culpatory evidence
[11:37.260 --> 11:40.260]  And we hold ourselves an examining trial
[11:40.260 --> 11:43.060]  So Robert told Judge Fletcher
[11:43.060 --> 11:46.260]  I want an examining trial
[11:46.260 --> 11:49.860]  Judge Fletcher told him he didn't have a right to an examining trial
[11:49.860 --> 11:54.460]  And turned him over to the city of Jacksonville police
[11:54.460 --> 11:56.260]  Now they weren't in the city of Jacksonville
[11:56.260 --> 11:59.260]  They were in the city of Rusk
[11:59.260 --> 12:02.860]  Eleven miles away from Jacksonville
[12:02.860 --> 12:07.260]  The city of Rusk being the county seat
[12:07.260 --> 12:09.460]  They were in the county courthouse
[12:09.460 --> 12:11.660]  He was charged with a felony
[12:11.660 --> 12:14.060]  Rusk could have no subject matter jurisdiction
[12:14.060 --> 12:16.260]  I mean the city of Jacksonville police
[12:16.260 --> 12:18.260]  Or the court in the city of Jacksonville
[12:18.260 --> 12:20.460]  Could have no subject matter jurisdiction
[12:20.460 --> 12:25.260]  That jurisdiction was in the county in Rusk
[12:25.260 --> 12:26.460]  But he gave them to these police
[12:26.460 --> 12:29.660]  Against whom he had filed criminal charges already
[12:29.660 --> 12:32.460]  And had notice of a civil suit against them
[12:32.460 --> 12:35.460]  Gives them to these guys so they can take him to Jacksonville
[12:35.460 --> 12:37.860]  And assault him in Jacksonville
[12:37.860 --> 12:39.260]  And then bring him back to Rusk
[12:39.260 --> 12:40.660]  And put him in the county jail
[12:40.660 --> 12:43.660]  Where he should have been in the first place
[12:43.660 --> 12:46.660]  Then after that was December 3rd the first time
[12:46.660 --> 12:50.660]  And then the second time when they did that to him
[12:50.660 --> 12:54.260]  He accused them of kidnapping
[12:54.260 --> 12:57.260]  Because they didn't take him to the magistrate he was in front of
[12:57.260 --> 12:58.660]  They took him from the magistrate
[12:58.660 --> 13:00.860]  Denied him an examining trial
[13:00.860 --> 13:04.060]  Took him to another jurisdiction to assault him
[13:04.060 --> 13:07.060]  Since there is no false imprisonment statute
[13:07.060 --> 13:10.060]  There's only a cause of action for false imprisonment
[13:10.060 --> 13:12.060]  In Texas the charge is kidnapping
[13:12.060 --> 13:15.860]  So he accused them of kidnapping him
[13:15.860 --> 13:21.460]  And the officer claimed that the accusation was false
[13:21.460 --> 13:25.460]  Therefore he had committed
[13:25.460 --> 13:28.860]  He had put a false statement on a government document
[13:28.860 --> 13:33.660]  Well a tort letter is a letter between two individuals
[13:33.660 --> 13:37.060]  Even if the individual happened to be the corporate
[13:37.060 --> 13:39.460]  City of Jacksonville
[13:39.460 --> 13:44.860]  And it is your requirement before you can sue a governmental entity
[13:44.860 --> 13:49.060]  Is to give them notice and opportunity to cure
[13:49.060 --> 13:52.460]  So he sent notice and opportunity to cure
[13:52.460 --> 13:54.260]  And they called that a government document
[13:54.260 --> 13:57.860]  And claimed that his conclusion on the government document
[13:57.860 --> 14:02.060]  Was false therefore he put a false statement on a government document
[14:02.060 --> 14:07.060]  Well you can only make a false statement to statements of fact
[14:07.060 --> 14:09.860]  You can have a conclusion that's not true
[14:09.860 --> 14:13.260]  But that's a matter for the courts to determine
[14:13.260 --> 14:15.460]  It's still only a conclusion
[14:15.460 --> 14:20.260]  Well he was held for a hundred some odd days
[14:20.260 --> 14:26.060]  For accusing a police officer of committing a crime
[14:26.060 --> 14:29.060]  They don't care that it's illegal who cares
[14:29.060 --> 14:30.260]  They'll file for anything
[14:30.260 --> 14:35.260]  And now when I went down and filed criminal charges against all of them
[14:35.260 --> 14:42.060]  I went into the courtroom on January on March the 23rd
[14:42.060 --> 14:47.260]  With Judge Fletcher in the courtroom holding a hearing
[14:47.260 --> 14:49.260]  In Robert Fox's case
[14:49.260 --> 14:53.060]  Now never mind that Robert Fox had filed a motion to disqualify Fletcher
[14:53.060 --> 14:56.660]  Had filed criminal charges against Fletcher back in November
[14:56.660 --> 15:00.660]  And noticed them of his intent to sue them all
[15:00.660 --> 15:03.060]  He was disqualified as a matter of law
[15:03.060 --> 15:06.660]  But he still insisted on holding the hearing
[15:06.660 --> 15:10.260]  Robert had requested assistance of counsel
[15:10.260 --> 15:13.660]  But he put in a notice of inability to pay
[15:13.660 --> 15:16.660]  Well they denied it, refused to appoint him counsel
[15:16.660 --> 15:20.060]  Forcing him to come in and defend himself
[15:20.060 --> 15:24.660]  And they turned down everything that he filed as a matter of course
[15:24.660 --> 15:27.660]  Well I was in the courtroom and I rose as an amicus curia
[15:27.660 --> 15:30.260]  As a friend of the court and noticed the judge
[15:30.260 --> 15:34.660]  That that day I had filed a number of criminal complaints against him
[15:34.660 --> 15:37.460]  Because of his illegal actions against Fox
[15:37.460 --> 15:41.260]  And he needed to stand down from the bench
[15:41.260 --> 15:44.060]  Well he refused
[15:44.060 --> 15:46.460]  It seems that later that day
[15:46.460 --> 15:52.060]  Because on the same day I had filed a stack of criminal charges with the grand jury
[15:52.060 --> 15:56.060]  Eleven of which named Judge Fletcher
[15:56.060 --> 16:00.860]  Later that day the investigator for the district attorney
[16:00.860 --> 16:06.460]  Filed criminal charges against me with Judge Fletcher
[16:06.460 --> 16:14.260]  Accusing me of operating an investigating company without a license
[16:14.260 --> 16:16.660]  I ought to be ashamed of myself
[16:16.660 --> 16:17.660]  And I am
[16:17.660 --> 16:20.260]  I'm ashamed of that
[16:20.260 --> 16:22.660]  The problem is
[16:22.660 --> 16:30.060]  Is even if I had been operating an investigating company without a license
[16:30.060 --> 16:33.260]  That's not a crime in the state of Texas

[39:46.660 --> 39:59.660]  They've acted incredibly ignorant. And their problem is, is with a 99.6% conviction rate, they've been lulled into thinking they can do absolutely anything they want to.
[39:59.660 --> 40:08.660]  And if I sound like I'm critical of Robert, I don't mean to be. Demand spent over 90 days in solitary confinement.

[40:15.660 --> 40:19.660]  What do you mean knuckle under? What were they trying to get him to do?

[40:23.660 --> 40:30.660]  And he told them he would die first. When he first got him in there, he had a heart attack.

[40:32.660 --> 40:35.660]  Yeah, he had a minor heart attack.
[40:35.660 --> 40:44.660]  So if you tried to get him any money to his canteen in there, the jail was taking it to pay the doctors, which is illegal.

[40:46.660 --> 40:48.660]  Oh my God.
[40:48.660 --> 40:56.660]  And the problem is, is no matter what they did to Robert, they couldn't get him to lay down and roll over for him.
[40:56.660 --> 41:02.660]  He just hung in there and kept coming back at him. And he has all my respect for that.
[41:02.660 --> 41:05.660]  Yeah, for real. I agree.
[41:05.660 --> 41:11.660]  He goes to court and they arrest him for the most ignorant stuff.
[41:11.660 --> 41:14.660]  Absolutely no grounds whatsoever.
[41:14.660 --> 41:18.660]  He gets bailed out. He goes back. They do something even dumber.
[41:18.660 --> 41:21.660]  And then something even dumber.
[41:21.660 --> 41:33.660]  Police chief, Lee Daniels, said in a newspaper article, I've got more jail cells than Mr. Fox has paper.
[41:33.660 --> 41:42.660]  It's very clear it was their intent to keep arresting him and having him have to pay a bondsman to get out until they ran him out of money.
[41:42.660 --> 41:44.660]  And that's exactly what they did.
[41:44.660 --> 41:48.660]  Oh my God. Well, how did he finally get out?
[41:48.660 --> 41:51.660]  He got the judge disqualified.
[41:51.660 --> 41:52.660]  He did?
[41:52.660 --> 41:58.660]  Yes. And between David Ball and another, they did the same thing too.
[41:58.660 --> 42:00.660]  He stayed in jail almost a year.
[42:00.660 --> 42:02.660]  How did? Oh my God.
[42:02.660 --> 42:05.660]  And he never knuckled under and he finally beat him.
[42:05.660 --> 42:10.660]  How did Robert Fox manage to finally get the judge disqualified? With your papers?
[42:10.660 --> 42:25.660]  No. Someone he knew called the head administrative judge and told the head administrative judge that Robert had filed a motion to disqualify this judge and the judge was ignoring the motions.
[42:25.660 --> 42:33.660]  The head administrative judge made an inquiry and immediately this judge Fletcher recused himself.
[42:33.660 --> 42:38.660]  As soon as the head administrative judge found out there was a motion to disqualify.
[42:38.660 --> 42:43.660]  Let me explain motion to disqualify, motion to recuse.
[42:43.660 --> 42:58.660]  Under rules of civil procedure 18A, if a motion to recuse is filed, the judge can voluntarily recuse himself or he can rule on the motion.
[42:58.660 --> 43:11.660]  If a motion to disqualify is filed, the judge must forward the motion. He can either, the judge can recuse himself as a matter of cause.
[43:11.660 --> 43:17.660]  If he recuses himself, it's similar to disqualification, but he's removed from the case.
[43:17.660 --> 43:21.660]  So disqualification becomes moot.
[43:21.660 --> 43:32.660]  Or he must forward the motion to the head administrative judge of the district who shall appoint a judge to hear that motion.
[43:32.660 --> 43:36.660]  That's ministerial. He has no discretion in the matter.
[43:36.660 --> 43:39.660]  This judge just simply refused.

[48:25.660 --> 48:27.660]  They'd probably rape me, beat me up, everything else

[48:28.660 --> 48:30.660]  I mean, I have to
[48:30.660 --> 48:32.660]  You know, people, a lot of people
[48:32.660 --> 48:34.660]  Try to criticize me because
[48:34.660 --> 48:35.660]  You know, I have a driver's license
[48:35.660 --> 48:37.660]  Well, and don't I believe in right travel?
[48:37.660 --> 48:39.660]  It's like we have to pick our battles
[48:39.660 --> 48:40.660]  I can't go to jail
[48:40.660 --> 48:41.660]  I can't, personally me
[48:41.660 --> 48:42.660]  I can't go to jail no matter what
[48:42.660 --> 48:43.660]  If I ever get thrown in jail
[48:43.660 --> 48:45.660]  I have to do whatever I have to do to get out
[48:45.660 --> 48:48.660]  Even if it means I have to agree to something I didn't do
[48:48.660 --> 48:51.660]  So I really got to hand it to Robert
[48:51.660 --> 48:54.660]  You know, and David Ball for doing that
[48:54.660 --> 48:56.660]  So, Randy, I can understand now
[48:56.660 --> 48:59.660]  Why you're not going to go to that hearing
[48:59.660 --> 49:03.660]  So what are you planning on doing about it now?
[49:03.660 --> 49:07.660]  I'm going to go to the district attorney in the county I live in
[49:07.660 --> 49:12.660]  Because that's where they sent the summons to
[49:12.660 --> 49:17.660]  And I'm going to file criminal charges with the district attorney
[49:17.660 --> 49:22.660]  And petition for a restraining order against
[49:22.660 --> 49:27.660]  The county judge in city of Jacksonville
[49:27.660 --> 49:32.660]  And ask the prosecuting attorney to subpoena them
[49:32.660 --> 49:37.660]  To a show cause hearing here in Wise County
[49:37.660 --> 49:43.660]  And then I'll be filing with the attorney general in Washington, D.C.
[49:43.660 --> 49:50.660]  Or the U.S. attorney in Washington, D.C. against these guys
[49:50.660 --> 49:52.660]  We'll see who wins out in the end
[49:52.660 --> 49:55.660]  When I say go to court
[49:55.660 --> 49:59.660]  You know, I'm still going to court just not to theirs
[49:59.660 --> 50:02.660]  I'm going to go to a somewhat friendlier venue
[50:02.660 --> 50:06.660]  Now, granted the district judge in Wise County hates my guts
[50:06.660 --> 50:09.660]  And would like to see me dead
[50:09.660 --> 50:14.660]  But the district attorney doesn't hate my guts
[50:14.660 --> 50:17.660]  At least not as much as the district judge does
[50:17.660 --> 50:24.660]  And they're more concerned about me now that I do this radio program and such
[50:24.660 --> 50:27.660]  They're likely to do the right thing
[50:27.660 --> 50:33.660]  It's more like they're not going to be as stupid as these guys in Cherokee County are
[50:33.660 --> 50:36.660]  It's hard to believe
[50:36.660 --> 50:45.660]  What has happened to them is they're so accustomed to getting everything they want the way they want it
[50:45.660 --> 50:50.660]  They don't know how to deal with someone with integrity
[50:50.660 --> 50:55.660]  They don't know how to deal with someone who won't be bullied
[50:55.660 --> 50:59.660]  David Ball was originally arrested for failure to ID
[50:59.660 --> 51:04.660]  The arrest was criminal, was improper, and he knew it
[51:04.660 --> 51:12.660]  And all of this has come about because David Ball fought a class C misdemeanor citation
[51:12.660 --> 51:19.660]  When he sued them, they started coming after him with everything they could find
[51:19.660 --> 51:26.660]  They called Missouri and found that David Ball had
[51:26.660 --> 51:31.660]  He had went to jail on the driver's license issue
[51:31.660 --> 51:40.660]  So after David sued them, they summoned him to Texas to be at a hearing on this class C misdemeanor
[51:40.660 --> 51:43.660]  On May the 14th last year
[51:43.660 --> 51:49.660]  David came down from Missouri to fight this thing, a class C misdemeanor
[51:49.660 --> 51:58.660]  He got to court on May the 14th and they continued the hearing until July the 18th
[51:58.660 --> 52:06.660]  That day, because he showed up, the chief of police called Missouri
[52:06.660 --> 52:13.660]  And got a hold of his probation officer and told him that David was here consorting with felons
[52:13.660 --> 52:16.660]  Which was absolutely untrue
[52:16.660 --> 52:28.660]  And somehow got the parole officer there to say he would institute extradition proceedings
[52:28.660 --> 52:31.660]  But he never did
[52:31.660 --> 52:39.660]  Then the police went to the local magistrate, who had just been sued by Ball
[52:39.660 --> 52:49.660]  And told him in a statement that there were felony warrants for Ball's arrest, which there wasn't
[52:49.660 --> 52:55.660]  The next day, the 15th of May, they smashed the door down, which they're forbidden to do
[52:55.660 --> 53:02.660]  To arrest someone unless it's their own house, and this wasn't David Ball's house
[53:02.660 --> 53:05.660]  Went in and arrested David
[53:05.660 --> 53:09.660]  He spent almost a year in jail fighting this
[53:09.660 --> 53:15.660]  And finally they had to let him out because there never was a warrant for his arrest
[53:15.660 --> 53:17.660]  It was all bogus
[53:17.660 --> 53:21.660]  But they figured they'd do this and he would lay down and roll over for them
[53:21.660 --> 53:23.660]  Well, he didn't
[53:23.660 --> 53:30.660]  And this happened to David Ball in Cherokee County also, the same court, the same group of thugs
[53:30.660 --> 53:34.660]  Yes, he was staying with Robert Fox
[53:34.660 --> 53:39.660]  So once they got Ball in jail, then they went after Fox
[53:39.660 --> 53:43.660]  And it just kept escalating, it was all nonsense
[53:43.660 --> 53:49.660]  What in the world, why did they go after David Ball to begin with anyway?
[53:49.660 --> 53:52.660]  A policeman was just being a jerk
[53:52.660 --> 53:55.660]  Oh, come on, there has to be more to it than that
[53:55.660 --> 54:01.660]  That's all it is, they're standing, two guys are standing in a parking lot next to the building where they were staying, talking
[54:01.660 --> 54:04.660]  Cop comes up, asks them for ID
[54:04.660 --> 54:08.660]  David Ball said, ask them, what are you doing here? He said, I'm relaxing
[54:08.660 --> 54:15.660]  He demanded ID, he said, what probable cause do you have? I don't need probable cause, show me your ID
[54:15.660 --> 54:20.660]  He said, I haven't done anything, I have no requirement to identify myself
[54:20.660 --> 54:23.660]  Costs him, throws him in a car
[54:23.660 --> 54:25.660]  What do you call that?
[54:25.660 --> 54:30.660]  He has to have, by law, articulatable probable cause
[54:30.660 --> 54:39.660]  Okay, so it's not just because the cop decided to harass him, it's because David Ball stood up for his rights
[54:39.660 --> 54:44.660]  But he stood up for his rights, like I said
[54:44.660 --> 54:52.660]  In a backwoods, podunk, redneck, rural east Texas area
[54:52.660 --> 54:58.660]  Where the corruption runs so deep that you don't even want to drive anywhere near the county
[54:58.660 --> 55:06.660]  Because since it's such a rural area, there's not many people looking down over their shoulder
[55:06.660 --> 55:12.660]  And so like, if it was me, I would stand up for my rights just like David Ball if it was in Austin
[55:12.660 --> 55:17.660]  But up there? You want to see my ID? Fine, yes sir
[55:17.660 --> 55:22.660]  Because I know, I don't want, I wouldn't risk that
[55:22.660 --> 55:27.660]  It is absolutely clear that all of these guys are in bed together
[55:27.660 --> 55:32.660]  Their problem is, is it's beginning to unravel
[55:32.660 --> 55:38.660]  The charge of barritory, the district attorney refused to adjudicate
[55:38.660 --> 55:45.660]  And the mayor, the chief of police, the, who, several people
[55:45.660 --> 55:50.660]  Went to their congressman and their state senator
[55:50.660 --> 55:58.660]  And tried to put pressure on the district attorney to force him to prosecute this non-crime
[55:58.660 --> 56:02.660]  So that drove a rift between the prosecuting attorney and these guys
[56:02.660 --> 56:06.660]  Now they're calling each other names
[56:06.660 --> 56:11.660]  Then I come in and file a whole stack of criminal complaints against them
[56:11.660 --> 56:17.660]  And now it's beginning to heat up, so they come back after me
[56:17.660 --> 56:20.660]  It's just getting out of hand for them
[56:20.660 --> 56:29.660]  You know, I have to say here that the level of outrageousness here, this is more corrupt than Williamson County
[56:29.660 --> 56:37.660]  However, Williamson County is more corrupt on a different level because the scheme of Williamson County is so big
[56:37.660 --> 56:40.660]  It's such a money-making, gigantic revenue machine
[56:40.660 --> 56:46.660]  There's so many people involved and it's just so much, millions and even billions of dollars
[56:46.660 --> 56:50.660]  That's why in the financial sense it's the most corrupt
[56:50.660 --> 56:59.660]  I've never even heard of Williamson County law enforcement or Williamson County courts doing something like this
[56:59.660 --> 57:03.660]  They can't because it's a metropolitan area
[57:03.660 --> 57:13.660]  I can understand doing it for money, but the reason these people are doing it is just incredibly stupid
[57:13.660 --> 57:18.660]  It's called hubris, it's not stupid, it's called hubris
[57:18.660 --> 57:25.660]  It's called arrogant, they feel like they are gods practically and that they can do whatever they want
[57:25.660 --> 57:30.660]  And that we are peons, that we are their slaves, their servants
[57:30.660 --> 57:36.660]  And they have the power because they got the guns and the badges and the keys to the jail
[57:36.660 --> 57:42.660]  And we just better lick their boots and do whatever they say or else we're just going to get thrown in jail for however long
[57:42.660 --> 57:44.660]  That's what it is, it's called hubris
[57:44.660 --> 57:49.660]  It's called drunk on power is what it is
[57:49.660 --> 57:54.660]  And it causes them to be stupid
[57:54.660 --> 58:01.660]  The drunkenness of the power, the arrogance is what causes them to be stupid
[58:01.660 --> 58:05.660]  It's a horrible situation, we have to do something about it
[58:05.660 --> 58:12.660]  I mean this is so bad, it almost sounds like it's time for an FBI investigation or something

[01:24:01.660 --> 01:24:19.660]  but the thing is the way that they ran the meeting they used the delphi seat which is a favorite among collectivists and among new world order agenda 21 type and basically they have a predetermined outcome that they use these different manipulative techniques in order to reach.
[01:24:19.660 --> 01:24:32.660]  so what happens is it gives the illusion that the public is participating and that they're participating in a democratic process when in reality the only thing that we were allowed to debate were already determined by the city itself.
[01:24:32.660 --> 01:24:40.660]  so here in the city of austin we're facing a 30 million dollar budget shortfall so the city manager decided to call these town hall meetings.
[01:24:40.660 --> 01:24:53.660]  but really it's just a big farce because the only items that we were able to discuss and rank as far as which ones we thought should be taken out and which ones we thought should be kept are items that they themselves determined.
[01:24:53.660 --> 01:25:05.660]  so here in austin we just started a campaign to remove the fluoride from austin's water and i'm sure many listeners know the ills of fluoridation of water not to mention it's forced compulsory medication.
[01:25:05.660 --> 01:25:15.660]  we also had a campaign last november to stop the city from giving 65 million dollars worth of tax subsidies to a luxury mall up in north austin.
[01:25:15.660 --> 01:25:25.660]  so now that we have this economic recession and i'll go ahead and quote Rahm Emanuel he said we can't let these crises go to waste.
[01:25:25.660 --> 01:25:44.660]  so here we have the opportunity that the city is wanting to make a budget short cut. so we have the opportunity to put these terrible issues on the public stock and hopefully let the people know that we're paying a million dollars a year here in austin to basically poison ourselves with fluorosolistic ads.
[01:25:44.660 --> 01:25:58.660]  so we're here talking about cutting library hours, cutting park hours, cutting community programs, cutting training of the police officers yet we're giving 2 million dollars next year to one of the biggest developers in the country.
[01:25:58.660 --> 01:26:06.660]  so we showed up to the meeting today it's basically a recon mission they're having another one tomorrow wednesday at 6 30 p.m. at the tony burger center.
[01:26:06.660 --> 01:26:14.660]  we're encouraging people to show up to that meeting because basically what we're going to do is use the delphi technique against the city.
[01:26:14.660 --> 01:26:21.660]  so we're going to use the delphi technique to counter the delphi technique itself and basically we're going to op the op and it's going to be very beautiful.
[01:26:21.660 --> 01:26:31.660]  what we hope to do is encourage a lot of people to show up and basically at every single table they had a mediator which is somebody from the city staff.
[01:26:31.660 --> 01:26:42.660]  i thought that they might have been more deceptive a lot of the times with the delphi technique the facilitators at the table themselves are agents and they're trained in how to control the way that the discussion and debate is going.
[01:26:42.660 --> 01:26:47.660]  but this time it was merely just an innocent city worker who was still a city staff and agent of the city.

[01:27:30.660 --> 01:27:40.660]  we can get people to sign on and have a census that the city of austin rather than cut these programs should consider stopping fluoridation, saving a million dollars.
[01:27:40.660 --> 01:27:49.660]  should consider not giving two million dollars to the domain mall this year because we're not contractually or legally or financially obligated to give that, it's entirely voluntary.
[01:27:49.660 --> 01:27:56.660]  and we're going to come up with another police state measure like the city of austin shouldn't have the money for these surveillance cameras or what not.
[01:27:56.660 --> 01:27:58.660]  so we need you to come out and participate.
[01:27:58.660 --> 01:28:07.660]  so if y'all could come, anybody here in austin or central texas listening, tomorrow at 630 it's going to be at the tony burger center which is 3200 jones road.
[01:28:07.660 --> 01:28:16.660]  the event starts at 630 but we're encouraging people to show up around 615 so we can get some strategy out to them on how to overcome this delphi technique.

[01:29:07.660 --> 01:29:14.660]  these 30 potential budget cuts were the budget cuts that were predetermined by city and the city staff itself and the city department.

[01:29:16.660 --> 01:29:21.660]  we came to the table to discuss, to basically rank their predetermined budget cuts.
[01:29:21.660 --> 01:29:30.660]  whenever you say town hall or whenever they say we're calling on the city to show up to these meetings for public input, in my eyes in a true democracy that means that they're opening up,
[01:29:30.660 --> 01:29:36.660]  they're coming out to the community in different parts of town and they're asking us what we think we should cut.
[01:29:36.660 --> 01:29:41.660]  the city of austin is saying hey austin resident, hey tax payer, what do you think we should cut?
[01:29:41.660 --> 01:29:43.660]  that's the way that it's supposed to work.
[01:29:43.660 --> 01:29:52.660]  at the end, after we did our little breakouts, groups of seven or eight and we ranked their 30 items, they opened up the floor for questions and for cops.
[01:29:52.660 --> 01:30:02.660]  and at that point a lot of the people, majority of the people were there just seeing their program that they put their life into, that they poured their heart and soul into that's about to be wiped out.
[01:30:02.660 --> 01:30:11.660]  there was a lot of public service, there's firefighters there, there's a whole program where they help prevent euthanizing of pets.
[01:30:11.660 --> 01:30:21.660]  and then there was a group of like four or five little young girls in their baseball uniform and their father there who's also the coach, they were there defending their comments.
[01:30:21.660 --> 01:30:31.660]  so i was sure of course, being the loudmouth that i am, to voice my opinion and i turned around to everybody and said i want everybody to know that you're going to leave here tonight with a warm feeling in your heart.
[01:30:31.660 --> 01:30:39.660]  you're going to feel like you participated. when the budget gets passed you're going to say hey, i was there that day at gus garcia recreation center, i participated in that.
[01:30:39.660 --> 01:30:43.660]  this is all just an illusion. they're using the delphi technique here.
[01:30:43.660 --> 01:30:52.660]  we've only debated the items that they have allowed us to debate. they're not taking our input on these other items. when are we going to be allowed to give our other input?
[01:30:52.660 --> 01:31:05.660]  well john, how is it going to be any different tomorrow night? is it going to be run differently? will y'all be allowed to give your input on what you want to say tomorrow night?
[01:31:05.660 --> 01:31:13.660]  and again, i open it up for questions. a couple of people said we should cut this. a lot of people reiterated what i said and brought up the domain. we don't need to give them their two million dollars.
[01:31:13.660 --> 01:31:25.660]  but the strategy for tomorrow, again, is to off the op. for us to use the delphi technique to our advantage, even though i don't support it and it's very manipulative, we're going to come in and manipulate the manipulator.
[01:31:25.660 --> 01:31:36.660]  and if we're able to get one person at every single table, and if we're able to get those seven to eight people at each table, a majority of each one of the tables to agree that the city of austin should consider these budget cuts,
[01:31:36.660 --> 01:31:52.660]  we're going to compile all those documents, try to get them included in the final report of these meetings. if not, we're going to go directly to the council and say, hey, we went to your meeting and everybody at this meeting decided that, agrees that we should at least consider these other central cuts.
[01:31:52.660 --> 01:32:07.660]  so rather than just saying at the end, hey, mark god, he's our city manager, would you please consider these blah, blah, blah, we're going to use their own meeting, we're going to use their own deceptive and manipulative technique in order to get a consensus that these other items should be considered.
[01:32:07.660 --> 01:32:19.660]  so that's what we hope to accomplish. and this is a very important thing, people to show up, if you don't want to participate and if you feel shy, you don't necessarily have to take over the group, but just get them to sign off or consider this stuff.

[01:32:48.660 --> 01:33:07.660]  it is, it is. it's time to get a little dirty. our opposition, they have the power of the state, they have the power of monopoly on coercion, they have the power of the purse as well, but they still continue to use deceitful, manipulative tactics in order to push their agenda.
[01:33:07.660 --> 01:33:20.660]  what i'm saying now, it's time to stop playing softball and start playing in their league, because we're not going to get anywhere if we, you know, if we got a bongo kumbaya around the fire hoping for them to change, because we asked them nicely.
[01:33:20.660 --> 01:33:40.660]  so i'm saying, this learning opportunity, and the way that it ties into agenda 21, is the agenda 21 philosophy of sustainable development is being figured out throughout the country and throughout the world for that matter, by simply using the consensus process and using the delphi technique at public meeting.
[01:33:40.660 --> 01:33:55.660]  so what they're, you know, 100 years from now, we're going to live in a state where private property is abolished, we live in compact cities, and there's different corridors where humans can't even travel through in order to control us, and what they're going to say is, the people asked for this.
[01:33:55.660 --> 01:34:05.660]  we let the people participate, the people decided that they wanted this. when in reality, it's already been determined by the global biodiversity assessment and agenda 21, they determined it.
[01:34:05.660 --> 01:34:14.660]  they came together at their united nations meeting, their de janeiro conference, their earth summit, and they determined what the future is going to look like at that point.
[01:34:14.660 --> 01:34:34.660]  now, since we have these three countries, since we had revolutions 200, 300 years ago, in order to carry out their agenda, in order to re-implement feudal serfdom that we had of the old world order, because as Daniel Eschelin says, the new world order is simply the old world order of feudalism and serfdom and total control of the population.

[01:34:39.660 --> 01:34:56.660]  they make it seem like it was a democratic participatory process, and the people are asking for these new smart growth developments, and the people are asking to corridor off entire sections of entire states, people are asking for roads in order to control traffic and freedom of movement.
[01:34:56.660 --> 01:35:11.660]  when in reality, this predetermined conclusion was reached back in 1993, even more before then, now their implementation process at the local level, basically what they do is they use the Delphi technique, and they manipulate the public input, they manipulate the entire process.
[01:35:11.660 --> 01:35:35.660]  so please show up tomorrow at 630, because not only do we have an opportunity to raise awareness of our particular issues, the corporate welfare and the domain mall and the fluoridation, the dumbing down, the industry chicanery of the fluoride, but we also have the opportunity to learn firsthand the tactics and the techniques of this elite that's controlling and manipulating our future.

[01:56:40.660 --> 01:56:43.660]  Whenever you wash off your fruit or you wash your lettuce under the water,
[01:56:43.660 --> 01:56:50.660]  the fluorine compound, I'm sorry, it doesn't break down, the fluoride compound,
[01:56:50.660 --> 01:56:54.660]  it attaches itself to the fluoride compound on the lettuce.

[01:56:56.660 --> 01:57:00.660]  Rather than that water flow off and the fluoride compounds go down the drain with it,

[01:57:52.660 --> 01:57:58.660]  Meanwhile, I'm going on a crusade to stop it and every single time I pour that tap water out, I'm like, oh.
